Tuesday, 19 Jul 2016Image: Report: Megyn Claims Fox News’ Ailes Sexually Harassed Her (AP)
New York magazine’s Gabriel Sherman reported Tuesday that Fox News star Megyn Kelly has accused the network’s chairman of sexual harassment. The blockbuster report comes on the heels of Sherman’s Monday story, citing sources at Fox News’s parent company, indicating Roger Ailes was soon to be fired.
The decision to remove Ailes in the coming weeks was the result of misconduct discovered after a legal review of his actions in the wake of claims made by former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson.
Carlson has filed suit in New Jersey Superior Court claiming the Fox News chairman requested they sleep together for favorable treatment.
But it was unclear as to the immediate cause motivating Ailes pending dismissal, New York said, “until now.”
New York reported the bombshell revelation:
“According to two sources briefed on parent company 21st Century Fox’s outside probe of the Fox News executive, led by New York–based law firm Paul, Weiss, Kelly has told investigators that Ailes made unwanted sexual advances toward her about ten years ago when she was a young correspondent at Fox. Kelly, according to the sources, has described her harassment by Ailes in detail.”
21st Century Fox executives have told Ailes to quit by Aug. 1 or be fired, according to the report.
Ailes has hired lawyer Susan Estrich, Michael Dukakis’ former presidential campaign manager, to head up his defense strategy.
New York also claims Ailes has turned to Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani for advice on the widening scandal.
New York said Fox and its parent company, as well as Kelly, declined to comment for the story.
Since the Carlson suit filed in June, nine women have accused Ailes of sexual harassment during his five decades as a media and entertainment executive.

King tweeted this weekend that the U.S. would suffer the same fate as Turkey if the soon-to-be Republican nominee won the presidency.
<!–
–>
“If Donald Trump becomes President, you are fooling yourself if you think we’re far from having a coup our own selves,” King tweeted. “I’m dead serious.”

This isn’t the first time King has said a President Trump could lead to violence. In a May 9 article in the Daily News, the activist stated that anarchists might vote for the billionaire because his presidency would result in a civil war. It’s strange that a movement that claims they want to fight injustice peacefully has a spokesman who repeatedly fantasizing about civil wars and uprisings which would lead to death and destruction.

Christian News reports
An Idaho man who identifies as a woman was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly recorded video footage of a teenager trying on a swimsuit in a Target fitting room.
Sean Patrick Smith, 46, who goes by Shauna Patricia Smith, was taken into custody and charged with one felony count of voyeurism following the incident.
According to reports, the 18-year-old was trying on a swimsuit in the Ammon store’s unisex fitting room on Monday when she noticed someone holding a phone over the separator.
Those who support the open bathroom policy, such as Obama, PayPal, the NBA, and Target have all stated that this would not happen. They have held that the Gender Dysphoria inflicted were themselves victims and would never do such things.
Now we see where this foolishness has led our children and us. It is no longer safe to frequent such stores as Target. They have chosen political correctness over safety. And here are the results.
Christian News continued
“The woman was begging for help as she chased the man out the door,” a witness told East Idaho News. “She kept saying she wanted those pictures deleted.”
The girl’s mother confronted Smith, who was wearing a dress and wig, but he fled the scene.
The following day, police tracked Smith to his home, where he was questioned. Documents composed by investigators outline that “the defendant eventually admitted … that she had made videos in the past of women undressing.”
“The defendant told [the detective] that she makes these videos for the ‘same reason men go online to look at pornography,’” police noted, adding that Smith said that he finds the footage to be “sexually gratifying.”
He is a sex offender, and God only knows how many have done this and not been caught.

“With five cops shot in Dallas and now three in Baton Rouge, it is an attempt at anarchy,” Judge Jeanine said. “My fear is that the attempt to kill cops – and the killing of cops – is now becoming normalized. It’s now becoming legitimized.”
She said that it all starts at the top with President Obama, who all too often sides with criminals and anti-police activists instead of law enforcement.
“The police officers – as everyone has said – are one line of defense between a civilized society and anarchy.”
If Pirro was upset, Cleveland Police Detective Steve Loomis was downright apoplectic. Loomis argued that the President himself was partly to blame for the seemingly continuous stream of violence being perpetrated against our nation’s police officers. Loomis said that the violence now on display was a natural outgrowth of President Obama’s refusal to decry the leftist anti-police narrative from #BlackLives Matter and the media.
“Now, we see an escalation. This has got to end. We need some leadership in this country to come forward and put an end to this.
The president of the United States has blood on his hands and it will not be able to become washed off.“
Loomis also lamented the way that liberal leaders speak about law enforcement,
“How the hell did we ever become the bad guys in this country? It’s the irresponsible reporting of the media and it’s the irresponsible statements of people that are credible, like the president of the United States, like celebrities.”
Ouch.
So, are Loomis and Pirro right? Can the violence we see playing out in the media be laid at the feet of President Obama and his cronies in the Democrat Party and the media? Who’s ultimately to blame for the horrible tragedies we’ve been force to witness of late?

Ann CoulterURL of the original posting site: http://humanevents.com/2016/07/13/hillary-honors-dead-cops/?utm_source=coulterdaily&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=nl
OBSCENITY WARNING: Extensive use of profanity in the quoted BLM tweets. The day after a racist monster shot 12 white policemen in Dallas, murdering five of them, in the worst mass shooting of policemen in history, Hillary Clinton went on Wolf Blitzer’s show and blamed the cops.
Asked what she would do to stop police from being targeted for murder, she said: “Remember that, just 24 hours before, we had a killing, with the loss of life in Baton Rouge, in Minneapolis.” As president, she said, she would “have national guidelines about the use of force by police, especially deadly force.”
She couldn’t take ONE DAY to talk about the cops who were murdered in Dallas?
The nicest thing Hillary could think to say about the dead cops was that they were shot while performing their most sacred duty: protecting Black Lives Matter protesters hurling abuse at them. “Those police officers were protecting a peaceful protest, a protest of authority, that is a hallmark of America.”
No matter how Wolf Blitzer framed the question about the cold-blooded murder of five cops, Hillary would not stop lecturing the police for their lack of sensitivity. “It’s going to take a lot of training on the part of our police officers to get back into the communities, to understand what’s happening in neighborhoods.”
There’s a big audience for Hillary’s blame-the-victim approach. Even as the Dallas massacre was happening, and for the next 24 hours, Twitter was ablaze with tweets congratulating the mass murderer for killing “pigs”:

Kalyn Chapman James, the first black Miss Alabama, said she wasn’t “sad” for the white cops gunned down in Dallas, and expressed admiration for their murderer, saying, “A lot of us feel the same way.”
On CNN, Don Lemon responded to the murder of five cops by complaining that he has to call cops “sir” in order “to stay alive.” He then repeated the insane liberal fantasy about how unfailingly polite black people are to the cops, compared to the abuse heaped on them by white people. “My white counterparts,” Lemon said, “speak to police officers in a way that I would never in a million years do, and that is the reality of it.”
The media love to point out that one out of four civilians shot by the police are black — in combination with the gigantically irrelevant fact that blacks are only 13 percent of the population. They’re hoping no one will mention the awkward fact that blacks punch way above their weight in the percentage of crime they commit.

