(VIDEO) President Trump Says He Authorized “A Lot” of “Democrat Oriented” Layoffs as Russ Vought’s Purge Begins

President Trump on Thursday told reporters that he is going to target “Democrat-oriented” programs and federal employees as Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought begins sweeping reductions in force (RIF) across the government.
The government shut down at midnight on October 1 because the Democrats refused to vote for a bill that did not include $1.5 trillion in new spending with taxpayer-funded healthcare benefits for illegal aliens.
The Democrats are planning to go so far as to keep the government closed until planes start falling out of the sky, one top Democratic aide said. They are holding the country hostage for their demands… READ MORE

Supreme Court Lets DOGE Access Social Security Data
U.S. Supreme Court, Washington, D.C. (Dreamstime)

The U.S. Supreme Court Friday permitted billionaire Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, a key player in President Donald Trump’s drive to slash the federal workforce, broad access to personal information on millions of Americans in Social Security Administration data systems while a legal challenge plays out.

At the request of the Justice Department, the justices put on hold Maryland-based U.S. District Judge Ellen Hollander’s order that had largely blocked DOGE’s access to “personally identifiable information” in data such as medical and financial records while litigation proceeds in a lower court.

Hollander found that allowing DOGE unfettered access likely would violate a federal privacy law.

Dr. Oz Uncovers Billions in Medicare and Medicaid Fraud, Waste, and Abuse: ‘If You Thought USAID was a Problem, This Will Bring a Little Shiver to You’

By Jim Hoft – The Gateway Pundit – April 25, 2025

Dr. Mehmet Oz, newly sworn in as Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), has exposed billions of dollars in fraud, waste, and abuse plaguing America’s healthcare safety nets.
Appearing on America’s Newsroom with Bill Hemmer, Dr. Oz laid out a clear and urgent mission: protect the most vulnerable — not enrich bureaucrats, fraudsters, and corrupt insiders.
“Right now, my main focus, without any question, is to wage a war on fraud, waste, and abuse — because that’s what’s required. All hands on deck,” Dr. Oz said.
Under President Trump’s directive to “love and cherish Medicare and Medicaid,” Dr. Oz has mobilized an aggressive “war room” to identify, track, and claw back fraudulent payments… READ MORE

4 Admissions of Social Security Fraud in April Alone Show Waste and Abuse Are Real

When Elon Musk announced in February that there were 10 million Social Security numbers belonging to holders apparently aged 120 years and older, instead of acknowledging the great potential for fraudulent activity, the corporate media downplayed the concerns. They insisted that Social Security fraud is not very common and maligned the Trump administration’s efforts to purge the federal government of waste and abuse. However, multiple instances of Social Security fraud confirmed in April alone are a reminder that the system has enabled abuse for years.

In late March, DOGE announced that, following a “major cleanup” of records, 9.9 million number holders listed with ages 120 years and older “have now been marked deceased.” (While people do live past 100, the oldest person who ever lived in modern times was Jeanne Louise Calment, of France, who died in 1997 at 122 years old.)

Corporate media and so-called experts have claimed that the listed ages of these centenarian number holders may be the result of “coding quirks” in the system and that efforts to mark these number holders as deceased could lead to more errors. But this does not change the fact that unused Social Security numbers marked as live are ripe for fraud.

What can you do with a spare Social Security number? You could register to vote again or sign up for social welfare, like housing, health insurance, cash assistance, and SNAP. Noncitizens can get a job, and of course, collect Social Security retirement or disability benefits.

Last month, a White House fact sheet, citing an inspector general report from 2024, noted how “The Social Security Administration made an estimated $72 billion in improper payments between 2015 and 2022.”

Social Security Fraud Is Alive And Well

Last week, Wendy Stone of Rochester, New York, pleaded guilty to “conversion/unlawful conveyance of government money, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine,” according to U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo’s office.

Back in 2022, Stone went to the home of an acquaintance and found that person had died a few days earlier. Stone didn’t report the death to authorities. Instead, she moved the body to the basement of the home, stuffed it in a storage bin, and covered it in bleach, occasionally topping off the bleach to keep the body covered. It remained there from December 2022 to September 2023, the DOJ release explains. Stone, 63, “improperly collected” $7,900 of the victim’s Supplemental Security Income money, which is administered by the Social Security Administration, and used the victim’s Social Security number “to activate a new debit card.” Stone also later falsely claimed the victim lived with her to receive $1,070 in SNAP benefits, according to the release.

On April 9, Mavious Redmond of Austin, Minnesota, pleaded guilty to committing Social Security fraud for 25 years, roughly half her life. Redmond, 54, “collected more than $360,000 in Social Security payments intended for her mother,” who died in 1999, the DOJ said in an April 14 release.

