A family in Driggs, Idaho, is finally back on their feet thanks to a secret Santa’s generous gift that helped them through the past year. In November 2019, the anonymous donor surprised the Crow family with health insurance for one year and $50,000 to help them finish building their house, according to EastIdahoNews.com:

“Erica and Brad had been living in their camp trailer inside a shop for a few years. Brad had been working on building their home when he fell and fractured his leg bone,” the outlet said. Brad’s accident led to several more health challenges such as a staph infection, the loss of his leg, and a hip replacement.

Reporter Nate Eaton recently caught up with the Crow family as they sat inside their finished home.

“There were a lot of days that we thought that the trailer and the shop was gonna be where we were gonna stay for quite some time. Honestly, if we hadn’t gotten the Santa gift, the secret Santa gift, we probably would still be in the trailer,” Erica told him.

“It was a humongous help for us. We are incredibly grateful for it… I don’t even have words right now,” she continued.

Brad also expressed his gratitude for the gift that helped his family through the past year.

“We just really want to thank secret Santa and the people that were involved with this. It changed our lives,” he said.

The community also stepped in to assist, according to Erica, who said they believe there are other people more deserving than them.

“But it has been incredibly humbling to have people, not just in our community but from around the world that have shared their love and concern for us and wanted him to get better and our lives to be better and we are so very grateful for it,” she noted.

Following their interview, YouTube users were excited to learn that the Crow family finished their home.

“Great to see them all together. Stay strong!” one person said.

“This is the follow up I was really hoping for and asked a couple of times for. It really touched a chord with me last year,” another commented.

Group petitions to join this state, blaming Oregon’s liberal Democrats

Reported By Jack Durschlag | Fox News

A group of frustrated Oregon conservatives, who have tried everything from voting out Democratic state officials they consider too liberal to recalling the state’s governor and appealing to their Washington representatives, now want to leave the state – by moving the border with neighboring Idaho westward, a published report Monday said.

The group, Move Oregon’s Border for a Greater Idaho, has secured initial approval from two counties and has set a goal of getting enough signatures to put the proposal on local ballots in November, USA Today reported.

Barring a setback, voters in southeastern Oregon could see a question on a redrawn state border with Idaho, the newspaper reported.

“Rural counties have become increasingly outraged by laws coming out of the Oregon Legislature that threaten our livelihoods, our industries, our wallet, our gun rights, and our values. We tried voting those legislators out but rural Oregon is outnumbered and our voices are now ignored. This is our last resort.”

— News release quoting petitioner Mike McCarter

Last year, a controversial bill protesting greenhouse gas emissions caused state Republicans to flee Salem, the state capital. Democrats currently control both branches of the state legislature as well as the governor’s mansion.

However, Valerie Gottschalk, another petitioner, said she hopes the proposal will gain traction similar to how the petition to recall Gov. Kate Brown did last summer.

A group of frustrated Oregon resident fed up with the state's liberal policies in state government are proposing a petition to leave the state and join neighboring Idaho (Greater Idaho Group).

A group of frustrated Oregon resident fed up with the state’s liberal policies in state government are proposing a petition to leave the state and join neighboring Idaho (Greater Idaho Group).

Proponents were unsuccessful collecting the 280,000 signatures for a recall election, but Greater Idaho said it only needs to collect about 2,400 signatures from Josephine County and about 3,000 from Douglas County to appear on the ballot, USA Today reported.

“People here would prefer Idaho’s conservative governance to the progressive/liberal current Oregon governance. Every time I look at the Facebook group Greater Idaho, the group has gotten bigger,” Gottschalk said in a news release.

Of Oregon’s 36 counties, only 14 in the Willamette Valley area would remain if the group succeeds, the newspaper reported. Moving the border would require approval from the U.S. Congress as well as the Idaho and Oregon state legislatures, however.

The proposal to join Idaho isn’t the first effort Oregonians have made to leave the state. In 1941, residents of residents of southwestern Oregon tried to secede by creating a state of Jefferson with northern Californians.

Muslim Migrant WALKS FREE from Court After Raping 5yr-Old Idaho Girl, Judge Said…

What is this world coming to?

A 5-year-old was lured into a laundry room, stripped, urinated on, and orally and anally raped. And it was all caught on film. That should be enough for the community to be outraged. That should carry a sentence of years behind bars.

But that’s not what happened. In the town of Twin Falls, Idaho, three Muslim migrant boys were sentenced to probation. Not for rape, for “sexually lewd conduct”. They will not be going to jail.

Sharia law, everyone. It’s in the courts now.

Janice Kroeger, the senior deputy prosecuting attorney, who was supposed to be trying these boys for their crimes, defended the boys and repeatedly attacked Lacy, the victim’s mother. A therapist for the boys was present, as well as a parole officer and a detective. Everything that was said was designed to portray the perpetrators as victims. Throughout the proceedings, they were repeatedly called victims, and the youngest one was called “the biggest victim of them all.”

The court heard all about how the attackers are doing well in school, and about how smart they are. They were praised for the supposed ordeal they had to go through. It was claimed that all three are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from having to go through courtroom proceedings.

After this lovefest, which lasted for five hours in the courtroom, all three boys were sentenced, one after the other. All three were given probation. They were not found guilty of rape, but of sexually lewd conduct.

In the midst of this judicial mugging, every time Lacy’s lawyer tried to speak up, he was silenced. The little victim, Jayla, was never even mentioned once by Kroeger or the judge – or by the police or anyone else. Only Lacy mentioned her, when she made her statement. Lacy detailed how the poor girl is still suffering the effects of this attack: She is wetting the bed and having bad dreams, and more.

Yet when Lacy completed her statement, Kroeger lashed out not at the perpetrators or their parents, but at Lacy. She viciously tongue-lashed Lacy for a full 15 minutes, until finally Judge Borreson had to stop her.