There is not a crime that blacks do not commit at rates higher than whites, Hispanics and Asians, except probably failing to properly extinguish a campfire in a national forest.
Given these crime rates, the fact that only 26 percent of civilians killed by police are black is astonishing.
In addition to not understanding basic statistical facts, the Black Lives Matter people are crazy. They’re avowedly anti-police, marching through the streets shouting, “What do we want?” “DEAD COPS!” “When do we want it?” “NOW!
There’s very little reason to imagine that most black people think any better of them than the rest of us do. BLM is attractive to college students because it’s not the Black Panthers. BLM is a gay group. It was started by two lesbians and its most prominent spokesman is a gay man. The BLM activists may gin up violent Panther types to go out and kill police, but there are no “Black Panther” groups on college campuses, whereas nearly every college has a BLM chapter.
BLM is never going to win the hearts of black America. It’s just a vehicle for middle-class, mostly mixed-race college kids to act out because they’re at colleges they never should have been admitted to, or because of their rejection by the black community for being gay. (Former BLM activist Shaun King was exposed as full white, pulling a Rachel Dolezal, by pretending to be black, even winning an Oprah scholarship to a historically black college.)
What we’ve learned from the Dallas police shooting is that Clinton is betting Republicans are too sissified to challenge her on her support for BLM. If Trump has the balls to denounce BLM and demand that Hillary disavow her support of these eunuch cop-killer enablers, he won’t lose a single black vote.

Obstructionist
I am so very sorry you haven’t heard from me the last couple days. My 90 year old dad has had a major health issue that has had me at the hospital the last couple days. Hopefully we can resume tomorrow.
July 12, 2016 One can be a member of the Congressional Black Caucus and be a Christian, Hindu, Muslim, etc. For example, the Congressional Black Caucus is said to address the concerns of all black Americans, regardless of religion. (They don’t really, but this is just to make a point). Yet due to the mythical separation of church and state, religious organizations are not allowed a seat at the government table – until now.
Once again, like a broken record, there is one “religion” that is extended privileges historically afforded to only secular groups. And of course this is Islam, or what the left has come to call it – the Muslim community – as if Muslim is now an ethnicity.
Thanks to the tireless work by the radicals of the Muslim Brotherhood, “Illinois could become the first state with a law on the books that gives Muslims a formal voice in government.” The state law would mandate that a 21 member Council “advise the governor and General Assembly on issues affecting Muslim Americans and immigrants.”

This strategy, and believe you me, it is a strategy, is textbook Muslim Brotherhood “Civilization Jihad” – gain seats of power in state and federal government. But this is even better than just a seat of power which can be taken away. The creation of this permanent Muslim Council will become state law. Just when you thought politicians couldn’t get any dumber, they pass a law mandating a permanent Islamist Advisory Council.
It’s ingenious and the current crop of know-nothing hack politicians at the Illinois statehouse are all in. The only thing standing in the way of this becoming law is the governor’s signature.
One of the brainiacs, “Democrat Senator Jacqueline Collins, cosponsor of the legislation, thinks the Muslim Council will essentially separate the radical elements of Islam from the more moderate elements.” She said: “We need to encourage our Muslim Americans to be civically engaged and participate. If you don’t participate, the fringe elements establish the policy.” Funny – I bet she has never said that regarding the fringe elements of Christianity.

Hopefully, Republican Governor Bruce Rauner is wise to the Brotherhood scheme and will refuse to sign the bill into law.
But if he does, Illinois can expect the same type of nonsense already streaming through the federal government. One of the first things they can expect is the whitewashing of all terms that correctly describe Islamism. The Council will suggest that terms such as jihad, Sharia, umma, etc. be scrubbed from any official state documents and disallow politicians from speaking such terms. Just watch – it’s already happening at Homeland Security.I hope the governor can withstand the pressure and veto this very bad piece of crap – I mean legislation. I’m not sure I hold out much hope – not in a state like Illinois and not if he seeks council from Brotherhood operatives posing as “Republican advisors” the way George W. Bush did.

Written by Steve Byas Tuesday, 12 July 2016URL of the original posting site: http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/item/23612-federal-judge-rules-virginia-cannot-bind-delegates-to-vote-for-trump
The essence of the ruling is that Virginia may not impose any criminal penalties on delegates to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, who refuse to vote for Donald Trump. Trump received about a third of the vote in Virginia’s primary, narrowly edging out Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.). Under Virginia’s state primary law, a candidate does not have to receive a majority of the vote to win all the state’s delegates, but just a plurality (more votes than anyone else). Under Virginia law, a Class 1 misdemeanor provided that any delegate who did not vote according to the outcome of the Virginia primary could be sent to jail “for not more than twelve months,” or face a “fine of not more than $2,500, either or both.”
A delegate from Virginia, Carroll Correll, Jr., sued to overturn Virginia’s statute, arguing that a state law should not be able to interfere in what is a private matter of a political party. The case’s judgment, Correll v Herring, only restrains the state of Virginia from punishing Correll. Judge Payne did not address the issue of whether a political party can bind a delegate under party rules.
In his decision, Payne wrote,
Because Defendants have not demonstrated that Section 545 (D) advances a compelling state interest, it is not necessary to address whether the statute is narrowly tailored. Nonetheless, it is significant to note that Defendants have tacitly conceded the point by failing to offer any evidence or argument that the statute is narrowly tailored.
For the foregoing reasons, Correll is entitled to judgment that Section 545 (D) is an unconstitutional burden on his First Amendment rights of free political speech and political association. Therefore, the Court so declares and will enter judgment on that score on his behalf on Counts I and II.
Under Count I, the judge held that the statute could keep a delegate from voting “consistent with party rules,” while under Count II, the judge said the statute is a violation of the First Amendment rights of “free association.”
During the hearing, Judge Payne asked, “Is he entitled to get a criminal penalty for making that decision or is that a party matter to drub him out of the party?” He repeatedly asked the attorney general’s lawyers how the state could enforce a law that seems to dictate the internal affairs of a political party. The attorney general’s lawyers replied that no one had ever been prosecuted for violating the delegate law, and that they had no intention of bringing any charges against Correll.
The judge cited testimony by Erling “Curly” Haughland, who has written a book — Unbound: The Conscience of a Republican Delegate — positing the thesis that the rules of the Republican National Convention have historically allowed delegates to vote their consciences at any Republican National Convention. In his book, Haughland and his co-author, Sean Parnell, detail the history of Republican conventions since 1856 (the first year the Republican Party fielded a candidate for president) on this subject. The authors argue that state governments should not be allowed to pass laws interfering with how a private organization such as a political party chooses its candidates for public office, including president of the United States.
Donald Trump’s campaign issued a statement claiming a win in the case, because under the decision the party can still pass rules to bind delegates to the results of presidential primaries in the several states, even if state governments cannot do so.
Those such as Correll, however, contend that they do not argue with the right of the national convention to pass whatever rules they wish, but they say they now know that they will not have to worry about facing jail time or a fine from the state simply because of the way they vote in what should be a party, not a legal, matter.
The Rules Committee is meeting this week to adopt the rules for the 2016 convention. Each convention adopts its own rules, and the rules of the previous convention cannot bind this year’s convention. Whatever rules the committee makes must be approved by the entire convention on the first day of the convention.
Whether delegates are “bound” by the results of the state’s primary or by state party rules is irrelevant to how they vote on the party’s rules. A delegate bound for Trump could vote to unbind the delegates from the results of a state’s primary or a state’s party rules, or a delegate bound for Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) or for Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), could likewise choose to pass a rule to bind the delegates.

Here’s exactly what he said:
“In a movement like Black Lives Matter, there’s always going to be some folks who say things that are stupid, or imprudent or over-generalized or harsh. And, I don’t think that you can hold well-meaning activists who are doing the right thing, and peacefully protesting, responsible for everything that is uttered at a protest site…”
Obama wants us to know that he doesn’t think “you can hold well-meaning activists…responsible for everything uttered at a protest site.”
Interesting. Does that mean he believes in the First Amendment?

