The Democrats’ sudden discovery of 77-year-old éminence grise Joe Biden has the electric feeling of Republicans settling on George H.W. Bush in 1992. (The Iowa Republican Party actually canceled the caucuses that year so as not to embarrass President Bush.) It’s Democrats convincing themselves in 2004 that John Kerry was the “safe” choice. Proposed Biden campaign slogan: OK, I Guess He’ll Do. This is good news for Trump. Bernie Sanders is his greatest nightmare. True, the media, the donors and the Democratic Party are convinced that Sanders is a sure loser — just as, four years ago, Fox News, the donors and the Republican Party knew that Trump was a sure loser. What made both Trump and Sanders unique in their respective primaries was their voluble opposition to Wall Street, war and immigration. I’m beginning to suspect that Americans hate Wall Street, hate war and hate mass, low-wage immigration. I take no position on these preferences. I am simply stating facts. Recall that, in 2016, Trump and Sanders were the only presidential candidates opposed to the mass importation of low-wage workers immiserating our working class. Sadly, they both moved left on the issue at about the same time: Bernie when he went from being a Socialist to a Democrat, and Trump when he went from the campaign to the White House. On war, Sanders is certainly consistent. Good war, bad war, necessary war, stupid war — he’s against ’em all! As he recently tweeted about Trump’s assassination of Iranian Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, raising the prospect of war with Iran: “I was right about Vietnam. I was right about Iraq. I will do everything in my power to prevent a war with Iran. I apologize to no one.” At this moment in time, 20 years into a war without end in Afghanistan — unless Trump really does end it in the fourth year of his presidency — with foreign policy experts constantly demanding military intervention against some faraway tribe, Sanders’ anti-war sentiments are a balm to the country’s weary soul.
Four years ago, Bernie probably beat Hillary Clinton — minus the finagling of the Democratic National Committee — by slogging her for her Iraq War vote. Also, four years ago, Trump destroyed Jeb! Bush during a debate in the most pro-military state in the union, South Carolina, by calling the Iraq War a “big, fat mistake” and saying Jeb!’s brother had “lied” us into it. The media heralded this as another Trump gaffe, “his riskiest departure from the party line,”as Fortune magazine put it. A week later, Trump swept the South Carolina primary, walking away with all 50 delegates. Trump bragged so much about his opposition to the Iraq War that media “fact-checkers”worked overtime to prove that he was an Iraq War supporter. I think they were wrong and Trump was right, but the point is: Both Trump (the candidate) and the media knew that the anti-war position was wildly popular with voters. Then Trump became president, and the only people working overtime on his war stance became his own voters, constantly on edge that he’s about to start a war with Syria or Iran. Sanders has also shown remarkable consistency in his contempt for Wall Street. (There’s a reason poor Mike Bloomberg was running.) To great acclaim, Sanders says things like, “The billionaire class is scared and they should be scared.” He vows to break up banks and impose a wealth tax. “We’re prepared to be their worst nightmare,” he says. Similarly, back when he was running, Trump alone among Republicans kept harping about the absurd carried interest tax break that allows hedge fund managers (and private equity and venture capital managers) to pay a tax rate of 20 percent on their income, rather than the 39.6 percent the rest of us pay. Trump complained endlessly about the loophole, saying, “the hedge fund guys are getting away with murder.” He said some of these people “are making a tremendous amount of money and paying virtually no tax, and I think it’s unfair.” Clueless as ever, a shocked New York Times reported: “Defying Republican political gravity, after his heresy of proposing a tax increase, Mr. Trump’s popularity among Republicans rose.” The sad ending to this story is that then Trump became president and hired half of Goldman Sachs. More Goldman Sachs employees work in the Trump administration than worked for Presidents Obama and Bush combined. Gary Cohn, one of these patriotic, salt-of-the-earth Goldman guys, told Trump not to eliminate the carried interest loophole, so he didn’t. And Warren Buffett continues to pay a lower tax rate than his secretary. Maybe a Fidel-admiring revolutionary was never the best champion of even the most popular ideas — just as a vulgar reality TV star wasn’t. Maybe Bernie is dead. But the universal popularity of hating Wall Street, war and immigration will never die. It could be that a “safe” choice is all the Democrats need. But I think Trump just dodged a bullet.
Have you heard about the new STD virus? It was named for those afflicted with Stop Trump Derangement Syndrome. The symptoms are easy to spot. Just say the word “Trump” and those afflicted will start to convulse while foaming at the mouth, constantly repeating the word impeachment.
Biden has started his search for a running mate. In the name of diversity, he is seeking a one-armed, black, lesbian, Eskimo with a Hispanic surname.
The U.S. Navy has announced that it will not name a warship after Biden. They are afraid that it will never know which ocean it is sailing in.
Poor Bernie Sanders. His exploration team to pick a sight for his inauguration is in chaos. Jane Fonda will not attend unless it is held at the Hanoi Hilton. Raul Castro wants it held at the Revolutionary Palace in Havana. He has even picked a 1953 Chevy convertible for the parade.
Nicolas Maduro wanted to hold it in Caracas, with a salute to Che, Fidel, Stalin and Mao, but Bernie wanted a socialist/communist winner to be saluted, not a bunch of losers.
Good luck Bernie in finding Utopia for your inauguration.

President Donald Trump has accumulated what most pro-life groups believe is the most pro-life record of any president, and that’s after just four years in the White House.
Senator Bernie Sanders is refusing to drop out of the Democrat race for president, even thought it is all but certain that pro-abortion former Vice President Joe Biden will be the Democrats’ nominee.
Warren Buffett is one of the richest men in the world. But rather than using his fortune to help people, he donates huge amounts of money to promote the killing of unborn babies in abortions across the world.

Over 600 alleged members of Mexico’s Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) have been arrested in the last six months thanks to an executive order signed by President Donald Trump in 2017.
The crackdown effort, named “Project Python,” is an interagency operation to take a tougher stance against Mexican cartels by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The effort has lead to 600 arrests, 350 indictments and “significant seizures of money and drugs” over the past few months.
The cartel, according to the DOJ, has been active in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Houston and Atlanta.
“Project Python marks the most comprehensive action to date in the Department of Justice’s campaign to disrupt, dismantle, and ultimately destroy CJNG,”Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski said in a statement obtained by The Hill.
According to Benczkowski, the project was made possible by Trump’s executive order which directed federal law enforcement to use the Threat Mitigation Working Group to crack down on cartels.
“When President Trump signed an Executive Order prioritizing the dismantlement of transnational criminal organizations, the Department of Justice answered the call and took direct aim at CJNG. We deemed CJNG one of the highest-priority transnational organized crime threats we face,” he said. “And with Project Python, we are delivering results in the face of that threat for the American people.”
On Wednesday, the agencies also announced a superseding indictment against Nemesio Ruben Oseguera Cervantes, the leader of the cartel. His son was extradited to the US from Mexico last month on drug trafficking charges. His daughter has also been arrested for financial crimes.
The U.S. Supreme Court delivered a win to President Trump on Wednesday by allowing his administration to enforce the “Remain in Mexico” asylum policy as litigation surrounding it continues.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals had said a week earlier that it would block the policy in Arizona and California, the two border states where its authority extends. The Trump administration then turned to the Supreme Court for relief.
“The application for stay presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to the Court is granted, and the district court’s April 8, 2019 order granting a preliminary injunction is stayed pending the timely filing and disposition of a petition for a writ of certiorari,” the Supreme Court said in an order, which noted that Justice Sonia Sotomayor opposed the Trump administration’s stay application.
The high court action came a day before the lower court order was to have taken effect. Instead, the “Remain in Mexico” policy will remain in force while a lawsuit challenging it plays out in the courts.
The Justice Department responded Wednesday by saying the high court’s order restores “the government’s ability to manage the Southwest border and to work cooperatively with the Mexican government to address illegal immigration.”
“We are gratified that the Supreme Court granted a stay, which prevents a district court injunction from impairing the security of our borders and the integrity of our immigration system,” a DOJ spokesman said.
