George Floyd Had Tested Positive for Coronavirus Before His Fatal Police Encounter

George Floyd, who has become a national rallying cry for rioters and looters across the nation since dying during a police encounter, tested positive for COVID-19 in the months prior to his death.

The full autopsy for Floyd was released on Wednesday from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office. Chief Medical Examiner Andrew Baker said that Floyd had tested positive for the coronavirus on April 3 but was reportedly asymptomatic. He also noted that Floyd’s lungs looked fine at the autopsy but he had narrow arteries in his heart, which may have resulted in the heart attack during the police encounter.

Floyd died after former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin placed his knee over his neck for nine minutes. He has now been charged with second-degree murder, as authorities tack on more charges against him in order to placate the left-wing mob at war with America.

Big League Politics has reported on the dueling autopsy reports, one from the Medical Examiner that claimed Floyd died due to a heart attack with another commissioned by Floyd’s family that claimed he died of asphyxia:

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has announced that George Floyd, whose death during an encounter with Minneapolis police has set off nationwide riots, had fentanyl in his system during his passing with the cause of death being a heart attack.

The medical examiner claims that Floyd suffered “a cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained by law enforcement.” In addition, the report claims that Floyd had used methamphetamine recently in addition to the fentanyl. They listed his cause of death as a homicide.

This comes shortly after the news that another medical examiner, brought onto the case by Floyd’s family attorney Benjamin Clump, determined that Floyd died from asphyxia. Forensic specialist Dr. Michael Baden determined that Floyd was dead for several minutes as he was being restrained with a knee to the back of the neck by former law enforcement officer Derek Chauvin, who is being charged with third second-degree murder and manslaughter…

Baden made the case that Floyd was in good health, and the asphyxia was caused solely by Chauvin’s actions. He also determined that the handcuffs and positioning of Floyd on the ground did not allow his diaphragm to function properly, which exacerbated the asphyxia.

“When he said ‘I can’t breathe,’ unfortunately, many police are under impression that if you can talk that means you’re breathing. That is not true,” he said during the news conference.

Why is this case the one inciting mass protests? Ninety-nine percent of the country is denouncing the Minneapolis police in the most damnable terms possible over the death of George Floyd. The 99% are demanding that the 1% “hear their voices”?

The arrest certainly looks awful. Everything is going along relatively peacefully as Floyd is walked to a police van, then there’s some commotion out of sight of the camera — and suddenly you see Floyd pinned to the ground, an officer’s knee on his neck. How did that happen?

One reason some of us are waiting for all the facts is that we suspect the media may not be extra scrupulous in cases that give them the opportunity to wail about “systemic racism.”

It turns out, for example, Floyd didn’t die of asphyxiation. According to the Hennepin County medical examiner’s report cited in the criminal complaint charging Officer Derek Chauvin with murder, he died of a heart attack. The autopsy also found Floyd had fentanyl in his system, had recently used methamphetamine, had coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. Two weeks ago, this would have been another COVID-19 death.

According to Nexis, these official autopsy findings have not been reported at all on MSNBC and only briefly — to be explained away — on CNN. (The family’s private autopsy concluding Floyd’s death was caused by strangulation has been widely reported.)

It could still be murder, but the “I can’t breathe” slogans aren’t quite accurate. Aw, they’ve already made their protest signs, and we’d have to re-do the chyrons — does it really matter?

There also hasn’t been loads of reporting on Floyd’s five years in prison for armed robbery. I know the guy has just died, and he seemed to have turned his life around, but the media isn’t holding a memorial service. They’re supposed to be reporting news. How about an interview with Floyd’s victims? Wouldn’t that be a newsy segment?

Again, according to Nexis, Floyd’s armed robbery conviction has been fleetingly mentioned only once on ABC News and once on Fox News.

The other reason some of us are waiting for all the facts can be summed up with two words: Rodney King.

That arrest looked pretty bad, too. The jury forewoman on the first trial said that when she saw the King video on television, “I was revulsed. … I thought they were hitting that poor man too hard and too long.” But at the trial a year later, she got to see the 13 seconds of video that had been deliberately edited out by the media: the 6-foot-4, 240-pound King rising like a phoenix and charging at one of the officers.

The video that played on an endless loop on TV showed only the tail end of the encounter, when officers were whacking King with their batons. In fact, however, the beating was the officers’ last resort for subduing King, who’d just led them on a high-speed car chase, at times reaching speeds of up to 115 mph, drawing several police cars and a police helicopter.

Once stopped, King’s two (black) passengers exited the car and got on the ground, as instructed. They went home without a scratch that night. But King leapt out and began dancing and babbling, crouching, kneeling, laughing and waving to the police helicopter overhead. Both the officers and King’s passengers believed he was high on angel dust.

