A 25-year-old biological male who identifies as a woman was forced to leave a Texas cheerleading camp after allegedly choking a female teammate.

The trans-identified cheerleader, Averie Chanel Medlock, was kicked out of the camp held at Ranger College last month in Eastland County, Texas. Police responded to the campus on July 21 following reports of a dispute among members of the cheer team, according to Fox News.

A since-deleted Facebook post alleged that a teammate said Medlock was a “man with a penis” and that a man should not be on the cheerleading team.

“Well guys I’m officially retired as a cheerleader as of last night at 5:30 AM. A girl on the team was being very disrespectful and told me I am a MAN with a PENIS and that [guys] should not be on the team,” Medlock wrote.

“I stood up for myself and she called her mom and dad because she was scared because I [stood] up for myself. Her father said ‘she still has testosterone and a penis and I will kill anyone who comes after my daughter.'”

The father later identified himself as Mike Jones, and posted a comment on Facebook addressed to Medlock, claiming that at “no time did I ever say anything about your race or your gender.”

“I ask you what you would have done when receiving a phone call at 1 o’clock in the morning from your daughter stating they had locked themselves in the room with other girls,” Jones wrote.

In response, Medlock posted a video to Facebook with a caption reading, “This is video evidence that I did not assault her” and urged Jones to “get [his] facts straight.”

Medlock, who was kicked out of the camp and cited by police for misdemeanor assault, later denied the allegations of misconduct. Medlock told The New York Post that there “was no physical contact at all” and was “just trying to talk it out as an adult.” Medlock claims to have not been questioned by the college before being removed from the cheer team.

Eastland County District Attorney Brad Stephenson told The New York Post that there was an assault and that cops handled the incident appropriately.

“There definitely was an assault and it could’ve ostensibly been charged as a class A misdemeanor, but I think they appropriately charged it as a class C misdemeanor,” Stephenson was quoted as saying.

The incident comes amid growing debate over whether trans-identified athletes who are biologically male should be allowed to participate in women’s sports. The debate has gained national traction after swimmer Lia Thomas, a biological male formerly known as William, won the NCAA women’s championship in March in the women’s 500-yard freestyle. Thomas edged out the second-place finisher by nearly two seconds.

At least 18 states have passed legislation to prohibit or strictly limit transgender participation to the athlete’s birth sex, including Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.

Kyle Rittenhouse judge slams ‘vast amount’ of ‘irresponsible and sloppy journalism’ surrounding case

The judge presiding over the highly anticipated Kyle Rittenhouse homicide trial recently criticized what he called a “vast amount” of “irresponsible and sloppy journalism” covering the events surrounding the case.

While speaking with potential jurors during the jury selection process on Monday, Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder said that those selected for the task may need to disregard much of what they have heard in the media about the case.

“This case has become very political. It was involved in the politics of the last election year,” Schroeder said in the court session, adding, “To this day, you can go out and read things from all across the political spectrum about this case, most of which is written by people who know nothing.”

“The price we pay for having a free press is a lot of irresponsible and sloppy journalism,” he continued, adding that his charge “is not an attack on the media” but a reality check for potential jurors about the need for a fair and impartial trial.

Schroeder said that he has read some things about the case that have been “perfect,” but noted that most of the reporting has either been “sloppy” or “deliberately biased.”

“It can be frightening,” he added while urging jury candidates to abandon their presuppositions and focus solely on the evidence presented at trial. He reminded them that the right to a fair trial is an important right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

What’s the background?

The news comes only days after Schroeder ruled that the men Rittenhouse, 18, fatally shot or wounded on Aug. 25, 2020, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, can’t be referred to as “victims” by prosecutors — but can be called “rioters” and “looters.”

Rittenhouse — then 17 — allegedly took a gun to riots in the city in order to defend local businesses against looting and ransacking in the wake of a white police officer’s shooting of Jacob Blake, a black man. During the mayhem, Rittenhouse shot three men, killing two. Rittenhouse was charged with multiple felonies, including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, attempted first-degree reckless homicide, and first-degree reckless endangering safety. If convicted, he could serve a mandatory life sentence in prison.

