In one of the most head-scratching turn of events in recent military history, the Army has decided that the man most capable of handling the spiritual needs of 14,000 mostly Christian soldiers is Muslim chaplain Lt. Col. Khallid Shabazz.
Sure, there are about 1,400 other chaplains (only 10 of whom are Muslim), but Shabazz has apparently done something that gives his Army superiors confidence that he’s the best man for the job.

Shabazz recounted to McClatchy the offer he received to lead the 7th Infantry Division at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
“I’m on the phone saying, ‘Thank you, I appreciate it. I’ll serve honorably,’ and then I hang up the phone and I’m jumping all around like a little kid,” Shabazz said. “I was running around the office saying, al hamdulillah, al hamdulillah, praise be to God!”
Out of 1,400 chaplains in the Army, only five are Muslim. And across all the services, there are only ten Muslim chaplains total.
“When you get the call saying you have been bestowed a division, the news is kind of like, unearthly,” Shabazz added. “The list is so small and it’s such a tough cut.”
For those concerned about the odd juxtaposition of a Muslim being in charge of the spiritual care of Christian soliders, Shabazz reminds everyone that he used to be a Christianand so he can speak to their problems using Christian language and Scripture without violating his own faith. He also recounts the story of his Christian mentor who made him promise to be a fair-minded chaplain.
When he was commissioned, Shabazz said, his mentor pulled him aside for a talk.
“He said, ‘Promise me you will be an advocate for our corps no matter what the faith or the background of the person is,’ ” Shabazz recalled. “It moved me to the very essence of my core. Here you have a devout Christian who’s taken the time to care for a young Muslim soldier and make sure I got to be a chaplain. I don’t want to help just Muslims. I don’t want to help just Christians. I want to help people who are in distress.”
Shabazz has also gone a long way to reassure everyone that he has no interest in converting the soldiers who come to him for counsel, even if they may be sharing their deepest most intimate feelings and fears.
“My job is not to convert anybody to Islam. God guides people. My only goal is to have people leave my office stronger than when they came in.”
Sometimes, though, soldiers do convert and turn to Shabazz for guidance as they enter Islam. One of the most unusual conversions came just three months ago, Shabazz said. A master sergeant in the Special Forces – a man who’d come to no Friday prayers or study groups – showed up, crying, to meet with Shabazz. He told the imam he was ready to take shahada, the modest ritual to officially accept Islam.
“He said, ‘I heard you’re a good chaplain. I’ve been thinking about Islam for about three years,’ ” Shabazz recalled. “I took him down to the mosque, he took shahada and I’ve never seen him again.”
While this may seem like simply another step in the integration of Islam into Western culture, it’s just not so. As we’ve seen time and time again, Islam as an ideology is incompatible with Western culture. The beliefs, philosophies, and ideals of Islam are contrary to the beliefs, philosophies, and ideals of Western and American culture. On another level, the decision to give a Muslim chaplain charge of the spiritual affairs of an entire division is simply irresponsible. Instead, Chaplain Shabazz should have simply been given charge of the Muslim soldiers in the division, and one of the many qualified Christian candidates should have been given the duty to care for the mostly Christian division.
Bowing to political correctness in a matter as serious as the spiritual care of our soldiers is not simply foolish, but it is immoral and unethical. Our soldiers deserve better.

A year ago, a new phrase was coined to describe much of the hypocritical attitudes and actions taking place in America. The phrase is ‘selective allowable discrimination’, defined as the practice of allowing discrimination of a selective group while banning discrimination of opposite groups.
For the past fifty years, any semblance of Christianity is discriminated against if it involves any government person or agency.Courts have said that you can’t have schools involved in reading the Bible or praying because someone was or could be offended.
Yet in many of the same schools that actively ban all references to the Bible and Christianity are now reading and teaching the Quran, reciting the Islamic call to prayer, have students reciting that Allah is God, and allowing Muslim students to roll out their prayer rugs and pray to Mecca during school hours. No concern is given to the fact that many non-Muslims are offended.

