Horowitz: Yes, state legislatures do indeed have the final say over this election

It’s not like the framers of our Constitution or the crafters of federal election law never envisioned the challenge of contested elections and prepared a method for resolution. In fact, they did prepare for this scenario, and they clearly intended for the state legislatures to have the most power to resolve any conflict over the validity of election results.

Last week, I wrote an article reminding Republican-controlled legislative bodies in states with widespread concerns of voter fraud that the Constitution vests in them the ultimate authority to appoint presidential electors. I noted that, because the Constitution allows them to completely bypass a popular vote when selecting those electors, they can certainly decide, if the preponderance of evidence indicates the results are tainted, how they wish to choose those who ultimately cast the ballot for the president.

Several state legislators in key states have reached out to me expressing interest in reclaiming their authority rather than allowing the courts (or worse, the media) to have the final say. However, some have expressed concerns about limitations on their power, given delegated authority that has already passed out of their chambers years ago.

In some states, the legislature cannot convene a special session outside the regular session (typically in January) without the consent of the governor. Lawmakers from these states are concerned that they might not be able to convene without the green light from a Democrat governor who clearly has no interest in further investigating election fraud.

Other legislators have raised questions about whether they can reclaim their constitutional power to select the electors after they have already delegated the authority to the political parties based on the winner of the popular election.

The answer to both of these concerns lies in federal law. 3 U.S.C. §2 states clearly: “Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct.”

Thus, even if we accept the argument that legislators cannot abolish popular elections and return to the original practice without passing a new statute (which would require the signature of the governor), that is not what they would be doing here. There has already been a popular election. And assuming the results remain contested and unclear, federal law dictates they alone are responsible for resolving it. Given the existing plenary power to select electors, plus the power of Congress to set the time for voting on them (and Congress gave the authority to the legislators to control that process), it’s hard to see how any other state law would supersede such power in this case – at least as it relates to the presidential election.

The fact that any state statute would not supersede the legislature’s plenary power of selection of the electors seems clear from the language in the landmark Supreme Court case McPherson v. Blacker (1892). In the unanimous opinion, the court cited an 1874 Senate report, which explained the power as follows:

“The appointment of these electors is thus placed absolutely and wholly with the legislatures of the several states. They may be chosen by the legislature, or the legislature may provide that they shall be elected by the people of the state at large, or in districts, as are members of Congress, which was the case formerly in many states; and it is, no doubt, competent for the legislature to authorize the governor, or the supreme court of the state, or any other agent of its will, to appoint these electors. This power is conferred upon the legislatures of the states by the Constitution of the United States, and cannot be taken from them or modified by their state constitutions any more than can their power to elect senators of the United States. Whatever provisions may be made by statute, or by the state constitution, to choose electors by the people, there is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume the power at any time, for it can neither be taken away nor abdicated.”

Accordingly, we see that even without the federal law, it’s clear that such a degree of plenary power cannot be abdicated by state statutes. Therefore, there is never a scenario when they would need the consent of the governor – either to convene or to pass a new statute.

Nobody is saying to rush into this final result. It’s the Biden camp that is rushing to short-circuit a count on a style of balloting that necessarily takes several weeks to verify and that he pushed for. What I am suggesting is that the legislatures must convene hearings and investigations to shadow the litigation in court.

Just reading through some of the allegations asserted in a sworn affidavit from GOP poll challenger and former assistant attorney general for Michigan Zachary Larsen, on the alleged fraud he observed in Detroit, is enough to convene a special session in the state of Michigan. Then we have the supposed glitches in numerous states from faulty software. U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg in Georgia already agreed last month that the new voting system, which is used in many other states, “presents serious security vulnerability and operational issues” caused by “fundamental deficits and exposure. … These risks are neither hypothetical nor remote under the current circumstances”

It’s the job of the legislatures to investigate all of this information. If they determine that the fraud is sufficient to negate the unofficial results of the election, then they should demand that the governor hold a new election without mail-in ballots. If the governors in those states refuse, then it would be time for the legislatures to exercise their constitutional power. The only people who see no fraud are those who refuse to investigate. Any Republican who is elected to state office in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia who refuse to join such an investigation are clearly unworthy of their office.

Biden plans to enact no fewer than 4 executive orders on Inauguration Day undoing President Trump’s efforts

Former Vice President Joe Biden plans to roll out at least four executive orders should he ultimately be sworn in as president on Jan. 20, undoing the work of President Donald Trump, his campaign said this week.

A spokesperson for the Biden campaign on Monday told Fox News that the former vice president plans to rejoin both the Paris climate agreement and the World Health Organization and also plans to reinstate the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals — or DACA — and repeal the president’s so-called travel ban on certain Muslim countries.

Biden has also previously vowed to repeal Trump’s tax cuts and reverse the Mexico City Policy, which bans foreign aid from going to nongovernmental organizations that promote or pay for abortions.

“Other abortion-related policies and those weakening the Affordable Care Act will likely be on the chopping block in a Biden-Harris administration as well,” the outlet noted.

Following the 2020 presidential election, Biden also said he has plans to tackle the coronavirus pandemic both at home and abroad and announced the formation of a coronavirus advisory board composed of scientists and physicians.

“The challenge before us right now is still immense and growing, and so is the need for bold action to fight this pandemic,” Biden said after announcing the advisory board. “We are still facing a dark winter.”

CBS News reported that the advisory board will include members such as former FDA Commissioner Dr. David Kessler, former U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy, Yale professor Dr. Marcella Nunez-Smith, former head of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority Dr. Rick Bright, and more.

“Dealing with the coronavirus pandemic is one of the most important battles our administration will face, and I will be informed by science and by experts,” Biden added. “The advisory board will help shape my approach to managing the surge in reported infections; ensuring vaccines are safe, effective, and distributed efficiently, equitably, and free; and protecting at-risk populations.”

CBS noted that Biden is also expected to start announcing White House staff appointments as early as this week.

Fox News Cuts Off White House Press Secretary’s Election Briefing

Reported By Paul Duke | November 9, 2020

Things are changing drastically in the media landscape these days, especially as the nation itself continues to radicalize and rage. The 2020 election proved to be a focal point of this angst and energy, and as President Trump continues to push for legal fights and recounts, there is a very real chance that this brouhaha isn’t over.

On Monday, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany held a press conference to discuss the President’s ongoing ballot battle, but her framing of the situation caused Fox News to cut away.

Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto abruptly cut away from a Trump campaign press conference led by Kayleigh McEnany Monday afternoon.

The White House Press Secretary was speaking in her dual role as campaign spokesperson and was addressing President Donald Trump’s continued efforts to refuse conceding the election, after news outlets projected he has lost.

“There is only one party in America trying to keep observers out of the count room, that party my friends is the Democrat party,” McEnany proclaimed. “You don’t take these positions because you want an honest election. You don’t oppose an audit of the vote because you want an accurate count. You don’t oppose our effort at sunlight at transparency because you have nothing to hide. You take these positions because you are a welcoming fraud and you are welcoming illegal voting.”

That was too much for the longtime Fox host.

Shortly after her baseless allegation that the Democratic party was “welcoming fraud” and “welcoming illegal voting,” Cavuto cut in abruptly by saying “whoa, whoa, whoa, I just think we have to be very clear.”

“She’s charging the other side is welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting, unless she has more details to back that up, I can’t in good countenance continue showing this,” he continued.

President Trump has repeatedly insisted on Twitter that he actually won the election, and that his legal efforts could see the results of the contest reversed.

From Hanging Chads To Ballot Creep, Democrats Are Perfecting Post-Election Heists

Reported By Bob Anderson NOVEMBER 9, 2020

If we thought “hanging chads” were damaging to electoral confidence back in 2000, then buckle your seat belt. The year 2020 that’s already brought us a pandemic and riots has suddenly lurched toward a dangerous curve that poses an unprecedented risk to the American electoral process and our faith in it.

Twenty years ago we were glued to our televisions as vote-counting unfolded in the crucial state of Florida. A huge magnifying glass held by one vote counter became an iconic symbol of the effort to rightly interpret votes. As agonizingly difficult as it was to watch, it paled in comparison to what we’re seeing in the 2020 election.

Transparency has been replaced with boards over windows. Election observers have been barred in key Democratic strongholds where vote counting continues, days after other states wrapped up. When they are allowed in they’re forced to remain behind barricades far away. In Detroit, it was reported that vote counters cheered as GOP observers were kicked out.

For all of the tough elections in years past, despite all of the bitter division along partisan lines, at the end of the day we’ve always benefited from an election system that, while not perfect, has been widely viewed as free and fair by the majority of Americans. Such things matter. Constitutional governance is the hallmark of a healthy democracy. It is what most others around the globe crave but will never experience.

But now, in the span of just a few days, we’ve seen the traditional presidential election process devolve into a chaotic scene suggesting those of banana republics. When blue-state political machines call an end to vote counting on election night just as the scale is about to tip to a Republican victory, something has gone terribly amiss.

Confidence in the system eroded further as massive numbers of mail-in ballots for one candidate suddenly appeared in the middle of the night. While it was explained as a “clerical error” in one state, and defended as such by Democrats’ willing social media agents, Twitter and Facebook, no explanation is given for how it happened in multiple states, a statistically improbable occurrence.

Each day we have watched the vote tallies in a half-dozen key states drift inexorably toward blue, many of which were heading solidly red on election night. Is it possible to elect the leader of the free world in this way, in a closed-door system that reeks of possible corruption?

The legality of ballots must be determined first. The count comes second. As significant as the “hanging chads” were in 2000, ballot creep has emerged as the determining issue in 2020. It’s a skill that Democrats perfected in past elections.

Back in 2008, incumbent Minnesota Sen. Norm Coleman seemed on his way to re-election against comedian Al Franken. After the ballots were counted, Coleman had a 725-vote lead. But then the post-Election Day vote-gathering kicked into high gear. By the time it was over, an exhausting eight months later, Coleman was cleaning out his Capitol Hill office and Franken was moving in. His margin of victory: 312 votes.

The process by which it all happened is instructive as to how Democrats operate. The initial canvass in Minnesota had resulted in a 206-vote lead for Coleman. Democrats were just getting started, though, as a phalanx of attorneys descended on the blue state. Caches of ballots began to appear, starting with 200 that had not been counted on election night.

An envelope with ten absentee ballots was found in a Democratic stronghold. And 953 previously rejected absentee ballots were included in the second recount, yielding a net pickup of 176 votes for Franken. Nineteen precincts in Democrat-friendly Minneapolis ended up reporting more votes than voters. By January, the State Canvassing Board certified Franken as the winner.

Just a few years prior in Washington state, Republican Dino Rossi lost by 129 votes in the closest gubernatorial election in the history of the United States. He had led Democrat Christine Gregoire in both the initial count (261 votes) and the machine recount (42 votes). Consideration of 573 previously rejected ballots had only added to his lead, then up to 74 votes.

But then a tray of 162 “misplaced” absentee votes was suddenly discovered in a warehouse in Democrat-heavy King County, and by the end of December Gregoire was ahead by 130 votes. Litigation followed but was never successful in unseating her.

Before, there was Lyndon Johnson’s election to the Senate in 1948 via a batch of 202 ballots found six days after polls closed in a small town in south Texas, and John Kennedy’s election to the presidency in 1960 via fake voter registrations (names found on cemetery tombstones and an empty house with 56 votes tied to it).

The lesson is clear: Democrats believe in finding votes, until they’re ahead. Then it’s game over. It’s a sport Democrats know well, but Republicans seem to instinctively fail to understand. As Coleman commented, “I’ve watched this drama before. The other side is very good at this. … if you have an accounting process that simply allows unlimited ballots to kind of come in without being checked, without being verified, without having timestamps, who knows what you get in the end?”

Democrats will argue that Al Gore was cheated out of victory in 2000, but the simple truth is that, for once, they were stopped from perpetual recounting in accordance with the law. There had already been an initial count (1,784 Bush margin), and then a state-mandated machine recount which again yielded a Bush win (327 votes).

It should’ve ended there, but Gore’s team then sought a manual recount in four selected counties, and eventually the Florida Supreme Court ordered a state-wide manual recount that threatened to go on forever. Four days later, on December 12, 2008, the U.S. Supreme Court stopped it on the grounds that different counting methods were being used, a violation of the Equal Protection Clause, and the fact that the state’s electoral deadline was at hand.

The decision ended Democrats’ attempts to continue counting “hanging chads” ad infinitum. Writing in support of the ruling, Justice Antonin Scalia warned of “irreparable harm” by “the counting of votes that are of questionable legality.” With words that could be called upon today, he noted that, “Count first, and rule upon legality afterwards, is not a recipe for producing election results that have the public acceptance democratic stability requires.”

The Supreme Court must soon hear these arguments in another presidential race. More important than whether the person who takes the oath of office in January is Republican or Democrat is the confidence of the American people in the validity and fairness of the process. We may be witnessing the end of election integrity—and nations do not long stand when the foundation of democracy is shattered.

