The United States Supreme Court will hear a case out of Louisiana on Tuesday that could significantly increase states’ ability to enact laws restricting abortion and make it harder for doctors or clinics to challenge them in court, CBS News reported.
What’s the case?
June Medical Services v. Russo is a case that challenges a 2014 Louisiana law known as the Unsafe Abortion Protection Act. That law requires doctors and abortion clinics to have admitting privileges to a nearby hospital in order to operate. Pro-abortion advocates view the law as a backdoor way to severely restrict abortion access, while the stated intent of the law is to ensure the safety of patients at abortion clinics.
A federal judge struck down the law based on a 2016 Supreme Court ruling that blocked an allegedly similar law in Texas. But an appeals court reversed that decision, saying the Louisiana law was different enough from the Texas law that it could stand, with one of the reasons being that driving distances in Louisiana were not as great in Texas, so the impact of potentially fewer abortion clinics in the state was less significant.
A question at the heart of this case is whether doctors or clinics have legal standing to challenge state regulations. If it is determined that they don’t, it could become more difficult for abortion advocates to oppose pro-life laws.
What could the impact be?
Opponents of the admitting privileges law say that hospitals often only extend admitting privileges to clinics that will regularly send patients. Since abortions are generally safe, they argue, it is difficult for them to get admitting privileges. Additionally, some medical institutions in a place like Louisiana don’t want to be associated with abortion. So an admitting privileges requirement would effectively eliminate most abortion clinics in the state.
While bans on abortion procedures are often struck down due to Roe v. Wade, bans on abortion access are another way states could limit abortion. Louisiana is certainly a state that would seek to eliminate abortion to any extent possible under the law, and a win in this case would be a huge step toward that.
“If the court allows the Louisiana law to stand, we will probably look back on this case as the acceleration of the total demise of the right to abortion in this country,”said Gretchen Borchelt, vice president for reproductive rights at the National Women’s Law Center, according to the Los Angeles Times. “Without overruling Roe, the court could gut what is left of the constitutional right to abortion.”
Where do the justices stand?
This case takes on additional interest due to the current makeup of the Supreme Court, including the most recent additions of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberal justices to put the Louisiana law on hold until a full appeal, but the conservative lean of the court presents a real chance of a legal win for pro-life advocates after arguments have been heard.
The Democrats’ sudden discovery of 77-year-old éminence grise Joe Biden has the electric feeling of Republicans settling on George H.W. Bush in 1992. (The Iowa Republican Party actually canceled the caucuses that year so as not to embarrass President Bush.)
It’s Democrats convincing themselves in 2004 that John Kerry was the “safe” choice. Proposed Biden campaign slogan: OK, I Guess He’ll Do. This is good news for Trump. Bernie Sanders is his greatest nightmare. True, the media, the donors and the Democratic Party are convinced that Sanders is a sure loser — just as, four years ago, Fox News, the donors and the Republican Party knew that Trump was a sure loser. What made both Trump and Sanders unique in their respective primaries was their voluble opposition to Wall Street, war and immigration. I’m beginning to suspect that Americans hate Wall Street, hate war and hate mass, low-wage immigration. I take no position on these preferences. I am simply stating facts. Recall that, in 2016, Trump and Sanders were the only presidential candidates opposed to the mass importation of low-wage workers immiserating our working class. Sadly, they both moved left on the issue at about the same time: Bernie when he went from being a Socialist to a Democrat, and Trump when he went from the campaign to the White House. On war, Sanders is certainly consistent. Good war, bad war, necessary war, stupid war — he’s against ’em all! As he recently tweeted about Trump’s assassination of Iranian Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, raising the prospect of war with Iran: “I was right about Vietnam. I was right about Iraq. I will do everything in my power to prevent a war with Iran. I apologize to no one.” At this moment in time, 20 years into a war without end in Afghanistan — unless Trump really does end it in the fourth year of his presidency — with foreign policy experts constantly demanding military intervention against some faraway tribe, Sanders’ anti-war sentiments are a balm to the country’s weary soul.