Schools are not allowed to hold a Baccalaureate service for graduating seniors because it’s a Christian based service because non-Christian students might be offended. However, public high schools in Michigan have been allowed to hold girl only proms for their Muslim students caring not if any non-Muslim students are offended.
Many of our military personnel have been ordered to remove any symbols of Christianity from their person or their offices and work stations, especially those stationed in the Middle East. They’re not allowed to wear a cross around their neck or as earrings, nor are they allowed to have a Bible on their desks as it will offend Muslims, yet Muslim members of the military are allowed to have Islamic items out in the open, caring not that it offends non-Muslims.
Anyone can go on most social media or mainstream media and say anything they want about Christianity and Christians. You can portray an image of Jesus in a jar of urine and it’s okay, but draw a cartoon about Islam and you best go into hiding. However, if you say or post anything against Islam and Muslims, you can find yourself banned from the social media site, like Facebook. Say anything against Muslims in general on the mainstream media and you will more than likely be suspended or fired.
Today, we see another example of ‘selective allowable discrimination’ in the public schools of New Jersey and a growing number of parents are upset over it. The issue is the teaching of Islam as part of the normal classroom curriculum while at the same time, the teaching of Christianity is illegal.
“Parents of students at Chatham Middle School are calling on the board of education to eliminate lessons on Islam from the 7th grade social studies curriculum they believe proselytizes the religion.”
“Several parents attended a board meeting Monday to take aim at materials distributed to students through a ‘World Cultures and Geography’ class they believe cross the line, Tap into Chatham reports.”
“The parents emailed board members copies of the lessons they believe violate the district’s policy that ‘no religious beliefs be promoted or disparaged’ and handed copies to others in attendance at the meeting, as well.”
“‘In the Middle East and North Africa unit of the class students are taught about the five pillars of Islam in great detail, there are two videos on it, a 20-page PowerPoint presentation, class work, homework, and testing,’ parent Libby Hilsenrath told the board. “In this unit, there is no mention of any other religion or teaching of it.”
“‘… When it comes to teaching other religions at this level, it’s not done,’ she said.”
“Hilsenrath went over many of the objectionable homework assignments with board members in detail, including lessons that require students to memorize and write the Islamic conversion prayer.”
Where are the atheists who file lawsuits against everything that hints of Christianity in public schools? Atheists have even tried to stop non-school religious clubs and groups. One Christian group met off campus and offered free donuts for students who joined their Bible study and prayer group, and atheists tried to stop them. So where are these same atheist groups when it comes to teaching and promoting Islam in public schools?
Are atheists silent because they fear retribution from Muslims but have never feared any retribution from Christians. Is that further proof that another major difference between Christianity and Islam is that Christianity is the real religion of peace and Islam is not?
Surely, selective allowable discrimination is alive and well in New Jersey public schools. Parents and students have every right to be angry.

This video comes to us from Twitter with a tag saying that it shows “an 80-year-old Muslim” marrying “his 12-year-old bride during an arranged “marriage.” The original poster than reminds viewers that most Muslim countries in the world have banned Valentine’s Day, while continuing to allow the barbaric practice of legalized pedophilia.
Admittedly, we don’t know enough about the culture to be sure that this is indeed a marriage… but I honestly cannot fathom what else this ritual might depict.

I’ve watched the video a few times over and it’s clear that the central characters are the old man and the little girl… and that their seats on the bed are important as well.
The old man is cheered as he enters the room and then it seems that he is told to take a seat next to the young, obviously nervous girl.
I’ve tried to imagine any other reason for this video, for the commotion, or for the imagery, and I just can’t think of any other possibility.
The video reminds us that scenes like this (if it is the marrying off of a child bride) happen often in the Muslim world. Young girls are often given to older men – from their mid 20’s on up – and are expected to perform “wifely duties” because they are indeed wives, even as children. Islam sees nothing wrong with this; in fact the mass of Islam sees nothing wrong with pedophilia, slavery, rape, and other heinous and immoral activities. This is not some Islamophobic rant either — this is what the surveys of the Islamic world tell us.

