I’m dying to hear about the “3-D chess” Trump is playing with his announcement on Monday that he’s breaking his promise on Afghanistan and throwing more forces into that utterly pointless war. Will he be sending the transgender troops?
But then the Emperor God gave a magnificent speech in Arizona Tuesday night. Curiously, when he talks to voters — as opposed to his Cabinet and White House staff — there’s very little about sending more U.S. troops to die in the human meat-grinder of Afghanistan.
Trump got thunderous applause from his 30,000-person focus group for the wall, stepped-up deportations and Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio — recently convicted of contempt for “racially profiling” Hispanics. But you could hear a pin drop when he mentioned Afghanistan, Nikki Haley and Gen. John Kelly. (At least he had the good sense not to bring up Goldman Sachs’ Gary Cohn again.)
There were long faces all over cable news after Trump’s speech, which surely triggers the reward center in his brain, like giving a mouse cheese.
What was so refreshingly different about the Trump campaign was that the candidate didn’t use any of the idiotic, consultant-written bromides offered by every other GOP presidential candidate for at least the past 30 years. Instead, he looked around the country, saw what the problems were and said he’d fix them.
Here are the highlights from every speech by any Non-Trump candidate for the past several decades:
“I listened to the American people.”
“People are frustrated.”
“This election is about the future!”
It may not seem like it at first, but another one of those head-scratching cliches is: “Peace through strength.” During the campaign, this was a staple of knuckleheads like Jeb!, but I’m sorry to report that our hero used it on the Arizona crowd, referring to his decision to send more troops to die in Afghanistan for no earthly purpose. The Swamp is sticky.
When Reagan said, “peace through strength,” it meant something. But 30 years after Reagan won the Cold War, anyone who uses this expression conveys only that he has no understanding of the current war.
During the Cold War, America was facing an aggressively imperialistic, nuclear-armed Soviet Union. By contrast, the main threat to Americans’ safety today comes not from a country, but from millions of individual savages spread throughout the globe.
Americans aren’t being slaughtered by invading Soviet troops, “Red Dawn”-style, but by Islamic terrorists on tourist visas flying commercial airplanes into our skyscrapers, and by first- and second-generation Muslim immigrants setting off bombs and shooting people at the Boston Marathon, American military bases, community centers and gay nightclubs.
Americans are raped, addicted and murdered not by the Red Army, but by millions of illegal aliens waltzing across our wide-open border.
Our freedoms are being taken away not by a foreign power, but by our own government — in order to protect us from terrorists, international crime rings and Mexican drug cartels operating in our own country.
Defeating a non-country adversary may seem an impossible task, but the savages are perfectly containable. Today’s enemy has no capacity to harm a hair on a single American’s head — as long as we don’t let them come here.
We don’t need a military victory. We need an immigration moratorium.
The Non-Trump Republicans promised us only more immigration and more wars. PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH!
How does a military buildup help Kate Steinle? How about the 3,000 Americans killed on 9/11? Did Obama’s escalation of the war in Afghanistan protect soldiers at Fort Hood or nightclubbers in Orlando? Did it do anything for Grant Ronnebeck, who was fatally shot by an illegal alien robbing a convenience store in Mesa, Arizona, in 2015?
More than 1,600 American troops died in Afghanistan under Obama, and not one American is safer.
All we need to do to win the current war is: Keep our nuclear weapons in working order and stop allowing enemy forces into our country. If we must have troops constantly deployed somewhere, the only place they’d actually be useful is 10 feet into Mexico. (Let a court try to stop that!)
During the campaign, Little Marco dismissed as unrealistic Trump’s proposed temporary suspension of Muslim immigration to our country — including the more than 2 million Muslims we’ve taken in just since 9/11. Instead, Rubio proposed we do something achievable, like remake the entire Middle East with wars in Iraq, Syria, Libya and Afghanistan.
Trump, and only Trump, promised to put our country first and protect our interests when it came to immigration and foreign wars. He didn’t care that political correctness dictated putting America’s interests dead last.
But since becoming president, instead of draining the swamp, the swamp seems to have drained Trump. His agenda has been drowned out by the agenda of Washington’s Uni-Party.
That’s why all we ever hear about is tax cuts and war (unless Trump is speaking to one of his 30,000-person focus groups).
Rather than actually being like Reagan and winning the war we’re in, Trump has decided to continue Obama’s unconstitutional “executive amnesty” — opposition to which gave the GOP stunning victories in 2014 and 2016. This week, he grabbed the hot poker of Afghanistan, allowing ecstatic Democrats to scratch that disaster off Obama’s Greatest Hits list. Now, it’s Trump’s war.
I don’t know why Trump would surround himself with people who oppose his agenda, but on Tuesday night he heard again from the people who see him as our country’s last hope. He should listen to them.
Massachusetts GOP Senate Candidate Calls for Love and Peace at Boston Free Speech Rally