Four years ago, Bernie probably beat Hillary Clinton — minus the finagling of the Democratic National Committee — by slogging her for her Iraq War vote. Also, four years ago, Trump destroyed Jeb! Bush during a debate in the most pro-military state in the union, South Carolina, by calling the Iraq War a “big, fat mistake” and saying Jeb!’s brother had “lied” us into it. The media heralded this as another Trump gaffe, “his riskiest departure from the party line,”as Fortune magazine put it. A week later, Trump swept the South Carolina primary, walking away with all 50 delegates. Trump bragged so much about his opposition to the Iraq War that media “fact-checkers” worked overtime to prove that he was an Iraq War supporter. I think they were wrong and Trump was right, but the point is: Both Trump (the candidate) and the media knew that the anti-war position was wildly popular with voters. Then Trump became president, and the only people working overtime on his war stance became his own voters, constantly on edge that he’s about to start a war with Syria or Iran. Sanders has also shown remarkable consistency in his contempt for Wall Street. (There’s a reason poor Mike Bloomberg was running.) To great acclaim, Sanders says things like, “The billionaire class is scared and they should be scared.” He vows to break up banks and impose a wealth tax. “We’re prepared to be their worst nightmare,” he says. Similarly, back when he was running, Trump alone among Republicans kept harping about the absurd carried interest tax break that allows hedge fund managers (and private equity and venture capital managers) to pay a tax rate of 20 percent on their income, rather than the 39.6 percent the rest of us pay. Trump complained endlessly about the loophole, saying, “the hedge fund guys are getting away with murder.” He said some of these people “are making a tremendous amount of money and paying virtually no tax, and I think it’s unfair.” Clueless as ever, a shocked New York Times reported: “Defying Republican political gravity, after his heresy of proposing a tax increase, Mr. Trump’s popularity among Republicans rose.” The sad ending to this story is that then Trump became president and hired half of Goldman Sachs. More Goldman Sachs employees work in the Trump administration than worked for Presidents Obama and Bush combined. Gary Cohn, one of these patriotic, salt-of-the-earth Goldman guys, told Trump not to eliminate the carried interest loophole, so he didn’t. And Warren Buffett continues to pay a lower tax rate than his secretary. Maybe a Fidel-admiring revolutionary was never the best champion of even the most popular ideas — just as a vulgar reality TV star wasn’t. Maybe Bernie is dead. But the universal popularity of hating Wall Street, war and immigration will never die. It could be that a “safe” choice is all the Democrats need. But I think Trump just dodged a bullet.
President Trump and the Republican-controlled Senate have taken the reliably liberal 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and tilted it to the Right. The 9th Circuit is the largest circuit court, covering many of the West Coast states, including California, Hawaii, and Arizona. The court just received its 10th judge from the Trump administration, effectively changing the court’s liberal makeup into a more ideologically diverse lineup. In just three years, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Trump joined forces to place more justices to lifetime appointments on the 9th Circuit than President Barack Obama did in his eight years in office.
One judge from the circuit said the rapid influx of Trump appointees had been jarring, telling the Los Angeles Times, “Ten new people at once sends a shock wave through the system.”
Many of Trump’s appointments have been praised by their peers on the 9th Circuit, but others appear to be rattled. For instance, Judge Daniel Collins has been criticized for his “combative” objections to other judges on the circuit.
“Collins has definitely bulldozed his way around here already in a short time,”one judge from the 9th Circuit said. “Either he doesn’t care or doesn’t realize that he has offended half the court already.”
Democratic-appointed judges still hold a slight majority in the circuit, with 16 appointees compared with 13 Republican appointees, but 9th Circuit Judge Milan Smith Jr., an appointee of George W. Bush, said Trump’s judicial picks were about to take over.
“Trump has effectively flipped the circuit,” Smith said. “You will see a sea change in the 9th Circuit on day-to-day decisions.”
Democratic appointees have controlled the 9th Circuit Court since 1978, when federal law changed to add 10 seats to the court, allowing President Jimmy Carter to select every judge to fill the openings. President Ronald Reagan got only three nominations on the circuit, and appointees from President Bill Clinton and Obama built out the rest of the former liberal stronghold.
Because the court was reliably liberal, it was often the go-to court to challenge Trump’s policies, often forcing a review from the Supreme Court. In the early days of Trump’s presidency, the 9th Circuit struck down his “travel ban” from several Muslim-majority countries and deemed many of his immigration policies unconstitutional. The Supreme Court overturned many of the rulings from the 9th Circuit. Still, delays caused by the lower courts can hinder the president’s policies from moving forward when he wants them to begin.
