Patriot “Minimimalist”

New WhatDidYouSay Logo

The other day, the following passage from the Bible seemed to jump out at me. Let’s read, Matthew 19:16-24 (ERV); 16A man came to Jesus and asked, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to have eternal life?”

17Jesus answered, “Why do you ask me about what is good? Only God is good. But if you want to have eternal life, obey the law’s commands.”

18The man asked, “Which ones?”

Jesus answered, “‘You must not murder anyone, you must not commit adultery, you must not steal, you must not tell lies about others, 19you must respect your father and mother, (Quote from Ex. 20:12-16Deut. 5:16-20) and ‘love your neighbor (Quote from Lev. 19:18)”

20The young man said, “I have obeyed all these commands. What else do I need?”

21Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, then go and sell all that you own. Give the money to the poor, and you will have riches in heaven. Then come and follow me!”

22But when the young man heard Jesus tell him to give away his money, he was sad. He didn’t want to do this, because he was very rich. So he left.

23Then Jesus said to his followers, “The truth is, it will be very hard for a rich person to enter God’s kingdom. 24Yes, I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter God’s kingdom.”

The “minimimalist” is often unhappy with the minimums for acceptable obedience. In this case, the man wanted to know the minimum he could get away with in order to be considered righteous before God. The answer was unacceptable because it cost more than he was willing to do. You do not have to be rich by the worlds standards in order to be associated with this man. Anything we are not willing to give up or get rid of, condemns us by our own choosing. Whatever it is we refuse to give up in order to be a true follower of Jesus becomes an anchor dragging us down to the abyss of destruction. That is not God’s will. Obedience is forsaking ALL to follow Jesus. Anything less is sin.

That includes Patriots. Thomas Jefferson is quoted as saying, “The “Tree of Liberty” must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of PATRIOTS and Tree of Liberty 03TYRANTS.” It is not hard to find many people who will agree with that statement, but because they are “Minimumalist Patriots”, they condition their agreement with, “As long as it’s someone else’s blood”.

As God the Father is looking for true Heaven Patriots, He is also looking for some real “American Patriots” who set no conditions to their commitment in their fight for freedom. Unfortunately, finding those Patriots are hard. Yes, we can find many of them who have volunteered for the military. But what about the rest of us?

I have taken the pledge to give all to God through the Lord Jesus Christ. As a Marine, I pledged my honor and life to defend the United States and the Constitution of the same. At 67 years of age, that commitment has not waned. How about you? What is your commitment to the recovery of our country? Are you a “Minimumalist”, or a Tree of Liberty Patriot?

Islamic Indoctrination In Schools HEATING UP: Kids Reciting “Shahada”!

MId Term drawing

Commentary By Adina Kutnicki — October 30, 2014

ANYONE who understands the inner workings of Islamic submission via jihad, also realizes that capturing and co-opting the kiddies is their number one priority. Ditto for leftists and cultural Marxists.

THAT being said, it follows that America’s public schools are in their cross hairs!  Keep reading, but be prepared to take action, otherwise this jihadi train will take over your children’s hearts, minds and religious practices – like it or not!

Wichita, Kansas public school hall display!

IT has never been the case that this site has “cried wolf”, relative to Islam or the Marxist left. If anything, readers should know that this investigative journalist has evinced remarkable “restraint”, considering the explosive info which comes this way, some of which is “too hot” to reveal. Believe it.

BUT one needn’t immerse themselves in the jihadi muck to know this: it is against the law to teach/indoctrinate religion within the public school system, and the Establishment Clause, housed within the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, is immutable. Yes, the oft-mentioned “separation of Church and State”. How dare the PC thought police – in the (mis)education department – allow this blatant violation, one which is counter to American law and ethos!

MORE specifically, the teaching of the “Shahada” should be viewed as the last straw…the “red line”, or more aptly termed, the “green line”…at least for ANY parent who is not looking for their kiddie to submit/succumb/prostrate to Allah! Ya think?

The Shahada “the testimony”; also “the two testimonials” is an Islamic creed declaring belief in the oneness of God and the acceptance of Muhammad as God’s prophet. The declaration, in its shortest form, reads:

lā ʾilāha ʾillā-llāh, muhammadun rasūlu-llāh

There is no god but God, Muhammad is the messenger of God

MIND you, if this INDOCTRINATION is not enough to get parents to rise up and scream, “no more, stop messing with our kiddies”, nothing else will!New WhatDidYouSay LogoPicture4

In Revere, Massachusetts the public school district there is not only requiring students to learn about Islam but is teaching these children the Shahada or the Islamic conversion prayer. As you can see in the news reports below, one dad is rightly upset but there are also some liberals who have no problem with it (after all, it is Boston). What many of these parents do not understand is that in Islam, the simple recitation of this prayer means a conversion to Islam.

Imperial Islamic President ObamaSome of the parents may scoff at such a notion but make no mistake; there are Muslims who certainly do not. In the same way that the Ground Zero mosque was intended to be about conquest, so too is forcing non-Muslim children to recite the Shahada. The local news reports do not pick up on this very significant element of the story.

As reported recently, the Boston Police Department just announced the promotion of its first Muslim to Captain. While that may seem a separate issue, consider what new Captain Haseeb Hosein had to say about his plans:

As Boston police Captain Haseeb Hosein, a former science teacher and a firm believer in the power of reading, assumes leadership in Mattapan as the department’s first Muslim captain, he plans to have his officers walking not only the streets, but school hallways.

“I want my guys to go into the schools and spend 30 minutes and read” with a child, said Hosein, 52, who received his captain’s shield Wednesday in a ceremony at police headquarters. “I hate that police officers are always the bad guy. We should be an asset.”

As a Muslim, Hosein knows the Shahada and he knows that reciting it means conversion. We know that he wants his officers to “read” with children. Revere, which is less than 15 miles from Mattapan, is already teaching children Islam’s conversion prayer.

Can we not conclude that Hosein would have no problem with his officers helping children recite the Shahada?

Millions of students in public schools don’t understand fractions or pronouns at even a basic level but students in the oceanfront Boston suburb of Revere, Mass. are taking the time to learn all about Islam — in the most embarrassingly shallow and cheerleading way imaginable.

Part of the textbook prints the Muslim Call to Prayer, according to Boston NBC affiliate WHDH. “I bear B.S. Meterwitness that there is no God but Allah,” it says. The textbook portion also reverently celebrates Muhammad’s life. “Muhammad never expected to change the world,” the admiring, rah-rah textbook reads. “Muhammad later tended sheep on the dry hills like many young Arabians,” the text explains. “Later he became a successful merchant and married a wealthy widow. However, he felt as though something was missing in his life, so he went on a retreat.” The founder of Islam was “upset about the cruelty of his people,” the text also optimistically explains. They “killed baby girls.” They “treated their slaves unkindly.” And “Muhammad had a strong sense of right and wrong.”

One local parent, Anthony Giannino, is upset about the textbook’s treatment of the Muslim religion. IT gets worse…and this is just a sampling of the indoctrination through a so-called “cultural” textbook:

THAT being said, children, the next generation, are the MAIN targets of Islamic leaders and their collaborators on the left. This is a fact. Not only that, but when jihad comes into full bloom on the streets of America – sooner than most realize – it is also a fact that they will head for America’s jugular: it’s kiddies!

David Gaubatz: As we all know children are the future of the world. Sadly most Muslim children are being taught hate and violence from an early age. Most people think Muslim children are only being taught this ideology in Palestine and throughout the Middle East. The vast majority of mosques in America teach hate and violence. There are several references in the Quran that inform Muslims to never take Christians and Jews as protectors and friends. The Sunni manual Tafsir Ibn Kathir is an excellent reference to what children are being taught in Islamic schools.

When I was in Iraq I had the opportunity to interview several captured Al Qaeda members. I asked them what type of future attacks America would endure. The answer over and over was that the hearts of Americans would be attacked. They explained that this meant the American children would be attacked because they are the hearts of the American people. These terrorists said the attacks would not necessarily be physical attacks, but rather a slow indoctrination in U.S. public schools and universities. The indoctrinating would include the Islamic ideology is peaceful and even as non-Muslims they support Islam and the Muslim people…..

PATRIOTS, parents and concerned citizens, do you believe the above penetration came out of nowhere and just magically appeared? Hope not.

SO what else have Islamic “stealth” jihadists accomplished relative to America’s school children? Much more than you think.

Accomplishment One:

IF anyone believes that the likes of Obama Inc. is NOT totally involved in said infiltration and penetration – through their Brotherhood links within the administration and outside its confines too – well, go back to sleep. It is just easier for some to close their eyes and muffle their ears. Yet for the rest….

Before we get to the recent “news” re Dearbornistan, let’s review a backgrounder on AG Holder’s Islamic putsch via the kiddies; a tag-team approach with Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

Muslims in the White House Administration

Kiddie Penetration: Islamic (kiddie) penetration takes many forms – burqas and the like.

There’s a new controversy in Texas involving the online public school curriculum called CSCOPE, which already has been the subject of heated debate and state legislative hearings.

This is the dreadful situation facing America’s kiddies, even as one of the most well-known private schools, Exeter Academy, trucks with terrorists, Obama’s surrogates are hide nor hare in interfering. Why? As if.

Full Disclosure: a few close acquaintances/business associates graduated from the halls of Philips Exeter Academy (the subject below) back in the early 1980’s, and just a few years before its Islamic infestation. These individuals are at the top of their chosen professions, therefore, the influence many of its graduates yield is considerable, even if not in the Presidential arena.

‘Academy That Produced Three Presidents Now Terrorist Breeding Ground’

Accomplishment Two:

MY word, even the IRS has jumped onto the bandwagon, in the rush to Islamize children, and this time in Europe! American taxpayers are funding overseas indoctrination! Did you know this?

Now isn’t this amazing on the close of tax season. It seems that the US taxpayers have a surprise. Some of the tax money from the US is not going to pay the National Debt. It’s not going to pay for the money taken from Veteran Pensions to pay for illegal immigrants in the United States. In fact, the money you pay to the IRS may not even be going to welfare. Instead your tax dollars are going to pay for the Islamification of Europe!

According to an investigation by WND and the Gatestone Institute many of the United States taxpayers are paying for a program overseas to teach children about Islam and attempts to convert the impressionable into becoming Muslim.

According to their research, the program directly targets the Czech Republic and is paid for by a grant from the US Embassy in Prague. The program called “Muslims in the Eyes of Czech Schoolchildren,” admits fully to being funded by US Taxpayers through the US Embassy. The grant is a branch of the Anna Lindh Foundation, the European Commission Representation and the Prague library. The program is fully supported by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports according to the coordinator and lecturer Klara Popovova.

IF the readers take away anything from this commentary’s thesis, suffice to say this: a double-prong plan is in place, one which is supported by Islamic leaders in America (aided and abetted by Brotherhood front-arms, throughout the Mid East & Africa) and their Marxist counterparts.

INTRINSICALLY, they are aiming, arming, for “soft” stealth jihad and frontal attacks. In effect, they are marching through America’s (and Europe’s, but let’s not digress) public (and some private ones too) schools, inch by inch leading the kiddies toward Islam’s “ways”. Basically, capturing their young and impressionable hearts and minds.

ON the other side of the Islamic thrust, the frontal one, there is no doubt that jihadists are lying-in-wait and will aim for “soft” targets first; schools and gathering places for children, when the signal to pounce is given.

BE prepared for them….

The Pope’s Embrace Of Evolution Brings Us One Step Closer To A One World Religion

MId Term drawing

Researched and Written by Michael Snyder

If you wanted to create a religion that almost everyone would love, how would you do it? Perhaps you would change your faith to make it more appealing to a modern world that is changing at blinding speed. Perhaps you would indicate that you are willing to become more “mainstream” on hot button issues such as “homosexual” rights. Perhaps you would invite leaders of other religions from all over the planet to come visit you and make it clear that you consider all of those religions to be valid as well. And all of that “unscientific stuff” about God creating the world in six days and creating mankind out of the dust of the Earth? Well, all of that is just going to have to be thrown out. If all of this sounds vaguely familiar to you, that is because this is exactly what Pope Francis has been doing.

To say that Pope Francis is an extremely popular pontiff would be a massive understatement. He was showered with praise by media outlets all over the globe when he responded to a question about homosexuality with the following phrase: “Who am I to judge?” From the earliest days of his papacy, he has been visited by an endless stream of religious dignitaries from all over the planet, and they all seem to have nothing but good things to say about him. At this point, even most Muslims seem to love this Pope. Earlier this year, Pope Francis took the unprecedented step of authorizing “Islamic prayers and readings from the Quran” at the Vatican for the first time ever. This Pope seems to have a sixth sense for making the right public relations moves, and he appears to be destined to become one of the most loved popes ever.

This week, Pope Francis is making headlines all over the world for publicly embracing the Big Bang and the theory of evolution. The following are some of the Pope’s statements that are popping up in newspapers worldwide

-“When we read about Creation in Genesis, we run the risk of imagining God was a magician, with a magic wand able to do everything. But that is not so.”

-“The Big Bang, which today we hold to be the origin of the world, does not contradict the intervention of the divine creator but, rather, requires it.”

-“Evolution in nature is not inconsistent with the notion of creation, because evolution requires the creation of beings that evolve.”

And not only has the Catholic Church eagerly embraced these theories, there are also several prominent Catholic theologians that are now fully condemning the idea of a “young Earth” and the idea that God created man in a single day.

In fact, the head of the Vatican Observatory says that such notions are “almost blasphemous theology”

As previously reported, earlier this month, Guy Consolmagno with the Vatican Observatory told Australia’s Fairfax Media that young earth creation beliefs are nearly tantamount to blasphemy.

