Minnesota expands mandatory criminal background checks across state agencies

By Jenna Gleob – AlphaNews.org – Oct 16, 2025

The state has updated its background check policy to make criminal screenings mandatory for certain jobs, a shift that comes months after Alpha News uncovered a convicted sex offender working at the Department of Education.
Minnesota Management and Budget has issued a new statewide directive requiring more rigorous background checks for prospective state employees.
According to an internal “Enterprise Employee Resources” briefing obtained by Alpha News, the “Background Checks” update was sent out early September.
The memo states that “the primary policy change now requires rather than encourages criminal history checks in specific circumstances.”… READ MORE

Gavin Newsom Handed $53 Million in State Contracts to His Biggest Donors

California has become a case study in how political connections translate directly into profit.
For Gov. Gavin Newsom’s wealthiest supporters, campaign contributions appear to double as investments—ones that yield lucrative state contracts, taxpayer-funded benefits, and prestigious appointments.
Since Newsom entered office in 2019, records show that California has steered more than $53 million in state contracts to companies owned or managed by his top donors.
These contracts have covered everything from wildfire prevention and emergency response to public health services.
The overlap between political… READ MORE

Tracing the Money: Trump Vows to Discover Who Is Financing Antifa, Trantifa, and Left-Wing Violence

By Antonio Graceffo – The Gateway Pundit –  Sept 22, 2025

At the Charlie Kirk memorial, President Trump spoke bluntly about left-wing violence, declaring, “The violence comes largely from the left.”
He described Antifa attacks on protesters and events, adding, “Many of these people are paid agitators. When you see they all have the same beautifully printed sign, every sign is identical. It comes out of a top-level print shop. That’s not the kind of sign made in somebody’s basement. Those are paid for by very bad people, and hopefully we are going to be finding out through the DOJ who those people are.”
Trump has vowed to designate Antifa and other groups promoting left-wing violence as terrorist organizations. In theory, such a designation would make it easier for the Department of Justice to bring charges against those who finance them. The problem, however, is that under U.S. law there is no mechanism to label domestic groups as terrorist organizations. The Foreign Terrorist Organization designation applies to international groups such as… READ MORE

“Have You Tried Gasoline?”: Democrats Admit Followers are Embracing Violent Rhetoric

By: Jonathan Turley | July 8, 2025

“What we really need to do is be willing to get shot.” Those words to a Democratic member are part of a chilling Axios story on the rising violent rhetoric on the American left. As alleged Antifa members are arrested in Texas for the attempted murder of ICE agents, Democratic members are beginning to express private concerns over unleashing uncontrollable rage after their election defeat.

Axios reported on conversations with Democratic members who admit that followers are turning to violence and rejecting messages of political reform.

One House member explained that there is a “sense of fear and despair and anger” among voters that “puts us in a different position where … we can’t keep following norms of decorum.” The member does not address how Democratic leaders are fueling the rising violent rhetoric and imagery (including the most recent posted picture of House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D., N.Y.) brandishing a baseball bat).

One House Democrat told Axios, “Some of them have suggested … what we really need to do is be willing to get shot.”

Yet another admitted that constituents have told them to prepare for “violence … to fight to protect our democracy.” Others reported that liberals are talking about the need “to storm the White House and stuff like that.”

One explained that “They’re angry beyond things.” Another said, “It’s like … the Roman coliseum. People just want more and more of this spectacle.”

Some are discussing triggering or staging violence. One member said, “What I have seen is a demand that we get ourselves arrested intentionally or allow ourselves to be victims of violence, and … a lot of times that’s coming from economically very secure white people.”

We have recently seen such performative acts with members like Sen. Alex Padilla (D., Cal.) heckling a press conference by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Democratic members storming an ICE facility.

In one encounter, a lawmaker told Axios: “I actually said in a meeting, ‘When they light a fire, my thought is to grab an extinguisher’. And someone at the table said, ‘Have you tried gasoline?’”

The answer is clearly yes.

Across the country, Democratic leaders are resorting to what I have called “rage rhetoric” in my book The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage.” We have already seen violent protests and planned assassinations directed against Trump Administration figures.  Democrats ratcheted up claims of a “coup” and called for Democrats to “fight in the streets.”

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D, Mass.) declared, “Elon Musk is seizing the power that belongs to the American people.” Rep. Jamie Raskin (D, Md.) claimed on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut” that Musk and Trump were conducting a “rapidly expanding and accelerating coup.”

Sen. Ron Wyden (D., Ore.) appeared to be working off the same talking point and declared that a “coup” was being carried out. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) warned that Musk was “taking away everything we have.” Rep. Maxine Waters (D., Cal.) said, “We are here to fight back.” Sen. Cory Booker (D., NJ) called on citizens to “fight” and declared, “We will rise up.”

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D., TX) yelled, “We are gonna be in your face, we are gonna be on your a–es, and we are going to make sure you understand what democracy looks like, and this ain’t it.” Rep. LaMonica McIver (D., N.J.) added: “God d—it shut down the Senate!…WE ARE AT WAR!” House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., called for Democrats to fight  “in the streets.””

Such rhetoric can inspire unhinged citizens who actually believe that this is a war against a coup. It is the type of rhetoric that can prompt anti-Republican Nicholas John Roske to try to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh or Sanders supporter James T. Hodgkinson to try to massacre Republican members playing softball.

This week, the Department of Justice announced the arrest of ten alleged Antifa members who are being charged in an ambush of ICE agents in Alvarado, Texas, on July 4. Democratic members have long played a dangerous game in dismissing the violence or even the existence of groups like Antifa. Despite the denial of its existence by figures like Rep. Jerry Nadler (D., N.Y.), I have long written and spoken about the threat of Antifa to free speech on our campuses and in our communities. This includes testimony before Congress on Antifa’s central role in the nationwide anti-free speech movement. We have continued to follow the attacks and arrests of Antifa followers across the country, including attacks on journalists.

Nevertheless, former Democratic National Committee deputy chair Keith Ellison, now the Minnesota attorney general, once said Antifa would “strike fear in the heart” of Trump. Ellison’s son, Minneapolis City Council member Jeremiah Ellison, declared his allegiance to Antifa in the heat of the protests this summer.

Liberal sites have sold Antifa items, including baby outfits, to celebrate the violent group.

Now, Democratic leaders are privately expressing alarm that their followers are demanding violence and rejecting moderate language.  Yet, many are fueling that rage and few of their colleagues are speaking out against them. The party is attempting to ride this wave of rage to victory. However, history shows that the enablers of the mob today often find themselves the enemies of the mob tomorrow.

