8 Joe Biden Scandals Inside Hunter Biden’s MacBook That Corporate Media Just Admitted Is Legit

Biden speaking to reporters

Last week, The New York Times quietly acknowledged that the emails recovered from the MacBook Hunter Biden abandoned at a Delaware computer store were authentic. The admission came nearly a year-and-a-half late, after the corrupt media — legacy and social — buried the scandal the New York Post broke just weeks before the November election.

Merely admitting the laptop is legitimate is not enough. Rather, by concurring in the authenticity of the laptop and the emails, the supposed standard-bearers of journalism have also implicitly acknowledged the validity of the scandals spawn by the porn-filled MacBook. And notwithstanding the salacious source of the documentary evidence of the scandals, the scandals are not about Hunter Biden: They are about now-President Biden.

Here are the eight Joe Biden scandals deserving further coverage.

1. Pay-to-Play in Ukraine

The most obvious scandal bared by the emails and text messages contained on Hunter’s laptop concerns the influence profiteering Joe Biden apparently participated in during his eight years as Barack Obama’s vice president, with Ukraine featuring heavily in the pay-to-play scheme.

The New York Times, in its likely “get ahead of the story,” coverage from last week, touched on the Ukrainian angle by noting Hunter’s connection to Burisma and then quoting emails recovered from the laptop indicating the younger Biden leveraged his dad’s position — then as vice president. But the Times’ surface coverage of the Burisma scandal doesn’t nearly suffice.

Surface it was: The Times made no mention of Hunter’s appointment to Burisma Holdings Board of Directors at a reported salary of $50,000 per month during his dad’s time as vice president. Hunter Biden had no experience in energy. So, a deep-dive on the entire Biden-Burisma connection is a first step.

2. China Gets in the Game

Ukraine is but a patch on the influence-peddling undertaken by Hunter on behalf of “the big guy,” as the younger Biden referred to his dad. China also played a large role in the family enterprise, as demonstrated by, again, passing coverage in November 2021. Then, the Times reported, in brief, that Hunter Biden’s joint global equity firm, the Bohai Harvest Equity Investment Fund, had helped coordinate the purchase by a Chinese mining company of the world’s largest cobalt source in the Congo.

That deal gave China control over a huge chunk of the world’s known cobalt supplies — an ingredient necessary to make electric car batteries. And the role of Hunter Biden’s company, Bohai, in the transaction again connects directly to Joe Biden, as Hunter reportedly launched that new joint enterprise with Chinese business partners less than two weeks after he traveled to China on Air Force Two with his then-vice president father.

In exploring this scandal, the press needs to push beyond the emails recovered from Hunter’s abandoned laptop, and do what Tucker Carlson did when the pay-to-play scandal first surfaced: talk to Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski. Bobulinski provides further proof that this scandal reaches the top of the Biden family.

3. Moscow, Kazakhstan, and More

While Ukraine and China likely hold the most significant revelations, once those threads are pulled, investigators should move on to Moscow, which according to a Senate report, holds another possible scandal. That report documents that Hunter also received a combined $3.5 million from the wife of the former Moscow mayor, a Kazakhstan investor, and several other individuals. After all, there is no reason to think that a person willing to let his son sell access to the vice president of the United States would close the money train to just a few countries.

4. Ukraine’s Firing of the Prosecutor Investigating Burisma

With the elite media now deigning coverage of Hunter’s laptop appropriate, the public knows the Burisma scandal was real and threatened to be spectacularly devastating to the elder Biden. That makes questions concerning then-Vice President Joe Biden’s demands that Ukraine fire the state prosecutor who was reportedly investigating Burisma ripe to revisit.

That prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, was fired, according to statements Joe Biden made during a 2018 event, after Biden threatened to withhold a billion-dollar loan guarantee if the Ukrainian government refused to ax Shokin. A video of the event captured Biden recounting the event:

I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours.’ If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a b-tch. He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.

While the Obama administration attempted to spin Biden’s push for the firing of Shokin, by claiming the international community had demanded Ukraine terminate the state prosecutor, a State Department official contradicted that claim during congressional testimony. George Kent, who worked on issues related to Ukraine at the State Department, reportedly told lawmakers it was the Obama administration that “spearheaded the efforts to have Shokin removed from his position as the top federal prosecutor in Ukraine.”

Biden needs to answer questions anew over his threats to withhold money from Ukraine unless the country removed the state prosecutor responsible for investigating Burisma. Democrats have impeached a president for less.

5. Obama-Biden Administration Ignoring Conflicts of Interest

Biden also needs to answer questions about his decision to ignore the clear conflicts of interest involved with him negotiating with the same countries Hunter was shaking down. Of course, since “the big guy” was in on the scam, bowing out over conflicts of interest is the lesser of the evils, but it is still worth investigating to assess how Biden handled the concerns raised by the Obama administration’s State Department.

Here, the testimony of the State Department official charged with issues related to Ukraine again proves significant. Kent told lawmakers that after learning Hunter sat on the board of Burisma, he raised concerns with the vice president’s office about the relationship.

“I raised my concerns that I had heard that Hunter Biden was on the board of a company owned by somebody that the U.S. Government had spent money trying to get tens of millions of dollars back and that could create the perception of a conflict of interest,” Kent testified before House members in October of 2019. “The message that I recall hearing back was that the vice president’s son Beau was dying of cancer and that there was no further bandwidth to deal with family-related issues at that time … That was the end of that conversation.”

The question for now-President Biden, then, is whether anyone in his office raised concerns about the clear conflicts-of-interest with him personally, and if so, why did Biden ignore the problem?

6. The Intelligence Community’s Briefing of Biden

Another scandal reaching President Biden concerns his interactions with the intelligence community after the FBI, and presumably the CIA and other such agencies, learned in December of 2019, that Hunter Biden believed Russians had stolen Hunter’s laptop, rendering the Bidens susceptible to blackmail.

Here, it is important to understand that there are two separate Hunter Biden laptops at issue. The most-discussed laptop was actually the second laptop. That laptop was the one Hunter had abandoned at the Delaware repair shop. Then, after the repair shop owner discovered concerning material on the MacBook, the store owner handed it to the FBI in December of 2019. The owner of the repair shop, however, had first made a copy of the hard drive, which resulted in The New York Post’s coverage in October 2020.

But there was another laptop — one Hunter believed Russians had stolen from him when he was binging on drugs with prostitutes in the summer of 2018 in Las Vegas. While the public did not learn about the existence of this earlier laptop until August of 2021, the FBI knew about it as early as December 2019, when they took possession of the second laptop Hunter had left at the repair store.

Among other material contained on the second laptop was a video of Biden recounting the circumstances of his first laptop disappearing with some Russians. Significantly, on that video Hunter Biden said his first laptop contained a ton of material leaving him susceptible to blackmail, since his father was “running for president” and Hunter talked “about it all the time.”

It is inconceivable that the FBI and the intelligence communities did not brief Biden on this discovery and the risk of blackmail, given that former FBI Director James Comey briefed Trump on the fake Steele dossier. On second thought, that is the initial question reporters should ask the president: “Did the FBI brief you, Mr. President, on the fact that Hunter believed Russians had stolen a laptop containing compromising information?”

From there, an inquiring press should investigate to ensure that Joe Biden did not direct the intelligence community to bury this national security risk to protect himself or his son.

7. Possible Collusion to Interfere in the 2020 Election

An honest press should also investigate whether now-President Biden or anyone connected to his then-presidential campaign pressured reporters, media outlets, or companies such as Twitter and Facebook to censor the Hunter Biden story. And what about the “fifty former intelligence officials” who publicly declared the laptop resembled a Russian disinformation campaign—something clearly untrue? Did Biden or his campaign coordinate with those individuals, several of whom had endorsed the Democratic candidate, in the release of the letter?

Given that polls show that 17 percent of Joe Biden voters would not have voted for him in 2020, if they had known about the Biden family scandals, the collective burying of the laptop scandal represents the most significant interference in elections ever seen in our country. So, “Did Biden or his campaign have anything to do with the decision to kill the New York Post’s reporting on Hunter’s MacBook?” And “What about the ‘fifty former intelligence officials?’”

From there the follow-ups flow quickly: “Who was involved in the push to silence the story and who were the executives or ‘journalists’ who bowed to the demands?” “Who coordinated with the intelligence officials?” “Were any threats or promises made?” “What were they?” “What did Joe Biden know?” “What about other Democrats and the Democratic National Committee?”