Germany’s internal intelligence agency concluded in a recent report that sources have witnessed “extensive Iranian attempts” to procure illicit materials, “especially goods that can be used in the field of nuclear technology,” according to the report. The report appears to show that Iran is not upholding its most critical commitments under the nuclear deal.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel made it clear this week that the intelligence shows “Iran continued unabated to develop its rocket program in conflict with the relevant provisions of the UN Security Council,” particularly one Security Council resolution that bars Iran from pursuing ballistic missile technology.
The intelligence report and subsequent warnings were met with a tepid response from the Obama administration, which declined to comment on the intelligence and told the Free Beacon that it continues to view Iran as complying with the nuclear accord.
The administration’s response stands in sharp contrast to that of leading GOP lawmakers, who told the Free Beacon that the White House is intentionally ignoring Iran’s bad behavior.
“We believe that Iran is continuing to meet its [Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action] commitments,” a State Department official authorized only to speak on background told the Free Beacon.
When pressed to explain how this comported with Germany’s warnings, the official said the administration “would refer you to German authorities for any comment about reports attributed to them.”
The administration official would not take a stance on indications that Iran’s procurement activity—which has increased nearly twofold since the nuclear deal—could violate U.N. Security Council Resolution 2231, which bans such activity.
“As for UNSCR 2231, we have spoken previously about how Iran’s reported missile launches are clearly inconsistent with the resolution,” the source said when asked if the new intelligence shows that Iran’s behavior constitutes a violation of the resolution.
A CIA official declined to comment on Germany’s findings and whether they comport with U.S. intelligence
assessments.
The administration’s response stands in sharp contrast to comments made by many lawmakers who view the German intelligence as proof that Iran is in violation of international accords. Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif.), the House majority leader, told the Free Beacon that the administration is ignoring mounting evidence of Iran’s illicit actions.
“The Obama Administration can’t ignore the sheer weight of evidence showing Iran isn’t upholding its side of the bargain,” McCarthy said. “From illicit procurement for its nuclear program to testing ballistic missiles, Iran is showing that it had no intention of ever following international agreements, even ones that granted them enormous concessions.”
“The administration’s decision to continue implementing the deal and ignore Iran’s actions isn’t just delusional, it’s dangerous,” he added. “Iran must be stopped, which is why we need the sanctions legislation we are voting on this week.”
Rep. Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.), a member of the House intelligence committee, also said Iran’s behavior indicates that it is not faithfully abiding by the nuclear deal.
“The latest German intelligence report on Iran’s efforts to secure nuclear and missile technology and material is extremely troubling,” Pompeo said.
The German intelligence report’s “naming of more than 1,000 associates of Iranian-backed terrorist groups that are living in Germany should serve as a wake-up call to the U.S. and other European countries who are prefer to ignore Tehran’s active support for entities like Hezbollah and Hamas,” Pompeo said.
One source intimately familiar with the administration’s thinking on Iran told the Free Beacon that Iran’s illicit
activity has forced U.S. officials to walk back certain claims made about how the deal would reform Tehran.
“The administration isn’t even sure what to say any more. Sometimes they say that the nuclear deal is so weak Iran can’t violate it even if it illegally imports nuclear technology,” said one senior congressional adviser who works closely on the Iran portfolio. “Other times they say the nuclear deal is really strong, and they just ignore what even they admit are violations, like when Iran accumulated more heavy water than allowed a few months ago.”
Germany’s disclosure is the latest in a series of revelations that appear to show Iran stretching the limits of last summer’s nuclear deal. The issue of ballistic missile technology has emerged as an issue of concern on Capitol Hill in light of the administration’s refusal to describe Iran’s ballistic missile tests as violations of UNSCR 2231.

Authored by Christian Datoc, Reporter, 07/11/2016A White House petition to formally recognize the Black Lives Matter movement as a terrorist organization garnered it’s one-hundred-thousandth signature Monday afternoon, the minimum-threshold for earning a response from the administration.
The petition had been created on Wednesday, July 6, but had only gathered 12,000 signatures in its first two days online. (RELATED: WH Petition To ‘Formally Recognize BLM As A Terrorist Organization’ Picks Up Steam)
“Terrorism is defined as the use of violence and intimidation in pursuit of political aims,” writes the petitions author. “This definition is the same definition used to declare ISIS and other groups, as terrorist organizations.”
Despite the petition’s slow, initial momentum, the Thursday night murder of five Dallas police officers helped the petition gain mainstream media coverage.

The Black Lives Network denounced the actions of Micah Johnson in a Friday statement.
Though movement leaders have called on America to “reject” violent rhetoric, several supporters have continued to call for violence against police officers. (VIDEO: BLM Protester Justifies Violence Against Police In MSNBC Interview)

Black Lives Matter has caused racial tension in this nation, but do you think that they are a terror organization? Check out the White House petition and see if you agree.
Terrorism is defined as “the use of violence and intimidation in pursuit of political aims”. This definition is the same definition used to declare ISIS and other groups, as terrorist organizations. Black Lives Matter has earned this title due to its actions in Ferguson, Baltimore, and even at a Bernie Sanders rally, as well as all over the United States and Canada. It is time for the pentagon to be consistent in its actions – and just as they rightfully declared ISIS a terror group, they must declare Black Lives Matter a terror group – on the grounds of principle, integrity, morality, and safety.

Suspect in Murder of Boy ABC 7
Where were these Black Lives Matter protesters after the slaying of Chicago’s little Tyshawn Lee, the 9-year-old lured into an alley and shot to death by a black man seeking gang-related vengeance against his father?
Did little Tyshawn’s murder at the hands of a black gangster–an all too common occurrence in Chicago–not warrant wall-to-wall news coverage or Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson-style calls for “justice”?
Because the ugly truth behind #BlackLivesMatter is that black people killing other black people does nothing to advance its political power in the same way that one white cop killing a black criminal can. Despite the media’s overindulgence on white cops killing blacks, there is still a far-larger amount of black bodies being sent to morgues by black killers. Here’s five devastating facts, liberals can’t deny, that prove it.
FACT 1. Over 1,400 more black Americans murdered other blacks in two years than were lynched from 1882 to 1968.
According to FBI data, 4,906 black people murdered other blacks in 2010 and 2011. That is 1,460 more black Americans killed by other blacks in two years than were lynched from 1882 to 1968, according to the Tuskegee Institute.
FACT 2. Black People (mostly men) commit a grossly disproportionate amount of crime.
In 2012, white males were 38 percent of the population and committed 4,582 murders. That same year, black males were just 6.6 percent of the population but committed a staggering 5,531 murders.
In other words: black people–at just a fifth of the size–committed almost 1,000 more murders than their white counterparts.
The figures above highlight a horrific truth that black racialists and white liberals routinely ignore: Lawbreaking black Americans, young black males particularly, put themselves in close proximity to (mostly white male) police officers at rates sometimes five to 10 times higher than whites. This is a recipe for disaster. Thusly….
FACT 3. Despite making up just 13% of the population, blacks committed half of homicides in the United States for nearly 30 years.
DOJ statistics show that between 1980 and 2008, black people committed 52% of homicides. In 2013, black criminals committed 38% of the murders. Whites accounted for just 31 percent. There are five times fewer black people than white people in America and, yet, they consistently carry out a larger share of the crimes? Given this rate, it’s no wonder that there aren’t more assistances where cops kill black criminals.
FACT 4. Chicago’s death toll is almost equal to that of both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, combined.
There have been almost as many deaths in one American city as there have been in the two major wars carried out by the U.S. military this century.
Chicago’s death toll from 2001–November, 26 2015 stands at 7,401. The combined total deaths during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2015: 4,815) and Operation Enduring Freedom/Afghanistan (2001-2015: 3,506), total 8,321.
FACT 5. It would take cops 40 years to kill as many black men as have died at the hands of others black men in 2012 alone.
University of Toledo criminologist Dr. Richard R. Johnson examined the latest crime data from the FBI’s Supplementary Homicide Reports and Centers for Disease Control and found that an average of 4,472 black men were killed by other black men annually between Jan. 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2012.
Professor Johnson’s research further concluded that 112 black men died from both justified and unjustified police-involved killings annually during this same period.

