VIDEO: Sanders Open To New Tax To “Save” The Planet And He’s Dead Serious
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) who is still very much in the running for the Democrat nomination to run for President said that he is open to a ludicrous new tax to save the planet from climate change.
Sander’s who was conducting a town hall in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina stated the would be open to “meat tax” to combat climate change.
An attendee at the town hall asked the presidential candidate what would he do to address the meat industry’s impact on climate changed and floated the idea of a meat tax. The women said:
“As you probably know, animal agriculture is to blame for the majority of climate change and is the leading cause of deforestation water and air pollution and biodiversity loss,” the woman said.
“With that being known, what do you plan on doing to ensure that Americans limit their consumption of animal products?”
“Germany has imposed a meat tax in hopes of limiting this consumption,” she said. “What are your plans to stop these large corporations from further usurping natural resources and polluting the planet?”
Good old Bernie didn’t shy away…
“Thank you for the question, and it’s a good question. All I can say is if we believe, as I do and you do, that climate change is real, we’re gonna have to tackle it in every area, including agriculture,” Sanders said.
“In fact, one of the things we want to do with our farmers out there is help them become more aggressive and able to help us combat climate change, rather than contribute to it,” he continued.
“You’re right. We got to look at agriculture. We’ve got to look at every cause of the crisis that we face,” he added.
Normally when I hear about these things I dismiss this as liberal lunacy however, this isn’t the first time I have heard this latley. On August 7th theBBC reportedthat scientists are developing a vaccine that will work “against gut microbes that are responsible for producing methane in cow farts.” According to scientists, this would help save the planet. If liberals are willing to take out the electoral college why wouldn’t they wage war on cow farts and meat? I beg you all please vote we cannot let these crazy leftists in the White House.
CLAIM: President Donald Trump is ending “a policy that allows migrants to not be deported while they or their family members receive life-saving medical treatments.”
VERDICT: False. There was never any such policy, and all the Trump administration is doing is moving discretion over individual cases from USCIS to ICE.
The media were abuzz Wednesday and Thursday with claims, such as the one quoted from The Hill, above, that Trump is so hell-bent on deporting people that he is even “deporting kids with cancer,” as Vanity Fair put it (adding that Trump was once again living down to comparisons to Adolf Hitler).
Former vice president Joe Biden seized on the news, and added it to his stump speech. He declared, for example, on Thursday night in Greenville, South Carolina:
In just the last few days, we’ve learned his newest target is children. I thought we’d hit the bottom. No! … He decided to take away automatic citizenship from the children of our military serving overseas. … Like every bully in history, he’s trying to make himself seem stronger by picking on the most vulnerable … I thought even he would understand that kids suffering from cancer, cystic fibrosis, and other diseases they can’t get treatment for in their countries were off limits. But like so many other things he’s said, cruelty seems to be the point. … They all have to be unplugged and gone. Ladies and gentlemen — Neuroblastoma! — I can’t imagine, if I had been an immigrant, my son Beau, when he came home from the war, and he ended up having stage 4 glioblastoma … and them telling me, “No, unplug him, send him home.” That’s what it is! That’s what he’s doing! And it’s immoral, and it’s wrong!
Everything about that statement is false.
Trump is not taking away birthright citizenship “from the children of our military serving overseas.”An NBC reporter had to issue a correction: “Experts who have looked at new USCIS [U.S. Citizenship and Immigrant Services] policy say it applies if a service member adopts a child overseas, but children born to service members on deployment would still automatically get citizenship.” (Evidently Joe Biden did not get that particular memo.)
Second, there is no existing policy of “special status”for medical deferment, according to sources who spoke to Breitbart News on background.
What has happened in the past is that illegal aliens — not legal “immigrants,” as Biden suggested — were able to apply to an adjudicator at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for deferment from deportation. The majority of “deferred action” requests were denied by USCIS. Now they will be considered by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which is an enforcement agency (as USCIS is not).
The Associated Press cited letters sent to some Boston-area families ordering them to leave the country within 33 days. The letters apparently did not mention the shift in agency responsibilities. It is not yet clear what is happening in those cases, or why those individuals were not told about the shift from USCIS to ICE.
Nevertheless, what is happening to those individuals does not appear to be the result of a change in “special status”by Trump. Notably, the Associated Press refers to “immigrants”— not “illegal immigrants,”or even “undocumented” immigrants, obscuring the status of those affected (and perhaps frightening some legal immigrants).
People who want to travel to the U.S. for specialized care can still do so, legally, by applying via normal channels.

As we head into the long Labor Day weekend, here are two tips to make your holiday even more cheerful.
First: Remember to watch out for drunk driving illegal aliens!
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued a report after report showing that Hispanics are wildly overrepresented in drunk driving accidents (but also contribute so much to our cultural life, musical heritage and landscape!).
Or, as the Huffington Post puts it: “Latinos At Greater Risk of Dying From Driving While Intoxicated.” They’re victims of the drunk driving epidemic! German Concentration Camp Guards At Greater Risk of Dying From Accidental Inhalation of Zyklon B.
One NHTSA report elaborated on the inebriated Latino driver problem:
“The authors found that some Latino parents actively promoted drinking among their sons as a sign of masculinity or machismo. (A focus group) indicated drinking among Hispanics might be motivated by the need to prove their manhood within the Latino culture: ‘Everyone thinks they can handle alcohol, especially men.’ … ‘A lot of Hispanics think that way. It’s the macho male and the woman gives in to the man. Machismo causes this behavior.’”
The report also stated, “Mexican-American DWI offenders vastly overestimated the number of drinks required to make them unsafe drivers (eight to 10 drinks).”
It’s unclear if the NHTSA’s methodology took into account the effects of Cinco de Mayo.
Naturally, it would be outrageous to conclude from this that drunk driving is the national sport of Mexico. However, last year alone, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported 80,730 illegals for drunk driving, the majority of them Mexicans.
As the Houston Chronicle delicately put it a few years ago: “Young Hispanic men not getting message about drinking, driving.”… crashing, burning, their ashes being spread across Cuernavaca …
Thanks to its proximity to Mexico, Texas leads the nation in fatal drunk driving accidents, including those involving a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or greater — nearly double the legal limit. In 2014, young Latinos were responsible for about one-third of all DUI accidents in Houston — 535 — though they made up only 8 percent of the population.
MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell sneered at President Trump’s June 2018 meeting with family members of Americans killed by illegals, saying most of their dead kids were killed in traffic accidents. As if that doesn’t count.
Why did we have to hear endlessly about O’Donnell’s car accident in Tortola a few years ago, which he described as his “brush with death”?
Yeah, that must have been rough, some real Brian Williams stuff there. But Don Rosenberg finding out his 25-year-old son had been run over, backed over and then run over again by an illegal alien — well, that’s just a “traffic accident.”
Our media have no idea who Don Rosenberg is, and no interest in finding out. Their concern for “children” is limited to the ones they can exploit to get their way on illegal immigration. They wail about “children separated from their parents,” but it would be a dream come true for the “Angel Mom” parents if their kids were merely separated from them for six months — or six years! — if only they could see them again, ever.
You know what else is kind of traumatic? Being wedged into the false panel of a truck with a breathing tube before traversing hundreds of miles of rough terrain to make it to the U.S. border. These parents did that to their kids.
The New York Times, too, nonchalantly mentioned that the kids of some of the families at Trump’s White House meeting “died in car accidents.”They just died. Car accidents happen all the time.
Yes, traffic accidents can be caused by anyone — especially a sh*t-faced illegal going 80 miles per hour on a residential street. Internet scams happen all the time, so, let’s take in more Nigerians!
The point is, these particular drunk drivers never should have been here in the first place.
Tricia Taylor didn’t die, but the 18-year-old had to have her legs amputated almost to the hip after a drunk driving illegal alien from El Salvador swerved his car onto a sidewalk in Pontiac, Michigan, and rammed her against the wall. It was a miracle that she lived, suffering through multiple surgeries and a lifetime of pain medications. At Jose Carcamo’s sentencing, Taylor said, “What you give him won’t come close to the sentence he gave me for the rest of my life.”
D.J. and Wendy Corcoran began 2019 by burying their 22-year-old son, Pierce, senselessly killed when a 44-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, Francisco Eduardo Franco-Cambrany, swerved headfirst across a double yellow line, straight into oncoming traffic. Echoing the media, Alexander De La Espriella tweeted of Pierce’s horrible death, “Accidents happen, by anyone to anyone … ”— as quoted in the Knoxville News. At least we didn’t have to hear about the great tacos this time.
Six-year-old Annie Cumpston was walking hand-in-hand with her mother in 2003, after attending the Ringling Brothers Circus in Baltimore with her family, when a drunk Mexican plowed into the crosswalk, killing the little girl. The intoxicated illegal, Guillermo Diaz-Lopez, fled the scene, dragging a pedestrian on his truck, and was finally apprehended while trying to break through a police barrier.
Today, you can visit “Annie’s Playground,” a beautiful 60,000-square-foot wonderland built in the victim’s honor in Fallston, Maryland — at least until Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris demand its demolition to show their support for “undocumented immigrants.”