Rittenhouse’s defense team has insisted he was acting in self-defense, and videos of the shootings from that night appear to back up his claims. He later told reporters he doesn’t regret taking a gun to protests on the night of the shootings, saying he “would’ve died” if he hadn’t.

By Monday evening, 20 jurors had been selected, and now the trial is set to be heard.

Potential Jurors In The Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Are Scared, And They Have Every Reason To Be

NOVEMBER 2, 2021 | By Eddie Scarry

Kenosha County, Wis., Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder has a fanciful idea: That the trial he’s overseeing that includes murder charges against 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse can be removed from politics. He said so on Monday during jury selection. “We don’t want to fall into the trap,” he said, “that many in the media have, a large percentage of the media, and discuss this as a political trial or that there are bigger factors at stake in this trial.”

How naive. Of course this is a trial of political consequence and of course there are bigger factors at stake. The potential jurors know it, and that’s why during selection several of them expressed concern that their city or they personally might be the targets of rioting or harassment, regardless of the verdict the jury renders. All of the potential jurors are kept anonymous until after the trial is over but here’s a sample of what some of them said during selection:

—One said that no matter the verdict, “half the country will be up in arms about it.”

— Another said, “I’m more afraid of our community and the outsiders of our community that are coming in… It just brings us back to August (2020).” She also said she was “potentially” afraid of reliving riots depending on the verdict.

— A third said it was “scary” to be on a case like this one, specifically citing “riots” and wondering aloud, “Am I gonna get home safe?”

Those are legitimate concerns. We saw what happened earlier this year in Minneapolis, when businesses and restaurants boarded up their storefronts in anticipation of a possible acquittal of former police officer Derek Chauvin, who ultimately was convicted of killing George Floyd. If things don’t go a certain way in politically charged trials like that, despite evidence leading a deliberate jury to the opposite conclusion, well, that might very well mean more rioting, looting, arson, and violence. Potential jurors in the Rittenhouse trial received the message loud and clear that this isn’t just a murder trial. This is about the broader question of whether some types of political violence are acceptable, even necessary.

Rittenhouse is charged with the murder of two men and the attempted murder of a third. All relevant parties are white (sadly robbing the media of a beloved racially charged narrative) and it isn’t disputed that each of them had been chasing the teen and attempting to apprehend his weapon. All of it was in the context of several nights of destructive rioting in Kenosha, which resulted in a total of $50 million in damages to the city. The mayhem was sparked by the police shooting of Jacob Blake, a black man who was wanted for violating a restraining order stemming from claims he had sexually assaulted a woman. Blake is on video resisting his arrest and defying police orders by moving to enter his vehicle as they tried to apprehend him.

The city went up in flames and the national media to this day characterize the chaos as a “Black Lives Matter march” because they, along with leaders in the Democratic Party, believe all of it was justified.

Rittenhouse may have been in the wrong place at the wrong time, but that’s not a crime and it’s not what he’s on trial for. He’s on trial for shooting men who pursued him and made moves to grab his gun, something that is seen on video, testified by at least one witness, and written out in the state’s own complaint against Rittenhouse.

A jury will inevitably render its verdict, but contrary to what the judge says, there’s no way around it— this is a political trial and that should scare the jurors.

Watch: Asian Woman Slugged in the Face in Seemingly Random Daylight Attack in NYC

Violence sprung from the streets of New York City’s Chinatown on Monday, leaving an Asian woman sprawled on the ground after a black man punched her in the face for no apparent reason. Surveillance video posted by Assemblywoman Yuh-Line Niou, whose district includes Chinatown, showed the 55-year-old woman walking past the Kong Sihk Tong café at around 6:15 p.m. A black man in an orange hoodie and denim jacket then punched her square in the face with a hard left. The woman collapsed on the pavement. The attacker then raved at the victim.

“What’d you hit me for?” the attacker said, according to the New York Daily News“Why’d you hit me?”

Several people went to check on the victim, who remained motionless on the ground. She was later taken to a hospital, reportedly in stable condition.

Police were called and arrested the man at the scene.

The Daily News quoted a source who said the attacker was “homeless, and he has a long criminal record.” The attacker was taken to Bellevue Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. Charges are pending.

“Can’t believe I actually witnessed an attack on an Asian lady right in front of me at the heart of NYC Chinatown,” Jin Zhen wrote on Instagram, according to the New York Post.