“On multiple occasions, Redmond impersonated her deceased mother to keep her fraud scheme going,” reads the statement from Acting U.S. Attorney Lisa D. Kirkpatrick’s office. “For example, on June 4, 2024, Redmond personally visited the SSA office, posing as her deceased mother, and submitted a fraudulent SS-5 Application for Social Security Form using her mother’s name, date of birth, Social Security number, and forging her deceased mother’s signature.”

Deborah Bailey, 68, from Piscataway, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to theft of public money after claiming her dead mother’s Social Security retirement money for eight years after her death. After Bailey’s mom died in 2016, she didn’t tell the Social Security Administration, and an investigation revealed she withdrew more than $150,000 “in retirement benefits” from her mom’s bank account between 2016 and 2024. She faces sentencing in August, according to a DOJ release from U.S. Attorney Alina Habba’s Office.

Reynaldo Martinez of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, admitted to getting his mitts on 40 SNAP cards using “stolen identities and stolen or fraudulent Social Security numbers.”

“Court documents reflect that Martinez appeared in person at multiple Rhode Island Department of Human Services offices and filed applications for SNAP benefits,” according to a DOJ release from April 2. “He did this by presenting fraudulent drivers’ licenses in various names but depicting his own photograph, and using Social Security numbers assigned to others, including that of a deceased individual, living adult citizens, and at least one juvenile.”

He admitted to receiving more than $33,000 in SNAP free food benefits. Martinez also admitted to cashing “altered” U.S. Treasury checks, which can be tax refunds, Social Security, or other benefits. Martinez pleaded guilty and will be sentenced in July, according to the DOJ. He was arrested and convicted multiple times in the past on other fraud and criminal charges, “dating back to 2012.”

Still, the desperate media really want the Trump administration to stop looking for fraud.

Last week, President Trump signed a memorandum aimed at “preventing illegal aliens from obtaining Social Security Act benefits.” Without missing a beat, Axios’ Jason Lalljee wrote under the headline: “Trump aids Musk’s Social Security fraud hunt, despite lack of evidence.”

[READ: Five Ways Non-Citizens With Social Security Numbers Can Scam America]

But while the media cry about Trump eradicating fraud, and protesters key Teslas to punish Musk over DOGE findings, there are plentiful examples of Social Security fraud. The above are just a few admissions from April alone.

Not every mismarked 150-year-old Social Security number is connected to fraud, but for those and others that are, one person can bleed years of funding from the program, threatening its solvency and the security of those who truly need it.

Trump Labor Department secures eye-popping sum to return to taxpayers amid DOGE push

U.S. Department of Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer announced on Monday that her department will return over $1 billion in unused COVID-era funding back to the taxpayer amid the Trump administration’s push for the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to slash waste, fraud and abuse in the federal government.

In a press release, the Labor Department said $1.4 billion of unspent COVID funding will be “returned to taxpayers through the U.S. Department of Treasury’s General Fund” and added that “action” is “being taken to recover the remaining $2.9 billion.”

“The roughly $4.3 billion was intended for states to use for temporary unemployment insurance during the pandemic,” the press release states. “Instead, several states continued spending millions of dollars despite no longer meeting necessary requirements, which was uncovered in a 2023 audit conducted by the department’s Office of Inspector General.”

The department explained in the press release that the funding originated from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act in March 2020 and that the program was meant to provide expanded unemployment insurance for Americans who were not able to work during the pandemic.

The program was closed in 2021, the department said, but the 2023 audit “found four states were allowed to access the funding ‘despite not meeting program requirements,’ totaling over $100 million in spending.”

“There’s no reason leftover COVID unemployment funds should still be collecting dust,” DeRemer told Fox News Digital in a statement. “I promised to look out for Americans’ hard-earned tax dollars, and we are delivering at the Department of Labor.”

“Any money still sitting around for pandemic-era unemployment funds is a clear misuse of Americans’ hard-earned tax dollars,” Chavez-DeRemer said in the press release, adding that she is “rooting out waste to ensure American Workers always come First.”

Deputy Secretary of Labor Keith Sonderling said in a statement, “It’s unacceptable that billions of dollars went unchecked in a program that ended several years ago.’

“In a huge win for the American taxpayer, we’ve clawed back these unused funds and will keep working to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse.”

The announcement comes after DeRemer said in her first memo to the department after taking over last month that she plans to comply with Trump’s executive orders and work with DOGE to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse.

“Under the leadership of President Trump, our focus remains on promoting job creation, enhancing workforce development, and ensuring safe working conditions, wages, and pensions so that every American has the opportunity to succeed,” DeRemer said to employees in the memo. “I challenge each of you to actively engage with your teams to identify innovative solutions that can help us achieve our goals.”