How Pennsylvania Democrats Deliberately Stoked 2020 Election Chaos

Reported By Jennifer Stefano  9, 2020

I can’t tell you how many texts I’ve received this week from friends and acquaintances across the country asking—usually in all-caps and peppered with profanity—what is going on in Pennsylvania? As a native Philadelphian, and from my current vantage in politically coveted Bucks County, I can see why Americans are demanding answers.

Ballots can be counted up to three days after Election Day? Mailed ballots with no postmark still qualify? Unsupervised drop boxes scattered across cities are entrusted to secure tens of thousands of votes?

Sadly, it’s all true. None of these practices inspires confidence that the standard of “one person, one vote” is being upheld. Nor were these practices valid in any prior general election in Pennsylvania.

Scratching your head as to why we chose the most consequential election in our lifetimes to run an experiment? Here’s what I’ve told my friends: the experiment was a wild success—once you understand that the chaos we’re witnessing was the plan all along, carefully orchestrated by Pennsylvania Democrats, including the governor, party activists, and the state Supreme Court. Here’s how it happened.

In Pennsylvania, Democrat Gov. Tom Wolf used the COVID-19 pandemic as cover for hurrying through new voting rules that bypassed reasonable deadlines or restrictions. The result? Many voters now have deep suspicion about wide-scale voter fraud in Philadelphia.

Republicans and Democrats have long understood the problems with mass mail-in ballots. The usual stages of ballot security are lost: unlike absentee ballots, some people are claiming they received unsolicited mail-in ballots, a practice Pennsylvania does not allow. Could it be ballots are being illegally sent or is it simply that voters forgot they signed up to get them?

Worse, it’s impossible to ensure the ballot is filled out by the voter or with her approval. And when the ballot is submitted, the chain of custody observing that ballot is broken. It’s a recipe for contested election results.

The seeds of public distrust were sowed in June, when Wolf decreed by executive order that mail-in ballots in the primary election could trickle in from certain counties for an extra week. The state Democratic Party followed up in July by suing to similarly extend the general election deadline for mail-in ballots. Their suit also sought to allow unprecedented “drop boxes” to collect mail-ins and to limit the number of election observers.

Wolf’s administration then asked the state’s elected Supreme Court, which is 5-2 Democratic-majority and has become notorious for partisan rulings, to grant all the Democrats’ requests—and they did on Sep. 17. The court went further than expected, granting the Democrats’ deadline extension, approving drop boxes and satellite “election offices” for ballot collection, and even ruling that postmarks could not be used to verify when ballots had been mailed.

In addition, the court removed the Green Party presidential candidate’s name from the state ballot over a technicality, a move that may have shifted Green Party votes to Joe Biden’s camp. In their decision, the justices acknowledged that the new deadline violated state law but claimed that “in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic” such laws could be dismissed.

It got worse. Sensing an opportunity, the Wolf administration pronounced that county officials “are prohibited from rejecting absentee or mail-in ballots based on signature comparison.” On Oct. 23, not long before Election Day, the court approved this last nail in the coffin of election integrity.

On Thursday, Republican Sen. Pat Toomey expressed concern about these unprecedented rule changes that fueled this week’s chaos, making clear that free and fair elections aren’t a partisan issue. Now, the U.S. Supreme Court will have to rule.

But on Oct. 28, the Supreme Court postponed any decision with a 4-4 ruling—excluding newly appointed justice Amy Coney Barrett—that returned the case to its court of origin. At the time, Justice Samuel Alito noted that it is likely “that the state Supreme Court decision violates the Federal Constitution,” opening a possibility that the justices will review the case post-election, with the potential outcome of eliminating thousands of illegal ballots.

On Friday, GOP state House Speaker Bryan Cutler, who noted that the election “confusion is a direct result of the court decisions,” called for a full audit before any certification of the results. Cutler also cited Pennsylvania’s 100,000 provisional ballots—cast when a voter’s eligibility is in question—that further indicated problems with the mail-in system.

Elections decided by the courts is a nightmare scenario for either political party. But Wolf refused to reform the state’s election procedures in concert with the legislature. In October, GOP lawmakers proposed compromise legislation, House Bill 2626, that included several, but not all, of the governor’s proposed changes to Pennsylvania voting laws. Wolf threatened to veto their bill in an all-or-nothing negotiation standoff.

To prevent a future election debacle in Pennsylvania, we need election integrity reform through the normal legislative process. Only legal votes should be counted, and controls should be put in place—like polling place verification and absentee ballot chain-of-custody at every stage.

But Democrats have resisted these reforms for years, creating the present chaos. The U.S. Supreme Court must respond accordingly and assure Pennsylvanians that their election was fair—regardless of the presidential outcome.

Dead voters. Biden van full of ballots. Trump legal team details shock Nevada claims

Reported by Emily Larsen | Washington Examiner | November 9, 2020

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nevada — President Trump’s Nevada legal team beefed up its legal challenge to mail-in ballot signature verification in the state with startling claims of voter and ballot fraud. Among the allegations: dead voters, votes from thousands who no longer live in Nevada, and a van marked “Biden-Harris” full of opened mail-in ballots.

Former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt, who is helping Trump’s legal effort in the state, detailed grievances that the campaign has with mail-in ballot signature verification in Clark County, Nevada, which accounts for the vast majority of voters in the state.

“We were told that signature verification will save all chances of fraud,” Laxalt said in front of a crowd of around 50 pro-Trump protesters on Sunday.

Laxalt identified several complaints about the more than 600,000 mail-in votes cast in Nevada. Laxalt said about 200,000 of those were verified through a machine, and never by a human. He also charged that Clark County registrar of voters Joe Gloria set the factory setting on the machine to accept signatures with an only 40% match.

A federal judge on Friday blocked a Trump campaign attempt to stop the use of the machine that validated voter signatures on mail-in ballots.

Another 400,000 of those mail ballot signatures were verified by hand, but Laxalt said that the campaign is not able to view those.

“I am positive, if you all got to see those,” Laxalt said, “you’re going to see countless mismatches.”

At the Sunday news conference, American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp joked that a small pug dog that someone had brought to the protest may have voted before he detailed the kind of eye-popping allegations that quickly spread on social media. He noted two reports the Republican Party received of deceased people who “miraculously” cast ballots in the general election: Rosemarie Hartle and Fred Sokes Jr., both of whom died in 2017.

A woman who said she was a family friend of Hartle, Marianne Rombola, spoke out about the fraudulent vote.

“It is heartbreaking what is happening in America, and for this family to be exploited, or anybody who has faced a tragedy in losing somebody and their vote has been counted as a person — this is just not America,” Rombola said. “These things need to be heard and taken care of.”

Schlapp mentioned one whistleblower who worked in a ballot counting center and signed an affidavit alleging that a supervisor instructed the person to process mail-in ballots despite concerns about whether the signature matched the name on the envelope. Schlapp said that another whistleblower from a ballot counting center, while taking a walk around the counting center on his lunch hour, “noticed a van pulled up at the center marked Biden-Harris.”

“The doors of the van were open, ballots were clearly visible, ballots were open with letter openers, and ballots were filled in and resealed in envelopes,” Schlapp said. “These people who were involved in this activity then decided to create a human shield around what they were doing in the van.”

Schlapp said that at least 9,000 people who moved out of state voted in Nevada’s election. Trump’s campaign previously sent to the Justice Department a list of more than 3,000 Nevada voters who, according to a national change of address database, no longer live in the state. Only an estimated third of people update their address in the database, so triple the number of voters on that list comes to about 9,000.

Laxalt dodged a question from the Washington Examiner about whether the Trump campaign’s legal challenges, if successful, could tip Nevada to Trump’s corner in the Electoral College. Apparent presidential election winner Joe Biden currently leads in the state by about 34,300 votes.

He expressed disappointment with what he said was the question he is “seeing out of the media now, which is, ‘Have we produced enough illegal voters to overturn the election?’” He asserted: “That, of course, is an absurd question. Let’s first start covering the fraud and now acknowledge that there are illegal voters.”

“The way we resolve division, even when you don’t get your way in an election, is to count every legal ballot,” Schlapp said. “Make sure that we count every legal ballot, and make sure that illegal ballots do not reduce the civil rights and the votes of those who voted legally.”

‘Sanctuaries of Learning’: Churches nationwide help students navigate virtual school

Reported By Ryan Foley, Christian Post Reporter

As the pandemic has forced many of America’s public schools to begin the school year with remote learning, several churches and faith-based groups nationwide have opened their doors to students who don’t have internet access at home or whose parents can’t stay home with them. Among those institutions are 14 Houston-based churches belonging to the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church that partnered with the Houston Independent School District to serve as distance learning centers.

The distance-learning centers were attended by hundreds of children before the school district’s return to in-person learning in late October.  The eighth-largest school district in the United States, with the help of the UMC conference, birthed the “Sanctuaries of Learning” program to aid approximately 500 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The program helped the students navigate the waters of virtual learning, a new experience for most K-12 students in the U.S.

“They lived in the neighborhood, they registered through the school, they called the school to save a place, … [and] their parents were notified about it,” said Rev. Jill Daniel, an elder in the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Although the program concluded in mid-October when the school district resumed in-person learning, the program’s impact can be felt nationwide as some school districts have not yet returned to in-person classes.

In an interview with The Christian Post, Shannon Martin, director of communications for the Texas Annual Conference, explained that their regional church body “birthed this program.”

“But then as people started hearing about it … it started catching on across the country. So there are people all over the country doing this,” she said. “Other people have adopted the same name, Sanctuaries of Learning. We certainly did not copyright it. We wanted people to use it and certainly utilize the same model of working with school districts. Once there’s a good model, we want other churches and other people to be able to follow along with … the same model because it’s worked.”

Daniel said the conference started receiving calls from all over the U.S., specifically recalling phone calls from New York City, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, the Carolinas and elsewhere in Texas. They asked: “What can we do to make this happen?”

“We probably had … well over 120 or so Zoom meetings with people all over the United States and we walked a little closer with some of them,” she explained. “And it’s been amazing to just watch God doing this very new thing and blessing it so mightily.”

The pastor predicted that the establishment of the Sanctuaries of Learning program would lead to a “rebirth” of neighborhood churches because “during quarantine, we had all this time where … our churches have been that mission depot in the neighborhood, where we’ve had food distributed and people have done dinners for their neighbors and checked on one another.”

While schools in Houston have returned to in-person learning, schools in California’s Los Angeles Unified School District are not likely to return to in-person learning before January. This week, the district released data based on 10-week interim assessments showing that poor grades surged in the district’s lower-income communities.

In addition to churches, faith-based organizations have also worked to set up distance learning centers.

The faith-based nonprofit Los Angeles Dream Center established the Restart Learning Center, a “safe, socially distanced outdoor learning environment” in the parking lot of its Echo Park campus. The parking lot contains a solar panel shed that shields against heat and precipitation.

Like the Sanctuaries of Learning in Texas, the Restart Learning Center draws in students residing within walking distance of the surrounding neighborhood. Participants include attendees of both public and private schools. The Restart Learning Center operates five days a week from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The center is free of charge.

“This will all be executed in an effort to support parents, work schedules and schooling, to cheerlead kids and to provide them a safe place and motivation center,” Matthew Barnett, pastor of the Los Angeles Dream Center, told CP.

Barnett explained that about 80 children each day attend the learning center along with a “rotating group” of students that come and go. According to Barnett, the lockdowns in Los Angeles have had an adverse impact on “the poorest of the poor.”

“I don’t think maybe people understand how much of a gap has been left between those that are in need and those who have,” he surmised.

“We had to supply more than half of the 80 kids learning tablets with our own money,” he continued. “I would say 75% of the kids get them from us.” The remainder of students use school-issued computers, he added.

How Sanctuaries of Learning came to be

Students gather outside as members of the Houston Texans visit a Sanctuaries of Learning campus in Houston, Texas on Houston Texans’ Founder’s Day. The Sanctuaries of Learning were distance learning centers set up by the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church for children in Houston, Texas, 2020. | Jill Daniel

Daniel, who serves as director of a Texas Annual Conference initiative called “We Love All God’s Children,” explained how the Sanctuaries of Learning program came about.  The initiative aims to “change the trajectory of the lives of children from birth through the end of elementary school.” It also aims to help families in underserved areas through a holistic approach that includes discipleship and early education.

“We work with all 683 United Methodist Churches in the Texas Annual Conference,” she said.

“We Love All God’s Children” has worked to set up UMC Children Centers, which the elder described as “state-of-the-art early childhood centers.” Several United Methodist Children Centers were planned to open in 2020. But because of the coronavirus pandemic, they couldn’t open this year.

“We immediately shifted from doing what we had been doing to [figuring out] how can we help our churches … in this new crazy time,” she said.

“And so one of the things I tried to keep in mind was that …  my ministry area focuses on underserved children. And so it would be the children who I focus on who were not going to have access to technology, who didn’t have Wi-Fi in their house.”

Over the summer, the pastor said she began praying and trying to figure out how churches could join together to help the public school systems since it was looking very likely schools would return for the 2020-2021 school year virtually.

