More Politically INCORRECT Cartoons for Tuesday April 17, 2018

The documents also reveal that former Senate majority leader Harry Reid, D-Nevada, sent a letter on Aug. 29, 2016, asking former FBI Director James Comey to investigate the allegations, which were presented to him by then CIA Director John Brennan. Brennan had briefed Reid privately days earlier on the counterintelligence investigation and documents suggest Reid was also staying in close touch with Comey over the issues.
The documents, which include text messages from embattled FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his paramour Lisa Page, also reveal that former Obama White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough was involved in the initial investigation into Trump’s campaign. Comey, Brennan, and McDonough were the “highest-ranking officials at the FBI, CIA and White House” and were working in concert to ensure an investigation was initiated, congressional members told this reporter.
Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., a member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, was deeply troubled by the findings.
“We’ve been asking for documents with little cooperation of the DOJ and FBI — we’re having to find these unredacted documents on our own,” said Meadows, who’s also chairman of the House Freedom Caucus. “It appears there was a coordination between the White House, CIA, and FBI at the onset of this investigation and it’s troubling.”

Meadows said John Moffa, who was part of the counterintelligence division at the FBI, met with Denis McDonough on August 10, (2016), Meadows added. “What we’re finding is the more we dig the more we realize that there appeared to be a willful coordination between multiple groups outside the Department of Justice and FBI. Moffa was also the FBI agent who helped draft Comey’s July 5, 2016 exoneration letter to Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
Meadows said the documents suggest Reid’s briefing from Brennan “was used in Michael Isikoff’s Yahoo News story.”
Isikoff’s article was also used as evidence for the FBI’s FISA warrant being granted against Carter Page. Page was a short-term volunteer advisor on the Trump campaign, who was spied on by the FBI. Congress and the Department of Justice are investigating the FBI’s conduct in obtaining a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant in October 2016 to spy on Page. Page was a central figure in an unverified dossier put together by former British Spy Christopher Steele alleging the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.
In April 2017, The New York Times published the first story about Brennan’s counterintelligence briefing to Reid regarding Trump. The briefings to Gang of Eight congressional members suggested Russia might be helping Trump win the election. Brennan alluded to the unverified allegation that members of the Trump campaign may be colluding with the Russians. The information briefed to the lawmakers expanded the number of people who were aware of the unverified allegations, and played a significant role in the increase of leaks to the media, according to the information obtained by the committee.
“A chain of events suggest the FBI encouraged Reid to write this letter to legitimize its surveillance of Carter Page”
A congressional investigator told this reporter that they believe the FBI was involved in the briefing to Reid but are still waiting for confirmation.
In the letter from Reid to Comey, Reid cites information Brennan shared with him that Trump advisor, referencing Carter Page, and other “high ranking sanctioned individuals” in Moscow were meeting. Reid asks Comey to launch an investigation by the FBI into the Trump Campaign and the Kremlin.

The letter, which was obtained by this reporter, refers to reports briefed by Brennan but gives “almost no evidence” regarding the Trump campaign and Russia, according to congressional investigators.
For example, the letter only states that “questions have been raised about whether a Trump advisor who has been highly critical of U.S. and European economic sanctions on Russia, and who has conflicts of interests due to his investments in Russian energy conglomerate Gazprom, met with high-ranking sanctioned individuals in Moscow in July of 2016.”

Shortly after Reid’s letter was revealed in a New York Times article on August 30, 2016, Strzok texts Page saying, “here we go.” He included a link to the story in the text message. Congressional investigators suggest that the pair were creating inferences “that they knew it would create public calls for an investigation into Russian interference.”
Sept. 23, 2016, Isikoff article, which cites Reid’s letter, is also another example of possible coordination, congressional investigators state. The FBI used the Yahoo news article as part of the evidence in their application to obtain a FISA warrant on Carter Page.
“This sequence of events strongly suggests the FBI encouraged Reid to write this letter to legitimize its surveillance of Carter Page,” congressional investigators stated.

