They’ve attacked him. They’ve impeached him. They’ve arrested him. They’ve desperately tried to imprison him. They unconstitutionally denied him access to the ballot. They’ve tried to kill him. Democrats have failed at every turn to get rid of Donald Trump. Now the self-proclaimed defenders of democracy and their corporate media allies are turning to the last vestige of hope for the desperate in an extremely tight presidential race: Lies. And name-calling.
‘Do You Think Donald Trump Is a Fascist?’
Democrat presidential hopeful Kamala Harris opened Wednesday night’s CNN town hall with a long tirade in which she warned ostensibly undecided voters that Trump would be a dictator if given another term in the Oval Office.
“Do you think Donald Trump is a fascist?” host Anderson Cooper asked the vice president in the opening moments of the latest long-form, packaged-as-news political ad for the Harris-Walz campaign.
“Yes, I do. Yes, I do,” Harris answered as if reciting an unholy wedding vow.
Of course she does. The “Trump is Hitler” narrative is Harris’ — and the left’s — closing argument in a Reader’s Digest presidential campaign for the Democrats. It must be noted that Harris’ abridged quest began with the Democrats’ bloodless coup that removed the demented Democrat president of the United States from his run for a second term.
In an act of corporate media collusion so transparent it burns the eyes, the shameless Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief at The Atlantic, published the hit piece earlier this week that Harris and her team are using in one last-ditch effort to paint the former president as “unfit” to be president again. The smear job, citing bitter former Trump Chief of Staff John Kelly, claims, among other outlandish charges, that while in office Trump suggested Hitler “did some good things.” The story, mostly employing anonymous sources, was quickly debunked on the record by multiple people who were in the room with Trump.
As my Federalist colleague John Daniel Davidson wrote, the story “would never have passed muster in a newsroom 20 years ago.” And former Federalist Senior Editor David Harsanyi aptly noted on X, “The Hunter Biden laptop story couldn’t be repeated by any major outlet because it hadn’t been independently verified. The Atlantic pieces can be repeated by everyone. Weird how that works.”

Of course, it’s not weird at all. Painting the former president as the devil has long been the playbook. Lies and empty accusations are just fine, if they’re in pursuit of what the left thinks is right. And what is right to the Democrats is holding on to power by any means necessary.
Just ask the late spawn of Satan, Harry Reid. The nasty, formerly breathing Democrat senator infamously lied about Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney not paying his taxes. Reid lied from the Senate floor. When called out on his lie, Reid sneered, “Romney didn’t win, did he?”
‘She May Lose’
That’s the left. It’s what they do. And, yes, sometimes the lies work. But there is political peril for Harris. Voters have heard it all from Democrats, particularly the patently false stuff about Trump and his relationship with the military and service members.
As pollster and political strategist Frank Luntz told CNN’s Kasie Hunt hours before her network’s town hall, Harris runs a real risk of alienating the relatively few undecideds in the race. Luntz said Harris did well in the opening days of her Joe Biden replacement campaign focusing on “why she should be elected.” Remember all those “good vibes” and joy and crap?
“She’s had the best 60 days of any presidential candidate in modern history. And then the moment that she turned anti-Trump and focused on him and said, ‘Don’t vote for me, vote against him,’ that’s when everything froze,” the strategist said.
The polls show as much. Trump in recent weeks has devoured any gap as Harris could no longer hide and had to answer at least some actual questions about her record and her agenda. In Harris parlance, he is unburdened by what has been.
Trump is defined, Luntz said.
“He’s not gaining, he’s not losing. He’s who he is and his vote is where it is,” the pollster said.
“[Harris] is less well defined and if she continues just to define this race as ‘vote against Trump,’ she’s going to stay where she is now, and she may lose.”
But desperate times call for desperate measures, I guess. Democrats haven’t been able to stop Trump to date. So, they’re hoping to deal him a death blow with lies.

Chemical abortion is the backup plan of the abortion industry post-Roe, but it shields a ghastly history. The demand for this dangerous drug is rising in the U.S. despite its four times higher complication rate than surgical abortion and a jaw-dropping reality: the chemical abortion drug is connected to Nazi Germany. The affiliates of those who killed innocent children in the Holocaust introduced to our county the drug that is today killing innocent preborn children and numerous mothers.
Pro-life activists often argue that the dehumanization of Jews by the Nazis and the dehumanization of the preborn by the abortion industry are philosophically similar phenomena. Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was a relentless racist. However, few know the true historical relationship between the Nazi genocide during World War II and today’s chemical abortion industry, now responsible for 54 percent of abortions nationwide.
In the early to mid-20th century, the pharmaceutical holding company I.G. Farben Chemical Company controlled much of the German chemical industry. According to Encyclopedia Britannica, the infamous Auschwitz was one of I.G. Farben’s very own chemical plants, responsible for the slavery and deaths of more than a million people in World War II.
Several of Farben’s directors were also found guilty in the U.S’s Nuernberg War Crimes Trials for slavery and mass murder. Georg von Schnitzler, a member of the managing board of directors of Farben, was even a captain in a violent division of the Nazi party that helped facilitate Hitler’s rise before WWII. I.G. Farben Chemical Company was the archetype of an industrial demon.
