OVERLOOKED In IG Report – Loretta Lynch Share Classified Information With Hillary’s Campaign

UPDATE: Amanda Renteria has denied these allegations for the past year.

This has to rank as one of the biggest stories to come out of the entire IG report.

IG Michael Horowitz told the Senate Judiciary Committee that Lorettaq Lynch was sending classified information to the Hillary campaign through Amanda Renteria, top Hillary advisor on “Hispanic woman position” . The information is so classified that he couldn’t even tell the committee what the information is. Imagine  that. The DOJ colluding with Hillary, trying to affect a presidential election.

“Overlooked today: Top level Clinton 2016 campaign operative and AG Lynch were in communication with each other in 2016 and exchanging “highly classified” material that not even Horowitz can talk about.

“Reminder: Amanda Renteria is the “Hispanic Woman” mentioned in the Podesta emails”

“Amanda Renteria was imployed by Xavier Becerra, who was also in charge of the House Democratic Caucus whose server the Awan Bros stole info from.”

From NY Post:

Lynch’s lawyer says she is cooperating with committee investigators, who are seeking answers to several questions, as well as relevant documents. Among other things, they want to know if she or any of her Justice Department staff “ever communicated with Amanda Renteria,” who headed Clinton’s political operations during the campaign. Renteria, who has been identified in the document as the senior Clinton campaign aide with whom Lynch privately communicated, has also been asked to testify.

The committee also wants to know if Lynch or any of her aides were in contact with former DNC chief Debbie Wasserman Schultz regarding the Clinton email investigation, according to a three-page list of questions that Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein recently sent to Lynch at her New York apartment.

Senate investigators have combed through a transcript of Lynch’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee in July 2016. In retrospect, several of her statements strain credulity. But one in particular stands out, and could present legal problems for Lynch.

During the House Judiciary hearing, Rep. David Trott (R-Mich.) slammed Lynch for failing to recuse herself from the Clinton investigation despite meeting privately with the target’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, a week before the then-attorney general let Hillary skate. Then, referring to rumors of her possibly staying on in a hypothetical Hillary administration, he asked if Lynch had met with anyone on Hillary’s staff during the yearlong investigation, to which she replied: “I have not spoken to anyone on either the campaign or transition or any staff members affiliated with them.”

Obama-Silenced FBI Informant Finally Allowed To Testify – It’s About To Get Real!

Posted

An informant who was previously silenced by the Obama administration has been called to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee about the FBI’s investigating regarding Russian Nuclear officials.

The investigation is alleged to have connections to Hillary Clinton and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Victoria Toensing, who represents the informant, has asked the committee chairman, Charles Grassley, to allow the testimony about the information into “Uranium One”.

“Toensing said she also possesses memos that recount how the Justice Department last year threatened her client when he attempted to file a lawsuit that could have drawn attention to the Russian corruption during the 2016 presidential race,” The Hill reported on Wednesday.

As reported by Ryan Saavedra for The Daily Wire:

Toensing said her client witnessed a significant amount of corruption going on in the U.S. and was forced by the FBI to a sign a document that prevents him from revealing what he knows to Congress:

Toensing’s client was an American businessman who says he worked for four years undercover as an FBI confidential witness. Toensing said he was blocked by the Obama Justice Department, under then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch, about testifying to Congress about his time as an informant for the FBI. He contends that he has pertinent information that the Russian’s were attempting to gain access to former President Bill Clinton and his wife, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to influence the Obama administration’s decision on the purchase of Uranium One, Toensing said.

“Reporting indicates that the informant’s work was crucial to the government’s ability to crack a multimillion-dollar racketeering scheme by Russian nuclear officials on U.S. soil” and that the scheme involved “bribery, kickbacks, money laundering, and extortion,” Grassley states in his letter. “Further, the reporting indicates that your client can testify that ‘FBI agents made comments to him suggesting political pressure was exerted during the Justice Department probe’ and ‘that there was specific evidence that could have scuttled approval of the Uranium One deal.’ It appears that your client possesses unique information about the Uranium One/Rosatom transaction and how the Justice Department handled the criminal investigation into the Russian criminal conspiracy.”

The timeline may be a little lagging but it won’t be long now folks. The deck is stacked against them.

Alert: Mueller’s Team Falling Apart, Top Investigator Abandons Him

Reported

In a startling departure, one of the FBI’s top investigators hired by special counsel Robert Mueller to assist in the investigation into allegations of Russian election interference has left the team.

