The Left Unmasks Its Desire To Destroy Families — And The Nation — With Sexual Chaos

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis once again led the way in protecting parental rights in education last week when he signed into law a bill that prohibits age-inappropriate “classroom instruction” on “sexual orientation and gender identity” in kindergarten through third grade. The legislation also requires parental consent for any health care services offered at school, and school districts “may not prohibit or discourage parental notification of or involvement in critical decisions affecting a student’s mental, emotional, or physical health or well-being.”

Contrary to the fear-mongering, there is nothing “controversial” about this law. Yet it certainly does throw a spanner in the works for the radicals, neurotics, and degenerates in control of corporate America, the establishment media, and Hollywood, who are evidently on board with schools serving as platforms for perverts, predators, and groomers. The obscene obsession with hypersexualizing children that exploded about two years ago needs to be understood in the context of the left’s wider agenda to promote moral relativism and sexual deviance, a campaign they have been gaslighting Americans into accepting as “progressive.” Decades ago, Marxists ditched class warfare and economics in favor of sexual politics and culture as a vehicle for executing revolution. Ever since, they have been shrewdly redefining marriage, family, sexuality, and gender, to the point where “tolerance” and “diversity” now means foisting porn, perversion, and predators on our families. Those who won’t stand for it are cunningly condemned as bigots.

Although the tactics have changed, the underlying objective is no different from the philosophy of their ideological forebears in Communist hellholes like the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe: the fundamental transformation of society by co-opting and perverting the nuclear family, the most influential societal unit, and the bedrock of Judeo-Christian values.

A Nationwide Trend

Brainwashing school-aged children as young as five into becoming transgender-affirming disruptors of the nuclear family is not just a thing happening out west in crazy California, Oregon, Colorado, and Washington State. In Virginia, Michigan, and Texas, parents have expressed disgust and outrage over sexually explicit materials in school libraries. In Connecticut, eighth graders were given a foul school assignment asking them to share their sexual desires in the form of pizza toppings. A couple in Florida accused their 12-year-old daughter’s elementary school of covertly coaching her in gender confusion, which they believe led to her suicide attempt.

After last year’s gubernatorial election in Virginia, Democrat Terry McAuliffe learned the hard way that parents don’t want this trash for their kids. It turns out white suburban women don’t take kindly to school boards covering up the brutal rape of a 14-year-old girl by a “gender-fluid” student. Then there’s the Wisconsin teacher who apparently used a link in her email signature block to redirect students to an LGBT resource site and sex toy shop, and the Missouri teacher charged with sending dozens of nude photos and videos of himself to students, including a girl under 15.

Against this stunning backdrop, the U.S. Senate is poised to confirm the catastrophic Biden administration’s Supreme Court nominee, a radical judge with a 25-year career history of leniency toward individuals convicted of possessing or distributing child pornography. The left-wing media was quick to normalize and defend this disturbing trend, while endeavoring to humanize the depraved pedophiles in question.

A recent op-ed in The Hill spelled out the horrific reality behind the euphemistic phrase “child pornography.” It is the recording of violent acts of torture committed against terrified, defenseless pre-pubescent children and even infants by adult men, and distributed for the sadistic pleasure of the sickos who consume it, perpetuating a fiendish and expanding industry.

The Shift to Cultural Marxism

From the classroom floor to the Senate floor, none of this is a coincidence. Over the course of the 20th century, cultural Marxists realized that the class warfare narrative was never going to lure enough Americans to achieve a fundamental transformation of this nation. Despite the Soviet Union directing and subsidizing communist infiltration of U.S. government agencies, trade and teachers’ unions, and even churches and seminaries beginning in the 1930s, classical Marxism proved a flop. The left’s tactical response was two-fold:

Firstly, in reimagining Marxism in terms of sex and culture, they used maneuver warfare to simply attack the hill from a more advantageous position.
Secondly, pushing the falsehood that the Red Scare was just a conspiracy of the early 1950s deluded Americans into thinking the communist threat was a hoax when, in truth, it never went away.

Meanwhile, whether the battleground is economics or culture, the greatest threat to the twisted Marxist ideology has always been the Christian family. Christians know, as St. Paul writes, that every family in heaven and on earth receives its true name, not from the state, or a party, or society, or some fanciful “village,” but from God the Father. Hence the repression of religious families, the laicization of schools, and the prohibition of religious education that began with the Bolsheviks. In the 1950s, under the Khrushchev regime, Nikolai Ilyachev, the chief ideologist for a reinvigorated antireligious propaganda blitz, summed it up well when he stated that “in Soviet society, a family is a cell of Communist education or a refuge of backward conceptions.” The left’s contempt for those who remain faithful to God’s commandments and the truth revealed by Christ has never changed.

With Your Eyes Clear, Stand Up and Fight

Resisting the soul-destroying lies being force-fed to innocent children means supporting candidates who fear God more than some punk journalist, and who are bold enough, DeSantis style, to stand up to the Marxist schemers waging this cultural revolution. The politically suicidal Republicans and moderate Democrats flirting with the idea of supporting a historically unpopular Biden administration’s pedo-lenient Supreme Court pick might want to simultaneously start researching their post-political career options.

Most importantly, we must return to Christ. He is the only remedy for the sickness and squalor rotting this country from within. So read the Bible, pray, catechize your children, go to church, and yank your kids out of the rainbow-parading, gender expansive-promoting indoctrination camps posing as schools.

Every communist who has ever haunted the earth understands that to control society, you must control the family. They ironically possess a deeper, albeit disordered, appreciation of the mustard seed principle than do many Christians. The nuclear family, the smallest societal unit, has the potential for the most profound cultural influence. As Pope Leo XIII explained, family life is “the cornerstone of all society and government.” It’s time to reinvigorate our Judeo-Christian heritage and start using the Marxists’ tactics against them.

— “These soldiers are disregarding and overriding the elementary rights of American citizens by applying tactics which must have been copied from the manual issued the officers of Hitler’s storm troopers.”

— The president is substituting “military dictatorship for the Constitution of the United States.”

— “My fellow citizens, we are now an occupied territory.”

All this because, after 50 days of raging violence, President Trump has finally sent federal agents to restore order in Portland, Oregon.

No — wait. Different Democrats and different president.

Although all those quotes are indeed from Democrats about a Republican president, it wasn’t Trump. They were Democrats Richard Russell, George Wallace and Orval Faubus, denouncing President Dwight Eisenhower for sending troops to enforce desegregation at a schoolhouse in Little Rock, Arkansas.

In 1983, Faubus was warmly embraced by Bill Clinton at his gubernatorial inauguration. Today’s Democrats are Orval Faubus.

In Portland, Chicago, New York, Seattle, Atlanta and elsewhere, children are not merely being blocked from the schoolhouse door — they’re being killed. They’re being maimed. Citizens are having their property looted and their public spaces destroyed, all with the connivance of local Democratic officials. And once again, the Democrats are championing states’ rights to protect domestic terrorists.

Democrats and the media want the federal government to brutally crack down on people who don’t wear masks — whatever the states say — but faced with an actual violent rebellion, the feds are supposed to stand back and let the governors lead!

Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler called the federal officers protecting American citizens “an attack on our democracy.” Yes, Orval, Portland is “occupied territory” — just like Little Rock in 1957! Democrats don’t care that they are mimicking monstrous figures from the nation’s history. They don’t care that they are taking sides with antifa, whose express mission is to kill police officers and destroy America.

Oh, we’ll get away with it. The media won’t report on the violent rioting that the federal government is quelling.

Boy, are they right.

If Faubus had had MSNBC, CNN and The New York Times covering for him, Americans wouldn’t have had the first idea why Eisenhower was sending troops to Little Rock.

Until the feds arrived in Portland last week, the Times’ most expansive description of the riots was this aside in a chipper article about Seattle’s “autonomous zone”: “Perhaps taking a cue from Seattle, demonstrators in Portland, Philadelphia, Richmond, Virginia, and elsewhere have tried to set up protest sites of their own.”

The media pitch the Lesbian Motorcycle Collective as “Portland Moms.”

When reporting on the “protests,” MSNBC and CNN invariably feature some area of Portland far from the carnage, showing people strolling, the sun shining, and not a single building on fire! You’ll never see the part of the city — a little area called “downtown Portland” — where thousands of black-clad antifa have been laying waste to everything in sight. You won’t see the miles of charming graffiti spray-painted on every vertical surface: “F–k Cops,” “F–k ICE,” “Abolish America,” “No Good Cops,” “Kill Cops,” “Cops = Bastards,” “Pigs!,” “Yes All Cops,” “Oink, Oink,” “F–ck Trump,” “Kill the Police,” “Dead Cops,” “Pigs,” “Slaughterhouse Die Piggie Die,” “Burn Pigs,” and of course, the antifa slogan, “ACAB,” or “All Cops Are Bastards.”

Trump should say nothing about Portland except: “Look at the videos.” I recommend you start with journalist Andy Ngo’s Twitter feed: @MrAndyNgo.

After hiding the truth for 50 days, this week, Democrats and the media have been gasping in horror at the sight of federal law enforcement agents appearing in such a bucolic little burg. Here’s some of what’s being hidden from you:

Night after night, the “peaceful protesters” have thrown bombs, bricks, frozen water bottles and cement blocks at the Portland police, whom they vastly outnumber. They’ve fired mortars, marbles, ball bearings and commercial-grade fireworks at officers, sending dozens to the hospital.

They have blinded police with laser guns, slashed their tires, assaulted journalists, and set fire to buildings, statues and homeless people’s belongings.

So far, the rioters have done millions of dollars in property damage. In the first few days of July, shootings were up 240% compared to the same period in 2019.

Portland police precincts and the federal courthouse have been under constant siege — windows smashed and people barricaded inside as the buildings are set ablaze.

Or, as summarized by Ali Velshi on the Antifa Channel: “While most protesters are peaceful, small groups have clashed with authorities.”

Look at the videos.

Once federal officers moved in, the Times finally decided to tell its readers about Portland. For an accurate portrayal of the “protests,” the Times interviewed local reporter Robert Evans, who has tweeted:

— “I feel like tonight Portland finally joined the pantheon of cities that are Good At Rioting”

— “One of Portland’s lessons for the Left is that, sometimes, if you meet liberals in the right way, they wind up wanting to break down the doors of a federal building with sledgehammers.”

So you know you’re getting the straight poop from one of Portland’s leading antifa cheerleaders.

I don’t care if you haven’t heard about what’s happening in these cities. I don’t care that their governors and mayors don’t think it’s a problem. Unless you’re Orval Faubus, it’s the federal government’s responsibility to quash insurrections and protect the rights of American citizens.

The very reason we have a Constitution (instead of the Articles of Confederation) is precisely to allow the federal government to put down rebellions. It wasn’t a federal school in Little Rock. It’s the president’s job — more vital than randomly bombing Syria! — to suppress domestic insurrections.

This is not the first time Republican presidents have had to deal with terrorist-supporting Democrats. It probably won’t be the last.

The left’s enthusiasm for Third World immigrants isn’t only because they vote 8-2 for the Democrats. It’s that Latin American peasants seem uniquely amenable to idiotic socialist schemes. You probably think it’s beyond silliness for Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren to keep promising FREE HEALTH CARE FOR ALL! NO PREMIUMS! NO CO-PAYS! ILLEGAL ALIENS, TOO! EVERYBODY GETS A PONY!

No one could be gullible enough to fall for that. I refer you to the economic powerhouse that is Latin America.

Based on hundreds of years of indigenous people voting for politicians who made similar promises, Latin America has become the dream factory that it is today. That’s why Tegucigalpa is practically a byword for “technological innovation,” Santiago was the picture of calm sophistication this weekend, and Caracas is the ultimate in modern conveniences.

Perhaps you missed the article in last Saturday’s New York Times on what socialism has done for the water system in Venezuela:

“The brick shack on the outskirts of Venezuela’s capital is crowded with tubs, jugs and buckets. The water they hold must last the family of eight for a week — but it’s not enough for frequent washing or flushing, so the kitchen is filled with greasy pots and the house smells of stale urine.

“And none of the water is treated, making diarrhea and vomit a regular occurrence.

“‘We practically live in the bathroom,’ said the mother of the family … [Her daughter] sat nearby, pale and listless, recovering from her latest bout of diarrhea just one month away from childbirth.”

Democrats: We need some of that Latin American magic!

Twenty years ago, 60 percent of Venezuelans had regular access to safe drinking water. Today, only 30 percent do.

How did this happen?

Answer: Poor Venezuelans voted for it. If we let them in, they’ll vote for it here, too. (Except 20 percent, who will be patriotic Americans, i.e. Republicans.)