Hundreds of African migrants are finding themselves trapped in Mexico’s southern border region after new immigration rules no longer allow them safe passage to the U.S. The rule changes now say they must naturalize in Mexico or exit through its southern border.
A Cameroonian migrant, Esteban Azu, 37, said he paid human smugglers $8,000 to get him into the U.S. He said his journey took him from his home country to Turkey, Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, and finally to Mexico, Animal Politico reported.
“I arrived in Tapachula a month ago. I left Cameroon and went directly to Ecuador. From there to Colombia. I climbed mountains, walked through the jungle, to find this shit,” Azu expressed. “This shit! They don’t feed me. They don’t give me anything. I am very angry with the government of Mexico. This is not normal. This is bullshit. We need a solution. We just want to get out of here.”
The man who claims to be a plumber by trade, now finds himself trapped in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas.
A June 7 rule change that stems from an agreement between the U.S. and Mexico no longer allows safe passage to the United States. Mexico deployed thousands of its newly formed National Guard to enforce the new laws and deter migration through the country, Breitbart Texas reported. Since that time, migration through Mexico has dropped by about 40 percent.
Prior to the rule change, more than 1,100 African migrants arrived in a single Texas Border Patrol sector in a five-week period, Breitbart Texas reported in July.
In a press call in June, Brian Hastings, U.S. Border Patrol Chief of Law Enforcement Operations, told reporters this was the first large group “ever recorded in Border Patrol history solely from Central and South Africa. We’ve never seen that demographic in a large group of that size before.”
Prior to the rule change, migrants — African or others — received a 20-day passage through the country and were required to leave via any border. Obviously, the goal was the northern border of Mexico.
The new document being provided to migrants in southern Mexico states that the migrant may not “travel freely.” The document says they now must leave the country in 20 days “through a place destined for the international transit of people on the southern border closest to the place where said document was issued.”
Animal Politico interviews dozens of migrants — mostly Africans — who told the same story. They stated they were ordered to go to the regularization office or they may apply for asylum in Mexico. Neither option is said to be acceptable as their stated goal is entry into the United States.
“They do not want to request refuge in Chiapas because they want to do so in the United States,” Animal Politico stated.
Mexican immigration authorities reported that 3,712 people from Africa appeared between January and June 2019. The majority of those came from Cameroon. Most of the balance came from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Similar demographics were reported by Del Rio Sector Border Patrol officials in June when more than 500 African migrants appeared along the U.S. side of Mexico’s northern border in a one-week period, Breitbart Texas reported.
Two weeks before the illegal crossings began in the Del Rio Sector, hundreds of African migrants gathered near an international bridge in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, to protest not being allowed entry into the U.S. through a legal port of entry, Breitbart News reported. The group complained that Cuban migrants were given preferential treatment.
Since that time, multiple groups of African migrants, mostly family units, crossed in the same area in large numbers. On June 5, agents apprehended another group of 34, bringing the total to more than 500 in less than a week.
In June and July, U.S. officials reported sharp decreases in the number of migrants being apprehended after crossing the border illegally.

A federal court dismissed more – but not all – of the claims Monday against undercover journalists who exposed Planned Parenthood’s baby body parts trade.

There is a new Latina that will be throwing down the gauntlet for the youngest congresswoman. Catalina Lauf. Lauf is sick of seeing Dems destroy our nation and has already called out Freshmen Dem AOC, who she claims is “destructive to our Democracy.” Lauf was interviewed by Dailywire and explained why she wants to fight off people like AOC and how she wants to help Trump Keep America Great.
LAUF: I am someone who is driven by purpose. I grew up with a profound love of this country, and when I see the other side, particularly young women who are using their platform to stand against everything this country has fought for, including my own representative in Congress, I couldn’t just sit there and watch. Politics is a bloody sport, but I believe so much in what I stand for, and I’m inspired by the men and women past and present who have fought for our freedoms, who have given up far greater than I ever will. QUESTION: As the daughter of a legal Guatemalan immigrant, what do you say to immigrants in the U.S. who listen to organizations like CNN, and believe that the president is racist, and that enforcing immigration law and securing the border is racist?
LAUF: The president is not a racist. This type of accusation and rhetoric from those like Lauren Underwood and AOC is destructive to our democracy. I am the daughter of an immigrant. I have seen first-hand what it means to come to this country and go through the process of becoming a legal citizen. I stand with President Trump on securing our border and closing loopholes in our broken immigration system. Those on the Left, Lauren Underwood included, would rather tweet-storm about the president being a “racist” instead of actually coming to the table to get things done. Their hatred for Trump is blinding their love of country. I love this country. It gave my family a better life. Instead of highlighting American’s hard work, Lauren Underwood and the other extremists push a radical agenda, focused on lawlessness and inciting division and hate. She needs to be stopped. That is why I’m running for Congress. The system is broken and we have to fix it. You don’t like the president’s proposals on how to do so? Fine, show up to work with some ideas and let’s talk through how to fix this together. No one in the Democratic Party has shown they take this issue seriously enough to actually solve it for Americans around the country.
QUESTION: Why should Latinos vote for Republicans, and how should the party reach out to them?
LAUF: My Abuelita grew up in Guatemala, where she had to stop her education in 3rd grade and work on a coffee bean farm to provide for her family. She came to this country for a better life. She and my mother worked every day and learned English at night to become citizens. Because of their sacrifice and hard work I was blessed to grow up in America’s heartland, Woodstock, IL, where things like community, hard work, freedom, and patriotism aren’t just nice ideas, they are how people live their lives. The pillars [of the] Republican Party are centered around those ideas. The policies the Party advocates open windows of opportunity for all Americans. Those values and those windows of opportunity made my life possible. Hispanic Americans across the country have similar stories. They work hard, value family, community, and freedom. They also believe in law and order. Hispanic Americans like my mother and grandmother came to this country and went through the process to become American citizens. My grandmother and mother did not want to break the law to be here. We need to go and speak to these Hispanic Americans, hear their stories, share our stories, and discuss how Republican policies aim to make their lives better.If we don’t then they only have MSNBC and those on the far-left offering them limited opportunities and distorted realities.”
This is great. A Latina woman who loves America, respects the president, and believes in securing our borders. Liberals are going to go nuts when she wins. She is going to make the freshmen Dems look foolish. I can’t wait.
Jonathan Turley is a constitutional professor at the prestigious George Washington University and he says that doing away with birthright citizenship is not racist and in fact would be in keeping with the constitution, particularly the 14th Amendment.
In order to understand what he means, you need only read the first sentence of the first section of the 14th Amendment.
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.”
The key is the words, “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” That’s because illegal aliens are subjects of the country they come from not the states in which they live.
Turley wrote:
“At the time it was written, the sponsors expressly stated its purpose as protecting freed slaves and not the offspring of foreign citizens. Republican Senator Jacob Howard, who was a coauthor of the 14th Amendment, said that it was ‘simply declaratory’ of the Civil Rights Act to protect freed slaves. He assured senators, ‘This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, or who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.’”
Another drafter of the amendment, Illinois Republican Sen. Lyman Trumbull, was even more explicit, according to Turley. Trumbull “stressed that the six words only included those ‘not owing allegiance to anyone else,’” Turley wrote.
That makes it pretty clear that the actual men who devised the 14th Amendment never intended it to open American citizenship to those whose parents were not themselves citizens or at least lawful residents of the country.
Meanwhile, where the Supreme Court has ruled on 14th Amendment questions, Turley wrote, the results have not been conclusive.
Some high court decisions from the 19th century leaned toward restricting the amendment’s application. But the 1898 case of U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark established that the court “affirms the ancient and fundamental rule of citizenship by birth within the territory, in the allegiance and protection of the country, including all children here born of resident aliens.”
That’s the ruling supporters of birthright citizenship roll out, the big guns of the argument. But as Turley pointed out, there’s a huge caveat: The parents in that case were legal residents of the United States.
For anyone to pretend then that the decision is a rock-solid precedent governing questions of illegal residents of the United States is to deny reality.