Chavez-DeRemer said that the Labor Department must align with the priorities of the Trump administration and “must focus on practicing fiscal responsibility, reducing unnecessary spending, and optimizing our resources to ensure that taxpayer dollars are utilized effectively.”

House panel subpoenas Biden-Harris official accused of ‘stonewalling’ probe into Walz’s China ties

By Philip Lenczycki – AlphaNews.org – Dec 13, 2024

Walz’s relationship with the Chinese government has come under increased scrutiny following Vice President Kamala Harris’ selection of the governor as her running mate in her failed 2024 bid for the presidency.
(Daily Caller News Foundation) — The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official on Wednesday for allegedly failing to comply with an investigation into Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), according to a letter exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability subpoena requires DHS’s senior advisor to the Department’s Office of Legislative Affairs Jacob Marx to appear for a deposition related to whistleblower disclosures obtained by the committee allegedly concerning Walz’s “longstanding connection” to the CCP. The committee subpoenaed DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in September requesting “documents and communications regarding Gov. Walz’s connections with the CCP,” but alleges DHS has not produced “responsive documents,” “substantive information, nor any assurance that substantive information would be forthcoming.”… READ MORE

‘Waste of Money’: Trump Calls for Defunding NPR, PBS Ahead of House DOGE Hearing

President Donald Trump said National Public Radio and the Public Broadcasting Service are a “waste of money” and that he would “be honored” to defund the taxpayer-funded networks.

Trump made the comments in response to a reporter’s question Tuesday, one day before the CEOs of the two networks are set to take questions from a House panel investigating government waste.

“It’s been very biased,” Trump said of NPR and PBS.

“They spend more money than any other network of its type ever conceived,” the president continued. “So, the kind of money that’s being wasted, and it’s a very biased view. You know that better than anybody. I’d be honored to see it end.”

Trump pointed to all the media outlets in the room and said: “We are well covered. Look at all the people that we have here today. We are well covered. We don’t need it. It’s a waste of money.”

NPR CEO Katherine Maher and PBS CEO Paula Kerger will answer questions from the House Oversight and Accountability Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency, or the DOGE subcommittee. The hearing is titled “Anti-American Airwaves: Holding the heads of NPR and PBS Accountable.”

Supporters of networks have contended public broadcasting is a minimal cost to taxpayers, and provides quality and educational programing that commercial for-profit networks would not support.

The House DOGE subcommittee was established to assist the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency, led by entrepreneur Elon Musk

Mike Gonzalez, a senior fellow for national security and foreign policy at The Heritage Foundation, will also testify to the subcommittee. Ed Ulman, CEO of Alaska Public Media, is the Democrat witness.

“I want to hear why NPR and PBS think they should ever again receive a single cent from the American taxpayer,” Subcommittee Chair Marjorie Taylor Greene said in a public statement.

“These partisan, so-called ‘media’ stations dropped the ball on Hunter Biden’s laptop, down-played COVID-19 origins, and failed to properly report the Russian collusion hoax,” Greene continued.

“Now, it is time for their CEOs to publicly explain this biased coverage. Federal taxpayers should not be forced to pay for one-sided reporting, which attacks over half the country to protect and promote its own political interests. I look forward to working with the Trump Administration to stop allowing the blatant misuse of taxpayer funds for partisan ends.”

Trump’s DOGE Uncovers Nearly $400K In Woke Agricultural Grants

By: Daphne Moon | March 19, 2025

Read more at https://thepatriotchronicles.com/news-for-you/trumps-doge-uncovers-nearly-400k-in-woke-agricultural-grants/

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has made a decisive move to refocus its efforts on its core mission by canceling a $397,000 grant that was earmarked for educating queer, trans, and BIPOC urban farmers in the San Francisco Bay Area. This decision underscores the administration’s commitment to eliminating identity-based policies and ensuring that taxpayer dollars are used to strengthen the nation’s agricultural sector rather than fund ideological initiatives. The grant, which was justified under the banner of “food justice” and values-aligned markets, had drawn criticism for prioritizing leftist ideologies over practical, efficiency-driven agricultural practices. By cutting this funding, the USDA is taking a stand against wasteful spending and realigning itself with its original purpose: supporting American agriculture, livestock, and forestry.

Brooke Rollins, a key figure in the administration, emphasized the importance of this decision, stating, “The USDA was funding a $397,000 grant in the San Francisco Bay Area to educate queer, trans, and BIPOC urban farmers and consumers about ‘food justice’ and values-aligned markets. By cutting this wasteful spending, we are ending identity-based policies and realigning our agency with its core mission of supporting American agriculture, livestock, and forestry.” This statement reflects the administration’s broader goal of ensuring that public funds are used to benefit all Americans, rather than being diverted to niche ideological programs that do little to advance the nation’s agricultural productivity.