I can’t wait to see Trump’s next move in his game of “3-D chess”!
You see, it only looks like Trump is The Worst Negotiator God Ever Created. Instead of telling Democrats, “I won’t even talk about DACA until we have the border wall,” Trump has repeatedly given up the wall, aka The Central Promise of His Campaign, Without Which He Would Not Be in the White House.
He has now signed a spending bill that, if it actually did what it claims to do, prohibits him from building the wall, hiring any new ICE agents capable of making arrests, and building any new detention facilities for illegal aliens.
The strange thing is, as commander in chief, he doesn’t need congressional authority to do any of these things. But he obviously doesn’t know that.
Why? BECAUSE HE’S PLAYING 3-D CHESS!
Instead of making even a fake effort and forcing Democrats to get up off the couch to vote against the wall, Trump cleverly leapt to the front of the anti-Trump parade and pretended it was all his idea.
I told Sen. Schumer: I WANT AMNESTY! I was very clear! Look at him, running around like a loser doing my bidding.
Trump’s main response to a bill that actively prohibits him from keeping his central campaign promise was to denounce Congress for not sending him a bill legalizing “Dreamers.” Which also breaks a campaign promise.
It’s all part of the act, you fools! Trump is making the Democrats think that, even though they don’t have the House, the Senate or the White House, he needs Chuck Schumer’s permission before moving a muscle.
Carefully observe the master. He gives up everything and — in exchange — gets NOTHING. See?
The easy thing to do would be to say, There’s no way any amnesty happens until the wall is complete. Anybody could do that. But we didn’t elect just anybody.
We elected the guy whose name is on the cover of “The Art of the Deal.” Sure, he didn’t write it — and probably didn’t read it — but Trump must have heard about some of the trite advice it contains.
This shows what a master strategist Trump is. He throws out the rulebook! You know what else, suckers? Now he can put out a paperback edition with a new chapter, How to Give Up Everything in Return for Nothing.
The wins are already rolling in. Guess who’s suddenly dying to negotiate with Trump? That’s right: Kim Jong Un. One look at how Trump negotiates and Kim couldn’t wait to sit down with him.
Trump took office with the most precious gift any president could ever ask for: winning the White House with ZERO support from Wall Street. But instead of calling in the big banks and saying, Welcome to hell! Trump checkmated them by spending his first 15 months in office cravenly begging for their approval.
The expression “dance with the one who brung you” is old paradigm thinking. This is Trump Thinking.
The Republican Brain Trust sneered at Trump throughout the 2016 campaign, certain that they were in no danger from this ridiculous creature.
And damned if he didn’t win.
After that, Trump could have summoned Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan to the Oval Office and demanded that they show him their testicles. Instead, he became their water boy.
Doing Sen. McConnell’s bidding, he endorsed Luther Strange in Alabama, instead of the Trumpian candidate, Mo Brooks. That resulted in a gigantically embarrassing loss, so, naturally, he continued to do whatever McConnell said.
You think Trump doesn’t know exactly what he’s doing? That’s another new chapter for “The Art of the Deal”! (Ignore People Whose Advice Has Been Good; Hire People Whose Advice Has Been Catastrophic.)
Following the McConnell/Ryan playbook, Trump cut taxes (which is vitally important to Americans who don’t have jobs and whose communities are overrun with heroin) and expanded the bloated, wasteful defense budget. (The permanent-war wing of the GOP LOVES him now!)
Thanks to Trump’s 3-D chess, he may well be in line for an endorsement not only from Boeing, but also from the powerhouse Bush family.
When a Republican House and Republican Senate deliver a spending bill to Trump that prevents him from putting so much as a rickety fence on more than 33 miles of the border, I think it’s safe to say that not only do congressional Republicans not fear Trump, they’re laughing at him.
3-D chess, baby! Trump has lured Republicans right into his trap.
Obviously, a blue wave this fall is much more likely now. That’s the plan, morons.
Just wait and see how they like it when the GOP gets wiped out in the midterms. Sure, we’ll get all the heinous PC policies we would have gotten under Hillary. But Trump is thinking three moves ahead. He could make history by being only the third president ever impeached.
Top that, Obama!
Only a chump would complain about Trump cheerfully doing a 180 on everything he campaigned for. If Trump voters are upset, it’s on them, not on him.
I was there! At every single rally during the campaign, Trump would whip the crowd into a frenzy over the wall, deporting illegals and no more “stupid wars” — but he was always VERY careful to end his speeches by saying:
Unless, of course, anyone who represents conventional Republican thinking disagrees, in which case, I will do none of this.
I can’t wait to see what comes next!
Just hang on to your hats, because while you’re all playing checkers, Trump is playing 3-D chess.
(NOTE: If I am wrong and President Trump ever builds the wall, I will apologize profusely, return to calling him “the Emperor God” and throw a fabulous party at the grand opening of the completed wall.)

