Freddie Gray’s death ruled a homicide

waving flagPosted By Cheryl Chumley On 05/01/2015

Marilyn Mosby, the state’s attorney in charge of the investigation of the death of Freddie Gray, said at a press conference Friday the medical report indicates there was “probable cause” that a crime occurred, and the involved officers have all been charged with a variety of offenses, including manslaughter.

v01

She also said the autopsy report, which has been sent to prosecutors, shows Gray was not properly handled during his arrest and that examiners concluded his death was due to homicide.

Specifically, she said “Gray suffered injuries … as as result of being handcuffed, shackled at his feet,” and placed unrestrained, without seatbelt, in the police wagon.

Baltimore Police Department policy spells out very specific transport procedures for suspects, none of which were followed in Gray’s case, she said.

Gray was also denied immediate medical treatment by police, though he requested it twice, she said.

Six officers have been charged with a variety of crimes, including second degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, assault, misconduct, false imprisonment and negligent. Shortly after the charges were read, the crowd rallied about Mosby’s podium let out an audible cheer.Picture2

The officers’ police union put out a statement of defense shortly after the press conference.

“None of these officers are responsible for Freddie Gray’s death,” the police union for the officers said, in a statement to the press. “To the contrary, at all times, each of the officers … protected Mr. Gray.”

Baltimore and several cities around the nation have been torn by violence in recent days, as protesters took to the streets to rally against what they claimed was an act of police brutality.New-Civil-600-LI OARLogo Picture6

Ann Coulter Letter: “Sanctimony and Grandstanding are More Fun than Free Speech”

Authored by Ann Coulter  | Wednesday Mar 18, 2015 4:33 PM

Sanctimony and Grandstanding are More Fun than Free Speech

After police officer Darren Wilson fatally shot Michael Brown last summer in Ferguson, Missouri, the media erupted in terror at the prospect of young black men being gunned down by over-excitable white cops.

The New York Times’ Charles Blow wrote that the “central issue” of Ferguson was that an “officer shot an unarmed teenager who witnesses claim had raised his hands in surrender when at least some of the shots were fired, which the family and its attorneys called ‘a brutal assassination of his person in broad daylight.’”

Over at Salon, Brittney Cooper said the Brown shooting proved that black people “are prey” — a charge so moronic even a Starbucks barista wouldn’t discuss it with you.

In a TV segment The Huffington Post called “searing,” a few weeks after the shooting, MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry exposed the racism of contemporary America by quoting from Dred Scott — an 1857 Supreme Court opinion written by Roger Taney, appointee of the father of the Democratic Party, Andrew Jackson.

With pictures of Ferguson cops flashing on a screen behind her, Harris-Perry repeatedly quoted Taney’s statement — in 1857 — that black men have “no rights which the white man was bound to respect.” Picture1

Oh, to be there when Harris-Perry finds out about the 13th Amendment!

After two separate, wide-ranging, phenomenally expensive, months-long investigations, including one by Eric Holder’s Justice Department, it turned out: Brown had attacked Officer Wilson, he did not have his hands up, he was charging the officer when he was shot, and Wilson acted in justifiable self-defense. Instead of the “brutal assassination” of a black man, Holder’s big indictment of white America is that cops in Ferguson give blacks too many traffic tickets.

Even that feeble proof of racism is clearly false. The only two serious studies of driving habits by race ever truthconducted — one in New Jersey and one in North Carolina — found that blacks are far more likely to speed than whites, and at much higher speeds. Indeed, the entire country is snickering at any report that treats as news the fact that blacks are arrested at higher rates than whites, whether in Ferguson the Upper West Side of Manhattan or anyplace else. Blacks have a higher crime rate than whites, ergo, they have higher arrest rates. Ice skaters have more skating injuries than tennis players.