After the war, Western countries attempted to utterly splinter I.G. Farben industrial power, but divided the holding company into three of its own industrial members, Hoechst, Bayer, and BASF.
In 1974, the first of these three entities, Hoechst, gained a majority share of the holding company Chimio that controlled a French pharmaceutical company called Roussel Uclaf. By 1982, Roussel Uclaf had developed the RU-486 chemical abortion drug mifepristone.
Abortion Drug’s Ties to Population Council, Planned Parenthood
During the mid-1990s, Roussel Uclaf allied with the nonprofit Population Council, which led the charge for FDA approval of the abortion pill in the U.S., officially granted in 2000. During that time Hoechst acquired the remaining shares of Roussel Uclaf.
Like Hoechst, the Population Council had deeply eugenic roots.Aided by the director of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the organization was founded by John D. Rockefeller III, son of John D. Rockefeller, Jr.
Rockefeller Jr. sponsored German eugenic research leading up to the late-1930s that influenced later Nazi policy. Through the Rockefeller Foundation, he funded multiple institutions at which Ernst Rüdin, who spearheaded Hitler’s gruesome medical research during the Holocaust, held leading roles. One such organization was the Institute for Brain Research. According to The History News Network:
Everything changed when Rockefeller money arrived in 1929. A grant of $317,000 allowed the Institute to construct a major building and take center stage in German race biology. The Institute received additional grants from the Rockefeller Foundation during the next several years. Leading the Institute, once again, was Hitler’s medical henchman Ernst Rüdin. Rüdin’s organization became a prime director and recipient of the murderous experimentation and research conducted on Jews, Gypsies and others.
Following in the footsteps of the organization his father founded, in the 1950s Rockefeller III’s Population Council supported the American Eugenics Society, eugenics-motivated sterilization of women, and the use of sex-selective abortion. It also tested, along with International Planned Parenthood Federation, population controlling IUD contraceptives in Pakistan, Taiwan, South Korea, and India in the ’60s despite knowing their dangerous side effects on women. The council itself was led for years by openly eugenicist presidents Frederick Osborn and Frank Notestein, both of whom were members of the American Eugenics Society.
Aborting Minorities
Rockefeller III acted as chairman of President Nixon’s 1969 Population and the American Future Commission just two years after receiving Planned Parenthood’s Margaret Sanger Award. The commission staff was headed by Dr. Charles F. Westoff of the American Eugenics Society and advised by eugenicist Daniel Callahan. The final report endorsed decreasing population growth through supporting the option for women to obtain contraception and/or abortion. No wonder the Population Council was such a willing candidate to spearhead FDA approval for the Hoechst/Roussel Uclaf chemical abortion drug.
Certain mid-19th century eugenicist figures such as Gunnar Myrdal in his 1944 book “An American Dilemma: The Negro Problem and Modern Democracy” schemed that “the most effective way they could advance their agenda would be to concentrate population control facilities within the targeted communities,” according to Life Dynamic’s Racial Targeting Report. Today, abortion is the leading cause of death among African Americans, having taken an estimated 19 million black lives. According to Students for Life of America, “Almost 80% of Planned Parenthood’s abortion facilities are located in minority neighborhoods. 88% of its new ‘mega facilities’ are located within walking distance of minority neighborhoods.”
Today’s abortion industry today is continuing Sanger’s racist legacy. As filmmaker Jason Jones bluntly put it, even though today’s abortion supporters generally reject eugenics, by still endorsing policies (namely abortion) that disproportionately kill black babies, they are “watering an apple tree hoping they get peaches.”
A disproportionate number of black babies are being killed by the abortion industry. This is the effect Planned Parenthood founder and eugenicist Sanger hoped for. It is no surprise that organizations like Hoechst and Population Council, who have eugenic roots too, were inclined to join the abortion bandwagon considering its ability to control populations.
Eugenic leaders laid the groundwork for today’s abortion industry. Similar to the 1969 Commission using the language of women’s choice to propagate what was possibly the eugenic dispositions of its leaders, today’s abortion industry touts the language of bodily autonomy to bolster their abortion business. Considering that nearly half of black babies are aborted in the U.S. today, abortion supporters don’t seem to care that their policies, in effect, carry on the eugenic tendencies of the Population Council, both J.D. Rockefellers, I.G. Farben Chemical Company, and Margaret Sanger.
The sad irony is that while the language of the abortion industry changed, its policies did not. Planned Parenthood still propagates a eugenic legacy through killing innocent children by chemical abortion.

Back in the 1930s started confiscation of weapons and they used children to do it, just as other tyrannical regimes have done. The perennial gun-control debate in America did not begin here. The same arguments for and against were made in the 1920s in the chaos of Germany’s Weimar Republic, which opted for gun registration. Law-abiding persons complied with the law, but the Communists and Nazis committing acts of political violence did not.
In 1931, Weimar authorities discovered plans for a Nazi takeover in which Jews would be denied food and persons refusing to surrender their guns within 24 hours would be executed.