The Thomas More Law Center, a national nonprofit public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan who discovered that taxpayer money is being used to indoctrinate teachers on Islam. The two-day course was taken by 400 Michigan teachers and not one of them challenged the lies of terrorism and Sharia Law.
The workshop was arranged by Michigan’s Novi Community Schools District and all teachers were notified that attendance was mandatory. Besides promoting Islam, the course also saw Christianity disparaged, and America bashed. All at taxpayer expense.
These workshops are becoming more common every day.
TMLC inspected dozens of internal school documents, including audio recordings of Essa’s presentation.
The information on Islam she provided to Novi teachers was riddled with falsehoods and errors of omission that were clearly meant to deceive.
Essa provided no truthful information on Sharia law and jihad, two of the most important aspects of Islam. All references to terrorism were dismissed as having nothing to do with Islam. White Christian males, she suggested, are more dangerous than Islamic radicals.
Essa is the face behind Culture Links LLC, a Michigan-based consultancy. She describes herself on the Culture Links website as an advocate of social justice who encourages children to “take pride in their many identities.”
But, as TMLC discovered from the Novi documents, the one identity Essa does not celebrate is that of patriotic Americans who believe in our nation’s exceptionalism.
And her message extends far beyond Novi.
Essa’s client list reveals she has been spreading her “trash America first” philosophy to colleges, universities, schools and professional educator associations throughout Michigan, California, Georgia, Texas, Florida and beyond. In Michigan alone her website lists nine school districts as clients – Oakland County Schools, Ann Arbor Schools, L’Anse Creuse Public Schools, Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, Roseville Community Schools, Farmington Public Schools, Dearborn Public Schools, Birmingham Public Schools and Melvindale Public Schools.
Under the banner of promoting diversity, inclusion and a multicultural approach to education, Essa sets about comparing Islam to Christianity, calling them “mostly similar.” The one big difference, she claims, is that Islam is the world’s “only purely monotheistic religion.”
Her message was clear: The Koran is superior to the Bible. But she did not address the fact that it calls for the extermination of Christian and Jews.
While quick to indict America as guilty of “cultural genocide,” Essa was silent on the 1400 years of actual genocides, also known as jihads, in which Muslims wiped out Jewish tribes on the Arabian Peninsula, and slaughtered millions of Christians throughout the Middle East, North Africa and the European Continent. Referring to Islam, Winston Churchill wrote, “No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.”
Dr. Qanta Ahmed is a physician and daughter of Sunni Muslims who immigrated from Pakistan to Great Britain and she is also a professor, writer, columnist, and public speaker.
She also has no love for radical Islam and their violence. And she is certainly not a fan of Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.
She says what we are seeing from them is nothing short of full-blown Islamic propaganda and that they are apologists for radical Islam.
Ahmed said:
“These are professional victim-mongering women who unfortunately have been elected to Congress but are using every tool in the playbook of the Muslim Brotherhood. They are using Islamic tactics to invert reality. What they are seeking — they have a grotesque Holocaust envy.”
Ahmed was referring to a news conference the liberal congresswomen held Monday during which they denounced Israel’s behavior in prohibiting them from traveling to the country and allegedly attempting to keep Palestinian voices from being heard, as The Daily Callernoted.
This is not the first time that the two congresswomen have attacked Israel. Their criticism of the stalwart U.S. ally is even better known than their consistent anti-America rhetoric.
The two have almost single-handedly dragged the entire Democratic Party into a philosophical quagmire over anti-Semitismand anti-Zionism.
By being extremely vocal and forcing the issue publicly, the two have put other Democratic lawmakers in positions to be asked about their support for Israel.
Ahmed’s contention that Omar and Tlaib are using Islamist propaganda amounts to her saying the two congresswomen are doing the work of radical Islam as they de-legitimize Israel and stir up increased anger against the U.S. ally.
This is not far off from what conservatives have been able to claim about the two for some time.
It also raises a very serious question — specifically, whether Americans have now elected two women to Congress who are actually doing radical Islam’s dirty work.
Based on what Ahmed says, the answer is a resounding yes.
You can’t make this stuff up. California used to be known for its beautiful beaches and the movie stars in Hollywood, but now here we are again talking about disease and filth. Former Deputy City Atty. Elizabeth Greenwood called in OSHA after she found herself stricken with Typhus, a disease that can be spread by flea-ridden rats. She is suing for 5 million dollars claiming the city is endangering the public by not doing something about the rats, trash, filth, or homeless.
“Deputy City Atty. Elizabeth Greenwood said in her claim that Garcetti, City Atty. Mike Feuer and the City Council allowed garbage and human feces to accumulate on the streets outside City Hall East, “recklessly endangering the public” by allowing rats and fleas to thrive.
Greenwood worked at City Hall East until October, when she went out on sick leave. She was diagnosed in November with typhus, a flea-borne illness that can spread when fleas bite rats and later pass the bacteria on to humans. Its symptoms include a rash, fever and fatigue.
The San Pedro resident said she has faced retaliation from her bosses for contacting the news media and Cal/OSHA, a state agency that monitors workplace safety, about the dangers posted by rats, fleas and typhus. She also contends that L.A. officials failed in their obligation to ensure that sidewalks in the Civic Center, many of them occupied by homeless residents, are safe and sanitary.”
“The people that live and do business in the city of Los Angeles expect the city of Los Angeles to not casually allow them to catch a medieval disease as they walk into City Hall,” Greenwood says.
“It’s a crisis that puts the general public at risk and the city attorney’s response to me was “well, golly, how do we know you’re really sick?’” Greenwood says. “Made me feel horrible.”
“A spokesperson sent a statement saying they are complying with state regulations.
“We are appealing OSHA’s tentative citation of our office because the citation addresses conditions on the exterior grounds of City Hall East, our office clearly has no role in maintaining the building’s exterior grounds.”

Even before The New York Times launched its “All Slavery, All the Time” project, no one could accuse that paper of skimping on its race coverage, particularly stories about black males killed by white(ish) police officers.
Here’s one you haven’t heard about. I happened upon it by sheer accident.
Antwon Rose II was a 17-year-old boy shot by an East Pittsburgh police officer in June 2018 after he bolted from a jitney car that had been stopped by the officer. The Times published about a half-dozen stories on Antwon Rose — or as the Times calls him, “Antwon, who was unarmed.”
After the officer was acquitted on all charges in March of this year, the Times ran an article by Adeel Hassan on the verdict.
Here’s what you would learn from the Times:
— Antwon was unarmed.
— Antwon “was in his high school’s honors program.”
— Antwon “played basketball and the saxophone.”
— Antwon “volunteered for a local charity.”
— In 2016, Antwon wrote a poem titled, “I Am Not What You Think!” which included these lines:
I see mothers bury their sons
I want my Mom to never feel that pain.
— A policeman stopped the gold Chevy Cruze Antwon “was riding in” because it “matched the description” of a car “involved” in a drive-by shooting minutes earlier.
— The jury consisted of nine whites and three African Americans.
If you read the Times piece, all you would know is that an honor student who loved his mom…was KILLED for the crime of riding in a car similar to one that had just been used in a crime.
Wow. Just wow.
Here are some of the facts the Times left out:
— The gold Chevy Cruze Antwon fled did not merely “match the description of” a car used in a drive-by shooting: It was the car used in the drive-by shooting, as proved by surveillance video posted online days after the shooting and shown to the jury.
— The video shows 13 shots being fired from the back seat of that exact car, with — according to the prosecutor — Antwon riding in the front seat.
— The backseat passenger, Zaijuan Hester, later pleaded guilty to the drive-by shooting.
— One of the victims of the drive-by shooting told police it was Antwon who shot him. “The beef was between me and him,” William Ross told a Pennsylvania State Police officer. “That car came by, he shot me, I ran to the store.”
— The jitney driver told police that, right before the shooting started, he heard the backseat passenger ask, “Is that him?”
— The gun used in the drive-by was recovered in the back seat of the car.
— A stolen gun was found under Antwon’s seat, an empty magazine in Antwon’s pants pocket, and there was gunpowder residue on Antwon’s hands.
— The car stopped by the officer was riddled with bullet holes.
— The jury that unanimously acquitted the officer was led by an African American foreman, who stoutly defended the verdict.
None of that made it into the Times story on the trial’s conclusion.
I’m glad that Antwon did charity work, but isn’t it rather more important that he had participated in a drive-by shooting of two other black guys 13 minutes before being stopped by a police officer?
That’s not conjecture or speculation. Hassan wasn’t writing about the case the day after the shooting. These are facts that were presented in court and copiously reported by the local media — even in the British press.
Normal Person to The New York Times: Why did you say the car “matched the description” of the car used in a drive-by shooting — but not say that it WAS the car used in the drive-by shooting?
NYT: I’m sorry, who are you and do you have a press pass?
Normal Person: You didn’t mention that a stolen gun was found under Antwon’s seat and a matching cartridge in Antwon’s pocket???
NYT: We only have so much space and I needed room for Antwon’s poem.
Normal Person: You didn’t have space to say that gun residue was found on Antwon’s hands?
NYT: I could have run more of the poem. It was a good poem.
Normal Person: Or that one of the victims of the drive-by said Antwon was the one who shot him?
NYT: The officer didn’t know that.
Normal Person: Did the officer know about Antwon’s A.P. classes? It goes to the likelihood of his behavior being perceived as threatening. The officer could certainly see that the car’s back window had been shot out.
NYT: You’re a white supremacist and white nationalist and, yes, I know they’re different, but you’re both.
There’s no reason to think this isn’t standard operating procedure at the Times. The editors can’t say, OK, OK, that one got past us!
The Times has told wild lies about the racist shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri (false), the racist arrest of Freddie Gray in Baltimore (false), the racist shooting of Trayvon Martin in Florida (false), the racist gang-rape of a black stripper by a Duke lacrosse team (false) and so on.
Antwon Rose’s shooting wasn’t even a flood-the-zone, hair-on-fire story. But the Times lied about it, too.
This is a newspaper that cannot be trusted on anything touching on race. They’re liars and ideologues, not reporters and editors.
Democrat Leader Planning To Use Mexican Money To Eliminate Your Vote
The devious head of the DNC and Obama lackey Tom Perez is going south of the border to Mexico according to multiple news agencies to raise money for Democrat candidates. Since the DNC has struggled to raise funds inside the USA Perez is headed to Mexico to meet with US nationals that are living in Mexico.
According to invitations obtained by Bloomberg news student entry is $25 and dinner tickets range from $1,000 to $15,000.
According to reports:
DNC spokeswoman Xochitl Hinojosa confirmed that Perez will be holding the events. Perez will participate in three events in the Mexican capital on Sept. 28, according to invitations obtained by Bloomberg News. The events range from happy hour drinks with a $25 minimum student entry to a dinner where tickets range from $1,000 to $15,000. The registration form on the DNC website require that attendees be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and enter passport or green card numbers.
Of course, I’m sure (sarcasm) no Mexican Nationals will be involved in any way shape or form and nothing devious will happen. It’s not like Mexico is a corrupt country or anything (complete sarcasm).
It looks to me like the only party committing collusion is the DNC.