Understandably, the parents of the victim were and are devastated. Back in April, when the attackers initially pleaded guilty, Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs said: “I am pleased that we were able to resolve this case in a way that was approved and agreed to by the victim’s family. This continues to be a serious and sad case, but it was resolved properly.”

PamelaGeller.com

How could anyone say that? The victim’s family was not happy with the decision and this was far from being properly handled.

But guess what, you won’t be hearing the family say that. You won’t be hearing anyone who was in the courtroom say that, unless it’s in secret. That’s because Judge Borreson barred everyone in attendance from speaking about the case and threatened anyone with serious consequences if they violated his order.

This is unheard of!

Now the victim’s lawyer is facing contempt charges, all because he said the family was unhappy with the outcome.

Mathew Staver, chairman and co-founder of the nonprofit legal assistance agency Liberty Counsel, said the judge is completely out of line.

“It’s unconstitutional for the judge to do that. There are gag orders that can be put on people during a jury trial, or if it’s a minor they can prohibit you from mentioning the name of the minor, but they can’t gag you after the fact. This is public at this point. This judge, it just seems like he’s forgotten about the First Amendment in this case. He has no authority to do this, he can’t hold someone in contempt to keep them from speaking out about their displeasure with the case after the fact.”

This is what’s happening. Officials are willing to look away from horrific crimes, just to make sure the American people don’t see how bad the situation is getting.

Do you want us to turn into Sweden, France, Germany, the U.K.?  We are there. It’s only a matter of time before the media can’t ignore it anymore.

EXCLUSIVE: 5-Year-Old Victim’s Father Saw Video of Twin Falls Refugee Rape

waving flagby Lee Stranahan, 4 Aug 2016

Additionally, new allegations against a ten-year-old boy who was involved in the June 2 attack were revealed in court on Thursday afternoon, alleging the boy both anally and orally penetrated the five-year-old, in addition to urinating on her, as revealed by the father in the clip below. Previously, it had only been known that a seven-year-old boy had orally penetrated the girl and urinated on her.

The little girl’s parents, concerned about biased media coverage as well as their own personal safety and that of their daughter, have not been interviewed on videotape until this Thursday’s interview with Breitbart News.

The father told Breitbart News how he’d gotten a call at work saying his daughter had been raped and left to see what had happened:

Victim’s Father: “I finally got covered and I ran across the street, from my work to my home, and there was just a whole bunch of people outside my apartment, from all families, and I just walked into the apartment and, uh… our… they had, a phone sitting there, and they said yeah, they recorded this, you know. You need to look at this real quick, and I pushed play on that. I watched like thirty seconds.”

Stranahan: “You watched thirty seconds of what?”

Victim’s Father: “I watched thirty seconds of a recording that was recorded by the refugee boys of what they…”

Stranahan: “So you’ve seen that video?”

Victim’s Father: “Yes.”

Stranahan: “Wow, that’s… I… I hadn’t heard that.”

Victim’s Mother: “I haven’t seen it. I just can’t.”

Victim’s Father: “With her anxiety and with her condition I did not allow her to see that. I did not watch the whole thing, like I said, I watched about thirty seconds of it. There was a lot more on there that I did not see. But what I did see is… is horrific for a father to watch for their… for that thing. And so after I watched all that, I came outside, trying to keep my composure because that whole family was still outside my apartment, you know, they were trying to stop us from calling the police, pleading with us.”

Stranahan: “The refugee family was trying to stop you from calling the police?”

Victim’s Father: “Yes. They were pleading with us, saying everything was okay, they did nothing wrong, you know – ‘No police! No police!’ – because they did not speak… they speak Arabic, so they had very few words that they can actually…”

Stranahan: “And had they seen the video?”

Victim’s Mother: “No.”

Victim’s Father: “Um, when I watched what I watched, the older brother of the boy that filmed it, or, one of the brothers to the boys, he came in behind me and watched what I watched as well.”

Stranahan: “Now how old is he? He’s an adult, or?”

Victim’s Father: “He looked like he was in his late teens.”

Stranahan: “Okay.”

Victim’s Mother: “But the mother had not seen it, no.”

Victim’s Father: “Yeah, nobody else had seen it. From [the victim’s mother’s] point of view, when they brought the video, the boy that did do the recording, he came to her with this saying, you know, he did nothing wrong – ‘Oh, hey, I filmed it, here you go, I did nothing wrong’ – you know, he stood outside my apartment the whole time – ‘I didn’t do nothing wrong, I just filmed it, nothing wrong at all’.”

Stranahan: “So you watched thirty seconds of the video and it was clear to you from the thirty seconds that you saw what was – thirty seconds was enough for you to see what was going on?”

Victim’s Father: “Thirty seconds showed them in the laundry room, they pulled my daughter around, pushed her up against the wall, pulled her pants off, he dropped his pants, he was trying to get her from behind, you know, they only… no, for the boy that was trying to do it he was, you know, he was only seven to nine years old, so not a lot of… he didn’t know what he was really doing, as you’d expect. My daughter didn’t really, was trying to fight him a little bit, she finally got away, pulled her pants up, ran around to the side of a corner, ran inside a washing machine, hunched down, shaking in fear, while he danced around with his pants down, laughing at her, pointing at her, with all the other boys – you could hear them in the background, doing the same thing – and that’s all I watched. Because after that I was just… man, I don’t want to see any more of this. If I do, I’m gonna do something I shouldn’t do.”

Stranahan: “Could you tell how long the clip was? You only watched thirty seconds, but did you see how long it was?”

Victim’s Father: “I didn’t check. I know it was a couple minutes.”

Stranahan: “A couple minutes.”

Victim’s Father: “I know there was a lot more that happened that was told to me by the prosecutor who had watched the video. More after that, you know, he went back to her, tried doing the front, he, um… oral sex with, you know, oral with her, he shoved it in her mouth…”

Victim’s Mother: “Which is considered a rape.”

