She Built That

Everybody thinks we’re out there just having this grand ol’ time, but really we were addressing some of the issues that have been plugging this community for quite sometime.

Trump says there is a great danger of increased terrorism by allowing so many Muslim refugees into the country. He also said that they will take jobs away from American citizens, which in the long run will hurt the economy. For these comments, the liberal media and politicians claim that Trump is full of hate and is insensitive for those comments.
Millions of Middle Eastern Muslim refugees started pouring into Europe before they began arriving here. The people of Europe have seen firsthand what Trump has been warning America about and what they’ve seen fully supports Trump’s warnings.
I have friends in Great Britain who have told me that the issue of refugees and the huge number of immigrants pouring into their country had a large part for the people of Great Britain voting for Brexit. They voted to leave the European Union in hopes that they could stop the influx of refugees and immigrants because of the disastrous effects they cause.
A recent Pew Research Center report supports Trump’s fears and warnings. They polled people in a number of European countries, all of which have been experiencing the effects of welcoming refugee and their responses should be a warning for America.
Pew Statement: Refugees will increase the likelihood of terrorism in our country.
Forty percent of the people in Spain agreed while Hungary, who has been flooded with thousands of refugees, had an 76% affirmative response. The medium response was 59% of all Europeans polled, which means the majority of Europeans, share Trump’s fear of the danger of terrorism posed by admitting refugees, mainly Muslim.
Pew Statement: Refugees are a burden on our country because they take our jobs and social benefits.
Thirty-one percent of Germans agreed while 82% of Hungarians agreed. The medium response was 50% in agreement. Note that Hungary was one of the first countries that was flooded with hundreds of thousands of refugees, many from Syria, and now their people are seeing the negative impact of allowing them into their country. Again, this fully supports Trump’s warnings about the danger and negative impact of allowing so many Middle Eastern refugees into America.
Pew Statement: Refugees in our country are more to blame for crime than other groups.
Again, Spain was low with only 13% agreeing with the statement, but 43% of people in Hungary, 46% of the people in Sweden and 47% of the people in Italy agreed with this last statement.

The Pew Research from Europe fully supports the warnings from Donald Trump and he is the only person running for office, especially the presidency, that has the guts to stand up and speak the truth about the danger to our country. It shows that Trumps is more concerned about preserving America than anyone else in current politics so it’ no wonder the liberals are so upset and label him a hater. They can’t stand to hear the truth.
America! Wake up! We need to take action now before we have the same problems with refugees and immigrants (especially illegal) that Europe is already experiencing. I’ll reiterate my view and say that we need to use our military engineers and construction battalions to build a wall like the 93% effective one in Yuma, Arizona, across our entire 1950-mile border with Mexico. We are already paying them so why not use their talents and skills to build the wall? That covers the labor costs that everyone talks about. Then bring our military troops home and station them along the entire wall and give them the necessary equipment and tools to monitor and protect the wall and keep illegals out of our nation. Our military needs to start protecting America instead of other countries, many of who vow our destruction. This plan only leaves the cost of materials for the wall, drastically reducing the high cost that liberals claim as being unreasonable. I see this as a win-win-win solution. Then we need to shut all of our ports of entry and refuse to take any Middle Eastern refugee. That’s not being un-American or insensitive, it’s being responsible and protective of our country, our economy, our safety and our people.

Let’s take a step back. While we’re busy being worried about the pomp and circumstance of the formal process, what is the other side is up to? It can help us see the “Big Picture”.
A Tale of Two Parties. Where better to see their stark difference than their leadership conventions?
Forget speeches and policies. Just look at the guest lists. That one difference tells you everything to you really need to know about each party. There is going to be hype and hyperbole in the speeches. But the one place their true colors come through that guest list. Intentional or not, values drive those choices.
Who are the people on the guest lists? Besides the predictable political insiders?
For the Republicans, Marcus Luttrell spoke. So did Pat Smith. We heard from Mary Ann Mendoza, Sabine Durden, & Jamiel Shaw. We heard from David A Clarke Jr.
Their stories highlight what Republicans call important. Marcus Luttrell — Navy Seal. Pat Smith — Gold Star mother of murdered Benghazi ambassador Sean Smith. Mary Ann Mendoza, Sabine Durden and Jamiel Shaw — each a grieving mother of children killed by illegal immigrants. David A Clarke Jr. is Milwaukee County Sheriff who doesn’t think the “Thin Blue Line” should describe a Funeral Procession.
In their usual “unbiased reporting”, CNN chose those grieving mothers’ speeches as the best time to take a station break.
(In a graphic, CNN described the mothers whose speeches they had omitted as having been “affected by undocumented immigrants”. That’s a little like saying the Twin Towers and Pentagon were “affected by mass transit”.)
A quick glance over that list reminds the voters about the courage of those who defend the national interests abroad and at home, as well as examples of obvious failures of the current administration to safeguard citizens abroad or at home. These were not mere failures, but refusal either to do the right thing, or to admit and learn from error.