“It’s almost blasphemous theology,” Consolmagno alleged, according to the Brisbane Times. “It’s certainly not the tradition of Catholicism and never has been and it misunderstands what the Bible is and it misunderstands what science is.”

Eagle ReallyReally?

Consolmagno is quite an interesting character. He also says that he is looking forward to the day when extraterrestrials show up, and he would be quite willing to baptize them if that is what they want…

Consolmagno, who is the keeper of the Pope’s meteorite collection, said he would be happy to baptize extraterrestrial creatures if they wanted the blessing. He added the presence of extraterrestrial life, “does not disprove the existence of God”.

Instead, the discovery of “tentacled horrors from the void” should lead people to question what being human means. “When we say human, human as compared to what?” he asked.

In a 2010 statement, Consolmagno said that “all entities – despite how many tentacles they might have – have a soul”.

In the booklet, Consolmagno tries also to answer important questions, such as, “Should the Church send out missionaries to alien planets?”, “What’s going to happen when the world ends?” and “Do extraterrestrials have their own version of Jesus?”

Right now, the Catholic Church is experiencing a resurgence in popularity.

The changes that this new Pope is making seem to be drawing in lots of new people.

But there is one group that Pope Francis does not seem to care for very much at all, and that is Christian fundamentalists. It is not just creation that he disagrees with them about. He disagrees with them about a whole host of issues, and he says that there is not any room for “fundamentalism” in Christianity…

Following his first visit to the Middle East as pope last month, the pontiff criticized fundamentalism in Christianity, Islam and Judaism as a form of violence.

“A fundamentalist group, even if it kills no one, even it strikes no one, is violent. The mental structure of fundamentalism is violence in the name of God.”Eagle Really

But precisely what is “fundamentalism”?

The following is the definition that you get when you do a Google search…

“a form of a religion, especially Islam or Protestant Christianity, that upholds belief in the strict, literal interpretation of scripture.”

So does the Pope actually have a problem with people that believe that the Bible is literally true?

Perhaps someone should ask him that question.

And it is obvious that the Pope does not believe what the Bible literally says about how the world was created and about how humanity came to be.

Of course most people these days would agree with the Pope, but what does the science actually tell us?

When people debate these issues the attitude of most evolutionists seems to be that everybody else believes in Darwinism so you better believe it too.

But that doesn’t work for me.

As an attorney, I am always looking for the evidence. And I have been searching for good evidence for the theory of evolution for decades. But I haven’t been able to find any. I have investigated these matters very carefully, and I have concluded that the scientific evidence is overwhelmingly in favor of those that argue that God created this world.

I have published these points before, but I think that they bear repeating. The following facts are from my previous article entitled “44 Reasons Why Evolution Is Just A Fairy Tale For Adults“…

#1 If the theory of evolution was true, we should have discovered millions upon millions of transitional fossils that show the development of one species into another species. Instead, we have zero.

#2 When Charles Darwin came up with his theory, he admitted that no transitional forms had been found at that time, but he believed that huge numbers certainly existed and would eventually be discovered

“Lastly, looking not to any one time, but to all time, if my theory be true, numberless intermediate varieties, linking closely together all the species of the same group, must assuredly have existed. But, as by this theory, innumerable transitional forms must have existed, why do we not find them embedded in countless numbers in the crust of the earth?”

#3 Even some of the most famous evolutionists in the world acknowledge the complete absence of transitional fossils in the fossil record. For example, Dr. Colin Patterson, former senior paleontologist of the British Museum of Natural History and author of “Evolution” once wrote the following

“I fully agree with your comments about the lack of direct illustration of evolutionary transitions in my book. If I knew of any, fossil or living, I would certainly have included them …. I will lay it on the line – there is not one such fossil for which one could make a watertight argument.”

#4 Stephen Jay Gould, Professor of Geology and Paleontology at Harvard University, once wrote the following about the lack of transitional forms…

“The absence of fossil evidence for intermediary stages between major transitions in organic design, indeed our inability, even in our imagination, to construct functional intermediates in many cases, has been a persistent and nagging problem for gradualistic accounts of evolution.”

#5 Evolutionist Stephen M. Stanley of Johns Hopkins University has also commented on the stunning lack of transitional forms in the fossil record…

“In fact, the fossil record does not convincingly document a single transition from one species to another.”

#6 If “evolution” was happening right now, there would be millions of creatures out there with partially developed features and organs. But instead there are none.

#7 If the theory of evolution was true, we should not see a sudden explosion of fully formed complex life in the fossil record. Instead, that is precisely what we find.

#8 Paleontologist Mark Czarnecki, an evolutionist, once commented on the fact that complex life appears very suddenly in the fossil record…

“A major problem in proving the theory has been the fossil record; the imprints of vanished species preserved in the Earth’s geological formations. This record has never revealed traces of Darwin’s hypothetical intermediate variants – instead species appear and disappear abruptly, and this anomaly has fueled the creationist argument that each species was created by God.”

#9 The sudden appearance of complex life in the fossil record is so undeniable that even Richard Dawkins has been forced to admit it…

“It is as though they [fossils] were just planted there, without any evolutionary history. Needless to say this appearance of sudden planting has delighted creationists. Both schools of thought (Punctuationists and Gradualists) despise so-called scientific creationists equally, and both agree that the major gaps are real, that they are true imperfections in the fossil record. The only alternative explanation of the sudden appearance of so many complex animal types in the Cambrian era is divine creation and both reject this alternative.”

#10 Nobody has ever observed macroevolution take place in the laboratory or in nature. In other words, nobody has ever observed one kind of creature turn into another kind of creature. The entire theory of evolution is based on blind faith.

#11 Evolutionist Jeffrey Schwartz, a professor of anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh, openly admits that “the formation of a new species, by any mechanism, has never been observed.

#12 Even evolutionist Stephen J. Gould of Harvard University has admitted that the record shows that species do not change. The following is how he put it during a lecture at Hobart & William Smith College

“Every paleontologist knows that most species don’t change. That’s bothersome….brings terrible distress. ….They may get a little bigger or bumpier but they remain the same species and that’s not due to imperfection and gaps but stasis. And yet this remarkable stasis has generally been ignored as no data. If they don’t change, its not evolution so you don’t talk about it.”

#13 Anyone that believes that the theory of evolution has “scientific origins” is fooling themselves. It is actually a deeply pagan religious philosophy that can be traced back for thousands of years.

#14 Anything that we dig up that is supposedly more than 250,000 years old should have absolutely no radiocarbon in it whatsoever. But instead, we find it in everything that we dig up – even dinosaur bones. This is clear evidence that the “millions of years” theory is simply a bunch of nonsense

It’s long been known that radiocarbon (which should disappear in only a few tens of thousands of years at the most) keeps popping up reliably in samples (like coal, oil, gas, etc.) which are supposed to be ‘millions of years’ old. For instance, CMI has over the years commissioned and funded the radiocarbon testing of a number of wood samples from ‘old’ sites (e.g. with Jurassic fossils, inside Triassic sandstone, burnt by Tertiary basalt) and these were published (by then staff geologist Dr Andrew Snelling) in Creation magazine and Journal of Creation. In each case, with contamination eliminated, the result has been in the thousands of years, i.e. C-14 was present when it ‘shouldn’t have been’. These results encouraged the rest of the RATE team to investigate C-14 further, building on the literature reviews of creationist M.D. Dr Paul Giem.

In another very important paper presented at this year’s ICC, scientists from the RATE group summarized the pertinent facts and presented further experimental data. The bottom line is that virtually all biological specimens, no matter how ‘old’ they are supposed to be, show measurable C-14 levels. This effectively limits the age of all buried biota to less than (at most) 250,000 years.

#15 The odds of even a single sell “assembling itself” by chance are so low that they aren’t even worth talking about. The following is an excerpt from Jonathan Gray’s book entitled “The Forbidden Secret“…

Even the simplest cell you can conceive of would require no less than 100,000 DNA base pairs and a minimum of about 10,000 amino acids, to form the essential protein chain. Not to mention the other things that would also be necessary for the first cell.

Bear in mind that every single base pair in the DNA chain has to have the same molecular orientation (“left-hand” or “right hand”)? As well as that, virtually all the amino acids must have the opposite orientation. And every one must be without error.

“Now,” explained Larry, “to randomly obtain those correct orientations, do you know your chances? It would be 1 chance in 2110,000, or 1 chance in 1033,113!

“To put it another way, if you attempted a trillion, trillion, trillion combinations every second for 15 billion years, the odds you would achieve all the correct orientations would still only be one chance in a trillion, trillion, trillion, trillion … and the trillions would continue 2755 times!

“It would be like winning more than 4700 state lotteries in a row with a single ticket purchased for each. In other words…impossible.”

#16 How did life learn to reproduce itself? This is a question that evolutionists do not have an answer for.

#17 In 2007, fishermen caught a very rare creature known as a Coelacanth. Evolutionists originally told us that this “living fossil” had gone extinct 70 million years ago. It turns out that they were only off by 70 million years.

#18 According to evolutionists, the Ancient Greenling Damselfly last showed up in the fossil record about 300 million years ago. But it still exists today. So why hasn’t it evolved at all over that time frame?

#19 Darwinists believe that the human brain developed without the assistance of any designer. This is so laughable it is amazing that there are any people out there that still believe this stuff. The truth is that the human brain is amazingly complex. The following is how a PBS documentary described the complexity of the human brain: “It contains over 100 billion cells, each with over 50,000 neuron connections to other brain cells.”

#20 The following is how one evolutionist pessimistically assessed the lack of evidence for the evolution of humanity…

“Even with DNA sequence data, we have no direct access to the processes of evolution, so objective reconstruction of the vanished past can be achieved only by creative imagination.”

#21 Perhaps the most famous fossil in the history of the theory of evolution, “Piltdown Man,” turned out to be a giant hoax.

#22 If the neutron were not about 1.001 times the mass of the proton, all protons would have decayed into neutrons or all neutrons would have decayed into protons, and therefore life would not be possible. How can we account for this?

#23 If gravity was stronger or weaker by the slimmest of margins, then life sustaining stars like the sun could not exist. This would also make life impossible. How can we account for this?

#24 Why did evolutionist Dr. Lyall Watson make the following statement?…

“The fossils that decorate our family tree are so scarce that there are still more scientists than specimens. The remarkable fact is that all of the physical evidence we have for human evolution can still be placed, with room to spare, inside a single coffin!”

#25 Apes and humans are very different genetically. As explains, “the human Y chromosome has twice as many genes as the chimpanzee Y chromosome and the chromosome structures are not at all similar.”

#26 How can we explain the creation of new information that is required for one animal to turn into another animal? No evolutionary process has ever been shown to be able to create new biological information. One scientist described the incredible amount of new information that would be required to transform microbes into men this way

“The key issue is the type of change required — to change microbes into men requires changes that increase the genetic information content, from over half a million DNA ‘letters’ of even the ‘simplest’ self-reproducing organism to three billion ‘letters’ (stored in each human cell nucleus).”

#27 Evolutionists would have us believe that there are nice, neat fossil layers with older fossils being found in the deepest layers and newer fossils being found in the newest layers. This simply is not true at all

The fossil layers are not found in the ground in the nice neat clean order that evolutionists illustrate them to be in their textbooks. There is not one place on the surface of the earth where you may dig straight down and pass through the fossil layers in the order shown in the textbooks. The neat order of one layer upon another does not exist in nature. The fossil bearing layers are actually found out of order, upside down (backwards according to evolutionary theory), missing (from where evolutionists would expect them to be) or interlaced (“younger” and “older” layers found in repeating sequences). “Out of place” fossils are the rule and not the exception throughout the fossil record.

#28 Evolutionists believe that the ancestors of birds developed hollow bones over thousands of generations so that they would eventually be light enough to fly. This makes absolutely no sense and is beyond ridiculous.

#29 If dinosaurs really are tens of millions of years old, why have scientists found dinosaur bones with soft tissue still in them? The following is from an NBC News report about one of these discoveries…

For more than a century, the study of dinosaurs has been limited to fossilized bones. Now, researchers have recovered 70 million-year-old soft tissue, including what may be blood vessels and cells, from a Tyrannosaurus rex.

#30 Which evolved first: blood, the heart, or the blood vessels for the blood to travel through?

#31 Which evolved first: the mouth, the stomach, the digestive fluids, or the ability to poop?

#32 Which evolved first: the windpipe, the lungs, or the ability of the body to use oxygen?

#33 Which evolved first: the bones, ligaments, tendons, blood supply, or the muscles to move the bones?

#34 In order for blood to clot, more than 20 complex steps need to successfully be completed. How in the world did that process possibly evolve?

#35 DNA is so incredibly complex that it is absolutely absurd to suggest that such a language system could have “evolved” all by itself by accident…

When it comes to storing massive amounts of information, nothing comes close to the efficiency of DNA. A single strand of DNA is thousands of times thinner than a strand of human hair. One pinhead of DNA could hold enough information to fill a stack of books stretching from the earth to the moon 500 times.

Although DNA is wound into tight coils, your cells can quickly access, copy, and translate the information stored in DNA. DNA even has a built-in proofreader and spell-checker that ensure precise copying. Only about one mistake slips through for every 10 billion nucleotides that are copied.

#36 Can you solve the following riddle by Perry Marshall?…

1) DNA is not merely a molecule with a pattern; it is a code, a language, and an information storage mechanism.

2) All codes are created by a conscious mind; there is no natural process known to science that creates coded information.

3) Therefore DNA was designed by a mind.

If you can provide an empirical example of a code or language that occurs naturally, you’ve toppled my proof. All you need is one.

#37 Evolutionists simply cannot explain why our planet is so perfectly suited to support life.