The policy, officially known as the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) requires individuals seeking asylum at the southern border to stay in Mexico while the U.S. considers their cases. Several organizations sued the administration, claiming that MPP is in violation of federal law that sets standards for how asylum applicants are treated.
“The Court of Appeals unequivocally declared this policy to be illegal. The Supreme Court should as well,”said Judy Rabinovitz, an American Civil Liberties Union lawyer who represents asylum-seekers and immigrant advocacy groups in the case. “Asylum-seekers face grave danger and irreversible harm every day this depraved policy remains in effect.”
The administration had argued that thousands of immigrants would rush the border if the high court didn’t step in.
The Supreme Court’s order noted that the stay only applies while the administration files a petition for the Supreme Court to review the Ninth Circuit’s decision. Should the court decline, the stay will be lifted and the policy will go back to being blocked. Should the court decide to hear the case, the stay will remain in effect until the court hands down a decision.
About 60,000 asylum-seekers have been returned to Mexico to wait for their cases to wind through clogged U.S. immigration courts since the policy was introduced in January 2019 in San Diego and later expanded across the border.

California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom gave President Donald Trump and his administration full credit for an effective and satisfactory response to the growing coronavirus problem in his state, according to Newsweek. As the country deals with the spread of the virus and a continued shortage of available tests, the Trump administration has been criticized heavily by Democratic politicians and the media. Newsom, however, is pleased with how Trump has handled the crisis.
“We had a private conversation, but he said, ‘We’re gonna do the right thing’ and ‘You have my support, all of our support, logistically and otherwise,'” Newsom said Monday.
“He said everything that I could have hoped for. And we had a very long conversation, and every single thing he said, they followed through on.”
you could knock me over with a feather !!!! shocked is putting it mild,, but newsom is a snake, so not sure if he is sucking up, needing money, or getting pressured by Californians, & drop him off in pelosi, schiff and maxines districts PLEASE @POTUS@DonaldJTrumpJrhttps://t.co/EKuqvP1dOR
Contrast Newsom’s assessment with that of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), who blamed Monday’s stock market drop on Trump’s allegedly poor handling of coronavirus.
“Well it is very sad, but I believe, what we know about the Dow is that they want certainty, they want to have confidence that there is a plan,”Pelosi said of the stock market struggles.
“I think that what is happening there is a reflection of lack of confidence, and so we would hope that what is coming out of the White House will be more consistent with what the health advisers are putting forth,”Pelosi continued. “We would hope that rather than name-calling, [Trump] would be again joining with his health care professionals who are advising him and the rest of us in a well-coordinated government agenda.”
President Trump has accused Democrats and media outlets of blowing the coronavirus outbreak out of proportion in order to hurt him politically leading into the 2020 election.
“The Fake News Media and their partner, the Democrat Party, is doing everything within its semi-considerable power (it used to be greater!) to inflame the coronavirus situation, far beyond what the facts would warrant,”Trump wrote Monday on Twitter.
On Thursday, Republicans in Alabama took a key step in their quest to protect children from hormone blockers and transgender surgeries, when state senators approved a bill seeking to criminalize medical professionals prescribing or advising such drastic transgender medical intervention. According to The Washington Times, Republican Sen. Shay Shelnutt’s bill, called the Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act, seeks to “make it a felony for doctors and other medical providers to prescribe hormone blockers or surgeries for minors seeking to treat gender dysphoria.”
“I just don’t think, and others don’t think, that kids should be given experimental drugs or surgeries that could have irreversible consequences for the rest of their life,” Sen. Shelnutt told local reporters.
“Kids are not fully developed until later in life,” the Republican added. “I think we can all agree that kids aren’t capable of making certain decisions until certain ages. And so we want to just stop these procedures from happening in Alabama.”
The bill, which overwhelmingly passed in the state Senate, is soon headed to Alabama’s House of Representatives.
Alabama’s Republican Governor Kay Ivey has yet to indicate her intention on signing the bill if it were to pass the House.
Ivey earned praise from conservatives and scorn from feminists last year when she signed a robust pro-life bill, the Alabama Human Life Protection Act, banning nearly all elective abortions within the state.
Today, I signed into law the Alabama Human Life Protection Act. To the bill’s many supporters, this legislation stands as a powerful testament to Alabamians’ deeply held belief that every life is precious & that every life is a sacred gift from God. https://t.co/DwKJyAjSs8pic.twitter.com/PIUQip6nmw

Rep. Wes Allen, a Republican serving in the Alabama House, fumed over the reality that children are being prescribed hormone blockers within the state.
“I was shocked when I found out doctors in Alabama were prescribing these types of drugs to children,” Allen said in a statement, the Times noted. “This is something you hear about happening in California or New York but it is happening right here in Alabama and it’s time we put a stop to that practice.”
According to the Mayo Clinic’s website, giving a child hormone blockers to delay puberty is a “big step” that could effect their fertility.
“In those identified as male at birth, GnRH analogues decrease the growth of facial and body hair, prevent voice deepening, and limit the growth of genitalia,” the clinic’s site outlines, adding that the “treatment limits or stops breast development and delays or stops menstruation” for biological females.
Under “side effects” and “complications,” the site lists:
Possible side effects of GnRH analogue treatment include:
Injection site swelling
Weight gain
Hot flashes
Headaches
Use of GnRH analogues might also have long-term effects on:
Bone density
Future fertility
“If children with male genitalia begin using GnRH analogues early in puberty, they might not develop enough penile and scrotal skin for certain gender confirmation genital surgical procedures, such as penile inversion vaginoplasty,” the Mayo Clinic explains, adding that “delaying puberty beyond one’s peers can be stressful. Your child might experience lower self-esteem.”
Moreover, as highlighted by The Federalist, endocrinologist Michael Laidlaw has warned that puberty blockers “interfere with the expected increase in bone density in adolescence such that the bones are not as strong as they would be had normal pubertal development been allowed. This is due to the effect of dropping sex hormone levels to subnormal levels. These lost years of bone development cannot be regained.”
Laidlaw also emphasized the “truly terrifying”“psychological effect” hormone blockers have on children.
“Under the traditional treatment for gender dysphoria, which involves ‘watchful waiting or pursuit of family and individual psychotherapy,’ between 80 and 95 percent of adolescent patientsoutgrow their dysphoria naturally,” The Federalist added.
Two Republican lawmakers stood up on the House floor and voiced their opinion that Obama whistleblower Philip Haney was murdered and had not committed suicide. The original reports claimed that Haney died of a single shot to the chest that was self-inflicted. That seems to have changed a bit as the coroner’s office and the police department both have said they have not yet concluded suicide in Haney’s death.
Representatives Louie Gohmert and Steve King both were friends of Haney’s, and they say it is inconceivable that Haney killed himself. They both pointed out that Haney had information that could have brought down several in the Obama inner circle, and that he kept a flash drive on a chain around his neck with all of the information all the time.
Indeed, Haney had a lot of good things happening in his life at the time of his death. He was negotiating to return to work at the DHS, was getting married, and was just starting on his second book after the first one did so well. Hardly doesn’t sound like suicide material.
In little-noticed speeches on the House floor on Feb. 28, both congressmen bucked claims that Haney died by suicide.
“I’m standing on the floor here saying, Madame Speaker, I don’t believe that Phil Haney committed suicide,” King said. “I expect that we’re going to get a thorough investigation. The evidence that is coming to me indicates that he was murdered.”
“Phil often said, ‘I would never commit suicide,’” King explained, adding that he was a good friend of Haney’s.
Meanwhile, Gohmert explained in a lengthy speech that he, too, was good friends with Haney, so much so, in fact, that he and Haney had made a “mutual pact.”
“I’d been concerned about his safety, with all the information he knew and people who could’ve gotten in trouble,” Gohmert said. “We had a mutual pact. It said: Either one of us ended up committing suicide, then the other is going to make sure that the truth wins out.”
A group of Bernie Sanders supporters just unleashed a devastating new video about Joe Biden’s medical issues that are going to haunt him the rest of the campaign.