Their Side? They specialize in race-baiting. Division. Blame-shifting. They are known for recycling disproven propaganda and lies.
The other leveraged “children” with rap sheets to galvanize a grievance group.
Do you even need the Debates to know who is who?

Sore Loser

Reverend Al Sharpton speaks at the funeral of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, U.S. July 15, 2016. REUTERS/Jeffrey Dubinsky
“There is substantial public record of me denouncing violence, a race war, and even supporting police,” Sharpton told the Daily Caller Wednesday. “I have even been giving money to police killed by violence.”
He was referring to two New York City officers gunned down in 2014 as they sat in their patrol car eating lunch. The assailant had said on Instagram he was seeking revenge for the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner at the hands of police.
Sharpton said he had called for peace after deaths of the two black men. When asked about recent police assassinations in Dallas and Baton Rouge by suspects who were followers of Black Lives Matter and the Nation of Islam, Sharpton said, “What does that have to do with me?”
The lawsuit accuses him of leading marches that stir up unrest and violence, including one in New York that called for the death of police days before the officers were shot.
A video shows a process server attempting to give Sharpton the lawsuit but the reverend instead got into the back of town car while body guards dropped the package on the ground. Sharpton said he didn’t realize he was being served.
A class action lawsuit was filed Saturday naming civil rights leader Sharpton, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, President Obama, former Attorney General Eric Holder, Black Lives Matter leader DeRay McKesson and four BLM founders. It accused the defendants of inciting violence “with the fiction that police officers and other law enforcement are intentionally and systematically targeting and hunting blacks and other minorities to kill them for no reason other than racism or sport.”
The suit was filed by former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman on behalf of police officers in response to five Dallas police assassinations by a man aligned with a “black power” movement.
Holder tried to thwart service by dropping the documents to the ground after they were handed to him at his Washington, D.C. home, Klayman said. However McKesson seemed to wear the lawsuit as a badge of honor, posing for a photograph with the process server in front of his Baltimore home. Farrakhan received his documents through a third party at his Michigan home and President Obama was served through the mail, which is standard protocol. Four other BLM leaders were in the process of being served Wednesday.
“These are the brave gladiators of the radical black movement,” Klayman said. “They believe and act as if they are above the law, they don’t recognize the courts or any legal process. But this time, they are going to be held legally accountable. Their time is up.”
Since the July 7 Dallas slayings, three more officers died in Baton Rouge on the heels of a BLM protest. The Baton Rouge assailant was a Nation of Islam follower, according to his YouTube channel.

“Here you have the former attorney general, the highest law enforcement officer in the nation and this is the respect he shows for our laws,” Klayman said.
Sharpton was served on Saturday after he held a 300-person rally at his Harlem office that was attended by the family of Eric Garner, who died because of a New York police chokehold in 2014. A march in Brooklyn followed the rally and Sharpton was on his way there when the server approached him on the video.
“We stop people because we don’t want personal complaints,” said Sharpton, adding that he receives dozens of requests every week from people with abuse cases pleading for help. “I went and got in my car. Some guy comes toward us, we don’t know who he was.”
Sharpton questioned why the server didn’t just go inside his office. “I’m here every week,” he said. “I’m easy to find.” Klayman said the server, from SameDay Process, tried to go inside but wasn’t able to serve anyone and did identify himself before the tape started rolling.
“I’ve got some papers for him, Mr. Sharpton, just have some papers for him,” said the process server on video as he rapidly followed Sharpton but was separated by burly bodyguards.
“Just throw it there,” said a guard, who took the papers and threw them on the ground.
The other defendants did not respond to a request for comment.
Klayman was a U.S. Dept. of Justice prosecutor during the Reagan administration and then went on to form the conservative advocacy groups Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch.
Editor’s note: This story was originally published with an earlier draft that did not include Sharpton’s comments. It has been updated.

Turns out Ted Cruz’s partner, Carly Fiorina, had a more graceful exit from the political stage than he had.
Cruz’s broken pledge to support the will of the people tonight was one of those career-ending “read my lips” moments. I guarantee American voters took notice and felt more unsettling confirmation as to why we don’t much like typical politicians because they campaign one way, but act out another way. That kind of political status quo has got to go because it got us into the mess we’re in with America’s bankrupt budgets and ramped up security threats.
It’s commonplace for politicians to disbelieve their word is their bond, as evidenced by Cruz breaking his promise to endorse his party’s nominee, evidently thinking whilst on the convention stage, “At this point, what difference does it make?” We’ve been burned so horribly by that attitude that voters won’t reward politicians pulling that “what difference does it make” stunt again. Politicians will see — it makes all the difference in the world to us.

