Lawmaker calls for reform after Feeding Our Future suspect tries to flee amid fraud charges
By Jenna Gloeb – AlphaNews.org – May 30, 2025
“The woman arrested this week has been involved in MDH-licensed businesses for nearly 20 years,” said Rep. Dawn Gillman, warning that the lack of guardrails in Minnesota has created a “nauseating” breeding ground for fraud. A Minnesota lawmaker says the arrest of a woman tied to the Feeding Our Future scandal highlights years of systemic failures and the urgent need for reform in how the state oversees taxpayer-funded care programs. Hibo Daar, 50, was arrested at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport this week as she allegedly tried to flee the country. Prosecutors say she orchestrated a massive fraud through her business, Northside Wellness Center, under the sponsorship of Feeding Our Future — the nonprofit behind the largest COVID-19-related fraud case in U.S. history. Trump Scores Another Legal Win in Lawsuit Against NYT and ‘Washington Compost’ in His Case Against Pulitzer Board and Their Award for Fake News Reporting
President Donald Trump has secured another victory in his ongoing battle against “fake news” and “the Russia collusion hoax.” On Wednesday night, President Trump cheered the news that the Florida Appellate Court “viciously rejected” the defendant’s attempt to halt the case. The suit challenges the legitimacy of the 2018 Pulitzer Prizes awarded to fake news, The New York Times and The Washington Post, for their coverage of the debunked Trump-Russia collusion hoax. The roots of this narrative trace back to July 2020, when the Senate Judiciary Committee released damning documents that debunked the New York Times’s story of the Trump team’s alleged “repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials.” READ MORE

A.F. Branco Cartoon – President Trump signs executive order ending taxpayer money to left-wing biased NPR and PBS. Why should we pay for media that is, for the most part, fake news, with a 90% plus negative reporting on conservatives and President Trump?
In a stunning new development, President Trump has signed a sweeping executive order defunding National Public Radio (NPR) and Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), the Democrats’ taxpayer-funded leftist propaganda machines. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the president previously called on Congress to defund the absurdly dishonest “news” organizations following a House Oversight DOGE subcommittee hearing, which exposed the stations’ already well-known bias and radical content. This includes documentaries about transvestites and transitioning, a documentary about “Racist Trees,” and so-called educational programming for young children, including toddlers, that featured a cross-dressing freak… READ & SEE MORE

National Public Radio Insider Explains How the Organization Went Full-Activist After Trump’s 2016 Election (VIDEO)
By Mike LaChance – April 9, 2024
National Public Radio is a liberal organization. Everyone knows this. What you may not know is that after Trump won the 2016 election, they went from liberal to full-on activist with a mission to damage Trump as much as possible. They pushed the Russia collusion hoax and latched onto Rep. Adam Schiff, giving him another platform to push his lies.
They also famously refused to cover the Hunter Biden laptop story, calling it a non-news story. One insider has come forward to tell all. READ MORE…

SATANIC CULT: Kamala Harris Posts Longer Message For ‘Transgender Day of Visibility’ Than Easter – Doesn’t Mention Christians or Jesus Christ
By Cristina Laia – March 31, 2024
Kamala Harris doubled down after Joe Biden’s blasphemous declaration of ‘Transgender Visibility Day’ on Easter Sunday. “Devout Catholic” Joe Biden also banned any Christian-themed designs from being submitted to the White House’s Easter-themed art contest. This is even though Easter is a Christian holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Kamala Harris on Sunday begrudgingly fired off a ‘happy Easter’ message – but it was a huge miss. READ MORE…

The Walt Disney Company will soon be airing an ad on all of its channels featuring the mother of a trans-identified child lambasting supporters of bills banning genital mutilation surgeries for children and the teaching of LGBT ideology in schools. The mother accuses these Americans of trying to “tear our families apart.”
The LGBT advocacy organization GLAAD released the public service announcement called “Protect Our Families” last week. The 60-second ad profiles the Briggle family, which includes Amber Briggle along with her husband and her two children. The ad focuses on her trans-identified daughter, who now identifies as a boy and goes by the name Max.
The LGBT advocacy group says the video shows that “families with transgender kids are just like any other family: they love their kids unconditionally and simply want the best for them.”
In the video, Briggle discusses Max’s interests as she narrates a background video of her daughter in an effort to persuade those watching the ad that society should support parents who want their children to be given puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, saying a transgender child “is no different than yours.”
“There are some politicians who are trying to tear my family apart, simply because my [daughter] is transgender,” she asserts. “Trans kids don’t have a political agenda. They are just kids. They just want to be left alone.”
CNBC reports that the ad, which does not explicitly mention any legislation, in particular, will air on channels owned by The Walt Disney Company as well as channels owned by Comcast, WarnerMedia and Paramount. The Walt Disney Company has received intense criticism over its outspoken opposition to a Florida parental rights bill recently signed into law by the state’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.
The legislation states that “classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation and gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.” While states including Alabama, Arizona and Arkansas have passed laws banning the prescription of cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers to minors, the Florida law does not include such a provision.
After initially declining to take a position on the Florida bill, Disney, which operates the popular theme park Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, came out hard against the bill after critics derided it as the “Don’t Say Gay” bill. Disney’s opposition to the law that prevents teachers from exposing young children to LGBT ideology, motivated worship artist Sean Feucht to hold a protest in front of Disney’s headquarters in Burbank, California.
Last month, Christopher Rufo of the Manhattan Institute and City Journal released video footage of Disney officials discussing their efforts to incorporate “queerness” and other LGBT ideology into programming directed at children as part of what he described as “Disney’s all-hands meeting about the Florida parental rights bill.”
Briggle, a progressive activist who is running for city council in Denton, Texas, operates a blog titled “Love to the Max.” In an August 2019 blog post, Briggle listed “3 things your child can do to help make middle school better for my trans son.” Accompanying the blog post is a photograph of Max, which identifies the child as a member of the fifth grade graduating class of 2019. This seems to indicate that Briggle’s child is now in eighth grade and is either 13 or 14 years old.
In the blog, she noted that “my sweet [daughter], Max, socially transitioned in 1st grade — changing [her] name and pronouns, but otherwise living life exactly the same (only much, much happier).” In a speech at this year’s GLAAD Media Awards, Briggle said, “We live in Texas, where Gov. [Greg] Abbott issued a directive to investigate parents like my husband, Adam and I for child abuse because we provide Max with the gender-affirming care he needs.”
'I am angry every single day because of the way the world treats my son' — Mom Amber Briggle delivered a tearful speech at the GLAAD Media Awards after being investigated for providing gender-affirming care for her trans son in Texas pic.twitter.com/q4nc6kiP68
Briggle added that Child Protective Services recently visited their home and questioned them. She expressed relief that “a court has barred Texas from investigating parents of trans kids.”
Supporters of legislation banning what LGBT advocates refer to as “gender-affirming care,” including the American College of Pediatricians, warn that puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones can have negative side effects. Side effects of puberty blockers identified by the American College of Pediatricians include “emotional instability” as well as “osteoporosis, mood disorders, seizures, cognitive impairment and, when combined with cross-sex hormones, sterility.”
The medical organization lists “an increased risk of heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, blood clots and cancers across their lifespan” as possible complications of cross-sex hormones.
While supporters of providing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to youth with gender dysphoria maintain that such procedures help improve the children’s mental health, children who underwent some form of gender transition only to regret doing so later insisted that such procedures worsened their mental health.
The newsmagazine program “60 Minutes” profiled a group of “detransitioners” last year, including a male who once identified as female explaining to CBS’ Lesley Stahl that he “had never really been suicidal before until I had my breast augmentation.” He told Stahl that “about a week afterward, I wanted to actually kill myself,” adding: “I had a plan, and I was going to do it but I just kept thinking about my family to stop myself.”
Another detransitioner, who once sought to transition from female to male, developed a “really disturbing sense that, like, a part of my body was missing, almost a ghost limb feeling about being like, there’s something that should be there.”
The world is finally waking up to what we reported a year and a half ago – there is a difference between someone dying “from” COVID and someone dying “with” COVID. The Gateway Pundit first reported this fact back in August 2020. And oddly enough, we even grabbed this information from the CDC website. It was all published there for all to see.
Our Gateway Pundit article received a huge amount of attention as word got out that only 6% of all deaths reported as COVID deaths were strictly due to COVID only. The remaining 94% of the deaths reported as COVID deaths were deaths “with COVID” where those who died had multiple other co-morbidities as well. On average, those who were labeled as dying from COVID had more than two other co-morbidities.
President Trump shared this fact as well as his son Don Jr and many others on Twitter. “6%” was shared all over the Internet. We at TGP were attacked and criticized and “fact-checked” for making the claim that only 6% of COVID deaths died from COVID only, even though the information came directly from the CDC’s site.
Yesterday the Head of the CDC was asked how many people died from COVID and how many with COVID of the reported 836,000 COVID deaths. She didn’t answer.
Asked "how many of the 836,000 deaths in the U.S. linked to Covid are FROM Covid or how many are WITH Covid," CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky says "those data will be forthcoming." pic.twitter.com/JVcFk3aunc