If the people of Massachusetts care about their state and their nation, then Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai should coast to victory and replace his opponent, Elizabeth Warren, as Senator from the Bay State.
Sadly, Massachusetts is as blue as they come and while Dr. Ayyadurai is a brilliant candidate and would do a wonderful job, he’s got a tough road ahead.
However, Republicans shouldn’t abandon the cause because thus far Ayyadurai is running an excellent campaign and Warren is not the popular figure she once was in her home state. A poll from January had her at just 51% approval and some 46% of voters in Massachusetts were ready for a change.
At Saturday’s “free speech rally” in Boston Dr. Ayyadurai continued his strong campaign by giving a powerful speech and delivering a similar message to the one Democrats say Republicans don’t ever give.
In his comments Ayyadurai called for peace, love, and unity between all people’s, of all “races.” In response to his comments the crowd roared their approval and chanted for “love.” Afterward, Dr. Ayyadurai sarcastically told his Twitter followers that this was the rally the media was calling “hate-filled” and “white supremacist.” (Dr. Ayyadurai was born in India but immigrated to America at the age of 7 with his family. As such, he is NOT white, and yet… the conservative ralliers in Boston loved him.)
This was the “hate” filled “Nazi” speech which the Establishment did NOT want you to hear or see. THEY want Race War to divide us.

I want everyone to say with me: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
You are my brothers and sisters. We are one people, and we cannot let the power of darkness or Power, Privilege, and Control — destroy the Light. I want to you to see the light and unite now with other Americans or all races and background in order to take on the Establishment.

Part of Ayyadurai’s speech was directed at educating the media about the racist roots of the Democrat Party and their current leaders.

This is by far the best explanation of the Muslim terrorist situation I have ever read. His references to past history are accurate and clear. Not long, easy to understand, and well worth the read.
The author of this email is Dr. Emanuel Tanya, a well-known and well-respected psychiatrist. A man, whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II, owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism.

We are told again and again by ‘experts’ and ‘talking heads’ that Islam is the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the specter of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam.
The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history. It is the fanatics who march. It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave. It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor-kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque. It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals. It is the fanatics who teach their young to kill and to become suicide bombers.
The hard, quantifiable fact is that the peaceful majority, the ‘silent majority,’ is cowed and extraneous. Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. China’s huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people..
The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet. And who can forget Rwanda , which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were ‘peace loving’?
History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason, we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points: peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence. Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don’t speak up, because like my friend from Germany , they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun.
Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghans, Iraqis, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late.
Now Islamic prayers have been introduced into Toronto and other public schools in Ontario , and, yes, in Ottawa too while the Lord’s Prayer was removed (due to being so offensive?) The Islamic way may be peaceful for the time being in our country until the fanatics move in.
In Australia , and indeed in many countries around the world, many of the most commonly consumed food items have the halal emblem on them. Just look at the back of some of the most popular chocolate bars, and at other food items in your local supermarket. Food on aircraft have the halal emblem, just to appease the privileged minority who are now rapidly expanding within the nation’s shores.
In the U.K, the Muslim communities refuse to integrate and there are now dozens of “no-go” zones within major cities across the country that the police force dare not intrude upon. Sharia law prevails there, because the Muslim community in those areas refuse to acknowledge British law.
As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group that counts — the fanatics who threaten our way of life.
Lastly, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just ignores this post without sharing it, is contributing to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand. So, extend yourself a bit and share this over and over again! Let us hope that thousands, world-wide, read this and think about it, and share it – before it’s too late.
Dr. King’s Forgotten Speech at the Berlin Wall and What it Means to be Free in Today’s World