Facebook has refused to remove a sickening cartoon of a police officer having his throat slit from a Black Panther page used by Dallas cop killer Micah Xavier Johnson.
The gruesome image shows a man dressed in black slashing a uniformed officer’s throat with a knife as blood spills out of the cop’s neck. It was posted on the ‘Black Panther Party Mississippi’ page, which Johnson posted a twisted rant on just days before he embarked on his massacre. The cartoon carries the words ‘as a R.B.G. killer panther I pledge to defend my black community by any means necessary’.
‘R.B.G’ stands for red, black and green and refers to the Pan-African flag, which is often seen being flown at civil rights protests.
The picture was posted on Facebook by a user called Prince Mamuhammad, whose profile includes posts talking of ‘war with the white male’.
The image has been reported to Facebook but the social media website refused to take it down, saying it does not violate the company’s ‘community standards’. Facebook ruled that the picture does not ‘promote graphic violence’.
Its reply to the report said: ‘Reports like yours are an important rile in making Facebook a safe and welcoming environment. ‘We reviewed the post you reported for promoting graphic violence and found it doesn’t violate our community standards.’
Daily Mail Online has contacted Facebook for further comment.
Johnson, who was a user of a host of Facebook pages dedicated to black militancy, posted a rant on the same Black Panther Party Mississippi page five days before he shot 12 police officers in Dallas, killing five.

Talk Stupidly and Carry a Big Mouth
Obama Anti-Cop Rhetoric / Political Cartoon by A.F. Branco ©2016 – 2014 revised.

Written by Alex Newman Wednesday, 06 July 2016URL of the original posting site: http://www.thenewamerican.com/world-news/europe/item/23579-un-unleashes-lgbt-czar-to-promote-homosexuality-transgenderism

Photo of UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon: AP Images / UN Unleashes LGBT Czar to Promote Homosexuality, Transgenderism
Officially, the UN LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) “expert” will work to combat “violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.” In reality, though, forces on both sides of the issue know full well that the UN czar will serve as another weapon in the global war against religion, traditional values, morality, and truth. Indeed, top UN bureaucrats involved in the effort have already announced that the plot includes preventing homosexuals and transgenders from being “stigmatized.” That means they hope to change people’s views and morals — and even their religion.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon (shown above), who last year celebrated a notorious child rapist for launching the “gay rights revolution,” cited schools as one of the many targets for the new UN homosexuality czar to focus on. Obama’s secretary of state, John Kerry, meanwhile, admitted that the LGBT czar would be a “focal point” for “combatting [sic] challenges faced by LGBT persons.” That means the agenda goes way beyond merely protecting homosexuals from violence. And remember, Obama boasted about having lied to the American people all along about his views on homosexual “marriage,” meaning that, what they admit to plotting is likely just the start.
Consider that, under the guise of stopping “discrimination” against homosexuals and people confused about which
sex they are, extremists at all levels of government in the United States and the West are working overtime to turn the world upside down. From allowing men into women’s restrooms and locker rooms, to redefining and even un-defining marriage, to forcing bakers and florists into re-education programs for refusing to play along with the reality-denying agenda, UN and U.S. officials are becoming more and more extreme. In some increasingly totalitarian Western nations, pastors and evangelists are literally being thrown in jail merely for pointing out that homosexual acts are sinful. And that is just the beginning.
According to the UN’s propaganda service, the discredited UN “Human Rights Council” debated the measure for almost four hours on June 30 before adopting the scheme in a contentious vote. Just 23 member governments and regimes voted in favor of creating the new czar, while 18 voted against and six abstained. The measure was pushed forward by a tight-knit network of communist and socialist governments in Latin America with close ties to Marxist terrorist groups, Western globalists, Moscow, and Beijing. A number of European governments and other members of the “LGBT Core Group,” which includes Obama and the EU, also played a key role in pushing the scheme from outside the UN “human rights” outfit.“For the first time, work on this issue [normalizing homosexuality and transgenderism] will be effectively institutionalized at the Human Rights Council,” the UN said. The UN LGBT bureaucrat will be appointed in September to a three-year term.

In an e-mail to supporters C-Fam’s Ruse called the development a “disaster,” and noted that the UN LGBT enforcer position was established thanks to the efforts of “radical delegations from Europe.” Indeed, multiple sources have highlighted the fact that Western governments, in imperialist fashion, are using tax-funded bribes and the threat of withholding funds to force governments around the world to surrender to the extreme agenda. While C-Fam and other groups worked to stop the UN scheme, enough governments caved in to “unethical threats,” allowing the UN Human Rights Council to establish the new position.
The implications are huge. “The new UN-LGBT Enforcer will come with the might and muscle of the United Nations, the European Union, and the United States and with the power to enforce this radical new belief,” Ruse explained, noting that traditional values and religious beliefs would henceforth be considered hate by the UN. “We are up against the most powerful people and institutions on the earth. They have unlimited funds and the power of governments behind them.” C-Fam and other groups vowed to keep fighting.
Family Watch International also fought to stop the plot. “Everyone knows that this is intended to be a tool to try to force such things as same-sex marriage, cross-gender bathroom use, LGBT ‘rights’ indoctrination education, and much more upon countries around the world in the name of preventing discrimination and violence,” explained Annie Franklin, director of UN Activities for the pro-family group. “This so-called ‘independent expert’ or ‘Special Rapporteur’ as they are often called at the UN would be given the mandate to collect reports and complaints from sexual rights activist groups and LGBT individuals worldwide and would then use these complaints, along with the full arsenal of the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, to pressure governments to overturn their laws protecting marriage, family, and religious and cultural values.”
While religious people, groups, and nations around the world were horrified by the news, UN officials celebrated the developments. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon, for example, cheered the decision through a spokesman as another “step forward” in the agenda. “I can tell you that the Secretary-General believes that the Human Rights Council marked another important step forward when it decided to appoint a UN Independent Expert to monitor and report on levels of violence and discrimination against LGBT people globally,” said Ban’s spokesman Stéphane Dujarric. “It is clear that there’s still so much that needs to be done to protect people from violence, tackle discrimination at work, end bullying in schools and ensure access to healthcare, housing and essential services.”

The UN’s record on homosexual issues in recent years is beyond fringe. Indeed, last year, while celebrating the U.S. Supreme Court’s illegal ruling pretending to re-define the institution of marriage by inventing a constitutional right to homosexual “marriage,” the UN boss revealed his true colors. Among other outrages, Ban showered praise on child rapist Harvey Milk, a homosexual leader infamous for his rape of vulnerable underage boys. His predatory behavior led at least two of his young victims, including 16-year-old Jack Galen McKinley, to commit suicide.
“It was from this building, some 40 years ago, that Harvey Milk helped to set in train America’s gay rights revolution — a revolution that continues to this day not just in this country but around the world,” Ban declared in San Francisco after the Supreme Court’s tortured ruling, which he celebrated as a “great step forward for human rights in the United States.” “The measures he advocated here — including new laws to protect people from discrimination — are the same measures that, today, we advocate to governments everywhere.” Ironically, the praise for the child rapist came even as the UN’s “peace” armies were facing global outrage for systematically raping and sexually exploiting children around the world.
More recently, critics even called for Ban to resign after the UN defied its member governments by moving ahead with a campaign to promote homosexuality, same-sex parenting, transgenderism, and other controversial agendas on a series of commemorative postage stamps. It was the next step in the UN’s divisive “Free and Equal” campaign, which claims to have reached a billion people with its pro-homosexual and transgender propaganda so far. It is worth noting that the American College of Pediatrics recently pointed out that “conditioning children into believing a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse.”
Of course, the UN, widely ridiculed by American critics as the “dictators club,” has a long history of trying to re-define human rights. Instead of God-given individual rights that governments exist to protect, as enjoyed by Americans and enshrined in the Constitution, the UN promotes the notion of human rights as revocable privileges granted by government that can be limited or crushed under virtually any pretext. The UN “Human Rights Council,” which replaced the UN Human Rights Commission after Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi was elected to lead it, includes numerous brutal dictatorships and mass murderers as members.
Yet the attacks on real rights are growing. After the Orlando terrorist attack, which was cited as a reason to create a UN LGBT czar despite the fact that the terrorist was reportedly a homosexual, UN “Human Rights” boss Zeid al Hussein, an Islamic prince, claimed the U.S. government had an “obligation” to impose “robust gun control” on the American people. Just last year, meanwhile, UN “experts” called on the United States to change its Constitution to comply with a treaty that has not even been ratified by the U.S. Senate. Before that, UN “experts” and “rapporteurs” have blasted everything from allegedly low taxes in Canada to stay-home mothers in Switzerland and a lack of extra bedrooms for welfare recipients in the United Kingdom. And the extremism continues to grow as UN chief Ban travels the world declaring the outfit he leads to be the “Parliament of Humanity.”