“When I saw the lady rolled over to the ground and went unconscious I quickly hung up on my food order and start recording the situation for evidence.”

Donald Ng, who works in the area, said that New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio “needs to do something about this mental health issue.”

“Some customers were calling for help. They said a guy punched a woman. She was sitting there on the sidewalk like she was tired, like she was out,” Chiu Cheng, the restaurant manager, said, according to the Daily News.

“He was crazy. I know it’s serious. I feel sad about it. With all that’s happening, I feel scared. I work at the restaurant late. I’m afraid about walking to the subway at night,” Cheng said.

The issue of bail reform entered the incident after former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik noted that a consequence of bail reform has been putting people such as the attacker on the street.

The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is looking into the assault, according to WCBS-TV.

Hate crimes against Asians in New York City are up 353 percent over last year.

Hey PartisanPress: Your Buddies At Antifa Just Beat Up A Reporter — Is THAT News?

Written by Wes Walker on July 1, 2019

They were targeting Andy Ngo by name the day before, and now he’s got a brain bleed — where are the Left and the LGBT to stand up for him?

Nowhere.

Ironically — but not surprisingly — it’s the Right who are standing up for him and his rights as both a journalist and a citizen, while Christians are praying for his speedy recovery.

Andy Ngo has been doing something few reporters have been brave enough to do — chronicling the periodic riots (so-called ‘protests’) that arise when Antifa decides it’s time to terrorize Portland. (Notwithstanding the heroic courage a certain Jim Acosta assures us that he personally displays on nearly a daily basis.)

Here’s Mr. Ngo talking to police after the attack. (Where were they when it happened? Good question. Others have wondered the same thing.)

Andy was on hand because he knows the kind of havoc these thugs are capable of unleashing. Havoc like this man getting beaten bloody with a crowbar:

It was hardly the first time they were showing their violent side:

When he went to do his job and report on the ‘protest’ he got attacked, just as they promised he would. That speaks to premeditation in their violence. This tweet was posted BEFORE the event.

Notice, yours truly was concerned for him as well. (My tweet was Eastern Time Zone, for anyone keeping score.)

Since he’s a gay man targeted (by name) for violence by masked thugs during Pride Month, you’d expect the usual suspects on the Left to rush to his defense, right?

Not so much.

Oh, right. He’s a minority too. Did we not mention that yet? His parents were refugees from Vietnam.

“My mother came from a family that was labeled bourgeois or middle class. They owned a jewelry business in their home which was taken after the collapse of the South Vietnamese government,”Ngo said. “They were thrown into the labor camp. My mother was only 16 at that time.”

…“Even though I am a sexual minority and I’m a person of color, I come from a family who were refugees so I feel so lucky to be able to have been born and raised in this country,”Ngo said.

“So yeah, when I see the American flag, I feel a sense of pride and honor of being part of that. And I regret that a lot of people see it as a symbol of violence that should be burnt.”
Source: OPB

No wonder they don’t like him — he stands as a living repudiation of the Left’s identitarian victim-class politics.

And now they’ve turned the guy who’s very life repudiates the lie of their ‘oppressor’ narrative into an ACTUAL victim of PHYSICAL violence. Antifa, as we remember is the hate group that (former Maoist) Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo and a few other Lefty broadcasters seem to have a soft spot for.

But Lemon somehow gets bent out of shape when Trump said ‘good people on both sides’ in a way that absolutely denounced violent extremism on left AND right.

Brian Stelter reported on the attack against Ngo — sort of. What he left out is more informative than what he actually included:

We’d consider that ‘deceptive editing’. Why would the ‘great defenders of free speech’ at the apples-and-bananas network want to hide the full extent of the violence perpetrated on a freaking colleague? Has it not occurred to anyone there that it could have just as easily been one of their own that got attacked? Or maybe that’s the point.

The partisan hacks Snopes got caught dismissing it as merely an ‘alleged’ attack, despite video evidence to support it:

So what exactly did they DO to Andy Ngo? They beat the hell out of him, left him with a bleeding brain and they robbed him of his video equipment.