The senior officer, Sgt. Stacey Koon, ordered the officers to back away and holster their guns. He didn’t want to risk a fatal encounter. Four officers tried swarming King — he threw them off his back like rag dolls. A dart from a Taser gun did nothing. Then another — also nothing. King lunged at an officer and got hit with a baton, but kept on raging. The police were running out of options that would allow everyone to stay alive. That’s when three officers began hitting King with their metal batons, under the supervision of Sgt. Koon. If King moved, they whacked him. Finally, they managed to double-cuff him — the procedure for suspects on PCP — and put him in an ambulance to the hospital.

When Sgt. Koon first heard that the arrest had been captured on video, he was ecstatic. “This is great!” he said. “They got it on tape! Now we’ll have a live, in-the-field film to show police recruits. It can be a real-life example of how to use escalating force properly.”

Not only the jurors, but nearly everyone who saw the first trial ended up supporting the acquittal, including Roger Parloff, a liberal legal reporter who sat through most of the trial for the American Lawyer, and Lou Cannon, who covered it for The Washington Post. The renowned (black) economist Walter Williams was shocked by “the news media’s dereliction and deception” in their editing of the tape.

All this is detailed in my book “Mugged,” but at the time, the public knew none of it, thanks to our activist media.

The endlessly played Rodney King video hid the same part of Floyd’s arrest that’s being withheld today. Doesn’t anyone else wonder how Floyd ended up on the ground? Where are those videos?

Young Conservative Raises Money for Black Businesses After Rioters Loot and Destroy Them

In the days since Minnesota resident George Floyd died after a police officer knelt on his neck during an arrest, riots have ravaged cities across the country. While the riots started as protests voicing support for the Black Lives Matter movement, they have since led to the destruction of many businesses owned by African-Americans.

Thanks to one young conservative, however, some of those businesses may have a chance to rebuild. CJ Pearson, a 2020 high school graduate and popular online conservative commentator, started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for black-owned businesses damaged by the riots. As of Tuesday, the campaign had raised over $71,500.

Pearson spoke to The Western Journal about the campaign, highlighting the differences between left-wing and right-wing actions during the riots.

“The Left is burning down black businesses. The Right is banding together to help them reopen,” he said in a text message.

“Who are the real racists?”

On the GoFundMe page, Pearson explained the full purpose of the campaign.

“ANTIFA is burning down black businesses,” he wrote. “They are hijacking the memory and legacy of George Floyd — who’s life was wrongfully taken —  in an attempt to push and advance their own agenda. They’re looting and vandalizing black-owned establishments and blaming black people for doing it. I knew the Left was racist, but wow.

“This is an opportunity for conservatives to show the black community that we stand in support of them, capitalism, and the sacrifices they made to become entrepreneurs in the first place,” Pearson added.

“Over the course of the next few days, I will be working to identify black owned businesses — throughout the country — that suffered damages due to recent events of rioting and looting in their city. Every single disbursement of funds will be accounted for and records will be maintained.”

Many protests over Floyd’s death have since been hijacked and turned into violent riots filled with looting, arson, physical violence and even a handful of shooting deaths. National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien identified the left-wing “anti-fascist” coalition known as antifa, which has a long history of violence, as one of the main culprits of the riots.

“This is being driven by antifa,” O’Brien said Sunday on CNN.

President Donald Trump also took to Twitter on Sunday to declare the U.S. will be declaring the left-wing coalition as a terrorist organization.

Last week, an African-American firefighter and small business owner named K.B. Balla, who poured his life savings into Scores Sports Bar in Minneapolis, was forced to deal with the destruction of his bar at the hands of rioters. While CBS News was interviewing Balla inside of what was left of his businesses, multiple looters were caught on video returning to try and steal his safe.

Trump Signs Religious Freedom Executive Order

President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Tuesday to promote religious freedom for oppressed religious minorities around the world.

“Religious freedom, America’s first freedom, is a moral and national security imperative,” the order read, according to a text posted on the White House website. “Religious freedom for all people worldwide is a foreign policy priority of the United States, and the United States will respect and vigorously promote this freedom.”

Trump signed the order privately, without any media present.

The president’s action came on the same day he and first lady Melania Trump visited the Saint John Paul II National Shrine, where they laid a wreath at the statue of the former pope, according to Fox News.

Washington Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory lashed out at the visit, which came a day after Trump visited St. John’s Episcopal Church across from the White House, which had been damaged Sunday by rioters.