Matthew McConaughey is fed up with Hollywood’s political hypocrisy.
“There are a lot [of people] on that illiberal left that absolutely condescend, patronize, and are arrogant towards the other 50 percent,” he said in a recent conversation with podcast host Russell Brand.
McConaughey noted that most Hollywood actors, directors, and producers’ are quick to criticize the right’s response to the 2020 election, but fall short when compared to their own response to the 2016 election.
“I’m sure you saw it in our industry when Trump was voted in four years ago, they were in denial that was real. Some of them were in absolute denial,” McConaughey said.
“[Now] it looks like Biden’s our guy. Now you’ve got the right that’s in denial, cause their side has fake news. And I understand, they’ve been fed fake news,” McConaughey said. “No one knows what the hell to believe, right? So they’re putting down their last bastion of defense.”
McConaughey also expressed frustration with celebrity campaigns rallying for people to vote. While the actor said that he thinks voting is something many people from both sides of the aisle can get behind, many stars have politicized it beyond simply doing your civic duty, tacking on political messages, or even telling someone who to cast their vote for.
“That’s, you know, part of why so much of the nation, that 50 percent, looks at us in Hollywood like ‘oh yeah, another celebrity over there and the West Coasters and the elite in the Northeast,’ and that’s just because, even from a just a sales point of view, don’t tab that gotcha on the end,” McConaughey said.
Instead of buying into either side of the extreme political polarization, McConaughey encouraged Americans to walk the middle of the road.
“I almost feel like it’s a move to say, ‘Let’s get aggressively centric. I dare you,’” he said.
“I have no plans to do that right now, as I said, that would be up to a lot of other people,”McConaughey said.
“Right now, no,” he continued. “I don’t get politics. Politics seems to be a broken business. Politics needs to redefine its purpose.”

Deputies kill half-brother of black man found hanged in park
Robert Fuller’s half-brother was stopped just north of L.A. by deputies tracking him for numerous alleged crimes including kidnapping and opened fire, authorities said.
The half-brother of a black man found hanged in a Southern California park was killed by Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies Wednesday after, they say, he opened fire on them.
Detectives with the sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit were tracking a man who was wanted for kidnapping, spousal assault and assault with a deadly weapon but when they tried to stop his car, he opened the door and began shooting, authorities said.

The media mob and leaders in the Democratic Party continue to desperately blame President Trump and his administration for the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic that emerged from China earlier this year; conveniently ignoring their early botched reporting, misrepresentations, and outright negligence during the impeachment trial and a series of national televised debates.

“Be more concerned about the flu”
Co-host WHIT JOHNSON: Quickly give us some perspective on this as people are taking in this information. Because we’re talking about what’s happening in China and here in the US, but still thousands of people have died in the US from the flu.
DR. JENNIFER ASHTON: Exactly. That’s a key perspective and so is history. So again, it’s evolving. It’s dynamic. We are learning as we go. The CDC flu estimates just out yesterday, an estimated 15 million flu cases and 8,200 deaths. People should be more concerned right now with the flu in this country.

How worried should the average American be, given the flu numbers, when it comes to coronavirus? Dr. JENNIFER CAUDLE: The risk in the country is still low. That is the risk. That’s one of the reasons why the CDC does not recommend wearing masks, for example….The risk is low. The risk, however, for the flu is through the roof.

“I want all New Yorkers to know we are prepared and continue to take all necessary steps to keep people informed and safe,” Governor Cuomo said. “I have directed the Department of Health and other state agencies to continue working closely with the CDC, the World Health Organization.
January 28, 2020
“While we continue to closely monitor the spread of this novel coronavirus, I have directed our Department of Health to continue communicating with and providing updates to our local communities, healthcare providers, colleges, universities and New York companies with locations or business interests in China,” Governor Cuomo said. “My message to New Yorkers is: take this coronavirus seriously, take proper precautions, stay informed.
January 30, 2020
“New York does not have one single confirmed case of the novel coronavirus, but we are taking every necessary precaution to protect against its spread into our state. We have been here before,” Governor Cuomo said. “I am urging New Yorkers to take basic precautions against the flu, such as regular hand washing and avoiding close contact with people who are sick. These measures will also help people avoid coming in contact with the novel coronavirus.”
February 2, 2020
“Thank you very much Doctor. So the long and the short of it is the federal government has mandated certain actions. We are implementing those actions. Before the federal government announced anything, we were very diligent. We take situations like this very seriously. We understand the density of New York, the complexity of New York. Whatever happens internationally, it winds up at our doorstep relatively quickly. So, we have seen situations like this before. We are very proactive. I don’t take anything for granted. Precaution is always the best practice. Preparedness is always the best practice, and that is what we do here in New York. At the same time, we have to keep this in perspective. But also feel confident that our Health Department and this administration are prepared and ready… There is no reason to have an inordinate amount of fear… Take every one seriously, but don’t have an overly anxious reaction to any one situation.”
February 7, 2020
“Governor Cuomo: Well said, Commissioner. And just as the Commissioner said, yesterday we were contacted by the federal department of HHS and CDC on the cruise ship that was coming into the New York Harbor. There have been no confirmed cases of coronavirus on that cruise ship. Four people are being tested, but there were no confirmed cases and we’re working with them on that. And just to reiterate what the Commissioner, there are no confirmed cases of coronavirus in New York thus far. We would expect as time goes on that we will find a case of Coronavirus if you look at the spread of it around the world, we would expect that and we are prepared for that. We have taken a lot of time to put protocols in place and quarantine procedures, et cetera. But again, I understand the fear. We went through this before: Zika virus, Ebola, et cetera. Let me turn it over to Rick Cotton, who is the Executive Director of the Port Authority, who can speak about the Coronavirus and how it’s affecting flights, et cetera.”
February 10, 2020
“We are continuing to take every necessary precaution to protect New Yorkers from this virus,” Governor Cuomo said. “While there are still no confirmed cases of the virus in New York State, I urge everyone to continue to take commonsense precautions, such as regular hand washing and avoiding close contact with people who are sick.”
February 26, 2020
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced a $40 million appropriation for the New York State Department of Health to hire additional staff, procure equipment… But let’s have some connection to the reality of the situation, and as the doctor said, catching the flu right now is a much greater risk than anything that has anything to do with Coronavirusand any other resources necessary to respond to the potential novel coronavirus pandemic
“I have said before that it is highly probable that you will see a continuing spread of this virus. It is highly probable that we will have people in New York State that test positive. New York is the front door internationally. We have people coming here from across the world. We see how it is spreading and affecting different countries – Italy recently – and that will continue. Again, I think it is highly probable and no one should be surprised when we have positive cases in New York.”
“As a matter of perspective, you take in one of these situations very seriously, and that’s what government should do. Whether it’s SARS or Ebola or Zika or Legionnaire’s, we took every moment very seriously. If you prepare correctly, you’ll have less of an issue when or if a situation develops into something that is more problematic. I was at the Jewish Community Center this past Sunday. It was a bomb threat – an email bomb threat – something I heard when I was in the federal government in emergency management, they said, “The threat that you don’t take seriously is the one that becomes serious.” So we take every situation like this seriously and we prepare for it, but from a public point of view, I want to keep the perspective right. Yes, we’re preparing, but this situation is not a situation that should cause undue fear among people. Yes, it is a serious illness, has a higher mortality rate than the flu, et cetera, but not like some of these situations. We had 17,000 people in the State of New York last week that had the flu – 17,000. So we’ve dealt with situations like this in the past and we’ll deal with it again.”
February 28, 2020
“Well, that’s all you can ask. Let’s talk about this because you’re right. It is balance and what we say is important because you don’t want to panic people, but you don’t want people to think you’re not telling the truth either, right or government is misinformed or taking it lightly. And I’ve spent a lot of time on this and I’m going to spend more time on it. It’s number one on my list. It is exactly what you said. It is preparedness. No expert can tell you what the trajectory is. None of them. There are scenarios. Some are the simpler situation, it’s seasonal, it works its way out. And remember, we’ve gone through this before. Ebola, Zika, West Nile, Legionnaires disease, H1N1.”
“Now this has a higher mortality rate than the flu. But it’s not Ebola either right. It’s not that contracting it is a very high probability of mortality. But if you take the worst case scenarios they are problematic and they are disruptive. And
I talked to the Vice President yesterday, Pence, who the President put in charge of it. And I saw the President on a press conference and they said, “Why did you put the Vice President when you had the Health and Human Services Secretary.” This is not going to be a Health and Human Services agency function. To be prepared, you have to mobilize multiple systems, right. Just start to run the video tape in your mind. People are coming in to the airport at JFK. They’re coming from a place that may have the virus. You now have more countries that have the virus. So more people are coming in.”