They were written by Werner Best, a future Gestapo official. In reaction to such threats, the government authorized the registration of all firearms and the confiscation thereof, if required for “public safety.” The interior minister warned that the records must not fall into the hands of any extremist group.
In 1933, the ultimate extremist group, led by Adolf Hitler, seized power and used the records to identify, disarm, and attack political opponents and Jews. Constitutional rights were suspended, and mass searches for and seizures of guns and dissident publications ensued.
Police revoked gun licenses of Social Democrats and others who were not “politically reliable.”

In the case of President Donald Trump, it seems that his opponents are relying only on their unhealthy obsession with history’s greatest villains to defame the leader of the free world.
As with any other enemy of the left, Trump is apparently Hitler. This is the same ridiculous and tired argument that liberals and democrats make every single time they disagree with a republican politician. If the accusations weren’t so completely predictable, they could possibly carry some weight, but the fact that calling someone “Hitler” in the leftists’ nuclear option, you’d think they’d save it for more important battles.
But, no. The left is completely happy attempting, over and over again, to tag Trump as a fascist, with no other argument other than their pathetic name-calling.
Now, one teacher in New York State has taken the unacceptable name-calling of our President to the next level, and is indoctrinating her 10th grade students with an absurdly biased curriculum.
“A tenth grade teacher at Saratoga Springs High School led a discussion on the rise of fascism during World War Two by referencing President Trump.
‘“It’s total indoctrination,’ said Melissa, the parent who contacted me. She asked that I not use her last name. ‘It’s not their place to indoctrinate our children. It’s their job to teach the facts. Healthy debate is one thing but this definitely crossed the line.’
“The entire lesson plan was posted on the school district’s website. But once I started poking around and asking questions, the lesson was hidden behind a password protected wall.
“’Trump has absolutely no relation to World War Two. There’s no reason why he should be included with Stalin, Mussolini or Hitler,’ the mom said. They are trying to link him to the leaders of that time. That crosses a line.’

Of course, the absurdity of these claims determines that they will be easily dismissed by level-headed adults. The true issue here, as one parent put it, is the indoctrinationof our youth into these haphazard patterns of thought. These malleable teens should be coaxed into forming their own opinions about the world around them and the nation that they live in. They should never be forced into one pattern of thought just because that pattern syncs up with the delusions of their teachers.

On May 13, 1939, the St. Louis set sail from Hamburg, Germany, to Cuba with 937 Jewish refugees on board. Captain Gustav Schroder, a non-Jewish German, was determined to rescue these men, women and children from Nazi Germany. To his dismay, he was forced to return 907 passengers to Europe, landing in Antwerp, Belgium, on June 17, 1939.
Four months before Hitler invaded Poland, officially starting World War II, Jews were fleeing Germany by the thousands. Captain Schroder agreed to take a shipload on his luxury cruise liner to Cuba. Shortly before leaving, he was informed Cuba rejected most of the visas issued to his passengers. He left with them anyway, praying for a miracle.
Covering up a portrait of Adolf Hitler in the dining hall, Schroder made sure his passengers were given the dignity and respect they deserved. They were fed the best food, given the best entertainment, provided Friday night religious services, and furnished with luxuries denied them for years.
Upon arrival at Cuba, the St. Louis was not allowed to dock. Captain Schroder worked for a week in vain to allow his passengers to disembark. He was denied. Only 22 Jewish refugees were allowed entry as they did have acceptable passage, along with four Spanish citizens and two Cuban nationals. One gentleman, so distraught over returning to Nazi Germany, attempted suicide. He was taken to a hospital in Havana for treatment for his wounds.
Captain Schroder turned to America, pleading to President Franklin D. Roosevelt for help. Claims of improper paperwork, German Jewish immigration quotas and national security were given as excuses for rejecting the passengers. Afraid Schroder would run his ship ashore in Florida, forcing America to accept the refugees, the Coast Guard was sent to watch the St. Louis as it sailed close to our shores.
Finding no help anywhere in North America, Schroder was forced to return to Europe. Determined to be the liberator of his remaining 907 passengers (as one person died during the voyage), Schroder refused to return his ship to Germany until all the refugees were given protection in other countries. The United States finally stepped in and helped secure those arrangements in European countries.
Once those agreements for asylum were made, Captain Schroder docked his boat in Antwerp, Belgium, on June 17th. The United Kingdom accepted 288 passengers while France welcomed 224, Belgium accepted 214, and the Netherlands received 181. In less than a year, Hitler invaded Belgium and France in May of 1940, again threatening those refugees who for a moment had a taste of true freedom. It is estimated that 254 of the 907 returned to Europe were victims of the Holocaust, loosing their lives in concentration or internment camps.
Progressive Liberals are citing this incident as reason why America must accept Syrian refugees. Thanks to their rewriting of history, they don’t even realize how wrong they are.