8. Joe Biden Is a ‘Lying Dog-Faced Pony Soldier’

The final Joe Biden scandal the press should push President Biden to answer concerns his lies to the American public. While there are too many to count, two merit further questioning.

First, the media should demand Biden answer for lying to the country when he seethed, “I have never discussed, with my son or my brother or with anyone else, anything having to do with their businesses. Period.” The evidence overwhelmingly shows that Biden not only knew of the family business deals but was part of them.

The second bold-faced fabrication from Biden came during his pre-election debate with Trump, when Trump raised “the laptop from hell.” When Trump asked Biden if he was saying the “laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?” the then-Democratic candidate replied, “That’s exactly what [I] was told.”

Unlikely. Biden also countered with this doozy, which again raises the question of whether Biden had a role in the intelligence officials’ statement:

There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what he’s accusing me of is a Russian plant. They have said that this has all the … five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage. Nobody believes it except him and his good friend, Rudy Giuliani.

We can now add The New York Times to Giuliani. It remains to be seen, though, whether the Old Grey Lady and the other legacy outlets will report on the further scandals the laptop revealed—the ones that reach the president of the United States.

The New York Times Doesn’t Care If You Know That Big Tech Helped Rig Joe Biden’s Election

Joe biden and hunter biden

On March 17, 2022, The New York Times stated it had verified the authenticity of a laptop and its data as belonging to the president’s son, Hunter Biden. This was the same laptop holding information that Twitter, Facebook, and other corporate media immediately suppressed when The New York Post, a right-leaning competitor of The New York Times, reported on it three weeks before the 2020 presidential election.

If they had known about one of the Biden family scandals, such as the Hunter Biden laptop information, 17 percent of Joe Biden’s voters wouldn’t have voted for him, found a 2020 post-election poll. This means big tech’s suppression of this story likely made enough difference to tip Joe Biden into his low-margin win in the Electoral College.

Back in October 2020, Twitter and Facebook immediately responded to The New York Post’s publication of information from Hunter Biden’s laptop by effectively banning it from their platforms that effectively monopolize public discussion. Twitter punished the Post for reporting the repeatedly authenticated laptop information by suspending its account for two weeks.

“What this means is that, in the crucial days leading up to the 2020 presidential election, most of the corporate media spread an absolute lie about The New York Post’s reporting in order to mislead and manipulate the American electorate,” commented independent investigative reporter Glenn Greenwald.

Major National Security Implications

That laptop provides evidence Joe Biden was involved in Hunter Biden’s pay-for-play schemes with foreign oligarchs, an obvious national security risk. Some of these corrupt deals involved Ukraine, a notoriously corrupt country that is currently petitioning the Biden administration to engage militarily with Russia on their behalf.

Russia also has blackmail material on Hunter Biden, according to videos from his laptop, and the FBI knew about this as early as 2019, according to Federalist reporting: “This explosive revelation establishes that either Joe Biden lied to the American public, or the intelligence community lied to him,” wrote Federalist Senior Contributor Margot Cleveland in 2021.

Other Hunter Biden business deals involved China, the United States’ top security threat. Texts between business partners indicate Joe Biden was financially involved in Hunter Biden’s China deals, contrary to Joe Biden’s public claims.

China also has blackmail material on Hunter Biden and possibly on Joe Biden. All of this means major conflicts of interest for the president’s foreign policy at a time of significant global instability. It also was deliberately hidden from the voting public by collusion between big tech companies and the Democrat Party.

Hiding Democrats’ Dangerous Scandals

The same presidential administration that benefitted from Big Tech hiding damning true information is openly colluding with Big Tech to maintain and expand these information operations. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters in July 2021, “We’re flagging posts for Facebook that spread disinformation.” Soon after, Psaki confirmed, “We’re in regular touch with social media platforms…about areas where we have concern.” You might call it a public-private partnership.

Democrats have demanded that the Biden administration create a task force to suppress “misinformation” and “disinformation.” What did corporate media and big tech call the laptop information they suppressed in 2020, only for The New York Times to confirm in 2022? That’s right: Disinformation.” In fact, as Greenwald notes, intelligence operatives immediately enacted a real disinformation campaign against the New York Post reporting in 2020, pushing the false narrative that the Hunter Biden laptop was “disinformation.”

That’s called projection, and you should assume that’s one of the things going on every time the media runs some wild news cycle—such as accusing the Republican president of treasonous collusion with Russia when it’s actually the Democrat presidential candidate who did that.

Reinforcing the Power Hierarchy

This New York Times article, after all the lies and manipulations about the Hunter Biden laptop, is also a chilling public affirmation that the ruling class believes Americans are helpless to choose their own government. They’re even bold enough to confirm their power openly.

Just like requiring only the hired help and those under the thumb of government agencies to wear masks while their masters wine and dine mask-free, The New York Times openly revealing that corporate media including itself, Twitter, and Facebook lied and got away with it is a hierarchy flex. It’s a display of their power. They are saying, “We can lie to Americans and get away with it.”

They’re also flexing their power to say things they won’t allow their political opponents to say. Again, Covid is another clear example, as when Trump advisors such as Scott Atlas faced vicious media smears for pointing out facts that The New York Times finally acknowledged months later, such as that kids don’t need to wear masks and it’s perfectly safe for them to go to school. In the intervening time, children needlessly suffered, but The New York Times doesn’t care. They owned the rubes, and that matters more to them than truth or children’s suffering.

People this corrupt don’t deserve to have media platforms, control of the presidency, or any power of any kind. At the very least, those who use their power this cynically should be respected by absolutely no one.

Big Tech Is a Threat to Democracy

Big Tech is also clearly manipulating public discourse for highly partisan ends. Social media has become what the “big three” cable news networks were decades ago: falsely “nonpartisan” manipulators of elections. Like ABC, CBS, and NBC, Twitter and Facebook’s ability to control culture and politics through brain drips feeding lies into millions of Americans’ minds needs to end, yesterday. This is not a pissing contest. It’s about our continued existence as a nation.

Greenwald notes the corporate press and big tech “all ratified and spread a coordinated disinformation campaign in order to elect Joe Biden and defeat Donald Trump.” That’s not a democracy, no matter how many slogans about that word propaganda outlets put out. It’s tyranny.

When elections are an elaborate charade and their outcomes are openly manipulated by giant special interests, we don’t have self-government, self-determination, democracy, constitutional government, representation, or any of the above. For those of us who love these things because we believe they are our God-given and precious rights and responsibilities, this is a dark reality to behold.

One might call this world the left wants to live in Chinese communism with American characteristics. Well, I don’t want to live in that world, and neither do at least 74 million other Americans. We’re not going to keep being abused by our own government quietly. And we’re not going to believe these liars, no matter what they say.

The top names on everyone’s mind when they hear the word “disinformation” ought to be The New York Times, Twitter, Facebook, The Atlantic, and all their corrupt, self-congratulating Aspen Institute friends. That’s something we can all work to help our neighbors see.

BOMBSHELL: Fourth Democrat Caught Up In Virginia Scandals, & It’s As Bad As It Gets

Reported By

It’s not good to be a high-ranking Democrat in Virginia right now.

First, Governor Ralph Northam’s racist past came to light. Then, Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax’s sex scandal made waves.

The state’s attorney general then claimed that he, like Northam, wore blackface in his youth.

Now, scandal number four is about to break everything wide open. Some people might even say this case is the worst yet.

From Daily Wire:

The series of scandals that have brought Virginia Democrats to their knees over the last week worsened after a new bombshell report was released on Wednesday night that alleges a Democratic lawmaker knew about the sexual assault allegations against Democrat Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax for over a year.

ABC News reports that Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA) was made aware of the allegations directly from Fairfax’s accuser, Dr. Vanessa Tyson, “who on Wednesday released a statement detailing the alleged 2004 assault, which took place at the Democratic National Convention in Boston.”

In December 2017, Tyson allegedly told Scott that Fairfax had a “MeToo allegation,” and over the next month, Scott’s aides learned that Tyson was the alleged victim.

Will any of these Democrats be forced to answer for their recklessness?

Will any of them resign?

President Trump ripped into Northam after racist photos surfaced from his yearbook showing men in blackface and a KKK hood. Democrats and Republicans are calling for Northam’s resignation, but he says he’s not leaving his post.

