Over 50 people were shot, seven fatally, between Thursday and Sunday night in Mayor Bill de Blasio’s (D) New York City.
On Sunday night, ABC 7 reported the victims were the result of 50 separate shootingsthat occurred throughout the city “since Thursday.” AM NY reports40 gun-related incidents since Friday night alone.
Breitbart News reported 12 shootings with 20 victims on Friday. One of the 20 victims, 28-year-old Deshawn Reid, died from his wounds. He was shot in front of his Flatbush apartment on Ocean Avenue Friday afternoon at 4 p.m.
Another of the weekend fatalities was off-duty NYC corrections officer John Jeff. ABC 7 reported that Jeff was killed with his own gun as he was leaving a party in Queens Saturday morning.
As the number of dead and wounded in NYC were calculated Sunday night, President Trump tweeted, saying, “Law and Order. If [NYC Mayor de Blasio] can’t do it, we will!” Trump has also talked of sending federal troops to other Democrat-controlled cities where gun violence is raging out of control. His offers to do so in Chicago were rejected by Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D), who rejected the offer, choosing instead to push for more gun control.
On July 16, 2020, Breitbart News reported that Lightfoot responded to Trump’s offer of federal help by suggesting the president would secure more gun control if he really wanted to do something for Chicago. The ChicagoTribunereported her saying, “If the president was really committed to helping us deal with our violence, he would do some easy things. What he would push for is universal background checks, he would push for an assault weapons ban, he would push to make sure that people who are banned from getting on airplanes can’t get guns.”

A motorist was dragged from his car, forced to the ground, and beaten unconscious by Portland rioters on Sunday night, as lawlessness continues to reign with no law enforcement in sight. The incident was reported and shared by Andy Ngo, editor at-large of the Post Millennial. The scenes are graphic.
Ngo then shared a tweet of the moments immediately preceding the assault, where the driver can be seen apparently trying to explain how and why his vehicle crashed. He is then made to sit while others search his vehicle. After trying to get up, the man is violently shoved to the ground.
Then, while the man sat on the ground apparently texting on his phone, one of the rioters who had initially confronted him ran up from behind and kicked him in the side of the head, rendering him unconscious.
Shouts of support for Black Lives Matter can be heard as other rioters began examining the man. A woman can be heard shouting multiple times to call 911 as the man lay bleeding on the street. Police did not arrive on the scene until after the crash and the violence had already occurred. When the police began attempting to tow away the man’s vehicle, the crowd started accusing them of “protecting white supremacists.”
Portland is entering its 81st consecutive day of riots as demonstrators have moved beyond attacking federal courthouses and have now entered into residential areas. The condition of the man who was knocked unconscious is unknown.
Democrats have spent several days flogging the false “mailbox conspiracy” theory that President Donald Trump is deliberately crippling the U.S. Postal Service so that it cannot handle votes by mail in November — even forcing it to remove mailboxes.
The truth is that the mailboxes were removed because mailboxes are always being removed. At least 14,000 were removed during the Obama-Biden administration. Democrats are creating a new hysteria to cast Trump as a tyrant and motivate their conspiracy-theory-addled voters.
Former Vice President Joe Biden has enthusiastically inflamed this phony conspiracy theory — far more directly than Trump can be said to have “promoted” or “encouraged” the Kamala Harris “Birther” theory (which he declined to pursue).
The truth is far more mundane.
The U.S. Postal Service has been a problem for years, constantly losing money.
In 2009, the postmaster general proposed moving to five-day-per-week mail delivery to cut costs. President Barack Obama criticized the service that year for failing to keep up with private sector competitors. The Obama-Biden administration considered closing nearly 3,700 post office locations, and proposed cutting 12,000 postal jobs.
President Trump tried a different tack, demanding in 2018 that Amazon lower the prices it charged the U.S. Postal Service for delivering its packages to consumers.
One aspect of ongoing cost management is the removal of mailbox from areas where few people deposit mail. Kimberly Frum, a spokeswoman for the service, told The Hill (via the Blaze) that low-volume mailboxes are regularly removed to cut costs:
She said that low-volume mailboxes are a financial drag on the Postal Service, which lost more than $2 billion in the second quarter.
“It is a fluid process and figures can vary from day-to-day,” Frum said. “Historically, mail boxes have been removed for lack of use and installed in growth areas.”
“When a collection box consistently receives very small amounts of mail for months on end, it costs the Postal Service money in fuel and workhours for letter carriers to drive to the mailbox and collect the mail. Removing the box is simply good business sense in that respect. It is important to note that anyone with a residential or business mailbox can use it as a vehicle to send outgoing mail.”

The removal of mailboxes has been halted until after the election, to avoid further confusion (sown deliberately by Democrats and the media). But even with fewer mailboxes, the U.S. Postal Service can probably handle the delivery of ballots, Byron York argues in the Washington Examiner. It handles hundreds of millions of items daily.
The bottleneck is not necessarily the U.S. Postal Service, but rather the state and local election officials who set arbitrary deadlines for postmarking ballots, and who will have to sort out millions more additional mailed ballots than they are used to handling. In many states, they have never done anything like it before.
In New York’s Democratic primary, more than one out of every four vote-by-mail ballots was disqualified.In Clark County, Nevada, 223,000 mailed ballots were returned as undeliverable. That is not a postal problem; it is a government problem that cannot be fixed by November.
Democrats have targeted Postmaster General Louis DeJoy because he is a Republican donor. They ignore the fact that he “made a fortune in shipping and logistics” and that his “former company was a contractor of the Postal Service for many years,” York notes. DeJoy’s plan to save the U.S. Postal Service involves delivering all mail in the morning, to avoid the expense of overtime pay. It is currently being tested across the country. Democrats have turned that into a dark conspiracy to steal the election — or cast doubt on mail-in voting.
But given that the Obama-Biden administration itself removed thousands upon thousands of mailboxes, this is a conspiracy theory that — like the others — has gone bust, at least for those of us living in the real world.

The Democratic National Convention kicks off this week and Joe Biden enters with a lead over President Donald Trump. According to most polls, Biden has the edge.
But now a new poll is out days after Biden’s VP pick of Kamala Harris and just in time for the big Democratic convention. And it’s shaking up the race, once again. This time, the poll is from CNN, but it’s not what most people expected. In fact, Democrats might be getting pretty nervous.

Presumptive Democrat presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden’s lead has evaporated in the past two months, a new poll from CNN shows.
Biden leads President Donald Trump by just four points nationally — 50 percent to 46 percent — and by even less across 15 battleground states that will determine who wins the electoral college.
It’s important to remember that CNN’s national poll in early June showed Biden with a 14-point lead over the incumbent. Now it’s down to 4, which represents a double-digit swing in favor of Trump. Additionally, in those 15 battleground states, Biden is only leading by a single percentagepoint: 49% – 48%. This could mean that voting in key states will come down to the wire.
According to CNN’s polling director Jennifer Agiesta, the new poll marks significant changes in demographics:
For example, those between the ages of 35 and 64 now “tilt toward Trump,” but they were leaning toward Biden in June.
On top of which, there has been a big shift among Independent voters — in June, Biden held a 52-41% lead, but now Independents are almost split (46% for Biden, 45% for Trump).
Lastly, the poll was conducted between August 12 and August 15, almost immediately after Biden announced Harris as his running mate.
That’s why it seems Harris isn’t helping Biden out of the gate; Agiesta noted that Americans have a “narrowly positive” view of Harris, but that’s apparently not doing Joe any favors right now.
It’s likely we’ll see more shifts in the polls as the Conventions roll on, of course. It’ll be interesting to see where the two candidates stand after both Democrats and Republicans hold their events…

Saturday on MSNBC, Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) called for “unrest in the streets for as long as there’s unrest in our lives.”
Pressley said, “Donald Trump knows that his failings are on the ballot, that we have lost hundreds of thousands of American lives that were preventable and that’s just the most egregious of his criminal negligence and sluggish response and science denies and his failures of leadership. He knows those failures are on the ballot, that the occupant of the White House is on the way to being a temporary one. As Dan Rather reminds us, cheaters are going to cheat. So the only way that he thinks he can be even remotely successful is to suppress and to undermine our democracy, beginning with the United States Postal Service, which is a war on them and the livelihood of those essential workers and their families and those who rely upon the critical services that the postal service provides. We have to continue to hold this administration accountable. At every turn, they have sought to obstruct, stonewall, and evade justice and accountability. I do think that DeJoy should resign and be subpoenaed to come before the Oversight Committee.”
She continued, “I’m looking to the public. You know, this is as much about public outcry, and organizing, and mobilizing, and applying pressure so that this GOP-led Senate and these governors that continue to carry water for this administration, putting the American people in harm’s way, turning a deaf ear to the needs of our families and our communities, hold them accountable. Make the phone calls, send the emails, show up.”
She added, “There needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there’s unrest in our lives, and unfortunately, there’s plenty to go around.”
Multiple police officers were shot while responding to a call at a house in the Horizon Park area of Cedar Park, Texas.
UPDATE: CBS Austin published a statement in which Gov. Greg Abbott (R) addressed the shooting of the Cedar Park officers:
Our hearts are with the police officers who were injured while protecting the Cedar Park community this afternoon. We must never take for granted the service and sacrifice of our law enforcement officers, and the State of Texas stands ready to provide the support and resources needed to bring justice to those involved. I ask that all Texans join Cecilia and me in prayer for the these officers, and for the safety of all law enforcement officers across the state.
KHOU reported that the suspect who shot the officers is barricaded in a home off of Natalie Cove.
The Austin American-Statesmanquoted an anonymous source saying three officers were shot.
Police are asking residents to “avoid Bagdad Road between Osage and New Hope.”
KVUE reported that the officers’ injuries appear to be non-life-threatening.