This reaction was typical of the Left:

And let’s not forget:

This might be a good time to bring up Biden’s explicit defense of Antifa on no less than the day he launched his bid to be President. Seemed cynical then. Seems straight-up dangerous now. Remember the video he launched with?

Opposite the white supremacists, he hails as heroes the other group of protesters some of whom were simple counter-protesters, but some of whom were the Antifa agitators who had an established reputation of violent confrontation with bystanders using pepper spray, blunt instruments, or even makeshift grenades with wine bottles and quarter sticks of dynamite. Real ‘heroic’ people you’re cheering there. — Video and text here: ClashDaily

If THIS is what the Left is offering as their vision of America’s future, it’s a good thing we’ve got a fighter running and not some milquetoast politician like the LAST two guys the Republicans dug up to represent us.

After Trump Invites Him Onstage, Activist Reveals Truth Behind What’s Happening to Conservatives on College Campuses

Reported By Alec Schemmel | Published March 2, 2019 at 2:16pm | Modified March 3, 2019 at 2:12pm

During President Donald Trump’s speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday, he took a moment to recognize the discrimination conservative students face on college campuses.

“I turn on my television the other day and I saw somebody that was violently punched in the face,” Trump said to his audience at CPAC.

“The man’s name is Hayden Williams,” Trump added. “Hayden come up here please.”

Williams jumped onstage to say a few words, but he refused to use his several seconds of fame to talk about himself.

“It’s great that I’m being recognized,” he said, “but there’s so many conservative students across the country who are facing discrimination, harassment and worse if they dare to speak up on campus.”

Williams is a field representative at the Leadership Institute, a non-profit organization based of Arlington, Virginia, which aims to help fight the liberal bias that has infested America’s campuses. Williams was on UC Berkley’s campus on Feb. 19 helping local student activists when Zachary Greenberg, 28, allegedly assaulted him. Greenberg was arrested by UCPD on Friday afternoon and was being held on a $30,000 bond at Glenn Dyer Jail in Oakland.

“It’s as important now than ever the work at Leadership Institute and Campus Reform exposing these liberal abuses to the public,” said Williams, “and these students do it because they have a love of our nation and freedom.”

Williams said that if progressive socialists had their way, the Constitution would be put through a paper shredder.

“If you keep defending us, we’ll keep defending you,” Williams said of Trump.

The audience roared in approval as Trump announced a new executive order which requires colleges and universities to support free speech.

“If they want our dollars, and we give it to them by the billions, they’ve got to allow people like Hayden, and many other great young people … to speak,” Trump said.

Irate Woman All Smiles Attacking Man in MAGA Hat. ICE Learns She’s Illegal and Makes Arrest

Reported By Benjamin Arie | Published February 26, 2019 at 5:02pm  | Modified February 26, 2019 at 5:04pm

Illegal Alien Showing Off The Hat She Assaulted

Assaulting someone over their hat is a crime, but bragging and seeking media attention for doing it while you’re in the country illegally seems particularly unwise.

Rosiane Santos was recently arrested for after assaulting a Trump supporter who was wearing a “MAGA” hat inside a Mexican restaurant in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Even employees of the restaurant confirmed that Bryton Turner had simply ordered food before he was accosted by Santos.

“Santos started yelling at him because of his hat, which bears the theme that President Donald Trump campaigned on,” Boston news station WFXT explained. “The woman is seen walking behind him and hitting his hat off his head.”

Even after being arrested, Santos claimed that simply being an immigrant allowed her to attack Turner.

“(B)eing discriminated for so many times in my life, I just had to stand up for myself,” she said in a phone interview with WFXT. “He’s not a victim. I am the victim. I have been bullied, OK?”

Going after someone because of a campaign hat and then drawing attention to herself on the news wasn’t a very wise choice. It turns out that Santos is from Brazil, and now the U.S. government says she was living in the United States illegally.

“The woman who was charged with confronting a man wearing a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat inside a Falmouth Mexican restaurant is now in ICE custody,” WBZ-TV reported on Tuesday.

Her attention-seeking stunt definitely worked, but it will likely get her a one-way ticket out of the country.

“Deportation officers with ICE’s Fugitive Operations Team arrested Rosiane Santos, an unlawfully present citizen of Brazil, today near Falmouth, Massachusetts,” ICE spokesman John Mohan told the local CBS News affiliate.

