Iran Rejects Obama’s Iran Nuke Pact, Writes Own ‘Deal’ To Disarm Israel

The Iranian parliament has rejected the formal, legal text of President Barack Obama’s nuclear deal, negotiated in July by the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Russia, China and the Tehran regime. Instead, the majilis approved their own version of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), creating a situation where the Iranian government simply hasn’t signed on to the accord that Obama and Democratic Senators obligated the United States to uphold.Side-Deal-600-LI

Western media incorrectly reported that the majilis approved the actual text of the JCPOA, according to experts.

New York Post columnist Amir Taheri has explained in a series of social media posts that Iran’s version of the deal calls for the cancellation of sanctions against the regime in Tehran. He also noted that Iran’s version of the nuke deal calls for the dismantling of Israel’s nuclear weapons program, citing Iranian parliamentarian Kazem Jalali.Deal-Vest

The Middle East Media Research Center (MEMRI), a regional watchdog organization, has confirmed that Iran did not pass the deal agreed upon in July. They instead voted to pass the  amended version by a vote of 161-59.

Iranian lawmakers tried to unilaterally amend the deal to strip the United States’ ability to “snapback” sanctions should the Tehran regime cheat the agreement. They also replaced the language to ensure that the deal will “cancel” sanctions forever, instead of “suspending” them, MEMRI reported.

The Middle East monitoring group added that the decision to amend the deal unilaterally came at the behest of Iran’s dictator, Ali Khamenei, who on September 3 promised not to honor the agreement with Obama.Pitiful-Deal-NRD-600

Iran-Cheat-600-LAMoreover, the American Enterprise Institute’s Iran Tracker site noted that Iran considered its unilateral amendments to the deal as four “minor changes.”

Separately, as Iranian regime parliamentarians were voting on their own version of the nuke deal, its military was testing a precision-guided ballistic missile in direct violation of United Nations Security Resolution 1929.

The Iranian government has ramped up its regional aggression in the past few months, as Iran is set to soon receive tens of billions of dollars in unfrozen assets.Deflated Diplomacy

Tehran’s military is now deeply involved in the ongoing civil war in Syria, with some estimates stating that there are 7,000 soldiers in Syria attempting to prop up Bashar al-Assad’s dictatorial rule. Iran has also continued to provide aid and arms to terror groups Hamas and Hezbollah, and has assisted the Houthi insurgents in Yemen. Multiple Gulf states have also accused the regime of backing terrorist movements that seek to overthrow their governments.

Muslims Kidnap and Starve Woman Before Feeding Her Lavish Meal… Then She Learns What She Just Ate

 Islam is NOT

The wicked depravity of radical Islamic terrorists knows no bounds. Take what they did to a Yazidi mother they hadwas captured.

According to Iraqi parliament member Vian Dakhil, who last week spoke with Politico, after Islamic State group militants captured the mother and her two sons — aged 3 and 5 — they starved her for two days. Then on the third day, they handed the poor woman a bowl of rice with meat. As she began to eat, the militants revealed to her that the meat was in fact from her dead 3-year-old son.

“She tells me, ‘Please, I can’t, I don’t know what can I do — I’m eating my son,’” Dakhil somberly explained. “This is what happened with those woman under ISIS control, and nobody cares. This is, I say that to Mr. Obama, ‘Do you agree with … a woman — she ate her son.’”

muslim-obamaSadly, according to what British fighter Yasir Abdulla told the U.K. Daily Mail last March, the exact same thing happened to another mother as well.Quantcast

“They brought her cups of tea and fed her a meal of cooked meat, rice and soup,” Abdulla said of the mother, who had shown up at the militants’ headquarters to ask about her kidnapped son. “She thought they were kind. But they had killed him and chopped him up, and after she finished the meal and asked to see her son, they laughed and said, ‘You’ve just eaten him.’”

It takes a very sick and twisted soul to commit such a heinous crime against a woman, let alone a mother. But to followers of the Prophet Mohammad, one of the most wicked men in human history, this sort of behavior is just a tiny stepping stone in their quest to turn the entire world into a veritable Islamic madhouse.

150 Females ISIS Just Slaughtered: The Reason Couldn’t Be More Despicable

waving flagPosted by Nancy Hayes — October 12, 2015

Islam is NOT

ISIS has gained a reputation for being one of the most barbarous organizations on the face of the planet. A UN panel in 2014 said that ISIS atrocities amount to war crimes, basing its conclusions on more than 300 firsthand accounts

ISIS-Fighter-ABC-News-Screenshot

Now Iraq’s Ministry of Human Rights is claiming that ISIS murdered 150 women for refusing to marry or perform sexual acts with the terrorists.

The ministry stated: “At least 150 females, including pregnant women, were executed in Fallujah by a militant named Abu Anas Al-Libi after they refused to accept jihad marriage.”Picture1

muslim-obamaThis is not the first time ISIS has committed sexually related crimes. ISIS is also reported to runs brothels and keeps sex slaves. One Yazidi sex slave begged the West to bomb the brothel where she was held to end her suffering.

ISIS also invites women from the West to perform “sexual jihad” for the terrorists.

ISIS issued a “sexual jihad” edict in June after capturing the city of Mosul, Iraq. Posters in the city read, “We call upon the people of this county to bring their unmarried girls so they can fulfill their duty in sex jihad for their warrior brothers in the city and anyone who will not appear will feel the full force of the sharia [Islamic law] upon him.”

Isn’t it great to know Obama wants to increase the number of refugees to America? Isn’t also good to know we have Representatives like Dick Durbin (IL) that say:

“As far as I am concerned, I believe we should be prepared to accept 100,000 — 100,000 Syrian refugeesPicture2

This from a man who represents a city with some of the strictest gun laws in America and STILL some of the highest crime rates in America. How’s that working for you?

ISIS has committed war crimes and they should be dealt with, but certainly NOT by bringing more refugees into America! We can’t even secure our Mexican borders, but we want MORE illegals? I don’t think so. Let’s secure our borders FIRST. Then put a proper and thorough screening process in place before we even THINK of bringing in more bad guys that get their thrills from raping and killing young women and children.  Do we really want more of these terrorists on our soil? Do we really want to see ISIS fighters coming to America who terrify girls or force them to be married? ISIS is responsible for hundreds of war crimes and violations related to sexual violence and rape. Keep them out of our country! Stop the insanity! Stop the funds! Say ‘NO’ to Sanctuary Cities! Enough already! AMEN

‘MUSLIM REFUGEES’: Overrun Hospital, Stab Doctors and Yet NO MEDIA COVERAGE

waving flagPosted on October 9, 2015

culture of deceit and lies

When will the media cover this story about their ‘innocent’ Muslim refugees? Never, probably.

We will return to the topic of the migrants because I have another letter here regarding the effect of immigrants on the everyday flow of operations.

Eyewitness from a Munich hospital:

A friend in Prague has a friend, who, as a retired physician, had returned to work at a Munich area hospital where they needed an anaesthesiologist. I correspond with her and she forwarded me her email. Yesterday, at the hospital we had a meeting about how the situation here and at the other Munich hospitals is unsustainable. Clinics cannot handle emergencies, so they are starting to send everything to the hospitals.

Many Muslims are refusing treatment by female staff and, we, women, are refusing to go among those animals, especially from Africa. Relations between the staff and migrants are going from bad to worse. Since last weekend, migrants going to the hospitals must be accompanied by police with K-9 units.

Many migrants have AIDS, syphilis, open TB and many exotic diseases that we, in Europe, do not know how to treat them. If they receive a prescription in the pharmacy, they learn they have to pay cash. This leads to unbelievable outbursts, especially when it is about drugs for the children. They abandon the children with pharmacy staff with the words: “So, cure them here yourselves!” So the police are not just guarding the clinics and hospitals, but also large pharmacies.America are you paying attention

Truly we said openly: Where are all those who had welcomed in front of TV cameras, with signs at train stations?! Yes, for now, the border has been closed, but a million of them are already here and we will definitely not be able to get rid of them.

Until now, the number of unemployed in Germany was 2.2 million. Now it will be at least 3.5 million. Most of these people are completely unemployable. A bare minimum of them have any education. What is more, their women usually do not work at all. I estimate that one in ten is pregnant. Hundreds of thousands of them have brought along infants and little kids under six, many emaciated and neglected. If this continues and German re-opens its borders, I’m going home to the Czech Republic. Nobody can keep me here in this situation, not even double the salary than at home. I went to Germany, not to Africa or the Middle East.

Even the professor who heads our department told us how sad it makes him to see the cleaning woman, who for 800 Euros cleans every day for years, and then meets young men in the hallways who just wait with their hand outstretched, want everything for free, and when they don’t get it they throw a fit.Picture1

I really don’t need this! But I’m afraid that if I return, that at some point it will be the same in the Czech Republic. If the Germans, with their nature cannot handle this, there in Czechia it would be total chaos. Nobody who has not come in contact with them has no idea what kind of animals they are, especially the ones from Africa, and how Muslims act superior to our staff, regarding their religious accommodation.

For now, the local hospital staff has not come down with the diseases they brought here, but, with so many hundreds of patients every day – this is just a question of time.America are you paying attention

In a hospital near the Rhine, migrants attacked the staff with knives after they had handed over an 8-month-old on the brink of death, which they had dragged across half of Europe for three months. The child died in two days, despite having received top care at one of the best pediatric clinics in Germany. The physician had to undergo surgery and two nurses are laid up in the ICU. Nobody has been punished.Picture2

The local press is forbidden to write about it, so we know about it through email. What would have happened to a German if he had stabbed a doctor and nurses with a knife? Or if he had flung his own syphilis-infected urine into a nurse’s face and so threatened her with infection? At a minimum he’d go straight to jail and later to court. With these people – so far, nothing has happened. Why

And so I ask, where are all those greeters and receivers from the train stations? Sitting pretty at home, enjoying their non-profits and looking forward to more trains and their next batch of cash from acting like greeters at the stations. If it were up to me I would round up all these greeters and bring them here first to our hospital’s emergency ward, as attendants. Then, into one building with the migrants so they can look after them there themselves, without armed police, without police dogs who today are in every hospital here in Bavaria, and without medical help. ISIS Cuts Off Fingertips of 12-Yr Old Christian Boy

An Islamic State terrorist reading out a crucifixion sentence in Syria

Reports have emerged about the brutal killing of 12 Christians, including a 12-year-old boy, by the Islamic State in Syria. The boy was the son of a Syrian ministry team leader who had started nine churches in Syria. The executions took place in village outside of Aleppo.

A spokesperson for Christian Aid said, “In front of the team leader and relatives in the crowd, the Islamic extremists cut off the fingertips of the boy and severely beat him, telling his father they would stop the torture only if he, the father, returned to Islam. When the team leader refused, relatives said, the ISIS militants also tortured and beat him and the two other ministry workers. The three men and the boy then met their deaths in crucifixion.”

Eight other aid workers were separately executed for refusing to denounce their faith. In front of a crowd that was summoned to watch, two of the workers, women aged 29 and 33, were raped before all eight were beheaded.

Syria’s Christian’s population has decreased by two-thirds since 2011, when the conflict began. In Iraq, the Christian population, which numbered at close to 1.5 million in 2003 has shrunk to below 200,000 today.

“It is like going back 1,000 years seeing the barbarity that Christians are having to live under. I think we are dealing with a group which makes Nazism pale in comparison and I think they have lost all respect for human life,” said Patrick Sookhdeo, founder of Barnabas Fund, a charity which helps Syrian Christians. “Crucifying these people is sending a message and they are using forms of killing which they believe have been sanctioned by Sharia law.”

“For them what they are doing is perfectly normal and they don’t see a problem with it. It is that religious justification which is so appalling,” he added.

Genocide of the Christian Martyrs laid bare: Sick ISIS butchers CRUCIFY thousands in Syria

waving flagBy Caroline Wheeler EXCLUSIVE // PUBLISHED: 07:01, Tue, Sep 29, 2015 | UPDATED: 08:25, Tue, Sep 29, 2015

SPECIAL REPORT: We realise that many readers will find this image shocking, but feel it is vital to show the true horror of ISIS. And now a Jewish survivor of Nazi terror is leading the crusade to rescue the Christian Martyrs.

IT WAS only when the gates of the Nazi death camps were thrown open that the industrial scale of Hitler’s killing became known. Western diplomats had received scattered information about Nazi massacres of Jewish people and “undesirables” in occupied Poland and Russia but it was difficult to confirm. Yet just 70 years since the end of the Second World War, a genocide is taking place once again, this time against Christians.

Scores have already been murdered by Islamic State and thousands forced to leave ancient Christian communities in northeastern Syria and western Iraq as the extremists demand they either convert to Islam, pay an extortionate rate of tax or face execution.

Some have even been crucified. Christian Persecution

Despite concerns being raised by religious leaders including the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, the plight of Christian refugees is largely being ignored by the western world.

Now a charity, which is being funded by Jewish peer George Weidenfeld, who escaped Nazi-occupied Austria with the help of British Christians, is taking matters into its own hands by mounting a series of rescue missions to save the Syrian Christians.  Lord Weidenfeld, who was smuggled to safety by Quakers at the age of five, said: “I have a debt to repay.” So far the charity, the Barnabas Fund, has liberated 158 Christians from Syria and found them a new home in Poland.

Its founder and international director Patrick Sookhdeo has recently returned from a visit to eastern Europe, where he was seeking refuge for the hundreds of thousands of Syrian Christians who continue to live under the tyranny of IS.

According to Mr Sookhdeo, Britain’s offer to take up to 20,000 Syrian refugees inadvertently discriminates against the Christian communities most victimised by the Islamic State butchers.

He said: “The British government has said it will take 20,000 refugees and we have said, ‘Will you not take some Christians?’ But we have had no reply.

“We have even put out a joint statement with Muslim Aid to the Government saying both communities are suffering, can’t you look after both?

“What David Cameron is doing, we believe, is unfair.

“He has said he will go to the camps to get the refugees, but the problem is that the Christians don’t like to live in the camp.

“What they prefer to do is to live in church halls or else with families and the reason is that it is safer for them. What we are saying to the Government is that you need a broader based approach.

“By all means take the most vulnerable people but don’t just take them from the camps because you are only going to get one kind of people. When it comes to other countries they all say that European legislation means you can’t discriminate between one religious community and another but we say surely the most vulnerable are the ones you have got to be taking in.”

In areas controlled by IS, Christians have been crucified, beheaded, raped and subjected to forced conversionChristian children are also being sold as slaves.

Mr Sookhdeo added: “It is like going back 1,000 years seeing the barbarity that Christians are having to live under. I think we are dealing with a group which makes Nazism pale in comparison and I think they have lost all respect for human life.

“Crucifying these people is sending a message and they are using forms of killing which they believe have been sanctioned by Sharia law.

Patrick Sookhdeo is working to rescue the Christians facing persecution

While it is not known how many Syrian Christians have been murdered by IS, the numbers living in the country have fallen rapidly since the start of the civil war in 2011.

More than 700,000 of Syria’s population of 1.1 million Christians have already been forced to leave as IS militants expanded into the northwest of the country. Mr Sookhdeo believes there are now no more than 250,000 Christians living in Syria.

He said: “In Aleppo, to give you one illustration, there used to be 400,000 Christians four years ago. Today there may be between 45,000 and 65,000.”

Mr Sookhdeo now faces a race against time to find a new home for the hundreds of thousands of Syrian Christians who he claims have “lost all hope”.

Last week he was in Hungary, where he was appealing to religious and political leaders to provide visas for the Christians. He then drove on to Romania as part of his mercy mission.

He is planning a second mission that will see another 40 Christians rescued from Syria. Jesus Sheep and Goats

Mr Sookhdeo said: “Basically what we have to do is to persuade political and religious leaders to look kindly on this project. I think there is some concern about the numbers involved and the costs, but what we have been saying to these countries is that we can bear these costs so they are not a burden on poor impoverished states or even western states.

“Many Christians and churches are saying we will open up our homes and churches, we will also provide money and support for the first year.

“Because these people are Christians they can also integrate very quickly within the churches and most of them are professionals, like doctors and accountants, so they won’t have a problem finding work.”

One country has already indicated a willingness to take 10,000 Syrian Christians, while others have said they will take between 150 and 200.

“I think things are starting to escalate,” he said.

“But we cannot stop until we find a home for every one of them.

“There are eastern European countries that are sympathetic but once we hit the UK and some of the other countries, they say they don’t want to do it.”

While he did not wish to reveal too much about the rescue operations that often take place behind enemy lines, he explained that the Christians were being taken to neighbouring countries before being moved on to their end destination.

“Everything is done officially,” he said.

“We have to get the visas for them first. With those who went to Poland, it was the Polish embassy in Beirut that had to process everyone.

A Christian church in Aleppo burnt down

“Unfortunately it is a very dangerous world and we have to be very sensitive and cautious about this process.”

Following a career in publishing, Lord Weidenfeld, 95, remains extraordinarily grateful for the risks taken by those who helped him reach Britain in 1938 and has decided to plough money into the fund as a result.

He said: “‘IS is unprecedented in its primitive savagery compared with the more sophisticated Nazis. When it comes to pure lust for horror and sadism, they are unprecedented. There never was such scum as these people.”

The peer said he hopes the project could replicate the work of Sir Nicholas Winton, who died earlier this year aged 106.

Sir Nicholas was a British former stockbroker who helped organise the Kindertransport programme that saved more than 10,000 Jewish children from Nazi persecution in Germany, Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland prior to the outbreak of the Second World War.

The Prime Minister has previously said that Christians would be included in the Government’s vulnerable persons resettlement scheme, although no detail has been provided as to how they will reach them.

ISIS planning ‘nuclear tsunami’

Nuclear annihilation across the globe. This is what a German reporter who successfully embedded with the Islamic State says the terror group is planning. Jurgen Todenhofer released his findings in a book titled “Inside IS – Ten Days in the Islamic State,” reports the UK’s Daily Express.

“The terrorists plan on killing several hundred million people. The west is drastically underestimating the power of ISIS. ISIS intends to get its hands on nuclear weapons,” says Todenhofer, calling the group a “nuclear tsunami preparing the largest religious cleansing in history.”

“They now control land greater in size than the United Kingdom and are supported by an almost ecstatic enthusiasm the like of which I’ve never encountered before in a war zone. Every day hundreds of willing fighters from all over the world come. They are the most brutal and most dangerous enemy I have ever seen in my life. I don’t see anyone who has a real chance to stop them. Only Arabs can stop IS. I came back very pessimistic.”against America

With the ink not yet dry on the “Iran nuclear deal,” Middle Eastern states opposed to Persian domination of the region now are actively pursuing a nuclear weapons capability of their own. President Obama’s deal could literally mean an arms race that could lead to nuclear devastation as Saudi Arabia and others look to get the bomb as well to counter Iran. With more countries obtaining nukes, the greater the possibility terrorists could obtain a weapon, which could be used to attack Israel or the West.

WOUNDED COMBAT VET: Here’s How Obama Is Building and Training Up A Muslim Army

Division 30 is a U.S. training program assigned by President Obama for Syrians in Turkey, also known as the “Moderate” Muslim Rebels. The program is designed for them to learn our tactics, maneuvers for combat against ISIS, and we even issue and teach them how to use our weapons.

The second class of the “Moderate” Muslims Rebels graduated from the program two days ago. Yesterday they returned to Syria to take the battle to the enemies that are overrunning their country. Well, at least that was the plan; instead they handed over all of the weapons that we gave them to an Al-Qaeda affiliate by the name of Jabha Al-Nursa. The program is so bad that congress recently reported that only 4-5 American-trained Syrians remained on the battlefield against the Islamic State group.

The leader of Division 30, Anas Ibrahim Obaid, issued a statement repudiating the division and people who trained the “Moderate” Muslim Rebels. But of course he did, because the program has been funded $500 million dollars. He knows exactly how many troops they can train, how many weapons they can be issued with that kind of cash, and we all know that our resources will make it into the hands of the enemy to be used against the “infidels”.

muslim-obamaYou would think that the President would shut down the program, especially when the Chief of Staff resigned a week before the class graduated; or when he released a statement saying he left because the program was “not serious” and suffered “a lack of accuracy and method” in the selection of Division’s 30 cadre’s. But we know he will ignore all his military advisors to shut it down because he loves arming his Muslim brothers – and in my opinion, he’s building himself an army to destroy everything we stand for.

This isn’t the first time that this has happened, the President has been indirectly handing weapons to our enemies since he took over. How does he keep getting away with this? He needs to be impeached NOW while we still have time to save our country.