The votes are in: Both Dr. Anthony Fauci and President Donald Trump support in-person voting this fall. With the 2020 presidential election rapidly approaching in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, there has been much debate about whether it will be safe to gather in person at polling locations. That debate should now be over. Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has said safe in-person voting is possible, as long as proper precautions are taken.

Fauci spoke with ABC News Correspondent Deborah Roberts for “Stopping Pandemics,” an exclusive National Geographic event that aired on Wednesday. During the interview, Roberts asked Fauci if it would be safe for people to go out and vote in person this November.
“I think if carefully done, according to the guidelines, there’s no reason that I can see why that not be the case,” Fauci said.
“For example, when you look at going to a grocery store now in many regions and counties and cities that are doing it correctly, they have ‘X’s every six or more feet. And it says, Don’t leave this spot until the person in front of you left their spot. And you can do that, if you go and wear a mask, if you observe the physical distancing, and don’t have a crowded situation, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to do that.”

Fauci did provide a caveat that people who are high-risk should take advantage of mail-in or other vote-from-home options, options that have been available for years.
“I mean, obviously if you’re a person who is compromised physically or otherwise, you don’t want to take the chance,” he said.
“There’s the situation of mail-in voting that has been done for years in many places. So there’s no reason why we shouldn’t be able to vote in person or otherwise.”
For months we’ve been told that we should listen to the “experts” and the “science” on coronavirus. Now that the nation’s top expert and the president agree that in-person voting is safe, the debate should be over.

Unfortunately, that seems unlikely.
The left has been pushing for universal mail-in voting for months — almost since the beginning of the pandemic. Trump has been pushing back just as long, arguing that mail-in voting presents a greater opportunity for fraud and would place a heavy burden on the already struggling United States Postal Service. The Postal Service has already sent letters to 46 states warning it cannot guarantee all mail-in ballots for the November election will be delivered early enough to be counted.

There is a legitimate debate to be had about alternative voting methods. Even without the fear of a pandemic, issues like hours-long lines and lack of transportation discourage potential voters. Some states already utilize robust mail-in voting systems. For example, Colorado sends mail-in ballots to every registered voter and reports very little fraud in the process, according to KCNC-TV. However, Colorado’s system was implemented over time and with great consideration.
Additionally, it was first fully implemented during the 2014 midterm elections, not made mere months before a hotly contested presidential election. In fact, there are already plenty of examples of mail-in ballot issues this year alone and test runs of mail-in processes aren’t looking particularly promising.
Moreover, election rules and regulations are generally made at the state and local levels.
A nationwide mail-in voting mandate would overstep the bounds of federalism, taking control out of the hands of state and local governments and putting it in federal hands.
The president just wants a fair election. Now, Fauci agrees with him that there is no reason in-person voting should not go ahead as scheduled. Everyone should be happy about this, as established voting procedures are likely more secure than hastily implemented pandemic procedures.
Unfortunately, the left hates to see Trump proven right, so the push for mail-in voting this fall is likely to continue.
Former FBI Attorney Kevin Clinesmith is expected to plead guilty to altering Carter Page evidence to support the FISA warrant used to spy on the Donald Trump campaign in 2016. However, Clinesmith, in order to save himself, implicated others on Crossfire Hurricane.

38-year-old Clinemsith altered an email from CIA investigators used to request a FISA warrant and renewals on Trump campaign advisor Carter Page. Carter Page previously worked as a source for the CIA, however Clinesmith falsely said Page was “never” a CIA source.
According to Durham’s charging document (and also in IG Horowitz’s report), “certain individuals” on the Crossfire Hurricane were told in an August 2016 memorandum that Page was a CIA asset — so who else knew? Despite members of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane team knowing Carter Page was a CIA asset, that information was omitted from the first three FISA warrants on Page.

“Mr. Clinesmith had provided the unchanged C.I.A. email to Crossfire Hurricane agents and the Justice Department lawyer drafting the original [October 2016] wiretap application,” Techno Fog posted from the New York Times report.
So who else knew about the lies?
So who, ultimately, hid the exculpatory information from the FISA court?

According to the Associated Press, Clinesmith will be charged in a DC court with one count of making a false statement.

A Dallas judge this week issued an order allowing Anne Georgulas power over her 8-year-old son James Younger’s medical decisions.

As previously reported, the mother of 8-year-old James wanted to start the boy on puberty blockers and eventually cross-sex hormones. The boy’s father, Jeffrey Younger vowed to keep fighting to protect his son after a jury last year ruled against him in his court case to save his son James from gender “transition.”
The crazed mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas was to continue the chemical castration of their son to transition James Younger into “Luna.” Dr, Georgulas actually admitted in court that she is not the biological mother of James and his twin brother Jude. She used in-vitro fertilization with a donor egg.

Texas Governor Gregg Abbott announced last fall that the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services were looking into the horrific case involving James Younger and his abusive mother who is working to castrate her son.
A video of James Younger when he was only 3 years old surfaced revealing that his mother put dresses on him and painted his fingernails when the child was just an infant! The abuse from the mother all started because James liked a toy from the movie ‘Frozen’ meant for little girls. It is totally normal for little boys to play with girls toys; it does not mean they want to be castrated and ‘transition’ into a girl. When asked if he was a boy or a girl, James, then only 3 years old answered, “girl.” He said his mom told him he’s a girl.
Now Jeffrey Younger is being forced to pay his ex-wife $5,000 a month to pay for his son’s “transition” and counseling in addition to a $10,000 retainer required by the counselor.

Judge Mary Brown issued the order without a proper hearing.
Yesterday, a Dallas judge took away Jeffrey Younger’s say in his son James’ medical, psychological, and psychiatric care, giving that power to James’ mother, who wants to “transition” him into a “girl.” After receiving national attention in October 2019, the bitter parental dispute had ultimately resulted in both parents getting a say in decisions regarding James and his twin, Jude; this ruling effectively reverses that.
James Younger’s mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, will now be able to enroll the eight-year-old in school as a “girl” named “Luna” and subject him to transgender medical procedures.

Yesterday, Judge Mary Brown, who was appointed to the case in January, granted Georgulas’ requests to force Mr. Younger to pay for counseling for James and Jude and attend family counseling. Mr. Younger previously objected to both of these requests as he was not allowed a say in the selection of the boys’ counselor or the family counselor.
The “Save James” Facebook page, run by individuals who support Mr. Younger’s cause, claims counseling will cost Mr. Younger $5,000 a month, in addition to a $10,000 retainer required by the counselor. Court documents do not specify the cost for counseling or the retainer.
According to the “Save James” Facebook page, Judge Brown’s order will also allow Georgulas to enroll James in school as “Luna.” Court documents indicate that Younger wanted to pull the boys out of school in favor of homeschooling.