Dr. Jill Stein who is a fervent Sanders supporter released a video on Tuesday that starts with at the time Vice President Biden debating Rep. Paul Ryan during a 2012 debate. The stats Biden was spewing were lies but, he was commanding and articulate. Next, the video shows the numerous gaffes Biden has made during the current Democrat primary.
Stein wrote, “Many who remember Biden in 2012 debates are shocked to see current videos of him rambling, incoherent, hostile, or confused. He’s in no state to debate Trump. Painful to see – but we ignore it at our peril. Retweet to break through the media coverup. #BidensCognitiveDecline“
The Biden campaign is scrambling to find a way to stop the mistakes and they have come up with a plan, no speeches over 15 minutes. In St. Louis Biden only spoke seven minutes, then in Kansa City he finished up in 12 minutes and he still managed to screw that one up.
On Sunday while speaking at the New Hope Baptist Church for 14 minutes, he attacked Mississippi’s former governor for not accepting Medicare-for-all – which is a policy Biden is against and his competitor Bernie Sanders is for.
The Biden campaign will not talk about the greater strategy and how they will deal with President Trump if he is the nominee. President Trump often speaks up to and over 90 minutes and doesn’t use a teleprompter. You would never see President Trump do something like this.
The Biden campaign is trying to play the game hide your candidate but, in the event, he goes up against President Trump he’s not going to be able to hide.
Former Acting Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Indicted on Theft of Government Property and Scheme to Defraud the United States Government
A federal grand jury in the District of Columbia returned a 16-count indictment against a former Acting Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and a former subordinate for their alleged theft of proprietary software and confidential databases from the U.S. government as part of a scheme to defraud the U.S. government.
Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Timothy J. Shea for the District of Columbia, DHS Inspector General Joseph V. Cuffari and Inspector General Tammy L. Whitcomb for the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) made the announcement.
The indictment charges Charles K. Edwards, 59, of Sandy Spring, Maryland, and Murali Yamazula Venkata, 54, of Aldie, Virginia, with conspiracy to commit theft of government property and to defraud the United States, theft of government property, wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft. The indictment also charges Venkata with destruction of records.
According to the allegations in the indictment, from October 2014 to April 2017, Edwards, Venkata, and others executed a scheme to defraud the U.S. government by stealing confidential and proprietary software from DHS Office of Inspector General (OIG), along with sensitive government databases containing personal identifying information (PII) of DHS and USPS employees, so that Edwards’s company, Delta Business Solutions, could later sell an enhanced version of DHS-OIG’s software to the Office of Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Agriculture at a profit. Although Edwards had left DHS-OIG in December 2013, he continued to leverage his relationship with Venkata and other DHS-OIG employees to steal the software and the sensitive government databases.
The indictment further alleges that, in addition to stealing DHS-OIG’s software and the sensitive government databases, Venkata and others also assisted Edwards by reconfiguring his laptop so that he could properly upload the stolen software and databases, provided troubleshooting support whenever Edwards required it, and helped him build a testing server at his residence with the stolen software and databases, which contained PII. As further part of the alleged scheme, Edwards retained software developers in India for the purpose of developing his commercial alternative of DHS-OIG’s software.
The indictment is the result of an ongoing investigation by DHS-OIG and USPS-OIG and is being prosecuted by Trial Attorney Victor R. Salgado of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section and Assistant U.S. Attorney David B. Kent of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
An indictment is merely an allegation and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Dallas County Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole has found that there were 44 thumb drives with votes from Dallas County Texas that she says contains 10% of the vote in the county that were never counted. She has now filed a suit to allow her to count the votes in both the Democratic and Republican primaries. It was not disclosed what precincts were not counted and there isn’t enough uncounted votes to swing the election to Bernie, although he could pick up a couple of delegates.
Poole says every vote should be counted and she is asking the court to grant her permission to recount the votes in Dallas County. The count has already been certified, so she was forced to go to the court to get all of the votes added to the count. Biden beat Bernie in Dallas County by 13% of the vote. What is it about Democrats and counting. maybe they should hire republicans to handle the vote counts. After all, 44 thumb drives and 10% of the vote is significant.
It is also uncertain if the 44 thumb drives represent 44 individual voting centers or joint centers where votes were cast in both primaries.
Still, the drives represent almost a tenth of the total vote centers open on Super Tuesday, officials told WFAA.
“Of the 44 thumb drives, 16 were not received in a timely manner to the Elections Department and 28 were from voting machines not scheduled to be used but were used by volunteer election officials,” Pippins-Poole said in a statement Saturday evening addressing the blunder.
“We need to investigate this entirely, immediately. The time has absolutely come for Toni Pippins-Poole to step down as elections administrator,” Dallas County Commissioner J.J. Koch told WFAA. “I deeply regret that this is happening in Dallas County right now. There’s already enough questions about our ability to serve the people of Dallas County. This is tremendously damaging to our local democracy.”

The Coronavirus isn’t the only thing that’s spreading.
Hysterical leftists can’t let go of the delusion that Donald Trump is president because of sinister machinations by unspecified Russians – the same Russians that Sleepy Joe Biden believes are messing with his electioneering.
Biden – who got badly clipped in the Iowa caucuses by Bernie Sanders, toldFace the Nation that “The Russians don’t want me to be the nominee…” because“they like Bernie,” the Fidel-snuggler from Vermont.
Channeling his best third-person Tricky Dick, Biden added:
“They spent a lot of money on bots on Facebook and they’ve been taken down saying Biden is a bad guy. They don’t want Biden running… No one’s helping me to try to get the nomination.”
But the Russians apparently changed their minds. Bernie got clipped on Tuesday, losing badly to Sleepy Joe – who sometimes seems to forget that it’s 2020, not 1920. People don’t play phonographs for their kids anymore – and Russia hasn’t been the Soviet Union for going on 30 years.
Blaming this — blaming everything — on the Russians is becoming a kind of lunatic gestalt for the coming-apart-at-the-wheels left; a comforting explanation for political failure in 2016 and, far worse, pushback on the cultural front. The left doesn’t want to believe that Americans are becoming tired of Wokeness, of being accused by hysterics of phobias (homo, Islamo, you-name-it-o) as a technique to shout down disagreement by literally shouting.
This condition was first diagnosed in 1876 by French physician Jean-Martin Charcot who named it — literally — after women’s reproductive equipment. His patient, a teenage girl named Louise Augustine Gleizes — had been committed to the Salpetriere hospital for women due to serial fits and hallucinations about swarms of black, demonic rats.
In 2020 she would be working at MSNBC.
Today, it’s old men like Biden — and older men like Sanders — who suffer from hysteria, triggered by swarms of real people wearing MAGA hats. They literally cannot accept that tens of millions of Americans don’t accept their message of perpetual grievance, failure, and despair; that they are hurtling toward another electoral loss nine months from now.
How can it be?
It must be the Russians!
Of course, there’s not only no evidence it is the Russians — it’s hard to see how it could be the Russians.
The hysterical allegations leveled against Trump by not-just-Biden and not-just-Bernie but the entirety of the leftist Greek Chorus is that — somehow — Boris Badinov (i.e., Vladimir Putin) did what Democrats actually have done in the past — jimmy the votes. As in West Virginia back in 1960.
And against their own in 2016.
The Kennedy campaign poured so much money into the ’60 West Virginia Primary that Jack Kennedy publicly said, “I just received the following wire from my generous Daddy; Dear Jack, Don’t buy a single vote more than is necessary. I’ll be damned if I’m going to pay for a landslide.”
There were also allegations of outright voter fraud, including corpses voting and the living voting twice.
Bernie is bitter about 2016 because he was denied the nomination last time – but not by Trump. And not by the Russians.
But by Hillary — who used her leverage to deny Bernie what the Russians couldn’t: The nomination he was supposed to have gotten then — and may not get now. Because of the voters, this time.