The positive test was confirmed by New York’s Wadsworth Lab in Albany, underscoring the importance of the ability for our state to ensure efficient and rapid turnaround, and is exactly why I advocated for the approval from Vice President Pence that New York was granted just yesterday.
March 2, 2020
Anthony Mason: Governor, how effective do you expect that test to be? Do you have enough? Will you have enough? You have to be prepared for it and being prepared, Jay, is not as easy as it sounds, right… This evening we learned of the first positive case of novel coronavirus —or COVID-19 — in New York State. There is no cause for surprise — this was expected. As I said from the beginning, it was a matter of when, not if there would be a positive case of novel coronavirus in New York There is no reason for undue anxiety — the general risk remains low in New York. We are diligently managing this situation and will continue to provide information as it becomes available.”
Governor Cuomo: Good question. We just got the federal authority to do the testing, and we are now going to scale up very, very quickly. So, we’ll have the ability to test and, again, in this quote, unquote, containment phase. It’s about the detection and then the isolation and it’s the mobilization of the health care system more than anything. Beyond that, it’s a communication issue to people, you know. We want to have a healthy diligence about this issue, but we don’t want an unnecessary anxiety and we don’t want people overreacting. So that’s what this is really about to me.
Tony Dokoupil: Can you confirm that she lives in Manhattan? If that is the case, have you rule ruled out the possibility of something like we saw in China, where a city or region is sealed off as a containment method?
Governor Cuomo: .
Again, this is not — by the way, Ebola was much more frightening than this issue. We’ve gone
through viruses that are frankly more frightening than this, so we need a little context for all of this, a little perspective. We have to treat it. We have to be serious, but the fear, in my opinion, is outpacing reason at this point.
“Also, we’re extrapolating from what happened in China and other countries. We have the best healthcare system in the world here. And excuse our arrogance as New Yorkers, I speak for the Mayor also on this one. We are fully coordinated, we are fully mobilized, this is all about mobilization of a public health
system. Getting the testing done, getting the information out and then having the healthcare resources to treat people who are going to need help. Again, that is going to be primarily senior citizens, people who are debilitated. And we’re going to have a special effort for our nursing homes, et cetera, congregate facilities where senior citizens are being treated.”
She does live in Manhattan. She is isolated in her apartment and there’s no cause to do anything but that. We think we have the best healthcare system on the planet right here in New York. So, when you’re saying what happened in other countries vs. what happened here, we don’t even think it’s going to be as bad as it was in other countries.
Brooke Baldwin: I know a lot of New Yorkers are hanging on your every word, we live on top of each other, we’re on trains, the concern, you say there will be more community spread. Of course the concern is what do you do when you’re living in New York City? Just quickly, your advice.
Governor Cuomo: You live your life. Yes, you take extra precautions, hand sanitizer, etcetera, but we have 15,000 people in New York in hospitals today, Brooke. Fifteen thousand, for the flu. That’s the normal flu. Are you going to see this virus spread? Yes, and this obsession of one case, one case, new case, new case – you will see dozens and dozens and dozens of cases. That is going to happen.
“So, it’s really important for New Yorkers to understand that based on what we know right now, But we do want people to take the same basic precautions we often urge – to be mindful of just basic hygiene steps like washing your hands frequently and obviously to be mindful if there is any scenario where you might have had prolonged contact with someone who has this disease.”
….
“Yes people should enjoy them as they always are, but this is a situation of individual vigilance. If someone has these symptoms, and might have a connection back to Wuhan take it seriously, and act on it, just get to a medical professional right away. I think we are hoping and praying that’s very few people, we’d be shocked if that’s no one, honestly, we do think we’ll see some cases here, but the faster people get to a medical professional, the greater likelihood this would be contained.”