President Donald Trump provided Breitbart News during an exclusive Oval Office interview with a six-page document detailing several of his administration’s accomplishments. The document, which is up to date as of early August and provided by the president to Breitbart News during his Oval Office interview on Monday, goes through what the president said was “page after page” of accomplishments.
“This is for you,” President Trump told Breitbart News as he handed the six-page document across the Resolute Desk. “I just had this done. These are the accomplishments. It’s page after page of stuff look—nobody’s done.”
The document contains just one subjective shot at his opponents in the establishment media, echoing the president’s claim that he has boosted television ratings and subscription sales and website traffic for the media. “Saved the NY Times, saved the Washington Post, and saved Cable TV,” reads the first item at the top of the first page.
In that vein, during his interview with Breitbart News, the president took some shots at establishment media outlets like CNN and MSNBC, which he called MSDNC.
“I think CNN is election interference because, you know, they are just an organ pipeline for the DNC. Look at what they do. Same with MSDNC,” Trump said. “Look, MSDNC is an absolute vehicle to get the word out. They should actually pay campaign contributions on what they’re doing. This is about a campaign contribution. I’ve never seen anything like it. MSDNC, CNN, the networks, everything—and yet, here we are. Look. Do you notice, it’s oval? It’s not round. But when you think about it, it’s hard to believe because the press is corrupt a hundred percent. If you look at it, the press is corrupt. Much of it, not all of it, but I would say most of it.”
Trump said that even Fox News has slipped from its former glory.
“Even Fox is not the same. Let’s not kid ourselves,” Trump said. “Fox is a big difference from what it was.”
Then, he made a comment in line with the document, noting that he believes the establishment media will struggle when the day comes he is no longer president, because whoever replaces him—whether it be Democrat Joe Biden next year, or somebody four years from now—will be boring.
“Someday when I’m not here, they’re all gone,” Trump said. “Because nobody is going to write. They’re not going to write about sleepy Joe Biden.”
While the document does have that one gratuitous shot at the media on the top of the first page, the content on the rest of the six pages of material lists several real demonstrable and actual accomplishments of the Trump administration—including during the coronavirus pandemic. This six-page document that the president handed to Breitbart News serves as perhaps the most substantive compilation the president and his team have put together detailing what they have done to help the American people through the worst of the pandemic, as well as several other successes the president has had throughout his administration.
The first major bullet point on the first page is titled: “The Great American Comeback is already underway.” It cites how the Trump administration added 1.8 million jobs in July,“exceeding expectations for the third straight month.” It also notes that Trump oversaw the addition of nine million jobs since May, “surpassing market expectations by a total of 12 million new jobs.”
“Over the last three months, we added over four million leisure and hospitality jobs; 1.47 million retail jobs; 1.17 million education and healthcare jobs; 743,000 service jobs; 623,000 manufacturing jobs; and 639,000 construction jobs,”the document continues.
It notes that half of the new jobs created are full-time, and that wages have increased by 4.8 percent year-over-year. The document cites the rapidly dropping unemployment percentage during the pandemic, now back down as of July to 10.2 percent, and noted that African American and Hispanic job creation has boomed during the past three months, rising by one million and 2.3 million respectively in those communities. Overall, job gains since April, the document from the president says, have recovered 42 percent of jobs lost to the pandemic already with 80 percent of small businesses reopened and retail sales spiking in May and June with a record-setting 18.2 percent increase in May and 7.5 percent increase in June.
The document cites several other economic successes of the Trump administration during the pandemic and then shifts into the next section, which details efforts the president made during the pandemic to provide economic relief to get the country through the worst of times. Walking through the over $3 trillion in relief that the president provided to American workers and businesses, the document says the Trump administration saved “many tens of millions of jobs” through signing the $2 trillion CARES Act, which sent direct cash payments to 80 million American workers, and approved $670 billion for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), which has processed more than five million loans to small businesses and, according to the document, “saved 50 million American jobs.” The document also cites Trump’s recent executive actions to provide a payroll tax holiday through the end of the year, an extra $400 per week in unemployment benefits to those who need it, to help stop evictions, and to defer student loan payments.
Then it shifts into public health actions the president has taken to “vanquish COVID-19,” which the document says is “the greatest national mobilization since WWII.” It cites the Trump administration’s travel restrictions on China, Europe, and Iran, as well as the administration developing the “most advanced testing system on earth” that has already conducted 65 million coronavirus tests—and notes that despite the United States being just five percent of the world’s population, this country, thanks to the Trump administration, has conducted 25 percent of the world’s coronavirus tests so far. The document cites “Operation Warp Speed,” which has moved three vaccine candidates into Phase Three trials already–a “record time” for vaccine production–and the recently announced $1 billion deal with Johnson & Johnson to “manufacture and distribute 100 million doses” of vaccine when approved.
The document notes that the Trump administration has “reduced mortality by 85% since April through the use of therapies such as Remdesivir, dexamethasone, and antibody treatments.” It notes that the Trump administration has “secured over 4.1 million doses of Remdesivir, enough to treat over 650,000 patients,” and has “treated 86,000 Americans with convalescent plasma” which can “reduce mortality by 50%.” It notes too that more than 230 more clinical trials are underway for more potential emerging treatments.
As for personal protective equipment, the document the president gave to Breitbart News noted that the administration has coordinated with private sector partners to deliver more than 196 million N95 respirator masks, 815 million surgical masks, 20 billion gloves, 34 million face shields, and 354 million gowns. The document says the administration has “replenished the long-neglected National Stockpile by tripling the number of N95 masks on hand to over 45 million,” tripled the number of gowns available to 15 million, and quadrupled the number of ventilators to 75,000. It also says the administration, using the Defense Production Act, “awarded contracts for 200,000 ventilators” to be produced, and that no American who has needed a ventilator to fight the coronavirus has been denied one anywhere in the country.
The document also cites various actions the president has taken on prescription drug prices, as well as on law and order. Specifically on that front, it notes that since the president launched Operation LeGend to send federal officers to a number of U.S. cities including Chicago, Albuquerque, Cleveland, Detroit, Milwaukee, Memphis, Kansas City, and St. Louis, the government has already made 156 arrests, and cites the president’s successes in Portland, Oregon.
The document continues by citing the president’s successes on trade, rebuilding the U.S. military, tax cuts, regulation rollbacks, energy production, confirmation of federal judges, immigration and border security, caring for veterans, healthcare, battling the opioid crisis, fighting human trafficking, and other fronts.
The president also provided Breitbart News with, in addition the six-page document, a notecard on official White House card stock detailing the president’s successes when it comes to appointing and then confirming with the GOP-controlled U.S. Senate federal and appellate court judges and Justices to the U.S. Supreme Court.
That document noted that Trump has so far gotten two U.S. Supreme Court justices confirmed in his first term, as well as 53 appellate court judges and 143 U.S. district court and trade court judges. In total, that’s 232 judges in his first term. By comparison, former President Barack Obama got just 200 total judges confirmed in his first term—and Trump says he will do far more than the 232 he’s at now.
“We’re at 232 judges. We’ll be at 300 judges by the end of the year,” Trump told Breitbart News during the Oval Office interview. “That’s amazing isn’t it?”

Officially selected Tuesday as presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s running mate, California Sen. Kamala Harris has already entered the crucible as progressives and conservatives fight for control over the narrative surrounding the candidate.
Coming as an unexpected hurdle alongside controversy surrounding Harris’ radical left primary platform, cutthroat prosecutorial record and sexual relationship with political superior Willie Brown, however, were the details of her lineage. Unbeknownst to many, Harris is the descendant of prominent Jamaican slave owners, according to her father.

The news had first broken on Jan. 13, 2019, when Jamaica Global published a lengthy ancestry article written in September 2018 by Harris’ father, the prominent economist and Stanford University professor Donald Harris. Born in British Jamaica himself before coming to the United States in 1963, the professor had contributed his 3,000-word article to the site, which highlights the “Jamaican diaspora” and its descendants worldwide, in an effort to reflect “on the ‘Jamaicanness’ of his daughter Kamala.”
According to the professor’s own account, he, his paternal grandmother and, by extension, his daughter were all descended from Jamaican plantation owner and Brown’s Town founder Hamilton Brown. “My roots go back, within my lifetime, to my paternal grandmother Miss Chrishy (née Christiana Brown, descendant of Hamilton Brown who is on record as plantation and slave owner and founder of Brown’s Town),” Harris wrote.

“The Harris name comes from my paternal grandfather Joseph Alexander Harris, land-owner and agricultural ‘produce’ exporter (mostly pimento or all-spice), who died in 1936 two years before I was born and is buried in the church yard of the magnificent Anglican Church which Hamilton Brown built in Brown’s Town (and where, as a child, I learned the catechism, was baptized and confirmed, and served as an acolyte).”
According to Snopes, no explicit evidence of the genealogical connection has ever been provided by the professor.
A Jamaican records archive unearthed in July 2019 by the Washington Free Beacon, however, did reveal that in 1817, Hamilton Brown owned a substantial number of slaves, some of whom were African while others were Creole. This was all it took for some prominent conservative commentators and political operatives to revive the story, citing it as a major irony given the fact that it would make Harris a compulsory donor to, rather than a recipient of, the American left’s long-supported slavery reparations plan.
“Did you know: According to Kamala Harris’ father, her family descends from 19th-century slave owners in Jamaica,” Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk wrote on Twitter.

“Does she still support reparations or is she going to claim that she can’t be held responsible for the sins of her ancestors now?”
Another figure quick to highlight Harris’ lineage was right-wing author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, who first mentioned the issue in an appearance on Fox News, claiming the candidate should not be considered African-American at all as a result of the development.

“Kamala Harris’s mom is Asian Indian. Her dad Donald Harris is by his own account descended from one of the largest slave planters in Jamaica,” D’Souza also wrote on Twitter. “In what sense then can she claim the African American experience of being descended from slaves and subject to segregation and Jim Crow?”
“If the Democrats want persons descended from slaves to receive reparations from those descended from slaveowners, how much should Kamala Harris have to pay?”he later added.

Harris is far from the only American political figure to face scandal regarding slave-holding ancestry. Several prominent statesmen have been canceled or seen their character assassinated as a result of such genealogical ties.

Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell faced similar controversy last July, when NBC News unearthed evidence of his slave-holding ancestry from the 1850 and 1860 U.S. Censuses. This proximity to slavery was, in the same breath, used to corner McConnell over his opposition to race-based financial reparations.
At the time of this report, left-wing politicians, commentators and establishment media figures were mum on the topic of Harris’ ancestry.
The Western Journal reached out to both the Biden campaign and the Democratic National Committee for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
We all know that Black Lives Matter is not about black lives mattering to them. Black Lives Matter (the organization) is about pushing Marxism, segregation, and black supremacy. All they’re trying to do is forcefully gain the upper hand.

3. Business owners will require diversity, equity, & inclusion training for their staffs, to be conducted by any one of the black women leaders on the attached list. Training will be conducted thereafter on a bi-annual basis.
4. Customize your own OR display one of the attached written statements in a viable location within your business to increase awareness and show support for the reparations movement.
5. Non-profits in NuLu district will submit to a voluntary, external audit of their board of trustees and take necessary steps towards 23% representation on those boards.
6. Business owners & non-profit leaders will participate in quarterly roundtable discussions to be held accountable for their communities to these demands, and work together towards increased equity.
7. Maintain adequate black representation in any entertainment and performances booked at your business.
8. Dress code policies inherently discriminate against black folks, women, and the transgender community. You must eliminate dress code policies that promote profiling towards patrons and employees, including their hair requirements or stipulations, which can disproportionately target black folks.
9. 23% black representation on the board of the NuLu Business Association.
Bouaichi was found by police on Wednesday after shooting himself. He was in critical condition as of Thursday from his self-inflicted bullet wound. He was indicted last year on charges of rape, strangulation and abduction and denied bond in Alexandria.
Victim Karla Dominguez testified against Bouaichi last December. She spoke out against Bouaichi’s alleged sexual violence against her. Her harrowing testimony did not stop the courts from releasing Bouaichi, who is one of thousands of violent criminals released onto the streets due to the pandemic. Bouaichi’s attorneys argued that their client, a suspected violent rapist, deserved to be let loose in order to protect him from contracting COVID-19. He was ultimately released on a $25,000 bond pending his trial against the wishes of the prosecutor.
After he was released, police believe that Bouaichi shot Dominguez dead in late July. Bouaichi shot himself after being involved in a chase by law enforcement who spotted the suspect in Prince George’s County.
Circuit Court Judge Nolan Dawkins, the judge who decided to set Bouaichi free, retired in June and is not responding to comment requests from media sources wondering why he made his decision that very well may have resulted in a gruesome and untimely death.
Bouaichi’s attorneys, Manuel Leiva and Frank Salvato, said in a public statement that they were “certainly saddened by the tragedy both families have suffered here.” They added that they “were looking forward to trial. Unfortunately the pandemic continued the trial date by several months and we didn’t get the chance to put forth our case.”
Big League Politics has reported on how liberals have exploited COVID-19 pandemic fears to engineer a nationwide jailbreak of violent criminals:
San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin is bragging about his city’s jailbreak policies that have been implemented throughout the coronavirus pandemic, claiming in a Los Angeles Times op/ed that he is “keeping San Francisco safer by emptying the jail.”
“In mid-March, I started emptying out our city and county jail because those living and working there face a grave risk of falling ill, dying and spreading COVID-19,” Boudin wrote.
“My sense of urgency about this issue is professional, and it’s also personal: My 75-year-old father lives in a prison cell,” he added.
Because Boudin’s father is a jailbird, that means he wants others who have violated the law to be set free. He is using the mass hysteria from the pandemic as a pretense to set forth these lax criminal justice policies.
“According to the Prison Policy Initiative, almost 2.3 million people are incarcerated in this country. In jails, prisons, juvenile halls and immigration detention centers, they are trapped in close quarters in no way designed to shield them from a deadly virus,” Boudin wrote.
“Social distancing in densely populated cell blocks is impossible. Jail and prison inmates lack basic hygiene items, like sanitizer and masks. The daily churn of detainees and staff creates tremendous risk of an epidemic within the pandemic,” he added.
Boudin’s solution is to take these people who are disproportionately at risk to have coronavirus and free them so they can take their germs to infect the broader community. This is social justice at work, he argues.
“For decades, criminal justice policy has been driven by the sometimes realistic fear that any person released could commit a heinous crime. But data show that allowing such fears to override all other concerns is shortsighted,” he wrote.
“Locking up millions of people destroys families and communities; bankrupts local governments; tends to increase, not decrease, crime rates; and too often provides only cold comfort to victims. The pandemic is further evidence that mass incarceration can be a threat, not a boon, to public safety,” he added.
It’s free reign for rapists, rioters, thugs and deadbeats as America gets a glimpse of who exactly will be in charge when diversity and multiculturalism fully take hold.
Customs authorities have intercepted more than a 1,000 individual shipments containing almost 20,000 fraudulent driver’s licenses at Chicago O’Hare Airport this year alone. 19,888 fake US driver’s licenses have been caught in smuggling busts at the airport, distributed throughout 1,513 fraudulent shipments.
Fox 5 New York is reporting that the fake ID’s are coming from mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea, and the UK.
“These counterfeit driver’s licenses can lead to disastrous consequences,” Customs and Border Patrol’s Ralph Piccirilli said in a statement. “Criminal organizations use these counterfeit IDs to avoid attracting attention to their illegal activities.”
Customs officials have described the fake Chinese ID’s as extremely realistic and well-made, stating that the barcode on the fake documents passes electronic verification checks.
If this many fake ID’s are coming in at one airport alone, there’s a significant possibility that many more fake documents are being smuggled into the country at other airports. It’s entirely unclear what these ID’s are being used for- most of the bars that underage college kids would enter to drink alcohol in are closed. There’s a very real possibility the Chinese-made fake ID’s could be an integral part of an election fraud operation. Even the most strict voter ID states such as Arizona accept a driver’s license as proof of voter registration and eligibility.
Customs officers stationed at the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport are reporting that they’ve busted more than 2,000 fake ID’s since 2019, describing a surge in the smuggling of fake driver’s licenses.
NBC/Telemundo Senior Washington DC Correspondent Cristina Rooney slipped during an appearance with Chuck Todd and said Biden has a “problem.”
Rooney admitted that Biden has a “Latinos problem” and that Cubans, Venezuelan’s, and immigrants from Central America are worried about a Biden ticket. Immigrants told Rooney that they feel Biden would be a return to the socialism they fled.
There’s just one problem, Democrats as a whole have been losing the Latinos vote.
Kristian Ramos who was the former spokesman for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus during the Obama administration has warned Democrats that Latino support for President Trump is very real. Ramos has tried to explain to Democrats that President Trump’s support in the Latino community is over 30%. Ramos has warned that if President Trump gets 34% of the Hispanic vote he is almost a shoe-in to win a second term.
“Democrats lost the 2016 election with about 66 percent of the Latino vote. Today 65 percent of registered Latino voters who are Democrats have a positive view of the party’s presidential candidates. Based on exit polling from the past three election cycles, I estimate that Democrats need about 70 percent of this vote to take back the White House,” he wrote in the Atlantic.
Ramos writes that the reason why Latinos support President Trump is that they believe he will help them financially support their family.
“Being able to provide for one’s family is one of the main reasons many people—from any country—immigrate to the United States, so the fact that Trump’s rhetoric on a growing economy has found an audience is not surprising. In Florida, for example, a poll by Equis Research showed that 57 percent of Latinos supported the way the president handled the economy. If you look at only Cuban voters from the state, that number jumps to 71 percent.”
MSNBC won’t tell you this but Biden also has another issue, the State of Minnesota; it’s now in play. An Emerson College poll found that President Trump is within 3 points of Biden in the upcoming election. Which really means President Trump probably has a 5 point lead on Biden.
My wonderful readers often have questions for me, particularly in what every TV commercial calls “these uncertain times” when we’re all “in this together” and must give hourly thanks to “our heroes.” So, as I have in the past, I wanted to take a moment to reply to questions that have been pouring in from, again: no one.
1) What do you think of Joe Biden’s pick of Kamala Harris as his V.P.?
I think Susan Rice or Keisha Lance Bottoms would have been better, but inasmuch as I predicted Kamala as the Democrats’ next presidential candidate back before she’d even won her Senate seat, I strongly support his decision for making me almost, kind of, in the ballpark right.
2) That’s an amazing prediction — but what on earth made you predict her?
Because the Democratic Party is entirely about identity politics these days, meaning race, ethnicity, immigration status, gender and sexual orientation, but having absolutely nothing to do with economic class, social standing, occupational category or geographic location.
They already had Obama, so what’s better than the first black president? The first black woman president, of course!
3) But she’s half-Indian and half-Jamaican, not a foundational black American. No reparations for her! In fact, her Jamaican father admits their family owned slaves.
Yeah, yeah. The only people who care about foundational black Americans are Tariq Nasheed and me. As described in my book Mugged, Democrats were always annoyed by the idea that civil rights should have anything to do with black people. That’s why “civil rights” quickly came to mean abortion rights, gay rights, the right not to see construction signs that say “Men at Work.” (That’s according to the Kentucky Commission on Civil Rights .) Black Americans should breathe a sigh of relief that Biden didn’t pick a transsexual and expect their gratitude.
4) Wait a minute! Are we going to have to engage in Nazi-era genetic coding to determine who gets slavery reparations?
Not at all. We have very reliable census records back to at least the 1870s, so we can count foundational black Americans to their grandparents. One American grandparent and the rest Nigerian — you get 25 cents on the dollar.
5) Oh, that’s too complicated! Why not just say: Everyone who’s black gets a check?
Fine, then give me one. Prove I have no black blood. You’re going to have to do the genealogical research one way or another.
6) Why don’t we have the concept of foundational WHITE Americans?
EXCELLENT POINT. I can’t help but notice that most of the people denouncing Confederate monuments are neither foundational black Americans nor foundational white Americans. Of course recent immigrants don’t care about Confederate monuments! They weren’t here. That’s our issue. We don’t respect the South’s cause, but we do respect their honor. It’s OUR history. Not yours.
We ought to have the same rule on tearing down the nation’s history as for reparations: You have to have at least one American grandparent to denounce our traditions, statues and monuments. Nikki Haley, for example, can take down monuments to Bush, Facebook or “American Idol” — all of which she was present in the country for.
7) Speaking of tearing things down, why are all the antifa girls fatties?
Because attractive girls know that all the talk about “toxic masculinity”and “patriarchy” is nonsense. Good-looking girls, even average-looking ones who bathe semi-regularly and don’t resemble elephants, know that they rule the world.
8) And why are antifa boys scrawny beta males?
White men who go around denouncing other white men as “fascists”are wimpy losers who think they’ll attract women with suck-up speeches about racism. But even stupid left-wing girls prefer alpha males. Sissy boys should drop the left-wing politics and try lifting weights and making money. Freud was a fool and reductionist, but sexual strategizing by losers is the source of nearly all left-wing ideology.