Critics called Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s move to bar two freshman Democratic congresswomen from entering Israel “unprecedented” — but just seven years ago, former President Barack Obama barred a member of the Israeli Knesset from entering the U.S.
But The Daily Wire’s editor-in-chief Ben Shapiro reminded former Vice President Joe Biden of the Obama administration’s move to ban Israeli Knesset member Michael Ben Ari in 2012.
Ben Ari, who belonged to Israel’s National Union coalition of right-wing parties, requested a visa in order to attend two conferences — a request which was denied by the Obama administration in February of 2012. The American consulate denied the visa on the grounds that Ben Ari “belonged to a terrorist organization.”
The American consulate never publicly released the name of the terrorist organization to which they believed Ben Ari belonged, but he told Israeli outlet Haaretz that he suspected it was his association with Kach — a far-right political movement that was considered a terrorist organization and had been banned in Israel 18 years prior in 1994.
Ben Ari responded to the move saying, “The U.S. government, who receives with open arms [Iranian President Mahmoud] Ahmadinejad, who calls for the destruction of Israel, [Palestinian President Mahmoud] Abbas, who planned the murder of children in Jerusalem, and [Israeli Arab MK] Ahmed Tibi, who enthusiastically encourages shahids, chose to bar me from meeting with Jewish communities in the U.S. and to encourage aliyah to Israel, with claims that I am a terrorist.”
Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin called the move “unacceptable,” saying in a letter to then U.S. Ambassador Dan Shapiro, “National Union is a completely legitimate faction of the Israeli parliament, and Ben Ari an elected representative of the State of Israel, a close American ally. To impugn him as belonging to a terrorist organization and bar him from visiting the country is unacceptable.”
Ben Ari, now a part of the far-right Otzma-Yehudit party, was banned from running for office in March of 2019. The High Court of Justice voted 8-1 to ban him, citing his “anti-Arab ideology,” marking the first time an individual candidate has been banned from elections. The court approved a far-left Jewish candidate and an Arab party slate.
TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan has upgraded its estimate of North Korea’s nuclear weapons capability in an upcoming annual Defense White Paper, saying it seems Pyongyang has achieved the miniaturization of warheads, the Yomiuri newspaper said in an unsourced report on Wednesday.

That compares with the assessment in last year’s report in which the government said it was possible North Korea had achieved miniaturization, the Japanese daily said without citing sources. The report, to be approved at a Cabinet meeting in mid-September, will maintain the assessment that North Korea’s military activities pose a “serious and imminent threat”, the Yomiuri said.
North Korea’s ability to build nuclear warheads small enough to fit on its ballistic missiles has been widely accepted for several years, but the Japanese report highlights the lack of progress on denuclearization talks aimed at curtailing the program, said Vipin Narang, a nuclear affairs expert at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States.
“It is Japan that is most threatened, and probably the primary target of such a capability,”he said. “So openly acknowledging it underscores Tokyo’s acute fears that North Korea’s nuclear program continues to grow unabated with no foreseeable plan to slow its growth, let alone eliminate them.”
South Korea’s 2018 Defense White Paper, released in January, reported that North Korea’s ability to miniaturize nuclear weapons “appears to have reached a considerable level.” According to South Korean media reports late last year, the South Korean intelligence agency told lawmakers that North Korea had continued to miniaturize nuclear warheads even after the Singapore summit between Trump and Kim in June 2018.
At that time, North Korea committed “to work toward complete denuclearization of the Korean peninsula” and destroyed some tunnels and buildings at its Punggye-ri nuclear test site. But a second Trump-Kim meeting in February collapsed without an agreement, and North Korea has since resumed missile tests.
U.S. envoy on North Korea Stephen Biegun was in Seoul this week to meet with South Korean officials, and said he was prepared to engage with North Korea “as soon as we hear from our counterparts.”
American officials have concluded for years that North Korea had likely produced miniaturized nuclear warheads. A leaked report by the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2017 concluded that North Korea had successfully produced a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can fit inside its missiles, according to The Washington Post.
In last year’s Defense White Paper, Japan said “miniaturizing a nuclear weapon small enough to be mounted on a ballistic missile requires a considerably high degree of technological capacity,” and that “it is possible that North Korea has achieved the miniaturization of nuclear weapons and has developed nuclear warheads.”

The Planned Parenthood abortion business announced today it will officially withdraw from the Title X program — costing it $60 million in taxpayer funds because it refuses to follow a new Trump administration rule that requires it to segment out its abortion business from legitimate health care if it wants federal funding under the program.
Actress Alyssa Milano established her reputation as an abortion activist earlier this year when she led a Hollywood boycott against Georgia lawmakers’ efforts to protect unborn babies from abortion.
A viral video showing a Tennessee state lawmaker grilling a pro-life advocate about fetal development last week is spreading false information about when an unborn baby’s heartbeat begins.
Thank you, Democrats, Without your open borders, leprosy would still be on the decline in the United States.
But a recent report shows that leprosy is on the rise in Los Angeles.
The report found that the majority of leprosy patients are Hispanic with most of them coming from Mexico.
My idea would be to force Democratic politicians to house illegal aliens for 30 days as a quarantine period.
That way if someone does catch a disease coming through our porous borders, it will be those responsible for them and not the innocents who don’t live behind walls.