Recently, the world remembered fondly the anniversary of the demise of the Berlin Wall- the concrete scar that tore a city apart and served as a physical and metaphorical barrier between the West and the East during a time where the world’s survival appeared far from certain.
On November 9th, 1989, I became a Republican. I had conservative leanings prior, but I had the privilege of viewing with my own eyes the struggle and the triumph a people who used hammers and chisels to tear down a wall that had so cruelly divided them. Conservatism, I discovered, was the vehicle for freedom. At that moment, I saw clearly that conservatism and the absence of big government was the surest way to individual freedom- freedom to succeed, freedom to fail, the freedom to make of my life what I could.
I arrived in Berlin that day from Bern, Switzerland, to visit a cousin who was in Berlin and what I saw forever changed me. As I peered onward, I saw the Cold War not as some abstract political feud, but I saw the very-real effects on people. People swung sledgehammers against the wall feverishly as one would do to free a trapped child in a well. On the other side of the wall were thousands of trapped people; they were trapped by a collectivist regime that did not value human dignity.
Years before my arrival in Berlin, Dr. Martin Luther King traveled to the divided city and, somehow, was privileged to not only address the West Berliners, but the East as well- a rarity for any American.
On Sept. 13, 1964, Dr. King addressed a crowd in West Berlin at Waldbühne stadium and offered a message of hope, of reconciliation with their fellow man. Somehow, the American reverend crossed into Soviet-occupied East Berlin via Checkpoint Charlie and offered a very similar speech to a crowd at East Berlin’s Marienkirche.
When we think of speeches in Berlin, we think of only a few. We think of Hitler, we think of Kennedy and most think of Reagan’s famous verbal showdown with the Soviets where he demanded that they “tear down this wall.”
However, Dr. King’s speech has been downplayed over the course of history. His vision for a unifed people- not merely a unified Berlin- is precisely the message for which the reverend was known and the kind of message so desperately needed today.
Paul Kengor recently reported in The Washington Post on the often-forgotten speeches offered in Berlin and noted:
King began his speech by striking a bond with his German audience, noting that his parents had named him after the legendary German reformer. “I am happy to bring you greetings from your Christian brothers and sisters of West Berlin,” he started. “. . . Certainly I bring you greetings from your Christian brothers and sisters of the United States. In a real sense we are all one in Christ Jesus, for in Christ there is no East, no West, no North, no South.”That introduction set the tone. The reverend had come to this church to give, first and foremost, a Christian message. It was, after all, a sermon. But there would be a political undercurrent to much of what he said.King made two allusions to the wall, built just three years earlier. “For here on either side of the wall are God’s children, and no man-made barrier can obliterate that fact,” he said at one point. And then later: “Wherever reconciliation is taking place, wherever men are ‘breaking down the dividing walls of hostility’ which separate them from their brothers, there Christ continues to perform his ministry.” Here was affirmation of the inherent, God-given dignity of all human beings, regardless of whether communism denied that dignity, denied that God and denied free passage from East to West.While King made an effort to distinguish “the struggle” in the United States from “your situation” in Berlin, he shifted back and forth between them in a way that made the parallels obvious. In one passage that must have had particular resonance among East Berliners, who were at a severe economic disadvantage compared with those on the other side of the wall, King acknowledged the fears among African Americans about not being able to hold their own in an integrated society. “Many have not had the opportunity to get an education, which will prepare them for the ‘promised land,’ ” he said. “Many are hungry and physically undernourished as a result of the journey. Many bear on their souls the scars of bitterness and hatred, seared there by the crowded slum conditions, police brutality and . . . exploitation.”King urged the need to overcome those fears. He talked about the potential power of grass-roots movements to instigate reform, introducing East Germans to names like Rosa Parks and places like Montgomery, Ala. He described how the American civil rights movement married the philosophy of Gandhi with the “Negro’s Christian tradition,” and he promoted “non-violence and love” as the basis for reform movements. This tactic of non-violence was probably the only approach that East Germans had available at the time.
I was recently reminded of this speech by a friend and colleague. At a time when racial divisions are so ruthlessly widened by race-hustlers for personal gain, profit and egotism, it is an affirmation of the will of a people to be free to remember the triumphant movement led by King and others who stressed a Biblical message that centered on human dignity and a desire of people to be free.
Whether we are talking about slaves, Jim Crow-era blacks or Berliners feverishly tearing down a wall, the will of human beings to be free is awe-inspiring. 25 years after I witnessed the spectacle of people tearing apart a wall with their hands to help topple the evil Soviet empire, I am dismayed to see so many people in all kinds of communities so readily clamoring for the shackles of big government dependency.
Humans are meant to be free; Dr. King knew this; Reagan knew this. Let us not remain silent when others before us so bravely stood up for what was right.