That’s great news for Sanders and Warren! But it’s terrible news for the country.

Denouncing “squalid oligarchs,” Hugo Chavez promised Venezuela’s poor: “I will not rest until every human being who lives in this land has housing, employment and some way to manage his life.”

The poor were sold! In December 1998, Chavez was elected in a landslide, commemorated with this Seattle Times headline: “VENEZUELAN SLUM DWELLERS VOTE FOR CHANGE.”

As The Miami Herald explained, Chavez “crystallized anger and frustration among Latin America’s poor at free-market policies that have brought only limited prosperity.”

Bernie says he “wrote the damn bill” to give Medicare to all, but he was plagiarizing Chavez, who immediately implemented a “single-payer” system for health care in Venezuela. He set up free health clinics, opened military hospitals to the poor and deployed tens of thousands of government workers to deliver medical services to the barrios.

At Chavez’s invitation, thousands of poor people took up residence in hotels, warehouses and luxurious golf courses. As one of the squatters explained, “We just want a home for our children.” That could be the epitaph of every once-great country: It was for THE CHILDREN!

As you may have heard, this worked out fantastically well. Within a year of Chavez taking office, the economy had shrunk by 7.2 percent and unemployment was at 20 percent. A decade into this socialist paradise, the poor were poorer than ever. There were constant blackouts, food shortages and appalling infant mortality rates. (Much like what we’re seeing in California.)

Venezuela’s infant mortality from diarrhea alone has sextupled in the past 15 years, according to the World Health Organization. (That’s an estimate, on account of Chavez’s quick response to the crisis, which was to stop releasing public health data.)

Potable water, that most basic element of civilization, is virtually nonexistent. Today, sitting on top of the largest oil reserves in the world, Venezuelans are starving.

Chavez didn’t seize power in a military coup. There was no revolution. He wasn’t imposed on Venezuelans by the C.I.A.

He was the people’s choice, elected president in 1998 (with 56 percent of the vote), then re-elected in 2000 (60 percent), then again in 2006 (63 percent) and yet again in 2012 (54 percent). And that’s not counting all the regional, parliamentary, constitutional and referenda elections his party won, over and over and over again.

Like that other Latin American matinee idol, Eva Peron, Chavez destroyed a country by offering the poor pie-in-the-sky promises that were to be paid for by “the rich.” In both cases, it took only about a decade to turn two of the wealthiest countries in the world into two of the most dysfunctional.

In Mexico, the people voted for the Institutional Revolutionary Party for 71 straight years. Total economic failure, year after year. Yes, please, kick me again!

All of this would be of limited interest outside of psychological circles, except for the fact that these voluntary hellholes are adjacent to our country, which is why our southern border is always besieged with desperate Latin Americans.

They’re fleeing the very systems that they voted for, and which (80 percent) would willingly vote for again.

The key point is this: Everywhere in the world, the working class loves socialism — except the U.S.A. To the dismay of American liberals, their movement has always been bereft of the very proletariat that they claim to champion. Instead of truck drivers and longshoremen, Democratic meetings are full of divorcees, transgenders, vegans and college professors.

Recall that when student radicals tried to organize blue-collar workers in the ’60s, they ended up getting their heads smashed by building trades guys for protesting the war. Today, America’s working class wears a MAGA hat.

That’s why the Democrats are dying to fling open our southern border. As Lenin might have said, you can’t make an omelet without bringing in millions of poverty-stricken Latin Americans.

Lars Maischak is a professor at the California State University at Fresno. And after what he said, we advise staying away from him at all costs.

He has a “solution” to save American democracy. He believes that President Trump should be hanged and other Republicans summarily executed!

Does this man not realize that what he is suggesting is murder? No, it’s even worse than that. It’s genocide!

“To save American democracy, Trump must hang. The sooner and the higher, the better.”

According to his professor profile on the university’s website, Maischak teaches American history! He focuses on the 19th century. And guess who he really likes to talk about. The intellectual history of socialist…Karl Marx.

If you take a stroll down Maischak’s Twitter timeline, you can see that he is very vocal about his disdain for Trump or Republicans. Like this beauty, where he is asking if money is being collected… to erect a monument honoring “the Trump assassin.”

And the most disgusting one of them all (in our opinion). Maischak tweeted that the mother of Jesus Christ, Mary, should have aborted Jesus so he could be “spared this clerical-fascist crap.”

Thankfully, he doesn’t seem to have too many fans.

Replies on the tweets mostly include people ripping Maischak for his opinions while others tag the Secret Service’s official Twitter handle to alert them of Maischak’s call for Trump to be assassinated.

CULTURAL MARXISM: Brainwashing Everyone Into Progressive GROUP-THINK

In 1961 renowned psychologist Dr. Robert J Lifton published a book on thought reform (brainwashing). Based on observations of brainwashing in China, his book outlines eight elements of thought reform. These thought reform elements are being applied by cultural Marxism to dramatically affect our thinking.

Here are those eight elements. The annotations are mine.

1 — Control or attempting to control communication

The longbow, airplane, and atomic bomb revolutionized warfare.

The current dominant weapon is the media. No shots are fired. We simply acquiesce to the will of our foes.

British journalist Theodore Dalrymple observed that Marxist don’t use logic or data to sway our opinion. They use guilt.

He wrote:

“In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, not to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better.”

2 – Mystical manipulation (hidden maneuvers)

The far left uses abstracts to affect our thinking. A glass ceiling is an abstract that evokes the thought of an imposed limitation. A dog whistle suggests an implied and indirect thought. You can’t see glass ceilings and you can’t hear dog whistles.

I mentioned these phantom concepts in last week’s column. Here they are again with a few additions:

Racism • Division • Hostility • Exclusion • Confusion • Ignorance • Triggering • Polarizing • Xenohobe • Dog whistle • Objectifying • Homophobe • Islamophobe • Social justice • Glass ceiling • Empowerment • People of color • White privilege • Disenfranchise • Systemic racism • Disparate impact • Polarized society • White supremacy • Micro aggressions • Critical race theory • Hate (or hate group) • Climate change denier • Spew hate on the Internet • “Don’t you know it’s [current year]?”

3 – Demand for purity

Lifton notes that dangerous cults divide the world into pure good and pure evil.

Cultural Marxism divides the world into the proletariat and bourgeoisie. The proletariat is expressed as “people of color” while the bourgeoisie is expressed as “white privilege”. The proletariat is oppressed. The bourgeoisie is the oppressor.

4 – Ethos of confession

Lifton said:

“If somebody is kept confessing you can achieve control of his or her guilt and shame mechanisms. There is no greater control that one can achieve over another human being.

By convincing us to continually confess our white privilege, cultural Marxism achieves control of our guilt and shame mechanisms. “And there is no greater control that one can achieve over another human being.”

5 – Sacred science

Cultural Marxism attributes natural effects to social causes. Social engineers may then tinker with society; making calibrations based on pseudo-scientific conclusions.

Here are three examples.

Cultural Marxism envelopes natural phenomenon — such as weather patterns and climate changes — into its philosophy by claiming those patterns and changes are harbingers of an environmental apocalypse and can ultimately be attributed to free-market capitalism.
Relating to race, cultural Marxism will defy the overwhelming evidence of forensic sciences to pretend race is a social construct.
Note how cultural Marxism’s “science” exploits women: Men are visually attracted to women. Cultural Marxism exploits this natural phenomenon by evoking the phantom notion of “objectifying” women. Without thought reform women would consider it a compliment to be called “pretty” by a male co-worker. After thought reform women would consider such a comment to be offensive because it objectifies them.

6 – Loading of the language

According to Lifton, loading of a language means:

A rhetoric and a language that only permits the claims of the particular group to be expressed. Alternative claims are blocked out by the very language.

Cultural Marxism considers the term “illegal alien” to be offensively racist, in spite of the fact that illegal aliens are both illegal and alien. “Undocumented guest” is the cultural Marxism placement term, even if the illegal alien possesses a valid drivers license (a document) and was invited into the country by no one.

7 – Doctrine over person

Lifton said:

One can be accurate, but will suffer the punishment of social ostracization and stigmatization for his honesty. This is a phenomenon I call “the Galileo syndrome”. Galileo, you’ll recall, was accurate in denying the sun revolved around the earth. Authorities forced him to renounce his accuracy under the threat of death. Today he would be demonized as a “solar rotation denier”.

Likewise, Nobel Laureate James Watson was demonized for noting that sub-Saharan Africans were less intelligent than white people, even though his observation was supported by decades of in-depth research. Specifically he said, “…all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours – whereas all the testing says not really.”

8 – The dispensing of existence

Lifton said:

Cultic groups so embellish their own claim to absolute truth that they divide the world into those who have a right to exist and those who have no such right. This was observed when Hillary Clinton characterized half of Donald Trump supporters as a “basket of deplorables”.

Clinton later apologized for using the word “half”.

Trump supporters are dehumanized as “Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it.”

Latest.com shared a meme on Facebook that, as of this posting, has over 21,500 “likes.” The meme is a photograph of an American Indian, and the caption reads: “Let me get this straight. You’re afraid of refugees coming to America, killing you, and taking your property?”

indian The comments section is brimming with affirmations such as “Right on!” and “Love this!” Sure, there is some dissent, but the fact that more than 21,500 people clicked the like button means that at least 21,500 people are completely retarded–sorry, learning disabled–because the meme presents a straw man.

First, let’s set aside the facile thinking that takes a complicated situation and reduces it to an 18-word bite, as well as the potential historical inaccuracies, and take the meme at its word. Now let’s break this into two pieces, because there are two essential problems here.

The first issue with this meme is that it’s a straw man. The basement-dweller who created this meme likely fancies himself a pipe-smoking intellectual, but he completely misrepresents the issue.

The American people are not afraid of refugees killing them and taking their property, they are simply wary of thousands of people entering the United States who cannot be properly vetted–specifically because two of the perpetrators of the terror attack in Paris arrived in Greece as alleged Syrian refugees.

James Comey, the director of the FBI, said refugees coming from Syria would be difficult to vet with any degree of certainty because of the chaos in Syria. Is it not rational then that we be reticent? Is it not rational to say that in an era of mass-casualty attacks by Islamic radicals–radicals who have already proven that they can hide among refugees–that we take a breath to asses the situation before opening the gates to potential dangers? Apparently not. We’re just bigots. Do you want

Additionally, who said we’re afraid the refugees will take our property? I’ll tell you who: The mouth-breather who created the meme.

Second, and possibly most important, the meme disproves itself. If we take the meme at face value, the question must be asked: How’d that work out for the Indians?

President Obama addresses United Nationals General Assembly in New York Sept. 28

Citing insider White House sources, investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson dropped a bombshell during an interview with Steve Malzberg.

Attkisson said President Obama has come to the point where he will not even listen to intelligence reports on certain Islamic terror groups – groups that are listed by the U.S. State Department as involved in international terror against Christians, Jews and other non-Muslims around the world.

Attkisson is a former CBS journalist who left that organization after it stifled many of her investigative reports. She now heads up the independent Internet news site Full Measure.

Here is an excerpt from her interview Friday with Malzberg:

“I have talked to people who have worked in the Obama administration who firmly believe he has made up his mind, I would say closed his mind, they say, to their intelligence they try to bring him about various groups he does not consider terrorists even if they’re on the U.S. list of designated terrorists. He has his own ideas. There are those who’ve known him for a long time that say this dates back to law school. He’s not necessarily going to listen to the people with whom he disagrees. He seems to dig in. And I would say that’s because he thinks he’s right.”

David Kupelian, managing editor of WND, has attempted to get inside Obama’s mind in his new book, “The Snapping of the American Mind.”

Kupelian wrote in a column earlier this week that, with the catastrophic Obama-era decline of America now threatening to spin out of control, “many are again straining to understand what on earth is really going on inside Obama’s mind.”

He cited the following list of concerns and possible explanations for Obama’s narcissism.