That’s roughly 61-62 people killed every day in the name Islam.

The commission apparently believes that the Iowa Civil Rights Act directly bans churches from expressing their views on human sexuality if, “they would “directly or indirectly” make “persons of any particular…gender identity” feel “unwelcome” in conjunction with church services, events, and other religious activities. The speech ban could be used to gag churches from making any public comments—including from the pulpit—that could be viewed as unwelcome to persons who do not identify with their biological sex. This is because the commission says the law applies to churches during any activity that the commission deems to not have a “bona fide religious purpose.” Examples the commission gave are “a child care facility operated at a church or a church service open to the public,” which encompasses most events that churches hold.”
The ruling could have disastrous effect across the state of Iowa, and, depending on how a federal court rules, across the country. ADF lawyer Christiana Holcomb argues that the commission has crossed a Constitutional line.
“Churches should be free to teach their religious beliefs and
operate their houses of worship according to their faith without being threatened by the government. That is a foundational First Amendment principle. Churches have always been protected from government intrusion, and they still are. They have a firmly established freedom to teach their beliefs and set internal policies that reflect their biblical teachings about marriage and human sexuality. One can hardly imagine a more obvious unconstitutional invasion of the state into the internal affairs of the church.”
ADF Senior Counsel Steven O’Ban added, “Americans, including church leaders, have the right to challenge unjust laws. We don’t have to be punished or thrown in jail before we seek justice. The government should never have the unchecked power to violate foundational, constitutionally protected freedoms.”
commonplace, and we are losing more and more of these battles. A day is soon coming when our right to practice our faith as we see fit will be a second-class right and subservient to the cultural attitudes of our rulers on the left. If you’re not ready to fight now, tomorrow may be too late.

Trump’s advisers are undoubtedly telling him he’s got the “outsider” image covered. He needs someone with experience in Washington — as if presidents don’t have staffs — an elected Republican official with solid standing in the GOP, preferably a sitting senator or governor, who will give the ticket gravitas and heft.
This is completely wrong. Trump isn’t a standard-issue GOP, trying to balance the ticket to get his party into power. He’s starting a new party! He’s just blown up the old GOP. Instead of a party for, by and of globalist plutocrats, the new Trumpian party is a party of Americans for America.
How is Trump going to find a decent running mate from among the Republicans who have gotten ahead under the old model of sucking up to donors and lobbyists?
Almost any sitting Republican senator or governor would be total counter-programming to Trump’s message. One searches the country in vain to find a half-dozen elected Republicans who have not supported amnesty, job-killing trade deals, Wall Street bailouts — or all of the above. Trump’s message is: I’m leaving the deadwood behind.
We always secretly suspected Republicans were selling out the country for their own interests, but now Trump has flushed them all out. At least the GOP isn’t being subtle. Their position is: No, we will never allow anyone to be president who wants to do something about the border.
The moment Trump chooses his vice presidential candidate, every person in the media will be handed a personalized crowbar to pry daylight between Trump his nominee.
What do you say about Mr. Trump’s comment 19 years ago in an appearance on Howard Stern? Can we really trust our nuclear codes to a man who likes attractive women?
If Trump picks a typical Republican, the odds are better than even that his nominee will end up withdrawing in order to win the good opinion of The New York Times.
Once a week until the election, there will be some fresh media hysteria about a Trump pop-off, and his nominee will come under enormous pressure to repudiate Trump — destroying Trump’s candidacy and winning himself a lifetime of media adulation. The nominee will have visions of well-compensated board positions, Time magazine’s Man of the Year, meetings with actresses, his own show on Fox News — maybe NBC! — and not one, but two covers on Vanity Fair.
How much pushing would it take for any of the GOP donor shills to sell out Trump for the media’s admiration? A month ago, Newt became a media darling for denouncing Trump’s attacks on a judge who belongs to a Hispanic supremacist organization. You could probably get Rubio for a decent bass boat.
If Trump chooses a vice president who supports cheap labor for the donor class, how long before both parties decide to impeach President Trump?
Gingrich lobbied for the instant legalization of illegals because his benefactor, superglue heiress Helen Krieble, needed cheap labor for her horse farm. Trump impeached.
Pence’s big immigration initiative was mass legalization for cheap foreign workers if they went home first, with any employer request bringing them right back. Trump impeached.
Sen. Bob Corker was one of only 14 Republicans to vote for Rubio’s nation-destroying amnesty bill — and went the extra mile to pass it. Trump impeached.
Chris Christie’s temporary Senate nominee was one of the other 14, after Sen. Chuck Schumer convinced Christie to support amnesty in a single phone call. Trump impeached.
Trump doesn’t need a vice president from the party he’s just buried.
Everyone thinks Trump’s model should be Reagan, who chose his main primary rival as his vice presidential nominee. It’s true that the important thing is for Trump to win. Reagan couldn’t have saved the country if he had lost, and nor can Trump.
But, apart from signing off on amnesty, choosing a Bush for his vice president was Reagan’s biggest mistake, foisting this pestilence on the country for no reason. Reagan won in a landslide. Did he really need to worry about carrying Greenwich, Connecticut?
It took 26 years for voters to correct Reagan’s vice presidential mistake, finally rejecting the Bush brand beginning with the 2006 midterm elections. This year, they are trying to correct Reagan’s amnesty mistake. Why pick a vice president who won’t let the voters do that?
If any of the establishment Republicans brought one thing to the table, it would be a different story. If they brought a roll of nickels — great, Trump should be bowing and scraping to them. Hey, look! Chris Christie has 5,000 unused campaign balloons in his garage — bring him in!
But these guys bring nothing. They’ll only be a drain on Trump’s campaign.
The model shouldn’t be Reagan, but Lincoln, whose candidacy also introduced a new party — one that arose from the exact same battle roiling the party today. The rich wanted cheap labor — slavery — and both parties, the Democrats and the Whigs, were happy to give it to them.
Lincoln didn’t choose some eminent Whig politician to give his ticket gravitas. He chose Hannibal Hamlin. No one other than a “Jeopardy!” contestant even remembers Hamlin’s name today. He didn’t exactly set the world on fire.
Hamlin was a former Democrat, didn’t meet Lincoln until after the election, served only one term as Lincoln’s vice president, was not liked by first lady Mary Todd and didn’t work closely with the president.
He made no sense as Lincoln’s vice president on any level, except the only one that mattered: Hamlin was ferociously opposed to slavery — the new party’s signature issue. He strongly supported Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation, arguing that slaves should be armed. As soon as slavery was ended, Lincoln dropped Hamlin as his vice president.
The official GOP’s opposition to Trump is the modern slavery party’s version of the Civil War, fought by plutocrats with money and media.
For his vice president, Trump needs anyone — from business, academia, the military or the political world — who is Hannibal Hamlin on immigration, a warrior to defend our country from the rich’s predatory demands for cheap foreign labor. His running mate also needs to be smart and courageous and not in love with his own press notices.
Among the possibilities Trump ought to be considering are people like Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown, North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory and Idaho Sen. Mike Crapo (the latter two are up for re-election this year, but perhaps they can run for both offices simultaneously).
Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama is one of approximately one elected officials I completely trust to protect Americans from the cheap labor-demanding rich — which is why Trump needs to keep him in the Senate.
The same consultants who would have told Trump to never, ever mention immigration are telling him now that he needs a Christie, a Newt, a Corker, a Rubio — or a woman. (Because that’s how Margaret Thatcher emerged. No one had ever heard her name until the British Conservative Party decided it needed a woman on the ticket!) (That’s sarcasm.)
If the consultants prevail with Trump, our only hope is that the conventional wisdom about vice presidents being irrelevant is correct — at least for the six months of a Trump presidency before impeachment.