Authored by Tami Jackson | on
Vietnam veteran, patriot extraordinaire, and talented cartoonist, Bob Mack, created this spot on meme that just begs to be shared!
As written at his site, Crockett Lives:
Law professor Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit often refers to the American press as Democrat operatives with bylines. (If Trump Cures Cancer, The Media Will Complain About Overpopulation):
Looking back on President Donald Trump’s first year in office, he has compiled a shockingly strong record and long list of accomplishments. As was also the case with his rise to the presidency, President Trump has broken several records for a first-year commander-in-chief and fulfilled many of his key campaign promises.
. . .
President Trump has faced an unprecedented level of never-ending obstruction throughout the year. He was the first president in memory to be deprived of the “honeymoon” period after Inauguration Day and, frankly, opposition at times has risen to levels that could arguably constitute downright treason
Donald Trump has finished his first year as the self-proclaimed people’s champ leaving a majority of his opponents floundering on the ring apron wondering just what the hell hit them. Heck, Hillary Clinton, the Sonny Liston of presidential politics, is still in a daze, last seen stumbling around India wondering what round she’s in.
I love it! A former columnist for a major SoCal paper (also a former journalism prof at BIOLA) who was previously a #NeverTrumper writes:
For all his faults, Donald Trump has done more good for this country in one year than Barack Obama did in 8.
. . .
He has massively reduced taxes, stimulated a booming economy and soaring stock market, restored optimism in businesses to record heights, tightened immigration, dumped the global warming trillion dollar fraud, appointed conservative judges and a pro-life Supreme Court justice, ended Obamacare’s mandatory insurance tax and, as the Wall Street Journal points out in a column naming Trump “Rookie of the Year,” he is directly responsible for a record reduction in costly, intrusive, freedom-limiting government regulations. Not bad for one year.
In an earlier article veteran journalist Landsbaum pens:
I grudgingly voted for Trump, hopeful that at least he would reverse some of Obama’s unconstitutional, illegal diktats and prevent Hillary’s evil agenda. He’s done all that in spades, and MUCH more. Next time I’ll enthusiastically endorse and work to see him elected. And I’ll be joined by millions who will have benefited from reduced taxes, relaxed regulations and the love of life for the unborn, to say nothing of religious liberty. Should be a big win.
So Donald Trump has been the great surprise of a lifetime: almost no one expected him to run, almost no one expected him to win, and almost no one expected him to keep his promises. But “almost no one” was wrong. Really wrong.
Trump has slashed regulations, championed life, advanced energy independence, thrown off the climate change nuts, and more. And along the way, President Donald Trump has accrued some enemies: The Left, Mainstream Media, (most of) Hollywood, and elitist academia, all of who are blathering on and foaming at the mouth to impeach POTUS.
The Left hate Trump, and The Left despise all of us normals who voted for him.
But what has Trump done? Trump has respected and listened to the NRA, conservatives, and evangelicals. You make the list of pros and cons, allies (including Israel) and enemies.
Donald Trump, in the words of Bob Mack, must be doing something right!

Would he still have gotten that prize if they knew he would destabilize Libya, be accused of staging a coup in Turkey, break that promise to close Gitmo, etcetera? He was given an award for who he seemed to be, and what he seemed to do.
Fast forward one Presidency. What do we see?
We see basically the opposite. Instead of a smooth-talker with grandiose promises about making the oceans recede and the earth heal, we got a bold and brash New York Corporate mover and shaker. For all the Media(D) handwringing about Trump having that Nuclear Football, their fever-dreams about Trump dragging the world into a Thermonuclear Holocaust and World War III, we’re actually going the other direction.
President Trump had a serious problem on his hands, one he inherited from decades of placating North Korea. ‘Little Rocket Man’ was testing more and more dangerous missile tech, and daring anyone to do something about it. Experts were predicting he could pose a serious military threat capable of hitting civilian US targets within a year.
Less than one year later, Kim Jong Un, who had been openly threatening and defying the world, suddenly changed his tune.
Do you think that’s why Trump cracked that joke to the press when asked about ‘to what do you owe this recent openness to talk?’ — “Me. No I think that… Nobody got that.”
But in that joke is a kernel of truth. The President drives foreign policy, and Trump’s hardline approach with dictators is doing what the ass-kissing of President ‘Peace Prize’ ever could. Getting results.
Will the little dictator stand down and truly denuclearize? We don’t have the answer to that yet. But we do know this is the best shot at peace the region has seen yet.