This story isn’t picking up the traction it deserves, though, it strikes a nerve with most parents or anyone with a pulse. A small boy was shot, execution-style, reportedly by his neighbor while the child rode his bike. A fair warning: the details of this case are disturbing and not suitable for children.
On Sunday, 25-year-old black male Darius Sessoms allegedly murdered 5-year-old Cannon Hinnant, who is white, in Wilson, North Carolina, in front of the boy’s two young sisters.
Sessoms, who lived the next house over from the victim’s father, ran across the lawn to Hinnant and shot him in the head at point-blank range as his two sisters, ages seven and eight, looked on, neighbors said, according to WRAL.com. Hinnant was in the front yard riding his bike.
The boy’s father, too distraught to speak to local news on camera, was heard screaming after the shooting, witnesses said. The man rushed out to hold his bleeding son before Hinnant was rushed to nearby medical center, where he was later pronounced dead.
Sessoms took off in a black vehicle after the shooting and was not apprehended until Monday by U.S. Marshals Service Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force, Goldsboro police, and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, according to a report from WRAL.com.
By far, one of the most horrific details noted in this case is that the small boy was shot in front of his 7 and 8 year-old siblings. A Neighbor who also witnessed what happened reportedly told officers she couldn’t believe what she saw adding that she thought, at first, the man was just playing with the kids.
Motive:
While police have not published a true motive there is a growing concern on social media that the heartless murder may have been racially motivated. It’s easy to see how some might draw that conclusion given the months of racially charged violence seen around the nation following the death of a Miniapolisis black man named George Floyd.
The other potential motive floating around is that the boy rode his bike through the neighbor’s yard or on his driveway. Though this motive seems extremely odd given the fact that the neighbor was reportedly close to the boy’s father, there may be something to this. After digging around on Facebook, following the #JusticeForCannon tag, I found the child’s aunt who shared a photo that read “Now you can ride your bike anywhere you want, sweet boy”.
The reality is this; until police have concluded their investigation we won’t know what the motive was or if there even was a motive.
The public outcry can be seen across all social media platforms. Oddly enough though, the story isn’t picking up traction with the mainstream media. It must not suit their narratives?
Because the investigation is still ongoing we will continue to follow this story- even if the mainstream media continues to ignore it. As heartbreaking as this has been to research, we equally want to see justice served.
Months after Democratic Party voters chose Joe Biden to be their nominee to be president, Biden’s chose the person who — let’s face some facts here — will end up being who America really votes on.
It’s widely suspected, probably not incorrectly, that his role as a political marathon runner who’s now mentally on mile 76 is to get the Democrats past the line and pass the baton to his running mate as he collapses. That baton will be passed, as widely suspected, to California Sen. Kamala Harris, the woman who vaulted to the top tier of the Democratic field by destroying Biden’s racial record during one of last year’s debates before her own downward trajectory was set into place when she was herself destroyed by Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard in another viral moment, this time over criminal justice reform.

However, there were other reasons why voters didn’t go for Harris, including the fact that her campaign machinery was broken from the moment it was assembled and that, when non-Biden Democrats were busy tasting flavors of the week, it didn’t help to be one of the first they tasted.
On Dec. 3, she announced she was dropping out of the race for the Democratic nomination for president, citing a lack of funds.
On Tuesday, she was chosen by Biden for a position not all that materially different than what she was running for.

“Back when Kamala was Attorney General, she worked closely with Beau,”Biden tweeted. “I watched as they took on the big banks, lifted up working people, and protected women and kids from abuse. I was proud then, and I’m proud now to have her as my partner in this campaign.”
In her own tweet, Harris said that Biden “can unify the American people because he’s spent his life fighting for us. And as president, he’ll build an America that lives up to our ideals.”
In its headline, The New York Times called the decision “a Choice at Once Safe and Energizing.” Of course it did.

The Trump campaign, however, had a different take on it.
In an ad released moments after Harris received the nod and posted by President Donald Trump to Twitter, the Trump campaign pointed out that she definitely isn’t “safe,” at least not in the establishment sense.
Her voting record, according to GovTrack.us, shows that she’s the fourth-most liberal senator in the current Congress by voting record;only Democratic Sens. Jeff Merkley of Oregon, Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, respectively, are more liberal.
In terms of policies, she co-sponsored the Green New Deal in the Senate and supports a “Medicare for All”plan. While the Green New Deal has a cow’s flatus in hell’s chance of becoming law in a potential Biden administration, at least as the legislation is currently constituted, “Medicare for All” is very much on the table. Biden has been against the program — and while Biden’s Obamacare expansion is another ill-considered way to deal with our health care woes, it clearly beats de facto nationalized health care.
In calling Harris a safe choice, The Times wrote that she, like Biden, is “a thoroughly establishment-friendly figure” who has “hewed closely to [her] party’s mainstream for years.” If that’s true, it tells us quite a bit about the current Democratic Party.
The ad, meanwhile, also alludes to one of the great contradictions of the Harris pick. The assumption is that — given Harris’ race and her full-throated attack on Biden in one of the debates last year — she’ll be able to wallpaper over Biden’s racial problems. Or perhaps she’ll draw attention to them.
The presumptive Democratic nominee’s strange remarks regarding the homogeneity of the African-American voting bloc or his famous contention that if you’re myelinated and don’t know whether or not to vote for him then “you ain’t black” may seem like they would be meliorated by Harris joining the ticket.
The opposite could happen, though — not only could his past mistakes receive more attention, but any racial solecisms in the future are going to receive more scrutiny.
But the ad’s most devastating point is that the campaign now becomes about Kamala Harris — a candidate so thoroughly rejected by Democrats that she left the race before a single primary vote was counted.
Biden has referred to himself as a “transition candidate.” His appeal isn’t that he represents a bridge back to a different incarnation of the Democratic Party, one with a foot in reality. It’s that he’s not Donald Trump and looks moderate enough to act as a Trojan horse. It’s almost as if the real candidate is Harris — and even rank-and-file Democrats seem to know it.
In a Rasmussen survey released on Monday, 49 percent of Democrats said they thought it was likely Biden’s vice president would become president within four years. More worrying, 57 percent of unaffiliated voters and 73 percent of Republicans thought it was likely. While the survey of 1,000 likely voters was taken between Aug. 6-9, before Harris was announced as the nominee, that wouldn’t change Biden’s ability to make it through four years. In other words, not only does Biden’s campaign have to explain away their candidate’s gaffes, they also have to sell their shadow candidate — Kamala Harris.
For the left, she’s a former prosecutor. In 2020, that alone is enough of a red flag, no matter who you prosecuted. For the rest of the political spectrum, she’s simply too far to the left.
It’s clear the GOP and Trump campaign were ready for this — and they have more than enough ammunition to convince America that Kamala Harris is neither “safe”nor “energizing.”