Here’s what 45 had to say on the subject…

Democrat Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia just stated, “I believe that I am not either of the people in that photo.” This was 24 hours after apologizing for appearing in the picture and after making the most horrible statement on “super” late term abortion. Unforgivable!

Ed Gillespie, who ran for Governor of the Great State of Virginia against Ralph Northam, must now be thinking Malpractice and Dereliction of Duty with regard to his Opposition Research Staff. If they find that terrible picture before the election, he wins by 20 points!

From Fox News:

Virginia Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam apologized Friday for appearing in a “racist and offensive” photo on his 1984 medical school yearbook page that showed one man dressed in blackface and another in a KKK robe.

Northam – who has been under fire this week for comments made about a third-trimester abortion bill in his state – admitted to being one of the people in the photo, though it’s not clear which costume he is wearing.

Northam: “Earlier today, a website published a photograph of me from my 1984 medical school yearbook in a costume that is clearly racist and offensive.”

“I am deeply sorry for the decision I made to appear as I did in this photo and for the hurt that decision caused then and now.”

Here’s the photo:

Here’s Northam saying he won’t leave…

Linda Tripp Cracks Open the Can of Hillary Clinton’s Scandals Again, Including Vince Foster, Travelgate and Whitewater

waving flagAuthored by Tim Brown

URL of the original posting site:

Linda Tripp

You may recall the name Linda Tripp. She was the whistleblower that outed President Bill Clinton‘s intern trysts in the Oval Office with Monica Lewinsky, but she also witnessed quite a bit of the Clinton scandals, including Travelgate, Filegate, Whitewater and most interestingly the mishandling of documents the morning of Vince Foster’s death.

Noted reporter Aaron Klein recently interviewed Tripp. He writes:

In an exclusive interview, Tripp reopened each of those scandals – Travelgate, Filegate, Whitewater and the issues surrounding Vince Foster’s death – and she used her unique vantage point to explain how the notorious cases foreshadowed many of the current Clinton controversies, from the Clinton Foundation to Hillary Clinton’s private email server troubles.

Tripp spoke in an hour-long interview set to air in full on this reporter’s Sunday night talk radio program, “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” broadcast on New York’s AM 970 The Answer and NewsTalk 990 AM in Philadelphia.

Tripp is well-known for her role in the Monica Lewinsky scandal, documenting evidence of the young intern’s relationship with Bill Clinton and submitting the documentation to independent counsel Kenneth Starr, leading to the public disclosure of the affair.

However, many people may be surprised to learn of Tripp’s larger role in the West Wing, and her firsthand experiences behind the curtain of the Clinton scandal machine.

Ms. Tripp previously served under George H. W. Bush as executive assistant to the deputy chief of staff for the president. Later, she transitioned to the Clinton administration and served as support staff to the Immediate Office of the President. After three months, she was asked to work for the White House Counsel’s office as executive assistant to White House Counsel Bernie Nussbaum by Vince Foster.

Tripp said that she witnessed completely different behavior in the handling of classified material was handled in the Bush administration.

She told Klein that during the Bush years “everything I had to come to know as protocol for the handling of classified information was followed very strictly… In the Bush White House, classification was critical, followed and adhered to with great, great detail.”

Tripp then compared the Bush administration’s handling of documents with those of the Clinton administration, saying they had a “cavalier, loosey-goosey, this isn’t important, don’t be a prude [attitude].”

“Because I would often bring up the fact that this had to happen. That this was not a luxury. This was a necessity. And classified material is just part and parcel of working in the West Wing of the White House on a daily basis,” she explained. “So there was sort of a disregard for any of the rules. They certainly didn’t apply to them. And that was startling.”

Regarding the handling of documents, Tripp told Klein:

“When the Clintons came in, I think one thing that was very startling right from the beginning was in order to even work in the West Wing you have to have an extremely comprehensive background security review. And it is generally a 90-day process. It costs thousands upon thousands of dollars per person. And at the end of that time you receive your security clearance at whatever level you are secured. Mine was top secret and above.

“Also just as an example, …when I got to the Bush White House I couldn’t even enter the West Wing even though I was hired to support the West Wing until my 90-day security review had been completed.

“Now in the Clinton White House it was a year before I would say 95% of the senior advisors to President Clinton and their support staff in the West Wing even filled out the paperwork.”

In speaking of Filegate, Tripp said:

“The reason that I had anything to do with him was that the chief of White House security in a loose way reported to the counsel to the president (Bernie Nussbaum), who was my boss. But Craig Livingstone was a former bar bouncer. That was his claim to fame. So the notion that this former bar bouncer was the chief of White House security was beyond chilling to anyone who knew how that office functioned in the previous administration.

“It just defied comprehension. And worse, his claim was that he was hired by Hillary. And Bernie (Nussbaum) knew nothing about that. Bernie had no idea how he was hired. He just knew that that was his job.”

…And these were all files of perceived Clinton enemies. They were all Republicans. And what was so chilling about that was Craig Livingstone himself having essentially ownership of these raw data FBI Files.”

And with regard to the death of Vince Foster, Tripp pointed the finger at Hillary Clinton:

“Hillary oversaw everything that followed in the aftermath of Vince Foster’s death. Hardly mourning, she sprang into action like a field commander. The very night he died, her aides were packing up and moving boxes of files to the residence. Some never surfaced for years, including the Rose Law Firm Billing records which were under subpoena. They mysteriously surfaced years later in the Residence of the White House, at a time where it made little difference. What should have made a difference is that these law firm billing records showed definitively how extensive her involvement was in the Whitewater mess, something she had denied under oath.”

Tripp claims Foster’s death changed everything in how the administration was run.

“I mean literally from one minute to the next. Bernie’s office had been an open-door policy. After that, his door was always closed. And the most trusted soldiers in the counsel’s office would huddle in there for days on end. And one of those was Cheryl Mills, who long ago swore a blood oath to the Clintons. And to this day, I am sure people may have heard her name as being involved in the email scandal.”

As for Whitewater, Tripp said:

“From what I can see from my vantage point, Whitewater appeared to be a sleazy land deal with questionable players. And Hillary at the Rose Law Firm being personally involved and professionally involved representing some of the sleazy characters. She didn’t want any of that to get out. You know, one of the driving forces, sort of a dual quest for unparalleled power, unquestioned power and the accumulation of vast wealth.

“And Whitewater was just a get-rich-quick scheme that was questionable at best that shows sort of the incestuous garbage that was going on in Arkansas, of which they were a part. And she wanted no one to have access to this information.”

“The West Wing of the Clinton White House was scandal central, without a doubt,” Tripp said. “But more importantly, it was a peak behind the corrupt curtain that few have ever seen and I don’t think will see. And so I wanted to shout from the rooftops back then and expose what I witnessed.’

“But in the end, I was honestly too much of a coward to do anything at all and that was primarily because by that point I was a single parent,” Tripp continued. “And I had had a 20-plus year government career. I would have lost my retirement. My income. And I knew that it would not be a good outcome to say much. But it ended up being the president’s horrific abuse of an emotionally fragile young girl not much older than my own children that finally tipped me over the edge. And that was years later.”

“The Clintons embody a culture of corruption,” she said. “And corruption can be insidious. A look at the President, the Attorney General and the FBI Director over this past year is illuminating. Their eager protection of all things Hillary could not be construed as anything other than political favoritism. On steroids. From the tortured interpretation of ‘intent’ by the FBI Director, to the irregularities at Justice, including the Attorney General’s secret meeting with Bill Clinton on the tarmac, to President Obama’s enthusiastic defense of Hillary during a supposed active and ongoing FBI investigation, it all becomes clear. In fact, President Obama and Hillary jetted off to a campaign event aboard Air Force One just as Director Comey was announcing his long-awaited findings. This unnerving split screen optic would simply never have been allowed to occur had there been any doubt of the outcome.”

“The politicization of a federal criminal investigation should be alarming,” she concluded. “That they may well have used the power of their offices to control and manipulate the outcome of a presidential election seems a distinct possibility. In America. The intent seemed to be to ensure Hillary’s ultimate triumph over an opponent those in power found unsuitable. That used to be the exclusive right of the American people. And that is the Clinton legacy.”Partyof Deceit Spin and Lies

Lynch indicates DOJ not required to charge Clinton

waving flagBy Kelly Cohen (@politicohen_) 3/9/16; Kelly Cohen Staff Writer The Washington

FOR PRISONAttorney General Loretta Lynch indicated Wednesday that the law doesn’t require the Justice Department to pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email system, even if the FBI recommends criminal charges.