Conservative groups and agricultural producers have applauded the move, arguing that the USDA should focus on supporting all farmers, regardless of their identity or political beliefs. They contend that federal funds should be directed toward initiatives that enhance productivity, improve agricultural infrastructure, and ensure food security, rather than financing programs that impose specific ideological frameworks. This decision is seen as a step toward restoring neutrality in public policy and ensuring that agricultural funding serves the entire nation, not just select groups.

Progressive critics, however, have lambasted the decision, claiming that such grants are necessary to promote equity in agricultural education. They argue that programs like the one defunded by the USDA are essential for addressing historical disparities in access to agricultural resources and education. Yet, the administration has made it clear that its priority is to ensure that every dollar spent by the USDA contributes to the strength and sustainability of the American agricultural sector, free from political bias.

This move is consistent with President Donald Trump’s broader agenda of cutting wasteful spending and refocusing government agencies on their core missions. Under his leadership, the USDA has taken significant steps to eliminate subsidies for ideologically driven programs and redirect resources toward projects that genuinely benefit the agricultural industry. The decision to cancel the $397,000 grant is just one example of how the Trump administration is working to restore fiscal responsibility and ensure that public funds are used effectively.

The liberal media, however, has been quick to criticize this decision, framing it as an attack on marginalized communities. But what they fail to acknowledge is that the USDA’s primary responsibility is to support the agricultural sector as a whole, not to fund niche programs that cater to specific identity groups. By cutting this grant, the USDA is ensuring that its resources are used to benefit all farmers, regardless of their background or beliefs.

Harvard Polling: Majority Supports DOGE Measures to Reduce the Size of Government

By: Jonathan Turley | February 25, 2025

Read more at https://jonathanturley.org/2025/02/25/harvard-polling-majority-supports-doge-measures-to-reduce-the-size-of-government/

As the courts hash out the legalities of the orders supporting the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the public appears to support the effort despite the almost universal condemnations in the media. Despite the prediction from James Carville that the Trump Administration will collapse within 30 days, a recent Harvard CAPS/Harris poll shows that most citizens support the cutting of government spending and size. While the courts must rule on the legal basis for these executive orders, the polling shows continued support for both Trump and his agenda after the election.

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D., Minn.) also has declared that “remorse” was growing among voters who were souring against the Trump Administration. Yet, the Harvard poll shows Trump with a 50% approval rating, (43% expressing disapproval). That is consistent with the RealClearPolitics polling average, giving Trump a 49.3% approval rating.

What was interesting amid the ongoing judicial and legislative fight is that 83% of voters preferred cutting government spending to raising taxes. Some 77% also supported a broad review of government spending. A massive 70% believe government spending is rife with waste and fraud and 69% support cutting spending by $1 trillion. Sixty percent of voters said that DOGE is carrying out the need of the government to make significant cuts.

Once again, our courts are designed to resist popular demands when they contravene legal or constitutional authorities. However, courts are also sensitive to what is called the “countermajoritarian difficulty.” As Alexander Bickel discussed in his 1962 book, The Least Dangerous Branch, the courts straddle this line between protecting constitutional values and not becoming a type of super-legislature. The political question doctrine and other judicial rules are designed to remove federal judges from making policy or political judgments.

Voters are allowed to bring about significant, even radical, changes in government policies and programs. They are allowed to elect “change agents” to use existing powers to achieve those goals.

Cutting Waste and Uncovering Corruption: What’s Not to Love About DOGE

By Antonio Graceeffo – The Gateway Pundit – Feb 21, 2025

So far, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has made significant cuts and taxpayer savings, including over $1 billion in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) contracts, $6.5 billion in reductions from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), $502 million from the Education Department, and savings across several other departments such as Social Security, Agriculture, and Health and Human Services. Additionally, DOGE has laid off thousands of federal employees, terminated over 1,100 contracts, and restructured various government programs. And now, DOGE is considering sending a $5,000 check to every American as part of its efforts to provide financial relief to taxpayers. READ MORE…

The Ants Are Scurrying

Nothing has upset Democrats nor upended the bureaucratic establishment quite like the recent unleashing of the Elon Musk led Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). With the Presidency and both Houses of Congress in the hands of Republicans, the only realm of power Democrats maintained was the so-called “fourth” branch American government.

The BBC explains what DOGE’s role is within the Trump Administration:

Doge is not an official government department, which would have had to be established by an act of Congress.

