More Politically INCORRECT Cartoons for Tuesday March 13, 2018
“Ben Carson was appointed to be the HUD secretary,” she reportedly said.
“He knows nothing about the mission of HUD. He doesn’t care about people in public housing. He believes that if you are poor, it is your own fault. And he doesn’t know the difference between an immigrant and a slave.”
“And if he thinks when he comes before my committee where I am the ranking member [of the Financial Services Committee] that I am going to give him a pass… I am going to take his a** apart,” she vowed.
Lo and behold Carlson may have discovered why Maxine has her claws out with Ben. Waters, being a ranking member of the Financial Services Committee, may have been abusing her powers:
“[W]aters is a confirmed expert on the question of housing, especially her own housing,” Carlson stated. “Consider where she lives, in a 6,000 square foot, $4.3 million mansion in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
Now, how did she afford a place like that after having spent the last 40 years working in government? We hate to speculate. How did she keep getting reelected despite not living in her own Congressional district? No clue there either.
The district Waters actually represents in Congress has the second-highest percentage of African-American residents in the state of California.”
“Now, the neighborhood where Waters actually lives is just six percent black or, as she might put it herself if she didn’t live there, it is segregated — like 1950s level segregated. And as we’ve mentioned, it is really, really rich.
So, how did Maxine Waters pull off a housing coup like that, who knows, but it almost qualifies her to be HUD Secretary herself.”
Plenty to speculate here.
Maxine Waters is probably afraid Ben Carson is going to be the end of her corrupt political career.

“I am talking about strategies that were developed, working with the Trump campaign. I really do believe that much of what you saw coming out of Trump’s mouth was a play from Putin’s playbook,” Waters said.
“But just to be clear, there has been no actual evidence yet?” Huffington Post editor Sam Stein asked Waters.
“No, it has not been,” Waters responded. “No it has not. And I want you to know every time I’ve talked about impeachment I’ve said we’ve got to connect the dots, we’ve got to get the facts, we’ve got to do the investigation. That is what leads to impeachment, and I’ve also said that Trump will lead us right there.”
The White House cited Waters’ remarks in a press release to reporters on Thursday afternoon, after Trump denied at a press conference that he colluded with Russians to influence the outcome of the election.
“There was no collusion, and everybody — even my enemies have said, there is no collusion,” Trump said.
