An Inconvenient Truth: Liberal Climate Inquisition Can’t Explain Past Temperature Changes

Godfather of the Green MafiaIn the week prior to the administration signing what should constitute an international climate treaty, one think tank, the Competitive Enterprise Institute, was subpoenaed for casting doubt on the agreement’s associated science of climate catastrophe.

As disturbing as such thuggery from state attorneys general would be in any case, the premise of the subpoena is faulty. The Competitive Enterprise Institute did not cast doubt on the dubious climate science. The actual data cast the doubt. The think tank and others have simply pointed out what the data show.

It looks like thought crime has now moved from George Orwell’s novel “1984” to the twisted reality of our judicial system. Pointing out facts should never be a real crime.

The Heritage Foundation’s new Paris-bubble-popping science summary is also a case of letting the numbers tell a story. A story many never hear in the media-hyped spectacle that is international climate policy.

For instance, the chart above shows reconstructed average world temperature data for the past 500,000 years. Solid-Foundation-600-wLogoDepending on the magnification and size of your monitor, each pencil dot would span something on the order of 1,000 years. The myriad 10-degree Celsius temperature flips all happened before man-made carbon dioxide could have had any impact—the final temperature spike started at the end of the last ice age.

Now see if you can follow this: The “science thought police” insist that even though none of the temperature variations for the first 499,950 years had anything to do with human activity, virtually none of the temperature increases of the past 50 years had anything to do with nature. Got it?

Settled-Science-600-LAA question some overzealous attorneys general might be asking right now is, “Where did this ‘denier’ data come from?” The answer is: the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Climatic Data Center website (to be very clear, it is part of the federal government).

If those who merely point to data that are inconsistent with an imminent climate crisis are thought criminals, how much more subpoena worthy would be those who actually created the data? This expands the thought crime conspiracy to an entirely new set of perps.

Should the hyperventilating attorneys general subpoena the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in its entirety or just the researchers? If donors to think tanks are subpoenaed simply because the think tanks pointed to this data, should not the U.S. Treasury be subpoenaed for actually funding these doubt-creating data?Baal Worship

In any event, it seems disingenuous to wave off huge past temperature changes as entirely natural while branding as science-denying fraudsters those who assert that natural forces are likely still to be playing a significant role. This is a problem for the U.N. Climate Agreement and its signers.

If natural forces have played a significant role in the moderate and unsteady temperature increases of the past 60 years, then what’s the climate hysteria about? If there is no need for hysteria, there is no need for the Paris climate agreement.

A guy just won the Republican nomination for president by spending no money, hiring no pollsters, running virtually no TV ads, and just saying what he truly believed no matter how many times people told him he couldn’t say that.

I always hoped I’d see this once before I died. It’s like to going to Mecca, for Americans. Pay attention, because it’s the last time we’re going to see it in our lifetimes. 

For those of you not yet on the Trump Train, I know you don’t want to vote for Hillary, but all the pundits have been trying to convince you that Trump’s a complete fraud. (That was between their smug assurances that he wouldn’t make it out of Iowa.)

It’s odd. When Trump launched his campaign by talking about Mexican rapists and the wall, his critics hysterically denounced him, rushing to TV to say he did NOT represent the Republican Party! Only after it became resoundingly clear that large majorities of Americans agreed with Trump did his critics try a new tack: He doesn’t believe it!

That’s what my friend Andy McCarthy at the now-defunct National Review wrote recently. I had to spend the weekend figuring out how to attack a friend without saying, “This is the most retarded argument I’ve ever read.” Here goes: This was not Andy’s best effort.

Of all the arguments that could be made against Trump, McCarthy settled on: I don’t trust him on immigration. (I’d love to have been a fly on the wall at that pitch meeting.)

He bases this claim on a remark Trump made as a businessman four years ago in which he regurgitated the official GOP line about Romney — and which was being stated as fact 1 million times a day on CNN, MSNBC and Fox News. To wit, Trump told Newsmax that Mitt Romney “had a crazy policy of self-deportation which was maniacal,” adding, “He lost all of the Latino vote … he lost everybody who is inspired to come into this country.”

It is strange that Trump would denounce “self-deportation,” which is like a chocolate sundae compared to his own plans for illegals.

But to give you the tenor of the interview, Trump went on to promote “Celebrity Apprentice,” note that he had just bought the Old Post Office building in Washington, D.C., and boast about his recently acquired Ritz-Carlton Golf Club and Spa in Jupiter, Fla. — “which is a phenomenal area.”

Also, a lot of people didn’t like the phrase “self-deportation.” Why not just say: “They’ll go home the same way they came”?

So is Trump lying about his signature issue, immigration? The countervailing evidence to that 2012 pop-off is:

— Nine months of Trump soaring to the top of the polls and slaying all comers by talking about how he’s going to build a wall and make Mexico pay for it;

— His never, ever, ever backing down on the wall, sanctuary cities, anchor babies, suspending Muslim immigration, etc., etc., despite unprecedented attacks from both the liberal and “conservative” media;

— The fact that he talks about immigration at every single one of his massive rallies and always gets the biggest, most sustained standing ovations when he mentions the wall;

— The blizzard of tweets he sent out in 2013 denouncing Rubio’s amnesty bill as it was sailing through the Senate, supported by the entire liberal media, Rupert Murdoch, Fox News, most of talk radio, and every other GOP candidate for president this year, including, for a while, Ted Cruz (whose job was to know about bills being voted on in the Senate, unlike a Manhattan developer);

— Trump’s one and only policy guy is the magnificent Stephen Miller, who was Sen. Jeff Sessions’ main immigration guy.

And so on.

Maybe Trump is the Manchurian Candidate and contrary to his entire life’s work he really just wants fancy people in Manhattan to like him.

Maybe the window into his soul is what he said four years ago about Romney’s phrase “self-deportation.”

Maybe 50 years of Trump’s talking about the working class was all a clever ruse leading to this one shining moment when he would trick Americans into voting for him, so he could sell us out, like any other candidate would.

On the other hand, maybe he’s changed his mind about that 2012 remark.

I’m bitter and cynical enough on immigration that I don’t trust anyone not to betray us. But if there was ever a candidate we could believe will build a wall and stop the mass importation of the Third World, it’s Trump.

muslim-obamaAn Obama administration plan to resettle a greater number of foreign refugees in the United States by expediting the screening process is drawing concern from Capitol Hill, where lawmakers are warning that the administration is not capable of properly screening these individuals for ties to terrorism. The Obama administration has committed to bring at least 10,000 Syrian refugees onto American soil in fiscal year 2016 by accelerating security screening procedures from 18-24 months to around three months, according to sources who spoke to the Washington Free Beacon.

Obama administration officials told the Free Beacon that they remain committed to the plan, despite warnings from the FBI and other law enforcement officials who say the federal government is not equipped to properly vet these individuals within that timeframe. The administration is committed to moving forward this year with a plan to resettle 10,000 Syrian refugees and 85,000 refugees overall, officials said.Picture3

Lawmakers are pressing the State Department and White House to reconsider the plan, arguing that critical security concerns should be addressed before it is implemented.

“We know the 18- to 24-month vetting process for Syrian refugees has severe vulnerabilities after FBI Director James Comey warned about the federal government’s inability to thoroughly screen Syrian refugee applicants for terrorism risk and after the Department of Homeland Security’s investigative arm warned about ISIS’s capability to print fake Syrian passports for terrorist infiltration,” Sen. Mark Kirk (R., Ill.) told the Free Beacon.Do you want

The administration has not specified what mechanisms it has put in place to facilitate the screening of a larger number of refugees on a three-month timeline, according to Kirk.

“Given that the administration has not explained to the American people whether and how it fixed these and other known vulnerabilities to terrorist infiltration, it is highly irresponsible for the administration to reduce the 18- to 24-month vetting process for Syrian refugees down to three months to meet its artificial and ideologically-driven goal of bringing 10,000 Syrian refugees onto U.S. soil by September,” said Kirk, who recently introduced legislation to impose enhanced screening measures to prevent terrorists from taking advantage of the U.S. refugee program.Picture3

A State Department spokesman told the Free Beacon that the United States is expected to take in around 15,000 more refugees than it has in the past three years.

“The United States remains committed to the president’s plan to resettle 10,000 Syrian refugees and 85,000 refugees overall to the United States in fiscal year 2016,” said the official, who was not authorized to speak on record. “This projected increase in arrivals from around the world, from 70,000 in each of the last three fiscal years, will not curtail any aspects of the process, including its robust security screening.”American women respond

The official confirmed that the administration is moving to screen these individuals on a swifter timeline in order to facilitate their entry into the United States.

“While this increase in processing capacity and other efforts will decrease the overall processing time for individual families, the average processing time worldwide remains 18-24 months,” the official explained. “As we have said, neither this program nor any of our efforts to expand processing capacity curtail any aspects of the security, medical, or other screening.”Islamanipulation

The administration has moved in recent months to boost its processing capacity in order to deal with increased numbers of refugees, the official said. This includes new measures that would help Syrians with relatives already in the United States apply for resettlement. Additionally, the Department of State and Department of Homeland Security are jointly working to increase their capacity to interview refugee applicants from Jordan.

“From February through April, additional staff were posted to Jordan, where they conducted interviews of over 12,000 [U.N.]-referred refugee applicants,” the official said. “All applicants are still subject to the same stringent security and medical requirements that apply to all applicants for U.S. refugee resettlement.”Leftist Propagandist

Not all of the applicants who were approved will enter the United States in the coming months. Some of those approved will enter after April in fiscal year 2017.

The administration’s reassurances have not soothed concerns among senior congressional insiders working on the issue.