Instead, it came into being through one of Trump’s presidential executive orders, and operates as an advisory body with at least four employees dedicated to each)o government agency.

Part of Doge’s mission, says the order, relates to IT upgrades aimed at boosting efficiency. It must finish its work by July 2026.

President Trump and Elon Musk have been reevaluating the size and role of the federal government in American Society. To date in fiscal year 2025, the U.S. government has spent $2.44 trillion with federal outlays totaling $7 trillion, or 23.3% of the GDP. By “following the money” DOGE has been able to audit several federal agencies and has found billions in wasteful spending.

To know how effective something is, just look at who is opposing it. Since its inception, DOGE has been the bane of big-government spending Democrats who have questioned its legality, while filed several states have filed lawsuits to block the organization from carrying out its mandate.

Obama Owned DOGE First!

Image: X

Before it was reconstituted as DOGE, the agency was established in 2014 as the United States Digital Service (USDS) during the Obama Administration. Because USDS was already fully funded and operational, Trump then was able to implement 5 USC 3161, allowing him temporary hiring authority.

NPR adds further details:

On his first day in office, Trump signed an executive order that renames the little-known but highly respected United States Digital Service office as the United States DOGE Service, referring to the Department of Government Efficiency, an effort helmed by tech billionaire and Trump ally Elon Musk.

In contrast to the initial announcement of DOGE, focused on federal spending, the workforce and technology infrastructure from “outside the government,” Trump’s Jan. 20 order outlines a temporary organization within the larger USDS office that will be led by a to-be-named administrator.

The order also moves the USDS from the Office of Management and Budget to the Executive Office of the President and directs each federal agency to create a “DOGE Team” that may include a team leader, engineer, human resources specialist and attorney to help facilitate Trump’s “DOGE agenda.”

There were not any Democrats protesting outside of government buildings when Obama and Biden echoed the same ideas of cutting government spending in June 2011:

Fox News observed:

The White House is taking aim at Democratic critics of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), highlighting that the new agency’s work was once championed by prominent Democrats.

Democrats have ramped up their attacks on DOGE and its leader, billionaire Elon Musk, over the past week, arguing that Trump’s project is a violation of the Constitution and filing several lawsuits in an effort to bring the new department’s momentum to a halt.

But Leavitt pointed out that many of DOGE’s priorities used to be the same across the aisle, especially for the two most well-known Democratic leaders.

Supporting DOGE

It is said “Imitation is the ultimate form of flattery”; or, “if something right is being done its going to be immolated.” Numerous states have begun implementing their own state-level versions of DOGE to look for and begin eliminating government waste.

While 14 Democrat State government AGs have sued the Trump administration in opposition to DOGE’s auditing of the Treasury Department and the IRS, 20 Republican States have sued in support of the President and the actions that he has been taking.

Currently US District Judge John Bates has ruled that DOGE is an ‘agency’ and has granted the Musk-led agency access to the Departments of Labor, HHS, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In another lawsuit, Judge Tanya Chutkan will decide if DOGE gains access to data of seven more agencies. The Judge said that she was skeptical of plaintiffs arguments, and appears to be leaning towards granting access to Musk’s team.

Trump did warn that he was going “win, and keep winning!”

Judge Chutkan Denies Democrat AG’s Request for Restraining Order Against Elon Musk and DOGE

Judge Tanya Chutkan, appointed by former President Obama, recently made a decision regarding a motion involving the Trump administration and Elon Musk. The case involved 14 Democrat state attorneys general who claimed that President Trump violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution. They argued that the creation of DOGE and Musk’s role within it granted him “unchecked power.”

The attorneys general from predominantly blue states like Arizona and California filed this lawsuit. They contended that since Musk is not Senate-confirmed, he should not have the authority to issue orders to the executive branch. Their argument centered on the belief that Musk’s appointment violated constitutional provisions. This is not the first time the Appointments Clause has been the center of legal battles in Judge Chutkan’s court. President Trump’s legal team previously argued that the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith violated the same clause. Judge Chutkan dismissed that motion, though not every court has followed suit.

Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed a classified documents case based on similar constitutional grounds. The ongoing legal drama continued as Judge Chutkan expressed skepticism about the emergency restraining order request. She asked the plaintiffs to narrow its scope before making a decision.

On Tuesday, Judge Chutkan ultimately denied the request for a temporary restraining order. In her written decision, she stated, “Plaintiffs have not carried their burden of showing that they will suffer imminent, irreparable harm absent a temporary restraining order.” Her decision was based on the information presented in court.

Despite denying the restraining order, Judge Chutkan acknowledged the significance of the Appointments Clause issue. She noted that there are questions about Musk’s role and whether it breaches constitutional guidelines. The court must ensure that its actions remain within legal boundaries.