Weird. Becuase the NEW guy ran on specific policy platforms which he promised would result in significant economic growth. And we’re seeing exactly the kind of growth he predicted. For all those people who tell us every day how much they ‘love science’ … which President do you think actually understands the real-world economic consequences of his policies?
BOOM.
Here’s yet another strong month of jobs growth. This must be some more of those ‘crumbs’ Pelosi was telling us about.
313,000 jobs were added last month, the most since October 2015 and the 89th straight month of gains, a record. Economists had anticipated a gain of about 200,000.
The unemployment rate was 4.1 percent, the same as in January and still a 17-year low.
Source: NYTimes
Here’s a little perspective on that. Remember those ‘bold’ economic predictions by the experts? The ones who cheered Hillary and panned Trump? Here’s another look at one of them.

These are the experts who keep telling us that anything a Republican proposes will result in the sky falling.
Right. “Experts.”

President Trump received a 75 percent approval for his SOTU speech. That’s really bad news for Democrats. But inside the numbers reveals far deeper problems. According to the poll 43 percent of Democrats liked the president’s speech. That number is huge. At best, Trump likely carried only 30 percent of the Democrat vote on November 8, 2016. So the idea that he now carries an additional 13 percent is huge. Add to this the recent poll showing the twice as many blacks support Trump now than on election day, and you see the problem for the Democrats.
Next, 72 percent of Independents liked the speech. Again, a big increase over the Independents who supported Trump a year ago.
Consider Steve Schmidt of MSNBC who actually called the speech “divisive” and thought it was coming from an “alternate reality.”
SCHMIDT: “The president went in there as presidents do and addresses the nation. But left unsaid was that this president comes in, the most unpopular president this early in his tenure in the history of polling.
Somebody who is besieged by a criminal investigation, talking about the importance of our law enforcement organizations and institutions while at the same time the Republican majority working with the White House is engaged in a full-on assault trying to discredit the FBI, the Justice Department, doing everything they conceivably can to insulate the president from these investigations.
Across the depth and breadth of this, you saw a divisive speech, the wedge issue of immigration, the scare tactics of ms-13. There was no talk in this speech about the challenges the country faces over the next five years, ten years, 15 years.
And more than anything, there was a speech delivered almost from an alternate reality, a fifth dimension that presumes that nothing we heard from this president has actually in fact happened. And the American people know it.
With 97 percent of Republicans liking the speech, that means Trump has undoubtedly shored up his base. Given the anti-Trump and Never Trumpers, the fact that Trump has such overwhelming support from a supposedly fractured party speaks volumes. The Democrats would sacrifice much for such unity.
Recall a poll taken after Trump was in office just 6 months trying to convince the public he was the most hated president in history:
According to the Washington Post/ABC poll, President Trump’s new approval rating is 36%.
“Approaching six months in office, Trump’s overall approval rating has dropped to 36 percent from 42 percent in April. His disapproval rating has risen five points to 58 percent. Overall, 48 percent say they “disapprove strongly” of Trump’s performance in office, a level never reached by former presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama and reached only in the second term of George W. Bush in Post-ABC polling.”

Now a CBS poll, obviously biased against Trump yields amazingly pro-Trump numbers. So what are the real numbers?
The good news for President Trump is the real numbers don’t matter. Because they will only get better.
At the SOTU, President Trump stayed true to the course he set. While Democrats behaved like petulant children, they have no choice but to come around. Truthfully, Democrats are happy Obama is gone. They celebrate a real president, but can’t share their joy.
However, soon they will admit their support for President Trump. To do so will be acceptable.
Here’s some insight from someone who knows – She worked for the Peace Corps. A little bit of a long read, but some real insight