“And so I worked on a proposal. I went to one of our district superintendents, who’s the district superintendent over the … Central South District — that’s all the United Methodist churches within Beltway 8 in Houston,” she said. “And I pitched that idea to him. And he said, ‘I’ll tell you what … let my churches be the guinea pigs.’”

After the bishop approved her idea in early June, Daniel reached out to Dr. Grenita Lathan, the interim superintendent of the Houston Independent School District. However, she did not hear back from her right away. At the end of July, Daniel received an e-mail from Lathan, who said that she would announce the district’s plans for reopening later that week and asked if she wanted to meet with her.

“I know now that the reason she never responded was because she had no idea what Houston ISD was going to do,” Daniel explained.

“She kind of took the reins on our Zoom meeting. She wanted to join with us. She wanted to make use of all the United Methodist churches that she could that are near a neighborhood elementary school.”

District sent support staff to churches

According to Daniel, the churches needed people to oversee the safety of the students while teachers taught live from their classrooms.

“We just needed people to oversee the safety of the kids, to help if one of them has trouble logging on or that sort of thing,” the UMC elder explained.

Daniel said that the school district sent support staff to assist students at all distance-learning campuses.

“Those were people they were paying already, like cafeteria workers or bus drivers,” the reverend explained. “They were paying them but they didn’t have any work to do.”

In addition to deploying support staff, the school district also provided breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack to all of the children participating in the program. The school district also provided personal protective equipment and a “cleaning crew that came in every afternoon” to clean the churches.

“They even came before we ever started and did a deep clean to start with. And then they also came every night and did it,” she recalled.

Daniel was amazed at what the school district provided.

“We never dreamed of that or imagined that,” she said. “If we didn’t have enough bandwidth, they brought boosters over so that everything would be good for the kids. They also sent their safety team and their property management teams around all of our churches.”

Also, the Houston Independent School District even added the churches to its liability insurance.

The Sanctuaries of Learning program was paid for in part by coronavirus relief that the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church received. Each church that participated in the Sanctuaries of Learning program received a $1,000 check.

“We were so thankful to be able to provide a safe, healthy, affirming Christian environment, positive environment for those kids to be in,” Daniel said.

Every Friday was “fun Friday” for students participating in the Sanctuaries of Learning program. Daniel told CP that on Houston Texans’ Founder’s Day, Oct. 6, the football team came out to some of the churches. Daniel recalled one cheerleader reading a book to all the kids in that school. All the children received a free T-shirt.

“One fun Friday, we had ice cream sundaes and we gave … each child a whole library from the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation,” Daniel stated. “Each child had 25 books on their reading label to save and to take home.”

The Sanctuaries of Learning program did not come without challenges.

On the second day of school, a student at one of the campuses tested positive for coronavirus. This forced the campus to close down and anyone who worked closely with the infected student had to quarantine. For the remainder of the program, no one at any of the Sanctuaries of Learning campuses tested positive for coronavirus, however.

Daniel described the Sanctuaries of Learning program as a “game-changer for our children.”

“It’s a game-changer for mama or for daddy or for whoever is raising that child who doesn’t have to be worried every day about whether they’re safe and how and whether they’re going to get … what they need at school,” she said.

While in-person schooling has resumed in the Houston Independent School District and other large school districts nationwide, the Sanctuaries of Learning program is ready to restart should the district decide to move to online learning again.

No end to remote learning in sight for Los Angeles

A tutor assists a student at the Restart Learning Center, a distance learning center set up at the Los Angeles Dream Center, a faith-based nonprofit based in the Echo Park Neighborhood of Los Angeles, 2020. | Los Angeles Dream Center

Barnett explained that the Los Angeles Dream Center has the resources to continue operating the Restart Learning Center for the remainder of the semester. But he is “terrified of the fact that [remote learning] could go on for a whole year.”

“With the teachers afraid to go back and the union battles that are going on, this thing, I fear it will be the whole year long,” he said. “So that’s going to really test our ability to keep it going. But we’re going to give it a try.”

The Restart Learning Center program provides one tutor for every three students.

“The best thing about it is that they have somebody who’s a cheerleader next to them, pulling for them to succeed and celebrating their accomplishment,” Barnett stated. “So I think that’s the … most important thing.”

He assured that tutors are there “every step of the way” to help students with whatever questions they may have.

Barnett estimated the cost of running the center is about $300 per month per student. It costs about “$20,000 a month to operate all these stations and school.”

“We’ve invested a lot of money that we really expect not to get back,” the pastor explained. “We just did it in a labor of love. … If people want to support, they can. … It’s been a kind of a missions work for us and it’s almost like we just started helping people and we’re trying to catch up.”

Poll Challenger Claims Detroit Poll Workers Tasked with Duplicating Ballots Were Functionally Illiterate

Reported By

Big League Politics has been reporting about electoral abnormalities since before the vote even took place, shining light on the #DetroitLeaks, which showed poll worker trainers giving tips on how to disenfranchise challengers and commit dubious acts during the processing of absentee ballots.

The revelations in the #DetroitLeaks proved themselves to be frighteningly relevant throughout the electoral process in Michigan, which saw many bizarre irregularities occur throughout the night. Many of these instances were documented with whistleblowers going on the record for our publication. Several of those whistleblowers have since signed affidavits and submitted to their deposition to President Trump’s legal team.

The most stunning revelation came from a grandmother who made a horrifying discovery while poll challenging at the TCF Center in Detroit. She observed that two people hired by the city of Detroit to scrutinize ballots were not able to read.

“They were transferring information from a spoiled or mismarked ballot to a new ballot, and the two individuals changing the ballot could not read,” she explained.

The poll challenger used to tutor remedial reading to third, fourth and fifth graders and frequently dealt with children who could not read, and she said it was clear that these poll workers were illiterate.

“A supervisor had to coach them through the process, not because they didn’t know the process but because they couldn’t read,” the whistleblower said.

Big League Politics has suffered the wrath of Big Tech for reporting about electoral abnormalities that the establishment desperately wants to cover up. This reprisal has included direct censorship by Twitter:

Twitter is censoring the raw audio of Detroit poll workers being trained by state election officials to lie to voters, destroy ballots, disenfranchise poll challengers, and perform other tasks that put next week’s vote in jeopardy in the key battleground state of Michigan.

Big League Politics received the following notice on Sunday from Twitter, along with a suspension from posting on the platform for several hours:

For the past week, Big League Politics has been posting audio from poll worker trainings in the city of Detroit. They have made national news, spreading virally to tens of thousands of people across social media. Twitter is stepping into action to stop these revelations from being widely understood so action can be taken in the next week to prevent electoral fraud.

Additionally, Facebook has blocked an article published by Big League Politics from being distributed on their monopoly platform. The article, with several first-hand sources, that incurred the capricious censorship is titled, “Cops Keep Pro-Trump Poll Challengers Out of Detroit Absentee Processing Center as Thousands of Ballots are Processed.”

The article is being instantaneously banned on Facebook with the following notice:

Regardless of the institutional impediments against our publication for exposing corruption, Big League Politics will continue to fight to spread the truth regarding the election and the results that have yet to be officially decided.

George Stephanopoulos ignores Gov. Kristi Noem as she rattles off examples of voting irregularities — but Noem puts the smackdown later on

George Stephanopoulos — host of ABC News’ “This Week” and prominent member of former President Bill Clinton’s administration — seemed to ignore or mischaracterize South Dakota Republican Gov. Kristi Noem’s examples of voting irregularities in last week’s presidential election.

During Sunday’s interview, Stephanopoulos asked Noem if she would work with former Vice President Joe Biden — whom numerous media outlets on Saturday declared the winner of the 2020 election over President Donald Trump — with regard to the coronavirus.

Noem’s interview came after far-left New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s, in which he urged Republicans to accept Biden’s victory and predicted more governors will acknowledge the pandemic’s severity once Trump leaves office, Townhall reported.

“Well, it is a regional increase that we’re seeing. We are testing more,” Noem replied. “And, frankly … I’m not going to take advice from Gov. Cuomo. He has the second-worst death rate per 100,000 people in this nation. He’s at 173 deaths per 100,000 per capita; South Dakota’s at 54.”

She then noted such questions are “premature” since the election technically isn’t over, and legal challenges from the Trump camp appear to be on the way.

“We have not finished counting votes,” Noem said. “There’re states that have not been called, and back in 2000, [Democratic presidential nominee] Al Gore was given his day in court. We should give President Trump his day in court, let the process unfold because, George, we live in a republic. We are a government that gets its power from the consent of the governed. That is the people. They give their consent on Election Day. Election Day needs to be fair, honest, and transparent, and we need to be sure that we had an honest election before we decide who gets to be in the White House the next four years.”

Stephanopolous rushed in to interrupt while Noem was finishing her sentence, asking if she had any evidence that it wasn’t an honest election and adding that he’s spoken with Republican officials who gave “zero evidence” of widespread fraud.

Besides the fact that voting irregularities in a handful of swing states are at issue as opposed to “widespread fraud,” Noem told Stephanopolous his assertions were “absolutely not true” and that “people have signed legal documents, affidavits, stating that they saw illegal activities, and that is why we need to have this conversation in court. The New York Times itself said that there were clerical errors. … In Michigan we had computer glitches that changed Republican votes to Democrat votes. … Dead people voted in Pennsylvania.”

“So George, I don’t know how widespread it is. I don’t know if it will change the outcome of the election,” she added. “But why is everybody so scared just to have a fair election and find out? We gave Al Gore 37 days to run the process before we decided who was going to be president. Why would we not afford the 70.6 million Americans that voted for Trump the same consideration? If Joe Biden really wants to unify this country, he would wait and make sure we had a fair election.”

By the end of the interview, despite all the points Noem made, Stephanopoulos wedged in a whopper, saying “It starts with providing evidence; you still have not provided that, but I’m afraid we’re out of time today. Gov. Noem, thanks for your time.”

“Let the process work, and we will,” she said.

Noem wasn’t about to let things go after the interview. She replied to the “This Week” video tweet of her chat with Stephanopoulos — and added a well-deserved zinger when the intrepid poster referred to her state as North Dakota”:

“More mischaracterization from ABC,” she wrote. “Watch the interview, I gave several specific instances of serious election integrity concerns. Oh, and it’s SOUTH Dakota”:

Pennsylvania Mail Carrier Says He Was Ordered To Collect Late Ballots; Graham Demands Action From DOJ

Reported By  Amanda Prestigiacomo |    DailyWire.com

WASHINGTON, DC – JULY 27: Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) holds a news conference with fellow GOP senators to say they would not support a ‘Skinny Repeal’ of health care at the U.S. Capitol July 27, 2017 in Washington, DC. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has urged the Department of Justice and the postmaster general to look into an alleged scheme to collect late mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.

Graham received a sworn affidavit from Richard Hopkins, an Erie, Pennsylvania, mail carrier who claims he was instructed to collect late ballots, with the apparent intent from Postmaster Rob Weisenbach to backdate the votes. Hopkins made the claims in a signed affidavit under the penalty of perjury.

“Although, as I understand Pennsylvania law, ballots must be  postmarked by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 3, 2020 in Pennsylvania, Postmaster Rob Weisenbach directed my co-workers and I to pick up ballots after Election Day and provide them to him,” the affidavit reads in part, adding, “I heard Weisenbach tell a supervisor at my office that Weisenbach was back-dating the postmarks on the ballots to make it appear as though the ballots had been collected on November 3, 2020 despite them in fact being collected on November 4 and  possibly later.”

As noted by The Epoch Times, election rules in Pennsylvania allow for ballots to be counted up to three days after Election Day, but they must be postmarked as having been sent on Nov. 3.

A USPS spokesman told the outlet “it was aware of Hopkins’ claim and has referred the matter to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the Office of Inspector General,” said The Epoch Times, noting that Mr. Weisenbach did not respond back to a request for comment.

Graham said in a statement that it is “imperative that all credible allegations of voting irregularities and misconduct be investigated.”

“It is imperative that all credible allegations of voting irregularities and misconduct be investigated to ensure the integrity of the 2020 elections,” the senator said. “The presidential election remains close in multiple states, and as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, all credible allegations of voting irregularities and misconduct will be taken seriously. I will not allow credible allegations of voting irregularities or misconduct to be swept under the rug.”

“I will be calling on the Department of Justice to investigate these claims,” he announced. “I’ll also be in contact with the Postmaster General, requesting he to look into these allegations, ones that may follow, and help secure the testimony of Mr. Hopkins. Mr. Hopkins is entitled to all whistleblower protections, and I will ensure they extend to other postal workers who may come forward with claims of irregulates [sic], misconduct, fraud, etc.”

“The expanded use of mail-in voting is making the post office the administrator of elections, not the local election officials. This change in mission requires there to be further scrutiny to ensure the system is beyond reproach,” continued Graham.

“Every American should want our election processes to work accurately, and given the recency of such a large volume of mail-in voting, that will require oversight,” he added. “Election outcomes are not determined by media outlets but certified, accurate vote counts. Officials in Pennsylvania should take allegations from Mr. Hopkins and others seriously before certifying a final outcome.”