“Santos is currently facing local charges for assault and other offenses. She is presently in ICE custody and has been entered into removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts.”

For his part, Turner told WBZ-TV that the entire incident could have been avoided if the woman had simply respected other people’s right to wear hats or hold opinions she might not agree with.

“It’s just a hat at the end of the day,” he said. “I don’t really understand why people can’t just express themselves anymore, everybody has to get mad.”

The real irony of this story is that Santos just proved Trump and his supporters’ point. The left insists that “undocumented immigrants” are all good people who only want to join the melting pot and have better lives.

Conservatives, of course, have pointed out that there’s a lot more going on. While many immigrants don’t cause problems once they cross the border, a solid number seem to have a mentality of entitlement, making demands while stirring up trouble.

That’s exactly what this woman did on camera while continuing to play the victim. She and others like her wail about “MAGA” hats and angry Trump supporters, but it was her own unhinged behavior and illegal actions that got her arrested.

Armed with Assault Rifles, Black Panthers March for Stacey Abrams

Reported By Jason Hopkins | November 4, 2018 at 10:11am

Members of the Black Panther Party marched through the city of Atlanta, strapped with assault rifles and brandishing Stacey Abrams campaign signs. In a video posted on the group’s Facebook page on Saturday, members of the Black Panther Party are seen marching through the West End neighborhood of Atlanta in support of Stacey Abrams gubernatorial campaign. As they marched, the Black Panthers carried assault rifles and continually shouted slogans such as “black power” and “power to the people.”

The video shows the panthers marching for nearly 30 minutes through the city of Atlanta until they enter a local radio station.

When reached for comment by The Daily Caller News Foundation, the Abrams campaign forwarded a statement from spokeswoman Abigail Collazo. Her statement did not specifically address the Panthers’ march, but instead attacked Kemp.

“Brian Kemp is the only candidate in this race who has posed for pictures with supporters wearing racist, hate-filled t-shirts and refused to denounce them, while Abrams continues to condemn any racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise discriminatory words and actions,” Collazo said.

“Unlike Kemp, Abrams is a leader committed to running an inclusive campaign focused on bringing all Georgians together to find bold solutions on critical issues like health care, education, and the economy,” she continued.

At one point during the march, someone driving a vehicle stopped momentarily to speak to the Panthers.

One of the members can be heard saying afterward: “You need to march in your neighborhood. When we was (sic) in West Virginia, 99 percent crackers, stone cold crackers.”

Kemp’s campaign called on Abrams to immediately denounce the Black Panthers.

“It’s no surprise that militant Black Panthers are armed and patrolling the streets of Georgia for Stacey Abrams. The Black Panthers are a radical hate group with a racist and anti-semitic agenda. They are dangerous and encourage violence against our men and women in uniform,” Kemp spokesman Ryan Mahoney said in a statement to TheDCNF.

“Stacey Abrams should immediately denounce the Black Panthers and their hateful record of racism,” he continued. “She should stand against and condemn their attempts to intimidate hardworking Georgia voters just days before the election.”

The close race has brought star power from both sides of the aisle. Vice President Mike Pence campaigned for Kemp on Thursday — the same day Oprah Winfrey knocked on doors on behalf of Abrams.

The Panthers did not respond to a request for comment by TheDCNF.

Violence Escalates, Another Pro-Life Woman Physically Attacked After Engaging in Civil Debate

Reported By Savannah Pointer | October 10, 2018 at 4:00pm

For the second time in as many days, an altercation between pro-life and abortion rights protesters ended in violence directed against the pro-life demonstrators.  video uploaded by Toronto Against Abortion starts with what appears to be a civil conversation that took place Oct. 1 between two people from opposing sides of the issue. It was interrupted by someone physically attacking one the pro-life demonstrators. The video appears to consist of footage from several cameras that the pro-life demonstrators were wearing.”

See video footage here:

The attack, which appeared to be originally targeting the pro-life speaker heard on camera, eventually was carried out on a woman beside him, identified as Katie Somers by Life News, who retreated quickly.

“Blaise Alleyne, one of the pro-life team members, said they were engaged in civil discussion with several of the counter-protesters when one of them, allegedly Gabby Skwarko, became hostile,” Life News reported.