What I Learned in the Peace Corps in Africa: Trump Is Right
By Karin McQuillan
Three weeks after college, I flew to Senegal, West Africa, to run a community center in a rural town. Life was placid, with no danger, except to your health. That danger was considerable, because it was, in the words of the Peace Corps doctor, “a fecalized environment.”
In plain English: s— is everywhere. People defecate on the open ground, and the feces is blown with the dust – onto you, your clothes, your food, the water. He warned us the first day of training: do not even touch water. Human feces carries parasites that bore through your skin and cause organ failure.
Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that a few decades later, liberals would be pushing the lie that Western civilization is no better than a third-world country. Or would teach two generations of our kids that loving your own culture and wanting to preserve it are racism.
Last time I was in Paris, I saw a beautiful African woman in a grand boubou have her child defecate on the sidewalk next to Notre Dame Cathedral. The French police officer, ten steps from her, turned his head not to see. I have seen. I am not turning my head and pretending unpleasant things are not true.
Senegal was not a hellhole. Very poor people can lead happy, meaningful lives in their own cultures’ terms. But they are not our terms. The excrement is the least of it. Our basic ideas of human relations, right and wrong, are incompatible.
As a twenty-one-year-old starting out in the Peace Corps, I loved Senegal. In fact, I was euphoric. I quickly made friends and had an adopted family. I relished the feeling of the brotherhood of man. People were open, willing to share their lives and, after they knew you, their innermost thoughts.
The longer I lived there, the more I understood: it became blindingly obvious that the Senegalese are not the same as us. The truths we hold to be self-evident are not evident to the Senegalese. How could they be? Their reality is totally different. You can’t understand anything in Senegal using American terms.
Take something as basic as family. Family was a few hundred people, extending out to second and third cousins. All the men in one generation were called “father.” Senegalese are Muslim, with up to four wives. Girls had their clitorises cut off at puberty. (I witnessed this, at what I thought was going to be a nice coming-of-age ceremony, like a bat mitzvah or confirmation.) Sex, I was told, did not include kissing. Love and friendship in marriage were Western ideas. Fidelity was not a thing. Married women would have sex for a few cents to have cash for the market.
What I did witness every day was that women were worked half to death. Wives raised the food and fed their own children, did the heavy labor of walking miles to gather wood for the fire, drew water from the well or public faucet, pounded grain with heavy hand-held pestles, lived in their own huts, and had conjugal visits from their husbands on a rotating basis with their co-wives. Their husbands lazed in the shade of the trees.
Yet family was crucial to people there in a way Americans cannot comprehend. The Ten Commandments were not disobeyed – they were unknown. The value system was the exact opposite. You were supposed to steal everything you can to give to your own relatives. There are some Westernized Africans who try to rebel against the system. They fail.
We hear a lot about the kleptocratic elites of Africa. The kleptocracy extends through the whole society. My town had a medical clinic donated by international agencies. The medicine was stolen by the medical workers and sold to the local store. If you were sick and didn’t have money, drop dead. That was normal.
So here in the States, when we discovered that my 98-year-old father’s Muslim health aide from Nigeria had stolen his clothes and wasn’t bathing him, I wasn’t surprised. It was familiar.
In Senegal, corruption ruled, from top to bottom. Go to the post office, and the clerk would name an outrageous price for a stamp. After paying the bribe, you still didn’t know it if it would be mailed or thrown out. That was normal.
One of my most vivid memories was from the clinic. One day, as the wait grew hotter in the 110-degree heat, an old woman two feet from the medical aides – who were chatting in the shade of a mango tree instead of working – collapsed to the ground. They turned their heads so as not to see her and kept talking. She lay there in the dirt. Callousness to the sick was normal.
Americans think it is a universal human instinct to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It’s not. It seems natural to us because we live in a Bible-based Judeo-Christian culture. We think the Protestant work ethic is universal. It’s not. My town was full of young men doing nothing. They were waiting for a government job. There was no private enterprise. Private business was not illegal, just impossible, given the nightmare of a third-world bureaucratic kleptocracy. It is also incompatible with Senegalese insistence on taking care of relatives. All the little stores in Senegal were owned by Mauritanians. If a Senegalese wanted to run a little store, he’d go to another country. The reason? Your friends and relatives would ask you for stuff for free, and you would have to say yes. End of your business. You are not allowed to be a selfish individual and say no to relatives. The result: Everyone has nothing.
The more I worked there and visited government officials doing absolutely nothing, the more I realized that no one in Senegal had the idea that a job means work. A job is something given to you by a relative. It provides the place where you steal everything to give back to your family.
I couldn’t wait to get home. So why would I want to bring Africa here? Non-Westerners do not magically become American by arriving on our shores with a visa.
For the rest of my life, I enjoyed the greatest gift of the Peace Corps: I love and treasure America more than ever. I take seriously my responsibility to defend our culture and our country and pass on the American heritage to the next generation. African problems are made worse by our aid efforts. Senegal is full of smart, capable people. They will eventually solve their own country’s problems. They will do it on their terms, not ours. The solution is not to bring Africans here.
We are lectured by Democrats that we must privilege third-world immigration by the hundred million with chain migration. They tell us we must end America as a white, Western, Judeo-Christian, capitalist nation – to prove we are not racist. I don’t need to prove a thing. Leftists want open borders because they resent whites, resent Western achievements, and hate America. They want to destroy America as we know it. As President Trump asked, why would we do that?
We have the right to choose what kind of country to live in. I was happy to donate a year of my life as a young woman to help the poor Senegalese. I am not willing to donate my country.