Even New York City’s liberal former mayor, Michael Bloomberg, responded to complaints about the city’s “stop and frisk” policy by saying that, based on witness and victim descriptions of the suspects, the police were stopping “whites too much and minorities too little.” In liberal Santa Monica, blogger Steve Sailer reports, blacks are arrested at about three times the rate as in Ferguson. the facts Send-In-The-Clowns racismjacksonsharptonobamaracebaiterssettingamericaback Frenzy-NRD-600-w-logo Anti-Sharpton-Cartoon-e1374496078141

Frustrated at their inability to locate evidence of the endemic racism in America we keep hearing so much about, liberals have turned with a vengeance on the kids. Instead of armed policemen gunning down blacks, we got a secretly recorded video of few drunk 19- and 20-year-olds at the University of Oklahoma singing the n-word. (Everyone assumes the students were racists, but my theory is they were trying to record their own rap video.)

Apparently, the new national sport is destroying the lives of young people.

Today’s adults are held responsible for nothing. The president and attorney general aren’t held accountable for ginning up frenzied mobs based on a lie, leading to two cops being assassinated in New York City and two cops being shot in Ferguson, in addition to the $250 million in property damage.

Hillary Clinton isn’t responsible for Americans being murdered at our embassy in Benghazi as a result of her incompetence.

Democratic senators aren’t accountable for passing Obamacare without reading it, and Republican senators aren’t accountable for promising voters they’d stop Obama’s amnesty and then voting to fully fund it.

Even people who commit violent crimes are given a second chance — especially if they’re athletes at the University of Oklahoma, as the Daily Caller has reported.

But 19- and 20-year olds must be punished without mercy for their drunken song using an ugly word. To quote Hillary Clinton, WHAT DIFFERENCE, AT THIS POINT, DOES IT MAKE?

Mr. Third Chance, David Boren, president of the university, proudly rushed to violate the First Amendment rights of these students. Even observers who condemned Boren’s laughably unconstitutional move felt compelled to vilify the louts.

Protesters have shown up at the kids’ homes in Texas to rail against their parents. (As always, I marvel at the protesters’ ability to get so much time off of work.)

I don’t remember adults caring this much about what college kids said when we were trying to get their attention with pompous editorials, manifestos and lists of demands. This wasn’t a college thesis — and even a college thesis wouldn’t be worth so much national angst. This was drunk college kids singing on a bus.

Is this the kind of society we want to live in, where a student can record his intoxicated friends singing a nasty song, and the whole country applauds the Nazi block-watcher and joins in the denunciation of his marks?

Liberals were hopping mad about Linda Tripp secretly recording Monica Lewinsky, but at least she was exposing the wildly felonious obstruction of justice by the president of the United States in a sex discrimination case. She wasn’t recording Monica to prove the president had used a bad word.

But no one objects to the aspiring Stasi member recording his friends’ drunken song, then broadcasting it to the world, allowing us a joyous round of universal condemnation.

Instead of judging society by the inebriated songs of 19- and 20-year olds, perhaps we should judge it by how cultural and political elites treat their young people.

String of Group Attacks has St. Paul Police on High Alert, Businesses on Edge

Angry Black Mob 02

These are the mobsters Imperial President Obama and Al Sharpton are defending. Tell me how’s it’s working for you?

A string of group attacks has taken place in downtown St. Paul in recent weeks. Last Monday, a 23-year-old man and his 56-year-old friend were brutally assaulted by six people in a skyway downtown near Cedar Street.

According to police, a restaurant near the new St. Paul Saints stadium was also rushed by a group of about nine people who started eating and drinking from the customers’ tables.  5 EYEWITNESS NEWS obtained security video that showed a woman in the group suddenly throw a glass of water at another customer. Another man she was with grabbed a cell phone off the table, and then the entire group bolted out the door and down the street, police officials said.