#38 Shells from living snails have been “carbon dated” to be 27,000 years old.

#39 If humans have been around for so long, where are all of the bones and all of the graves? The following is an excerpt from an article by Don Batten

Evolutionists also claim there was a ‘Stone Age’ of about 100,000 years when between one million and 10 million people lived on Earth. Fossil evidence shows that people buried their dead, often with artefacts—cremation was not practised until relatively recent times (in evolutionary thinking). If there were just one million people alive during that time, with an average generation time of 25 years, they should have buried 4 billion bodies, and many artefacts. If there were 10 million people, it would mean 40 billion bodies buried in the earth. If the evolutionary timescale were correct, then we would expect the skeletons of the buried bodies to be largely still present after 100,000 years, because many ordinary bones claimed to be much older have been found. However, even if the bodies had disintegrated, lots of artefacts should still be found.

#40 Evolutionists claim that just because it looks like we were designed that does not mean that we actually were. They often speak of the “illusion of design,” but that is kind of like saying that it is an “illusion” that a 747 airplane or an Apple iPhone were designed. And of course the human body is far more complex that a 747 or an iPhone.

#41 If you want to be part of the “scientific community” today, you must accept the theory of evolution no matter how absurd it may seem to you. Richard Lewontin of Harvard once made the following comment regarding this harsh reality…

We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, . . . in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated commitment to materialism. . . . we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counterintuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door.

#42 Time Magazine once made the following statement about the lack of evidence for the theory of evolution…

“Yet despite more than a century of digging, the fossil record remains maddeningly sparse. With so few clues, even a single bone that doesn’t fit into the picture can upset everything. Virtually every major discovery has put deep cracks in the conventional wisdom and forced scientists to concoct new theories, amid furious debate.”

#43 Malcolm Muggeridge, the world famous journalist and philosopher, once made the following statement about the absurdity of the theory of evolution…

“I myself am convinced that the theory of evolution, especially the extent to which it’s been applied, will be one of the great jokes in the history books of the future. Posterity will marvel that so very flimsy and dubious an hypothesis could be accepted with the incredible credulity that it has.”

#44 In order to believe the theory of evolution, you must have enough blind faith to believe that life just popped into existence from nonlife, and that such life just happened to have the ability to take in the nourishment it needed, to expel waste, and to reproduce itself, all the while having everything it needed to survive in the environment in which it suddenly found itself. Do you have that much blind faith?

So what do you believe?

Against Islamophobes

MId Term drawing

Researched and Written by Tim Brown

So. The Muslim Brotherhood front group Hamas-CAIR has decided to build and “islamophobic” website and design a hit list in the same manner as the Southern Poverty Law Center’s “hate list.” The new site is Islamophobia(dot)com.

Muslims in the White House Administration

Imperial Islamic President ObamaAccording to the website, “Islamophobia is closed-minded prejudice against or hatred of Islam and Muslims. An Islamophobe is an individual who holds a closed-minded view of Islam and promotes prejudice against or hatred of Muslims.”

The problem with such an assertion is nicely summed up by Ned May of the International Civil Liberties Alliance (ICLA) when he said that to use the term “Islamophobia” is “a violation of logic.”

He blasted the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in 2013 saying that the word “fails solely to inclusion of the word ‘unfounded.’ Thus, well-founded fear, mistrust or hatred of Islam does not constitute Islamophobia.”

He also went on to point out, “Millions of non-Muslims have very real reasons to fear Islam and Muslim violence, and cannot reasonably be described as ‘Islamaphobes,” he said. “Furthermore, any investigation into the fear of Islam, is denounced as ‘Islamophobia.’ Thus, the definition of Islamophobia is circular, a violation of logic.”

This doesn’t stop the irrational members of CAIR, who follow the murderous founder of Islam, Mohamed. The CAIR site also claims that it envisions “a time when being Muslim carries a positive connotation and Islam has an equal place among many faiths in America’s pluralistic society.”

Sorry, but Islam does not deserve an “equal” place among many faiths. In fact, the Bible teaches the only true faith. Jesus said He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and that no man comes to the Father but by Him. He doesn’t make room for “other” faiths. There is no king, but King Jesus!

Let’s consider the closed-mindedness of Islam. Their own book shows that they are against Christians and all infidels (non-Muslim believers. Their own history demonstrates that they believe they are superior and that they have the right to destroy all those who will not name the name of Allah and recognize the demonically possessed, thieving, murderer Mohamed as a true prophet. Here’s what CAIR is really all about. Trust me, you will want to watch this.

The third President of the United States, Thomas Jefferson, had to deal with the Islamists in the Barbary Wars, understanding that these people could not be reasoned with.

We’ve seen how the Europeans have appeased the followers of Islam, but many have recently taken to the streets to rid their land of these totalitarian devils. The question now is, when are Americans going to amass in the street to put this ideology where it belongs? As Dr. Rich Swier rightly points out, this is nothing more than a “hit list for Islamic State lone wolves,” similar to the of the Southern Poverty Law Center, whose alleged “hate list” has been used to target conservative groups. The most recent target was the Family Research Council back in August of 2012, when gunman Floyd Lee Corkins II entered the FRC and planned on killing as many people as possible and smearing Chick-fil-a sandwiches in their faces because of their stance against homosexuality.

Funny, I don’t see Corkins’ name on the SPLC hate list, do you? He’s their poster boy one would think. After all, he didn’t do what he did out of love, did he? He did it out of… hate.

Here’s the list given by Hamas-CAIR at their website. Yours truly apparently didn’t make the cut for some odd reason, but plenty of others did, and God has given them a place to speak out against the Mohammedan death cult.

The investigation found his most common source was Wikipedia.

Hamas-CAIR be warned that if any of these people are attacked physically in any way, you will be held accountable for it. I can tell you this though, since it is a hit list, I stand alongside such men as Marine veteran Nick Powers, who said if there is an attack on us, “there will be no mercy.” There, you’ve been warned!

Three-Year-Old Sister of Aborted Baby: “Mom, Why Didn’t You Kill Me Too?”

This is the testimony of Alex. She and her mom are now pro-life speakers. Even at three, Alex knew she’d lost a brother or sister. Children pick up on things adults say, even things about abortion.

mommydaughterWhen I was 3 years old I saw my mom on TV. She was speaking to a man about how she killed her baby and regretted it. As she told her story and how she became a pro-life speaker, I watched and listened. My grandma didn’t think I was old enough to understand.

When my mom picked me up that night I asked her why she killed my brother or sister and why she didn’t kill me. My mom said she was in shock that her 3-year-old would ask these questions. She answered them the best she could for me, and as I got older I learned more.

Now my mom and I are pro-life speakers. She has been one for almost 15 years, and I just started last year. My mom was 18 when she had the abortion, and I’m now 17.

I thank God I’m alive. I’m still sad to know I have an older brother or sister who was denied the chance to LIVE – something we all take for granted. I hope someday we will meet. That’s why I do what I do.

Black Pastor Forced into Hiding for Supporting GOP Candidate

Partyof Deceit Spin and LiesA black Chicago pastor was recently forced into hiding for endorsing Bruce Rauner, the Republican candidate for governor in Illinois.

Rev. Corey Brooks, pastor of the New Beginnings Church of Chicago located on the South Side, has taken his family to an undisclosed location after receiving death threats through voice mail and social media.

Brooks’ church was also recently burglarized. About $8,000, money collected for a new community center for the church, was stolen from a collection box.

With a week to go until the midterm elections, the real voter intimidation is against black conservatives.

This example of intimidation goes well beyond the verbal name calling of black conservatives and it’s an amazing example of hypocrisy. Could you imagine if this was happening to a minister that was supporting a Democrat.

This sends a message to black individuals that these intimidation tactics can happen to them if they back conservative principles and politicians.

Netanyahu Responds To “Chickenshit” Comment: “I’m Being Attacked Because I’m Defending Israel”

MId Term drawing

Israels-Back-590-LISpeaking in Hebrew, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to being called “chickenshit” by an anonymous high-ranking Obama administration official.

“I have been on the battlefield many times,” Netanyahu said in a speech Wednesday. “I have risked my life for the country and I am not prepared to make concessions that will endanger our state.”

“It must be understood that our supreme interests, with security and the unity of Jerusalem first and foremost, are not among the top concerns of those anonymous elements that are attacking us and me personally, because the attack on me comes only because I am defending the State of Israel,” the Israeli Prime Minister said.

“If I did not defend the State of Israel, if I did not vigorously uphold our national and security interests, they would not attack me. And despite all the attacks against me, I will continue to defend our state,” Netanyahu said.

Sources: Former Guantanamo detainees suspected of joining ISIS, other groups in Syria

MId Term drawing

Imperial Islamic President ObamaAs many as 20 to 30 former Guantanamo Bay detainees — some of whom were released within the last three years — are suspected by intelligence and Defense officials of having joined forces with the Islamic State and other militant groups inside Syria, Fox News has learned.

The development has cemented fears that the U.S. military would once again encounter militants taken off the battlefield.

The intelligence offers a mixed picture, and officials say the figures are not exact. But they are certain at least some of the released detainees are fighting with the Islamic State, or ISIS, on the ground inside Syria. Others are believed to be supporting Al Qaeda or the affiliated al-Nusra Front in Syria.

A number of former detainees also have chosen to help these groups from outside the country, financing operations and supporting their propaganda campaigns.

Sources who spoke to Fox News were not able to provide the identities of the fighters.

Senior Defense and intelligence officials say the vast majority of detainees released from Guantanamo don’t return to the fight — and of those who do, relatively few have made it to Syria.

Of the 620 detainees released from Guantanamo Bay, 180 have returned or are suspected to have returned to the battlefield.

Of those 180, sources say 20 to 30 have either joined ISIS or other militants groups in Syria, or are participating with these groups from outside countries. Officials say most of those 20 to 30 are operating inside Syria.

Top military officials on Thursday acknowledged such recidivism but insisted most do not return to the battlefield.

“We know that some of the detainees that have come out of Guantanamo have gone back to the fight, the battlefield. We’re aware of that and we think that overall the policy of getting to close Guantanamo is clearly in the interest of the United States, as the president has articulated,” Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said.

Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said: “We believe that the recidivism is a relatively small fraction of those detainees which have been placed into conditions where the risk of recidivism is mitigated. But even one would not make someone wearing the uniform very content.”

The development underscores just one of many long-running complications for efforts to shutter Guantanamo Bay, a promise President Obama made within hours of taking the oath of office in 2009.

Nearly six years later, that effort has run aground, complicated by problems with relocating prisoners, by concerns about fighters returning to the battlefield and by Congress’ resistance to allowing any to be detained on the U.S. mainland.

Asked if he’s concerned about more Guantanamo prisoners being released, former U.S. ambassador to Iraq James Jeffrey told Fox News this has been a concern for a while.

“The majority have remained there, but there was always, if you will, a certain seepage,” he said. “These people are ideologically and essentially religiously committed to their evil cause, and it is very hard to sort out who are going to stay at home and who are going to return to the battlefield.”

A majority of the jihadists released to their home countries tend to stay and fight locally. Afghans who return to the battlefield, for instance, tend to stay in Afghanistan.

But these officials said the former detainees who have joined ISIS in Syria have migrated from the European and African countries which agreed to receive them from the United States.  Egypt and Tunisia, as well as six European countries, are among them. comment 04

According to a source, there are 149 detainees still at Guantanamo Bay, almost 90 of them from Yemen. Eighty detainees currently are eligible for transfer.

Jennifer Griffin currently serves as a national security correspondent for FOX News Channel . She joined FNC in October 1999 as a Jerusalem-based correspondent.

Massive Non-Citizen Voting Uncovered in Maryland

MId Term drawing

by Bryan Preston

URL of Original Posting Site:

October 29, 2014 – 11:45 pm

Partyof Deceit Spin and Lies

VoterBoothAn election integrity watchdog group is suing the state of Maryland, alleging that it has discovered massive and ongoing fraudulent voting by non-U.S. citizens in one county. But because of the way that the non-citizens are able to cast votes in elections, the fraud is likely happening in every single county and subdivision across the state. The group believes that the illegal voting has been happening for years.

The group, Virginia Voters Alliance, says that it compared how voters in Frederick County filled out jury duty statements compared with their voting records. The group’s investigation found that thousands of people in Frederick County who stated that they are not U.S. citizens on jury duty forms went on to cast votes in elections. Either they failed to tell the truth when they were summoned for jury duty, or they cast illegal votes. Both are crimes. The same group previously found that about 40,000 people are registered to vote in both Virginia and Maryland.comment 01

It is a federal crime to cast votes if you are not legally eligible to vote. Non-citizens, whether in the country legally or not, are prohibited from voting in most local and all state and federal elections. Yet the VVA investigation found that hundreds of non-citizens have been voting in Frederick County, Maryland. One in seven Maryland residents are non-U.S. citizens.comment 02

“The lawsuit is the equivalent of the lookout spotting the iceberg ahead of the Titanic,” state Del. Pat McDonough told the Tatler. He added that the group’s investigation found a voter fraud “smoking gun.”

Maryland state law makes it easier for non-citizens, both those present legally and those in the country against the law, to vote. Maryland issues drivers licenses to legal and illegal aliens. Driver’s licenses in turn make it easier under the Motor Voter law to register to vote. Maryland also offers copious taxpayer-funded social programs to non-citizens in the state.

The group filed suit in Baltimore’s U.S. District Court on Friday. They are suing the Frederick County Board of Elections and the Maryland State Board of Elections.