Like I said I am only scratching the surface. I firmly believe in equality and that people should be judged on the content of their character, not of their skin, gender, or sexual preference. However, what the state of New York has produced is not curriculum on equality it’s manipulating children into becoming woke, social justice, zombies. As I looked through the piles and piles of anti-racist critical theory curriculum not once did I see the simple principle…treat others the way you want to be treated.
On Tuesday, Sarah Palin, the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate, took to Instagram to congratulate Kamala Harris and share six pieces of advice.
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden picked the California senator as his vice presidential running mate.
“Out of the chute trust no one new” and “Don’t forget the women who came before you,” Palin told Harris.
Palin also encouraged Harris to “have fun,” adding, “This IS the greatest country in the world and hopefully you’ll be blessed beyond belief, like I was, with meeting new people from all walks of life.”

Former Sen. John McCain added Palin, who served as Alaska’s governor, to his ticket as the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate. A gun-toting conservative firebrand and self-proclaimed “Mama Grizzly,” Palin accused former President Barack Obama of “palling around” with terrorists and said at the Republican National Convention, “I love those hockey moms. You know, they say the difference between a hockey mom and a pit bull? Lipstick.”
Palin may be best remembered for her answer to an ABC interviewer’s question about what she thought about Russia. “They’re our next-door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska,” she said. The comment was widely lambasted.
Still, Palin wrote: “Climb upon Geraldine Ferraro’s and my shoulders, and from the most amazing view in your life consider lessons we learned.” Walter Mondale picked Ferraro as his running mate during a 1984 presidential bid. The three-term congresswoman from New York made history as the first woman to run for vice president on a major party ticket.
Palin shared six nuggets of wisdom with Harris on Instagram.
“Out of the chute trust no one new,” she began, adding, “Fight mightily to keep your own team with you — they know you, know your voice, and most importantly are trustworthy.”
Harris was born in Oakland to parents of Jamaican and Indian descent. She was the first woman and Black person to ever serve as San Francisco District Attorney and then California Attorney General.
“Don’t get muzzled,” Palin told her, suggesting that Harris build connections with voters and the news media in her “own unique way.”
“Some yahoos running campaigns will suffocate you with their own self-centered agenda so remember YOU were chosen for who YOU are. So stay connected with America as you smile and ignore deceptive ‘handlers’ trying to change you,” Palin said.
Harris, 55, initially ran against Biden to become the Democratic presidential nominee but dropped out in December amid waning enthusiasm and insufficient campaign funds.
Palin educated Harris on campaign glossary terms, including “OTR” or “an orchestrated campaign stop that’s meant to look un-orchestrated where you ‘normalize’ in front of voters,” she wrote.
According to Palin, her time at the “ropeline” was the “MOST fun” part of the campaign trail.
“Every single handshake and holler and hug and smile melted my heart, energized my soul, and gave me the utmost hope in the greatest country on earth!” Palin added. “The ropeline is often the only way to literally touch those whom you wish to serve, so be sincere in looking in their eyes, understanding why they’re there, never forgetting they represent the innumerable Americans putting their trust in you to serve for the right reasons. It’s who and what they represent that is all that matters!”
Palin also advised Harris not to “forget the women who came before you,” and also encouraged her to “have fun.”
“This IS the greatest country in the world and hopefully you’ll be blessed beyond belief, like I was, with meeting new people from all walks of life and see just how great it is!” Palin added.
She also promised that she’d have more to share with Harris in the future, including an experience that occurred before a debate with then-vice presidential nominee Biden, which Palin described as “one of the funniest things in my life.”

The medical experts, aided by fake news media propagandists, are shaming families for gathering together and supposedly spreading COVID-19 while giving a pass to race rioters and leftists burning down cities in the name of Black Lives Matter (BLM).
Authorities are pointing to cases where parties supposedly turned into large-scale COVID-19 spread events. They include a party in Charlotte, N.C. where 40 people were supposedly infected and a Dallas party where one individual allegedly died and 13 others tested positive. The state of Wisconsin claimed that “48% of the positive cases who were interviewed stated that they had attended a gathering, party or meeting with people from outside their household” when issuing a new emergency order in July.
So-called medical experts are using this dubious news in an attempt to scare people into staying confined in their homes, being isolated away from their loved ones, and succumbing to the never-ending COVID-19 mass hysteria.
“It is foolish to endanger the lives of those you love the most,” San Bernardino County officials saidto scare citizens into atomization.
However, these accusations seem particularly dubious due to the fact that the experts have given a pass to BLM terrorists committing a nationwide orgy of destruction. Over 1,000 medical professionals signed a letter making it clear that they support widespread protests during the COVID-19 pandemic, completely flying in the face of everything they had said in the week weeks prior and showing that the entire agenda behind the scamdemic is political.
“We created the letter in response to emerging narratives that seemed to malign demonstrations as risky for the public health because of Covid-19,”the so-called experts wrote in their letter.
“Instead, we wanted to present a narrative that prioritizes opposition to racism as vital to the public health, including the epidemic response. We believe that the way forward is not to suppress protests in the name of public health but to respond to protesters demands in the name of public health, thereby addressing multiple public health crises.”they added.
The insane double-speak continued in the letter, which would have perhaps made George Orwell’s head explode.
“Staying at home, social distancing, and public masking are effective at minimizing the spread of COVID-19. To the extent possible, we support the application of these public health best practices during demonstrations that call attention to the pervasive lethal force of white supremacy,” the letter stated.
They noted that the BLM terror riots were permissible, because they like the social agenda behind them, but that peaceful protests against quarantine edicts were unacceptable, because the ordinary people deprived of their livelihoods due to the shutdown do not matter to these elitists.
“However, as public health advocates, we do not condemn these gatherings as risky for COVID-19 transmission. We support them as vital to the national public health and to the threatened health specifically of Black people in the United States. We can show that support by facilitating safest protesting practices without detracting from demonstrators’ ability to gather and demand change. This should not be confused with a permissive stance on all gatherings, particularly protests against stay-home orders,”the authors wrote.
The COVID-19 scamdemic may go down as the cruelest hoax in history, and American society will likely never recover from the economic and psychological damage caused by the mendacious lies of these so-called scientific experts.
Civil unrest in Portland, Oregon, spilled into a residential neighborhood Saturday night, where rioters targeted people inside their own homes, according to a report. While the city has experienced nightly protests and riots since May, when George Floyd died while in police custody after being detained in Minneapolis, most of the protests have remained contained to the city’s downtown area.
Journalist Andy Ngo reported that Saturday, a group of leftist activists targeted a residential neighborhood in the embattled city.

“‘We’re gonna burn your building down.’ ‘We know where you live,’” he tweeted, apparently quoting demonstrators in a video he shared on Twitter.
“As #antifa have taken to Portland residential areas to riot, they’ve also assaulted & intimidated residents there. Tonight, they threatened those who looked out the window,” Ngo added.

Video of the incident shows a crowd of demonstrators apparently threatening people inside a multistory residential building as some residents looked out of windows and were stunned by flashlights. One man off-camera on the video yelled about “capitalism,” while another man could be heard yelling, “We’re gonna burn your building down!”
The people in the video appeared to be sitting peacefully inside of their homes amid the chaotic situation.
Police in Portland later put out a news bulletin outlining the activities of Saturday’s demonstrations. They began at Peninsula Park in the city’s Piedmont neighborhood, about four miles north of downtown. While police described the group, which numbered in the hundreds, as “peaceful,” officers said the situation deteriorated as the activists marched west toward the Portland Police Association building near the park. A riot was declared by police before midnight.
“By 10:30 p.m., the large group reached the PPA office. As the group approached, Portland Police began making public address announcements informing the crowd they were to not to engage in criminal activities,” the bulletin said.

“People within the crowd committed crimes when they erected a fence, pushed dumpsters into the street to block traffic, set a dumpster on fire, vandalized the PPA office with spray paint, and destroyed security cameras,” it said.

Police also said rioters threw glass bottles and paint balloons at officers and assaulted them with laser pointers. Three officers were injured, and two of them were treated and released by a local hospital. The rioters also tore down a barricade protecting the police union building and set a fire inside.

“Personnel from Portland Fire and Rescue were able to gain access to the location and extinguish the fire inside the PPA Office,” police said.
Nine arrests were made during the riot, which carried over into Sunday morning, police said.