Roosevelt and his administration claimed these refugees could contain German spies and we could not take that risk. There was one case in 1942 that was exploited to perpetrate this propaganda, giving the government cover to reject millions of Jews over several years. Historians believe this case was overblown and sensationalized in the media. On the other hand, we know from their own documents that ISIS is infiltrating Syrian refugee camps with the express purpose of making it to America. Jewish refugees included many women and children, while Syrian refugees are dominated by twenty-something males. It is estimated 1 in 50 refugees is an ISIS fighter.
Roosevelt rejected the Jewish refugees like Obama is rejecting those truly being persecuted and slaughtered by ISIS: Christians.
Progressive liberals refuse to hear any argument for rejecting Syrian refugees, accusing the opposition of Islamophobia. What has been conveniently kept hidden, that is until recently, is Roosevelt’s obvious distain for the Jewish people. In 1923, he limited the number of Jews allowed in each class at Harvard. He accused the Jewish people of dominating economies, monopolizing predominate professions, and overrunning populations. During his 12 years as president, there is only one year he allowed America to reach its quota of German Jewish immigrants, usually keeping it under 25% of the allowed number.
Roosevelt’s racism and bigotry was not limited to Jews. While he used the European conflict to reject German Jews, he used the Pacific conflict to round up and imprison Japanese-Americans. Again claiming national security, he placed them in internment camps here in the United States in conditions slightly better than Hitler’s. Roosevelt wrote in a 1925 column for the Macon Daily Telegraph, “Anyone who has traveled in the Far East knows that the mingling of Asiatic blood with European or American blood produces, in nine cases out of ten, the most unfortunate results.”He continued, “Japanese immigrants are not capable of assimilation into the American population.” Americans then and now admire his racism.
We have refused to learn and understand history and progressives are repeating every horrible mistake progressives have made. Since Obama took office, Islamic extremists have attacked us in Boston, Chattanooga, Fort Hood, San Bernardino, and now Orlando, just to name a few. And who does Obama and the media blame? Christians and right-wing constitutionalists, just like Hitler and Roosevelt blamed the Jews.
The Pulse nightclub massacre is proving the mistake we are making now is become more and more catastrophic. It is leading to devastating consequences, but I will continue to pray I am proven wrong.

What exactly is propaganda? Most people understand that it is the spread of misinformation intended to push a cause, or a political agenda. Throughout the past century, social scientists have learned, and perfected, the methods of making people accept their propaganda as fact. Joseph Goebbels is, of course, remembered as Adolph Hitler’s Minister of Propaganda and is often times quoted as saying that a lie told often enough will eventually be accepted as truth. In fact, he believed the bigger, more outrageous the lie the better because people would never believe someone would try to pass off such an obvious misrepresentation of the truth. He also believed that the truth was the biggest enemy to the state and that brute force should be used to suppress it. We are rapidly reaching that point in America.

We also know that manipulation of the environment can be used as a means of implementing propaganda. B.F. Skinner found that people have a desire to conform, to not stand out. It was quickly realized that this could be used to the controllers advantage as it came to light that environmental circumstances can influence a person’s behavior. Thus, the use of fear and deliberate propaganda campaigns were created with the intention of creating an illusion; a stage show if you will, designed to keep the masses distracted by keeping us focused only on issues that push their agenda.

This quote essentially means that people can be manipulated into going with the flow out of a fear of either being for or against any particular issue. Look at what this concept is doing to our presidential race. The argument between the Trumpeters and the Cruzers both is reaching new heights as you either jump on board with a particular candidate, or risk being ostracized. The paralysis displayed by Republicans in congress when it comes to stopping Obama’s agenda is another good example. They are more afraid of appearing “partisan” and unable to compromise than they are of anything else. This is all a deliberate application of propaganda designed to push the values of the voter to the left.
When it comes to politics,everything is propaganda. By now, most of us have come to realize that there is no difference between the Republicans and the Democrats; however, they are too quick to assume that an outsider like Donald Trump is truly an outsider, or Ted Cruz is the next Reagan. In order to understand this fully you have to come to accept that our nation has been marked for conquest, and when Obama said fundamental transformation, he meant transformation to a socialist/communist state, period.

Very few patriots would argue against the notion that there is a deliberate effort to undermine our sense of nationalism. Where the people split is the presidential race. Is Donald Trump or Ted Cruz the best candidate? Considering the statement above concerning “continual propaganda,” is it possible that these two were deliberately selected by the left because they already knew it would undermine the conservative movement and cause this division? Is it possible that Donald Trump is acting as an agent of social change put in place to make you accept things that eight years ago you wouldn’t have even considered? That is how a social change campaign works, by slowly changing the public’s consciousness on social issues. This has to be considered as a possibility because Donald Trump has donated money to the very politicians we are angry at, has admitted to buying off politicians, has publicly declared that he can change to whatever he wants to be, once proclaimed he was for an assault weapons ban and publicly declared he was for socialized medicine. In other words, he admitted that he was a progressive and expressed favor for things we adamantly oppose; yet, because he is so focused on the issue of immigration, (which, considering all things discussed could be a deliberate attempt tocement in your mind a problem that must be solved so you will compromise your other principles in order to solve it,)the masses are willingly ignoring these facts about him and blindly going along, kind of like Obama voters.