Ann Coulter |
The similar passages were:
— The only limit to your achievements is the strength of your dreams!
— Your word is your bond!
— May your tomorrows be brighter than your yesterdays!
— From tiny acorns great oaks grow!
MSNBC covered the banal sayings as if Melania had been caught selling secrets to the Soviets. All night, commentators somberly intoned, It’s essential that the campaign get out in front of this. Trump needs to apologize … Now is the time for him to demonstrate crisis management skills — and this IS a bona fide crisis.
The network presented a split screen presentation of the two paragraphs next to each other, with a color-coded bar showing when the plagiarism becomes more intense. Hosts read the corresponding parts of the speeches over and over again. Lawrence O’Donnell pronounced: “This is serious.” If you’re on MSNBC and traffic in outrage and sanctimony every day, you can lose your bearings and not even realize what an idiot you’ve become.
MSNBC called in experts from various fields — a linguist from MIT, a psychiatrist specializing in pathological self-destructive impulses — and now, let’s go to Jacques Truffaut in Paris! Well, Brian, the French here are just getting a translation of the speech as we speak, and I can tell you they are shocked.
(Yes, the moderator for MSNBC’s hysterical coverage of Melania’s “plagiarism” was Brian Williams, who must have been trying to quietly excuse himself from someone else’s embarrassing verbal blunders.)
Not one single person on MSNBC said, “Yeah, um, can we talk about something else because this is so lame and trivial, we risk looking like sissies.”
Huffington Post, Gawker and Jezebel pulled all-nighters to hoot and sneer at the prospective first lady’s speech. The following day, Andrea Mitchell devoted half her show to Melania’s “plagiarism.” In a few days, we’ll be seeing, DAY 5: NO APOLOGY FOR PLAGIARIZED PARAGRAPH!
Listen to yourselves, MSNBC! Your obsession with the “theft” of these saccharine sentiments only reminds people how trite Michelle Obama’s speech was. (Which you adored.)
More shocking than the fact that Melania used some of the same expressions from Michelle’s speech is that someone heard these hackneyed phrases and said, “I KNOW EXACTLY WHERE I’VE HEARD THAT BEFORE!” Haven’t you heard these platitudes a thousand times before?
Kids spend half the day affirming how special they are. I am somebody! I can do anything! The world is my oyster!
Personally, I think it’s a creepy and cynical thing to do. We ought to be honest with people. You can do some things and have a happy life, but there are other things you probably can’t do. Most of you are never going to be a nuclear scientist, an NFL quarterback or a dancer with the Joffrey Ballet.
No one wants to state the obvious because it involves making fun of both Melania and Michelle, but the fact is: It’s impossible to “plagiarize” meaningless twaddle.
Obviously, Melania’s speechwriter didn’t think up those words — and neither did Michelle’s. You can hear the same thing at any third-rate college commencement, at Orientation Day at Excel academies, at motivational speakers’ corporate events, and right now, in the greeting card aisle of your local Rite Aid.
Not even Hallmark cards could claim authorship because there were probably caveman drawings with rainbows that said, “You can achieve anything you set your mind to!”
If I were giving a speech and suddenly burst into, “We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets …” you’d have a right to say, “Um — Ann, did you write that part about fighting on the beaches yourself? But if I say: “The only limit to your achievement is your dreams!” no one can claim the rights to those words because they’re insipid nothings.
No one invented “the only limit to your achievements is the strength of your dreams,” anymore than I invented “Hey — how you doing?” There’s nothing there! These are phrases designed to allow you to make sounds while moving your mouth.
People who wanted to hate Melania thought her speech was godawful, and the ones who like her thought it was awesome and are now requesting copies of the speech to use at the office.
But all that actually happened was: Melania Trump gave a typical first lady speech.
I can’t remember a first lady speech that was memorable. In fact, it would take me a week to think of any convention speech that was memorable. I’ll see your “the only limit to your achievements is the strength of your dreams” and raise you, “I LOVE YOU, WOMEN!” (Ann Romney, 2012 Republican Convention.)
Some people like this stuff. There’s a reason we have a greeting card business.
The media wanted a catastrophe the first night of the Republican National Convention because they’d already written the chyrons for it. Unfortunately, the fact that Melania gave a typically banal first lady speech was the best they got, so MSNBC just powered through with “an attitude of gratitude” realizing that “satisfaction lies in the effort, not in the attainment.” I wrote those myself.