Victim’s Father: “He peed all over her in her mouth, all over her body, her face, head… you know, totally defiled her, I mean…”

Stranahan: “Yeah.”

Victim’s Father: “So I know it had to be more than a minute or two for that to happen. And after he was all done, like I was saying, um, before the lady walked in and stopped him, the next-older boy had gotten– removed his clothes, and was getting ready to…”

Stranahan: “Join?”

Victim’s Father: “Join. And that’s when she walked in and stopped it.RAPE American women respond

The case, which has largely been ignored or dismissed by the mainstream media, has created a political firestorm as pro- and anti-immigration proponents have clashed about the assault in an election year where the candidacy of Republican nominee Donald Trump has brought immigration and refugee issues to the forefront of national political discussion. Although the establishment press has given little time to the story that does not fit the Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s narrative on refugees and immigration, the story has caused a stir on right-leaning media through the work of activists like Pamela Geller.

Transgender Arrested in Target Dressing Room

Transgen-600-CI-1

I hate when I am right sometimes. It is never good that we have to see people suffer because the world refuses to see the truth. But such is the case with Target and their transgender rules. I said that it would not be long before the violators would come out from under their rocks.

Christian News reports

An Idaho man who identifies as a woman was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly recorded video footage of a teenager trying on a swimsuit in a Target fitting room.

Sean Patrick Smith, 46, who goes by Shauna Patricia Smith, was taken into custody and charged with one felony count of voyeurism following the incident.

According to reports, the 18-year-old was trying on a swimsuit in the Ammon store’s unisex fitting room on Monday when she noticed someone holding a phone over the separator.

Those who support the open bathroom policy, such as Obama, PayPal, the NBA, and Target have all stated that this would not happen. They have held that the Gender Dysphoria inflicted were themselves victims and would never do such things.

Now we see where this foolishness has led our children and us. It is no longer safe to frequent such stores as Target. They have chosen political correctness over safety. And here are the results.

Christian News continued

“The woman was begging for help as she chased the man out the door,” a witness told East Idaho News. “She kept saying she wanted those pictures deleted.”

The girl’s mother confronted Smith, who was wearing a dress and wig, but he fled the scene.

The following day, police tracked Smith to his home, where he was questioned. Documents composed by investigators outline that “the defendant eventually admitted … that she had made videos in the past of women undressing.”

“The defendant told [the detective] that she makes these videos for the ‘same reason men go online to look at pornography,’” police noted, adding that Smith said that he finds the footage to be “sexually gratifying.”Picture3

He is a sex offender, and God only knows how many have done this and not been caught.

Idaho ‘Refugees’ Who Sexually Assaulted 5yr-Old Girl Are ‘Back On The Streets’

waving flagPosted on June 24, 2016

Screen Shot 2016-06-24 at 10.04.39 AMThis is not okay. The suspects may be young, but if they’re guilty of such crimes, why were they released on the streets? Give us your opinion below; what should happen to the suspects?

The two Muslim migrant boys from Sudan who were arrested last week on charges of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl in Idaho were released into the custody of their parents following a hearing Thursday afternoon, WND has learned. Not okay

They were reportedly released from the Snake River Juvenile Detention Center in Twin Falls pending their next hearing. According to witnesses on the scene, the boys’ families were seen smiling and hugging after the hearing ended shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday.

“They were waving their arms to the heavens, smiling and throwing their arms around each other,” an eyewitness outside the detention center told WND.RAPEUGEES

The two Sudanese boys, ages 10 and 14, were reportedly ordered by the court to have no contact with the victim, a 5-year-old special-needs girl, whom they allegedly assaulted in the laundry room of their apartment complex on June 2. They were not arrested until late last week. A third boy, age 7, was also involved but was never arrested. The younger boys allegedly urinated on the girl and one of them inappropriately touched her but the extent of that violation is not known. The case has been sealed by the prosecutor, which is standard procedure in juvenile offenses.

The older boy, 14, allegedly filmed the entire incident.

The two older boys are from Sudan and the 7-year-old is from Iraq.RAPEUGEES

The boys and their families have been evicted from the Fawnbrook Apartments where the incident allegedly took place.

CAIR, the Muslim civil rights organization, has weighed in on the still-developing story in Twin Falls, taking issue with the way some conservative websites reported the incident. On its Facebook page CAIR, or the Council on American-Islamic Relations, posted a story from Reuters focusing on the few details that some websites misreported – mainly that “Syrian” refugees had “gang-raped” a small girl at “knifepoint.” No knife was ever found at the scene. While the suspects were not “Syrian” they were Muslims and were immigrants, more than likely refugees.

CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper lamented that “anti-Muslim” and “anti-refugee” sentiments seemed to be converging in America. These “two forms of hostility, seem to be overlapping each other,” he said, while not mentioning anything about the hostility the Muslim boys showed to the little girl.America are you really paying attention

The CAIR statement reads in full:

Idaho prosecutor denies Syrian refugees gang-raped girl (Reuters)

“Anti-Muslim agitators and those opposed to resettlement of refugees from the Syrian civil war nevertheless seized on the incident to buttress their arguments for shutting down a refugee center in Twin Falls to prevent entry by displaced Syrians…Bull

“Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations, said the Idaho sexual assault should be fully investigated but added the case had become a lightning rod for anti-Muslim, and anti-refugee sentiments.

‘These two forms of hostility seem to be overlapping and reinforcing each other,’ Hooper said.”Bull

Whether CAIR will get involved in trying to protect the families from eviction, or helping them find new accommodations in Twin Falls, remains to be seen.

Recent polls show at least 50 percent of Americans agree with GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump that all Muslim immigration should be temporarily halted in the wake of a string of jihadist attacks by Muslims going back to last year, starting with the foiled attack on a Muhammad cartoon event in Garland, Texas, the deadly attack on Chattanooga that killed five U.S. servicemen in July, the attack on an office Christmas party in San Bernardino Dec. 3 that killed 14 Americans, and the most recent attack last week on a gay nightclub in Orlando that killed 49. All were carried out by Muslim immigrants or children of Muslim immigrants.