School Refuses To Close For Islamic Holiday; Muslim Parents Respond With 7 Alarming Words

The Jersey City Board of Education last week voted down a proposal to take off a day of school for Eid al-Adha, an important Muslim holiday. Muslim attendees who wanted the day off for everyone at the schools showed up at their meeting.Picture5

Things became heated, and one official urged security to “take charge of the situation.” At least one person was escorted from the meeting. One Muslim parent said: “We feel alienated from this Board of Education, we feel alienated from this system.” Another added: “We’re going to be the majority soon.”Picture2

Islam is in fact the world’s fastest growing religion and is expected to grow from 1.6 billion to 2.76 billion by the year 2050, according to Pew. That means almost one third of the world’s population by 2050 will be Islamic, according to CNN.Islam is NOT

Jersey City Board Member Gerald Lyons suggested that closing the schools with only six days notice would cause “undue hardship” on 5,000 to 10,000 parents, who would not have anywhere to send their children. Also, Lyons reminded parents that children can take the day off as an excused religious absence with no penalty.

Others mentioned that the important Jewish holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are not days off for the schools. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio decided last March that the city’s schools would have the holiday off, and this is the first year they will.

We’re DOOMED: Look what Iran “discovered” during the very first nuke inspection

waving flagWritten by Allen West on September 22, 2015

Hassan Rohani and Ayatollah Ali Khameni

The Obama administration has been touting the checks and balances through inspections that will ensure Iran plays by the letter of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). They’ve stated there will be consequences to any violations by Suicide-USA-NRD-600Iran – I don’t know what, because any restoration of sanctions requires a committee. As well, there was supposed to be a complete disclosure of any related documents to the U.S. Congress – but then we found out about the side deals between the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and Iran.

stopAnd here’s just another example of how completely absurd this whole “deal” is, with the Iranians actually allowed to do their own inspections at one of its most sensitive sites.

Arutz Sheva (Israel National News) writes, ” As part of the recent nuclear deal, Iran on Monday handed over to the UN nuclear body alleged samples from the covert Parchin military base, which reportedly has been a key site used to test nuclear detonators. The samples were taken by Iranian scientists with UN scientists not allowed on the site.

Some-Forget-600-LAThe “environmental sampling from some specific parts within the Parchin complex” was conducted in the past week, Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi told state media. “It was done by Iranian experts, in the absence of IAEA inspectors,” Kamalvandi said, clarifying that International Atomic EnergyAgency (IAEA) staff who visited Iran last week were not allowed on the site.

The transfer of the materials comes in the framework of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) work to determine possible military aspects of Iran’s nuclear program by the end of Obama%20Netanyahu%20Iran%20Nuke%20Deal%20Cartoonthe year, as part of a classified side deal between Iran and the IAEA that has been kept secret from the US Congress.”

That side deal stipulates that Iran will inspect Parchin itself, with no international inspectors allowed in. IAEA Chief Yukiya Amano on Sunday was granted brief access to Parchin during a one-day visit to the country, although his tour was a far cry from a full inspection of the site, which the IAEA has long requested access to that Iran has long denied.”

I would presume that in the case of IranKerrywanting to establish good relations early in the stages of the JCPOA, Iran would be more accommodating — nah. Why should they when they hold the high ground? I’d like someone, anyone explain to me where Iran has shown any measure of contrition since “signing” the JCPOA. And of course the materials handed over by the DisarmedIranians are just perfect, kinda like Goldilock’s bowl of porridge — and that was a fairy tale too.

The Parchin military complex has been a controversial site and the Iranian regime has consistently kept inspectors from this site. “Despite Iran’s claims that Parchin is unrelated to its nuclear program, last October it admitted to using Parchin to test exploding bridge wires, used as nuclear detonators.”

Oops, another inconvenient truth for all parties involved, but then again what is truth regarding Iran? We will have no idea about what will exist on the ground in that country, now or in the future. Deflated DiplomacyAnd what is most disconcerting is the fact the West continues to acquiesce to Iran and accept their back handed actions. We have no verification apparatus in place to know what Iran is, or is willing, to do.

Some may say Iran is a sovereign country and has every right to restrict any access to its facilities. Nah, that would mean even as you seek to advance an agenda of terror in the world, you can make the case against transparency against evil. Perhaps the great Western powers back in 1936-1939 should have done something instead of allowing Adolf Hitler and Death to AmericaNazi Germany to build its massive war machine. Ronald Reagan coined the phrase, “trust but verify”…with Iran we should not do the first because we will not be able to do the latter.

I’m no nuclear scientist but I know a little something about history. Every day Iran doesn’t have its nuclear program dismantled means we are marching closer to a greater global conflagration. Chamberlain said there would be “peace in our time.” Hitler said the 1938 Munich Accord was just a “piece of paper.” Just ask yourself, on which course do you believe we are embarking?

Three ISIS Drones Have Been Destroyed in Iraq, Syria

The latest official report of a drone in the possession of the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) is tucked in an August 3rd press release from U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the overseers of the air campaign in Syria and Iraq against the terrorist organization. The reference is included in a list of targets from the previous day near the Iraqi town of Ramadi: “[T]hree airstrikes struck an ISIL tactical unit and destroyed an ISIL motorcycle, an ISIL drone, four ISIL vehicles and an ISIL resupply truck.”

A CENTCOM spokesperson told THE WEEKLY STANDARD that the “remotely piloted aircraft ‘RPA’ was destroyed on the ground,” but that the coalition was unable to confirm whether or not the drone had been armed.

This drone destroyed in Iraq in August was the third ISIL drone targeted to date by Operation Inherent Resolve and the most recent hit since June. The only ISIS drone destroyed so far in Syria was located near Raqqah and was targeted on June 26th. CENTCOM reported that “five airstrikes struck three ISIL tactical units, destroying five ISIL excavators, an ISIL vehicle and an ISIL remotely piloted aircraft.”

The first instance of an ISIS drone being taken out by Operation Inherent Resolve was reported by the Daily Beast in the spring of 2015 based on a March 18th press release from CENTCOM. The Daily Beast quoted military officials as saying that “they believe the drone in question is one of several owned by ISIS but that fighters only recently started seeing them appear on the frontlines.” At the time, it was believed the drone’s mission was one of surveillance, not attack, and was described by military officials as “something that could be bought commercially.”

Although the Daily Beast article was titled “Is ISIS Building a Drone Army?” and noted that experts have said that “ISIS could convert this kind of technology into something deadly,” military officials dismissed the idea: “there [is] a big difference between what ISIS could have purchased off of Amazon.com … and the Reapers and Predators deployed by coalition forces.”

When asked this week if drone use by ISIS was on the rise, a CENTCOM spokesperson told THE WEEKLY STANDARD that “[c]urrently, there is no assessment indicating an increased use of RPA’s [remotely piloted aircraft] by ISIL.”

Saudi Arabia ISIS Sentences Juvenile To “Death By Crucifixion”…

The difference between how ISIS rules its “caliphate” and the way Saudi Arabia governs its country are paper thin at best.

Via IBT:

A prisoner in Saudi Arabia, who was sentenced to death as a child, faces “death by crucifixion” after a final appeal has been dismissed. Ali Mohammed al-Nimr was arrested on 14 February 2012 when he was just 17, during a crackdown on anti-government protests in the Shiite province of Qatif. He was accused by the authorities of participation in illegal protests and of firearms offences, despite there being no evidence to justify the latter charge.

Ali was initially held at a juvenile offenders facility, where he was denied access to lawyers. Evidence indicates that he was tortured and forced to sign a document which was tantamount to a confession. The signed document formed the basis of the case against him and he was convicted of the alleged offences by the Specialized Criminal Court (SCC). However, the trials failed to meet international standards. Ali and his family have strongly denied the charges against him, but, after the final appeal – which was held in secret and without Ali’s knowledge – was dismissed, there are few legal options remaining to oppose the sentence originally handed down on 27 May 2014. It is feared that Ali could be executed in a matter of days.Picture1

The case against Ali appears to be based on his familial connection to Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr, a 53-year old critic of the Saudi regime and a prominent religious leader in the Kingdom, who is his uncle. Mr Al Nimr was sentenced to death by crucifixion on charges including ‘insulting the King’ and delivering religious sermons that ‘disrupt national unity’. This week, it emerged that the authorities plan to execute Ali’s uncle on Thursday (17 September) sparking fears that his nephew will also be killed.

CREEPING SHARIA: Muslims File Petition To End This German Tradition

Screen Shot 2015-09-16 at 1.42.11 PMMohammad-contest-piece-4-small-1_zpsr4tzeyvq-630x1024Oktoberfest is an annual, world renowned festival in Munich that celebrates the German culture. Featuring beer, brats, dancing and beautiful girls, locals and tourists flood into the 16 day festival bringing huge revenue into the economy and fun for all ages. Everyone has an amazing time and the country makes millions – so what could possibly go wrong?

This is what makes my blood boil. Prepare for your head to spin. Intolerant Muslims have filed a petition to put an end to Oktoberfest. As Obama is doing  in America, Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel is flooding Germany with Muslims.  And instead of learning the culture of the generous people that have welcomed them into their country and supported them financially, Muslims are demanding that Germany end their celebrations.

“We tried to ignore the event, but there too many Un-Islamic acts done at the Oktoberfest, such as alcohol consumption, public nudity etc.” Can you imagine the audacity? To my friends in Germany: Turn it up! We in America have numerous Oktoberfests and we will plan on getting loud, dancing and celebrating in your honor!muslim islamist mafia

Chancellor Merkel has proclaimed Islam “belongs to Germany” (sound familiar?). Germany has the largest Muslim population in Western Europe with 3.5 million Muslims. However, 80% of them do not have German citizenship. With thousands more now flooding in from Syria, men often patrol the streets in an attempt to enforce Sharia Law on the citizens. In addition, Muslims are known to attack Christians for their faith. For example, on Christmas 2014, in the German city of Mönchengladbach-Rheydt, Muslims attacked Catholics attending mass. They forced their way into the St. Mary’s Church by shouting “F*cking Christians” and randomly assaulting victims at their place of worship.

[GRAPHIC] Footage of Actual Muslim Slaughterhouse for Christians Released

waving flagPosted on November 4, 2014 by Dom the Conservative

The slaughterhouses, much like those for butchering livestock, have been discovered in Albania, Syria, and the Balkans, in which prisoners, particularly Christians, are being used for their organs. Perhaps the most disturbing detail of these harvests is that witnesses claim these victims are alive while being dissected.Christian Persecution

In an interview with Theodore Shoebat, a Serbian Christian and veteran Special Forces officer in Serbia’s military gave his testimony of the horrors.

“They also kill people and sell their organs in Turkey and Saudi Arabia,” he said. “They abduct people in Kosovo, Serbian people — in some cases Albanian people — and they take their organs… they torture the people and take their organs while they are still live.”

muslim-obamaHe claimed that mostly “Christian Serbs, young women, and men, and also children” are brutally slaughtered.

These dissections are reminiscent of the Nazi experiments exacted upon Jews in concentration camps. Much like Nazi Germany, Muslim terrorists take delight in their slaughter. To these Islamists, it’s not just a job, it’s a way of life.

Christians are especially targeted in Muslim countries, and many were seeing their blood sold for $100,000 each to Muslim families who believe the blood brings special powers.

In another interview, a survivor named Saif Al-Adlubi told the story of an Egyptian butcher who would examine prisoners as they awaited their execution. Because their ransoms went unpaid, they were led to their slaughter like cattle.

“He grabbed the neck of one elderly Armenian Christian”, says Al-Adlubi, which the Egyptian butcher was about to slaughter. The Egyptian butcher felt the neck of the Christian Armenian saying “you’re an aged man and your neck is soft and I don’t have to sharpen my knife for you”. Others might be more difficult depending on their physique.

Proof of such slaughterhouses was leaked by another survivor, who succeeded in recording the grisly aftermath of Muslim butchers.

TEHRAN (FNA) – A senior commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said Wednesday that Iran will continue boosting its military preparedness until it takes down Israel and sets Palestine free. “…they (the US and the Zionists) should know that the Islamic Revolution will continue enhancing its preparedness until it overthrows Israel and liberates Palestine,” IRGC’s top commander in Tehran province, Brigadier General Mohsen Kazzemeini, told operating units in Tharallah Drills in the Iranian capital on Wednesday.Side-Deal-600-LI

“And we will continue defending not just our own country, but also all the oppressed people of the world, specially those countries that are standing on the forefront of confrontation with the Zionists,” continued the General.ticking

Sum 250,000 Iranian Basiji (volunteer) forces in the form of 250 battalions started massive drills in Tehran on Wednesday and Thursday to practice fighting against security threats.

In relevant remarks in 2014, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei noted that criminal acts of the wolfish and child-killer Zionist regime in Gaza had revealed its true nature, and said, “Only way to solve this problem is full annihilation and destruction of the Zionist regime.”

And the Iranian Lunacy continues!

The loons on the far Left continue to prove my point showing that they have no grasp ofSuicide-USA-NRD-600 the English language. For example: Illegal Aliens aren’t illegal, they just aren’t documented (even though they came here illegally.) Last I checked, there isn’t documentation for permission to enter into this country illegally. Welfare fraud isn’t fraud if you lie on the paperwork to get more money for you and your family. Apparently, lying also has levels of acceptance.

When it comes to the Obama’s and Clinton’s, well, I think at this point, if they told the truth lighting would strike, REPEATEDLY!

Partyof Deceit Spin and Lies

Let’s just deal with one of the more recent lies statements from Mr. Obama:stop

“Iran has agreed to the most robust and intrusive inspections and transparency regiment ever negotiated for any nuclear programs.” (Shades of Bill Clinton-isms and the North Korean agreement. Look how well that worked?) Let’s break it down, shall we? We’ll start off with some dictionary definitions:

ROBUST: capable of performing without failure under a wide range of conditions, or successful or impressive and not likely to fail or weaken.

INTRUSIVE: annoying someone by interfering with their privacy; intruding where you are not wanted or welcome.Pitiful-Deal-NRD-600

TRANSPARENCY: (Do I really need to type this one out?)If his mouth is open he must be lying

Given the fact that Obama was a “professor,” you would think he could easily understand these common English words. Now, keeping those terms in mind, which of the following would make the grade?

  1. We need to give a 24 day notice of inspections for facilities that are NOT on the list. If Iran refuses, they can appeal to the committee that they sit on and have the ability to veto a decision. FAIL!
  2. When requiring a soil sample from around facilities believed to be handling nuclear material, Iran can decide to provide the sample themselves. No inspector involved.FAIL!Iran%20UN_jpg
  3. No Americans are allowed to be part of the inspection teams. FAIL!
  4. Only inspectors approved by the Iranian Guard (secret service) are allowed to be inspectors.
  5. Iran has received, or will receive, over $100 billion in sanction money. Will they or have they taken care of their poor or sick? Will they educate their children, both boys and girls? NO! They went right to the Russians to buy weapons and delivery systems. They have been hanging with the North Koreans at all missile launches and nuclear testing. Another FAIL!
  6. The U.S. wants to require Iran to give a full accounting of its past actions. JUST before the deal was signed, Kerry said the United States already knows with certainty what Iran did in the past and that a full accounting is less important than monitoring what it does in the future. Then why did we ask for it? FAIL!Eye-Prize-600-LI
  7. Iran can’t (or isn’t supposed to) supply weapons to others, yet they have been caught selling arms to many in their region, maybe to help see the fruition of “Death to America” or “Death to Israel.”FAIL!
  8. We were told nothing of side deals. FAIL!
  9. Within 5 years they are allowed to purchase conventional weapons. Hellooo… they’re already purchasing them from Russia! FAIL!
  10. Within 10 years they will be able to purchase ballistic missiles. Newsflash, they’re already making deal with North Korea! FAIL!
  11. And this just in from the AP… Iran will be allowed to use its OWN inspectors to check out a site that is suspected of enriching weapons grade uranium. This has a fox and henhouse feel don’t you think? FAIL!

Can those on the Left really believe that a Deflated Diplomacyregime who hates us, that is breaking the same rules it says it will abide by before the ink is dry, who shouts “death to America,” is buying weapons from Russia, and learning how to make and launch nukes from North Korea can be trusted to do their own inspections? This regime plays in the same sandbox with almost every one of our enemies and openly supports terrorists. We’re trusting them, why?

Would you leave an escaped child rapist to watch your 15-year-old daughter, because heDeath to America promised to not touch her, all the while he has child porn up on his smartphone? REALLY?

As I write this, I received a Facebook message from someone calling me a “war monger” because I am against the Iran deal. Apparently, we only have 2 choices? One, sign a deal that gives Iran all the leverage and the U.S. none, or two, go to war. The Obama-Clinton camp knows how to spin.Constancy

There is a 3rd option. It was working with Iran, as it was with IranKerryRussia… sanctions, tighter sanctions, and even tighter sanctions.

But I guess if I were president and was in my last days I would give as many presents as I could to as many of my family members as possible! Who knew it would be nuclear weapons and the destruction of Israel as well as the United States?IranIraselNukes

America, we are in a world of trouble!

Pentagon Trained “Rebel” Group in Syria Pledges Allegiance to ISIS-aligned Al-Nusra

Pentagon Trained “Rebel” Group in Syria Pledges Allegiance to ISIS-aligned Al-Nusra

Division 30, also known as the New Syrian Forces, was created by the United States as part of a propaganda campaign to counter the fact virtually all of the mercenaries in Syria have gone over to the Islamic State.

On May 8 Defense Secretary Ashton Carter announced 90 mercenaries had begun training with the Pentagon and would be trained at camps in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan. “These trainees are recruited, they’re vetted, and only then are they put into training,Carter said. In early July two-thirds of the Division 30 mercenaries, including the groups’s commander Nadim al-Hassan, were captured in Syria north of Aleppo by Jabhat al-Nusra fighters.

Jabhat al-Nusra is described by the corporate media as an al-Qaeda affiliate sworn to take down the Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad. In June, 2014, the group reportedly pledged allegiance to ISIS at Albu Kamal on the Syria-Iraq border.Picture5

The leader of al-Nusra, Abu Mussab al-Makdessi, said the ISIS fighters “remain our brothers” and the “ideological bond between us is stronger than anything. We are ready to fight by their side … our blood is their blood.”

Late Saturday it was reported seven members of Division 30 were released by al-Nusra and it was hoped Nadim al-Hassan would be released soon.

tw

The Division 30 statement described al-Nusra as “brothers” and went on to declare the Pentagon trained group is on the “same page with all holy warriors in Syria.”

Division 30 represented the last “vetted” non-jihadi mercenary group fighting to overthrow al-Assad in Syria. In November the Syrian Revolutionary Front handed over bases and weapons to Jabhat al-Nusra in the Idlib province.

“The Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council, the vaunted bulwarks of the moderate opposition, only really exist in hotel lobbies and the minds of Western diplomats,” Ben Reynolds wrote in November. “There is simply no real separation between ‘moderate’ rebel groups and hardline Salafists allied with al-Qaeda.”

“Nowhere in rebel-controlled Syria is there a secular fighting force to speak of,” The New York Times reported in April 2013.

The fate suffered by Division 30 demonstrates that the United States is not sincerely interested in forming a viable, non-jihadi paramilitary group in Syria. Division 30 was in effect a propaganda tool used to give the impression there are secular rebels in Syria dedicated to overthrowing al-Assad.

The game plan now calls for the establishment of a no-fly zone in northern Syria under the ruse of protecting civilians. On August 11 the prime minister of Turkey, Ahmet Davutoglu, called for a no-fly zone that will prevent Syria from conducting air raids against ISIS and other assorted radical Salafist groups. Russia and Iran have vowed to oppose the establishment of a no-fly zone over sovereign Syrian territory. Instead of a no-fly zone the United States and Turkey have agreed to establish a de facto “safe zone” along the Turkey-Syria border. What did you say 06.jpg

The Washington Post reported on July 26:

The agreement includes a plan to drive the Islamic State out of a 68-mile-long area west of the Euphrates River and reaching into the province of Aleppo that would then come under the control of the Syrian opposition. If fully implemented, it would also bring American planes in regular, close proximity to bases, aircraft and air defenses operated by the Syrian government, and directly benefit opposition rebels fighting President Bashar al-Assad’s regime. What did you say 04.jpg

As previously noted, there are virtually no moderate mercenary groups inside Syria.

The agreement will establish a safe haven for jihadist groups that represent the only viable force — short of direct U.S. military involvement and boots on the ground — capable of turning Syria into the next Libya, a failed state that does not challenge or resist the hegemony of the United States and Israel in the Middle East. Picture5

Wow: Muslim beheads shopper in IKEA store; look what IKEA is doing in response

cause of death

The United States is not the only Western “civilized” nation suffering from an acute case of PC delusion. Take Sweden for example.

On Monday a 57-year-old Swedish woman and her 22-year-old son were reportedly stabbed and killed (one actually beheaded) by an Eritrean Muslim asylum seeker in the nation’s largest branch of IKEA. Security camera footage from the brutal attack reportedly shows the 35-year-old man grabbing two knives from the kitchenware section just before two shoppers are attacked, according to Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet.

The Express reports the suspect had met with migration officials just hours before the attack, and was soon to be deported. Too late for the woman and her son. But not too late for IKEA to take bold and swift action.