Not So Blind Justice

pure Virtue, and if this cannot be inspired into our People, in a greater Measure, than they have it now, They may change their Rulers, and the forms of Government, but they will not obtain a lasting Liberty. They will only exchange Tyrants and Tyrannies.”Let us then speak of this cherished virtue and how it affected our country’s foundation.
Out of this virtue sprang many patriots, including the Sons of Liberty. The initial goal of the Sons of Liberty, and patriots of all classes and distinctions, was to ensure their God-given rights as Englishmen.
They relayed in print the major events of their struggle for Liberty and would hold meetings to decide which candidates to support—those that would bring about the desired political change. In return, the British authorities attempted to denigrate the Sons of Liberty by referring to them as the “Sons of Violence” or the “Sons of Iniquity.”

First, over the weekend some 35 different women (as young as 12) reported being sexually assaulted by “foreign youths” while attending a Swedish music festival. 17-year old Alexandra Larson recounted the terrifying events to the UK Daily Mail Online. The assaults took place during Sweden’s “Party in the Park” festival, and the one common thread is that the apparent perpetrators were “foreigners” who may have been from a nearby asylum center. The victims reported being kissed, groped, and verbally harassed by men who they believed to likely be immigrants.
“’Everything was okay at the beginning of the evening. But things got out of hand during the last concert… when I felt the first touch against my bottom.
‘Then someone took the liberty of grabbing my butt really hard. I turned away and said to the group of boys behind us that this was not okay, but I did not know who had done it. After a while, I felt someone running his fingers between my legs touching my genitals. Luckily, I had jeans on me.
‘It was creepy. Someone stood around me and groped me and I had no idea who it was. It was sick…
‘The groping was at first a bit innocent. Just a touch on the bottom. Something that you can do by mistake in a big crowd of people. But it became worse and worse after that. The one touching me was becoming more and more rough every time…
‘I have reported this to the police, but it feels like a drop in the ocean. I saw girls that came crying from the audience, including an old childhood friend who is two years younger. She cried so much that it broke my heart…”
Larson claims she saw “girls crying everywhere” as she left the festival, and police have corroborated her story, saying that they know of at least 35 separate sexual assaults that took place during and after the festival. Thus far they’ve only made two arrests.
While all of these innocent young women were being assaulted and harassed, a liberal Swedish politician by the name of Barbro Sörman was making the argument that rape is “worse” when a Swedish man does it than when an immigrant does.

Here’s what Sörman tweeted: “The Swedish men who rape do it despite the growing gender equality. They make an active choice. It’s worse imo [in my opinion].” When people who were not leftist idiots noticed the insane commentary from the politician, Sörman attempted to backtrack before deciding to delete her Twitter account.

The New Arab Wars: Uprisings and Anarchy in the Middle East By Mark Lynch Less than two years after the hope-filled Arab uprisings, the popular movement had morphed into a dystopia of resurgent dictators, failed states and civil wars. Amidst the chaos, a virulently militant group declared an Islamic State, seizing vast territories and inspiring terrorism across the globe. What happened? The New Arab Wars is a profound illumination of the causes of this nightmare. It details the costs of the poor choices made by regional actors, delivers a scathing analysis of Western misreadings of the conflict and condemns international interference that has stoked the violence. Informed by commentators and analysts from the Arab world, Marc Lynch shows that the region’s upheavals have only just begun—and that the hopes of Arab regimes and Western policy makers to retreat to old habits of authoritarian stability are doomed to fail. |

BY Dareh Gregorian Don Kaplan Ethan Sacks NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Updated: Wednesday, July 6, 2016URL of the original posting site: http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/tv/gretchen-carlson-files-sexual-harassment-suit-roger-ailes-article-1.2701073
But Carlson, 50, alleges that she was pushed out because she spurned Ailes’s sexual advances and complained about the treatment of women in the newsroom by their male co-workers.
“I think you and I should have had a sexual relationship a long time ago and then you’d be good and better and I’d be good and better,” the complaint accuses Ailes, 76, of telling the former Miss America last September.
“Sometimes problems are easier to solve (that way).”
The pervy powerhouse would also ogle her in his office and ask her to turn around so he could view her posterior, and would comment on “certain outfits (that) enhanced Carlson’s figure” and make comments about her legs, according to the lawsuit, which was filed in New Jersey Superior Court.
“I’m sure you can do sweet nothings when you want to,” Ailes allegedly told her.

He also embarrassed her by allegedly telling people in front of her at an event that he’d “slept” with “three former Miss Americas but not with her.”
Carlson said she tried to clear the air with Ailes in meeting in his office in September of last year, but the retaliation got worse after she rebuffed his advances.
“It’s 2016, this has to stop,” Nancy Erika Smith, one of Carlson’s lawyers, told the Daily News. “Women should be allowed to in the work place without their male bosses saying, ‘You have to have sex with me’. She’s very brave as a media person standing up to someone as powerful as Roger Ailes — for herself and all women.”
The attorney added that while the termination has been “devastating” and “potentially career-ending” for her client, Carlson is not suing the network itself.
The lawsuit implies that other women in the newsroom “who did not complain about harassment or rebuff his sexual advances” enjoyed better promotion and support.
A rep for Fox News declined comment on the suit.

Carlson joined Fox News in 2005, and interviewed “numerous political leaders and celebrities” over the years, including President Obama, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The suit says her problems started in 2009 while she was a co-host on the popular “Fox & Friends” morning show, and complained to brass that one of her co-hosts, Steve Doocy, “had created a hostile work environment by regularly treating her in a sexist and condescending way.”
Doocy’s “severe and pervasive sexual harassment of Carlson” included “mocking her during commercial breaks, shunning her off air, refusing to engage with her on air, belittling her contributions to the show, and generally attempting to put her in her place by refusing to accept and treat her as an intelligent and insightful female journalist rather than a blond female prop,” the suit says.
After Ailes found out she’d complained, he called her a “man hater” and “killer” and that she needed to “get along with the boys.”
“Sexual innuendo was always part of the Ailes playbook,” says Smith.
Ailes then retaliated by decreasing her duties “and directing that she not be showcased at all,” the suit says.
Carlson once walked off an Aug. 2012 broadcast of “Fox & Friends” in Aug. 2012 when co-host Brian Kilmeade launched into a sexist diatribe about women joining a previously all-male Navy band.
Ailes fired her from the show in 2013 “for her refusal to accede to sexual harassment and retaliation,” the filing claims. At the time of her departure, insiders told the Daily News, that the move was made to replace Carlson with the younger Elisabeth Hasselbeck, fresh off her stint from “The View.”
Carlson was then given a 2-3 p.m. solo show for less pay, even though her workload increased. She “continued to work diligently” while achieving “solid and consistent ratings increases up until the day she was terminated” in June, the suit says.
In a statement Wednesday, Carlson said “Although this was a difficult step to take, I had to stand up for myself and speak out for all women and the next generation of women in the workplace.” The suit seeks unspecified money damages.
“We believe that Mr. Ailes’ behavior toward Gretchen, as described in the complaint, speaks volumes about what she had to endure,” said another one of her lawyers, Martin Hyman. “Opposing sexism and rejecting unwanted sexual come-ons should never cost a woman her job or subject her to disparagement and emotional anguish.”