DON LEMON, CNN HOST

The first US case of Chinese coronavirus was confirmed at one of her hospitals
After the George Zimmerman Hoax failed, after it was discovered that a white man had not hunted down and murdered a black teen (Zimmerman is Hispanic and a jury ruled he killed in self-defense), the fake news media moved on to the Hands-Up-Don’t-Shoot Hoax, which was led primarily by far-left CNN and the far-left Washington Post.
The lies and hate spread by the corporate media resulted in multiple nights of rioting in the working class, predominantly black city of Ferguson, Missouri. Then, like a plague of locusts, and apparently under the impression the city doesn’t already have enough problems, CNN moved on to Baltimore.
The reason the media’s coronavirus lies remind me of the CNN Race Riots of 2014 is because This Matters.
What I mean by that is that George Zimmerman, Ferguson, and Baltimore mattered. This was our malevolent media behaving exactly like a Bond villain: pushing a political agenda and looking to juice ratings at the expense of real people. Zimmerman, an innocent man, had his life and reputation ruined. The homes and businesses destroyed by those race riots are homes and businesses owned by everyday Americans, not the wealthy and certainly not CNN chief Jeff Zucker or anti-Trump activist Jake Tapper, whose fancy homes are miles away from the devastation they caused.
You see, as awful as the media have been over the last three years, the Russia Hoax and the Impeachment Hoax were D.C. food fights. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t collateral damage or that innocent people weren’t hurt — like President Trump and his family — but politics is politics. You know the risks going in…
Coronavirus is not a D.C. food fight. Like the CNN Race Riots of 2014, it affects everyday people: we have shut down our economy. The stock market is going insane. People are scared, worried, stressed, and have reason to be. Even if you remove the fear of the virus, no one can escape the fear of the panic, and the media’s blatant lies are only adding to this uncertainty and fear — and are doing so by design.
And for what? To what end..? Well, for the exact same reasons the media ginned up those race riots: a depraved indifference to human life driven by nothing more than a political agenda and the naked greed that comes with ratings and clicks.
Don’t believe me?
Here’s the evidence…
All the media’s coronavirus lies….
Keep in mind, these are not mistakes. Mistakes are random. Mistakes fall both ways. Our fake news media’s “mistakes” fall only one way — in the direction of ginning up panic in our streets and hatred of Trump and his supporters, who have already paid a very heavy price.
As you read this list, no matter what you do, do not call the media the enemy of the people … because that would be wrong.
Trump Told Governors to Get Their Own Goddamned Ventilators!
Now that the media can no longer attack Trump over the coronavirus testing (as you’ll see below), we’ve moved to ventilators. “Ventilators” is the new Katrina, the new metric with which to beat Trump senseless… So naturally, the media are going to lie shamelessly, which is exactly what they are doing, even as I write these words:
At least eight New York Times authors shared a deceptively edited quote Monday from President Donald Trump’s recent call with state governors, creating the false impression that the president is denying federal support for ventilators that are needed in hospitals treating coronavirus patients.
In his message, the president recommended that states procure respirators and ventilators because it would be faster — but added that the federal government “will be backing you.”
The Times journalists omitted the bulk of the president’s statement as they shared the story on social media. The misleading, partial quote was also boosted by a CNN correspondent and became the lead headline at the left-wing Huffington Post.
Despite growing online backlash to this misinformation, the journalists have yet to delete or retract their comments.
Here’s the president’s full quote:
Respirators, ventilators, all of the equipment — try getting it yourselves. We will be backing you, but try getting it yourselves. Point of sales, much better, much more direct if you can get it yourself.
He’s telling the governors, Do what you can while we do what we can do. This is excellent advice the liars at the far-left New York Times are deliberately twisting to cause panic, to tell the public the president doesn’t care.
Trump Seeks Monopoly on Coronavirus Vaccine
What better way to increase the world’s hatred of America, everyone’s hatred of Trump, and cause even more illegal aliens to crash into our country (seeking a vaccine) than to spread the fake news the American president is looking to monopolize any potential coronavirus vaccine?
But that is exactly what Reuters, The Guardian, Business Insider, and staffers at the New York Times and MSNBC did.
This lie doesn’t even make sense.
What good would it do America to corner the market on a vaccine? It costs us nothing to share the information so other countries can create their own vaccine. What good does it do the U.S. to sit around and watch everyone else die?
Nationwide Curfew!
Good ol’ Jim Sciutto, one of the most infamous liars in the country, a former Obama official hired by the serial liars at CNN to serial lie.
“New: There are active discussions within the Trump administration to encourage a possible ‘curfew’ across the nation in which non-essential businesses would have to close by a certain time each night,” Sciutto wrote on social media, citing “CNN reporting.”
It’s not true. And unless you’re looking to sow panic, it also makes no sense. What good would a curfew do, most especially a nationwide curfew? Does the virus only strike at night? There are reports Patient Zero ate a bat.
Maybe it was a vampire bat!
Trump Lied About the Google Website
“Google says it’s not publishing a national-scale coronavirus site,” CNN anti-Trump activist Jake Tapper tweeted to his 2.3 million Twitter followers last week.
He linked to a CNN story with the headline, “Google says it’s not publishing a national-scale coronavirus site anytime soon.” This was a story that smeared Trump as a liar for announcing Google will be building a national-scale coronavirus website.
The original and very fake CNN story can be found here.
Here’s the opener:
Google will not be publishing a national-scale website for coronavirus testing anytime soon, contrary to claims made by President Donald Trump during a Friday news conference.
Instead, a health-focused subsidiary owned by Google’s parent company, Alphabet, intends to launch a small-scale website next week to begin to triage California-based patients. The website will aim to serve a broader population only “over time” — not “very quickly,” as Trump said.
“What we’re building is a triage tool that will live on ProjectBaseline.com, and we plan to pilot it in California next week,” said Carolyn Wang, a spokesperson for the Alphabet subsidiary, Verily.
Here’s the Google Search screencap which captured CNN’s lie:
But now, if you click on that Google link, the CNN story says the exact opposite of what the original story said. Here’s the new headline and opener:
Google will partner with US government to develop a nationwide coronavirus website, company says
Google now says it is working with the government on the creation of a national website containing information about coronavirus symptoms and testing information.
“Google is partnering with the US Government in developing a national website that includes information about COVID-19 symptoms, risk and testing information,” the company said in a series of tweets Saturday evening.
The company did not give a time frame of when such a website would be up and running.
On Friday after the President said Google was helping to develop a website and it would be available soon, the company declined to say it would be publishing a national-scale website for coronavirus testing anytime soon.
Naturally, there is no editor’s note informing readers the original story was a lie or has been retracted or updated, which is highly unethical.
CNN spread a bald-faced lie to undermine the president, got caught, and did everything in its malevolent power to cover that lie up.
Trump Shut Down the CDC’s Pandemic Department!
Do I even need to point out how virulent and widespread this talking point has been?
No, the White House didn’t ‘dissolve’ its pandemic response office. I was there.
It has been alleged by multiple officials of the Obama administration, including in The Post, that the president and his then-national security adviser, John Bolton, “dissolved the office” at the White House in charge of pandemic preparedness. Because I led the very directorate assigned that mission, the counterproliferation and biodefense office, for a year and then handed it off to another official who still holds the post, I know the charge is specious.
…
It is true that the Trump administration has seen fit to shrink the NSC staff. But the bloat that occurred under the previous administration clearly needed a correction. Defense Secretary Robert Gates, congressional oversight committees and members of the Obama administration itself all agreed the NSC was too large and too operationally focused (a departure from its traditional role coordinating executive branch activity). As The Post reported in 2015, from the Clinton administration to the Obama administration’s second term, the NSC’s staff “had quadrupled in size, to nearly 400 people.” That is why Trump began streamlining the NSC staff in 2017.
The reduction of force in the NSC has continued since I departed the White House. But it has left the biodefense staff unaffected[.]
…
It is this reorganization that critics have misconstrued or intentionally misrepresented. If anything, the combined directorate was stronger because related expertise could be commingled.
In other words, it wasn’t dissolved, it was streamlined.
Trump Declared the Coronavirus a Hoax!
This desperate lie, launched by the far-left Politico, was quickly debunked by fact-checkers, including the far-left Washington Post. That’s how big of a lie it is — the Washington Post conceded it was a lie.
Calling the Wuhan Virus the ‘Wuhan Virus’ Is Racist
As has already been exhaustively pointed out, the naming of a virus or disease after a location — including a lily-white location like Lyme, Connecticut — is just how it’s done and has been done forever.
But now it’s racist, even though the very same media declaring it racist is the very same media that first called it the “Chinese Virus” or the “Wuhan Virus,” or some variation thereof.
Here’s a pretty comprehensive list that’s been floating around. There are probably more examples, but this more than makes the point:
“Japan and Thailand Confirm New Cases of Chinese Coronavirus,” The New York Times, 1/15/20
“The CDC and Homeland Security begin screening for Chinese Coronavirus at three major US airports as outbreak spreads in Asia,” CNBC, 1/17/20
“Vaccine for new Chinese coronavirus in the works,” CNN, 1/20/20
“First U.S. case of potentially deadly Chinese coronavirus confirmed in Washington state,” Washington Post, 1/21/20
“Chinese coronavirus outbreak has reached U.S. shores, CDC says,” Los Angeles Times, 1/21/20
“The First Case Of The Chinese Coronavirus Has Hit The US, CDC Reports,” Buzzfeed, 1/21/20
“First case of Chinese coronavirus confirmed in Washington state,” NBC’s Today Show, 1/24/20
“Chinese coronavirus infections, death toll soar as fifth case is confirmed in U.S.,” Washington Post, 1/26/20
“Japan confirms case of new Chinese virus, spread is ‘concerning,’” Reuters, 1/15/20
“How the Chinese virus outbreak impacts Lunar New Year travel,” National Geographic, 1/24/20
“China coronavirus ‘spreads before symptoms show,’” BBC, 1/26/20
“Over a thousand ‘likely’ infected by Wuhan virus in China: Study,” Al Jazeera, 1/18/20
To sum this up, the fake news media floods these words and terms into the American lexicon, and then sanctimoniously turns around and attacks those who repeat them as racist.
Trump Blocked Testing Because Lower Numbers are Good for His Reelection
This lie arrives courtesy of the welfare queens at NPR and a Newsweek staffer’s hysterical amplification that has been retweeted almost a quarter-million times.
And once again, I ask, how does this makes any sense?
In the face of the facts, Trump is doing back-flips to start testing. What’s more, how does not testing benefit his re-election chances? It’s not as if people who test positive won’t eventually become symptomatic.
This is not just a lie (no other media outlet has confirmed it, which means even CNN couldn’t find a lying source that has lied to them so many times before to lie about this one), it’s by far the stupidest lie on this list.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said Tuesday that the blame for the slow pace of testing for coronavirus in the U.S. does not lie with either President Trump or the CDC.
Fauci told Hugh Hewitt on “The Hugh Hewitt” show that a “technical glitch” resulted in the delay in production of usable tests in the U.S., something Fauci prescribed to random error.
…
“This has nothing to do with anybody’s fault, certainly not the president’s fault.”
11. Trump Silenced Dr. Fauci
This lie spread like wildfire before Fauci himself was given a chance to tell the truth.
We are plagued with a dishonest, unreliable, unserious, dangerous media, driven only by political calculation and naked greed.
The media are so evil and indecent, even a pandemic can’t cure them.