Hillary Continues to Nail It

I came across a Physical Education textbook that included chapters on riflery and archery – implements that shoot pointy projectiles.
The book Physical Education for High School Students was originally published in 1955 with a revised edition in 1960 and a second edition published in 1970.
Here’s the opening paragraph from the chapter on “Riflery”:
“The United States of America was built, it is said, with three implements: the axe, the plow, and the rifle. The axe, in the hands of the stalwart pioneer, felled trees to clear the way for fields of grain. It also provided timber to build the houses, barns, and fences of our farms. The plow cut into the virgin soil of our foothills, plains, and prairies to grow the food for a young and hungry country. The rifle brought down the deer, bear, and other game to give the hardy frontiersman and his family food and clothing. It also stood as the only means of defense against his enemies, both savage and civilized.”
Throughout the chapter on Riflery there are very good instructions on how to use a rifle properly and safely. There’s even a picture of an “assault weapon.”

The chapter ends by declaring “Shooting is probably the safest of all sports. . . . By practicing a few simple rules every shooter can become a safe shooter.” This next sentence will make a liberal’s head explode: “One of the greatest sources of pride for the National Rifle Association is the splendid record in the safe handling of firearms set by their junior members.” The NRA is praised by a public school textbook!
The issue is not only the safe handling of firearms but the character of the person handling a firearm. Moral relativism
is the operational worldview of the day. Everything is up for grabs. It’s OK to kill unborn babies, redefine marriage, and even change your sex. In fact, you don’t even have to change your sex; you can just declare yourself to be whatever sex you want. It’s topsy-turvy morality, and if you say so, then you’re a racist and a homophobe who does not have the right to express your opinion.
Bill Nye “The Science Guy” and resident Village Atheist recently said that death is the end of everything. This means there is no Ultimate Judge of our deeds in this life. So what is the moral objection to killing someone? Who says anything is ultimately morally wrong? No atheist can account for objective morality.
There was a time when people believed that one day they would be judged for the deeds done in this life. God was considered to be “the Supreme Judge of the world.” Thomas Jefferson wrote the following in a letter to Dr. Benjamin Waterhouse Monticello in 1822:
Not anymore. Even the views of Thomas “Separation of Church and State” Jefferson would not be welcome in our nation’s government schools. Evolutionary atheism is the operating religion of our nation’s elites and the institutions they control. This new religion promotes “survival of the fittest,” “nature, red in tooth and claw,” with the benefits of rape thrown in for good progressive measure.
Evolutionary atheism is the operating religion of our nation’s elites and the institutions they control. This new religion promotes “survival of the fittest,” “nature, red in tooth and claw,” with the benefits of rape thrown in for good progressive measure.
Barbara Reynolds, former columnist for USA Today, writes about the effect of evolutionary dogmatism in our nation’s schools:
“Prohibiting the teaching of creationism in favor of evolution creates an atheistic, belligerent tone that might explain why our kids sometimes perform like Godzilla instead of children made in the image of God.
“While evolution teaches that we are accidents or freaks of nature, creationism shows humankind as the offspring of a divine Creator. There are rules to follow which govern not only our time on Earth, but also our afterlife.
* * * * *
“If evolution is forced on our kids, we shouldn’t be perplexed when they beat on their chests or, worse yet, beat on each other and their teachers.”1
Reynolds’s comments are reminiscent of what C.S. Lewis wrote: “We make men without chests and we expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and we are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful.”2 We strip men and women of the certainty that they are created in the image of God, and we are surprised when they act like the beasts of the field.

Trump ISIS

King tweeted this weekend that the U.S. would suffer the same fate as Turkey if the soon-to-be Republican nominee won the presidency.
<!–
–>
“If Donald Trump becomes President, you are fooling yourself if you think we’re far from having a coup our own selves,” King tweeted. “I’m dead serious.”

This isn’t the first time King has said a President Trump could lead to violence. In a May 9 article in the Daily News, the activist stated that anarchists might vote for the billionaire because his presidency would result in a civil war. It’s strange that a movement that claims they want to fight injustice peacefully has a spokesman who repeatedly fantasizing about civil wars and uprisings which would lead to death and destruction.