Back in September, a St. Paul police sergeant emailed other officers informing them about a group of nearly 50 juveniles that attacked a juvenile female at the light rail platform near Fifth and Minnesota Street in St. Paul. In the email, the sergeant said the female was beaten unconscious and the fight spilled into a nearby hotel where the group then interrupted and assaulted a wedding party. Some of the wedding party members told officers they would never visit St. Paul events again because of the incident, the email said.

Angry Black Mob 01
How can anyone say that we are not at the beginning of a Race War? Thanks to Obama/Sharpton/Jackson/Holder stirring the “RACE-POT” so hard and long, the anger is only beginning in it’s growth.

The sergeant concluded his email by saying that these attacks by the group of assailants were “shocking” at their level of violence.

Black Sheriff Says if Black Lives Mattered They’d Protest at Abortion Clinics

by Carole Novielli | Washington, DC | LifeNews.com | 12/30/14

URL of the Original Posting Site: http://www.lifenews.com/2014/12/30/black-sheriff-says-if-black-lives-mattered-theyd-protest-at-abortion-clinics/

CNN’s Poppy Harlow interviewed Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke about the recent protests that some in the Black Community have sparked after the police related deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner.

Harlow asked the Sheriff, who has been on several news shows on Fox and others, about a tweet he sent out implying that if Black lives mattered the protesters would be outside abortion clinics because of the high numbers of black babies killed by abortion.

MilwaukeeSheriffDavidClarke

The tweet sent by Sheriff Clarke, a black man himself, was sent to Mitch Smith, Journalist in the Chicago bureau of The New York Times and read, “If only these faux protesters were asked by media about all the black on black killing or black babies aborted in US every year.“

Poppy asked the Sheriff if he sent the tweet, “Yes I did,” Sheriff Clark responded.

He continued, “When I hear these things that Black lives matter, the only people who really believe that statement are American police officers who go into American ghettos every day to keep people from killing each other. Alright, so, yes I did say that David A Clark abortion tweetand I meant it. Look, the abortions? If Black lives – if they really mattered, that’s where the outrage would be that’s where we’d see protests…”

This blog has proven time and again that abortion targets the Black community. Stats released by the CDC again prove that minorities are killed by abortion in disproportionate numbers. In fact, according to the most recent numbers, 36.2% of the total number of abortions recorded for race or ethnicity were reported on Black women.

  • Mississippi, which currently has only one abortion clinic in the state, had the highest number of abortions reported on Black women coming in at 63.4%.

  • Alabama, reported that 58.7% of their abortions were on Blacks

  • In Georgia they reported 52.1% abortions on Black.

  • Tennessee performed 49.9% of their abortions on Black women

  • Virginia performed 43.9% on Black women.

  • Michigan’s Black abortion percentage was 47.9%.

  • New York City alone performed 46.1% of their abortions on Black women.

  • 41.1% of Black abortions was reported in Missouri.

It is a known fact that a majority of abortions are performed by Planned Parenthood.Gruber-Abortion

Despite their founder’s link to the Klan and the racist eugenics movement, not one protest from the Black Lives Matter movement led by abortion advocates like Rev. Al Sharpton has been organized outside Planned Parenthood. Even when Planned Parenthood left a 24-year-old Black woman bleeding to death in their Chicago clinic, Sharpton said nothing. That woman’s name was Tonya Reaves and the only protests on her behalf were organized by black leaders within the pro-life movement.

So that begs the question, initiated by Sheriff Clark, if Black Lives Matter, and they certainly do, why is it that the one place known for killing off black babies and a black woman is not being protested?

Ferguson protestors say it’s ‘inevitable’ cop will NOT be charged with killing Michael Brown as they await grand jury decision- and Obama secretly meets with activists to tell them to ‘stay on course’

  • Tensions rising ahead of anticipated grand jury decision in Missouri this week
  • Revealed that President Obama met with activists and encouraged them to continue their peaceful protests

Protesters are gathering in support of Michael Brown in and around St. Louis as they nervously await what many believe will be an inevitable no-indictment vote in the coming days by a grand jury for the officer who shot him.