ABC News allowed Hunter Biden to get away with the claim he did not make “one cent” from his company’s mega-deal with a Chinese bank that is a subsidiary of the Chinese government — when its own past reporting has said just the opposite.
During the sit-down interview, ABC’s Amy Robach set up the segment about Hunter’s China deal with the background on President Trump’s desire to look into Hunter’s shady $1.5 billion — with a “B” — deal with the Chinese bank (starts at around 5:03)::
ROBACH: Also on Trump’s list of accusations against Hunter Biden: that Hunter flew on Air Force Two with his father during an official government trip to China in 2013, leveraging that connection for financial gain in an investment deal with Chinese businessman Jonathan Li.
What Robach’s question omitted is that the deal was not just with an individual businessman but with the Bank of China — a subsidiary of the Chinese government itself.
She then asks Hunter directly:
ROBACH: The president has repeatedly said you have received $1.5 billion, despite no experience and for no apparent reason. Obviously fact checkers have said that that is not true.
HUNTER: This literally has no basis in fact in any way.
ROBACH: Have you received any money from that business dealing?
HUNTER: No.
ROBACH: At all?
HUNTER: Not one cent.
ROBACH: Definitely not 1.5 billion.
HUNTER: It’s crazy. They feel as though they have the license to go out and say whatever they want.
Hunter is then allowed to trash Trump and his family as liars while Robach, who has just lauded fact checkers and their fact checking, says nothing about the fact that — and this is important — according to her own network’s reporting, and Hunter’s own attorney, Hunter has a ten percent stake in BHR, the company that made that mammoth $1.5 billion China deal.
Just a few months ago, ABC aired an in-depth report on Hunter’s shady business dealings that included this nugget (starts at about the 2:00 minute mark):
This video shows Chinese diplomats greeting Vice President Biden as he arrives in Beijing in December of 2013. Right by his side? His son Hunter. Less than two weeks later, Hunter’s firm had new business, creating an investment fund in China, involving the government controlled Bank of China, with reports they hopes to raise $1.5 billion. Hunter still plays a role in the fund. His lawyer says his stake is worth about half a million dollars.
Where was Robach’s followup question? Where was her oh-so-vital fact checking? Why did she let him get away with saying “not one cent” when her own network reported just a few months ago that he had equity in the firm that made a massive $1.5 billion deal?
Obviously, Hunter is playing a semantic game with that “not one cent” comment. Hunter’s attorney appears to do the same in a statement he released just two days ago, on October 13, 2019:
Hunter neither played a role in the formation or licensure of the company, nor owned any equity in it while his father was Vice President. He served only as a member of its board of directors, which he joined based on his interest in seeking ways to bring Chinese capital to international markets. It was an unpaid position.
…
To date, Hunter has not received any compensation for being on BHR’s board of directors. He has not received any return on his investment; there have been no distributions to BHR shareholders since Hunter obtained his equity interest.
So Hunter hasn’t “received” “one cent” because there has been no payout to investors. There was no direct commission for that deal, which dum-dums would obviously suspect like he’s a bottom-run sales rep. But here’s the rub, according to no less than FactCheck.org: Hunter might not have been paid “one cent” yet, but he is still could be looking at an eventual payoff that hits the $20 million mark:
[Hunter’s lawyer George] Mesires told the New York Times that while Hunter Biden now has a 10% stake in BHR, which he acquired through a company he created named Skaneateles LLC, “there have been no distributions to the shareholders since Hunter has been an equity owner.”
But that doesn’t mean Biden won’t eventually make millions from the deal. Steven Kaplan, who conducts research on issues in private equity, venture capital, entrepreneurial finance, corporate governance and corporate finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, told us that a private equity fund with $2 billion under management will typically generate fees over its life of hundreds of millions of dollars.
“It is difficult to imagine, if not incomprehensible, that a 10% stake in those economics is worth only $420K,” Kaplan told us via email. “The distinction they appear to be making is they capitalized the management company with $4.2 M even if the fund manages $2 B. The value of that management company is likely far in excess of $4.2 M if they are managing $2 B.”
Kaplan pointed to two large publicly traded private equity firms for reference, both of which have a market value of about 10% of the assets under their management. Using that as a rough guide, that would put the value of Hunter Biden’s share closer to $20 million, he said.
Basically, it looks as though Hunter claiming not have made one cent off the China deal is like a CEO claiming he was not paid one cent to run a company because his compensation came from stocks or bars of gold or pearls or the gift of a home. But the fact is this: any deal that increases the value of the company that Hunter Biden has a stake in — and a $1.5 billion deal with a bank owned by one of the world’s biggest economies does just that — is a deal where Hunter Biden has a financial interest.
Maybe ABC will reveal Hunter’s semantic dishonesty when the rest of the interview airs later tonight. Maybe Robach will ask him what he has “earned” or “gained” as a result of the deal, rather than “received.” If not, it is a gross dereliction of duty on the network’s part. And all of this comes just one day after ABC was caught presenting 2014 video from a Kentucky gun range as video of Turkish military operation against the Kurds.

The New York Times is the Democrat party propaganda of record with news fit to damage Trump and the Republicans and are smearing Justice Kavanaugh again.
A.F. CNN was trying to come down on their favorite target President Trump by claiming he mishandled classified information. The Fake News Network then went on to say that Trump’s actions led to the extraction of a spy within the Russian Government. The CIA saw CNN’s lies and publically berated them as they were wrong on multiple levels.
“CNN’s narrative that the Central Intelligence Agency makes life-or-death decisions based on anything other than objective analysis and sound collection is simply false,”CIA Director for Public Affairs Brittany Bramell said in the agency’s statement.
Bramwell continued: “Misguided speculation that the President’s handling of our nation’s most sensitive intelligence — which he has access to each and every day — drove an alleged exfiltration operation is inaccurate.”
Watch The Clip Below.
The New York Times also contradicted CNN explaining that if anyone was responsible it was the media not the Trump Administration.
“Former intelligence officials said there was no public evidence that Mr. Trump directly endangered the source, and other current American officials insisted that media scrutiny of the agency’s sources alone was the impetus for the extraction.”
“The government had indicated that the source existed long before Mr. Trump took office, first in formally accusing Russia of interference in October 2016 and then when intelligence officials declassified parts of their assessment about the interference campaign for public release in January 2017. News agencies, including NBC, began reporting around that time about Mr. Putin’s involvement in the election sabotage and on the C.I.A.’s possible sources for the assessment.”
CNN’s latest slight was not only inaccurate it was also reckless.
“In their fervor to blame President Trump for mishandling classified information, CNN potentially risked lives,” a source familiar with the matter told The Daily Wire. “They had multiple on-the-record quotes from Administration officials telling them. Their story was not only wrong, but irresponsible and dangerous, and CNN decided to run with it anyway.”
So CNN in an effort to bash Trump endangered American intelligence agents. Maybe it’s time for CNN to rethink what they report as their fake news is starting to become life-threatening.
Stephanopoulos interviews President Trump on a Hypothetical situation involving foreign oppo-research, and now the left is in fake outraged mode again, not having a problem with Hillary’s collusion with Russia and the Steele dossier.