Lynch was asked in a hearing by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, what her department would do if the FBI were to recommend that step. “If the FBI were to make a referral to the Department of Justice to pursue a case by way of indictment and to convene a grand jury for that purpose, the Department of Justice is not required by law to do so, are they — are you?” Cornyn asked.

Lynch didn’t answer directly, but seemed to indicate the department has some wiggle room, and can consult with officials before deciding what to do.

“It would not be an operation of law, it would be an operation of procedures,” Lynch said in reply. She added that the decision to pursue a criminal case would be “done in conjunction with the agents” involved in the investigation. “It’s not something that we would want to cut them out of the process.”More Liberal Gibberish

Republicans have been pushing for charges against Clinton, but at the same time, many have predicted that the Obama administration would never allow the Justice Department to bring charges against Clinton for including classified and top secret information on her personal emails. Some Republican presidential candidates, including Donald Trump, have said Clinton is desperately hoping to win the White House in order to avoid the criminal charges that could be brought under a Republican administration.

Lynch also dodged questions about the decision to grant immunity to a former staffer of Hillary Clinton at the State Department who helped her set up her own private email system at home.

Cornyn pressed Lynch on the Justice Department’s role in reportedly granting immunity to Bryan Pagliano, a former Clinton staffer involved in the set-up of her “homebrew” email server.

“If in fact this was immunity granted by a court, that had to be done under the auspices and with the approval of the Department of Justice, which you head,” Cornyn said to Lynch.

But Lynch declined to talk about that part of the case.

“We don’t discuss the specifics of any ongoing investigation,” Lynch said. “With respect to the procedure relating to any specific witness, I would not be able to comment.”

“With respect to Mr. Pagliano or anyone who has been identified as a potential witness in any case, I’m not able to comment on the specifics,” Lynch added.Picture1

Later on in response to a question from Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., Lynch said she has never discussed the Clinton email investigation with Present Obama, spokesman Josh Earnest or anyone else at the White House. Graham asked that question in order to ask how Earnest would have any information about the case that he would use to downplay its importance.

“It’s my hope, when it comes to ongoing investigations, that we all would stay silent,” she said.REALLY

State Dept. plans New Year’s Eve release of Clinton emails

waving flagBy Sarah Westwood 12/28/15

URL of the original posting site:

Thousands of Hillary Clinton’s private emails will hit the Internet on New Year’s Eve thanks to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit that permits the State Department to wait until the end of each month to release the documents.

The holiday email release will mark the eighth time the agency has published a batch of Clinton’s records according to the monthly schedule. The first release came in May of this year and contained fewer than 300 emails, all of them related to Benghazi.

Clinton’s use of a personal server to shield her private emails from the public hobbled the early days of her presidential campaign. In the weeks since, her poll numbers have rebounded and speculation about whether the email controversy could cost her the nomination has largely abated.

The former secretary of state saw a turning point in the scandal near the end of October, when she took the stand for a grueling 11-hour hearing before the House Select Committee on Benghazi and fielded dozens of questions about her email use. Clinton’s poll numbers began to climb shortly after the hearing.H-Cell-600-LI

The final batch of Clinton emails will be released to the public Jan. 29. At that point, all 55,000 pages of records will be available online for review.

Clinton has pointed to the State Department’s steady publication of her emails as evidence of her commitment to transparency. However, the documents she turned over to the agency late last year make up only half of the total number of emails that were once stored on her personal server, which is now in FBI custody.

lying so longAccording to papers filed in the FOIA lawsuit that forced the State Department to begin publishing the emails earlier this year, the agency is scheduled to publish roughly 8,800 pages of records Thursday. The lawsuit was filed by Jason Leopold, a reporter at Vice News.

The New Year’s Eve release should bring the total pages of Clinton emails available online to at least 45,100, with the remainder slated for publication in January. After a slow start, the agency has run ahead of schedule for the past few document releases.

Hundreds of emails are expected to be marked classified in the remaining unpublished email trove, as all monthly releases since this summer have contained classified material.

President 2016: Clinton’s big CNN interview

by David FreddosoJul 12, 2015

URL of the original posting site:

Hillary Clinton: Clinton’s big CNN interview — her first as a candidate — demonstrates why her campaign House071015- Clinton-CNN (House Only)has gone to such great lengths to keep her away from interviewers. A defensive Clinton blamed Republicans for most of the problems she created for herself.

She made many untrue statements in the process — for example, that she was not required to turn over her work emails, that there were no rules or regulations against her keeping them private and withholding them for so long, and (although one might quibble that it’s a question of opinion) that voters trust her. What did you say 05.jpg

This isn’t the place to dissect these, or her claim that she was not under subpoena (it depends on what the definition of “was” is), but it’s important to note the continuity of Clinton style. The maze of Clinton investigations and allegations became so complex in the late 1990s that it became all too easy for Team Clinton to muddy the waters with factually false statements.

In a similar way, Hillary and her team seem to think that all she has to do under media pressure is state that everything she did to separate her work product from as secretary of State was both legal and ethical (even if it wasn’t), and keep stating it. One potential problem with this is that the Clintons do not control the White House anymore and lack the institutional levers that contributed so much to Bill Clinton’s popularity. After all, he was president and Republicans were trying to remove him from the office. This time, in contrast, Hillary is a private citizen with a large bank account from monetizing government service. Voters (as the polls suggest) already smell a rat, and it’s still only July 2015.Breakfast-Of-600-LI

It is unclear whether Clinton’s scandals as known to date can truly sink her in a general election. A lot will depend on the quality of the Republican nominee and whether the mainstream media is willing to continue pursuing these issues in depth as the campaign progresses.

But every time you see or hear about a huge Bernie Sanders event, bear in mind that fear of the potential for Clinton implosion is motivating some of his support. Among those who do not believe Clinton is an honest person, a small but significant share are liberals who will vote for her in November 2016 no matter what. It is not a hopeful sign, but it might not be fatal either.Clinton Democrat Party freedom combo 2

A breakdown of every scandal swirling around Hillary

By Maureen Callahan

How much has changed?

The shady foundation

Founded in 2001 as The Clinton Foundation and renamed the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation in 2013, this ostensible philanthropic concern has become a liability.

As reported by the International Business Times last week, while serving as secretary of state, Clinton was lobbied by human rights groups and union leaders to address the Colombian government’s abuse of striking oil workers, some of whom had been threatened at gunpoint by the military. Meanwhile, the oil company in question, Pacific Rubiales, was promising millions to the Clinton Foundation.

Hillary’s State Department wound up publicly hailing Colombia’s commitment to human rights reform — and that statement allowed the United States to continue funding the Colombian military.

Today, the founder of Pacific Rubiales is a board member of the Clinton Foundation.

And as Politico reported last week, a major phosphate company owned by the Moroccan government has just pledged at least $1 million to the foundation. In 2011, Clinton’s State Department assailed Morocco as a corrupt state guilty of “arbitrary arrests and corruption in all branches of government.” Women in Morocco are still subjugated by Islamic rule, yet last September, Hillary Clinton’s public stance on the government had changed.

“A vital hub for economic and cultural exchange,” she called it, one that was “in the midst of dramatic changes.”

The foundation had stopped accepting money from foreign governments in 2009, when Hillary became secretary of state. When she resigned in 2013, the foundation changed this policy, and it has since taken money from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Oman.

The spotty resume

Hillary served as US senator from New York from 2001 to 2009, but her accomplishments are thin. No piece of legislation bears her name. Her tenure came to be defined in the 2008 presidential primaries by her vote for the war in Iraq — which Barack Obama, who had opposed the war, used to chip away at her foreign policy bona fides.

Her accomplishments as secretary of state are as unclear. She traveled to 112 countries, but again, she has nothing of consequence to her name: no peace treaty, no accord, no summit of consequence. Her defenders say she helped restore America’s reputation in the wake of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan; critics say she was too afraid to make a mistake that would affect her presidential run in 2016.

When asked in 2014 by Diane Sawyer to name her greatest achievement or “signature doctrine,” Hillary could not. “We haven’t had a doctrine since containment worked with the Soviet Union,” she said. “But we’ve had presidents who’ve made some tough calls and some hard choices, some of which have worked, and some of which have not.”