Demonstrators held a ‘die-in’ Sunday to mark 100 days since the unarmed Ferguson, Missouri teen was killed. They also convened to, among other things, prepare for the imminent court decision by issuing ‘rules of engagement’ for police there for crowd control, the New York Times reports.

Many of the high-profile protesters met with President Obama and discussed the matter November 5, including Reverend Al Sharpton. It was a meeting the Gateway Pundit notes was not included on the president’s daily schedule.racismjacksonsharptonobamaracebaiterssettingamericaback

Sharpton told the Times that Obama urged the group to ‘stay on course.’

A crowd of a couple hundred demonstrators, angry about the fatal August shooting took to the streets of St. Louis on Sunday, briefly blocking a major intersection in protest.

Dozens of people lay down in the street outside of a downtown theater hosting a film festival, pretending to have been shot by other demonstrators playing the role of police officers in an action intended to evoke the memory of 18-year-old Brown, who died 100 days ago in front of his home in the suburb of Ferguson.

Marchers went on to briefly block a major intersection near Washington University and the event ended without any of the violence that was seen in Ferguson following Brown’s shooting death by police officer Darren Wilson.

‘This is a mature movement. It is a different movement that it was in August. Then it just had anger, justifiable anger,’ said DeRay McKesson, a 29-year-old protest leader, as wet snow fell on the city. ‘Now we are organized. We are strategizing. And we are going to bring our message to the power structure.’

A grand jury, sitting in the county seat of Clayton, Missouri, is currently deliberating whether to bring criminal charges against Wilson. Many residents and officials in the region fear another wave of rioting similar to the one in August that led to the burning out of multiple businesses if the grand jury decides not to charge Wilson.

‘We are bracing for that possibility. That is what many people are expecting. The entire community is going to be upset,’ if Wilson is not indicted, said Jose Chavez, 46, a leader of the local Latinos en Axion group.

There have been conflicting witness accounts of the shooting, with some saying that Brown had his hands up in surrender while others have described it as a struggle between Brown and Wilson.

Ferguson and its surroundings have been fairly quiet the last few days as both police and protesters plan their response to the grand jury’s report.

‘We’ve decided not to wait for that decision. We’ve decided to get started,’ said Rockit Ali, a 22-year-old organizer of Sunday’s demonstration, who marched in a Spider-Man mask.

While Sunday’s event had been planned as a nonviolent action, Ali said that violence could not be ruled out if the grand jury finds Wilson without fault.

From Boston to Los Angeles, police departments are bracing for large demonstrations when the grand jury decides.

The St. Louis County grand jury, which has been meeting since August 20, is expected to decide this month whether Officer Darren Wilson is charged with a crime for killing 18-year-old Michael Brown after ordering him and a friend to stop walking in the street on August 9.

For some cities, a decision in the racially charged case will, inevitably, reignite long-simmering debates over local police relations with minority communities.

‘It’s definitely on our radar,’ said Lt. Michael McCarthy, police spokesman in Boston, where police leaders met privately Wednesday to discuss preparations. ‘Common sense tells you the timeline is getting close. We’re just trying to prepare in case something does step off, so we are ready to go with it.’

In Los Angeles, rocked by riots in 1992 after the acquittal of police officers in the videotaped beating of Rodney King, police officials say they’ve been in touch with their counterparts in Missouri, where Gov. Jay Nixon and St. Louis-area law enforcement held a news conference this week on their own preparations.

RESIDENTS OF TOWN NEAR FERGUSON WARNED: BE READY

A St. Louis County town that neighbors Ferguson, Missouri, is warning residents to prepare for potential unrest that may follow the grand jury announcement in the Michael Brown case.

Berkeley officials passed out flyers this week urging its 9,000 residents to be prepared just as they would in the event of a major storm, with plenty of food, water and medicine on hand in case they’re unable to leave home for several days.