BREAKING: Pfizer’s COVID vaccine 90 percent successful in trials

A COVID-19 vaccine developed by Pfizer Incorporated and BioNTech SE has been found to be more than 90 percent successful in large-scale trails against the coronavirus. In a press release made by Pfizer, the development team announced that their vaccine candidate had successfully deterred the spread of COVID-19 in thousands of trials and was now being submitted before the United States Food and Drug Administration for Emergency Use Authorization. Per the release, of the 43,000 test subjects, only 94 returned with positive COVID-19 cases—less than a percent of participants.

The Trump administration had made a deal in June with Pfizer to ensure that the vaccine would be made free to 100 million Americans, upon successful development.

Dr. Albert Bourla, CEO and Chairman of Pfizer, said that their breakthrough represented the beginning of a new chapter in the fight against COVID-19.

“We are reaching this critical milestone in our vaccine development program at a time when the world needs it most with infection rates setting new records, hospitals nearing over-capacity and economies struggling to reopen,” Bourla said.

President Donald Trump took to Twitter to share the good news. In the weeks leading up to election night, the president stressed that the development of a vaccine would provide the confidence the country would need to re-open safely.

For investors and businesses anxiously awaiting news of a vaccine, Pfizer’s test results are a vote of confidence in the future.

Where Pfizer and BioNTech may now be at the frontrunners of those developing a vaccine, they aren’t the only ones in the homestretch of vaccine development. The University of Oxford in association with AstraZeneca is currently in the middle of human trials in Brazil. Johnson and Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline trail the frontrunners only by a month or so. All of these development teams plan to have a releasable product by February.

If approved by the FDA, Pfizer and BioNTech will be set up to release a product before then.

Already, news for the development of a vaccine has reached Wall Street, causing an immediate jump in the DOW.

Like many who continue to look forward to a vaccine deployment, Bourla believes the introduction of a vaccine will directly impact an ability for communities around the world to return to normalcy.

“With today’s news, we are a significant step closer to providing people around the world with a much-needed breakthrough to help bring an end to this global health crisis. We look forward to sharing additional efficacy and safety data generated from thousands of participants in the coming weeks,” Bourla said.

In the aftermath of the election, what is going on in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada is nothing short of wicked.

Our prayers are availing much! It is now up to the Body of Christ to step up.

WHAT IF we mobilize a mighty intercessory prayer army to storm the gates of heaven on behalf of the voters of these states? If God has chosen to pronounce judgment on our nation and let it fall under the weight of its own wicked devices, then so be it. I can rest in Him knowing that I left it all on the battlefield. The prayer strategy is simple. Join us in praying through the prayer petitions below.

And this is the confidence we have toward Him, that if we seek anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:4)

Will You Join Us in Praying Over these FIVE STRATEGIC PRAYER POINTS and share this with other people who are prayerfully concerned about our nation?

PRAYER POINT ONE:

Expose and hold accountable those who practice the seven things God hates and He says are detestable to Him:

According to Proverbs 6:16-17, There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to Him: 1. haughty eyes 2. a lying tongue 3. hands that shed innocent blood 4. a heart that devises wicked plans 5. feet that are quick to rush into evil 6. a false witness who pours out lies 7. a person who stirs up conflict in the community.

“Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name, we humbly ask that in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada please silence every lying tongue and convict the hearts of those who devise wicked plans intended to invalidate and nullify the expressed will of the voters. Stop those who would be quick to rush into evil. Expose and silence every false witness who utters lies and operates in deceit. Thwart the efforts of every person who attempts to stir conflict within their community. In Jesus Name above all names, Amen.”

PRAYER POINT TWO:

Expose all wickedness intended to steal, kill and destroy the electoral process in these battleground states.

“Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name, we humbly ask that in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada that you “reveal deep and hidden things. You know what lies in darkness. Light dwells with You.” (Daniel 2:22) Please bring to light and expose every lie, deceit, deception, misrepresentation, and illegal act intended to “steal, kill and destroy” the electoral process and the expressed will of the citizens and these states. (John 10:10). In Jesus Name we pray, Amen!”

PRAYER POINT THREE:

Frustrate those who seek to steal, kill, and destroy electoral integrity and authentic, accurate vote counts in these battleground states.

“Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name, please, “Frustrate the plotting of the shrewd so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise or attain success.” May no weapon formed intended to steal, kill and destroy the authentic, accurate vote count and expressed will of the people in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada “be allowed to prosper.” (Isaiah 54:17). In Jesus Powerful, Holy Name, Amen!”

PRAYER POINT FOUR:

Frustrate and thwart the plans of those who attempt to sabotage the state’s election laws and subvert the expressed will of the people.

“Heavenly Father, in Jesus Mighty Name, please “Capture the wise by their own shrewdness and quickly thwart the advice of the cunning” (Job 5:12) whose intention is to sabotage and subvert state and federal election law and the expressed will of the people in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada. “Hold them guilty O LORD, by their own devices let them fall.” (Psalm 5:10), In Jesus Wonderful Name ABOVE ALL NAMES, Amen!”

PRAYER POINT FIVE:

Psalm 5 for protection and favor for President Trump.

“Heavenly Father, In Jesus Name, please “Give ear to President’ Trump’s words, O LORD, consider President Trump’s groaning. Heed the sound of his cry for help, His King and His God. For to You does he pray. In the morning O LORD, you will hear his voice; in the morning he will order his prayer to you and eagerly watch. For you are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; no evil dwells with You. The boastful shall stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity. Destroy those who speak falsehood You abhor the man of bloodshed and deceit. But as for President Trump by Your abundant lovingkindness he will enter Your house. At your holy temple he will bow in reverence for you.’

“Lord, please lead President Trump in Your righteousness because of his foes. Make his way straight before him. There is nothing reliable in what they say, their throat is an open grave; they flatter with their tongue.’

“Hold them guilty, O God, by their own devices let them fall! In the multitude of their transgressions thrust them out for they are rebellious against You. Let President Trump take refuge in You and be glad. Let him ever sing for joy. May you shelter him. May he who loves Your name exult in You.’

“Bless President Trump, O LORD. Surround him with favor as with a shield.’

“Heavenly Father, please give supernatural wisdom, strength and discernment to the President and his advisors regarding how to navigate the road ahead. In the Mighty Name of Jesus We Pray, Amen.”

Fmr NV AG Laxalt: ‘No Question’ Trump Would Have Won Nevada ‘Convincingly’ Without Mail-in Voting

Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt decried changes to his state’s mail-in voting laws and subsequent decisions from a court that made it difficult for allies of President Donald Trump to monitor ballot-counting now underway.

According to Laxalt, the rules were changed 90 days out of the election.

“Let me first say we believe we have a path to victory, but the Democrats have absolutely stacked the deck against us in this election,” he said. “They’ve changed this election inside 90 days and as votes are being counted and America thinks that with all these mail-in ballots, that you think you have people watching that counting going on, we are still not allowed to watch the signature-matching. We are not allowed to challenge any of those signatures. So, they switch us to this new system, and they give us no right to be sure that only legal voters count. As America knows, those that stayed up like me all night — they dumped these at 3 a.m. They counted through the middle of the night.”

“They’re counting all day today,” Laxalt continued. “And we’re still having to wait until tomorrow. And we are still right at this second, not in that door. And I warned them about this — that if it came down to Nevada, we’d finally get people to pay attention to the fact that the Democrats didn’t give us this right, and a judge agreed that we weren’t entitled to this right. Of course, we disagreed with that, and we’re still fighting that. But just for your viewers, that has to be quite startling that almost 400,000 votes were cast last night, and there was no observation, no transparency. And you know, we’re supposed to just trust but not be able to verify.”

Laxalt said had the state not chosen a course for mail-in voting, Trump would have won Nevada over former Vice President Joe Biden “convincingly.”

“There is no question that Donald Trump would have won Nevada last night convincingly if we did not move to mail-in ballots,” he added. “And again, we don’t know how bad voters there are in this giant stack. We also know there are likely to be dead voters. There are likely to be people that have moved out of Las Vegas but found their ballots were still cast. So we’re looking into all of this, but it’s just astounding when you watch the news commentary last night about this. They keep acting these systems are foolproof, and there’s no way that any improper voter can get through. And it is just simply not true.”

Reports Of Election Fraud Keep Piling Up In Michigan. What’s Going On?

Reported By John Daniel Davidson NOVEMBER 5, 2020

It appears that Democrats in Detroit, a city with a long history of election fraud, are tampering with absentee ballots and breaking state law. As absentee ballot counting continues in a handful of key states across the country, reports of voter fraud, ballot tampering, and the illegal removal of Republican election observers are cropping up in Michigan, especially in Detroit, a Democratic stronghold which has a long history of voter fraud.

On Wednesday, the Trump administration announced it was filing a lawsuit in Michigan over what it claims are systematic efforts to prevent Republican election observers from monitoring the ballot counting process as allowed under state law. The lawsuit comes as video clips continue to surface on social media showing election officials denying access to authorized GOP poll watchers.

Aric Nesbitt, a Michigan state senator, posted a video on Twitter Wednesday afternoon of election workers at the convention center in Detroit, where absentee ballots are being counted. The video shows workers cheering every time an official election observer with the Michigan GOP is ejected from the counting room. Apparently this has been happening frequently, in violation of state law. Democratic observers, says Nesbitt, now outnumber Republicans observers at the convention center 3 to 1.

Here’s why that’s a problem. When an absentee ballot is unreadable for whatever reason, a ballot counter takes out a blank ballot, lays it on the table next to the unreadable ballot, and transposes the vote so it can be filed and tallied. Republican and Democratic “poll challengers,” as they’re called, are supposed to observe this process as it happens and make sure that the vote is transposed accurately. In addition, Michigan state law requires that a Republican and a Democratic official sign off on every voting precinct where absentee ballots are cast in this manner.

Phill Kline is a former Kansas attorney general and now an attorney for the nonprofit Amistad Project, which filed a lawsuit Wednesday alleging that tens of thousands of ballots in Detroit have been illegally filled out by election officials and Democratic election observers. “We have confirmed evidence that Democratic election officials have violated state law,” he told The Federalist, “and have opened the door for fraud involving tens of thousands of ballots.”

Kline confirmed Republican officials have been barred from observing the counting of absentee ballots, and that transposed absentee ballots are being certified without a GOP official signing off on them. The law, Kline says, states that an official from both parties must sign off “if possible,” and that Democratic election officials are claiming they can’t find a Republican to sign off—even though they are also kicking Republican officials out of the counting rooms.

I also spoke by phone to one GOP poll challenger who asked to remain anonymous and told me the election officials at the convention center are not letting Republican poll challengers remain in the room where absentee ballots are being counted, saying there’s “too many” of them. Asked how many people were in these rooms, the officials in charge could not say, according to this person, who added that the rooms in question are enormous, the size of a football field (remember this is at the convention center, where the Detroit auto show is held).

After kicking out Republican poll challengers, election officials began covering up the windows of the counting rooms with cardboard to block the view of Republican observers. “It was pretty chaotic,” the poll challenger said.

News reports are starting to reflect the chaos at the convention center. The Detroit Free Press reported Thursday morning that a lawyer, Jessica Connarn, who was working as a Republic poll challenger, filed an affidavit saying she was told by someone counting absentee ballots that workers in Detroit were “changing the dates the ballots were received” so they would be considered valid.

“When I approached the poll worker, she stated to me that she was being told to change the date on ballots to reflect that the ballots were received on an earlier date,” Connarn says in the affidavit. The Free Press goes on to report:

Connarn states when she tried to get additional information later from this poll worker, she was “yelled at by the other poll workers working at her table, who told me that I needed to go away and that I was not allowed to talk to the poll worker.”

In that interaction, the poll worker slipped Connarn a note, she states.

The note says “entered received date as 11/2/20 on 11/4/20.”

In Michigan, only ballots received by 8 p.m. on Election Day, this year Nov. 3, are valid.

No One Should Trust The Election Process In Detroit

None of this is new for Detroit, which has been plagued by corrupt election officials for years. In 2005, federal officials launched an investigation after the November election and state officials took over the handling of absentee ballots in Detroit after the Detroit News reported that “legally incapacitated nursing home residents were being coaxed to vote and Detroit’s voting rolls were inflated with more than 300,000 names of people who had died or moved out of the city.” A post-election audit found that nearly 30 percent of precincts showed discrepancies in vote totals.

Despite reform efforts over the years, these problems have persisted. Back in December, a public interest group sued the city in federal court, claiming its voter rolls are “replete with typos, dead people, duplicate registrations and mistakes about gender and birth: One Detroit voter is listed as being born in 1823—14 years before Michigan was annexed into the Union,” according to the Detroit Free Press.

In the 2016 presidential election, voting machines in more than a third of all voting precincts in Detroit registered more votes than the number of voters tallied by poll workers. The irregularities meant that more than half the city would be ineligible for a statewide presidential recount that was eventually called off by the Michigan Supreme Court. Here’s what Detroit News reported at the time:

Overall, state records show 10.6 percent of the precincts in the 22 counties that began the re-tabulation process couldn’t be recounted because of state law that bars recounts for unbalanced precincts or ones with broken seals.