The pathway to citizenship element of the framework was largely denounced by immigration restrictionists.Trump explained in the tweet that he desires a permanent solution to the DACA problem which has vexed policymakers for years. DACA recipients and so-called “dreamers” are illegal immigrants brought to the U.S. as children. Former President Barack Obama created the DACA program in 2012 allowing some illegal immigrants to be shielded from deportation and issued work permits. Trump ended the program in September, citing its likely unconstitutionality.

Reported by Kathryn Blackhurst | Updated 29 Jan 2018 at 7:33 AMFifty-nine percent of American voters said it is “very important” for the president to discuss his plan to improve the health care system, while 58 percent said the same of boosting the economy. Roughly 23 percent of voters said it was “somewhat important” for Trump to address both health care and the economy.
“Our polling reveals fixing health care reform has become even more of a priority for voters since President [Barack] Obama’s final State of the Union address,” said Kyle Dropp, co-founder and chief research officer at Morning Consult, as Politico reported.
“Notably, 76 percent of voters said it was important for President Obama to discuss improving the health care system during his final State of the Union address in 2016, compared with 82 percent who say the same about President Trump’s address today,” Dropp added.
Trump took to Twitter on Sunday to tout the booming economy ahead of his address.
“Our economy is better than it has been in many decades. Businesses are coming back to America like never before. Chrysler, as an example, is leaving Mexico and coming back to the USA. Unemployment is nearing record lows. We are on the right track!” Trump tweeted.
Fifty-four percent of voters believe it is “very important for Trump to address the ongoing fight against terrorism, while 23 percent think it is “somewhat important” he do so. Fifty-five percent and 23 percent of voters believe it is “very important” and “somewhat important” that the president discuss how he will provide both direction and leadership for the country.
As Congress struggles to reach an immigration reform compromise, 40 percent and 26 percent of American voters believe it is “very important” or “somewhat important,” respectively, that Trump discuss his plans to reduce illegal immigration during the State of the Union address.
Only 27 percent and 28 percent of voters think it’s “very important” and “somewhat important,” respectively, for Trump to talk about reducing global poverty levels during his address, while just 30 percent and 27 percent say the same about combating climate change.
The poll surveyed 1,994 registered U.S. voters. Thirty-six percent of the respondents identified as Democrats, 33 percent identified as Republicans, and 31 percent said they were independents.

President Trump made the comments as he was meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the sidelines of the major conference. The two world leaders expressed gratitude for the repaired U.S.-Israel alliance.
Netanyahu thanked Trump for standing up for Israel against the United Nations’ “house of slander.” Trump praised Israel for standing with the U.S. He expressed concern over potential waste in hundreds of millions in aid money to the Palestinians, after they “disrespected us” by refusing to meet with the vice president.
The president then issued an ultimatum to the Palestinians:
“That money is on the table, and that money is not going to them, unless they sit down and negotiate peace. Because I can tell you that Israel does want to make peace, and they’re going to have to want to make peace, too.”
At the same time, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley arrived at U.N. headquarters Thursday with a message to the Palestinians: The White House’s patience with their leadership is running thin. Haley argued that the “single most important element” for Israeli-Palestinian peace is “leaders who have the will to do what’s needed to achieve peace.”
Haley took Abbas to task for his “outrageous” anti-Israel, anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, saying they do not represent a person “with the courage and the will to seek peace.”