The suspicious finances

Without ever breaking any laws, theClintons have long appearedto be reaping ill-gotten gains. Right before Billwas elected governor of Arkansas, family friend James Blair, who also worked as a lawyer for Tyson Foods, helped her turn $12,000 worth of stock — Hillary only had $1,000 in her accountat the time — into a near-immediate $100,000 profit. She did notdisclose this until her husband’s second year in office. It was during Bill’s first run for president, in 1992, that the Whitewater scandal surfaced. In the 1970s and ’80s, the Clintons and their friends Jim and Susan McDougal had invested in the Whitewater Development Corp.; it was alleged that Clinton, as governor, had pressured a local S&L to loan Susan McDougal $300,000 for real estate investments with the company, and that transactions between an Arkansas bank and Bill Clinton had been concealed.

Neither Clinton was charged, though both McDougals and Gov. Jim Guy Tucker, who served as governor after Clinton, were convicted of fraud.

The spectacular greed

Clinton will likely position herself as the champion of the middle class. Yet in 2014, it was revealed that Clinton, who charges a minimum of $300,000 per speech, also had an extensive list of demands.

Most anyone who hires Hillary to speak must also provide a private jet — a $39 million Gulfstream G450 or better — and put her up in presidential suites. Her standard agreement requires her presence for only 90 minutes, and 50 photos with 100 attendees — no more.

Hillary has defended her enormous speaking fees by saying she and Bill were “not only dead broke, but in debt” when they left the White House.

In 1999, Bill and Hillary bought their house in Chappaqua for $1.7 million, and in 2000 purchased a seven-bedroom in Washington, DC, for $2.85 million. Hillary’s Senate financial disclosure form that year listed their assets at $1.8 million.

In Clintonian fashion, Hillary backed off the “dead broke” statement — sort of. “I regret it. It was inartful,” she said. “But it was accurate.”

The other women

One of the great lessons of 2008, say Hillary’s aides, is that she has learned to run toward history, not from it: Instead of downplaying her gender, she’ll amplify it, running not just as the potential first female president but as a proud feminist.

If so, she may create a new problem for herself: How to explain her decades-long defense of her womanizing husband — a philanderer at best, a predator at worst? In 2014, the papers of Hillary’s late friend Diane Blair were made public; in them, Blair wrote that Hillary dismissed Monica Lewinksy, then a 22-year-old White House intern, as a “narcissistic loony-toon” and insisted that Bill had not abused his power.

As for Bill’s other women — including Paula Jones and Kathleen Willey, who alleged sexual harassment, and Juanita Broaddrick, who accused him of rape — the Clintons often embarked on a “nuts and sluts” campaign, denigrating the accusers.

According to Carl Bernstein’s “A Woman in Charge,” Hillary called Bill’s longtime mistress Gennifer Flowers “trailer trash”; she also encouraged his team to get signed statements from all of Bill’s other women, swearing they’d never had sex with him.

Willey later said that Hillary spearheaded a “terror campaign” against her. “She is the war on women, as far as I’m concerned,” Willey said.

The secret emails

In March, we learned that during her four-year stint as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton conducted all business — political, public and private — solely through her personal email account, on a server in her house. When asked why she didn’t use two emails, one for official business and one for personal use, Hillary said: “I thought it would be easier to just carry one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two.”

Then an email surfaced that was sent from her iPad, undermining that excuse.

In a press conference to address the controversy, Clinton answered questions with all-too-familiar arrogance, contempt and incredulity that her word should be questioned.

“She came off as defensive and artificially put-off,” one Democratic strategist told New York magazine.

“I’m a huge Hillary Clinton fan,” said another. “But after that press conference, I do have major concerns about her ability as a campaigner and to get elected.”Picture6

I usually stay away from issues I feel are being over-covered; no sense in beating a dead horse. However, I’ve been watching the IRS scandal unfold and I’ve noticed some things the media and pretty much everyone else is leaving out. I can only assume the general public is not aware of these issues and it’s very critical that we become educated.

First of all, everyone should know that the IRS is THE most powerful, unchecked law enforcement agency in the country. Yes, that’s right, they are a law enforcement agency and yes their field agents are armed just like any other federal agent would be. This of course would explain the rumors you’ve heard of the IRS buying up ammunition. Here are some facts you need to know.

Obama's IRS Gestapo

Hold Lois Lerner in Contempt. The agency can seize all of your assets, freeze your bank accounts, even put liens on every bit of your property. Here’s the scary part…there is no due process here. They don’t need a warrant, they don’t need to jump through any legal hoops, it can be done simply with keystroke by any agent looking into your file. It’s completely at their discretion and you would have absolutely no legal recourse.

Ok, that one may not shock you, but this should…any field agent can come to your home, enter without permission, whether you’re there or not, conduct a search, seize anything they deem appropriate and once again, there is NO due process. They don’t need a search warrant, no legalities to deal with, nothing but the discretion of the agent and once again, you would have absolutely no legal recourse. That means you could be sitting in your living room watching TV and the door could open and IRS agents could come in and take your TV, or anything else they wanted for that matter. There would be nothing you could do about it. Of course they don’t make habit of this, I’m sure they would prefer that no one knew they had the ability to do so, but they do, and it’s all perfectly legal.

Obamas IRS GestapoNow I don’t think that there’s anyone in the country who believes this story about the lost emails. I mean really, most of us have had at least one catastrophic computer crash, either at home or work, and have not lost two years of emails. The idea that we would believe this is simply insane. As a former investigator I can tell you there is only one reason for a person to plead the 5th, and that reason is that they are guilty of something. There is no doubt that there’s corruption in the agency…period. The question is, how widespread is it? How far up does it go? How far will they go to cover it up?

Our government is one of precedent. That means that if they get away with this cover up, they’ll do it again, and again, and again, and it will be accepted because the precedent has been set.

No matter what your political affiliation, this should scare the pants off you. This time it was conservatives, but what about next time? If you’re a liberal or a Democrat who is getting some satisfaction out of the targeting of conservatives, be careful what you wish for, political winds change rapidly. What will you do when there’s a conservative in the White House and YOU become the target? It’s sure to happen sooner or later and the precedent will already be set.

30 Witnesses disappearThis issue shouldn’t fall along party lines. We must get to the bottom of this scandal one way or another. We should also put legislation in place limiting the power of the agency. To have a single government agency with so much power is just too threatening to the American way of life. They’ve gotten away with it so far by keeping it quiet, keeping YOU from knowing just what they’re capable of. It really has to be stopped.

Keep in mind that this corrupt, all powerful agency, will now also be in charge of the healthcare of the entire nation.

Hopefully the cat’s out of the bag for the IRS now and through this scandal we’ll put a stop to them before it’s too late, but I have my doubts. I fear this goes all the way to the top and very little will come of it.

Well, on that note, sleep tight tonight, your government is in control

Obama is Guilty of Dereliction of Duty, Malpractice, Criminal Neglect and Treason

On this Memorial Day, we are called to remember and honor our loved ones, friends and others who served and died protecting our country and securing our freedoms. Like so many others, I have family members who served and died and a number who served and lived. I chose to honor them all on this day as they were all willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to protect you, me and the American way of life.

Sadly, President Barack Obama would rather honor and pay tribute to the millions of illegal aliens rather than to the men and women who fought and served our nation. Undoubtedly, Obama will visit Arlington National Cemetery and pay a fake homage to our fallen heroes, but his real actions as president reveal how he truly feels about those who sacrificed for his freedoms.

Just weigh the difference between what Obama does for our veterans versus what he does for illegal aliens.

As I previously reported on the VA hospital in Phoenix and how dozens of veterans died while waiting for appointments that were intentionally delayed. Now we are hearing that it wasn’t just at the Phoenix VA but at many of the VA facilities around the nation. Hundreds of veterans, perhaps thousands have been denied the medical treatment they are entitled to for serving our country.

In addition, did you know that in Los Angeles, nearly 40,000 diagnostic tests and treatments for veterans suffering from a number of illnesses, including cancer, were intentionally cancelled just to hide their backlog from the Washington bureaucrats? It seems that no one in the Obama administration cares for our veterans as they place their job performance over the lives and health of the veterans.

Men and women who have served in the military are now being discriminated against and targeted for owning guns. TSA agents have treated a number of them as if they were terrorists. Obama has taken away a number of benefits from our military personnel. He has been systematically stripping our military personnel of their rights, especially those that are Christians. Obama goes out of the way to criticized and condemn US military personnel for the disrespectful treatment of dead Taliban terrorists, but he remains silent when those same terrorists beheaded Army Staff Sgt. Matt Maupin, an American taken as a POW.