Shahram Hadian, a former Muslim from Iran who came to the U.S. as a young boy and now pastors the Truth in Love Church in Washington near the Idaho stateline, said he has made several trips to Twin Falls in recent months and the mayor and city council there have refused to even listen to his concerns about the refugee influx into the city. Refugees are being resettled in Twin Falls by the College of Southern Idaho, which works through the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, one of nine primary federal resettlement contractors, also called VOLAGs. Most come from Iraq, Sudan and Bosnia, all Muslim-majority nations.so america

Officials at the College of Southern Idaho Refugee Center have said they did not resettle the two Sudanese and one Iraqi family living in Fawnbrook Apartments. More than likely they were resettled in another city and then moved to Twin Falls in what is called “secondary migration.”

“It’s just unbelievable the narrative that these people want to continue to paint,” Hadian said. “I’ve been following the news coverage out of Twin Falls, I’ve been there quite a bit so I’m familiar with the newspapers there and their coverage of the whole refugee issue has been abysmal.”

The Idaho Statesman and the Spokesman Review out of Spokane, along with the local Times-News in Twin Falls have all run articles critical of conservative websites calling them “conspiracy” sites and “anti-Muslim.”

WND was the first to interview eyewitness Jolene Payne and give a fully accurate report on what happened at the Fawnbrook Apartments. The 89-year-old grandmother noticed the older boy filming the assault in the laundry room and immediately put a stop to it, then called police.

Yet the Spokesman Review, Idaho Statesman and Times-News all headlined their articles about the sexual assault as a “false report” or “false story.”Leftist Propagandist

Hadian, a former police officer turned Christian pastor, said the refugee advocates in the local media seized upon a few misreported facts in an attempt to discredit the entire story, even though the basic facts remain unchallenged – a 5-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by Muslim migrants who were brought to this country by the U.S. government.Picture1

“It doesn’t’ really matter if they were Syrian or Iraqi, they were still migrants and this little girl was stripped, sexually assaulted and urinated on,” he said.

“CAIR should be ashamed of themselves trying to draw moral equivalency between the mistake in the reporting and the assault that took place on the little girl,” he added. “They should be absolutely ashamed.”AMEN

Hadian said the reason the boys, 10 and 7, urinated on the girl was probably because they were incapable of ejaculating even though they were being coached by an older boy, age 14, who was filming the assault. Hadian added Muslim boys would have never performed such a disgraceful act on a Muslim girl.

“The fact these kids need to do that is in itself disturbing, it’s just beyond egregious,” he said. “If this was your daughter, your granddaughter, or your niece, this is traumatic. I was sexually abused myself as a child, and I can tell you this doesn’t go away tomorrow, this is a life’s trauma, and the fact that CAIR comes out and gives this cockamamie, half-hearted response, I don’t even have any words of how upset I was reading CAIR’s statement.”AMEN

Former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., points to the fact that CAIR is a known front group for the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, a fact proven in federal court documents filed in the Holy Land Foundation trial in 2007-08 in Dallas, Texas.

In Wake of Paris Terrorist Attacks, Here’s a Map of the States Shutting Their Doors to Syrian Refugees

waving flagReported by Kelsey Harkness / / November 16, 2015

On Monday and into Tuesday, more than two dozen governors moved to block Syrian refugees from entering their states. (Photo: Kelsey Lucas/Visualsey)

In the aftermath of Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris, governors across the United States are attempting to shut their doors on Syrian refugees looking to find a safe haven in the country. As of Monday evening, more than two dozen governors announced opposition to policies that would permit Syrian refugees to enter their states amid concerns they could have ties to terrorists.

Thus far, states whose governors oppose more Syrian refugees include Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, GeorgiaIdahoIllinoisIndiana, IowaKansas, Louisiana, MaineMassachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Maryland, NebraskaNew HampshireNew Jersey, New MexicoNorth Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, TennesseeTexas, and Wisconsin.

Kentucky Gov.-elect Matt Bevin, who will take office Dec. 8, also said he opposes resettlement efforts.

The movement, which was overwhelmingly spearheaded by Republican governors, came after French prosecutors discovered a Syrian passport on one of the suspected Islamic State suicide bombers in Paris. That finding raised concerns that terrorists are embedding with refugees to enter Europe and other nations.Do you want

The series of attacks in Paris on Friday night left more than 130 dead and hundreds others injured. French President François Hollande called the attacks an “act of war” and launched airstrikes against ISIS.

President Barack Obama sharply pushed back against the growing number of states attempting to undermine his policies surrounding Syrian refugees, saying Monday at a press conference in Antalya, Turkey, that it would be “shameful” and “not American” to close America’s doors on Syrian refugees.

“When some of those folks themselves come from families who benefited from protection when they were fleeing political persecution, that’s shameful,” he said. “That’s not American. That’s not who we are. We don’t have religious tests to our compassion.”DELUSIONAL

In September, Obama vowed to accept 10,000 Syrian refugees into the United States next year.

As of Nov. 3, there were more than 4 million registered Syrian refugees, according to the U.N. Refugee Agency.

Those issuing executive orders to block refugees pushed back on the president’s narrative while announcing their decision.

“Michigan is a welcoming state, and we are proud of our rich history of immigration,” said Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder. “But our first priority is protecting the safety of our residents.”

In a letter addressed to the president, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said, “Neither you nor any federal official can guarantee that Syrian refugees will not be part of any terroristic activity. As such, opening our door to them irresponsibly exposes our fellow Americans to unacceptable peril.”Islam is NOT

While their responses send a clear message to the president, John Malcolm, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation, said the practical implications blocking refugees are limited.