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – Leprosy, also known as Hansen’s disease, is rarely seen in the United States, but cases continue to emerge in Los Angeles County, a new report says.
“Hansen’s disease still exists, and we need to educate medical students and physicians,”coauthor Dr. Maria Teresa Ochoa from Keck Medical Center of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, told Reuters Health by email. Dr. Ochoa and colleagues identified 187 patients with the disease in a review of medical records from their leprosy clinic spanning 1973 to 2018. Most patients were Latino, originating from Mexico, and they experienced a median delay in diagnosis of more than three years, the team reports JAMA Dermatology, online August 7.
Multibacillary leprosy (MB) cases outnumbered paucibacillary leprosy (PB) cases by nearly eight to one (88.6% vs. 11.4%, respectively), and Latino patients were more likely than non-Latino patients to have MB, as were patients from Central or South America (versus other regions). Most patients (80.7%) received multidrug therapy, and most (92.6%) received antibiotics for more than two years, especially if they had MB.
Only about half of patients (56.7%) had World Health Organization (WHO) grade 0 disability (no signs or symptoms suggestive of leprosy or disability) at the one-year follow-up, whereas 16.0% had grade 1 disability (loss of protective sensation) and 26.2% had grade 2 disability (visible deformity) at the last follow-up. Among the patients who lost protective sensation, 87.7% (50/57) did not regain it following therapy.
“Early diagnosis is very important,” Dr. Ochoa concluded, adding that “we need to fight the stigma”associated with the disease.
In a related paper, also online August 7 in JAMA Dermatology, Dr. Victor S. Santos of the Federal University of Alagoas, in Arapiraca, Brazil, and colleagues report the results of their systematic review and meta-analysis of risk factors for physical disability in patients with leprosy. They identified male sex, MB leprosy, leprosy reactions and lepromatous presentations as significant independent risk factors for physical disability.
Dr. Santos told Reuters Health, “The WHO Global Leprosy Strategy 2010-2020 aims to accelerate action toward a leprosy-free world, with a focus on the early detection of cases, before disabilities occur, and the prevention and early detection of disabilities among higher-risk groups by conducting active case-finding campaigns in highly endemic areas or communities. In this sense, our findings provide information to stakeholders regarding the characterization of high-risk patients that should be prioritized and targeted to receive preventive interventions for the early detection and reduction of grade 2 disability in endemic areas.”
“As leprosy has been a neglected disease with a high potential to cause deformities, especially when it is not treated properly, I would like to reinforce the need for early identification of cases in the community with the adoption of active case search and screening of household and social contacts from all index cases,” he said. “Such measures could minimize leprosy-related problems, as physicians and other health professionals could better care for these patients.”
Dr. M. Ramam from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, in New Delhi, who wrote an accompanying editorial, told Reuters Health by email, “I would like physicians to recognize that leprosy is still here and likely to stay. They should continue to consider it in the differential diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy and anesthetic macules and plaques, particularly (but not exclusively) in people who currently live in or previously lived in countries where the disease is prevalent.”
The editorial summarizes the 2018 evidence-based WHO guidelines for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of leprosy. Patients should generally receive three drugs (dapsone, clofazimine and rifampicin), but those with rifampicin- or quinolone-resistant leprosy require different regimens. Leprosy contacts should receive a single dose of rifampicin.

But a growing water quality crisis gripping Newark, New Jersey, is bringing fresh attention and scrutiny of Booker’s own record when he was that city’s mayor — at a time when the water system was marred by scandal.
The two crises may be separated by time, but as images spread of Newark officials handing out bottled water to residents grappling with dangerous water pollution, ongoing water problems could prove increasingly uncomfortable for his 2020 presidential campaign.

“This is something that he will have to answer for,”said Krista Jenkins, a professor of political science at Fairleigh Dickinson University. “As with anyone who is a chief executive of a large city, everything that happened under his or her watch is going to become fodder for any of his or her rivals.”
In a tweet on Wednesday, Booker called on the federal government to step in.
“Everyone deserves clean, safe water,”Booker wrote. “It’s shameful that our national crisis of lead-contaminated water disproportionately hits poor black and brown communities like my own.”
The latest figures from federal observers show that children in Newark’s Essex County are in fact nearly four times more likely to have elevated blood lead levels than those in Flint,where cost-cutting measures resulted in lead and other toxins seeping into the drinking water supply. As a result, city officials handed out filters more than eight months ago. Following recent tests that showed elevated levels of lead in the drinking water of two houses using the filters, the EPA recommended Friday that local officials in Newark distribute bottled water to residents.
In a speech in New York City on Monday, Booker initially sought to address the water crisis in Newark but he did so obliquely, lamenting it as an example of “environmental injustice”without mentioning the city’s name.

The Watershed scandal
Those who have followed the issue of drinking water quality in Newark say the subject dredges up uncomfortable memories of the years Booker served as mayor, from 2006 to 2013. Until 2013, the job of keeping water safe belonged to a quasi-public agency called the Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation. It fell under the purview of the mayor, who appointed board members and who sat as chair.
In 2014, the New Jersey state comptroller published an investigation into the agency’s stewardship of the city’s infrastructure that was highly critical of Booker’s administration.The investigative report “found that from 2008 through 2011, the [watershed] recklessly and improperly spent millions of dollars of public funds with little to no oversight by either its Board of Trustees or the City” – both of which, at the time, were led by Booker.
The state comptroller’s report referred several cases to law enforcement. Federal prosecutors brought charges against eight people involved in the watershed scheme. Six of them pleaded guilty and five of them received lengthy prison sentences. One of them, Linda Watkins Brashear, the watershed’s executive director from 2007 to 2013, was sentenced in 2017 to more than eight years in prison for accepting nearly $1 million in kickback payments for awarding no-show contracts.
Booker had appointed her to the post.
All told, federal prosecutors uncovered how members of the watershed board and employees at the agency brazenly siphoned millions of dollars from the company over the course of several years.

Was Booker on the hook?
While Booker was never personally implicated in the scheme, the state comptroller report cited several missteps on Booker’s part that led to conditions ripe for scandal. As the ex officio chairman of the board, Booker never attended a meeting, according to the state comptroller’s office. And while Booker’s predecessors commonly named proxies to attend board meetings on their behalf, the state comptroller found that Booker failed to designate a replacement.
“When we asked the then-mayor about the lack of board members, he said that he had difficulty moving board nominees through the [City] Council,” the state comptroller’s office wrote. “We note, however, that the mayor held the seat ex officio and thus did not need the advice and consent of the council to designate an alternate for himself.”
In a separate civil suit filed by trustees of the watershed in 2015, plaintiffs named Booker as one of more than two dozen parties responsible for the scandal. But U.S. Judge Vincent Papalia dismissed Booker from the suit in June of 2016, citing a statute that protected him from prosecution because he served on the board only in his capacity as a public servant.
The scandal’s fallout
Among those who have worked in and closely observed Newark’s city government, there is disagreement about whether the residual fallout from the watershed scandal contributed to the city’s recent issue with elevated lead levels.
A longtime director of the city’s water treatment facility argued that the watershed scandal remained isolated to corporate mismanagement and did not affect the city’s water operations.
“The watershed corporation was only responsible for the operations, not engineering,” according to Andrew Pappachen, who formerly served as director of the Department of Public Works in Newark. “Mismanagement of the financials, that was the scandal … the operation of the watershed and the engineering were separate [from each other].”
A Booker campaign spokesperson on Wednesday sought to distance the watershed scandal from Newark’s elevated lead levels.

“There is just no connection between the people who defrauded Newark residents at the Newark Watershed a decade ago and the very real water crisis impacting Newark residents today — other than they both share one word in common – ‘water,'” according to Sabrina Singh, a campaign spokeswoman.
But Dan O’Flaherty, a Columbia University economics professor and former Newark city employee, penned an independent report in 2011 asserting that fallout from the watershed scandal would have lasting implications for the city’s water infrastructure.
“Some people have made a lot of money, but the water and sewer systems still appear to be in bad shape, at least according to the people who run them,” O’Flaherty wrote. “Enormous resources have been siphoned into schemes that would benefit those insiders even more, while problems with water and sewer infrastructure continue.”
In light of Newark’s latest water scare, O’Flaherty told ABC News that he believes the watershed scandal contributed to mismanagement at the agency that has led to the city’s current predicament.
“The human capital of the water department was not renewed and deteriorated — they weren’t hiring engineers,” O’Flaherty said of Booker’s tenure atop the agency. “So you have a seriously depleted department in 2013, and that was a department which made a mistake in the subsequent years.”
That mistake occurred in 2015, after Booker was no longer mayor, when city officials decided to adjust water treatment chemistry in an effort to comply with new EPA regulations. Municipal officials lowered pH levels in the city’s water treatment facility, with the intended consequence of diminishing cancer-causing chemicals in the water supply, according to several people familiar with the problem.
Erik Olson, senior director at the Natural Resources Defense Council, whose nonprofit has sued the city of Newark over alleged violations to federal law resulting in elevated lead levels, criticized that decision.
“To really address the problem you have to change how you treat the water in a more comprehensive way, and it looks like they were looking for a shortcut — and the long-term consequence is elevated lead levels, it appears,”Olson said.
He described the current water crisis in Newark as a culmination of several factors. Although he did not have detailed knowledge about the watershed scandal, he agreed with O’Flaherty that “you’ve got to have competent engineering staff running a large water treatment plant.
“If you don’t, it’s a formula for trouble,”Olson continued. “Right now all those chickens are coming home to roost in Newark.”

A San Francisco woman named Paneez Kosarianfard lashed out at the ultra-liberal governor of the state Gavin Newsom after she was severely beaten by a homeless man, 25-year-old Austin James Vincent, outside of her luxury condo complex.