“The administration’s repeated assertions that the vetting process is ‘robust’ doesn’t provide any real assurances about a dangerously flawed vetting process that has allowed terrorists to infiltrate refugee flows from high-risk countries in the Middle East into the United States,” one senior congressional source told the Free Beacon.

“The vetting process clearly wasn’t ‘robust’ when it resettled two terrorists as refugees in Kentucky who were later arrested in 2011 after law enforcement officials learned, belatedly and through no small amount of luck, of the ties and material support of these individuals to ISIS’s precursor, al Qaeda in Iraq,” the source said, noting that U.S. authorities do not have databases capable of identifying potential terrorists.

“While U.S. and coalition forces worked with Iraqi authorities to create databases for identifying terrorists during the Iraq conflict who might be infiltrating refugee flows, FBI Director Comey has made it clear in congressional testimony there is no equivalent capability today for identifying terrorists from the Syrian conflict who might seek to do the same,” the source said.Islam is NOT

The Obama administration’s refugee plan has emerged as a flash point in the 2016 election cycle. Rep. Tammy Duckworth (D., Ill.), who is running to unseat Kirk, has embraced the refugee plan, drawing criticism from the sitting senator’s camp.

“Duckworth’s plan to bring in 200,000 unsafely vetted Syrian refugees wasn’t considered safe when the administration had two years to vet each refugee for terrorist ties—it’s downright dangerous now that the vetting has been cut to just three months,” Kirk’s campaign said in a recent statement

Barack_Obama_signs_HR_3630If Barack Obama has his way, each illegal minor in the U.S. will receive over $2,800 more this year than Social Security recipients. You read that right — People who have worked hard all their lives will get less in Social Security than the estimated 75,000 illegal minors expected to enter the country illegally this year.

According to the Washington Examiner’s Paul Bedard:

President Obama has budgeted $17,613 for each of the estimated 75,000 Central American teens expected to illegally cross into the United States this year, $2,841 more than the average annual Social Security retirement benefit, according to a new report.

The total bill to taxpayers: $1.3 billion in benefits to “unaccompanied children,” more than double what the federal government spent in 2010, according to an analysis of the administration’s programs for illegal minors from the Center for Immigration Studies. The average Social Security retirement benefit is $14,772.

The budget also includes $2.1 billion for refugees, which, Bedard notes, can include the illegals from countries like Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador.

But there’s more:

What’s more, the administration is also spending heavily on a program with the United Nations to help the illegal minors avoid the dangerous trip by declaring them refugees and handing them a plane ticket to the U.S. where, once here, they get special legal status.

The report, titled “Welcoming Unaccompanied Alien Children to the United States,” is a deep dive into the administration’s evolving efforts to let hundreds of thousands of mostly 16- and 17-year-old males settle in the country.

And it only gets worse.

“Children will be able to qualify for refugee status and then be flown to the United States. As a reminder, refugees receive automatic legal status and are required to apply for a green card within their first year following arrival. They can apply for citizenship five years from the date of entry,” said author Nayla Rush.

And of course, she notes these children could even sponsor their parents once they achieve legal status and become naturalized citizens.

1. The NCAA announced that it will not hold any men’s and women’s Final Four basketball events in a city that “discriminates” against anyone based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

In its official statement, the NCAA declared: “The board’s decision follows the recent actions of legislatures in several states, which have passed laws allowing residents to refuse to provide services to some people based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. While proponents of the laws focus on how they protect religious beliefs, critics have voiced concerns that they create an environment of sanctioned discrimination.”

Not only, then, has the NCAA grossly mischaracterized these recent laws, but it is now guilty of discriminating against biblically based beliefs and declaring that no Final Four game will be held in any city that does not allow men to use women’s bathrooms or that protects a Christian photographer from being forced to shoot a same-sex “wedding.”Yes I am a Christian

2. The Colorado Supreme Court has chosen not to hear the case of Christian baker Jack Phillips who was previously ordered by the Colorado Civil Rights Commission “to create cakes for same-sex celebrations, re-educate his staff, and file quarterly ‘compliance’ reports for two years.”

According to Jeremy Tedesco, senior counsel with the Alliance Defending Freedom: “We asked the Colorado Supreme Court to take this case to ensure that government understands that its duty is to protect the people’s freedom to follow their beliefs personally and professionally, not force them to violate those beliefs as the price of earning a living. Jack, who has happily served people of all backgrounds for years, simply exercised the long-cherished American freedom to decline to use his artistic talents to promote a message and event with which he disagrees, and that freedom shouldn’t be placed in jeopardy for anyone.”

The Court declined to hear the case, meaning that the state’s Civil Rights Commission not only has the power to require a bakery to make same-sex “wedding” cakes but also to require that baker to “reeducate” his staff and file regular reports proving that he is baking those cakes.

3. Dr. Eric Walsh, the highly-qualified, newly-hired District Health Director with the Georgia Department of Public Health was fired because of the content of his sermons as a Seventh-day Adventist. As expressedby Jeremy Dys, an attorney with First Liberty, which has taken on Walsh’s case: “No one in this country should be fired from their job for something that was said in a church or from a pulpit during a sermon.”

As noted by attorney David French, “working for former President Bush and President Obama to combat AIDS, serving as a board member of the Latino Health Collaborative, and starting California’s first city-run dental clinic for low-income families dealing with HIV/AIDS wasn’t sufficient to overcome the horror at Walsh’s Christian views.”

4. Several senators have introduced a bill that would deem “all efforts to change someone’s sexual orientation or gender identity an ‘unfair or deceptive act or practice’ under the Federal Trade Commission Act.”

That’s right. It would be illegal – a form of “medical malpractice” – to counsel someone struggling with same-sex attraction or gender identify confusion, but it would be perfectly legal to encourage someone to embrace those attractions or act on that confusion.We have been torn apart

Already in 2009, conservative journalist Matthew Cullinan Hoffman wryly observed:

A man goes to a psychologist with a problem. “Doctor,” he says, “I’m suffering terribly. I feel like a woman trapped inside the body of a man. I want to become a woman.”

The psychologist responds: “No problem. We can discuss this idea for a couple of years, and if you’re still sure you want to be a woman, we can have a surgeon remove your penis, give you hormones for breast enlargement and make other changes to your body. Problem solved.”

Gratified, the first patient leaves, followed by a second. “Doctor,” he says, “I feel terrible. I’m a man but I feel attracted to other men. I want to change my sexual preference. I want to become heterosexual.”

The psychologist responds: “Oh no, absolutely not! That would be unethical. Sexual orientation is an immutable characteristic!”

Family therapist Adam Jessel offered a similar observation: “In today’s climate, if Bill tells me that he is attracted to his neighbor Fred’s young child and he wants to reduce these attractions, I, as a therapist, can try to help him. If Bill has an unwanted attraction to Fred’s wife, this too is something I am permitted to help him with. But if Bill has an unwanted attraction to Fred himself, then it’s regarded as unethical for me to help.”Keys taken

If this new bill becomes law, it would not only be considered unethical to help Bill deal with his same-sex attractions, it would be illegal.

It would also be illegal to help a person get to the root of his or her gender confusion, but it would be perfectly legal for a counselor to recommend hormone blockers for a 10-year-old to stop the onset of puberty and then to prepare that child for sex-change surgery as soon as they were old enough.

6. The Department of Education has decided that, “Religious schools that receive federal money yet obtain federal exemptions to [allegedly!] discriminate against LGBT students and employees will have their waivers posted online for public view.”

This means that any Christian institution receiving federal money and at the same time holding to biblical morality and sexuality could suffer adverse consequences.

“Led by Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon, the lawmakers said in December, ‘We are concerned these waivers allow for discrimination under the guise of religious freedom.’”

7. As reported on Breitbart News, “a federal court sided with a transgender student who insisted that the Obama administration’s reading of federal Title IX rules would allow her to choose her own bathroom at her Virginia high school.”

According to the exultant Virginia ACLU, “With this decision, we hope that schools and legislators will finally get the message that excluding transgender kids from the restrooms is unlawful sex discrimination.”

In other words, no matter of what kind of hardship or inconvenience this puts on the rest of the students, and without any type of scientific proof that a child is actually “transgender,” the perceived needs of the one or two struggling children will be imposed on the other 1,000, and the Obama administration will come after your school if you fail to comply.Foden20160303-TGender

Another state has taken a brave stand against the forces of LGBT political correctness: This week, Tennessee signed into law a major religious freedom act that allows therapists to refuse clients if their lifestyle and life goals violate their “sincerely held belief(s).” According to BuzzFeed (via WND), Tennessee’s Gov. Bill Haslam, a Republican, signed the bill into law Wednesday, allowing therapists and other mental health professionals to refuse clients without fear of being sued.

The law was bitterly protested by LGBT groups as well as the American Counseling Association.

However, Haslam said that the law was necessary to protect the deeply held convictions of therapists as well as the mental health of their patients.

“I believe it is reasonable to allow these professionals to determine if and when an individual would be better served by another counselor better suited to meet his or her needs,” Gov. Haslam said in a statement.

“The substance of this bill doesn’t address a group, issue or belief system. Rather, it allows counselors — just as we allow other professionals like doctors and lawyers — to refer a client to another counselor when the goals or behaviors would violate a sincerely held principle.”

However, LGBT forces aligned against it, with one online petition calling the bill “hateful.” (I’ve never quite gotten how calling someone “hateful” for religious beliefs that might, at worst, slightly inconvenience them isn’t hateful itself, but this is just me.)

The petition claimed that “the lawmakers behind this bill don’t care about professional standards or truly helping those in need. Instead they are focused on forcing their personal religious beliefs into other people’s lives. Now innocent people seeking mental health care will pay the price it it passes.”Picture3

Let’s dissect that bit of nonsense.