Surprise, surprise, surprise. Apparently, when you look into the data, examine the facts, and move past the emotional (and irrational) arguments of the left, we find that President Trump’s Executive Order on Immigration is better grounded in reality than our media lets on.
Ina just released study from the Center for Immigration Studieswe learn that 72 individuals, from the seven countries on President Trump’s travel ban (pause) list have been CONVICTEDin terrorism cases since 9/11. Not suspected. Not arrested. CONVICTEDin terrorism cases. Even worse, the Senate data from which the study was undertaken was incomplete, so it’s quite possible that this number is even higher than the study indicates.
Here’s what the data that could be studied shows, these are the number of terrorists we’ve let in to our nation from these seven countries since 9/11/2001:
Somalia: 20
Yemen: 19
Iraq: 19
Syria: 7
Iran: 4
Libya: 2
Sudan: 1
Total: 72
Again, the number could be higher since the researchers could not obtain complete information on each case.
According to the study, at least 17 of the 72 entered the United States as refugees from terror prone countries. Three of them came in on student visas, and one arrived using a diplomatic visa. At least 25 of these terrorists eventually became citizens, ten of them were lawful permanent residents, and ONLY four of them were illegal aliens.
That means that 68 of the 72 terrorists from these seven countries (since 9/11) entered legally, were fully vetted and cleared to come to the United States. Does that give you cause for concern? Does that number imply a greater problem with our vetting system?

These immigrant terrorists lived in at least 16 different states, with the largest number from the terror-associated countries living in New York (10), Minnesota (8), California (8), and Michigan (6). Ironically, Minnesota was one of the states suing to block Trump’s order to pause entries from the terror-associated countries, claiming it harmed the state. At least two of the terrorists were living in Washington, which joined with Minnesota in the lawsuit to block the order.
Thirty-three of the 72 individuals from the seven terror-associated countries were convicted of very serious terror-related crimes, and were sentenced to at least three years imprisonment. The crimes included use of a weapon of mass destruction, conspiracy to commit a terror act, material support of a terrorist or terror group, international money laundering conspiracy, possession of explosives or missiles, and unlawful possession of a machine gun.
President Trump’s order is lawful (many Presidents have issued similar orders in the past – including President Obama, Bush, Clinton, and Carter), and as this study proves, his order may actually be necessary. He shouldn’t have to do more work to prove that a temporary pause in immigration from a small group of countries is a good idea, especially since all of the information gathered in this study was readily available to anyone with a computer and internet access.
Don’t let the Democrats and the media fool you, folks. In this debate, President Trump is the only one making any sense.

No flap has ensued at Georgetown University after one of its professors declared, ‘It’s not immoral for one human to own another human.’