Preparing to Vote Number 4
The 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence paid a tremendous price for our freedom. 5 were arrested by the British as traitors. 12 had their houses looted and burned by the enemy, 17 lost their fortunes, 2 lost sons in the Continental Army and 9 fought and died during the revolutionary War
On August 27, 1776, British General Howe had trapped General Washington and his 8,000 troops on Brooklyn Heights, Long Island, intending to advance the nest morning to crush them. In a desperate move, Washington gathered every vessel, from fishing boats to row boats, and spent all night ferrying his army across the East River. When the morning came, there was still a large number of his troops dangerously exposed to the British, but in a most unusual change in weather, the fog did not lift from the river. It stayed thick, covering Washington’s retreat until the entire army had evacuated and escaped! Never again did the British have such a rare chance of winning the war. Major Ben Tallmadge, who was Washington’s Chief of Intelligence, wrote of that morning.
“As the dawn of the next day approached, those of us who remained in the trenches became very anxious for our own safety, and when the dawn appeared there were several regiments still on duty. At this time a very dense fog began to rise [out of the ground and off the river], and so very dense was the atmosphere that I could scarcely discern a man at six yards distance…..we tarried until the sun had risen, but the fog remained as dense as ever.”
In the freezing winter of 1777, General George Washington was burdened with the lack of supplies for his troops camped at Valley Forge, and with the overwhelming superiority of the British forces. Soldiers died at the rate of twelve per day with many not even having blankets or shoes. The Commander-in-Chief himself, records the desperate state:
“No history now extant can furnish an instance of an army’s suffering such uncommon hardship as ours has done and bearing them with the same patience and fortitude; To see men without clothes to cover their nakedness, without blankets to lie on, without shoes for their feet)…and submitting without a murmur, is a proof of patience and obedience which in my opinion can scarce be paralleled.”
A Committee from Congress reported “feet and legs froze till they became black, and it was often necessaries amputate them..” Sights of bloody footprints in the snow and lack of food and shelter caused the Commander-in-Chief to seek divine assistant. The famous account of his resolution was given by Isaac Potts, who was General Washington’s temporary landlord at Valley Forge.
In 1777 while the American Army lay at Valley Forge, a good old Quaker by the name of Potts had occasion to pass through a thick woods near headquarters. As he traversed the dark brown forest, he heard, at a distance before him, a voice which as he advanced became more fervid and interested.
Approaching with slowness and circumspection, whom should he behold in a dark bower, apparently formed for this purpose, but the Commander-in-Chief of the armies of the United Colonies on his knees in the act of devotion to the Ruler of the Universe!
At the moment when Friend Potts, concealed by the trees, came up, Washington was interceding for his beloved country. With tones of gratitude that labored for adequate expression he adored that exuberant goodness which, from the depth of obscurity, had exalted him to the head of a great nation, and that nation fighting at fearful odds for all the world holds dear…
Soon as the General had finished his devotions and had retired, Friend Potts returned to his house and threw himself into a chair by the side of his wife. “Heigh! Isaac!” said she with tenderness, “thee seems agitated, what’s the matter?”
“Indeed, my dear”, Quote he, “if I appear agitated ‘tis no more than what I am. I have seen this day what I shall never forget. Till now I have thought that a Christian and a soldier were characters incompatible, but if George Washington be not a man of God, I am mistaken, and still more shall I be disappointed if God does not through him perform some great thing for this country.”