Because the Russians can’t jimmy the votes — as Hillary did, in favor of herself over Bernie, as became infamously public when former DNC Chair Donna Brazile came forward with allegations that the Clinton Machine rigged the Dem’s nominating process back in 2016. Or at least, tilted the table in favor of Hillary’s nomination, by giving control over internal decisions such as the hiring of key DNC staffers.
“I found proof (of nomination monkey-business) and it broke my heart,” she said.
A stark contrast to the hysterical allegations about Russians. They don’t have access, for one — and no one (even the hysterics on the left) has alleged that they did. Posting memes on Facebook isn’t the same thing as tampering with the ballot box — a conflation that Democrats have been trying to sell since the lost the 2016 presidential race.
We now live in an era of perpetual hysteria where the boogeymen of the media’s psychosis leads the evening news.
Don’t expect the 2020 election cycle to alter this trend.
Creepy Joe Biden will never be president. Because he doesn’t deserve it.
I’ve written much about his dementia. And eventually as with the “lying skanks” tweet that got me fired from Fox News, I will be proven right.
Regardless of Biden’s dementia, Democrats love their idiots. They invested in Barack Obama, going all-in for that lunatic loser of a president. So the notion that they would do the same for a certifiable braindead moron surprises me not.
On the heels of multiple Bernie Sanders wins, Democrats rightfully panicked. After going through four blacks, an Hispanic, an Asian, a Pacific Islander, three women, and one LGBTQ+ candidate, the race came down to two choices for the tolerant Left.
One: a sellout socialist who became a millionaire after folding like a lawn chair to Hillary Clinton.
Two: a corrupt moron, stupid enough to broadcast his extortion of Ukraine, LIVE!
Who did Democrats select? Creepy freaky Joe Biden.
With the win in South Carolina, Biden got that much needed political shot in the arm. I think of it as energy drink call, Negro Boost or Black Bull.
The former “first black” Vice President’s campaign lived on life-support for weeks leading into South Carolina. Biden stumbled through Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada, looking like a shell of a politician, and not the protege of Baby Black Jesus, whom he frequently references.
But Biden held on to hope, even bragging about his silly Negro support at debates. Biden even counted the Negroes he had under his control.
Thank [insert whatever Democrats pray to here] for the Biden win in South Carolina!
Because without that win, Biden becomes a three-time political loser immediately. His SC win in hand, Biden delays the inevitable until November 3, 2020. For now, Biden regains the title of Democrat front-runner. And he may actually win the nomination, much to the chagrin of many Democrats. Still others literally breathed a sigh of relief when Biden came out on top in SC. One guy described it as “dodging a bullet – a Sanders’ bullet”.
Democrats are not excited about Biden; they are however excited that their nominee is NOT Sanders.
To think Biden creates enthusiasm in the Democratic Party is to believe that wolverines make good house pets. Biden is the anti-enthusiasm candidate. His fan base averages, what…83 years old? How many college kids can’t wait to cast their first vote for Biden?
I repeat: few Democrats want Biden. They are relieved for now about his pending victory over Sanders. But secretly they worry about Biden’s dementia and the fact that many Bernie Sanders voters will not support Biden.
As for the black vote, check back as I destroy the myth of Biden’s ability to bring the black vote.

Wednesday, as the U.S. Supreme Court was hearing an important abortion case, June Medical Services v. Russo, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) publicly threatened Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh while speaking to a crowd of abortion supporters, as evidenced in a widely shared video clip of his remarks.
The LEFT Stream Media Propagandist are constantly using whatever is in the news to bash, smear, put down, lie about President Trump and all who support him. Historically they have used things like coronavirus and use it to stock fear into the populace for whatever reason they think they need to in order to gain some political advantage. Terrorist do the very same thing. Anything to stock fear so the populace is negatively effected and The President is blamed
The image above squashes that fear by a doctor that won’t be manipulated. Please share it with everyone you can. This will help calm those fears and return our country to normal day to day operations. And also please remember,
A.F. Branco has taken his two greatest passions, (art and politics) and translated them into the cartoons that have been popular all over the country, in various news outlets including “Fox News”, MSNBC, CBS, ABC and “The Washington Post.” He has been recognized by such personalities as Dinesh D’Souza, James Woods, Sarah Palin, Larry Elder, Lars Larson, Rush Limbaugh, and has had his toons tweeted by President Trump.
Imagine going into your local polling location to vote for Donald Trump and the other Republicans on your ballot only to find out that those in charge weren’t going to let you do that.
It sounds like the ultimate example of fascism, but that’s exactly what happened in Starr County, Texas on Tuesday.
A family was told that they were not allowed to vote Republican at their polling place and that if they wanted to vote Republican that they needed to go elsewhere.
Starr County, Texas, including the cities of Rio Grande City and Roma in south Texas along the Texas/Mexico border, is refusing to allow Republicans to vote at polling places, and even trying to give them a Democrat Ballot to vote with instead!
I was contacted by a Hispanic family trying to vote in Rio Grande City, TX late last week. Four different family members had gone to vote at their polling places.
They unfortunately found that the county elections administration has not even supplied polling places with Republican ballots.
The only place that someone can vote Republican is at the County Courthouse, instead of all the polling places where the County supplies democrat ballots for voting.
It gets worse. When these Republican voters went to vote at their polling place and asked for a Republican ballot, they were not told to go to the County Courthouse, but rather they were given a Democrat ballot and told just to vote with the Democrat ballot and the election officials told them all that Trump and everyone else will be on the November ballot.
This is just one more attempt by the Democrats to try and rig the election once again.
In my opinion, this is something that the state and federal governments should look into because we can’t allow this kind of cheating to happen in November.
“My question as a Vietnam veteran is: How on earth could a person claiming to be a conscientious objector become the commander in chief of the most powerful military in the world?” questioned the column author Steve Wikert. According to a profile from the Vermont Senator’s hometown newspaper, the Burlington Free Press, his conscientious objector status application was eventually rejected, but by then Sanders was too old to be drafted.
Sanders’s political and anti-war activism in the 1960s and ’70s has been well-documented. While at the University of Chicago, he was a member of several progressive peace organizations, including the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee and the Student Peace Union. As a congressman and later senator, Sanders has rarely voted to authorize the use of force.
In 1991, he stood in opposition to the first Gulf War, voting against military involvement in the country even after Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. “I think we could’ve gotten Saddam Hussein out of Kuwait in a way that did not require a war,”he told ABC’s Martha Raddatz Sunday on “This Week,” arguing that with the world in agreement, other options were available, including sanctions.
After the terrorist attacks on 9/11, Sanders did vote in favor of a military response in Afghanistan. But Sanders said the use of force, in his opinion, is not only permissible in response to an attack.
“I believe that the United States should have the strongest military in the world. We should be working with other countries in coalition. And when people threaten the United States or threaten our allies, or commit genocide, the United States, with other countries, should be prepared to act militarily,” he continued.
Sanders’s campaign website does not include any foreign policy or national security information under its “On the Issues” tab, but the Senator said he would be focusing more on those issues in the future.
On the campaign trail, Sanders does talk about his work on the Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs and what he sees as the long-term, human cost of war.
“The cost of war is great, and it is far more than the hundreds of billions of dollars we spend on planes, tanks, missiles and guns,”Sanders wrote in an opinion piece in the Boston Globe last summer. “The cost of war is more than 6,800 service members who have died in Iraq and Afghanistan. The cost of war is caring for the spouses and children who have to rebuild their lives after the loss of their loved ones. It’s about hundreds of thousands of men and women coming home from war with post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury, many of them having difficulty keeping jobs in order to pay their bills. It’s about high divorce rates. It’s about the terrible tragedy of veterans committing suicide,”he wrote.
Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) on Thursday endorsed Joe Biden for president, a significant boost for the former vice president ahead of next week’s primary in the Wolverine State. Whitmer, whose state’s primary will allocate 125 pledged delegates, cast Biden as an advocate for working families, citing his work on health care, bailing out the auto industry and more during his time in the Obama administration.