Now take a look at how Obama and his administration take care of the millions of illegal aliens here in the US.

In New York, doctors are reporting that up to 40% of their kidney dialysis patients are illegals. Worse yet, a survey revealed that 65% of the nephrologists in 44 states indicated they treat illegals with some form of kidney disease.

While veterans are being denied proper medical care, illegals are rapidly depleting state budgets by all of the free medical care they receive. It was reported that illegals cost the state of Arizona around $700 million in 2009 alone. My family and friends have told me about a number of urgent care and emergency centers in the southern part of Arizona that have closed because they can’t afford to treat all of the illegals the feds force them to. Arizona residents in these smaller communities are now forced to travel a lot further for all of their medical emergency needs.

California lawmakers are in the process of extending Obamacare health benefits to 1.5 million illegals at taxpayer expense. In a state that is already facing a budget deficit of billions of dollars, they’re willing to go further in debt to help illegals while denying veterans in the state proper medical treatment.

While more and more veterans are being turned down for gun purchases and ownership by the federal background checks, illegals are being given in-state tuition in 16 states. Three other states have approved tuition benefits for illegals. The University of California at Berkeley, now by former HHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, is offering $5 million in financial aid for illegals to attend the school.

When you add all of this up,

  • President Barack Obama is guilty of dereliction of duty for failing to secure our borders;

  • guilty of malpractice for failing to provide proper care for our veterans and active military personnel;

  • and guilty of treason for putting the well-being of illegal aliens ahead of our veterans and military personnel.

So when you see our ‘Traitor in Chief’ today acting like he cares for our fallen heroes, remember what a liar and hypocrite he is. I do hope that you take time to honor the fallen, the wounded and those still serving our nation. In spite of everything Obama has done to destroy our military, there are still many of them that are worth honoring.

To my Great Uncle Oard Meneese Richardson who died in World War I in Germany on June 11, 1918 – thank you. To my father, Willie E. Jolly who served 6 years in the US Navy from 1940 to 1946; to his brother, Donald B. Jolly who served 4 years in the US Navy during World War 2; to my wife’s brother Robert M. Watson who served during the Korean War; to my older brother Robert C. Jolly who served in the US Air Force during Vietnam; to my wife’s nephews Christopher, Justin and Jason Watson who all served during the conflict in Iraq – THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!

Obama Scandal Commemorative Plate Set: An Hysterical Parody Ad

Just in time for the holidays! The perfect present for the Obama supporter in your life. It’s the “Obama Scandals Collectable Paper Plate Series.” Each paper plate is lovingly crafted to commemorate a classic scandal from the Obama administration.

U.S. generals now take action to watch Obama

Retired Army, Air Force leaders say ‘government continues down path of destroying America’

By F. Michael Maloof:

F. Michael Maloof, staff writer for WND and G2Bulletin, is a former senior security policy analyst in the office of the secretary of defense.
WASHINGTON – After one of them called for the “forced resignations” of President Obama and congressional leaders in response to multiple grievances, including the alleged political purge of hundreds of senior military officers, two retired U.S. generals are creating a citizens’ commission to scrutinize Obama administration actions on national security and economic issues.

Vallely told WND he sees The Americans Project as a “citizens’ commission” of prominent Americans to provide advice to legislative and executive branches of government.

America’s leaders, he said, will be “held to high standards of performance to solve the nation’s problems of governing. We will scrutinize and provide guidance to federally elected officials on behalf of the citizens.”

The Americans Project, Vallely added, is a “movement, not a new party necessarily. We want candidates to run as Americans first before being a Democrat, Republican or Independent.”

Vallely, who today is chairman of the organization Stand Up America, served as the deputy commanding general of Pacific Command.

Jones, who is vice chairman of The Americans Project of Stand Up America, held numerous Air Force command positions including a tactical fighter wing, a strategic airlift wing and a special operations group.

In calling for the forced resignations of Obama and the leadership of Congress, Vallely outlined suggestions for nationwide rallies and said a peaceful “civil uprising is still not out of question.”

The current crop of leaders, he said, must face a “demand resignation” process, which he explained requires massive grassroots protests and social networking which he envisions can be undertaken through his organization. And example of a “forced resignation,” he said, was that of President Richard Nixon.

“Our federal government continues down the path of destroying America,” Vallely said. “Americans must now stand up and put America back on the right track.”

Workable solution

Vallely and Jones in their paper say “The Americans” leadership has developed workable solutions to “help solve and fix what has without question stunted our nation’s ability to clearly, legally and peacefully function as a constitutional republic.”

“Honest, selfless political leadership is the first key to America’s economic and debt recovery and secure future for all citizens and their children,” they say. “That means voters must band together and vote for positive ‘America first’ leadership rather than self-serving greed and corruption within the two major political parties that have for decades and are now rapidly tearing the United States of America apart.”

In their paper, Vallely and Jones call for adherence to the Constitution with strict congressional oversight of all executive actions.

In an apparent reference to the cutback in overall U.S. military readiness, they call for a strong national defense but stipulate that “in no way” would the U.S. military ever be used against U.S. citizens, a reference to a growing concern among many Americans.

The paper decried the historic $17 trillion government debt, concerns over continued unemployment and excessive tax rates on businesses and citizens.

Their solutions? Vallely and Jones call for abolishing the Federal Reserve and the Internal Revenue Service system, the intended result of which would be that “all political plundering of the peoples’ wealth via taxation will be stopped.”

In abolishing the Federal Reserve System, all U.S. government financial and economic functions would be turned back to the U.S. Treasury.

The IRS would be immediately abolished and replaced by a sales tax on specified items for partial financing of the U.S. government.

The retired generals condemned the illegal alien “invasion,” which they said would be stopped with a secured border double fence, calling for penalties on employers who hire illegal aliens.

“There will be absolutely no jobs, no social services, no welfare nor medical services allowed to be provided to illegal alien invaders,” they say, with the exception of emergency medical care only until the illegals can be deported.

“American jobs are for U.S. citizens, returning military veterans, part-time high school students and the elderly,” they said. “When U.S. employers cannot find workers and can fully justify seeking foreign workers, government permission will be granted for hiring temporary foreign workers.”

Eliminating agencies

They also called for the elimination and consolidation of a number of federal agencies, some of which, like the Department of Homeland Security, they say, have exceeded their authority.

“The DHS with functions for national security and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) for emergencies have both grown far beyond the intentions of reasonable and responsible leadership control, budgeting, manpower, equipment and facilities,” they say.

“Deceptive political intentions for the potential use of facilities, weapons, massive purchases of ammunition plus military-type vehicles and railroad cars are greatly objectionable to American citizens and an insult to the economic deficit of the nation,” they said.

DHS jobs could be given to the Department of Defense and the Interior Department, they claim. And FEMA would be recast as the National Emergency Agency with a reduction in manpower and merged into the Interior Department to be deployed during national emergencies.

“All weapons, munitions and military-type vehicles will be transferred to the DOD immediately,” they add.

They’d get rid of the Department of Energy and, no surprise, repeal Obamacare.

“It is critically important for American citizens to know and understand that the United States of America cannot recover from the unsustainable manmade national debt crises unless satisfactory employment is archived for a majority of U.S. citizens and that requires the existing income tax and Federal Reserve Systems to be abolished, then changed to a greatly reduced method of funding the federal government,” they said.

With the elimination of the income tax, businesses and corporations would return to the U.S., making manufacturing more competitive worldwide, with jobs emerging “in great numbers” and resulting in a booming economy.

Destructing ‘before our very eyes’

Vallely told WND the nation he long defended is self-destructing “before our very eyes,” because of “our inept and incompetent leadership in Washington.”

“The battle is on,” he added, “and we shall not retreat.”

Vallely, who has also served as a Fox News military analyst, claimed the Obama administration and leadership of Congress have been leading the nation down a road of “progressive socialism.”

The retired general said the U.S. faces a battle that is unknown to generations of Americans, and that the fate of the nation is “now in our hands” to enforce the Constitution and “severely limit the federal government and its out-of-control spending.”

Vallely added that “politics as usual will not be effective or sufficient enough to turn the country around.”

“We are in a war for America,” he told WND, adding that Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Dr. Ben Carson, the noted brain surgeon and author of “America the Beautiful” and other bestselling books have made similar observations.

“A civil uprising is still not out of the question as ‘pain’ grips the country more each day,” Vallely said, adding that there is time to change the country in a peaceful way.