Jim Acosta’s CNN won four out of the top ten awards, although top honor went to the Times (A former newspaper).
But Acosta’s CNN cleaned up on the awards with the following:
Failing to do basic fact-checking resulting accusing the President’s son-in-law of criminality:
Award #3. CNN FALSELY reported that candidate Donald Trump and his son Donald J. Trump, Jr. had access to hacked documents from WikiLeaks
What Don Trump Jr was talking about wasn’t super-secret conspiracy stuff at all! It was in the public domain, you dumbasses!
Award #6. CNN FALSELY edited a video to make it appear President Trump defiantly overfed fish during a visit with the Japanese prime minister. Japanese prime minister actually led the way with the feeding
Doctoring the tape to tell a fake story. In another classic non-troversy, they wanted to make Trump appear as though he was boorish and arrogant. They were hoping he would embarrass us on the world stage. When he didn’t, they INVENTED a way for him to embarrass us. Just like the press has done with which shoes Melania is wearing to visit flood victims, what dress Ivanka is wearing, or how the President shakes hands.
In today’s world, however, the press doesn’t have an information monopoly anymore, and the internet was able to put out the undoctored footage which showed — in that same shot — that Trump just followed the PM’s example.
Award #7. CNN FALSELY reported about Anthony Scaramucci’s meeting with a Russian, but retracted it due to a “significant breakdown in process.”
That one resulted in 3 CNN employees being shown the door
And Award #9. CNN FALSELY reported that former FBI Director James Comey would dispute President Trump’s claim that he was told he is not under investigation.
Acosta is out there bleating about how unfair it is to be called out as fake news. As though all these errors were honest mistakes. But answer me this:
Is there a pattern to the errors that can indicate intent?
If you were honest and dispassionately relating facts to the public, wouldn’t there be something like a 50-50 chance that the story would help or hurt one political party? Shouldn’t it more or less all ‘come out in the wash’ as they say? Then please explain why each and every one of these mistakes happened to overzealously hammer Trump and his administration for wrongdoing that never happened? Like the MLK bust? Or the economy?
And worse yet — they have been caught deliberately falsifying the story — like the doctored Koi pond footage.
Remember when they all piled on Rush Limbaugh for saying that he hoped Obama fell short of his plan to ‘fundamentally transform America’? How DARE you want him to fail! That’s unpatriotic, they said. But now, the so-called news REPORTERS are even doctoring evidence to mislead the public. Why? Because some 90% or more in the press happen to be from the same party. They aren’t reporters, but activists.
And yet they were outraged when internet ‘sh*tposters’ on the Right mocked them with rude memes with CNN getting thrown around like a rag doll.

Which is exactly the thing that makes people like Acosta qualify for that title of ‘Fake News’. CNN — the most busted name in news.

more than a few seconds.President Trump will be the first ever sitting President to address the March For Life. Last year, Vice President Pence made history as the highest-ranking member of the government to ever attend the March For Life. And still, the Media (D) barely covered it.
This year, perhaps with President Trump’s address to the vast Pro-Life crowd, the Media (D) that hangs on his every tweet will be forced to report on it.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders made the announcement on Wednesday:
The Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro, no fan of President Trump, wrote:
This is a moral move for Trump – Roe v. Wade, decided in 1973, is not only one of the worst
legal decisions in American history, but one of the most immoral. Abortions have been declining markedly across the United States since their heyday in the 1990s; in 1990, for example, the Centers for Disease Control reported 1.4 million abortions, while in 2013, that number was 644,435, less than half. The American people have also become significantly more pro-life over the decades, thanks to the hard work of the pro-life movement.
Speaking at the March for Life is also a smart political move for Trump – it’s a low cost way to reassure his base that he still maintains their priorities, especially in light of new reports regarding his sexual profligacy while married. Evangelical Christians have been Trump’s most solid supporters, and they will likely continue to do so if he speaks out strongly against abortion, despite his checkered history on the issue.
There’s little doubt the media will savage Trump for speaking at the March For Life – they’ll suggest that he’s a sexist, since the media routinely conflate protection of the unborn with hatred of women, a nonsensical and deeply disgusting conflation. But that may be good for Trump, too: most Americans don’t see pro-lifers as sexist at root, and pro-lifers certainly won’t stand for such an insulting proposition.