The Swedish retailer announced it will, for the time being, no longer sell kitchen knives in the store. What did you say 05.jpg

WHEW! Thank goodness. That should take care of the problem of vicious jihad-inspired beheadings from crazed Muslim asylum-seekers. How come WE didn’t think of that first?More Evidence

As Breitbart reports, “Immediately after the attack by the newly arrived migrants, who shared a room in a government asylum shelter and had only arrived in the country less than four weeks before, Swedish police rushed to protect migrant communities from “dark forces in society.”What did you say 07.jpg

“Local police across the region have been tasked with taking these measures, to be there for safety purposes for everyone there – those who work there and those who live there,” Vastmanland police spokesman Per Agren said, as quoted by Reuters. What did you say 04.jpg

Yes, we really do want to protect those migrant communities from “dark forces in society” like IKEA who have on display $2 bud vases and $3 placemats and little yellow pencils EVERYWHERE that just compel people to do dastardly deeds. We certainly don’t want to upset them. Let’s just pretend it all never happened, shall we? Seems like that’s exactly what Sweden is trying to do.

After the stabbing on Monday, the store reopened this morning. News Agency AFP reports Swedish police have been “tight-lipped” over what precisely happened in the store, and have refused to confirm various claims in the local and global media, from the identity of the victims and perpetrators, the exact nature of the murder weapons, to whether it was a beheading. There are unconfirmed suggestions in the fringe press that the killers shouted “Allah Akbar” as they struck.

But we really wouldn’t want to bring that up. Neither should we mention that IKEA stores are gun-free zones. And I guess after this last attack, they’re going to be knife-free as well.

No word on whether rolling pins or frying pans will soon be banned as well.

The Terror Strategist: Secret Files Reveal the Structure of Islamic State

An Iraqi officer planned Islamic State’s takeover in Syria and SPIEGEL has been given exclusive access to his papers. They portray an organization that, while seemingly driven by religious fanaticism, is actually coldly calculating. Aloof. Polite. Cajoling. Extremely attentive. Restrained. Dishonest. Inscrutable. Malicious. The rebels from northern Syria, remembering encounters with him months later, recall completely different facets of the man. But they agree on one thing: “We never knew exactly who we were sitting across from.” In fact, not even those who shot and killed him after a brief firefight in the town of Tal Rifaat on a January morning in 2014 knew the true identity of the tall man in his late fifties. They were unaware that they had killed the strategic head of the group calling itself “Islamic State” (IS). The fact that this could have happened at all was the result of a rare but fatal miscalculation by the brilliant planner. The local rebels placed the body into a refrigerator, in which they intended to bury him. Only later, when they realized how important the man was, did they lift his body out again.

Samir Abd Muhammad al-Khlifawi was the real name of the Iraqi, whose bony features were softened by a white beard. But no one knew him by that name. Even his best-known pseudonym, Haji Bakr, wasn’t widely known. But that was precisely part of the plan. The former colonel in the intelligence service of Saddam Hussein’s air defense force had been secretly pulling the strings at IS for years. Former members of the group had repeatedly mentioned him as one of its leading figures. Still, it was never clear what exactly his role was.

But when the architect of the Islamic State died, he left something behind that he had intended to keep strictly confidential: the blueprint for this state. It is a folder full of handwritten organizational charts, lists and schedules, which describe how a country can be gradually subjugated. SPIEGEL has gained exclusive access to the 31 pages, some consisting of several pages pasted together. They reveal a multilayered composition and directives for action, some already tested and others newly devised for the anarchical situation in Syria’s rebel-held territories. In a sense, the documents are the source code of the most successful terrorist army in recent history.

Until now, much of the information about IS has come from fighters who had defected and data sets from the IS internal administration seized in Baghdad. But none of this offered an explanation for the group’s meteoric rise to prominence, before air strikes in the late summer of 2014 put a stop to its triumphal march.

For the first time, the Haji Bakr documents now make it possible to reach conclusions on how the IS leadership is organized and what role former officials in the government of ex-dictator Saddam Hussein play in it. Above all, however, they show how the takeover in northern Syria was planned, making the group’s later advances into Iraq possible in the first place. In addition, months of research undertaken by SPIEGEL in Syria, as well as other newly discovered records, exclusive to SPIEGEL, show that Haji Bakr’s instructions were carried out meticulously.

Bakr’s documents were long hidden in a tiny addition to a house in embattled northern Syria. Reports of their existence were first made by an eyewitness who had seen them in Haji Bakr’s house shortly after his death. In April 2014, a single page from the file was smuggled to Turkey, where SPIEGEL was able to examine it for the first time. It only became possible to reach Tal Rifaat to evaluate the entire set of handwritten papers in November 2014.

This document is Haji Bakr's sketch for the possible structure of the Islamic State administration.
This document is Haji Bakr’s sketch for the possible structure of the Islamic State administration.

“Our greatest concern was that these plans could fall into the wrong hands and would never have become known,” said the man whohas been storingHajiBakr’s notes after pulling them out from under a tall stack of boxes and blankets. The man, fearing the IS death squads, wishes toremain anonymous.

The Master Plan

The story of this collection of documents begins at a time when few had yet heard of the “Islamic State.” When Iraqi national Haji Bakr traveled to Syria as part of a tiny advance party in late 2012, he had a seemingly absurd plan: IS would capture as much territory as possible in Syria. Then, using Syria as a beachhead, it would invade Iraq.

Bakr took up residence in an inconspicuous house in Tal Rifaat, north of Aleppo. The town was a good choice. In the 1980s, many of its residents had gone to work in the Gulf nations, especially Saudi Arabia. When they returned, some brought along radical convictions and contacts. In 2013, Tal Rifaat would become IS’ stronghold in Aleppo Province, with hundreds of fighters stationed there.

It was there that the “Lord of the Shadows,” as some called him, sketched out the structure of the Islamic State, all the way down to the local level, compiled lists relating to the gradual infiltration of villages and determined who would oversee whom. Using a ballpoint pen, he drew the chains of command in the security apparatus on stationery. Though presumably a coincidence, the stationery was from the Syrian Defense Ministry and bore the letterhead of the department in charge of accommodations and furniture.

What Bakr put on paper, page by page, with carefully outlined boxes for individual responsibilities, was nothing less than a blueprint for a takeover. It was not a manifesto of faith, but a technically precise plan for an “Islamic Intelligence State” — a caliphate run by an organization that resembled East Germany’s notorious Stasi domestic intelligence agency.

Graphic: A digital rendering of Haji Bakr's Islamic State organigram.
DER SPIEGEL; Graphic: A digital rendering of Haji Bakr’s Islamic State organigram.
This blueprint was implemented with astonishing accuracy in the ensuing months. The plan would always begin with the same detail: The group recruited followers under the pretense of opening a Dawah office, an Islamic missionary center. Of those who came to listen to lectures and attend courses on Islamic life, one or two men were selected and instructed to spy on their village and obtain a wide range of information. To that end, Haji Bakr compiled lists such as the following:
  • List the powerful families.
  • Name the powerful individuals in these families.
  • Find out their sources of income.
  • Name names and the sizes of (rebel) brigades in the village.
  • Find out the names of their leaders, who controls the brigades and their political orientation.
  • Find out their illegal activities (according to Sharia law), which could be used to blackmail them if necessary.

The spies were told to note such details as whether someone was a criminal or a homosexual, or was involved in a secret affair, so as to have ammunition for blackmailing later. “We will appoint the smartest ones as Sharia sheiks,” Bakr had noted. “We will train them for a while and then dispatch them.” As a postscript, he had added that several “brothers” would be selected in each town to marry the daughters of the most influential families, in order to “ensure penetration of these families without their knowledge.”

The spies were to find out as much as possible about the target towns:

  • Who lived there,
  • who was in charge,
  • which families were religious,
  • which Islamic school of religious jurisprudence they belonged to,
  • how many mosques there were,
  • who the imam was,
  • how many wives and children he had and how old they were.
  • Other details included what the imam’s sermons were like,
    • whether he was more open to the Sufi, or mystical variant of Islam,
    • whether he sided with the opposition or the regime,
    • and what his position was on jihad.

Bakr also wanted answers to questions like:

  • Does the imam earn a salary?
    • If so, who pays it? Who appoints him?
  • Finally: How many people in the village are champions of democracy?

The agents were supposed to function as seismic signal waves, sent out to track down the tiniest cracks, as well as age-old faults within the deep layers of society — in short, any information that could be used to divide and subjugate the local population. The informants included former intelligence spies, but also regime opponents who had quarreled with one of the rebel groups. Some were also young men and adolescents who needed money or found the work exciting. Most of the men on Bakr’s list of informants, such as those from Tal Rifaat, were in their early twenties, but some were as young as 16 or 17.

The plans also include areas like finance, schools, daycare, the media and transportation. But there is a constantly recurring, core theme, which is meticulously addressed in organizational charts and lists of responsibilities and reporting requirements: surveillance, espionage, murder and kidnapping.

For each provincial council, Bakr had planned for an emir, or commander, to be in charge of murders, abductions, snipers, communication and encryption, as well as an emir to supervise the other emirs — “in case they don’t do their jobs well.” The nucleus of this godly state would be the demonic clockwork of a cell and commando structure designed to spread fear.Islam is NOT

From the very beginning, the plan was to have the intelligence services operate in parallel, even at the provincial level. A general intelligence department reported to the “security emir” for a region, who was in charge of deputy-emirs for individual districts. A head of secret spy cells and an “intelligence service and information manager” for the district reported to each of these deputy-emirs. The spy cells at the local level reported to the district emir’s deputy. The goal was to have everyone keeping an eye on everyone else.Picture2

Those in charge of training the “Sharia judges in intelligence gathering” also reported to the district emir, while a separate department of “security officers” was assigned to the regional emir.

Sharia, the courts, prescribed piety — all of this served a single goal: surveillance and control. Even the word that Bakr used for the conversion of true Muslims, takwin, is not a religious but a technical term that translates as “implementation,” a prosaic word otherwise used in geology or construction. Still, 1,200 years ago, the word followed a unique path to a brief moment of notoriety. Shiite alchemists used it to describe the creation of artificial life. In his ninth century “Book of Stones,” the Persian Jabir Ibn Hayyan wrote — using a secret script and codes — about the creation of a homunculus. “The goal is to deceive all, but those who love God.” That may also have been to the liking of Islamic State strategists, although the group views Shiites as apostates who shun true Islam. But for Haji Bakr, God and the 1,400-year-old faith in him was but one of many modules at his disposal to arrange as he liked for a higher purpose.Picture3

The Beginnings in Iraq

It seemed as if George Orwell had been the model for this spawn of paranoid surveillance. But it was much simpler than that. Bakr was merely modifying what he had learned in the past: Saddam Hussein’s omnipresent security apparatus, in which no one, not even generals in the intelligence service, could be certain they weren’t being spied on.

Expatriate Iraqi author Kanan Makiya described this “Republic of Fear” in a book as a country in which anyone could simply disappear and in which Saddam could seal his official inauguration in 1979 by exposing a bogus conspiracy.

There is a simple reason why there is no mention in Bakr’s writings of prophecies relating to the establishment of an Islamic State allegedly ordained by God: He believed that fanatical religious convictions alone were not enough to achieve victory. But he did believe that the faith of others could be exploited.ISIS Beraking the American Cross

In 2010, Bakr and a small group of former Iraqi intelligence officers made Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the emir and later “caliph,” the official leader of the Islamic State. They reasoned that Baghdadi, an educated cleric, would give the group a religious face.

Bakr was “a nationalist, not an Islamist,” says Iraqi journalist Hisham al-Hashimi, as he recalls the former career officer, who was stationed with Hashimi’s cousin at the Habbaniya Air Base. “Colonel Samir,” as Hashimi calls him, “was highly intelligent, firm and an excellent logistician.” But when Paul Bremer, then head of the US occupational authority in Baghdad, “dissolved the army by decree in May 2003, he was bitter and unemployed.”

Thousands of well-trained Sunni officers were robbed of their livelihood with the stroke of a pen. In doing so, America created its most bitter and intelligent enemies. Bakr went underground and met Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in Anbar Province in western Iraq. Zarqawi, a Jordanian by birth, had previously run a training camp for international terrorist pilgrims in Afghanistan. Starting in 2003, he gained global notoriety as the mastermind of attacks against the United Nations, US troops and Shiite Muslims. He was even too radical for former Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden. Zarqawi died in a US air strike in 2006.

Although Iraq’s dominant Baath Party was secular, the two systems ultimately shared a conviction that control over the masses should lie in the hands of a small elite that should not be answerable to anyone — because it ruled in the name of a grand plan, legitimized by either God or the glory of Arab history. The secret of IS’ success lies in the combination of opposites, the fanatical beliefs of one group and the strategic calculations of the other.

Bakr gradually became one of the military leaders in Iraq, and he was held from 2006 to 2008 in the US military’s Camp Bucca and Abu Ghraib Prison. He survived the waves of arrests and killings by American and Iraqi special units, which threatened the very existence of the IS precursor organization in 2010, Islamic State in Iraq.

For Bakr and a number of former high-ranking officers, this presented an opportunity to seize power in a significantly smaller circle of jihadists. They utilized the time they shared in Camp Bucca to establish a large network of contacts. But the top leaders had already known each other for a long time. Haji Bakr and an additional officer were part of the tiny secret-service unit attached to the anti-aircraft division. Two other IS leaders were from a small community of Sunni Turkmen in the town of Tal Afar. One of them was a high-ranking intelligence officer as well.

In 2010, the idea of trying to defeat Iraqi government forces militarily seemed futile. But a powerful underground organization took shape through acts of terror and protection rackets. When the uprising against the dictatorship of the Assad clan erupted in neighboring Syria, the organization’s leaders sensed an opportunity. By late 2012, particularly in the north, the formerly omnipotent government forces had largely been defeated and expelled. Instead, there were now hundreds of local councils and rebel brigades, part of an anarchic mix that no one could keep track of. It was a state of vulnerability that the tightly organized group of ex-officers sought to exploit.

Attempts to explain IS and its rapid rise to power vary depending on who is doing the explaining. Terrorism experts view IS as an al-Qaida offshoot and attribute the absence of spectacular attacks to date to what they view as a lack of organizational capacity. Criminologists see IS as a mafia-like holding company out to maximize profit. Scholars in the humanities point to the apocalyptic statements by the IS media department, its glorification of death and the belief that Islamic State is involved in a holy mission.

But apocalyptic visions alone are not enough to capture cities and take over countries. Terrorists don’t establish countries. And a criminal cartel is unlikely to generate enthusiasm among supporters around the world, who are willing to give up their lives to travel to the “Caliphate” and potentially their deaths.

IS has little in common with predecessors like al-Qaida aside from its jihadist label. There is essentially nothing religious in its actions, its strategic planning, its unscrupulous changing of alliances and its precisely implemented propaganda narratives. Faith, even in its most extreme form, is just one of many means to an end. Islamic State’s only constant maxim is the expansion of power at any price.Islam is NOT

The Implementation of the Plan

The expansion of IS began so inconspicuously that, a year later, many Syrians had to think for a moment about when the jihadists had appeared in their midst. The Dawah offices that were opened in many towns in northern Syria in the spring of 2013 were innocent-looking missionary offices, not unlike the ones that Islamic charities have opened worldwide.

When a Dawah office opened in Raqqa, “all they said was that they were ‘brothers,’ and they never said a word about the ‘Islamic State’,” reports a doctor who fled from the city. A Dawah office was also opened in Manbij, a liberal city in Aleppo Province, in the spring of 2013. “I didn’t even notice it at first,” recalls a young civil rights activist. “Anyone was allowed to open what he wished. We would never have suspected that someone other than the regime could threaten us. It was only when the fighting erupted in January that we learned that Da’ish,” the Arab acronym for IS, “had already rented several apartments where it could store weapons and hide its men.”

The situation was similar in the towns of al-Bab, Atarib and Azaz. Dawah offices were also opened in neighboring Idlib Province in early 2013, in the towns of Sermada, Atmeh, Kafr Takharim, al-Dana and Salqin. As soon as it had identified enough “students” who could be recruited as spies, IS expanded its presence. In al-Dana, additional buildings were rented, black flags raised and streets blocked off. In towns where there was too much resistance or it was unable to secure enough supporters, IS chose to withdraw temporarily. At the beginning, its modus operandi was to expand without risking open resistance, and abduct or kill “hostile individuals,” while denying any involvement in these nefarious activities.against America

The fighters themselves also remained inconspicuous at first. Bakr and the advance guard had not brought them along from Iraq, which would have made sense. In fact, they had explicitly prohibited their Iraqi fighters from going to Syria. They also chose not to recruit very many Syrians. The IS leaders opted for the most complicated option instead: They decided to gather together all the foreign radicals who had been coming to the region since the summer of 2012. Students from Saudi Arabia, office workers from Tunisia and school dropouts from Europe with no military experience were to form an army with battle-tested Chechens and Uzbeks. It would be located in Syria under Iraqi command.

Already by the end of 2012, military camps had been erected in several places. Initially, no one knew what groups they belonged to. The camps were strictly organized and the men there came from numerous countries — and didn’t speak to journalists. Very few of them were from Iraq. Newcomers received two months of training and were drilled to be unconditionally obedient to the central command. The set-up was inconspicuous and also had another advantage: though necessarily chaotic at the beginning, what emerged were absolutely loyal troops. The foreigners knew nobody outside of their comrades, had no reason to show mercy and could be quickly deployed to many different places. This was in stark contrast to the Syrian rebels, who were mostly focused on defending their hometowns and had to look after their families and help out with the harvest. In fall 2013, IS books listed 2,650 foreign fighters in the Province of Aleppo alone. Tunisians represented a third of the total, followed by Saudi Arabians, Turks, Egyptians and, in smaller numbers, Chechens, Europeans and Indonesians.

Later too, the jihadist cadres were hopelessly outnumbered by the Syrian rebels. Although the rebels distrusted the jihadists, they didn’t join forces to challenge IS because they didn’t want to risk opening up a second front. Islamic State, though, increased its clout with a simple trick: The men always appeared wearing black masks, which not only made them look terrifying, but also meant that no one could know how many of them there actually were. When groups of 200 fighters appeared in five different places one after the other, did it mean that IS had 1,000 people? Or 500? Or just a little more than 200? In addition, spies also ensured that IS leadership was constantly informed of where the population was weak or divided or where there were local conflict, allowing IS to offer itself as a protective power in order to gain a foothold.

The Capture of Raqqa

Raqqa, a once sleepy provincial city on the Euphrates River, was to become the prototype of the complete IS conquest. The operation began subtly, gradually became more brutal and, in the end, IS prevailed over larger opponents without much of a fight. “We were never very political,” explained one doctor who had fled Raqqa for Turkey. “We also weren’t religious and didn’t pray much.”America are you paying attention

When Raqqa fell to the rebels in March 2013, a city council was rapidly elected. Lawyers, doctors and journalists organized themselves. Women’s groups were established. The Free Youth Assembly was founded, as was the movement “For Our Rights” and dozens of other initiatives. Anything seemed possible in Raqqa. But in the view of some who fled the city, it also marked the start of its downfall.

True to Haji Bakr’s plan, the phase of infiltration was followed by the elimination of every person who might have been a potential leader or opponent. The first person hit was the head of the city council, who was kidnapped in mid-May 2013 by masked men. The next person to disappear was the brother of a prominent novelist. Two days later, the man who had led the group that painted a revolutionary flag on the city walls vanished. “We had an idea who kidnapped him,” one of his friends explains, “but no one dared any longer to do anything.” The system of fear began to take hold. Starting in July, first dozens and then hundreds of people disappeared. Sometimes their bodies were found, but they usually disappeared without a trace. In August, the IS military leadership dispatched several cars driven by suicide bombers to the headquarters of the FSA brigade, the “Grandsons of the Prophet,” killing dozens of fighters and leading the rest to flee. The other rebels merely looked on. IS leadership had spun a web of secret deals with the brigades so that each thought it was only the others who might be the targets of IS attacks.Christian Persecution

On Oct. 17, 2013, Islamic State called all civic leaders, clerics and lawyers in the city to a meeting. At the time, some thought it might be a gesture of conciliation. Of the 300 people who attended the meeting, only two spoke out against the ongoing takeover, the kidnappings and the murders committed by IS. One of the two was Muhannad Habayebna, a civil rights activist and journalist well known in the city. He was found five days later tied up and executed with a gunshot wound to his head. Friends received an anonymous email with a photo of his body. The message included only one sentence: “Are you sad about your friend now?” Within hours around 20 leading members of the opposition fled to Turkey. The revolution in Raqqa had come to an end. A short time later, the 14 chiefs of the largest clans gave an oath of allegiance to Emir Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. There’s even a film of the ceremony. They were sheiks with the same clans that had sworn their steadfast loyalty to Syrian President Bashar Assad only two years earlier.

