Nine-Hour Hearing Held in Delaware County After Officials Took a Detour from Counting Center into a Closed Building for 6 Hours on Election Day

As reported earlier – Pennsylvania election observers filed a complaint against the Delaware County Board of Elections after county officials took a detour on election night with the county’s ballots and v-drives into a closed building for six hours.  Poll watchers were prevented from entering the building at the time.

The county also deleted 194 voter registrations that were deleted after election day whose ballots were counted.

Here are several allegations that were filed in a complaint last week in Delaware County.

The Gateway Pundit reported on this last week.

A hearing took place Monday in Delaware County Pennsylvania.

Bill Lawrence reported on the 9-hour hearing that was held in Delaware County on Monday in front of Judge Barry Dozor on the election abnormalities.

Delco Election Concerns Aired In 9-Hour Hearing Before Judge Dozor — Delaware County Common Pleas Court Judge Barry Dozor presided over a remarkable nine-hour hearing, yesterday, Nov. 20, concerning the request by Leah Hoopes, Gregory Stenstrom and Nicole Missino that certification of the Pennsylvania county’s certification of votes from the Nov. 8 election be postponed until Nov. 28 so a hearing could be held at which evidence could be presented regarding election irregularities.

Well, the hearing was basically held but limited to specific allegations made in the plaintiffs filing, namely that 2,778 records of requests for mail-in ballots were deleted by the county; at least 194 voter registration records of individuals who voted were deleted; a partisan third-party was allowed to control and tabulate mail-in ballots; and the chain of custody was adulterated by detouring the election-night journey of the county’s physical ballots and v-drives for six hours into a closed building, where poll watchers were prohibited from entering, before continuing the delivery to the centralized counting center at the Wharf Building in Chester.

These claims were generally, and reasonably, explained by the County during the course of the day but other troubling points were brought up.

Judge Dozor, who deserves great praise, is expected to rule today.

Mrs. Hoopes and Stenstrom were certified poll watchers while Mrs. Missino was the Republican candidate for the 165th District in the State House. They represented themselves. Attorneys are notably reluctant to take vote fraud cases in Delco for fear of repercussions. Deborah Silver, a previous attorney for Mrs. Hoopes and Stenstrom, faced an attempt to disbar her which reportedly cost her $20,000 to beat.

The plaintiffs lack of experience led them to make mistakes. They were unable to call expert witnesses including data expert Robert Martini, who was unable to present a report which we are including at the end of this article. Martini, as a fact witness, testified, however, that the machine tape in the 1st Precinct of Marple’s 7th Ward was missing a hashcode.

This is a legitimate concern. If it happened there it likely happened elsewhere and reveals a security issue.

Mrs. Missino was unable to get into the record the voters who told her that their votes were never tallied.

Joan Weber, an entrepreneur who had been director of finance for Conde Nast, was unable to testify regarding the strange shrinkage in the tally for mail-in ballot requests she recorded from the state’s OpenDataPa website.

Julie Yu, whose report of election day ballots being taken unexpectedly from the Springfield Library dropbox to the county-owned “Flagship Building” at 2 W Baltimore Pike, in Media, might have made the most significant claim. The ballots had been expected to go to the counting center at the Wharf in Chester. The change caused suspicion regarding the the chain of custody.

James Allen, the county director of election operations, testified the change was due to Act 88 that was passed by the state legislature in July.

To get funding provided by the act, the county had to agree to, among other things, that it post on its publicly accessible Internet website an unofficial number of absentee ballots and mail-in ballots received for the election by 12:01 a.m.

This required election night procedures for the collection of dropbox ballots to be changed for logistical reasons, Allen said.

In previous elections — and in the weeks before election night — dropbox ballots were and are collected by county employees using vans and taken directly to the counting center. The new constraints led to the election night dropboxes being collected by two-person teams using private cars, with at least one member of the team being a county employee, according to Allen. Rather than being taken directly to Chester these ballots were first gathered at the Flagship Building.

Mrs. Hoopes, in her cross-examination, got Allen to admit that the change was never made public and that the county guidelines actually called for the ballots to go to Rose Tree Park on election night.

Things like this are what causes suspicions to arise.

Laureen Hagan, chief clerk of the Bureau of Elections, testified that the county never deletes requests for mail-in ballots. It remained unanswered as to why 2,778 such requests appear to have been deleted.

Stenstrom testified that he saw a cart of between 20,000 and 30,000 pre-canvassed ballots without pedigree at the Wharf on Election Night and that at 8:05 p.m., about 25,000 votes almost immediately appeared with lopsided margin for Democrats.

The logic and accuracy testing for the scanning machines was a big issue throughout the day with attorneys Nick Centrella, representing the Election Board, and William Martin, representing the County, desperately trying to keep it out.

Mrs. Hoopes got it on record that Delco was not following state protocols in its testing. She also got it on record that the county followed directives from their information technology guy rather than what was prescribed by the Secretary of the Commonwealth.

Gavin Lawn, an observer at the counting center, testified he was inspired to become involved after receiving 13 mail-in ballots at his home in 2020. He said during his scheduled shift on Nov. 9, the door to the counting room was locked despite their being people inside.

Stenstrom said that he’d like the Judge to let him compare the ballot images from the scanner with the Department of State database to ease any concerns about the election being rigged. He said this could be done quickly and easily using off-the-shelf software without affecting the integrity of the machine.

There is no reason not to let citizens be allowed this access.

County solicitor Martin implied the plaintiffs and their supporters were merely sore losers motivated entirely by a dislike for mail-in ballots rather than legitimate concerns about the election.

About 40 people packed Courtroom 7 with another reported 80 in an overflow courtroom. About 20 stayed the whole nine hours.

Again kudos to Judge Dozor for the effort to address concerns.

Before the results are certified, the Arizona attorney general’s office wants answers about the bungled administration of the 2022 general election in Maricopa County. On Saturday, the AGO wrote to the Maricopa County attorney’s affice, raising problems voters faced in ballot tabulators and ballot-on-demand printers, along with potential election law violations.

The AGO’s demand for transparency came a day after Arizona’s Cochise County board delayed certifying the election results and amid Kari Lake’s continued insistence that she might still win.

In a Nov. 19 letter addressed to the Maricopa County attorney’s office, Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright noted that the AGO’s Election Integrity Unit has received “hundreds of complaints … pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election in Maricopa County.”

“These complaints go beyond pure speculation, but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election law,” wrote Wright.

On the basis of these complaints and the problematic administration of the election, Wright underscored how Arizonans “deserve a full report and accounting of the myriad problems” that occurred in Maricopa County on Election Day.

In addition to voters’ complaints, Wright indicated there was additional cause for concern, given that “statements made by both Chairman Gates and Recorder Richer, along with information Maricopa County released through official modes of communication appear to confirm potential statutory violations of [Arizona election law].”

Having invoked Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-1021, which allows the attorney general to “enforce the provisions of this title through civil and criminal actions” in any election for state office, the AGO demanded answers about:

  • Election Day ballot-on-demand printer configuration settings;
  • Election Day “check-out” procedures; and the
  • apparent contravention of statutory guidelines and failure to segregate, count, tabulate, tally, and transport ballots that voters were otherwise unable to have tabulated using on-site tabulators.

Wright requested that a response be given on or before Nov. 28.

Wright stated that at least 60 voting locations had problems with their ballot-on-demand printers, “which appeared to have resulted in ballots that were unable to be read by on-site ballot tabulators.”

According to Votebeat Arizona, vote-counting machines had trouble tabulating ballots on Election Day “because the timing marks on the ballot — the black lines on the sides that tell the machine where the contests are located so the machine can tally the votes — were not printing correctly. As a result, the machines were rejecting the ballots.”

Nearly 27% of the voting centers (60 of the 223) were affected, generating longer wait times and confusion.

Nearly 17,000 Maricopa County voters (7% of all in-person voters) were reportedly “unable to watch machines tabulate their ballots on-site” because of printing malfunctions.

Sworn complaints submitted by election workers employed by Maricopa County indicated the printers had been tested on Nov. 7 “without any apparent problems,” Wright noted. Notwithstanding successful tests the night before, the printers started to malfunction within the first 30 minutes of voting on Election Day.

County Supervisor Chairman Bill Gates said at the time, “There is no question this is frustrating. … We don’t believe anyone has been disenfranchised.”

Gates claimed over the weekend that the printer problems did not disproportionately affect “Republican-leaning areas.”

\u201cWe continue to answer your election-related questions this weekend. Here, Chairman @billgatesaz speaks about whether Election Day printer problems impacted certain areas more than others.\u201d

— Maricopa County (@Maricopa County) 1668958420

The AGO’s election integrity unit expects a report detailing:

  • the voting centers that experienced these problems;
  • the specific problems at each location; any other printer issues that may have contributed to the problem;
  • a “comprehensive log of all changes to the [ballot-on-demand] printer configuration settings (to include the identity of individuals making changes)”;
  • the county’s standards for the printer configuration settings “as specified in internal technical specifications and/or manufacturer technical specifications”; and
  • other concerns.

Although the AGO made no claims of fraud or guilt regarding the printer errors, the questions asked appear open to the possibility of malfeasance and meddling.

Wright referenced sworn complaints received by the election integrity unit, which indicated that voters had trouble checking out of voting locations to cast their votes at functional centers.

“Not only have have poll workers reported that they were not trained and/or not provided with information on how to execute ‘check out’ procedures, but many voters have reported the second voting location required the voter to cast a provisional ballot as the [virtual pollbook] maintained the voter had cast a ballot in the original voting location,” Wright wrote in her letter.

This is troubling, suggested Wright, given “Arizona law specifically prohibits provisional ballots to be counted when a voter has signed multiple pollbooks.”

The AGO requested a report detailing whether poll workers were properly trained on how to “check out” voters so that they could “lawfully vote in another location” and all those voters who were provided a provisional ballot “due to having already signed an e-pollbook at another Election Day voting location.

Wright’s letter also presses the Maricopa County attorney’s office to report on the fate of ballots deposited at “Door 3.”

Since tabulators were malfunctioning at multiple locations, affected voters were told to deposit their ballots into a slot on a secure box at each location. According to Votebeat Arizona, the boxes were labeled with a “3” sticker, hence the name “Door 3.” From there, Wright suggested that “non-tabulated ballots were commingled with tabulated ballots at the voting location” prior to being taken to the central elections center. One sworn complaint suggested that thousands of non-tabulated ballots received at “Door 3” had been put in black duffle bags “intended to be used for tabulated ballots.”

Thomas Liddy, the civil division chief at the Maricopa County attorney’s office addressed in Wright’s letter, told Fox News Digital that he will convene with his clients “and begin the process of gathering the materials necessary to respond. As you are undoubtedly aware, Ms. Wright is still working on the AG’s Final Report of the 2020 election. I am looking forward to receiving that as well.”

After the AGO’s letter went out, Kari Lake told the Daily Mail that the “way they run elections in Maricopa County is worse than in banana republics around this world.”

The Associated Press called the race for Hobbs on Nov. 14. Lake trailed Democratic candidate Katie Hobbs by fewer than 18,000 votes and has yet to concede defeat.