The victim, Paneez Kosarianfard called for the liberal judge who released the homeless man from prison to be recalled.
“I need answers!! Jerry Brown, Gavin Newsom recall judge Christine Van Aken, she is not fit for this job and is putting all of our lives in danger. What are you waiting for? Please, you have to do something,” Kosarianfard pleaded on Twitter.
The victim told Kron 4 News that she has nerve damage and bruising on her hands and arm but she’s happy she survived the attack.
“At first, he was trying to tell me that he was trying to save my life,” Kosarianfard told Kron4 News.
Kosarian said the man told her that everyone he sees are robots and he’s the only human remaining on earth.
“He asked me to open the door so he could go and kill our concierge or front desk lady and earn my trust,” she said.
Kosarian was able to squeeze into the lobby with the help of the woman at the front desk, but the two struggle to close the door on the assailant.
The two women were able to secure the door as the attacker is seen staring into the building before walking away.

I know who filled the El Paso mass shooter’s head with murderous thoughts! Contrary to the conclusions of The New York Times’ Jeremy Peters, it wasn’t me and other conservatives. Peters says we caused Patrick Crusius’ monstrous shooting spree by calling illegal immigrants streaming across our border “invaders.” It seems that Crusius’ “manifesto” also called illegal aliens “invaders.” You see? We used the word “invaders” — and so did he! CHECKMATE!
I could say it’s the Times that inspired Crusius’ slaughter, inasmuch as other parts of his manifesto complained about “the increasingly anti-immigrant rhetoric of the right.” But I’m bigger than that, New York Times.
(Also, Peters, you lied about my quote, and you know it. I was not proposing that we shoot illegals at the border. I was pointing out the idiocy of Trump’s sending troops there at all, when they are not going to shoot anyone — in lieu of the simple, elegant and entirely nonviolent solution of the wall which I, and 62 million other Americans, voted for.)
Actually, there’s another much more obvious source of Crusius’ noxious beliefs than conservative commentators — or even the hateful New York Times. The shooter’s primary motive was, as he put it, to “(defend) my country from cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion.” So he had an ethnic reason and a territorial reason.
Who is constantly bragging about their ethnic group? Who makes territorial claims on America on behalf of their ethnic group?
Crusius’ manifesto included lots of chauvinistic boasting about his people, saying his family had been here a long time “and America is the better for it, so I claim the right to reside here by manifest destiny, for myself, my cousins and uncles and children.”
He also had some nasty remarks about immigrants, saying they had “despoiled” his homeland, making it “unsafe and unlivable.”
No, wait — my mistake! That wasn’t Crusius at all. He said nothing about the virtues of his own ethnic group.
I was quoting Indian immigrant Suketu Mehta’s column in The Washington Post earlier this month, titled, “I Am an Uppity Immigrant. Don’t Expect Me To Be ‘Grateful.'” Mehta, who is — you’d never guess! — a professor, droned on about the superiority of his ethnic group, claiming dibs on America for his entire extended family. He raged about the wrongs done to his native country by the United States, as well as to the homelands of Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib. Apparently, that’s why they all moved here. To nag us to death.
Chicano university professors and student groups speak of “reconquista,” claiming ownership of the entire American Southwest, which they call “Aztlan.” This is based on the idea that it was once occupied by the ancient Aztecs, and Mexicans are descended from the Aztecs. (Who wouldn’t want to be related to enthusiastic practitioners of human sacrifice?)
“This was our land,” Armando Navarro told the Los Angeles Times in 2006, exulting at the “re-Mexicanization” of much of American territory — or as he calls it, “Occupied Aztlan.” He gloated that “a new majority is forming. Everything will change. The White House will be within our reach. We might have to change the name to the Brown House.”
Navarro was not speaking from his jail cell after being arrested for a hate crime. He was speaking from his cushy office as chairman of the Ethnic Studies Department at the University of California, Riverside.
Similarly, Roberto Rodriguez, University of Wisconsin professor (!), told the Times: “Mexicans can never be alien because we are native people. We are part of a civilization that never went away. We all belong here.”
I suppose it would be impolitic to point out that, with last names like Navarro and Rodriquez, the one thing we know is that these guys are descended from Spanish conquistador rapists.
The student group MEChA — Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan — was formed 50 years ago with the claim that “Aztlan (i.e. the entire Southwest) belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans.” There are Mexican activist groups with names like “Mexicans Without Borders” and “La Raza,” or “The Race.” (Motto: “Por la raza todo, fuera de la raza nada” — “For the race, everything; outside the race, nothing.”)
During the periodic eruptions of illegal immigrants in California, mobs of illegals wave the Mexican flag, fly the U.S. flag upside down and chant crowd-pleasers like, “Who are you calling ‘immigrant,’ pilgrim?”
When the “re-Mexicanization” of California was just getting underway back in the 1990s, Los Angeles City Council member Mike Hernandez gave a rousing speech to Hispanic activists, saying: “We are Mexicans. Mexico, some of us say, is the country this land used to belong to! In Los Angeles, there are 900,000 non-citizens. Everybody in Los Angeles should be eligible to vote.”
These attitudes were the driving force behind the El Paso killer’s mass murder. The New York Times doesn’t have any objections when immigrants talk this way. Is it wrong — or is the Times on the other team?
In any event, thanks to immigrants, all Americans are learning the vital importance of ethnic chauvinism and territorial sovereignty for your own ethnic group. The epitaph on the El Paso Walmart mass shooting should be: Diversity is a strength!
The guards responsible for Epstein appear to be blind or sleeping. Very troublesome given this high profile subject. Let the conspiracy theories begin.

A Google staffer today released documents exposing a massive censorship campaign where the ubiquitous Google search engine purposefully censored pro-life and conservative web sites, including LifeNews.com.
The nation’s biggest abortion business is asking a federal court to stop President Donald Trump from slashing as much as $60 million of its taxpayer funding.