“Governors can certainly order state agencies to stop doing anything to assist federal authorities with their resettlement efforts, but they cannot stop federal authorities from continuing those efforts, nor can they stop immigrants who are lawfully admitted to this country from moving to and settling in those states,” Malcolm said. “They can, however, ask state law enforcement authorities to keep an eye on the refugees who settle in their states, so long as those authorities do so within the bounds of the Constitution.”

“It’s abhorrent for the federal government not to consult with and consider the interests of the states,” added Jim Carafano, a foreign policy expert at The Heritage Foundation. “Particularly the views of governors, as it impacts the welfare and public safety of their citizens.”America Never Forget

Florida Gov. Rick Scott addressed those concerns in a letter sent to House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Leader Mitch McConnell. In that letter, dated Nov. 16, Scott wrote:

[I]t is our understanding that the state does not have the authority to prevent the federal government from funding the relocation of these Syrian refugees to Florida even without state support. Therefore, we are asking the United States Congress to take immediate and aggressive action to prevent President Obama and his administration from using any federal tax dollars to fund the relocation of up to 425 Syrian refugees (the total possible number of refugees pending for state relocation support at this time) to Florida, or anywhere in the United States, without an extensive evaluation of the risk these individuals may post to our national security.AMEN

muslim-obamaIn response, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., introduced legislation on Monday afternoon that would suspend issuance of visas to refugees from countries with a high risk of terrorism until the U.S. Department of Homeland Security meets certain standards. Those standards include fingerprinting and screening all refugees, implement a tracking system “to catch attempted overstays,” and enhancing security measures that are already in place.

“The time has come to stop terrorists from walking in our front door. The Boston Marathon bombers were refugees, and numerous refugees from Iraq, including some living in my hometown, have attempted to commit terrorist attacks,” Paul said in a press release.

Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C., chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, also called to suspend the refugee program.

“The Syrian refugee program should be suspended until the American people are satisfied that they know exactly who the president is admitting into the country via this program,” Burr said. “There is simply too much at stake, and the security of the American people should be our top priority.”

This article and its accompanying map has been updated to reflect the growing number of governors who do not wish to permit Syrian refugees into their state. of domenstic terrorist

Judge blocks new federal rule on jurisdiction of waterways

waving flagPublished August 28, 2015; FoxNews.com

EPA Monster

Thirteen states led by North Dakota asked Erickson to suspend guidelines that they say are unnecessary and infringe on state sovereignty. The federal government says the new rule clarifies ambiguity in the law and actually makes it easier for the states to manage some waterways. It wasn’t immediately clear if the injunction applied to states other than the 13 led by North Dakota.”

The other states involved in the lawsuit are Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, South Dakota and Wyoming.

State officials in North Dakota said the new rule will cost the state millions of dollars and take away from more important programs. State Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring said there’s “confusion and anxiety” among farmers and other landowners over the initiative.

North Dakota congressman Kevin Cramer called the judge’s ruling a “victory:” “North Dakota landowners and energy workers and their peers around the country will be temporarily spared the devastating consequences of an onerous rule. This is appropriate, given the judicial history of this issue and its impact on states and property rights. The injunction provides time for Congress to continue working toward a fix and for a complete judicial review of the legal merits of the rule.”

At the very least, state officials argued, more time was needed to study the rule, which was finalized on May 27.

The government lawyers said during a hearing in Fargo last week that North Dakota’s objection wrongly assumes some bodies of water will be affected. They also argued the state is already going through some of the permitting procedures they’re complaining about.

North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem — along with attorneys general and officials from 30 other states — sent a letter last month to the EPA and the Army Corps asking that the law be postponed at least nine months. Lawyers for the states say they heard nothing back from the government, so they filed a request for a preliminary injunction.

The federal government said the request for an injunction was better suited to be heard by the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rather than a federal judge, but Erickson rejected that notion.

“The Waters of the United States rule is unlawful and an abuse of executive power,” said Julia Slingsby, press secretary of the Natural Resources committee in a statement to Fox News. “The judge’s decision to block the rule— which was challenged by 13 states – is encouraging, especially as EPA’s credibility has been questioned in the past month. The EPA needs to be stopped before it does more harm to our nation’s precious water resources.”

Syrian refugees, shown here at a protest rally, will soon be coming to American cities

The multicultural transformation of Idaho will continue with a planned infusion of hundreds of refugees from Muslim countries over the next one to three years.

muslim-obamaA local newspaper in Twin Falls reported that city will receive 300 mostly Syrian refugees over the next fiscal year starting Oct. 1. But WND has learned the numbers will be much larger statewide and include refugees from Syria, Iraq, the Democratic Republic of Congo and possibly Somalia.

Sources tell WND that community leaders learned of the plans for up to 2,000 refugees at a recent conference at Boise State University attended by church groups, social services providers and other “stakeholders.” “That’s the number they put out that they’re planning for, a total of about 2,000 over the next one to three years, with 70 percent going to Boise and 30 percent in the Twin Falls area,” said Shahram Hadian, a former Muslim turned Christian pastor in eastern Washington who said he spoke with a conference attendee.

WND reported two weeks ago that Spartanburg, South Carolina, has also been selected for the seeding of a Syrian refugee community. Unlike Boise, residents in Spartanburg have mustered an organized opposition to the infusion of 65 Syrian refugees over the next year, saying the town already has high crime and poverty and isn’t prepared to absorb hundreds of poor Syrians.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., wrote a letter to Secretary of State John Kerry demanding answers to 17 questions about the refugee program, such as what benefits will be expected to be offered and what the cost will be. That was two weeks ago. WND contacted Gowdy’s press secretary, Amanda Duvall, Thursday and was told he has still not received a response from Kerry, whose State Department heads up the refugee program nationwide.