Please don’t mistake this as advertising for Ted Cruz, the man was born in Canada and his wife co-authored a document with the Council on Foreign Relations describing the plans for a North American Union. This makes the points being made in this article more relevant because this issue is causing great strife between Trump supporters and Cruz supporters. Instead of focusing on the left, conservatives are busy trying to prove to one another the downfalls of each other’s candidates.
Either the points made about each candidate are true, or it is all deliberately placed misinformation designed to undermine our resolve and split the Republican Party. Either way, this is exactly what is happening. It is due time conservatives stop bickering over a narrative defined for us and demand that conservatives who believe in liberty and the values we hold dear be selected to be our candidate. Not people with the numerous question marks surrounding their campaigns.
Remember, Goebbels said that repeating a lie often enough would eventually make it the truth. Well, here at propaganda.news I’ve decided to apply that same concept except I am going to keep repeating certain truths until people get it. One of these truths is best expressed through a quote found in Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, and in my opinion, it best describes what we are witnessing today.
There’s another reason for working inside the system. Dostoevski said that taking a new step is what people fear most. Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and chance the future. This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution.
By accepting Ted Cruz or Donald Trump as our presidential candidates we are signaling to the left that we are willing to surrender certain values in order to solve problems they have forced upon us. It’s that simple, we are being socially engineered. Of course, this is just my opinion.

The Guardian published a piece titled, “Anger at Netanyahu claim Palestinian grand mufti inspired Holocaust.”
Countless other mainstream media outlets followed suit, piling on criticism of Netanyahu.
Many media outlets insisted on referring to Husseini as a Palestinian, despite the fact that the leader of the Arabs in British Mandate Palestine would never have been referred to as a Palestinian because that title was sometimes reserved for the Jews living there. In fact, it was PLO leader and Egyptian-born Yasser Arafat who was widely recognized as one of the first leaders of the Palestinian movement, which began as a result of the Arabs’ defeat in the Arab-Israeli war in 1967.
A member of the PLO Executive Committee admitted as much in a 1977 interview when he said: “The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity.”
Netanyahu later clarified that his greater point was to say that, far before the concept of an Arab-Muslim Palestinian ever existed or before the modern state of Israel was declared, Islamic leaders in the land still sought to eliminate the Jews.
“My intention was not to absolve Hitler of his responsibility,” he later explained. “But rather to show that the forefathers of the Palestinian nation, without a country and without the so-called occupation, without land and without settlements, even then aspired to systematic incitement to exterminate the Jews.”
“Hitler was responsible for the Final Solution to exterminate six million Jews; he made the decision,”a statement from the Israeli Prime Minister’s office added. “It is equally absurd to ignore the role played by the mufti, Haj Amin al -Husseini, a war criminal, for encouraging and urging Hitler.”
The Israeli Prime Minister is speaking of the same Mufti who once said, broadcasting in Arabic from Berlin, “Kill the Jews wherever you find them – this is Allah’s will.”
Whether or not the Mufti actually convinced Hitler to go forward with his plans is a fair topic for debate.
However, the Mufti did support and encourage Hitler in his quest for worldwide Jewish extermination, as proven through historical transcripts provided by the U.S. Holocaust Museum.
In November 1941, the two leaders met in Berlin to discuss the future of the Jewish people living in British Mandate Palestine. Hitler told Husseini that the “struggle against a Jewish homeland in Palestine” would be part of his larger efforts against the Jews. Hitler assured him that when the German army advanced on the Middle East, he would announce to the Arab world that “the hour of liberation is at hand.”Their only goal, Hitler said, “would be the annihilation of Jewry living in Arab space under the protection of British power.”
Moreover, according to the prosecution team during the Nuremberg trials, the Mufti did indeed play a role in facilitating the annihilation of European Jews.
“The Mufti was one of the initiators of the systematic extermination of European Jewry for the Germans and had been the permanent collaborator and advisor of Eichmann and Himmler in the execution of the plan… According to my opinion, the Grand Mufti, who had been in Berlin since 1941, played a role in the decision of the German government to exterminate the European Jews,”an SS officer admitted during the trials.
The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, a man who is revered by some as the founding father of the Palestinian movement, was undoubtedly a supporter of the extermination of Jews, an uncomfortable fact that the international pro-Palestinian Left has not addressed in its criticism of Netanyahu.
Ben Carson told reporters Wednesday that if “people don’t speak up for what they believe,” then America could start resembling Hitler’s Nazi Germany, CNN reports.
In a speech earlier in the day, Carson rejected the idea that a radical, totalitarian party could ever gain power in the United States.
“If you go back and look at the history of the world, tyranny and despotism and how it starts, it has a lot to do with control of thought and control of speech,” he explained.
“If people don’t speak up for what they believe, then other people will change things without them having a voice. Hitler changed things there and nobody protested. Nobody provided any opposition to him.”
Additionally, Carson shot down a question insinuating that he was comparing President Obama to Hitler.
“No. I am saying in a situation where people do not express themselves, bad things can happen.”