In total, Trump has appointed 51 circuit court judges to lifetime appointments alongside the two justices he landed on the Supreme Court. McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, has joked that his motto while leading the GOP majority in the Senate is to “leave no vacancy behind.”

Trump received 1,871,515 total votes in the Texas Republican primary on Tuesday, with 99.5 percent of the vote reporting. That’s more than the top four remaining Democrats combined, as currently former Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Bernie Sanders, Michael Bloomberg, and Elizabeth Warren have earned a total of 1.7 million votes in Texas, with 91.3 percent of the vote reporting, although the Democrat votes are still being counted.
Trump received the most votes ever for an incumbent president running in Texas.
Fifteen years ago, 635,948 Republican Texans voted for then-President George W. Bush in the 2004 Republican primary. In 2012, 520,410 Democrats voted for then-President Barack Obama in their primary.
Texan Republicans did have a Senate primary in the state in 2020, but Sen. John Cornyn was the easy winner with 74 percent of the vote.

Placer County officials said the deceased individual was an “elderly adult” who had ongoing health issues and was the second coronavirus patient in the area. It is believed the individual was infected with the deadly illness while aboard a Diamond Princess cruise ship that traveled from San Francisco and traveled to Mexico between February 11 to February 21. The person was hospitalized at Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center on February 27.
“We extend our deepest condolences to the loved ones of this patient,”Dr. Aimee Sisson, a Placer County Health Officer, said in a statement. “While we have expected more cases, this death is an unfortunate milestone in our efforts to fight this disease, and one that we never wanted to see.”
“While most cases of COVID-19 exhibit mild or moderate symptoms, this tragic death underscores the urgent need for us to take extra steps to protect residents who are particularly vulnerable to developing more serious illness, including elderly persons and those with underlying health conditions,” added Dr. Sisson.
Earlier Wednesday, Washington state health officials reported their tenth death from coronavirus. The development comes after congressional negotiators reached an agreement Wednesday to provide $7.76 billion in funding to combat the coronavirus outbreak.
Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Richard Shelby (R-AL) and House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Nita Lowey (D-NY) hashed out the deal that will make available three times the $2.5 billion requested by the White House. Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Richard Shelby (R-AL) and House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Nita Lowey (D-NY) lead the negotiations that will make available three times the $2.5 billion requested by the Trump administration.
“This should not be about politics; this is about doing our job to protect the American people from a potential pandemic,” Shelby said in a statement. “We worked together to craft an aggressive and comprehensive response that provides the resources the experts say they need to combat this crisis. I thank my colleagues for their cooperation and appreciate President Trump’s eagerness to sign this legislation and get the funding out the door without delay.”
The House of Representatives is expected to vote later today on the bill, according to NBC News.
Former DNC Chair Donna Brazile came completely unhinged Tuesday morning when doing an interview on Fox News. Brazile attacked Ronna McDaniel who is Chair of the Republican National Committee and Mitt Romney’s outspoken niece. Before Brazile was on the show, McDaniel was on and she was asked about the DNC and the voting right now.
McDaniel said the following about the convention, “It does depend on how big a lead that Sanders takes out of California is. If he picks up a huge proportion of delegates. I don’t see anybody getting out soon. It is leading towards a brokered convention, which will be rigged against Bernie if those superdelegates have their way on that second vote.”
Brazile didn’t like that one bit. Here’s how she responded:
“First of all, I want to talk to my Republicans. Stay the hell out of our race! Stay the hell out of our race. I get sick and tired, Ed and Sandra, of listening to Republicans tell me and the Democrats about our process.”
“First of all, they don’t have a process. They are canceling primaries. They have winner-take-all. They don’t have the kind of democracy that we see on the Democratic side.”
“And for people to use Russian talking points to sow division among Americans is stupid. So Ronna, go to hell! This is not about — go to Hell! I’m tired of it…We’re not trying to prevent anyone from becoming the nominee.“
She must have forgotten just four years ago when the DNC rigged the Democratic election in favor of Hillary Clinton. She even apologized to Bernie for it.
McDaniel was a good sport and fired a kill shot at Brazile on Twitter.
It’s ok, @donnabrazile.
I’d be having a bad day too if my party was still hopelessly divided.