In response to the lawsuit, the Trump administration provided clarification on Musk’s authority. Elon Musk’s role, according to Joshua Fisher, is that of a non-career Special Government Employee. This position places him within the White House Office, and it is not subject to Senate confirmation.

The debate over Musk’s role highlights ongoing tensions between the executive branch and constitutional interpretations. The DOGE initiative and Musk’s involvement have drawn scrutiny from those concerned about executive overreach. However, the Trump administration maintains that Musk’s position is lawful.

Conservative news outlets such as Fox News and Newsmax have covered this story extensively. They report on the broader implications of the case and its potential impact on presidential authority. The debate around Musk’s role reflects broader discussions on executive power.

Judge Chutkan’s decision is not the end of the legal challenges facing Musk and DOGE. Further deliberations and potential appeals could change the course of this legal battle. The attorneys general may continue to press their case in pursuit of a different outcome.

The case also underscores the political divide in the United States. Conservative leaders argue for a strict interpretation of the Constitution, while others push for broader governmental oversight. These ideological differences are at the heart of many contemporary legal disputes.

The outcome of this case could have ramifications for how power is distributed within the executive branch. It raises questions about the balance between presidential authority and constitutional checks and balances. The resolution of these issues remains to be seen.

Judge Chutkan’s decision is a reminder of the complex interplay between law and politics. It demonstrates the challenges of navigating constitutional questions in a politically charged environment. The case serves as a microcosm of larger national debates. While Judge Chutkan’s ruling is significant, it is part of a broader legal landscape. The courts continue to play a critical role in interpreting and applying constitutional principles. This case, like many others, highlights the importance of judicial oversight.

In the coming months, the legal community will closely watch how this issue develops. The case has the potential to influence future appointments and executive actions. For now, the focus remains on the implications of Judge Chutkan’s decision.

This ongoing legal battle serves as a testament to the enduring nature of constitutional debates. It reflects the dynamic nature of American democracy and the constant evolution of its legal system. The resolution of such cases shapes the future of governance.

Trillions in Fraud: Media Silent on Government Scandal!

It is astounding that this issue remains largely underreported by the mainstream media. The recent investigation spearheaded by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and her subcommittee, lovingly dubbed DOGE, has unveiled a staggering $2.7 trillion in improper payments made by the US government since 2003. This number is both shocking and sobering, yet the liberal media has largely chosen not to highlight these findings which paint a concerning picture of government waste and ineptitude.

Earlier this week, Real America’s Voice’s Brian Glenn directly addressed White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt regarding the massive fraud unveiled by DOGE. Glenn put on record that this substantial mismanagement involved Medicare and Medicaid payments going overseas and payments being issued to ineligible recipients. Yet, his query echoes in rooms occupied by those more concerned with pushing political agendas than confronting harsh truths.

Brian Glenn questioned: “I want to go back to DOGE for just a second. Earlier the subcommittee headed by Chairman Marjorie Taylor Greene, her and her staff discovered $2.7 trillion in improper payments to Medicare, Medicaid, overseas, to people who should not have gotten it, some in this room might have missed that press conference. Can you elaborate on what the President is thinking at this point?”

In response, Leavitt underscored the systematic fraud, waste, and abuse that have occurred, mentioning: “Well, again, that’s another example, there is a very long list of the fraud, waste, and abuse that DOGE is identifying on a daily basis. Elon Musk also talked yesterday about Social Security payments that are going out the door for people who are no longer with us, unfortunately.”

She pointed out the millions of dollars potentially lost to fraudulent contracts, saying, “I would say that is certainly fraud. There is also a lot of contracts they’ve identified that, just as a hypothetical example, are a million bucks been only $500,000 went out the door, so where’s the rest of that cash? And so, that’s the thing — those are the things that DOGE is working on every single day.”

Leavitt also reminded the public of President Trump’s campaign promise to tackle such inefficiencies, adding, “I would just are mind everybody in this room, this is what President Trump campaigned on doing. He’s delivering on a promise that 77 million people elected him to do.”

This crucial issue remains sidelined by a liberal media that prefers to focus on narratives that support their biases and sensationalist stories, rather than the staggering bureaucratic failures exposed by a duly elected subcommittee.

Elon Musk describes limestone mine used for processing federal workers’ retirement papers: ‘Like a time warp’

Elon Musk announced on Tuesday that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) was looking into a limestone mine in Pennsylvania, where the cost-cutting organization says federal employee retirements are processed manually using a system that could take months. Musk told reporters about the mine on Tuesday during an appearance with President Donald Trump in the Oval Office, as the president prepared to sign an executive order concerning the billionaire’s work leading DOGE.