“Working families in Michigan need a president who will show up and fight for them, and Joe Biden has proven time and again that he has our backs,” she said in a statement. “Michiganders have grit. We’re tough. We know what it’s like to be overlooked and counted out. And we know that when you get knocked down, you pick yourself up and get back to work. Joe Biden has been right there with us in the tough fights.”
“Joe Biden is the candidate we need to defeat Donald Trump in November. He’s always had our backs. Now, I’m proud to have his,” added Whitmer, who is also being named a national co-chair to Biden’s campaign.
Whitmer said in an interview on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe”that Biden’s commitment to expanding health care was personal to her, noting that the same type of brain tumor killed both her mother and Biden’s son.
“I have commiserated about Joe about this very thing,” she said of her mother’s brain cancer diagnosis. “I know his commitment.”
Biden is set for up for a battle in Michigan next week with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who narrowly took the state’s primary in 2016 over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
The Wolverine State is a key contest for both candidates’ claims of support from white working-class voters. The state was one of the key victories, along with others in the Rust Belt, for President Trump in the 2016 general election.
Whitmer, who was endorsed by Biden during her 2018 gubernatorial bid, has steadily gained a national profile after winning the gubernatorial election two years ago and delivering the Democratic Party’s response to President Trump’s State of the Union in February. Her endorsement comes just one day after former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm also threw her support behind the former vice president.
They are just the latest in a slew of establishment Democratic figures falling in line behind Biden after resounding victories in South Carolina and several Super Tuesday states vaulted him back into the front-runner position in the primary.
Though Biden put up underwhelming showings in Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada, a 30-point win in the Palmetto State and victories in 10 out of 14 Super Tuesday states have revived his campaign, setting him up to have a narrow delegate lead after all of California’s primary votes are tallied.
Sanders, meanwhile, won California, Colorado, Utah and his home state of Vermont on Super Tuesday.
Biden appears set to capitalize on his Super Tuesday resurgence in upcoming primary and caucus states, which consist heavily of demographics that appear to favor the former vice president. Six more states will cast ballots on Tuesday, with Michigan representing the heftiest delegate haul.
The Trump economy continues to sizzle with arguably the best economic numbers in US history.
Job numbers released today through the end of February show an increase of another 273,000 jobs! And the unemployment rate remains at historic lows of 3.5%!
The White House continues to report that this economy could arguably be the best all time. This is because it is.
According to data released this morning by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, President Trump has added more than 7 million jobs in his first term.
The same cannot be said for President Obama who during the same time period decreased jobs by 1.3 million. Obama was so bad at creating jobs that by the end of his second term he said that jobs were not coming back. This showed in his first two years with millions of lost jobs.
Overall President Trump has gained more than 8 million more jobs than Obama in their respective first three plus years in office!
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, under President Trump more Americans are in the work force than ever before. President Trump is working hard to bring good paying jobs back to the US and his efforts are showing historic results.
The mainstream liberal media won’t give this much press, but when looking at the economy and jobs, the billionaire President Trump is making the American economy great again.
“The best estimates now of the overall mortality rate for COVID-19 is somewhere between 0.1% and 1%. That’s lower than you heard probably in many reports … it’s not likely in the range of 2 to 3%.”
This puts coronavirus on par with a typical flu epidemic to something slightly higher — NOT something like a SARS or MERS virus with a much higher mortality rate.
PLAYA VISTA, CA – MAY 09: Cenk Uygur attends the Young Turks celebration of 1 billion views at YouTube LA on May 9, 2013 in Playa Vista, California. (Photo by Joe Scarnici/Getty Images for The Young Turks)
In the wake of Biden’s shocking Super Tuesday comeback, Uygur, a passionate Bernie Sanders supporter, lashed out at the establishment media, not only for covering up what he describes as Biden’s “lies, lies, lies,” but the fact that Biden is“either near senile, or actually senile.”
“Biden is either near senile, or actually senile. Watch any of the tapes. Biden lies non-stop. He’s going to get caught,” Ugyur told his online audience, adding, “Okay, the media is covering for him, but they’re not going to be able to cover when the Republicans come for him, and when Trump comes for him.”
Uygur cited a specific example, Biden’s utterly bizarre claim he had been arrested in South Africa 30 years ago to show his support for Nelson Mandela. On at least three occasions in the days leading up to Super Tuesday, Sanders told this lie.
“Joe Biden did not get arrested with Nelson Mandela,” Uygur accurately pointed out. “Who makes up a lie like that? An incredibly stupid person makes up a lie like that; an incredibly immoral person makes up a lie like that.”
In some places, Uygur’s monologue is being characterized as a meltdown, but it’s really not. He’s obviously frustrated over Bernie’s loss, especially after being so certain the Jurassic Marxist had it in the bag, but he’s not melting down, just passionate and frustrated.
Watch for yourself:
Here are some of the highlights:
I know the progressive base and I know the establishment, and I know we’re going to go to war, and a war like you’ve never seen because progressives online are not going to go quietly… They’re not going to be like, “Oh, Joe Biden’s senile, we’ll let it go.”
…
Joe Biden did not get arrested with Nelson Mandela. Who makes up a lie like that? An incredibly stupid person makes up a lie like that; an incredibly immoral person makes up a lie like that.
…
Biden is not going to beat Trump. Biden is either near senile or actually senile. Watch any of the tapes. Biden lies non-stop. He’s going to get caught. Okay, the media is covering for him, but they’re not going to be able to cover when the Republicans come for him and when Trump comes for him. He’s not going to beat Trump. The establishment candidate is less likely to beat Trump anyway. We just had 2016, the establishment candidate lost to a doofus like Trump.
…
And now, here we go, an establishment candidate that is far worse, with his mental faculties under question… And you’re going to run that guy against Trump?
This is a rare moment — or maybe the first ever — where Uygur and conservative writer Ann Coulter agree.
“The media is a powerful force,” she added. “They’ll cover it up, they won’t show us those. There is Twitter and Breitbart to get those things out.”
Biden has always been one to put his foot in his mouth. Nevertheless, there is no question he is not the man he was during his vice presidential days. He’s physically frail, mentally frail, and there has even been a notable decline over the course of the Democrat primary.
Running for president is exhausting, and I suspect Trump intends to do what he did to Hillary Clinton, which is to work his 2020 opponent — be it 77-year-old Biden, or 78-year-old Bernie — into the ground.
The media can try to cover up Biden’s cognitive decline, or try to spin it as something charming about good ol’ Uncle Joe, but the media world is an entirely different place now. It’s no longer 2008, where the media can cover up Barack Obama’s troubling racial past, or 2012 where they can cover up a Benghazi. The media bent over backwards in threes to cover up Hillary Clinton’s 2016 health issues — and that cover up failed.
What’s more, nothing changes the fact that when Biden is up on that stage, be it at a debate or rally, it’s just him and him alone, and as we have seen over the past few months, this almost always results in disaster.
Keep the following in mind…
One of the reasons Biden sailed through Super Tuesday was the lack of media focus on him the weeks prior. He’d been written off for dead, no one was paying much attention, so the troubling pileup of brain freezes he suffered during those crucial days — including the fantasy about being arrested — got almost no attention.
That all changes now.
And if he wins the primary, the spotlight will intensify even more, as will Trump’s fearlessness when it comes to capitalizing on Biden’s decline. And if the fake news media don’t want to cover it — New Media and social media will be happy to step in.

A partial transcript is as follows:
RACHEL MADDOW: If, at the end of the day, it turns out that Vice President Biden is going to have more delegates than you do heading into the convention, will you drop out?
SEN. BERNIE SANDERS: Of course I’m gonna drop out; he will win. I mean, I suspect, we will run through the process, and I think people have a right to vote. But if Biden walks into the convention, or at the end of the process has more votes than me, he’s the winner.
MADDOW: And that’s true whether or not he has a majority or a just plurality?