Aeter Strzok, a bureau veteran who worked on counterintelligence cases, joined Mueller’s team in mid-July. Out of nowhere and without explanation, he was reassigned to the FBI’s human resources division, apparently at his own request, ABC News reported.

Interestingly enough, Strzok was chief of the FBI’s counterespionage section in 2016, where he oversaw the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Aside from nearly everyone on Mueller’s team having donated to either Hillary Clinton, former President Barack Obama, or the Democratic National Committee, Mueller is apparently chasing Trump (with no evidence) and allowing the Clintons to sidestep provable crimes.

Former FBI Director James Comey testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee in May 2017 that there was no evidence of collusion between Trump officials and Russia. What can Mueller find that the FBI could not?

Strzok is leaving Mueller’s team one day after the FBI announced it reopening its investigation into last year’s infamous “tarmac meeting” between former President Bill Clinton and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Jay Sekulow, Trump’s personal lawyer and president of the American Center for Law and Justice, indicated Wednesday that his legal group received 413 pages of documents from the Department of Justice and FBI surrounding the tarmac meeting between Lynch and Clinton at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport last June.

The emails revealed that the FBI had relevant documents on the matter, even though the bureau originally claimed otherwise. Why didn’t the FBI, headed by Comey at the time, hand over those documents?

There’s tangible evidence to support collusion between Lynch and Clinton, and Comey failing to turn over documents surrounding the meeting raises many questions. These are just some of the reasons why many believe Mueller is leading a witch hunt after Trump.

When will Democrats just admit they lost the election fair and square?

Here Is The Alias Email Account Loretta Lynch Used As Attorney General

Reported by Photo of Chuck Ross Chuck Ross | Reporter | 9:32 AM 08/07/2017

URL of the original posting site: http://dailycaller.com/2017/08/07/here-is-the-alias-email-account-loretta-lynch-used-as-attorney-general/

Like her predecessor, Eric Holder, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch used an email alias to conduct government business, The Daily Caller has confirmed.

Several of Lynch’s emails were included in 413 pages of DOJ documents provided to the conservative groups Judicial Watch and the American Center for Law and Justice. Both groups had filed lawsuits for records regarding Lynch’s controversial meeting with President Bill Clinton at the Phoenix airport last June 27.

Using the pseudonym “Elizabeth Carlisle,” Lynch corresponded with DOJ press officials to hammer out talking points in response to media requests about the meeting. The tarmac encounter drew criticism from conservatives because Lynch was overseeing the federal investigation into whether Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information on her private email system.

The meeting was revealed not by Lynch, Clinton or the Justice Department, but by a reporter in Phoenix working based on a tip.

On June 28, a reporter with Phoenix’s ABC News affiliate contacted the Justice Department to inquire about the meeting. Internal DOJ emails show that the request touched off a mad-dash to develop talking points and statements to respond to the developing story.

Lynch, using the Elizabeth Carlisle account, which was hosted on the Justice Department’s system, was also involved in those discussions.

Lynch’s attorney, Robert Raben, confirmed to TheDC on Monday that Lynch emailed under that pseudonym. He pointed to an article published in The Hill last February in which the Justice Department acknowledged that Lynch was using an email handle that was not her given name.

“That address was and is known to the individuals who process [Freedom of Information Act] requests; the practice, similar to using initials or numbers in an email, helps guard against security risks and prevent inundation of mailboxes,” Raben said.

The aversion to an overflowing email inbox was one of the defenses offered by Holder after his use of a pseudonym was revealed last year. Holder used the alias “Lew Alcindor” — the birth name of NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar — as his email handle until he left DOJ in 2015.

The Carlisle emails were discovered over the weekend by followers of Reddit accounts that support President Trump. Some users developed the theory that Lynch used her grandmother’s name as a her pseudonym. Others concluded that Lynch broke the law by using a pseudonym, though it is not illegal for government officials to do so.

In one email, sent just minutes after ABC News inquired about the tarmac meeting, Melanie Newman, the director of DOJ’s public affairs office at the time, wrote an email to the Elizabeth Carlisle account that she addressed to “AG Lynch.”

Lynch responded later in the day to Newman and other DOJ officials.

“Thanks to all who worked on this,” reads the reply, which was ended with the initials “AG.”