A Georgetown professor of Islamic studies sent shockwaves through the academic and secular world for a lecture he gave essentially condoning Islamic slavery and nonconsensual sex (that’s academic for “rape”).
That would have been the opening sentence to comment on such a lecture if we lived in normal times – which we don’t. The lecture in question actually created very little stir – neither at the university where he is employed nor elsewhere save for some very astute blogs (see here and here) deconstructing the professor’s astonishing breadth of obfuscation.
In a lecture (see below) at the International Institute of Islamic Thought (a Muslim-Brotherhood-linked group) and in subsequent questions and answers following his talk, Georgetown Islamic Studies professor Jonathan Brown, a convert to Islam, declares:
“It’s not immoral for one human to own another human.” He waxes poetic about the great life a slave has under sharia law (versus slavery under white men in the South) without actually defining that life. Perhaps, as Clarion Project has done, he should get his information from a Yazidi girl from Iraq.
Brown says slavery itself is not problematic, since the “the Prophet of God [Mohammed] had slaves … There’s no denying that. Was he—are you more morally mature than the Prophet of God? No you’re not.” Rather, “The moral evil is extreme forms of deprivation of rights and extreme forms of control and extreme forms of exploitation. I don’t think it’s morally evil to own somebody because we own lots of people all around us, and we’re owned by people.”
Brown mentions examples such as an employer and an employee, taking out a mortgage and even his own marriage, since his wife held certain rights over him. Somehow, the fact that one engages in these activities from his or her own free will and has the ability to terminate such relationships went over the professor’s head, or he chose to ignore them.
Brown tells his audience Islamic slavery was fundamentally better than slavery that was practiced in the U.S., since it was not racially motivated. How that makes it better is beyond my moral compass, but one can simply look at the well documented history of the Arab slave trade of Africans to dispute this.
The racial slur abeed, meaning slaves in Arabic, is still widely used to describe black people. The professor then trots out academic moral relativism in two twisted points of erudition, saying:
“There is no such thing as slavery, as a category, as a conceptual category that exists throughout space and time trans-historically.”
“Slavery cannot just be treated as a moral evil in and of itself because slavery doesn’t mean anything.”
As for the permissibility of sex with a slave, Brown says, “Consent isn’t necessary for lawful sex” and goes on to dig at the overrated concept of autonomy over one’s own body, saying our society is “obsessed with the idea of autonomy and consent.”
When asked if having nonconsensual sex with an enslaved woman – or any woman—is wrong, Brown asks if there is really any difference between a girl sold in a slave market in Istanbul and a poor baker’s daughter who marries a poor baker’s son out of lack of other options:
“[The girl’s owner in Istanbul] by the way, might treat her badly, might treat her incredibly well … that baker’s son might treat her well. He might treat her horribly. The difference between these two people is not that big. We see it as enormous because we’re obsessed with the idea of autonomy and consent, would be my first response. It’s not a solution to the problem.I think it does help frame it.”
“Frame it” or not, there is a world of difference between the two situations and a simple answer that consent is not a relativistic concept when we are talking about a raping of women would have sufficed.
The fact that a college professor can get away with such apologetic views on such serious moral issues surrounding Islamic thought – issues that entire populations who have been taken over by Islamic State are facing with horrific consequences — is truly staggering. One can only imagine the response by the university if a professor of Christian thought had expounded such views about Christianity.
Considering the fact that the IRGC enjoys full control over Iran’s missile program, designating the IRGC as a foreign terrorist organization is currently the most effective measure.
This Iraqi Christian leader does not seem worried about Trump’s travel ban and extreme vetting. It is no surprise that this Iraqi Christian leader does not get much coverage in the mainstream media. I refer to the Archbishop Bashar Warda of Erbil, Iraq. Here he is being interviewed last August:

The Archbishop for the Christian community in Iraq hopes President Trump and will help minority religious groups in the region. Bashar Warda, the Chaldean Catholic Archbishop of Erbil in Iraq, said as long as Trump’s executive order includes special preferences for all victims of ISIS, it can be a positive for Christians in the region, whose plight Trump has been sympathetic to.
“I would personally prefer that our people stay here in their ancient homeland, but I also understand that many have lost hope,” Archbishop Warda said to Fox News. “They have suffered too much and want to leave. It is not my place to force them to stay.
“That said, the fact that an American administration seems to know that there are Christians and other religious minorities here who need help is something I find heartening. I hope this means that we will no longer be excluded from U.S. government and UN aid, which our people desperately need.”
Warda, a key figure in the beleaguered Iraqi Christian community, has been vocal in the past about the lack of assistance from the U.S. government to Christians and other minorities in the region. Now, he hopes the current administration in Washington has started a helpful dialogue.
“How is it possible that a community suffered genocide, that has seen its numbers decline by more than 8 in 10 in a little over a decade, [receives] nothing at all from the American government that is funding countless humanitarian projects for internally displaced persons in this country?” he said.
The Nineveh Plain region, also known as the Plain of Mosul, has been the ancestral homeland of Assyrian-Chaldean-Syriac Christians, Yazidis and other minorities — all of whom were under attack from ISIS since the terror group rose in 2014. These ethnic and religious minority groups were driven from the Plain when the Islamic State attempted to establish their caliphate.
Advocates who work to protect persecuted groups say there is a “blind spot” in the West concerning the plight faced by Christians around the world — a shortsightedness evident in the overwhelmingly negative reaction to President Trump’s executive order granting preferred refugee status to persecuted religious minorities.
From the Coptics in Egypt and the “house churches” in China to the “subversives” in North Korea and the “apostates” in Pakistan, Christians are under fire on the international stage.
Paul Coleman, deputy director of the Alliance Defending Freedom International, said the international persecution of Christians is unrivaled. “No person or group should live in fear of being killed, tortured or oppressed because of their religious beliefs,” Mr. Coleman said in a statement. “By all accounts Christians are the most persecuted group on the planet.”
We need an administration that cares about this issue!

