Tucker Carlson: ‘Don’t Know’ Why Fired by Fox

Tucker Carlson says he “doesn’t know” why he was fired by Fox News but that he isn’t angry about it.

“Honestly, I don’t know,” Carlson said during an appearance Friday on actor Russell Brand’s podcast, “Stay Free,” the TV host’s first public interview since being fired by Fox in April. “They didn’t agree with me, of course, I don’t think.”

“It’s not the first time I’ve been fired … when you say what you think there’s an expectation you can get fired. I didn’t expect to get fired that morning at all, so I was shocked. But I wasn’t really shocked … I wasn’t mad,” he added.

“The only thing that bothers me? I’m 54. When you get a little bit older … you can lose your drive … It’s a little bit too nice,” he said of his extended vacation in Maine filled with fishing and late breakfasts. “My only fear has been … being a little bit too happy.”

Carlson during the wide-ranging interview also discussed the 2024 presidential election, electronic voting machines, the Jan. 6 Capitol incident, President Joe Biden’s immigration policies, and his new broadcasts on Twitter.

“Trump is the only person … who is saying: ‘Wait a second. You know, why are we supporting an endless war in Ukraine?'” he said of Trump’s criticism of the U.S.’s involvement.

“All I can say at this point is I’m so grateful that he has that position. He’s right. And everyone in Washington is wrong, everyone,” Carlson continued.

“Trump is right on that question … the war is reshaping the world. It’s reshaping the economy of the world. It’s reshaping populations,” he went on. “Later, Carlson said that U.S. had an unique power to force a peace in the conflict, but the powers that be refuse to do so.”

On immigration, Carlson said the Biden administration’s approach to the issue is “designed to wreck the country and make it unstable.”

“I’m not against immigrants, that’s insane. The way the U.S. is doing immigration is designed to wreck the country … and add to racial division which I hate because it’s not solvable. Our leaders not only want racial conflict but are stoking it,” he said.

He also said he was “hurt” the first time he was called a white supremacist.

The interview comes a week after Fox News paid $12 million to settle a former producer’s lawsuit claiming that Carlson’s show was an abusive place to work.

Biden personally thanks Coast Guard hurricane hero who will be fired in a matter of days because of president’s vaccine policy

By PAUL SACCA | October 02, 2022

President Joe Biden personally congratulated a U.S. Coast Guard rescue swimmer for saving lives of victims of Hurricane Ian in southwest Florida. However, the Coast Guard hero said he is about to be discharged because of Biden’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccine order for the U.S. military.

On Thursday, there were areas ravaged by Hurricane Ian that were only accessible by aircraft. Coast Guard members flew to the coastal areas destroyed by the Category 4 hurricane from the air station in Clearwater, Florida. For more than eight hours, the teams ventured into the hurricane-ravaged areas in Fort Myers and Naples – where they rescued 15 people and several pets.

One of the Coast Guard heroes is rescue swimmer and aviation survival technician second class Zach Loesch. He reportedly kicked through a wall to pull out a disabled woman and her husband – who were marooned in their storm-smashed home.

“I’m just trying to smile and be happy and show up to them as a light at the end of their dark day,” Loesch told WFLA. “A lot of them are desperate and need help and in despair. Everything they know is gone, and when they’re leaving with us it may be the last time they see their house.”

President Biden personally congratulated Loesch for his bravery in rescuing helpless people stranded in southwest Florida.

“I told him how proud of him I was and thanked him for all the work he and his Coasties are doing to save lives,” Biden said.

The White House added, “The President thanked them for saving lives and asked for a report on the work that continues to rescue Floridians. He also asked if they needed any additional support that he can provide to accelerate successful rescues; they indicated they have gotten what they need to execute their vital mission.”

However, Loesch is reportedly one of the dedicated federal employees who are being discharged from their jobs over the Biden administration’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccine policy for the U.S. military. Loesch will reportedly be kicked out of the Coast Guard within 30 to 60 days for not being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Loesch said that he submitted a request for a religious exemption, but it was denied. His appeal was also denied. Loesch allegedly told journalist Kristina Wong, “If I had asked any of the people I saved yesterday if they wanted to come with me even though I am unvaccinated, every single one of them would have said ‘yes.’ It just sucks that he thanked me yet his vaccine mandate is what’s kicking me out.”