“And then we’re told this is actually, I think, a great anecdote, because we’re told the most number of people that could retire possibly in a month is 10,000,” Musk said.

“We’re like, well, what? Why is that? Well, because all the retirement paperwork is manual on paper,” he continued. “It’s manually calculated and written down on a piece of paper. Then it goes down to mine and like, what do you mean, a mine?”

DOGE wrote on X that an old limestone mine in Boyers, Pennsylvania, about 60 miles north of Pittsburgh, is where about 700 workers operate more than 230 feet underground to process about 10,000 federal retirement applications per month.

The applications are processed by hand using paper and are stored in manila envelopes and cardboard boxes, DOGE said.

The Washington Post described the facility as a “sinkhole of bureaucracy” in a 2014 article. At the time, the report said the total spending on the retirement system was $55.8 million.

Multiple attempts to digitize the system have been made since 1987, according to the report. Each attempt largely failed and was eventually scrapped, with reported costs totaling over $130 million.

Musk said the facility was started in 1955 and looks “like a time warp.” He noted the slow processing speed, which DOGE says can take multiple months.

“And then the speed, the limiting factor is the speed at which the mine shaft elevator can move, determines how many people can retire from the federal government,” Musk said. “And the elevator breaks down and sometimes, and then you can’t, nobody can retire. Doesn’t that sound crazy?”

Musk said the flawed system of “carrying manila envelopes to, you know, boxes in a mine shaft” could be remedied with “practically anything else.”

“That’s an example, like at a high level, if you say like, how do we increase prosperity is we get people to shift from roles that are low to negative productivity to high productivity roles,” he said.

In recent weeks, Democrats have largely criticized the work of Musk and DOGE to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse in federal spending and trim the more than 2 million-person federal workforce.

BUSTED! Mystery Millions: Government Workers’ Wealth Under Elon’s Radar! [Videos]

It seems we have a new chapter featuring tech magnate Elon Musk as the lead, aimed squarely at the secrets of government financial dealings. Musk is reportedly teaming up with President Donald Trump, who he visited in the Oval Office. Alongside his son X, Musk seemed to be on more than just a casual visit, with high stakes surrounding their discussions. President Trump signed a new executive order, instructing federal agencies to work with DOGE, a move causing quite a stir.

Musk didn’t hold back as he questioned the growing net worth of federal government employees who are on a basic salary structure. “We do find it sort of rather odd that there are quite a few people in the bureaucracy who have essentially a salary of a few hundred thousand dollars, but somehow manage to accrue tens of millions of dollars in net worth while they are in that position,” he noted.

Conservative voices have long expressed skepticism about how certain individuals in the public eye seem to gain significant wealth without any plausible explanation. Musk’s plan to delve deeper using DOGE comes as a welcomed initiative by many supporters of transparency. “We’re just curious as to where it came from. Whether they have very good investing in which that case we should take their investment advice perhaps,” Musk added with a hint of sarcasm, “They seem to be mysteriously getting wealthy and we don’t know why – where did it come from?”

This issue of financial discrepancies in public office is not exclusively a bureaucratic problem, as Musk hints at significant wealth seen in certain political realms, often leaning towards the Democrat side. Robert Kiyosaki’s eyebrow-raising predictions about gold and silver prices also add layers of financial intrigue to the political plotline.

There’s more than meets the eye when it comes to Senator Elizabeth Warren. Musk recently pondered over her hefty, amassed wealth, given her salary figures. The eye-opening question, “Has anyone tracked how she got $12M from a $200k salary?” throws the senator under the microscope. It’s a question resonating with many Americans who demand accountability and financial transparency. Musk, never one to mince words, declares, “This is a real question.”

The ongoing investigation powered by Musk’s tech influence threatens to unravel hidden truths about government wealth accumulation and holds the potential to shift the tide of political accountability. Both Trump and Musk’s tally of financial truths challenge liberal agendas, seeking to shed light on opaque practices cloaked in governmental operations.

David Sacks Explains Why the Liberal Establishment in DC is Freaking Out Over the Exposure of USAID: ‘The Money is All Going to Them’ (VIDEO)

By Mike LaChance – The Gateway Pundit – Feb 8, 2025

During an appearance on the ‘All In’ podcast this week, David Sacks, Trump’s ‘crypto-czar’ talked about the exposure of USAID by DOGE and why it’s causing so much anxiety for the establishment in Washington, DC.
Sacks points out that it’s a giant scam, which awards a ton of money to all of these people and their favored media outlets.
He questions how much of this cash was used to create artificial support for progressive policies in the form of Astroturf.
“We’re in debt almost $40 trillion, and anytime anyone tries to cut anything in Washington, the whole city screams bloody murder. The question is, why? Well, now we know. The money is all going to them.”