The Death of Haji Bakr

Until the end of 2013, everything was going according to Islamic State’s plan — or at least according to the plan of Haji Bakr. The caliphate was expanding village by village without being confronted by unified resistance from Syrian rebels. Indeed, the rebels seemed paralyzed in the face of IS’ sinister power. But when IS henchmen brutally tortured a well-liked rebel leader and doctor to death in December 2013, something unexpected happened. Across the country, Syrian brigades — both secular and parts of the radical Nusra Front — joined together to do battle with Islamic State. By attacking IS everywhere at the same time, they were able to rob the Islamists of their tactical advantage — that of being able to rapidly move units to where they were most urgently needed.

Within weeks, IS was pushed out of large regions of northern Syria. Even Raqqa, the Islamic State capital, had almost fallen by the time 1,300 IS fighters arrived from Iraq. But they didn’t simply march into battle. Rather, they employed a trickier approach, recalls the doctor who fled. “In Raqqa, there were so many brigades on the move that nobody knew who exactly the others were. Suddenly, a group in rebel dress began to shoot at the other rebels. They all simply fled.”

A small, simple masquerade had helped IS fighters to victory: Just change out of black clothes into jeans and vests. They did the same thing in the border town of Jarablus. On several occasions, rebels in other locations took drivers from IS suicide vehicles into custody. The drivers asked in surprise: “You are Sunnis too? Our emir told me you were infidels from Assad’s army.”

Once complete, the picture begins to look absurd: God’s self-proclaimed enforcers on Earth head out to conquer a future worldly empire, but with what? With ninja outfits, cheap tricks and espionage cells camouflaged as missionary offices. But it worked. IS held on to Raqqa and was able to reconquer some of its lost territories. But it came too late for the great planner Haji Bakr.

Haji Bakr stayed behind in the small city of Tal Rifaat, where IS had long had the upper hand. But when rebels attacked at the end of January 2014, the city became divided within just a few hours. One half remained under IS control while the other was wrested away by one of the local brigades. Haji Bakr was stuck in the wrong half. Furthermore, in order to remain incognito he had refrained from moving into one of the heavily guarded IS military quarters. And so, the godfather of snitching was snitched on by a neighbor. “A Daish sheik lives next door!” the man called. A local commander named Abdelmalik Hadbe and his men drove over to Bakr’s house. A woman jerked open the door and said brusquely: “My husband isn’t here.”

But his car is parked out front, the rebels countered.

At that moment, Haji Bakr appeared at the door in his pajamas. Hadbe ordered him to come with them, whereupon Bakr protested that he wanted to get dressed. No, Hadbe repeated: “Come with us! Immediately!”

Surprisingly nimbly for his age, Bakr jumped back and kicked the door closed, according to two people who witnessed the scene. He then hid under the stairs and yelled: “I have a suicide belt! I’ll blow up all of us!” He then came out with a Kalashnikov and began shooting. Hadbe then fired his weapon and killed Bakr.

When the men later learned who they had killed, they searched the house, gathering up computers, passports, mobile phone SIM cards, a GPS device and, most importantly, papers. They didn’t find a Koran anywhere.

Haji Bakr was dead and the local rebels took his wife into custody. Later, the rebels exchanged her for Turkish IS hostages at the request of Ankara. Bakr’s valuable papers were initially hidden away in a chamber, where they spent several months.

A Second Cache of Documents

Haji Bakr’s state continued to work even without its creator. Just how precisely his plans were implemented — point by point — is confirmed by the discovery of another file. When IS was forced to rapidly abandon its headquarters in Aleppo in January 2014, they tried to burn their archive, but they ran into a problem similar to that confronted by the East German secret police 25 years earlier: They had too many files.

Some of them remained intact and ended up with the al-Tawhid Brigade, Aleppo’s largest rebel group at the time. After lengthy negotiations, the group agreed to make the papers available to SPIEGEL for exclusive publication rights — everything except a list of IS spies inside of al-Tawhid.

An examination of the hundreds of pages of documents reveals a highly complex system involving the infiltration and surveillance of all groups, including IS’ own people. The jihad archivists maintained long lists noting which informants they had installed in which rebel brigades and government militias. It was even noted who among the rebels was a spy for Assad’s intelligence service.

“They knew more than we did, much more,” said the documents’ custodian. Personnel files of the fighters were among them, including detailed letters of application from incoming foreigners, such as the Jordanian Nidal Abu Eysch. He sent along all of his terror references, including their telephone numbers, and the file number of a felony case against him. His hobbies were also listed: hunting, boxing, bomb building.

IS wanted to know everything, but at the same time, the group wanted to deceive everyone about its true aims. One multiple-page report, for example, carefully lists all of the pretexts IS could use to justify the seizure of the largest flour mill in northern Syria. It includes such excuses as alleged embezzlement as well as the ungodly behavior of the mill’s workers. The reality — that all strategically important facilities like industrial bakeries, grain silos and generators were to be seized and their equipment sent to the caliphate’s unofficial capital Raqqa — was to be kept under wraps.America are you paying attention

Over and over again, the documents reveal corollaries with Haji Bakr’s plans for the establishment of IS — for example that marrying in to influential families should be pushed. The files from Aleppo also included a list of 34 fighters who wanted wives in addition to other domestic needs. Abu Luqman and Abu Yahya al-Tunis, for example, noted that they needed an apartment. Abu Suheib and Abu Ahmed Osama requested bedroom furniture. Abu al-Baraa al Dimaschqi asked for financial assistance in addition to a complete set of furniture, while Abu Azmi wanted a fully automatic washing machine.

Shifting Alliances

But in the first months of 2014, yet another legacy from Haji Bakr began playing a decisive role: His decade of contacts to Assad’s intelligence services.

In 2003, the Damascus regime was panicked that then-US President George W. Bush, after his victory over Saddam Hussein, would have his troops continue into Syria to topple Assad as well. Thus, in the ensuing years, Syrian intelligence officials organized the transfer of thousands of radicals from Libya, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia to al-Qaida in Iraq. Ninety percent of the suicide attackers entered Iraq via the Syrian route. A strange relationship developed between Syrian generals, international jihadists and former Iraqi officers who had been loyal to Saddam — a joint venture of deadly enemies, who met repeatedly to the west of Damascus.

At the time, the primary aim was to make the lives of the Americans in Iraq hell. Ten years later, Bashar Assad had a different motive to breathe new life into the alliance: He wanted to sell himself to the world as the lesser of several evils. Islamist terror, the more gruesome the better, was too important to leave it up to the terrorists. The regime’s relationship with Islamic State is — just as it was to its predecessor a decade prior — marked by a completely tactical pragmatism. Both sides are trying to use the other in the assumption that it will emerge as the stronger power, able to defeat the discrete collaborator of yesterday. Conversely, IS leaders had no problem receiving assistance from Assad’s air force, despite all of the group’s pledges to annihilate the apostate Shiites. Starting in January 2014, Syrian jets would regularly — and exclusively — bomb rebel positions and headquarters during battles between IS and rebel groups.

In battles between IS and rebels in January 2014, Assad’s jets regularly bombed only rebel positions, while the Islamic State emir ordered his fighters to refrain from shooting at the army. It was an arrangement that left many of the foreign fighters deeply disillusioned; they had imaged jihad differently. IS threw its entire arsenal at the rebels, sending more suicide bombers into their ranks in just a few weeks than it deployed during the entire previous year against the Syrian army. Thanks in part to additional air strikes, IS was able to reconquer territory that it had briefly lost.

Nothing symbolizes the tactical shifting of alliances more than the fate of the Syrian army’s Division 17. The isolated base near Raqqa had been under rebel siege for more than a year. But then, IS units defeated the rebels there and Assad’s air force was once again able to use the base for supply flights without fear of attack. But a half year later, after IS conquered Mosul and took control of a gigantic weapons depot there, the jihadists felt powerful enough to attack their erstwhile helpers. IS fighters overran Division 17 and slaughtered the soldiers, whom they had only recently protected.

What the Future May Hold

The setbacks suffered by IS in recent months — the defeat in the fight for Kurdish enclave Kobani and, more recently, the loss of the Iraqi city of Tikrit, have generated the impression that the end of Islamic State is nigh. As though it, in its megalomania, overreached itself, has lost its mystique, is in retreat and will soon disappear. But such forced optimism is likely premature. The IS may have lost many fighters, but it has continued expanding in Syria.

It is true that jihadist experiments in ruling a specific geographical area have failed in the past. Mostly, though, that was because of their lack of knowledge regarding how to administer a region, or even a state. That is exactly the weakness that IS strategists have long been aware of — and eliminated. Within the “Caliphate,” those in power have constructed a regime that is more stable and more flexible than it appears from the outside.

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi may be the officially named leader, but it remains unclear how much power he holds. In any case, when an emissary of al-Qaida head Ayman al-Zawahiri contacted the Islamic State, it was Haji Bakr and other intelligence officers, and not al-Baghdadi, whom he approached. Afterwards, the emissary bemoaned “these phony snakes who are betraying the real jihad.”

Within IS, there are state structures, bureaucracy and authorities. But there is also a parallel command structure: elite units next to normal troops; additional commanders alongside nominal military head Omar al-Shishani; power brokers who transfer or demote provincial and town emirs or even make them disappear at will. Furthermore, decisions are not, as a rule, made in Shura Councils, nominally the highest decision-making body. Instead, they are being made by the “people who loosen and bind” (ahl al-hall wa-l-aqd), a clandestine circle whose name is taken from the Islam of medieval times. Islamic State is able to recognize all manner of internal revolts and stifle them. At the same time, the hermitic surveillance structure is also useful for the financial exploitation of its subjects.

The air strikes flown by the US-led coalition may have destroyed the oil wells and refineries. But nobody is preventing the Caliphate’s financial authorities from wringing money out of the millions of people who live in the regions under IS control — in the form of new taxes and fees, or simply by confiscating property. IS, after all, knows everything from its spies and from the data it plundered from banks, land-registry offices and money-changing offices. It knows who owns which homes and which fields; it knows who owns many sheep or has lots of money. The subjects may be unhappy, but there is minimal room for them to organize, arm themselves and rebel.

As the West’s attention is primarily focused on the possibility of terrorist attacks, a different scenario has been underestimated: the approaching intra-Muslim war between Shiites and Sunnis. Such a conflict would allow IS to graduate from being a hated terror organization to a central power.Better Ideas

Already today, the frontlines in Syria, Iraq and Yemen follow this confessional line, with Shiite Afghans fighting against Sunni Afghans in Syria and IS profiting in Iraq from the barbarism of brutal Shiite militias. Should this ancient Islam conflict continue to escalate, it could spill over into confessionally mixed states such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Lebanon. In such a case, IS propaganda about the approaching apocalypse could become a reality. In its slipstream, an absolutist dictatorship in the name of God could be established.

U.S. Intelligence Suspects ISIS Planning Mass-Casualty Attack

Analysts in the intelligence community warned the Islamic State may be preparing to carry out a mass-casualty terrorist attack, rather than encouraging its international supporters to carry out ‘lone-wolf’ attacks. Increased competition for recruits and prestige with different jihadist factions are being floated as causes for this possible shift in emphasis. Groups such as Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) typically are more focused on larger attacks, such as the massacre at Charlie Hebdo, or plots against airliners. The Islamic State may be attempting to portray itself as capable and powerful in that regard.culture of deceit and lies

Lt-Gen. Mark Hertling told CNN “I think they’re taking a lot of the new recruits that don’t have time to train, who have not been brought up in their systems, and they’re using them to create the type of mass casualty which produces the media attention, which is exactly what they want, that shows they’re still powerful.”

Despite the U.S.-led bombing campaign and ISIS fighting wars on every front, losing thousands of fighters, the Islamic State is still estimated to have the same number of fighters as it did last year (20,000 to 30,000). Its sophisticated recruitment methods have enabled the organization to replenish its forces as fast as their enemies can kill them.

Gaza 2014: International media in the service of Hamas

Skewed reporting and newsroom bias served the interests of the Hamas propaganda machine.

Media For Hamas
On August 2, 2014, in the middle of the Gaza conflict, we ran the A.F. Branco cartoon that is the featured image to this post. It’s a fitting occasion to revisit the media bias that frames the international view of the 2014 Gaza conflict, as the fourth in our series looking back at our coverage. Our first three posts were:

As before, we are focusing on revisiting our contemporaneous coverage.

The international media is extremely sensitive to discussions of its bias, so much so that when, in June of 2015, the Israeli Foreign Ministry produced a comical short cartoon video poking fun at international media bias, the international media blew a gasket. The Foreign Ministry took down the video, though it was captured by others:

vid01

Was this unfair to the international media?

No, it was very fair, though overly simplified (just like the media’s coverage of Gaza). Our posts from the summer of 2014 reflected the media bias.

In that conflict, the media played a key role in covering up Hamas use of civilians as shields:

For example, this tweet exposing Hamas’ use of Gaza’s main hospital, Al-Shifa, was deleted:

nick casey deleted tweet

As was this article by a Palestinian journalist about his interrogation down the hall from the operating room in the same hospital:

Liberation Magazine You must leave Gaza Shifa Hospital removed

Liberation Magazine You must leave Gaza Shifa Hospital

Hamas bragged about its intimidation of reporters:

Hamas Spokeswoman Intimidate Reporters Gaza

This Finnish reporter accurately reported rocket fire from near Al-Shifa, but then complained when people reported about her report.

http://youtu.be/Nu-e5qWXx-k

It is noteworthy that although there is a mountain of evidence of Hamas using hospitals as cover, this Finnish reporter was the only, or one of the only, to do a broadcast from the location.

Another reporter disclosed how Hamas staged a blast scene it caused to make it appear Israel was at fault — but he only made the disclosure, in his words, when he was out of Gaza and far away from Hamas:

tw01

CAMERA discovered a Wall Street Journal reporter coming to the same conclusion as the Italian reporter, but then deleting the tweet:

wsj tamer el-ghobashy deleted tweet

The reporter later claimed he deleted it because it was speculative.

And that’s how it went. Key disclosures were not made, or deleted. An those that were made, were made only after reporters left Gaza. But by that time the narrative set by Hamas through the media had been set.

For example, this report by NDTV was released only after its reporters left Gaza:

vid02

And that was the problem.

It’s not that there was zero reporting, it’s that Hamas intimidation of reporters made such reporting the exception, rather than the rule, and pushed that reporting to an after-thought.

tw02

In an after-assessment, the Foreign Press Association in Israel (and not an organization that shrinks from criticizing Israel) decried Hamas’ “blatant, incessant, forceful and unorthodox methods” to intimidate journalists.

The result was an almost total lack of on-the-ground media coverage of Hamas’ war crimes, with the coverage of casualties caused by Israeli responses to Hamas rocket fire.

Without the first part of the equation — the use of civilians and civilian structures — the second part of the equation was out of context. It allowed anti-Israel propagandists to make ridiculous claims that Israel deliberately tried to kill civilians.

Reporting from Gaza thus served a critical role in the Hamas propaganda machine.  An al-Jazeera reporter was so valued by Hamas that when the final ceasefire was announced, he was lifted on shoulders in thanks:

The role of reporters on the ground was amplified by more traditional media bias against Israel in the form of selective framing of the conflict, including unquestioning acceptance of Hamas casualty reports claiming few military combatant deaths.

So yes, the international media did serve a critical role in the Hamas war machine.  International pressure resulting from civilian casualties is a critical part of the Hamas war plan, but reporting how Hamas was responsible for the casualties by hiding behind and among civilians would harm the narrative. And reporters, and the media generally, thereby became complicit.

Islamic State bigger threat than Al Qaeda, FBI chief says

waving flagPublished July 23, 2015, FoxNews.com

The Islamic State terror group’s effort to inspire troubled Americans to extremism is a greater threat to the U.S. than an external attack from Al Qaeda, the FBI director said Wednesday. FBI Director James Comey told an audience at the Aspen Security Forum that the group, commonly known as ISIS, has influenced a significant number of Americans through a year-long campaign on social media urging Muslims who can’t travel to the Middle East to “kill where you are.”

Twitter handles affiliated with the group have more than 21,000 English-language followers worldwide, Comey said, adding that thousands of those could be U.S. residents.

The FBI has arrested a significant number of people over the last handful of weeks who had been radicalized, Comey said. He also repeated his previous disclosure, without elaborating, that several people were arrested who were planning attacks related to the July Fourth holiday.was

Comey said it was too soon to say how Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, the Chattanooga gunman who killed five U.S. troops last week, became radicalized. Abdulazeez’s relatives have said he had a history of drug use and depression. Comey noted that “the people the Islamic State is trying to reach are people that Al Qaeda would never use as an operative, because they are often unstable, troubled drug users.” Asked if the threat from the Islamic State group had eclipsed that of Al Qaeda, the rival organization that attacked the U.S. on September 11, 2001, Comey said, “Yes.”against America

muslim-obamaThe U.S. has tracked dozens of Americans, ranging in age from 18 to 62, who have traveled to Syria or Iraq to fight with ISIS, he said. “I worry very much about what I can’t see,” Comey added, because he said ISIS recruiters use encrypted communication software to avoid U.S. eavesdropping.

Comey’s remarks Wednesday signal a deepening concern among U.S. officials about the impact of ISIS efforts to inspire terrorist violence. As recently as September, senior U.S. intelligence officials were downplaying the group’s capacity to attack the U.S. Matt Olsen, then the head of the National Counter Terrorism Center, told Congress last year that the U.S. had “no credible information that ISIL is planning to attack the United States.”What did you say 06.jpg

Intelligence officials last year were saying they worry about a mass casualty attack against a U.S. airliner by Al Qaeda’s Yemen affiliate or by the Khorasan Group, a cadre of Al Qaeda operatives in Syria. But Comey said Wednesday the threat from the Khorasan Group has been “significantly diminished” by U.S. military strikes. The Pentagon on Tuesday announced that it had killed the Khorasan Group’s leader, Muhsin al-Fadhli, in a July 8 airstrike in Syria.

Can You Spot What Iran’s Khamenei Was Holding During His Speech on the Nuclear Deal? The Mainstream Media Ignored It

In their coverage of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s speech on Saturday during which he made his first public comments on the agreement over Iran’s nuclear program, major media outlets either intentionally or inadvertently failed to mention that the top Iranian figure was holding a rifle at the podium.

In video of the speech posted by Iran’s PressTV, the firearm was visible in his left hand at 8:51, 12:05 and 18:20. Toward the end of the speech, the gun was leaned against the podium – as seen at 26:50 and 27:40.

Toward the end of his remarks, Khamenei let go of the gun and balanced it on the podium. (Image source: YouTube/PressTV)

To drive home the point, the supreme leader’s official website posted a close up photo captured from beside the podium of the gun which even showed the magazine jutting out.

This photo was posted on the supreme leader’s official website. (Image source: Khamenei.ir)

TheBlaze reviewed articles on the speech posted by the Associated Press, Reuters, Agence France-Presse and The New York Times.

Some journalists made efforts to include expert opinion in their articles, offering analysis of Khamenei’s words (“to pacify” or “quiet” hardliners); others pointed out that it was “carried live by state television” and noted that the speech was given after holiday prayers marking the end of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, offering atmospheric color.

But the most potent sign of all reflecting his message – the gun balanced under his left hand holding his speech notes – was left unmentioned.

It’s unlikely that if the speech had been given by an American or any Western politician that this scene setting detail would have been overlooked, especially given the hotly debated issue of guns.Picture3

The AP’s website had this photo of Khamenei holding the gun, but it was not mentioned in the copy in the accompanying article:

This video report from AFP-TV also did not include even one shot of Khamenei holding the gun, instead showing his face close up.

During his speech, Khamenei said Iranian policy toward the “arrogant U.S. government” would not change as a result of the nuclear agreement. “Our policy toward the arrogant U.S. government won’t change at all,” Khamenei said. “We have no negotiations with America about various global and regional issues. We have no negotiations on bilateral issues.”ObamaIranian-Flag-WORD-ARTmuslim-obama

He also praised Iranian demonstrators who a week before chanted “Death to Israel” and “Death to the U.S.” during protests marking the pro-Palestinian Al Quds Day commemoration. The ayatollah said that the slogans “Death to Israel” and “Death to America” would continue to be heard in Iran.Keys taken

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday pointed to Khamenei’s speech as offering proof that Iran would not change as a result of the nuclear agreement. “If someone thought that the extraordinary concessions to Iran would lead to a change in its policy, they received an unequivocal answer over the weekend in Iranian ruler Khamenei’s aggressive and contrary speech,” Netanyahu said.

In one of its cruelest acts to date, Islamic State reportedly blew up a baby to show members how to handle explosives. The incredible incident took place in Diyala Province on July 10, according to provincial Security Committee Chairman Sadiq el-Husseini. He detailed the event to the local Arabic-language A-Sumeriah News.

The baby’s father was apparently executed just weeks ago, after he allegedly took part in the killing of an Islamic State member.

Sadiq el-HusseiniSadiq el-Husseini “The organization booby trapped the baby in front of dozens of armed ISIS men and then detonated it from afar,” Sadiq el-Husseini said. The rigging of the baby and its detonation was a training exercise of ISIS to teach its people booby-trapping techniques.