  • First of all, this bill does not enable anyone to deny emergency care to anyone.
  • Secondly, if you’re forcing someone who is a therapist to work with a client to attain life goals that run counter to their religious beliefs, isn’t that forcing your religious beliefs on them?

However, I can see arguments against those, particularly from LGBT individuals who might be reading this article. Or, perhaps you’re an atheist or a polyamorist, or someone else who might be affected by this bill.

Let me speak individually to you, then: Even if you disagree with everything I’ve said thus far, wouldn’t you prefer it if your therapist came straight out and told you he didn’t believe he or she could give you the care you deserve?

A relationship with one’s therapist is one of the most intimate, long-lasting professional medical relationships that a person can have. Given the amount of influence that therapist would have over my life, I would want to know whether they had a deeply held belief that something in my life I had no intention of changing was sinful or morally wrong.

Sadly, that line of reasoning won’t work on political correctness types. It’s not about respecting their beliefs, but rather forcing their beliefs on everyone else. You know, just like they’re accusing the supporters of this bill of doing.

A nationally recognized charter school in Minnesota is fighting a complaint filed by the parents of a transgender kindergartner who allege the school enabled discrimination against their child. Nova Classical Academy administrators said they will deny the allegations, filed last month with the city of St. Paul, while continuing their push to improve school policies to protect and respect all students.

“At Nova, we are committed to providing a school environment free of gender-bias and discrimination of any kind, where every student feels safe, welcomed, accepted, and valued,” the school said in a formal statement. “We plan to respond to the complaint by denying the allegations. We will present evidence that the school has taken all due measures to protect the student’s rights.”

In attempting to accommodate one kindergartner’s rights, however, two parents told The Daily Signal last week, the school is trampling on their own. While working to build a more inclusive environment, they say, the school is excluding the rights of parents who object to the idea of introducing the topic of gender identity to their children at such a young age.AMEN

“The other side basically didn’t want us to have a voice, calling everything we say hateful or discriminatory or both,” one parent involved in recent events told The Daily Signal.

David and Hannah Edwards, the parents of the kindergartner, filed the complaint March 24 with the St. Paul Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity Department. It alleges that Nova Classical Academy failed to adequately protect their child from bullying and other forms of discrimination. Their child was born male, the Edwardses say, but now presents as a transgender girl.

Nova Classical Academy is a K-12 public charter school with 920 students. Based on the 2013-14 school year, U.S. News and World Report ranked its upper school as the No. 1 high school in Minnesota and the No.16 high school in the nation.

Gender Justice, the legal group representing the Edwardses in their complaint, said the school:

(a) failed to protect their child and other gender nonconforming and transgender students at Nova from persistent gender-based bullying and hostility, and
(b) denied their child the ability to undergo a gender transition at Nova in a safe and timely way, as she had in all other areas of her life.More forced

Instead of alleging the school violated Title IX provisions that ban discrimination in federally funded education programs—which lawyers for several other cases of this nature have alleged—David and Hannah Edwards argue that Nova Classical Academy’s treatment of their child violated St. Paul’s human rights ordinance (Section 183.05).

‘Introducing Delay’

Specifically, the complaint alleges the school failed to protect the Edwardses’ child from “gender-based bullying and hostility” because school leadership “stopped staff” from adding the book “My Princess Boy” to its anti-bullying curriculum. The Edwardses’ complaint goes on to say the school denied their child’s right to undergo a gender transition “in a safe and timely way.” It reads:

In a meeting that evening, we were told that the school was not willing to use effective materials like ‘I Am Jazz;’ would not ever conduct gender education, whether proactive or corrective, without first introducing delay and inviting or encouraging families to ‘opt out;’ and would not even—as a bare minimum—simply inform our child’s classmates of her preferred name and pronouns, without first delaying for days and inviting or encouraging families to ‘opt out’ of this information.

“As a result of these violations,” the Edwardses wrote, “we were forced to withdraw her from Nova.”

“I Am Jazz” is a children’s book based on the experiences of  a transgender girl named Jazz Jennings, 15, who was born male and went public as identifying as female at age 6. A reality TV show of the same name on TLC follows her life today. The Daily Signal sought comment and additional details from Gender Justice, but it has not responded to emails and calls. A spokesman for the city’s Department of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity said he could not comment because the couple’s complaint is part of an active investigation.

The Edwardses aren’t alone in leaving the school over their child’s case. In February, The Daily Signal reported that at least 10 parents transferred their children to different schools because of “nonconformity issues,” saying the school’s plan to adopt a gender inclusion policy for elementary-age students was too far-reaching.

Since then, The Daily Signal has learned that more parents have taken their children out of Nova Classical Academy, and more plan to by year’s end.

“It’s too bad the family didn’t stay,” one mother who removed all her children from the school said of the Edwardses. “The school has proceeded in changing school policy just as the family requested and has lost and continues to lose many of the original families that actually came to the school for classical education.”

‘Moving Deliberately’

“My personal feeling is that the school has given the other side everything that they want,” another parent involved in the events at Nova Classical Academy told The Daily Signal, adding:

Furthermore, if we had not fought back, I think they would have implemented all of this already. I feel like the school wanted to make sure they followed all of their bylaws so that they didn’t get sued.  Also they know a lot of parents are unhappy so they have taken their time and are going through the processes. But in the end they were going to implement all of the asked-for policies. To me, the other side is getting everything they wanted, just not when they wanted it, which is right away.PC Trans

Because of the sensitive nature of this issue, the parents requested that their names not be published.

“The board is moving deliberately to assure that we get it right,” Williams said in an email. “We expect to adopt a policy next month [in May].”Foden20160303-TGender

That policy won’t come easy. Parents concerned over coming changes say the policy—and the process the school has used to get there—tramples on their First Amendment rights to free speech, religion, and association.

“The policy itself is everything and more that the Edwards family was asking for,” the second parent said, adding:

As regards explicit mention of the First Amendment, it has been decided for the purposes of this policy that they will not include anything about that, as all relevant First Amendment protections are listed in other parts of law and policy. It is the perception of many that they are doing this to err on the side of transgender students when it comes to what may be unsettled law regarding addressing people by their preferred names and pronouns in schools.

‘Not a Negotiation Process’

Williams, the head of Nova Classical Academy, told The Daily Signal that the school not only won’t tolerate but has a legal obligation to “prohibit” speech by parents, students, or others “that causes another person to be belittled.” It is because of this attitude that some parents say they have left.

“On the news, [the school will] say, ‘We want to listen to them, parents have sent endless letters, they have come to the board meetings and gave endless comments,’ but there has not been an olive branch offered to parents on this topic,” said the mother who removed her children from Nova Classical Academy over the events.

“So when we saw that there’s not a negotiation process—this is what’s going to happen—I was worried about my kids and I got tired of worrying about my kids.”

The second parent said: “The other side basically didn’t want us to have a voice, calling everything we say hateful or discriminatory or both.”ALERT

Williams suggested that a challenge Nova Classical Academy faces is being a public charter school. As such, the school must adhere to its charter, which includes a “long-held commitment to transparent governance.” Because of this, debate over the school’s proposed gender inclusion policy has been uncomfortably public.

“Transparency allows divergent views to be made public,” Williams said. “We need to protect freedom of expression and we need to protect our students from bullying in school by other students and by anyone else. When it comes to things people say, we don’t always succeed in striking this balance.”Gaged by the Left

‘COMMENTS ARE NOW CLOSED’: Illegal Alien Convicted of Murder After Stabbing Father of Two to Death, Ripping Out His Liver

An illegal alien from El Salvador, Mauricio Morales-Caceres, faces life in prison without parole after being convicted of stabbing acquaintance Oscar Navarro, father of two, “at least” 89 times with a 15-inch butcher knife and tearing out his liver with his bare hands — but no comments on this shocking murder by a foreign national, who smiled cheerfully in his mugshot, are allowed, according to the Washington Post.

Illegal alien Morales-Caceres, 24, started by stabbing Navarro in the back before stabbing him in the face, then his head, and then his chest, according to prosecutors.

Standing before an image of the extremely gruesome murder scene, prosecutor Douglas Wink said Morales-Caceres sawed through his victim’s body to tear out his liver and place it on his chest.

“The defendant took the knife and sawed,” he said. “This man reached in with his bare hands and took out his liver. He probably thought it was his heart. He ripped out his liver and left it on his chest for the police to see.”

The Washington Post buried the fact that Morales-Caceresis is an illegal alien.

They also shut down the comments section, explaining: “We turn off the comments on stories dealing with personal loss, tragedies or other sensitive topics.” 

The murder took place in December 2014.

“Should ­Morales-Caceres ever get out of prison, every indication is that he would be deported to his native El Salvador,” The Washington Post reports in an aside. “Prosecutors earlier said he entered the United States illegally. And since his stay at the Montgomery County jail, immigration officials have lodged a detainer on him, an indication they would move to have him deported at the end of a prison sentence.”

If El Salvador decides they won’t take Morales-Caceres back, should he ever be released, the U.S. would likely turn him loose onto American streets — thanks to the overreaching Supreme Court ruling, Zadvydas v. Davis (2001). As the Center for Immigration Studies writes:

In order to eliminate what it considered the “constitutional threat” of the potentially indefinite detention of deportable aliens, the Court held that “once removal is no longer reasonably foreseeable, continued detention is no longer authorized by statute.” The Court then arbitrarily decided that six months was all that was necessary for determining an alien’s deportability… Put simply, a reviewing court’s definition of “reasonably foreseeable” now determines the release of deportable aliens back onto the streets.What did you say 07.jpg

So, should Morales-Caceres be freed from prison before his life sentence concludes and El Salvador refuses to welcome him back, it’s only six months until he’s free to haunt American neighborhoods once more.