By Jim Hoft – The Gateway Pundit – Feb 11, 2025

The fake news media’s obsession with “Big Balls” has inadvertently elevated Edward Coristine, the 19-year-old behind the moniker, to a new position at the U.S. State Department.
Last Thursday, CNN’s “Erin Burnett OutFront” dedicated an entire segment to what they deemed a critical issue: Edward Coristine’s online nickname.
While government waste and inefficiency run rampant, CNN and Wired chose to zoom in on Coristine’s adolescent alias rather than more substantive matters affecting Americans.
“This is a 19-year-old high school graduate who has used the unfortunate nickname, uh, ‘Big Balls’ online,” Drummond revealed. READ MORE

Dems Refused to Pass Kids Cancer Research Bill Until They Could Use It to Push 1,500 Pages of Pork

Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer

In March the Republican-led House passed H.R. 3391, which would continue funding research of pediatric diseases like childhood cancer. The legislation never went anywhere in the Senate under the leadership of Democrat Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. But now Democrats are trying to use sick kids with cancer as leverage to pass 1,500-plus pages of pork.

On Wednesday Speaker Mike Johnson unveiled a 1,500-page so-called “continuing resolution” that was really nothing more than a stuffed omnibus bill that included money for censorship, sweetheart deals for Congress, and other unnecessary expenditures. Almost immediately the pork-stuffed “continuing resolution” was rebuked by millions of Americans, including President-elect Donald Trump and incoming co-director of the Department of Government Efficient (DOGE) Elon Musk.

Following public pressure, the House released a trimmed-down version (116 pages) on Thursday. That measure funds the government through March 14. The new version keeps the $110 billion in disaster relief and farmer assistance from the original bill and suspends the debt ceiling for two years. The new version also removed the funding for childhood cancer.

And suddenly — after H.R. 3391 has collected dust in the Senate under the leadership of Schumer for months –Democrats are outraged about funding for pediatric cancer research.

The Bulwark’s Sam Stein wrote that after “pediatric cancer research advocates spent years” working to get funding, “Elon began tweeting.” Elon “killed the budget deal,” according to Stein, and with it funding for childhood cancer research.

Hawaii Democrat Sen. Brian Schatz posted on X: “F-ck cancer. Especially pediatric cancer. These people want to punish these precious little kids to pay for tax cuts for the wealthiest corporations in human history.”

Pod Save America host Jon Favreau blamed Musk: “Congrats to Elon Musk for giving the people what they want: less funding for child cancer research.”

But where was the condemnation from Favreau or Schatz or Stein when Schumer sat on H.R. 3391? Why haven’t they begun pressuring Schumer to do something with the legislation he already has?

If the only time you come out swinging in defense of funding for childhood cancer research is when you can use it to smear your political opponents and push through pork spending, but you stay silent when your own party sits on the legislation (after Republicans passed it), you’re not the good guy. You’re a hypocrite using sick children as leverage to further your pet projects.

House Oversight to Form Subcommittee for DOGE

By James Morley III | Thursday, 21 November 2024 01:40 PM EST

The House Oversight Committee is planning to create a subcommittee for the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the committee announced Thursday. The subcommittee is to be chaired by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., and will work with Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to aid the pair in the incoming administration’s goal of weeding out government inefficiency and wasteful spending.

Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., said the subcommittee will “align with the Trump administration’s priorities to eliminate government waste, streamline the federal government’s operations and cut red tape that’s stifling jobs and increasing costs for the American people.”

Posting on X to announce her specific role, Greene wrote, “Big News. Comer to create @GOPoversight DOGE subcommittee chaired by Marjorie Taylor Greene to work with @elonmusk, @VivekGRamaswamy.”

“We’re going to work very closely with Elon Musk and Ramaswamy,” Comer added. “We’ve had initial conversations. We are serious about reducing the size of government.”

Describing their DOGE initiative in The Wall Street Journal opinion article Wednesday, Musk and Ramaswamy wrote, “DOGE will work with legal experts embedded in government agencies, aided by advanced technology, to apply these rulings to federal regulations enacted by such agencies.

“DOGE will present this list of regulations to President Trump, who can, by executive action, immediately pause the enforcement of those regulations and initiate the process for review and rescission. This would liberate individuals and businesses from illicit regulations never passed by Congress and stimulate the U.S. economy.”

In the spirit of transparency, Musk and Ramaswamy announced they will be launching a new podcast together called “DOGEcast” with plans to make public all the government cost-cutting they are considering and how such streamlining will be implemented.