“I’ll tell you what, I believe at the end of the day that this will be turned around, and I don’t know what the solution will be, but I still believe I will become governor, and we are going to restore honesty to our elections,” said Lake.

Shocker! Democrat Candidate Wins Election by Single Vote Following Recount

Maxine Mosley was trailing her Republican opponent Larry Gagne in the Hillsborough 16 House District race last week by 23 votes.

But the machine recount gave the win to Mosley the Democrat.

Imagine that!

Manchesterlink reported:

Following a recount, Democrat Maxine Mosley has now defeated Republican Larry Gagne in the Hillsborough 16 House District, consisting of Manchester’s Ward 6, by a final total of 1799 to 1798.

Heading into Monday, Mosley trailed Gagne, 1797 to 1820.

On Monday evening, Mosley said she was overwhelmed by the result, and was told by Secretary of State representatives that a swing of more than nine votes is rare, so this result was historic.

“I did not really anticipate that I could pull it off, but I wanted to use the process of recount to make sure that everyone that supported me knew I was doing everything in my power to have the most verifiable vote at the end,” she said. “I will take today as a win with great, great gratitude.

“It’s very unusual, especially in Manchester with the machines we have to make up 24 votes, we were winning by 23. I don’t know what happened,” said Gagne.

If they can’t cheat, they can’t win.

Pro-Trump Republican Lauren Boebert is currently leading in her race against far left Democrat Adam Frisch in rural Colorado. Boebert currently leads the race by 1,ooo votes and 0.4%. Boebert has been leading the race for several days now.

Her opponent is a sleazebag who was caught having an affair in a storage locker in the district.

-But guess what just happened? Democrats have found several thousand potential Democrat votes to be counted!  What luck!

Newsweek reported without the slightest bit of irony.

The race for Colorado’s third congressional district remains too close to be called, as Trump-endorsed Rep. Lauren Boebert is currently only slightly ahead of her rival, Democrat Adam Frisch.

But the incumbent congresswoman’s narrow lead could once again be overturned if thousands of likely rejected votes in favor of her challenger were to be fixed, as a recount looms over the Colorado race.

Boebert was widely projected to win the midterms, with polling website FiveThirtyEight giving her a 97 in 100 chance of victory in the days ahead of the vote.

As of November 14 and with nearly all of the ballots being counted, Boebert is leading with 50.1 percent of the vote (162,040 votes) against Frisch’s 49.8 percent (160,918 votes).

Kari Lake Fires Off Biting One-Line Statement After Outlets Call Race for Katie Hobbs

Republican Kari Lake is not wilting after projections emerged Monday that she will lose the Arizona governor’s race to Democrat Katie Hobbs.

“Arizonans know BS when they see it,” Lake said on Twitter.

During the campaign, she had frequently questioned the integrity of the 2020 election that led to Joe Biden’s presidency, and last month she had told ABC News that she would concede the gubernatorial race only if “it’s fair, honest and transparent.”

Trending: Breaking: Insider Reveals Kari Lake Will NOT Concede Governor’s Race After Media Calls It for Hobbs

When I first started voting back in the ’80s, we had Election Day,” Lake said in that interview. “Our Constitution says Election Day. It doesn’t say election season, election month, and we’ve watched as our Election Day has turned into election week and election weeks and now election month. And the longer you drag that out, the more fraud with problems there are.”

  • On Monday, nearly a week after the midterm elections, ABC News projected Hobbs to be the winner of the Arizona race, concluding that her election was part of “a stunning rejection of election deniers in midterm contests.”
  • CNN also projected the Democrat to win, saying she was “defeating one of the most prominent defenders of former President Donald Trump’s lies about the 2020 election.”
  • Fox News joined the chorus declaring Lake had been defeated but noted that according to Arizona’s rules, the contest might face a recount.
  • The Associated Press explained its call for Hobbs by saying “the latest round of vote releases gave her a big enough lead that the AP determined she would not relinquish it.”
  • “The AP concluded that, even though Lake had been posting increasingly larger margins in vote updates from Maricopa County, she was not gaining a big enough share to overtake Hobbs and was running out of remaining votes,” the wire service said.

AP numbers posted in The New York Times on Monday night gave Hobbs a margin of about 20,000 votes out of the roughly 2.5 million votes cast with 95 percent reported.

Hobbs issued a statement after media outlets proclaimed her to have won.

I want to thank the voters for entrusting me with this immense responsibility. It is truly an honor of a lifetime, and I will do everything in my power to make you proud. I want to thank my family, our volunteers, and campaign staff. Without all of your hard work, passion, and sacrifice this night would not be possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart,” she said.

For the Arizonans who did not vote for me, I will work just as hard for you – because even in this moment of division, I believe there is so much more that connects us,” she said, adding, “Let’s get to work.”

During the campaign, Hobbs had labeled Lake an “election-denying, media-hating, conspiracy-loving, chaos-causing opponent.”

Journalist Kyle Becker offered his thoughts that denying an election was fair does not mean one wears the media label of “election denier.”

Lake has said Hobbs, who as Arizona’s secretary of state oversees elections, should have recused herself from overseeing the election.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders becomes first woman elected governor of Arkansas

Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the former White House spokesperson for President Donald Trump and the daughter of Mike Huckabee, a former governor, has become the first woman elected governor of Arkansas. With 93% of the vote in by Wednesday morning, Sanders defeated her Democrat opponent Chris Jones, getting 63.1% of the vote, while Jones received 35.1% and Libertarian candidate Ricky Harrington 1.8%.

Sanders’ father previously served as governor of Arkansas from 1996-2007, with Sanders joking in her acceptance speech that while she always considered him “the best governor Arkansas has ever had,” she hoped “to take that title away from him pretty soon.”

“More than 10,000 miles, 75 counties, here we are,” said Sanders. “It has been an absolutely amazing journey every step of the way.”

Sanders also told those gathered to celebrate her win that “at the end of the day, this campaign was never about me. It was about each of you.”

“This election is about taking Arkansas to the top,” she continued. “I know that Arkansas can be first, and I’m committed to being the leader that takes us there.”

For his part, Huckabee took to Twitter to celebrate his daughter’s election win, calling it a “pretty special night.” He also lauded the election of Republican Leslie Rutledge as Arkansas’ next lieutenant governor.

Throughout the gubernatorial race, Sanders had a strong edge both with name recognition and financial support, including having fundraised millions of dollars more than her two opponents.

In September, Sanders was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and underwent surgery to treat it, announcing after her operation that “by the grace of God, I am now cancer-free.” John R. Sims, Sanders’ surgeon, said in a statement at the time that he believed the “surgery went extremely well” and accurately predicted that she would recover quickly.

“This is a stage 1 papillary thyroid carcinoma which is the most common type of thyroid cancer and has an excellent prognosis. While she will need adjuvant treatment with radioactive iodine, as well as continued long-term follow-up, I think it’s fair to say she’s now cancer free, and I don’t anticipate any of this slowing her down,” Sims said.

Fox News pundit says election was ‘searing indictment’ of GOP — and Republican vote margins prove it

Conservative writer Marc Thiessen implored the Republican Party to engage in deep introspection after failing to deliver the promised “red wave.” In a political environment unfavorable to Democrats, how could Republicans not decisively win nationwide, especially when they are generally on the favorable side of important issues like the economy and crime?

The result, according to Thiessen, is a “searing indictment” of the Republican Party.

“We had the worst inflation in four decades, the worst collapse in real wages in 40 years, the worst crime wave since the 1990s, the worst border crisis in U.S. history. We have Joe Biden, who is the least popular president since Harry Truman — since presidential polling happened — and there wasn’t a red wave,” the Fox News contributor said late Tuesday.

“That is a searing indictment of the Republican Party,” he continued. “That is a searing indictment of the message that we have been sending to the voters. They’ve looked at all of that, and looked at Republican alternative, and said no thanks.”

Don’t miss out on content from Dave Rubin free of big tech censorship. Listen to The Rubin Report now.

Given the disappointing results, Thiessen said the GOP “needs to do a really deep introspection look in the mirror right now” to understand the “absolute disaster” of an election cycle.

GOP midterm results are an ‘absolute disaster’: Bush speechwriter www.youtube.com

Although he did not mention former President Donald Trump by name, Thiessen said the Republican Party needs to look to Republicans like Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, and Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp as the future of the GOP.

Election Day seems to have proven Thiessen correct.

For instance, Kemp won reelection by 7.5%. But Republican Herschel Walker, whom Trump endorsed, trails incumbent Democrat Raphael Warnock by nearly 1%. In Ohio, DeWine won by more than 25%, but Trump-endorsed Republican J.D. Vance won by less than 7%.

This proves that many people — likely independent voters — supported proven Republican leaders but refused to support Trump-endorsed candidates.

Meanwhile, Florida has become a deep red state under DeSantis, who has proven yet again that he can win support from groups of voters Republicans have historically struggled with.

‘Misinformation’: Democrats, Media Allies Zero in on Their Own Election Denial Strategy

  • Democrats and left-leaning media are blaming the expected midterm red wave on “misinformation,” refusing to acknowledge that voters may be choosing not to support them based on accurate information about their performance.
  • Twitter under the leadership of Elon Musk and conservative media projects focused on winning over minority voters have been targets of Democrats’ blame, and the media has accused both of promoting “misinformation.”
  • “The narrative has been set by Democrats and their allies in the media that as soon as Elon Musk took over Twitter, misinformation would spread. It’s entirely predictable, and the leftist alliance simply wasn’t prepared for the course correction desperately needed on a platform that used to censor conservatives,” Mike Davis, president of the Internet Accountability Project, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Democrats are blaming their projected midterm losses on “misinformation,” which they claim is responsible for their declining popularity. Democratic politicians and left-leaning media figures are preemptively blaming the expected red wave on Elon Musk’s Twitter buyout and ensuing changes in the platform’s censorship policies. They’re also blaming their declining popularity among minority voters on conservative media outreach projects aimed at those communities, which they have labeled “misinformation.”

“The narrative has been set by Democrats and their allies in the media that as soon as Elon Musk took over Twitter, misinformation would spread. It’s entirely predictable, and the leftist alliance simply wasn’t prepared for the course correction desperately needed on a platform that used to censor conservatives,” Mike Davis, president of the Internet Accountability Project, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Free speech is vital to a free and fair system, and we should all welcome the fact that Twitter is no longer a communications arm of the far left.”

Musk’s purchase of Twitter was finalized Oct. 17, and he quickly fired several top executives including head of legal policy, trust and safety, Vijaya Gadde, who had been involved in content moderation policies such as the decision to ban then-President Donald Trump from the platform in 2021. Democrats have expressed fear that Musk’s takeover will result in more relaxed content moderation and a surge in misinformation on the site, which some of them claim is a threat to election integrity. (RELATED: Rogan: ‘Woke’ Left Wants Censorship Because The Right Got Good At Social Media)

“Elon Musk goes out and buys an outfit that spews lies all across the world,” President Joe Biden said. “There’s no editors anymore in America.”

Twitter moderators create curated content pages for news stories and trending topics which include context about the story which is often slanted in favor of Democrats’ talking points, according to The Washington Post. Musk reportedly laid off the entire team behind those efforts Friday.