“I find it baffling and reprehensible that any Catholic facility would allow itself to be so egregiously misused and manipulated in a fashion that violates our religious principles, which call us to defend the rights of all people even those with whom we might disagree,” Gregory said in a statement.

“Saint Pope John Paul II was an ardent defender of the rights and dignity of human beings. His legacy bears vivid witness to that truth. He certainly would not condone the use of tear gas and other deterrents to silence, scatter or intimidate them for a photo opportunity in front of a place of worship and peace,” Gregory said, repeating an apparently false report that protesters were tear-gassed after scuffling with police so that the president could have a photo opportunity.

In his order, Trump said religious freedom is essential.

“[O]ur Founders understood religious freedom not as a creation of the state, but as a gift of God to every person and a right that is fundamental for the flourishing of our society,” the order read.

“Religious communities and organizations, and other institutions of civil society, are vital partners in United States Government efforts to advance religious freedom around the world. It is the policy of the United States to engage robustly and continually with civil society organizations — including those in foreign countries — to inform United States Government policies, programs, and activities related to international religious freedom.”

The order requires the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development to “prioritize international religious freedom in the planning and implementation of United States foreign policy and in the foreign assistance programs of the Department of State and USAID.”

In addition, the order requires than $50 million per year be spent on programs “intended to anticipate, prevent, and respond to attacks against individuals and groups on the basis of their religion, including programs designed to help ensure that such groups can persevere as distinct communities; to promote accountability for the perpetrators of such attacks; to ensure equal rights and legal protections for individuals and groups regardless of belief; to improve the safety and security of houses of worship and public spaces for all faiths; and to protect and preserve the cultural heritages of religious communities.”

“Yet again, President Trump is taking a decisive action to keep his promise to people of faith around the world,” White House counselor Kellyanne Conway said of the order, according to Fox.

“This executive order fully integrates the president’s vision – a vigorous defense of international religious freedom rights for all – into key aspects of United States foreign policy.”

Trump’s order was praised on Twitter.

Chinese State Media Calls Violent U.S. Protests A ‘Beautiful Sight’

A state newspaper in China is calling violent riots in U.S. cities “retribution” for Washington’s support of pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong, adding that they are a “beautiful sight.”

The Global Times, a Chinese Communist Party outlet, suggested in a column that Beijing “would be justified if it openly backed the protests and riots in the U.S. that have prompted eight governors to call out the National Guard,” The Washington Times reported.

The column, written by Global Times Editor-in-Chief Hu Xijin, took aim at the Trump administration for threatening to impose sanctions on China over its new security law in Hong Kong.

The newspaper also took aim at [Secretary of State Mike] Pompeo and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Democrat. It mocked a statement Mrs. Pelosi made nearly a year ago that pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong were “a beautiful sight to behold” at the time.

“Now, the ‘beautiful sight’ is extending from Hong Kong to over a dozen U.S. states,” the paper said. “U.S. politicians now can enjoy this sight from their own windows.”

Trump has doubled down on his stern policies against China. Last week, he withdrew the U.S. from the World Health Organization over its handling of China’s role in the coronavirus crisis. The president has also hit Beijing for its “security lockdown” on Hong Kong.

“Chinese officials ignored their reporting obligations to the World Health Organization and pressured the World Health Organization to mislead the world,” Trump announced last week. “The Chinese government has continually violated its promises to us and so many other nations. These plain facts cannot be overlooked or swept aside.”

But Hu said the U.S. should stay out of Chinese matters.

“A quick question for Pelosi and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo: Should the Chinese government and National People’s Congress issue a statement to support the protests by African-Americans and the grassroots of U.S. society?” Hu wrote. “It seems to be what Beijing should do according to the logic of Washington cheering for the rioters in Hong Kong.”

Trump, though, said Beijing’s crackdown on Hong Kong “is a tragedy for the people of Hong Kong, the people of China and, indeed, the people of the world.”

“China claims it is protecting national security, but the truth is that Hong Kong was secure and prosperous as a free society,” Trump said. “Beijing’s decision reverses all of that. It extends the reach of China’s invasive state security apparatus into what was formerly a bastion of liberty. China has replaced its promise formula of ‘one country, two systems’ with ‘one country, one system.’”

Antifa Terrorists Mess with Wrong California Town – Get the “Ever-Loving Snot” Beat Out of Them (VIDEO)

Antifa thugs messed with the wrong town. Several antifa thugs traveled to Yucaipa, California this week to try to stir up some trouble. The men in town chased the punks and beat the snot out of them.

A small gang of Antifa thugs tried to stir up trouble in Yucaipa, California – but it turns out they messed with the wrong town. Video shows citizens turning out in large numbers to chase the thugs out of town.