“Engineering Evil” is a documentary recently shown on the Military History channel. It’s a story of Nazi Germany’s murder campaign before and during World War II. According to some estimates, 16 million Jews and other people died at the hands of Nazis.
Though the Holocaust ranks high among the great human tragedies, most people never consider the most important question: How did Adolf Hitler and the Nazis gain the power they needed to commit such horror? Focusing solely on the evil of the Holocaust won’t get us very far toward the goal of the Jewish slogan “Never Again.”
When Hitler came to power, he inherited decades of political consolidation by Otto von Bismarck and later the Weimar Republic that had weakened the political power of local jurisdictions. Through the Enabling Act (1933), whose formal name was “A Law to Remedy the Distress of People and Reich,” Hitler gained the power to enact laws with neither the involvement nor the approval of the Reichstag, Germany’s parliament. The Enabling Act destroyed any remaining local autonomy. The bottom line is that it was decent Germans who made Hitler’s terror possible – Germans who would have never supported his territorial designs and atrocities.
The 20th century turned out to be mankind’s most barbaric. Roughly 50 million to 60 million people died in international and civil wars. As tragic as that number is, it pales in comparison with the number of people who were killed at the hands of their own government. Recently deceased Rudolph J. Rummel, professor of political science at the University of Hawaii and author of “Death by Government,” estimated that since the beginning of the 20th century, governments have killed 170 million of their own citizens. Top government killers were the Soviet Union, which, between 1917 and 1987, killed 62 million of its own citizens, and the People’s Republic of China, which, between 1949 and 1987, was responsible for the deaths of 35 million to 40 million of its citizens. In a distant third place were the Nazis, who murdered about 16 million Jews, Slavs, Serbs, Czechs, Poles, Ukrainians and others deemed misfits, such as homosexuals and the mentally ill.
We might ask why the 20th century was so barbaric. Surely, there were barbarians during earlier ages. Part of the answer is that during earlier times, there wasn’t the kind of concentration of power that emerged during the 20th century. Had Josef Stalin, Mao Zedong and Hitler been around in earlier times, they could not have engineered the slaughter of tens of millions of people. They wouldn’t have had the authority. There was considerable dispersion of jealously guarded political power in the forms of heads of provincial governments and principalities and nobility and church leaders whose political power within their spheres was often just as strong as the monarch’s.
Professor Rummel explained in the very first sentence of “Death by Government” that “Power kills; absolute power kills absolutely. … The more power a government has, the more it can act arbitrarily according to the whims and desires of the elite, and the more it will make war on others and murder its foreign and domestic subjects.” That’s the long, tragic, ugly story of government: the elite’s use of government to dupe and forcibly impose its will on the masses. The masses are always duped by well-intentioned phrases. After all, what German could have been against “A Law to Remedy the Distress of People and Reich”? It’s not just Germans who have fallen prey to well-intentioned phrases. After all, who can be against the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”?
We Americans ought to keep the fact in mind that Hitler, Stalin and Mao would have had more success in their reign of terror if they had the kind of control and information about their citizens that agencies such as the NSA, the IRS and the ATF have about us. You might ask, “What are you saying, Williams?” Just put it this way: No German who died before 1930 would have believed the Holocaust possible.

Students of World War II are finding dangerous parallels between the events leading up to that war and what is now happening in Ukraine. Vladimir Putin is using precisely the same tactics used by Adolf Hitler in the run up to World War II, and like Hitler he is betting on and benefiting from a weak response from the west. As I observe the idle threats being made by President Obama and John Kerry painful memories of a sniveling Neville Chamberlain come to mind. While the West impotently talks about sanctions and even imposes a few, Putin continues to mass troops on the Ukrainian border for what he calls “military maneuvers.”
I fear there is much more at stake here than the Crimea. To understand what is happening in Ukraine it is necessary to first understand Vladimir Putin’s real intentions: He wants to re-establish the “evil empire.” Putin has stated publicly that the greatest tragedy of the 20th Century was the fall of the Soviet Union. It’s a tragedy President Putin would like to erase from Russian history in the same manner that Adolph Hitler sought to eradicate what he saw as the shame of the Treaty of Versailles following World War I. Just as Hitler wanted to reincorporate land lost to Germany in the aftermath of the Great War—thus the bloodless takeover of Austria followed close on by the forced annexation of the Sudetenland—Putin wants to take back what was lost when the Soviet Union collapsed. His Crimean adventure was just the first step along these lines. It won’t be the last.
You can be sure that Putin has studied Hitler’s actions in the years leading up to World War II as well as the weak-kneed, impotent response of the west. Putin seems to know history better than today’s Western leaders who allowed World War II to happen when Hitler could have been easily stopped in his tracks. Neville Chamberlain and other Western leaders thought they could negotiate with Hitler. They were fools. But even a fool knows you cannot negotiate with a hungry bear, and the Russian bear with prodding from Putin is obviously hungry. Unfortunately, President Obama and John Kerry seem to be cut from the same cloth as Neville Chamberlain. They want to negotiate and threaten and talk, talk, talk. If anyone in the Obama administration had an ounce of foreign policy sense they would understand that all a hungry bear ever wants is more.