RINO Congressman Announces He Will Be Introducing Legislation to Sabotage President Trump’s Tariff Authority (VIDEO)

By Cullen Linebarger – The Gateway Pundit – April 6, 2025

A RINO Congressman announced on Sunday that he would be moving to undercut President Trump’s bold move to reshape the global economic order with reciprocal tariffs on countries that have taken advantage of America for years.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday the implementation of a 10% baseline tariff on all imports, effective April 5, 2025. On April 9, the worst offenders will be hit with even tougher measures.
Speaking from the White House Rose Garden, Trump proclaimed April 2 as “Liberation Day,” marking a new era of economic independence. He emphasized that this measure is essential to protect American jobs and revitalize domestic manufacturing.
The White House also released a detailed chart showing how badly many countries have been ripping off American workers, charging high tariffs on U.S. goods while benefiting from America’s generosity in return.

The American Jacobin: How Some on the Left have Found Release in an Age of Rage

Commentary by Jonathan Turley | April 7, 2025

Read more at https://jonathanturley.org/2025/04/07/the-american-jacobin-how-some-on-the-left-have-found-release-in-an-age-of-rage/

Below is my column in the Hill on the rising political violence on the left. Many have found an irresistible release from both reason and responsibility in rage. A new study found more people embracing political violence. Joel Finkelstein, the lead author of the report, stated that “what was formerly taboo culturally has become acceptable… We are seeing a clear shift – glorification, increased attempts and changing norms – all converging into what we define as ‘assassination culture.’” Roughly 40 percent reportedly found it somewhat justifiable to burn a Tesla or even to kill Donald Trump.

Here is the column:

“We should replace our piece of crap Constitution.”

Those words from author Elie Mystal, a regular commentator on MSNBC, are hardly surprising from someone who previously called the Constitution “trash” and urged not just the abolition of the U.S. Senate but also of “all voter registration laws.” But Mystal’s radical rhetoric is becoming mainstream on the left, as shown by his best-selling books and popular media appearances.

There is a counter-constitutional movement building in law schools and across the country. And although Mystal has not advocated violence, some on the left are turning to political violence and criminal acts. It is part of the “righteous rage” that many of them see as absolving them from the basic demands not only of civility but of legality. They are part of a rising class of American Jacobins — bourgeois revolutionaries increasingly prepared to trash everything, from cars to the Constitution.

The Jacobins were a radical group in France that propelled that country into the worst excesses of the French Revolution. They were largely affluent citizens, including journalists, professors, lawyers, and others who shredded existing laws and destroyed property. It would ultimately lead not only to the blood-soaked “Reign of Terror” but also to the demise of the Jacobins themselves as more radical groups turned against them.

Of course, it is not revolution on the minds of most of these individuals. It is rage. Rage is the ultimate drug. It offers a release from longstanding social norms — a license to do those things long repressed by individuals who viewed themselves as decent, law-abiding citizens. Across the country, liberals are destroying Tesla cars, torching dealerships and charging stations, and even allegedly hitting political dissenters with their cars.

Last week, affluent liberal shoppers admitted that they are shoplifting from Whole Foods to strike back at Jeff Bezos for working with the Trump administration and moving the Washington Post back to the political center. They are also enraged at Mark Zuckerberg for restoring free speech protections at Meta.

One “20-something communications professional” in Washington explained “If a billionaire can steal from me, I can scrape a little off the top, too.”  These affluent shoplifters portrayed themselves as Robin Hoods. Of course, that is assuming Robin Hood was stealing organic fruit from the rich and giving it to himself.

On college campuses, affluent students and even professors are engaging in political violence. Just this week, University of Wisconsin Professor José Felipe Alvergue, head of the English Department, turned over the table of College Republicans supporting a conservative for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He reportedly declared, “The time for this is over!” Likewise, a mob this week attacked a conservative display and tent on the campus of the University of California-Davis as campus police passively watched. The Antifa protesters, carrying a large banner with the slogan “ACAB” or “all cops are bastards,” trashed the tent and carried it off.

Antifa is a violent and vehemently anti-free speech group that thrives on U.S. college campuses. In his book “Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook,” Mark Bray explains that “most Americans in Antifa have been anarchists or antiauthoritarian communists. … From that standpoint, ‘free speech’ as such is merely a bourgeois fantasy unworthy of consideration.”

Of course, many of the American Jacobins are themselves bourgeois or even affluent figures. And they are finding a host of enablers telling them that the Constitution itself is a threat, and that the legal system has been corrupted by oligarchs, white supremacists, or reactionaries. This includes leading academics and commentators who are denouncing the Constitution and core American values. Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of the UC Berkeley Law School, is the author of “No Democracy Lasts Forever: How the Constitution Threatens the United States.”

In a New York Times op-ed, “The Constitution Is Broken and Should Not Be Reclaimed,” law professors Ryan D. Doerfler of Harvard and Samuel Moyn of Yale called for the nation to “reclaim America from constitutionalism.”

Commentator Jennifer Szalai has scoffed at what she called “Constitution worship.” “Americans have long assumed that the Constitution could save us,” she wrote. “A growing chorus now wonders whether we need to be saved from it.”

As intellectuals knock down our laws and Constitution, radicals are pouring into the breach. Political violence and rage rhetoric are becoming more common. Some liberals embraced groups like Antifa, while others shrugged off property damage and violent threats against political opponents. It is the very type of incitement or rage rhetoric that Democrats once accused Trump of fostering in groups like the Proud Boys.

Members of Congress such as Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) have called for Tesla CEO Elon Musk to betaken down and said that Democrats have to be OK with punching.” Some take such words as a justification to violently attack a system supposedly advancing the white supremacy or fascism. Fortunately, such violence has been confined so far to a minority of radicalized individuals, but there is an undeniable increase in such violent, threatening speech and in actual violence.

The one thing the American Jacobins will not admit is that they like the rage and the release that it brings them. From shoplifting to arson to attempted assassination, the rejection of our legal system brings them freedom to act outside of morality and to take whatever they want.

Democratic leaders see these “protests” as needed popularism to combat Trump — to make followers “strike ready” and “to stand up and fight back.”

For a politician, a mob can become irresistible if you can steer it against your opponents. The problem is controlling the mob once it has broken free of the bounds of legal and personal accountability.