“They just beat the ever-loving snot out of three or four guys,” said an unidentified man who was filming the beat down. “The Antifa guys are not doing well at all here. They’re getting the **** kicked out of them.”

At least one of the Antifa thugs lost his shirt and one of his shoes as he was chased around a parking lot.

“You can’t come to Yucapia with this ***,” the videographer said.

The Antifa thugs finally got the message and scampered off – but not before a local resident offered a helping hand.

“Hey homie,” the man yelled. “Here’s your shoe, dog.”

Sorry America.  We hate to break it to you but you’ve been had.  Those horrible projections made about the coronavirus, were wrong – way wrong. 

We’re not saying that the elderly were not at risk.  We never did.  If New York, New Jersey, Michigan and other Democrat led states would have protected their elderly in the same manner as Republican-led Florida, then you would never had seen the death tolls in those states that you did.  By forcing coronavirus infected individuals into the elderly homes, the leaders of states like New York murdered the elderly in those institutions.

What we are saying is that the leader of the WHO and Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx scared the hell out of the American people, created a panic and pushed for lockdowns and social distancing that saved little if any life but killed the US economy.

We were first to report that the Director General of the WHO on March 3, 2020 a set off the panic with his highly flawed statement:

While many people globally have built up immunity to seasonal flu strains, COVID-19 is a new virus to which no one has immunity. That means more people are susceptible to infection, and some will suffer severe disease.

Globally, about 3.4% of reported COVID-19 cases have died. By comparison, seasonal flu generally kills far fewer than 1% of those infected.

This statement caused a global panic.  We, however, knew it was wrong and we wrote about it on March 17, 2020. Here is the video of Dr. Ghebreyesus’s remarks.

We were the first to report that the WHO leader’s coronavirus death rate number of 3.4% was false. It was not accurate! Here is a summary of what we reported:

The Gateway Pundit reported, that the coronavirus fatality rate reported by the liberal mainstream media was completely inaccurate and the actual rate more like a typical seasonal flu – the media was lying again. The false reporting of the coronavirus fatality rate at 3.4% by the media started with the statements made by the WHO in early March. Here’s a summary of our analysis proving the Director General’s statement was very misleading and materially false:

1. The fatality rate of the coronavirus as presented by the WHO was based on current data available of known positive cases and known deaths.

Oftentimes estimates have to be made because data is just not yet available. The Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, used the fatality rate of known coronavirus cases and used this as his prediction of eventual mortality rate. This was a faulty assumption. Estimates usually involve obtaining information that is available and making estimates on what is not. We cannot tell the future but we can make educated guesses based on information available. This is what was done with the coronavirus because this exact virus was new to scientists.

2. The “estimated” rate for this year’s seasonal flu is 0.1%.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, according to CDC numbers, in the US in the 2019-2020 flu season, there were 222,552 confirmed cases of the flu from testing and an estimated 36 million flu cases in the United States. There were 22,000 estimated deaths from the flu (via the CDC).

Note that the number of deaths and confirmed cases (through testing) of the flu in the US are based on actual data. The number of individuals who contracted the flu is an estimate. There is no way to know who had the flu in the US because many cases are not severe and people do not have a test done to confirm they had the flu. They believe their symptoms are minor and go on with their normal lives thinking they had a cold or something similar. Because of this, the CDC estimates and they estimated 36 million people had the flu in this past flu season.

The rate of the number of individuals who died from the flu to the number of individuals who were estimated to have had the flu is 0.1% (22,552 / 36 million). This is an estimate and the amount used above by the Director General of the WHO.

However, comparing the rate of individuals who died from the flu to the number of individuals who were confirmed to have had the flu is around 10% (22,000/ 222,552) much higher than the actual estimated rate of 0.1%. This is based on actual data similar to the rate for the coronavirus above.

3. Estimates between the flu and the coronavirus by the WHO did not compare ‘apples to apples’.

The fatality rate that is commonly referred to in the media for the coronavirus back in March was 3.4% from the WHO. This number was based on confirmed cases of people with the coronavirus.

The flu fatality rate provided by the CDC of 0.1% includes estimated number of individuals who had the flu (36,000,000). This rate includes an estimate of all the people who contracted the flu, most who were not tested for the flu.

The fatality rate for the coronavirus does not include those who had the coronavirus but were not sick enough to seek medical attention. This is why the flu fatality rate is 0.1% and the coronavirus fatality rate is 3.4%!

The two rates are like comparing apples to oranges. By doing so the coronavirus fatality rate was overstated when compared to the flu. The WHO and liberal media created a worldwide crisis and panic by falsely comparing the two numbers!