Kids in public schools learning about the religion of Islam in great detail continues to happen in the U.S.A.
TruthRevolt has kept a careful eye on this phenomenon, reporting on instances such as in California, Florida, Tennessee, and Minnesota where students either sang songs about Ramadan (complete with the lyrics “Allahu Akbar”), designed a Muslim prayer rug, or wrote down the five pillars of Islam, including “all people must submit to Allah.”
The latest has occurred in Summerville, South Carolina at Alston Middle School, where 6th graders learned about the five pillars and were instructed on the “correct” interpretation of verses from the Koran.
EAGnews.org obtained a copy of one of the worksheets that included a fill-in-the-blanks section which stated:
“Islam is a religion of (peace). If I believe in Islam, I am called a (Muslim). In the Islamic religion, we call God (Allah). I may dress differently than other kids. I feel (bad) that a few people of my religion committed terrorist acts. I do not believe in terrorists’ idea of a ‘holy war.’”
One parent told a local news station that permission should’ve been asked for before giving a lesson on religious values.
Similar complaints have been across the country. The near-indoctrinationwas getting so bad in Tennessee, lawmakers introduced a bill in 2015 to curb the amount of time spent on Islamic lessons. CAIR called the move “anti-Islam” but parents across the Bible Belt state had become concerned that more time was spent covering the doctrines of Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism but not Christianity. Usually, that topic was reserved for when the class studied the “Age of Exploration” and learned how Christians persecuted others in Western Europe.
A district official in Summerville said the Islam worksheets are approved by the South Carolina curriculum standards and are used in part of the study of civilizations. Christianity is one of the world religions to be covered in future lessons.
It was noted that parents can opt their children out if they contact the school.
Dueling polls released by CBS and UC Berkeley should be all the proof that Americans need to understand just how out-of-touch the Democrat Party is with the rest of America.
First, a new poll from the liberals at University of California Berkeley is sending shockwaves throughout the state of California. The pollster asked if California residents would like to see the state BAN so-called “Sanctuary Cities”and found that roughly74% of Californians wished that the state would end “Sanctuary” practices!Remember California easily sided with Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump in the most recent election, but still the vast majority of the state’s voters want to see Sanctuary Cities outlawed. The poll found that 82% of Republicans want the ban, 74% of Democrats, 70% of Independents, and, most surprisingly, 65% of Hispanics!
As if this poll from UC Berkeley weren’t shocking enough, CBS has another poll which is just as shocking but far more disheartening. According toa new poll released from CBSonly one out of seven (roughly 15%) Democrats believes that Islam is more “violent” than Christianity. Comparatively about 60% of Republicans believe that Islam is more violent. This poll is shocking in that it unmasks the utter delusion that most Democrats must be living under. Thankfully, the folks atthe Daily Wirehave offered 7 pieces of evidence to prove that Islam is far more violent than Christianity.
Islamic countries and Muslim-majority countries are far more violent and intolerant than any of the two Christian countries on earth or better yet, any of the Christian-majority countries.
Islamic religious apologists are selectively blind to the macabre history of Islam.
A far larger percentage of Muslims are biblical literalists compared to Christians.
Currently, Islam treats Jews far worse than Christianity does. How a majority religion treats the Jews is a litmus test for its level of civility.
When Jesus is mocked, Christians take to social media. When Muhammad is drawn, even in the gentlest light, Muslims burn down embassies and slaughter cartoonists in cold blood.
The world is being torn apart by Islamic terrorists.
Islam hasn’t had a reformation. Christianity has.
Some of these arguments are more convincing than others, but for me the ones which carry the most weight point to the difference in history and theology. Throughout Muslim history, the Muslim world has ALWAYS been embroiled in religious warfare. Literally, from day one, some portion of the Muslim world has been fighting to expand its borders. While this may have been an issue at certain points in Christian history, the days when Christianity was spread through war ended more than 500 years ago.
Theologically, the teachings of orthodox Christianity are incompatible with acts of violence not perpetrated in self-defense. Meanwhile, violence is a feature of the Islamic faith. Where Christianity teaches the aggrieved to “turn the other cheek,”Islam demands physical punishment in recompense for offense. While Christianity teaches that forgiveness and grace are beautiful virtues to be practiced liberally, Islam focuses its energy on physical manifestations of justice and retribution. While Christianity leaves justice, vengeance, judgment in the hands of the Almighty (and for a future date), Islam demands these things… NOW.
One of the Daily Wire’s arguments does strike me as compelling though – the one dealing with how we treat Israel. Israeli Jews are banned from entering 16 of the world’s Muslim nations; can you think of one “Christian” nation banning Jews? There is none.
Wake up, America. Christianity is the true “religion of peace,”and while it might be politically correct to equate the two great Universal world religions, any cursory examination proves this comparison to be ridiculous. There is no comparison, Islam is by far the more violent religion.