Some cite his barely disguised Marxist worldview (Fox pundit Monica Crowley recently said on the radio, “Obama’s not a Democrat. He’s a Marxist revolutionary“), with its obsession with radical redistribution of wealth and power. Marxism, by definition, justifies as “moral” not merely lying, but ruthless suppression of dissent, violence and tyranny – as long as these measures advance the glorious (though delusional) utopian cause. “Exhibit A” for this point would be the entire 20th century.
Some cite Obama’s childhood and upbringing. His Marxist-atheist-alcoholic-bigamist Kenyan father abandoned him, his Islamic stepfather raised him as a Muslim in Indonesia, his mother essentially abandoned him, and his most influential mentor as a young teenager was Frank Marshall Davis, a card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA, a pornographer and admitted sexual abuser of minors.
Some cite Obama’s religious background – his 20-year affiliation with his “spiritual mentor,” the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, who preached raw hatred of America, capitalism and white people, and whose “black liberation theology” gospel amounts to Afro-centric Marxism dressed up with cherry-picked Bible verses.
Some cite his background in “Chicago politics” – a euphemism for wall-to-wall corruption and criminality. Indeed, the state of Illinois, where a staggering total of four recent governors – Otto Kerner, Dan Walker, George Ryan and Rod Blagojevich – have gone to prison for corruption, remains a political cesspool to this day, as confirmed by a study from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s political science department. Obama is a product of this legendarily corrupt “Chicago machine” and played the game ruthlessly while rising in the ranks there.
Some cite Obama’s education, the most important part of which, by his own admission, came via Saul Alinsky. During the 2008 campaign, Obama said of his years steeped in the Chicago Marxist’s revolutionary “community organizing” methods: “It was that education that was seared into my brain. It was the best education I ever had, better than anything I got at Harvard Law School.”

3 simple steps to a conservative in the White House

As we look ahead to the 2016 elections, we need to be ready to fight back against those who do not want a right-sided victory. Many will talk about attracting certain voting groups. They will spout the rhetoric we have heard so many times in elections:

“We must attract the independents.”
“We must attract the women’s vote.”
“We must attract the black vote.”
“We must attract the youth vote.”
“We must attract the Hispanic vote.”

The list goes on, and it serves one purpose: to confuse.

The statists plan to win, and it isn’t because they have a better candidate or even more money. They plan to win by confusing their enemy. (That’s you.) The elections in 2016 can be won by the right using three simple tactics:

1) The Christian vote: Only 50 percent of those who warm the church pews actually even vote in the general elections. The numbers for women who attend church and vote are even more abysmal. If every churchgoer who does vote brought one churchgoer who doesn’t vote, the election would be wrapped up for the right. This tactic would have even more impact in a primary.

2) Conservatives rally behind one candidate: Before Iowa, conservatives need to have a coordinated strategy to decide on one candidate, or they will get whomever the D.C. elite decides to hand them.

3) Eliminate voter fraud: After deciding on the candidate, and committing to get churches to vote, conservatives should dedicate the rest of their efforts to eliminating voter fraud and opposing motor voter, same-day registration and voting (California has this), and voting without ID laws in their state.

For good measure, I would remind conservatives watch for Saul Alinsky’s rules to be used against them over, and over, and over. The more quickly conservatives can recognize the attacks on them, the better:

Alinsky’s rules:

1) “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from two main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.

2) “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.

3) “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.

4) “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.

5) “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.

6) “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.

7) “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news.

8) “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.

9) “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist.

10) “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.

11) “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.

12) “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.

The left has very effectively divided conservatives using Alinsky tactics this week with regard to the Duggar family. If conservatives are smart, they will recognize that attack and move on from it. This will happen again and again and again throughout this election cycle. You won’t see the internal circular fire in the statist camp. They are too pragmatic for that.

If you look closely, the entire Duggar story was a not-so-subtle message to conservatives, especially those who are seeking office: Only those who have no standards should be allowed to judge those who do. This will undoubtedly cause sleepless nights for many a conservative running for office and remembering a joint shared at a college party, or a Playboy magazine shared in a Boy Scout tent in elementary school. That is the intent of the Duggar story, which used tactics No. 4, No. 5 and No. 12 and threatens to sweep away a family that had captured the American imagination while showing large Christian families in a positive light. Remember, Nazism is short for national socialism, particularly atheistic centralized government partnering with powerful preferred corporations.

Let’s take a look at the people behind the assault on the Duggars and American-style individual liberty and protections for children.

Bauer Holdings, the German conglomerate that owns In Touch Magazine, trades in all kinds of societal derogating trash and probably enjoys little readership among Duggar family loyalists. Christian converts are bad for business. Attacking the Duggars is a three-fer: Sell magazines, defend your market, and help make sure no conservative is elected to the White House in 2016. So they would dedicate a lot of time and money to investigate and paint the Duggar family as exhibit A of why we can never give spotlight or power to a conservative.

According to an investigation in the The Wrap, one of Bauer’s subsidiaries is Der Landser, a Nazi-sympathizing, skinhead magazine in Germany. Germany’s equivalent of Time Magazine, Der Spiegel, described the Bauer publication as “a specialist journal for whitewashing the Wehrmacht,” Hitler’s war machine.

Bauer also published the magazine Zuerst! Dieter Munier, the publisher of that magazine is a known German neo-Nazi leader for more than 40 years. Bauer sold that magazine in 2012 after public outrage became overwhelming.

Bauer’s holdings don’t stop at Nazi sympathizing or Holocaust denial.

Bauer owned multiple distributorships of pornography, including (you can’t make this up) many Nazi-themed porn movies. These movies detail punishing via rape and torture those who do not sympathize with Nazis. One movie cited in The Wrap article was “Inglorious B–ches.” Bauer showcased this movie via Internet service provider, and shows a scene where a pair of Nazi soldiers torture resistance fighters. By shredding the American principle that we protect the identity of abuse victims, the owners of In Touch magazine have done more damage to women and children around the world than any one molester could do. They clearly aren’t looking for answers to the cancerous problem of child molestation. The reality is, that even those who are looking for answers don’t have many. But one thing is certain: In Touch magazine has an agenda far bigger than the Duggars.

If conservatives want to win in 2016, they will need to keep their eye on the prize and keep from getting mired in the distractions of the day. They will have to speak truth boldly and swiftly, and not to get dragged into the narrative of the left (example: “The Duggars should have…”).

The game is on. To the winner go the spoils.

Baltimore Professor: “White People Should Deposit Their Unearned Wealth In Black Accounts”

Lawrence Brown is an assistant professor in the Public Health Department at Morgan State University in Baltimore. He’s an activist who basically believes blacks should receive reparations, that America is segregated, that blacks suffer from historical trauma from white supremacist America.

White people’s wealth is apparently ‘unearned’ because it is based off a white supremacist society that steals from black people. That is why said wealth should be ‘deposited in black accounts’.

In activist parlance, ‘white allies’ are the white liberal/leftists that come out at at some of these protests. This standing with black folk is apparently in his words being given too easily, and should not be given without this cost.

Unfortunately, it appears Morgan State, a public university funded primarily by tax payer dollars, has no problem with this man teaching students.

FCC shoots down petitions to delay open internet rules

Remember when a wolfpack of cable companies and telecoms — including AT&T, CenturyLink, the American Cable Association, USTelecom and more — filed motions to delay the FCC from enacting parts of its open internet order? Well, the Commission was having none of that. Late in the day this past Friday, Wireless Competition Bureau chief Julie Veach and Wireless Telecommunications Bureau chief Roger Sherman handed down an order dismissing those petitions, pointing out that additional protection for the internet as we know it is crucial and that the petitioners’ cases aren’t as strong as they think.

Most of those groups had their sights set on one crucial proviso: the FCC’s new rules would classify internet service providers as “common carriers,” which they believed would bring not only the industry but the infrastructure that powers the internet under tighter, heavier government control. Despite the fact that companies that would now fall under that umbrella wouldn’t be subject to the full scope of regulatory oversight per the Telecommunications Act, they’re still fighting back in the name of the internet’s future growth. To hear dissenting FCC commissioner Ajit Pai tell it, the FCC would have the “the power to micromanage virtually every aspect of how the Internet works.” The petition filed by USTelecom, the CTIA, AT&T and CenturyLink spelled gloom and doom for the web as we know if the FCC gets its way:

“From day one, the Commission’s assertion of comprehensive control over the Internet will subject broadband Internet access providers – especially, small providers – to enormous unrecoverable costs and reduce their ability and incentive to invest in broadband infrastructure.”

To be clear, AT&T and company did not petition against the three “bright light” rules – no blocking legal content, no throttling and no paid prioritization – contained in the FCC’s Open Internet Order. While we guess it’s good everyone involved can agree on at least that much, it doesn’t change the fact that courts still have to rule on the lawsuits challenging the validity of the FCC’s plan. Tom Wheeler might be convinced of his eventual victory, but you can bet no one’s going to leave the ring until one set of ideals has been laid out on the ground.

Union bosses known for bashing the rich are often millionaires themselves, paid with dues taken from workers’ paychecks. Laborers’ International Union of North America president Terry O’Sullivan, who was paid $670,403 in 2014, slammed Charles and David Koch and other critics of big government in a speech last July. “Today’s Republican party has been hijacked, poisoned and taken over by a bunch of Tea Party maggots,” O’Sullivan shouted. “These anti-union, anti-worker bastards are not only crazy, they’re mean!”

When it comes to taking a huge paycheck from workers he claims to protect, O’Sullivan is in good company. Leaders of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, the International Association of Machinists and other powerful unions have done the same for years. America’s union membership rate is in the midst of a decades-long decline, but labor union officials always seem to get paid. In 2013, 472 union officers and employees were paid more than $250,000 each. Excluding the MLB Players Association and other unions representing professional athletes, 497 union officers and employees were paid more than $250,000 last year — not a bad haul for representatives of teachers, blue-collar workers and government employees. Outside of the pro sports unions, 19 union bosses were paid more than $500,000 in 2014.

Some of the country’s top union officials work for specialized unions such as the Independent Pilots Association, and they represent predominantly high-income workers. Most do not. In addition to O’Sullivan, the Laborers’ union paid 42 officers and employees more than $250,000 in 2014. How many officers and employees were paid more than $250,000 by the other construction unions?

International Union of Operating Engineers: 34
United Brotherhood of Carpenters: 28
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers: 15
International Association of Machinists: 14

Outside of the construction industry, several other major unions paid more than 10 officers and employees more than a quarter-million dollars each in 2014.

United Food & Commercial Workers paid 40 union officials more than $250,000,
International Longshoremen’s Association paid 17 officers and employees more than $250,000, and
Transportation Communications Union paid 12 officers and employees more than $250,000.

America’s four largest unions — the National Education Association, Service Employees International Union, American Federation of Teachers and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees — take taxpayer money from the paychecks of teachers and other public workers.

AFSCME paid 19 union officers and employees more than $250,000 last year.
NEA had 10 officers and employees paid more than $250,000 each, w
hile AFT had seven and SEIU had two.
In some cases, local union officials were paid even more than their national union counterparts.
AFSCME Local 3930 in San Diego paid finance director Gary Voice $680,721.
UFCW Local 464 in New Jersey paid president John Niccollai $579,828.

In California, New Jersey and the 23 other states without right-to-work laws, workers can be forced to pay union bosses to have a job.

Thank God for YouTube. It gives us so much. Dancing cats. Epic journalism. Tillman the skateboarding bulldog. Disturbingly bad music videos. And now, inadvertently, the video-sharing website has provided a glimpse into our national future once critics of laws supporting religious freedom succeed in preventing small business owners from refusing certain work as a matter of conscience.

The issue currently consuming America is whether wedding vendors — and, bizarrely, small-town pizzerias — must be forced to provide goods and services for gay weddings when doing so is a religious burden. Many outraged supporters of gay marriage, including Apple CEO Tim Cook, whose company does business with Saudi Arabia, have flogged an Indiana law which would protect religious adherents.

These critics may want to limit protection to gay marriage, but legal principles work in strange, creeping ways. Forcing work on small business owners despite their objections is highly unlikely to stop at gay weddings. Other groups will want their special, carved-out protections, too.

As George Washington University Law School professor John Banzhaf has insightfully observed, there could come a day when;

A Muslim wedding caterer will refuse to serve alcohol at the wedding of two hard-drinking atheists.
Or perhaps a Jewish wedding planner won’t want to assist a Palestinian couple in preparing for their big day.
Or maybe a Jewish baker will decline to bake a red cake with a big black-and-white swastika on top for a German Nazi sympathizer — or even for a Jewish student who apparently likes the symbol.

That day may be very far off. Or perhaps it will come very soon.

In any case, YouTube has foreseen it. The prophetic YouTube clip below comes from “California Reich,” an Academy Award-nominated 1975 documentary about pathetic neo-Nazi groups in three California locales: San Francisco, Los Angeles and the inland town of Tracy.

Here, with step-by-step instructions from a Nazi mom next door, is an example of the cake the Jewish baker might have to make once religious freedom is sufficiently diluted:

Al Gore’s not the only global warmist calling for “deniers” to be punished in some way.

There is this professor at the University of Graz in Austria who believes global warming deniers should be executed. And he doesn’t even support the death penalty for mass murderers. But he makes an exception for deniers, because they’re causing “the deaths of hundreds of millions of future people.” He said that more than likely, there would be billions of people’s lives at stake, but that hundreds of millions is a “conservative estimate.”