4. Those most at risk from the coronavirus are the elderly and sick (similar to the flu).

Similar to the flu, those most at risk of dying from the coronavirus are the elderly and the sick. The average age for those who died from the coronavirus in Italy is 81 years old. This is consistent around the world. Those under age 10 were rarely affected by this virus.

The sick and those with co-morbidities are also at a higher risk similar to the flu. Current data shows that if you have no pre-existing conditions, your fatality rate if you contract the coronavirus is .9% and that includes the elderly.

We were attacked for our reporting and ridiculed by the far-left for “downplaying the danger of the spread of [the] coronavirus in the US.”  But we were right.  Thank God President Trump sees the WHO for what it is and announced plans to no longer donate to the WHO on an annual basis.

Doctors Fauci and Birx

Doctors Fauci and Birx were next to push ridiculous and highly exaggerated mortality rates related to the coronavirus:

** Dr. Tony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx used the Imperial College Model to persuade President Trump to lock down the ENTIRE US ECONOMY.

** The fraudulent model predicted 2.2 million American deaths from the coronavirus pandemic

** The authors of the Imperial College Model shared their findings with the White House Coronavirus task force in early March

** Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx then met with President Trump privately and urged him to shut down the US economy and destroy the record Trump economy based on this model

** A new critique of the Imperial College Model finds the study is “completely unusable for scientific purposes” — The Imperial College study is a complete sham

** Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx pushed a garbage model on the White House and the American public and destroyed the US economy

As reported weeks ago — in mid April Dr. Fauci admitted that it was he and Dr. Birx who persuaded President Trump to lock down the US economy knowing the massive destruction this would cause in jobs, lives and commerce. President admitted that during a press conference in April that “two very smart people” came into his office and urged him to lock down the economy or 2.2 million Americans would die from the China virus.
But President Trump did not say who those “two very smart people” were.

President Trump: The big projection being that 2.2 million people would die if we did nothing. That was another decision we made, close it up. That was a big decision that we made. Two very smart people walked into my office and said listen these are your alternatives. And that was a projection of 1.5 to 2.2 million people would die if we didn’t close it up. That’s a lot of people.

Dr. Fauci later admitted he persuaded the president to shut down and kill off the US economy.

The numbers now show that if you are under 60, the mortality rate is similar or less than that of the flu. It looks like the coronavirus panic was a scam.

‘Antifa kid’ who smashed a police car and incited riots in Pittsburgh is escorted into custody — by his mom and dad


Brian Bartels, the 20-year-old man who police say turned a protest into a riot on Saturday in Pittsburgh, turned himself in to law enforcement Monday — escorted by his mom and dad. He faces charges of institutional vandalism, rioting, and reckless endangerment of another person, according to police.

Law enforcement had been investigating the destruction of a police SUV over the weekend that had been spray-painted and then set on fire during the demonstrations. After receiving an anonymous tip from a co-worker identifying Bartels as the culprit, police executed a search warrant at his home. During the search they found two guns, six spray paint cans, gloves, and the sweatshirt that the suspect had been wearing during the protest, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.

A video had also surfaced showing a young white male smashing the police SUV’s windows and tagging it with spray paint. In the video, the suspect, believed to be Bartels, can be seen dressed in all-black Antifa-like gear. A woman attempted to stop Bartels from causing damage to the SUV, but Bartels flipped her off in refusal and continued to smash that SUV’s windows.

In the tweet of Bartels turning himself into police custody, Jason Howerton refers to him as an “Antifa kid” because his dress and actions were characteristic of the group’s members. But an official link between Bartels and Antifa has not been established.

Pittsburgh Public Safety reported Sunday that 60 businesses and other properties were damaged and 44 arrests were made as a result of Saturday’s protests. Police believe that Bartels’ actions, which took place at around 4:30 p.m. Saturday, turned the protests into a violent riot.

During a news conference, Pittsburgh Police Chief Scott Schubert called it a “damn shame” that Antifa-like rioters were taking advantage of the protests.

“I am so angry at the fact that some segment hijacked this and then took some of the youth and brought them into the mix,” Schubert said. “There’s no doubt that that’s who’s doing it and a lot of things we’re seeing are white males, dressed in the anarchist, ANTIFA, they’re ones who are fueling a lot of this. It’s just a damn shame that they took advantage of the situation, for something, something happened in another state where somebody died who shouldn’t have died, and they hijacked that message for their own.”

Florida – Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd did not mince words during his presser on Monday when he gave a very stern warning to looters.

Sheriff Judd said there were rumors on social media that rioters were planning to invade and loot homes in neighborhoods in Polk County.