SEN.SANDERS: Absolutely, that’s what I’ve said. Look, here’s the story, and there’s some confusion about this. Last time around in 2016, you talked about 2016, you’ll remember that before the very first vote was cast in Iowa, Hillary Clinton had 500 superdelegates at her side. She walked into the campaign with 500 superdelegates. I thought that was totally outrageous, absurd, and undemocratic. We fought very hard in the Democratic rules process to get rid of all superdelegates. That is my preference. I think it should be the decision of the people, not Washington insiders. We lost, but what we did get is not getting rid of all super delegates at the convention voting, but that on the first ballot there won’t be any superdelegates voting.

U.S.—The CDC is suggesting lots of weird ways to avoid contracting coronavirus, such as “washing your hands” and “not licking doorknobs.” These methods sound kind of “sciencie“, so we were immediately suspicious of them.
Sure enough, it seems the best way to avoid getting infected is supernatural: many have found that if you paint Chick-fil-A sauce on your doorposts, the virus will pass right over you and your household.
Research seems to indicate that the Angel of Coronavirus passes through each town and city every night and looks for the telltale sign that you are one of God’s elect, Chick-fil-A sauce. Those with the correct sign of being one of God’s people are passed over, while those without the sign are visited and immediately infected.
“We have no explanation,” said one so-called “scientist.” “This must be some kind of miracle from God.” The scientist said that they tried other substances, such as liberal tears, hand sanitizer, and essential oils, but only Chick-fil-A sauce proved 100% effective at staving off the Angel of Coronavirus.
At publishing time, President Trump had vowed to lead the nation’s Christians away from the Coronavirus-infested country and into the Promised Land where there are hardly any diseased people, or people at all. This turned out to be Greenland.
Data from the Department of Homeland Security shows that 328 immigrants from China were caught trying to he border illegally so far this year. Three other people from South Korea were arrested at the border, The Washington Times reported.
The report comes as the coronavirus continues to spread across China, where there are more than 80,000 confirmed cases and 2,902 deaths, according to Johns Hopkins. In South Korea, there are more than 6,000 active cases and 35 deaths.
“All told, more than 1,000 migrants a day are caught attempting to sneak in illegally from Mexico, which detected its first case last week, and since has identified five others,” The Times wrote. “And if that many are being caught each day, an unknown but significant number are getting through undetected, Border Patrol agents say.”
“The journey to the U.S. border puts migrants in poor conditions,” a Homeland Security official told The Washington Times. “We don’t know if they have come into contact with someone who has the flu, there is no passport, medical history, or travel manifest.”
President Trump has suggested that he might move to close the southern border, but so far has made no attempt to do so.
Wrote The Times:
Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad F. Wolf raised the issue Tuesday with the House Homeland Security Committee, saying that illegal immigration presents a unique threat compared to legal travelers from China, who are being screened on arrival.
“The individuals that are coming in at our 11 airports that are being funneled, we have very good information of their travel history, of their medical history. We’re not going to have that same set of fidelity for the individuals if this continues to grow at the southwest border,” he said.
Mr. Wolf also said the spread of the virus in Mexico creates new complications, after the U.S. has forced tens of thousands of asylum-seekers to wait in that country while their cases are proceeding in American immigration courts.
Late last week a federal court issued a ruling that could result in thousands of them being admitted immediately. The ruling was stayed, but Mr. Wolf said it could be a danger spot should the courts demand their entry.
The United States Supreme Court will hear a case out of Louisiana on Tuesday that could significantly increase states’ ability to enact laws restricting abortion and make it harder for doctors or clinics to challenge them in court, CBS News reported.
What’s the case?
June Medical Services v. Russo is a case that challenges a 2014 Louisiana law known as the Unsafe Abortion Protection Act. That law requires doctors and abortion clinics to have admitting privileges to a nearby hospital in order to operate. Pro-abortion advocates view the law as a backdoor way to severely restrict abortion access, while the stated intent of the law is to ensure the safety of patients at abortion clinics.
A federal judge struck down the law based on a 2016 Supreme Court ruling that blocked an allegedly similar law in Texas. But an appeals court reversed that decision, saying the Louisiana law was different enough from the Texas law that it could stand, with one of the reasons being that driving distances in Louisiana were not as great in Texas, so the impact of potentially fewer abortion clinics in the state was less significant.
A question at the heart of this case is whether doctors or clinics have legal standing to challenge state regulations. If it is determined that they don’t, it could become more difficult for abortion advocates to oppose pro-life laws.
What could the impact be?
Opponents of the admitting privileges law say that hospitals often only extend admitting privileges to clinics that will regularly send patients. Since abortions are generally safe, they argue, it is difficult for them to get admitting privileges. Additionally, some medical institutions in a place like Louisiana don’t want to be associated with abortion. So an admitting privileges requirement would effectively eliminate most abortion clinics in the state.
While bans on abortion procedures are often struck down due to Roe v. Wade, bans on abortion access are another way states could limit abortion. Louisiana is certainly a state that would seek to eliminate abortion to any extent possible under the law, and a win in this case would be a huge step toward that.
“If the court allows the Louisiana law to stand, we will probably look back on this case as the acceleration of the total demise of the right to abortion in this country,”said Gretchen Borchelt, vice president for reproductive rights at the National Women’s Law Center, according to the Los Angeles Times. “Without overruling Roe, the court could gut what is left of the constitutional right to abortion.”
Where do the justices stand?
This case takes on additional interest due to the current makeup of the Supreme Court, including the most recent additions of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberal justices to put the Louisiana law on hold until a full appeal, but the conservative lean of the court presents a real chance of a legal win for pro-life advocates after arguments have been heard.
The Democrats’ sudden discovery of 77-year-old éminence grise Joe Biden has the electric feeling of Republicans settling on George H.W. Bush in 1992. (The Iowa Republican Party actually canceled the caucuses that year so as not to embarrass President Bush.)
It’s Democrats convincing themselves in 2004 that John Kerry was the “safe” choice.
Trump bragged so much about his opposition to the Iraq War that media “fact-checkers” worked overtime to prove that he was an Iraq War supporter.
President Trump and the Republican-controlled Senate have taken the reliably liberal 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and tilted it to the Right. The 9th Circuit is the largest circuit court, covering many of the West Coast states, including California, Hawaii, and Arizona. The court just received its 10th judge from the Trump administration, effectively changing the court’s liberal makeup into a more ideologically diverse lineup. In just three years, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Trump joined forces to place more justices to lifetime appointments on the 9th Circuit than President Barack Obama did in his eight years in office.
One judge from the circuit said the rapid influx of Trump appointees had been jarring, telling the Los Angeles Times, “Ten new people at once sends a shock wave through the system.”
Many of Trump’s appointments have been praised by their peers on the 9th Circuit, but others appear to be rattled. For instance, Judge Daniel Collins has been criticized for his “combative” objections to other judges on the circuit.
“Collins has definitely bulldozed his way around here already in a short time,”one judge from the 9th Circuit said. “Either he doesn’t care or doesn’t realize that he has offended half the court already.”
Democratic-appointed judges still hold a slight majority in the circuit, with 16 appointees compared with 13 Republican appointees, but 9th Circuit Judge Milan Smith Jr., an appointee of George W. Bush, said Trump’s judicial picks were about to take over.
“Trump has effectively flipped the circuit,” Smith said. “You will see a sea change in the 9th Circuit on day-to-day decisions.”
Democratic appointees have controlled the 9th Circuit Court since 1978, when federal law changed to add 10 seats to the court, allowing President Jimmy Carter to select every judge to fill the openings. President Ronald Reagan got only three nominations on the circuit, and appointees from President Bill Clinton and Obama built out the rest of the former liberal stronghold.
Because the court was reliably liberal, it was often the go-to court to challenge Trump’s policies, often forcing a review from the Supreme Court. In the early days of Trump’s presidency, the 9th Circuit struck down his “travel ban” from several Muslim-majority countries and deemed many of his immigration policies unconstitutional. The Supreme Court overturned many of the rulings from the 9th Circuit. Still, delays caused by the lower courts can hinder the president’s policies from moving forward when he wants them to begin.
In total, Trump has appointed 51 circuit court judges to lifetime appointments alongside the two justices he landed on the Supreme Court. McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, has joked that his motto while leading the GOP majority in the Senate is to “leave no vacancy behind.”