One-fifth of the entire population of El Salvador currently resides in America, according to the Migration Policy Institute.

Greetings from El Paso, Texas and I gotta tell y’all, it feels more like December 1st, weather-wise, than May 1st. Regardless, it was a beautiful sunny day and I could see the entire city. I arrived Sunday at about 1pm MT and got checked in at the El Paso Marriott. The Kyle Petty Charity Ride group was inbound from Phoenix, Arizona by way of I-10 through New Mexico and were scheduled to arrive at approximately 6:30pm to Barnett Harley Davidson — and let me tell ya, that is one heck of a Harley-Davidson store!

So I had a few hours before my ride colleagues arrived. I’d met two veterans previously on the “Ride 2 Recover” bike ride that went from Houston to Ft Worth and highlights road cycling as a therapy for our wounded warriors. I served as a motorcycle escort for the ride on its final day from Cleburne to Ft. Worth. In meeting these two vets, one a Marine, the other a Soldier, I informed them I was coming to El Paso and so they met up with me and took me on an El Paso orientation ride.

We went up to the point that overlooks El Paso, population approximately 750,000, and clearly provides a vantage point to see over into Ciudad Juarez, population approximately 1.5 million, in Chihuahua County, Mexico. From that point you get an understanding of exactly how close these two cities are, and I mean doggone close. You can see the Rio Grande canal that separates the two cities, between the United States and Mexico.

While there, I was given a grassroots explanation of the issues with having these two cities so very close. First of all, there are U.S. Border Patrol checkpoints located on either side of El Paso along Interstate 10. It’s certainly a security cordon around the city. However, from the briefing I received, there are several things happening in the city that should cause concern.

First of all, there are students who reside in Ciudad Juarez crossing and attending schools who are using the addresses of others, potentially relatives, in order to gain access to the public schooling. Now, I have no issue with a child getting a good quality education but that should be for American children. And if this is the case, then how do you extract revenues for the funding of the local public schools?

We all know a certain percentage of local municipality and state taxes are “supposed” to fund education, so how do the parents of a child that isn’t a legal resident pay for that public education? I suppose the folks who live at the false address are paying, then again, what if they’re residing in El Paso illegally?

Another point that was brought to my attention — that I’ll have to research — is the issue of sales tax refunds for those who cross over into El Paso and purchase goods. I guess folks will say it’s a boost to the local economy, but if true, why are they getting a sales tax refund? I don’t think the shops in El Paso are “duty free.”Not okay

Liberals Demand Google Refuse to Cover Republican Convention in July

Despite the fact that Google — a multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products — has announced it will serve as the official livestream provider during this year’s Republican convention, liberal groups and civil rights advocates have called on the technology giant to sever any connection to the event, which will be held July 18-21 in Cleveland, Ohio.Assault

According to an article by Tony Romm, senior technology reporter for the Politico website, the company’s “mere presence at the GOP convention is sure to spark new opposition from liberal groups and civil rights advocates” due to Republican front-runner “Donald Trump’s incendiary rhetoric.”

“Google has confirmed it will play a formal role at the 2016 Republican convention — despite pressure from critics who want the tech giant to withdraw” in protest of Trump’s controversial remarks about women, immigrants and minorities,” Romm noted.

A company representative told Politico on Thursday that it will be “offering election trends, convention videos, virtual reality tools and other data to attendees and viewers,” he indicated. Google “provided similar services at the Democratic and Republican conventions in 2012,” the reporter stated, “and for both parties’ presidential debates earlier this year.”

Of course, “Google hasn’t taken a position on any of the candidates,” but Romm noted that liberal organizations “have already been pushing the company — and others, like Microsoft and Xerox — to pull out in opposition to Trump.”ALERT

The tech company’s acknowledgment “came the same day that a collection of activists — ColorOfChange, Free Press Action Fund and others — mounted a small protest outside the search giant’s headquarters in Mountain View, California.” Romm was being generous by calling the protest “small” since only about a dozen people turned out to deliver a petition with 500,000 signaatures calling on the company to withdraw from the event.

In addition, “the protesters sent a plane over the Google campus with a banner that read ‘#dumptrump’ and ran ads on Facebook with a similar message,” the reporter noted.

“We want Google to pull all of their support for a Trump-led Republican national convention,” said Mary Alice Crim, field director for the Free Press Action Fund. “We’re asking for that to be immediate, and we do hope after today’s petition delivery, [the company] will talk with us.”Leftist Propagandist

On its website, the group claims: “We fight to save the free and open Internet, curb runaway media consolidation, protect press freedom and ensure diverse voices are represented in our media.”

Meanwhile, ColorOfChange states on its website that its goal is “changing the color of democracy” and to “strengthen Black America’s political voice.”Militent Radical liberalism socialism

However, Romm stated:

Google declined to say if it has donated any funds or technology to the GOP convention along with taking the role of official livestream provider.

In 2012, the company made at least $350,000 in donations to the Republican convention that nominated Mitt Romney, according to Federal Election Commission records.

“Google executive Eric Schmidt, then the company’s CEO, provided similar support to the Democrats that year,” the reporter noted.

“Trump’s ascendancy in this year’s Republican campaign has put many potential corporate sponsors in a bind,” he added.

Romm then stated: “Large companies, including Google, have typically established a presence at the political conventions for marketing and influence building purposes, and they tend to support both parties’ events in the interest of parity.”

“Fearing a backlash, however, some companies are re-evaluating their plans,” the reporter continued. “Coca-Cola — which had been targeted by ColorOfChange and others — has already said it will donate far less to the GOP convention this year than it had in 2012.”Words

Trump’s “history of inflammatory statements threatens tech companies in particular, given the industry’s progressive home base in Silicon Valley and its efforts to promote diversity in its workforce,” he noted.

“In the past, tech giants have buckled to some liberal pressure campaigns,” Romm stated. “Google, for example, quit the American Legislative Exchange Council in 2014 after intense criticism from progressive groups.”Militent Radical liberalism socialism

The groups took their action because “ALEC is a conservative organization that had drafted model legislation designed to undermine climate regulation, and activists slammed Google for backing what they called ‘climate change deniers.'”Words

It would be interesting if conservatives demanded that Google refuse to cover the July 25-28 Democratic Party convention in Philadelphia because one of the candidates is a socialist. How long would it take for the screams of “intolerance” and “bigotry” to finally die down?

The Los Angeles Police Department is bracing for a long weekend of political demonstrations following the California arrival of GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump and boisterous protests in Orange County. In the aftermath of clashes at an appearance by Trump in Costa Mesa on Thursday evening, thousands of unionized janitors took to the streets of downtown Los Angeles on Friday afternoon to demand higher wages and expanded rights.

The janitors, whose contract expires Saturday, began their rally at Grand Park at noon. Janitors say they could strike as early as next week against what they say are unfair labor practices by major janitorial companies.

On Saturday, supporters of Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders are expected to converge on downtown L.A. for a march and rally tied to International Workers’ Day, or May Day, on Sunday.

But the largest crowds are expected to gather downtown Sunday to demand equality for immigrants and protest Trump’s controversial statements about people from Mexico and Muslims.free speech def

Recently some have claimed that international trade is responsible for unemployment in the United States. It can be shown that over the last 40 years this has not been the case.

Others have argued that imports destroy American jobs. Again, these claims are mistaken.

According to Bryan Riley and Anthony Kim, senior policy analysts at The Heritage Foundation, “the freedom to trade is the foundation of America’s modern economic system” and “free and open trade has fueled vibrant competition, innovation, and economies of scale.”

Here are five free trade facts:

  1. A comparison of economic performance and trade scores in the “2016 Index of Economic Freedom” demonstrates the importance of trade freedom for prosperity and well-being.
  2. Countries with the most trade freedom have higher per capita incomes, lower rates of hunger in their populations, and cleaner environments.
  3. Countries with low tariffs and few non-tariff barriers have stronger economic growth. Free trade policies also encourage freedom in general—including protection of private property rights and the freedom of average people to buy what they think is best for their families.
  4. The simplest way to achieve trade freedom is to unilaterally reduce tariff and non-tariff barriers.
  5. Most Americans are open to the idea of more free trade.

The United States should therefore encourage competition in the economy and promote free trade, rather than entertain false claims that trade causes unemployment.

One common criticism of billionaire businessman and presidential candidate Donald Trump is that he far too often speaks in vague generalities and rarely offers specifics about where he stands on the issues. That is no longer the case, at least regarding his stance on gun rights and the Second Amendment, as Trump just released his official policy position on his campaign website.

“The Second Amendment to our Constitution is clear. The right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed upon. Period,” the position paper began.

Trump went on to explain that the right to keep and bear arms is a right that pre-exists both the government and the Constitution, noting that government didn’t create the right, nor can it take it away. He also rightly denoted the Second Amendment as “America’s first freedom,” pointing out that it helps protect all of the other rights we hold dear. In order to protect and defend that right, Trump proposed tougher enforcement of laws that are already on the books, rather than adding new gun control laws.Hey Leftist

Citing a successful program in Richmond, Virginia, that sentenced gun criminals to mandatory minimum five-year sentences in federal prison, Trump noted that crime rates will fall dramatically when criminals are taken off the streets for lengthy periods of time.

