Christiana Ford, a New Orleans pastor and founder of the Silence The Violence Foundation, is calling for an end to gun violence in her community just days after losing a second son to gun violence just outside her home and steps away from her church. Ford lost her 39-year-old son Lamar Ford in a shooting earlier this month.  Lamar Ford was fatally shot in the head on Aug. 5, 4WWL reported. Police say the shooting happened about 11:30 a.m. on the 1300 block of Elysian Fields Avenue. The location of the deadly shooting was near the House of Faith Non-Denominational Ministries, a congregation led by his mother.

Lamar Ford had served time in prison for manslaughter, according to, but was released two years ago. According to his mother, he was turning his life around and helping with outreach programs at her church.

In addition to his mother, Lamar Ford left behind a 9-year-old son and other siblings.

“This man got out of the car and stood over him and shot him two times in the head,” Christiana Ford told 4WWL. “It’s not right; it’s not right. It’s nothing like losing a child.”

The grieving pastor, who previously lost another son to gun violence in Texas, spoke out against gun violence in New Orleans amid a sharp increase in homicides in the city. Data from the Metropolitan Crime Commission found that since New Year’s Day, 180 murders have been reported, a 42% increase compared to the same period last year.

“To see our kids getting killed daily on the streets. It’s multiplying. It’s crippling. It’s out of control. We need help here in New Orleans,” Ford said.

“Every day, all day, somebody is being killed. That tells me it’s easy to kill and it’s easy to get away with it. … It’s my child now. Whose child is it going to be next?”

“We must come together and let these criminals know they’re not taking over the streets.”

At his trial in 2017, prosecutors said Lamar Ford shot a man named Tyrone Daniels in a vacant alleyway in a dispute over a $40 drug debt on April 22, 2013, according to Prosecutors alleged that Lamar Ford lured Daniels into the alleyway by claiming his bike was there and then shot him. They cited circumstantial evidence against him.

Lamar Ford’s brother Lynn Ford, who had given Daniels a haircut shortly before he was shot, reportedly told investigators that he thought Lamar Ford had murdered Daniels but recanted his testimony upon taking the stand.

In May 2017, Lamar Ford pleaded guilty to manslaughter two days after his trial started, with Daniels’ mother accepting the deal made with prosecutors but insisting he was a murderer.

“I know you killed my son, but I’m going to take it,” Shirley Daniels said, as reported by at the time. “I can’t do it no more.”

‘Bodies burned beyond recognition’: Al-Shabaab militants torture, behead Christians in Kenya; at least 6 killed

Reported By Anugrah Kumar, Christian Post Contributor | Tuesday, January 04, 2022

Suspected al-Shabaab militants tortured and killed at least six Christians, five of whom were reportedly beheaded, in a terror attack on a village in Kenya’s coastal Lamu region that borders Somalia, according to reports.

“It is an ugly sight of people’s bodies lying dead and houses smoking with fire. This is undeniably an awful terrorist attack,” said Pastor Stephen Sila, who was at the site of the attack in Widhu village in Lamu West on Monday morning, the U.S.-based persecution watchdog International Christian Concern reported

“I counted seven houses that were torched down, four bodies of people burned beyond recognition inside the houses,” he was quoted as saying. “A body shot dead right outside a burned house and another beheaded body next to it. Other villagers escaped into the dark and the police are still looking for them.”

The attack took place at about 4 a.m. local time while people were still sleeping, Lamu County Commissioner Samson Macharia told local media. Five of the six killed had their hands tied from behind before they were beheaded, reported Kenya’s The Standard newspaper. “All the deceased persons had their hands tied from behind. Also several houses were torched within the locality and property of unknown value burned,” it said, citing a police report.

The pastor who spoke to ICC added: “The residents have gathered and are asking why the security officers were not doing enough to protect the Christians from being attacked by the Somali militants. There is a standoff now, but more police officers are arriving to pick the bodies and also evacuate those who need emergency medical attention.”

Commissioner Macharia also called it a terror attack and said security forces were hunting for the militants in a nearby forest, where they might have disappeared after the attack.