“Days before the midterms, Twitter lays off employees who fight misinformation,” an NBC News headline said of the development. Twitter leaders have disputed claims that the platform is weakening its election integrity efforts.

The controversy comes two years after Twitter suppressed and censored the New York Post’s story about emails on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop regarding a meeting between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a Ukrainian gas executive.

“Ahead of what looks to be a resounding midterm defeat, Democrats and the media (pardon the redundancy) are engaging in their favorite form of election denialism: the “misinformation” trope,” Jorge Bonilla, director of Media Research Center Latino, told the DCNF. “By pushing these tropes in the face of defeat rather than engaging in retrospection over their lost power and influence, the left (and the media) prove that they’ve learned nothing.”

Democratic Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams said Georgia Democrats were seeing waning support among black men because they were targets of misinformation in a recent appearance on MSNBC’s “Velshi.”

“Unfortunately, this year, black men have been a very targeted population for misinformation. Not misinformation about what they want but about why they want what they deserve,” Abrams said.

What the hell does that mean, “Not misinformation about what they want but about why they want what they deserve,”?

White House adviser Keisha Lance Bottoms echoed Abrams’ point in a Sunday interview on CBS News’ “Face the Nation.”

“If the policies are so good, why is communicating them such a problem?” interviewer Margaret Brennan asked.

“Well it’s been a very difficult couple of years. We’ve been in the midst of a pandemic, there’s been a lot of misinformation flooding the airwaves,” Bottoms said. “We see it in ways not just on television but we’re seeing it through YouTube. We’re seeing it on other social media platforms. So it is more difficult to get the message out.”

Twitter and Musk did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s requests for comment.

Expert Reveals His Team Has Been Tracking Google Election Interference, And They Found a Very Worrying Pattern

By Michael Austin | November 8, 2022

Is Google attempting to change the outcome of the 2022 midterm elections with its biased algorithms? Robert Epstein believes the answer is “yes” and claims to have proof.

Epstein, a Ph.D. from Harvard University, has quite an accomplished resume. He formerly served as editor-in-chief of Psychology Today, has published 15 books and currently serves as senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology.

Leading up to the midterm elections, Epstein and a team of thousands have been monitoring political content being pushed by tech companies like Google and Twitter, and in a Sunday article for the Daily Caller, Epstein revealed those findings.

Epstein’s team has recorded 1.9 million “ephemeral experiences” pushed into users’ feeds by Google in order to convince users to vote a certain way — presumably Democrat given the company’s history of bias. Epstein expects to have recorded 2.5 million of these messages by election day.

Ephemeral content is described by Epstein as “short-lived content that impacts people and then disappears, leaving no trace.”

So, via its search engine, the Google-owned video platform YouTube and other means, Google is pushing messages meant to sway voters in a biased manner that later disappears without a trace. Or rather, it would have disappeared without a trace if Epstein had not mobilized a team of “field agents” — registered voters — to record these messages on over 2,500 computers.

There are many different types of “ephemeral experiences” meant to sway opinion — about a dozen — that Epstein has identified over the course of nearly a decade. This includes bias in search results, search suggestions, voting reminders and interactions with digital personal assistants.

For example, if you look up the candidate of one party, only favorable articles, videos and other results are pushed to the top. Additionally, what Epstein describes as “carefully crafted search suggestions” flash on Google’s search bar when a user begins to enter a term.

According to Epstein, these messages “can shift voting preferences of undecided voters by up to 80 percent in some demographic groups after a single search.”

Reminders to vote were sent more often to liberal voters than to conservatives, and question-and-answer interactions with digital personal assistants manage to “shift the voting preferences of undecided voters” by 40 percent or more, Epstein’s team found.

The psychologist’s team collected and recorded 1.5 million ephemeral experiences of this nature in the lead-up to the 2020 election. They believe these manipulations may have shifted as many as six million votes in favor of Joe Biden.

In 2022, his team found similar results.

“In swing states, and especially in Wisconsin, Arizona and Florida, we are finding a high level of liberal bias in Google search results, but not in search results on Bing (the same pattern we have found in every election since 2016),” Epstein wrote.

“In several swing states, 92 percent of the autoplay videos being fed to YouTube users are coming from liberal news sources (YouTube is owned by Google). Unless Google backs down, it will shift hundreds of thousands of votes on Election Day itself with those brazen targeted go-vote reminders — and we will catch them doing so.”

It shouldn’t come as a shock that Google would find itself ensconced in such controversy. Leaked emails leading up to prior elections have shown the company’s willingness to use biased algorithms to push the subjective values of Google employees and administrators. Leaked emails obtained by The Wall Street Journal in 2018 revealed that Google employees were discussing different methods they could use to “leverage” search functions in order to combat then-President Trump’s travel ban. At the time, Google claimed none of the ideas were implemented.

Epstein does believe there is hope on the horizon, however. According to him, just prior to the 2020 election, his company went public with their findings, prompting three U.S. senators — Ron Johnson, Mike Lee and Ted Cruz — to send Google CEO Sundar Pichai a letter threatening investigation. After the letter was sent, Epstein’s team found that Google manipulations in the Georgia Senate race dropped to zero. This is because, according to one Google whistleblower, the company can turn biased algorithms off and back on again “like flipping a light switch.”

Epstein hopes, going forward, his team can serve as an accountability shield, preventing Google and other tech companies from engaging in partisan antics.

“[T]his time, we will continue to expand the monitoring system, and we will be monitoring content going not just to voters but also to America’s children. By late 2023, we will have a digital shield in place — a panel of more than 20,000 field agents in all 50 states — and we will shame Big Tech into staying clear of our elections and our kids for many years to come,” he wrote.

Voting Machine Issues Spread To Pennsylvania As Midterms Are Underway

By JACK MCEVOY, ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT REPORTER | November 08, 2022

Several states are experiencing problems with voting machines as Americans continue to cast their ballots at polling centers across the country.

  • Voters in Pennslyvania’s Luzerne County are claiming that voting machines ran out of paper, meaning that some voters had to cast provisional ballots while a poll worker drove to get more paper, according to ABC News affiliate WNEP. Luzerne County election officials told WNEP that voters who were forced to cast a provisional ballot should not be worried about whether their vote will be counted.
  • Just hours after polls opened on Tuesday, tabulation machines began malfunctioning in Arizona’s Maricopa County and voting machines are experiencing issues in Mercer County, New Jersey, according to county officials. The Maricopa County Elections Department announced that there are problems with precinct-based tabulators that paper ballots are fed into and said that they are sending technicians to address the problem, according to a tweet.

“Technical staff are working to resolve an issue with tabulators and investigating the cause … people can still check in and then vote their ballot at the voting booth,” the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office said in a statement provided to the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Once complete, they can insert their ballot in the secure slot on the ballot box where it will be counted at the Tabulation and Election Center.”

Maricopa’s elections department also said that people can still cast their votes into secure ballot boxes if the tabulator at their voting site is not working. Roughly 20% of polling places were experiencing the issues, according to a reporter from 12 News in Phoenix.

In Maricopa County, about 10% of polling places are experiencing problems with tabulators. One machine became operative after it was cleaned. Voters can still place their ballots in a slot in a locked container; they will be counted at the downtown tabulation center tonight.

Advice for Voters: If a tabulator is not working at a site, you can still vote! You have the option to cast your ballot and place it into the secure ballot box. The poll workers on site at the voting location are best equipped to help you ensure your ballot cast. pic.twitter.com/iobrOHmy86

In addition, election officials in Mercer County, New Jersey, announced early Tuesday it was experiencing multiple issues with voting machines.

“The Board of Elections has advised the county of issues with voting machines. Poll workers will be on hand to walk voters through the process. The board is working with Dominion, the machine maker, to resolve the issue,” the county announced on Facebook.

A notice on the website of the West Windsor township said that voting machines in “each district across the county” were down.

“On behalf of our NJGOP legal counsel and election integrity team, I want to make crystal clear to the voters of Mercer County that in spite of reported problems with scanners on voting machines in Mercer County, this issue does not affect their voting experience at all,” New Jersey GOP Executive Director Tom Szymanski said in a statement. “Voters can be completely rest assured that NJGOP is ensuring voters’ rights are protected at all phases of the process and that their vote counts.”

The Mercer County Board of Elections, the Mercer County Democratic Party and the Luzerne County Bureau of Elections did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

This is a breaking news story and will be updated.

Ann Coulter Op-ed: Warning! Crime Deniers on the Ballot in All 50 States!

Next Tuesday, voters, please remember that Democrats will never run out of excuses for criminals. They drone on about “racism,” “root causes,” “poverty,” “drug addiction,” “his gun dropped,” “mental illness,” “learning disabilities,” “he made a mistake” and “prison doesn’t work”!

It’s not the government’s job to probe criminals’ psyches. These are predators, monsters, feral beasts attacking civilization, with no regard for your property, bodily integrity or life. The government’s only job is to keep them away from us, not to ensure that they have fulfilling lives.

At the New York gubernatorial debate last week, feisty Republican challenger Rep. Lee Zeldin hit Gov. Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, hard on the crime wave engulfing New York. Finally, he said, “We’re halfway through the debate, she still hasn’t talked about locking up anyone committing any crimes.”

In a city where citizens are afraid to leave their homes because of crime, Hochul’s blithe response made headlines. She said: “I don’t know why that’s so important to you.”

Her unfathomably out-of-touch reply was so infuriating, viewers might have missed the first part of her answer: “Anyone who commits a crime under our laws, especially with the change we made to bail, has consequences.”

“Has consequences.” Take note, New Yorkers! She did not say, “will go to jail” or “will be prosecuted” or “will be removed from the streets for the welfare of society.”

“Has consequences” is progressive code for “restorative justice.” In lieu of actual punishment, the criminal will be required to write a letter to the victim, hug it out or attend a family “mediation.” Thus, if a pack of teenagers beat the crap out of your kid at school, he will be forced to sit down with his attackers so they can tell him, Hey, sorry, man, we thought you dissed us.

One of the major drivers of New York’s unprecedented increase in crime is the “no bail” law — meaning “no jail.” The same predators are arrested over and over again but can never be put in jail, thanks to the Democrats.

Apart from their overriding objective of keeping “black bodies” out of jail — as opposed to, say, protecting the white and black bodies of their victims — the Democrats’ argument for never jailing arrestees is that bail “discriminates” against the poor, who can’t afford to pay. First, show me the rich person mugging New Yorkers or shoving commuters in front of subway trains.

Second, we’re lucky when we can even catch one of these monsters. And, if caught, the vast majority of guilty criminals will never spend a day in prison. Only about 30% of those arrested for a violent crime go to prison — and those were the statistics before Soros-backed district attorneys started releasing criminals all over the country. Those were the statistics before the racial reckoning.

Another fantastic Democratic idea for reducing crime is to deploy “violence interrupters,” i.e. otherwise difficult-to-employ ex-cons who get a nice social work job from the city. Or to fund endless “mental health” services, the sole purpose of which is to create more useless government jobs for Victim Studies majors from Bard College.

Look, if some idiot wants to counsel rapists and muggers in prison — fantastic! They can volunteer. But the counseling needs to take place behind prison walls, where their clients belong.