Del. Pat McDonough (R-Baltimore and Harford Counties) detailed the alleged fraud in a Maryland press conference today. He is calling for a special state prosecutor because the fraud may be taking place statewide, with significant impact on Maryland elections. Maryland currently holds 10 electoral votes in presidential elections. McDonough is also proposing legislation including voter ID to close the loopholes that he says non-citizens are using to cast votes.comment 03

Post-Birth Abortions Increasingly Supported By Young Pro-Choicers

MId Term drawing

Posted on October 29, 2014 by Michael Minkoff

Origin of Original Posting:

A growing trend reported by many campus pro-life groups is the tendency for young pro-choicers to endorse post-birth abortions, sometimes even as late as five years old:comment 01

Asked about the incident at Ohio State, at which a woman responded to a pro-life display by defending infanticide, a pro-abortion activism group at the campus stated its views were similar to those of the woman in the clip.

“As for post-birth abortion, I would imagine that my colleagues would think the ‘post-birth’ part was largely irrelevant, as we believe very strongly in abortion on demand, without apology, and it’s plain and simple that we should look to the woman’s morals and not shove our opinions where they, frankly, don’t belong,” Devin Deitsch, leader of VOX: Voices for Planned Parenthood at Ohio State University, said in an email to The College Fix.

Maybe Devin and his colleagues don’t understand what the post-birth part of post-birth abortions means? Or have morals declined to such a degree that they just don’t care? Hard to say. You could just call post-birth abortions by their other name, murder, but that really opens up the issue of why any abortions would be okay.

And apparently, this attitude toward post-birth abortions is not isolated to college students. An article in Slate mentions rising support for “after-birth abortions,” and no, they don’t mean the abortion of a placenta. According to the two idiots who came up with the term, any child who could have been aborted before birth should be allowed to be aborted after birth.comment 02

But seriously, that is the logical conclusion of abortion logic. The location of a human in a womb means that human shouldn’t be killed? What difference does that really make? And the only reason why killing your babies and toddlers isn’t allowed is basically just because “it’s too late for that now”? Why anyone doesn’t recognize this as absurd is beyond me.New WhatDidYouSay Logo

comment arrow 01A

So pro-choicers really have two choices if they want to be consistent. Either they admit post-birth abortion is murder and therefore abortion itself should be rejected. Or they admit post-birth abortion is murder and go on to state that murder is therefore acceptable in certain cases. The latter is what they are already doing really, but it would be nice if they would just be honest about it.

The pro-amnesty Hispanic activist organization the National Council of La Raza helpfully promoted a Washington Post article explaining which states people can vote in without having to use a photo ID.

“Voter ID laws are at-issue across the country, with newly Republican-controlled legislatures having passed them in numerous states after the 2010 election,” explained The Washington Post’s Aaron Blake. “Most states still request some form of ID, but don’t require it. Another 20 states don’t require identification. In case you’re wondering where your state is at in all of this, a helpful (sic) graphic from the Post’s graphics team.”

So who ended up using the Post’s helpful graphic? The country’s foremost pro-amnesty Hispanic immigrant organization.

The Chicago chapter of Asian Americans Advancing Justice tweeted Blake’s article with the message, “Reminder — #Illinois does NOT require #voterID to cast a ballot,” along with the pro-Democrat hashtag #TurnOutForWhat. The tweet was helpfully retweeted by the National Council of La Raza.

This From Breitbart News: Report: ‘Sustained Cyberattack’ Crippled White House for Two Weeks

MId Term drawing

29 Oct 2014

 URL of Original Posting:

A “sustained cyberattack” has crippled the White House for at least two weeks or longer, reports the Huffington Post.

The Obama White House confirmed that it “identified activity of concern on the unclassified EOP [Executive Office of the President] network.” The Huffington Post cites sources familiar with the situation as saying that this attack was much more significant than usual cyberattacks and was responsible for “putting the system on the fritz for nearly two weeks, if not longer.”

The White House said it was not in a position to offer details.

However, as the Post notes, “Network outages are not uncommon in the White House, but they typically last no more than a few hours. For the system to be damaged for days on end indicates an attack of significant strength.”

The White House cyberattack revelation comes just weeks after President Barack Obama reportedly told wealthy Democratic donors of a “doomsday” scenario wherein “cyber criminals could literally wipe out the identities of millions of people through some breach of government systems and that could lead to massive chaos,” one person with firsthand knowledge of the meeting told Fox Business.

This Beautiful Baby Girl Was Left to Die in A Plastic Bag, But God Had Different Plans

MId Term drawing

URL of Original Posting Site:

In February 2013, a child known as Baby Chloe was abandoned outside an apartment complex in Texas. She was left to die inside a Walmart plastic bag; however, a dog walker found her shortly after she was abandoned.

The Houston Chronicle shares more:

chloeThe baby was discovered by a woman walking her dogs in northwest Harris County when the animals became interested in a Wal-Mart bag on the perimeter of the Stonegate Villas Apartments. About 3 inches of the child’s umbilical cord was still attached.

She was a distinct infant – born with one bottom tooth – who weighed 4 pounds and 12 ounces. Medical officials determined that she was a late preterm baby delivered at 36 to 37 weeks’ gestation. She was named Chloe by the Texas Children’s Hospital staff.

“She was perfectly healthy,” Olguin said. “No injuries, no health issues. No hypothermia. She was out there in February. She didn’t suffer any consequences from being left out in the elements.”

Despite releasing sketches depicting what the biological mother and father might look like and offering a rare opportunity for the media to photograph an abandoned child, officials have been unable to locate Chloe’s parents. When the pictures were released, CPS received calls from across the United States and abroad.

A few people were tested for a DNA match to the child, “but we didn’t come up with any leads,” Olguin said.”

Now, Chloe’s in foster care and her foster parents are planning to adopt her. The authorities have been unable to locate her biological parents and their parental rights have been terminated.

Amazingly, in the video below Chloe is all smiles despite her rough start in the world.

Nashville Police Refuse Secret Service Illegal Search of Obama Critic

MId Term drawing

The Secret Service agents had gone to a Nashville resident’s home to investigate Facebook comments the Tennessean had made against the President.

Unsurprisingly, the Obama critic — who hadn’t violated any laws — wasn’t willing to come out of his home and be investigated by the federal government.

“He shoved the door in our face and went around the corner,” the Secret Service agent told the 911 operator. “Possibly, he had a gun in his hands.”

Of course, slamming a door in someone’s face isn’t against the law, and neither is having a weapon. The man, who’s a law-abiding gun owner, made no threats. He only demanded to see their warrant.

They didn’t bother to get one, but that inconvenient fact didn’t stop them. One of the agents asked the Nashville police sergeant to “wave a piece of paper” in order to fool the resident into believing they actually had obtained a warrant.comment 01

So, let’s recount this, shall we?Obamas Police State

  1. The Tennessean criticized the President in a non-threatening way… as is his First Amendment Constitutional right.
  2. The Tennessean had a gun to defend his home… as is his Second Amendment Constitutional right.
  3. The Tennessean asked to see a warrant… as is his Fourth Amendment Constitutional right.

None of these rights were respected by the Secret Service agents.

But you gotta love the Nashville Police.

Chief Steve Anderson wrote a letter to the former Nashville Secret Service Director Julia Pierson and Assistant Director A.T. Smith detailing these abuses. “I think you can see that had the MNPD officers complied with the directive from the Secret Service agents,” he wrote, “There was likelihood for this event to have escalated into a serious and/or embarrassing situation for both of our agencies.”

He never heard back from Pierson, but Smith responded with a “condescending and dismissive” tone. When Anderson went to their office to discuss whether they thought it was right to wave around a piece of paper to pretend they had a warrant, the Secret Service agent allegedly answered, “I don’t know. I’m not a lawyer.”

It’s good to see local authorities standing up to a corrupt, bloated federal government hell-bent on taking away our individual rights. Rep. Jim Cooper, D-Tennessee, one of the committee members who received the letter, thinks this is an outrage.

“There’s already a lot of fodder to attack the Secret Service with, and this will be more,” he said, before saying that the Secret Service’s tactics were grievous Constitutional violations.

Here’s the best part of the story. The Chief Anderson says that his officers are no longer allowed to work with the Secret Service unless they get a directive from the top.2

Why? He wants to make sure his officers aren’t asked to engage in questionable and possibly unconstitutional activities.

Kudos to the Nashville police for standing up to a bloated, corrupt federal government and saying, simply, “no more.”

Earlier this month, Kurds in Germany clashed with radical Muslims in the northern city of Hamburg and elsewhere in street clashes fueled by the conflict involving the jihadist group Islamic State in northern Iraq and Syria.

Europe is different from the U.S. in which political activism either takes on extremist left wing or ultra conservative right wing forms. The media on the left says that these groups end up uniting with neo-Nazis and fascists while others say that the German media is demonizing the movement with the usual “Nazi” slur.

In Germany, “Hooligans gegen Salafisten” appears to be a growing broad spectrum anti-Islamification movement.

Hooligan culture is on the rise again in Germany. Fan commissioners from Aachen, Braunschweig, Dortmund, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt report that hooligans who were active as long ago as the 1990s are once again rising and are on the increase in what the media portrays as “right-wing motivated behavior”.

On Twitter, users tweeting under the #hogesa tag have written, “This movement must never rest until we are finally in charge of our own country again.” One woman wrote, “Germany is finally waking up,” while another tweet included a German flag bearing the words, “We don’t want a [Muslim] theocracy.”

Rainer Wendt, chair of the German Police Union, claims that the hooligan groups and the right-wing scene more generally are merely exploiting the topic of Salafism in Germany in order to mobilize their sympathizers and attract new supporters. Wendt adds that such groups’ frequent assertion that the German state is failing in its fight against Islamists is “nonsense,” saying, “What these people don’t accept is that we’re using legal means to address the matter rather than crowbars.”

They even have a song Hooligans gegen Salafisten (Hooligans Against [Muslim] Salafists) and one can decipher “Muhammad” “Caliphate” “Sharia” “Taliban” and “Muslim” and you get the picture. What Europeans are saying is that “we had enough”:

Polish Troops on the Move

“This feels familiar.”

Putin over ObamaAfter Russia’s March annexation of Crimea, reports surfaced of serious human rights abuses against both Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians who refused Russian citizenship. Now, threats of military action from pro-Russian separatists in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of eastern Ukraine have eastern Europe on alert, and have motivated Poland to make changes to its military structure that haven’t been seen since the Cold War.

From the Associated Press:

[Polish Defense Minister] Tomasz Siemoniak said the troops are needed in the east because of the conflict in neighboring Ukraine.

“The geopolitical situation has changed, we have the biggest crisis of security since the Cold War and we must draw conclusions from that,” Siemoniak said.

He said that at least three military bases in the east will see their populations increase from the current 30 percent of capacity to almost 90 percent by 2017, and that more military hardware will be moved to those bases as well.

He said it was not some “nervous or radical move” but that because of this “situation of threat we would like those units in the east of Poland to be more efficient.”

Ukraine-Purse-BanditAccording to the AP report, current military establishments along the eastern border of Poland are only 30% staffed as part of a long term plan to move troops to those installations only in the event of serious conflict.

This troop movement, then, is not insignificant.

Poland’s position on the conflict in Ukraine between Kiev and Russian separatists has caused tension between Poland and Russia; that tension escalated earlier this month as a result of Poland’s outspoken support of Kiev’s efforts to quell the separatist movement:

After a series of warnings from the Kremlin that Warsaw was a possible target of a Russian nuclear strike, the Polish government that was installed in September toned down its language and said it was going to focus more on its own security than Ukraine’s problems.

Poland’s repositioning of military might eastward is a long-term plan, defense ministry spokesman Jacek Sonta said. “We are talking about a multiyear, gradual plan of strengthening these forces, not a quick relocation,” Mr. Sonta said. “It is difficult to give specific time frame and numbers.”

Sanctions-Bear-LittleWestern nations imposed harsh sanctions after Russia’s March annexation of the Crimea, causing Russia to double down on its aggressive strategy in the Baltic, raising concerns from western powers that the tension could affect trade between Russia and Europe:

“An attack on Putin is an attack on Russia. Without Putin, there is no Russia,” one Kremlin official told us.

The remark caused a flurry when it was subsequently leaked to the Russian media, with its implication that Mr Putin is now president for life, and the current regime could extend for decades.

“We do not want to close the door to anyone. It’s your leaders saying ‘we will punish Russia’ who is the problem. But they won’t succeed in isolating us,” he said, leaving the question unanswered.

Western powers have no choice but to push Putin on the issue of Ukrainian self-determination, but one has to wonder what we’ll be pushing Putin toward.

Sharyl Attkisson is an Unreasonable Pit Bull: And My Hero

MId Term drawing

Posted by Rodney Lee ConoverRodney Lee ConoverOctober 27, 2014

There just aren’t that many people in the world who will gamble with their entire career in order to stick by the truth – but Sharyl Attkisson is one of those few. In a world of lapdog journalists – doing their overlord’s bidding – Sharyl is the tip of the spear in true investigative journalism.

In the course of her reporting, she’s been harassed, intimidated, smeared with the most vile of vitriol and been called a “Pit Bull.”… And that’s just her employers – imagine what the people who she exposes as corrupt politicians say?

It ain’t easy when the career you’ve trained for all your life is on the line, but this pit bull doesn’t care. The truth is the truth and no amount of leftist presence at the top of her industry is going to stop her:

In her own words:

Reporters on the ground aren’t necessarily ideological, Attkisson says, but the major network news decisions get made by a handful of New York execs who read the same papers and think the same thoughts.   Often they dream up stories beforehand and turn the reporters into “casting agents,” told “we need to find someone who will say . . .” that a given policy is good or bad. “We’re asked to create a reality that fits their New York image of what they believe,” she writes.   Reporting on the many green-energy firms such as Solyndra that went belly-up after burning through hundreds of millions in Washington handouts, Attkisson ran into increasing difficulty getting her stories on the air. A colleague told her about the following exchange: “[The stories] are pretty significant,” said a news exec.   “Maybe we should be airing some of them on the ‘Evening News?’ ” Replied the program’s chief Pat Shevlin, “What’s the matter, don’t you support green energy?” Says Attkisson: That’s like saying Lib-mask-590-LAyou’re anti-medicine if you point out pharmaceutical company fraud.