So he fired a warning shot to the violent left-wing rioters.

“I would tell the [criminals] that if you value your life you probably shouldn’t do that in Polk County,” Sheriff Judd said.

He continued, “The people in Polk County like guns, they have guns, I encourage them to own guns and they’re going to be in their homes tonight with their guns loaded. And if you try to break into their homes to steal, to set fires, I’m highly recommending they blow you back out of the house with their guns.”

“So leave the community alone,” he added.

Retired St. Louis Police Captain David Dorn was murdered last night outside of Lee’s Pawn and Jewelry in North St. Louis City. The looters then broke in the store and looted it not fearing. David Dorn was 77-years-old when he was gunned down by looters.

A man who was shot and killed outside a north St. Louis pawn shop Tuesday morning was identified as retired St. Louis city police captain, according to the Ethical Society of Police.

The shooting happened outside the Lee’s Pawn and Jewelry shop on Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. near Sarah Avenue just before 2:30 a.m. Authorities tell Fox 2 that in addition to the murder the store was also looted.

“One of the people murdered last night was a retired St. Louis City Captain,” the ESOP tweeted Tuesday morning. “He was murdered by looters at a pawnshop. He was the type of brother that would’ve given his life to save them if he had to. Violence is not the answer, whether it’s a citizen or officer. RIP Captain!”

Police have not officially identified the retired police captain. The investigation is ongoing. More details will be posted as this story develops.

Cassandra Fairbanks is conservative journalists for The Gateway Pundit and on Sunday night Antifa sent a hit squad to her home after her address was posted online. Fairbanks said that she has been receiving hundreds of death threats the past three days.

In a long twitter thread, she explains that she caught the tail end because she was on an active line with 911. According to Fairbanks, 911 told her they didn’t know when they could get the police to her home because of the protests meanwhile, Antifa was banging on her windows and shooting off fireworks into her home. When Police arrived they found 60 tubes of fireworks, her neighbors also told police what happened.

Fairbanks who was home with only her 9-year-old daughter said that she didn’t see much because she was armed hiding with her daughter trying to stay safe; she was ready to protect herself.

Federal Riot Teams Have Officially Been Deployed to Multiple Cities

Federal riot teams have been dispatched to two U.S. cities as the Trump administration gears up to shut down riots that have taken place across the country. President Donald Trump has also instructed “thousands and thousands” of soldiers and police to quell violence in Washington, D.C.

Attorney General William Barr has ordered the Federal Bureau of Prisons to send riot teams to Miami and Washington, D.C., according to a senior Justice Department official, NPR reported. The FBI will also deploy its Hostage Rescue Team to assist in controlling riots that have taken place in the streets of Washington, D.C., the senior official said. Protesters on Sunday night lit fires in Lafayette Park across from the White House.

Overall, 88 people were arrested in the Washington, D.C., protests, according to The Washington Post.

Trump said he was sparing no effort to restore order.

“I swore an oath to uphold the laws of our nation and that is exactly what I will do,” Trump said in a Rose Garden speech Monday night.

“I am your president of law and order and an ally of all peaceful protesters,” the president went on.

“A number of state and local governments have failed to take necessary action to safeguard their residents.

“I am taking immediate presidential action to stop the violence and restore security and safety in America.

“I am mobilizing all available federal resources, civilian and military, to stop the rioting and looting, to end the destruction and arson and to protect the rights of law-abiding Americans, including your Second Amendment rights.”

Trump said that he will act if a city cannot control the violence on its own.

“If a city or state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them,” the president said.

Trump also said he was bolstering security in the nation’s capital.

“As we speak, I am dispatching thousands and thousands of heavily armed soldiers, military personnel and law enforcement officers to stop the rioting, looting, vandalism, assaults and the wanton destruction of property,” he said.

After his address, Trump walked across the street from the White House to St. John’s Episcopal Church, which was founded in 1816. The church’s parish house was the target of arson during Sunday night’s riots, The Washington Post reported.

“Greatest country in the world,” Trump said as he inspected the damage, according to a White House media pool report. “And we’re going to keep it safe.”

AG Barr Responds to Judge Emmet Sullivan’s Actions in General Flynn Case with Massive Fire Power

Not only did the Department of Justice respond to corrupt Judge Emmet Sullivan’s actions in the General Flynn case yesterday, but they did so with massive fire power.

The Barr Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn last month after bombshell documents were released that proved Flynn was framed by Comey’s FBI.  But the Clinton-appointed Judge Emmet Sullivan made a shocking, political, move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn. Judge Sullivan extended the case by soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s criminal case. Judge Sullivan also appointed retired Clinton appointee judge John Gleeson to argue against the government’s motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn!