Christian News reports
An Idaho man who identifies as a woman was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly recorded video footage of a teenager trying on a swimsuit in a Target fitting room.
Sean Patrick Smith, 46, who goes by Shauna Patricia Smith, was taken into custody and charged with one felony count of voyeurism following the incident.
According to reports, the 18-year-old was trying on a swimsuit in the Ammon store’s unisex fitting room on Monday when she noticed someone holding a phone over the separator.
Those who support the open bathroom policy, such as Obama, PayPal, the NBA, and Target have all stated that this would not happen. They have held that the Gender Dysphoria inflicted were themselves victims and would never do such things.
Now we see where this foolishness has led our children and us. It is no longer safe to frequent such stores as Target. They have chosen political correctness over safety. And here are the results.
Christian News continued
“The woman was begging for help as she chased the man out the door,” a witness told East Idaho News. “She kept saying she wanted those pictures deleted.”
The girl’s mother confronted Smith, who was wearing a dress and wig, but he fled the scene.
The following day, police tracked Smith to his home, where he was questioned. Documents composed by investigators outline that “the defendant eventually admitted … that she had made videos in the past of women undressing.”
“The defendant told [the detective] that she makes these videos for the ‘same reason men go online to look at pornography,’” police noted, adding that Smith said that he finds the footage to be “sexually gratifying.”
He is a sex offender, and God only knows how many have done this and not been caught.

“With five cops shot in Dallas and now three in Baton Rouge, it is an attempt at anarchy,” Judge Jeanine said. “My fear is that the attempt to kill cops – and the killing of cops – is now becoming normalized. It’s now becoming legitimized.”
She said that it all starts at the top with President Obama, who all too often sides with criminals and anti-police activists instead of law enforcement.
“The police officers – as everyone has said – are one line of defense between a civilized society and anarchy.”
If Pirro was upset, Cleveland Police Detective Steve Loomis was downright apoplectic. Loomis argued that the President himself was partly to blame for the seemingly continuous stream of violence being perpetrated against our nation’s police officers. Loomis said that the violence now on display was a natural outgrowth of President Obama’s refusal to decry the leftist anti-police narrative from #BlackLives Matter and the media.
“Now, we see an escalation. This has got to end. We need some leadership in this country to come forward and put an end to this.
The president of the United States has blood on his hands and it will not be able to become washed off.“
Loomis also lamented the way that liberal leaders speak about law enforcement,
“How the hell did we ever become the bad guys in this country? It’s the irresponsible reporting of the media and it’s the irresponsible statements of people that are credible, like the president of the United States, like celebrities.”
Ouch.
So, are Loomis and Pirro right? Can the violence we see playing out in the media be laid at the feet of President Obama and his cronies in the Democrat Party and the media? Who’s ultimately to blame for the horrible tragedies we’ve been force to witness of late?

Commentary by
Ann CoulterURL of the original posting site: http://humanevents.com/2016/07/13/hillary-honors-dead-cops/?utm_source=coulterdaily&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=nl
OBSCENITY WARNING: Extensive use of profanity in the quoted BLM tweets. The day after a racist monster shot 12 white policemen in Dallas, murdering five of them, in the worst mass shooting of policemen in history, Hillary Clinton went on Wolf Blitzer’s show and blamed the cops.
Asked what she would do to stop police from being targeted for murder, she said: “Remember that, just 24 hours before, we had a killing, with the loss of life in Baton Rouge, in Minneapolis.” As president, she said, she would “have national guidelines about the use of force by police, especially deadly force.”
She couldn’t take ONE DAY to talk about the cops who were murdered in Dallas?
The nicest thing Hillary could think to say about the dead cops was that they were shot while performing their most sacred duty: protecting Black Lives Matter protesters hurling abuse at them. “Those police officers were protecting a peaceful protest, a protest of authority, that is a hallmark of America.”
No matter how Wolf Blitzer framed the question about the cold-blooded murder of five cops, Hillary would not stop lecturing the police for their lack of sensitivity. “It’s going to take a lot of training on the part of our police officers to get back into the communities, to understand what’s happening in neighborhoods.”
There’s a big audience for Hillary’s blame-the-victim approach. Even as the Dallas massacre was happening, and for the next 24 hours, Twitter was ablaze with tweets congratulating the mass murderer for killing “pigs”:

Kalyn Chapman James, the first black Miss Alabama, said she wasn’t “sad” for the white cops gunned down in Dallas, and expressed admiration for their murderer, saying, “A lot of us feel the same way.”
On CNN, Don Lemon responded to the murder of five cops by complaining that he has to call cops “sir” in order “to stay alive.” He then repeated the insane liberal fantasy about how unfailingly polite black people are to the cops, compared to the abuse heaped on them by white people. “My white counterparts,” Lemon said, “speak to police officers in a way that I would never in a million years do, and that is the reality of it.”
The media love to point out that one out of four civilians shot by the police are black — in combination with the gigantically irrelevant fact that blacks are only 13 percent of the population. They’re hoping no one will mention the awkward fact that blacks punch way above their weight in the percentage of crime they commit.