Though I think it’s kind of important to mention that there is no evidence that “mental health” counseling has ever worked. The New York Times admitted as much in an uncharacteristic burst of honesty in 1983: “Dozens of studies … have found that rehabilitation programs in prison have failed, that there is no reliable way of telling whether a prisoner has reformed and that many released early commit new crimes.”

No matter what they call it, liberals have been pushing their anything-but-prison plans forever.

Here are some Times headlines from as far back as the 1980s:

  • 1982: “According to a recent Rand Corporation study, [putting fewer criminals in prison] could reduce both the prison population and the crime rate.”
  • 1987: “After years of increased sentences, and an extraordinary drain on our state’s treasury, we need to acknowledge that longer sentences do not deter most crime.”
  • 1988: “An Answer to Jails Is Reading”
  • 1989: “Prison Can Be a Dumb Solution”
  • 1991: “Alternative to Prison Mends Fences and Lives”

Note that it wasn’t until 1994, and the election of Rudolph Giuliani, that crime actually, for the first time, went down. (Giuliani did not follow the Times’ advice.)

And leaping ahead to the present, here is the Times in 2020: “Can Prosecutors Be Taught To Avoid Jail Sentences?”

(I couldn’t help but notice that every one of the writers above was a female. So the good news is, we have no shortage of prison volunteers!)

“Alternatives to prison” never have worked, never will work, and liberals don’t care that they don’t work. They just don’t want criminals in prison.

This is a parlor game of one-upmanship for Democrats:

I’m the most compassionate!

No, I am!

Look — the object of my compassion is way worse than yours! He’s a rapist and a murderer!

The purpose of the criminal justice system is to lock up bad guys, not to allow liberals to feel good about themselves. (Least of all is it to ensure that all ethnicities are incarcerated at the exact same percentages.)

In fact, now that I think about it, separating criminals from the law-abiding is the government’s most basic responsibility. It’s also the only government program where liberals suddenly become hard-nosed fiscal conservatives. In just this one case, we get detailed breakdowns of the cost of prison. How much do the public schools cost? How about the cost of subsidized housing for able-bodied (but nonworking) Americans? How about food stamps? How about the endless layers of “social workers”?

Democrats can’t change and won’t change — they can only be defeated at the polls. (Even that’s only a start.) If you ever want to leave your home again, without fear of your body or property being violated, vote Republican on Nov. 8.

Ann Coulter Op-ed: Why a Red Wave Is Suddenly Possible

The opinions expressed by columnists are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Townhall.com, and WhatDidYouSay.org.

After months of warning you about the GOP’s chronic overconfidence problem, now I’m feeling overconfident! Inasmuch as I will be giving a speech at my alma mater, Cornell University, the day after the election, I’m about to do something very stupid: make an election prediction.

My reasoning is, here we are, three weeks from the election, and this week, two major polls, Harvard Harris and Times Sienna, suddenly show Republicans gaining ground. This triggered a primordial memory from the 1980 election, the first presidential race I paid attention to.

That’s when I discovered the iron rule of election polls: They will never, ever be wrong in favor of Republicans. Another is that polls will generally show the Democrat winning until the election gets close — and the media finally start telling the truth.

Thus, for example, after being hectored for most of 1980 that Ronald Reagan was headed for another Goldwater-style fiasco, here’s the sort of thing a teenager would have read in The New York Times weeks before he won a landslide victory against President Jimmy Carter, taking 489 electoral college votes to Carter’s 49.

— Sept. 15, 1980: “Reagan and Carter Even In Washington Post Poll”

— Sept. 21, 1980 “Allowing for the margin of error, the polls indicate a virtual dead heat between Mr. Carter and Mr. Reagan”

— Oct. 23, 1980: “Poll Shows President Has Pulled To Even Position With Reagan”

In mid-September, the Times’ Anthony Lewis painted a vivid picture of Reagan’s coming annihilation, citing a bunch of state polls:

— “A recent New York Times poll of registered likely voters [in New York] showed Carter leading Reagan, 44 to 38.”

ACTUAL RESULT: REAGAN: 47; CARTER: 44

— In Washington state, “a poll for the Carter campaign put the president ahead by 3 points against Reagan.”

ACTUAL RESULT: REAGAN: 50; CARTER: 37

— In Illinois, a “poll for Carter’s campaign put him ahead by 5 points.”

ACTUAL RESULT: REAGAN: 50; CARTER 48.

— In Connecticut, a “Hartford Courant poll showed: Reagan 36, Carter 35.”

ACTUAL RESULT: REAGAN: 48; CARTER: 39

A month later, the Times produced yet more polls of gloom:

— Oct. 9, 1980 headline: “Texas Looming As A Close Battle Between President And Reagan”

ACTUAL RESULT: REAGAN: 55%; CARTER: 41%

— Oct. 16, 1980, headline: “Ohio Race Expected To Be Close As Labor Mobilizes For President”

ACTUAL RESULT: REAGAN: 52, CARTER 41

And then Reagan won more electoral college votes than any non-incumbent in history. You’d think the polls would have picked up on the fact that history was about to be made. Nope!

This is not just an enjoyable stroll down memory lane, though it is that. It is to remind Republican-leaning voters, even in seemingly blue strongholds like New York, Oregon and Washington, to please vote. Because, win or lose, one thing polls will never do is overestimate a Republican’s chances.

1976

— Sept. 23, Roper Poll: Carter leads Gerald Ford 46%-29%.

ACTUAL RESULT: Jimmy Carter won by 2 percentage points.

1984

— Oct. 15, The New York Daily News poll: Reagan 45%; Walter Mondale 41%.

ACTUAL RESULT: Reagan beat Mondale by nearly 20 points, 58.8% to 40%.

1988

— Oct. 5, New York Times/CBS News Poll: George H.W. Bush 45%; Michael Dukakis 43%.

ACTUAL RESULT: Bush 53.4%; Dukakis 45.6%.

1992

Oct. 18, Newsweek poll: Bill Clinton 46%; GHW Bush 31%

ACTUAL RESULT: Clinton: 43%; GHW Bush: 37.7%

1996

— Oct. 22, The New York Times/CBS News Poll: Clinton 55%; Bob Dole 33%.

ACTUAL RESULT: Clinton 49%; Dole 40%.

2000

— Oct. 3, The New York Times/CBS News Poll: Al Gore 45%; George W. Bush 39%.

ACTUAL RESULT: Bush 47.9%; Gore 48.4%.

For some mysterious reason, election polls were pretty accurate in the 2004, 2008 and 2012 elections. Perhaps pollsters had gotten better. Maybe they noticed that people sometimes do look back at their forecasts. Or it could be that Republicans were running such losers those years that it would be nearly impossible for anyone to underestimate their performance.

But, boy, did the pollsters make up for any inadvertent honesty when Donald Trump ran in 2016!

The Times had the best pollsters in the business and sophisticated computer modeling. Based on their high-tech number-crunching, on Oct. 18, the paper reported: “Hillary has a 91% chance to win.” On Election Day, the forecasters were a little less exuberant, announcing that Hillary had a mere 85% chance of winning. A Trump victory, the Times said, was as likely as “an NFL kicker miss[ing] a 37-yard field goal.”

We know how that turned out.

On Election Day 2020, Times’s forecasters exulted that Joe Biden was ahead “by more than 8 points nationwide — the largest lead a candidate has held in the final polls since Bill Clinton in 1996.”

He won by 4 points.

Maybe it’s not a wild and reckless prediction, but the news this week suggests that the media are slowly edging up to the truth, and that Republicans could be on track to well outperform the polls.

This would be a good year for it. The Senate map, combined with five GOPs retiring, make 2022 a tough year for Republicans, who are defending seats in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Florida and North Carolina, and trying to flip at least one state out of Nevada, Arizona and Georgia for a bare majority.

But Republicans winning requires that voters not be discouraged by the polls and remember to vote, even when the media tell you it’s hopeless, like in New York, Arizona and Pennsylvania.

Mostly, I just want to wake up the morning after the election and find out Dr. Mehmet Oz has won in Pennsylvania and defeated that slovenly, goatee-sporting Michael Moore-wannabe, John Fetterman, who is passionate about only two things: not bathing and releasing vicious murderers. And that Lee Zeldin has beaten the demented, “release all the criminals!” New York governor, Kathy Hochul, with the crazy “What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?” makeup.

Then, the world will make sense again.

Focus group stuns CBS News host with bipartisan agreement on nearly every issue: ‘None of you are very optimistic’

Margaret Brennan, moderator of CBS News’ “Face the Nation,” was shocked Sunday that a bipartisan focus group agreed woke policies are bad news for children. In fact, the focus group essentially agreed with one another on every issue.

When Brennan asked the group for their biggest concern about raising children in America, they agreed it is far-left woke culture.

“All these elementary schools and middle schools having woke culture pushed on them from the LGBT+ community for sexual identity and gender. We should be pushing the actual school studies — math, social studies, science — not gender studies or sexual identification,” John, a Republican, said.

Lashawn, a Democrat with eight children, agreed.

“I can also agree with some of his points. I really will say sex education — I feel like some things, you know, are brought to the children’s attention they wouldn’t even think about,” Lashawn said. “The children, they’re really influenced. You can teach them one thing at home, but when they go to school, they’re just as much influenced by their teachers and their surroundings. And we should have more input — the parents — of what we want them to learn.”

“I agree,” Stephanie, an independent voter, responded.

Focus group: “Pressured parents” on their midterm prioritieswww.youtube.com

The group also raised concern over various other issues, especially the economy.

Stephanie described the state of the economy as “scary,” Lashawn called it “unstable,” and John condemned it as “horrible.”

“You have to just adjust. It’s not just the, you know, heating, the cost of living, the electricity, everything is just— it’s just really hard,” Lashawn said of high inflation and economic woes.

The panel also said crime, immigration, and the impacts of COVID lockdown policies are among their top concerns. Their feelings, in fact, confirm what polls show: The majority of Americans are not worried about abortion rights, but about the economy, crime, and immigration — issues that affect everyday life.

The moderator expressed shock over the group’s agreement despite their ideological differences.

“Often when we do these focus groups, we have people from different party affiliations disagreeing with each other,” Brennan said.

“But I’m hearing all of you echo a lot of the same concerns and agreeing with each other,” she observed. “None of you are very optimistic about the country right now.”

Georgia election official has blunt question for Stacey Abrams, Biden over record early voter turnout

Georgia election officials would like an apology from politicians — like President Joe Biden and Democrat Stacey Abrams — who claimed an election integrity law ushered in modern-day Jim Crow.

After Georgia passed the Election Integrity Act of 2021, Democrats claimed the law restricts voting rights and discriminates against minority voters.

“This is Jim Crow in the 21st Century. It must end. We have a moral and constitutional obligation to act,” Biden said last March.

Abrams, on the other hand, called the law “racist” and described it as “a redux of Jim Crow in a suit and tie.” She also claimed the law was passed because “more people of color voted, and it changed the outcome of elections in a direction that Republicans do not like.”

Gabriel Sterling, COO for the Georgia secretary of state, says Democratic politicians owe Georgians an apology. That is because Georgia voters have smashed early voter turnout records in the Peach State. By Sunday morning, 740,615 voters had voted in person. Through the same time period in the previous midterm election, just 428,413 voters had turned out to vote early.