So, Al Gore’s not that fanatic, but he’s getting there. He wants to “punish” those who would dare question the theory of manmade global warming. So tolerant these people are of other viewpoints. Of course, he doesn’t really care about people or their opinions. He’s trying to get everyone to invest in the green industry and divest from the fossil fuel industry. EcoWatch reported:

For the third time in the last few years, Al Gore, founder and chairman of the Climate Reality Project, spoke at the [South by Southwest] festival on Friday. Naturally, his interactive discussion focused on addressing the climate crisis. The former vice president focused on the need to “punish climate-change deniers, saying politicians should pay a price for rejecting ‘accepted science,’” said the Chicago Tribune.

Gore said forward-thinking investors are moving away from companies that invest in fossil fuels and towards companies investing in renewable energy. “We need to put a price on carbon to accelerate these market trends,” Gore told the Chicago Tribune, referring to a proposed federal cap-and-trade system that would penalize companies that exceeded their carbon-emission limits. “And in order to do that, we need to put a price on denial in politics.”

“Forward-thinking investors,” huh? So this is what this whole global warming thing is about. Everyone knows it’s not science. It’s about money and “market trends.”

Of course, it’s always nice to have the “science” on your side, so in order to do that, they hire scientists to “adjust” the temperature data so that it makes the conclusion what these “forward-thinking investors” want. And these forward-thinking investors will only benefit the most if everyone’s doing what they’re doing. So, they can call for anyone who’s not on their side to be “punished” for “causing the future deaths of hundreds of millions of people.” And for being “anti-science.” Scare them into becoming global warming evangelists. “Convert or die.” Sound familiar?

EcoWatch continued:

He called on the tech-minded SXSW [South by Southwest] crowd, which is dominated by Millenials, to harness technology to launch a grassroots movement to tackle climate change and call out climate deniers. “We have this denial industry cranked up constantly,” Gore said. “In addition to 99 percent of the scientists and all the professional scientific organizations, now Mother Nature is weighing in.”

Gore wanted these young, tech-savvy attendees to start a grassroots movement using social media like they did when “net neutrality was threatened or when the Stop Online Piracy Act threatened to blacklist websites that offered so-called illegal content,” said Macworld. That means signing petitions to fight climate change, utilizing social media to call out climate deniers in Congress and streaming the Live Earth Road to Paris concert on June 18, an event designed to draw attention to the climate talks in Paris this December.

Al Gore’s marketing strategy seems to mirror a political campaign. That’s because it is a political campaign.

John Kerry said manmade global warming is an elementary fact like gravity. You don’t see scientists and their political financiers trying to drum up support for the theory of gravity by getting all the young techies out there to spread the word on social media about gravity, and live-stream some concert that all the kids love going to that raises awareness of gravity.

Global warming isn’t science. At its heart is the love of money.

Lawmaker calls for a rebellion against EPA pollution emissions for backyard barbecues

A Missouri state legislator wants the Environmental Protection Agency to back off of people’s backyard barbecues. On Monday, State Senator Eric Schmitt (R) from St. Louis kicked off a #porksteakrebellion after he discovered the EPA is funding a study on propane grill emissions that suggest pit masters use a special tray to catch grease drippings and a “catalytic” filtration system to reduce air pollution, reports Fox News KTVI. “The idea that the EPA wants to find their way into our back yards, where we’re congregating with our neighbors, having a good time, on the 4^th of July, barbecuing pork steak or hamburgers, is ridiculous and it’s emblematic of agency that’s sort of out of control,” Schmitt said.

The EPA is funding a $15,000 University of California-Riverside study to look at the particulate emissions you breathe when grilling over an open flame. Along with the drip tray, the emission removal system includes the use of a “secondary air filtration system is composed of a single pipe duct system which contains a specialized metal filter, a metal fan blade, a drive shaft, and an accompanying power system with either a motorized or manual method,” according to study.

Those opposed to the study met Monday night at St. Louis’ LeGrand’s Market & Catering sandwiches shop after Schmitt launched the rebellion via Twitter. “Personally, I think being able to barbecue in your back yard extends your life,” customer Pat Schommer told Fox. “It’s part of pleasure – backyard barbecuing and I love it.”

The EPA said that it doesn’t regulate people’s backyard barbecues and that the grant is part of the EPA’s “National Student Design Competition for Sustainability Focusing on People, Prosperity and the Planet (2014)”, which is a student-designed competition for sustainability.

Schmitt called on people to grill in their backyards this week as a sort of “peaceful protest”.

An anti-gun group released a video yesterday mocking the Second Amendment, but the video is so bad, it’s hilarious to watch.

The video, produced by the Brady Campaign, features two “criminals” who promote “crimadvisor.com,” a web site that tells them “which states have loose gun laws.”

“I have some violent friends; we all wear leather jackets and scream at women, and we want to find out which states we can buy and sell guns easy,” one of the “criminals” says, to which the other responds with “Crimadvisor.com, that’s the site to find out where it’s easiest for felons and fugitives to buy, carry and even traffic guns.”

Of course, in real life violent criminals couldn’t care less about laws; otherwise they wouldn’t be robbing and killing.

Seriously, do you think the drug cartels that overran Mexico and left it a failed state gave a crap that the country has some of the strongest gun control laws in the western hemisphere? No, because they were too busy gunning down tourists in Cancún who were left defenseless by gun control. “More than 70,000 people have been killed in drug-related violence in Mexico since 2007,” Reuters reported back in 2013, and the number has only skyrocketed since then. Mexico’s only hope is from the armed militias who have defied the country’s gun laws to defend their communities from the cartels.

And what about the Chicago gangs who control the city’s drug trade, do you actually think they ever said to themselves, “Geez, maybe we shouldn’t have murdered 73 people in one weekend because we broke a bunch of gun control laws in the process?” Of course not. The murders in Chicago only slowed down after Illinois enacted a concealed carry law.

“The facts are every time guns have been allowed, concealed carry has been allowed, the crime rate has gone down,” Rep. Louie Gohmert, a Texas Republican, said just months before Illinois passed its concealed carry bill in 2013.

Just like the drug laws that have granted cartels control over the narcotics trade, gun laws have granted criminals control over the population by neutering the right to self-defense.

And the Brady Campaign video is a microcosm of the gun control movement: false logic presented as fact that’s ripe for ridicule. But while the video is funny to laugh at, gun control is not funny at all; it has contributed to the most disgusting wave of violence the world has ever seen.

The president twice went for unscheduled walkabouts last week, taking a trip to a Starbucks near the White House with his chief of staff Denis McDonough on Monday and, the next day, turning up at a burger joint in Alexandria, Va…

Last Tuesday, Obama was asked about gun control during a question-and-answer session hosted by the social networking website Tumblr. He didn’t try to assert that progress on legislation was realistically possible, instead launching into a personal broadside, permeated with a sense of resignation, against “this town…”

The couple have also never sold their family home in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood, a fact that prompts speculation they will return there after his White House tenure ends.

If he’s so miserable, he could end that tenure right now. Today. He could get out before his ineptitude and dishonesty cause even more problems for the world, and, most importantly, for himself.

But he won’t, because his ego won’t let him. He’s willing to destroy the Democrats’ brand just to hold onto his power, no matter how miserable it makes him. No matter how many times he screws everything up, and part of him can’t push away the shame.

Even now, there are people with an emotional investment in this guy. They believed in him, and no matter how he disappoints them, no matter how many outrageous lies he tells them, they can’t bring themselves to abandon him.

There’s nothing the rest of us can do but laugh at them. You can point at them as you do so, but either way works. Just laugh at them. They hate it. And the more they seethe, the better it gets.

History will remember what this man did to America, and who stood by him. There’s nothing we can do to change that now, but at least we can stand clear and sneer.

(CNN) — Former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, delivering Thursday’s commencement speech at Harvard University, criticized what he described as a disturbing trend of liberals silencing voices “deemed politically objectionable.”

“This spring, it has been disturbing to see a number of college commencement speakers withdraw — or have their invitations rescinded — after protests from students and — to me, shockingly — from senior faculty and administrators who should know better,” Bloomberg said.

The billionaire former mayor cited an October speech during which his ex-police commissioner, Ray Kelly, was shouted down by students at Brown University. The university canceled Kelly’s speech when protesters opposed to the police department’s stop-and-frisk policy shouted down and interrupted Kelly.

Bloomberg noted other universities have had speakers back out. He pointed to Rutgers, where former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice withdrew amid protests, and Smith College, where International Monetary Fund chief Christine Lagarde withdrew after a student petition.

“In each case, liberals silenced a voice — and denied an honorary degree — to individuals they deemed politically objectionable. This is an outrage,” Bloomberg said to applause.

An even more glaring example of failing to listen to the opposing side, Bloomberg said, was the longstanding impasse between Republicans and Democrats in Washington, where every major question facing the nation is decided “not by engaging with one another but by trying to shout each other down.”

Bloomberg, who in April pledged $50 million to gun control groups he helped organize, spoke about Washington politicians’ handling of gun issues, noting Congress has barred the national Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from conducting studies of gun violence, a prohibition that was recently extended to the National Institute of Health.

“What are they afraid of?” he asked.

“Do you really want an answer Mr. Bloomberg, or is all this a prelude to your campaigning for President? If in fact you really want an answer, I’ll give you my perspective; Unless you’re a “die-hard” Liberal Leftist, the very idea of the national Centers for Disease Control and Prevention conducting research about gun violence screams bias. The Leftist/Marxist/Socialist tyrannical force has already determined the outcome of that study. All they want is to get their deceptive hands on the money to do the research. You see, Mr. Bloomberg, most of America is smarter than you and your Leftist comrades think we are. Any more questions?” JB

The Senate this year delayed a vote on President Obama’s nominee for surgeon general, Dr. Vivek Murthy, because the Harvard physician “had the audacity to say gun violence is a public health crisis that should be tackled,” Bloomberg said to applause.

“Let’s get serious: When 85 Americans are killed with guns every single day, and shootings regularly occur at our schools and universities, including last week’s tragedy at Santa Barbara, it would be almost medical malpractice to say anything else,” Bloomberg said.

“Mr. Bloomberg sir? Please show us the FACTS that back up your quote of 85 Americans being killed with guns everyday?” JB

The former mayor, who received honorary degrees from Harvard along with seven others — including former President George H.W. Bush and music icon Aretha Franklin — spoke of the role of universities as places where people of all backgrounds and beliefs can freely debate ideas without that “sacred trust” being threatened by the “tyrannical tendencies of monarchs, mobs and majorities.”

He recalled when protesters came out several years ago against the development of a mosque a few blocks from ground zero in lower Manhattan.

“We protected their right to protest,” Bloomberg said. “But they could not have been more wrong. And we refused to cave in to their demands. The idea that government would single out a particular religion, and block its believers — and only its believers — from building a house of worship in a particular area is diametrically opposed to the moral principles that gave rise to our great nation, and the constitutional protections that have sustained it.”

“BECAUSE IT IS AN INSULT TO EVERY PERSON THAT WERE MURDERED THAT DAY, AS WELL AS THEIR GREIVING FAMILY MEMBERS. Islam ALWAYS erects a Mosque on, or near the grounds of any of their conquest. THAT’S WHY, sir!” JB

He added, “If you want the freedom to worship as you wish, to speak as you wish, and to marry whom you wish, you must tolerate my freedom to do so — or not do so — too. What I do may offend you. You may find my actions immoral or unjust. But attempting to restrict my freedoms in ways that you would not restrict your own leads only to injustice.”

Bloomberg compared the intolerance of ideas prevalent in the country today to “McCarthy’s Red Scare” in the 1950s and its destruction of thousands of lives. In the 2012 presidential race, he said, the overwhelming majority of campaign contributions from Ivy League faculty went to Barack Obama.

“Today, on many college campuses, it is liberals trying to repress conservative ideas, even as conservative faculty members are at risk of becoming an endangered species,” he said. (“AGREED!” JB)

After the speech, Sarah Surrain, who completed her master’s degree in education, said Bloomberg was bold to criticize universities as too liberal.

“I thought it was really thoughtful,” she said of the speech. “It was nice that it wasn’t just platitudes.”

Harvard Law School graduate Jared Nicholson said the speech was “a great message … about tolerance of different ideas and diversity of opinions.”

Greg Silverberg, an engineering school graduate, said he welcomed the former mayor’s viewpoint.

“He gave some interesting perspectives on conservative views in universities that I hadn’t heard before coming from a liberal undergraduate institution myself,” he said. “It was eye-opening for a lot of people.”