The flyer says Lambert Airport will be protected by the National Guard, but airport spokesman Jeff Lea says that’s wrong. Lea says the airport will continue to be protected by its own security force.

Brown was killed Aug. 9 by Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson. A grand jury is expected to decide this month whether to charge Wilson.

A suburban St. Louis school district says schools will get early notice once the Ferguson grand jury reaches a decision.

If it’s a weekday, Tobias says districts will learn three hours before media, so students can be sent home before potential protests. District spokesman Jack Wang says districts won’t be told what the decision is.

The grand jury is expected to decide this month whether to charge white Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson in the fatal shooting of Michael Brown, an 18-year-old who was black and unarmed.

A prosecutor’s office spokesman didn’t return messages seeking comment.

Indict America: Protesters made some startling statements as they awaited the grand jury decision

Indict America: Protesters made some startling statements as they awaited the grand jury decision

In Las Vegas, police joined pastors and other community leaders this week to call for restraint at a rally tentatively planned northwest of the casino strip when a decision comes.

In Boston, a group called Black Lives Matter, which has chapters in other major cities, is organizing a rally in front of the police district office in the Roxbury neighborhood the day after an indictment decision.

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, police are expecting demonstrations after having dealt with a string of angry protests following a March police shooting of a homeless camper and more than 40 police shootings since 2010.

Philadelphia police spokesman Lt. John Stanford said he anticipated his city will see demonstrations, regardless of what the grand jury returns.

But big-city police departments stressed they’re well-equipped to handle crowds. Many saw large but mostly peaceful demonstrations following the 2013 not-guilty verdict in the slaying of Florida teen Trayvon Martin by neighborhood watch coordinator George Zimmerman. In New York, hundreds of protesters marched from Union Square north to Times Square, where a sit-in caused gridlock.

The New York Police Department, the largest in the nation, is ‘trained to move swiftly and handle events as they come up,’ spokesman Stephen Davis said.

In Boston, McCarthy said the city’s 2,200 sworn police officers have dealt with the range of public actions, from sports fans spontaneously streaming into the streets following championship victories to protest movements like Occupy.

‘The good thing is that our relationships here with the community are much better than they are around the world,’ he said. ‘People look to us as a model. Boston is not Ferguson.’

Civil rights activist Dr. Alveda King, the niece of Martin Luther King, Jr., and author of King Rules – Ten Truths for You, Your Family, and Our Nation to Prosper, appeared with Neil Cavuto on the Fox Business Network  to discuss the upcoming midterm elections and the continued lock the Democrat Party has on the black vote, despite the fact that black Americans have done much worse under Obama than prior administrations.

During the last seven years, the African-American unemployment rate is a “shame and a disgrace,” Dr. King told Cavuto.

When Cavuto asked why blacks continue to vote Democrat in spite of the worse economic conditions they’ve suffered under during the Obama presidency, Dr. King said that, “People have not really been educated. They do not understand that voting for the color of someone’s skin has not repaired the problems.”

“This trend can be reversed. We’ve got a plan at  RestoreTheDream2014.com It’s a new initiative and effort where we’re going to go across America and educate the communities that we can pull ourselves up by our bootstraps.”

“Al Sharpton is another comedy of errors,” Dr. King told Cavuto after he interjected that Sharpton would be saying exactly the opposite. “God appointed Jesus of Nazareth, not Al Sharpton,” she pointed out.

HEY, OBAMA & SHARPTON: Bored Black Gunman Thinks Chris Lane’s Murder is Funny

DUNCAN, Okla. (AP) — With a motive that’s both chilling and simple — to break up the boredom of an Oklahoma summer — three teenagers randomly targeted an Australian collegiate baseball player who was attending school in the U.S. and killed him for fun, prosecutors said Tuesday as they charged two of the boys with murder.