There is not a crime that blacks do not commit at rates higher than whites, Hispanics and Asians, except probably failing to properly extinguish a campfire in a national forest.
Given these crime rates, the fact that only 26 percent of civilians killed by police are black is astonishing.
In addition to not understanding basic statistical facts, the Black Lives Matter people are crazy. They’re avowedly anti-police, marching through the streets shouting, “What do we want?” “DEAD COPS!” “When do we want it?” “NOW!
There’s very little reason to imagine that most black people think any better of them than the rest of us do. BLM is attractive to college students because it’s not the Black Panthers. BLM is a gay group. It was started by two lesbians and its most prominent spokesman is a gay man. The BLM activists may gin up violent Panther types to go out and kill police, but there are no “Black Panther” groups on college campuses, whereas nearly every college has a BLM chapter.
BLM is never going to win the hearts of black America. It’s just a vehicle for middle-class, mostly mixed-race college kids to act out because they’re at colleges they never should have been admitted to, or because of their rejection by the black community for being gay. (Former BLM activist Shaun King was exposed as full white, pulling a Rachel Dolezal, by pretending to be black, even winning an Oprah scholarship to a historically black college.)
What we’ve learned from the Dallas police shooting is that Clinton is betting Republicans are too sissified to challenge her on her support for BLM. If Trump has the balls to denounce BLM and demand that Hillary disavow her support of these eunuch cop-killer enablers, he won’t lose a single black vote.

Obstructionist
July 12, 2016 One can be a member of the Congressional Black Caucus and be a Christian, Hindu, Muslim, etc. For example, the Congressional Black Caucus is said to address the concerns of all black Americans, regardless of religion. (They don’t really, but this is just to make a point). Yet due to the mythical separation of church and state, religious organizations are not allowed a seat at the government table – until now.
Once again, like a broken record, there is one “religion” that is extended privileges historically afforded to only secular groups. And of course this is Islam, or what the left has come to call it – the Muslim community – as if Muslim is now an ethnicity.
Thanks to the tireless work by the radicals of the Muslim Brotherhood, “Illinois could become the first state with a law on the books that gives Muslims a formal voice in government.” The state law would mandate that a 21 member Council “advise the governor and General Assembly on issues affecting Muslim Americans and immigrants.”

This strategy, and believe you me, it is a strategy, is textbook Muslim Brotherhood “Civilization Jihad” – gain seats of power in state and federal government. But this is even better than just a seat of power which can be taken away. The creation of this permanent Muslim Council will become state law. Just when you thought politicians couldn’t get any dumber, they pass a law mandating a permanent Islamist Advisory Council.
It’s ingenious and the current crop of know-nothing hack politicians at the Illinois statehouse are all in. The only thing standing in the way of this becoming law is the governor’s signature.
One of the brainiacs, “Democrat Senator Jacqueline Collins, cosponsor of the legislation, thinks the Muslim Council will essentially separate the radical elements of Islam from the more moderate elements.” She said: “We need to encourage our Muslim Americans to be civically engaged and participate. If you don’t participate, the fringe elements establish the policy.” Funny – I bet she has never said that regarding the fringe elements of Christianity.

Hopefully, Republican Governor Bruce Rauner is wise to the Brotherhood scheme and will refuse to sign the bill into law.
But if he does, Illinois can expect the same type of nonsense already streaming through the federal government. One of the first things they can expect is the whitewashing of all terms that correctly describe Islamism. The Council will suggest that terms such as jihad, Sharia, umma, etc. be scrubbed from any official state documents and disallow politicians from speaking such terms. Just watch – it’s already happening at Homeland Security.I hope the governor can withstand the pressure and veto this very bad piece of crap – I mean legislation. I’m not sure I hold out much hope – not in a state like Illinois and not if he seeks council from Brotherhood operatives posing as “Republican advisors” the way George W. Bush did.