The problems were the worst in Detroit, where discrepancies meant officials couldn’t recount votes in 392 precincts, or nearly 60 percent. And two-thirds of those precincts had too many votes.

But these problems persisted. In the August primary, ballot counts in 72 percent of Detroit’s absentee voting precincts didn’t match the number of ballots cast, and in 46 percent of the city’s precincts the combined vote counts for Election Day and absentee voting were out of balance. Even Democratic election officials admitted that something had gone wrong in tracking ballots by precinct.

According to Michigan state law, precincts whose poll books don’t match up with the number of ballots cast can’t be recounted. That might present problems for any eventual presidential recount in the state, as it did in 2016.

For now, it seems clear that credible evidence of election fraud has surfaced in Detroit, which is not surprising given Detroit’s troubled history of election fraud. But it’s also deeply disturbing. The Trump campaign’s lawsuit to halt what appears to be a corrupt process is, in this case, entirely appropriate. We need to get to the bottom of what’s going on in Detroit.

Yes, Democrats Are Trying To Steal The Election In Michigan, Wisconsin, And Pennsylvania

Reported John Daniel Davidson By NOVEMBER 4, 2020

In the three Midwest battleground states, vote counting irregularities persist in an election that will be decided on razor-thin margins. As of this writing, it appears that Democratic Party machines in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania are trying to steal the election.

As reporters and commentators went to bed early Tuesday morning, all three states were too close to call, but President Trump led former Vice President Joe Biden by comfortable margins—far beyond what had been predicted in the polls. None of the networks called these states because enough mail-in ballots remained uncounted that it could swing either way, but Trump’s position looked good.

Then, something strange happened in the dead of the night. In both Michigan and Wisconsin, vote dumps early Wednesday morning showed 100 percent of the votes going for Biden and zero percent—that’s zero, so not even one vote—for Trump.

In Michigan, Biden somehow got 138,339 votes and Trump got none, zero, in an overnight vote-dump.

When my Federalist colleague Sean Davis noted this, Twitter was quick to censor his tweet, even though all he had done was compare two sets of vote totals on the New York Times website. And he wasn’t the only one who noticed—although on Wednesday it appeared that anyone who noted the Biden vote dump in Michigan was getting censored by Twitter.

Others were quick to note the partisan censorship from Twitter and raise concerns over how 100 percent of a vote dump could possibly go to Biden. But the social media giant has maintained its crackdown on sharing this information. Twitter users could not like or share a tweet from the Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh noting the 138,339-vote dump.

Buzzfeed later reported that according to a spokesperson at Decision Desk HQ, the votes for Biden were the result of a “data error” from a “file created by the state that we ingested.” When the state noticed the “error” it updated its count, which somehow gave 138,339 votes to Biden and zero to Trump.

It turns out, the vote dump was the result of an alleged typo, an extra zero that had been tacked onto Biden’s vote total in Shiawassee County, Michigan. It seems the error was discovered only because Davis and other Twitter users noted how insane and suspicious the vote totals looked, and demanded an investigation that uncovered what was either a typo or an incredibly clumsy attempt to boost Biden’s vote count.

There was also something suspicious about the vote reporting in Antrim County, Michigan, where Trump beat Hillary Clinton by 30 points in 2016. Initial vote totals there showed Biden ahead of Trump by 29 points, a result that can’t possibly be accurate, as plenty of journalists noted.

After the strange results caught national attention, election officials in Antrim County said they were investigating what they called “skewed” results, working with the company that provides their election software to see what went wrong. The county clerk said they plan to have an answer by Wednesday afternoon.

Then another mysterious all-Biden vote dump happened in Wisconsin. Biden miraculously overcame a 4.1-point Trump lead in the middle of the night thanks to vote dumps in which he got—you guessed it—100 percent of the votes and Trump got zero.

Note the vertical lines in both graphs below:

On Wednesday, the Trump campaign demanded a full recount in Wisconsin, citing “reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results.”

In Pennsylvania, the Democratic scheme to steal the election is a bit different. Rather than vote dumps that impossibly go 100 percent to Biden, Pennsylvania is relying on the Democratic Secretary of State’s plan to count indisputably late mail-in ballots as though they were received on Election Day—even if they have no postmark.

This plan was of course rubber-stamped by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which cited the need for “equitable relief” to address mail delays amid the pandemic.

Note that this isn’t just about ballots that come in after Election Day, but about ballots that come in after Election Day that don’t even have a postmark—that is, there is no way to tell when the ballots were mailed, or from where.

Although it’s true that the long delays we’ve seen for absentee ballot counts are due in part to state laws in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania that prohibit the counting of absentee ballots before Election Day, which is not the case in most other states. But the cumulative circumstances under which these absentees ballots are now being tallied is highly suspicious.

Unless election officials in Michigan and Wisconsin can explain the overnight vote-dumps and, in Michigan, the “typo” that appeared to benefit Biden, and Pennsylvania officials can explain their rationale for counting ballots with no postmark, the only possible conclusion one can come to right now is that Democrats are trying to steal the election in the Midwest.

Trending

This may be the strangest election in history in that there is no evidence that any sizable group of people want Biden for president.

It’s his fourth time running for that office. This year, Biden lost three primaries in a row, coming in fourth in the Iowa caucus, fifth in New Hampshire a distant second in Nevada. At the end of February, he had accumulated a paltry 14 delegates — compared to 45 for Bernie Sanders and 26 for Pete Buttigieg.

Then James Clyburn said, Vote for Biden and African Americans in South Carolina voted for Biden. (Although the black vote is NOT monolithic, they decided to make an exception this one time and vote monolithically.)

Democrats never looked back.

Biden has nothing going for him — no constituency, no fanatical supporters, just a career in politics that stretches back 50 years.

Bill Clinton had Southern Democrats and baby boomers. Gore had the global warming zealots. George Bush had conservative Christians and Texans. Even Hillary had fanatical supporters. Remember the PUMAs (Party Unity My A$$)? How about the weeping loons at the Javits Center on election night 2016?

Will anyone weep that Biden lost? No, they’ll weep because Trump won. Yes, much of Trump’s vote hated Hillary, but surely at least 70 percent of them actually supported Trump. Ninety-nine percent of Biden’s vote is: “I Hate Trump.”

How did Joe Biden become the nominee? Because he was the candidate most acceptable to black people. Why? Because he was Obama’s vice president. There’s a coalition built on rock.

Combine the empty suit from Delaware with Kamala Harris, who was polling at about two percent among Democrats before she dropped out of the primaries. Harris added nothing to the ticket — except Biden’s ridiculously narrow, self-imposed requirement that his vice president be a woman of color.

Unfortunately for him, there just aren’t a lot of massively impressive black women who are elected Democrats right now. Barbara Jordan is dead. Shirley Chisholm is dead. Either of them would have been chosen over Kamala.

When Harris’ campaign crashed and burned, I thought I’d embarrassed myself by predicting she would be the Democrats’ 2020 presidential nominee back in 2016 before I’d ever heard her speak — before she’d even won her Senate race.

But on this, I was right: She strokes all the media’s erogenous zones.

— She’s got the Hollywood glamour!

Why, I think she’s even better looking than Michelle Obama! Not as gorgeous as Beyonce, but beauty like THAT only happens once a century.

(Harris will be in a dozen Vogue fashion shoots.)

— She’s so cool!

She wears sneakers, and cited Tupac as the “best rapper alive.” (Wait, what? Oh, we didn’t know Tupac was murdered in Las Vegas 20 years ago, either.)

— She’s presentable in Hollywood and the Hamptons.

Poor Al Sharpton has been lurking around for 30 years, but Kamala is someone we can invite to our apartments.

Harris isn’t a huge hit with the Democratic base. She’s a hit with the people who make decisions for the party. My prediction is redeemed.

If voters had been forced to focus on Harris, Trump would’ve won in a landslide. But this election was entirely a referendum on Trump. It’s irrelevant who he’s running against. Maybe if they had dug up Hitler to run against him other issues would have come up, but even that’s not a sure thing.

Harris sent out a tweet the day before the election saying, “There’s a big difference between equality and equity,” along with a video demanding that “we all end up at the same place.”

Is anyone listening? She’s not saying everyone should have an equal opportunity, but that everyone should get the same stuff.

Hello? Suburban women? Harris wants to move poor people next door to you whether they can afford the house or not. It’s as if Harris was running a test: Do people even care what we’re running on?

Democrats could come out for vivisection of little children. No one cares! A significant share of the electorate was voting for Anyone But Trump.

The media had whipped enough of the population into such a blind Trump hatred that the Democrats’ vetting process for Biden was: “What’s your name? OK, you’ll do.”

What happens if this bland, place-holding figurehead is sworn in as president? Assume on Jan 20th, Trump’s gone. Now what?

The media can’t blame the next black man killed by cops on Trump and they can’t turn off the coronavirus panic. Does the virus suddenly go away because someone new is in the White House? The toughest job for the media is going to be coming up with an excuse to put Trump on the front page once he’s gone.

Have they thought about what happens next?

BREAKING: Trump Campaign Files Suit in Michigan After Massive Dump of Ballots For Biden Suddenly Appear Overnight

Reported By Cristina Laila | Published November 4, 2020 at 1:19pm

The Trump campaign on Wednesday announced it filed suit in Michigan after a massive dump of ballots for Joe Biden appeared overnight.

“As votes in Michigan continue to be counted, the presidential race in the state remains extremely tight as we always knew it would be. President Trump’s campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law,” Trump’s camp said in a statement.

“We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted. We also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access.”

Last night Michigan halted counting ballots after Fox News called Arizona for Joe Biden early on.

Pennsylvania court agrees to hear case against fixing disqualified mail-in ballots

Reported by Anthony Leonardi | Washington Examiner | November 4, 2020

A Pennsylvania court agreed to hear a case that seeks to block voters from casting a provisional ballot after their absentee ballot is disqualified.

GOP Rep. Mike Kelly, along with other plaintiffs, filed a lawsuit arguing the case, which a state court agreed to hear early on Wednesday. The lawsuit argues that the state’s Supreme Court determined that state law doesn’t allow voters to adjust their vote by provisional ballot after an absentee or mail-in vote is rejected.

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, blasted the lawsuit as a “partisan attack on Pennsylvania’s elections” in a statement early Wednesday morning.

“Our election officials are working diligently to make sure every vote is counted and everyone’s voice is heard. Attacks like this are an attempt to undermine confidence in the results of the election, and we should all denounce them for the undemocratic actions they are. I support our Secretary of State and all of our state and local election officials who are working hard to deliver timely, accurate results and ensure that everyone’s vote is counted and protected,” the statement reads.

Republicans have repeatedly filed lawsuits to limit the counting of mail-in ballots, including in Pennsylvania, after Election Day. However, those efforts have not always ended in success. Late last month, the Supreme Court blocked a request from Pennsylvania Republicans to overturn a lower-court decision permitting absentee ballots received to be counted three days after the election.

Pennsylvania, a state that is critical to determining the victor of the presidential race, has not been called by any major outlet.

Nolte: Dead Caught Voting in Democrat-Run New York City

Frances Reckhow, who was born in 1915, would be 105 today, and died in 2012, requested a mail-in ballot, filled it out, and returned it.

Gertrude Nizzere, who was born in 1919, would be 101 today, and died in 2016, requested an absentee ballot, filled it out, and returned it.

These are just the ones that have been found.

What’s so troubling about this is that there is no way this is an oopsie, no way it happened by accident,. You don’t “accidentally” request a mail-in ballot that belongs to a dead person, fill it out, and return it.

This feels like an organized effort on behalf of some person or organization that is going to a lot of trouble to find out who’s dead but still on the voter rolls, and vote on their behalf.

And you can bet this isn’t a Republican effort. If it were, it would be the biggest story in the world right now. But because it is almost only Democrats who cheat, we’re gas-lighted with the media lies about how voter fraud isn’t a real problem.

This, despite the fact, Jack Kennedy almost certainly beat Richard Nixon in 1960 thanks to all those dead voters in Chicago.

‘The Steal Is On’ in Pennsylvania: Poll Watchers Denied Access, Illegal Campaigning at Polling Locations

PHILADELPHIA, PA – OCTOBER 27: Voters wait in line outside Philadelphia City Hall on the final day to cast their early voting ballots at the satellite polling station on October 27, 2020 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With the election only a week away, this new form of in-person voting by using … Mark Makela/Getty

According to Trump 2020 EDO director Mike Roman, Democrat election officials are banning Trump poll watchers all across the city, as one video shows. Another photo on social media shows a physical barrier, which Roman says Democrat officials are using to keep poll watchers far from the counting tables:

There also appear to be instances of illegal campaigning at various polling locations. Roman provided an image of a man in blue purportedly distributing Democrat literature to voters as they stand in line to cast their ballots. Other polling locations appear to have the literature posted outside the facility:

Additionally, there are mounting reports of polling locations opening late, forcing some voters to step out of line to return to work before casting their ballots:

According to the Philadelphia Republican Party, in the first two hours of voting alone, they have received reports of “several reporting locations closed,” hundreds of voters stuck in line, ballot harvesting, and officials denying poll watchers access.