Christina Jeffrey, who ran against Gowdy in the 2010 Republican primary and is a former historian for the U.S. House of Representatives, has joined with a group called Spartans for Biblical Immigration. “Biblical immigration is certainly not going and bribing them and getting them to change countries,” Jeffrey said. Jeffrey said Gov. Nikki Haley has come out in favor of the resettlement plans, which hasn’t helped Gowdy’s effort to see it scaled back. A promised resolution by the area’s legislative delegation opposing the resettlement plans also fizzled after Haley issued a letter of support.

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley

“When the governor came out in favor of the refugees, our (Republican) legislators said it would all turn out OK and that they had faith in the vetting process,” Jeffrey said. “But this refugee thing makes us all very nervous, especially if the governor’s office is on board. It’s pretty well known around Spartanburg that there’s a lot of unhappiness about it, and surprise, especially since she was so strong on some other issues like Medicaid expansion. It could be she looks at this with a little bit of identity politics, seeing that maybe immigrants will soon have an advantage over native-born Americans. Look how many immigrants we have running for president. I think she’s moving on. I don’t think South Carolina is her intended destination.”

Residents of St. Cloud, Minnesota, have also been organizing and seeking information on exactly how many more Somali refugees they will be asked to absorb over the next few years. Lutheran Social Services has been working with the federal government to resettle hundreds of Somalis in the St. Cloud area.

The mayor of Athens, Georgia, requested information on refugees being sent to her city late last year and also complained that such information was difficult to obtain.

Chinks in the armor, FBI saysagainst America

The world’s displaced persons are assigned to various countries by the United Nations high commissioner on refugees. The countries are responsible for vetting the refugees, and screening those from Syria has been a particularly difficult task due to the ongoing civil war there between warring Islamic factions.

As WND previously reported, the FBI’s deputy assistant director of counter-terrorism, Michael Steinbach, testified before a House Homeland Security committee in February and said it was virtually impossible to screen refugees from a “failed state” like Syria, where the U.S. does not have boots on the ground and does not have access to reliable police or intelligence records.

Unlike Minnesota, which has seen dozens of radicalized Somali refugees leave to fight for terrorist organizations al-Shabab and ISIS while dozens of others have been convicted of providing material support to overseas terrorists, Idaho appears to have done a somewhat better job of assimilating its Muslims. However, it has had some bad apples.Picture4

Accused terrorist Fazliddin Kurbanov was a refugee resettled in Boise in 2009.

In May 2013, a 31-year-old Muslim refugee from Uzbekistan, Fazliddin Kurbanov, was indicted on terrorism charges for allegedly recruiting Muslims in Utah and teaching them to build bombs that would target public transportation and military bases. The Russian-speaking Kurbanov is one of more than 650 Uzbeks who have been resettled in Idaho since 2003. He arrived in 2009. Kurbanov, whose trial has been delayed, told an informant before his arrest that a Oh goodmilitary base would be his preferred target for a potential bomb attack, according to court documents.

“For me the best … a military base,” Kurbanov told an FBI source during a secretly recorded conversation, reported KTVB 7 in Boise. “If I have every stuff … like bomb, like this and this one. I want to kill a lot of military or every. I don’t know, whatever.”

Kurbanov is accused of funneling personnel, software and money to the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan. Members of the IMU fought alongside the Taliban in Afghanistan and seek to overthrow the government of Uzbekistan and replace it with an Islamist caliphate, according to the National Counter-terrorism Center.

Idaho a magnet for refugees

While Idaho remains largely a rural farm state, it is not new to the refugee business. The Agency for New Americans, an arm of Episcopal Migration Ministries, operates from an office in Boise doing the organizational work on the ground needed to resettle refugees and get them “integrated” into the community. The International Rescue Committee, whose top executive is former British Foreign Secretary David Miliband, also resettles refugees in Idaho.

Miliband recently wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post saying the U.S. needed to take in at least 65,000 Syrian refugees to fulfill its “duty” as the world’s largest haven for the displaced.and why

Boise Mayor David Bieter

Muslim refugees began arriving in Boise in large numbers around 1995. Since that time, 11,000 refugees have been integrated into the city, according to city officials. While there have been reports of culture-clashes between Muslims and non-Muslims in the school system and elsewhere, an April 27 blog post from Mayor David Bieter said the city welcomes the refugees with open arms. “Diversity is essential for Boise’s prosperity and livability,” according to the mayor’s blog.and why Liberalism a mental disorder 2

“Diversity isn’t a buzz word. It’s our birthright,” Bieter wrote in the blog for Welcoming America, an organization that received $150,000 in seed money from billionaire George Soros’ Open Society in 2010 and now works with the White House Task Force on New Americans to integrate new immigrants and refugees into cities across the U.S. Obama formed the task force Nov. 21 following his unilateral granting of amnesty to more than 5 million illegal aliensPicture8

Boise’s mayor, along with mayors in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago, Dayton and Cleveland, Ohio, San Antonio, New Orleans, San Fransisco, Nashville, Atlanta, Wichita, Houston, Boston and dozens of other cities, work with an organization called the Partnership for a New American Economy. This group includes a mix of progressive mayors, executives from some of America’s largest corporations and Chambers of Commerce all working to influence Congress to allow more immigrants into the country, both skilled and unskilled, claiming that more immigration leads to more economic prosperity for Americans, a claim that is rejected by think tanks such as the Center for Immigration Studies and the Economic Policy Institute.Obama Muslim collection

Boise, a self-described “Welcoming Community,” has seen waves of refugees sent its way by the United Nations in recent years from Afghanistan, Somalia, Turkey, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Congo, Bhutan, Myanmar and Bosnia. With the exception of Bhutan, which is Hindu, most of the refugees from these countries are Muslim. The greater Boise area already has several mosques, the largest of which is the Islamic Center of Boise, with plans unveiled recently for a large mega-mosque on the outskirts of town in Kuna, Idaho.