Trump also proposed strengthening and expanding laws allowing law-abiding gun owners to defend themselves from criminals using their own guns, without fear of repercussion from the government. Noting that many of the recent high-profile shooters had clear mental problems that should have been addressed, Trump proposed fixing our nation’s broken mental health system by increasing treatment opportunities for the non-violent mentally ill, but removing from the streets those people who pose a danger to themselves and others.Criminals and Dictators

Trump would do away with pointless and ineffective gun and magazine bans and suggested fixing the current background check system already in place, rather than expanding a broken system. Furthermore, Trump proposed a national right to carry, a national concealed carry reciprocity law that would compel states to recognize the concealed carry permits of any other state, exactly as drivers licenses from anywhere are accepted by all states today.

Finally, Trump would lift the prohibition on military members carrying weapons on military bases and in recruiting centers, allowing trained military members to carry weapons to protect themselves from attacks by terrorists, criminals and the mentally unstable, as we have seen recently.Armed

This is great, and those who cherish our right to keep and bear arms should be pleased by Trump’s stated position on the Second Amendment. Of course, liberal anti-gunners will hate this, but their opinion on the matter is of little concern to us “people of the gun,” of which Donald Trump is apparently one.

No – the left never cheats. The left never practices voter fraud. We all know this because it’s been what we’ve been fed for years. According to them and their apologists, there is no such thing as voter fraud, therefore there is no need for any voter I.D. laws or checks of any kind. Only the right does such things by way of telepathic voter intimidation. We think racist thoughts and it bars minorities from voting, or some such nonsense.

But we all know the left cheats. It’s been this way since the Kennedy presidential election. They bus in people from out of town to vote, dead people rise from the grave to cast their ballot, they illegally register voters, and they enlist the New Black Panthers to intimidate voters like in Philadelphia. And if that isn’t enough, they stuff the ballot box.

Of course the left denies all of these assertions. Prove it they say. You cannot make such incendiary claims without hard evidence. Well, it just so happens that the Governor of North Carolina has found such evidence – and plenty of it.

Unless you been stranded at sea or aimlessly roaming the desert with no means of communication, you know about Foden20160303-TGenderthe infamous North Carolina “Bathroom Bill.” Infamous in that it states if you’re a guy, regardless of how you are dressed or the way you “feel” that particular moment, you must use the guys public restroom, locker room, shower, etc. If you are a girl – vice versa.

You should then have seen or heard that leftists and panderers on the right somehow think this is an affront to the transgender set and have boycotted the state, etc.

Naturally the left vehemently disagreed with this perfectly proper State law and so also began a petition drive to pressure lawmakers to rescind it. But the left knows the people of North Carolina don’t have a problem with the law, so rather than give up and accept it as “the law of the land” as they constantly preach to us, they’ve reverted back to what they know best – lie and cheat to get their way.Partyof Deceit Spin and Lies

Yet this time they’ve been caught red-handed. Rather than wage a straight-up fight to allow perverts and child molesters to use the little girls bathroom, they’ve stuffed the ballot box – or the petition box – and kudos to Governor Pat McCrory for calling them out and showing the world.

A “Repeal House Bill 2” (HB2) petition drive, sponsored by the ultra-leftist group Human Rights Campaign (HRC), was recently held involving all the usually suspects like the NAACP, Democracy Now!, Turn Out NC and others. Rather than traveling the N.C. countryside and legally collecting signatures, they decided to short cut the procedure.

HRC delivered 175,000 petition signatures in 26 large file boxes to the State House. They held a splashy press conference were an HRC rep stood at a podium behind the stacked boxes. It was truly a sight and a great day for “democracy.” Except that it wasn’t.

Because then came the hard part – the part the left dreads. All the signatures had to be checked for authenticity. Oops!

The Governor posted on Facebook: “Contrary to the media reports, the professional activists only delivered enough petitions to fill two boxes…” But what about the other 24 boxes? They were apparently empty. And it gets much worse for the frauds at HRC.13102682_1025668220845353_5642156182426370938_n

Additionally the Governor adds that, “the overwhelming majority of signatures were from out-of-state. The stacks on the right in each photo consists of out-of-state signatures.” The Governor posted two photos of two stacks of petitions in each photo. The “legal” stack in each photo appears to be no more than 4 or 5 inches high, while the stack of fraudulent signatures should rather be measured in feet, not inches.

It’s a good day for right and for the right, to have a politician who is not afraid to take a stand against insanity, stupidity and criminal activity. I’m also going to go out on a limb and say what HRC did must be illegal. Some person or persons need to go to jail for perpetrating fraud against the state of North Carolina.

A permit is required before students can talk about Jesus at North Carolina State University, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court. Grace Christian Life, a registered student group at NC State, filed suit over a policy requiring a permit for any kind of student speech or communication anywhere on campus – including religious speech.

In September 2015, the student group was told that without a permit, they must stop approaching other students inside the student union to engage in religious discussions or invite them to attend group events.

“It’s an amazingly broad speech restriction”, Alliance Defending Freedom attorney Tyson Langhofer told me. “Public universities are supposed to be the marketplace of ideas, not places where students need a permit just to exercise their constitutionally protected freedoms.”

Alliance Defending Freedom is a law firm that specializes in religious liberty cases. They allege the Christian group has been singled out by the university.

“The University has not restricted the ability of other students and student groups to engage in expressive activity,” the lawsuit states. “Grace has witnessed other students, student groups and off-campus groups handing out literature either without a permit or outside of the area reserved by their table permit.”free speech def

A university spokesperson did not return my calls seeking comment.

NC State’s rules were so draconian that the Christians were not even allowed to step from behind their table in the student union.

“Colleges are supposed to be places where ideas are freely shared – not gagged,” Grace Christian Life President Hannalee Alrutz told me. “The only permit a student needs to speak on campus is the First Amendment.”CP 01

It’s true that the university does regulate student speech – written, oral or graphic.

ADF points to Regulation 07.25.12 that “requires a permit for any form of commercial or non-commercial speech, which the policy broadly defines as ‘any distribution of leaflets, brochures, or other written material, or oral speech to a passersby (sic)…’”

“The policy specifics that any person ‘wishing to conduct any form of solicitation on University premises must have the written permission of the Student Involvement (Office) in advance,” ADF noted.Partyof Deceit Spin and Lies

According to the lawsuit, a university official sent an email to another official concerned about the Christian club.

“There is an individual named Tommy who works for Grace who is essentially soliciting throughout the building,” the email reads. “He walks up to a single person or duo of persons, starts with a hello and then starts the conversation into religion, ending with giving them a card.”

The email goes on to explain how they’ve stopped other groups from engaging in similar behavior in order to “create that inclusive, welcoming environment.”More Liberal Gibberish

In other words, the only way to be truly inclusive and welcoming is to shut down the Christians and shove them into a closet.

The lawsuit also provides some context on the university’s attitude towards Christian ministry during the time that Grace came under attack. Grace was a member of Chaplain’s Cooperative Ministry, an independent, interfaith organization that supported individual campus ministries and planned jointly sponsored interfaith programs. In October 2015, a university official met with the CCM to advise the group “on the speech restrictions imposed by the Speech Permit Policy.”

“Solicitation is not allowed when conversation is initiated under one pretense different from the intended purpose…inviting involvement in a certain ministry,” the university official said in written minutes of the meeting.ALERT

In November 2015, the university dissolved its relationship with CCM because “the current environment of diversity and faith traditions within the university is not shown or mirrored well within CCM as it currently exists.”

The lawsuit did not elaborate on the problematic “faith traditions” — but typically that means “Evangelical Christians.” ADF tried unsuccessfully to convince NC State to drop its unconstitutional speech policies – but they refused – hence the lawsuit.

“The courts have well established that a public university can’t require permits in this manner for this kind of speech – and certainly can’t enforce such rules selectively,” ADF Senior Counsel David Hacker said. “Unconstitutional censorship is bad enough, but giving university officials complete discretion to decide when and where to engage in silence students makes the violation even worse.”

Kudos to Grace Christian Life for standing up to a bunch of academic bullies who want to silence Christian voices. And thank goodness for bold believers like Miss Alrutz.

“I think this is an attack on my liberty as a citizen of the United States,” she told me – warning that every freedom-loving American should be concerned.

“If they could do it to us – they could do it to anybody,” she said.

ICE releases 19,723 criminal illegals, 208 convicted of murder, 900 of sex crimes

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency in 2015 decided not to deport but release 19,723 criminal illegal immigrants, including;

  • 208 convicted of murder,
  • over 900 convicted of sex crimes
  • and 12,307 of drunk driving, according to new government numbers.

Overall, those released into virtually every state and territory of America had a total of 64,197 convictions among them, for an average of 3.25 convictions each, according to an analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies. ICE also said that the group were convicted of 8,234 violent crimes.

Meanwhile, ICE said that it has also slashed the number of criminals arrested in local communities, according to the Center’s Director of Policy Studies, Jessica M. Vaughan. “In 2015, ICE made 119,772 arrests, or just half the number of arrests made in 2013, 232,287,” she said in her analysis that also included a map of the releases.

The reason: Under President Obama’s immigration policy changes, many criminal immigrants are being ignored even though local police and sheriff have urged ICE to take control of criminals in their jails and deport them.

She said that the slash of arrests is why the number of releases by ICE is down. In 2014, 30,000 criminal illegals were released.Picture1

In a preview of the issues in the hearing, the committee said, “Each year, Immigration and Customs Enforcement releases tens of thousands of criminal aliens eligible for deportation. After release, many go on to commit additional crimes. With new restrictions on immigration enforcement through the president’s executive actions, only narrow classes of removable aliens are priorities for arrest, questioning, detention, or removal. Therefore, millions of removable aliens will be able to remain in the country.”Not okay

ICE for the first time explained why the illegals were released, with more than half ordered free by courts and in over 2,100 cases because their home countries didn’t want them back.Picture3

The issue of released criminal illegal immigrants has erupted on the presidential campaign trail and in Congress, especially because several have gone on to commit further crimes, including murder. Republican front runner Donald Trump, for example, refers to the 2015 murder of Kate Steinle by a released criminal undocumented immigrant on a popular San Francisco pier.