Trump received 1,871,515 total votes in the Texas Republican primary on Tuesday, with 99.5 percent of the vote reporting. That’s more than the top four remaining Democrats combined, as currently former Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Bernie Sanders, Michael Bloomberg, and Elizabeth Warren have earned a total of 1.7 million votes in Texas, with 91.3 percent of the vote reporting, although the Democrat votes are still being counted.
Trump received the most votes ever for an incumbent president running in Texas.
Fifteen years ago, 635,948 Republican Texans voted for then-President George W. Bush in the 2004 Republican primary. In 2012, 520,410 Democrats voted for then-President Barack Obama in their primary.
Texan Republicans did have a Senate primary in the state in 2020, but Sen. John Cornyn was the easy winner with 74 percent of the vote.

Placer County officials said the deceased individual was an “elderly adult” who had ongoing health issues and was the second coronavirus patient in the area. It is believed the individual was infected with the deadly illness while aboard a Diamond Princess cruise ship that traveled from San Francisco and traveled to Mexico between February 11 to February 21. The person was hospitalized at Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center on February 27.
“We extend our deepest condolences to the loved ones of this patient,”Dr. Aimee Sisson, a Placer County Health Officer, said in a statement. “While we have expected more cases, this death is an unfortunate milestone in our efforts to fight this disease, and one that we never wanted to see.”
“While most cases of COVID-19 exhibit mild or moderate symptoms, this tragic death underscores the urgent need for us to take extra steps to protect residents who are particularly vulnerable to developing more serious illness, including elderly persons and those with underlying health conditions,” added Dr. Sisson.
Earlier Wednesday, Washington state health officials reported their tenth death from coronavirus. The development comes after congressional negotiators reached an agreement Wednesday to provide $7.76 billion in funding to combat the coronavirus outbreak.
Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Richard Shelby (R-AL) and House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Nita Lowey (D-NY) hashed out the deal that will make available three times the $2.5 billion requested by the White House. Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Richard Shelby (R-AL) and House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Nita Lowey (D-NY) lead the negotiations that will make available three times the $2.5 billion requested by the Trump administration.
“This should not be about politics; this is about doing our job to protect the American people from a potential pandemic,” Shelby said in a statement. “We worked together to craft an aggressive and comprehensive response that provides the resources the experts say they need to combat this crisis. I thank my colleagues for their cooperation and appreciate President Trump’s eagerness to sign this legislation and get the funding out the door without delay.”
The House of Representatives is expected to vote later today on the bill, according to NBC News.
Former DNC Chair Donna Brazile came completely unhinged Tuesday morning when doing an interview on Fox News. Brazile attacked Ronna McDaniel who is Chair of the Republican National Committee and Mitt Romney’s outspoken niece. Before Brazile was on the show, McDaniel was on and she was asked about the DNC and the voting right now.
McDaniel said the following about the convention, “It does depend on how big a lead that Sanders takes out of California is. If he picks up a huge proportion of delegates. I don’t see anybody getting out soon. It is leading towards a brokered convention, which will be rigged against Bernie if those superdelegates have their way on that second vote.”
Brazile didn’t like that one bit. Here’s how she responded:
“First of all, I want to talk to my Republicans. Stay the hell out of our race! Stay the hell out of our race. I get sick and tired, Ed and Sandra, of listening to Republicans tell me and the Democrats about our process.”
“First of all, they don’t have a process. They are canceling primaries. They have winner-take-all. They don’t have the kind of democracy that we see on the Democratic side.”
“And for people to use Russian talking points to sow division among Americans is stupid. So Ronna, go to hell! This is not about — go to Hell! I’m tired of it…We’re not trying to prevent anyone from becoming the nominee.“
She must have forgotten just four years ago when the DNC rigged the Democratic election in favor of Hillary Clinton. She even apologized to Bernie for it.
McDaniel was a good sport and fired a kill shot at Brazile on Twitter.
It’s ok, @donnabrazile.
I’d be having a bad day too if my party was still hopelessly divided.
Talk of a brokered convention and the DNC trying to stop Bernie obviously hit a little close to home.
In a 5-4 decision, a divided U.S. Supreme Court ruled that foreigners who are in America illegally can be prosecuted for the crime of identity theft. While the ruling seems like a no brainer, the court was divided because the case involved the Immigration Control and Reform Act, which says any information provided on an I-9 work form can’t be used by law enforcement in any way — and that includes as evidence in a criminal case.
“The Immigration Control and Reform Act (IRCA) makes it a federal crime to lie on the I-9 work authorization form, while limiting how the false information can be used,”Fox News reported. “Federal law also says information “contained in” the I-9 cannot be used for law enforcement other than specified exceptions — but the Supreme Court ruled that if workers use the same information in tax documents, they can face charges.”
“Although IRCA expressly regulates the use of I–9’s and documents appended to that form, no provision of IRCA directly addresses the use of other documents, such as federal and state tax-withholding forms, that an employee may complete upon beginning a new job,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the court’s majority opinion. He was joined by fellow conservatives Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh.
The IRCA also forbids state charges or civil cases against “those who employ, or recruit or refer for a fee for employment, unauthorized aliens,” but Alito noted that this “makes no mention of state or local laws that impose criminal or civil sanctions on employees or applicants for employment.”
The Kansas Supreme Court had ruled in a case that charges were improper because “[t]he fact that this information was included in the W–4 and K–4 did not alter the fact that it was also part of the I–9.”
Alito said that was a incorrect ruling.
“Taken at face value, this theory would mean that no information placed on an I–9 — including an employee’s name, residence address, date of birth, telephone number, and e-mail address — could ever be used by any entity or person for any reason,” he wrote.
California officials are getting pretty worried that the coronavirus could hit the homeless camps in California. A homeless carrier would present peculiar problems for doctors trying to get the disease under control. The homeless lives in tight quarters and do not have easy access to good hygiene They also have a tendency to move around and thus could spread the disease much further than the typical person.
With the huge number of rats in the camps, it makes it even more likely that the disease could spread far and fast. And in cities the size of LA and San Francisco, a huge number of people could be affected.
Peter Beilenson, director of health services for Sacramento County said:
“I was thinking about it when I was in the … shower [on Thursday] morning, literally. We’ve been checking on the schools and on the nursing homes and on healthcare facilities, etc., and so I was thinking, ‘What about the homeless?’”
Beilenson and others said homeless people present unique risks and challenges for outbreaks of infectious diseases. Though the number of coronavirus cases remains at only a few dozen in the United States, homeless people, in particular, for multiple reasons could be vulnerable to both a quick spread of the illness and to more severe cases.
People living outdoors often do so in close quarters and lack the ability to maintain basic hygiene, including precautions such as hand washing. They may also face more danger from serious infection because of existing illnesses or frequent use of drugs or alcohol — factors with the potential to make a case of COVID-19 more severe.
Some homeless people also move often, making them both hard to reach for treatment and potentially increasing the spread of the virus if they are carriers.
“Unfortunately, we know that people living in crowded, unsanitary conditions are at increased risk for a variety of infectious diseases,” said Dr. Jeffrey Klausner, professor of medicine and public health at UCLA. “This is definitely a population … with other chronic medical conditions, so should they acquire coronavirus, they are potentially at risk for more serious complications.”

Joe Biden, the former pro-abortion Vice President, is winning big tonight on Super Tuesday, as he is pulling in more delegates than fellow abortion activist Bernie Sanders.
It is the day before the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the June Medical Services abortion case out of Louisiana, and activities have already heated up in anticipation of that.
Facebook, YouTube, and other big tech companies are not bound to abide by the First Amendment of the Constitution, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday, dealing a blow to conservatives online.
Popping up across Louisiana this week are a series of pro-abortion billboards that claim the legalized killing of unborn babies is “justice and dignity for all.”