Twin Falls schools currently have more than 100 refugee students and more than 20 languages are spoken. That may sound daunting, but it’s nothing compared to another city in America’s heartland — Wichita, Kansas.thinking

Kansas another hotbed of refugee resettlement

The Wichita school district, already one of the most diverse in the state, is now trying to cope with a new influx of immigrants from Central America and the Middle East. The new arrivals don’t speak English or Spanish, requiring costly interpreters and tutors to be brought in to help the immigrants learn. The Wichita district has more than 350 students from other countries and 160 from other U.S. states who speak minimal English. Currently, 81 languages are spoken in the district, the Wichita Eagle reported. It has 11 classrooms spread throughout the district devoted to teaching recent immigrants and refugees. “Wichita is definitely a diverse district, and it’s becoming more so,” Stephanie Bird-Hutchison, a teaching specialist at the district’s Multilingual Education Service Center, told Fox News Latino. “Every continent except Antarctica is represented in Wichita schools.”Picture10

Because federal law requires schools to provide information to parents in their preferred language, an Arabic speaker is on call to help teachers and others communicate with families, Fox reported. And the district contracts with Propio Language Services, an interpreting service that helps teachers and parents who speak any language to converse by phone through an interpreter.Picture11

The number of students speaking Vietnamese, Lao and Cambodian has decreased while students speaking languages from Africa and the Middle East have increased dramatically in recent years, Dalia Hale, director of multilingual services for Wichita schools, told Fox. Many in the latter group are refugees from camps in central Africa, Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan.

“We’ve never had Swahili show up before this year in our data,” Bird-Hutchison told Fox. “That has come on due to the refugee population that’s just emerging in Wichita.”

Wichita school board members said they worry a new block-grant funding plan for schools will prevent the district from getting more funding to provide services for the refugees and other immigrants, according to the Fox News Latino report. “That’s a huge concern, because we will not be receiving additional money for those students,” said Board President Sheril Logan.

Sharia-based crime problems emerge

As Muslim populations increase in American cities, communities will be forced to deal with issues common to Islamic culture, such as arranged marriages forced upon teenage girls, female genital mutilations, forced veilings and spousal abuse.

Just last week ,a case of a forced marriage exploded into domestic violence in Phoenix, Arizona. Daniel Akbari, a former top defense lawyer in Iran’s Shariah courts who defected to American several years ago, said spousal abuse is expressly allowed by the Quran.

“Chapter 4, verse 34, of the Quran expressly says if a woman does not comply with her husband’s command he has the right to beat her up, and that is what you see happening here and what has happened over 1,400 years,” Akbari said. “What is going on here in Phoenix is totally Islamic, under Shariah. Everyone in that Muslim community will agree with that except the girl here.”

Akbari is author of the book, “Honor Killing: A Professional’s Guide to Sexual Relations from the Islamic Sources.” He says the hadiths are just as strict on this matter. According to the well-regarded historic Islamic scholar Ibn Majah, a woman must comply with a demand for sex even while on the back of the camel. He cites Vol. 3 Book 9 No. 1852 (English reference), which states:

“No woman can fulfill her duty towards Allah until she fulfills her duty towards her husband. If he asks her (for intimacy) even if she is on her camel saddle, she should not refuse.”

The Phoenix case involved Mohamed Abdullahi, 30, a Muslim refugee from Somalia brought here by the U.N. and U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. He entered into a “Nikah,” which is an arranged Islamic marriage, with the parents of an 18-year-old Muslim woman. Phoenix police arrested him April 22 on charges of kidnapping and sexual assault. The Arizona Republic reported that his bride-to-be was brought to his apartment that day by her parents, against her will.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, told Fox News that such violence has “no basis in the Islamic faith.” Apparently CAIR has not read Sura 4:34 in the Quran or the hadiths. Akbari said it’s time U.S. media stopped falling for the “explain it away” propaganda put out by CAIR.

According to the Arizona Republic, the woman’s parents arranged the marriage with Abdullahi and their daughter in November without her knowledge, according to court records. When the woman learned of the marriage, she fled the state but returned 15 days later to finish high school, police said. The woman’s parents drove her to Abdullahi’s apartment. Once she was inside, Abdullahi reportedly punched her in the left eye, causing her to fall to the ground, according to court records. Abdullahi then allegedly grabbed his future bride around the throat and began strangling her while she was on the ground. At that point, Abdullahi dragged the woman into the bedroom and proceeded to sexually assault her, police said.Picture12

Hadian, the pastor in eastern Washington who also ministers in Idaho, believes the continued influx of Muslim immigrants, if not tempered soon, will have disastrous results for America. Most of the Christian charities that help resettle refugees, contracting with the government or one of the nine major resettlement agencies, do not share the gospel with Muslims or consider this a part of their work, he said.

“Most of those that even claim to be Christian are usually of the interfaith variety and are not very big on evangelism,” Hadian said. “Their whole thing is, be nice and do good works. When I was in Boise and presented there, I had a gal who came up afterward and she made a comment about refugees coming from Iraq and how they’re so open to Jesus and it’s fantastic. I said, ‘So you guys had an opportunity to share the gospel?’ She said no, they asked, ‘If we come into the church, what benefits do we get?’”muslim-obama

Hadian believes this is not the best way for churches to interact with Muslims unless the aid being provided also comes with a clear gospel message. “I said you guys are bringing these refugees in, you’re giving them free housing and things, and so now even if they think they want to become a Christian, it’s seen as a monetary gain,” he said. “My goodness, is this what we’re doing to the gospel now – accept Jesus and we’ll give you free things? … “If they could be bold with the gospel, yes, but I don’t see any evidence of that. They usually want to say let’s be friends with them, let’s have a Ramadan meal with them, and this is why I say we should have a moratorium on Muslim immigration.”

Mr. Liberal, Which Part of ‘Freedom of Religion’ Do You Not Understand?