Talk of a brokered convention and the DNC trying to stop Bernie obviously hit a little close to home.
In a 5-4 decision, a divided U.S. Supreme Court ruled that foreigners who are in America illegally can be prosecuted for the crime of identity theft. While the ruling seems like a no brainer, the court was divided because the case involved the Immigration Control and Reform Act, which says any information provided on an I-9 work form can’t be used by law enforcement in any way — and that includes as evidence in a criminal case.
“The Immigration Control and Reform Act (IRCA) makes it a federal crime to lie on the I-9 work authorization form, while limiting how the false information can be used,”Fox News reported. “Federal law also says information “contained in” the I-9 cannot be used for law enforcement other than specified exceptions — but the Supreme Court ruled that if workers use the same information in tax documents, they can face charges.”
“Although IRCA expressly regulates the use of I–9’s and documents appended to that form, no provision of IRCA directly addresses the use of other documents, such as federal and state tax-withholding forms, that an employee may complete upon beginning a new job,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the court’s majority opinion. He was joined by fellow conservatives Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh.
The IRCA also forbids state charges or civil cases against “those who employ, or recruit or refer for a fee for employment, unauthorized aliens,” but Alito noted that this “makes no mention of state or local laws that impose criminal or civil sanctions on employees or applicants for employment.”
The Kansas Supreme Court had ruled in a case that charges were improper because “[t]he fact that this information was included in the W–4 and K–4 did not alter the fact that it was also part of the I–9.”
Alito said that was a incorrect ruling.
“Taken at face value, this theory would mean that no information placed on an I–9 — including an employee’s name, residence address, date of birth, telephone number, and e-mail address — could ever be used by any entity or person for any reason,” he wrote.
California officials are getting pretty worried that the coronavirus could hit the homeless camps in California. A homeless carrier would present peculiar problems for doctors trying to get the disease under control. The homeless lives in tight quarters and do not have easy access to good hygiene They also have a tendency to move around and thus could spread the disease much further than the typical person.
With the huge number of rats in the camps, it makes it even more likely that the disease could spread far and fast. And in cities the size of LA and San Francisco, a huge number of people could be affected.
Peter Beilenson, director of health services for Sacramento County said:
“I was thinking about it when I was in the … shower [on Thursday] morning, literally. We’ve been checking on the schools and on the nursing homes and on healthcare facilities, etc., and so I was thinking, ‘What about the homeless?’”
Beilenson and others said homeless people present unique risks and challenges for outbreaks of infectious diseases. Though the number of coronavirus cases remains at only a few dozen in the United States, homeless people, in particular, for multiple reasons could be vulnerable to both a quick spread of the illness and to more severe cases.
People living outdoors often do so in close quarters and lack the ability to maintain basic hygiene, including precautions such as hand washing. They may also face more danger from serious infection because of existing illnesses or frequent use of drugs or alcohol — factors with the potential to make a case of COVID-19 more severe.
Some homeless people also move often, making them both hard to reach for treatment and potentially increasing the spread of the virus if they are carriers.
“Unfortunately, we know that people living in crowded, unsanitary conditions are at increased risk for a variety of infectious diseases,” said Dr. Jeffrey Klausner, professor of medicine and public health at UCLA. “This is definitely a population … with other chronic medical conditions, so should they acquire coronavirus, they are potentially at risk for more serious complications.”

Joe Biden, the former pro-abortion Vice President, is winning big tonight on Super Tuesday, as he is pulling in more delegates than fellow abortion activist Bernie Sanders.
It is the day before the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the June Medical Services abortion case out of Louisiana, and activities have already heated up in anticipation of that.
Facebook, YouTube, and other big tech companies are not bound to abide by the First Amendment of the Constitution, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday, dealing a blow to conservatives online.
Popping up across Louisiana this week are a series of pro-abortion billboards that claim the legalized killing of unborn babies is “justice and dignity for all.”
A.F. Branco has taken his two greatest passions, (art and politics) and translated them into the cartoons that have been popular all over the country, in various news outlets including “Fox News”, MSNBC, CBS, ABC and “The Washington Post.” He has been recognized by such personalities as Dinesh D’Souza, James Woods, Sarah Palin, Larry Elder, Lars Larson, the great Rush Limbaugh.