It’s a typical story, according to Vaughan, who wrote:

“When ICE releases criminal aliens instead of deporting them, the chances are high that the aliens will re-offend. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, approximately 71 percent of violent offenders, 77 percent of drug offenders, and 82 percent of property offenders will be arrested for a new crime within five years of release Oh goodfrom jail or prison. Drunk drivers are especially prone to offend repeatedly. According to an FBI statistic cited by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the average drunk driver has driven drunk 80 times before ever being arrested.”

Republican Presidential front-runner Donald Trump said during a CNN Town Hall that he won’t support the eventual Republican nominee, if it isn’t him. Senator Ted Cruz and Governor John Kasich were more vague with their answers. (March 30)

Apparently, John Kasich and Ted Cruz are at their most appealing when no one is paying attention to them, which, conveniently, is most of the time.

After Cruz won cranky Wisconsin last month — only the fourth actual election he’s won — voters decided to give him a second look. But two seconds after people said, “OK, let’s give this guy a try,” he cratered. You might say a little of Ted Cruz goes a long way. Voters can’t stand Cruz any more than his Senate colleagues can. 

Listening to Cruz always makes me feel like I have Asperger’s. He speaks so slowly, my mind wanders between words. As Trump said, there’s a 10-second intermission between sentences. I want to order Cruz’s speeches as Amazon Audibles, just so I can speed them up and see what he’s saying

The guy did go to Harvard Law School, so I keep waiting for the flashes of brilliance, but they never come. Cruz is completely incapable of extemporaneous wit.

Now that Cruz has been mathematically eliminated, he’s adding Carly Fiorina to the ticket. She’s not his “running mate,” but his “limping mate.” It’s an all-around lemon-eating contest.

Voters quickly moved on from Cruz and tried Kasich. But he turned out to be the spitting image of a homeless man. He’s got the slouch, the facial tics, and a strange way of bouncing his head and looking around that makes you want to cross the street to avoid him. It looks like he cuts his own hair, and his suits are Ralph Nader cast-offs. He wolfs down food like a street person, has a hair-trigger temper, and rants about religion in a way that only he can understand.

Kasich is constantly proclaiming that illegals are “made in the image of God,” and denounces the idea of enforcing no more rinosfederal immigration laws, saying: “I don’t think it’s right; I don’t think it’s humane.”

When asked about his decision to expand Medicaid under Obamacare — projected to cost federal taxpayers $50 billion in the first decade — he said: “Now, when you die and get to the, get to the, uh, to the meeting with St. Peter … he’s going to ask you what you did for the poor. Better have a good answer.”

He lectured a crowd of fiscal conservatives on his Obamacare expansion, saying, “Now, I don’t know whetherno more rinos you ever read Matthew 25, but I commend it to you, the end of it, about do you feed the homeless and do you clothe the poor.” He also attributed the law to Chief Justice John Roberts and said, “It’s my money, OK?”

Voters thought they were getting a less attractive version of Mitt Romney with Kasich, but it turns out they’re getting a more televangelist version of Ted Cruz.

They’re also getting a less warm and personable version of Hillary Clinton. Last week, Kasich lashed out at a reporter who asked a perfectly appropriate question, going from boring campaign boilerplate to irritated browbeating in about one second flat. As much as I enjoy watching reporters being berated, this was deranged.

Kasich: Listen, at the end of the day I think the Republican Party wants to pick somebody no more rinoswho actually can win in the fall.”

Reporter: But if you’ve only won Ohio?

Kasich: “Can I finish?”

Reporter: “If you answer the ques–”

Kasich: “I’m answering the question the way I want to answer it. You want to answer it?” (Snatches voice recorder from reporter’s hand.) “Here, let me ask you. What do you think?

When giving a speech to Ohio EPA workers a few years ago, Kasich suddenly went off topic and began shouting no more rinosabout a police officer who had given him a ticket three years earlier. “Have you ever been stopped by a police officer that’s an idiot?” he began. He proceeded to tell the riveting story of his traffic violation to the EPA administrators, yelling about “this idiot! … He’s an IDIOT!”

Based on the dashcam video immediately released by the police, Kasich had been in the wrong, and the officer — you know, “the IDIOT” — was perfectly polite about it.

With Trump it’s exactly the opposite. The more people see of him, the more they like him. The usual pattern is: Trump says something perfectly sensible, the media lie about it, then voters find out the truth and like him more and the media less.

Ironically, it’s Kasich who has been complaining the loudest about the alleged billions of dollars of “free media” Trump has been getting. It turns out not getting “free media” was a godsend for Kasich and Cruz.

Among recipients of food stamps, welfare cash and Social Security payments, refugee children receive more in taxpayer-funded aid than children of citizens, according to a new report on federal spending from the pro-immigration Migration Policy Institute.

For example,
  • 30 percent of refugee children live in households that received food stamps from 2009-13.
  • Among American children, the number was 27 percent, said the report titled, “Young Children of Refugees in the United States: Integration Successes and Challenges.”
  • Some 8 percent received cash welfare,
  • compared with 6 percent of U.S. citizen households.
  • And 5 percent of children of refugees were part of Social Security’s Supplemental Security Income program,
  • compared with 4 percent of U.S. children.OH HELL NO

The reason? The report said that aid is typically higher to refugees because they arrive poor, a situation likely to hit hard when an estimated 20,000 Syrian refugees arrive in the U.S. before the end of the year.

04/2016 – Police have arrested a man accused of exposing himself to a 9-year-old boy in the bathroom of a Target store in Cedar Park in February. Roel Anthony Vasquez, 27, was charged March 24 with indecency with a child by exposure. No one at the store could identify who he was when the incident occurred, so police asked for help from the public by releasing pictures of the suspect from store surveillance video in March.

Man Charged for Stalking Woman at Target

04/2016 – MIDWEST CITY, Okla. – The District Attorney in Oklahoma County has filed a misdemeanor charge against a man accused of stalking women at a metro Target store. Cody Stephens, 21, lives in Midwest City, not too far from the Target store where he is accused of stalking women.

Police Hunting Man Who Allegedly Masturbated on 16-Year-Old at Target

10/2015 – SOUTH BEND – South Bend police are looking for a man who performed a sexual act Monday afternoon at a Target department store at 1400 E. Ireland Road, according to our news partner ABC57. Benjamin J. Cooper, 38, was jailed on $5,000 bail after appearing in court. Assistant District Attorney Stephanie Hilton said charges against Cooper are expected to be filed Wednesday.

Police Arrest Ventura Man in Connection with Sexual Battery Incident Inside Target

10/2015 – A 46-year-old man was arrested Saturday in connection with a sexual battery incident, including allegedly grabbing an employee’s buttocks, inside a Target store in Ventura, police said.

Aaron Carter, of Ventura, was reportedly making sexual comments and gestures to several female patrons around 9:33 a.m. inside of a Target store, located on the 4000 block of East Main Street, according to the Ventura Police Department.

Man Sexually Assaulted and Tried to Kidnap Boy at Target

09/2015 – ROCKAWAY – A borough man has been accused of sexually assaulting a five-year-old boy and trying to kidnap another in the past two weeks.

Kyriakos Serghides, 34, of Rockaway, was charged on Friday with second-degree attempted kidnapping, second-degree luring, second-degree sexual assault, third-degree terroristic threats, fourth-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and acting Rockaway Township police Chief Martin McParland, Jr. said in a joint news release. …

[The] boy told police on Thursday he was at the Target in Rockaway Township when Serghides approached him, Knapp and McParland said in the news release. Serghides threatened to cut the boy if he didn’t go with him, they said.

07/2015 – St. Louis City Police confirmed that they are investigating the sexual assault of a 13-year-old female inside the Target store on Hampton Avenue in south St. Louis Monday night. Police say the suspect walked past the victim, squeezed her buttocks, then walked away. The girl told a relative and police were called.

Man Confesses to Hiding Camera in Target Store Bathroom

07/2015 – FRESNO, Calif. – Authorities in Hanford say a man has confessed to placing a hidden camera inside a restroom of a local Target store. The suspect was identified as Eugenio Rodriguez, 32, of Hanford.

Hanford police responded to the store on North 12th Avenue on Wednesday after an employee found the camera in the family restroom. They say the camera was concealed with toilet tissue and had a red light illuminating before the employee turned it off. Officers say the camera didn’t record anything but it did stream live video.

Man High on PCP Assaults Women at Glen Burnie Target, Police Say

03/2016 – Frank Eugene Pratt, 39, is charged with attempted robbery, second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and drug possession after the incident at Target at 7951 Nolpark Road, police said.

Police responded to the store at about 2 p.m. Saturday on a report that a man had smoked PCP in the store’s restroom, then approached several female victims and assaulted them.

Police say he met the child in the video game section of the Pinole Target store two weeks ago. He forced the child to touch his private parts and took him to bathroom where the child got away and ran to his parents.

Sexual Assault Suspect Arrested at Folsom Target Store

10/2012 – FOLSOM, Calif. (KCRA) – A jogger and Target security officers helped Folsom police track down and arrest a man wanted in connection with sexual battery and an attempted rape Saturday.

Police arrested Timothy Ortiz, 25, at the Target store on Blue Ravine Road after security officers reported he was following women in the store and masturbating.

07/2009 – ATHENS, Ga. – Athens-Clarke County police have arrested a 26-year-old man for being a peeping Tom in the women’s room at a Target.