As many of you know in the State of Nevada churches are not allowed to have more than 50 people in attendance however, casinos are allowed to operate at 50% capacity.
In July, the Supreme Court ruled that Nevada is allowed to impose tighter restrictions on churches than casinos thanks to Chief Justice Roberts who sided with the liberal judges.
Lawyers for the state had argued that religious services require tougher limits than commercial establishments because of their duration and close quarters. They said other venues, from movie theaters to museums, faced the same 50-person limit.
“Sadly, the types of communal, interpersonal gatherings that put Nevada citizens most at risk for spreading the virus include larger, in-person religious services – which are a major source of COVID-19 infections,” the state’s lawyers said.
The high court’s earlier ruling on the issue came on May 29, when Roberts sided with the liberal justices in a ruling against California’s South Bay United Pentecostal Church. Roberts said choosing when to lift restrictions during a pandemic is the business of elected officials, not unelected judges.
However, a viral video has appeared on the internet that shows the group “Evangelicals For Trump” holding a worship service in a casino. The place was packed however was in compliance with the guidelines because the event took place inside a casino that was operating at 50% capacity.
Gov. Sisolak’s was furious and called the event at the Las Vegas Ahern Hotel “callous and dangerous.”
The scorned governor ensured the hotel was fined a whopping $250 civil penalty, but will not lose any licenses.
Like we saw in Tulsa, Oklahoma and in South Dakota, extreme activists on the left have blocked access and disrupted the President’s events. However, across the country, pro-Trump rallies have started popping up and the far left is enraged they can’t stop them.
These events that are popping up are boat parades and it’s not rich people in yachts. Most parades have a wide variety of boats like small fishing boats, pontoon boats, and jet ski owners. They were made popular in Florida when hundreds of boats turned out to support the President and they have been popping up all over the country. In the United States, 17 million people own recreational boats. Here’s a great example…
There was a massive Trump boat parade in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania the Fish and Game Commission reported at least 500 boats attended the event.
Local Philadelphia activist Julie Slavet was irate over the boat parade however, after OANN reporter Jack Posobiec reposted her enraged rant at the participates she deleted her tweets.
A massive explosion devastated a Baltimore neighborhood Monday morning, leaving one person dead and numerous others injured or trapped.
“On scene of a major gas explosion at Labyrinth and Reisterstown Rd. involving 3 homes. 2 occupants transported in serious condition, 1 adult woman deceased as BCFD continue to search for more,” the Baltimore City Fire Department wrote on Facebook.
The department shared images showing a neighborhood in northwest Baltimore partially destroyed.

The Baltimore Firefighters IAFF Local 734 union also tweeted about the incident.
“(3) patients, all critical have been rescued by Firefighters. Special Rescue Operations units have arrived and are beginning to search and rescue the other patients,” the union wrote.

The Local 734 also said at least one person was still trapped after the explosion.
The Associated Press reported the explosion destroyed three homes and partially damaged a fourth. The report said the Fire Department contacted Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. about the explosion at 9:54 a.m. BGE spokeswoman Linda Foy said the company was working to shut down gas lines in the area.

“We are on the scene and working closely with the fire department to make the situation safe,” Foy said. “Once the gas is off, we can begin to safely assess the situation, including inspections of BGE equipment.”

The Baltimore Sun reported one person was buried from the neck down in debris from the explosion.
Colin Campbell, a reporter with The Sun, spoke to a military veteran and a resident of the neighborhood affected by the blast.
The man, who is 88, said the explosion “sounded like Korea.”

Now we know why New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio didn’t follow through with his promise to abolish the police. He wants the police around all right … to be used against We the People, even as they are hamstrung from enforcing vital laws against violent criminals.
On Wednesday, de Blasio announced he would be dispatching police to create checkpoints at key entry points into New York City to enforce a mandatory quarantine on all travelers from most states in the country. As I’ve noted before, this is something that would have been out of bounds for a local official to do even under the Articles of Confederation, much less since the more robust federal union of American citizens was created under the U.S. Constitution. Yet, the same man who has violated federal immigration law is now violating federal control over interstate travel and commerce with impunity.
Hence, illegal aliens, including those with heinous criminal records, who don’t belong in the country altogether, are welcome with open arms, while peaceful Americans are illegally placed under house arrest. At a time of a record surge in crime in the city, the police are now being used to randomly pull over suspected out-of-state residents:
Imagine if this would be done to illegal aliens?
But that is par for the course in de Blasio’s New York. You see, as the police are dispatched to enforce unconstitutional edicts against peaceful Americans, the most violent gang members and shooters are being released to further turn the city streets into shooting galleries. All the while, New Yorkers without criminal records are barred from their constitutional right to carry a gun.
Darrius Sutton, 23, a Bloods gang member, was set free without bail after being charged with attempted murder for seriously injuring someone in a shooting on May 15. Yet, he was released without bail and is now believed to be responsible for three more shootings in the city that resulted in seven victims being shot in just one month.
According to prosecutors, Sutton appeared in a hip-hop music video for the song “Crime Rate” by Brooklyn rapper BK Eaz, shortly after being released!
This is also why there has been a 286% increasein robberies in the once poche upper east side of Manhattan. There is simply no deterrent against crime anymore the same way there is against citizens not wearing a mask. We now see murders committed on camera in broad daylight. They simply don’t fear any punishment. One Rochester man was just released without any bond for an alleged murder he committed a few days earlier.
We have a crisis of crime in this country with police stepping back from their jobs (except to enforce mask mandates and illegal travel bans) and jailbreak policies. Rather than spending the past few years fighting those policies, Republicans have joined the jailbreak bandwagon. Isn’t it time to finally provide voters with a bold contrast from de Blasio’s view of morality and law?
President Trump has two opportunities to fight back against the lawlessness of cities that harbor criminal aliens and release domestic repeat offenders while hamstringing police. Trump should refuse to sign any coronavirus bill that contains funding for those cities. He should also use the upcoming FY 2021 budget bill as leverage to defund sanctuary cities.
The tragic mistake was not calling out the military when the insurrection began. By listening to his liberal advisers and allowing the lawlessness to fester, it will be hard to put the genie of anarchy, which was once beyond the realm of thought in this country, back in the bottle. Shockingly, Jared Kushner, along with two top White House staffers, Brooke Rollins and Ja’Ron Smith, reportedly urged Trump to stand down because in their mind black voters want anarchy. This cannot be farther from the truth.
According to a new Gallup poll, 81% of black citizens want police to retain its presence or increase its presence in their neighborhoods. Just 19% want a diminished police presence. Black neighborhoods have been decimated by the riots and hundreds if not thousands of excess homicides have occurred in their neighborhood thanks to the breakdown of law and order. How can these advisers be so obtuse as to conflate the generic black vote with the gang and criminal vote?
The message Trump must champion is the opposite of people like de Blasio: Freedom for peaceful Americans and swift justice against those who harm others. Trump doesn’t need a reboot or reform of his original campaign message; he needs to actually fulfill it.

President Donald Trump criticized Joe Biden and Democrat leaders for being “against the Bible” on Thursday as they push to force taxpayers to fund the killing of unborn babies in abortions.

A 2019 study that painted a rosy picture of the mental health benefits for individuals who undergo gender reassignment surgery was wrong, its authors have said in a published correction. The correction, published by the American Journal of Psychiatry, concluded that after reviewing how the original study’s numbers were crunched, “the conclusion that ‘the longitudinal association between gender-affirming surgery and lower use of mental health treatment lends support to the decision to provide gender-affirming surgeries to transgender individuals who seek them’ is too strong.”
In an Op-Ed published by the Heritage Foundation, Ryan T. Anderson wrote that the study’s authors now admit that “the results demonstrated no advantage of surgery in relation to subsequent mood or anxiety disorder-related health care.”

Most of the study’s information is behind a paywall.
Anderson also noted that life most certainly did not improve for those who received the treatment in at least one respect, quoting the study’s authors as now claiming that “individuals diagnosed with gender incongruence who had received gender-affirming surgery were more likely to be treated for anxiety disorders compared with individuals diagnosed with gender incongruence who had not received gender-affirming surgery.”
The correction is significant because when the study came out, it was ballyhooed to the skies.
“Sex-change operations yield long-term mental health benefits for transgender people,” Reuters headlined its report.

The wire service also included a comment from Dr. Joshua Safer, executive director at Mount Sinai Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery in New York City, who had written, “If anything, the study likely under-reports mental health benefits of medical and surgical care for transgender individuals.”
Others had been less kind, and the authors eventually went back to re-evaluate their work and publish the correction.

“Human error is a possibility here,” Anderson told CBN. “But there’s also the possibility that there was a preferred outcome for the study. So that they wanted the study to say a certain thing.
“Obviously, we don’t know in this particular instance whether this was just an honest mistake or if this was motivated research, motivated reasoning to lead to a certain conclusion.”
The study’s fawning reception and the lack of major establishment media reporting on the correction “does show that the cultural moment in which we’re living suggests that there’s only one allowed conclusion to this question,” Anderson said.
“And the only allowed conclusion is that transition is the best solution. The biggest data set now shows and that’s what this study uses, the biggest data set shows that there’s no benefits, psychological benefits to patients of hormonal and surgical transition,” he added.
In his Op-Ed, Anderson cited Mark Regnerus, a professor of sociology at the University of Texas at Austin, who raised questions about the numbers and was able to show that what appeared at first glance to be broad-based conclusions were in fact based on the experiences of three individuals.
The authors of the study wrote that they had analyzed health records of about 9.7 million Swedes (the largest dataset in such a study) and found 2,679 diagnosed with “gender incongruence” between 2005 and 2015. Of those, about 1,000 received gender reassignment surgery.
The initial study had claimed that for people who had received treatment, odds of being treated for mood and anxiety disorders dropped by 8 percent every year after the surgery.
With the study debunked, Anderson concluded that “gender dysphoria is a serious condition. People who experience a gender identity conflict should be treated with respect and compassion. And they deserve to know the truth.”
“Now the world’s largest relevant dataset reveals hormones and surgeries don’t bring wholeness and happiness. We need to find better, more humane, and effective responses to those who experience dysphoria.”