In her new book; “Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against the Forces of Obstruction, Intimidation, and Harassment in Obama’s Washington”, Attkisson let’s it fly and unloads on her fellow “journalists” in television news for carrying water for their ideology – in favor of the truth.

Hat tip: NY Post:

Barack Obama works on a speech with Ben Rhodes, Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications. Photo: Pete Souza/White House

When the White House didn’t like her reporting, it would make clear where the real power lay. A flack would send a blistering e-mail to her boss, David Rhodes, CBS News’ president — and Rhodes’s brother Ben, a top national security advisor to President Obama.

The administration, with the full cooperation of the media, has successfully turned “Benghazi” into a word associated with nutters, like “Roswell” or “grassy knoll,” but Attkisson notes that “the truth is that most of the damaging information came from Obama administration insiders. From government documents. From sources who were outraged by their own government’s behavior and what they viewed as a cover-up.”   Similarly, though the major media can’t mention the Fast and Furious scandal without a world-weary eye roll, Attkisson points out that the story led to the resignation of a US attorney and the head of the ATF and led President Obama to invoke for the first time “executive privilege” to stanch the flow of damaging information.

Attkisson also unloads on her colleagues in big-time TV news for their cowardice and cheerleading for the Obama administration while unmasking the corruption, misdirection and outright lying of today’s Washington political machine.

Calling herself “politically agnostic,” Attkisson, a five-time Emmy winner, says she simply follows the story, and the money, wherever it leads her.

In nearly 20 years at CBS News, she has done many stories attacking Republicans and corporate America, and she points out that TV Liberal Media Biasnews, being reluctant to offend its advertisers, has become more and more skittish about, for instance, stories questioning pharmaceutical companies or car manufacturers.

“Many in the media,” she writes, “are wrestling with their own souls: They know that ObamaCare is in serious trouble, but they’re conflicted about reporting that. Some worry that the news coverage will hurt a cause that they personally believe in. They’re all too eager to dismiss damaging documentary evidence while embracing, sometimes unquestioningly, the Obama administration’s ever-evolving and unproven explanations.”

One of her bosses had a rule that conservative analysts must always be labeled conservatives, but liberal analysts were simply “analysts.” “And if a conservative analyst’s opinion really rubbed the supervisor the wrong way,” says Attkisson, “she might rewrite the script to label him a ‘right-wing’ analyst.”

WND – – Stone-throwing Muslims bloody Christians in Michigan

MId Term drawing

Posted By author-imageBob Unruh On 10/27/2014

URL to article:

Christian Persecution

Dearbornistan32The full U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit has decided to review a First Amendment complaint brought by Christians who were assaulted by a rock-throwing Muslim mob at an Arab festival in Dearborn, Michigan.

The case arose from the annual Arab International Festival in June 2012 when Wayne County sheriff’s deputies stood by while a Muslim mob threw rocks at Christians, bloodying them.

The officers then threatened the Christians with arrest if they didn’t leave the event.

The Christians brought a lawsuit against Wayne County over its officers’ actions, and a three-judge panel dismissed it.

But a majority of 6th Circuit judges has agreed to re-hear the Imperial Islamic President Obamacase.

The case, shepherded by the American Freedom Law Center, isn’t the first time that Muslim mob violence has erupted at the Arab festival. Earlier, a group of Christians was awarded more than $100,000 in damages because of attacks there.

In the latest case, Robert J. Muise, senior counsel for the AFLC, called the decision to re-hear “great news for religious freedom and the freedom of speech.”

“The panel’s [overturned] decision rewards violence over protected speech and thus incorporates into the First Amendment what is known as a ‘heckler’s veto.’ We are confident that the full court will reverse this ‘dangerously wrong’ decision,” he said.

The 6th Circuit’s rules note that granting such a re-hearing is rare.

“A petition for rehearing en banc is an extraordinary procedure intended to bring to the attention of the entire court a precedent-setting error of exceptional public importance.”

The dissent from the panel’s decision that earlier had dismissed the case said: “The majority’s first error is its conclusion that the First Amendment did not protect [the Christians’] speech. This is not only wrong, it is dangerously wrong.”

War on Christians

AFLC co-founder David Yerushalmi said the First Amendment “is under assault by both Muslim supremacists and Islamists on the one hand and progressives advocating ‘hate-speech’ crimes on the other.”

“The result is a shrinking arena of free speech with government cp 04bureaucrats and cultural and civilizational jihadists dictating what is and is not acceptable speech,” he said. “Maybe, just maybe, the Sixth Circuit has decided to draw the line in the sand to protect against any further encroachment upon the sphere of this First Amendment freedom.”

AFLC said the rock-throwing incident left members of the evangelism team bloodied while deputies from the Wayne County sheriff’s office stood by. Then, when Ruben Israel, the leader of the evangelists, asked officers to enforce the law so that Christians could speak, he was told to either leave or be arrested.

“Whether you agree or disagree with the Christians’ message, there is one issue to which there is no dispute: no citizen should be stoned in a city street in America for exercising his constitutional right to freedom of speech,” Muise said when the case developed.

“And what makes this case so egregious is that law enforcement officers were present and made the conscious choice to allow the Muslim mob to silence the Christian speakers through violence. Indeed, the video of the incident looks like something you would see in the Middle East, not in the United States,” he said.

“While it is shocking to see video of Christians being stoned in the United Statescp 11 for criticizing Islam, it is not necessarily surprising that this incident occurred in Dearborn, Michigan, a city where the mayor and law enforcement have consistently violated Christians’ free speech rights in favor of appeasing a large Muslim population and where, in line with the Islamic legal dictates of Shariah, the Christian Gospel is treated as criminally offensive speech, and violence ‘for the sake of Allah’ is reinforced by arresting or removing the Christians. What you are witnessing on the video is the enforcement of Shariah by a hostile mob and law enforcement aiding and abetting,” Yerushalmi added.

WND reported only a few months before the stoning incident that a court had found local officials in Dearborn liable for $100,000 in damages for arresting a Christian pastor who wanted to hand out Christian tracts at the same festival in 2009.Different Free Speech Ideologies

Magistrate Judge R. Steven Whalen then recommend fees and costs totaling $103,401.96 be awarded in the case, which was handled by attorney Muise on behalf of Christian pastor George Saieg.

Muise, at the time, was with the Thomas More Law Center.

Muise also won acquittals on charges of “disturbing the peace” brought by Dearborn against a group of Christians after they were arrested in 2010 for a similar kind of speech activity.

CDC Says Ebola Droplets Can Only Travel 3 Feet … But MIT Research Shows Sneezes Can Travel Up to 20 Feet

This week, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) admitted that Ebola can travel through the air in aerosols, but claims that it can never go more than 3 feet.

Let’s check their math …

CDC (like the World Health Organization) admits that Ebola can be spread through sneezing or coughing. But the CDC itself admits that flu droplets can travel 6 feet.

Mythbusters demonstrated that sneezes can nail people some 17 feet away:

But engineers at MIT show that sneezes can actually travel up to 200 times farther than previously thought … up to 20 feet.

Gas clouds:

“[The study] changes our current ideas of how far germs can spread in aerosols such as coughs or sneezes,” Mary B. Farone, Ph.D., associate professor of biology at Middle Tennessee State University, told “We used to think if we could see the spray, that was the limit of the dissemination, but this study shows that tiny particles, such as bacteria and viruses, can be spread much further on gas clouds.”

MIT explains:

A novel study by MIT researchers shows that coughs and sneezes have associated gas clouds that keep their potentially infectious droplets aloft over much greater distances than previously realized. “When you cough or sneeze, you see the droplets, or feel them if someone sneezes on you,” says John Bush, a professor of applied mathematics at MIT, and co-author of a new paper on the subject. “But you don’t see the cloud, the invisible gas phase. The influence of this gas cloud is to extend the range of the individual droplets, particularly the small ones.”

Indeed, the study finds, the smaller droplets that emerge in a cough or sneeze may travel five to 200 times further than they would if those droplets simply moved as groups of unconnected particles — which is what previous estimates had assumed. The tendency of these droplets to stay airborne, resuspended by gas clouds, means that ventilation systems may be more prone to transmitting potentially infectious particles than had been suspected.

The researchers used high-speed imaging of coughs and sneezes, as well as laboratory simulations and mathematical modeling, to produce a new analysis of coughs and sneezes from a fluid-mechanics perspective. Their conclusions upend some prior thinking on the subject. The study finds that droplets 100 micrometers — or millionths of a meter — in diameter travel five times farther than previously estimated, while droplets 10 micrometers in diameter travel 200 times farther. Droplets less than 50 micrometers in size can frequently remain airborne long enough to reach ceiling ventilation units. A cough or sneeze is a “multiphase turbulent buoyant cloud,” as the researchers term it in the paper, because the cloud mixes with surrounding air before its payload of liquid droplets falls out, evaporates into solid residues, or both.

The study notes:

Our key findings are as follows. The turbulent multiphase cloud plays a critical role in extending the range of the majority of pathogen-bearing drops that accompany human coughs and sneezes. Smaller droplets (less than 50 µm diameter) can remain suspended in the cloud long enough for the cough to reach heights where ventilation systems can be contaminated (4–6 m).

6 meters equals 19.685 feet.

While Slate may have gotten the numbers wrong, they made an entertaining video about the MIT study:

IRS Seizing Bank Accounts of Innocent Americans

MId Term drawing

By John Blosser Sunday, 26 Oct 2014

Obamas IRS GestapoThe Internal Revenue Service has been seizing money from the bank accounts of individuals and businesses with no proof of any crimes nor any charges filed.

Now, the IRS claims that it will stop — but will it?

Using a law, the Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform Act of 2000, that allows the feds to seize money from suspected gangsters, drug dealers and terrorists, the IRS has put innocent people into bankruptcy and massive debt and taken the money a military father saved from his paychecks to put his kids through college, solely by tracking the amounts that people put into their bank accounts.

When no criminal activity is charged, The New York Times reports, the IRS often negotiates to return only part of the seized money, leaving impoverished citizens with little option but to either accept the IRS’ offer or continue a lengthy and very expensive legal battle to try to get their legitimately earned money back.

The problem has been growing. The Institute for Justice estimates that from just 114 seizures in 2005, the IRS made 639 seizures in 2012, and in only 20 percent of the cases were any criminal charges ever pursued.comment 07

American GestapoUnder the Bank Secrecy Act, banks report transactions larger than $10,000 to federal authorities, but also report a pattern of regular, smaller deposits which appear designed to get around the act. This alone can be enough to trigger a seizure, the Times reports, and banks filed over 700,000 “suspicious” reports last year.

One involved a 27-year-old Long Island candy and cigarette distribution company, Bi-County Distributors, which made daily cash deposits, usually under $10,000. When the IRS seized $447,000 from the company, it refused to return it, despite the fact that there was no crime to prosecute, and instead offered a partial settlement.

The company is now $300,000 in debt and attorney Joseph Potashnik told the Times, “I don’t think they’re (the IRS) really interested in anything. They just want the money.”

Army Sgt. Jeff Cortazzo was saving up for his daughters’ college education when the IRS seized $66,000 of his money – it cost him $21,000 to get the remainder back.

Richard Weber, the chief of Criminal Investigation at the IRS, said in a written statement in response to the Times story, “After a thorough review of our structuring cases over the last year… IRS-CI will no longer pursue the seizure and forfeiture of funds associated solely with ‘legal source’ structuring cases unless there are exceptional circumstances justifying the seizure and forfeiture and the case has been approved at the director of field operations (D.F.O.) level.”comment 08

Today is the 50th anniversary of the seminal conservative ideology speech given by Ronald Reagan — October 27th, 1964. Reagan’s speech laid out a clear vision for an America that embraced its history as a Constitutional Republic and the intricate relationship between government and the governed. Reagan’s speech seems prescient now — it is certainly quite telling of who we are as Americans.

I sincerely ask that you please watch this speech — no teleprompter, no fake Greek columns — just one man’s insightful thoughts and perspectives.

time for choosing

And after watching Reagan deliver this speech, ask yourself, are his words still relevant? As The Washington Post writes, “The Reagan whom Americans saw on the night of Oct. 27, 1964, was not the avuncular, optimistic Reagan of his film roles, or of his subsequent political career that emphasized “morning in America” and the “shining city on a hill,” but a comparatively angry and serious Reagan, serving up partisan red meat against liberalism and the Democrats.”

“Our natural, unalienable rights are now considered to be a dispensation of government,” he declared, “and freedom has never been so fragile, so close to slipping from our grasp as it is at this moment.” The speech couldn’t save Goldwater. And his landslide defeat by President Lyndon Johnson was thought at the time to represent a sweeping repudiation of conservatism. Yet “A Time for Choosing” created a groundswell of support for Reagan’s own entry into electoral politics two years later. It also provided a template — an understanding of government as ruinously ambitious and out of control, projecting weakness and uncertainty to our enemies abroad — that still defines conservatism today.”

Some try to say conservatism is about punishing the people — quite the opposite — conservatism is about elevating the individual and with a structure governance that promotes their growth, opportunity, and promise. Conservatism is inherently “compassionate” and needs no one to try and qualify it — just embrace its fundamental principles: limited government, fiscal responsibility, individual sovereignty, free market/free enterprise economy, and strong national defense.