San Francisco Catholic Archbishop Salvatore J. Cordileone urged Christians to act as the “moral conscience” of society Sunday as California lawmakers push through a bill to force college campuses to provide abortions.
An illegal alien with a criminal history was ordered deported from Colorado by an immigration judge last December. In January, he sought refuge in a church and played the sympathy card in the media as if he had an entitlement not to be deported and “separated” from his family. He wasn’t deported. Now, in the ultimate avoidable death, this illegal alien with a long arrest record allegedly killed Sean Buchanan last Friday in a reckless driving crash. Mr. Buchanan is now separated from his wife and five children, permanently, in the grave.
Miguel Ramirez Valiente had the prototypical rap sheet of a criminal alien and a habitual drunk driver, yet he was never deported and was allowed to cycle in and out of the criminal justice system as if he were an American for years. He is a Salvadoran national who has been here illegally for 14 years. Valiente was arrested for reckless endangerment in 2011 and domestic violence in 2016. In 2018, he pleaded guilty to DUI and had his license revoked, according to records obtained by Denver’s Channel 7 news.
According to that local ABC affiliate, “One day before the deadly crash, his probation for that DUI was extended because he had not completed alcohol therapy and community service.” One person who knew him described Valiente as “an alcoholic and an abuser.”
Sean Buchanan was riding his motorcycle between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock on Highway 83 last Friday in preparation for a family move to a new location when he was struck by Valiente’s truck when it veered into oncoming traffic. It’s not clear yet whether Valiente was driving drunk in this incident.
The question is, how could someone be so known to authorities as a habitual public danger and also an illegal alien, yet he was going to alcohol therapy? Why was he not going to alcohol therapy in El Salvador?
Here is where the details get maddening and implicate another corrupt loophole in our system never intended by Congress. Valiente was pulled over for a traffic stop in 2011 and would have been deported, but an immigration judge granted him relief and allowed him to apply for a U-visa as a victim of a crime.Many terrible criminal aliens have abused this loophole, which was originally designed for select few individuals.
The case was reopened against Valiente after he racked up more criminal arrests, and after he failed to appear in immigration court last year, he was ordered deported in December 2018. That’s when Valiente sought refuge in the All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Colorado Springs along with other illegal aliens. In January, he held a press conference crying about the potential for him to be separated from his family, and it was widely reported in thenational media. “I can’t be separated from them,”he said. “I have always worked hard to support my family, and they depend on me.”
Well, if only he had been “separated” and removed. Sean Buchanan would still be alive. Yet because we have the rule of virtue-signaling and not the rule of law, he wasn’t deported, and we are left with no virtue but only signals. A quick search shows that not a single national media outlet (and very few local ones) picked up on the tragic sequel to Valiente’s non-deportation.
It’s also the fault of DHS for not deporting him, knowing he was a drunk driver, which is a habitual crime and a massive public safety concern. The DHS has now allowed its own discretionary policies from the Obama administration to become law without ever changing course. It has publicly announced in a 2011 memo that personnel will not go into churches for enforcement actions, thus prospectively inviting alien fugitives to hang out there and thwart the law. Now even ones with criminal convictions are going there.
All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church should not escape blame and needs to be shamed for its callous disregard for human life. How many others with criminal records are they harboring? Does Rev. Nori Rost still feel he is “honoring the country’s history of providing a safe haven for those fleeing violence”? Can they at least do a background check before thwarting the law of harboring illegal aliens?
This case also demonstrates another growing dangerous trend in immigration policy. Illegal aliens are creating a special virtue-signaling exemption from the rule of law by saying that we are not allowed to have a sovereign nation if it results in their families being separated, even though they were the ones who forced themselves upon us. Not only are we refraining from prosecuting criminals at the border if it will result in a separation – a form of amnesty American criminals are not afforded – but there is this growing pressure in the media not to deport those with final orders because of separation from their kids.
Lawlessness begets lawlessness. One loophole never envisioned in statute begets another. Many illegal immigrants who never had consent to enter this country give birth to children because they are allowed to remain here longer than they should. Those children absolutely, positively are not American citizens, according to the Constitution, yet because our government wrongly views them as such, they use that against us not only to keep the children here but to then keep the parents here as well, including dangerous criminals. Imagine someone breaking into your house and unilaterally creating a rule that their kid gets to stay, and then when you at least try to push out the parent, they accuse you of separating them because they refuse to take their kid with them!
When will the Senate come back into session to fix the endless loopholes in immigration policy? When will our legislators finally ensure the laws are enforced on criminal aliens with multiple criminal offenses, as with the alleged murderer of 19 in Texas?
Friends of Sean Buchanan’s family have set up a GoFundMe account to help out the five children who have no father. Furthermore, as the account message notes, this illegal alien was driving on a revoked license and has no insurance. The family will not even be able to recover damages from the crash.
Why is Congress not doing anything about this? Why are legislators not enforcing various fines on illegal aliens written into law and using them to open an account for victims of illegal immigration? Do American families matter at all in a debate over the future sovereignty of their own country, or is it only the input of the lawbreakers and their lobbyists who matter?
Someone who cares about American victims should introduce a bill named after Sean Buchanan to enforce the fees levied upon those who fail to depart with a final deportation order (8 U.S. Code 1324d) and give those funds to American victims of illegal aliens. To the credit of the Trump administration, it has finally begun enforcing these fines. Now a member of Congress should pass a law setting aside the funds for the victims.
This case brings out the central principle behind the collapse of our sovereignty: the promise and solemn oath of protection from our government to American citizens is constantly yielding to the wants of illegal aliens. The involuntary separation of American victims by death is an acceptable casualty to our political class if it prevents temporary separation of illegal aliens who bring separation on themselves by breaking into our country.

Only 10 people who live within Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s congressional district have been recorded making donations to her reelection campaign in 2019, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of available Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings.
Ocasio-Cortez outraised all other 87 freshmen representatives in the first half of 2019 in individual contributions, but the New York Democrat came in second-to-last place in terms of reported itemized contributions from the people she represents.
Democratic Reps. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan also rank among the lowest-performing freshman representatives in terms of reported financial support from people who live within their districts.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has outraised all other freshmen representatives so far in 2019, but nearly all of her reported contributors to her reelection campaign live outside her congressional district, a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings found.
Ocasio-Cortez’s reelection campaign has reported receiving contributions from just 10 individuals living within her district in the first half of 2019, according to its Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings. The FEC only requires that political campaigns disclose the names and addresses of individuals who contribute over $200 to their campaigns during an election. Campaigns report their big-dollar donors to the FEC in what’s called itemized contributions.
The $1,525.50 Ocasio-Cortez received from her New York constituents represents less than 1% of her campaign’s itemized contributions reported to the FEC in the first half of 2019. The known monetary support Ocasio-Cortez’s reelection campaign has received from the people she represents is minuscule compared to the 88-member freshman class of the House of Representatives.
The average freshman representative’s reelection campaign received $107,141.29 in itemized contributions from their constituents in the first half of 2019, FEC filings the DCNF analyzed show. Ocasio-Cortez’s reported in-district fundraising haul of $1,525.50 was just 1.4% of that average.
The Ocasio-Cortez campaign didn’t respond to multiple requests for comment seeking additional information regarding how many of her un-itemized contributions came from her constituents.
However, Ocasio-Cortez holds a significant lead over the freshman class in the amount of small-dollar contributions she’s received. Just 17% of Ocasio-Cortez’s individual contributions were from big-dollar donors who gave over $200 to her campaign in the first half of 2019. The median freshman representative received nearly 89% of their individual contributions from big-dollar donors.
Each representative is answerable to a congressional district comprised of between 530,000 to 995,000 people, according to the U.S. Census. The DCNF determined which of Ocasio-Cortez’s donors came from her congressional district by comparing the nine-digit zip codes her contributors reported to the FEC to the House of Representatives ZipLook tool, which links nine-digit zip codes to congressional districts.
Only one freshman representative reported receiving less from their constituents than Ocasio-Cortez: Democratic Rep. Sylvia Garcia of Texas. Garcia’s reelection campaign reported itemized contributions of $14,400, all of which came from individuals with addresses outside her district.
Ocasio-Cortez’s apparent lackluster fundraising performance from her constituents lends credibility to a poll conducted by a conservative PAC in May. The data also reveal that two of Ocasio-Cortez’s colleagues in the so-called “Squad” of freshman Democratic congresswomen — Reps. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan — also rank among the lowest-performing freshman representatives in terms of reported financial support from people who live within their districts.

Tlaib reported receiving $470,430.11 in itemized contributions in the first half of 2019, but less than 2% came from individuals living within her district.
And while Omar reported $717,831.22 in itemized contributions to her reelection campaign so far in 2019, just over 4% came from her constituents.
A fourth squad member, Rep. Ayanna Pressley, far outperformed the others. The Massachusetts Democrat received more than 30% of her $248,280.78 itemized contributions from her constituents.
Freshman Republicans dominated freshman Democrats in receiving a greater share of their reported contributions from the people they represent.
Of the 10 freshman representatives who received the lowest percent of their itemized contributions from their constituents, eight are Democrats. On the other end, seven of the 10 top-performing freshman representatives in this category are Republicans.
Leading the freshman class in receiving the greatest share of itemized contributions from their constituents was Republican Rep. Dusty Johnson. Over 94% of Johnson’s itemized contributions of $129,250 came from people living within his district.
An Economist and YouGov survey in July found that Americans have a very unfavorable view of the “Squad.” Just 33% of Americans have a favorable view of Ocasio-Cortez, followed by Omar with a 25% combined favorability rating, Tlaib with 24%, and Rep. Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts with 22%.

Ask yourself a question — how long has it been since you saw one of those annoying Jim Acosta exercises in grandstanding?
They were almost a daily event at one point there, right? But they’ve pretty much dried up.
In fact, most of us have all but forgotten about that sad little glory hound, haven’t we?
How is that even possible when the President is talking to the press almost every single day, sometimes for 90 minutes at a shot?

But you know one of the things I noticed? You know, there’s no White House press briefing anymore. They don’t do ’em. They don’t get together in the pressroom at 1 o’clock every day with the media asking questions. Guess what we don’t see now? We never see the media on TV. We never see them. Trump has totally taken away their star turns.
He comes out of the White House on the way to the helicopter, he takes questions on the way, but the camera is always on him. We never see the Drive-Bys. All we do is hear them. And I’m telling you, they sound like a bunch of spoiled-rotten, impolite kids, all of them shouting their inane questions at the same time. But you never see their faces. Trump has taken away their face time in context of White House press briefings.
Now, throw this picture up, Brian. We put a picture here in the switcher. For those of you watching on the Dittocam, this is what I’m talking about.
This is what it looks like now. Trump leaves the White House on the way to the jet. That’s the Drive-By Media, the press gaggle, shouting their questions. You’ll hear it in a minute. “Mr. President! Mr. President!” They’re shouting like a bunch of little spoiled rotten kids. But none of them are on TV anymore. He has taken that away from. This is a still-shot photo. This is not a video still shot. The only shot that was made available on TV today of this press availability was straight on the president from behind that gaggle of Drive-Bys.
We’ll post this at RushLimbaugh.com shortly so you’ll be able to see it there. Not all of you are watching on the Dittocam. But this is not happenstance. It’s not accidental. This has been done purposely, you know, they had these people like Jim Acosta and April Ryan and the rest of these egomaniacs showing off in the pressroom simply trying to make names for themselves.
Who could ask the rudest question? Who could express the greatest amount of disgust for Sarah Sanders and Trump? So they simply took it away from ’em, and this is what the press gets now. And they are not on TV. And, believe me, particularly for the television Drive-Bys, being on TV is everything. Face time is everything, and the Trumpster is artfully denying them that which they love.