Over the weekend, some members fo the black community Los Angeles took a risk at being attacked and vilified. They rallied to show their support for President Trump and law enforcement as they marched through the streets of LA carrying huge Trump 2020 flags.
One leader posted, “Amidst the scorn, and despite being called c**ns and Uncle Tom’s, a few of us black Trump supporters took to the front to head a collective march thru the streets of Los Angeles, as we all showed support for America, Trump, and our police.” He also added the hashtag #BLACKLIVESMAGA.
In the video you’ll hear one of the leaders attack “O Magazine” which is owned and operated by Oprah Winfrey. “No cover on O Magazine. Not what? No good? No cover on O Magazine?” he said. “The 10-month old that died over on Monday? No cover on O Magazine. You’ve got an eleven-year-old, a five-year-old in his own crib, no cover on O Magazine?”
He was commenting on the black children in the area that have died due to spike in violence sweeping across the country.
There is also some remarkable data showing that younger black Americans have a more favorable view of President Trump than their parent and grandparents.
UCLA data collected just prior to the protests about the death of African-American George Floyd show younger black Americans have been holding more favorable views of President Trump than their parents and grandparents. The data collected from April 2-May 13 by the Democracy Fund + UCLA Nationscape project, an initiative that conducted weekly surveys of thousands of potential voters for nearly a year, found that 29% of percent of black voters ages 30-44 and 21% ages 18-29 have a “very favorable” or “somewhat favorable” view of President Trump. This compares to just 14% of black voters 45-64 and 9% of those 65 and older.
This makes sense. Younger black Americans have seen their parents struggle in Democrat-run cities and are fed up.

Pastor John MacArthur and Grace Community Church in a Los Angeles suburb have been served a letter from the city threatening to impose a $1,000 daily fine if the church does not comply with Gov. Gavin Newsom’s order for some churches in the state to be shuttered because of the coronavirus.
“The state has absolutely no power to impose the restrictions it is demanding,” Jenna Ellis, one of the attorneys representing the church, said in a report on The Federalist website. “This is not about health and safety, it is about targeting churches.”
In mid-July Newsom ordered churches in 30 counties, including Los Angeles County, to stop holding indoor services, but MacAuthor refused to comply, as Breitbart News reported, saying that Jesus Christ, not the state government, is the head of the church:
When any government official issues orders regulating worship (such as bans on singing, caps on attendance, or prohibitions against gatherings and services), he steps outside the legitimate bounds of his God-ordained authority as a civic official and arrogates to himself authority that God expressly grants only to the Lord Jesus Christ as sovereign over His Kingdom, which is the church. His rule is mediated to local churches through those pastors and elders who teach His Word (Matthew 16:18–19; 2 Timothy 3:16–4:2).
Therefore, in response to the recent state order requiring churches in California to limit or suspend all meetings indefinitely, we, the pastors and elders of Grace Community Church, respectfully inform our civic leaders that they have exceeded their legitimate jurisdiction, and faithfulness to Christ prohibits us from observing the restrictions they want to impose on our corporate worship services.
“Now, the city of Los Angeles is punishing the church for its decision to continue gathering. In addition to fines and threats of arrest, Mayor Eric Garcetti has shown himself willing to use other tactics to keep residents from breaking shutdown orders,” The Federalist reported. “Back in April, he warned that he’d given the Department of Water and Power permission to shut off utilities for nonessential businesses that were operating in defiance of restrictions.”
The Federalist said that in addition to Ellis, who also is a private legal adviser to the Trump 2020 campaign, Charles LiMandri of the Thomas More Society is also providing legal representation for Grace Community Church.
“It is unconstitutional for Governor Newsom and the State of California to discriminate against churches by treating them less favorably than other organizations and activities that are not protected by the First Amendment,” LiMandri said.
The entire mainstream media (plus Fox News!) have been assuring us that Portland was a tranquil town, with the occasional peaceful protest … until President Trump’s storm troopers showed up and turned it into a war zone. This portrayal contrasts markedly with videos that have been posted on Twitter every night for more than two months now, especially by @MrAndyNgo, showing helmeted psychotics hurling Molotov cocktails at the police, among other acts of mindless destruction.
Whom to believe? Videos of the riots? Or smug journalists telling us that they saw nothing untoward?
Luckily, there’s the Newspaper of Record to give us the truth. Unluckily, The New York Times sent … Nicholas Kristof, aka the most easily fooled journalist in America. Kristof assured Times readers that the Portland crowds are “entirely peaceful,” until around 11 p.m., when “some protesters begin to shoot fireworks or set small trash fires.”
Small trash fires.
Also: the federal courthouse, the Justice Center offices, statues, the Portland police union hall, and a decapitated pig’s head, among other arsons.
But Kristof also dismissively remarked: “No, they’re not trying to burn down the federal courthouse.”Do not trust the dozens of videos showing protesters trying to burn down the federal courthouse.
He further reports that — just as MSNBC has said! — “the most violent behavior overwhelmingly comes from the federal agents.”
So there you have it. You can believe the man who said, “Mao’s legacy is not all bad,”or you can believe your lying eyes. Even without the vast collection of videos documenting the violent riots in Portland, Kristof has a long record of being conned by obvious frauds. Let’s review a few of his greatest hits.
In 2009, Kristof wrote a tear-jerker column titled, “Are We Going to Let John Die?” John was Oregon’s John Brodniak, who allegedly couldn’t get treatment for his cavernous hemangioma because he didn’t have health insurance:
“With John unable to work, he lost his job — and his insurance coverage … One hospital has told [John and his wife] not to come back unless he gets insurance, they say.” (“They say” is widely recognized as evidence in the scientific literature.)
“Neighbors have helped, and a community program has paid the rent so that they are not homeless. But bills are piling up, and John and [his wife] Esther don’t know how they will cope.”
Moral of the story: Pass Obamacare now, you fools!
Then Michelle Malkin made a few phone calls and found out that John was enrolled in Medicaid and was being treated by top neurologists at the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. He’d been a patient there for weeks, including when Kristof wrote his column. Brodniak himself “reluctantly” admitted the truth to Malkin.
Kristof also wrote several columns and blog posts gushing about Somaly Mam, the Cambodian woman allegedly sold into prostitution as a little girl, who went on to launch an international anti-trafficking organization frequently touted in Kristof’s columns. Hailing Somaly’s resilience, he once cited this incident as a heartbreaking relic of the trauma she’d suffered:
“To get to the stage, we took a freight elevator, and it was vaguely like a dark cage. That terrified Somaly, because it reminded her of the cages in which she had been punished and tortured when she was in the brothel.”
Then Newsweek investigated and it turned out Somaly — Kristof’s “friend and hero” — was a total fraud. Her childhood friends told the magazine that she’d grown up with her parents in their small village, gone to local schools, and had been “a happy, pretty girl with pigtails,” well liked and well known.
Still, wasn’t she doing good work with her charity? In one column, for example, Kristof featured Long Pross, one of the girls Somaly had rescued from a life of violence and prostitution:
“Pross was 13 and hadn’t even had her first period when a young woman kidnapped her and sold her to a brothel in Phnom Penh. The brothel owner, a woman as is typical, beat Pross and tortured her with electric current until finally the girl acquiesced.
“[She] gouged out Pross’s right eye with a piece of metal. At that point in telling her story, Pross broke down and we had to suspend the interview.
“Pross’s eye grew infected and monstrous, spraying blood and pus on customers, she later recounted. The owner discarded her …”
It turned out Pross had never been a prostitute and she lost her eye during surgery on a nonmalignant tumor, which Newsweek ascertained using the little-known journalistic technique of … talking to people who knew her and obtaining her medical records.
There are more examples, such as the adventurer-turned-school builder promoted by Kristof (“[He’s] done more to advance U.S. interests in the region than the entire military and foreign policy apparatus of the Bush administration”) who was later the subject of a scathing “60 Minutes” expose — but let’s skip the others and get to my favorite.
Last year, Kristof interviewed an expert on Christianity as a special Easter treat for his readers. In the interview, Serene Jones, president of Union Theological Seminary, confirmed to Kristof that:
— God did not send his son to die for our sins.
I could end my column with that, but let’s continue. Jones sneeringly described the idea of “an abusive God-father who sends his own kid to the cross so God could forgive people” as — I quote — “nuts.”
— God is neither omnipotent nor omniscient. “That is a fabrication of Roman juridical theory and Greek mythology,” Jones exposited.
— Also, prayer doesn’t work and there’s no afterlife.(Speaking as a Christian practically drowning in the milk of human kindness, I sincerely hope they both believe that.)
This guy doesn’t even have a passing familiarity with the most fundamental elements of Christianity. But you can totally trust his reports from the bucolic streets of Portland.
