Virginia Attorney General Candidate Jay Jones Accused of Additional Violent Rhetoric

Jay Jones, Virginia’s Democratic attorney general candidate, is under fire for shocking statements that expressed a desire to kill political opponents and their young “fascist” children. Despite the violent rhetoric, Democrats like Abigail Spanberger, the Democratic gubernatorial nominee in Virginia, have stood by Jones and continue to campaign for his election. Now, however, Jones is accused of making disturbing comments about the benefit of killing a few cops as a warning to others. It is unclear whether the alleged comments were made in writing (as were earlier comments), and Jones has denied them.

Virginia has become a testing ground for rage rhetoric as Democrats stand by Jones and refuse to call for his withdrawal. Spanberger herself was criticized recently for calling on supporters to “Let your rage fuel you.”

What is notable about this latest allegation is that it is coming from the very same legislator who discussed the prior statements, which Jones admitted were true.

According to the New York Post, Republican Del. Carrie Coyner told Virginia Scope on Monday, Jones used a 2020 discussion about qualified immunity to suggest that a few dead cops might be a good thing. She recounted how Jones allegedly said, “Well, maybe if a few of them died, that they would move on, not shooting people, not killing people.”

Jones denied the new allegations: “I did not say this. I have never believed and do not believe that any harm should come to law enforcement, period.”

It is unclear whether Coyner has proof of the new alleged statements.

Jones has not threatened a defamation lawsuit over the allegation. If untrue, the statement could constitute defamation as impugning Jones’s reputation and veracity as a public figure. However, as a public official, he is subject to the New York Times v. Sullivan standard and would have to show a knowing falsehood or reckless disregard for the truth on the part of Rep. Coyner.

Kristi Noem Blocked from Bathroom in Illinois: A Perfect Symbol of Blue-State Dysfunction [Video]

By Jimmy Parker | October 4, 2025

Read more at https://pagetraveler.com/kristi-noem-blocked-from-bathroom-in-illinois-a-perfect-symbol-of-blue-state-dysfunction-video/

Sometimes, politics really does sink to bathroom-level politics — literally. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and her staff stopped by a public government building in Illinois for a quick restroom break, only to be denied entry. The Village of Broadview, which receives more than a million dollars in federal funds every year, somehow decided the best use of taxpayer-funded space was to slam the door on federal officials. If this sounds ridiculous, that’s because it is. But it’s also the perfect symbol of how Illinois leadership treats the rule of law: when they can’t win the argument, they just lock the doors.

When Politics Trumps Decency

Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a political stunt from Noem. The video shows her politely asking, “Can we use your restroom?” and the answer from inside was a blunt, “No you cannot!” Now, most Americans are taught as kids that you don’t even turn away your neighbor if they need a bathroom. But apparently, Illinois politicians think hospitality is for “photo ops” only. For Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s team, it was less about plumbing and more about posturing. Denying a public bathroom to a federal officer was their way of making a political statement — petty, childish, and embarrassing for the state.

Sanctuary State Chaos in Action

Here’s the real story: this wasn’t about bathrooms. It’s about how Illinois has tied itself into knots defending sanctuary policies while attacking federal law enforcement. The bathroom denial was just the cherry on top of a long list of dysfunction. As federal officers clashed with protesters outside a nearby ICE facility, Illinois leaders seemed more concerned about appearances than protecting communities. Pritzker blasted DHS for enforcing immigration laws, while violent protesters were throwing objects and getting arrested. In other words: block the bathrooms, ignore the riots. Welcome to Illinois.

The Message to Ordinary Americans

If they’ll block a DHS Secretary from using a restroom in a public building, what chance do ordinary Americans have? Think about it. You pay taxes to keep government offices running, and then those same offices won’t even let you in to use facilities you’re funding. It’s not just about Kristi Noem. It’s about a culture where political gamesmanship comes before common courtesy — and where citizens feel like second-class participants in their own government. For many Americans, the bathroom incident was funny on the surface but troubling underneath. It revealed a mindset: “This government isn’t here to serve you, it’s here to lecture you.”