This past Tuesday night a sad story played out in downtown Denver, Colorado that didn’t get much coverage in the national media. A private security guard who works for a company that the city of Denver employs to help commuters get around the city, was murdered late Tuesday night by a man who police describe as a “radical Muslim.”
Scott Von Lanken, 56, worked for the Regional Transportation District (or RTD) in Denver along with about 250 other RTD officers. On Tuesday night he was shot and killed while helping two womenfigure out which light rail route they should be using to get home. The women said while they were speaking a man, identified as 37-year-old Joshua Cummings, walked up behind Von Lanken muttered something and then shot the officer in the neck. Surveillance video caught the crime on tape and Cummings was arrested about 20 minutes later and the murder weapon has also been recovered.
Investigators worry that Von Lanken may have been targeted because he was wearing a uniform and Cummings may have confused him for a police officer.
“This is an incredibly sad day for us, and on behalf of the entire RTD family I extend my prayers and express my sincere condolences to the officer’s family, friends and loved ones,”RTD CEO Dave Genova said on Thursday.
“It’s really disheartening when anyone loses their life, but especially when we have someone out there providing safety to the community at large,”police chief Robert White told the media.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Von Lanken family and his loved ones, but we’re also forced to wonder why this story isn’t getting more coverage across the nation. Yet another homegrown violent Muslim attack on our soil even as liberal Democrats search for new and creative way to import thousands more Muslim migrants. Stories like this should be part of the immigration/refugee conversation.

A report indicates there is evidence that members of the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) have forced children to play soccer with decapitated heads as a way to desensitize them to violence.
“Children not only get desensitized to violence, but they also deem these practices as normal, and eventually defend them,” wrote the researchers at the London based think tank the Quilliam Foundation. “Children have been seen accompanying prisoners to their death and, in one example, distributing knives to adults before a mass beheading.”
Their findings back numerous reports of people who witnessed children using decapitated heads. Last April, some Palestinians escaped a refugee camp after the Islamic State captured it.
“In Palestine Street, I saw two members of Daesh playing with a severed head as if it was a football,”explained Amjad Yaaqub, a 16-year-old refugee. – Breitbart
This is NOT the sort of hardened enemy that college snowflakes have been preparing themselves for, if in fact they’ve been preparing themselves for any threat at all.

‘Should Planned Parenthood fund clitoridectomy?’
They hear the words ‘Planned Parenthood’ and their brain shuts off. Should they fund it? Sure! After all, it’s ‘her body her choice’, right?
Idiots.
Female Genital Mutilation occurs mostly on children under the age of 15. They don’t get to choose.
Also, Fun Fact: FGM is illegal in the United States.
FGC is against the law in the United States. The United States and many other countries consider FGC a violation of women’s rights and a form of child abuse. Federal law makes it a crime to perform FGC on a girl younger than 18 or to take or attempt to take a girl out of the United States for FGC. Girls and women who have experienced FGC are not at fault and have not broken any U.S. laws.
The United States considers FGC to be a serious human rights abuse and a form of gender-based violence and child abuse. Many girls have FGC forced on them and have no choice about whether it happens. It is painful and offers no health benefits. And FGC often causes long-term physical and mental health problems. For these reasons, the U.S. government works with other governments and organizations to help end the practice.
Even the uber-liberal United Nations World Health Organization thinks that Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is wrong.
FGM is recognized internationally as a violation of the human rights of girls and women. It reflects deep-rooted inequality between the sexes, and constitutes an extreme form of discrimination against women. It is nearly always carried out on minors and is a violation of the rights of children. The practice also violates a person’s rights to health, security and physical integrity, the right to be free from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, and the right to life when the procedure results in death.
Female genital mutilation is classified into 4 major types.
Type 1: Often referred to as clitoridectomy, this is the partial or total removal of the clitoris (a small, sensitive and erectile part of the female genitals), and in very rare cases, only the prepuce (the fold of skin surrounding the clitoris). Type 2: Often referred to as excision, this is the partial or total removal of the clitoris and the labia minora (the inner folds of the vulva), with or without excision of the labia majora (the outer folds of skin of the vulva ). Type 3: Often referred to as infibulation, this is the narrowing of the vaginal opening through the creation of a covering seal. The seal is formed by cutting and repositioning the labia minora, or labia majora, sometimes through stitching, with or without removal of the clitoris (clitoridectomy). Type 4: This includes all other harmful procedures to the female genitalia for non-medical purposes, e.g. pricking, piercing, incising, scraping and cauterizing the genital area.
The question asked to students was if Planned Parenthood should fund ‘clitoridectomies’.