Republican lawmakers pushed back on Biden’s mandatory shots.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) remarked, “Joe Biden said it himself — COVID is over. Yet, he is still firing our brave men and women who serve our nation, like Coast Guard Rescue Swimmer Zach Loesch. Zach kicked through a wall to save an elderly couple trapped due to Hurricane Ian.”

Last month, Biden declared that the COVID-19 “pandemic is over.”

Rep. Mike Waltz (R-Fla.) told the Daily Mail, “This will cripple our ability to effectively respond to the next natural disaster if the Biden Administration doesn’t reverse course. We need more service members like Zach Loesch who put their life on the line to save others – not less. And with the military’s current recruiting crisis, these skills will be extremely difficult to replace.”

As of September 2022, there are 2,632 members of the Coast Guard who are not fully vaccinated.

Last month, a lawsuit was filed on behalf of approximately 1,200 Coast Guard members against the Biden administration for denying religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Police officer fired for donating to Rittenhouse defense roars back after not-guilty verdict, wants job back

Reported by CHRIS ENLOE | November 21, 2021

The Virginia police officer who abruptly lost his job after it was revealed he donated to Kyle Rittenhouse’s defense fund wants his job back after a jury concluded that Rittenhouse acted in self-defense and declared him not guilty of murder.

Norfolk Police Lt. William Kelly was fired in April after the Guardian revealed the names of police officers and other public officials who donated to Rittenhouse’s legal defense fund. Kelly reportedly donated $25, and used his department-issued email address while making the donation. Kelly also left a message on the crowdsourcing website that read, “God bless. Thank you for your courage. Keep your head up. You’ve done nothing wrong. Every rank and file police officer supports you. Don’t be discouraged by actions of the political class of law enforcement leadership.”

In terminating Kelly, Norfolk city manager Chip Filer said, “His egregious comments erode the trust between the Norfolk Police Department and those they are sworn to serve.”

Meanwhile, Norfolk Police Chief Larry Boone suggested that Kelly’s comments eroded trust between police officers and the public.

Kelly, who was a 19-year-veteran of the police department, wants his job back. He spoke to the Daily Mail in an interview on Friday after the Rittenhouse verdict, explaining why he thought Rittenhouse was innocent.

“Everything I’m saying is just my personal opinion. I’ve been a homicide detective, a violent crimes investigator for years. I have a background. I watched the video of the shooting and I’d seen the video of the journalists of Mr. Rittenhouse before the shooting and the protesters before the shooting and I thought it painted a pretty clear picture that Mr. Rittenhouse had a very strong claim for self-defense,” Kelly explained.

“I was very surprised when he was charged soon after the shooting with these murders and the shooting of the third victim,” he added.

By donating to Rittenhouse’s defense fund, Kelly said he was promoting the foundational American ideal that everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

“I was interested in giving him the chance to defend himself in front of a jury. I know that lawyers are expensive, and it’s hard sometimes to get the message out there. I wanted to make sure that he had the means necessary to make his claim in court,” Kelly told the Daily Mail. “It mattered. The comments I made, my belief that he has a strong claim for self-defense was a personal opinion. I didn’t want my city or police department to be associated with it, so I chose to donate anonymously.”

Kelly also said his opinion about the Rittenhouse case had “no impact on my ability to do my job as a police officer,” and should not have resulted in his termination.

“This is America. You can agree with your neighbors and other people in your community and you can disagree with them,” Kelly said. “Just because someone has a different opinion than you, it doesn’t mean you should destroy their lives, take their job away.”

“If I had a different opinion and I donated to a fund for the victims and made comments about how Mr. Rittenhouse was a murderer, nobody would have cared or tried to get me fired,” Kelly added.

When Kelly was fired, he was just 10 months away from his pension being vested. If he does not get his job back, he will never see the pension that he worked nearly 20 years to earn.

Kelly has filed a grievance seeking to be reinstated.

In that grievance, Kelly accused Boone of hypocrisy for attending a Black Lives Matter protest in uniform last May after the murder of George Floyd.