Shapiro got it bang on.
But here’s why President Trump addressing the crowd is so important. Although more Americans are shifting their position on abortion, the left still structures this issue as a binary narrative of pro-woman or anti-woman. They don’t ever address the issue of the child’s life at all.
The Left’s partners in crime, the Media (D), is complicit in the cover-up of the massive Pro-Life movement. It’s expected that 100,000 people will show up for the Washington D.C. March For Life.
Newsbusters conducted a 5-year study on the Media (D)’s coverage of the March For Life and here’s what they found.
During their morning and evening news shows for the past five years, the broadcast networks have offered fewer than 24 minutes to the March for Life. To put that in perspective, the three networks spent more than three times that on the Women’s March in 2017 alone.
If you’re not quite grasping that, here’s a chart:

That’s shocking.
What’s worse is that the vast majority of that coverage was just last year when Vice President Pence attended.
Abortion is one of the most controversial issues facing America, yet from 2013 to 2017, ABC, CBS and NBC combined have spent a mere 23 minutes, 45 seconds on the March for Life during their news shows.
Most of that coverage, 21 minutes, 52 seconds of it, came during last year’s March for Life in 2017. That was largely due to President Donald Trump’s influence. Trump, who had promised to appoint a pro-life Supreme Court justice, sent Vice President Mike Pence and White House counselor Kellyanne Conway to address the march. He also, in an interview with ABC anchor David Muir just days before the event, called out the media for ignoring the march in years prior.
Again, here’s another visual:

Unreal.
But now that President Trump will be attending, there’s hope.
“Over the past year, the Trump administration has significantly advanced pro-life policy, and it is with great confidence that, under his leadership, we expect to see other pro-life achievements in the years to come,” Jeanne Mancini, the March for Life president, announced in a statement Wednesday. “We welcome our 45th President, Donald Trump, to the 45th annual March for Life.”
But that’s just the start of what makes this year’s march newsworthy.
Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, is under federal investigation by the Justice Department following the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) videos that exposed the trafficking of aborted baby parts. CMP released further footage in 2017, including one video where a Planned Parenthood representative implied that they kill baby survivors of abortion. Beginning in 2015, those videos sparked a rallying cry to defund Planned Parenthood – a discussion that continued through 2017.
Americans’ minds are being changed about abortion and they’re starting to realize exactly what it is.
In all, the taxpayer-funded abortion giant has ended the lives of more than 7.6 million babies since Roe v. Wade. But there’s hope: Even though one in three babies are aborted in this country’s most populated city, the national abortion rate is decreasing.
And polls also show the abortion industry is out of touch with the American public. A new January 17 Marist/Knights of Columbus poll found that Americans (three out of four) overwhelmingly support restrictions on abortion. And nearly half of Americans call abortion “morally wrong,” according to Gallup findings released last summer.

Perhaps soon the mass-slaughter of innocents will be a thing of the past. And it could all be because we have a badass President with the balls courage to shine the light of Truth on tough issues like abortion. How will the Pharisaical Never-Trumpkin Evangelicals live with that truth bomb?

He revealed during the interview that Donald Trump, while he was a private citizen, supported his medical mission trips to Haiti by giving big financial donations. The results of those trips, according to Paul, were life-changing surgeries and hundreds of Haitians were affected by his generosity.

Paul, commenting on Trump’s alleged ‘sh*thole’ statement, said, “You know, I don’t think the comments were constructive at all, but I also think that to be fair we shouldn’t draw conclusions that he didn’t intend.”
“I know personally about his feelings towards Haiti and toward Central America because when I was not a candidate for president and he wasn’t a candidate for president I went down there on a medical mission trip,” Paul continued. “I did about 200 cataract surgeries with a group of surgeons in Haiti and the same in Central America, and when we asked Donald J. Trump as a private citizen to support those trips, he was a large financial backer of both medical mission trips.”
“So I think it’s unfair to sort of draw conclusions from a remark that I think wasn’t constructive is the least we can say, and it’s unfair to all of a sudden paint him as ‘he’s a racist’ when I know for a fact he cares very deeply about the people in Haiti because he helped finance a trip where we were able to get vision back for 200 people in Haiti,” Paul said.