CNN is desperate to save face, or cover their ass. Either way, they’ve done the unthinkable.
Honestly, I’d love to be a fly on the wall when CNN told staffers a conservative was coming on board. Ironically, CNN felt the need to make this drastic change before heading into the 2020 election, after spending two years basically bragging about their left-bias. It’s an interesting strategy to say the least.

The hiring, first reported by Politico, is unusual for a number of reasons. Isgur hasn’t worked in journalism, and has no experience managing a TV news operation. She has spent the bulk of her career as a Republican advocate, working in behalf of such candidates as Mitt Romney, Ted Cruz and Carly Fiorina and the Republican National Committee.
Most recently she was the spokeswoman for the Justice Department, under Attorney General Jeff Sessions, whom Trump forced out in November.
Is the Trump Hate Wearing Thin?
The Leftist media has been a problem for Republicans for a long time. However, since Trump’s campaign, CNN has become the foremost offender, spreading a false narrative at every turn. Even when Trump successes are undeniable, CNN looks for a way to ignore the triumph or give someone else the credit.
The most laughable attempt happens when CNN pretends Obama’s actions created Trump’s economy. Of course, anyone with a brain the size of a marble knows Obama destroyed our economy. And Trump more than restored it.
Yet, CNN repeatedly feeds viewers a negative narrative about Donald Trump. But unlike other presidents, Trump tackles the criticism head-on.
Tense White House Coverage
CNN’s White House coverage is inexplicably dramatic. No one can forget the moment Jim Acosta’s gross misconduct led to suspended press credentials. Acosta thought his behavior would be overlooked, but my grandfather used to have a saying. “Don’t take a knife to a gun-fight,” which is exactly what Acosta did when he challenged Donald Trump.
Even though Acosta’s credentials were restored, Trump quickly put measures in place to permanently rid the White House of Acosta’s biased coverage.
But even when CNN is called out for spreading vicious lies, they don’t care. In fact, CNN’s Jeff Zucker once bragged that insults from Donald Trump boost ratings.
CNN didn’t make the Top Ten networks in primetime viewers for the week of March 6, according to the latest report from Nielsen Media Research.
It was the first time CNN felt the consequences of their shoddy reporting. Kevin went on to write:
Sure all presidents create news, but nobody does it better than Trump.
Even when the president blasts CNN as “fake news” in their ongoing feud, that’s news. And as President Trump proves, putting the network on blast has bad consequences…for the offending network.
In the latest Neilsen rankings, CNN ranked No. 11 in total prime time viewers, losing to No. 3 ranked MSNBC for the 7th week in a row. The top five networks in prime time were Fox News, ESPN, MSNBC, HGTV, and Discovery, respectively.
Speaking to the Wall Street Journal recently, Zucker admitted that critics accusing the network of mainstream media liberal bias were accurate. He commented that this year CNN has been striving to make changes to be more fair and balanced.
“I think it was a legitimate criticism of CNN that it was a little too liberal…We have added many more middle-of-the-road conservative voices to an already strong stable of liberal voices.”
Apparently, CNN no longer boasts about their disdain for President Trump. I suspect you will see Zucker fall on the sword a few more times this year before his fate finally sinks in.
We expected the tide at CNN to start turning once ratings plummeted.
But apparently they needed an entire year for it to fully sink in. The mainstream media is no longer held in high regard. Instead, the network is the butt of many jokes.
As for Acosta, he can barely say White House without crying. Just last week, he was on air, whining about the supporters of Donald Trump. Apparently, he claimed his life was in jeopardy. Of course, that too was #FakeNews.
Obviously Acosta isn’t the only CNN offender.
We could write ten chapters on Don Lemon and his scandalous stupidity. But in the interest of time, let’s just say Lemon doesn’t ever give the President the benefit of the doubt. He takes every possible opportunity to jab the president, sometimes storming off stage in a fit a drama queen rage.
I’m guessing these antics are no longer enough to fuel ratings at CNN. The public is growing tired of the mainstream media bias. Thus, CNN was forced to take drastic measures. Now, with Isgur on board, CNN’s narrative will be forced to include a more balanced perspective.
It’s a sad day when offering the truth is considered drastic, but CNN didn’t earn the #FakeNews moniker for their honesty. It will be refreshing, or at least entertaining, to see what happens when a conservative shakes things up.
ABC, CNN, NPR, CBS, NBC, and PBS like birds of a feather flocking together, parroting the same Fake News stories such as Covington Catholic kids, Trump told Cohen to lie, and Trump is a Russian Agent.
A.F. Branco has taken his two greatest passions, (art and politics) and translated them into the cartoons that have been seen all over the country, in various news outlets including “Fox News”, MSNBC, CBS, ABC and “The Washington Post.” He has been recognized by such personalities as James Woods, Sarah Palin, Larry Elder, Lars Larson, and even the great El Rushbo.
What do reporters look like before they become jaded and conformist? Like this guy, reporting the facts on the ground. But could honesty like this endanger his job? Media bias isn’t about what you TELL people, it’s also about the details you carefully ignore. A good example of that is how the media outrage over children being ‘snatched from mother’s arms’at the border began in response to a single photo pushed by an Obama insider.
It was that photo of children sleeping in a glorified kennel. One problem — it was taken whileObama was in office. And yet, somehow, Trump got to be the lightning rod for the angry media outrage, and the politicians on the Left… how convenient for them.
Here we have a reporter walking among the migrants in the Caravan making political waves in Tijuana which unexpectedly broke out into what Rush calls a ‘random act of journalism’.
One part of it is just fine, from the perspective of that well-worn ‘sweet immigrants hoping for a better life’ narrative. He shows the audience that yes, indeed, there are women and children present. But he keeps on talking.
The plot twist is that he doesn’t stop there and leave us with an impression that it’s JUST women or children. Or even that it’s MOSTLY women and children. He plays it pretty straight up when he admits that it is also true that most of the people in this group are neither women nor children, but are, in fact, adult males.
We’re not seeing impoverished women, children and the aged fleeing some war-torn hellhole. We’re seeing men making a play to climb the social ladder and get a better income. We can’t blame them for wanting a shot at the American Dream but that does NOT meet any criterion of seeking ‘asylum’.
Will this honest reporter get sat down and have the business side of journalism explained to him? Will he out on his ear? Or will his next assignment be somewhere in the Antarctic reporting on the condition of polar ice sheets?
The New York Times published an opinionated hit piece against President Donald Trump on Wednesday, but what else is new?
The anonymously written op-ed article, titled “I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration,” was purportedly penned by a “senior official” in Trump’s administration. It asserted that a collection of other “senior officials” are part of a broader, right-leaning “resistance” inside the administration that is “thwarting” the president’s “misguided impulses” to save the country from Trump’s petty recklessness.
This, even as the supposed “senior official” author admitted that many of Trump’s policies “have already made America safer and more prosperous,” though the author insisted that was the case in spite of, and not because of, Trump himself.

Unsurprisingly, the op-ed sparked plenty of controversy and outrage on all sides and provoked conspiratorial conversations about exactly who this anonymous “senior official” is.
Using clues such as linguistic mannerisms and specific words contained within the article, guesses have ranged from Vice President Mike Pence to a number of different cabinet-level officials to other truly “senior” officials in the top tier of the administration’s several agencies and departments.
But if Trump’s White House has engaged in a “witch hunt” of its own to identify the anonymous author of The Times’ hit piece, an op-ed in Townhall suggested the hunters avert their gaze from the cabinet and top tier of the administration and search a little bit lower on the totem pole to find the potentially seditious insider.
That Townhall piece noted that The Times has a history of inflating and over-exaggerating the stature or seniority of its anonymous sources from within the government, and pointed to a rather glaring example of the practice that occurred in 2011.