Before the speech, Cary Williams, president of the Association of Black Harvard Women, questioned why Bloomberg was selected as speaker, because, she said, the NYPD’s stop-and-frisk program “disproportionately has targeted people of color in New York.”

“It’s basically racial profiling,” junior Keyanna Wigglesworth said of the New York policing policy under Bloomberg. “And so it’s unsettling to me, (for) someone to speak who advocates a racist policy when you want students of color on campus to feel comfortable. It’s confusing and I don’t think its what Harvard stands for.”

As citizens of a free country it is necessary that we acknowledge the sacrifices of the men and women in uniform that died to defend it. Civil society only survives in a world of violence and tyranny if there are rough men ready to do violence on our behalf.

Andrew Jackson, after winning the Battle of New Orleans, reminded us of the necessity of the soldier when he said our sacred liberties would be in trouble indeed if we only employ “lawyers” to defend the Constitution.

Days of memorial for those that sacrificed and died in service to their country are common in American history, stemming back to the Revolution. But the modern practice of celebrating Memorial Day as a national holiday was established after the Civil War as a way for Americans to pay tribute to their Union and Confederate dead. Some of these earliest commemorations were held at Arlington National Cemetery, which this year turns 150 years old.

However, as we look back and remember those that have died defending us we must note the famous line by philosopher George Santayana: “Only the dead have seen the end of war.” Modern Americans are being failed by an education system that no longer teaches about war and neglects its study to a dangerous degree.

Instruction regarding war, especially those fought by the United States, is vital for every educated citizen and not just the tiny number who now serve in the armed forces. It is important to not just respectfully mourn those lost in battle on this Memorial Day, but to understand why they fought and sacrificed.

There was a time in American history when almost every student would learn about the intricacies of American wars from a young age. In famous historian George Bancroft’s History of the United States of America, the standard history textbook in the 19th century, the battles of the American Revolution played almost more of a role than the ideas.

Bancroft focused on the sacrifice, toil, and hardship that George Washington’s troops faced and highlighted the necessity for this service to the new republic. This encouraged young Americans to join the ranks when their country called in the Civil War; they were inculcated with a belief that they owed a great debt to the previous generation for the great Constitution that protected their liberties and a duty to defend it for those that would come after. Without their sacrifices, and the service of generations of Americans, our grand experiment in liberty and government of, for, and by the people would have faded long ago.

Unfortunately, for modern American students, the “mystic chords of memory” connecting them with past defenders of liberty and the Constitution are being lost. How many today are taught about the suffering at Valley Forge, the heroism at Gettysburg’s Little Round Top, or the world-changing Invasion of Normandy that set a continent free?

Worse, students are left with a serious lack of insight into human nature and will be unprepared when war finally comes.

Thomas K. Lindsey, director at the Center for Higher Education at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, recently wrote about the frightening lack of military history education at American universities. “If the seeds of war are planted in human nature, the study of human nature, the humanities, needs to take account of it. For this reason, American history courses had always — up until recently — offered military-history courses,” he continued. “No more: Observers have noted an alarming decline in military-history courses in university history departments nationally.”

This lack of military history teaching is bad at the primary and secondary levels of education, but even worse at the university level where any focus on war itself is intentionally diminished. In an article by military historian Victor Davis Hanson he explains the results of a 2004 survey of the top 25 U.S. history departments:

When war does show up on university syllabi, it’s often about the race, class, and gender of combatants and wartime civilians. So a class on the Civil War will focus on the Underground Railroad and Reconstruction, not on Chancellorsville and Gettysburg. One on World War II might emphasize Japanese internment, Rosie the Riveter, and the horror of Hiroshima, not Guadalcanal and Midway.

Great works on war like Thucydides’ Peloponnesian War, Stephen Crane’s Red Badge of Courage, and Carl Von Clausewitz’s On War are now utterly neglected.

The burying of military history in modern academia may be a result of the generally anti-war views on college campuses, or a result of it not fitting in with the overall ideological agenda, but regardless of the specific excuse, it is a great disservice to those who want to be educated about the consequences of human nature. Citizens must have insight in how to avoid unnecessary wars and win necessary ones. Hanson had it right when he said: “A wartime public illiterate about the conflicts of the past can easily find itself paralyzed in the acrimony of the present. Without standards of historical comparison, it will prove ill equipped to make informed judgments.”

So, this Memorial Day it is important for Americans to re-learn the lessons of war, especially as the conflict in Ukraine continues to heat up and great powers like Russia and China become increasingly belligerent. We serve the honored dead by becoming informed about our nation’s great and small conflicts, and serve ourselves by cultivating a stronger understanding of human nature and the horrors of war, which will be priceless when, inevitably, the next battle comes.

TSA to Purchase 24 Million Rounds of “Duty” Ammunition

Feds preparing to arm TSA workers?

The TSA has issued a solicitation requesting 24 million rounds of .357 SIG “duty ammunition” over a five year period, prompting fresh questions as to whether the federal agency is planning to arm its workers.

“Estimated quantity is approximately 4,800,000 rounds of .357 Sig duty ammunition per year, totaling 24,000,000 over the life of the contract,” states the solicitation, posted on FedBizOpps, which adds that the ammo is for use at “DHS component locations nationwide.”

The ammo purchase is likely to spark new questions about whether the Department of Homeland Security is preparing to arm TSA agents, an idea that has been pushed by the TSA’s union, the American Federation of Government Employees, but has received scant support elsewhere.

Although Federal Air Marshals acting under the jurisdiction of the TSA are currently armed, other indications, such as the hiring of shooting ranges near airports, suggests the federal government could be preparing to arm some TSA workers. There are only 4,000 Federal Air Marshals currently operating in the United States, a figure that doesn’t appear to match with the 4.8 million rounds a year the TSA is set to purchase under this solicitation alone.

The solicitation is filed under the auspices of the TSA and not another DHS agency such as Customs and Border Patrol.

“Outside of certain governmental organizations like the Federal Air Marshals, and the Secret Service, .357 Sig ammo is not a vastly popular round. It is basically a .40 caliber case necked down to accept a 9mm bullet. Who knows what it means, other than that a relatively small number of federal agents are expecting to do a whole hell of a lot of shooting, or they are expecting the ammo market to dry up for an extend period time,” notes one blog.

An even more disturbing scenario would see armed DHS agents patrolling the streets of major cities like Chicago, as Jesse Jackson called for last year.

Fears that large ammunition purchases by the Department of Homeland Security may be linked to preparations for domestic unrest have raged over the past two years, although a recent Government Accountability Office investigation downplayed the issue as nothing out of the ordinary.

Another noteworthy aspect to the story is that the Department of Homeland Security has stopped referring to such ammunition as “hollow point,” and is now referring to it as “duty” ammunition.

Have you forgotten about Candidate Obama expressing his desire to raise a “Domestic” Army? There could be no other explanation.” JB

One of the DHS’ explanations as to why it has been making ammo purchases in bulk quantities is in order to save money. However, previous solicitations for training ammunition requested “hollow point” rounds, which are not suitable for training and are more expensive than full metal jacket rounds.

More recently the DHS issued a solicitation for over 141,00 rounds of sniper ammunition, bullets known commercially as “Zombie Max,” a reference to their high power.

In my estimation there is no more vile creature on the face of the earth than one Barack Hussein Obama. He is a strident advocate for all that is ungodly, nefarious and just plain evil.

Obama never hesitates when it comes to trumpeting the “joys” of homosexuality. If he isn’t waxing euphoric over the “courageous” exploits of gay athletes such as Michael Sam and Jason Collins–he’s lecturing us on the “imperatives” of gay adoption and the “virtues” of same sex marriage.

Perhaps Mr. Obama isn’t aware of the fact that (according to the National Association for Research & Therapy of Homosexuality) the average life-span of homosexuals in America is a scant 42 years of age? Or, just maybe–he isn’t cognizant that due to the unsafe practice of same-sex sodomy–myriad medical complications arise which leads to early death?

Our Commander-in-Chief is manifestly ignorant to the fact that over 90% of pedophiles (according to author and researcher Dr. Judith Reisman) hail from the gay community. So, by advocating gay adoption–our president is placing children in a predatory milieu that will render them scarred for life.

Sarcasm aside–I fervently believe that Obama is aware of these facts and hazards– but due to his ridged, left-wing dogmatism–he simply refuses to budge.

Yet some of his most abhorrent work comes in the area of touting and praising Islam. Back in 2007–Obama referred to the Islamic call to prayer as one of the “prettiest sounds on earth.” This explains–at least in part–why he not only backed the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and the rebels in Syria (two groups that adhere to traditional, Koranic doctrine)–but why he also grows indignant at the slightest criticism of Islam or its prophet.

And the results of his labor have been nothing short of cataclysmic. From the wholesale torture, rape and execution of Christians in both countries to the destabilization of the Middle East–Obama’s advocacy of the world’s most savage and misogynistic dogma has cost thousands of innocent lives.

Barack Hussein Obama has been afforded (and blessed with) the most important position on God’s earth–President of the United States. But instead of using it as a force for good–he has used it to promote some of the most reprehensible and poisonous practices, behaviors and ideologies known to man.

And for that offense–I call him the world’s most vile creature.

“Capitalism is a failed system. Would you agree?” Nehanda Imara, of the exclusionary All-African People’s Revolutionary Party, reads to students at Portland State University on May 10.

“Yes!” agreed the audience, obviously full of progressive useful idiots and dupes. “Alright, I’m in good company,” gleefully chuckled the anti-American communist Imara.

“Capitalism is an evil system,” Imara begins the meat of her anti-freedom rant. “Capitalism is the root of all evils. It is built on unjust racist, classist, sexist system off of 400 years of illegal [ineligible] slavery of African people.”

“It is militaristic terrorism on steroids,” Imara, says about economic freedom. while referring to herself as not American, but as “African or Pan-African.”

Note to Ms. Imara: Slavery unfortunately existed for thousands of years before the United States even existed, even pre-existing the birth of Christ. The United States didn’t invent slavery. But we did end it in our country and lost approximately 500,000 lives or so doing it. Slavery hasn’t existed in the United States since 1865, when the Thirteenth Amendment to the United States was passed, formally outlawing the evil practice, Ms. Imara.

Where slavery does exist today, Ms. Imara, are in the Marxist “Utopias” you wish to fundamentally transform the United States into, where citizens are subjects and legal slaves to an all-powerful, all-controlling tyrannical government.

Watch this America-hating, Marxist revolutionary below if you can stand to. Then ask yourself what is this country coming to, when an admitted enemy of the U.S. Constitution is invited to speak at a public university, Portland State, in order to poison the brains of America’s next generation, but yet Condoleezza Rice is banned from speaking at Rutgers?!

Schumer Blames Rep. Steve King for Blocking Immigration Reform

(CNSNews.com) – Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Wednesday named Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) as the main Republican impediment to “immigration reform” in the House of Representatives.

It’s the second time in two weeks that Schumer has demonized King for opposing amnesty for 11 million people who came to this country illegally.

“It is time for the House Republican leadership to decide whether they stand with the majority of the American people and the supposed majority of their conference, or if they’re really going to let Steve King continue to dictate the policy of the Republican Party on immigration. Just to be clear, right now Steve King is winning,” Schumer said.

Schumer also set an August deadline for House Republicans to pass an immigration bill; and he said if nothing is done by then, President Obama “would be more than justified” in making “whatever changes he feels necessary” to fix the system for people who are “unfairly burdened.”

“Allow me to interpret; If you Republicans don’t go along with what we want, how we want it, and when we want it, we’ll get Emperor Obama to just change the law Himself and force our Socialist approach down your throats.” Got it” JB

In a speech on the Senate floor, Schumer said it’s been 320 days since the Senate passed an immigration reform bill, but House Republicans have done nothing except hand the gavel to “far-right extremists like Steve King.”

Schumer said Republicans must act between early June and the August recess: “If immigration reform is not passed during this window, Republicans will have to admit that Steve King controls the Republican Party platform on immigration. If nothing happens during this window, it is clear that this has occurred because Steve King calls the shots and he has won the immigration debate among the House Republicans.”

And if Republicans don’t act before the midterm election, “the president would be more than justified in acting any time after recess begins to take whatever changes he feels necessary to make our immigration system work better for those unfairly burdened by our broken laws. If House Republicans refuse to act, it is incumbent on all of us to look at all the areas where we can act administratively….”

Rep. King says he is fighting to preserve the rule of law. “Why would we reward people for breaking our laws?” he asked in April. “Rewarding law breakers produces more law breakers.”