I just have to ask, who would not agree with those precepts?

Um, well, the folks who bring you “you didn’t build that” and “corporations and businesses don’t create jobs” — the progressive socialists. They reject the preeminence of the individual for the manipulation and subjugation of the collective. Conservatives believe there must be a safety net for citizens as they climb the ladder of personal success and achievement — but as Reagan believed, we want you to continue to climb.

Instead, progressive socialists prefer to provide a hammock, as they do not advocate for the advancement of the indomitable individual entrepreneurial spirit — they just promote sound bite gimmicks that result in economic enslavement.

Progressive socialists believe they can and must determine individual outcomes because they believe individuals have no right to do that themselves. Conservatism The Conservativebelieves in those three rights: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We don’t guarantee happiness, but we create an environment where it can pursued and achieved.

As my mom would say, “Self-esteem comes from doing esteemable things” — conservatives want individual self-esteem — progressive socialists prefer to destroy individual will and determination in order to establish dependency.

Ronald Reagan’s “Time for Choosing” speech is far more than just relevant for today — it is crucially necessary. If we don’t draw the complete distinction between what Reagan addressed and that which Obama professed then the growth, opportunity, and promise for future generations of Americans will be lost.

Sadly for America, not enough people watched this speech when the time for choosing came in 2008 and 2012 — they preferred the teleprompter aural honey that dripped into their ears which was simply disguised poison that found its way into their cognitive reasoning.

But perhaps, just perhaps, today there will be enough Americans who will take the time to view this video and share it with others. In a week there will be another “Time for Choosing” — let it not pass without our nation making the right choice — for life, liberty, freedom, and government enabling the individual pursuit of happiness — and not the false promise of a tyrannical government guaranteeing a collective happiness.

Reagan’s message was prescient. We don’t need someone who tries to be a lesser version of a progressive socialist, we need someone who can reignite that fire.

But until then, we have this time to choose.VOTE THEM OUT

LUBBOCK, Texas — At least 13 men from Africa with terrorist-related records illegally entered Canada from the U.S. since 2010, according to a leaked Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Intelligence Information Report exclusively obtained by Breitbart Texas. The data pertains only to one small region of the vast U.S.-Canadian border. The report reveals that as of September 9, 2014, there have been 155 encounters in the area “involving 344 ethnic Somalis, 21 ethnic Ethiopians, five ethnic Kenyans, two ethnic Djiboutians, two ethnic Nigerians, and one ethnic Sudanese and Congolese subjects who have attempted or succeeded in entering Canada illegally near the Pembina, ND Port of Entry (POE) since June 2010. These encounters INCLUDE 13 SUBJECTS WITH TERRORIST-RELATED RECORDS [Emphasis Added] who have utilized this method of circumventing designated POEs.”

Obama-muslim-2-610x400The report lists several ethnic Somalis who have U.S. addresses and official Alien Registration Numbers issued by the U.S. government, who the report indicates are either included, or should be included, into the Terrorist Screening Database. The subjects’ addresses span from Southern California to Ohio.

Though much of the report is based upon human intelligence and a source, the data pertaining to the apprehensions and crossings is verifiable and taken directly from the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) database, according to the document and to the source of the leaked report. That source, a federal agent in the CBP, provided the document and spoke with Breitbart Texas on the condition of anonymity.

The information in the report that is not based upon official records was deemed credible enough for a plethora of agencies in the U.S. Intelligence Community to be alerted.

The document is marked law enforcement sensitive, but unclassified. Breitbart Texas redacted certain identifying information pertaining to individual persons and addresses. The leaked document is provided below.

Dem struggles provide Republicans opportunities in minority communities

Democrats’ failures open doors for Republican candidates.

Working in the Texas campaign world over the past few years has given me a good idea about how conservatives across the political spectrum feel about GOP candidates wading into the complicated world of multicultural outreach.

Much of the work I’ve done since last September has been working toward the goal of making this sort of outreach mainstream—and it hasn’t always been easy. But a recent radio interview given by President Obama may have made my job just a little bit easier:

Via The Hill:

Controversial voter identification laws are not the primary reason minority voters are failing to cast their ballots, President Obama Mar 3 09said in a radio interview airing Tuesday.

“Most of these laws are not preventing the overwhelming majority of folks who don’t vote from voting,” Obama said during an interview with Rev. Al Sharpton. “Most people do have an ID. Most people do have a driver’s license. Most people can get to the polls. It may not be as convenient’ it may be a little more difficult.”

“The bottom line is, if less than half of our folks vote, these laws aren’t preventing the other half from not voting,” Obama said. “The reason we don’t vote is because people have been fed this notion that somehow it’s not going to make a difference. And it makes a huge difference.”

There are two takeaways from this interview, and neither of them bodes well for Democrats.

The first is that President Obama has gone completely off the rails when it comes to maintaining unity in messaging within the party. A major part of liberal messaging this cycle has focused on voter suppression; President Obama has undermined years of effort with one interview.

Much of their messaging strategy has focused on their purported desire to eliminate Republicans as the source of discriminatory practices against minorities, women, and the LGBT community. By blaming low voter turnout on the minority voter, as opposed to Republicans’ efforts to keep them at home, President Obama has thrown a wench into Dems’ previously seamless argument against keeping Republicans in office.

Thanks for that, by the way.

Imperial Islamic President ObamaThe second takeaway has less to do with Obama and Democrats, and more to do with how far Republicans and right-leaning voters should be willing to go in outreach expansion efforts.

Elections are not won and lost by convincing voters who already agree with you that you’re right; elections are won by branching out and convincing potential new voters not only that your policies will improve their lives, but that you actually care enough to listen to their problems.

If community organizer cum President Obama is willing to admit that the very base he was lauded for energizing no longer cares about turning out to support his candidates, then conservatives should be willing to leave “conventional wisdom” behind and move operations into communities where we have an opportunity to go to voters Republicans have neglected and say, “we care about this community.”

If right-leaning voters are unwilling to dump this idea that you can tell a Republican voter just by looking at him, we will lose elections in precincts that we previously carried without much trouble. It’s also important to realize that bringing the message to new voters doesn’t mean changing that message to conform to a stereotype of what minority voters believe; it means making that message resonate with what big data tells us matters most to each particular community.

Consider it base-building, and giving new voters a decision: will they stand for conservative values, or destructive liberal policies? Everyone we talk to may not make the decision to vote for a Republican in November, but at least we can say we gave them the opportunity to consider it.

#WAR: National Effort To Bully Churches Into Silence Before Elections With IRS Threat

Screen Shot 2014-10-27 at 8.26.59 AMMany pastors have been cowed into inactivity by the threatened loss of their tax-exempt status if they say anything remotely political.

This fear can make pastors who don’t—or won’t—get good legal advice about as politically active as Howard Hughes was during the flu season.

The church may, among other things, register their members to vote, pass out voter guides, invite all candidates in a race to speak (even if only one of them shows up) and speak directly about specific issues. And by the way, in his personal capacity off the clock, the pastor can endorse and support (or oppose) whomever or Obamas IRS Gestapowhatever he wishes, just like any other citizen. Duh.

That said, The Americans United for the Separation of Church and State is still trying to intimidate ministers with IRS scare tactics regarding the potential loss of their 501(c)3 status if the speak out on political issues.

Please pastors … for the love of God and our nation … don’t curl up on the floor in the fetal position and wet your big christian diaper in fear of the IRS.

Unanswered Questions

New WhatDidYouSay Logo

I was sent the following article. I tried to substantiate the information, and so far, have not been successful. I am publishing this because it does raise excellent questions, that do demand answers. America hire a President they knew absolutely nothing about. No experience, no background anyone could confirm, etc.. We cannot let that ever happen again.

This came from a union guy in Chicago who didn’t vote for Obama. Very, very interesting perspective that I never thought of in this light.

It will be interesting to see what they put in his “Presidential Library” about his early years when he is out of office.

In a country where we take notice of many, many facets of our public figures’ lives, doesn’t seem odd that there’s so little we know about our current president, Barack Obama.

For example, we know that Andrew Jackson ‘s wife smoked a corn cob pipe and was accused of adultery; Abe Lincoln never went to school; Jack Kennedy wore a back brace; Harry Truman played the piano.

As Americans, we enjoy knowing details about our newsmakers, but none of us know one single humanizing fact about the history of our own president.

We are all aware of the lack of uncontestable birth records for Obama; that document managing has been spectacularly successful.

There are however, several additional oddities in Obama’s history that appear to be as well managed as the birthing issue.

One other interesting thing… There are no birth certificates of his daughters that can be found ?

It’s interesting that no one who ever dated him has shown up. The charisma that caused women to be drawn to him so strongly during his campaign, certainly would in the normal course of events, lead some lady to come forward, if only to garner some attention for herself. We all know about JFK’s magnetism, that McCain was no monk and quite a few details about Palin’s courtship and even her athletic prowess,  Joe Biden’s aneurisms are no secret; look at Cheney and Clinton, we all know about their heart  problems. Certainly Wild Bill Clinton’s exploits before and during his White
House years, were well known. That’s why it’s so odd that not one lady has stepped up and said, “He was soooo shy…” or “What a great dancer…”

It’s virtually impossible to know anything about this fellow.

Who was the best man at his wedding? Start there. Then check groomsmen.

Then get the footage of the graduation ceremony. Has anyone talked to the professors? It is odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or lived with him. When did he meet Michele, and how? Are there photos there? Every president gives to the public all their photos, etc. for their library, etc. What has he released? And who in hell voted for him to be the most popular man in 2010? Doesn’t this make you wonder?

Ever wonder why no one ever came forward from President Obama’s past saying they knew him, attended school with him, was his friend, etc?? Not one person has ever come forward from his past. It certainly is very, very

This should be a cause for great concern. To those who voted for him, you may have elected an unqualified, inexperienced shadow man. Have you seen a movie named “The Manchurian Candidate”

As insignificant as each of us might be, someone with whom we went to school will remember our name or face; someone will remember we were the clown or the dork or the brain or the quiet one or the bully or something about us.

George Stephanopoulos of ABC News said the same thing during the 2008 campaign. He questions why no one has acknowledged the president was in their classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu speeches on campus. Stephanopoulos also was a  classmate of Obama at Columbia — the class of 1984. He says he never had a single class with him.

He is such a great orator; why doesn’t anyone in Obama’s college class remember him? Why won’t he allow Columbia to release his records?

Nobody remembers Obama at Columbia  University ….

Looking for evidence of Obama’s past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there… but none remembered him.

Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, “I don’t know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me. I don’t have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia, ever.”

Nobody recalls him. Root adds that he was also, like Obama, Class of ’83 Political Science, and says, “You don’t get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life, don’t know anyone who ever met him. At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who’s kind of the, as we say in New York, ‘the macha’ who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him.”

Obama’s photograph does not appear in the school’s yearbook and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia , provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia .

Some other interesting questions:

Why was Obama’s law license inactivated in 2002? it is said there is no record of him ever taking the Bar exam.

Why was Michelle’s law license inactivated by court order? We understand that was forced to avoid fraud charges.

It is circulating that according to the U.S. Census, there is only one Barack Obama but 27 Social Security numbers and over 80 alias connected to him.

The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut where he is never reported to have lived. And was originally registered to another man (Thomas Louis Wood) from Connecticut, who died in Hawaii while on vacation there. As we all know Social Security Numbers are only issued ‘once, they are not reused’

No wonder all his records are sealed…

P.S. Thank Teddy Kennedy for endorsing him and the Democratic party for
electing him!

Opposition to renewable energy brews in Imperial Valley

MId Term drawing

Renewable energy development could disrupt productive farmland and kill agriculture jobs in the Imperial Valley, farmers and conservationists argued at a public meeting on the Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan.

Unprecedented in scope and scale, the plan lays the ground rules for the next quarter-century of solar, wind and geothermal development across 22.5 million acres of California desert. In Imperial County, it could open more than 700,000 acres to solar and geothermal development — largely on disturbed private land — while designating nearly 900,000 new acres for conservation.

Policymakers and some renewable energy advocates have hailed the plan, which was released last month, as a landmark in the fight against climate change. Others, though, say the desert is being asked to carry too heavy a burden, arguing that regulators should prioritize rooftop solar and other small-scale renewables.

Among the plan’s critics are some Imperial Valley residents who packed Monday night’s public meeting at the Imperial Irrigation District office in El Centro. Carolyn Allen, whose family farms staple crops in the northern end of the valley, said the renewable energy plan would be “devastating to our local economy.”

“The precious farmland that we have down here should not be industrialized for so-called green energy projects,” Allen said.

Donna Tisdale — president of the grassroots group Backcountry Against Dumps, of which Allen is a member — struck a similar note. Tisdale argued the plan would turn Imperial County into a “renewable energy sacrifice zone.”comment 03

“Designating most if not all of Imperial County’s irrigated farmland as a development focus area is, in my opinion, inappropriate, unconscionable, disproportionate, and outright exploitation of one of the nation’s most productive breadbaskets — and also one of the most socioeconomically vulnerable areas,” she said.comment 04

The plan’s proponents have painted renewable energy as an economic lifeline for Imperial County, where the unemployment rate hovers around 25 percent. But commenters Monday night said the plan would eliminate stable, long-term agriculture jobs, replacing them mostly with short-term construction jobs — many of which could be filled by workers from outside the area.

David Smith, technical services manager at Spreckels Sugar Company in Brawley, said his company opposes converting farmland to renewable energy zones. Even removing a few acres, Smith said, “can create the economic tipping point that forces competitive, efficient enterprises such as ours out of business.”comment 05

“While we all support renewable energy, the future of agricultural in the Imperial Valley is at stake, as are the economic futures of Imperial Valley workers and businesses,” he said.