“The organization doesn’t care about the most basic human values. Their crimes are incalculable and the blowing up of the baby is the best proof to the threat of ISIS’ ideology to the state.”

Christian Students FORCED To Pray To Allah! Coming To a School Near You

waving flagCommentary By Adina Kutnicki  — July 6, 2015

URL of the original posting site: http://joeforamerica.com/2015/07/christian-western-students-forced-pray-allah-coming-u-s-school-near

Have your kids begun being introduced to praying to Allah? PATRIOTS, hang onto your last meal, you may just feel the need to vomit after you read the following contents.

THIS is precisely what I have been warning about at various venues, including at Joe For America. HOLD on tight…and even tighter to your kiddies!01

LIKE night follows day, how many times, how many ways, has this site warned about the creeping encroachment of Islam via Shariah Law’s mandates within America, as well as the west in toto? Enumerable. But before we get to the complete encirclement of the kiddies, certain rehashes are necessary. Building blocks.

NOW, it is not as if “The Plan” is news to dedicated readers, however, countless are in the dark about its existence. Its basis. It is this document which spells out how Americans have become increasingly de-sensitized to Islamic indoctrination, and the stealth methods used to effectuate its underpinnings.

Adina Kutnicki: Indeed, let’s, as a first stop, hop aboard our Inquisitor journey with “The Plan”. At its core, “The Plan” is a detailed blueprint, one which the leadership of the Muslim Brotherhood adheres to – and augments as necessary – to infiltrate and penetrate the west, but most intrinsically they are targeting America, the “Great Satan”. It is the main linchpin to the west’s fall. “The Plan’s” basic goals are described thusly:

Phase 1: Establishment of an elite Muslim leadership, while raising taqwa, or Islamic consciousness, in the Muslim community.

Phase 2: Creation of Islamic institutions the leadership can control, along with the formation of autonomous Muslim enclaves.

Phase 3: Infiltration and Islamization of America’s political, social, economic and educational systems, forming a shadow state within the state. Escalation of religious conversions to Islam.Muslims in the White House Administration

Editor’s Note: One of the hot spots of conversion to Islam is America’s extensive system of prisons.

Phase 4: Openly hostile public confrontation over US policies, including rioting, and militant demands for special rights and accommodations for Muslims.

Phase 5: Final conflict and overthrow (jihad).

While each phase has many subsections and takes years to implement, the fact of the matter is that their goals have been ongoing for decades. They are rapidly, stealth-fully bearing fruit.

Editors note: The following statement revealing the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan for America was found in an internal Brotherhood document and presented into evidence during the Holy Land Foundation terror financing trials in 2007 and 2008.

“The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and by the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

INDEED, additional stops on your journey can be found here….and some are housed inside the video. Highly recommended viewing.

YES, the above Obama-vomit is part and parcel of the Brotherhood Mafia’s plan, and it cements (some of) the pieces together – Islam’s forward march! STEP by step along this nauseous path – sorry for that – the lessons learned at these pages are ongoing and wholly supportable via a highly developed knowledge base, in tandem with access to a network of “experts among experts.” Remember that.

IN this regard, once again, heed the following warning: America’s kiddies are in grave danger! As repeatedly assessed:

SEVERAL warnings were blared but the following sets the stage: Obama Inc. funnels taxpayer revenues to Islamize kiddies. This is transpiring inside America and beyond its borders!

INDEED, housed under the guise of Common Core are lesson plans which ‘innocuously’ slide in the ‘exemplary’ and “benign” aspects of Islam. These plans are usually found within the social studies and English curriculum’s, but not exclusively so. One example (out of countless) is more than instructive, relative to the underlying goal of indoctrination.

muslimworksheet.jpg

Parents in Farmville, North Carolina want to know why their children were given a Common Core vocabulary assignment in an English class that promoted the Prophet Muhammad and the Islamic faith …continue reading here

AS predicted – and in the same manner in which Europe is always the forerunner to western civilization’s (incremental) demise – Eurabia’s leaders are whole hog into Islam as the continent’s de facto religion, despite any jibber jabber to the contrary. Consequentially, its Christian public school children are being FORCED to submit to (pagan) Allah! Cause and effect.

SCOTLAND: Glasgow public (state) school forces Christian students to recite Islamic prayers and perform Wudu (ritual washing) at a mosque

Why is there no follow-up about parental outrage and threats of legal action against the school that arranged this? Muslim students are NEVER forced to go on similar field trips to churches or synagogues.

v01

HEAD spinning. Heart stopping. Western civilization’s death throes!

muslim-obamaEVEN so, we are not done yet. As always, Shariah Law’s encroachment (whatever the western locale) is both subtle – stealth jihad-like – and unrelenting. Hence, “accommodations” to “refugees” is the next step/stop, but no one should be foolish enough to believe that it wasn’t planned in advance. Again, coming to a U.S. school near you. Count on it.

A school in Bavaria has sent a letter home to parents warning them not to let their daughters wear revealing blouses or short skirts, because emergency accommodation for refugees has been set up next to the gym.

A week ago emergency accommodation for 200 Syrian refugees was erected right next to the gym of Wilhelm-Diess-Gymnasium in Pocking, Bavaria, Die Welt reports. The gym has been closed as a result, and PE lessons have been relocated to a nearby primary school, but the school is still worried about the refugees interacting with students.

So worried in fact that the headteacher recently sent out a letter to parents to give reassurance about extra security measures. “For the refugees, access to the school gardens and buildings is strictly forbidden. The same goes for the school grounds during the day. The number of teachers on duty during breaks has been increased,” read the letter from head teacher Martin Thalhammer. The letter goes on to give students instructions on how to deal with the situation:

“The Syrian citizens are mainly Muslims and speak Arabic. The refugees are marked by their own culture. Because our school is directly next to where they are staying, modest clothing should be adhered to, in order to avoid discrepancies. Revealing tops or blouses, short shorts or miniskirts could lead to misunderstandings.”America are you paying attention

The letter has not been met favourably by some parents, but a local politician, who did not want to be named, told Die Welt the move was “absolutely necessary”. “When Muslim teenage boys go to open air swimming pools, they are overwhelmed when they see girls in bikinis,” he said. “These boys, who come from a culture where for women it is frowned upon to show naked skin, follow girls and bother them without realizing. Obviously this is concerning for us,” he continued.Picture5

The move by the school has caused a lot of discussion, and Thalhammer has received queries from all over the media, reports the Passauer Neue Presse. “There have never been uniform rules at this school and there never will be.” He said. “It is my duty to look after the children. Therefore I wanted to inform everyone about what is going on at school and what the gym is being used for.” “It was my responsibility to remind everyone that two cultures are coming together here,” he continued.Islam is NOT

UNDERSTOOD? And despite the headmaster’s nonsensical rhetoric, “there have never been uniform rules at this school and there never will be”, the fact remains that he did order the female students to dress modestly, so that Syrian Muslim male “refugees” wouldn’t get all riled up: “revealing tops or blouses, short shorts or miniskirts could lead to misunderstandings.”insane

MOST significantly, instead of the so-called “refugees” being forced to integrate into their host country, the converse is true. Yes, the native population MUST now accommodate them! Is this rational within any non-submitted society? Of course not.Why

IF all of the above appears too fantastical, alas, preferring to believe that FORCING Islamic prayer upon America’s kiddies could never happen – despite many proofs housed in this site – so be it. But you would do well to take off your (mental) blinders before it is too late. Post haste. Forthwith. Forewarned.

IN this regard, just revert back to pre HUSSEIN Obama’s coronation, and search your heart of hearts for what you never thought could happen within the heretofore land of the free, the home of the brave. Resultant, did you ever conceive that gay “marriage” would become the law of the land, in a country built upon Christian and Jewish foundations? Did you believe that citizens would essentially be FORCED to buy any product, let alone health insurance via Obamacare…aka Hitlercare? Did you ever have a nightmare that a global trade agreement – one which DE FACTO gives up America’s sovereignty to foreign (corp) players – would become America’s reality ala the EU? Believe it!

v02 v03 v04

BOTTOM LINE: are you still a disbeliever? On the other hand, have you woken up from dreamland and properly assessed America’s nightmare? Either way, U.S. kiddies are primed to bow to Allah, and this site has already proven it “six ways to Sunday”….er, should it now be known as “six ways to Friday” in “deference” to Islam?

WESTERN lights (almost) out!

74 children executed by ISIS for ‘crimes’ that include refusal to fast, report says

The blood-soaked executioners of ISIS have spared neither women nor children since the jihadist army established its caliphate a year ago, putting an estimated 74 kids and even more women to death for such offenses as practicing “magic” and refusing to fast during Ramadan. A total of 3,027 people have been executed by ISIS since it declared itself a state under strict Islamic law in Syria and Iraq last June, according to a new report by the UK-based group, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

“Many of the charges against those executed are recorded as blasphemy and spying, but others include sorcery, sodomy, practicing as a Shia Muslim.”

– New report on ISIS brutalityPicture4

Just this week, two children whose ages were not known were crucified in the Mayadin, Deir Ezzor province in eastern Syria after ISIS accused them of not properly fasting during Ramadan. The children’s bodies, put on public display on crossbars, each bore a sign explaining their violation during the holy month for Muslims that runs June 17 to July 17. With each execution justified by ISIS’ medieval interpretation of the Koran, the group is attempting to portray itself as the true practitioners of Islam, say experts.

“Underlying all these executions is the apocalypse ideology of the final battle between the believers and the unbelievers,” said Jasmine Opperman, the director of Southern Africa Operations at the Terrorism, Research & Analysis Consortium. “ISIS is using executions to show its followers — and would-be followers — that the group is the only true representative of believers, not only in word, but action, which is why executions are featured so prominently.”

 Islam is NOT

Other children died fighting for their lives.

“The violent Islamist group appears to demonstrate a particular interest in children, releasing videos of children fighting in cages and undertaking military training,” the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights group said. “The report also details moves undertaken by the group to entice children to join, which include setting up offices called “cubs of the caliphate” that recruit children to fight for ISIS.”

The United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child released a report in February, documenting the many horrors ISIS has imposed on children who are Kurdish, Yazidi, Christian and even Muslim. Children – even those who are mentally challenged – are being tortured, crucified, buried alive, used as suicide bombers and sold as sex slaves, the report said.

“ISIS is hoping to spur current supporters around the world who are dormant, of which there are millions, into joining their caliphate by advertising acts like these, of which there are millions,” said Ryan Mauro, national security analyst for the Clarion Project, a nonprofit organization that educates the public about the threat of Islamic extremism. “They know that they can greatly increase their numbers by appealing to current radicals rather than the broader masses.”hate-groups

Women are not spared the cruel brutality of ISIS, either.

The Syrian Observatory found that the terror group carried out more executions this week, murdering two married couples by beheading them publicly with a sword for “sorcery.” “The Islamic State group executed two women by beheading them in Deir Ezzor province, and this is the first time the Observatory has documented women being killed by the group in this manner,” Rami Abdel Rahman, of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, told the Daily Mail.

Other citizens suspected of practicing black magic or sorcery also have been killed, the organization reports, including a magician beheaded in recent weeks in the Iraqi province of Salahuddin. “The practicing of anything that is not approved by Islamic State under their very strict interpretation of Islam is ‘Haram’ or forbidden,” said Veryan Khan, editorial director for the Florida-based Terrorism, Research & Analysis Consortium. “If the Islamic State thinks that sorcery is real, then black magic would be a threat to them and seen as a danger.”notislamophoic

ISIS stepped up its killing spree this week as it celebrated both Ramadan and its one-year anniversary as a caliphate in Iraq and Syria with three straight days of ruthless public punishments and executions. On June 30, 11 workers from al-Miadin endured live crucifixion and were forced to wear signs saying “70 lashes and to be crucified for 1 day for breaking the fast in Ramadan.” radical-islam-threat

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the most recent killing spree is less than a week, after ISIS released a video of 15 men executed in three terrible ways: Drowned in cages, having their head blown off with explosives and burning them alive in a car hit with a rocket launcher.

Last Friday, the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the death of 38 people in Tunisia who were gunned down, and another 27 people who died after a bomb rocked a Shia mosque in Kuwait.

“Islamic State executions are not merely retribution by the state for behavior seen as illegal,” said Khan, noting executions by the Islamic State include everything from burning alive victims, firing squads, beatings and beheadings, to drowning, explosions, and throwing people off of buildings. “The Islamic State uses executions to intimidate and dominate the local population, for diplomatic communiqués to world leaders, for recruitment purposes and to demonstrate the organization is in complete control.”

Transsexual and her gay friend persecuted in Russian village decide to head to Syria to join ISIS… unaware that the terror group throws homosexuals to their death from tall buildings

waving flagBy Will Stewart In Moscow for MailOnline

Russian authorities have expressed fears for the lives of a transsexual man and his gay friend after they were reported to be heading to Syria captivated by Islamic State fundamentalist propaganda. Dubbed the ‘battle trannies’ by the Moscow media, the two suspects Alexei T. and Viktor E – who prefers to be known as Viktoria and dresses as a woman – are accused of maintaining contacts with armed extremist groups.

Another police source Alexander Vinogradov said: ‘We would always be interested in stopping people from joining a terrorist organisation but in this case there is a double motive, as our information is that this would not be accepted if they managed to get all the way to Syria, and it is unlikely that they would live very long once their sexual orientation was revealed.’

Wannabe jihadi: Former classmates said that Viktor (pictured) came to a school reunion dressed as a woman

The case is the most bizarre of a number of recent examples of young Russians being coaxed into travelling to Syria, a trend of acute concern to the Moscow authorities. Reports said the 22 year olds had already left for Syria, while an unconfirmed police source was reported by local news source in Kamchatka as saying they were now in a mental health institute. The couple were put on a list of those wanted for terrorist or extremist activity after apparently being converted to radical Islam. ‘One of them was put there following a court decision because of his predisposition to suicide, and the other went there because he wanted to,’ said the report on kam.24.ru news agency.

Disturbing: In a photo taken in the city of Mosul,  a gay man is dangled over the edge of a building by his ankles

An unnamed teacher said of Viktor: ‘He was a boy. He had girlfriends, had a very short haircut, clothes without any decoration. ‘He was a typical guy. And then later he came here to school to get a copy of his diploma with a different name on it, Viktoria instead of Viktor. At this point he was ‘wearing a short skirt, earrings and with long hair’. ‘He told me: ‘Change my diploma from Viiktor to Viktoria. If you don’t do so, I will complain. ‘ He claimed to have a Russian passport in the name of Viktoria.

The teacher added: ‘We have optional courses on Orthodox Christianity but not on any other religions. ‘Viktor was never interested in religion. I myself was teaching history, social studies and law. He wouldn’t say even a word about Islam.’

Russian police are understood to have confirmed that Viktor and Aleksey have been placed on a list for those wanted with regards to terrorist or extremist activity.

Gathered to watch: The horrific public murders of gay men draw some of the largest crowds in ISIS' self-declared caliphate, with men photographed taking their young sons to watch the regular atrocities

ISIS has staged a relentless recruitment campaign online over the past year, often targeting those who feel persecuted or out of place in the West. It is highly unlikely the barbarians had transsexuals or homosexuals in mind while appealing for new members, however.you think

The terror group has been brutally clear in how it views gay men – releasing sickening videos of them being thrown from the roofs of high buildings in strongholds such as Raqqa and Mosul. Those who survive the fall are then set upon by bloodthirsty crowds who ‘finish them off’ by stoning the terribly injured victims to death.

The horrific public murders of gay men draw some of the largest crowds in ISIS’ self-declared caliphate, with men photographed taking their young sons to watch the regular atrocities. This is because under the terror group’s brutal interpretation of Islam, citizens are taught that being gay clashes with God’s ‘natural’ order, brings destruction to the family and marriages, and leads people to ignore religious guidance in other areas of life.

Former classmates said that he came to a school reunion dressed as a woman.

Bashir Bashirov, head of the Union of Muslims of Kamchatka, said: ‘The first time they came to pray was about a year ago…They said they were man and wife. ‘The mosque is open to everyone, so how can we prohibit anyone coming? ‘We treated the newcomers as Muslims, we couldn’t even imagine there were not straight. And how can one tell? ‘She’ was wearing a hijab, had a female face, was sitting aside from the men,’ he added.

Later they became influenced by radicals ‘and started blaming us for stepping aside from ‘pure Islam… I personally tried to change their minds but in vain. ‘The stopped attending prayers and started telling everyone that we ‘delude ourselves and practice Islam in a wrong way’.’

A former girlfriend of Viktor told how he beat her during their relationship, and kept her dresses after they split up, and started wearing them.

ISIS prisoner forced to dig his own grave (related)

Brutal: The shocking images were taken in ISIS-held territory in the province of Homs and show the two accused men being savagely executed by up to four jihadis

‘Viktor was very strange…He beat me black and blue. ‘But I didn’t complain to police because he threatened me with his older brother. He said that it would be bad for me,’ she said.

She tried to break up with him but he only hit her with greater force.

‘I came to school with a huge bruise under my eye. I was asked what happened, and I could not say, because one teacher was close to his mother. They hushed it up.’

She was deeply shocked when he told her he wanted to be a girl and go out with boys. When they split, his stepmother told him to return her dresses but ‘he wore them himself.  ‘I saw him in one of my dresses.’

Islam is clear in its prohibition of homosexual acts based on the teachings of the Quran as it clashes with the ‘natural’ order in which God created human beings, brings destruction to the family and the institutions of marriage and leads people to ignore God’s guidance in other areas of life.

‘Iran Supporting More than 100 Shiite Terror Groups’

waving flagPosted by The Clarion Project, Wed, June 17, 2015

A recent report in Al Hayat, one of the largest and most-respected pan-Arab dailies, charges that Iran is supporting more than 100 Shiite extremist organizations and militias in Syria and Iraq. The newspaper, which is published in London and funded by Saudi Arabia, says the crimes of these groups are no less horrific than those of the Islamic State.

In Iraq, the Iranian-funded armed militias comprised of Persians have capabilities far beyond those of the Iraqi security forces. The paper quotes academics who commented that the purpose of these militias is to target the Arabs in Iraq, both Sunni and Shiite. In the Arab world, there is anger that the international media is ignoring the atrocities being committed by these militias. Hussein Al Muayid, an Iraqi religious scholar and advisor to the general secretary of the Muslim World League, pointedly questioned why the media as well as political figures focus only on the activities of the terror activities of Sunni organizations.

Muayid claims such selective reporting serves to makes an implicit statement that the Sunni world is responsible for all the terror in the world.

The original Arabic item in the highly-regarded Al Hayat newspaper.

The original Arabic item in the highly-regarded Al Hayat newspaper.

In addition, while governments, experts and clerics issuing fatwas are refusing to give any aid to these Sunni terror organizations, Muayid says Shiite militias, which perpetrate the most horrific acts, enjoy the support of the Iranian ayatollahs, the highest religious authorities in Iran, and the financial and military support of the Islamic republic.

Western researchers and Arab analysts believe that Iran is supporting more than 50 militias in Iraq and another 50 in Syria whose atrocities are not less than those of the Islamic State.

The arrest on Saturday of a Queens college student on charges of conspiring with the Islamic State is just the most recent example of the group’s global strategy, which began about one year ago and has resulted in attacks or arrests in more than a dozen countries.
Late last June, the group, also known as ISIS or ISIL, declared a caliphate, or Islamic state, on the territory it controlled — and started to focus on three parallel tracks:

  • inciting regional conflict with attacks in Iraq and Syria;
  • building relationships with jihadist groups that can carry out military operations across the Middle East and North Africa;
  • and inspiring, and sometimes helping, ISIS sympathizers to conduct attacks in the West.

“The goal,” said Harleen Gambhir, an analyst at the Institute for the Study of War, “is that through these regional affiliates and through efforts to create chaos in the wider world, the organization will be able to expand, and perhaps incite a global apocalyptic war.”was

Beginning last fall, ISIS made repeated calls for attacks on the West, especially to followers in countries taking part in the American-led airstrike campaign in Iraq and Syria. So-called lone wolves have responded to these calls with relatively low-tech assaults — shootings, hostage takings, hit-and-runs — that tend to get a lot of attention.

The Queens man was arrested after a months long investigation found that he was planning to attack various New York City landmarks on behalf of the Islamic State, according to the authorities. “Al Qaeda always wanted to do spectacular attacks, but ISIS has reversed it,” said Patrick M. Skinner, a former C.I.A. operations officer now with the Soufan Group. “They don’t do spectacular attacks. They do attacks that generate spectacular reaction.”muslim-obama

ISIS Declares Provinces Across the Region

Declared providences

Islam is NOTISIS activity across the Middle East and North Africa has also surged. The group declared official provinces — or wilayat — in areas of Afghanistan, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Yemen that had networks loyal to ISIS, many of which have adopted the organization’s signature brutality. It is an “open question” to what extent the core leadership of ISIS is communicating with its affiliates, Mr. Skinner said. While ISIS is providing support to some groups, there is no hard evidence that it is able to direct the activities of a regional wilayat as part of a cohesive campaign.