In the years leading up to World War II, Hitler first brought Austria under the Nazi jackboot with the Anschluss. Anschluss is German for political annexation. It worked like this. First Hitler stirred up pro-German sentiment in Austria. Then he massed troops and tanks along the Austrian border. Finally, he “allowed” Austria to annex itself to Germany in lieu of being invaded by Nazi Storm Troopers and Panzers. If you have been paying attention, the Crimean Region of Ukraine just had its own Anschluss, but this time it was Putin and the Russians who demanded a vote while pointing guns at the voters. Unfortunately, as they did prior to World War II, western leaders—most auspiciously President Obama—are responding with words and weakness. Putin on the other hand is taking action.
Hitler’s next annexation was the Sudetenland, a small sliver of land that was part of Czechoslovakia. Like the Crimea, the Sudetenland had a large contingent of citizens loyal to the invading country. The German speaking, pro-Nazi citizens of the Sudetenland—led by Konrad Henlein—agitated for annexation and, of course, Hitler was only too happy to oblige. Surrounded by Nazi tanks and troops, the Sudetenland acquiesced to Hitler’s demands and became part of Germany. The people of the West adopted a who-cares attitude toward Hitler’s annexation of the Sudetenland. France and Britain were not willing to go to war over a sliver of land in which many of the people spoke German and were loyal to Hitler. The West basically said to Hitler, “You can have the Sudetenland.” This would have been a small enough tragedy had Hitler been content to stop there, but of course he wasn’t. Nor will President Putin be content to stop his expansion efforts with the Crimea. As it did with the Sudetenland, the West has adopted a who-cares attitude toward the Russian annexation of the Crimea. Just as it was with the Sudetenland, this would be only a minor tragedy if Putin’s aggression stopped there. But it won’t, and Western leaders are fools if they think it will.
It is a good bet that Vladimir Putin now has his sights set on Ukraine. If he can bring that sovereign country back into the fold, then there are Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia; all of which have significant Russian-speaking populations left over from the old Soviet days. These Russian-speaking citizens can be counted on to support Putin in his takeover efforts, and Putin can be counted on to claim that he is invading these sovereign nations for the sole purpose of protecting oppressed Russians. If Putin can manage to re-incorporate these three tiny nations, the bear’s next meal will be the one that finally brought the West to its senses and triggered a military response and, eventually, World War II. That meal is Poland, which is the prize Putin really wants in the first place.
History is repeating itself in part because we have raised several generations of Americans who do not know their history. While American students were being taught how they should be ashamed of the United States and studying the lives of celebrities instead of American heroes, Vladimir Putin and his generation of Russians were studying history—real history. Now he is using that knowledge of history to re-establish what Ronald Reagan called the “evil empire.” With the Crimean annexation, history is simply repeating itself. The only difference is the tyrant who is seeking territory and the weak-kneed Western leaders who are letting him take it.
Mark Alexander wrote that in Mein Kampf (1925), Hitler’s autobiography regarding the BIG LIE, he indicated“the lie must be so ‘colossal’ that the public would be confident that no national leader could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.” –patriotpost
Does “if you like your plan you can keep your plan, period” and “if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, period” along with all the other promises made regarding transparency, oversight and accountability, qualify? Maybe not; but boarders on the following premise where Hitler further says:
“In the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods.
It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation. For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together in the art of lying.”
Hitler’s Propaganda Minister, Goebbels, affirmed: “the principle that when one lies, one should lie big, and stick to it. … It is the absolute right of the state to supervise the formation of public opinion.” Does mainstream media’s “love affair” with this administration possibly fit this narrative? Mainstream media goes whichever the wind blows in supporting or protecting the administration.
Alexander references Hitler’s assessment of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, or NAZI: “The party … must not become a servant of the masses, but their master.” With respect to the socialist state and individual Liberty, he wrote, “The unity of a nation’s spirit and will are worth far more than the freedom of the spirit and will of an individual; and that the higher interests involved in the life of the whole must here set the limits and lay down the duties of the interests of the individual.”
Hitler’s regime was founded on the premise that, “We are Socialists, we are enemies of the capitalistic economic system … and we are all determined to destroy this system under all conditions.”Goebbels reiterates: “To be a socialistis to submit the I to the thou;socialism is sacrificing the individual to the whole.” Alexander provides another example for those failing to comprehend the comparisons he makes by citing Liberal economist Hayek’s comment: “There is no difference in principle, between the economic philosophy of Nazism, socialism, communism, and fascism and that of the American welfare state and a regulated economy.”
Obama said: “Make no mistake, we are headed in the right direction, but … we’re not headed there fast enough for a lot of Americans.” Many might interpret this to mean that our economy is improving? The following might reflect just the opposite:

The table above is self-explanatory. However, just visually comparing actual unemployed, those not in the labor force, and those living in poverty, not impressive. Considering all the legislation to “stimulate” employment and our economy; one could come to the conclusion that
all the money was wasted and subsidized mainly special interest groups and
there has been no “recovery. The poverty level is deplorable and inexcusable. So much for resolving issues regarding the “war on poverty.” Still, the actual “non-working” labor force number is approximately 91,469,765 is astounding.