The essence of the ruling is that Virginia may not impose any criminal penalties on delegates to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, who refuse to vote for Donald Trump. Trump received about a third of the vote in Virginia’s primary, narrowly edging out Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.). Under Virginia’s state primary law, a candidate does not have to receive a majority of the vote to win all the state’s delegates, but just a plurality (more votes than anyone else). Under Virginia law, a Class 1 misdemeanor provided that any delegate who did not vote according to the outcome of the Virginia primary could be sent to jail “for not more than twelve months,” or face a “fine of not more than $2,500, either or both.”
A delegate from Virginia, Carroll Correll, Jr., sued to overturn Virginia’s statute, arguing that a state law should not be able to interfere in what is a private matter of a political party. The case’s judgment, Correll v Herring, only restrains the state of Virginia from punishing Correll. Judge Payne did not address the issue of whether a political party can bind a delegate under party rules.
In his decision, Payne wrote,
Because Defendants have not demonstrated that Section 545 (D) advances a compelling state interest, it is not necessary to address whether the statute is narrowly tailored. Nonetheless, it is significant to note that Defendants have tacitly conceded the point by failing to offer any evidence or argument that the statute is narrowly tailored.
For the foregoing reasons, Correll is entitled to judgment that Section 545 (D) is an unconstitutional burden on his First Amendment rights of free political speech and political association. Therefore, the Court so declares and will enter judgment on that score on his behalf on Counts I and II.
Under Count I, the judge held that the statute could keep a delegate from voting “consistent with party rules,” while under Count II, the judge said the statute is a violation of the First Amendment rights of “free association.”
During the hearing, Judge Payne asked, “Is he entitled to get a criminal penalty for making that decision or is that a party matter to drub him out of the party?” He repeatedly asked the attorney general’s lawyers how the state could enforce a law that seems to dictate the internal affairs of a political party. The attorney general’s lawyers replied that no one had ever been prosecuted for violating the delegate law, and that they had no intention of bringing any charges against Correll.
The judge cited testimony by Erling “Curly” Haughland, who has written a book — Unbound: The Conscience of a Republican Delegate — positing the thesis that the rules of the Republican National Convention have historically allowed delegates to vote their consciences at any Republican National Convention. In his book, Haughland and his co-author, Sean Parnell, detail the history of Republican conventions since 1856 (the first year the Republican Party fielded a candidate for president) on this subject. The authors argue that state governments should not be allowed to pass laws interfering with how a private organization such as a political party chooses its candidates for public office, including president of the United States.
Donald Trump’s campaign issued a statement claiming a win in the case, because under the decision the party can still pass rules to bind delegates to the results of presidential primaries in the several states, even if state governments cannot do so.
Those such as Correll, however, contend that they do not argue with the right of the national convention to pass whatever rules they wish, but they say they now know that they will not have to worry about facing jail time or a fine from the state simply because of the way they vote in what should be a party, not a legal, matter.
The Rules Committee is meeting this week to adopt the rules for the 2016 convention. Each convention adopts its own rules, and the rules of the previous convention cannot bind this year’s convention. Whatever rules the committee makes must be approved by the entire convention on the first day of the convention.
Whether delegates are “bound” by the results of the state’s primary or by state party rules is irrelevant to how they vote on the party’s rules. A delegate bound for Trump could vote to unbind the delegates from the results of a state’s primary or a state’s party rules, or a delegate bound for Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) or for Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), could likewise choose to pass a rule to bind the delegates.

Here’s exactly what he said:
“In a movement like Black Lives Matter, there’s always going to be some folks who say things that are stupid, or imprudent or over-generalized or harsh. And, I don’t think that you can hold well-meaning activists who are doing the right thing, and peacefully protesting, responsible for everything that is uttered at a protest site…”
Obama wants us to know that he doesn’t think “you can hold well-meaning activists…responsible for everything uttered at a protest site.”
Interesting. Does that mean he believes in the First Amendment?

Authored by Christian Datoc, Reporter, 07/11/2016A White House petition to formally recognize the Black Lives Matter movement as a terrorist organization garnered it’s one-hundred-thousandth signature Monday afternoon, the minimum-threshold for earning a response from the administration.
The petition had been created on Wednesday, July 6, but had only gathered 12,000 signatures in its first two days online. (RELATED: WH Petition To ‘Formally Recognize BLM As A Terrorist Organization’ Picks Up Steam)
“Terrorism is defined as the use of violence and intimidation in pursuit of political aims,” writes the petitions author. “This definition is the same definition used to declare ISIS and other groups, as terrorist organizations.”
Despite the petition’s slow, initial momentum, the Thursday night murder of five Dallas police officers helped the petition gain mainstream media coverage.

The Black Lives Network denounced the actions of Micah Johnson in a Friday statement.
Though movement leaders have called on America to “reject” violent rhetoric, several supporters have continued to call for violence against police officers. (VIDEO: BLM Protester Justifies Violence Against Police In MSNBC Interview)

Black Lives Matter has caused racial tension in this nation, but do you think that they are a terror organization? Check out the White House petition and see if you agree.
Terrorism is defined as “the use of violence and intimidation in pursuit of political aims”. This definition is the same definition used to declare ISIS and other groups, as terrorist organizations. Black Lives Matter has earned this title due to its actions in Ferguson, Baltimore, and even at a Bernie Sanders rally, as well as all over the United States and Canada. It is time for the pentagon to be consistent in its actions – and just as they rightfully declared ISIS a terror group, they must declare Black Lives Matter a terror group – on the grounds of principle, integrity, morality, and safety.