For years, environmental groups have urged regulators to promote development on previously disturbed lands, rather than on untouched landscapes and ecosystems. The agencies that crafted the renewable energy plan largely heeded those calls, proposing many renewable energy zones on private lands that have already been disturbed by agriculture or industrial activity.

On Monday, conservationists criticized the idea of fast-tracking development on Imperial Valley farmlands. Local agricultural fields, they said, provide critical foraging grounds for birds — not to mention produce crops that are shipped around the state and the world.

The Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan does not actually approve any projects. Rather, it establishes guidelines for the regulatory agencies that review proposals, creating so-called “development focus areas” where renewable energy projects would be fast-tracked.

In the Imperial Valley, the Imperial County government would be responsible for approving or denying most projects proposed for private land. Andy Horne — who works in the county’s natural resources development office — said county officials are concerned about developing agricultural land, and that those concerns will be reflected in an upcoming update to the county’s land-use plan.

“We’re looking very hard at the opportunities that might exist at the Salton Sea — not only for energy development but for conservation,” Horne said.

Under the plan’s “preferred alternative,” which has served as the starting point for public debate, a wide swath of land across central Imperial County is designated for development. To the east and west are proposed conservation lands, designed to protect fringe-toed lizards, shorebirds, burrowing owls and Swainson’s hawk — among other species.

The preferred alternative leaves the Imperial Sand Dunes, which are already designated for recreation, mostly untouched. It also proposes designating the Ocotillo Wells off-highway vehicle zone as a dedicated recreation area, which would be protected from renewable energy development.

The plan doesn’t include the southern edge of the Salton Sea in a development focus area, even though new geothermal hotspots could emerge as the sea recedes. Unless something changes before the plan is finalized, geothermal projects proposed for those areas would not be fast-tracked — a potential obstacle for Salton Sea advocates, who see new geothermal development as key to funding the sea’s restoration.

Imperial Irrigation District employee Shayne Ferber said the district, which has supported efforts to boost geothermal development, is “generally supportive” of the renewable energy plan. Like most commenters, though, he requested that the 90-day public comment period be expanded — a request that regulators seem likely to grant, since most stakeholders are still wading through the 8,000-page document.

Commenters also criticized the four agencies that crafted the renewable energy plan — the federal Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the California Energy Commission — for not getting more input from local residents.

“If you took the time to talk to some of the people that have either lived in the area or had to move away from the areas around the solar panels because they were just not livable anymore — or the farmers that have been affected by having their fields adjacent to huge solar projects — you would see that it is just very, very destructive,” Allen said.comment 06

Regulators will hold nine more public meetings on the renewable energy plan over the next month, including one at UC Riverside’s Palm Desert campus at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7.

The True Reason Gas Prices are Falling (Hint: It’s Not Because of Green Energy)

<!– Gas Prices dipping below the $3.00 mark in some parts of the country in New York. In fact, industry reports say that gas has dropped a full 20 cents in the past month. Now 10 states are reporting gas that weighs in under $3 per gallon, with predictions that many other states will soon follow. American workers and motorists got some badly-needed relief this week when the price of oil plunged to its lowest level in years. The oil price has fallen by about 25 percent since its peak back in June of $105 a barrel.  This is translating to lower prices at the pump with many states now below $3 a gallon.

At present levels, these lower oil and gas prices are the equivalent of a $200 billion cost saving to American consumers and businesses. That’s $200 billion a year we don’t have to send to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other foreign nations. Now that’s an economic stimulus par excellence.

obamamoney1There are many global reasons why gas prices are falling, but the major one isn’t being widely reported. America has become in the last several years an energy-producing powerhouse.  And sorry, Mr. President, I’m not talking about the niche “green energy” sources you are so weirdly fixated with.

Oil prices are falling because of changes in world supply and world demand. Demand has slowed because Europe is an economic wreck. But since 2008 the U.S. has increased our domestic supply by a gigantic 50 percent. This is a result of the astounding shale oil and gas revolution made possible by made-in-America technologies like hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling.  Already thanks to these inventions, the U.S. has become the number one producer of natural gas. But oil production in states like Oklahoma, Texas and North Dakota has doubled in just six years.

Without this energy blitz, the U.S. economy would barely have recovered from the recession of 2008-09. From the beginning of 2008 through the end of 2013 the oil and gas extraction industry created more than 100,000 jobs while the overall job market shrank by 970,000.When the radical greens carry around signs saying “No to Fracking,” they couldn’t be promoting a more anti-America message. It would be like Nebraska not growing corn.

We are just skimming the surface of our super-abundant oil and gas resources.  New fields have been discovered in Texas and North Dakota that could contain hundreds of years of shale oil and gas supplies.comment 01

Here’s another reason to love the oil and gas bonanza in America. It’s breaking the back of OPEC.  Saudi Arabia is deluging the world with oil right now, which is driving the world price relentlessly lower. The Arabs understand–as too few in Washington do–that shale energy boom is no short term fad. It could make energy cheaper for decades to come.  As American drillers get better at perfecting the technologies of cracking through shale rock to get to the near infinite treasure chest supplies of energy locked inside, we will soon overtake Saudi Arabia as the dominant player in world energy markets.

You can’t have a cartel if the world’s largest producer–America–isn’t a member. OPEC will never again be able to create the level of economic turmoil that the Arab members of OPECs engineered in the 1970s with their oil embargo. And by the way: lower oil prices place increased pressure on Iran’s mullahs to abandon their nuclear program and curb Putin’s capabilities to engage in East Europe aggression.

Yet the political class still doesn’t get it. As recently as 2012 President Obama declared that “the problem is we use more than 20 percent of the world’s oil and we only have 2 percent of the world’s proven oil reserves.”  Then he continued with his Malthusian nonsense,  “Even if we drilled every square inch of this country right now, we’d still have to rely disproportionately on other countries for their oil.” Apparently, neither he nor his fact checkers have ever been to Texas or North Dakota.  And we don’t have 2 percent of the world’s oil. Including estimates of onshore and offshore resources not yet officially “discovered”, we have ten times more than the stat quoted by the president–resources sufficient to supply hundreds of years of oil and gas.

America, in sum, has been richly endowed with a nearly invincible 21st century economic and national security weapon to keep us safe and prosperous. The plunge in gas prices is just one visible sign of this supply explosion.  Think of how much bigger this revolution could be if we started building pipelines, repealed the ban on oil exports, expanded drilling on public lands, and stopped trying to punitively tax and regulate the oil and gas.comment 02

For much of the last forty years, oil’s periodic price spikes have remained a constant threat to growth. Higher consumer energy costs as well as increased industrial production costs weighted on the economy. Now oil is one of the primary accelerators; the new big drag on the economy is politicians who despise the carbon-based industry.

VIDEO: Sarah Palin Absolutely SHREDS ‘Uber-Uppity’ Liberal Feminists

October 24, 2014 By Greg Campbell

URL of Original Posting:

obama isis

The age of dreamy-eyed admiration for President Obama is over. Even the staunchest supporter of President Obama can only muster meager defenses for his failed ZPalinpresidency and increasingly, more and more liberals are turning their back on the president who once promised hope and change, but delivered only excuses and poor results.

For example, Daily Beast founder Tina Brown recently appeared on MSNBC to blast the president and his relationship with women supporters, saying,

“The fact is that Obama’s down with everybody, let’s face it, there’s a reason. And I think that particularly for women. I don’t think he makes them feel safe. I think they’re feeling unsafe… They feel unsafe about Ebola. What they feel unsafe about is the government response to different crises.

“And I think that they’re beginning to feel a bit that Obama’s like that guy in the corner office, you know, who’s too cool for school, calls a meeting, says this has to change, doesn’t put anything in place to make sure it does change, then it goes wrong and he’s blaming everybody. So there’s a slight sense of that.” cause of death

However, according to Tea Party star Sarah Palin, liberal feminists like Brown are partially to blame for the poor relations between women and the Obama Administration.

Palin called Brown’s comments, “ironic, because that little lady Tina Brown, she’s such a big part of the problem; she and her ilk being so uber-uppity, so cocksure of their untouchable elitism, they support liberal men who have kept women unfortunately embracing this lie that they should be dependent upon government.”

“Tina Brown, chick, you’re a day late and a dollar short,” she continued. “They’ve been beating the crap out of strong, commonsense, smart, conservative women for years, she and her ilk.” States Formal Sacred Cow of Policital Correctness

When host Sean Hannity noted that these same feminists take issue with Mitt Romney holding resumes of women in a binder, but turn a blind eye to the misogyny of the Muslim world as a function of multiculturalism, Palin just went-off on the apparent hypocrisy:

“These maladroit fake feminist women, they have such a double standard, so hypocritical, that they would support anyone who would have sympathy for Muslims who do treat women so poorly, so inhumanely, and not do all that they can to stop the rise of radical Islam that would adversely affect America’s interests…’

“They support somebody like, say, Barack Obama, whose failed policies have kept them dependent on a failed government that has led to recently, you know, one in five families being on food stamps, 44 million Americans not finding a good job, more latchkey children than ever in this country because of a devalued dollar based on liberal economic policies leading to the cost-of-living rising and women being in the workforce whether they want to be or not. These women, their sympathies are aligned in the wrong party.”

Palin is absolutely correct; while Democrats use liberal feminists as vehicles to further their narrative concerning a fictitious Republican war on women, these same feminists simply refuse to offer an objective analysis of the effects liberalism has had on women. Now, after 6 years of an Obama presidency, some are suddenly awakening to the realization that increased government dependence has achieved the opposite of what feminism has strived to achieve and has made women less independent and less secure in the world.

Kudos to Mrs. Palin for calling out liberal feminists like Brown.

Joyce, an 82 year old black grandmother, explains why she left the Democrat Party this year

This is incredible. It is precisely what the Restore the Dream 2014 movement is all about, changing minds and changing hearts while helping black people realize that the Democrat Party does not help, they damage on a consistent basis.

The woman called into C-Span during the time when Barack Obama was doing his early voting. She identified herself as Joyce and indicated that she is an 82-year old black grandmother who has been a Democrat her entire life, but voted straight down the Republican ticket this year. Her voice is filled with both anger and passion as she explains why she has left the Democrat Party.

It is worth listening to the entire two-minute segment. She begins by saying, “First, let me start by saying that I am an 82-year old, black, senior citizen grandmother and I voted straight Republican because I have been noticing for years what the Democrat party have done to my people.”

She then unleashes stone, cold facts on the devastation the Democrat Party has unleashed on blacks and how her eyes became opened to their ways. She’s in Texas and had some choice words for Democrat candidate for governor Wendy Davis that I’m sure the Davis campaign will not want to use in a campaign ad.

Political campaigns are famous for trotting out an “October Surprise” on their opponents.  In 2000, Al Gore accused George Bush of getting a DWI 30 years prior.  Apparently a lot of “values voters” decided they couldn’t vote for anybody who’d had a drink too many 30 years prior and it cost Bush a hefty number of popular votes.

Every election has rumbles of a “surprise” and this year is no different.  Well, there is one difference this year and we’ll point that out in just a moment.

Barack Obama is about as popular on the campaign trail for Democrats as Ebola.  Maybe less popular, you can apparently survive Ebola and a Democratic campaign probably won’t survive a visit from the Royal Narcissist.  That’s why you see all of the Democratic Senators up for election this year even refusing to say that they voted for the President in either of the last two Presidential elections.  The President even went so far as to say that they should do anything they have to in order to get elected and it won’t hurt his feelings.

Then came this little gem.

oct surprise 01

“These are folks who are strong allies and supporters of ME…”  Heh.  Mr. Obama just put himself on the ballot.  Thanks Barack.

Now then, let’s talk about the “won’t hurt my feelings” meme.

Here’s what Josh Earnest had to say, speaking for the President, about the upcoming elections.

oct surprise 02

Here come the bus, here come the bus, order on the sidewalk, get under that bus!

For you youngsters reading this, that is a paraphrase of a sketch from Laugh In, back in the age of enlightenment.

oct surprise 03

To sum up the position of “the judge” – and that would be one Barack H. Obama – you’re on your own suckers!  The difference between this year’s “October Surprise” and every other year’s “October Surprise” is that this year Barack pulled the surprise on his own party.

Minimum Wage Hikes Result in Business Closures; Gee, How’d that happen?

MId Term drawing

California is one the states mandating an increase in the minimum wage effective January 1, 2015. The good news is my hourly job pay will increase from $9.00 an hour to $10.00. Yay!

The bad news is my scheduled hours will decrease from 25 to 15. Boo!

I lose $75 in this deal. And my friend will lose her job. Crap!

mini wage

Cloward Pevin with explanation

The thirteen states that saw minimum wage increases on January 1 have kept a combined 129,200 workers out of WE MUST NEVER FORGETemployment opportunities since the beginning of the year, according to data published this week by the American Action Forum.

The bulk of the minimum wage hikes were automatic inflation adjustments already mandated by state legislatures. Four state legislatures, however, took specific action to raise their minimum wages, the increases of which range from 45 cents to $1 per hour.

“While many assume that it would come out of profits of large companies, in reality it only affects restaurants and retail businesses that have narrow profit margins,” Ben Gitis, a policy analyst at the American Action Forum, explains in the study. “They have no choice but to either reduce their current employment levels or put off plans to expand and make new hires. As a result, the cost of the minimum wage comes out of the pockets of unemployed workers who are denied an opportunity to work.”

The study looks specifically the impact of these minimum wage increases in the restaurant and retail industries. States that raised their minimum wages have seen an anemic 0.6 percent net-job growth in these two industries since the beginning of the year, while states that kept their laws unchanged saw a 2 percent increase in net-job growth.