Don’t miss out on content from Dave Rubin free of big tech censorship. Listen to The Rubin Report now.

In fact, between in-person and absentee ballots, nearly 817,000 Georgians have already cast their 2022 votes. That number continued to balloon on Sunday.

“How many turnout records do we have to break before Stacey Abrams and President Biden apologize to Georgia?” Sterling said in a statement to Fox News.

Meanwhile, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) explained, “We’re on track to break records in terms of voter turnout in every category.”

According to those who oppose Georgia’s election integrity law, record voter turnout does not prove the law does not restrict voting access.

“High turnout is not synonymous to voter access—rather the power of organizing and the urgency of voters to remove Brian Kemp and his allies’ far-right extremism from their communities,” Jaylen Black, press secretary for Abrams’ campaign, told Fox News.

Indeed, some in the media are already running with that narrative: that Georgia’s law is about restricting voting access, but Democrats have negated its impacts through voter mobilization.

“The early results in Georgia are consistent with the outcomes of other voting restrictions. Evidence suggests voter suppression has little effect on turnout, because Democrats mobilize in response to restrictions, canceling out much or all of the suppressive effect,” wrote Jonathan Chait in New York magazine.

Theories aside, if Georgia voters continue showing up en masse like they did during the first week of early voting, liberals will no longer be able to claim in good faith that Georgia voters have been restricted from voting.

Police draw guns while arresting mother for abortion in front of her family in Democrat’s new scaremongering campaign ad: Watch the video

‘MAGA Republicans want women arrested for having an abortion,’ Rep. Eric Swalwell tweeted.

Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell has released a campaign ad that features a dramatic scene in which police arrive at a family’s home to arrest a woman for having an abortion and even draw their weapons during the tense episode. In the video, two police officers arrive at the house as the family is apparently having dinner. An officer informs the woman that he has a warrant for her arrest, and when the husband asks what the arrest is for, the officer explains it is for illegally terminating a pregnancy.

As a little girl looks on, the officer notes that the mother’s medical records were subpoenaed and then names a doctor who is in custody. The officer then informs the woman she will need to undergo a “physical examination.”

“What? By who?” the distressed woman asks.

When her husband steps forward and vehemently objects, the police draw their guns. The officer then apparently handcuffs the mother before saying, “We’re just enforcing the law here.”

Don’t miss out on content from Dave Rubin free of big tech censorship. Listen to The Rubin Report now.

The ad, paid for by Swalwell’s campaign, urges people to “Vote Democrat on November 8th” and “Stop Republicans from criminalizing abortion everywhere.”

“MAGA Republicans want women arrested for having an abortion. This is what that looks like,” Swalwell tweeted while also adding the hashtag “#LockHerUp.”

The video the congressman tweeted has racked up more than 2 million views so far on the social media platform.

“Now post a video of an abortion — you know, something horrific that actually happens. Or maybe a video of a peaceful pro-lifer being arrested, which also actually happens. It’ll be much easier. You won’t have to hire actors and stage everything,” Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon tweeted in response to Swalwell’s post.

Earlier this year, Democrats bewailed a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that returned to the states the authority to determine how to handle the issue of abortion, including whether to ban it. In a statement at the time, Swalwell described the decision as “a dangerous and deliberate attack on our most basic freedoms.”

Ann Coulter Op-ed: For More Crime, Vote Democrat!

New York Mayor Eric Adams would have been the Democrats’ runaway choice for president if only he’d kept his campaign promise and cut crime in the Big Apple. No mayoral candidate talked about “safety, safety, safety” more than he. As Adams told MSNBC during the campaign:

“Public safety and justice is the prerequisite to prosperity. And I think that we have become too symbolic, instead of realistic, on how you keep cities safe. And it’s time for the Democratic Party to understand this. America wants to be safe. And we can do it with justice at the same time.”

If a black mayor had saved New York City, no one could have beaten him. Not only that, but Adams has a black deputy mayor for public safety (Phil Banks), a black police commissioner (Keechant L. Sewell) and a black district attorney (Alvin Bragg).

As conservatives never tire of pointing out, murder victims are overwhelmingly black (as are murder perpetrators, but let’s not mention that). In a world that has only recently discovered that “Black Lives Matter,” wouldn’t an all-black law enforcement team come down like a sledgehammer on crime?

Adams wasn’t setting some pie-in-the-sky, impossible goal for himself. You don’t have to go back to the 1950s to conceive of a safe New York. Just think back to about five years ago. New Yorkers lived in a virtually crime-free city for 20 years under mayors Rudy Giuliani and Michael Bloomberg.

In fact, those mayors made the city so safe, even communist Mayor Bill de Blasio couldn’t wreck it overnight. It took a virus from China (which apparently required that criminals be released, but citizens be locked up) and a fentanyl addict dying in Minneapolis for him to spring the criminals it had taken Giuliani and Bloomberg 20 years to catch.

The point is: You can’t fool New Yorkers anymore. They know it’s possible to keep violent psychos off the street.

Just not by a Democrat.

The problem is, no Democrat can support any policy that would reduce crime because, unfortunately, that would simply not be possible without putting more “black bodies” in prison.

The Democratic Party treats black criminals as sacred beings, much like the temple in India where they worship rats.

Recall that when Bloomberg ran for president in 2020, he had to apologize for policies that reduced murders from 600 a year to an astounding 300 a year — in a city where more than 60% of murder victims are black, and nearly 90% are black or Hispanic.

Apology not accepted!

Yes, perhaps vastly more black lives would “matter” in the sense of continuing to exist. But more “black bodies” would be subjected to stop-and-frisk by the police. Obviously, that’s a no-go. Unpack your invisible backpack, white supremacist!

Liberals love to boast about New York’s murder rate going up at a less astronomical clip than other crimes. Well, yeah — criminals are notoriously poor marksmen. They are approximately as likely to hit small children and elderly bystanders as their intended target. Congratulations, New York!

On the other hand, shootings in the city have gone from about 900 a year in 2018 to nearly 2,000 a year, according to The New York Times.

It turns out Adams is the Democrats’ Donald Trump: All talk, no action.

There were hints that Adams wasn’t going to get the job done when, earlier this year, Politico reported he was meeting with crime experts Al Sharpton and Joe Biden. He proudly noted that he’d recently thanked a group of police officers … for letting a perp get away. (At least no black bodies were hurt!) He even suggested that a video of the escaping suspect be screened for officers to show them how it’s done.

Commenting on the episode, Adams said, “You have to inspect what you expect or it’s suspect.” Doggerel from elected officials often precedes a collapse in crime rates.

Apart from encouraging cops not to do their jobs, Adams’ main anti-crime initiative has been to slap “Gun Free Zone” signs around Times Square.

So how’s it going? In addition to the shootings, since Adams has been mayor, forcible rape is up 63%, grand larceny 38%, robberies 24%, car theft 25% and major felonies in the transit system 51%.

Every single day, there’s a new mind-blowing crime in New York.

Here are a few vignettes from Life in the Big City: On Tuesday this week, a 19-year-old public school teacher’s assistant in Brooklyn was shot in the head outside his school in the middle of the day. Last Thursday, three New Yorkers were stabbed on the subway within seven hours, one fatally. The previous Saturday night, nine (extremely body-positive) women dressed from head to toe in neon green bodysuits boarded the subway at Times Square and proceeded to pummel and rob a couple of 19-year-old girls. Days earlier, a random psycho stabbed an EMS worker to death in a frenzied attack in broad daylight outside a Queens deli.

The bad news for New York is that unless Lee Zeldin is elected governor this November, there is no hope. Things will continue to spiral downward into a dystopian horror. The good news for the country is that at this stage, it looks like Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis isn’t even going to have to campaign to be our next president.

Op-ed: Vote to defend faith, family, life and freedom

I’ve asked my colleague, Gary Bauer, to write the following letter to our constituents in these final days before the midterm elections. I consider this to be one of the most important votes in American history. It may be our last opportunity to restore a balance of power to the three branches of government in time to save us from tyranny and moral collapse. Does that sound alarmist to you? I think not. I believe the danger facing this country cannot be overstated. Read on to understand the peril we are facing and what God-fearing citizens can do to help save this nation, the greatest in the history of the world.

America is in deep trouble. Our country is experiencing skyrocketing crime, racial division, political and economic corruption, disrespect for life, failing schools, and a growing drug epidemic. Many of our problems are a reflection of growing moral relativism and the breakdown of reliable standards of right and wrong. Our founders believed that only virtuous people could remain free. We appear to be intent on testing that proposition.

The only hope for our country is for Christians to rise up and let our voices be heard. To save the country, America’s churches must boldly speak the truth to a hurting nation. Millions of individual Christians, like you, must fulfill their responsibilities of Christian citizenship.

We are blessed to live in a country where we have enjoyed a level of religious liberty that’s rare in human history. But now powerful forces in government, the universities, and mass media are threatening religious liberty as well as our other freedoms. No solutions to the American crisis are possible without the participation of millions of American Christians leading the way. We must participate in the halls of government, in the public square, and lead the national debate. It is essential that we are in the pews on Sunday and first in line to cast our votes on Election Day.

At the federal level, this election will determine who has the majority in the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives. At the state level, dozens of governorships and state legislatures are at stake. At the local level, new mayors, city councils, and school boards will be elected. At all three levels of government, the men and women we elect will pass laws that will determine the kind of country we pass on to our children and grandchildren.

The U.S. Senate is divided today 50 to 50. Tie-breaking votes are cast by Vice President Kamala Harris. Thirty-five of these U.S. Senators are up for election. The new Senate that takes office in January will confirm hundreds of new judges to all the federal courts during the next two years. They will also fill any Supreme Court vacancy that may occur. The sanctity of life, religious liberty, your Second Amendment rights, freedom of speech, and much more will all be at risk if a new Senate majority rejects the Judeo-Christian values that are the foundation of the United States. Polling indicates over a dozen of the Senate races are so close that the winner may very well be determined by only a few percentage points. Think of the impact we can have on Election Day if just a few more Christians will vote in each precinct in America.

Not all issues in an election are of equal importance. As a Christian voter, it is imperative that you zero in on those matters with a moral basis and give them the highest priority. And remember this: behind every candidate is the party platform that he or she stands on and the policies he or she will promote.

Here are three of the key issues every Christian voter must consider when supporting or opposing a candidate this November.

The right to life

After years of prayer and hard work, the Supreme Court decided this year that there is no constitutional right to abortion. This is a tremendous victory that could save countless lives. The court sent the abortion issue back to the people of each state to debate and reach a consensus.

Planned Parenthood and radical pro-abortion forces have launched an all-out multi-million-dollar campaign to defeat pro-life members of Congress, state legislators, and governors. A recent effort in Congress to make abortion on demand, without any restrictions, the law of the land actually passed the House 219 to 210. Thankfully, it failed in the Senate, as it could not clear the chamber’s 60-vote filibuster threshold.

The vote was strictly along party lines. All but two Democrats voted pro-abortion. All Republicans voted pro-life. In both cases, this reflected the position of each party’s platforms.