The grievance states:

My dismissal reflects inconsistency, unfairness and discrimination by the City of Norfolk in regard to speech by members of the Norfolk Police Department. I engaged in speech which was private and anonymous but became public through no fault of my own, and which, when made public, upset a small number of vocal people for a very short time. The Chief of Police of the Norfolk Police Department, in contrast, has been permitted to parade through the streets of Norfolk, wearing his Norfolk Police Department uniform, holding a “Black Lives Matter” sign while marching with a crowd protesting against police and law enforcement…

Kelly told the Daily Mail he hopes for a hearing over his grievance by the end of January, but said his case could be resolved before then, especially considering the outcome of the Rittenhouse trial.

Company Fires Employee For Having Gun…IN HIS OWN HOME

foolishness

hitler

Under the guise of “zero tolerance”, gun hating private community Lakes of the Four Seasons (LOFS) has fired a seasonal landscaping George Washington regarding 2nd Amandmentemployee of 21 years because he was a gun owner.  And no, I don’t mean that he was carrying a gun while working, nor did he have a gun in his car on LOFS property.

Nino Ferlaino had worked for LOFS for 21 years before this summer when, in conversation amongst coworkers, he acknowledged that he believed in the 2nd Amendment and kept a gun at home.

Two days following this conversation, on July 2nd, Ferlaino’s supervisor, Doug Weiss, approached him and asked him if he carried a gun. Ferlaino admitted that he owned a gun but never carried it while working.

Let me interject something.  While in Ferlaino’s mind he was just having a pleasant break time conversation among coworkers, someone in that group heard “gun owner” and went bat-poo crazy and no doubt started telling everyone that Ferlaino was carrying machine guns and weeds weren’t the only thing he was looking to whack.   Such is the demented mindset of hoplophobes, that they wet their pants at the mere notion of someone owner a gun.

So, due to this hoplophobia, Weiss informed Ferlaino that he had met with the property owners association’s board of directors July 1 and that Ferlaino’s conversation with his co-workers violated the company’s “no tolerance policy.”  As such, he was fired effective immediately.

There is SO much wrong with this cluster flop.  Like, how exactly is the simple fact of being a gun owner a violation of any policy?  After 21 years Mr. Ferlaino doesn’t get a warning or a reprimand but rather summarily fired?  Also, Ferlaino doesn’t get a chance to answer any of this before being fired?  I mean, even when Weiss spoke to him on July 2nd the decision was all ready made on July 1st.

Criminals and DictatorsThanks to the forward thinking of the State of Indiana, not only is the LOFS actions immoral and unethical but they are also ILLEGAL.

It is that last part that has brought on the lawsuit by Ferlaino against the Property Owners Association.  According to Ferlaino’s attorney, Marissa McDermott:

The association violated Indiana’s “take your gun to work law,” which was amended in 2011, because it required Ferlaino to divulge information about owing a gun and fired him because he’s a gun owner.

Also, even if Ferlaino had brought his gun to work and left it secured in his car, the law forbids employers from punishing employees who exercise that option.

Not only is Ferlaino is seeking actual and punitive damages, attorney fees etc. he’s also asking a judge to order the property owners association to refrain from engaging in similar practices with regard to other employees.

Though I’ve no doubt that a hit to the pocket books of these bigoted wannabee thought police members of the LOFS Property Owner’s Association will be an added reminder not to oppress those who choose to exercise their rights when it has nothing to do with work.

I wish Ferlaino luck in his lawsuit and hope he is compensated accordingly.

The White Side of the Story

Obamacare

This is the reason CNN has dropped Buchanan. It’s like Newt G. said, “You are not supposed to bring up uncomfortable Facts.” (verified on Buchanan’s website)

Finally…It is said publicly. I have never seen the white side explained better! Pat Buchanan had the guts to say it. It is about time!!

BUCHANAN TO OBAMA

By Patrick J. BuchananRacist-Words-590-nrd-2

Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America .. Fair enough. But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation. White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to… This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances, and demands heard. And among them are these:

First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known. Jeremiah Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American. racismjacksonsharptonobamaracebaiterssettingamericaback

Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the ’60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream. Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks — with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas — to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated their time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks.

We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude??

Barack talks about new ‘ladders of opportunity’ for blacks. Let him go to Altoona? And Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for ‘deserving’ white kids…?

  • Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America?

  • Is it really white America’s fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?

  • Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?

  • As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time? black-on-black-crime-black-on-black-trayvon-sharpton-obama-politics-1332554312

  • Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?

We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena. And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing.

Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago. This needs to be passed around because, this is a message everyone needs to hear!!!