But Ms. Gambhir noted that a recent rocket attack on a multinational force in the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt may be a sign that ISIS is seeing its abilities mature. The attack could be seen as part of a larger strategy to fracture the American-led airstrike coalition. “We haven’t assessed yet if that’s an intentional orchestration by ISIS,” Ms. Gambhir said. “We’re on heightened alert to look for things like that because it would indicate a new level of capability for the organization.”Obama Muslim collection

VIDEO: 2,700-Year Old Tomb of Bible Prophet in Danger From ISIS

waving flagJune 4, 2015 By

Tomb of Nuchem

“Nahum is not our prophet, but he is a prophet, so we must respect that. He’s a prophet, it is simple.”

Long before Christ walked the earth, Nahum the Prophet warned the world about the end of the Assyrian empire and the destruction of its capital, Nineveh. Now, more than 2,600 years later, his tomb, in the ancient Iraqi city of Al Qosh, may face the same fate, courtesy of ISIS.

“Smooth domes topped with crucifixes rise above the beige stone houses in Al Qosh, a modern town built on the ancient Nineveh plain. The town is rich of history from the Assyrian empire and the beginnings of Christianity. Less well known is the town’s Hebrew heritage, and the once-dominant teachings of the Prophet Nahum.”

The tomb underwent basic repairs in 1796. Then, when all Jews were compelled to flee Alqosh in 1948, the iron keys to the tomb were handed to an Assyrian man by the name of Sami Jajouhana. Few Jews visit the historic site, yet Jajouhana and his family continue to keep the promise he made to his Jewish friends to looks after the tomb.

Nahum was a prophet whose words are recorded in the Bible. His book comes in chronological order between Micah and Habakkuk in the Old Testament.

Asir Salaam Shajaa, an Assyrian Christian born and raised in Al Qosh, dusts off the green cloth that lies over the ancient tomb in the center of the run-down synagogue. He is adamant that resting under the heavy stones are really the remains of Prophet Nahum.

Like his father and his grandfather before him, Shajaa takes care of the site dutifully, fulfilling a promise made more than 60 years ago to the fleeing Jewish residents of the town. A family of Assyrian Christians has been guarding the tomb of Nahum the Elkoshi for generations. A tradition that may be ending soon.

Al Qosh’s Jewish population fled in the early 1950s when the Iraqi government began their sometimes violent effort to rid the country of Jews, to punish the faith for the declaration of an independent Jewish state. Between 1949 and 1953, about 3/4 of Iraq’s Jewish population fled, including the last Jews of Al Qosh.

“When the last Jewish people in Al Qosh left, they asked my grandfather to watch over the tomb, to keep it safe. I don’t know much more than that,” Shajaa explains, straightening the tomb’s cover.

Nahum is frequently referred to as “The Elkoshite,” adding some credence to the postulation that the tomb indeed belongs to the prophet.

The beige hand-laid walls of the old synagogue are crumbling, but many still stand. Some are adorned with legible Hebrew script carved into large stone plaques that remain firmly embedded.

With ISIS just ten miles away from Al Qosh, plans for refurbishing the crumbling walls of Nahum’s tomb are on hold. Shajaa, like many other Iraqi Christians wants to leave battle-scarred Iraq, yet he worries about the future of the synagogue and the tomb, a place that his family has taken care of for decades with little outside help.Christian Persecution

“I’m not sure how long my family will continue to stay in Iraq, we want to leave, most of the Christians want to leave.”

According to Haaretz, Shajaa says:

“My brother says he will stay though, if my family gets to leave Iraq my brother and his children will look after the tomb. It will stay in the family, God willing.”

Beheadings, suicide bombings and the destruction of ancient artefacts: Anti-ISIS artwork depicting terror group’s most horrific crimes go on display in IRANIAN competition

By Jenny Stanton For Mailonline

Pens and pencils were the weapons of choice for artists taking part in an anti-Islamic State cartoon and caricature competition held in Iran. More than 1,000 images were submitted to Iran’s House of Cartoon competition and 270 were put on display at an exhibition on Sunday. Artists from more than 40 countries, including the UK and Australia, entered the Daesh (ISIS) International Cartoon and Caricature Contest.

Evocative: This is one of more than 1,000 entries to the Iranian anti-ISIS competition launched in February

The submitted artwork depicts the terrorists' most horrific crimes, including ISIS' attacks on homosexuals

An Islamic State commander removes people's brains and replaces them with explosives in this cartoon

Heartless: Men leave behind their hearts and their brains when they become terrorists, according to this artist

Death: Sculls and the word Daesh - the Persian name for Islamic State - are portrayed in this piece of art

Graphic artist Massoud Shojaei Tabatabali, head of the House of Cartoon, told Press TV they now have plans to hold the exhibition in other countries like Iraq, Syria and Lebanon. ‘In order to reveal the true nature of ISIL we decided to hold this contest and have people submit their cartoons or caricatures,’ he said. ‘ISIL tries to associate itself with Islam, but in essence has no idea about Islam.’

The contest, launched in February, focuses on the terror group’s horrific crimes, including beheadings, attacks on homosexuals, suicide bombings and the destruction of ancient artefacts. The artwork will be judged by a team of experts and the winners will be announced on May 31.

Fears: The terrorists might not be afraid of spiders and scorpions but they are scared of the power of writing, this artist claims

The images have gone on display at cultural centres in Tehran, Iran's capital

Artists from more than 40 countries, including the UK and Australia, entered the anti-ISIS competition in Iran

This image refers to the terror group's destruction of ancient artefacts - among a long list of ISIS' crimes

Seeking to Spark Sectarian War, ISIS Bombs Saudi Arabia

A family member of a slain victim mourns after arriving at the shiite Imam Ali mosque, the site of a suicide bomb attack, in the village of al-Qadeeh in the eastern province of Gatif, Saudi Arabia where an ISIS suicide bomber blew himself during Friday prayers. Twenty people were killed and more than 50 were wounded.
isis_flagThe Islamic State (ISIS) suicide bombing in Saudi Arabia on May 23 is significant in that it’s the group’s first claimed suicide bombing in the country, but it’s also a strategic move to spark sectarian upheaval in the Shiite-majority province that holds 90% of royal family’s oil reserves.

The Islamic State is trying to spark a cycle of sectarian violence that will destabilize Saudi Arabia and heighten the Royal Family’s tension with Iran. The terror group thrives in environments where Shiites(*) feel they need Iranian protection and where Sunnis(*) feel threatened by real or imagined Iranian influence. The Saudi Eastern Province has the added benefit of endangering the Royal Family’s most critical resource.

The bombing’s objective is to spur Islamic State supporters in Saudi Arabia into action against the Shiites and the royal family. An October 2014 poll found that 5% of the Saudi population of 29 million has a positive opinion of the Islamic State (2% very positive and 3% somewhat positive).

The Saudi population includes about 8.5 million foreign residents, and it is unclear if they are included in the poll. This means that the Islamic State has a pool of somewhere between 1 million and 1.45 million supporters in Saudi Arabia that could be inspired to act. The prospects for the Islamic State are much brighter if an atmosphere of sectarian warfare is instigated; a scenario that can be easily envisioned.

The sensitivity of the Saudi royal family to the bombing’s impact on sectarianism was evident in the immediate booking of the grand mufti on state television to condemn the attack on “sons of the homeland.” The language was deliberately chosen to assure the Shiite minority that the Saudi government cares about their well-being and to distance itself from any Salafists(*) who may cheer the bombing.

The New York Timesreported on how Saudis were declining to donate blood in the wake of the Islamic State bombing, deriding them as infidels and one saying that a Shiite “does not deserve even my spit.” Although there are Saudi Sunnis who stand up for Shiites — like one prominent human rights activist who is a leader in the Shammar tribe — their rarity is apparent in the very fact that their activism makes news headlines.

The Saudi government may deploy Salafist-dominated security forces to the Eastern Province to prevent attacks and to stop the Shiites from holding large demonstrations of grief that could easily turn political and demand better treatment.

The Eastern Province is known for its protests against the Saudi government and subsequent arrests of activists and clerics demanding an end to discrimination and democratic reform. The leader of the Municipal Council in Qatif, where the bombing took place, has already blamed the Saudi government for promoting anti-Shiite sentiment.

Through the bombing, the Islamic State has created a catch-22: Any move by the Saudi government to enhance security in the province risks inflaming the passions of the Shiites, resulting in clashes and oppression that further the cycle.

The popularity of Sunni terrorist groups known for oppressing Shiites is a strong indication of how quickly sectarian fervor could sweep across Saudi Arabia, particularly if there are mass Shiite protests and Iran rallies to their side.

The aforementioned poll found that 52% of Saudis support Hamas and 33% support the Muslim Brotherhood(*). A November 2014 poll by Zogby showed that Saudi Arabia is the only Middle Eastern besides Turkey where a majority (53%) feel that the Muslim Brotherhood played a positive role in Egypt and Tunisia.

A frightening 15% of Saudis most favor Al-Qaeda’s branch in Syria, Jabhat al-Nusra, among all the forces fighting the Syrian regime. About 9% support the Islamic Front, a Saudi-backed Salafist group and 3% preferred the Islamic State.

The Iranian regime and its radical Shiite proxies like Hezbollah and the Houthis are looking for an opportunity to strike back at the Saudis for their military intervention in Yemen and ongoing support for Syrian rebels. There is no better opportunity than upheaval in the Eastern Province, especially at this time when Iran’s economy is suffering from low oil prices.

The objective of the bombing in Qatif is to make Saudi Arabia an extension of the Shiite-Sunni battlefield seen in Iraq, Syria and Yemen. And the Islamic State isn’t crazy for thinking it could happen. Picture8

CAIR Officials on Memorial Day: Do U.S. Troops Merit Honor?

against America

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group labeled by the Justice Department as a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity and unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorism-financing trial, disingenuously claims that it is a moderate organization.

Yet, on May 23, Zahra Billoo, the radical executive-director of CAIR’s San Francisco Bay Area chapter, tweeted that she “struggles with Memorial Day each year” about whether to honor American soldiers who died in wars:

She also quoted another CAIR official, Dawud Walid, the executive-director of CAIR’s Michigan chapter, as questioning whether they should honor American soldiers that died in “unjust” wars and occupations. That’s a direct insult to American soldiers currently serving in Afghanistan and those that have returned from Iraq, as CAIR officials consistently describe those wars with that terminology. Billoo quoted Walid as saying:

Billoo did, however, find one “soldier” she felt comfortably honoring. On May 26, she promoted an article from the anti-Semitic and anti-American Nation of Islam that asked for help for a “black liberation soldier” named Imam Jamil al-Amin:

Al-Amin was a member of the Black Panthers terrorist group and was convicted of murdering a police officer in 2000. He is also anti-American, stating “if America doesn’t come around, we’re gonna burn it down,” and “I say violence is necessary. It is as American as cherry pie.”

Al-Amin also said, “When we begin to look critically at the Constitution of the United States . . . we see that in its main essence it is diametrically opposed to what Allah has commanded.”

Al-Amin is considered to be a political prisoner by radical groups like the Nation of Islam, the Sankore Institute of Islamic African Studies International and now, at least one CAIR leader. The extremist cleric viewed America as intrinsically evil from its very foundation. Al-Amin’s theme is similar to other tweets written by Billoo and Walid over Memorial Day Weekend. On May 24, as Memorial Day Weekend was beginning, Walid shared his thoughts that America is a fundamentally racist country:

On May 4, Billoo re-tweeted two opinions that America is inherently murderous:

The tweets are offensive and disturbing, but they are not unprecedented. In March, the Clarion Project reported on how Billoo and Imraan Siddiqi, chairman of the board for CAIR’s Arizona chapter, were sending out tweets depicting the U.S. military as “occupiers” and “murderers.” The tweets outraged the American-Islamic Forum on Democracy (AIFD), a Muslim group opposed to Islamist extremism. Its leader, Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, served in the U.S. Navy. “It is plain to see, however, that they [the CAIR officials] have nothing but disdain for our armed forces. We do hope that Muslim members of the U.S. military realize that CAIR sees you as ‘occupiers,’ not patriots protecting the freest nation on earth,” the AIFD said.

This is what some CAIR officials are saying publicly. If these are the views they feel comfortable expressing openly, then how extreme are the views expressed privately?

Update: 05/27/2014 – Zahra Billo has since deleted her tweet about struggling with Memorial Day. Screenshots of the original tweets are provided in this article.freedom combo 2

Monitor: ISIS Controls More than Half of Syria

waving flagby Edwin Mora21 May 2015Washington, D.C.

Heavy clashes between the two sides resulted in the death of at least 100 Assad regime fighters, said the Observatory, which monitors the Syrian war through a network of sources on the ground.

In a rare public appearance on May 6, Assad admitted for the first time that his regime had suffered a spate of military defeats at the hands of Syrian rebels including ISIS.

U.S. Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, acknowledged on May 7 that Syrian rebel factions had made recent gains against Assad and suggested that the dictator should consider negotiating peace. “The capture of Palmyra is the first time ISIS has taken control of a city directly from the Syrian army and allied forces, which have already lost ground in the northwest and south to other insurgent groups in recent weeks,” notes Al Arabiya News.

Gen. Jack Keane, former Vice Chief of Staff for the Army, told the Senate Armed Services Committee on Thursday that the U.S. was losing the war against ISIS, prompting criticism towards President Obama’s anti-ISIS strategy. Keane himself said Obama’s efforts to fight ISIS are “fundamentally flawed.”

On March 11, Secretary of State John Kerry told lawmakers that ISIL’s momentum has been diminished.”Liberalism a mental disorder 2

Palmyra is home to a UNESCO World Heritage site that includes colonnaded streets, temples, and a theatre that have stood for nearly 2,000 years. The ancient sites are at risk of being looted and destroyed if they have not been already.

On Thursday, the White House press secretary described ISIS’s seizure of Palmyra as a “setback” for the U.S.-led campaign against ISIS. He added that President Obama disagrees with Republicans urging the deployment of U.S. ground troops to combat ISIS.muslim-obama

The global community must respond to ISIS, said French President Francois Hollande on Thursday. “We have to act because there is a threat against these monuments which are part of humankind’s inheritance and at the same time we must act against Daesh,” declared Hollande, referring to ISIS by its Arabic name.

The Iraqi city of Ramadi, the capital of the country’s largest province Anbar, has also fallen to ISIS.

A Dark Vision: ISIS War Front on American Soil?

U.S.-led airstrikes may have slowed ISIS’s advance in the Middle East, but the brutal terrorist movement continues to attract followers around the world. ISIS has made no secret of its desire to attack America and it’s putting foot soldiers in place to make that dark vision a reality.against America

After two ISIS supporters attempted to storm a Mohammed cartoon drawing contest and murder everyone inside earlier this month in Garland, Texas, the Islamic State was quick to claim responsibility for what’s been called the first ISIS attack on American soil. The attackers, both American citizens, were killed by a police officer before they had a chance to carry out their plan. But the incident in Texas may have been a sign of things to come.

ISIS in Every State

From Pennyslvania to Illinois to Ohio to Minnesota to Kansas, federal authorities have arrested close to a dozen ISIS supporters in recent weeks. “We’re very definitely in a new environment because of ISIL’s effective use of social media, the Internet, which has the ability to reach into the homeland and possibly inspire others…” Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson said. “Because of the use of the Internet, we could have little or no notice in advance of an independent actor attempting to strike,” he explained.

In the wake of the Texas attack, FBI Director James Comey said that there are potentially “thousands” of American citizens that now follow ISIS online. Comey has also said that the FBI is now conducting investigations into ISIS-related activity in all 50 U.S. states. In addition, U.S. authorities say some 180 U.S. citizens have traveled overseas to join ISIS—and at least 40 of them have already returned.

“What they say is that their first obligation is to go to the caliphate,” explained Ryan Mauro, national security analyst for The Clarion Project. “But what they say is that, if they’re unable to do that, if they feel they’ll be arrested at the airport, that’s when they carry out an attack here in the United States.”muslim-obama Islamapologist Obama Muslim collection

Orders to Attack

Abdirahman Sheik Mohamud was one who made it to Syria. The Columbus, Ohio, resident trained with an Islamic terror group and then returned to the United States with orders to attack the homeland. He was arrested before he had the chance. Mohamud had been on U.S. authorities’ radar before he left for Syria.

That’s why terrorism expert Patrick Poole said Mohamud should have never made it that far.

“They allow him to apply for a passport; they allow him to travel to Turkey,” Poole told CBN News. “From there he goes into Syria, trains, comes back, and he’s wandering the streets of Columbus for eight months.”

Like a growing number of American ISIS recruits, Mohamud was of Somali descent. Most hail from the Twin Cities, Minneapolis and Saint Paul—an area with the largest Somali-Muslim population in North America. “We’ve got to revisit these humanitarian visas,” former Pentagon spokesman J.D. Gordon, executive director of Protect America Today, said. “We’ve got so many people here from places like Somalia with major Islamic terror problems and we keep letting them into the country. Why are we doing that?”

America’s Dangerous Future

Mauro told CBN News that’s one way the United States is heading down a dangerous path.

“You have Sharia patrols in places like the U.K.,” Mauro said. “And that’s not what we’re facing here in the United States, so it’s hard for us to believe that that’s where we’re headed. But if you want to look at the future of the United States, you have to look at Europe.”

The goal of ISIS and its growing network of followers in the West is to turn American and European cities into guerilla war zones—with regular attacks similar to those seen recently in Ottawa, Paris, Sydney and Texas. Gordon told CBN News that to defeat this threat, the Obama administration must first acknowledge that it exists. “The White House can’t even name radical Islam as the enemy,” Gordon said. “Radical Islam is trying to wipe us out, and the White House—Barack Obama—won’t even mention it.”muslim-obama

Ignoring the threat won’t make it go away. ISIS recently boasted that it has “71 trained soldiers in 15 different U.S. states”—and promised that the attack in Texas was only the beginning.

Iraqi forces, civilians flee as ISIS gains control of Ramadi, US official says

waving flagPublished May 18, 2015, FoxNews.com

47E8929A-FE53-4C0F-9E1D-A665EFFE6AF6_w640_r1_s Ramadi-Iraq-jpgFear of a possible Islamic State bloodbath sent tens of thousands of Iraqis fleeing Ramadi on Monday after government forces abandoned the city — just 80 miles from Baghdad — in what one U.S. military official conceded was a fight “pretty much over.” Some 25,000 people have fled the embattled streets of Ramadi as thousands of ISIS fighters seized the key Iraqi city, killing some 500, and reportedly going door-to-door looking for Iraqi government troops and police to run out of town.

“There have been executions in the streets of Ramadi,” Muhannad Haimour, a spokesman for the Anbar provincial government, told NBC News Monday. ISIS extremists used vehicles, bulldozers rigged with explosives and suicide bombers to overrun the city after weeks of battles in the street. “The situation in the city is absolutely terrible,” Haimour said. “The city is in very bad shape.”

Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, called ISIS’ gains “a serious setback” for both the city’s inhabitants and the Iraqi Security Forces. “Much effort will now be required to reclaim the city,” Dempsey said.

The fight for Ramadi is “pretty much over for now,” a U.S. military official told Fox News, after ISIS overran the beleaguered Iraqi Army to take control of the city Sunday.

Iraqi security forces abandoned their Anbar Operations Center in Ramadi overnight, leaving the city almost completely in ISIS control, according to the U.S. official, who has seen the latest intelligence reports from Ramadi. Although there were a large number of Iraqi security forces occupying Ramadi, most troops fled after ISIS fighters began their assault on the city center Sunday, leaving behind Humvees and armored vehicles supplied by the U.S. military, a separate senior U.S. military official told Fox News.

“The Iraqi security forces were pushed out by a much smaller [ISIS] force,” the official said.

The takeover followed a three-day siege that began with a wave of ISIS car bombs and which dealt a devastating blow to the Baghdad government and the U.S. forces providing logistical support. On Monday, Shia militias converged on the city, some 70 miles west of the capital, in a bid to retake it. Ramadi’s streets were deserted Monday, with few people venturing out of their homes to look for food, according to two residents reached by telephone. The militants, meanwhile, were storming the homes of policemen and pro-government tribesmen, particularly those from the large Al Bu Alwan tribe, of whom they detained about 30, the residents said. The militants went door-to-door with lists of alleged pro-government collaborators. Homes and stores owned by a pro-government Sunni militia known as the Sahwa were looted or torched.

The residents spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because they feared reprisals by the militants.

Youssef al-Kilabi, a spokesman for the Shiite militias fighting alongside government forces, told the AP on Monday that the Iranian-backed paramilitary forces have drawn up plans for a Ramadi counter-offensive in cooperation with government forces. We will “eliminate this barbaric enemy,” al-Kilabi vowed. He did not elaborate on the plans or the timing of a counter-offensive.

Iran’s Defense Minister Gen. Hossein Dehghan flew to Baghdad on a surprise visit for urgent talks with Iraqi leaders.