PATHETIC: Journalists of White House Correspondents Association Considered a ‘Sit-In’ Protest Over Changes in Seating Chart

Jonathan Turley Op-ed: UW-EAU Department Chair Allegedly Destroys College Republican Table

Commentary by Jonathan Turley | April 3, 2025

Read more at https://jonathanturley.org/2025/04/03/uw-eau-department-chair-allegedly-destroys-college-republican-table/

We have been following the rise of political violence on the left since the Trump election. In reality, attacks on conservative and pro-life faculty and students is nothing new. Today, I am speaking at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill on free speech after a student recently trashed a pro-life table on the campus in Asheville. Now, on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a professor allegedly trashed a table of the College Republicans over their support for Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Brad Schimel. The accused José Felipe Alvergue, is not just a professor but the chair of the English department.

Tatiana Bobrowicz, the chair of the College Republicans at the school, said she set up the table supporting Schimel outside the student center about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, with candy, doughnuts and literature. Then a man walked up and demanded to know what they were doing. He accused them of being too close to a polling location (which was located in the nearby student center).

Bobrowicz tried to explain that they were not in violation (which allows for tables beyond 100 feet) and that location was approved by the university. She then said that the man declared “the time for this is over,” flipped the table over and then walked away.

Bobrowicz immediately called the police and the UW-Eau Claire identified the man as José Felipe Alvergue, the chair of the English department. He has been put on leave by the university.

In his university bio, Alvergue identifies as “a member of the Salvadoran diaspora.”  He adds this rather cryptic statement about “unlocking empathy”:

” I believe that we can’t unlock the empathy hidden behind words if we don’t understand what is at stake in the risk writers and artists take when they decide to transform the matter which makes up the world around them into the story words communicate.”

He is now charged with disorderly conduct, according to Wisconsin court records. While this is a relatively minor crime, it was a crime committed against both students and free speech on campus. He must appear for a court appearance on May 7. He would be hardly unique in advocating or even being convicted of political violence on campus.

It is now common to hear inflammatory language from professors advocating “detonating white people,” denouncing policecalling for Republicans to suffer,  strangling police officerscelebrating the death of conservativescalling for the killing of Trump supporters, supporting the murder of conservative protesters and other outrageous statements.

At the University of Rhode Island, professor Erik Loomis defended the murder of a conservative protester and said that he saw “nothing wrong” with such acts of violence. The University of Rhode Island was so appalled by his apparent support for political violence that it made him Director of Graduate Studies of History.

Years ago, many of us were shocked by the conduct of University of Missouri communications professor Melissa Click who directed a mob against a student journalist covering a Black Lives Matter event. Yet, Click was hired by Gonzaga University. Since that time, we have seen a steady stream of professors joining students in shouting down, committing property damageparticipating in riotsverbally attacking students, or even taking violent action in protests.

At the University of California Santa Barbara, professors actually rallied around feminist studies associate professor Mireille Miller-Young, who physically assaulted pro-life advocates and tore down their display.  Despite pleading guilty to criminal assault, she was not fired and received overwhelming support from the students and faculty. She was later honored as a model for women advocates.

At Hunter College in New York, Professor Shellyne Rodríguez was shown trashing a pro-life display of students.

She was captured on a videotape telling the students that “you’re not educating s–t […] This is f–king propaganda. What are you going to do, like, anti-trans next? This is bulls–t. This is violent. You’re triggering my students.”

Unlike the professor, the students remained calm and respectful. One even said “sorry” to the accusation that being pro-life was triggering for her students.

Rodríguez continued to rave, stating, “No you’re not — because you can’t even have a f–king baby. So, you don’t even know what that is. Get this s–t the f–k out of here.” In an Instagram post, she is then shown trashing the table. Hunter College, however, did not consider this unhinged attack to be sufficient to terminate Rodríguez.

It was only after she later chased reporters with a machete that the college fired Rodríguez. She was then hired by another college.

Another example comes from the State University of New York at Albany, where sociology professor Renee Overdyke shut down a pro-life display and then resisted arrest. One student is heard screaming, “She’s a [expletive] professor.” That of course is the point.

If convicted, Alvergue would be not just guilty of the underlying charge but committing political violence against students. There does not appear to have been mitigating circumstances or any provocation other than students who hold an opposing view from his own.

He then walked away rather than address the matter with the students and the authorities. If convicted, the question is whether conservative students should have to wait for Alvergue to find a way to “unlock [his] empathy” through what is clearly uncontrollable rage.

The Vultures Are Circling – And Democrats Taste Like Defeat

Kevin JacksonApril 1, 2025

 4 minutes read

Biden, Obama, leftists

FacebookTwitter

I feast on the carcasses of Democrats who have fallen on the battlefield against MAGA. I’ve developed a taste for their rancid meat.

And because Donald Trump decimated Democrats on November 5, and then again when he took the Oval Office back in January, there is plenty of Democrats meat to feed all the starving people in Ethiopia. Trump’s defeat of Democrats has left their party leaderless, as the party flails under the weight of its own incompetence.

After engineering Joe Biden’s fraudulent 2020 victory, Democrats undoubtedly patted themselves on the back, thinking they had secured permanent dominance. Game over for Trump, MAGA, and America, they smugly assumed. But hubris has a way of biting back—hard.

Needless to say, Democrats would probably take back their decision to oust Trump in 2020 and imprison innocent American citizens if given the chance. Because that shallow victory will go down in history as the worst decision ever.

Democrats rang the bell, and MAGA stepped into the ring and delivered a knockout.

Biden’s Weakness Was Just the Beginning

Joe Biden was undoubtedly the weakest leader in modern history, possibly ever. Like most of his life, he fooled himself into believing he was qualified, that he had the fortitude for leadership. He failed himself, his party, and the country.

And now, the old guard is crumbling under pressure.

Chuck Schumer has come under fire, ostensibly for refusing to shut down the government in a performative stand against Republican spending bills. But as I’ve written elsewhere, the real issue is deeper than the obvious Democrat ploy suggests: Democrats are sick of the same tired faces running their party into the ground.

Speaking of tired old faces, Nancy Pelosi—the queen of backroom power plays—has reportedly advised Schumer to step aside and for Hakeem Jeffries to take the reins.

According to CNN:

Nancy Pelosi privately offered some advice for Hakeem Jeffries as Democrats devolved into bitter infighting over a government funding bill reviled by much of their party.

“Use your power,” she told him in an hour-long sit down in his office earlier this month, telling Jeffries to flex his muscle with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and sharpen their party’s strategy with a shutdown looming, according to a person briefed on their conversation.