Christians, Silence is Not an Option

With the exception of one column previously penned, I pray this becomes my most widely read to date.
The secular left has mastered use of the Internet to further its extremist goals. In fact, President Obama’s web-based “Organizing for America” propaganda machine may have given him the 2008 election.
Let’s beat them at their own game.
To that end, I have a strange request. I’m asking each God-fearing, freedom-loving American who reads this column to forward it, post it, tweet it, print it out and give it to every pastor, priest or cleric you know. If you don’t know any, give it to someone who does.
Why? I agree with Barack Obama that November 2012 represents the most important election of our lifetimes – perhaps our history. Of course, that’s where my agreement with Mr. Obama both begins and abruptly ends.
Here’s the operable question: Do we want America “fundamentally transformed” to mirror the secular-socialist ideals of the radical leftist currently “occupying” the White House?
In Barack Obama’s America, individual freedom is trampled beneath jackboots as a matter of course. It’s already happening at an unprecedented rate.
One need only look to the HHS mandate forcing Christian groups – both Catholic and Protestant – to violate, under penalty of law, biblical prohibitions against abortion homicide.
Or consider recent attempts by multiple elected officials, all Democrats, to shutdown Chick-fil-A – a private, Christian-owned business – simply because its leadership holds the biblical view of marriage.
Is this George Washington’s America, or Joseph Stalin’s Russia?
It’s definitely not your father’s USA.
Instead, wouldn’t we prefer the America envisioned by our Founding Fathers? A constitutional republic wherein individual liberty – whether economic, First Amendment or Second Amendment-related – is sacrosanct and off limits?
Pastors, you’re it. You’re our front line of defense. It’s up to you to rally the troops. Now begins the second American Revolution and, as with the first, it’s on you – men of the cloth – to take the lead.
That is, if you hope to remain free to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Speaking of chicken: In recent years there’s been an epidemic of cultural inaction exhibited by far too many ministers of the gospel. It’s fear-based. “Oh, I don’t talk about political issues,” they say. “You know, ‘separation of Church and State’ and all that.”
Baloney.
If this is you – and only you and our Lord know for sure – you’ve been deceived by the enemies of God. You’ve chosen the easy way out – the path of least resistance. This is something Christ, whom all Christians are called to emulate, never did – not once.
So, respectfully, man-up, Padre! Be the “salt and light of the world,” as Christ so admonished.
But you don’t have to go it alone. There are detailed, easily digestible tools available. Civil-rights firm Liberty Counsel, for instance, is distributing more than 100,000 copies of “Silence is Not an Option,” a concise, though comprehensive, DVD and printed material collection informing pastors and churches about what is permissible regarding political activity (Please, get it for your church at LC.org or by calling 1-800-671-1776).
“The church must be empowered to confront the assaults on our culture, our faith, and our freedom,” said Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel. ”I don’t want any pastor, church leader or lay person to say, ‘What more could I have done to protect life and liberty?’”
“Silencing people of faith in the public square has always been the goal of those who realize the influence that pastors, churches and people of faith have on elections. I want pastors to remove the muzzle and replace it with a megaphone,” he said. “Pastors and churches have a lot of freedom to address biblical and moral issues, to educate people about the candidates, and to encourage people to vote. Not one church has ever lost its tax-exemption for endorsing or opposing candidates or for supporting or opposing local, state or federal laws.”
Did you get that? Despite hundreds of thousands of threatening letters sent by hard-left groups like the ACLU and Barry Lynn’s Americans United, not a single church has lost tax-exemption for socio-political activity – zip, zero, nada. Not even for endorsing candidates from the pulpit.
Indeed, if these anti-Christian bullies had been around two-and-a-half centuries ago, and our forefathers had paid them any mind, we may never have had the first American Revolution.
Don’t let them halt the second.
We’re on the precipice of the abyss, and, pastors, I think you know it. But know this too: There’s a whole lot relating to both culture and politics you can both say and do, and very little – if anything – you can’t.
Churches can educate about political, moral and biblical issues. These kinds of issues – whether abortion, marriage, feeding the poor or any community issue – are never off limits from the pastor’s pulpit, even if politicians are also talking about them. “Silence is Not an Option” systematically addresses the misrepresentations used to muzzle America’s pastors and Christian leaders.
Leading up to Ronald Reagan’s landslide presidential victory in 1980, Rev. Jerry Falwell captured the crux of the church’s apathy problem: “What is wrong in America today?” he asked. “We preachers – and there are 340,000 of us who pastor churches – we hold the nation in our hand. And I say this to every preacher: We are going to stand accountable before God if we do not stand up and be counted.”
Dr. Falwell’s words ring no less true today.
Imagine the benefit to our culture if thousands of churches across America registered millions of Christians to vote. How about pledge-drives wherein pastors ask tens-of-millions of Christians to simply commit to voting biblical values?
The possibilities are limitless.
Proverbs 4:18 reminds us: “The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.”
Shine bright, salt and light. Don’t be choked into dark silence.
Because silence is not an option.
It can’t be.