While Sanders self-identifies as a democratic socialist, which many right-wing lawmakers, and pundits often conflate with communism, the two political ideologies actually have major differences.
Although Scandinavia is progressively liberal, by their own words, the Northern European states are not Socialist; or Democratic-Socialist. Former Denmark Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen’s speech at Harvard 2015 informed:
“I know that some people in the U.S. associate the Nordic model with some sort of socialism.
Denmark is far from a socialist planned economy. In fact, Denmark is a market economy, albeit with an expanded welfare state which provides a high level of security to its citizens.”
“We were at a Sanders event, and it was like being at a Left Party meeting. It was a mixture of very young people and old Marxists, who think they were right all along. There were no ordinary people there, simply.”
But double standards are becoming a comfortable norm for Sanders, as are the creature comforts that come with his newfound wealth. Normally he has won over fans with attacks on fossil fuels usage, proposing radical ideas to climate change, and assailing the trappings of corporate greed. So why has Bernie been seen flying on a gas-guzzling ‘private’ jet? Should he not be leading by example?
The Democratic front-runner was spotted Saturday making his way off of a private Gulfstream between campaign stops in South Carolina and Massachusetts — the latter being where he held a rally at Boston Common ahead of Super Tuesday.
As for this little mix-up here, it’s kinda funny. Bernie’s been flying all over the country for different campaign events — so the guy’s definitely busy and has a preoccupied mind at the moment. Mistakes like this (getting on the wrong Gulfstream) are bound to happen.
Down in South Carolina, someone alleged he had as many as three Gulfstreams to himself to get somewhere just a couple hours away. Unclear if that’s true, but here’s something to keep in mind.
What is interesting about the Sanders family foray into media buying, in particular, is that Jane Sanders had no apparent background in media buying. But in her husband’s 2006 campaign, she worked with two media buyers named Barbara Abar Bougie and Shelli Hutton-Hartig – two names that would become significant when Bernie’s political ambitions went national.
Bernie Sanders’s insurgent 2016 presidential campaign brought in a huge sum of money. A large chunk of it — nearly $83 million — flowed to a mysterious limited liability company (LLC) with no website, no phone number, and no office space. Indeed, the LLC was registered to a private home on a cul-de-sac in suburban Virginia.
The mysterious company is called Old Towne Media LLC. Two names connected to the company are Barbara Abar Bougie and Shelli Hutton-Hartig, Jane’s associates from the 2006 campaign.
The Sanders campaign purchased a whopping $82.77 million in political ads through Old Towne Media, which could have earned the company a media fee of more than $12 million.
The big question going into 2020 was if Bernie Sanders could sojourn through the demands of a presidential political campaign after a heart attack.
Sen. Bernie Sanders had no reported history of heart disease and had been keeping up an active presidential campaign schedule. But during an event Tuesday evening in Las Vegas, he experienced chest discomfort, his campaign said. Tests showed a blocked artery, and he had two stents implanted.
The fact that Sanders needed two stents is not an indication of the scope of his problem, said Dr. Deepak L. Bhatt, who is executive director of Interventional Cardiovascular Programs at Brigham and Women’s Hospital Heart and Vascular Center in Boston. The average number a patient needs is a little under two, he said.
Wednesday afternoon, Sanders tweeted, “I’m feeling good. I’m fortunate to have good health care and great doctors and nurses helping me to recover.”
It was not only just a medical doctor identifying the ailment that saved Sanders, but prompt actions from expert specialists that made the life-saving difference. As the Associated Press detailed:
Sanders’ heart attack occurred in an artery often called the “widow-maker,” and the fact that he received prompt treatment to reopen that blood vessel helps explain how well he’s doing, said Dr. Mary Ann McLaughlin, director of cardiovascular health and wellness at Mount Sinai Heart in New York. She reviewed Sanders’ health information.
The key test to show that was a treadmill exercise test in which doctors watch for signs of trouble during strong exertion. Sanders’ exercise capacity this month was “average” for a healthy man his age without heart disease, and he was able to exercise to a level about 50% higher than men his age who do have heart disease, wrote University of Vermont cardiac rehabilitation chief Dr. Philip Ades and exercise physiologist Patrick Savage in a separate letter.
Amazing that the same type of primary healthcare that saved Bernie Sanders’ life is also the same healthcare system that is one of the first things he would dismantle if elected president. For notice Sanders did not rely on his own ‘healthcare-for-all’ philosophies when it was his life on the line.