Distractions, agendas, false realities, and policies that bring much harm but few benefits

The White House has released its latest National Climate Assessment. An 829-page report and 127-page “summary” were quickly followed by press releases, television appearances, interviews and photo ops with tornado victims – all to underscore President Obama’s central claims:

Human-induced climate change, “once considered an issue for the distant future, has moved firmly into the present.” It is “affecting Americans right now,” disrupting their lives. The effects of “are already being felt in every corner of the United States.” Corn producers in Iowa, oyster growers in Washington, maple syrup producers in Vermont, crop-growth cycles in Great Plains states “are all observing climate-related changes that are outside of recent experience.” Extreme weather events “have become more frequent and/or intense.”

It’s pretty scary sounding. It has to be.

First, it is designed to distract us from topics that the President and Democrats do not want to talk about: ObamaCare, the IRS scandals, Benghazi, a host of foreign policy failures, still horrid jobless and workforce participation rates, and an abysmal 0.1% first quarter GDP growth rate that hearkens back to the Great Depression.

Second, fear-inducing “climate disruption” claims are needed to justify job-killing, economy-choking policies like the endless delays on the Keystone XL pipeline; still more wind, solar and ethanol mandates, tax breaks and subsidies; and regulatory compliance costs that have reached$1.9 trillion per year – nearly one-eighth of the entire US economy.

Third, scary hyperventilating serves to obscure important realities about Earth’s weather and climate, and even in the NCA report itself. Although atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have been rising steadily for decades, contrary to White House claims average planetary temperatures have not budged for 17 years.

No Category 3-5 hurricane has made landfall in the United States since 2005, the longest such period since at least 1900. Even with the recent Midwestern twisters, US tornado frequency remains very low, and property damage and loss of life from tornadoes have decreased over the past six decades.

Sea levels are rising at a mere seven inches per century. Antarctic sea ice recently reached a new record high. A new report says natural forces could account for as much as half of Arctic warming, and warming and cooling periods have alternated for centuries in the Arctic. Even in early May this year, some 30% of Lake Superior was still ice-covered, which appears to be unprecedented in historical records. Topping it off, a warmer planet and rising CO2 levels improve forest, grassland and crop growth, greening the planet.

Press releases on the NCA report say global temperatures, heat waves, sea levels, storms, droughts and other events are “forecast” or “projected” to increase dangerously over the next century. However, the palm reading was done by computer models – which are based on the false assumption that carbon dioxide now drives climate change, and that powerful natural forces no longer play a role. The models have never been able to predict global temperatures accurately, and the divergence between model predictions and actual measured temperatures gets worse with every passing year. The models cannot even “hindcast” temperatures over the past quarter century, without using fudge factors and other clever tricks.

Moreover, much of the White House and media spin contradicts what the NCA report actually says. For example, it concludes that “there has been no universal trend in the overall extent of drought across the continental U.S. since 1900.” Other trends in severe storms, it states, “are uncertain.”

Climate change, Johnstown Floods, Dust Bowls, extreme weather events and forest fires have been part of Earth and human history forever – and no amount of White House spin can alter that fact. To suggest that any changes in weather or climate – or any temporary increases in extreme weather events – are due to humans is patently absurd. To ignore positive trends and the 17-year absence of warming is abominable.

Fourth, sticking to the “manmade climate disaster” script is essential to protect the turf, reputations, funding and power of climate alarmists and government bureaucrats. The federal government doles out some $2.6 billion annually in grants for climate research – but only for work that reflects White House perspectives. Billions more support subsidies and loans for renewable energy programs that represent major revenue streams for companies large and small, and part of that money ends up in campaign war chests for (mostly Democrat) legislators who support the climate regulatory-industrial complex.

None of them is likely to admit any doubts, alter any claims or policies, or reduce their increasingly vitriolic attacks on skeptics of “dangerous manmade global warming.” They do not want to risk being exposed as false prophets and charlatans, or worse. Follow the money.

Last, and most important, climate disruption claims drive a regulatory agenda that few Americans support. Presidential candidate Obama said his goal was “fundamentally transforming” the United States and ensuring that electricity rates “necessarily skyrocket.” On climate change, President Obama has made it clear that he “can’t wait for an increasingly dysfunctional Congress to do its job. Where they won’t act, I will.” His Environmental Protection Agency, Department of the Interior, Department of Energy and other officials have steadfastly implemented his anti-hydrocarbon policies.

“SKYROCKET”

Chief Obama science advisor John Holdren famously said: “A massive campaign must be launched to … de-develop the United States … bringing our economic system (especially patterns of consumption) into line with the realities of ecology and the global resource situation.… [Economists] must design a stable, low-consumption economy in which there is a much more equitable [re]distribution of wealth.”

“Did you get that? Go back and read it again. They are talking about a deliberate set of actionjs to destroy our economy so they can build it back up with Socialism and tyranny. Are we going to stand for this?” JB

(The President also wants to ensure that neither a Keystone pipeline approval nor a toned-down climate agenda scuttles billionaire Tom Steyer’s $100-million contribution to Democrat congressional candidates.)

This agenda translates into greater government control over energy production and use, job creation and economic growth, and people’s lives, livelihoods, living standards, liberties, health and welfare. It means fewer opportunities and lower standards of living for poor and middle class working Americans. It means greater power and control for politicians, bureaucrats, activists and judges – but with little or no accountability for mistakes made, damage done or penalties deliberately exacted on innocent people.

A strong economy, modern technologies, and abundant, reliable, affordable energy are absolutely essential if we are to adapt to future climate changes, whatever their cause – and survive the heat waves, cold winters, floods, droughts and vicious weather events that will most certainly continue coming.

The Obama agenda will reduce our capacity to adapt, survive and thrive. It will leave more millions jobless, and reduce the ability of families to heat and cool their homes properly, assure nutritious meals, pay their rent or mortgage, and pursue their American dreams.

America’s minority and blue collar families will suffer – while Washington, DC power brokers and lobbyists will continue to enjoy standards of living, housing booms and luxury cars unknown in the nation’s heartland. Think Hunger Games or the Politburo and nomenklatura of Soviet Russia.

Worst, it will all be for nothing, even if carbon dioxide does exert a stronger influence on Earth’s climate than actual evidence suggests. While the United States slashes its hydrocarbon use, job creation, economic growth and international competitiveness, China, India, Brazil, Indonesia – and Spain, Germany, France and Great Britain – are all increasing their coal use … and CO2 emissions.

President Obama and White House advisor John Podesta are convinced that Congress and the American people have no power or ability to derail the Administration’s determination to unilaterally impose costly policies to combat “dangerous manmade climate disruption” – and that the courts will do nothing to curb their executive orders, regulatory fiats and economic disruption.

“Are they right America? Have we decided that getting our country back is too much work? Are we really going to lay back and let this happen?” JB

If they are right, we are in for some very rough times – and it becomes even more critical that voters learn the facts and eject Harry Reid and his Senate majority, to restore some semblance of checks and balances.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. —The student organizers of a planned satanic mass at Harvard University say their intent is purely educational, but the Roman Catholic church says participants are putting themselves “dangerously close to destructive works of evil.”

The student club said in a statement that “the performance is part of a larger effort to explore the religious facets that continue to influence contemporary culture.”

“Our purpose is not to denigrate any religion or faith, which would be repugnant to our educational purposes, but instead to learn and experience the history of different cultural practices,” the statement said.

The Harvard Extension School said it supports “the rights of our students and faculty to speak and assemble freely,” and noted that the group also plans Shinto, Shaker and Buddhist events.

The Boston Archdiocese, however, says the mass mocks the Catholic Mass.

“For the good of the Catholic faithful and all people, the church provides clear teaching concerning satanic worship,” the archdiocese said. “This activity separates people from God and the human community, it is contrary to charity and goodness, and it places participants dangerously close to destructive works of evil.”

The Rev. Michael Drea, senior chaplain at the Harvard Catholic Center, said the academic freedom argument is a smoke screen.

In the following article Denninger details the lies, half-truths and coverups surrounding America’s gun debate and the war on drugs. As it relates to gun control, our government and the politicians running it often cite manipulated statistics in order to push forward their agenda. The goal is to disarm America’s tens of millions of law abiding citizens of their right to bear arms. But as is often the case, Denninger blows their entire argument to smithereens with real facts, showing that the violent crime statistics often used to justify the actions of gun control proponents are created by their very own actions and policies.

This is a set up and most Americans, especially those who subscribe to the notion that government is trying to make everything better, haven’t a clue that they’re being indoctrinated by the very people who have caused the problem.

The Real Gun Violence Issue

Take away the astroturf games like the so-called grassroots organization(s) that sprung up (by magic!) out of Newtown and you wind up with a truly ugly truth when it comes to gun violence in this country: Most of it is gang-related, most of the gangs are in our inner cities, and our President, along with the rest of the so-called “mainstream media”, simply refuses to address any of it.

Take a recent shooting in Chicago. The media pictures of both shooter and victim are radically inaccurate measured against their own social media postings.

The truth about that particular shooting? The gun, originally claimed to be stolen, wasn’t. It instead passed through a number of hands, at least one of them on probation and a second person who allegedly took the weapon to the shooter knowing it was going to be used to commit violence, a 30ish old aunt who allegedly went for the show (seriously!) someone who unjammed the gun after it malfunctioned and gave it back to the girl who had just tried to murder the victim but the weapon failed to fire.

Nor is that all. We have another case where a “cute little charter-school graduate” (as presented by the family and the media) appears to have a bunch of social-media postings of her bearing weapons of all sorts, including a rather-large revolver that looks right out of a Clint Eastwood movie and a pump-action shotgun. Oh, and this angel apparently capped at least two people before being killed herself. She was 17.

Are we ever going to address this instead of playing Astroturf games with kids who are drugged up on various psychotropic meds and then go insane — a rare but obviously far-too-common event?

Probably not.

Why not?

Because our Black President won’t talk about it. Our liberal media won’t talk about it. And we won’t talk about it either, nor will we bring to the forefront the fact that we have essentially invented this problem out of whole cloth by generating a welfare and police state that empowers gangs by giving them the fuel (money) on which they rely.

And how did we do that? We declared various self-destructive behaviors among and between consenting adults unlawful, generating an entire second economic system under the carpet that was then used to justify a “war” that we ourselves created and then declared.

The result has not only been a monstrously-high prison population it has also been an explosion of violence, without which we would be far down the list when it comes to the abuse of guns and property crimes.

Instead of admitting our stupidity in this regard just as is the case with the medical industry and its monopolist scams in the general case we have instead grown an entire industry around arresting, prosecuting and imprisoning huge numbers of people, most of them minorities.

What’s worse is that we are also watching them murder each other with wild abandon, while we sit in our chairs and refuse to talk about the statistical facts.

Indeed, if you take out black-on-black homicide in the major cities from our so-called “blood-red streets” that Bloomberg and others claim as our emblem of “endemic gun violence” you find that something like three quarters of all gun murders disappear.

There is a basic principle when it comes to solving problems in the general sense, and it applies here as with most issues: 80% of any particular problem is easy to solve, and reasonably cheap. The last 20% is both expensive and hard.

But we won’t talk about the 80% or how it gets generated. We don’t want to talk about the fact that we create these gangs by giving them an underground economy fueled by what appears to be an innate desire of man to addle his own mind, and which we can actually track back to the animal kingdom generally!

In the early part of the 20th Century we allowed power-brokers who were trying to protect their own industries to play on now-documented racism and false claims when it came to various drugs, with the now-iconic Reefer Madness being one of the poster children for that era. We banned alcohol sales and created, almost overnight, an entire criminal class that shot up our cities and reaped huge amounts of profit from the desire of people to simply have a drink. The Depression effectively forced the end of Prohibition, but only for booze.

Today we have the worst of both worlds. On the corner about two miles from my home is a store that has more forms of a popular drug in it than would be necessary to kill platoons of men, yet I can buy and consume as much of it as I desire. In the gas station and grocery store I can buy still other forms of the same drug, again, limited only by my wallet.

At the same time in the nearest big city (and probably in my “nice” small town) there is a thriving underground economy. Police officers with whom I’m acquainted tell me of the crack houses they bust with crude labs that threaten to blow up entire buildings — not through terrorist action but rather because the “chemists” inside don’t know what they’re doing or don’t care because they’re too stoned to be concerned with reasonable safety precautions. The mind-altering substances they produce are addled with God-knows-what, the ingredient list likely driven by whatever is cheapest to get as a diluting agent so as to “stretch” what they’re producing for sale. Some percentage of those drugs, along with mass-produced quantities in Mexico and elsewhere, stream into our major cities where the trade in them generates huge profits and massive amounts of violence, all aimed at “protecting” the highly-profitable trade in same.