Some practices are vile and need to end. It’s ok to be ‘intolerant’ of those things. This is one of them.
The highest female adviser to President Rouhani as well as a number of other officials have suggested sterilization ‘to put an end to social catastrophes.’
In the Philippines, 160 inmates escaped, while in Bahrain 10 escaped when their compatriots launched violent assaults on the jails where they were held.

Here’s a controversial statement: liberals are right, the world is rife with bigotry and hate. It was difficult to understand the full scope of what was taking place in 2015 untilOpen Doors USAreleased its latest report.
The Open Doors world survey found that more than 7,100 Christians were martyred for their faith in 2015, a strikingly high number that is unprecedented in recent history. Sadly, persecution of Christians saw a major spike on every inhabited continent in 2015.
Sadly, the numbers of dead have increased exponentially according to a new report from the Turin-based Center for Studies on New Religions (CESNUR).
During the year 2016, some 90,000 Christians were killed for their faith around the world…
The 2016 report found that “Islamic extremism is by far the most significant persecution engine” of Christians in the world today and that “40 of the 50 countries on the World Watch List are affected by this kind of persecution”…
While tens of thousands of Christians are killed for their faith, Introvigne said, they are just the tip of the iceberg and much persecution takes place on a daily basis that never makes news.
CESNUR’s annual study, which is slated for release next month, indicates that between 500 and 600 million Christians were in some way persecuted and prevented from freely practicing their faith.
The world is a dangerous place for certain religious groups, but it’s not Islam that has to worry about widespread persecution and oppression… it’s Christianity.

The mother, wearing a burka, is seen hugging and kissing her daughters before she sends them off to become suicide bombers.
Syrian journalists have reported the two adults as being husband and wife and parents to the two girls. They also linked one of the youngsters to the explosion on Friday.
In one video, the mother repeatedly hugs the seven-year-old, named as Islam, and the older girl, named as Fatima.
A man behind the camera asks the woman why she is sending her daughters to jihad when they are so young.
She replies that ‘no one is young when it comes to jihad as every Muslim is supposed to participate in jihad.’
He then prays for Allah to accept the sacrifice the woman is making
In the second video the man believed to be the father asks one of the girls what she is ‘going to do today’before she replies that she is going to carry out a suicide bombing in Damascus.
In an apparent reference to the bus evacuation of rebel fighters and residents from Aleppo last week, the man asks one of the children: ‘Shouldn’t you leave fighting to the men? Or did all of them flee in the green buses?’.
He later adds: ‘You are not going to be afraid because you are going to the Heavens, right?’.
The girl on the left replies simply: ‘Yes’.

We now know that her name was Islam. This is the ‘Religion of Peace’ that we are told about. This doesn’t look like peace.
How much hate do you have to have to send your own children to the slaughter in order to wage ‘war’?
This is unconscionable.
It’s so far beyond the comprehension of Western values. To have the parents hold these views and send their children to die for their cause… that’s just deplorable.
These kids would be 2nd and 4th Graders in the U.S. Think about that the next time you pass by an elementary school.