There are also reports of voting machines down in Westmoreland and Philadelphia Counties, according to the Philly GOP:

All eyes remain on Pennsylvania, the state many believe could determine the outcome of the election. Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro (D) made waves over the weekend after declaring — three days before the election — that “if all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose.”

Pennsylvania polls close at 8 p.m., with 20 electoral votes up for grabs.

Blaze TV’s Elijah Schaffer takes shelter after being told rioters wanted to ‘assassinate’ him; protest violence erupts around the US

Protests on election night veered dangerously toward violence in several cities across America as the results rolled in toward the 2020 presidential decision. Social media showed scuffles breaking out in places like Los Angeles, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.

Washington D.C.

Elijah Schaffer of BlazeTV documented the protests breaking out in Washington, D.C., where thousands were protesting mostly against President Donald Trump.

Schaffer documented what appeared to be Antifa members accosting members of the media, including Schaffer.

Schaffer was also forced to evacuate and seek a safe position after hearing from a liberal journalist that Antifa members were seeking to do him harm.

Schaffer indicated in a second tweet that he was making use of security provided by TheBlaze.

Protesters apparently lit an American flag on fire just blocks away from the White House.

In another tense scene caught on social media, a protester confronts a man carrying an American flag and demands that he put it away.

Seattle

Nine protesters were arrested by police in Seattle during a protest that included hundreds of people. They were charged with assault on an officer and other charges related to destruction of property. Protesters said that they would continue to protest regardless of the results of the presidential election.

Los Angeles

Protests in Los Angeles also appeared to be headed toward violence when the police department took action and issued a dispersal order after declaring the protest an unlawful assembly.

The LAPD detained some individuals who were wearing kneepads or helmets, but they did not indicate if any had been arrested.

Protesters ostensibly against police brutality also used U-Haul trucks in order to block traffic in major streets in San Jose, California.

Here’s video from Reuters about the protests in Washington, D.C.:

Nevada announces it will not update election results until Thursday

Nevada will not update the state’s election results until Thursday, as its poll workers haven’t yet counted all of the state’s mail-in ballots.

According to Newsweek, “thousands” of mail-in ballots have still not been counted.

The state’s elections division said that mail-in ballots received on Election Day, ballots arriving by mail over the upcoming week, and provisional ballots had not yet been counted as of Wednesday morning.

In a statement, the Nevada Elections Division said, “That’s it for election results updates until 9:00 am [sic] on Nov. 5. Here’s what has been counted so far: All in person early votes. All in person Election Day votes. All mail ballots through Nov. 2. Here’s what is left to count: Mail ballots received on Election Day. Mail ballots that will be received over the next week. Provisional ballots. Ballots outstanding is difficult to estimate in Nevada because every voter was sent a mail ballot. Obviously, not all will vote.”

The outlet also cites Nevada Independent editor Jon Ralston, who said that the number is not “thousands,” but “tens of thousands” of ballots — all of which reportedly have yet to be counted in Clark County alone.

At the time of this reporting, former vice president and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden leads President Donald Trump by approximately 60,000 votes.

Ralston said, “These have dramatically favored the Dems so far by more than 2 to 1. Biden should do well there. There are also tens of thousands of provisional ballots in urban Nevada and some in the rurals. Less sure of that mix, but the Clark mail, if it follows the previous pattern, may be enough for Biden.”

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton won Nevada in 2016 by more than 27,000 votes and approximately 2.4 points.

National Guard brought to Wisconsin to help ensure peaceful ballot counting in two counties with misprinted ballots

The National Guard has been brought in to assist Wisconsin poll workers in two counties.

According to Fox News, poll workers in Wisconsin’s Outagamie and Calumet Counties will transfer votes from at least 13,500 misprinted absentee ballots to “clean ballots.”

The outlet notes that this could possibly delay reporting of final results from the state.

“The state Supreme Court refused to issue a ruling on the ballots at issue,” Fox reports, “which cannot be fed into electronic tabulating machines, and instead told Outagamie and Calumet counties to use the statutorily prescribed method of ballot duplication for counting ballots of this nature.”

Further, poll workers were required to wait until 7 a.m. on Tuesday’s Election Day morning to start duplicating ballots.

In 2016, both Outagamie and Calumet Counties voted to elect President Donald Trump.

In a statement, Outagamie County Clerk Lori O’Bright said, “The duplication process will take additional time, so the public should be aware that election results will be delayed. They will be posted as soon as possible.”

The duplication process for each ballot, according to O’Bright, takes approximately four minutes per ballot.

“Voters don’t need to do anything at this point,” O’Bright added. “Per the court’s decision and following the letter of the law, voters can be assured that all votes will be counted. If a voter cast a ballot with the misprinted timing mark, they can rest assured their votes will be counted.”

The deadline for counting non-provisional ballots is 4:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday.

Judge Rules CA Gov Overstepped His Authority with Covid Order, Issues Permanent Injunction Restraining Newsom From Further Issuing Unconstitutional Orders

Reported By Cristina Laila | Published November 2, 2020 at 9:39pm

Gavin Newsom

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) for the past 8 months has imposed some of the most abusive and authoritarian Covid restrictions via executive orders. Newsom is a tyrant who has completely bypassed the state legislature and unilaterally locked down California with 57 executive orders! California residents have been suffering under Newsom’s iron fist and draconian lockdowns since March.

California state lawmaker Kevin Kiley sued Gavin Newsom and a Northern California county judge rebuked Newsom in a 9-page ruling on Monday.

Sutter County Superior Court Judge Sarah Heckman ruled one of the Covid executive orders issued by Newsom related to mail-in ballots overstepped his authority and encroached on the state legislature.

The judge barred Newsom “from exercising any power under the California Emergency Services Act which amends, alters, or changes existing statutory law or makes new statutory law or legislative policy.”

KUSI reported:

A Northern California county judge on Monday preliminarily ordered Gov. Gavin Newsom to stop issuing directives related to the coronavirus that might interfere with state law.

[Judge] Heckman’s decision will become final in 10 days unless Newsom’s attorneys can raise new challenges. Newsom did not immediately comment or say if he will appeal.

Advertisement – story continues below

The case centers on a single Newsom executive order in June requiring election officials to establish hundreds of locations statewide where voters can cast ballots in the November election. But lawmakers subsequently approved the same requirement, and the judge’s decision will have no effect on Tuesday’s election.

She acted in a lawsuit brought by Republican Assemblymen James Gallagher and Kevin Kiley, who said Newsom, a Democrat, was single-handedly overriding state laws in the name of keeping Californians safe.

“This is a victory for separation of powers,” the lawmakers said in a joint statement. Newsom “has continued to create and change state law without public input and without the deliberative process provided by the Legislature.”

Heckman wrote in a nine-page decision that the California Emergency Services Act “does not permit the Governor to amend statutes or make new statutes. The Governor does not have the power or authority to assume the Legislature’s role of creating legislative policy and enactments.”

Assemblyman Kevin Kiley explained today’s ruling against Newsom in an interview with KUSI News.

The rally is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, meaning that those in line had prepared to stand outside for most of the day. Temperatures were in the mid-30s Fahrenheit, with a mix of snow and rain.

Scranton is to be the second stop for the Trump campaign in a five-rally schedule on the last day before Election Day. It is also the birthplace of Democratic Party rival Joe Biden. Though his family left the town when he was a boy, Biden often refers to Scranton as his home in an effort to appeal to Pennsylvania voters.

Trump also campaigned in Scranton on the last day of the 2016 campaign. He begins Monday in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and will travel to Scranton; Traverse City, Michigan; and Kenosha, Wisconsin before ending the day in Grand Rapids, Michigan — the same place he held his last rally of the 2016 campaign.

“God Bless America” was written by a Jewish immigrant, Irving Berlin, during the First World War. It has since become one of the country’s favorite patriotic anthems, sung especially during moments of crisis.

On September 11, 2001, as legislators evacuated the Capitol, they paused on the steps of the building to sing “God Bless America” — Democrat and Republican, black and white, young and old.

Exclusive: Donald Trump Caravan Parades Through Deep-Blue Heart of Hispanic New Jersey

Reported by FRANCES MARTEL |

A group of Trump supporters organizes a caravan down Bergenline Avenue in Hudson County, New Jersey, October 31, 2020. Courtesy Ramon Morejon

The caravan attracted 47 cars, organizers Frank Torres and Ramón Morejón told Breitbart News, in an area that Democrat Party candidate Hillary Clinton won by more than 50 percentage points in the last presidential election.

Both Torres and Morejón, who are Cuban American, say they have no official positions with the Trump campaign or any reason to believe the campaign knew the event was occurring. Torres is a registered independent voter and Morejón a registered Republican who admitted he voted for Trump reluctantly in 2016 but became an enthusiastic supporter in the past four years. Torres is a retired real estate professional, and Morejón runs a flower shop.

Trump did not attract any caravans in Hudson County four years ago nor any major public support. This time, Morejón told Breitbart News with pride, “We didn’t even get that many middle fingers.”

Hudson County is a solidly, uncontestedly Democratic area. Democrats took control, town by town, from the late 1800s to the early 1900s, building ironclad political machines through unions and social support for newly arrived Italian and Irish immigrants. As the Irish and Italian gave way to Cuban, Colombian, Dominican, and other Latino refugees and immigrants, the Democrats maintained power even in the face of an increasingly conservative, anti-socialist constituency because no adequately funded Republican Party opposition exists in the area. The machine only has to fend off the radical left, which remains distasteful to most voters.

Yet on Saturday, Trump supporters took over the most important street in the northern end of the county: Bergenline Avenue, which MacArthur fellow Junot Díaz once described as “a straight shot of Spanish for almost a hundred blocks.” All of Hudson County, including large cities such as Jersey City, is only about 43 percent Latino, according to the U.S. Census, but the municipalities Bergenline Avenue runs through average about 70 percent.

Photos and videos from the event show that the caravan did not cause any significant interruptions, as the cars simply went with the (usually slow on weekends) traffic. They flew flags, some wore “Make America Great Again” hats, and at least one couple dressed up as Trump and first lady Melania Trump, as it was also Halloween. Frank Torres led the caravan on his bicycle while dressed in all red, including the signature “USA” Trump hat:

Reproduced with permission

Torres and Morejón both told Breitbart News they organized the event to celebrate America, not just President Trump, and to combat the “negative” messaging of the left.

“We just did it because we’re proud Cubans, and we just wanted to do something for our president and our country,” Torres said. “We did it because we’re tired of people talking negative stuff, you know. … I love this country, I came in 1970, five years old, and I love my freedom. I saw where it was going, and I said, ‘You know what? Let’s do something because people are just negative and negative and negative, and people don’t appreciate the United States of America.’”

“After the second debate, I was so frustrated, and I said, ‘How can this happen in the United States? How can they bash a president the way they do it?’” Morejón explained. “I planned the caravan, and I said, ‘People, please share it [the video] so the word gets around.’”

Bergenline Avenue runs through four municipalities – North Bergen, Guttenberg, West New York, and Union City – which means Morejón and Torres had inadvertently organized an event that would require cooperation with four police departments. The event began, Morejón narrated to Breitbart News, as a “crazy idea” he threw out into the virtual world through a Facebook video that Torres then helped him promote. Neither he nor Torres made a Facebook event or kept track of the interest levels or potential attendance numbers.

Morejón’s video – in which he said he owed it to his parents, who lost everything they owned to communism in Cuba, to organize an event against socialism and communism – spread virally in local circles and, it appears, made it to the West New York Police Department:

“All of a sudden, I notice a lot of people contacting me through [Facebook] Messenger. … In less than 12 hours, I had like 240 views,” he said.

“Then I got really worried because … Friday morning, I’m at my flower shop, and the police officer comes in, and I’m like, ‘Oh, shit. I’m in trouble!’” Morejón noted. “But no, all he wanted was details of the caravan.”

The police officer, from the West New York Police Department, collected as many details as possible and shared with the neighboring municipalities. Morejón says all four and the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office worked with him to ensure a safe and legal gathering occurred, understanding that he was not an experienced political organizer.

“If you’re going to do an article … all I’m asking you is to please thank the police officers of all these towns and the county sheriff because they really tried to work out with me on how to go about it,” Morejón noted.

While a solidly Democrat area, Hudson County locals are renowned for their appreciation and support of their local police. Throughout the summer, when leftist groups organized protests and riots against the institution of policing nationwide, police departments themselves participated in or led protests – presumably against police departments in other parts of the country, not themselves – that remained entirely peaceful.

The crowd at the caravan included “friends, friends of friends,” Torres said, stating that most were Hispanic but not necessarily Cuban and that some “Americans” (meaning non-Hispanics) attended, as well”:

“We had everything,” Morejón added. “We have older people. We had young guys. … I’ve been in this country for 50 years; I’ve never seen anything like this, ever.”

Both organizers say the event attracted only minimal resistance, nothing extraordinary in urban New Jersey.

“A lot of the bystanders were raising their hands. A lot of people were quiet,” Torres noted. “There were a few people that said, ‘Loser,’ ‘Clown,’ and we said, ‘Thank you very much; you’re entitled to your opinion, and so are we.’”