Imagine wanting a weakling like Hakeem Jeffries to take the lead?

Jeffries: A Leader in Title Only

Remember when Biden was visibly incapacitated, slurring through speeches, and stumbling off stages? Jeffries didn’t just stand by him—he propped him up like a Weekend at Bernie’s corpse. He lacked the courage for a political mercy killing, proving he’s more follower than leader.

Watch Jeffries in any high-stakes meeting, and he looks as lost as last year’s Easter eggs. The man isn’t a leader—he’s an affirmative action appointment, hailed as a “powerful fundraiser” because he knows how to funnel cash through LLCs and NGOs.

The CNN article continues:

And in the aftermath of Jeffries breaking with Schumer over the GOP funding bill, and as Trump challenges the limits of his power, House Democrats say it’s Jeffries’ time to step up and help articulate a badly needed vision for a party in crisis, according to interviews with more than two dozen members and operatives.

“We need to have a strategy, and it can’t be surrender,” Rep. Jared Huffman of California said in an interview. As for Jeffries, he said: “I think he understood the moment.”

Democrats, in their infinite delusion, believe their abysmal polling is because they haven’t “stopped Trump”. They desperately crave a figurehead to rally behind.

Here’s a suggestion for Jeffries: He’s the Black guy in the Hollywood horror film—which means he’s the first to die.

Democrats’ Self-Inflicted Crisis

Democrats are at historic lows with the American public because their policies are insane. The longer it takes them to realize this, the better for Republicans.

Rep. Debbie Dingell of Michigan whined:

“We gotta show people we are willing to stand up,” adding that Democrats have to be willing to cut waste and fraud” but also defend key government programs.

“People are scared, they are angry,” she said. “We have to protect the programs that people rely on.”

Hear that dog whistle? Democrats aren’t protecting anything—they’re manufacturing outrage to distract from their failures.

Meanwhile, President Trump has practically sealed the border and dropped inflation faster than a Leftist woman’s panties at a Weinstein casting party. Next, he may soon end Biden’s disastrous Ukraine money pit—cutting off a key Democrat cash pipeline.

Worse for them, Trump is dismantling their internal war machine against the American people—defanging USAID, exposing ActBlue’s money laundering, and systematically undoing the Deep State’s grip.

Jeffries was handed an impossible job: stopping a political Superman.

Jeffries’ Moment of Truth—And Failure

The article explains:

In his third year leading House Democrats, Jeffries is now facing his biggest national moment yet. And it comes at a politically vulnerable time for him personally. Before Schumer’s crisis of confidence, Jeffries’ leadership had also been the subject of questions from a divided House caucus and party base.

“He’s never been in the position like this before,” said one senior House Democratic member, who said Jeffries “has had to adjust” and has been “slow” at times to tap into the anger from the Democratic base.

Translation: Jeffries is in over his head.

Democrats can no longer contain their internal strife, and we’re only a couple of months into Trump’s second term. Let me confidently remind every Leftist: Things will get worse for you. Add a few high-profile perp walks for election interference or other Democrat crimes, and the party may retreat into its rat holes for a decade.

The Democrats’ Sinking Ship

Hakeem Jeffries isn’t just weak—he’s emblematic of a party that has lost its way. Democrats don’t need a new leader; they need a new ideology. Until then, they’ll keep flailing, while Trump and MAGA keep winning.

And Jeffries? He’ll just keep being the guy in the room who looks like he forgot why he walked in.

A.F. Branco Cartoon – Those affiliated with the Democrat Party far surpass the Republican affiliates when it comes to violence, rioting, and destruction. Most, if not all, the left-wing violence is astroturf-funded by Democrat leftist groups to give the appearance of a ground-up operation. New evidence says otherwise.

Attorney General Pam Bondi Announces Federal Charges Against Colorado Tesla Firebomber (VIDEO)

By Cristina Laila – The Gateway Pundit – Mar 31, 2025

US Attorney General Pam Bondi on Monday afternoon announced federal charges against another Tesla firebomber.
This time, the Justice Department unsealed federal charges against Cooper Frederick, 24, in the firebombing of the Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado.
The Loveland Tesla dealership was targeted by vandals numerous times in the last few weeks.
One of the suspects, Cooper Frederick, targeted the Loveland Tesla dealership with an ‘incendiary device’ on March 7.
Frederick was arrested on March 14 and charged with second-degree arson, use of explosives or incendiary devices during a felony, criminal mischief and others crimes, NBC 15 reported.
On Monday Pam Bondi warned others who are thinking about participating in acts of ‘domestic terrorism’ against Tesla properties as she announced charges against Cooper Frederick. READ MORE

The Violent Left’s Tesla Tantrums and Their Psychotic Rampages

By: Kevin Jackson | March 29, 2025

The Psychology of Mindless Vandalism

I’ve never keyed a car. Growing up poor teaches you the value of things—you don’t destroy what others worked for, even when furious. Sure, I’ve wanted to. Like when some smug jerk stole the parking spot I’d waited 10 minutes for, engine idling, blinker flashing like a damn lighthouse. But I didn’t. Because adults don’t throw tantrums over petty slights.

Yet today, Teslas are being keyed, torched, and firebombed by people who’ve never met the owners. These vandals aren’t reacting to personal wrongs—they’re attacking symbols. A Tesla isn’t just a car to them; it’s a stand-in for Elon Musk, “tech bros,” or capitalism itself. This isn’t anger; it’s ideological possession.

The Escalating Insanity

The crimes are getting bolder. Last week, the Department of Justice announced charges against three individuals who attacked Tesla.

  • In Salem, Oregon, a man armed with an AR-15 hurled eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership.
  • In Loveland, Colorado, a Leftist tried to burn Teslas—police found bomb-making materials in his home.
  • In Charleston, South Carolina, a man firebombed Tesla chargers, leaving profane anti-Trump notes as his manifesto.

This isn’t random hooliganism. It’s coordinated rage, fueled by a movement that glorifies destruction as “justice.”

The Left’s Hypocrisy on Violence

Democrats shriek about “right-wing extremism” while their own movement literally burns cities and glorifies murderers.