For all their mockery, Trump beat them at their own game. He took the driver’s seat and deprived their antics of any oxygen.
The bad news keeps piling up for Democrats. Particularly given their cries of “Trump is a racist!”.
If President Trump is a racist, then somebody better tell black people. Because from my vantage point, Trump is the orange version of Rev Martin Luther King, Jr.
This white man has gone stone crazy helping black people. From getting black criminals out of China and releasing others domestically, Trump can add to his list of “Things I did today for blacks”, record low unemployment.
Despite media reports, blacks at street level recognize Trump’s accomplishments. Further, many begin to realize how much the Democrats, media, and other Leftists have gamed blacks for decades.
One such notable is Former Fayette [Mississippi] Mayor Charles Evers. He’s the 96 year old brother of slain civil rights icon Medgar Evars.
He is quoted as saying that he felt Trump “was getting a bad rap” from fellow civil rights leaders and that his economic policies “were creating jobs for people of all colors.”
“I love Donald,” he said without hesitation.
“When Trump came to Jackson [Mississippi] in 2016, he came to my office,” recalled Evers, brother of slain Mississippi civil rights leader Medgar Evers and himself the first black politician to seek elective office in the Magnolia State since Reconstruction.
Evers told us he especially liked Trump’s “plain way of speaking and I liked what he had to say. He’s a businessman, not a politician, and we agreed that if you create jobs, you are helping people of all colors.”
Asked if he ever felt Trump was a racist, Evers shot back: “No more than anybody else. We’ve all got a little bit of racism in us.”
As they say in the beer commercials: “It doesn’t get any better than this.”
So what about all these charges of racism against “The Squad”, and Trump’s attack on Baltimore?
Evers declared,
“There’s no racial thing here. He’s telling them to go back to their districts and fix things there. Then come back and show us how, instead of criticizing.”
Evers’ comments are in stark contrast to the media narrative. And I’ve said on my radio show for some time that Democrats again grossly miscalculate the “Trump is racist” angle against Trump. It has already backfired, and the results will show in the 2020 election when Trump trounces whatever idiot the Democrats finally settle on.
Moreover, down ticket will feel the impact, as I’ve further predicted Pelosi will lose the Speaker’s gavel to a Republican.
Evers echoes the sentiments of many blacks. And in case you’re missing it, more and more blacks are becoming vocal in support of President Trump.
White privilege and white nationalism are two terms used often by Leftists to denote America’s “racist” past and present.
For those promoting these terms, they wish to demoralize white people.
The two terms represent anachronisms for the most part. Except their truth bares itself out by the Leftists who profess these things exist. Put another way, ordinary white people are no more privileged than any other nationality. And that’s by Leftists’ measurement.
For example, Leftists say money doesn’t buy happiness. They tout surveys that suggest making more than $70,000 per year (in America) doesn’t get you one ounce more happiness. Using that logic, one must admit that being a billionaire carries no more privilege than the average Joe. But their logic of money and privilege really breaks down when you consider that Nigerians have the highest standard of living in America. Next are Asians. Eventually you get to the dreaded white people. But when did money denote privilege? Given the choice of being a billionaire in prison or an average Joe with my freedom, “I’ll take ‘freedom’ for $2000, Alex!”
Regardless, according to the Left America still suffers from endemic racism, right? The racism in things like housing, policing, education, and so on.
Ok, I’ll play.
Indeed there is “institutional racism” created by the white man in all these things. But the question is which white man did it. I’ll leave Democrats to peruse their racist history for the truth.
For now, understand that one Hollyweirdo Leftists may have figured it out.
Recently, Hollywood actress Rosanna Arquette, who bills herself as “resisting fascism on a daily basis” on Twitter, responded to the national conversation revolving around the evils of white supremacy. Perhaps after Googling “evil white Democrats” she professes her guilt. She tweeted
“I’m sorry I was born white and privileged. It disgusts me. And I feel so much shame.”
Far be it for Arquette to stand alone in her guilt, as three hours before the aforementioned tweet, Arquette declared of President Trump,
“The president of the United States of America incites racist violence. The end.”
I’m guessing Arquette didn’t vote for the “racist” Trump?
I find it interesting that has-been “celebrities” seem to use President Trump when nobody remembers who they are. What it must feel like to fall from grace in Hollywood, because Arquette lives in obscurity, and has for decades.
If I were Donald Trump, I’d start a PR firm that helps washed-up D-list Hollyweirdos revise their careers. Or better yet, he could create Celebrity Apprentice – White House Edition.
The good news.
White kids around the country have many champions. America remains the non-racial country we always were. And thanks to President Trump white people may avoid the noose. But if America is not to go the way of the 1860s, we must rid ourselves of self-loathing whites, and start standing up for the rights of all Americans.
Forty-seven people were shot, four fatally, over the weekend in Democrat-controlled Chicago.
The Chicago Sun-Timesreports that the fatalities included a 16-year-old boy who was shot dead while sitting in a car in Little Village, a 19-year-old man who was shot dead in Garfield Park, and a 29-year-old man who was shot dead in South Chicago.
The fourth fatal shooting was of a 47-year-old man who was killed while sitting in a vehicle in Humboldt Park. The man, Douglas Tate, was struck twice by gunfire and taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
On August 11, 2019, Breitbart News reported that six were wounded Sunday morning when a gunman opened fire in Garfield Park. CBS Chicago reported the gunman opened fire from inside “a light-colored sedan” about 2:47 a.m. The would-be victims “were standing in a large group,” and five women and one man were wounded.
Fifty-three persons were shot, seven fatally, in Democrat-controlled Chicago during the first weekend of August. Forty-eight persons were shot, nine fatally, during the last weekend of July.

The Trump administration will implement the new Protect Life ruled next Monday that will defund Planned Parenthood while the abortion business’ lawsuit against his administration’s new rules moves forward.
The controversial film UNPLANNED releases on DVD, Blu-ray and digital formats on Tuesday — bringing the transformational story of Abby Johnson to homes – and abortion clinics – around the world.
An Iowa girl by the name of Katie was at the Iowa State Fair to ask Joe Biden a question about gender.
The question she was able to ask him was, “How many genders are there?” to which Biden replied, “There are at least three.”
The correct answer to the question is two.
The correct answer to the question if you’re a liberal is, well there is no correct answer because there is no consensus on it whatsoever. The reason why is because according to libtards, gender is personal and about how you see yourself.
Katie then follows up asking Biden what they are. We know that he has no idea what to even say. He spouted off “at least three”just so people wouldn’t hate him for saying two. But that’s when Biden takes matters into his own hands…literally. Biden actually grabs Katie by the arm and tells her that he was the first to come out about marriage, meaning that he supported gay marriage first.

Female athletes in Connecticut have been losing to transwomen and instead of just rolling over and accepting it, they are standing up to this unfair practice. Lawyers have been brought in to help determine if this is discrimination.
“On Wednesday, the U.S. Department of Education announced its Office of Civil Rights (OCR) would investigate whether or not a Connecticut high school athletics policy allowing males who identify as transgender to compete in women’s sports involves discrimination against women. The office will consider whether the policy violates Title IX, which prohibits discrimination. Three concerned parents filed a complaint on behalf of their daughters, who lost competitions to males.
“Female athletes deserve to compete on a level playing field. Forcing them to compete against boys makes them spectators in their own sports, which is grossly unfair and destroys their athletic opportunities,” Christiana Holcomb, legal counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), the law firm representing the parents, said in a statement.
“For that reason, we are pleased that OCR has agreed to investigate. Title IX is a federal law that was designed to eliminate discrimination against women in education and athletics, and women fought long and hard to earn the equal athletic opportunities that Title IX provides. Allowing boys to compete in girls’ sports reverses nearly 50 years of advances for women,” Holcomb added.
Teen males have been beating female track records for years in Connecticut.
Following such results, ADF asked the DOE’s OCR to open an investigation. The complaint described how one mid-level male sophomore athlete failed to advance in boy’s indoor track events in the Winter 2018 season — and then began competing in the girls’ events in the Spring 2018 outdoor track season. That student “deprived girls of opportunities to advance and participate in state-level competition” in every statewide elimination event the student competed in. That student now holds more than 10 statewide records that once belonged to 10 different girls.”