This is unheard of!

This came after the US Supreme Court just one week earlier ruled that rogue judges CANNOT do what Judge Sullivan is wanting to do.  The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 to prevent judges like Emmet Sullivan from becoming tyrants on the bench. On Monday Judge Emmet Sullivan claimed he was not required to “rubber stamp” the Justice Department’s bid to dismiss the case.

This is a ridiculous statement by the corrupt judge turned prosecutor.

On Monday afternoon the Department of Justice responded to the rogue judge reminding Sullivan, “We’re the prosecutors here, not you!” But what has gone unreported is that the brief filed by the Justice Department has massive fire power.  The response from the Department of Justice came directly from the office of the United States Solicitor General, Noel Francisco.

In a sign of how important DOJ views the underlying constitutional issues in the case, the formal brief to the appellate court wasn’t just signed by the line attorney managing the government’s case. Instead, it was signed by Noel J. Francisco, the Solicitor General of the United States who is tasked with representing the U.S. government in the most important appellate cases across the country; Brian A. Benczkowski, the Assistant Attorney General and head of DOJ’s entire criminal division; Deputy Solicitors General Jeffrey B. Wall and Eric J. Feigin; assistants to the Solicitor General Frederick Liu and Vivek Suri; Michael R. Sherwin, the acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia; Kenneth C. Kohl, the acting Principal Assistant United States Attorney for D.C.; and Jocelyn S. Ballantine, the line prosecutor handling the Flynn case at trial.

“The Constitution vests in the Executive Branch the power to decide when—and when not—to prosecute potential crimes,” DOJ argued in its brief. Rules of federal criminal procedure, cited by Sullivan in support of his gambit to appoint himself both judge and prosecutor in the inquisition against Flynn, “do[] not authorize a court to stand in the way of a dismissal the defendant does not oppose, and any other reading of [those rules] would violate both Article II and Article III” of the constitution, DOJ wrote.

“Nor, under the circumstances of this case, may the district court assume the role of prosecutor and initiate criminal charges of its own,” the brief continued. “Instead of inviting further proceedings the court should have granted the government’s motion to dismiss.”

The case is now in the hands of the DC Circuit Court.  Obama’s plans to indict General Flynn are over.

The chief of the Richmond, Virginia, police department told reporters Sunday that Black Lives Matter and antifa rioters set fire to a multi-family home with children inside and then blocking access for firefighters to get through to save the children.

Richmond Police Chief William Smith broke down while speaking about the horrible night of chaos after an occupied building was torched by rioters.

Richmond Police Chief William Smith: “One incident that is particularly poignant, that truly illustrates the seriousness of the issues we’re facing. Last night protesters intentionally set fire to an occupied building on [West] Broad Street. This is not the only occupied building that has been set fire to in the last two days. But they prohibited us from getting on the scene. We had to force our way to make a clear path for the fire department. The protesters intercepted the fire apparatus several blocks away with vehicles and blocked that fire department’s access to the structure fire. Inside that home was a child.”

The chief of the Richmond, Virginia, police department broke down while describing the horrific event in his city.
Don’t expect the mainstream media to carry this story.

For the record, police on the scene were able to save the children.

VIDEO: SUV Plows Through Line of POLICE in Major American City

Despite the emotional levers that the mainstream media continues to pull on us, these have been mostly peaceful protests.  There is violence, and that’s what sticks with us because of its raw energy, but it is late at night, and not often accomplished with a protest sign held in one hand.

So, when we see these demonstrations turn awry, they turn very awry.  Things get sideways in a hurry.  It’s ferociously frantic, and frightening.  Oh, so very frightening.

The scene in Buffalo, New York this weekend was just that.

A video emerged Monday night that showed an SUV plowing through a line of officers responding to a George Floyd protest in Buffalo, N.Y., hitting at least one and speeding away.

John Evans, the PBA president, told reporters in the city that a trooper and officer were hit in the incident, according to Stephen Marth of Spectrum News Buffalo. They were rushed to a nearby hospital in serious condition. was just that.

Video of the incident was unreal.

If we’re lucky, this is the crescendo and not the new pace of play.

Watch: Man Refuses To Let Go of American Flag as He Is Viciously Attacked by Rioters

As riots continue to sweep through cities across the United States, peaceful bystanders are paying the price. In Portland, Oregon, on Sunday, a man holding an American flag was brutally beaten by rioters who chased him down and tried to steal the flag. As the violent mob descended — punching and kicking him — the man refused to let the flag out of his clutches.

As the man was singled out, others in the crowd threw objects at him.