The attacker, a young woman, threw things, shoved, hit, grabbed and even wrenched away part of the victim’s items attached to their backpack.

“She chased after me, grabbed my full, stainless steel water bottle and smashed it on the ground, then grabbed my backpack, yanking me back and forth,” Somers told Life News. “I yelled, ‘Get away from me!’ And she came after me and shoved me.”

Other protesters on the street stepped in and blocked the attacker from continuing to act out her rage, but not before the suspect made contact with the victim several times. After noticing that she was being videotaped, the attacker came up to the person with the camera, shoving her chest out in a threatening manner, asking if she was being filmed.

“She then moved on to Blaise, bumping him in the chest with hers and saying, ‘Let’s go, are you filming me? Let’s do this!’” said Somers.

The attacker also threw a metal dolly at a group of pro-lifers, which according to Somers, suggested that she intended harm to others.

“The possibility of self defense was gone for me the moment she used the metal cart as a weapon,” Somers told LifeNews. “At that point I was terrified of having my teeth broken, being concussed, or worse, and my priority was to get away and to safety.”

Skwarko is reportedly a member of the Ryerson Reproductive Justice Collective and a former faculty of arts director at the Ryerson Students Union. This was the second incident of a similar nature to take place in the Toronto area in as many days.

The Conservative Tribune reported on an incident that took place Sept. 30 where another abortion rights advocate roundhouse kicked a pro-life advocate while in the middle of a discussion about abortion.

“According to a police news release, Jordan Hunt, 26, of Toronto, surrendered to police shortly after a video of him kicking a pro-life protester was posted online,” the Conservative Tribune reported.

The kick, which seemed unexpected due to the conversation surrounding it, appeared to be in response to a question that Hunt couldn’t answer.

After kicking the pro-life advocate, Hunt seemed to immediately regret his decision, saying, “I meant to kick your phone.”

Hunt was charged with eight counts of assault and seven counts of mischief. It was the second time he had been charged with assaulting someone at a political rally in the past year.

He has been ordered to stay at least 500 meters away from any “organized pro-life demonstration,” according to LifeSite News.

Army Col. Awarded $8.4 Million After Woman’s Sex Assault Allegations Blown Apart

Reported By Jack Davis | September 24, 2018 at

6:01pm

As official Washington is captivated by the drama surrounding decades-old allegations of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, a former soldier whose career was cut short by similar allegations is trying to get out a message that accusations are not the same as the truth.

Back in 2013, Wil Riggins was an Army colonel who had been nominated for general, when Susan Shannon wrote on her blog that Riggins raped her at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point back in 1986, according to the Daily Mail.

Four years later, after Riggins had been denied his promotion based on the claim, a jury heard Riggins’ suit against Shannon and awarded him $8.4 million in damages, according to The Washington Post.

With that as the background, Riggins has been using his Twitter account to remind those rushing to judgment in the Kavanaugh case that regardless of what an accuser says, the truth may be very different.

Most of his posts are retweets of others who cite his case as a cautionary tale against believing any accuser at face value.

Riggins said that even though he was exonerated, he still suffered irreparable damage from the false claim.

This journey we’ve been on the last four years,” Riggins said, “it’s been a nightmare. … The large dollar amount is meaningless. All I was looking for was the opportunity to be vindicated, to set the record straight, to take every action to get my reputation back to where it was before the 15th of July, when she published that false accusation.”

Shannon entered West Point in 1983 and resigned in 1986. She never mentioned being raped until 2013. In a blog post, she named Riggins as her rapist and said she was drunk at the time. Despite Riggins’s denials, she has maintained that she told the truth in her blog post.

“Frankly the day I started saying his name was the day I started blaming him instead of myself,” Shannon told WJLA.

Riggins admitted he and Shannon had a sexual encounter in 1983, but had no relationship after that time. Shannon called that “a compete fabrication”  and said Riggins “smugly admitted he did indeed rape” her.

However, after the verdict she did take down the posts she made about Riggins.

Stephen Horvath, Riggins’s lawyer said Riggins was able to win because,  “Everything in that blog post was provably false and could not have happened.”