  • Summer 2020: After George Floyd’s death (a career criminal high on fentanyl), Leftists rioted in over 140 cities, causing $2 billion in damages. CNN called it “fiery but mostly peaceful protest.”
  • Luigi Mangione (December 2023): This Leftist activist gunned down an insurance executive in broad daylight. Progressive media nuanced the murder, with pundits suggesting the victim “represented healthcare greed.”
  • Portland Autonomous Zone (2022): Leftist militants seized city blocks, assaulted journalists, and firebombed federal buildings—yet the DOJ prosecuted fewer than 10% of arrestees.

Meanwhile, when conservatives disagree with a company (Target, Bud Light), we boycott. When Leftists lose an argument, they reach for a brick and a gasoline can.

The Psychological Playbook

Why do they do it? Science has answers:

  1. Displaced Aggression (Dollard et al., 1939)
    • They’re mad at “the system,” but since they can’t burn down capitalism, they torch Teslas instead.
  2. Moral Disengagement (Bandura, 1999)
    • They tell themselves: “Elon is a Nazi!” or “This is for the planet!” to justify arson.
  3. Deindividuation (Festinger et al., 1952)
    • In mobs (or online echo chambers), they lose all shame. “Everyone’s doing it—why shouldn’t I?”
  4. Ideological Possession (Hoffer, 1951)
    • They’re not thinking—they’re believing. Tesla = evil, so destroying it = holy.

This Isn’t Normal Crime—It’s Political Warfare

Random car keying’s? Annoying. Organized firebombings? Domestic terrorism. Biden’s DOJ treated January 6 protesters like Al-Qaeda but yawns as Leftists literally make bombs. The media to this day commits to the lie of J6 but expresses little outrage to the domestic terrorists torching Tesla dealerships.

If this were MAGA fans torching Priuses, CNN would demand martial law. But since it’s their side? Mostly crickets.

And what if it escalates to direct attacks on people driving Teslas?

The Left’s Cult of Destruction

This isn’t about cars. It’s about what happens when ideology replaces morality—when people are trained to see violence as virtuous. The Tesla vandals aren’t rebels. They’re brainwashed foot soldiers in a movement that rewards destruction.

And until the FBI starts treating them like the terrorists they are, it’ll only get worse.

It is Not “Karma,” It is a Crime: The Curious Silence Over Political Violence in New York

By. Jonathan Turley | March 26, 2025

Read more at https://jonathanturley.org/2025/03/26/it-is-not-karma-it-is-a-crime-the-curious-silence-over-political-violence-in-new-york/

Yesterday, there was a curious aspect to the coverage of the video of a woman attacking a young man for wearing a MAGA hat. Ignored by many mainstream outlets, conservative news sites described the woman as a “Karen” who got “karma.” The video below was viewed as a funny payback as the woman fell while chasing the man from the New York subway car. However, the incident is not karma but a crime. This is political violence perpetrated on the New York subway, and yet no one in New York seems to be calling for the arrest of this person.

If you watch the video, the woman starts by harassing the young man in the subway car. She is shown yelling, “If you f—-ing voted for Trump, you’re a racist!… He’s a racist!”

One can dismiss the verbal attacks as an exercise of free speech. However, she then grabs and comes into contact with the young man (around the 45 second mark) as she chases him from the car:

I get the sense of karma as the woman does a face plant on the subway platform while trying to continue her attack on the fleeing individual. However, this should be neither funny nor acceptable. It is political violence, and the woman appears to believe that she has a license in New York City to assault anyone wearing a MAGA hat.

This is where what I call “rage rhetoric” turns into political violence. As I wrote in my book, “The indispensable Right,” that is the curious aspect of rage:

“What few today want to admit is that they like it. They like the freedom that it affords, the ability to hate and harass without a sense of responsibility. It is evident all around us as people engage in language and conduct that they repudiate in others. We have become a nation of rage addicts; flailing against anyone or anything that stands in opposition to our own truths.

“Like all addictions, there is not only a dependency on rage but an intolerance for opposing views. The difference between rage and reason is often one’s own views. If one agrees with underlying grievance, rage is viewed as passion or justified fury at injustice. If one disagrees with those views, it takes on a more threatening and unhinged quality. We seem to spend much of our time today raging at each other. Despite the amplification of views on both sides, there is also an increasing intolerance for opposing views. Those views are treated as simply harmful and offensive—and, therefore, intolerable. Indeed, to voice free speech principles in a time of rage is to invite the rage of the mob.”

There should be zero tolerance for political violence like this on New York subways. Answer me this: if this was a man chasing and assaulting a woman from a subway car for wearing a Harris-Walz hat, would there be the same relative silence in terms of an investigation and criminal charges?

When this person moved from verbal assaults to actual physical assaults, it became a crime, not karma.

The problem is that New York only has an assault law, not a battery law. You can pursue battery as a civil tort in New York, but few Trump supporters would have faith in receiving a fair hearing before a New York jury on such a case.

The New York assault law allows for third degrees of assault charges. However, even the lowest charge of assault in the third degree requires that the individual intentionally or recklessly causes physical injury to another person.

§ 120.00 Assault in the third degree.

A person is guilty of assault in the third degree when:
1. With intent to cause physical injury to another person, he causes such injury to such person or to a third person; or
2. He recklessly causes physical injury to another person; or
3. With criminal negligence, he causes physical injury to another person by means of a deadly weapon or a dangerous instrument.
Assault in the third degree is a class A misdemeanor.

This could be established by the fact that she appears to grab and possibly strike the victim. However, the law is vague, and prosecutors could claim that the touching was insufficient to bring a viable case.

There is also criminal harassment under Penal § 240.26:

§ 240.26 Harassment in the second degree.

A person is guilty of harassment in the second degree when, with intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person:
1. He or she strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects such other person to physical contact, or attempts or threatens to do the same; or
2. He or she follows a person in or about a public place or places; or
3. He or she engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which alarm or seriously annoy such other person, and which serve no legitimate purpose.

Harassment in the second degree is a violation.

I have always had qualms about some of this language in terms of vagueness and free speech, particularly subsection 3. However, subsection 1 clearly applies to physical assaults for the purpose of harassment.

The point is that police have the ability to charge this type of political violence. Yet, there is nothing but crickets from Democratic New York politicians and prosecutors. A video shows a citizen being struck and chased from the subway for wearing a MAGA hat and it is either ignored or treated as another humorous event on the New York subway system.

When did political violence become just a cost of riding the subway for conservatives or libertarians? The lack of outrage shows how this age of rage has dulled our senses to such extreme conduct. This is about conduct not speech. When this person went from raving to assault, she crossed over into the criminal code. The problem is that such protections are only meaningful if New York prosecutors and police are prepared to enforce them.