Religious liberty

Our fundamental right to the “free exercise of religion” in the First Amendment of the Constitution has recently come under sustained legal and political attacks. Thankfully, this year we scored another major victory in the Supreme Court when Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, and Neil Gorsuch, all appointed by then-President Donald Trump, voted in the majority to strengthen the guarantee of religious liberty.

The battle rages on, however. At every level of government, we must elect men and women who unambiguously support religious freedom. Because the Senate confirms nominees to the Supreme Court, it is particularly important to elect senators who strongly support this basic constitutional liberty.

Protecting children

All candidates claim they are pro-child. But the devil is in the details. There is a well-financed powerful movement dedicated to exposing America’s children in the classroom to the radical LGBT agenda, inappropriate explicit sexual education material, and transgender ideology at the earliest ages.

In some schools, so-called “critical race theory” is dividing our children by race. It teaches white children that they are genetically racist and tells minority children they are oppressed and cannot accomplish their dreams. These are unfounded and deeply damaging doctrines.

Even in more traditional, conservative areas of the country, parents have been shocked to find out their child’s school may be promoting these corrupt agendas. Make sure local school board candidates, from rural communities to Washington D.C., support parental rights in the education and upbringing of our children. Look for candidates who are also pro-school choice and support faith-based Christian schools. Elect candidates who are willing to stand with you against the transgender agenda that is deceiving and harming an increasing number of our children. Parents have the divine calling to raise their kids, not the government or some radical agency that has no regard for the welfare of our youth.

The sanctity of life, religious liberty, and protecting children are all issues that should guide the vote you cast. But there are many more policies to also consider. Our southern border is being overwhelmed with millions of people entering illegally. Among them are drug smugglers, human traffickers, and even some on the terrorist watch list. Vote for candidates who will restore the rule of law at the border. Vote for candidates who support racial unity, stand with law enforcement, and are committed to helping our veterans. Vote for candidates who support the Second Amendment and who are working against voter fraud.

Our country desperately needs Christian men and women to stand up now for faith, family, life, and freedom. Please join us in praying for a revival to sweep our land and for God to bless us with courageous leaders. And pray that millions of Christians will fulfill their civic and moral responsibility to vote on November 8th to restore our sweet land of liberty before it’s too late.

Evangelical group to spend about $40M mobilizing Christian vote ahead of midterms

With less than two months until the midterm elections, a prominent Evangelical political advocacy nonprofit looks to spend upwards of $40 million to mobilize the Christian vote as Democrats and Republicans vie to take control of both houses of Congress this November. Timothy Head, executive director of the Faith & Freedom Coalition, a social conservative national grassroots organization headed by longtime Christian activist Ralph Reed, estimates that his organization will spend between $36 million and $42 million on a nationwide effort to target Christian voters.

The organization will reach voters from a precleared list using direct mail, phone messages and home visits.

“We are engaged in 24 different states on the grassroots level,” Head told The Christian Post in an interview. “For this election cycle, we’ll actually hit 8.2 million doors in those 24 different states.”

The Nov. 8 midterm elections will determine which party controls both chambers of Congress for the final two years of President Joe Biden’s first term. All 435 U.S. House of Representatives seats will be on the ballot and 35 U.S. Senate seats. Also up for grabs are 36 governorships and more than 80% of state legislative seats.

Some states Faith & Freedom Coalition is focusing much attention on are Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, California and Colorado. Of the aforementioned states, all but North Carolina have a gubernatorial election this year and all but Texas have a U.S. Senate race. Of those Senate races, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have Senate races classified by Real Clear Politics’ senate election tracker to be toss-ups.

“Those U.S. Senate races and then several of the coinciding governorships are our main focuses,” Head said.

The FiveThirtyEight Deluxe Model, which predicts the outcome of elections “based on polls, fundraising, past voting patterns” and the opinions of political experts, gives Republicans a 72% chance of taking control of the House of Representatives while giving Democrats a 71% chance of maintaining control of the U.S. Senate as of Sunday night. Republican control of one or both chambers would impact the ability of the Biden administration to enact its desired agenda into law for the next two years.

The Faith & Freedom Coalition executive director predicted that the “U.S. House is probably looking at … between a 30 and 40 seat pickup … for Republicans.”

“Republicans will end up with between 28 and 30 governorships when this cycle is over,” Head predicted. He categorized the battle for the U.S. Senate as a “jump ball at this point” that will come down to four races in Nevada, Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania.

Jason Yates, CEO of My Faith Votes, a nonpartisan group that “motivates, equips and activates Christians in America to vote in every election,” told CP that they are budgeting over $3.5 million to spend on this election cycle.

My Faith Votes has a nine-state focus where they want “to see Christians engage,” Yates said. Those states largely overlap with the states where the Faith & Freedom Coalition is focusing most of its efforts. Specifically, My Faith Votes is investing the most in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

“We’ve got a budget of $3.5 million that we’re spending,” Yates said.

My Faith Votes held its fourth annual National Voter Registration Sunday on Sunday, two days before the annual National Voter Registration Day.

“When I learned about National Voter Registration Day, I said, ‘Well, that’s great, but let’s create National Voter Registration Sunday,'” Yates recalled.

Although My Faith Votes is concentrating its efforts in certain states, National Voter Registration Sunday is a national effort. Yates said National Voter Registration Sunday is an opportunity to lead churches across the United States in “encouraging their congregations, their bodies of believers, to be involved and to be voting.” My Faith Votes compiled a toolkit to assist churches that want to hold voter registration drives.

“There’s about 15 million Christians in the United States that aren’t registered to vote,” Yates said.

Yates thinks some Christians may not be registered to vote because they believe that the separation of church and state means that they “shouldn’t be involved” in the political process. He believes Christians failing to vote has negative consequences, such as “a “federal deficit above $30 trillion” and higher abortion and divorce rates.

“Those are symptoms of a government that isn’t prioritizing biblical values, and so I think there’s an incredible amount of opportunity,” he said.

“When we vacate the public square, when we leave that, what we’re doing is we’re abdicating that to people who don’t share our values. So in a sense … the regulations, the policies, the laws that are established aren’t representing biblical values. We’re not talking about becoming a theocracy in America, but we do know that our values are good.”

Yates believes that the U.S. Supreme Court’s June ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which overruled the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion nationwide, is “absolutely motivating a lot of people who want to see continued access to abortion happen.”

“What we’re seeing right now from a voter registration perspective is voter registrations for Democrats have really skyrocketed while Republican voter registration has not, and a large portion of the registrations for Democrats have been females in their 20s and 30s,” Yates said.

“I think Christians, especially those who are pro-life, need to recognize that they have a voice and that if that’s a primary issue for them, then Dobbs wasn’t a decision to sit back on our laurels if you will and do nothing or feel satisfied that the battle is over.”

Yates urged pro-life Christians to “show up.”

“If they want to know that their biblical values are being represented, they’ve got to vote this year,” Yates concluded, adding “there’s a lot of energy on both sides” of the abortion debate.

Head of Faith and Freedom Coalition assessed the current political climate as having “fairly high” enthusiasm among Christian voters. Both Head and Yates cited concerns about crime as a prominent issue for Christian voters their organizations have spoken with.

“By a small but significant margin, it’s actually public safety and crime is the No. 1 issue so far in our phone and our door-to-door program,” Head relayed.

Head cited “significant upticks” in the concern Faith and Freedom Coalition is hearing in urban centers “about violent crime.” He said the “violent crime uptick” becomes “a prevailing issue pretty quickly” in suburban areas due to the intensive media coverage.

“So in suburban areas, for instance, crime has not risen. It’s only in heavily urban areas, but suburban areas are obviously close to urban areas, and they’re very aware of and frankly concerned about crime kind of diffusing into those suburban areas,” Head said.

“It’s not uncommon actually to see when there’s kind of a crime uptick in eight or 10 or 12 urban areas that the suburban areas across the country immediately become very aware and very concerned about that.”

Although homicides and rapes have decreased in some urban areas across the U.S. compared to 2021, a survey of 70 responding law enforcement agencies by the Major Cities Chiefs Association finds that violent crime has increased by 4.4%. The survey finds that the rate of violent offenses has greatly increased since before the pandemic began in 2020. Just under 237,000 violent crimes were reported in those cities during the first half of 2022, an increase of about 44,000 violent crimes from the first half of 2019.  Yates agreed that “security, whether it’s in our streets and just rising crime or if it’s at the border,” has emerged as a top concern for Christian voters. He also characterized the economy and abortion as key issues concerning Christian voters.

In addition to National Voter Registration Sunday, My Faith Votes launched a “Write Now Campaign” to write “letters to other Christians in these battleground states encouraging them to vote.”

“Right now, we have about 500,000 letters committed as we’ve identified Christians in these states who are not voting consistently, and we’re just sending them nonpartisan messages encouraging them to be involved and to vote,” Yates said.

My Faith Votes also has a “Because I Care” campaign to reach students at Christian colleges and universities. The initiative is a collaboration to help educational institutions encourage students to vote, many of whom would be first-time voters.  Yates indicated that My Faith Votes will have a heavy footprint in media leading up to the election.

“[W]e’re going to be on radio. We’re going to be on TV providing [public service announcements] encouraging the body of Christ to be voting,” he said.

The My Faith Votes website offers a resource called “My Voter Hub,” which Yates described as “the most comprehensive set of resources for the Christian voter.” The resource allows Christian voters to check their registration status, register to vote and access a “personalized online voter guide that covers every ZIP code in the United States from federal down to local elections.”

Kevin McCarthy, Congressional Leadership Fund, and Defending Main Street spent $5 million to prevent Karoline Leavitt from winning her primary election for New Hampshire’s District 1 that was held on Tuesday.

McCarthy, GOP Elites and Super PACs dumped $5 million to stop Karoline Leavitt.

It is the same tactics the GOP elites use in every state. They can’t win on the issues so they spend MILLIONS to slander and smear MAGA Republican candidates.

MILLIONS!

Michael Brown Op-ed: No matter what the midterms bring, it is still revival, or we die

Commentary By Michael Brown, CP Op-Ed Contributor | Monday, June 13, 2022

Every day, there are examples of Americans pushing back against the agenda of the radical left. And every day, there are more signs that there could be a major political reaction against the leftist agenda in the midterm elections. But even with the best possible electoral outcome, without a sweeping revival in the church, America could still collapse.

That’s because America’s greatest problems are spiritual and moral first, leading to the larger societal, political, and economic challenges we face. But unless the heart is cured, the body will die.

One of my colleagues is an astute Christian attorney who has been on the front lines of the culture wars for decades, from the local courthouse to the Supreme Court.

He recently tweeted this to a small group of leaders: “Unless something dramatic happens, the midterms will be a blood bath for progressives. VA was the first canary in the coal mine. The San Fran recall shows the train is picking up steam. Biden’s appearance on J Kimmel was an embarrassment, and Kimmel had to intervene to rescue him from rambling and losing his train of thought.”

He continued, “A poll released today had his approval at 35% – lowest I’ve seen yet. If either chamber flips (and it likely will be both), it limits the harm he can do the last two years.”

But then, the major caveat – and the real thrust behind his text.