Using the Carlisle account, Lynch was involved in several other email exchanges discussing drafts of talking points regarding her interaction with Clinton.

On June 29, Newman sent an email to the account — again with a greeting for “AG Lynch” — containing TV clips of news coverage of the airport encounter.

Lynch would go on to downplay her meeting with Clinton, though it had significant influence on the Clinton email probe.

Lynch claimed that the former president boarded her airplane uninvited and spoke for about 30 minutes with her and her husband. She said that the conversation centered on grandchildren and other mundane issues. She has insisted that the Hillary Clinton email investigation was not discussed.

Nevertheless, Lynch decided to relinquish control over the email investigation after acknowledging that the meeting could be interpreted in a negative light.

FBI Director James Comey stepped in to oversee the investigation, which came to an end on July 5 when he gave a press conference announcing that charges would not be filed against Clinton. Though Comey said that there was not enough evidence to prosecute the former secretary of state, he criticized her carelessness in using a private email account to send and receive classified information.

Other Obama administration officials have been caught using email aliases.

Former IRS official Lois Lerner, who targeted conservative non-profit groups seeking tax-exempt status, occasionally used the alias “Toby Miles” to send and receive work emails.

Lisa Jackson, the former administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, infamously used the alias “Richard Windsor” to conduct work business.

Comey testified on Thursday that Lynch instructed him, without explanation, to call the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use a private email server as secretary of a state a “matter” instead of an investigation. Lynch’s request, Comey said, made him feel “queasy” as it appeared she was “looking to align the way we talked about our work with the way the political campaign was describing the same activity, which was inaccurate.” (RELATED: Bush AG: Lynch ‘Betrayal’ Made DOJ ‘An Arm Of The Clinton Campaign’)

“I would have a queasy feeling, too,” Feinstein admitted in a Sunday morning interview on CNN. “I think we need to know more about that and there’s only way to know about it, and that’s to have the judiciary committee take a look at that.”

Comey cited Lynch’s request as one of the reasons he felt compelled to hold a press conference announcing the results of the Clinton email investigation. He also cited Lynch’s private meeting with Bill Clinton on her airplane as another reason for trying to keep the FBI investigation independent from the DOJ.

Michael Mukasey, the attorney general under George W. Bush, said on Friday that Lynch essentially turned the Department of Justice into “an arm of the Clinton campaign.”

“What makes it egregious is the fact — and I think it’s obvious that it is a fact — that the attorney general of the United States was adjusting the way the department talked about its business so as to coincide with the way the Clinton campaign talked about that business,” Mukasey said.

“In other words, it made the Department of Justice essentially an arm of the Clinton campaign. That is a betrayal of the department and of its independence to illustrate that clearly that the attorney general was essentially in the tank for Secretary Clinton.” (RELATED: Watch This Con Law Prof Knock Down MSNBC’s ‘Obstruction Of Justice’ Narrative In Less Than Two Minutes)

The former attorney general under George W. Bush said Loretta Lynch made the Department of Justice “an arm of the Clinton campaign” by instructing then-FBI Director James Comey to mislead the public about the Clinton email investigation.

“What makes it egregious is the fact — and I think it’s obvious that it is a fact — that the attorney general of the United States was adjusting the way the department talked about its business so as to coincide with the way the Clinton campaign talked about that business,” Michael Mukasey said in an interview with Newsmax on Friday. “In other words, it made the Department of Justice essentially an arm of the Clinton campaign,” added Mukasey, who served as the attorney general from 2007 until 2009. “That is a betrayal of the department and of its independence to illustrate that clearly that the attorney general was essentially in the tank for Secretary Clinton.”

Comey testified on Thursday that Lynch successfully pressured him into using the Clinton campaign’s spin on the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state. Lynch told Comey to call the investigation a “matter” rather than an “investigation,” Comey said. When he asked Lynch why, he said, she dodged the question, saying: “Just call it a matter.”

Comey emphasized that the order, “gave the impression that the attorney general [Lynch] was looking to align the way we talked about our work with the way the political campaign was describing the same activity, which was inaccurate.”

Comey said he complied with Lynch’s directive to use the “inaccurate” terminology because it “wasn’t a hill worth dying on.”

The former FBI director cited Lynch’s order as well as her private tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton as the reason why he took the unusual step of holding a press conference to announce the results of the Clinton email investigation.