We are in a crisis because Hillary Clinton, if the voters do not stop her, will be the next President of the United States. She will, in fact, on Day One say, “Pardon me,” and she’ll mean it. She’ll have pardoned herself. She will have, in fact, gone from being a criminal involved in a criminal enterprise — obviously, Clinton Cash depicted that — and somebody who flaunted the security laws, the privacy laws, the presidential and the Federal Records Act, and gotten away with it.

Judicial Watch reports:
A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.
The investigative follow up of the Paris weapon consisted of tracking a paper trail using a 4473 form, which documents a gun’s ownership history by, among other things, using serial numbers. The Phoenix gun owner that the weapon was traced back to was found to have at least two federal firearms violations—for selling one weapon illegally and possessing an unregistered automatic—but no enforcement or prosecutorial action was taken against the individual. Instead, ATF leaders went out of their way to keep the information under the radar and ensure that the gun owner’s identity was “kept quiet,” according to law enforcement sources involved with the case. “Agents were told, in the process of taking the fully auto, not to anger the seller to prevent him from going public,” a veteran law enforcement official told Judicial Watch.
It’s not clear if the agency, which is responsible for cracking down on the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, did this because the individual was involved in the Fast and Furious gun-running scheme. An ATF spokesman, Corey Ray, at the agency’s Washington D.C. headquarters told Judicial Watch that “no firearms used in the Paris attacks have been traced” by the agency. When asked about the ROI report linking the weapon used in Paris to Phoenix, Ray said “I’m not familiar with the report you’re referencing.” Judicial Watch also tried contacting the Phoenix ATF office, but multiple calls were not returned.
While the claim is that these weapons were sold illegally and there is no doubt this gun dealer will be in big trouble over this incident, what about the Obama administration? What about Eric Holder? What about the unconstitutional Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agency? Where is there any accountability for their gun running scheme that put guns in the hands of Mexican drug cartels? I don’t even see articles of impeachment over this fiasco. It was reported that another weapon which was used at the Garland, Texas “Draw the Prophet Mohammed” event was also purchased at a Phoenix gun store that was associated with Fast and Furious.
The same cartels that Eric Holder, Barack Obama and our ATF armed are the same ones that engage in the kind of violence that can only be paralleled to Islamic jihadists. These are the same monsters that mercilessly pursued, attempted to murder and finally did murder brave Ticquicheo mayor Maria Santos Gorrostieta because she was exposing them.
While I do not agree with George W. Bush’ Wide Receiver, there are huge differences between what his administration did and what the Obama administration did, and there are countless bodies to show for it.

Here’s a real life example of what could have happened in Orlando had there been just one person with a gun who shot back at Omar Mateen.
Just two weeks following the mass murder at the Orlando nightclub that resulted in 49 deaths and 53 injured victims, an attempted mass shooting occurred at a South Carolina nightclub.

According to reports, 32-year-old Jody Ray Thompson had gotten into an argument with someone else and started shooting into a crowd of people who had gathered outside the club. He hit three people and was about to hit a fourth one, when that potential victim pulled out his own gun and shot the suspect in the leg.
Lt. Kevin Bobo with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said that the concealed carrier has a valid concealed weapons permit, is cooperating with investigators and won’t be facing any charges.
Thompson was charged with “four counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.”
Thankfully, none of the victims’ gunshot injuries were life-threatening.
Liberals would like to keep this a local story, because it highlights the importance and value of carrying a firearm. If no one had been armed except the criminal, and he had killed several people, it would have made national headlines in no time.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump smiles as he speaks at the start of a campaign victory party after rival candidate Senator Ted Cruz dropped after the race for the Republican presidential nomination, at Trump Tower in Manhattan, New York, May 3, 2016. REUTERS/Lucas Jackson ∧
Dr. Walid Phares
The Trump adviser sat down with The Daily Caller News Foundation in an exclusive interview to discuss the candidate’s world view and foreign policy proposals.
Phares was the director of international relations and political science at BAU International University since 2013, and he has been the provost as of 2014; he is on leave now. The Trump foreign policy analyst also served as an adviser to former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign.
TheDCNF: First of all, I think readers would like to understand, how often does Mr. Trump rely on you and other foreign policy advisers for information while he is on the campaign trail?
Phares: Two points, first: I have a non-disclosure agreement with the campaign when it comes to specific campaign practices. Second: as an adviser, I answer to campaign leadership including Mr. Trump, and the team engages in a variety of typical research practices: briefing the candidate, providing immediate analysis to breaking news, and writing policy papers.
TheDCNF: How big is the Trump foreign policy team?
Phares: He has announced who his foreign policy and national security advisers are, I am one of them, and many others will join later. There are many people who call the campaign and give advice from time to time despite not being formally affiliated with the campaign. Ultimately, if Mr. Trump is hopefully elected, he will have at his disposal all the advisers and heads of agencies and departments that the U.S. government has.
TheDCNF: What attracted you to the Trump campaign?
Phares: Because of the dual challenges of ISIS and a legitimized Iran that still has nuclear ambitions, Donald Trump can and will shake up the foreign policy establishment. Hillary Clinton is part of the establishment and she has failed by giving poor advice to President Obama and partnered the State Department with radical groups, so there is no reason to promote her to commander-in-chief.
TheDCNF: What are the top foreign policy priorities of the campaign? Does the campaign even have foreign policy priorities given Mr. Trump’s admitted embrace of an unpredictable foreign policy?
Phares: Look, this is an America First foreign policy as laid out in his speech in April. We live in an unpredictable world, so yes, priorities do change. The campaign has a well-organized foreign policy in that it adapts to a disorganized world. At the moment, the top two priorities are how to deal with issues of nuclear proliferation and how to completely destroy Islamic jihadist organizations, including and especially ISIS.
On nuclear proliferation, Mr. Trump has made a clear statement about not having any further nuclear proliferation, especially in the hands of people who are problematic. He thinks about it as the greatest threat that we and the rest of the world will face. I would say that North Korea and Iran, and the nuclear threat would be number one.
He believes as I said that there needs to be a concerted, strategic effort to remove ISIS while also worrying about who and what could come next once they have been destroyed. It’s not just ISIS, there is still al-Qaeda as well as more covert actors like the Muslim Brotherhood that President Obama legitimized in Egypt before the Egyptians took their country back.
The homeland is facing a real, domestic, jihadi threat. We need to wage the battle of counter-terrorism, but we also need to prevent it through vetting potential jihadists coming into the U.S. and investing in border security.
TheDCNF: On the issue of nuclear weapons, how would Trump feel about Japan and South Korea pursuing the development of nuclear weapons in their own right?
Phares: When we as a campaign are in touch with South Korean leaders and politicians, they complain to us that Obama isn’t doing enough and they are concerned about his inaction. South Koreans have told us that their country has become less secure in the past eight years and they want a change, they want a Trump foreign policy.
To be clear though, Mr. Trump is not committed to any particular action. He is simply willing to have frank discussions with Asian partners about many options and has said so publicly. He will not ask Japan or South Korea to invest in building nuclear weapons but he will speak with their leaders about how to create a safer and more stable environment in the East Asia theater. Most importantly, Mr. Trump is an expert negotiator with a successful track record, which is a skill-set severely lacking in President Obama as well as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
TheDCNF: When it comes to the Iran Deal, will Mr. Trump get rid of it on day one given his disdain for the deal?
Phares: No, he’s not going to get rid of an agreement that has the institutional signature of the United States. He is a man of institutions. But he’s going to look back on it the institutional way. He’s said, so far that he doesn’t like this deal and that it was poorly negotiated. Once elected, he’s going to renegotiate it after talking through it with his advisers. One of the clear possibilities is he will send it back to Congress. The reaction of the Iranian leadership will be the next phase. So he is not going to implement it as is, he is going to revise it after negotiating one on one with Iran or with a series of allies.
TheDCNF: What can Israel expect of a Trump presidency?
Phares: Mr. Trump has made it clear to both the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC), and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), that he will be a strong ally of Israel, as he has always been.
TheDCNF: For many people there is great unease with Mr. Trump’s proposal of temporarily banning all Muslims from entering the U.S. Is such a ban in your opinion actually realistic and enforceable? Do you really think it will be effective in terrorism prevention?
Phares: This issue of the so-called “Muslim ban”
TheDCNF: Excuse me Dr. Phares, that’s what he himself called for, “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”
Phares: Well, let’s understand what he meant and where he is on this issue. What he meant was, after the repetitive attacks on Europe and the U.S., it is clear that the Obama administration, the Hillary campaign and unfortunately, many of our European partners, do not have the answer or correct methodology for vetting people coming in from abroad.
Mr. Trump has looked at what specialists and very renowned researchers have been raising in congressional testimony at hearings. The issue is, if you don’t have a measure for detecting who is who, and who is a jihadist and who is not, then we will keep having more bloodshed.
Mr. Trump’s reaction with this policy was genuine and symbolic for provoking that debate on a need for a foreign policy and counter-terrorism strategy shift. He is telling the American public that he is going to change that policy. So, he suggested that our current political leaders implement a shutdown. However, the important part of the proposal is, “until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.” It is clear they have yet to figure it out, and that’s what resonated with voters who want change.
TheDCNF: But why does this policy single out people based on their religious beliefs?
Phares: Look, Donald Trump is an inclusive businessman who has never looked at one community and said, “I’m going to demonize this community.” That’s why the charges of being a racist or an Islamophobe do not apply. He’s simply looking at the problem from a national security perspective. But lately, he has been adapting his position. The more he is informed of the subject, the more he is adapting. And he said, we are ready to discuss those issues which need to be discussed. Once he will start getting intelligence briefings, he will know more about what the problem is and how to handle it so that when he is elected, he will know how to use the vast resources of the federal government. Indeed over the past weeks Mr Trump made several statements announcing that he will be focusing on the radical Islamic terrorists and where they come from. Hence the shut down will narrow to Jihadists and radical Islamists as ways to identify them would be made available
TheDCNF: On the issue of intelligence briefings, once he gets the official nomination, many questions have been raised about Mr. Trump’s temperament. Are you confident that he will not divulge any information from those briefings at a campaign rally or an interview?
Dr. Phares: With regard to Mr. Trump receiving national security briefings and talking about them, this is impossible. He has reached a point where he has already received a huge amount of information from his own experts which he knows is sensitive despite not coming from U.S. intelligence.
Mr. Trump is extremely careful and he has always been responsible with what we have told him. He controls information perfectly, which is how he was able to build a company with a global footprint. In the time that I have advised him on sensitive geopolitical matters, I have never heard Mr. Trump mention things in public that he should not. From my own experience, Mr. Trump will act as a statesman.
TheDCNF: Just to clarify, when you have talked to sources in an unofficial basis and you have passed on that information to Mr. Trump, and you have informed him that the information is credible while being unofficial nevertheless, he has understood this and subsequently when discussing foreign policy in public, he has not divulged this?
Dr. Phares: He has acted impeccably as a statesman, as someone who understands nuance. He asks many informed questions. He wants to understand the issues in detail and recognizes that he is dealing with sensitive matters.