I hope that the NYPD will take this seriously and announce a search for this culprit. Otherwise, the enforcement of the criminal code becomes little more than a matter of fleeting karma.

Greg Gutfeld on Attacks on Teslas: Democrats Don’t Realize the Only Thing They’re Burning Down is ‘Their F**ked Up Party’ (VIDEO)

Mike LaChance – The Gateway Pundit – March 22, 2025

During a recent monologue on this show, Greg Gutfeld addressed the leftist attacks on Tesla cars, owners and dealerships.
Gutfeld suggests that the attacks demonstrate that the left never really cared about climate change, which certainly seems accurate.
Greg goes on to say that in the end, these attacks are going to hurt the Democrats more than they hurt Elon Musk.
“Why is it whenever Dems get excited they egg on destruction? And what burns is the very thing they claim to champion. Post George Floyd, it was minority businesses, a billion dollars worth, and here it’s electric cars, the holy grail in their divine crusade to save the planet.” READ MORE

Why Violence Is An Inevitable Outcome Of Critical Race Theory

Our nation has been rocked by at least two significant acts of domestic terrorism in a five-month span. Last week, Frank James opened fire in a New York City subway, injuring 23 people. In November, Darrell Brooks drove his SUV through a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, killing 6 people and injuring 60 others.

Both perpetrators are black, which is a bit unusual given that mass shootings have historically been perpetrated by white men. More significantly, both Brooks and James had expressed radical views on social media advocating violence towards whites in the lead-up to their attacks, strongly suggesting race relations were a key motive for their acts of violence. (Naturally, the mainstream media has neglected to find out if it was indeed their motivation).

Ditto for Quintez Brown, a Black Lives Matter activist who was charged with the attempted assassination of Louisville mayoral candidate Craig Greenberg in February, and Micah Johnson, who killed five Dallas police officers in 2016. Meanwhile, public perceptions about the state of race relations in the country have plummeted.

These anecdotes, particularly during increasing dissemination of critical race theory (CRT), suggest CRT has been a detriment to racial progress rather than a force for good. The harmful impacts of CRT on race relations are unsurprising when considering several of its basic tenets.

CRT Teaches America Is Racist

The New York Times Magazine’s “1619 Project,” the brainchild of Nikole Hannah-Jones, expresses a historical view in which America’s true founding was in 1619, the year African slaves were first brought to the United States. American history is thus viewed and analyzed through a lens of anti-black racism.

For example, Hannah-Jones controversially asserts that the Revolutionary War was primarily fought to preserve slavery, argues that the U.S. Constitution was meticulously crafted to establish a “slavocracy,” and criticizes Abraham Lincoln’s approach to the issue of slavery and race. Similarly, a report last June from our very own National Archives argued that America’s founding documents are steeped in “systemic racism.”

Philadelphia-based attorney and radio host Michael Coard perhaps best sums up the CRT view of American history, as he decried the Fourth of July as “a celebration of kidnapping, transporting/buying/selling human beings, separating families, torture, whippings, rapes, castrations, lynchings and enslavement.” The conclusion, then, is that the history of slavery persists, impacting all aspects of American life to this very day.

CRT Teaches American Government Is Racist

The Constitution remains the law of the land, and if you believe that the Constitution is racist, then it follows that the American system of government, which is based on the Constitution, is also racist. This is a core argument of CRT: American institutions, including the Electoral College, the Senate, and the Second Amendment have all recently been attacked as systemically racist to justify their abolition.

In the words of The Nation’s Elie Mystal,“[t]he Constitution is kind of trash… It was written by slavers and colonists, and white people who were willing to make deals with slavers and colonists. They didn’t ask anybody who looked like me what they thought about the Constitution.”

Allegations of widespread government-sanctioned suppression of minority voters also continue to persist. Therefore, according to CRT, minorities are forced to live in a system designed to oppress them, and the system is too flawed to allow for any reform internally.

CRT: Non-Whites Cannot Succeed Within the System

Perhaps most important to CRT and “wokeness” is the tenet that you cannot truly be successful as a minority in America. This was most clearly illustrated in a July 2020 display at the National Museum of African American History and Culture, which accredited several objective measures of successful behavior (e.g. hard work, planning for the future, delayed gratification, the scientific method) as part of “White Culture.”

Minorities who achieve wealth and/or educational success in the United States are openly attacked as exhibiting “white characteristics” or “acting white.” Successful African-Americans who don’t adhere to every woke political or social stereotype are quickly dismissed as “cornball brothers,” “oreos,” or “Uncle Toms.”

Thus, success for minorities in America is not taken as evidence of racial progress, but as a sign of conformity with “white” values and a betrayal of racial identity.

That Leaves Violence as the Only Option

If you wholeheartedly believe in those three statements, violence inevitably becomes your only option for progress. You live in an oppressive society, with built-in systems of oppression that prevent you from altering that society, and have no way to be successful within the system while staying true to yourself. Your only alternative is to destroy that system.

That is the thought process that Brooks and James expressed. “White people and Black people should not have any contact with each other,” James argued. A June 2020 tweet by Brooks was even more direct: “[W]hen we start bakk knokkin white people TF out ion wanna hear it…the old white ppl 2, KNOKK DEM TF OUT!! PERIOD.”

Of course, the leaders of the CRT movement who craft these beliefs and pass them on to others clearly don’t believe their own teachings. Prominent CRT figures such as Ibram KendiPatrisse Cullors, and Robin DiAngelo have achieved tremendous financial and professional success within the very systems they rail against. They are able to live in upscale neighborhoods and run in social circles that are far removed from the violence and poverty that plague many minority neighborhoods.

The corporate, educational, and entertainment institutions that score public relationship points by peddling CRT propaganda are similarly largely insulated from the harm that their teachings cause. Unfortunately for passengers on the New York subway and parade-goers in Waukesha, some people believe in CRT wholeheartedly, and thus embrace violence as the ultimate solution to systemic racism.

Mollie Hemingway Op-ed: Pelosi Owns the J6 Commission, And That’s Why It Failed

Commentary by: MOLLIE HEMINGWAY | JANUARY 05, 2022

Read more at https://thefederalist.com/2022/01/05/pelosi-owns-the-j6-commission-and-thats-why-it-failed/

Nancy Pelosi in a mask

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 Commission was supposed to help Democrats hold onto their slim majority during tough 2022 midterm elections. Instead, it stumbled out of the gate, failed to gain legitimacy among the public, and has been plagued with serious legal and ethical problems.