Suspect in Murder of Boy ABC 7
Where were these Black Lives Matter protesters after the slaying of Chicago’s little Tyshawn Lee, the 9-year-old lured into an alley and shot to death by a black man seeking gang-related vengeance against his father?
Did little Tyshawn’s murder at the hands of a black gangster–an all too common occurrence in Chicago–not warrant wall-to-wall news coverage or Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson-style calls for “justice”?
Because the ugly truth behind #BlackLivesMatter is that black people killing other black people does nothing to advance its political power in the same way that one white cop killing a black criminal can. Despite the media’s overindulgence on white cops killing blacks, there is still a far-larger amount of black bodies being sent to morgues by black killers. Here’s five devastating facts, liberals can’t deny, that prove it.
FACT 1. Over 1,400 more black Americans murdered other blacks in two years than were lynched from 1882 to 1968.
According to FBI data, 4,906 black people murdered other blacks in 2010 and 2011. That is 1,460 more black Americans killed by other blacks in two years than were lynched from 1882 to 1968, according to the Tuskegee Institute.
FACT 2. Black People (mostly men) commit a grossly disproportionate amount of crime.
In 2012, white males were 38 percent of the population and committed 4,582 murders. That same year, black males were just 6.6 percent of the population but committed a staggering 5,531 murders.
In other words: black people–at just a fifth of the size–committed almost 1,000 more murders than their white counterparts.
The figures above highlight a horrific truth that black racialists and white liberals routinely ignore: Lawbreaking black Americans, young black males particularly, put themselves in close proximity to (mostly white male) police officers at rates sometimes five to 10 times higher than whites. This is a recipe for disaster. Thusly….
FACT 3. Despite making up just 13% of the population, blacks committed half of homicides in the United States for nearly 30 years.
DOJ statistics show that between 1980 and 2008, black people committed 52% of homicides. In 2013, black criminals committed 38% of the murders. Whites accounted for just 31 percent. There are five times fewer black people than white people in America and, yet, they consistently carry out a larger share of the crimes? Given this rate, it’s no wonder that there aren’t more assistances where cops kill black criminals.
FACT 4. Chicago’s death toll is almost equal to that of both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, combined.
There have been almost as many deaths in one American city as there have been in the two major wars carried out by the U.S. military this century.
Chicago’s death toll from 2001–November, 26 2015 stands at 7,401. The combined total deaths during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2015: 4,815) and Operation Enduring Freedom/Afghanistan (2001-2015: 3,506), total 8,321.
FACT 5. It would take cops 40 years to kill as many black men as have died at the hands of others black men in 2012 alone.
University of Toledo criminologist Dr. Richard R. Johnson examined the latest crime data from the FBI’s Supplementary Homicide Reports and Centers for Disease Control and found that an average of 4,472 black men were killed by other black men annually between Jan. 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2012.
Professor Johnson’s research further concluded that 112 black men died from both justified and unjustified police-involved killings annually during this same period.

Facebook has refused to remove a sickening cartoon of a police officer having his throat slit from a Black Panther page used by Dallas cop killer Micah Xavier Johnson.
The gruesome image shows a man dressed in black slashing a uniformed officer’s throat with a knife as blood spills out of the cop’s neck. It was posted on the ‘Black Panther Party Mississippi’ page, which Johnson posted a twisted rant on just days before he embarked on his massacre. The cartoon carries the words ‘as a R.B.G. killer panther I pledge to defend my black community by any means necessary’.
‘R.B.G’ stands for red, black and green and refers to the Pan-African flag, which is often seen being flown at civil rights protests.
The picture was posted on Facebook by a user called Prince Mamuhammad, whose profile includes posts talking of ‘war with the white male’.
The image has been reported to Facebook but the social media website refused to take it down, saying it does not violate the company’s ‘community standards’. Facebook ruled that the picture does not ‘promote graphic violence’.
Its reply to the report said: ‘Reports like yours are an important rile in making Facebook a safe and welcoming environment. ‘We reviewed the post you reported for promoting graphic violence and found it doesn’t violate our community standards.’
Daily Mail Online has contacted Facebook for further comment.
Johnson, who was a user of a host of Facebook pages dedicated to black militancy, posted a rant on the same Black Panther Party Mississippi page five days before he shot 12 police officers in Dallas, killing five.