Prosecutor Jason Hicks called the boys “thugs” as he described how Christopher Lane, 22, of Melbourne, was shot once in the back and died along a tree-lined road on Duncan’s well-to-do north side. He said the three teens, from the grittier part of town, chose Lane at random and that one of the boys “thinks it’s all a joke.”

Hicks charged Chancey Allen Luna, 16, and James Francis Edwards Jr., 15, of Duncan, with first-degree murder. Under Oklahoma law they will be tried as adults. Michael Dewayne Jones, 17, of Duncan, was charged with using a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon and with accessory to first-degree murder after the fact. He is considered a youthful offender but will be tried in adult court.

Jones wept in the courtroom after he tried to speak about the incident but was cut off by the judge who said it wasn’t the time to sort out the facts of the case. Jones faces anywhere from two years to life in prison if convicted on the counts he faces.

The two younger teens face life in prison without parole if convicted on the murder charge.

“I’m appalled,” Hicks said after the hearing. “This is not supposed to happen in this community.”

In court, Hicks said Luna was sitting in the back seat of a car when he pulled the trigger on a .22 caliber revolver and shot Lane once in the back. Hicks said Jones was driving the vehicle and Edwards was in the passenger seat.

A recording of an emergency 911 call obtained Tuesday by The Associated Press offers a chilling account of the next moments as a woman identifying herself as Joyce Smith tells the operator she saw Lane fall over into a ditch as she drove by.

“He’s got blood on his back,” the woman says.

Later relaying word from another witness on the scene to the 911 operator, the woman says: “He’s turning blue. He’s making a noise.”

Edwards has had prior run-ins with the law and came to court Friday — apparently after the shooting — to sign documents related to his juvenile probation.

“I believe this man is a threat to the community and should not be let out,” Hicks said as he requested he be held without bail. “He thinks it’s all a joke.”

The two younger boys were held without bail, while bail for Jones was set at $1 million.

What Happens When the Pot Overflows?

I have known several “pot stirrers” in my life. People who get great joy out of watching people enraged because their “buttons” were pushed. One such man I know does this just to see what kind of reaction he is going to get. Sometimes for fun, other times from a motivation of extreme dislike for the person. He never considers what will happen if the pot he’s stirring overflows.

Recently the news has been filled with story’s of people, especially young people, who have been so harassed (their pot stirred) that when their pot overflows, death is the result. They either take their own life, or the life, or life’s, of others. Spouses pots overflowing and people get hurt, and sometimes those pots overflow over the children. I know you grieve like I do when you hear those reports. How often is the “pot-stirrer” arrested, tried and convicted?

When it comes to the professional “pot stirrers” I am convinced their stirring is with a deliberate conscious knowing what will happen when the pot overflows. I am also convinced that they stir that pot just to get the desired result. They know that pot so well, have seasoned it just so, filled it with just to right ingredients and set the flame exactly where they want it to get the result they’ve deliberately planned. Yes, they know exactly what will happen when the pot over flows. That is what they wanted from the beginning of putting that pot on the fire.

Over the years there have been people who have stepped in and removed the pot from the fire, thus removing the results of the overflow. Hatred was replaced by peace, understanding replaced discontent and fear was replaced with faith. Where are the Peacemakers of our time? Who will step forward and remove the smoldering pots from the fires?

When you consider the many pots boiling now, finding a Peacemaker with the courage to approach those pots is one thing, but to have the strength of character to actually remove the pots will need incredible faith in God. One thing is for sure, that person will not be someone who talks the issue to death, which is what we have now. All the talk has produced is more wood on the fires, more stirring of the pots, a higher boil of the ingredients and pushing the contents to a quicker overflow.

I know that there is only one way to produce that Peacemaker. God must raise that person up. The Bible does teach us that the Anti-Christ will be such a person. I don’t plan to be here if that’s who it will be. I’ll be with Jesus. However, I will still pray that God raises up His Peacemaker before Jesus return. I’d sure like to see peace in my time. How about you?