Professional weasel Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA) received a throat-punch from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
In one of its many nonsensical investigations of President Trump, the House Judiciary Committee demanded that former White House counsel Don McGahn testify. The Court disagreed, ruling in favor of the White House.
Schiff and team deemed the president’s action of taking executive privilege in denying McGahn’s testimony as “interference”. Thus, the ruling decimates the very premise of the impeachment hoax.
Clearly the president did not interfere with Congress in its supposed duties of oversight. As America has learned and will continue to learn, “oversight” for Schiff means protecting the Leftist traitors who tried to overthrow a duly-elected president.
This decision only bolsters the president’s rightful claim of a Democrat witch hunt.
Georgetown Constitutional Law professor and legal expert Jonathan Turley chimed in on the ruling, commenting about Trump’s victory on Twitter.
Turley tweeted:
“The decision in this case marks one of the greatest losses in the history of the House of Representatives. Congress was wrong in rushing to impeach and its second article was both premature and presumptuous in claiming obstruction.”
In his opinion on the ruling, Judge Thomas Griffith commented,
“We cannot decide this case without declaring the actions of one or the other [branches of government] unconstitutional.”
“If federal courts were to swoop in to rescue Congress whenever its constitutional tools failed, it would not just supplement the political process; it would replace that process with one in which unelected judges become the perpetual ‘overseer[s]’ of our elected officials. That is not the role of judges in our democracy, and that is why Article III compels us to dismiss this case.”
The White House needs no vindication in this farce. Nevertheless, a spokeswoman from the Justice Department said in a statement Friday that the department was “extremely pleased” with the ruling.
This ruling marks the first of many revelations about the tactics of Adam Schiff and the Democrats.
The cover-up of their treason won’t last much longer. And millions of Americans wait to see real justice doled out.
John Durham is due to release his report, and rumors claim that Durham has impaneled a grand jury.
In another hint that justice may finally come to the lecherous Leftists, a court recently ruled that Hillary Clinton must testify about her deleted emails.
Even new presidential front-runner Joe Biden won’t escape scrutiny. Especially as the Ukraine opened an investigation into Joe and Hunter Bidens’ potential crimes.
Of course, I just voted in California, so I have zero confidence my vote meant anything. The socialist that run this state do whatever their black hearts wants to do, but it is still one of the last vestiges of freedom left in this state. Yes, I am very angry at our state, and the way the socialist has taken over.
No, we can’t move. One, we don’t have the money. Two, we have several “anchors” in this area. So, unless God does a miracle so we can get out of here, we will stay and lift our voices for freedom.
When my wife and I arrived at the polling place, we were greeted with this sign on the door.
Isn’t that “deliberate democrat/socialist invited foreign interference in our elections”? To be here legally, even as a foreign resident, you MUST be able to demonstrate a high school level working knowledge of the English language. Therefore, there is no reason to have ballots, or signage in any language other than ENGLISH.
Well, I asked that of my wife, while we were standing in line. She immediately shushed me because she didn’t want to watch me being pummeled by angry leftist who hate it when you point out their hypocrisy. Freedom of speech stops when you have anything to say that the leftist doesn’t like.

Brexit mastermind Nigel Farage talked about the success of populism in his home nation of Britain and abroad while giving a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md.
“I take it you’re a pro-Brexit crowd!” Farage said to wild applause to start his speech, describing himself as CPAC’s “resident foreign speaker.”
Farage called deposed former Tory Prime Minister Theresa May the worst Prime Minister in the history of the United Kingdom to start his speech and talked about the formation of his new political entity.
“We ironically became the largest delegation in the European Parliament of any European country,” Farage said of his Brexit party, also crediting his party’s success with the resignation of May.
“Boris has become the leader, and Boris to date has picked up every word and every phrase that I have stood and fought for for nearly 30 years. It’s really great news, and it means at long last we have finally left the European Union!” Farage exclaimed.
He boasted about being the most “notorious” MEP in the history of European parliament, and he was happy to be finished in dealing with the European Union.
“I don’t just want the United Kingdom to leave the European Union. I want Europe to leave the European Union,” he said.
Farage credited former Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn with helping to strengthen the Tory coalition united around the Brexit. He believes that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) can do the same thing to the Republican Party in the U.S.