The fall of Ramadi was a stunning defeat for Iraq’s security forces and military, which fled as the ISIS rebels overwhelmed the last hold-out positions of pro-government forces, despite the support of U.S.-led airstrikes targeting the extremists. The retreat by Iraqi forces was reminiscent of the nation’s earliest battles against ISIS, including the fall of Mosul, when poorly trained Iraqi soldiers shrank from the black-clad Islamist army, leaving guns and other gear behind for the terrorists to capture.

In Ramadi Sunday, bodies littered the streets as local officials reported the militants carried out mass killings of Iraqi security forces and civilians. Online video showed Humvees, trucks and other equipment speeding out of Ramadi, with soldiers gripping onto their sides. “Ramadi has fallen,” Haimour, a spokesman for the provincial governor of Anbar, told AP Sunday. “The city was completely taken. … The military is fleeing.” Since Friday, when the battle for the city entered its final stages, “We estimate that 500 people have been killed, both civilians and military,” Haimour said.

The figures could not be independently confirmed, but Islamic State militants have in the past killed hundreds of civilians and soldiers in the aftermath of their major victories.

The Pentagon is aware of reports that Iran-backed Shia militias have been asked by Iraq’s Prime Minister to lead the fight to take back Ramadi.  Iran’s defense minister arrived in Baghdad today for talks with his counterpart, in what the media is calling an “emergency meeting.” When asked if the U.S. military planned to increase its involvement in the campaign to defeat ISIS, the senior U.S. military official said, “The Iraqis have to want it more than we want it.”

A Sunni tribal leader, Naeem al-Gauoud, said many tribal fighters died trying to defend the city and their bodies were strewn in the streets, while others had been thrown in the Euphrates River. Ramadi Mayor Dalaf al-Kubaisi said that more than 250 civilians and security forces were killed over the past two days, including dozens of police and other government supporters shot dead in the streets or their homes, along with their wives, children and other family members.

Secretary of State John Kerry, speaking in South Korea, called Ramadi a “target of opportunity” for extremists, but said he was confident that ISIS’ gains could be reversed in the coming days. Kerry also said that he has long said the fight against the militant group would be a long one, and that it would be tough in the Anbar province of western Iraq where Iraqi security forces are not built up.Liberalism a mental disorder 2

The U.S.-led coalition said Sunday it had conducted seven airstrikes in Ramadi in the last 24 hours. “It is a fluid and contested battlefield,” said Army Col. Steve Warren, a Pentagon spokesman. “We are supporting (the Iraqis) with air power.”

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi ordered security forces not to abandon their posts across Anbar province, apparently fearing the extremists could capture the entirety of the vast Sunni province that saw intense fighting after the 2003 U.S.-led invasion of the country to topple dictator Saddam Hussein. Sunday’s retreat recalled the collapse of Iraqi security forces last summer in the face of the Islamic State group’s blitz into Iraq that saw it capture a third of the country, where it has declared a caliphate, or Islamic State. It also calls into question the Obama administration’s hopes of relying solely on airstrikes to support the Iraqi forces in expelling the extremists.more evidence

The final push by the extremists began early Sunday with four nearly simultaneous bombings that targeted police officers defending the Malaab district in southern Ramadi, a pocket of the city still under Iraqi government control, killing at least 10 police and wounding 15, authorities said. Among the dead was Col. Muthana al-Jabri, the chief of the Malaab police station, they said. Later, three suicide bombers drove their explosive-laden cars into the gate of the Anbar Operation Command, the military headquarters for the province, killing at least five soldiers and wounding 12, authorities said.

On a militant website frequented by ISIS members, a message from the group claimed its fighters held the 8th Brigade army base, as well as tanks and missile launchers left behind by fleeing soldiers. The message could not be independently verified by the AP, but it was similar to others released by the group and was spread online by known supporters of the extremists.

Backed by the U.S.-led airstrikes, Iraqi forces and Kurdish fighters have made gains against ISIS, including capturing the northern city of Tikrit. But progress has been slow in Anbar, a Sunni province where anger at the Shiite-led government runs deep and where U.S. forces struggled for years to beat back a potent insurgency. American soldiers fought some of their bloodiest battles since Vietnam on the streets of Ramadi and Fallujah.

Christian Genocide in Full Swing – Where Are Obama and Our Leaders?

waving flagAuthored by avatar , on 15 May, 2015

Christian PersecutionThe global slaughter of Christians is growing in leaps and bounds at the hands of Muslims and their supporters. ISIS or ISIL and other murderous Islamic relatives consider the daily torture and murder jobs of Christians simply obeying Muhammad and their pagan god Allah. Sometimes they offer the victim before they are murdered, the 3 choices stated in Chapter 9 of the Koran – 1) Forcibly convert to Islam 2) Give them great amounts of money as a high tax to stay alive 2) or be killed. Many times they don’t even offer them those options. Instead they just cut right to the torture and murder part – slow and gruesome.

Each week I interview on my national radio show, experts who have tasted the real horror offered up by Islam and are involved with exposing and confronting the real Islamic agenda. It is most clear that there is a real Christian genocide happening all around the world. Ted and Whalid Shoebat  have long exposed the slaughterhouses in Syria, where Christians are kidnapped, tortured, hung by their feet like cows, then butchered.

This is a regular occurrence along with ISIS and Islamic rebels wiping out whole Christian neighborhoods and villages.

Not only has America and Obama not helped the victims or confronted the Islamic murderers, but instead, Obama has been complicit in creating ISIS – ISIL by sending them (through Lybia) thousands of lethal and high-end weapons and money.muslim-obama Islamapologist Obama Muslim collection

Not only did America, under Barack Obama’s leadership, weaponize the Islamic rebels, growing and creating ISIS and its offspring, but the weapons pathway and illegal activities lead to the murder of Ambassador Stevens and staff. We are still awaiting justice and untangling the cover up that has followed for many years now. I pray Rep. Trey Gowdy pushes through the wall on this investigation and gets it right.

The genocide is funded and organized all around the world. All through Africa, where villages are torched; young girls are captured and used as sex slaves, husbands and fathers are murdered in front of their families and torture and kidnappings are daily staples. Iraq is a growing horror show as well and once again Obama says nothing except for Christians to get off their ‘high horse’ and be ashamed because of our involvement in the Great Crusade over 600 years ago. I am ashamed all right…I’m ashamed that Christians took so long to rise up at the hands of Muslim aggression, torture and stealing of their land. Will today in America end up being another place in history where we were ‘too little – too late’?

Several have screamed very loud, making desperate appeals to stop the madness and get help from the US and our Government to save lives, but Obama is nowhere on this. He just looks the other way as hundreds of thousands of American citizens and Christians are murdered in the name of Allah and Muhammad. Obama has gone way behind being another Neville Chamberlain horror. Obama knows that the tortures and blood letting is happening all over to Christians and does nothing about it. Chamberlain could hardly believe Hitler would be capable of such evil so imposed denial on himself.

Sister Dian Momeka of the Dominican Sisters of Saint Catherine of Siena has spoken before the House Foreign Affairs Committee. She has described in Technicolor what is going on to Christians throughout Iraq. She describes it as mass genocide and has begged Obama and America for help. Her comments were covered in a Newsmax piece by Cathy Burke.

“As this horror spread throughout the Nineveh Plain, by Aug 6, 2014, Nineveh was emptied of Christians, and sadly, for the first time since the seventh century A.D., no church bells rang for Mass in the Plain of Nineveh,” she said, adding that since then, more than 120,000 people found themselves “displaced and homeless” in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. “The current persecution that our community is facing is the most brutal in our history.”

Cardinal Dolan and others have weighed in and warned Obama and America about our skewed lack of protection of Christians in the Mideast, yet nothing is done and Obama plays more golf.Break-Glass-600-wLogo Eye-balling-590-LI ISIS-Execution Lettermn-burn-590-LI Marthas-Fiddler Obama_Nero-2-330x189 unfit whatif World Crisis wraped up in himself

It appears as if by his brazen lack of action and even words against Christians, that Obama is in full support of the Islamic caliphate and murderous genocide of Christians worldwide. If he isn’t in support of this then he must do more than ‘sound bite’ theatre and brief empty statements reflecting no action.

We find ourselves in another Nazi Germany horror show of extermination again. This time it is the Christians and we have a President who not only looks the other way, he funds and weaponizes the murderous Islamic groups that are doing it all.

Egypt’s first freely elected leader sentenced to death

Egypt President Mohammed Morsi
AP Egypt’s ousted Islamist President Mohammed Morsi sits in a defendant cage in the Police Academy courthouse in Cairo, May 8, 2014.

Morsi, Egypt’s first freely elected leader, was ousted by the military in July 2013 following days of mass street protests by Egyptians demanding that he be removed because of his divisive policies. Morsi’s successor, Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, was the military chief at the time and led the ouster. El-Sissi ran for president last year and won the vote in a landslide.

Also sentenced to death with Morsi in the prison break case were 105 defendants, most of them were tried and convicted in absentia. They include some 70 Palestinians. Those tried in absentia in Egypt receive automatic retrials once detained.

Supporters of Morsi and his now outlawed Muslim Brotherhood chanted “down, down with military rule” as el-Shami announced the verdict in the courtroom, a converted lecture hall in the national police academy in an eastern Cairo suburb.

Prosecutors have alleged in the case that armed members of the Palestinian Hamas group entered Egypt during the 18-day uprising through illegal tunnels running under Gaza’s border with Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula. Taking advantage of the uprising’s turmoil, the militants fought their way into several prisons, releasing Morsi, more than 30 other Brotherhood leaders, and some 20,000 inmates, prosecutors say. Several prison guards were killed and parts of the stormed prisons were damaged.
riots egyptThose sentenced to death with Morsi on Saturday were the Brotherhood’s spiritual leader, Mohammed Badie, as well as one of the Arab world’s best known Islamic scholars, the Qatar-based Youssef al-Qaradawi.

Also sprang out of jail in 2011 were Hezbollah and Hamas operatives who had been convicted and sentenced to jail terms over terror-related charges. Those days of chaos and bloodshed in 2011 also saw dozens of police stations across the country stormed by protesters. Media commentators maintain that the jailbreaks and the attack on police stations were part of a Brotherhood plot to spread fear and chaos to ensure the fall of Mubarak.

The Brotherhood went on to win every election held in Egypt between 2011 and until Morsi’s ouster in July 2013. Its popularity began to dramatically slide after Morsi took office in June 2012 and he decreed himself above any sort of oversight later that year and became increasingly perceived to be working for the Brotherhood and its supporters, not all Egyptians.

Hamas is the Palestinian chapter of the Brotherhood and its leaders enjoyed close relations with Morsi during his one year in office. It has consistently denied meddling in Egypt’s affairs, including participating in the 2011 mass prison break, but relations between the group and the post-Morsi government in Cairo have been fraught with tension. Egypt frequently accuses Hamas of being behind some of the attacks staged by Islamic militants in northern Sinai since Morsi’s ouster. Amr Darrag, a Cabinet minister under Morsi and a cofounder of the Brotherhood’s Freedom and Justice Party, condemned Saturday’s verdicts.

“Today will be remembered as one of the darkest days in Egypt history,” Darrag said in a statement. But “there is something far larger at stake — the rights of millions of Egyptians to live freely and without fear, and to choose their leaders through the ballot box.”

Amnesty International also denounced the verdicts, which come after several mass death penalty trials criticized by human rights activists and world powers. It called for a retrial, asserting that all evidence gathered from Morsi and other defendants were inadmissible because of what it called their illegal detention prior to trial.

“The death penalty has become the favorite tool for the Egyptian authorities to purge the political opposition,” Amnesty said.Liberalism a mental disorder 2

Morsi already is serving a 20-year sentence following his conviction on April 21 on charges linked to the killing of protesters outside a Cairo presidential palace in December 2012. The former president escaped a death sentence in a separate case before el-Shami related to allegations that Morsi, several of his aides, and leaders of the Brotherhood allegedly passed state secrets to foreign groups, including Hamas group and Lebanon’s Hezbollah, during his one year in office. A total of 16 senior Brotherhood leaders and aides were sentenced to death by el-Shami in that case. The 16 include one woman, Sondos Assem, a presidential press aide who is now a fugitive.

A verdict on Morsi’s role in that case will be announced in the June 2 hearing.

Even if confirmed by the mufti, Saturday’s death sentences still can be appealed.

ISIS chief: ‘Islam is the religion of war’

ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi sent out a chilling message to fellow Muslims in an online post, calling on followers of the faith to get in the religious war and that Islam has never been about peace. His message, titled “March Forth Whether Heavy or Light,” was posted at the online site Downrange and points to a single verse in the Quran calling on believers to “strive with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah,” Jihad Watch reported.

Baghdadi’s post: “O Muslims, Islam was never for a day the religion of peace. Islam is the religion of war.” He then appealed directly to fellow believers to get in the fight.

“Where are you in relation to your prophet (peace be upon him) whom you claim to emulate, and who spent his whole life … as a mujahid for the cause of Allah, fighting for his enemies? His lateral incisor tooth was broken in battle, his forehead was wounded, two rings from his chainmail cut his cheeks, his helmet was broken on his head and blood ran down his face.”

Baghdadi also said Muslims ought to realize “the Jews, the Christians and the rest of the disbelievers” will not “abandon waging war against you until you follow their religion and apostatize from yours,” and as such, should join ISIS.Christian Persecution

“This war is only against you and against your religion,” he wrote, Jihad Watch reported. “Has the time not come for you to return to your religion and your jihad and thereby bring back your glory, honor, rights and leadership? ISIS Official Killed in U.S. Raid in Syria, Pentagon Says

  MAY 16, 2015

WASHINGTON — American Special Operations forces mounted a rare raid into eastern Syria early Saturday, killing a leader of the Islamic State and about a dozen militant fighters, as well as capturing his wife and freeing an 18-year old Yazidi woman whom Pentagon officials said had been held as a slave.

In the first successful raid by American ground troops since the military campaign against the Islamic State began last year, two dozen Delta Force commandos entered Syria aboard Black Hawk helicopters and V-22 Ospreys and killed the leader, a man known as Abu Sayyaf. One American military official described him as the Islamic State’s “emir of oil and gas.”

Even so, Abu Sayyaf is a midlevel leader in the organization — one terrorism analyst compared him to Al Capone’s accountant — and likely is replaceable in fairly short order. And the operation, while successful, comes as the Islamic State has been advancing in the Iraqi city of Ramadi, demonstrating that the fight against the Sunni militant group in both Iraq and Syria remains very fluid.

Yet the Pentagon’s description of a nighttime raid that found its intended target deep inside Syria without any American troops being wounded or killed illustrates not only the effectiveness of the Delta Force, but of improving American intelligence on shadowy Islamic State leaders.

A Defense Department official said Islamic State fighters who defended their building and Abu Sayyaf tried to use women and children as shields, but that the Delta Force commandos “used very precise fire” and “separated the women and children.” The official said the operation involved close “hand-to-hand fighting.” (The accounts of the raid came from military and government officials and could not be immediately verified through independent sources.)

The American forces eventually entered the building where they found Abu Sayyaf and his wife, known as Umm Sayyaf, in a room together. His spouse was captured and later moved to a military facility in Iraq, officials said.

map

The raid came after weeks of surveillance of Abu Sayyaf, using information gleaned from a small but growing network of informants whom the C.I.A. and the Pentagon have painstakingly developed in Syria, as well as satellite imagery, drone reconnaissance and electronic eavesdropping, American officials said. The White House rejected initial reports from the region that attributed the raid to the forces of President Bashar al-Assad of Syria.

“The U.S. government did not coordinate with the Syrian regime, nor did we advise them in advance of this operation,” said Bernadette Meehan, the National Security Council spokeswoman. “We have warned the Assad regime not to interfere with our ongoing efforts against ISIL inside of Syria,” she added, using another name for the Islamic State, which is also known as ISIS.

In a statement early Saturday, Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter said the killing of Abu Sayyaf dealt a “significant blow” to the group. The militant leader was said to be involved in the Islamic State’s military operations and helped direct its “illicit oil, gas and financial operations” that raised the funds necessary for the organization to operate. Officials said the raid was approved by President Obama.

Defense Department officials said the Delta Force soldiers carrying out the raid came under fire soon after they landed near a building used by Abu Sayyaf as his residence, in Amr, about 20 miles southeast of Deir al-Zour, near the oil facilities that he oversaw for the Islamic State.

The commandos had left Iraq aboard the aircraft, and were soon on the ground in Amr, a Defense Department official said. They came under fire, the official said, and fired back, killing around a dozen Islamic State fighters. “The objective was the building, a multistory building,” the official said. He spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly.

Abu Sayyaf “tried to engage” the commandos, the Defense Department official said, and was shot and killed. The commandos took his wife and the Yazidi woman back to the waiting American aircraft, which, by then, had sustained a number of bullet holes from the firefight with the Islamic State fighters. Defense Department officials said only Islamic State fighters had been killed in the mission, and that they had received no reports of civilian casualties. But officials acknowledged that they were still gathering information on the raid.

The commandos were back in Iraq with the two women around dawn local time, officials said. They said the American forces were able to seize communications equipment and other materials from the site, which may prove useful in intelligence assessments.

The Yazidi woman, Mr. Carter said, will be reunited with her family as soon as possible. It was unclear on Saturday what would be done with Umm Sayyaf, who, according to Mr. Carter’s statement, is suspected of playing an important role in the group’s activities and “may have been complicit in what appears to have been the enslavement” of the Yazidi woman.Picture2

The Yazidis are a religious minority persecuted by the Islamic State.Picture3

David Thomson, an analyst and author of the book “The French Jihadists,” said by email that he had confirmed with sources inside the Islamic State that Abu Sayyaf was a Tunisian emir, who had traveled to Iraq as far back as 2003. As a member of the first wave of jihadists who arrived in Iraq over a decade ago, he and his Tunisian colleagues were called “Al Iraqi,” creating confusion over his nationality.

The operation came just months after three unsuccessful raids by American commandos in Syria and Yemen to free American hostages.

In the first one, in Syria last summer, two dozen Delta Force commandos raided an oil refinery in the northern part of the country as part of the effort to free James Foley, an American journalist, but found after a firefight that there were no hostages to be saved.

Mr. Foley was later beheaded by the Islamic State.

In the second, on Nov. 25, American Special Operations forces entered a cave near Yemen’s border with Saudi Arabia in an effort to free Luke Somers, an American photojournalist. But he was not there; the forces freed eight other hostages and killed seven militants.

A few days later, in December, American forces mounted another attempt to free Mr. Somers, storming a village in southern Yemen, but that raid ended in tragedy with the kidnappers killing Mr. Somers and a South African held with him.

Saturday’s raid into Syria represents an important threshold for the administration in showing that it will continue to send American ground troops into conflicts outside major war zones — as it has in Yemen, Somalia and Libya — to capture or kill suspected terrorists.

Although Abu Sayyaf himself was not a well-known figure, he was important as much for who and what he knew about the Islamic State’s hierarchy and operations, as for his actual job.

“He managed the oil infrastructure and financial generation details for ISIL,” the senior United States official said. “Given that job, he was pretty well-connected.”

Bruce O. Riedel, a former C.I.A. analyst now at the Brookings Institution, said the operation looked like “a collection mission, the goal to capture someone or two someones who can explain how ISIS works.” With Abu Sayyaf now dead, he said, “perhaps the wife can do that.”

But, he added: “To me, it demonstrates we still have large gaps in our understanding of the enemy and how it is organized.”

ISIS Threatens More Attacks On American Soil; Names States and Time Frame

waving flagMay 15, 2015 By

ZAO8S.AuSt.91

Should Americans expect additional terror attacks within our borders in the very near future? According to the Islamic State itself, and reports by Judicial Watch, the answer is a resounding ‘Yes.’

According to CNN, ISIS recently made the following threat on its official radio station:

“We say to the defenders of the cross, the U.S., that future attacks are going to be harsher and worse. The Islamic State soldiers will inflict harm on you with the grace of God. The future is just around the corner.”

against AmericaThe comment came days after an attack in Garland, Texas in which two gunmen, Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi, wounded a security guard before police shot and killed them. The ISIS radio announcer also referred to Simpson and Soofi as the terror group’s “brothers.”

While ISIS claimed responsibility two days after the attack, there was no immediate indication that the terror group in Iraq and Syria had contact with Simpson or Soofi, who both lived in Phoenix.  Meanwhile, U.S. authorities continue to search for clues that could possibly link Sunday’s shooters with the Islamic State. Moments before the shooting, Simpson posted a tweet with the hashtag #texasattack: “May Allah accept us as mujahideen,” and immediately after, an ISIS supporter tweeted: “Allahu Akbar!!!! 2 of our brothers just opened fire.”