Morejón added that one person threw an egg at a car towards the end of the caravan.

Morejón told Breitbart News he would not have expected four years ago to be the kind of person to organize a rally for Trump.

“In the beginning, I voted for him, and I did not like him. I did not like his look. I did not like his personality. … Now, I love everything about this guy,” he said of Trump. “I think he’s so open. He’s so himself. He has nothing to hide. You know, I think he’s an amazing guy. And then, if you look at it – did he do it for fame? No, he had fame. Did he do it for money? No, he had money. … He did it because he loves America.”

Torres, the independent, appeared to like Trump more during his first candidacy than Morejón did, but echoed his sentiment that Trump had won over many people during his first term.

“Trump is like us. He’s not a politician. He was a billionaire that wanted to be president,” Torres said, “got voted by the people, the regular folks, you know, blue-collar workers, and that’s why there is that connection.”

“We don’t care how he speaks,” he concluded. “Do you want a polished politician stealing, or do you just want a guy who says it how it is? And most people feel that way.”

“Massive car parade for [President Trump] in San Diego. I’m told hundreds of supporters are expected to participate in a boat parade that’s set to start real soon,” FOX 5 San Diego’s Jacqueline Sarkissian wrote on social media, sharing a video of the caravan appearing to take off.

In a follow up post minutes later, Sarkissian also shared images and video of the subsequent pro-Trump boat parade.

One day earlier, thousands of Trump supporters gathered in Beverly Hills, California, where they rallied in support of the president. The event was just one of several MAGA rallies to have taken place in Beverly Hills in the weeks leading up to the presidential election.

“At the massive Trump caravan from San Clemente to San Diego!” conservative influencer Kassy Dillon wrote on social media before the start of the convoy on Sunday afternoon.

“Joining the Trump caravan to San Diego really raised my spirits and was one of my most patriotic experiences,” she added, sharing a video traveling with the pro-Trump group.

“1000+ car [President Trump] Parade on the I-5 going into San Diego right now. Flags as far as the eye can see,” another individual wrote as he shared a video of the convoy.

“[R]eady for the Trump boat parade San Diego!!” wrote one Twitter user, sharing a photo from one of the boats.

“San Diego Bay Trump Boat Parade organizing now -View from the top of the Coronado Bridge- cars with Trump flags everywhere!” one person wrote as they shared a video.

The individual was replying to another Twitter user, who noted, “There are massive Trump car rallies and caravans taking place all across the country,” and asked, “If you see information on one please drop in replies, [thanks].”

“A Motorcade For Trump caravan rolls into San Diego. The group started in San Clemente, drove down the I-5 and turned around near the USS Midway Sunday afternoon,” wrote photographer K.C. Alfred.

“Trump boat parade stretching for miles in deeply blue San Diego, California,” tweeted SV News.

“The best Trump parade ever in San Diego! California loves you! We came from Puyallup Wa to join!” wrote another Twitter user, who included video footage of the boat parade.

“Trump Boat Parade in San Diego today. #MAGA,” wrote former congressional candidate Ryan Cunningham.

“San Diego [loves] Trump!!!” commented another Twitter user, who shared a video of the boat parade.

More images and video of the day’s gathering continue to appear online, even at the time of this publication:

CBS Admits Trump Can Win With Expected Election Day Surge

Reported By  Amanda Prestigiacomo |  | DailyWire.com

CBS News reported Sunday evening that, despite the onslaught of mainstream polls outlining otherwise, President Donald Trump could win re-election on Tuesday night if he gets the turnout that is expected come Election Day.

The news network noted of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s suspected lead with early voting in key states while emphasizing that Trump supporters are far more likely to turn out on Election Day, which they likened to a “Republican-surge scenario.”

“Joe Biden heads into Election Day preferred by voters who have already cast their ballots early. President Trump has a lead among those who plan to show up on November 3,” CBS said.

“We estimate from our polling that Mr. Trump is doing, on average, over 30 percentage points better among likely Election-Day voters than early voters. We know the approximate size of the early vote so far, and we vary the potential size of the Election-Day vote to explore two scenarios,” the network explained. “In our Republican-surge scenario, the size of the Election-Day vote is relatively large, so given that these voters break for Mr. Trump, it mitigates Biden’s early-vote edge, and Mr. Trump inches out close wins in enough states to go over 270. (We increased the size of the Election-Day vote by an average of seven points in this scenario, while keeping vote preference among early voters and Election-Day voters fixed.)”

Here’s what the map would look like in the Republican Election Day “surge” scenario, per CBS:

Screenshot via CBS News

And here’s the breakdown of important battleground states — Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin — if Trump gets his “surge,” or if Biden hangs on to his early voting lead:

CBS cautions that “it doesn’t take much” for Trump to lose the election.

“If some of the people planning to vote on Tuesday decide not to show up, and the size of the Election-Day vote decreases by an average of three points from our initial estimates, the net result is pretty dramatic,” the report said. “Given Biden’s overall preference leads, nearly all the competitive states either flip to Biden or stay in his column, giving him a comfortable win.”

Trump is hoping for a repeat of the major upset this election. And CBS News, it seems, is covering their bases for just that.

He Killed Bin Laden, All He Needed Was 8 Words To Shoot Down Rioting Liberals!

One would think that if you had accomplished a task like killing the world’s most wanted man that you would be able to get through life pretty uneventfully after that.

Well, the problem is that in today’s climate you have the issue of every single thing someone says being looked at like it’s the launch codes or something. The issue with liberals complaining about everything is that it wouldn’t be so bad if they weren’t trying to burn down every major city.

Robert O’Neill killed the most murderous terrorist of all time: Osama bin Laden, the sick mastermind who was responsible for almost 3,000 deaths on Sept. 11, 2001, alone. He and the rest of SEAL Team 6 are immortalized as American heroes.

O’Neill is stateside now, having retired from the service. And he watched, as we all did, as our country took a turn for the worst in the wake of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis police custody on May 25. Make no mistake: That death was a tragedy. So was what followed — looting and rioting that debased not only Floyd’s death but also those who were protesting against it.

There’s nothing that convinces people of the righteousness of your cause less than turning neighborhoods into glass-strewn hulls of themselves. It was painful to watch, particularly in the midst of a generational crisis, both epidemiologically and economically.

Watching from home, O’Neill had eight words for the rioters destroying America:

“I cannot believe I fought to defend you.”

My Own Two Cents November 3, 2020

Morning, Election Day, November 3, 2020

I have kept silent so far in the run up to this mess of an election. I have added comments, but I have not stopped to express my thoughts about this critical election. Jesus is my Lord and Savior, so any comments I give will be consistent with that testimony, so I do not dishonor Him.

Considering all we know about Joe Biden, cutting away “political speak” from all parties, what’s left is seriously concerning. Our nation is indeed on the precipice of remaining the country God created for Himself and the free spreading of the Gospel, or forcibly changed into a European style Socialist/Marxist governance.

Of all the examples I could give, none is more glaring than Joe Biden himself. Joe Biden has always been the one that gets opposing politicians to votes the way Joe’s leaders desire. You do not need to be a medical professional to see how compromised his mental acuity (dementia) has become. I have a 94 year old dad still living. I know what I am talking about.

I have worked with Seniors for over 30 years. Dementia is a slow advancing mental condition that cannot be stopped or reversed. For many (like my dad) dementia produces hallucinations, diminished cognitive thought processes and serious mood swings.

Therefore, my number one concern about a Joe Biden Presidency is that it will be a Presidency by COMMITTEE. All COMMITTEE governance is COMMUNISM. Considering the intense radical thoughts, ideas, and goals of the radical Left he has surrounded him, moderate does not describe.

Another thing. What does it say about a political party that produces so much terrorism and destruction that businesspeople have to spend thousands of dollars protecting, and boarding up their businesses in anticipation of extreme violence should that party not get their way in this election?

What does it say about that same political party that they have to buy the illegal votes of people they have encouraged to enter our country illegally? Isn’t that encouraging foreign interference in our elections?

I will stop right there. You all are too intelligent for me, or anyone to have to detail any more.

If you have not voted, please do. Whatever you can do morally, legally, and honest to get others do vote, please take the time to do so.

Nolte: NBC Creates Decoy Disinformation Story to Protect Hunter and Joe Biden

Reported by JOHN NOLTE |

As everyone now knows, the national political media are engaged in an active cover-up to protect Joe Biden from the exploding scandal surrounding his involvement in the shady business dealings of his son, Hunter Biden. The allegations against Biden are beyond credible and involve confirmed documents; two first-hand, on-the-record whistleblowers, and no denials from Joe or Hunter Biden.

What’s more, there is an active FBI investigation into Hunter’s business dealings, including money laundering.

Nevertheless, the media are so partisan and dishonest, they are not only ignoring a scandal that will certainly swamp a potential Biden administration; they are outright lying with the claim the scandal is all a hoax based on “Russian disinformation.”

And now, NBC News is deliberately looking to muddy the waters with a decoy story, a story based on something entirely different and meaningless, a story no one has even heard of, and it has been dressed up to look like a debunking of the scandal involving Hunter Biden’s laptop and the open FBI investigation of him.

The headline (sorry, I don’t link fake news) is…

How a fake persona laid the groundwork for a Hunter Biden conspiracy deluge

The sub-hed is…

A 64-page document that was later disseminated by close associates of President Donald Trump appears to be the work of a fake “intelligence firm.”

And this story has absolutely nothing to do with the credible allegations currently swirling around Joe and Hunter Biden. But as you can see, it has been positioned, angled, and headlined as a decoy to fool NBC News consumers into believing the allegations are all fake and have now been debunked.

What’s more, no one I know has ever even heard of this “64-page composition that was later disseminated by close associates of President Donald Trump [and] appears to be the work of a fake “intelligence firm” called Typhoon Investigations, according to researchers and public documents.”

I sure as hell have never heard of it.

Breitbart News didn’t cover it, and way down deep in the story, NBC is forced to admit that a few obscure blog posts about the document were only shared 5,000 times across Facebook and Twitter, which is nothing.

So you can see what NBC News is doing here… “Debunking” a story that has nothing to do with the credible corruption allegations against Joe and Hunter Biden and dressing it up to look like it’s Game Over with that laptop full of incriminating emails and whistleblower Tony Bobulinski.

The story even opens in a way meant to conflate the two:

One month before a purported leak of files from Hunter Biden’s laptop, a fake “intelligence” document about him went viral on the right-wing internet, asserting an elaborate conspiracy theory involving former Vice President Joe Biden’s son and business in China.

The document, a 64-page composition that was later disseminated by close associates of President Donald Trump, appears to be the work of a fake “intelligence firm” called Typhoon Investigations, according to researchers and public documents.

Later, the story again deliberately conflates the two…

“The document and its spread have become part of a wider effort to smear Hunter Biden and weaken Joe Biden’s presidential campaign,” NBC writes. “An unverified leak of documents — including salacious pictures from what President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani and a Delaware Apple repair store owner claimed to be Hunter Biden’s hard drive — were published in the New York Post[.]”

If that isn’t outrageously desperate and dishonest enough for you, the NBC News story does not even debunk the story it is claiming to debunk.  It throws around a lot of chaff, but the only real claim here is that Typhoon Investigations, the firm that put the document together, is a fake “intelligence firm” and — LOL — uses “anonymous sourcing.”

One of the document’s authors stands by his work and is challenging anyone, including NBC, to present him with any facts he got wrong.

“To hear journalists [w]ho use anonymous sources all the time [act] morally superior is disgusting,” he tweeted Thursday. “Second, no one has written about the contents of the paper or found factual fault with anything in the report.”

Final poll: Trump takes major lead in battleground state after being tied with Biden just weeks ago

President Donald Trump has taken a significant lead over Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in Iowa, signaling that Trump’s support in “fly-over” country is stronger than most polling has indicated. The final Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll of the 2020 election season found that Trump leads Biden by a whopping seven points ahead of Election Day, 48% to 41%.

Among the remaining respondents, 3% said they were voting for someone other than Trump or Biden, 2% said they were undetermined, and 5% did not want to reveal which candidate they support. The poll is conducted by the highly-respected Selzer & Co. of Des Moines, and is known as the “gold standard” of political polls.

What is most significant about the poll is that, just several weeks ago, the same survey found that Trump and Biden were tied in Iowa at 47% each. According to J. Ann Selzer, president of Selzer & Co., Trump is once again winning over independents, which explains the significant bump in his support in Iowa.

“The president is holding demographic groups that he won in Iowa four years ago, and that would give someone a certain level of comfort with their standing,” Selzer explained, the Des Moines Register reported. “There’s a consistent story in 2020 to what happened in 2016.”

“I think that the key to what’s happening with President Trump is that he is leading with independents,” she added. “That is a group that in Iowa in our September poll looked like it was swinging to Joe Biden, and it’s come back to be a Trump asset.”

Selzer said the gender gap — in which men are more likely to support Trump and women more likely to support Biden — has also narrowed in Trump’s favor.