Pelosi’s decision to politically exploit the riot at the Capitol was a no-brainer. Democrats nearly lost the chamber in 2020 when Democrats took control of the Senate and presidency. The president’s party almost always loses significant numbers of House seats during midterm elections. The only time that didn’t happen in recent history was 2002, following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Pelosi understandably felt her best bet to preserve power was, with a massive assist from left-wing media, to somehow turn disgruntled Donald Trump supporters’ riot at the Capitol into the next 9/11.

There were massive problems with the scheme. For one thing, Republicans had immediately and vociferously denounced the riot. This was a far cry from the Summer of Violence, when Democrats and their media enablers cheered as leftist groups destroyed sectors of cities throughout the country, resulting in “some 15 times more injured police officers, 23 times as many arrests, and estimated damages in dollar terms up to 1,300 times more costly than those of the Capitol riot.”

Democrats did not condemn these serious and lengthy attacks on the White House, federal courthouses, police buildings, private businesses, and homes. Instead, they joined with the rioters in calling for the defunding of police and other radical measures.

The riots were the result of a deeply destructive lie, pushed by top Democrats, that the country and its policing are irredeemably evil and racist. What’s more, any and all attempts to quell the siege of federal buildings were condemned in the most hysterical terms by Pelosi and other Democrats.

Kamala Harris, then a senator from California and the Democrats’ vice-presidential nominee, supported bailing out rioters who destroyed much of Minneapolis. Pelosi pooh-poohed the destruction of federal statues and historical markers. Republicans had consistently opposed political violence, beginning in the summer of 2020, but Democrats had not.

Still, the plan might have worked had Pelosi put together a decent committee. Yet she made several critical errors if she hoped it would be taken seriously.

Consider, first, how Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy managed a similarly important committee with a confidence that Pelosi has lacked.

Democrats threw together their first impeachment of President Trump in 2019 after their long-promised Russia collusion impeachment fell apart due to lack of evidence. Democrats and their media enablers had been claiming for years that Trump was an illegitimate president, and some Republicans had helped them in their general efforts to oust him. McCarthy had a difficult task, knowing that Republican voters weren’t nearly so weak as some of their leaders and would desert the party if it helped Democrats impeach President Trump.

McCarthy was constrained by Democrats’ avoidance of the Judiciary Committee as the venue for the impeachment investigation. Pelosi was concerned that Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-New York, didn’t have what it would take to run impeachment. Impeachment was instead run through the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, then led by Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.

That committee included a few Republican members known for opposing Trump, such as Rep. Will Hurd, R-Texas. He and Mike Conaway, also of Texas, had already announced they weren’t running again. Some were urging McCarthy to remove Hurd and replace him with someone else. But McCarthy let everyone who wanted stay, while also encouraging any members who enjoyed performing oversight of the intelligence community but didn’t want to take part in an impeachment circus to step away temporarily. When Rep. Rick Crawford, R-Arizona, graciously agreed to such a move, McCarthy replaced him with Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio.

Even that choice showed McCarthy’s confidence, since both McCarthy and Jordan had run for the top leadership spot not long prior. Jordan had also successfully helped block McCarthy from becoming speaker a few years prior. But once McCarthy was made Republican leader, he made Jordan the top Republican on the House’s Oversight and Reform Committee, even over the objections of his supporters on the Steering Committee.

The diverse Republican group on the Intelligence Committee ran an effective opposition, even with Schiff and Pelosi manipulating the proceedings for maximum gain. In the end, Republicans held together, with not a single member of the conference voting to impeach Trump over his phone call with the Ukraine president. It was significant that conservatives and moderates all agreed the charges didn’t pass muster. In the Senate, only Sen. Mitt Romney of Utah fell for the impeachment trial as led by Schiff, leading to Trump’s first acquittal.

By contrast, Pelosi’s roster management has been something of a disaster.

Chairman Bennie Thompson of Mississippi is not even pretending to aim for impartiality and is not well versed in due process. He filed a lawsuit against Trump months before Pelosi chose him as her chairman. And he recently told rabid MSNBC conspiracy theorist Rachel Maddow that if you invoke your constitutional rights against being forced to testify, you are “part and parcel guilty” of crimes.

Pelosi picked Schiff for the committee despite — or perhaps because of — his years of fabulism and lies concerning the Russia collusion hoax. Schiff falsely claimed for years that he had secret evidence that Trump had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election, leaked fake Donald Trump, Jr. emails, fabricated the transcript of a 2019 phone call between former President Donald Trump and Ukraine’s president, and lied about his interactions with the so-called whistleblower behind House Democrats’ first impeachment of Trump.

Far from protecting members from the politicized committee, Pelosi also harmed a few vulnerable members by putting them on it. Rep. Stephanie Murphy, D-Florida, was viewed as a “rising star” in the party, even being floated in May as a tough potential opponent for Republican Sen. Marco Rubio. But a few weeks ago, she announced she would not even try to win re-election for her House seat.

Rep. Elaine Luria of Virginia is also facing a tough re-election race, in a district the Republican governor-elect just won. Her seat is being targeted by Republicans. Being part of a uniparty probe with ethical problems can not be helping.

Pelosi’s fatal error, however, was blowing up her own committee by taking what she herself admitted was the “unprecedented” step of removing the Republican ranking member and another top member from it. Pelosi said that she would not allow Rep. Jim Banks, R-Indiana, a distinguished Afghanistan veteran and leader of the Republican Study Committee, from serving. She also banned Jordan, now ranking member of the Judiciary Committee.

Pelosi later claimed the members’ concerns with the integrity of the 2020 election were the reason. But that made no sense, since she appointed Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Maryland, and he objected to Trump’s election in 2017. Pelosi herself objected to President George W. Bush’s election in 2004 and said there was “no question” that the 2016 election was “hijacked.”

The resolution establishing the committee requires the committee to follow House rules on the ranking member and minority party representation. But since Pelosi removed the ranking member, its subpoena and deposition activities are at best questionable, and at worst illicit.

Worse, the committee has been falsely claiming to witnesses to have ranking representation. Pelosi’s hand-selected “co-chair” is Liz Cheney of Wyoming, who is expected to lose her re-election bid in a few months. The Republican Party of Wyoming does not recognize her as a member, and she lost her Republican leadership position last year because of her vindictive obsession with fighting Trump, whose less interventionist foreign policy she regularly opposed during his time in office.