In Times of Trouble and Darkness, Jesus is Always There. He Watches Over His People and Never Leaves Us or Forsakes Us.
“Heavenly Father, in the mighty Name of Jesus, I pray for the victims of this morning’s tragedy in Aurora, Colorado. I pray that you flood the family and friends of those that were killed with Your abundant comfort, love and grace. I pray you move on your people in that area to surround them with overflowing volumes of love, compassion and any form of assistance they need.’
“In Jesus Name I pray for the Fire Department and the Bomb experts. Please give them your perspective on how to safely deactivate the apartment of the shooter. Please Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name; please put a hedge of protection around them that no one gets hurt in any way.’
“In Jesus Name I pray that You pour out Your grace on the investigators, making sure they honor the shooters rights, and collect the necessary, honest, evidence to bring this shooter to justice.”

What Happens When the Pot Overflows?
I have known several “pot stirrers” in my life. People who get great joy out of watching people enraged because their “buttons” were pushed. One such man I know does this just to see what kind of reaction he is going to get. Sometimes for fun, other times from a motivation of extreme dislike for the person. He never considers what will happen if the pot he’s stirring overflows.
Recently the news has been filled with story’s of people, especially young people, who have been so harassed (their pot stirred) that when their pot overflows, death is the result. They either take their own life, or the life, or life’s, of others. Spouses pots overflowing and people get hurt, and sometimes those pots overflow over the children. I know you grieve like I do when you hear those reports. How often is the “pot-stirrer” arrested, tried and convicted?
When it comes to the professional “pot stirrers” I am convinced their stirring is with a deliberate conscious knowing what will happen when the pot overflows. I am also convinced that they stir that pot just to get the desired result. They know that pot so well, have seasoned it just so, filled it with just to right ingredients and set the flame exactly where they want it to get the result they’ve deliberately planned. Yes, they know exactly what will happen when the pot over flows. That is what they wanted from the beginning of putting that pot on the fire.
Over the years there have been people who have stepped in and removed the pot from the fire, thus removing the results of the overflow. Hatred was replaced by peace, understanding replaced discontent and fear was replaced with faith. Where are the Peacemakers of our time? Who will step forward and remove the smoldering pots from the fires?
When you consider the many pots boiling now, finding a Peacemaker with the courage to approach those pots is one thing, but to have the strength of character to actually remove the pots will need incredible faith in God. One thing is for sure, that person will not be someone who talks the issue to death, which is what we have now. All the talk has produced is more wood on the fires, more stirring of the pots, a higher boil of the ingredients and pushing the contents to a quicker overflow.
I know that there is only one way to produce that Peacemaker. God must raise that person up. The Bible does teach us that the Anti-Christ will be such a person. I don’t plan to be here if that’s who it will be. I’ll be with Jesus. However, I will still pray that God raises up His Peacemaker before Jesus return. I’d sure like to see peace in my time.