He wrote, “I think our biggest challenge may be communicating that a political reprieve is insufficient, and maybe even a distraction as a false sense of security; only a revival will save the nation. We’re fighting human nature. People are angry and frustrated. They will express it on Election Day and then settle back to life as usual, unaware the declining trend will continue. I’ve never seen so much focus on pride month as in this year, and the culture has largely caved into joining the celebration of sin. The election won’t do much to change that if there is not spiritual renewal.”

I could not agree more, both in terms of his diagnosis of the problem and his warning about the danger.

Bear in mind that this attorney has been politically active for years. In fact, I remember him speaking for our school and congregation back in the summer of 2009 when he told us about a major case that would make its way to the Supreme Court regarding same-sex “marriage.” He spoke of it as if it were a fait accompli, explaining that the deciding vote would be cast by Justice Anthony Kennedy.

That is exactly how it played out, with Kennedy making the infamous choice to be the swing vote that redefined marriage in America.

The organization that my colleague served for many years provides legal support for Christians and others whose rights are being challenged, helping them to fight back in their schools and places of business and churches. Their winning percentage is incredibly high, and to this day, I refer my friends to this organization when they come under attack for their religious beliefs and convictions.

All that to say that my colleague is not encouraging political passivity. Quite the contrary.

But he is reminding us that, even with a major shift towards the right and even with the potential of a Republican president and Congress by 2024, we will still have a massive amount of moral and cultural and spiritual rot at the core of America. Only a massive revival and awakening can turn the tide.

That’s why, when I wrote Revival Or We Die in 2021, there was not an ounce of hyperbole in the title. (The subtitle was A Great Awakening Is Our Only Hope, also without any hyperbole.)

That’s why it is imperative that we continue to emphasize the importance of personal and corporate repentance. And the centrality of prayer. And the priority of evangelism and disciple-making and church planting. And the ongoing need to build healthy bridges of reconciliation.

That’s why we must keep the main things the main things. Otherwise, if we take our foot off the gas pedal of spiritual urgency, we will quickly find ourselves sliding further backward.

Put another way, and to use a medical analogy, it is true that the patient is suffering from a host of ailments and sicknesses. But unless the doctors can stop his heart from failing, he will not be long on this earth.

First, get the heart pumping blood and out of danger. Then, address the other ailments and sicknesses.

Or, from another angle, it’s great that the other conditions are getting better, but it will be lost if the heart fails.

On January 4 of this year, I posted an article titled, “2022: The Year to Take Back Ground!

Since then, I have filed scores of articles and stories detailing that very trend. Americans are saying enough is enough on many fronts, and they are pushing back.

This is all encouraging and positive, and some of it is the direct result of men and women standing up for their spiritual and moral principles.

But, as we move closer to the midterm elections, we do well to heed my colleague’s concerns. To that end, you might want to bookmark this article and refer back to it from time to time.

Kurt Schlichter Op-ed: If Republicans Collaborate with Dems to Betray Us on the 2A, They Will Lose the Midterms

If Republicans Collaborate with Dems to Betray Us on the 2A, They Will Lose the Midterms

Not one inch.

The GOP better not give up one single inch on gun freedom.

The Democrats are giddy. They were hoping that SCOTUS putting the kibosh on kid killing was going to save them from annihilation in November. That did not work – Americans were less interested in preserving a non-existent right to snuff out a life two minutes from crowning than in $6 gas. But this scumbag’s murder rampage in Texas has given them new hope, they think. All the GOP has to do is be spineless and stupid.

So, they’re feeling pretty confident.

We could discuss the facts, like how the real issue is mentally ill kids (lib COVID lockdowns were no help) and lax security at schools where some cretin can wander in with a rifle and hang out unchallenged. We can also point out the obvious – that disarming law-abiding citizens only empower the criminals Democrats excuse and the tyrants they want to be. But facts and evidence will not stiffen the spines of the noodle caucus that thinks that the regime media will let up if they only “DO SOMETHING” even though the doings the Democrats demand are acts of political onanism.

No, the GOP caucus in Congress needs to understand if good policy and a respect for the Second Amendment are not reason enough for them to derail the runaway freight train of bullSchiff exploitation legislation the Dems are pushing then our vengeance at the ballot box will be.

Stop fearing mean tweets from blue-checked Kaden O’Geebo of Politico and start fearing your voters.

We saw the effect of weakness in response to the death of that fentanyl and pregnant lady-threatening enthusiast that preceded 2020s summer of rioting. It helped hamstring the response to the violent chaos. And it showed us that only we can protect ourselves – with guns. Gun sales are setting records, and it’s not because the American people think the government is going to do a competent job and not ever try to treat us like peasants as they do to the Aussies who obediently turned in their rifles and ended up locked in COVID camps.

Guns are not a luxury. They are essential to what it means to be citizen as opposed to a subject. I write about the importance of an armed populace in my upcoming new nonfiction book We’ll Be Back: The Fall and Rise of America:

“Americans own more guns than there are Americans, and that is an unalloyed good thing. Citizens should own guns, and lots of them – the possession of cold steel that shoots hot lead distinguishes citizens from lower forms of life, like ‘subjects,’ ‘serfs,’ and ‘gulag residents.’ In a nation meant to be by and for the People, it is important that the People never cede to the State, which is their tool and not their master, a monopoly on violence. Having guns in the hands of citizens is the ultimate veto over tyranny.”

So, guns aren’t just fun toys. They are not optional. They are critical to our identity as citizens. Taking them turns us from the rulers into the ruled. And that’s exactly why the Democrats want us disarmed, demoralized, and disenfranchised.

So, we GOP voters are all one-issue voters on gun rights and you best be on the right side of that one issue. Republicans, understand that if you betray us – by which we mean pass any item off the garbage Trojan Horse gun-grabbing laundry list the Democrats had been holding ready to spring the next time some worm decided to shoot up a school – then we will abandon you and you will lose the midterms.

You are on the verge of an astonishing and historical victory. The Democrats know they are toast. There is only one way for you to blow it, and that is to choose to sell out your base.

They are hoping you do.

They want you to do it.

They are praying that you do to their false weather goddess, the angry one who demand you sacrifice your truck and pork ribs to her so she turns down the global thermostat.

All you have to do is…not do it.

Do not embrace a stupid policy that does not address the real issue.

Do not go along with defacing to the Constitution.

Do not sell out your own voters.

Do not imagine that if you only obey the regime media they will stop hating you. Look at Mitt, who is just aching to submit to them like he did to Candy Crowley. Do they even hide their contempt for him?

Look at Adam Kinzinger. He debased himself more thoroughly than a CW teen star convict trying to buy some protection for himself in Pelican Bay, yet his Democrat pals still gleefully gerrymandered him out of Congress and into some gig at a think tank with a name like “The Center for Sensible Conservatism that Fails Respectably.”

It’s a loser’s game, and you should be insulted that the Democrats are convinced you will play it.

Don’t be a loser.

It’s tempting. The mayhem was horrible. There are crying people on the TV. Reporters are asking why you want to kill children by not turning law-abiding citizens into felons. But this is the time to be strong.

Your policies did not create the mayhem or the crying people, and your policies did not kill children. That’s all lies.

If you think there are things to be done, let them wait until January when we’re in charge. After all, the Democrats won’t do anything about criminals except turn your voters into them. The Democrats reject any real solution to these problems – they’ll spend $40 billion to fortify Kiev but not a cent to fortify schools. That’s because they do not care. Look at Beto. He didn’t care – he wanted a political moment. Are you going to reward that?

Not if you want our votes.

Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy, you are not dumb people. You know this rush of political adrenaline will fade, but our memory of a political Benedict Arnold move will not. You each want to rule your respective legislative body, and you will – if you keep the weasels, sissies, and weakhearts in your coalition in check.

No compromise on our rights. None.

And if you do, you will lose us and the midterms.

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are hoping you Republicans will be weak and stupid, blending cowardice with bad policy to make those Twitter blue checks be nice to you until the next time – which will be about five minutes after you sell us out.

Don’t.

Don’t even think it.

If you wobble, you lose the midterms. Choose wisely.

Stacey Abrams Twists Herself Into Knots Trying To Explain Away Surging Voter Turnout

Democratic Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams argued there was still voter suppression in Georgia despite record turnout during a press conference Tuesday. Abrams suggested that there is not a causal relationship between turnout and suppression before stating that turnout is actually the “antidote” to suppression in response to a reporter’s question on Georgia’s record voter turnout.

WATCH:

“The question about voter suppression and voter turnout is causation without correlation,” Abrams initially said before correcting herself. “Sorry, see, you can make mistakes even when you know what you’re talking about.”

“It’s correlation without causation,” Abrams continued. “We know that increased turnout has nothing to do with suppression. Suppression is about whether or not you make it difficult for voters to access the ballot. And in Georgia, we know difficulty has been put in place for too many Georgians who vote by mail, who had to figure out a calendar of applying just early enough but not too late. You had to have wet signatures so they could print things out. Take a picture, upload it.” (RELATED: Stacey Abrams Campaign Scrambles To Do Damage Control Following Maskless Image With Children)

Abrams went on to accuse counties in Georgia of “taking advantage of their election boards” to shift their dynamic to suppress votes. However, Abrams acknowledged that voters were showing up despite the alleged acts of suppression and that voter turnout was the “antidote” to suppression.

Abrams has stated that Republicans cannot win elections “without voter suppression.” The gubernatorial candidate blamed her 2018 loss to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp on widespread voter suppression.

Abrams’ Campaign did not immediately respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Kamala Harris Goes Off the Deep End and Declares War on Supreme Court and GOP: ‘How Dare They’

Reported By Elizabeth Stauffer  May 4, 2022 at 9:59am

Reminiscent of young environmental activist Greta Thunberg’s bratty “How dare you!” denunciation of world leaders, Vice President Kamala Harris railed against Republican leaders who she claimed are trying to “weaponize” the law against women on Tuesday evening. Speaking at an event for EMILY’s List, a political action committee that works to elect pro-abortion female candidates, Harris declared war on the Supreme Court over a draft opinion showing that a majority of justices are prepared to strike down the Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion.

The document apparently was leaked to Politico, which reported on it Monday night. Harris’ speech had been scheduled prior to the report.

In her address, she expanded upon a brief statement she had released earlier in the day framing the overturning of Roe v. Wade as a threat to “the rights of all Americans.”

“Women’s rights in America are under attack,” the vice president began.

“Roe v. Wade, in its power, has protected a woman’s right — her right — to make decisions about her own body for nearly half a century,” she said.

“If the court overturns Roe v. Wade, it will be a direct assault on freedom — on the fundamental right of self-determination to which all Americans are entitled.”

“Women in almost half the country could see their access to abortion severely limited,” Harris said. “In 13 of those states, women would lose access to abortion immediately and outright.”

“Those Republican leaders who are trying to weaponize the use of the law against women,” she said, her anger rising, “Well we say, how dare they! How dare they tell a woman what she can do and cannot do with her own body. How dare they! How dare they try to stop her from determining her own future! How dare they try to deny women their rights and their freedoms.”

Thousands of ‘Ballot Mules’ Delivered Tens of Thousands of Votes for Biden? NY Post Publishes Devastating Claims

Reported By Jack Davis | April 25, 2022

A new report that analyzed the forthcoming movie from conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza warns that based on the 2020 election, Democrats have a “cunning plan” for the future.