Conservative journalist Andy Ngo — who himself was mauled by antifa radicals in June 2019 — shared video of the attack on Twitter.

Another man intervened to try and help the man with the flag and was subsequently chased down and horrifically beaten for doing so. His face was pummeled into the pavement, and he lay on the street bloodied and unresponsive. One of the terrorizers then kicked him mercilessly in the face.

As the helpless man laid unmoving, the mob devolved to shrieking expletives and threats to him.

“Knocked his motherf—ing a– out,” one woman said. Other rioters could be heard shouting, “Black lives matter, you f—–.”

When the man regained consciousness, his face was mangled and covered in blood, and parts of his teeth were seen missing.

Volunteer medics helped him to his feet while they and others in the crowd continued to chastise him.

“You’re lucky they’re even helping you. Who the f— are you running your mouth like that?” one person could be heard saying.

They said he brought the attack upon himself by attempting to help the man holding the American flag.

“Do not, do not protest against black lives because guess what, we’re showing up for you even though you’re being terrible to people,” one of the “medics” lectured as his bloodied face was attended to.

The Portland hoodlums ignored Mayor Ted Wheeler’s 8 p.m. curfew and continued the rioting for the second night in a row.

The violent demonstrations are connected to the growing unrest across the country related to the May 25 death of George Floyd in Minneapolis after a police officer knelt on his neck during an arrest.

What started as peaceful protests soon turned violent as they were hijacked by left-wing groups such as antifa and Black Lives Matter activists.

As in other demonstrations across the nation, rioters in Portland took to smashing cars and vandalizing businesses — racking up millions of dollars in damages in just one night.

“On Friday night, protesters broke the windows at the downtown Portland Apple store to steal a desktop computer that they then used to break the window of another store. Numerous retailers reported building and looting damages in the millions,” Oregon Live reported.

As the mob mentality intensifies, Americans are being attacked while merely trying to defend their property or businesses. A man trying to protect his neighborhood from being ransacked by looters was stoned and beaten into unconsciousness.

An elderly man was horribly assaulted and his car was lit on fire when he tried to defend his vehicle against a gang of rioters.

The list of these despicable brutalities keeps getting longer.

The man refusing to lose his grasp on the U.S. flag shows the patriotic spirit many Americans still possess. In their eyes, the flag is a symbol of gratitude for the abundant freedoms our country provides.

Loving this country is not evil, but yet that is the narrative that many on the left want to proclaim — as evident in this brutal mob case. Beating innocent people to a pulp in the name of justice is perhaps the most illogical narrative the left has ever conjured.

What happened to the man holding the flag should never happen in this country. Violent leftists have shown that they will go to great lengths to try and persuade people who love America to cower in fear. With President Donald Trump announcing the designation of antifa as a terrorist organization Sunday, now it might be the dangerous radicals’ turn to run for cover.

As the man was beaten down, he never lost his grip on the flag. The American spirit, though under attack, still persists.

The new coronavirus is losing its potency and has become much less lethal, a senior Italian doctor said on Sunday.

“In reality, the virus clinically no longer exists in Italy,” said Alberto Zangrillo, the head of the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan in the northern region of Lombardy, which has borne the brunt of Italy’s coronavirus contagion.

“The swabs that were performed over the last 10 days showed a viral load in quantitative terms that was absolutely infinitesimal compared to the ones carried out a month or two months ago,”he told RAI television.

Italy has the third highest death toll in the world from COVID-19, with 33,415 people dying since the outbreak came to light on Feb. 21. It has the sixth highest global tally of cases at 233,019. However new infections and fatalities have fallen steadily in May and the country is unwinding some of the most rigid lockdown restrictions introduced anywhere on the continent.

Zangrillo said some experts were too alarmist about the prospect of a second wave of infections and politicians needed to take into account the new reality.

“We’ve got to get back to being a normal country,” he said. “Someone has to take responsibility for terrorizing the country.”

The government urged caution, saying it was far too soon to claim victory.

“Pending scientific evidence to support the thesis that the virus has disappeared … I would invite those who say they are sure of it not to confuse Italians,” Sandra Zampa, an undersecretary at the health ministry, said in a statement.

“We should instead invite Italians to maintain the maximum caution, maintain physical distancing, avoid large groups, to frequently wash their hands and to wear masks.”

A second doctor from northern Italy told the national ANSA news agency that he was also seeing the coronavirus weaken.

“The strength the virus had two months ago is not the same strength it has today,” said Matteo Bassetti, head of the infectious diseases clinic at the San Martino hospital in the city of Genoa.

“It is clear that today the COVID-19 disease is different.”