A.F. Branco has taken his two greatest passions, (art and politics) and translated them into the cartoons that have been popular all over the country, in various news outlets including “Fox News”, MSNBC, CBS, ABC and “The Washington Post.” He has been recognized by such personalities as Dinesh D’Souza, James Woods, Sarah Palin, Larry Elder, Lars Larson, the great Rush Limbaugh.
While Sanders self-identifies as a democratic socialist, which many right-wing lawmakers, and pundits often conflate with communism, the two political ideologies actually have major differences.
Although Scandinavia is progressively liberal, by their own words, the Northern European states are not Socialist; or Democratic-Socialist. Former Denmark Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen’s speech at Harvard 2015 informed:
“I know that some people in the U.S. associate the Nordic model with some sort of socialism.
Denmark is far from a socialist planned economy. In fact, Denmark is a market economy, albeit with an expanded welfare state which provides a high level of security to its citizens.”
“We were at a Sanders event, and it was like being at a Left Party meeting. It was a mixture of very young people and old Marxists, who think they were right all along. There were no ordinary people there, simply.”
But double standards are becoming a comfortable norm for Sanders, as are the creature comforts that come with his newfound wealth. Normally he has won over fans with attacks on fossil fuels usage, proposing radical ideas to climate change, and assailing the trappings of corporate greed. So why has Bernie been seen flying on a gas-guzzling ‘private’ jet? Should he not be leading by example?
The Democratic front-runner was spotted Saturday making his way off of a private Gulfstream between campaign stops in South Carolina and Massachusetts — the latter being where he held a rally at Boston Common ahead of Super Tuesday.
As for this little mix-up here, it’s kinda funny. Bernie’s been flying all over the country for different campaign events — so the guy’s definitely busy and has a preoccupied mind at the moment. Mistakes like this (getting on the wrong Gulfstream) are bound to happen.
Down in South Carolina, someone alleged he had as many as three Gulfstreams to himself to get somewhere just a couple hours away. Unclear if that’s true, but here’s something to keep in mind.
What is interesting about the Sanders family foray into media buying, in particular, is that Jane Sanders had no apparent background in media buying. But in her husband’s 2006 campaign, she worked with two media buyers named Barbara Abar Bougie and Shelli Hutton-Hartig – two names that would become significant when Bernie’s political ambitions went national.
Bernie Sanders’s insurgent 2016 presidential campaign brought in a huge sum of money. A large chunk of it — nearly $83 million — flowed to a mysterious limited liability company (LLC) with no website, no phone number, and no office space. Indeed, the LLC was registered to a private home on a cul-de-sac in suburban Virginia.
The mysterious company is called Old Towne Media LLC. Two names connected to the company are Barbara Abar Bougie and Shelli Hutton-Hartig, Jane’s associates from the 2006 campaign.
The Sanders campaign purchased a whopping $82.77 million in political ads through Old Towne Media, which could have earned the company a media fee of more than $12 million.
The big question going into 2020 was if Bernie Sanders could sojourn through the demands of a presidential political campaign after a heart attack.
Sen. Bernie Sanders had no reported history of heart disease and had been keeping up an active presidential campaign schedule. But during an event Tuesday evening in Las Vegas, he experienced chest discomfort, his campaign said. Tests showed a blocked artery, and he had two stents implanted.
The fact that Sanders needed two stents is not an indication of the scope of his problem, said Dr. Deepak L. Bhatt, who is executive director of Interventional Cardiovascular Programs at Brigham and Women’s Hospital Heart and Vascular Center in Boston. The average number a patient needs is a little under two, he said.
Wednesday afternoon, Sanders tweeted, “I’m feeling good. I’m fortunate to have good health care and great doctors and nurses helping me to recover.”
It was not only just a medical doctor identifying the ailment that saved Sanders, but prompt actions from expert specialists that made the life-saving difference. As the Associated Press detailed:
Sanders’ heart attack occurred in an artery often called the “widow-maker,” and the fact that he received prompt treatment to reopen that blood vessel helps explain how well he’s doing, said Dr. Mary Ann McLaughlin, director of cardiovascular health and wellness at Mount Sinai Heart in New York. She reviewed Sanders’ health information.
The key test to show that was a treadmill exercise test in which doctors watch for signs of trouble during strong exertion. Sanders’ exercise capacity this month was “average” for a healthy man his age without heart disease, and he was able to exercise to a level about 50% higher than men his age who do have heart disease, wrote University of Vermont cardiac rehabilitation chief Dr. Philip Ades and exercise physiologist Patrick Savage in a separate letter.
Amazing that the same type of primary healthcare that saved Bernie Sanders’ life is also the same healthcare system that is one of the first things he would dismantle if elected president. For notice Sanders did not rely on his own ‘healthcare-for-all’ philosophies when it was his life on the line.
Professional weasel Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA) received a throat-punch from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
In one of its many nonsensical investigations of President Trump, the House Judiciary Committee demanded that former White House counsel Don McGahn testify. The Court disagreed, ruling in favor of the White House.
Schiff and team deemed the president’s action of taking executive privilege in denying McGahn’s testimony as “interference”. Thus, the ruling decimates the very premise of the impeachment hoax.
Clearly the president did not interfere with Congress in its supposed duties of oversight. As America has learned and will continue to learn, “oversight” for Schiff means protecting the Leftist traitors who tried to overthrow a duly-elected president.
This decision only bolsters the president’s rightful claim of a Democrat witch hunt.
Georgetown Constitutional Law professor and legal expert Jonathan Turley chimed in on the ruling, commenting about Trump’s victory on Twitter.
Turley tweeted:
“The decision in this case marks one of the greatest losses in the history of the House of Representatives. Congress was wrong in rushing to impeach and its second article was both premature and presumptuous in claiming obstruction.”
In his opinion on the ruling, Judge Thomas Griffith commented,
“We cannot decide this case without declaring the actions of one or the other [branches of government] unconstitutional.”
“If federal courts were to swoop in to rescue Congress whenever its constitutional tools failed, it would not just supplement the political process; it would replace that process with one in which unelected judges become the perpetual ‘overseer[s]’ of our elected officials. That is not the role of judges in our democracy, and that is why Article III compels us to dismiss this case.”
The White House needs no vindication in this farce. Nevertheless, a spokeswoman from the Justice Department said in a statement Friday that the department was “extremely pleased” with the ruling.
This ruling marks the first of many revelations about the tactics of Adam Schiff and the Democrats.
The cover-up of their treason won’t last much longer. And millions of Americans wait to see real justice doled out.
John Durham is due to release his report, and rumors claim that Durham has impaneled a grand jury.
In another hint that justice may finally come to the lecherous Leftists, a court recently ruled that Hillary Clinton must testify about her deleted emails.
Even new presidential front-runner Joe Biden won’t escape scrutiny. Especially as the Ukraine opened an investigation into Joe and Hunter Bidens’ potential crimes.
Of course, I just voted in California, so I have zero confidence my vote meant anything. The socialist that run this state do whatever their black hearts wants to do, but it is still one of the last vestiges of freedom left in this state. Yes, I am very angry at our state, and the way the socialist has taken over.
No, we can’t move. One, we don’t have the money. Two, we have several “anchors” in this area. So, unless God does a miracle so we can get out of here, we will stay and lift our voices for freedom.
When my wife and I arrived at the polling place, we were greeted with this sign on the door.
Isn’t that “deliberate democrat/socialist invited foreign interference in our elections”? To be here legally, even as a foreign resident, you MUST be able to demonstrate a high school level working knowledge of the English language. Therefore, there is no reason to have ballots, or signage in any language other than ENGLISH.
Well, I asked that of my wife, while we were standing in line. She immediately shushed me because she didn’t want to watch me being pummeled by angry leftist who hate it when you point out their hypocrisy. Freedom of speech stops when you have anything to say that the leftist doesn’t like.

Amy Klobuchar, the pro-abortion Minnesota senator, has ended her presidential campaign just weeks after finishing in third in the New Hampshire primary — a result that brought her up into the middle of the pack from the bottom tier.
It is difficult to take abortion activists seriously when they claim to protect women’s health and then fight against laws that require abortion facilities to meet basic health and safety standards.