Have we ever asked if the people who get hooked on meth and similar monstrously-destructive drugs would use them absent this pipeline of illegal supply and coercive sales capacity? If those people could walk into any pharmacy and simply buy whatever you wanted, having only to prove they’re of adult age, being supplied not only their drug of choice but also a pamphlet describing exactly what was in the package were buying and its expected long and short-term effects,would they? Would they rob and mug people if the price of maintaining their addiction was one tenth of what it costs today via illegal routes of supply?

Or would they choose to try something else — perhaps a bottle of liquor or a pack of 20 Class A joints?

I don’t know and neither does anyone else, but what we do know is that plenty of people were addicted to opiates and other drugs before the “War on Drugs” was launched, and a very significant percentage of them were able to hold down jobs and lead reasonably-productive lives. Oh sure, they eventually got sick and some died, but what we didn’t have was 17 year old kids shooting each other over insults, real or imagined, trumped up by what amounts to a trade war within our own borders.

I understand why Obama, Rahm and Bloomberg don’t want to entertain this debate. If they were to do so with someone like me they’d be in a very tough spot, because I’d put facts and figures in front of them and the audience might conclude that we’ve created not only a prison industry and siphons off tens of billions of dollars, not only have we destroyed the earnings power of millions, most of them minorities with these same policies, but in addition we have a more than 50-year history that says we cannot win this war nor do we give a good damn about those who die as a consequence of our puerile and outrageous policy pronouncements in this area, most-especially the young people of color who are overwhelmingly both victim and perpetrator.

Indeed, some people might conclude that our President and the rest of the drug-warriors are in fact racists of the highest order in that they’re complicit in the murder of far more black people in a single year than the KKK ever hung from trees through its entire sordid history.

This much I’m absolutely certain of — our black community organizer-cum-President surely doesn’t want to face his rank hypocrisy on this issue.

Nor, for that matter, do the rest of the so-called Progressives.

Everything changes. That statement may seem obvious, but what we often forget is that change isn’t always positive. While we are inundated by promising messages of change, like Obama’s 2008 campaign slogan, what change really amounts to is deterioration. Just as we all age, our philosophies are subject to a slow deterioration as well. The unfortunate side effect of an aging philosophy is that it will eventually be replaced by something else.

For quite some time now, there has been a targeted attack on Christianity in this country. However, over the last several years, the level of persecution has escalated rapidly. The reason behind the escalation rests squarely on the shoulders of our leadership. The Democratic Party has become the Party of the faithless. That’s not an exaggeration, or a smear, it’s just the truth. The faithless are drawn to the Party which best represents their positions.

The Democrats can believe—or not believe—whatever they want, but the problem starts when they attempt to stifle Christianity. The problem begins when their faithlessness turns to aggression. From the teacher who banned her student from reading his bible during his free reading period, to the HHS contraception mandate, our faith is being hammered. Secretary of State John Kerry saying this on his trip to Africa:

“Some people believe that people ought to be able to only do what they say they ought to do, or to believe what they say they ought to believe, or live by their interpretation of something that was written down a thousand plus, two thousand years ago. That’s not the way I think most people want to live.”

That is one of the most powerful men in the United States government slighting the beliefs of millions of Americans. That comment is outrageous, and wildly offensive. Will the media care? No. Will the Democrats care? No. They may even applaud him. But you know who does care? The million of Christians in this country. Even if you are not a Christian, you should be frightened by Kerry’s remark. His attitude toward Christianity is indicative of other aspects of his personality. He has a tight grip around the throat of the first amendment. The way in which he chooses to use his power is frightening.

But Kerry’s remark, the HHS mandate, and the bible ban are just the tip of an iceberg which we are quickly approaching. When one philosophy fades, others take its place. A vacuum is never a good thing. A vacuum creates an opportunity for something new, and potentially dangerous. What will replace our Christian nation when it eventually falls? And it will fall. The pendulum swings in opposing directions, and I can see a creeping fascism approaching; an ever-expanding government, an ever-widening wealth gap, and a population which is becoming more and more addicted to federal handouts. The pendulum has swung toward fascism before, and the results were nothing short of horrific. We are a dying nation, and we are dying because our faith is being stripped away.

When the leaders of a nation condemn the faith of its people, we are not far from fascism.

The 2014 mid-terms, and the 2016 presidential election are our last chance, so far as I can see, to take the wheel away from those who would drive us into chaos.

1. The “Holier Than Thou” liberal.

This is the liberal that thinks they have the moral high ground. “Hey, look at me! I am a liberal and I care about poor people.” This liberal never donates money to charity or volunteers their time, but they support welfare, so they care about poor people, or something.

2. The “Pro-Choice” liberal

This liberal defines themselves by being pro-choice. Ironically, the only choice they believe in is the choice to be able to kill an unborn baby. This liberal doesn’t think you should be able to choose to own a gun, buy a light bulb, or a large slurpee, but they still have the stones to say they are “pro-choice”.

3. The “Anti Death-Penalty” liberal

This liberal is good friends with the pro-choice liberal. They think that murderers and rapists on death row shouldn’t be killed, only the innocent unborn babies.

4. The “Oil Companies Are Evil” liberal

This liberal hates oil companies. Obviously, this liberal loves driving in their car, flying in planes, eating at restaurants that get their food from delivery trucks, etc. You would think they love oil companies because of how much taxes they pay.

5. The “Conservatives Are Racist” Liberal

This liberal hates conservatives because they are racist. Why are conservatives racist? Because Obama, Al Sharpton, and MSNBC told them so. This liberal believes in affirmative action, a policy that says minorities are too stupid to succeed without help. This liberal is also against voter ID laws because they think minorities aren’t smart enough to figure out how to get an ID.

6. The “Anti-War” liberal

This liberal thinks we shouldn’t have gone into Iraq or Afghanistan. This liberal changed their tune once Obama was president, obviously.

7. The “War on Women” liberal

This liberal thinks the world, and by world I mean conservatives, are out to get women. This liberal stands up and does there happy dance when Obama says women make 77 cents for every dollar earned by men, even though that myth has been debunked time and time again.

8. The “Jesus Was A Socialist” Liberal

Jesus did promote charitable giving on behalf of individuals through voluntary actions, not as a secular and spiritless exercise of government through forced taxation. Naturally, this liberal ignores the fact that Joe Biden and his wife gave 0.2% to charity for an entire decade, and that Barack Obama gave less than 1% to charity from 2000 to 2004. This liberal only loves helping the poor if they’re using other people’s money.

Moreover, helping poor people means being pro-capitalism. Nothing raises the standard of living of poor people better than a free market economy.

Or “Obama is our dad” liberal

11. The “Global Warming” Liberal

This liberal literally spends their time trying to figure out how to make cows fart less to stop global warming. This liberal said in 2007 that global warming will make the arctic ice free by 2013. Of course, in 2013 the polar ice caps grew by 60%.

Section 4 – Republican form of government guaranteed. Each State to be protected. The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union, a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened), against domestic violence. — United States Constitution Article 4, Section 4

Our country is a Constitutional Republic, not a Constitutional Democracy, however, Barack Obama continually calls it a constitutional democracy and did so again today during a press conference with Angela Merkel. Listen:

He has a purpose in doing so.

The country is being fundamentally transformed from a constitutional republic into a constitutional democracy. The difference between the two is the difference between the United States as it was established and present-day Europe.

Constitutional democracies do not have the safeguards of the separation of powers and states’ rights.

Democracy is an unbridled mobocracy. It is the tyranny of the mob. The constitution limits that but in the United States, we have other safeguards that limit the power of government and the power of the mob. The safeguards are the separation of powers between the executive and legislative branches and the separation of the individual states from the federal government.

These are under serious attack by Obama and his minions.

A pure unbridled democracy is a political system in which the majority enjoys absolute power by means of democratic elections. In an unvarnished democracy, unrestrained by a constitution, the majority can vote to impose tyranny on themselves and the minority opposition. They can vote to elect those who will infringe upon our inalienable God-given rights. They are described by Thomas Jefferson as elected despots.

A Republic prevents mob rule. You don’t have to wait for thousands or millions of people to make a decision because you have elected representatives who can make the decisions plus there are safeguards built into it.

Democrats like to call the United States a democracy because it enhances the very name of their party.

This is the correct definition of a constitutional democracy which was once similar to a republic:

“Constitutional democracy is a system of government in which (1) political authority–i.e., the power of government–is defined, limited, and distributed by a body of fundamental law called “the Constitution” and (2) the electorate–the general voting populace `within the political society–has effective means of (a) controlling the elected representatives in the government and (h) holding them accountable (responsible, or answerable) for their decisions and actions while in public office.”

This is how many Democrats define it now:

“A constitutional democracy is a government under law in which coalition and majority rule is balanced by minority and individual rights, and in which most rights are balanced by responsibilities – including the responsibility of each citizen to study the history of constitutional government in order to illuminate it in ways that no definition ever can … and in order, thereby, to allow it to evolve further in light of ancient wisdoms and the needs of our evolving global civilization.”

This definition gets us away from the rule of law. Once you can make decisions based on what someone thinks is a responsibility or what another person thinks conforms to an evolving civilization, you move towards anarchy.

In the second definition, we have to evolve to incorporate globalism which blurs the lines of our constitution and our sovereignty. It quickly erases states’ rights and state sovereignty. It also demeans the power of Congress and SCOTUS.

The Founders were knowledgeable about democracy and they feared a democracy as much as a monarchy. They understood that the only entity that can take away the people’s freedom is their own government, either by being too weak to protect them from external threats or by becoming too powerful and taking over every aspect of life.

They knew very well the meaning of the word “democracy”, and the history of democracies; and they were deliberately doing everything in their power to prevent the United States from becoming a democracy.

In a Republic, the sovereignty resides with the people themselves. In a Republic, one may act on his own or through his representatives when he chooses to solve a problem. The people have no obligation to the government; instead, the government is a servant of the people, and obliged to its ruler – We the People.

A Constitutional Republic has some similarities to democracy in that it uses democratic processes to elect representatives and pass new laws, etc. The critical difference lies in the fact that a Constitutional Republic has a non-evolving Constitution that limits the powers of the government. The Constitution can only be amended. It also spells out how the government is structured, creating checks on its power and balancing power between the different branches.

The goal of a Constitutional Republic is to avoid the dangerous extreme of either tyranny or mobocracy. It also emphasizes the checks and balances provided by giving certain rights to the states, rights which Barack Obama is continually usurping.

President Obama will not enforce immigration law. When Arizona attempted to protect itself from illegal immigration, the federal government sued them and stopped them in their tracks. When states try to pass voter ID laws, the federal government steps in. The federal government lost on the issue of voter ID’s at the Supreme Court so now the DOJ is suing individual states that attempt to require ID’s for voter registration. There are many other examples of President Obama usurping states’ rights.

Mr. Obama continually states that he is and he will continue to usurp the power of congress if they fail to act according to his dictates. He said it again Friday in his joint press conference with Angela Merkel. No one seems to care. Is this what so many before us sacrificed for?

Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Papers: We are a Republican Government, Real liberty is never found in despotism or in the extremes of democracy…it has been observed that a pure democracy if it were practicable would be the most perfect government. Experience has proved that no position is more false than this. The ancient democracies in which the people themselves deliberated never possessed one good feature of government. Their very character was tyranny; their figure deformity.

John Adams: Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide.

Thomas Jefferson: A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where 51% of the people may take away the rights of the other 49%.

James Madison: Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their death.

John Quincy Adams: The experience of all former ages had shown that of all human governments, democracy was the most unstable, fluctuating and short-lived.

Thomas Jefferson: The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.

Benjamin Franklin (maybe): Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.

James Madison: Democracy was the right of the people to choose their own tyrant.

John Adams: That the desires of the majority of the people are often for injustice and inhumanity against the minority, is demonstrated by every page of the history of the world.

Thomas Jefferson: All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that through the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will, to be rightful, must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal laws must protect, and to violate would be oppression.

John Witherspoon: Pure democracy cannot subsist long nor be carried far into the departments of state – it is very subject to caprice and the madness of popular rage.

James Madison: We may define a republic to be – a government which derives all its powers directly or indirectly from the great body of the people, and is administered by persons holding their offices during pleasure for a limited period, or during good behavior. It is essential to such a government that it be derived from the great body of the society, not from an inconsiderable proportion or a favored class of it: otherwise a handful of tyrannical nobles, exercising their oppressions by a delegation of their powers, might aspire to the rank of republicans and claim for their government the honorable title of republic.

John Marshall: Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.

Winston Churchill: The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter.

Sydney J Harris: Democracy is the only system that persists in asking the powers that be whether they are the powers that ought to be.