After previewing the documentary “2,000 Mules,” New York Post columnist Miranda Devine wrote that “pesky evidence is starting to emerge of systematic schemes to subvert the electoral process — which must not be allowed to happen again if we are to restore faith in elections.”

Devine called the movie — which debuts next month — “the most compelling evidence to date” concerning the race between then-President Donald Trump and Democrat Joe Biden and said research conducted by the election integrity group True the Vote reveals what appears to be “suspicious ballot harvesting.”

The Western Journal reached out to the Biden White House for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

The research Devine cited relied on sophisticated tracking and surveillance video to reach its conclusions.

True the Vote acquired 3 trillion geo-location signals from cellphones that were near ballot drop boxes and election nonprofits in the weeks leading up to the Nov. 3, 2020 vote.

“Then they went searching for ‘mules,’ operatives who picked up ballots from election NGOs — such as Stacey Abrams’ outfit, ‘Fair Fight Action’ — and then carried them to different drop boxes, depositing between three to 10 ballots in each box before moving to the next,” Devine wrote.

Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of True the Vote, said she chose the term “mule” for the people involved in the operation because “it felt a lot like a cartel, it felt like trafficking … This is in its essence ballot trafficking … You have the collectors. You have the stash houses, which are the nonprofits. And then you have the mules that are doing the drops.”

Devine wrote that the network included individuals in battleground states who collected ballots from organizations that were ostensibly out to help everybody vote and then put them in drop boxes, a few at a time.

“The extent of the operation is jaw-dropping,” she said.

“When a mule is matched with video, you can see the scheme come to life,” she wrote.

Devine noted one snippet from the film.

“A car pulls up at a drop box after midnight. A man gets out, looks around surreptitiously, approaches the box, stuffs in a handful of ballots and hightails it out of there. Then he goes to the next box, again and again,” she wrote.

D’Souza said the efforts of the mules could have swung the election based on his contention that at least 380,000 potentially fraudulent votes were tracked by the project.

“Shockingly, even this narrow way of looking at just our 2,000 mules in these swing states gives Trump the win with 279 electoral votes to Biden’s 259,” he said.

Devine said that’s hard to prove. “There is no way to scrutinize those ballots now and see if they are fraudulent but if we must have drop boxes at election time, they need to be secure and under 24/7 surveillance,” she said.

She said Republicans cannot spend all of their time on the 2020 election because it “makes them look like sore losers.”

However, she also noted an interview with Trump in which he compared the election to a diamond theft at Tiffany’s.

“There’s no getting the diamonds back now. But we can stop the store being robbed again,” Devine wrote.

What Are You Hiding, Joe? Biden Admin Begs Court to Bury Bombshell Report on Dominion Voting Machines

Reported By Jack Davis | February 15, 2022

Read more at https://www.westernjournal.com/hiding-joe-biden-admin-begs-court-bury-bombshell-report-dominion-voting-machines/

The Biden administration is urging a federal judge not to issue any form of a report about potential flaws in the Dominion Voting Systems’ equipment used in Georgia, even though both sides in a court case over the machines want at least a version of the report to get out.

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg is considering releasing a redacted version of a report from J. Alex Halderman, a University of Michigan computer science professor, according to Just the News.

Totenberg shipped the full, unredacted report to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, which is part of the Biden administration’s Department of Homeland Security, and has indicated she wants to give the public a redacted version of what Halderman wrote, Just the News reported.

CISA opposes that step, even though Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger supports the report becoming public, if only to prove his argument that the report isn’t credible.

Lawyers for the plaintiffs in the case have suggested Totenberg release a redacted version of the report within 30 days of when it was sent to  CISA, according to The Associated Press.

However, in a filing last week, CISA attorneys urged that the court hold off giving anything to anybody until the agency decides what should be released based on its Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure process.

The filing states that “premature disclosure of Dr. Halderman’s report, even in redacted form, could, in the event any vulnerabilities ultimately are identified, assist malicious actors and thereby undermine election security.”

The filing states that CISA will let the court know when that review might be completed, and how much information the public ought to have.

The filing also warns that “CISA typically would not release a report such as Dr. Halderman’s at the conclusion of the CVD process; it would, however, disclose necessary information about any vulnerabilities and associated mitigations.”

Even the idea of releasing a redacted version did not find favor with CISA.

“CISA is particularly concerned about dissemination of potential vulnerabilities—even in redacted form—before CISA and the vendor have been able to address them through appropriate mitigation action. Such premature disclosure increases the risk that malicious actors may be able to exploit any vulnerabilities and threaten election security. CISA respectfully submits that, in order to best promote the security of the nation’s critical infrastructure, any vulnerabilities should be disclosed,” the filing said.

The agency said it will offer a timeline at a later date but suggested nothing would happen quickly.

“CISA is thus committed to taking these steps expeditiously and will seek to complete the process as promptly as possible. But the timeline also depends on the actions of a range of other actors outside CISA’s control. A 30-day timeline may be impractical in this situation, despite best efforts and prioritization of this work,” the filing said.

“CISA understands the urgency given the upcoming elections in which this voting equipment is presently planned to be used. Yet CISA can neither control how quickly any necessary mitigation measures are developed, made available, and implemented, nor at this time can CISA anticipate with any degree of reasonable certainty how long the process may take,” the filing said.

In the filing, CISA said that part of its review it must “coordinate between and work with the reporting source of the potential vulnerabilities (here, Dr. Halderman) and the vendor (here, Dominion), to analyze the potential vulnerabilities, including the risk they present; develop mitigation measures to mitigate the risk of the potential vulnerabilities, as needed; facilitate sufficient time for affected end users to obtain, test, and apply any recommended mitigation measures prior to full public disclosure of the potential vulnerability; and strive to ensure accurate and objective disclosures by the vendors.”

The report in question is part of a long-running lawsuit that seeks to change Georgia’s system for voting. More importantly, it is a piece of the wider discussion about potential election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

To date, no one has produced any evidence or documentation that proves the machines were tampered with in 2020. Dominion, which was the target of multiple post-election allegations, has fought back, suing several of those who claimed its machines were part of an election fraud conspiracy.

In its reporting, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has indicated that the Halderman report, completed last year, describes how someone could, in theory, hack the system to change votes, without saying whether or not this was ever accomplished.

“Georgia voters face an extreme risk that [ballot marking device]-based attacks could manipulate their individual votes and alter election outcomes,” Halderman declared in a signed statement filed with the court last year, as The Daily Beast reported in January.

In a news release posted to the Georgia Secretary of State Office website on Jan. 27, Raffensperger called for releasing the report — to show that its criticisms of the state’s voting methods is unwarranted.

The report is “not an objective, academic study by a non-biased actor. It is assertions by an individual who is paid to espouse opinions supporting the elimination of electronic voting systems to help a lawsuit brought by liberal activists, including one funded by Stacey Abrams’ Fair Fight Action,” the news release stated.

“Sensationalized media articles and misleading reports from paid activists notwithstanding, Georgia’s election system is safe and secure,” Raffensperger said in the release.

The release included a statement from Dominion President and CEO John Paulos, criticizing the Halderman review.

“Security assessments of any system, including voting systems, should always include a holistic approach of all safeguards in place, including procedural and technical safeguards,” Poulus said in the release.

“There is a reason why U.S. voting systems rely on bipartisan election officials, poll-watchers, distributed passwords, access controls, and audit processes,” Poulus said, adding that Halderman’s review “did not take this approach.”

“Dominion supports all efforts to bring real facts and evidence forward to defend the integrity of our machines and the credibility of Georgia’s elections.”

As Country Prepares for Midterm Elections, Fake American Licenses from Hong Kong Flood United States

Reported By Christine Favocci  January 27, 2022

Democrats are quick to smear election integrity legislation as racist, but a recent discovery proves just how easy it is for people to commit fraud.

Last week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents seized 1,200 counterfeit driver’s licenses from more than 20 states, according to the agency’s website. The fake IDs were part of three shipments from Hong Kong declared as $20 worth of “Game Card,” with one labeled for a Chicago destination and the other two headed for New York.

Many of the identification cards reused photos with different names and had dates of birth consistent with people of college age. They were knock-offs of licenses from states including Michigan, Pennsylvania, California, Texas, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois and Ohio.

“Counterfeit driver’s licenses have historically been used by those under 21 years of age for the illegal consumption of alcohol, but fake IDs ……

Capitol Police Arrest Democratic Congresswoman for Storming Federal Building

Reported by Jack Davis | July 16, 2021

The chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus celebrated her arrest Thursday after leading an incursion of protesters into the Hart Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill. Democratic Rep. Joyce Beatty of Ohio said that breaking the law was an important way to illustrate her belief that voting reforms passed by state legislatures will disenfranchise black voters.

“I stand in solidarity with Black women and allies across the country in defense of our constitutional right to vote. We have come too far and fought too hard to see everything systematically dismantled and restricted by those who wish to silence us,” Beatty said in a statement on her website.

She said more protests will follow.

“Be assured that this is just the beginning. This is Our Power, Our Message,” the congresswoman in the statement.

“You can arrest me. You can’t stop me. You can’t silence me,” Beatty said on Twitter.

NBC News reported that the protesters who joined Beatty in the incursion demanded passage of the so-called For the People Act, a Democrat bill that would largely put elections under the thumb of the federal government instead of the states.

Capitol Police said the demonstrators were arrested after refusing to disperse.

“This afternoon, nine people were arrested for demonstrating in a prohibited area on Capitol Grounds,” the department said in a statement on Thursday.

“At approximately 3:30pm, the United States Capitol Police responded to the Atrium in the Hart Senate Office Building for reports of illegal demonstration activity. After officers arrived on the scene, they warned the demonstrators three times to stop. Those who refused were arrested for D.C. Code §22-1307. Two males and seven females were transported to USCP Headquarters for processing,” Capitol Police said.

Unlike the coverage of the Jan. 6 incursion of the U.S. Capitol by supporters of then-President Donald Trump, there was no hue-and-cry in the media about Beatty and the other protesters staging an “insurrection” or “threatening our democracy.”

Many Republicans have said the fight over election reform legislation is an attempt by Democrats to use their current congressional majority as a means to cement leftist rule in America.

“Democrats want to rig every election going forward to make it nearly impossible for a conservative to win again,” Fox News host Laura Ingraham said Wednesday.

“They’re now effectively arguing that the very voting rules that delivered two two-term victories for Bill Clinton and Barack Obama are essentially just like Jim Crow 2.0,” she said.

“So this leaves them really with only one option in their mind, which is to promote racial fear-mongering in pretty much everything around them. We already know what they’re doing in our schools, to our workplaces, the military, even to now our system of voting,” Ingraham said.

Fox News host Sean Hannity said the left’s fuss over voting rights is part of a strategy to sway the 2022 elections.

“So what does this really all about? We all know there’s nothing racist about integrity in elections. Democrats are obviously worried. Chances are they now believe they probably will lose in 2022 and maybe even 2024,” he said Thursday on “Hannity.”

“Mark my words, if Democrats suffer huge losses in 2022, they will blame racist right-wing voter suppression. … The truth isn’t important to the Democratic Party or the media mob, for that matter. Power is all that matters,” Hannity said.