Police say Luis Mesqueda Hernandez was caught on security cameras sneaking into the women’s bathroom at the store Sunday afternoon and using his cell phone to take photos of a woman. The store’s security officers detained Hernandez until police arrived.

Suspect Arrested in Target Sexual Assault of a 11-Year-Old Girl

7/2003 – SOUTH CHARLESTON, West Virginia – A Kentucky man has been charged with the sexual assault of an 11- year-old girl at a Target store.

Surveillance camera images of the suspect leading the girl through the store have been broadcast nationally.

Allen D. Coates, 37, of Irvington, Kentucky, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the downtown area of Louisville, where he is being held at the Metro Corrections Facility. The arrest followed a “very detailed, very thorough” out-of-state tip, according to South Charleston Police Chief D.W. Dunlap.

Only days after the Target Corp. issued a release confirming its stance on the issue of transgender restrooms, a patron noticed something in the women’s restroom that she felt compelled to photograph. A statement released by Target on April 19 called “inclusivity” a core value belief of Target that should be celebrated. The statement said, “We welcome transgender team members and guests to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity.”Transgen-600-CI-1

In a Facebook post, Karen Crawford said, “It’s true. ..I’m in the women’s bathroom at a Target north of LA…they actually took out a stall for women in order to accommodate the ones who have giblets…yes, these are urinals…for men…and so the war on women progresses. …”

Why should our wives and daughters be treated with decency when there are cross dressing dudes to appease? Again, thank you for your bravery.”

There is much speculation as to the result of Target’s controversial stance. Some fear the decision will encourage sexual predators, which may lead to increased violence toward women and children.

The Fourth Circuit Court ruled today against a Virginia school district that sought to accommodate a transgender student while also protecting the privacy rights of other students. The federal court concluded that Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972—which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex—should be interpreted as prohibiting discrimination on the basis of gender identity, as a Department of Education letter suggested in 2015. The ruling allows a lawsuit brought by a transgender student to proceed.making up the law

The case involves a biological girl who identifies as a boy. The court’s majority explains it this way: “G.G.’s birth-assigned sex, or so-called ‘biological sex,’ is female, but G.G.’s gender identity is male.” Note the scare quotes around what the court calls “so-called ‘biological sex.’” Biological sex, in fact, is precisely what Congress protected in 1972.Picture3

In a stinging dissent, Judge Paul Niemeyer points out that “the majority’s opinion, for the first time ever, holds that a public high school may not provide separate restrooms and locker rooms on the basis of biological sex.” It’s hard to imagine that that’s what Congress was prohibiting when it enacted Title IX in 1972.AMEN

Indeed, the court’s ruling goes against human history, practice, and common sense. Niemeyer explains:

This holding completely tramples on all universally accepted protections of privacy and safety that are based on the anatomical differences between the sexes. … schools would no longer be able to protect physiological privacy as between students of the opposite biological sex.

This unprecedented holding overrules custom, culture, and the very demands inherent in human nature for privacy and safety, which the separation of such facilities is designed to protect. More particularly, it also misconstrues the clear language of Title IX and its regulations. And finally, it reaches an unworkable and illogical result.AMEN

Niemeyer even points out that students have privacy rights to not have students of the other biological sex in their locker rooms:

Across societies and throughout history, it has been commonplace and universally accepted to separate public restrooms, locker rooms, and shower facilities on the basis of biological sex in order to address privacy and safety concerns arising from the biological differences between males and females. An individual has a legitimate and important interest in bodily privacy such that his or her nude or partially nude body, genitalia, and other private parts are not exposed to persons of the opposite biological sex. Indeed, courts have consistently recognized that the need for such privacy is inherent in the nature and dignity of humankind.AMEN

Nevertheless, G.G. sued the school district. Why? Because the district created a policy which says that bathroom and locker room access is primarily based on biology, while also creating accommodations for transgender students. Specifically, the policy is that only biological girls can use the girls’ room, only biological boys can use the boys’ room, and any student can use one of the three single-occupancy bathrooms, which the school created specifically to accommodate transgender students.

But even this accommodation wasn’t good enough. Hence the lawsuit and Tuesday’s ruling.

In a concurring opinion, Judge Andre Davis claims the student is at risk of “irreparable harm” if forced to use a single-occupancy bathroom. Davis says that to support the claim of “irreparable harm, G.G. submitted an affidavit to the district court describing the psychological distress he experiences when he is forced to use the single-stall restrooms.”Bull

Davis adds that “G.G. experiences daily psychological harm that puts him at risk for long-term psychological harm, and his avoidance of the restroom as a result of the Board’s policy puts him at risk for developing a urinary tract infection as he has repeatedly in the past.” Davis concludes that for G.G. to use single-occupancy restrooms “is tantamount to humiliation and a continuing mark of difference.”Leftist Propagandist

Niemeyer, however, points out that the majority relies not on the actual text, history, or legal implementation of Title IX, but on a 2015 letter from the Office for Civil Rights of the Department of Education: “The recent Office for Civil Rights letter, moreover, which is not law but which is the only authority on which the majority relies, states more than the majority acknowledges.” Indeed, that letter suggested that schools “offer the use of gender-neutral, individual-user facilities to any student who does not want to use shared sex-segregated facilities.”

At the end of the day, it’s hard to disagree with Niemeyer when he writes, “Any new definition of sex that excludes reference to physiological differences, as the majority now attempts to introduce, is simply an unsupported reach to rationalize a desired outcome.” This is simply an unaccountable agency and an activist court rewriting Title IX and remaking bathroom policy across our nation.

Bathroom, locker room, and shower facility policies that protect privacy based on biology while also accommodating transgender students make good sense. And as Niemeyer explains, they comply with the law, too: “When the school board assigned restrooms and locker rooms on the basis of biological sex, it was clearly complying precisely with the unambiguous language of Title IX and its regulations.”Romans One TRANSGENDER

White Privilege Conference Blames Christianity for Everything Bad in the World

A lecturer at the 2016 White Privilege Conference (WPC) in Philadelphia, which opened with praise for a cop killer, made the bold claim that almost every dysfunction in society, from racism and sexism to global warming and a weak economy, is united by the ideology of “Christian hegemony.”

Activist and author Paul Kivel may share his name with a great Christian saint and evangelist, but that’s about it. According to Kivel, just about everything bad in the world can be traced to the core ideas of Christianity, which “colonize our mind.” Kivel said,

“In the United States, there’s seven to ten thousand predominantly white, Christian men, who run the major institutions in our society: The corporations, the political parties, the think tanks, the foundations, universities, [and] cultural institutions.”delusional file

Kivel made his case that the United States exists as a “Christian hegemony” by asking attendees to consider a variety of ways Christianity quietly influenced their daily lives, such as by making Sunday exist as the normative “day of rest” and by motivating non-profits ranging from the YMCA to drug rehab programs.

From there, he lateraled to explaining how Christianity provides the ideological underpinning of just about everything toxic in society, aided by a series of clearly homemade posters. On one poster, he showed “Christian hegemony” at the center of a web that included ideas like “racism,” “sexism,” and “ableism.”

Kivel said three problems are particularly severe in the modern world, and all of them are caused or made worse by Christianity. First, he pointed toward wars in the Middle East, which he says are a byproduct of a missionary drive to spread Western ideas and influence in non-Western lands.

Second, he declares Christianity is to blame for a weak economy, as it provides the God-like “invisible hand” that supposedly drives market forces within a flawed capitalist system:

We live in a society in which it is widely believed that there is a just God, and that he rewards those who work hard and are good people, i.e. the job creators … and that he punishes those who are not good people, i.e. who are poor or slothful. The invisible hand is the hand of God.hatred

Third, Kivel associated Christian hegemony with global warming, because under Christianity, mankind has dominion over the Earth, rather than requiring that humans treat the Earth itself as “sacred.”

Kivel also provided a set of Christian ideological beliefs that explained why Christianity could be linked to so much evil. For instance, he said Christian dualism made it too easy to condemn various things as bad and worthy of destruction:

Think about how often during the day we say things are good or bad. It’s a rainy day, so we say it’s bad weather.… There’s nothing inherently good or bad about the weather, or about people.Hate Merchants

But thanks to Christianity, Kivel complained, people keep seeing good and bad in everything and force a “with us or against us” mentality.

Ironically, one quote featured on WPC’s own website is South African bishop Desmond Tutu’s statement that “if you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.”

Kivel also slammed Christianity for having a “hierarchical” view towards love, placing “God over people, men over women, parents over children, white people over people of color,” inevitably creating systems that justify and even glorify oppression.Partyof Deceit Spin and Lies

While he rejects Christianity, Kivel doesn’t reject all spirituality, as he appears to have an affinity for American Indian beliefs, touting them as more respectful of the Earth’s sacredness. He ended the meeting with his own prayer listing his maxims for a good life.

“Value all forms of diversity,” he said. “Recognized multiple truths. Act cooperatively. Don’t proselytize.… Return the land to native peoples.”Leftist Propagandist

Kivel even opened his lecture by asking them to remember that the WPC was taking place on stolen American Indian land that rightfully still belongs to them. In this regard, he was actually mistaken. The WPC takes place in downtown Philadelphia, and Philadelphia’s land was not seized from Indians. Instead, William Penn amicably purchased the land from the Lenape because he wanted to have good relations with native tribes.

ESPN Fires Curt Schilling for Criticizing Transgenders Invading Ladies’ Rooms

ESPN fired baseball analyst Curt Schilling for maintaining that males don’t belong in the women’s room and females don’t belong in the men’s room.

“ESPN is an inclusive company,” network spokesman Josh Krulewitz strangely claimed after excluding the former World Series co-MVP. “Curt Schilling has been advised that his conduct was unacceptable and his employment with ESPN has been terminated.”