Guess the burning of documents and deleting of emails didn’t cover all her bases. Check out what the Wikileaks team discovered.
On June 16, Julian Assange said he would release emails captured from Hillary Clinton’s Secretary of State private email server that was not secure and he’s finally done it.
Wiki Leaks has her emails, and we are supposed to believe that the Russian’s, Chinese, Iranians, North Korean’s and ISIS never saw anything on her unsecured server. This is just too good. Hillary supporters will ignore it, but the undecided, independents won’t and believe or not, six percent of the populace determine the election.
So uhh…this looks like she wanted something sensitive sent as non-sensitive doesn’t it? You can search for more information, search here: https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/
Classified, or not, if you read them, there are quite a bit of government conversations, which I wouldn’t think we’d want our enemies to view our stance or thoughts!
From The Blaze:
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange says his team’s upcoming leaks about Hillary Clinton could be enough to “proceed with an indictment,” but he’s not so confident that will actually happen.
“We have upcoming leaks in relation to Hillary Clinton,” he told Britain’s ITV. “We’ve accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton. We could proceed to an indictment.”
As the presidential campaigns turn toward the general election, Donald Trump and the Republican Party will use the fact that Clinton is currently under FBI investigation for her use of a private email server to their advantage. And, regardless of his political persuasion, Assange and WikiLeaks may aide the GOP in doing that.
Assange has been a long-time critic of Clinton, who he once said “has a long history of being a liberal war hawk.” However, he is not convinced any amount of information will actually lead to an indictment of the former secretary of state.

FBI Director James Comey announced Tuesday that the FBI will not recommend federal prosecution of Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server to store what turned out to be thousands of classified documents in her emails.
The U.S. Justice Department has the final say, but Attorney General Loretta Lynch said last week that she ‘fully expects’ to act on whatever the FBI recommends. The FBI doesn’t expect any criminal charges to result, Comey said.
‘We are expressing to the Department of Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case,’ he said. ‘In looking back into our investigations into the mishandling or the removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts.’
Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump fired back almost immediately on Twitter.
‘The system is rigged,’ he wrote. ‘General Petraeus got in trouble for far less. Very very unfair! As usual, bad judgment.’
‘FBI director said Crooked Hillary compromised our national security. No charges. Wow! #RiggedSystem,’ a second tweet read.
Comey’s conclusion, which he insisted no politician in the Obama administration was aware of in advance, amounted to a declaration that Clinton and her aides were ‘extremely careless’ with their handling of classified material, but their actions did not rise to the level of a prosecution.
‘None of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system,’ Comey said.
‘Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before deciding whether to bring charges.’
Comey said 110 emails in 52 email chains found on Clinton’s server contained information that was classified at the time they were sent or received. That contradicts Clinton’s early mantra that nothing was classified when it hit her server. He also said it was possible that hackers aligned with foreign governments gained access to her server – and that some did hack into email accounts owned by people she traded messages with.
‘We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial email accounts of people with whom secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account,’ Comey explained.
The negligence Comey outlined in his statement to reporters could have been enough to result in a criminal prosecution. But Clinton’s conduct amounted to mere sloppiness, he said.
‘Although we did not find clear evidence that sec Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws,’ Comey said, ‘there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.’
Comey said the FBI determined that before Clinton deleted tens of thousands of her ‘personal’ emails, her attorneys deleted several work-related messages. The lawyers didn’t read them all but searched keywords to determine which of them might qualify as government records.
But despite her incomplete submission to the State Department, he said, ‘we found no evidence that any of the additional work related emails were intentionally deleted.’
Comey acknowledged that rank-and-file government employees might not receive a clean legal bill of health in similar circumstances, and might also have their security clearances revoked.