In the country’s northeast, the al-Shabaab terrorist group has been a constant threat. Al-Shabaab has fought for years to overthrow the Somali government. The group has been responsible for attacks on both sides of the Somalia and Kenya border as it has long vowed to retaliate against Kenya for sending in troops to Somalia to fight the group.

In April 2015, al-Shabaab carried out one of its deadliest attacks when it stormed the campus of Garissa University. On that occasion, militants were said to have separated Muslims from non-Muslims and proceeded to execute all non-Muslim students. At least 148 people were killed in the attack.

Kenya was ranked 49th on Christian support organization Open Doors USA’s 2021 World Watch List of countries where it is most difficult to be a Christian. While it’s a Christian-majority country, persecution has spread in Kenya, Open Doors says. “Particularly, Christians with a Muslim background in the northeast and coastal regions live under constant threat of attack — even from their closest relatives. Our research revealed that Christians were attacked and forced to flee their villages, and Islamic extremist group al-Shabaab has infiltrated the local population to monitor the activities of Christians in those areas.”

Organized crime is also a serious problem in the country, Open Doors adds. “Corrupt officials often fail to take measures against persecutors — increasing the potential for further incidents against Christians.”

A church leader overseeing the Lamu West Africa Inland Churches told ICC that believers are still at risk in the country.

“The enemy is still roaming free within our region,” he said. “We are saddened that six Christians have lost their lives and left their families, and the entire body of Christ is hurting. We call upon the government to heighten its commitment to protecting the people of this great nation of Kenya.”

REPORT: DNC Staffer Seth Rich ‘Leaked…to WikiLeaks’ — DNC or Clinton Team is BLOCKING Investigation

Posted by on May 16, 2017

If you don’t remember this case here is a quick refresher:

Seth Rich was a staffer for the DNC and was gunned down July 10th on a Washington, D.C., street just steps from his home. The police reported it as a possible mugging even though his wallet and cell phone were still on him.

Now several sources are saying Seth was providing leaked info to WikiLeaks.

According to Fox News: A federal investigator who reviewed an FBI forensic report — generated within 96 hours after DNC staffer Seth Rich’s murder — detailing the contents Rich’s computer said he made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, a now-deceased American investigative reporter, documentary filmmaker, and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time.

“I have seen and read the emails between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks,” the federal investigator told Fox News, confirming the MacFadyen connection. He said the emails are in possession of the FBI, while the stalled case is in the hands of the Washington Police Department.

The revelation is consistent with the findings of Rod Wheeler, a former DC homicide detective and Fox News contributor and whose private investigation firm was hired by a third party on behalf of Rich’s family to probe the case. Rich was shot from behind in the wee hours, but was not robbed.

“My investigation up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks,” Wheeler said. “I do believe that the answers to who murdered Seth Rich sits on his computer on a shelf at the DC police or FBI headquarters.”

Reportedly 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments between DNC leaders, from January 2015 – May 2016, were transferred from Rich to MacFadyen before May 21.

On July 22, just 12 days after Rich was killed, WikiLeaks published internal DNC emails that appeared to show top party officials conspired to stop Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont from becoming the party’s presidential nominee. That controversy resulted in Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigning as DNC chairperson. A number of Sanders supporters refused to back party nominee Hillary Clinton, and some subsequently formed groups to work against Clinton and the party.

After Seth Rich died WikiLeaks offered a reward for any information behind his death. Julian Assange never confirmed nor denied Seth was working with the organization.

Wheeler believes powerful forces are preventing the case from a thorough investigation.

“My investigation shows someone within the D.C. government, Democratic National Committee or Clinton team is blocking the murder investigation from going forward,” Wheeler told Fox News. “That is unfortunate. Seth Rich’s murder is unsolved as a result of that.”

Will these investigators be able to find who was responsible for this shooting? Or is it as Wheeler states that larger powers will keep that from happening?

BELGIAN NUCLEAR PLANT ON HIGH ALERT: After Guard is Murdered and his Security Pass Stolen

waving flagPosted on March 26, 2016

BelgiumLuckily, once it was discovered the pass was stolen the plant deactivated it, but it is alarming this happened!