Schilling’s speech, not his conduct, resulted in his termination. The former pitcher shared a picture posted by another Facebook user showing a hideous, overweight man trying to pass himself off as a woman. The internet meme obliquely referenced North Carolina’s law restricting multiple-use public restrooms in government buildings to people whose biology matches the insignia on the entrance.

“A man is a man no matter what they call themselves,” Schilling noted about the push to force states to approve of transgenders using the public restrooms of the opposite sex. “I don’t care what they are, who they sleep with, men’s room was designed for the penis, women’s not so much,” he opined. “Now you need laws telling us differently? Pathetic.”PC Trans

The pitcher previously ran afoul of the Disney-owned company after comparing Islamists to Nazis and saying Hillary Clinton belongs in the big house rather than the White House. The network suspended him late last season, and received pressure to fire him after his subsequent criticism of Clinton, admission that he financially supported Dr. Ben Carson’s presidential campaign, and his popular but politically incorrect stance that biology rather than identity should determine the public restrooms people use.

Articles at SBNation, OutSports, and SportingNews quickly called on ESPN to fire him after he offered his opinion on opening up the ladies’ room to males imagining themselves as women. Sports commissar Jesse Spector deemed the 3,000 strikeout club member as guilty of “transphobia” at the nation’s oldest athletics publication, and dubbed ESPN keeping him on the air a “tacit endorsement of the darkness he brings.”

Schilling posted on his blog before the ax fell that he held no ill will toward transgenders but expressed contempt for people who feign offense to ideas with which they disagree. The Target department store chain has jumped into the transgender bathroom debate by declaring that men who claim to be women may use whatever bathroom or changing room they choose.

“Inclusivity is a core belief at Target,” a new company statement reads. “It’s something we celebrate. We stand for equality and equity, and strive to make our guests and team members feel accepted, respected and welcomed in our stores and workplaces every day.”

The retailer added, “We welcome transgender team members and guests to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity.”

Target spokeswoman Molly Snyder added that the policy statement is a public confirmation of its longstanding policy. “It’s just us being very overt in stating it,” she said.Alinsky affect

Customers and potential customers almost immediately spoke out against Target’s decision to ignore the biological difference between men and women.

“Why would you choose to allow men in the women’s restroom when every single store has a single family restroom that can easily accommodate your Transgender customers,”Sandy Bell Small wrote on Facebook. “Way to go Target for choosing to protect the .03% of the ADULT transgender population over your women, children, mothers, grandchildren, teenager population. I’m sure you will say you I longer miss us but I’m sure the $$$’s spent weekly will be felt somewhere.”

New York Commemorates Patriots Day!

 So that you won’t be fooled by MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow claiming Second Amendment supporters were celebrating the Oklahoma City bombing this week — as she has on April 19 in years past — Tuesday was the anniversary of the battles of Lexington and Concord, a date all Americans used to know.

This year, New Yorkers celebrated by voting to keep the country that was christened in blood at Lexington and Concord.

Until Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s poem, most Americans knew as little about Paul Revere’s ride as Rachel Maddow does today.

Listen my children and you shall hear

Of the midnight ride of Paul Revere,

On the eighteenth of April, in Seventy-five;

Hardly a man is now alive

Who remembers that famous day and year.

Suspecting that the British would soon be mobilizing to crush the brewing rebellion, American patriots had been watching and waiting. When rebel leader Dr. Joseph Warren received a secret message that the British were planning to arrest Sam Adams and John Hancock in Lexington that night, he immediately alerted Paul Revere and two others in their clandestine group.

By pre-arrangement, each rider took a different route to Lexington. If any two were captured by the British, the message would still be delivered. The fate of a nation was riding that night.

The most famous of the three — except to Rachel Maddow — was Paul Revere, who later wrote a detailed account of his momentous ride.

Revere had instructed the sexton of a Boston church to climb to the top of the steeple — unobserved by the church’s Loyalist minister — and signal the patriots of Charlestown with lanterns to indicate which route the British were taking: One if by land, and two if by sea. (Please tell me most American schoolchildren still know that line.)

Revere crossed the Charles River, sneaking past a British warship, to the Charlestown patriots waiting for him. For such an important mission, they had chosen a surefooted horse named Brown Beauty. Revere saddled Brown Beauty and took off for Lexington, alerting rebel leaders — and evading British patrols — along the way.

As planned, these town leaders spread the message to the local militias, a communication network that proceeded with “astonishing speed,” in the words of historian David Hackett Fischer, author of the book, Paul Revere’s Ride.

At around midnight, when Revere arrived at the Lexington home where Hancock and Adams were in hiding, the guard chastised Revere, telling him to stop making so much noise. “Noise?” Revere replied. “You’ll have noise enough before long! The Regulars are coming!”

The second rider, William Dawes, arrived soon thereafter, and the third man, lost to history, never made it.

Wondering why the British were mobilizing so many troops for a simple arrest, the men realized that the British were planning to seize the rebels’ artillery, stored in Concord.

So Revere and Dawes headed to Concord, again setting off the alarm throughout the countryside. On their way, they met a young, wealthy doctor, Samuel Prescott, who was returning from a late evening with his fiancee. Prescott, a “High Son of Liberty,” offered to ride with them since he knew the terrain and knew the people.

Halfway to Concord, they were captured by the British, but Dr. Prescott managed to escape and ride on, alerting the towns all around Concord. In the wee hours of the morning, he stopped at his home in Concord to wake his father and brother, also doctors, whereupon his brother, Abel, saddled up and took the warning south.

The Battle of Lexington at sunrise next morning, April 19, would not have given Americans much hope. British troops made short work of the disorganized and massively outnumbered militiamen.

But Concord was a different story. This was the shot heard “round the world.”

By the time the British reached Concord, militias from dozens of towns had received the call and were ready for battle. The town’s minister, William Emerson — grandfather of Ralph Waldo Emerson — urged on the rebels, slapping one terrified young solider on the back and saying, “Stand your ground, Harry! Your cause is just and God will bless you!”

Although still outnumbered, the Americans hit the British so hard, they retreated all the way back to Boston, with the militias bird-dogging them the whole way.

Having seen the Americans fight, the leader of the British forces, Lord Hugh Percy, who had taken a dim view of the Colonists until then, concluded, “[w]hoever looks upon them as an irregular mob, will find himself very much mistaken.”

Hancock and Adams were safe, the rebels’ ordnance secure, and the war that gave birth to the greatest country in human history had begun.

But today, the comfortable inheritors of that country would rather allow it to become a dumping ground for the Third World than risk being called “racist.”

In all, about 50 Americans were killed in the Battle of Concord. By population, that’s the equivalent of more than 6,000 Americans dying in a single military action today.

Following the Battle of Concord, Dr. Prescott left his fiancee, his family and his wealth to fight for the revolution. A few years into the war, his ship was captured by the British. No one ever heard from him again. His fiancee waited for him for eight years, until finally, a returning soldier reported that Prescott had died in a Nova Scotia prison. His fiancee married, then died young.

But today, most pundits would rather promote open borders and watch our country disappear than lose their TV gigs.no more rinos

Dr. Prescott’s brother, Abel, was badly injured by the British at the Battle of Concord. He died from his wounds a few months later — nearly a year before the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

But today, rich ranchers and farmers would rather see the country Abel died for overwhelmed with foreign cultures than give up their cheap foreign labor.no more rinos

So far, seven of the 13 Colonies have spoken: Georgia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia — and, on the anniversary of Lexington and Concord, New York. All seven held elections, not party-rigged conferences or caucuses. All of them have gone for Trump. It looks like the 13 Colonies are trying to save America, once again.

A White Guy Told College Kids He Was A Chinese Woman, Idiocy Ensued When They Tried To Not Offend Him

Joseph Backholm is the director of the Family Policy Institute of Washington. This state-based group seeks “to unite a coalition of allied national and local organizations to create public policy that recognizes and respects the significance and sanctity of the family,” according to their mission statement. It’s a fairly uncontroversial goal, given that the family is the building block of any society. Well, Mr. Backholm ventured onto the University of Washington to speak with students about the recent controversy over all of this transgender bathroom business that’s giving liberals muscle spasms. More importantly, can someone be wrong regarding the identity they assume?

Backholm unsurprisingly found that the students he spoke with on campus are in favor of gender-neutral bathrooms, and for allowing transgender students to use whatever locker room they want. This is the typical liberal response, but when Backholm went through a menu of identities that he’s not biologically capable of assuming, the responses were painful. As you can see, Backholm is your average white guy–he cannot be a 6’ 5” Chinese woman. That’s not possible. Yet, with the college campuses’ ethos of being safe spaces, never offending people, and adhering to the dictatorial standards of political correctness, idiocy ensued.

One student channeled a “whatever floats your boat” attitude, while another said he would be interested in hearing abut his journey on how Backholm came to the conclusion that’s a) not the height he says he is and b) being Chinese. One girl said there’s no harm in him thinking that he’s over six-foot, but added that she would not tell him that he’s wrong.

Folks, we have regressed dramatically to the point where apparently questions about paper actually having the qualities and properties…of paper are now up for debate. That’s where we are heading if we cannot say what is so blatantly obvious–that a white guy isn’t a six-foot plus Chinese woman. There are identities. There are different species, genders, shapes, colors, and races/ethnicities. They’re different. When someone tries to upset that apple cart, like when an Asian person tries to be black or a white person saying they’re Asian, it’s okay to call them out on it. I’m pretty sure many people find Rachel Dolezal, a white woman who thinks she’s black, to be more than off her rocker. Why? Because she’s not black.