It’s been said by plenty of folks smarter than me, that liberalism is a mental disorder. As time has progressed, and my engagement with folks who hold to this ideology has increased, I’m becoming more inclined to agree with that diagnosis.Liberalism is a mental disorder

I recently came across a news story that contained such an egregious violation of the First Amendment that I was skeptical to believe what I was reading was true. After six years of living under Obama, you’re probably wondering what in the world could’ve been so shocking that it left me in utter disbelief. I mean, come on, right? President Obama and his cronies practically hold the world record for violating the Constitution. It’s become so common place you’d think I would be desensitized to it.

Normally, you’d be right, but this is seriously bad. I don’t mean bad as in “good” either. What kind of bad do I mean? I’m talking end of the republic kind of bad.

Allow me to explain. If you haven’t already heard this story, prepare to have your jaw hit the floor.

Two ordained Christian ministers in Idaho recently declined to marry a gay couple, which is an action that could land them in serious hot water with local governing authorities.

Apparently, since Idaho’s gay marriage ban was struck down by the Supreme Court, the ministers are in violation of a city “nondiscrimination” ordinance.

What’s the penalty for such a crime you ask? How about 180 days in jail and a $1,000 fine PER DAY that the ministers refuse to conduct a same-sex marriage.

Imperial President ObamaWelcome to Obama’s America.

It’s obvious the liberal brain dead zombies running this burned out berg lack a fundamental understanding of the First Amendment and the religious protections it grants to all citizens. Let’s take a quick peek at that glorious document we Americans call the Constitution and see what exactly the First Amendment says.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

By golly, look at that! The government is not allowed to prohibit the free exercise of religion. It seems to me that the “free exercise of religion” would cover something like refusing to officiate a same-sex marriage, seeing as how that violates a Christian’s conscience due to beliefs taught in the Bible, the holy book of the Christian faith.cp 11

But wait, you say. The First Amendment says Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion. The law in question is one created by LOCAL government.

I’m glad you brought that up! Not only is the law created by the governing body in Coeur D’Alene–that’s the name of the community where this law was made–in violation of the First Amendment, it also goes against the Idaho Constitution.

Article I Section 4 of the Idaho Constitution says:

GUARANTY OF RELIGIOUS LIBERTY. The exercise and enjoyment of religious faith and worship shall forever be guaranteed; and no person shall be denied any civil or political right, privilege, or capacity on account of his religious opinions; but the liberty of conscience hereby secured shall not be construed to dispense with oaths or affirmations, or excuse acts of licentiousness or justify polygamous or other pernicious practices, inconsistent with morality or the peace or safety of the state; nor to permit any person, organization, or association to directly or indirectly aid or abet, counsel or advise any person to commit the crime of bigamy or polygamy, or any other crime. No person shall be required to attend or support any ministry or place of worship, religious sect or denomination, or pay tithes against his consent; nor shall any preference be given by law to any religious denomination or mode of worship. Bigamy and polygamy are forever prohibited in the state, and the legislature shall provide by law for the punishment of such crimes.

At this point, I think it’s safe to ask the burning question on most people’s minds: Mr. Liberal, what part of “freedom of religion” do you not understand?comment 03

It’s clearly laid out for all the world to see. This law created by the folks in Coeur D’Alene is unconstitutional and illegal, making it null and void. You cannot toss someone in the clink for refusing to do something that goes against their religious beliefs. It’s that simple.

With the clarity of the illegality of the law these ministers are accused of breaking firmly established, why in the world is this still being discussed?

Simple.

ShovingSame-sex marriage has absolutely NOTHING to do with actual marriage. If it did, then homosexuals would be lining up to open up their own chapels and administer these ceremonies themselves, or go to the county courthouse and purchase a license, which they are now legally allowed to do.

No, this is about FORCING the whole world to accept a person’s lifestyle as normal, despite all evidence–including religion, philosophy, and science–saying otherwise. Why would a group of people be trying so hard to make the rest of us believe what they are doing is normal if it wasn’t, in fact, abnormal? It just wouldn’t make sense.

The problem here is that I don’t have to accept anything. I don’t accept the drug addict’s lifestyle of self-destruction, nor that of an adulterer. What makes a homosexual lifestyle any different? If I’m being forced to accept this “alternative way of life” who’s to say we shouldn’t be forced to accept the lifestyle of a pedophile. After all, they can’t help it. They were born that way.

If this were really just about marriage and not forcing the rest of society to accept their sexual preference as “normal,” they would be celebrating all of the victories they’ve been gifted from the Supreme Court and getting hitched in record numbers. They wouldn’t be paying their detractors or those who disagree with their lifestyle any mind. They wouldn’t need to.

The bottom line is that every single American, including the homosexual, is guaranteed the right of freedom of religion. Any law that attempts to force someone to abandon their religious principles or go against their conscience is a violation of this God-given right, and as it is a right protected under the Constitution, any such law is 100 percent invalid.

This is a dangerous time for America. Christians and conservatives across the country need to stand up boldly, loudly, brashly, and demand their rights be protected by pressuring the state of Idaho to declare this ludicrous ordinance unconstitutional. If this is not opposed, I’m afraid that we’ll see bogus laws like this spread like wildfire across the country, and one of the central tenets of our great republic will crumble before our eyes.

This Legislation Would Let Government Take Over U.S. Mortgage Market

http://blog.heritage.org/2014/04/08/legislation-let-government-take-u-s-mortgage-market/

In 2009, Congress used nearly $200 billion to bail out the housing finance companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. These companies are still operating under the direct control of the federal government, and taxpayers are underwriting an even larger share of mortgages now than in 2008. Even worse, the U.S. Senate is poised give us Fannie–Freddie 2.0 in the new housing reform bill that Senators Tim Johnson (D., S.D.) and Mike Crapo (R., Idaho) have released.

BS WARNING BS ALERT

The Johnson-Crapo bill would wind down the government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, but would also replace them with a new government agency that expands the federal government’s grip on the housing market. If the Johnson-Crapo housing bill is adopted, the federal government will have effectively taken over the U.S. mortgage market.