Riggins said that his effort to fight back was aimed at sending a message to those who make false accusations.

“This will discourage other false accusations but would not discourage legitimate accusations of sexual assault,” he said.

Police: Democrat Ended Political Argument by Driving to Man’s Home, Opening Fire

Reported By Kara Pendleton | September 12, 2018 at

Brian Sebring of Tampa, Florida, was arrested last month for allegedly shooting a man who he had a political disagreement with on social media. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Tampa Police DepartmentBrian Sebring of Tampa, Florida, was arrested last month for allegedly shooting a man after the two had a political argument on social media. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. (Tampa Police Department)

Perhaps when President Barack Obama, known for being divisive, left office, some held out hope for a more unified nation. Instead, there has been a ramping up of not only violent political rhetoric, but acts of violence, as well. Social media has been one place where that aggression has been seen surging. Take the example of a political disagreement on social media that resulted in a Florida man being shot.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, 44-year-old Brian Sebring — a registered Democrat — and Facebook friend Alex Stephens, 46, a convicted felon with no political registration, got into an online dispute last month involving politics. It ended with Sebring driving to Stephens’ home and shooting him.

“After receiving several explicit messages and threats, the defendant responded to the victim’s home to confront him (regarding) the messages,” according to a police report cited by the Tampa Bay Times. Sebring was arrested and told police that Stephens had threatened him, so he drove to his home in order to confront him.

However, Sebring took a Glock, in a waistband holster, and an AR-15 with him when he went to confront Stephens. After arriving at Stephen’s home, Sebring allegedly honked his truck horn and waited outside of the vehicle for Stephens. Stephens went outside and allegedly “charged at” Sebring. It was at this point that Sebring allegedly opened fire, hitting Stephens in the buttocks.

Despite Stephens fleeing and Sebring leaving the scene, police ultimately found and arrested Sebring for the shooting. He was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed firearm. His bail was set at $9,500.

“I’m not a bad guy,” Sebring said in an interview with the Tampa Bay Times a few days after the incident. “But I mean, this guy threatened to hurt my family, and I went off the deep end. I wasn’t thinking right. You know, after this I’m going to go see a therapist or something, man, because that’s some scary s—, that I could lose my temper like that and do something so stupid.”

The exact topic of the men’s dispute is not known, other than it had to do with politics. What we do know is that in the current political climate, violent rhetoric and violent acts are on the rise. And that makes it even more fool-hardy for anyone to make threats.

What we also know is that, overall, the violence is being perpetrated more heavily in one direction. And those violent threats and acts are leaning heavily against those on the right.

Breitbart has reported that instances ofviolence against the right are increasing as media outlets “amp up hate-rhetoric against Trump.” In July, Breitbart began documenting “acts of media-approved violence and harassment against Trump supporters.” The running total is now up to 564.

In mid-July, The Gateway Pundit noted that Breitbart’s running total at that time was just over 300. This means that in  approximately two month’s time, the number has almost doubled. And more reports of violence continue to pour in.

It has long-since gone beyond an increase in violent threats on social media to actual attacks in real life.

Meanwhile, few on the left have said anything to discourage such behavior. Some, such as Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters, have been blamed for amping up the hate and violence.

Some believe the incitement is intentional, with the ultimate goal being that of a civil war. Others point to mental disorders on a mass scale, with such tags as “liberalism” and “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

While such labels are sometimes used in jest, the injuries sustained by victims of the violence is no laughing matter. Something needs to be done and it needs to include Democratic leadership and media taking responsibility.

Violent rhetoric and violent acts against political opponents are not OK. This should be something both sides of the political aisle can agree upon and commit to fighting against. What actually happens, as reports continue to pour in and public outrage continues to grow, is yet to be seen.

Educator Who Once Called For Alt-Left Militant Action Gets Some REALLY Bad News From Judge

Picture2.pngYvette Felarca, the middle school teacher who is a leader of BAMN (By Any Means Necessary) and Antifa got a brutal wakeup call from a judge in Sacramento.