At that time, the explosive growth in natural gas energy production was gaining steam in large part because of technological progress in a new method of drilling known as hydraulic fracturing. Better known as “fracking,” it was widely opposed by the left, to include the Obama administration and its liberal mouthpieces at The Times.
A writer for The Times published a series of anti-fracking articles in the paper, one of which anonymously cited emails from three “senior” insiders — an energy industry analyst, a federal analyst and a senior administration official — who were all opposed to the shale energy boom and the industry’s methods used to extract it.
A Senate investigation into the matter determined that the emails had all originated in the federal government’s Energy Information Agency, and even better than that, all the emails from the three “different” sources had actually come from just one person employed by the EIA.
On top of that, the one EIA employee was nowhere close to truly being a “senior” official of any sort. At the time he wrote the first email quoted by The Times, he was actually an intern with the EIA. He had been promoted one rung on the ladder to be an entry-level analyst when he wrote the others.
A deeper dive into that particular scandal was well documented in a 2011 article published by Energy In Depth, including a look at how harshly The Times’ own ombudsman judged the newspaper’s product.

There’s no way of knowing who The Times’ source is in this case, but history suggests the possibility that The Times has similarly exaggerated or inflated the seniority of this anti-Trump “senior official” who is part of a resistance movement inside Trump’s own administration.
The Times editors — who stated in an introduction to the op-ed that they know who the author is — have refused to reveal that individual’s identity, ostensibly to protect the writer from potential blowback or career-ending punishment.
Perhaps just as likely is that they are protecting that person’s identity because it will be quite embarrassing for them if it is revealed that the “senior” official is in actuality some Trump-hating mid-level bureaucrat or low-level intern.
That’s if the op-ed was even written by a member of the administration at all, and wasn’t just some piece of fiction cooked up by The Times itself to smear Trump. (Hard as that might be to believe, it can’t be completely ruled out, given how fake some of the media’s “fake news” stories have been proven to be.)