Western Journalism also recently reported that ISIS proclaimed that it has “71 trained soldiers in 15 different states” in the U.S. “ready at our word to attack any target we desire.” The group specifically mentioned five targeted states including Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, California, and Michigan, and promised that “The next six months will be interesting.”Picture4

ISIS is reportedly operating training camps in the northern Mexican border state of Chihuahua, just eight miles from the Texas border.  Coyotes have been smuggling terrorists into the United States near El Paso from the harsh region run by drug cartels. With a porous southern border which the Obama Administration adamantly refuses to secure, and an Islamic jihadist group bent on annihilating Christians, how long will it be before we can expect to take a direct hit in the homeland?

ISIS seizes government compound in Iraq’s Ramadi

Mideast Iraq Islamic State-1

Islamic State militants on Friday captured the main government compound in Ramadi, the capital of Iraq’s western Anbar province, after fierce clashes with security forces. Ramadi’s Mayor Dalaf al-Kubaisi says the militants raised the black flag of ISIS over the area after troops were forced to withdraw from the compound, which houses most of the city’s government offices. He said the IS militants, who also seized other parts of the city, are now attacking the Anbar Operation Command, the military headquarters for the province.

Dalaf said at least 10 policemen were killed in the fighting and dozens of other security forces were wounded. He said IS militants killed several captured policemen and army officers in the city, where most civilians have fled.

U.S. troops saw some of the heaviest fighting of the eight-year Iraq intervention in Anbar, and Ramadi was a major insurgent stronghold. The IS group captured the nearby city of Fallujah and parts of Ramadi in January 2014, months before its main sweep across northern and western Iraq.

The IS assault on the Ramadi government compound began with three nearly simultaneous suicide car bombings. Two Humvees previously seized from the Iraqi army were used in Friday’s attack, al-Kubaisi said. Dozens of families were forced to flee their homes in the area, said Athal al-Fahdawi, an Anbar councilman.

The head of Anbar’s provincial council, Sabah Karhout, appealed to the central government in Baghdad to send reinforcements and urged the U.S.-led coalition to increase airstrikes against the militants in Ramadi. “The city is undergoing vicious attack by Daesh and we are in dire need of any kind of assistance,” Karhout said, using the Arabic acronym for the IS group.

Turkish ship shelled off Libya coast, officer killed, several crew injured

A Turkish dry cargo ship has been attacked near the Libyan port city of Tobruk, the Foreign Ministry in Ankara says. A ship officer was killed and several crew members injured. The incident took place Sunday night. The ship was first shelled from the shore as it was approaching the area, the Turkish ministry said Monday. It was then attacked twice from the air as it was trying to leave the area.

The MV Tuna 1, sailing under the flag of Cook Islands, was carrying a cargo to the Libyan port from Spain and came under attack when it was in international waters, the ministry said. The man killed in the incident was the ship’s third officer.

The ministry condemned the assault, but did not specify who was behind it.

We condemn strongly this contemptible attack which targeted a civilian ship in international waters and curse those who carried it out, it said.

A Libyan military spokesman responded to condemnations from Ankara, saying the vessel came under attack after ignoring a warning not to approach the city of Derna, some 145 km west of Tobruk.

A ship was shelled about 10 miles from Derna coast. We have warned before about approaching Derna port,” Mohamed Hejazi, a spokesman for forces with Libya’s internationally recognized government, told Reuters. He confirmed one member of the crew was killed, but said that only one other sustained injuries.

A military source also told Reuters the vessel caught on fire and was towed to Tobruk terminal.

Libya remains in turmoil after the fall of Muammar Gaddafi in the popular uprising of 2011 and NATO bombing campaign. At the moment, two separate governments both claiming to be legitimate exist.

The country has been riven by factional fighting and impoverished by the economic decline that followed the hostilities. It has also become a hotbed of international terrorism, with Iraq and Syria-based group Islamic State sending its fighters to Libya.

Back in January, a Libyan warplane attacked a Greek-operated oil tanker anchored off the coast. The attack by forces loyal with the internationally-recognized government of Libya was motivated by factions fighting for control over Libya’s oil export. Two crewmembers of the ship were killed.

While Turkey objected to the attack on its vessel, other countries are unlikely to be vocal about the incident, said Abdel Bari Atwan, editor-in-chief of the London-based news website Rai Al-Youm. The international community is mostly supporting the government in Tobruk and they are not happy with Turkish and Qatari involvement in the Libyan conflict. I believe they will be silent,” he told RT. “They recognize the problem in Libya and they know they are part of that problem. They sent their warplanes and aircraft carriers to bomb Libya and changed the situation there and created a vacuum that was filled by the armed militia and the Islamists,” he said.Picture1

Al Qaeda’s Base at MIT

by Ilya Feoktistov & Charles Jacobs 11 May 2015

It is painful to learn that in the late 1990s, there were students at MIT who helped recruit for the Chechen jihad and raised funds for Al Qaeda-affiliated groups operating in the Tsarnaevs’ homeland. It is even more painful that the man who led this fundraising effort was still on MIT’s staff when Officer Collier was gunned down.culture of deceit and lies

Suheil Laher had been MIT’s Muslim chaplain for almost 20 years. Today he continues to preach at the Islamic Society of Boston, the extremist mosque founded by MIT students near campus, where the Tsarnaevs worshipped during their radicalization.

Americans for Peace and Tolerance have just released a mini-documentary, “Al Qaeda’s Base at MIT,” showing how MIT Muslim chaplain Suheil Laher used his leadership of the MIT Muslim Students Association as a vehicle for raising money for Al Qaeda causes around the world. We especially focus on the Al Qaeda affiliate in Chechnya, which Laher and his associates lionized, even as MIT trusted him to be its Muslim students’ spiritual guide.

https://www.youtube.com/embed/gaRMPzBtnt8?feature=player_detailpage“>v01

Suheil Laher came to MIT as a student in 1990 and by 1998, he became the MIT Muslim chaplain. By the year 2000, he also became president of a Muslim charity based in Boston called Care International, which was founded by Osama Bin Laden’s mentor Abdullah Azzam and was originally called “Al Kifah Refugee Center.” Care International was, in essence, a fundraising vehicle for mujahideen. After the leader of Al Kifah in Brooklyn, “the Blind Sheikh” Omar Abdel-Rehman, was convicted for his role in the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, Boston’s Care International took over as Al Qaeda’s main base in the United States. Laher, then, was quite an important figure in Al Qaeda’s leadership here. His perch at MIT meant that he had easy access to the best American Muslim minds – and their world-class technical skills.

As a religious scholar and an engineer, Laher was both the spiritual and technological leader of Care International. He pioneered the Jihadist use of the new Internet medium to fundraise and recruit for Al Qaeda causes online. Laher’s personal website prominently featured Abdullah Azzam’s notorious call to Jihad, a tract called “Join the Caravan:”

Beloved brother! Draw your sword, climb onto the back of your horse, and wipe the blemish off your ummah. If you do not take the responsibility, who then will?

That same Jihadist tract was found on Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s computer.

Laher’s website contained a large collection of his writings and of sermons he gave in the Boston area. These sermons are replete with calls for Jihad, such as this passage:

When the Muslim lands are being attacked, and the Muslims are being raped and killed, the only solution prescribed by Allah is jihad. Jihad is for all times. […] Jihad does not stop. Those of us who have not yet managed to go and physically help our brothers and sisters should support […] our mujahidin brethren with prayer, with money, with clothes, by taking care of their families, and at some point in person. Otherwise, we must face the wrath of Allah.

muslim-obamaOne of the MIT students who answered Laher’s call to join the Jihad in person was a bright young biologist named Aafia Siddiqui. She started out as a passionate and prolific fundraiser for Care International, but by the time she was arrested by the FBI in Afghanistan in 2008, she was known as “Lady Al Qaeda” and had become the most wanted woman in the world. She is now serving an 86-year prison sentence for attempting to kill the FBI agents arresting her. Her belongings upon arrest included two pounds of cyanide and plans for mass casualty attacks on New York using chemical and biological weapons, as well as literature about the Ebola virus.

While Laher’s sermons preached the general Islamic obligation to do Jihad, Care International’s website along with its newsletterAl Hussam” (“The Sword”) promoted what Laher and his fellow Care leaders saw as the concrete performance of that responsibility. In the late 1990s, Care International focused its fundraising activity on the Russian breakaway republic of Chechnya. Specifically, Care International backed the Al Qaeda-affiliated terrorists under the leadership of Chechen warlord Shamil Basayev.

Basayev can arguably be described as one of the cruelest Islamic terrorists in modern Jihadist history. Our documentary recounts one of his cruelest acts: the Beslan School Massacre. On September 1, 2004, during a ceremony marking the first day of school, Basayev’s men surrounded the school in the town of Beslan in southern Russia and took over 1,100 people hostage, nearly eight hundred of them children. They murdered several people on the spot in front of the children and herded everyone into a sweltering gymnasium, where the hostages were kept without food or water for three days as bombs were hung up from the rafters and basketball hoops above them. On the third day, the terrorists started setting off the bombs and Russian security forces stormed the school as shell-shocked children ran the other way and were shot in the back by the terrorists. Three hundred and eighty five people were murdered, among them one hundred and eighty six children. Subsequently, Shamil Basayev bragged about his “success” at Beslan and the fact that the attack only cost him 8,000 Euros to launch. He was killed by Russian security forces in 2006.

Care International raised huge amounts of money for jihad around Boston, $1.7 million according to Federal authorities. A large portion of this money came through checks that were specifically earmarked for “Chechen Muslim fighters.” Throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, Care International hosted dispatches and communiques from Basayev and his forces in the field. A Care International “Al Hussam” newsletter praised a previous Basayev hostage operation against a Russian hospital’s maternity ward:

Minute by minute the whole world watched with agony, as some of the Mujahideen (not exceeding 80), under the leadership of Mujahid Shamil Basyev took 1500 Russians […] We cannot depend on anybody’s help; we have to fight evil with evil. The operation of the Mujahid Shamil Basayev is perfect proof.

How could MIT’s Muslim chaplain have led a group that applauded and funded such a savage?Obama Muslim collection

In 2003, the FBI began investigating Care International for terrorism financing. At the same time, Basayev and his organization were designated as foreign terrorists. The flow of money from Boston to Chechnya stopped. After the Beslan Massacre, Basayev complained that the lack of funding prevented him from seizing more schools in Moscow and Leningrad. Because Basayev was not officially considered a terrorist before 2003, there was little the FBI could do to prosecute Laher and his fellow activists. Three Care leaders, including the group’s treasurer, received minor sentences for tax evasion. After being questioned by the FBI, Laher walked free and continued to influence students at MIT for more than another decade. His successor as MIT’s Muslim Chaplain, Hoda Elsharkawy, is herself closely linked through her husband to Laher and to Islamic extremism in Boston, which will be the focus of our future reporting.

While Laher officially stepped down from his post as MIT chaplain in 2014, he continues to preach at mosques in the Boston area, including the Tsarnaev’s own mosque, the Islamic Society of Boston – giving a sermon there as recently as May 1, 2015. The ISB was founded by MIT students who purchased a building just down the street from campus and Laher regularly preached there. Beyond this, there is no evidence to indicate that Laher influenced the Tsarnaevs directly. Nevertheless, the legacy of radicalism at the Tsarnaevs’ mosque is very much tied to MIT and the Jihadist ideology that Laher preached as its Muslim Chaplain.

We hope that our documentary will serve as a warning to moderate Muslim parents of students at MIT and other Boston universities, as well as the moderate Muslims who attend ISB and other mosques throughout the Hub. Jihadists like Laher prey on Muslim youths, and even prestigious and seemingly immune institutions like MIT cannot guarantee a safe space from their influence.fight

Connecting the dots to the Texas gunmen

Both gunmen identified in the May 3 attack against the “Draw Muhammad” event at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas, attended the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix, according to news reports. Elton Simpson and his roommate, Nadir Soofi, both were known to mosque leadership dating from 2006, although Usama Shami, chairman of the mosque’s board of trustees, claimed they stopped attending recently.

Interestingly, the imam at the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix (ICCP) is Sheikh Mahmoud Abdul-Aziz Ahmad Sulaiman, one of the so-called “flying imams,” who filed suit in March 2007 against US Airways officials for allegedly showing discrimination in removing them from a flight after the imams’ suspicious behavior raised alarm among crew and passengers. That behavior included loud praying at the gate area prior to boarding, refusal to sit in assigned seats, requests for seat belt extensions that were unnecessary and unused, and travel on one-way tickets with no checked baggage.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations, which was demonstrated in federal District Court to be affiliated with Hamas (the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, a designated terrorist organization as listed by Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates), and its attorney, Omar Mohammedi, a former president of CAIR’s New York chapter, filed the lawsuit on behalf of the six imams, including Imam Sulaiman.

The Egyptian-born Imam Sulaiman has served since 2002 as the imam at the ICCP, which was founded in 1982 and received its tax-exempt 501(c)3 status as a religious establishment. The ICCP website openly identifies the mosque as Shariah-compliant, with reference on its donations page to paying the “zakat,” an obligatory annual tax for all Muslims that is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, and of which one-eighth must go to support jihad. According to its website, the ICCP’s property is owned by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT). The trust is yet another Muslim Brotherhood affiliate, as confirmed in a 2009 ruling by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas Dallas Division, which identified the trust as a Hamas associate.Picture1

Imam Sulaiman is a member of the Washington, D.C.-based North American Imams Federation, whose board of trustees include the Jordanian-born Imam Omar Shahin (another of the so-called “Flying Imams” and former imam of the Islamic Center of Tucson, Ariz.) and Imam Siraj Wahhaj, whose name appeared on a U.S. government list of unindicted co-conspirators for the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Imam Sulaiman is a 1992 graduate of the prestigious Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt, where he received his doctorate with a specialization in the hadith, the accounts of the life and deeds of Islam’s founder, Muhammad. He memorized the Koran at the age of 11 and overall, has spent some 33 years in the study of Islam. Given this background, Imam Sulaiman is a very senior cleric, whose authority projects influence in the Phoenix area. Unfortunately, in April 2004, when Zuhdi Jasser, the founder and president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, organized a Muslim Rally Against Terrorism, Imam Sulaiman and other imam members of the Valley Council of Imams refused to lend their support because they refused to condemn terrorism in the context of the Arab-Israeli conflict.culture of deceit and lies

Although not yet confirmed, it’s likely that the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix was the mosque where Texas gunman Elton Simpson, born in 1991 in Illinois before moving to Phoenix, was converted to Islam, reportedly while attending high school, 2005-09. It was, however, about 2006 when he began discussing the Muslim’s obligation to engage in jihad in telephone conversations recorded by the FBI. Due to the court’s apparent ignorance of the fact that the only kind of jihad discussed anywhere in Islamic Law is “war against non-Muslims,” the government failed to convict him of anything beyond making a false statement about his intention to go to Somalia to participate in jihad. Further, according to published media reports, it was in 2006 that Usama Shami, the ICCP mosque president, dates his own relationship with Simpson, who would have been converted to Islam at about that time.

The Islamic Community Center of Phoenix’s Facebook page has posted links to both the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Muslim American Society and the Islamic Community Center of Tempe (or Tempe Masjid). Although not an event linked by the ICCP, the Tempe Masjid’s Facebook page currently contains an announcement for a May 15-17 course titled “Dawn of Mercy: The Messenger in Mecca.” One of the featured speakers for that event is Siraj Wahhaj, whose name appeared on a U.S. government list of unindicted co-conspirators for the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.Oh good

Finally, in April 2015, Imam Sulaiman figured among other local imams who condemned the Islamic State and its barbarity as somehow divorced from Islamic doctrine and singled out Fox News, which he claimed was “paid to create an animosity between people.”

At least in the case of these two jihadi gunmen, Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi, the formative influence of a mosque like the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix and its clerical leadership must not be overlooked, especially when their affiliations, leadership and programs are as troubling as these.OARLogo Picture6

Seething Anger over ISIS

Slave Trade

It’s not often I get so angry I can hardly see straight, but this is one of those times – certainly one of the topics that just sets me to think hellish thoughts. This has been going on for a while now, but yesterday morning, Glenn Beck, on his morning radio show reminded me of it. It was regarding a document ISIS released last October or November (2014). The document was an auction price list for captured females to be sold to scumbags ISIS members.

Those to be sold are Yazidi and Christian girls and women from towns ISIS has captured. ISIS fighters would overtake a village or town and force the men and boys to convert. If they refuse, they will be slaughtered, leaving only the girls and women. The females are then rounded up and marched back to the nearest auction site and sold.

For a period there were no set prices, so ISIS members could bid anything they wanted – whatever the “market” dictated. But according to the document “the market to sell women and spoils of war has been experiencing a significant decrease, which has adversely affected ISIS revenue and financing of the Mujaheddin.”

Therefore ISIS leadership decided to impose price controls. They also dictated that anyone violating the controls would be executed.

The United Nations reports that not all children are sold as sex slaves. Some, like those with abnormalities such as retardation or reduced mental capacity are to be used as unwitting suicide bombers. They are chosen because it is unlikely they understand what they are tasked to do. It’s just pure evil!

The price list for sex slaves is as follows. They are classified as merchandise, not girls, women or even human beings – just merchandise.

The prices are posted an Iraqi dinar.

  • Women age 40 to 50 = 50,000 dinar ($42),
  • 30 to 40 years = 75,000 ($63),
  • 20 to 30 = 100,000 ($84),
  • 10 to 20 = 150,000 ($127), and ages
  • 1 to 9 = 200,000 dinar ($169).

Yes folks – not even infants and toddlers are spared the atrocity.

There is however a limit of three sex slaves per bidder, with exception to foreign sales to Turks, Syrians and Gulf states. That’s where most of the fighters are so naturally they will need more. After a great battle they need to blow off some steam and unwind by raping and savaging young Christian girls.

The document adds that the source of this decision for price controls is the ISIS “Commerce Department.” The Commerce Department? As if they are fixing the price of a bushel of wheat or a pound of sugar. There are currently two full-fledged auction sites. One in Mosul Iraq and one in their capital Raqqa Syria, and there is a constant flow of “merchandise” in both locations.

unable-bear-constant-rape-torture-yazidi-womanbeing-used-sex-slave-by-isis-has-begged-westThe women and girls are shrouded from head to toe, shackled together and marched into the marketplace to be auctioned. I have seen video of the proceedings and they are appalling. Cattle are treated better. The wails of the victims to be sold are bloodcurdling.

Over the years, I’ve become more libertarian regarding war and foreign entanglements. Like the founders, I believe if it’s not in our national interest, if it doesn’t concern us directly – stay out of it. Protect the homeland and its citizens – that’s all.

But I believe this particular atrocity transcends national interest. This is a sin against all mankind. It is and will be a stain on our humanity. Frankly, if we, the United States of America, who have the wherewithal to act to stop this don’t do anything, what does it say about us?

I’m not sure what can be done, but I bet there are at least 20 to 30,000 veterans in this country that would be more than happy to go mercenary to stop this. Count me in.OARLogo Picture6

US WARSHIPS

UPDATE VIA MILITARY TIMES:

WASHINGTON — U.S. Navy officials say the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt is steaming toward the waters off Yemen and will join Gulfother American ships prepared to intercept any Iranian vessels carrying weapons to the Houthi rebels fighting in Yemen. The U.S. Navy has been beefing up its presence in the Gulf of Aden and the southern Arabian Sea amid reports that a convoy of Iranian ships may be headed toward Yemen to arm the Houthis.

The Houthis are battling government-backed fighters in an effort to take control of the country.

There are about nine U.S. ships in the region, including cruisers and destroyers carrying teams that can board and search other vessels.

The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss ship movement on the record.

Muslim migrants arrested for allegedly throwing Christians into sea after brawl

Christian Persecution

The survivors said they had boarded a rubber boat April 14 on the Libyan coast with 105 passengers aboard, part of the wave of migrants taking advantage of calm seas and warm weather to make the risky crossing from Libya, where most smuggling operations originate. During the crossing, the migrants from Nigeria and Ghana — believed to be Christians — were threatened with being abandoned at sea by some 15 other passengers from the Ivory Coast, Senegal, Mali and Guinea Bissau. Eventually the threat was carried out and 12 were pushed overboard. The statement said the motive was that the victims “professed the Christian faith while the aggressors were Muslim.” The surviving Christians, the statement said, only managed to stay on board by forming a “human chain” to resist the assault.

The shocking accusation comes amid an unprecedented surge of migrants from Africa to Europe in recent days. Sky News reports that the Italian Coast Guard has said that 10,000 people have been pulled from rickety boats in the Mediterranean. Another 400 are believed to have drowned off the coast of Libya.

Earlier Thursday, the International Organization of Migration (IOM) said four migrants who were picked up in recent days by the Italian Navy reported a shipwreck to aid workers after arriving in the Italian port of Trapani Thursday. Their boat had originally been carrying 45 people; the others are presumed dead.

The IOM said the migrants — two Nigerians, a Ghanaian and one Nigerien — were found floating in the sea by a helicopter and were rescued by the Italian Naval ship Foscari. They had left Tripoli in Libya on Saturday and stayed adrift for four days. The location of the rescue was not immediately known.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