Gitis concedes that an unusually cold winter may have had an impact on overall job growth, but notes that states that raised their minimum wages “experienced relatively warm weather” than states in which wage laws remained unchanged. He also points out that other factors may have come into play.

Mr. Liberal, Which Part of ‘Freedom of Religion’ Do You Not Understand?

MId Term drawing

Michael CantrellMichael CantrellOctober 23, 2014

It’s been said by plenty of folks smarter than me, that liberalism is a mental disorder. As time has progressed, and my engagement with folks who hold to this ideology has increased, I’m becoming more inclined to agree with that diagnosis.Liberalism is a mental disorder

I recently came across a news story that contained such an egregious violation of the First Amendment that I was skeptical to believe what I was reading was true. After six years of living under Obama, you’re probably wondering what in the world could’ve been so shocking that it left me in utter disbelief. I mean, come on, right? President Obama and his cronies practically hold the world record for violating the Constitution. It’s become so common place you’d think I would be desensitized to it.

Normally, you’d be right, but this is seriously bad. I don’t mean bad as in “good” either. What kind of bad do I mean? I’m talking end of the republic kind of bad.

Allow me to explain. If you haven’t already heard this story, prepare to have your jaw hit the floor.

Two ordained Christian ministers in Idaho recently declined to marry a gay couple, which is an action that could land them in serious hot water with local governing authorities.

Apparently, since Idaho’s gay marriage ban was struck down by the Supreme Court, the ministers are in violation of a city “nondiscrimination” ordinance.

What’s the penalty for such a crime you ask? How about 180 days in jail and a $1,000 fine PER DAY that the ministers refuse to conduct a same-sex marriage.

Imperial President ObamaWelcome to Obama’s America.

It’s obvious the liberal brain dead zombies running this burned out berg lack a fundamental understanding of the First Amendment and the religious protections it grants to all citizens. Let’s take a quick peek at that glorious document we Americans call the Constitution and see what exactly the First Amendment says.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

By golly, look at that! The government is not allowed to prohibit the free exercise of religion. It seems to me that the “free exercise of religion” would cover something like refusing to officiate a same-sex marriage, seeing as how that violates a Christian’s conscience due to beliefs taught in the Bible, the holy book of the Christian faith.cp 11

But wait, you say. The First Amendment says Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion. The law in question is one created by LOCAL government.

I’m glad you brought that up! Not only is the law created by the governing body in Coeur D’Alene–that’s the name of the community where this law was made–in violation of the First Amendment, it also goes against the Idaho Constitution.

Article I Section 4 of the Idaho Constitution says:

GUARANTY OF RELIGIOUS LIBERTY. The exercise and enjoyment of religious faith and worship shall forever be guaranteed; and no person shall be denied any civil or political right, privilege, or capacity on account of his religious opinions; but the liberty of conscience hereby secured shall not be construed to dispense with oaths or affirmations, or excuse acts of licentiousness or justify polygamous or other pernicious practices, inconsistent with morality or the peace or safety of the state; nor to permit any person, organization, or association to directly or indirectly aid or abet, counsel or advise any person to commit the crime of bigamy or polygamy, or any other crime. No person shall be required to attend or support any ministry or place of worship, religious sect or denomination, or pay tithes against his consent; nor shall any preference be given by law to any religious denomination or mode of worship. Bigamy and polygamy are forever prohibited in the state, and the legislature shall provide by law for the punishment of such crimes.

At this point, I think it’s safe to ask the burning question on most people’s minds: Mr. Liberal, what part of “freedom of religion” do you not understand?comment 03

It’s clearly laid out for all the world to see. This law created by the folks in Coeur D’Alene is unconstitutional and illegal, making it null and void. You cannot toss someone in the clink for refusing to do something that goes against their religious beliefs. It’s that simple.

With the clarity of the illegality of the law these ministers are accused of breaking firmly established, why in the world is this still being discussed?

ShovingSame-sex marriage has absolutely NOTHING to do with actual marriage. If it did, then homosexuals would be lining up to open up their own chapels and administer these ceremonies themselves, or go to the county courthouse and purchase a license, which they are now legally allowed to do.

No, this is about FORCING the whole world to accept a person’s lifestyle as normal, despite all evidence–including religion, philosophy, and science–saying otherwise. Why would a group of people be trying so hard to make the rest of us believe what they are doing is normal if it wasn’t, in fact, abnormal? It just wouldn’t make sense.

The problem here is that I don’t have to accept anything. I don’t accept the drug addict’s lifestyle of self-destruction, nor that of an adulterer. What makes a homosexual lifestyle any different? If I’m being forced to accept this “alternative way of life” who’s to say we shouldn’t be forced to accept the lifestyle of a pedophile. After all, they can’t help it. They were born that way.

If this were really just about marriage and not forcing the rest of society to accept their sexual preference as “normal,” they would be celebrating all of the victories they’ve been gifted from the Supreme Court and getting hitched in record numbers. They wouldn’t be paying their detractors or those who disagree with their lifestyle any mind. They wouldn’t need to.

The bottom line is that every single American, including the homosexual, is guaranteed the right of freedom of religion. Any law that attempts to force someone to abandon their religious principles or go against their conscience is a violation of this God-given right, and as it is a right protected under the Constitution, any such law is 100 percent invalid.

This is a dangerous time for America. Christians and conservatives across the country need to stand up boldly, loudly, brashly, and demand their rights be protected by pressuring the state of Idaho to declare this ludicrous ordinance unconstitutional. If this is not opposed, I’m afraid that we’ll see bogus laws like this spread like wildfire across the country, and one of the central tenets of our great republic will crumble before our eyes.

Video: NYC Cops Dump Protective Gear in Public Trash After Leaving Ebola Danger Zone

MId Term drawing

“Officers had just visited area near Ebola victim’s apartment “

PC-Rider-590-LIShocking video footage shows two NYPD officers dumping their protective gear in a public trash can after leaving the area near the apartment of Ebola victim Dr. Craig Spencer.

The clip shows the officers placing their gloves, face masks and caution tape in the trash and then walking away from the scene outside the Harlem apartment of Dr. Spencer, who last night became the fourth confirmed Ebola victim in the United States.

It is not known whether the two officers actually entered Spencer’s apartment, although putting the items in a biohazard bag out of an abundance of caution would make sense. Placing them in a public trash can on a busy sidewalk in a major city is ludicrous.

The incident serves as a reminder that unprotected workers used a pressure washer to clean up the vomit of Ebola patient zero Thomas Eric Duncan outside an apartment complex in Dallas where Duncan was sick all over the sidewalk according to eyewitnesses.tweet 01

Concerns about other individuals potentially being exposed to Ebola are paramount after it was revealed that Dr. Spencer violated his voluntary quarantine to go bowling on Wednesday night the day before he was admitted to hospital.

Spencer, who returned after treating Ebola patients in Guinea, also took an Uber cab to and from the location, potentially exposing the driver and other passengers. The doctor also used the subway as well as going for a jog.

Spencer’s fiancée, Morgan Dixon, is under quarantine at Bellevue Hospital, while his two other friends are quarantined at home.

As we reported yesterday, several doctors have told Infowars that health authorities are covering up potential Ebola cases in the United States in an attempt to prevent hysteria.

Typical: Anti-Second Amendment Lawmaker Arrested With a Gun… While Drunk.

Partyof Deceit Spin and LiesThe mindset of modern liberalism is one of “do as I say, not as I do.” Though we hear so much from the left about supposed tolerance, the left is remains a bastion of intolerance against those ideas they find unfavorable.
Similarly, many of the nation’s top anti-Second Amendment crusaders rely on the Second Amendment for their own protection while working diligently to deny other Americans the same protections.
Michael Bloomberg, for instance, travels the country while preaching about the evils of armed citizens while comfortably surrounded by an armed security detail.
In Missouri, one Democrat lawmaker has been revealed to be a hypocrite as she was recently arrested while reportedly drunk and armed with a 9mm handgun and a spare magazine despite having sponsored several anti-Second Amendment efforts.
Missouri State Senator Jamilah Nasheed is a Democrat who has sponsored several anti-Second Amendment pieces of legislation. This week, the gun-grabber was arrested George Washington regarding 2nd Amandmentwhen she remained in the middle of the street and refused to leave or take a breathalyzer since she, according to police, “smelled strongly of intoxicants.”
When police searched Nasheed, they discovered that she was carrying a 9mm handgun and a spare magazine of ammunition.
Nasheed has claimed that she was not drunk, but that she got arrested to show solidarity with protesters who continue to rant about the shooting death of Michael Brown. Nasheed called the arrest a “message to the protesters that we can protest peacefully and that we must protest peacefully and that we want justice for Michael Brown.”
Nasheed claims that she is a concealed permit holder.
Of course, there is nothing inherently illegal about being drunk and legally carrying a concealed firearm. However, as Nasheed has pushed legislation that violates the rights of other Missouri citizens, including a bill that would have made it mandatory for parents to inform schools if their children are in a house with a firearm, her willingness to embrace her Second Amendment freedoms is certainly hypocritical.

VIDEO: Martin Luther King’s Niece: ‘God Appointed Jesus of Nazareth, Not Al Sharpton’

Civil rights activist Dr. Alveda King, the niece of Martin Luther King, Jr., and author of King Rules – Ten Truths for You, Your Family, and Our Nation to Prosper, appeared with Neil Cavuto on the Fox Business Network  to discuss the upcoming midterm elections and the continued lock the Democrat Party has on the black vote, despite the fact that black Americans have done much worse under Obama than prior administrations.

During the last seven years, the African-American unemployment rate is a “shame and a disgrace,” Dr. King told Cavuto.

When Cavuto asked why blacks continue to vote Democrat in spite of the worse economic conditions they’ve suffered under during the Obama presidency, Dr. King said that, “People have not really been educated. They do not understand that voting for the color of someone’s skin has not repaired the problems.”

“This trend can be reversed. We’ve got a plan at It’s a new initiative and effort where we’re going to go across America and educate the communities that we can pull ourselves up by our bootstraps.”

“Al Sharpton is another comedy of errors,” Dr. King told Cavuto after he interjected that Sharpton would be saying exactly the opposite. “God appointed Jesus of Nazareth, not Al Sharpton,” she pointed out.

‘The Flipside’ rocks TV: Conservative creators vow new show won’t bash America

Those weary of annoying liberal chatter and America bashing in the comedy realm have a new alternative. That would be “The Flipside”, a weekly half-hour broadcast dicing through politics and culture, but produced by a group of stalwart creatives who have some serious conservative underpinnings, with a few dashes of libertarianism.

Only six episodes into its fall run, and the new show has been picked up by three major cable broadcasters and 200 independent stations.

“The reaction has been very positive. A lot of people have been waiting for a show that doesn’t slam America at every turn, or push a socialist agenda,” executive producer Kfir Alfia said in an interview. “Even if we were completely neutral, the audience would see it as a breath of fresh air. They’ve been waiting for a show like this.”

He speaks from personal experience.

“I was looking around at the cultural landscape, so dominated by left-leaning ideology in movies, TV, news. That was a compelling reason to start thinking ‘what can I do?’ ” Mr. Alfia observed.

Indeed, the success of Roger Ailes, the man who developed the concept for Fox News, is not lost on the team, which methodically explored independent ways to market and distribute their broadcast with some healthy success.

“I believe it was Charles Krauthammer who said the genius of Roger Ailes is that he discovered the other half of the American people and made them his audience. That’s what we hope to do,” said producer Matt Sheffield, a longtime conservative blogger and a editor for the Media Research Center.

The on-camera muscle for the promising venture is Michael Loftus, a writer and veteran stand-up comedian who has been on, yes, the Comedy Channel, TruTV and the History Channel, among other broadcast venues. He also serves as producer and writer for “Anger Management” – a daring and noisy video project from actor Charlie Sheen.

“This might sound naive, but I just want to do a funny show on politics. I don’t have any grand purpose. I don’t want to be president. I don’t want to be high emperor,” he says.

But there’s a little touch of Ronald Reagan in here.

“I really want an optimistic outlook included in what we do. I want something upbeat. Audiences can go anywhere if they want to end up pissed off and angry,” Mr. Loftus continues. “And I don’t think that Democrats and independents or anyone else owns the right to be optimistic. A conservative comes along with some optimism, and people flip out. They really do.”

The show itself is taped in a Dallas studio before a live audience on a snappy, retro-style set with much natural wood, hubcaps on the walls and an amicable live audience. Mr. Loftus does a deft monologue, decent celebrity imitations and does not drop f-bombs. He does manage to tweak the Republican Party, the Obama administration and bureaucracy.

“The Republicans were going to fix everything,” he told a recent audience, recalling the George W. Bush administration. “But they didn’t. What did they do? They spent more money than in any other time in history. The government didn’t shrink, instead, it got bigger. And then Obama came along, and he said

‘You guys like to spend money?’ That’s cute. But let me show you how it’s done’.”

The show is currently carried by the Dish Network, AT&T U-Verse and Time Warner cable systems, along with independent stations in 30 states, airing primarily in weekend time slots. Both producers and talent are cautiously hopeful that “Flipside” content will resonate with a viewers looking for an alternative to the blame-America school of comedy.

“It will take time. But so far in our first season, things are looking great. Plus we’ve got a comedian commenting on news and politics,” said Mr. Alfia.

The comedian himself, meanwhile, admits that he does have a dream guest in mind for the show.

“Oh, it would definitely be President Obama. But I’m weird about that. It would have to be after he left the White House, after he was president,” Mr. Loftus said, displaying a distinct but of Reagan-esque civility.

“I still respect the office of president. So we’ll wait until he’d done with it all,” the host added.