Keep this in mind the next time somebody tries to assert how credible The New York Times is, when in reality it’s staffed by narrative-driven, leftist hacks who care more about pushing an agenda than actually reporting the news.
In an effort to paint President Trump as an extreme racist, the mainstream media deliberately took him out of context when referring to MS-13 as animals.
A.F. Branco has taken his two greatest passions, (art and politics) and translated them into the cartoons that have been seen all over the country, in various news outlets including “Fox News” and “The Washington Post.” He has been recognized by such personalities as James Woods, Sarah Palin, Larry Elder, Lars Larson, and even the great El Rushbo.
CNN among other new organizations exploits an intoxicated former bit player in the Trump campaign to serve their destroy Trump Agenda. Drunk Fake News?
Do you remember this? Seems like CNN and the rest of the Media (D) doesn’t. Although CNN had just last Thursday run a documentary commemorating the anniversary of the forced deportation of a young would-be ‘Dreamer’, they fail to see that their own biases are at play.
Last month marked 17 years since little 6-year old Elian Gonzalez was taken from his family’s home in a late-night federal raid — with agents armed to the teeth — to be deported to Cuba.
It was an image seen around the world.
Deporting kids back to Cuba is different than sending them back to Mexico and South America for some reason.
Barry was soft on Castro’s regime. We had a ‘Cuban Reset’ if you will.
US law — until Obama nixed it — said that Cubans fleeing the Communist regime would be granted permanent residency status if they had ‘one foot’ on American soil.
“By taking this step, we are treating Cuban migrants the same way we treat migrants from other countries,” Obama wrote in a statement Thursday.
“The United States, a land of immigrants, has been enriched by the contributions of Cuban-Americans for more than a century,” he continued. “Since I took office, we have put the Cuban-American community at the center of our policies. With this change we will continue to welcome Cubans as we welcome immigrants from other nations, consistent with our laws.” Source: CNN
Did Obama just say that we are to treat all immigrants equally ‘consistent with our laws’? Somebody tell all those ‘Sanctuary City’ nuts. They probably won’t understand, though.
Elian’s Miami relatives argued if the boy went back to Cuba, he would become a brainwashed trophy for Castro in his long-running feud with the US.
As the two sides fought out the high-profile case in court, U.S. immigration officials decided to put Elian in the custody of his father, who had come to the United States to press for his son’s return.
Elian is now 23 and a solid communist. He believes in the ‘Revolution’ and is joining the Cuban army. He also blames the United States for the many Cubans that take their lives in their hands — like his mother did — to flee. But hey, it’s not like he was ‘used politically’ like he claims he would have been in the United States.
At his seventh birthday party, the guest of honor was Cuban leader Fidel Castro. Images of Elian and Castro celebrating were first shown on the island’s state-run TV and then transmitted around the world, to a public still fascinated by the case of the rafter-boy.
“I don’t profess to have any religion, but if I did my God would be Fidel Castro. He is like a ship that knew to take his crew on the right path,”Gonzalez said in an interview with Cuba’s state-run media in 2013. Source: CNN
Yep. That’s not brainwashing at all. Good thing that the Democrats protected this child in a terrifying way at gunpoint in the middle of the night. After all, look at the young man he’s become. He’s a staunch supporter of the ‘Revolution’ that jailed thousands of political dissidents and, between 1959 and 1987, killed somewhere in the range of 35,000 to 141,000 citizens.
CNN has completely botched their coverage of Hurricane Harvey in a number of ways, but today’s nonsense if absolutely mind-boggling.
On Hollywood movie sets, there are folks whose sole purpose is to monitor production for so-called “continuity errors”; issues in movies where a character’s glass is suddenly full after taking several sips, or an actress’ hair style changes from shot to shot without explanation.
Unfortunately, the fictional storylines of CNN don’t receive such oversight.
Today, for example, CNN purported to show a reporter “randomly” coming across a victim of Hurricane Harvey trapped within his vehicle. In a moment that was surely meant to draw Pulitzer votes, this reporter “heroically” intervened to save the encapsulated Texan, all while the cameras just happened to be rolling, and while he just happened to have his microphone with him.
“CNN has been accused of staging a dramatic piece of footage where reporter Drew Griffin rescues a Texas man who drove his truck into a canal.
“Griffin said his crew were setting up a live shot when they ‘heard a sound’.
“The video then cuts to the moment when the vehicle becomes marooned in the water. After about 20 seconds, Griffin is seen running towards the vehicle. He is wearing khaki shorts and trainers.
“However, in the next clip, where Griffin is seen pulling the man out of the water, he is now wearing dark pants and boots.
“’It happens within seconds,’ said Griffin, although people pointed out that it would have taken Griffin more than a few seconds to change his clothing.
“’It wasn’t much of a desperate emergency if CNN’s Drew Griffin had time to change from a pair of shorts and sandals into a pair of long pants and boots?’ remarks the Conservative Treehouse blog.
“’CNN faked rescue video where their anchor “saved a man in a truck,”‘ claimed one tweet that got over 5,000 retweets.”
This isn’t the first bit of journalistic malfeasance by CNN in their coverage of Hurricane Harvey.
Just yesterday, CNN drew the attention of the FCC after one reporter refused to yield to a visibly upset parent who had just arrived in an evacuee shelter in Harvey’s wake. The mother, who was attempting to find dry clothes for their shivering child, was harassed by the reporter to the point of a profane outburst that was caught live on air. The CNN reporter stood by callously, continuing to attempt an interrogation of the victim – a move that had many condemning the fake news organization for their insensitivity and irresponsible lack of ethics.
You know that the race-baiters and offense-mongers at CNN would take this image and push a racist narrative and have the whole thing spiral out of control.
You know, a ‘full eclipse of the facts‘, so to speak.
Couldn’t you just imagine a breathless Jim Acosta outraged over all the looting of black people by white supremacists? Or Anderson Cooper hosting a panel consisting of Shaun King, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton shouting about ‘systemic racism’ and ‘oppression’. Maybe Wolf Blitzer would have on a former Mizzou Prof to discuss ‘bias’.
These people need to stop.
When Ben Shapiro appeared on Don Lemon’s show after the outrageous comments by Lemon the night before, Shapiro called him out on his bias:
These folks in the Media (D) refuse to acknowledge that their bias tilts the news.
Here at ClashDaily, you know what you’re getting — Conservative commentary of the news based on Judeo-Christian values and America’s founding documents.
The Media (D) is not objective, and they have an agenda. Which they actively push. But they don’t disclose it and, as Shapiro so eloquently put it, hide behind a ‘patina of objectivity’.
This is why the President says that the ‘Fake News Media’ is the enemy of the American people. Guess what? He’s right.
But perhaps the greatest accomplishment of the Trump Administration is yet to come — the fall of the Fake News Media (D).
The President’s rally Tuesday night in Phoenix has been the talk of the town in recent days, as the mainstream media continues to predict anarchy at the event.
Of course, this is all simply a business maneuver by the likes of CNN, who have been instigating a grand array of violent, leftist action in that past few weeks in order to entice viewers to turn on the news. Not only has the network promoted its coverage of potential clashes between the radical left and patriots incessantly, but they have even gone so far as to advertise a list of allegedly controversial locations for Antifa and others to desecrate.
Now President Trump is back in the crosshairs of the liberal “news” networkas the Commander in Chief prepares for a campaign-style rally in downtown Phoenix on Tuesday night.
In the lead-up to the event, CNN and other fakes news networks have been touting the powder-keg-like potential of Tuesday night, constantly reminding Americans of the horrific Battle of Charlottesville and, in many ways, attempting to portray tonight’s event as a sequel to that heinous tragedy.
With television viewers soon to be inundated with football of both the college and professional variety, as well as baseball playoffs, CNN has been forced to make these sort of last ditch efforts in order to salvage what ratings they can. Without this provocation and inciting of violence, the network would simply fade into obscurity as Americans change the channel for the season.
Given the push to create turmoil in Phoenix, some of Donald Trump’s most ardent supporters are planning to attend the rally in order to keep the peace.
“’Donald Trump is coming to the Phoenix Convention Center to hold a rally. There have been plans for Charlottesville sympathizers to protest. We need our bikers to show up and keep people safe,’ Bikers for Trump Arizona Cobra Chapter says in a ‘call to action’ to the group’s members — in anticipation of a possible encounter with anti-Trump protesters, who will assemble at the arena an hour before Mr. Trump steps on stage in the early evening.
“’They are supposed to start at 6:00. We think we need to be there by at least 4:00. That is when the doors open. If there are people outside waiting to get in, we don’t want anyone to harass them. Protesters have a right to protest, but they don’t have a right to threaten or intimidate. That is why we need to be there,’ the notice explained.
“There also will be a ‘Stand for Patriotism Rally,’ outside the convention center. Organizers advise participants that ‘anti-American’ and ‘hate groups’ will be in attendance.”
While the presence of the bikers will come as a welcome comfort for the patriots in the crowd, a great number of Antifa twerps may require assistance after soiling their pants.
The radical left has been on a steady diet of media attention after their siege of Charlottesville, armed with smartphones set to “selfie mode”and hashtags galore. They’ve face very little opposition, thanks in no small part to the mainstream media who have pushed incessantly for protection of these social justice-obsessed attention mongers.
With bikers for Trump on-site, however, this could be the last stand for the misguided millennial miscreants.
CNN and their media accomplices HATE all this talk about ‘fake news’. They claim it’s anti-journalism. (Considering their ‘commitment to journalistic ethics‘ that is ‘adorable’.)
CNN has a curious pattern of ‘tech issues’ when the topic of ‘fake news’ comes up on air. Don Lemon has even been known to end interviews completely for even mentioning it.
But if CNN and the Media (D) have any intention of saving their credibility — and credibility IS their product — they must first come face-to-face with the problem.
This is a top-notch breakdown of what we mean by ‘fake news’ and why we mean it.
Will the networks ever beat their addiction to Fake News? That depends whether they can admit their problem.
I’m obsessed with the White House’s war on the press and on the media. Let’s be clear about this, that war is nothing less than a war on the truth. Do we get it right all the time? Nope, we don’t. And when we don’t, we run a correction, and in some cases, people lose their jobs. That’s what just happened at CNN. CNN took responsibility for its mistakes.
At this network, we’ve done it quite a few times publicly as well. But because we try to get it right we take what we do seriously, because truth, viewers and readers’ trust is all we have and without that, we’re nothing.
Todd is right that what we are talking about is a war on truth. Only he’s got it backwards. It is not Donald Trump who’s waging this war on truth but the low-information media.
Even Todd himself admits that NBC has choked on the truth “quite a few times” and has been forced to publicly correct its errors. Thus Todd himself admits that NBC can’t be trusted. If they got it wrong then, why should we trust them now? If it turns out we shouldn’t have believed them then, why should believe what they are telling us now?
The premiere case in point of all this is the Talking Snake Media’s obsession with the substance-free accusation that Trump somehow colluded with the Russians to steal the election from the American people. (I call them the Talking Snake Media in honor of their patron saint, the snake in the Garden of Eden who lied to Eve in order to frustrate the purposes of God.)
There never was any evidence at all of any such collusion despite over a year’s worth of investigation. A senior producer at CNN (which I refer to as the “Counterfeit News Network”) revealed to an undercover reporter from Project Veritas that there was in fact no smoking gun, the whole thing was probably “bull****”, and that they had only been ordered to refocus on the Russia thing because it was good for ratings.
To top it off, Van Jones, CNN’s resident communist commentator, admitted to another undercover journalist, “This Russia thing is a nothing-burger.”
In other words, CNN is not searching for the truth, they are searching for viewers. The truth to them is utterly disposable if twisting and distorting it serves their agenda.
Well, focusing on the fabricated Trump-Russia story is not working any more for CNN. Itsratings are in a free fall, now dropping far behind both Fox and MSNBC in prime time.
There is a larger dynamic at work here, especially for people of faith. And that dynamic is that error and falsehood can only be propped up for so long. You can lie to people for a time, but eventually the truth will come out and the lie will be exposed for the ugly thing that it is.Abraham Lincoln was credited with saying, “You can fool all of the people some of the time, you can fool some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all of the time.”
Satan lied to Eve and got her to believe his lie because it was, well, so believable. The fruit was, he told her, “good for food, a delight to the eyes, and desirable to make one wise” (Genesis 3:6). Eve believed the believable lie, convinced her husband to join her, and the horrible truth was revealed in an instant.
The point here is that the fake news the media has been dishing out may sound plausible at first blush, but the façade cannot be sustained. If the media continues to traffic in patent falsehoods, eventually their entire enterprise will collapse in on itself. In an almost biblical sense, the media will fall into the pit they have dug for the others.
That implosion seems to be happening as we speak. CNN is firing reporters for filing utterly bogus stories about Trump and Russia and is now admitting that there is no evidence to support the charge. CNN is rapidly going from the most trusted name in news to the most busted name in news.
CNN and the rest of the media has blindly blundered on, to focus now on an equally unsupportable lie, that the president obstructed justice by doing his job and exercising his constitutional responsibilities as the head of the executive branch.
Jesus told us that if we abide in His words, we will know the truth, and the truth will set us free (John 8:32). We can spot the lies of the media in an instant by comparing what they say to what the Scriptures say. The truth of Scripture is the carpenter’s level we use to identify declarations that align with the truth, and separate them from those that don’t.
The media is waging its war on the truth by relentlessly assaulting the truth not only about public policy matters but about abortion, marriage, the family, sexual immorality, homosexuality, abortion, and everything else under the sun. But Christian citizens are not duped.
Todd said that without the viewers’ trust, “we’re nothing.”He’s got that right. The jig is up, the American people are on to him and his ilk, and in the end the truth will be the only thing left standing. May Mr. Todd and his colleagues enjoy a long, serene, and fact-free retirement as soon as possible.