He panned her planned defense as ridiculous. She claims that the State Police and the DA colluded to charge her with assault and inciting to riot. That theory was shot to hell when a video was introduced that showed Felarca attacking a man who refused to fight back and then she incited other members to attack the man and knock him to the ground before police rushed in to protect him.mob-rule-tyranny

Sacramento County Judge Michael Savage threw the argument out on Friday calling the defense ridiculous. He pointed out that the video revealed it to be an illegitimate defense. Her original defense of self-protection was tossed out months ago. Her two groups are both domestic terrorists and he has been a radical since 2009.

Felarca has also been recruiting middle school students to join in her violent protests without notifying parents and for using sick days in order to go out and riot.

From The Daily Caller

One of BAMN’s most prominent organizers is Yvette Felarca, a Berkeley middle school teacher and pro-violence militant. Felarca currently faces charges of inciting a riot for her role in the Sacramento violence.

After BAMN and other Antifa groups staged violent protests in Berkeley to keep right-wing author Milo Yiannopoulos from speaking, Felarca defended her group’s acts of violence. BAMN was able to cancel another event, this time an April speech by pro-Trump author Ann Coulter, by promising a repeat performance of the Milo riots.

The FBI and DHS say Antifa groups like BAMN are engaging in “domestic terrorist violence,” according to the Politico report.higher education human engineering EDITED

Just last weekend, Felarca helped organize BAMN’s mass demonstrations that “shut down” an anti-Marxism rally in Berkeley. As with BAMN’s other organized actions, left-wing actors at Saturday’s demonstrations violently attacked peaceful protesters. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi condemned the Antifa violence in Berkeley, while Felarca called BAMN’s actions a “resounding success.”

Shock Vid: Pretty Reporter Attacked on Air Covering Refugees… Anchor Watching Says “Oh, God”

Coexist and welcome everybody with open arms, regardless of their background. That liberal sentiment may look fine on bumper stickers, but what happens when a group of people has absolutely no interest in “coexisting” with you?

A young television reporter in Italy just found the answer, but both her safety and worldview were put at risk in the process. Francesca Parisella is a corespondent for Matrix Channel 5, based in Rome. According to BizPac Review, she and her cameraman were covering a story about African refugees camped out at a Rome train station.

Instead of being welcomed and granted enlightening interviews, however, Parisella and her camera operator were forced to flee in terror.

“Their hope is especially to reach Milan … and then to move to Northern Europe,” the reporter began to explain to the camera while live on the air, according to a translation provided with the YouTube video. “It’s important to know that this reception –“

Parisella never finished that sentence. Her tone shifted to fear and an assault began to unfold.

You can watch the clip here (WARNING: Some viewers may find these images disturbing):

“What’s happening, Francesca?” asked Nicola Porro, the Matrix 5 anchor monitoring the live stream.

Parisella and the cameraman struggled to put words together while running away from the scene.

“They assaulted us, Nicola!” she exclaimed.

Her next words were directed at the people on the street.

“What do you want?” she shouted, still running. “What do you want? You’re crazy!” Then she screamed.

The crew back at the news station could only watch in horror as the incident continued.

“Oh, God, Francesca,” Porro yelled. “Get out of there!”

Parisella and her cameraman barely managed to escape unharmed, thanks to a taxi driver who reportedly pulled the pair off the street and into the safety of his cab.

“Francesca is upset but she is fine. They destroyed the camera and shook the operator,” Porro explained to viewers several minutes later. “Thanks to a taxi driver, if not, it would be a lot worse.”

“The police told me that I was very lucky,” the reporter confirmed on Twitter. Then, referring to the taxi driver, she added, “Roberto saved my life.”

There been no official confirmation that the people who attacked Francesca Parisella were immigrants, but her statements and the video of the incident strongly suggest that this was the case.

It is unfortunately not the first time — and likely not the last — that refugees have attacked people in a country where they are guests. Not long ago, a Muslim immigrant attempted to stab a woman at a camp in Austria. A similar event occurred in Germany. Here in the United States, numerous attacks have been carried out by immigrants and refugees from Muslim countries. A Somali refugee carried out a stabbing attack in Ohio just months ago, while a shocking terrorist attack that killed 14 people at a Christmas party in California involved a radical Muslim immigrant.

It shouldn’t take dramatic attacks on journalists for the world to realize a simple fact: Not all cultures share Western values, and you cannot “coexist” with people who see you as a sexual object, enemy or target.