Known for being a primary pusher of the false “Russian bounties” claim, Cheney has falsely been presented as the ranking member of the committee. She is not. She was chosen even before the Republican-appointed members were removed by Pelosi.

After Pelosi removed the choices of the Republican conference, she added another hand-selected “Republican” to represent her Democratic conference. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Illinois, also announced he would decline to run for re-election, rather than face defeat from his voters. No Republican-appointed member serves on the committee.

Pelosi wanted to run the commission as a star chamber, and that’s precisely how it’s being run. It’s being used to persecute political opponents, violate due process, and obtain the private communications of Republican members, citizens, and journalists. It has been exposed for repeatedly fabricating evidence. And Pelosi herself has blocked the release of evidence implicating her office in mishandling security at the Capitol.

Pelosi is expected to step down from Congress following her lame-duck term and expected loss of the majority in November. Her handling of her J6 Committee shows she has lost her leadership skills and lacks the confidence necessary to run such a political operation.

Nolte: Media-Approved Hate Crimes Against Trump Supporters Explode Post-Acquittal

Nothing proves “silence is consent” more than the media establishment’s revealing indifference in the face of a recent wave of violent attacks and threats against Trump supporters.

First, a little background…

As of March of 2019, Breitbart News documented 332 separate, media-approved political hate crimes committed against Trump supporters. This list includes physical assaults, vandalism, and the open encouragement of violence against individuals and groups based only on their personal beliefs. Sadly, through its deafening silence and indifference, the corporate media not only give consent to commit acts of political violence against those of us on the right, as we have seen on countless occasions — especially at the far-left CNN — the media regularly encourage and openly call for violence against Trump and his supporters. And now the violence is once again exploding…

With the Russia Collusion Hoax exposed, President Trump forever acquitted of a frame-job impeachment, a Democrat presidential field filled with hapless, white, decrepit millionaires and billionaires; the president piling up a list of solid accomplishments and his re-election looking more likely by the day, the impotent rage of the media is increasing, and this is obviously spilling over into the public at large, which is why we have seen at least seven hate crimes against Trump supporters in just over a week.

  • February 9, 2020: Man Arrested for Driving Car Through GOP Voter Registration Booth

Witnesses told JSO that a man in his 20s driving an older brown Chevy van pulled up to the tent before driving through, running over their tables and chairs. Volunteers for the Republican Party were registering people to vote.

No volunteers were hurt, according to JSO. Witnesses said the driver of the van, stopped the vehicle, got out of the van and took a video while making obscene gestures before he left.

The vandalism occurred around 2:37 a.m. Saturday. Surveillance video picked up a vehicle parking in the lot outside the building. A man walked out of the vehicle with a can of spray paint in his hands, went over to the front of the building and spray-painted the words “Still Traitors” in yellow and gold paint on the stucco front of the headquarters.

  • February 10, 2020: California GOP Headquarters Vandalized for Sixth Time in Two Years

The latest act of vandalism at the Humboldt County Republican headquarters in Eureka is the sixth of its kind in just two years, though the damage this time may be far more costly than prior incidents, the party’s local chair said Monday.

“This was above and beyond anything that’s happened before,” said John Schutt. “Windows were broken and the suspect had thrown rocks, too. He poured liquid on merchandise .. a lot of stuff was destroyed that way.”

  • February 12, 2020: UC Santa Cruz College Republican Display Destroyed and Vandalized

A 14-year-old high school student wearing a “Make America Hat Again” hat was struck and called a “fascist” while leaving a New Hampshire polling place Tuesday night with the father of his friend, authorities said.

Windham Police Capt. Bryan Smith confirmed the details of the incident to Pluralist and said an investigation was underway but would not comment further.

  • February 13, 2020: Man Threatens to Cut Throats of Arizona State Students for Trump Event

According to reports, the former cop, Daniel Sprague, was celebrating his 50th birthday at The Stage bar on Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee, and donned a red “Make Fifty Great Again” hat given to him by his wife.

Sprague told WSMV that people came up to him and were “just loving the little word play on the hat and taking pictures and wishing me happy birthday.” However, Sprague claims one woman approached him and ultimately punched him in the face, grabbing his hat and shouting, “How dare you.”

When a rodeo clown in Nowheresville, Nowhere, puts on an Obama mask, the media destroy his reputation and career.

When some guy makes a video mocking CNN, the Hate Network destroys his life by threatening to doxx him.

When the media want certain behavior to stop, they launch jihads.

But when Trump supporters, including children, are physically assaulted, the media shrug, and that shrug is a wink, a nod of approval, a way of saying, Carry on, we’re on your side. You heroes have nothing to fear from us.

The corporate media are a danger to every law-abiding American citizen, and their embrace of violence against us, their encouragement of that violence, will only get worse as the 2020 race heats up.

And never forget that as the media encourage this violence against us, they also seek to disarm us.

During an interview with Breitbart News’s James Delingpole, political commentator Andy Ngo explained the ideology of the Antifa movement, and the group’s belief that it is pushing America towards a civil war.

During a conversation with Breitbart News’s James Delingpole, political commentator Andy Ngo offered some of his thoughts on the ideology behind Antifa’s violence. Ngo claims that Antifa, which believes that America is currently living under the fascistic dictatorship of President Donald Trump, wants to catapult society into a civil war.

“There is a symbiotic relationship between extreme anarchists and hardcore communists. And the violence they do on the street is towards furthering their war. They are actually trying to agitate for a revolution. So from the outside it may seem like stupid street violence and vandalism but they really believe that we are living in the latter days of fascism,” Ngo said. “The conflict is going to happen in the future by bringing these brutal forms of violence, either against the state, individuals, or property. Instead of inching closer and closer to that final, climatic battle, it’s going to make us run quicker there.”

Ngo argued that Americans should not allow “Antifa” to falsely declare that they are society’s guardians against fascism. “We have authorities or academics have the frameworks for researching violent extremist ideologies and I’d like to see that applied to Antifa. I think, in some ways, how they organize has many parallels to Islamism,” Ngo continued. “So I don’t see them as just a benign movement of so-called antifascists. I mean, I don’t even give them that propaganda win of calling them antifascists. I say “Antifa” because I want to separate that from antifascism, which to the average person would sound like a very noble thing.”

In June, Breitbart News reported that Ngo was assaulted by several Antifa protesters during a street rally in Portland. “I just got beat up by the crowd, with no police at all, in the middle of the street,” Ngo said during a livestream on June 29.