“You should be backing Bernie Sanders. You should be campaigning for Bernie Sanders. You should be donating money to Bernie Sanders. You should be making sure that Bernie Sanders gets that nomination. You need a Democrat Party as far left-wing, as anti-American as they possibly can be,” he explained.
“Not only will you get four more years of this great President Trump, but I think with Bernie, you won’t just get Trump. With Bernie, I think you can re-take the House too!” he added.
Farage talked up President Trump, who he described as his “friend,” as leading the fight to end globalism.
“You are part of a big moment in history, and with four more years of Donald Trump, we will complete the job,” Farage said to conclude his speech, which ended the second day of the CPAC event. It will conclude after Saturday when Trump addresses the event.
An incredible number of Cuban-Americans rallied to support the President on Saturday after a week of Senator Bernie Sanders defending the Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.
Miami is always a party but on Saturday Cuban Americans got together to support President Trump and sent a very clear message to Democrats, there will be no socialism in the United States. All over social media pictures and videos popped up of trucks flying Cuban and American flags, people were wearing MAGA hats and waving Trump 2020 flags.
These videos below destroy the false narrative of the media that only “old white men” support the President.
During an interview last week, Sanders defended Fidel Castro’s “literacy program” which was really an indoctrination program.
But this weekend Miami was packed with vehicles that had signs and painted slogans like, “Viva Trump,” “Free Cuba,” and “Abajo La Dictadura” (Dow with Dictatorships).
“Wondering what that excessive honking was in Coral Gables, Miami and Brickell?” asked the Miami Herald. “It’s about Trump.”
On the same day, over 150 Cuban Americans in Kentucky held a similar protest also giving speeches and honking their horns, blasting their music while wearing their MAGA gear.

Jose Armenta-Vasquez, 39, an illegal alien from Mexico has been arrested 36 times, mostly for felonies and Denver Democrats ignored three separate detainers from ICE against him. Now, after all of that he is under arrest again for allegedly stabbing a Denver area judge multiple times, nearly killing him. Is it any wonder that so many people understand that Democrats are more loyal to illegal aliens than they will ever be to Americans.
Sanctuary cities, counties and states are seeing a strong upsurge in crime. And why not? If you are an illegal alien, there are no consequences for your crimes. A New York man has been arrested at least 141 times. I guess we need more illegal aliens to commit crimes Americans aren’t willing to commit. Since they are freed without bail, does that make them undocumented felons? Guest crooks?
KUSA reported:
The detainer requests remain a sore subject in an ongoing feud between the city of Denver and ICE. Denver city officials have repeatedly said they cannot continue to hold anyone — no matter their immigration status — without a signed order from a judge.
ICE leadership, on the other hand, has repeatedly criticized the city of Denver for not being more cooperative with its detainer requests.
When an inmate under a detainer request leaves the Denver jail — in lieu of bond, for example — Denver has elected only to give ICE what amounts to a short “heads up” via fax of the imminent release. Sometimes the fax comes a half-hour before release, and sometimes it comes a few hours before release, according to documents.
“They’re not allowing us to assume custody in their jails,” ICE Deputy Executive Director for Enforcement and Removal Operations Henry Lucero said on Fox News last month with regard to Denver’s practices.
Denver is not the only jurisdiction in the U.S. that has adopted sanctuary practices that ultimately put the public at risk.
A recent Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General report found that sanctuary policies employed in jurisdictions around the country have amounted to more than 17,000 illegal aliens being at large as of last year.

Joe Biden, the pro-abortion former Vice President and senator began what he hopes is a resurrection of his lackluster presidential campaign with a victory in today’s South Carolina Democrat presidential primary.
Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats today defeated a motion on a bill that would stop infanticide and provide medical care and treatment for babies who are born alive after botched abortions.
The disconnect between many in the Democratic Party and the majority of the country on the issue of abortion was on full display this week with Sen. Elizabeth Warren serving as a word picture for a party that seems unable to find common ground with anyone but Planned Parenthood.
New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand defended her votes for late-term abortions and infanticide Tuesday with a ridiculous claim that protecting babies’ lives violates “religious freedom.”
Indiana House lawmakers passed pro-life legislation Thursday to ensure women are fully informed about their unborn babies before going through with an abortion.