ObamaAllPrezMen The Drive-Bys, they’re not interested in this at all. They don’t really think there is anything, and those of them who do know that there’s something here want to cover it up. Now, the Drive-Bys are made up of a lot of stupid people. And the Drive-Bys are made up of a lot of uninformed people and the Drive-Bys are made up of a lot of people with a lot of prejudice. And there are a lot of reporters who will discount Benghazi simply because of who is interested in it. For example, Fox is interested in it and it automatically is nothing. If I’m interested in it it doesn’t rate any interest, because Fox and me, all we want is to get Obama.

That’s how prejudiced they are and short minded. You have some of the Drive-Bys who know full well what they’re doing and they’re working with the regime to cover it up. Then you have real activists in the Drive-Bys who know exactly what happened and who fear the truth coming out and are going to do everything they can to protect Obama, including trying to lay the blame off on Republicans somehow or the military, or the video that nobody ever saw. Here’s Dr. Krauthammer, who was last night in the roundtable, the all-star panel, Special Report with Bret Baier who said, “A few weeks ago Dr. K you said right here on this panel that Republicans should move on, that they should kind of leave Benghazi alone, that it was a dead end. Have you changed your mind?”

This according to the text of a new bill from Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., and Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y.

The Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014 “would create an updated comprehensive report examining the role of the Internet and other telecommunications in encouraging hate crimes based on gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation and create recommendations to address such crimes,” stated a news release from Markey’s office.

The one-page bill, reviewed by WND, calls for the Justice Department and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to “analyze information on the use of telecommunications, including the Internet, broadcast television and radio, cable television, public access television, commercial mobile services, and other electronic media, to advocate and encourage violent acts and the commission of crimes of hate.”

The bill does not define which actions by broadcasters would be considered to have encouraged violence, seemingly leaving that open to interpretation. (Of course it doesn’t define anything. They leave those details to be defined as they go along and when it fits their twisted agenda. JB)

Once the report is compiled, the bill calls for “any recommendations” for action “consistent with the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States” that is determined to be an “appropriate and necessary” way to address the purported encouragement of violent acts.

The Boston Herald took issue with the bill, calling it “frankly chilling” that Markey is seeking to “empower an obscure federal agency to begin scouring the Internet, TV and radio for speech it finds threatening.”

“Perhaps he could crack a briefing book on the crisis in Ukraine rather than looking for his own extra-constitutional methods of punishing speech he finds unacceptable,” added the Herald editorial.

Dictionaries come and go; meanings change; words are added as cultures crumble. There is dire need for one new tome that more ll just call s Dictionary. Now, what in the world would one or rename, in a pub of this kind? Well, as the mind wanders, it picks up items like a snowball rolling downhill. Just retreating ten years seems like a lifetime in word and culture change. So, what would this new dictionary look like?

Let’s start by depicting it as a picture book. Aha … mischief afoot? No, but as education keeps dumbing down, there may be many who haven’t yet learned to read…or won’t, and pictures tell it more succinctly.

Starting by describing today’s American Army. Just a photo of rainbow helmeted, battle weary, arm-in-arm same sex compatriots. Just back from a demanding same-sex “wedding.” Somewhere down the line – maybe this won’t even be alphabetically arranged – an explanation, in pictures, of “land grabbing,” showing Russia’s excursion into Crimea. American freedom will be displayed by storm troopers “visiting” the Bundy Ranch, shooting his cattle. Pro-choice could be worked into this – theirs, not his. But that adds to the culture change. In fact, culture will be mangled by a photo of a gang of teens with their pants hanging down to about ankle level. But, back to pro-choice; need more descriptions of this one. Pro-choice is not universal; only a few can have it. A pro-choice description must show an x’d out Bible along with a
large “welcoming sign” at your friendly local abortion “clinic.” Did I say something wrong?

Ok, let’s keep this publication as a work in progress. Justice has taken on a new meaning lately, so we need a child’s drawing for this one. A child removed by school authorities accompanied by some well-armed local police, for actually drawing a picture of a GUN! A further explanation would follow showing him studying in his back yard for the next three years after his expulsion. Of course, this one could also double as “Education, American Style.”

Next comes politics. This shouldn’t be at the end of the line but this is going to be a big, big book. It may even find its way into the library, but not freely; it might take up precious room on the shelf with the recommended latest pornography – heaven forbid. Ok, politics involves voting. Picture explanations of “America at the Polls” must include the freedom to vote. The picture-book explanation for this (no words needed)
would be a delicious photo of the civically-minded Black Panthers “guarding” your polling place.

The IRS (Internationally Recognized Scam) could be depicted as a Jimmy Hoffa lead-pipe enterprise … with the expropriated loot being dribbled down to a Solyndra Taj Mahal. And, of course, this description would be severely lacking without an illustration of 535 pols plus 2, with their hands in other peoples’ pockets. Congress … no good explanation for this one.

This new dictionary would, of course, find its place right along with the Devil’s Dictionary. But probably more useful.

(CNSNews.com) – In the budget proposal he presented to Congress last month, President Barack Obama called for what would be the highest level of sustained taxation ever imposed on the American people, according to the analysis published last week by the Congressional Budget Office.

Under Obama’s proposal;

taxes would rise from 17.6 percent of Gross Domestic Product in 2014 to 19.2 percent in 2024.
During the ten years from 2015 to 2024, federal taxation would average 18.7 percent GDP.

America has never been subjected to a ten-year stretch of taxation at that level.

In the twelve fiscal years preceding the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor (1930 through 1941), federal taxation averaged 5.3 percent of GDP.

In the five fiscal years encompassing U.S. involvement in World War II (1942 through 1946), federal taxation averaged 16.1 percent of GDP.

In the fiscal years since World War II (1947 through 2013), federal taxation has averaged 17.1 percent of GDP.

In the period from fiscal 1992 through 2001, federal taxes averaged 18.3 percent of GDP. But in the last four years of that period (1998 through 2001), the federal budget was in balance.

In the twelve fiscal years from 2002 through 2013, federal taxes averaged 16.1 percent of GDP—the same that they averaged during World War II. However, the federal government ran deficits in each of those twelve years.

In all ten years from 2015 through 2024, under Obama’s proposal, federal taxes would be higher than 18.3 percent of GDP. During the period of 1992 through 2011, there were only five straight years (1997-2001) when federal taxes were higher than 18.3 percent of GDP.

Under Obama’s budget proposal, according to the CBO, the budget will never balance. But over the next ten years, the federal government would add $7.183 trillion to its debt held by the public.

While adding that $7.183 trillion to the debt held by the public, Obama would increase taxes by $1.4 trillion, said the CBO report.

“The President’s budget would make a number of changes to the tax law,” said the report. “If enacted, those changes would boost revenues by $32 billion in 2015, and by $1.4 trillion, or about 3 percent, during the 2015-2024 period.”

High-level Democrats positioned to profit from ‘green’ projects

James Simpson is an investigative journalist, businessman and former economist and budget analyst for the White House Office of Management and Budget. Best-known for his exposé on the Cloward Piven Strategy of Manufactured Crisis, Simpson’s work provided background for Glenn Beck’s groundbreaking TV series on the subject. He is a frequent guest on radio talk shows and is featured in Curtis Bowers’ award winning documentary “Agenda: Grinding America Down.”

After a weeklong confrontation between protesters and armed agents of the Bureau of Land Management, events at the Bundy ranch in Bunkerville, Nev., came to an abrupt end Saturday when the BLM suddenly threw in the towel and left.

Speaking to a local TV news program Monday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada declared: “This isn’t over.” And he is certainly correct. The showdown between BLM and Cliven Bundy – the last rancher in Clark County, Nev. – was but the latest battle in a long-running conflict.

Supposedly at issue was the desert tortoise, a reptile on the endangered species list that purportedly could not coexist on the land with Bundy’s cattle. But why, many asked, would the turtle suddenly be threatened by animals it had cohabited with for the 100-plus years the Bundy ranch has been in operation?

A BLM document unearthed last week discusses mitigation strategies for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone, just southwest of the Bundy ranch. The “mitigation strategy” proposed to use the grazing lands near the Bundy ranch as a kind of sanctuary for the desert tortoise, because the entire region is slated for a large number of solar, wind and geothermal energy generation facilities.

The solar projects will obliterate most of the turtle’s natural habitat.

Bloggers quickly made a connection between the effort to remove Bundy’s cattle and a solar energy project in Southern Nevada financed by the communist Chinese energy firm ENN. It was to be the largest solar farm in the U.S.

Reid had lobbied heavily for the company’s business, even traveling to China. Reid’s son, Rory Reid, formerly a Clark County commissioner, became a lobbyist for ENN, and the Senate majority leader’s former senior adviser, Neil Kornze, now leads the BLM.

But the solar energy complex financed by the communist Chinese was not at the heart of the Bundy Ranch fiasco after all. The project died last year.

However, the BLM’s library of renewable energy projects revealed it was only one of more than 50 solar, wind and geothermal projects planned for Nevada, California, Arizona and other Western states. Reid was focused on at least one, and maybe more, of the projects, much closer to the Bundy ranch.

He was at the work site on March 21 to help break ground on the Moapa Southern Paiute Solar Project. A close inspection of the project reveals why there is so much interest in the area and why the BLM, presumably at Reid’s urging through his former aide, Kornze, is so intent on getting Bundy off the land.

The leaseholder for the project is K Road Power, LLC, a New York City-based energy company. An examination of its website finds the business development manager to be none other than Jonathan Magaziner.

Magaziner was formerly an associate at the Clinton Climate Initiative of the William J. Clinton Foundation. He is also the son of Ira Magaziner, former senior policy adviser for President Bill Clinton. The elder Magaziner now works for the Clinton Foundation on health and environment issues. There are likely other connections to Democratic insiders.

But that is not all. A company called First Solar is listed on a BLM renewable energy project map of southern Nevada, one of 11 sited in Clark County. Additionally, the map shows six wind projects in Clark County and also lists the K Road Moapa project under “transmission projects.” In other words, there is a lot more going on than media have reported.

First Solar investors comprise a who’s who of Democratic insiders, including major Obama campaign bundlers, billionaire investor Paul Tudor Jones, Al Gore, Ted Turner and Goldman Sachs. First Solar’s CEO is Michael Ahearn, former fundraiser for both Obama and Harry Reid.

First Solar has at least three other solar projects in California. So it becomes apparent why the BLM, Reid and many other interested parties have such an intense interest in the desert tortoise.

The lucrative business opportunities explain both why Cliven Bundy has been facing such intense intimidation and why all the other ranchers have been chased out. Bundy represents a financial threat not merely to Reid, but a whole gamut of Democrats tied to Obama, Clinton and Gore.

This is what has been discovered by examining only a few of the 50-plus projects. Doubtless there are similar stories behind some, if not all, of the others.

If Democrat-linked entrepreneurs plan to turn the West into a massive arena for green projects, the implications are disturbing. The projects will eventually go as all others have gone before: failing as the unsustainable costs, maintenance problems and unseen environmental catastrophes they create become intolerable. The true goal of “green” energy, say cynics, is to make these people wealthier, not to save the environment.

Whether that turns out to be the case or not, the Bundy story needs far greater and deeper media scrutiny.

Although all those quotes are indeed from Democrats about a Republican president, it wasn’t Trump. They were Democrats Richard Russell, George Wallace and Orval Faubus, denouncing President Dwight Eisenhower for sending troops to enforce desegregation at a schoolhouse in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Night after night, the “peaceful protesters” have thrown bombs, bricks, frozen water bottles and cement blocks at the Portland police, whom they vastly outnumber. They’ve fired mortars, marbles, ball bearings and commercial-grade fireworks at officers, sending dozens to the hospital.

They have blinded police with laser guns, slashed their tires, assaulted journalists, and set fire to buildings, statues and homeless people’s belongings.

So far, the rioters have done millions of dollars in property damage. In the first few days of July, shootings were up 240% compared to the same period in 2019.

Portland police precincts and the federal courthouse have been under constant siege — windows smashed and people barricaded inside as the buildings are set ablaze.

Or, as summarized by Ali Velshi on the Antifa Channel: “While most protesters are peaceful, small groups have clashed with authorities.”

Latest.com shared a meme on Facebook that, as of this posting, has over 21,500 “likes.” The meme is a photograph of an American Indian, and the caption reads: “Let me get this straight. You’re afraid of refugees coming to America, killing you, and taking your property?”

The first issue with this meme is that it’s a straw man. The basement-dweller who created this meme likely fancies himself a pipe-smoking intellectual, but he completely misrepresents the issue.

Alinsky’s rules:

1) “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from two main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.