‘This means raising your voice now’

“This means raising your voice now to your neighbors, family, co-workers and friends,” he said. “Be the captains of your souls. I pray for another George Washington to appear within the year and lead us.”

One of the issues that alarms Vallely is the high number of senior officers in the U.S. military who have been fired under the Obama administration, a toll estimated at one officer per week. Indeed, Vallely has been very outspoken on what he calls a “purge” of the U.S. military by the Obama administration – with a stunning nine generals and flag officers relieved of duty this year alone.

WND has been reporting on the surge of firings, suspensions and dismissals, for which Vallely has assigned a good portion of the blame to Obama’s close adviser, Valerie Jarrett. Rampant “political correctness” due to her influence, Vallely tells WND, is now permeating the military and negatively affecting everyone from top generals to the ranks of the enlisted.

According to Vallely, Obama is “intentionally weakening and gutting our military, Pentagon and reducing the U.S. as a superpower, and anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged.”

Vallely equated the current treatment of U.S. senior military officers watching over what is said and done among mid-level officers and enlisted ranks to that of the “political commissars from the Communist era.”

He also told WND that the White House won’t investigate its own officials, but finds it easy to fire military commanders “who have given their lives for their country.”

‘Bought into Obama’s ideology’

“Obama will not purge a civilian or political appointee because they have bought into Obama’s ideology,” Vallely said. “The White House protects their own. That’s why they stalled on the investigation into Fast and Furious, Benghazi and Obamacare. … Anyone in the ranks who speaks out is being purged.”

He’s far from alone in his concerns about the military purge, as J.D. Gordon, a retired Navy commander and a former Pentagon spokesman in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, says the Obama administration is rushing to unload senior officers whom he believes have become “political pawns” dismissed for questionable reasons.

Retired Army Maj. Gen. Patrick Brady, a recipient of the U.S. military’s highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, similarly has told WND that Obama needs to apply the same standards to his political appointees as he does to the military.

“Just when you thought the leadership of this government could not get any worse, it does,” Brady said. “Never in history has an administration spawned another scandal to cover the current one.”

This was a reference to the recent firing of a number of generals to mask “Obama’s serial scandals, all prefaced by lies – Fast and Furious, Benghazi, NSA, IRS,” among others, said Brady, former president of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society.

Retired Army Lt. Gen. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, who was a founding member of Delta Force and later deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence under President George W. Bush, tells WND it is worrying that four-star generals are being retired at the rate that has occurred under Obama.

“Over the past three years, it is unprecedented for the number of four-star generals to be relieved of duty, and not necessarily relieved for cause,” Boykin said. “I believe there is a purging of the military. The problem is worse than we have ever seen.”

Phony Scandals for a Phony President

By / 7 August 2013 /

Here we go again. Those big old meanies on the right just won’t let it go! You know, those “phony” scandals. Like a dog with too many bones. Except they aren’t phony. People died and freedoms are at stake.

In an address two weeks ago at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, Obama stated: “With an endless parade of distractions, political posturing and phony scandals, Washington has taken its eye off the ball,” and then said that the GOP “needs to stop.” Yesterday, he parroted it again saying that the nation is being distracted by “phony” scandals and isn’t keeping focus on middle class economic issues. Let’s not forget that the White House has, in the past, at least acknowledged, and in some cases feigned, outrage at these scandals.

Merriam Webster online dictionary defines “phony” as: not genuine or real: as a (1) intended to deceive or mislead; (2) intended to defraud or counterfeit, arousing suspicion, probably dishonest, having no basis in fact, fictitious, false, a sham, hypocritical or specious.

The scandals, as we all know, are 1) Benghazi; 2) IRS targeting of conservatives; 3) NSA spying on Americans; and 4) DOJ surveillance of US reporters.

Benghazi is a “phony” scandal that didn’t have to be, and four Americans died on September 11, 2012. They didn’t have to die. First, aid could have been given to those at the Embassy before and during the attack. Instead Hillary Clinton ignored warnings, took away security measures that could have protected them or brought everyone there home During the attacks aid could have gotten there, instead a “stand down” order was issued and the President went to bed. But Obama had an election to win, so he tried to turn it to his advantage by blaming it on an anti-Muslim video instead of calling it the terrorist attack it was. Then he sent Susan Rice to lie for him. Now there are reports of the CIA intimidating and threatening witnesses who were going to testify. Hey, he used the IRS, why not the CIA?

About the IRS … Here’s Obama’s statement from May 15, 2013: “I’ve reviewed the Treasury Department watchdog’s report, and the misconduct that it uncovered is inexcusable. It’s inexcusable, and Americans are right to be angry about it, and I am angry about it. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior in any agency, but especially in the IRS, given the power that it has and the reach that it has into all of our lives.”

Sound like someone who thinks it’s a “phony” scandal? Representative Darrell Issa has been a truth seeker on this issue. He has been holding hearings, one of which has borne out the closest ties to the White House yet. William Wilkins, Chief Counsel for the IRS and appointed by Obama, helped develop the agency’s guidelines for reviewing “tea party” cases. Now that it’s becoming clearer that the orders have come from, most likely, Obama himself, it’s “phony.”

NSA is conducting widespread, untargeted, domestic surveillance on millions of Americans; collecting and keeping records and now working in tandem with the DOJ to do even more record keeping on all of us. When this first broke it was just “collecting phone numbers, nothing more, on people suspected of terrorist ties calling overseas only”, except it wasn’t. Orders from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (or FISC) direct carriers to provide “on an ongoing daily basis” all call records for any call “wholly within the United States, including local telephone calls” and any call made “between the United States and abroad.” What does this actually mean? Carriers must send the NSA a record of every Verizon customer’s call history, including every call made, the time of the call, the duration of the call, and other “identifying information” for the phone and call.

Now there’s even more. The DEA has been doing the same thing in tandem with the NSA. They’ve been collecting information from “intelligence intercepts, wiretaps, informants and a massive database of telephone records” and disseminating the data to authorities across the nation to “help them launch criminal investigations of Americans” — supposedly those who are being investigated as drug dealers, but the information they are collecting spreads a much wider net. The Special Operations Division (“SOD”) is handling this and they are made up of a partnership of numerous government agencies including the NSA, CIA, FBI, IRS and the Department of Homeland Security. They are also instructing Agents to lie about the fact that SOD provided the information (because it is highly unconstitutional) and “recreate” a legal timeline in order to get warrants to arrest or search (i.e. perjure themselves).

Reporters were taught a lesson in how the Obama Administration feels about their 1st Amendment rights earlier this year as well. Why? Because they didn’t kowtow to the polishing of Obama’s election year reputation and hold a story to help do that. The reprisal was a secret and massive raid on the records, a data mining effort of phone and internet records of the AP in general and several reporters. Reporter Sharly Attkisson tweeted that people were afraid to call or email her, personally or professionally. Obama’s message to reporters? Do what I say or I will shut you down. Media heard it loud and clear.

What I find renders me almost speechless about this whole thing is that 100% of Americans aren’t outraged. Why aren’t you angry? People died and our freedoms are being threatened by government abuse of power. At best all we see is a decided “yawn” from most Americans. We deserve better … we should demand better and let Obama know that HE is the phony.

Generally Respected CBS Reporter “The Sharyl Attkisson approach”

Sharyl Attkisson has problems.

The Obama administration won’t answer the CBS News correspondent’s questions because her investigations — into Benghazi, Fast and Furious, Solyndra — often reflect negatively on it. Some colleagues at CBS News, where she has worked for two decades and earned multiple Emmy awards, dismiss her work because they perceive a political agenda. And now, she says, someone may have hacked into her computers.

Attkisson’s one piece of solace may come from finally gaining some like-minded colleagues in the media. For years, Attkisson has been one of the few mainstream reporters pursuing critical stories about the Obama administration. Today, as “scandal season” takes hold in Washington, she has seen her longstanding skepticism of the White House and the Justice Department become the conventional attitude among a formerly deferential Beltway press corps.(Also on POLITICO: DOJ: We haven’t ‘compromised’ Sharyl Attkisson’s computers)

Attkisson is a dogged reporter, driven by a strong skepticism of government. Producers at CBS News once nicknamed her “Pit Bull,” a source said, because she gets on a story and won’t let go. But that is seen as both a strength and a weakness. Her drive can produce great journalism, but it can also cause her to push stories to the point that colleagues — especially those of a more progressive bent — suspect a political agenda.