A security guard who worked at a Belgian nuclear plant was murdered and had his security pass stolen, just two days after the Brussels terror attacks.

Belgian media reported today that the security guard, named as Didier Prospero, was walking his dog in the Charleroi region of Belgium when he was shot dead. However, as soon as it emerged that his security pass had been stolen, it was quickly cancelled so nobody could gain access to the site using it.

Investigators are exploring a theory that the man, who has not been named, was killed to steal his pass and gain access to a nuclear facility.

Nuclear power plants are known to be targets for the terror network behind the Brussels bombings and the Paris attacks in November. In a nation on high alert following this week’s attacks, the report stokes fears about the possibility militants are seeking to get hold of nuclear material or planning to attack a nuclear site.

On Thursday, Derniere Heure newspaper had reported the suicide bombers who blew themselves up on Tuesday originally considered targeting a nuclear site, but a series of arrests of suspect militants forced them to speed up their plans and instead switch focus to the Belgian capital.Do you want

Jihadist in the USA

There has been a domestic terrorist attack on American soil. It was not perpetrated by a Tea Partier, Pro Lifer or a returning Veteran. It was done in the name of Allah. Again.

Good luck hearing about it. Only a few recent Fox News reports have mentioned the “lone wolf” terrorist who attacked a 19 year old rising sophomore at the University of Richmond.

Brendan Tevlin

His name was Brendan Tevlin and he was senselessly murdered by Ali Muhammad Brown and his two accomplices. Brown has also been charged with the murders of two gay men in Seattle. He was involved in the April 27th murder of another Seattle man as well as the murder of Cheyanne Bond, who was shot on June 29 in an apparent robbery in Newark, New Jersey.

Brown and his accomplice, Jeremy Villagran, shot Tevlin ten times with a 9 mm Luger. A devout Muslim, Brown believed that he had the right to “take a life for a life” as he disagreed with U.S. military presence in Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran and Syria. According to court documents and, Brown quoted that he felt it was his “mission” to kill Tevlan. He was seeking retribution.

Brendan Tevlin was innocently sitting at a traffic light and had just texted his mom that he would be home shortly, after playing video games with a nearby friend in West Orange, New Jersey. In what initially appeared to be a robbery, Brown and his accomplice, Jeremy Imperial Islamic President ObamaVillagran, approached Tevlan’s Liberty Jeep and proceeded to have an altercation. Together, they fired ten rounds into the vehicle, killing Tevlin. Brown shoved Tevlin’s body into the passenger seat and drove to an apartment complex where he abandoned the vehicle. Villagran fled in a getaway car driven by Andre Fields.

Brendan graduated from Seton Hall Preparatory School with a 4.0 grade point average for all four years. He was in the National Honor Society, Math Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society. He served on Student Council and as a Eucharist minister at his church and he was a talented bagpipe member in the Essex County Shillelagh Pipes and Drums. In his free time, he loved surfing on the Jersey shore and spent summers there with his family. He was just three years shy of a business degree from U of R.

Brendan and his siblings

The pictures of Brendan and his siblings resemble a Ralph Lauren ad with their wholesome, all American good looks. They exude innocence and happiness.

I cannot fathom the grief his family is enduring knowing that he died because a jihadist on American soil wanted retribution; nor can I imagine the fear he must have experienced in those final moments as he realized that his life was ending.

How does one put their life back together?

Where is the outrage for this mother?

Where are the protestors and Eric Holder?

Why hasn’t President Obama offered condolences to this family on national television as he did Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown?

An American was assassinated in our own country for simply being an American. With the exception of one New Jersey radio host and Megyn Kelly, there has been little coverage of this heinous crime. I am so over the double standard that exists in our mainstream media and this administration. Is this the religion of peace

If President Obama had a son and he looked like Brendan, maybe this would have made the 11pm news. Then again, maybe it wouldn’t. In America, killing in the name of Allah isn’t terrorism if the victims are soldiers at Fort Hood, two gay guys or a Christian surfer.Wake up AmericaArticle collective closing