“We saw a huge gender gap that benefited Biden in September,” Selzer said. “And while there is still a big gap among men — they’re going for Trump by a 24-point margin — it’s just a 9-point margin for Biden with women. And so there’s just an imbalance there. Before, we saw mirror images of each other.”

The Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll also spelled good news for Sen. Joni Ernst (R), who is locked in a tight battle for control over the Senate seat she currently holds. The latest poll found that Ernst leads Democratic challenger Theresa Greenfield by four points, 46% to 42%. The showing is also a turnabout from September’s poll, which found Ernst trailing Greenfield by three points.

US Marshals rescue 27 missing kids in Virginia during ‘Operation Find Our Children’

The Department of Justice announced on Friday that the U.S. Marshals had rescued 27 missing children in Virginia during “Operation Find Our Children.” The mission lasted only five days, but was able to recover 27 missing kids throughout the state, and located six more children who were reported as missing but were found to be in the custody of their legal guardian.

The multi-agency effort involved more than 60 law enforcement investigators, including members from the U.S. Marshals from the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, federal and state law enforcement agents, and local police departments. There were also over 50 employees from the Virginia Department of Social Services, as well as a team of medical professionals and experts from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

“I can think of no more critical or satisfying mission for a law enforcement officer, than rescuing an endangered child,” Nick E. Proffitt, U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of Virginia, said. “This operation brought together a formidable team that was, and is, determined to come to the aid of our youth and bring to justice those among us that choose to prey on these vulnerable children.”

“I am proud of the Deputy Marshals in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and their partners for the work they accomplished this week – and the results speak for themselves; these 27 children are safe once again,” Proffitt continued. “I am deeply humbled and highly honored that our team in Eastern Virginia is a continuing part of this critical Marshals Service mission. We want the missing children across this great nation to know the U.S. Marshals Service will never stop looking for you, we will find you.”

“The U.S. Marshals Service has a legendary history of finding fugitives and bringing them to justice,” Thomas L. Foster, U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Virginia, said. “Because of this specialized skill set, finding missing children is a natural extension of the Marshal’s mission.”

“Although many of the 27 recoveries occurred in Virginia’s larger population centers, seven occurred in the Western District of Virginia to include Roanoke and Abingdon,” Foster added. “This operation brought missing and exploited children to a place of safety and those who made the decision to prey upon them to justice.”

“The Department of Justice is dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable children in our society and ‘Operation Find Our Children’ does just that,” Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey A. Rosen said. “While this Virginia operation is the most recent recovery of endangered and missing children led by the U.S. Marshals Service this year, we have also recovered more than 440 kids in Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, Louisiana and other states. Because of this initiative, the recovered children are now out of harm’s way.”

  • Last week, the United States Marshals Service announced the recovery of 45 missing and endangered children in Ohio and West Virginia during “Operation Autumn Hope.” The operation also resulted in 179 arrests that were made by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force.
  • On Oct. 1, the agency rescued 11 children in New Orleans, two of which were in extreme danger.
  • On Sept. 21, U.S. Marshals announced that they had recovered 35 missing children during “Operation Safety Net” in Ohio.
  • On Sept. 17, U.S. Marshals Service completed “Operation Triple Beam,” a 60-day mission to decrease violent gang crime in Oklahoma City. U.S. Marshals made 262 arrests, seized illegal firearms and narcotics, as well as located five missing children,
  • On Sept. 4, the U.S. Marshals Service said that they had rescued eight “highly endangered” missing children in Indiana during “Operation Homecoming.”
  • On Aug. 27, U.S. Marshals found 39 missing children in Georgia and Florida during “Operation Not Forgotten.” Authorities said the children were between the ages of 3 to 17. Of the 39 endangered children, 15 were victims of sex trafficking.

Ice Cube supports Trump’s plan for black Americans

Reported by Leonardo Briceno, The Post Millennial |

Read more at https://www.conservativereview.com/ice-cube-supports-trumps-plan-for-black-americans-2648588097.html/

Artist Ice Cube went on Fox News to express frustration over the continued slow economic growth of the black community in the United States, and to say that he’s working with anyone who will actually work with the black community in the US to make things better. So far, that person is Donald Trump.

Ice Cube spoke to Maria Bartiromo over the weekend, saying “After the Contract for Black America, I really went hard at both campaigns to see what they were going to do financially for the black community specifically.” Ice Cube said that he’s willing to work with anyone who is willing to work with him on the Contract for Black America, and that he is not going to “just shut up and vote.”

In October, Ice Cube created the Contract with Black America, a thirteen point plan for federal financial help for the black community. Lending reform, judicial reform, police reform, were only a few of the topics covered by the plan. Trump used the opportunity to make changes to his plan, while the Biden/Harris campaign said they could talk about it later.

Trump put together the Platinum Plan, inspired by Ice Cube’s work. Ice Cube has worked with the Trump administration on that Platinum Plan, which closely mirrors the purpose of CWBA. When asked if he liked President Trump’s plan about creating jobs for the black community over the next four years, he said “I like that it’s aimed toward black Americans, that’s the key, I just think whatever we do has to be aimed at black Americans.”

According to Bartiromo, Trump has announced plans to increase lending extensively in the black community to enable entrepreneurs to start businesses, or restart those that have been lost during the pandemic and ensuing civil unrest.

“After the death of George Floyd, I saw a lot of activity and a lot of people talking about police reform, criminal justice reform, not too many people talking about financial reform. And the reason I came on your show is because I knew I would be talking to the financial leaders of this country,” Ice Cube said.

“And the fact that black people make up 13 percent of this country but we’re living off of .5 percent of the wealth, not even a percentage point of the wealth in that country, that should alarm everybody, and everybody should know that’s not sustainable.”

Ice Cube is one of many celebrities who have looked past Trump’s bluster to his actual plans for the country, and his willingness to work to create a better America for all Americans. Trump’s efforts to help black Americans gain access to economic opportunities has also brought Lil Wayne onboard the Trump supporting campaign.

“I basically wanted to tell the administration, look,” Ice Cube told Bartiromo, “black people have paid an enormous debt. I’m talking about the descendants of slaves in this country, have paid an enormous debt. There’s an enormous debt owed. Some estimate that the country has lost $16 trillion due to racism.”

Ice Cube wanted to make sure that black Americans “are at the front of any line” for aid or support. “I just wanted to make sure that all these political people understand that we have to help a specific group of Americans to stop all this stuff going on in the streets. the country is coming apart at the seams, and I don’t know why people don’t see the real problem, it’s not just police, it’s financial.”

Johnny Rotten from the “Sex Pistols,” has endorsed Donald TrumpLil Pump has thrown his support behind the sitting President, while Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have both worked with the president on criminal justice reform.

Ice Cube said that “What we know is, we’ve been part of both parties at some point in American history and our situation hasn’t changed, so we have to do something different.” He pointed out that black Americans should not be painted with the “broad brush” of minorities, and that the struggles of the black community in America are not the same as those that affect other minorities.

He noted that so far, the Platinum Plan is a campaign promise, and that he would not be used to gain points with the black community “unless you come in with real solutions.”

Biden, has his fair share of celebrity endorses, such as anti-fracking activist Lady Gaga, who posted a pro-Biden/Harris campaign spot.

“I’m voting for America, which means I’m voting for Joe Biden,” she said. The video is something of a send up of the perception of the typical Trump supporter, a red state living, pickup truck driving, camo wearing, gun toting beer drinking, voter. But the ad reads like an odd satire and it’s hard to tell who it’s meant to appeal to.

THE MASK IS OFF: Kamala Harris Endorses Communism Two Days Out From Election Day (VIDEO)

Reported By Cristina Laila | Published November 1, 2020 at 7:02pm

THE MASK IS OFF. Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris endorsed Communism with just two days to go until Election Day.

Kamala Harris was rated the most liberal senator in the senate. Just like Trump says, ‘Kamala Harris makes crazy Bernie look like a moderate.’

Kamala Harris on Sunday endorsed Communism, “Equitable treatment means we all end up in the same place,” she said.

Translation: “Equitable treatment means you all end up a pile of skulls.”

“Equality and equity are not the same thing,” Harris said. Kamala Harris said that equality is not enough because “not everybody’s starting out from the same place.” “Equitable treatment means we all end up at the same place,” she said.

This is literal Communism.

Even liberals were shocked by Kamala Harris’s in-your-face endorsement of Marxism.

Tony Evans says gov’t dividing Church, vitriol of Christians on social media is embarrassing

Reported By Anugrah Kumar, Christian Post Contributor

Pastor Tony Evans, the pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Texas, talks about God and conscience. | YouTube/Tony Evans

Two days before the general election, Pastor Tony Evans lamented that Christians “have allowed government to divide the Church.”

“What we are seeing today especially among Christians is us building walls against one another because of government. We’ve allowed government to divide the church and that is an agenda from Hell,” Evans said Sunday during his message on “God and Conscience” at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas.

“We’ve made government God or made it bigger than God because it can do something God wouldn’t do.”

Evans denounced the vitriol he often sees on social media as Christians argue over political issues.

Referring to Romans 15: 7, Evans said, “Therefore accept one another just as Christ also accepted us to the glory of God.”

“When your political vote causes you to reject, demean, ridicule, curse, cuss others who differ from you but are not abandoning Scripture to do so, they just have a different set of priorities … Everybody may not feel the same about Democrats and Republicans or this candidate versus that candidate. But … don’t let that issue get in the way of your fellowship in the program of God,” the pastor told the congregants.

“It is embarrassing, I mean, downright embarrassing, to read social media and see the vitriol, the hatred, the evil, the downright hellishness of Christians going at each other. We have become more pagan than the non-Christian world and how we talk to one another just because people are disagreeing politically. When you can have good on both sides and bad on both sides, … do not disregard one another because to do that is an embarrassment to God.”

When Christians are “going at each other, what do you think the world thinks when they see the hatred in the Body of Christ as though one candidate came from Heaven and another candidate came from Hell, one party came from Heaven and another party came from Hell?” he asked.

It’s not wrong to disagree or to vote differently, but it is wrong “to be contemptuous,” Evans emphasized.

“Democrats, you’re going to have to accept Republicans. Republicans, you’re going to have to accept Democrats because God has accepted them so when you attack another person in the family of God because they voted differently, you have attacked God,” he noted. “The Bible says that the mouth reflects the heart … The way you know how Christian you are is not about how you wave your hand or how you praise the Lord or how you flip a pew or how you sing a song, but what comes out of your mouth when you’re not in church, when you’re on social media.”

The Dallas pastor urged fellow believers to “allow for differences within the boundaries of Scripture when there is room for those differences.”

He pointed out that God allows Christians to “make your own play call” within biblical boundaries “because every Christian doesn’t start in the same place.”

“Some Christians vote the way they vote because of the experiences they’ve had. … That has colored how they perceive things,” he said. “Others are based on their perception of life … and that perception has colored their priority. Both are legitimate.

“Some families were taught one way, another family was taught another way … They’re operating off of their upbringing.”

For African-American Christians, they may have “extra sensitivity” when it comes to injustice and the dignity of life, while for Anglo Christians, they may be most concerned about the moral agenda and what their children are being taught in school, the pastor noted.

“Neither is wrong … but they’ve been affected differently,” he said.

He also emphasized, “You can’t cut them down, Scripture says. You can’t disregard them.”

“You don’t look down on one another because we belong to another King and another Kingdom.”

During the sermon, he explained the role of one’s conscience when it comes to voting.

“You are free to vote. Your conscience and everybody’s conscience won’t vote the same way when you’ve got two legitimate or two illegitimate forces at work.”

Evans then asked, “But what happens when there’s some right, some wrong…? Which way do you go?” He added that an issue may not be “perfectly biblically clear.”

“Your conscience is your heart regulator. It is the thing that regulates between right and wrong, good and bad, up and down. It’s the beeper that goes off when somebody comes into your house and the front door goes beep… It is the signal that God has built into every human being to govern and guide them if the conscience has been properly informed,” he explained.

But the Bible says “the heart is deceitfully wicked, so you can have uninformed consciences that make uninformed decisions but they’re still operating on wrong consciences.”

“That’s why, it is critical that your conscience gets the right data in order to make the wisest possible decision, but everybody’s consciences won’t register equally to every circumstance because every Christian is not at the same spiritual level.”

He called on Christians to be informed “of what God expects.”

“God expects you to be a Kingdom voter, not a cultural voter.”

And what a Kingdom voter does is: vote, pray, examine issues based on the Word of God, seek unity, look at both policy and personality, and look at how one’s decision will affect not only oneself but others, the pastor explained.

In the end, he said that “God’s going to decide the outcome … But it’s a partnership. He takes into consideration our choices. Your choice matters.”

“God has a conditional will. These are the things He decides to do in concert with whether we do what we’re supposed to do or not. But He has a sovereign unconditional will. Those are the things He’s going to do regardless of whether you do your part or not,” he added.

The sermon was part of a series on “Kingdom Voting” that kicked off in September. At that time, he said that one may decide to vote for a Republican or a Democratic or a libertarian candidate, but “every Christian should be a Kingdom independent.”

God does not want to take sides, he stressed. He is there to “take over” because He rules the nations.