Among conservatives who rarely find champions in the mainstream media, however, Attkisson is widely respected.

“She goes after the stories others won’t go after, and she was right to go after them,” Greta Van Susteren, the Fox News host, told POLITICO.

(Also on POLITICO: Sharyl Attkisson in talks to leave CBS)

“She is actually doing what journalists are supposed to do,” said Laura Ingraham, the conservative radio host. “That’s not easy in Washington, D.C., where we have a president with whom the majority of reporters agree with politically.”

Last year, in a rare moment of right-wing support for a mainstream reporter, the conservative watchdog group Accuracy In Media gave Attkisson an award for her “outstanding contribution to journalism.”

Earlier this week, Attkisson told POLITICO her personal and work computers had been “compromised” and were under investigation. Though she said she was “not prepared to make an allegation against a specific entity,” she said elsewhere that “there could be some relationship between these things and what’s happened to James [Rosen],” the Fox News reporter who became the subject of a Justice Department investigation after reporting on CIA intelligence about North Korea in 2009.

Dean Boyd, a Justice Department spokesperson, told POLITICO, “To our knowledge, the Justice Department has never ‘compromised’ Ms. Atkisson’s computers, or otherwise sought any information from or concerning any telephone, computer or other media device she may own or use.”

The bulk of Attkisson’s work over the past five years has focused on the failures or perceived failures of the Obama administration, which has led to an icy relationship with the White House and the Justice Department.

In February 2011, Attkisson wrote a landmark report about the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal, which earned her an Emmy award. Months later, she went on Ingraham’s radio show and said that officials from both the White House and the Justice Department had yelled and screamed at her because of her report.

NBC correspondent: Obama trying to ‘criminalize journalism’

Network’s White House writer delivers stunning verdict

// ]]>

The chief White House correspondent for NBC News, which largely has been enthusiastic about Barack Obama’s presidency, has delivered a stunning verdict on the latest moves to come out of the White House administration: It’s trying to criminalize journalism.

Wrote Noel Sheppard at Newsbusters, “One gets the sense this White House has finally gone too far for even liberal media members.”

It happened with MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, who noted that some people who definitely are not “tea party” types were expressing concern.

“We had Cokie Roberts and Al Hunt, Steve Rattner. And Cokie and Al, not tea party patriots, absolutely shocked as am I what this Justice Department did, not only to the AP, but now to Fox News,” Scarborough said during his interview with Chuck Todd of NBC.

“Tracing five lines inside Fox News’ Washington bureau. You add on top of that also people inside the White House talking about the Espionage Act against a reporter who did exactly what reporters have been doing for 200 years. It’s almost as if Eric Holder and Barack Obama never read the Pentagon’s Paper, Papers case. We’ve been having this fight for 200 years and they are talking about espionage?”

Todd responded, “What’s funny is I think candidate Obama if George Bush and Dick Cheney were doing this, imagine what candidate Obama would say. Candidate Obama would be unloading. There’d be a lot of Democrats that would be unloading on the administration if they were this and they were trying to crack down on leaks. This is, you can’t look at this and see it as anything other than an attempt to basically scare anybody from ever leaking anything ever again.”

He got to the point, “So they want to criminalize journalism. And that’s what it’s coming down, I mean, if you end up essentially criminalizing journalism or when it comes to reporting on the federal government, particularly on national security, and the only place they can, they think they technically can do that is on the issues of national security. What it’s going to do is the impact that we’ve heard, we heard the AP counsel say this over the weekend. It is going to make whistleblowers, and people that might leak, regular sources. You know, I’ve had different conversations with people over the last week who are sitting there not quite comfortable having certain conversations on the phone. I mean, it just completely, and maybe that’s the intent. I can’t think of any other intent of why they’re going about this in such a broad harassing sort of way.”

The comments are just the latest in one of the latest scandals for the Obama White House. Others are the IRS strategy to deliberately target conservative organizations with harassment, and the still-unanswered questions on the fatal al-Qaida-linked terror attack on Americans in Benghazi.

See the list of news media members under Washington’s watch.

Earlier, a veteran reporter warned that members of the news media aren’t the only Americans who should be concerned about the privacy of their telephone conversations.

Gregory J. Millman of the Wall Street Journal, who says his telephone records were targeted by the IRS many years ago, writes that the communications of citizens could come to the attention of the government in a number of ways, including by getting a call from someone in whom the government has interest.

WND reported the Obama administration said it pursued AP’s records because a double agent in the war on terror was compromised by a story. However, the news wire’s reporting on the issue didn’t mention the agent.

It was CIA Director John Brennan, who then was President Obama’s terror adviser, who told members of Congress that the U.S. had “inside control” of the situation. Media then reported on the use of a double agent, according to a profile of the government’s justification for pursuing the reporters’ telephone records published in the Los Angeles Times.

Millman writes that his records were targeted in 1991 when he wrote a story citing an Internal Revenue Service memo.

However, he pointed out that when his records were taken by the IRS, he wasn’t the only one.

“That’s how they happened to scoop up the phone records of a home builder, a trade association of corporate finance officers, an old friend who happened to live in Washington, D.C., and the Alicia Patterson Foundation, which supports investigative journalism and which I had called to discuss a fellowship.”

Millman says none of those people or organizations “had anything to do with the story at issue, and none learned until long afterward that IRS investigators had been secretly riffling through records of all their phone calls.”

Millman explains he learned only by accident that the records had been given to the government.

It also was revealed that when the government started looking at the records for James Rosen, of Fox News, it scooped up the records for a home where his parents live.

By Jerry Broussard

I spent most of my career as a sales representative working for a major worldwide copier corporation. I worked my way up into management, and then corporate management. The lessons I learned along the way, and many of them very painfully, taught me many lifelong lessons that still structure my life.

One of those valuable lessons was being aware of what was going on in my department and how that related to all the other departments. What was going on in the corporation was critical information, and saying, “I don’t know” became a career ending response to a question. Blame never worked, and lack of knowledge created a C.O.S. (Change of Status).

During my time in the Marine Corp, that same atmosphere existed. “Knowing” was expecting, especially because it might mean the life of the people in your unit. Not “knowing” was a miserable excuse and would result in disciplinary action. Part of your job description was to make sure you knew critical information in order to do the job you were assigned to accomplish.

Obama-ScandalsNow we have the President Obama administration up to its pits with “alligators” in the form of scandals. Benghazi, IRS Assault on conservative organizations, snooping into AP reporter’s emails and phone calls, “Fast n’ Furious”, voter shenanigans, voter oppression, phony voter registration, and all the other lies they have been caught telling. No matter who is questioned about these matters, the answer comes back, “I don’t know”, “I was uninformed”, “I never heard about that until it was a published news article”, “I was not told anything about that”, etc., etc., etc.. As prevalent as these excuses are, and the numerous people making these excuses, produces the following reactions;

  • Utter incompetence. Anyone accepting a responsible job to perform duties within an organization, and cannot tell you what is going on in that department, or what went wrong I that unit, is incompetent, assuming they are not deceiving you about their lack of knowledge.
  • They are too distracted. Any manager spending most of their time outside the department they are responsible for, is not going to know what is going on in that department (playing too much golf, multiple vacations, giving endless speeches, endless campaigning, etc.).
  • Poor management skills. The lack of knowledge is always the result of people occupying management positions that have no clue what it takes to be a successful manager. They have no idea what to keep track of, and rely too much on delegated authority, which give them an out if anything goes wrong.
  • THEY ARE LIEING ABOUT NOT KNOWING. They cover up the truth because of the punishment realized for making wrong decisions. This person will also blame others in an effort to deflect scrutiny off them. They hope you will drop it or look somewhere else so they can continue the deception.
    • Case in Point: Pelosi Blames Bush For IRS Scandal

Thursday, May 16, 2013

Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) pointed out in her press conference today that former IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman was appointed under George W. Bush, and that the agency is seen to most people as “three scary initials.”

“Has anybody mentioned that the director who left, and therefore we have now an acting director, was a Bush appointee? And that Miller was a career… these were not Obama appointees. But it happened on their watch.”

Pelosi was being asked a question on whether President Obama had done enough with the resignation of the acting commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, Steven T. Miller.

Steve Miller was appointed acting commissioner November 9th of 2012, when the Bush appointee stepped down.

In the corporate world, such people would be immediately punished, terminated and/or prosecuted. In the political world???????????

As for me and my house, we are going to remember all this next year for the mid-term elections. How about you?