Wholeheartedly believe that all the rules andregulations coming out of the many agencies in DC is a contributing factor with respect to the above statistics. They are killing entrepreneurial spirit in America for all races, ethnic and age groups. Maybe, that’s what this administration and elites want. They talk a good game, but their actions convey just the opposite. This moral outrage is a joke, and we are being played.
For decades, even while he was in power, Adolf Hitler was attacked as a right-winger. Of course, his racism provoked that assessment as well as his militarism; however, when put to the test and proper study, what we have been taught and what we have been told by learned scholars is completely wrong. The obviousness of that fact is plain if one sits down and looks at the reality. Hitler was no free thinking, wild eyed individualist — he was a corporatist and a socialist.
First of all, we have him admitting his socialism. He doesn’t call Nazism by anything else other than National Socialism. Professors I know would be flipping their lids at me for daring to say what I am saying, but I knew they were lying when I was studying this. How could Hitler, who controlled Churches, Media, Schools, the Military, Health Care and everything else, be a right-winger? Was it because he was a racist? So, racism apparently makes a Nazi, or member of the National SOCIALIST German WORKER’S Party a right-winger? How convenient.
When I was in school, as in high school, I was always wondering why my teachers called Hitler right-wing. After learning about the rise of National Socialism in Germany, and then Communism, I was struck by similarities. When I asked about this issue, I was told well, they had similarities but really they were far different. That seemed convenient then and it makes zero sense now. Why, you ask? I’ll explain.
Any form of government that controls healthcare, the economy, education and the news media is totalitarian by definition. And if the government controls the economy, either through out-right central control or through large scale corporations, they are socialist. Healthcare control is just a freebie because, if you control the economy, you by virtue of that will control health care. Nazi controlled Germany was all that. So, why would professors, high school teachers and so called learned scholars throw Adolf Hitler and his love of the worker, and controlling people’s lives even to whom they married, be so happy to throw him at us? I have a theory. It is not that complicated. Just follow my line of thinking.
Hitler and his minions wanted to control Germany. They said they were patriotic Germans. This lie helped them establish their credentials with the veterans of the First World War and conservatives who were looking to anyone to give Germany back her place in the world. The Communists were not patriotic.
Here’s the difference: the message. Hitler knew how the rank and file German folk felt about Germany and he used it. His later rantings, as Berlin was being razed to the ground and his empire was reduced to a city block, proves that he was no more a German Patriot than any Communist his brown shirts killed. In other words, Hitler used patriotism to get power. There is a lot more to be said about this subject but there’s no space here to talk about it.
Hitler was able to harness the German’s love of discipline for his efforts. The Germans were very easy to seduce. Now think about this: almost 15 years of staggering, mind-boggling inflation, lawlessness and amorality and here’s this small man with a small mustache going on about law and order and morality. In reality, he was no more law-abiding or worried about morals than the people he wanted to destroy, the Communists. He used the German fear of Communism to shove National Socialism down the Germans’ throats and they didn’t realize it. It was a choice between two versions of Lucifer and they had no idea because they were so brow beaten and done.
So were Adolf Hitler and his minion’s right-wingers? When I think of “right-wing” I think of Libertarians, no centralized government. People governing themselves. I don’t think of an institution of any kind save for a military to protect interests, borders etc. I don’t think of institutionalized racism, forced euthanasia, forced military service, and zero free press. How is any of that “right-wing”?
Is merely calling Hitler a right-winger a sales pitch to sell the same thing he was selling? Did these leftist educators have to make Hitler look like a Republican, a rugged individualist, in order to sell what he sold? Think about it.
I asked that question when I was a sophomore in high school. My Dad agreed with me, of course. HE was the person who taught me to ask questions that began with “yeah”, “but” and “why”. The more I asked, as I grew older, the angrier the response was. When I was a senior in college I realized how much I’d been lied to. Hitler, for all of the garbage I’d been told, was actually one of THEM. And what’s worse they knew it. They know it still.
It is time for some honesty about history. It’s time for the facts. Adolf Hitler was a left-wing socialist. Just because he called himself a National Socialist does not make the facts untrue. He was a corporate fascist socialist.
Now I can hear the leftist scholars freaking out at this fact. He would not have been able to control Germany without the help of large corporate entities. He did not go to the conservatives for money. Outward support and for tea and sympathy, yes, but for real support he ran to Krupp, Thiessen and the rest. Because, unlike other socialists, he knew you can’t go anywhere without money. He followed Mussolini’s lead. A socialist with the veneer of a corporatist. And that, my dears, is a fascist and that is also a kind of leftist socialist.
Facts are what they are. History is an undeniable force. She is strong in her ways and all consuming. She’s about the facts. It is time, when we talk about Germany and its bizarre experiment with National Socialism, to have those facts. Nazism is socialism splashed with corporate support on steroids and that is a fact. That is history.