The Hypocrisy of “Rights” Talk

Gov. Pritzker loves to lecture about “rights” and “respect,” yet his administration seems to pick and choose who deserves them. Protesters can block federal operations and even face down law enforcement with impunity, but federal officers can’t even use a restroom. That’s not equality. That’s selective outrage. And it highlights a deeper problem: Illinois politicians talk endlessly about compassion for illegal immigrants while turning their backs on law enforcement officers tasked with keeping the public safe. If that’s compassion, it comes with a strange set of rules.

Bathrooms, Borders, and Broken Priorities

It may sound silly to say that a bathroom standoff tells us something about national politics, but it does. Bathrooms are basic, universal needs — just like secure borders and safe neighborhoods. When a government denies something as basic as access to a restroom, it’s not a stretch to see how they also deny citizens the basic right to security in their communities. Illinois politicians want to control the narrative, but the bathroom incident exposed the truth: they’ve lost touch with common sense, and they’ve lost credibility with everyday Americans.

Federal vs. State: The Battle Over Authority

Illinois leadership wants to act like they’re running their own country. Pritzker accused Noem of “traumatizing families” and even said she shouldn’t “step foot inside Illinois without accountability.” That’s a strong statement for a governor who presides over one of the highest crime-ridden states in the country. The irony is hard to miss: Illinois officials are more offended by federal officers enforcing the law than by criminals terrorizing their communities. It’s almost as if they’d rather fight Washington than protect Chicago’s neighborhoods.

The Lesson for 2025

Kristi Noem’s bathroom incident isn’t just a strange headline; it’s a wake-up call about where our politics are headed. When blue-state leaders care more about scoring points than respecting basic decency, the result is a government that feels less like public service and more like private club membership. Everyday Americans see the hypocrisy, and they’re tired of it. They want leaders who prioritize safety, law, and fairness over theatrics. Whether it’s bathrooms or borders, the American people deserve better than this.

Kendall Qualls: Tim Walz has destroyed Minnesota’s education system

By Kendall Qualls – AlphaNews.org – July 21, 2025

Instead of focusing on solutions, Walz is doubling down on political agendas that don’t belong anywhere near a classroom.
Minnesota’s education system is in freefall. As reading and math scores have fallen to an all-time low, Gov. Tim Walz and DFL leaders are sticking their heads in the sand and ignoring our children’s basic needs. Instead of focusing on solutions, Walz is doubling down on political agendas that don’t belong anywhere near a classroom.
A disturbing report in Alpha News revealed that Minnesota schools are racing to teach gender identity and sexual orientation to third graders. Students who are struggling with basic math, writing and reading skills are being indoctrinated by gender ideology. At the same time, they continue to fall further behind in core subjects. This is not education, this is indoctrination…READ MORE

President Trump to Meet Russ Vought to Cut ‘Political SCAM Democrat Agencies’ Following Government Shutdown: “I Can’t Believe the Radical Left Democrats Gave Me This Unprecedented Opportunity”

By Jim Hoft – The Gateway Pundit – Oct 2, 2025

President Donald Trump announced Thursday that he would meet with Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought, a key architect of the Project 2025 blueprint, to determine which federal agencies, deemed by Trump as “political SCAM Democrat Agencies,” should face cuts and whether those cuts will be temporary or permanent.
With Congress deadlocked and the shutdown entering its second day, the White House is pressing ahead with sweeping plans to slash government.
Trump described the impasse not as a crisis but as a chance to purge bureaucratic excesses and reshape federal power in line with conservative priorities.
Officials say the meeting with Vought will lead to mass layoffs, departmental closures, and funding freezes, according… READ MORE

Black America’s Brush with the Fake Apocalypse

By: Kevin Jackson | October 3, 2025

Read more at https://theblacksphere.net/2025/10/black-americas-brush-with-the-fake-apocalypse/

I have to confess: On September 30, 2025, I was legit sweating bullets for Black folks.

Not because of some existential threat like systemic racism or killer cops—no, this was the big one. The government shutdown. According to the Democratic echo chamber, that’s when we hit peak vulnerability; like gazelles sensing a lion pride on the savanna.

We’re talking furloughs, frozen paychecks, and food stamps flickering out like a bad rom-com ending. And don’t get me started on how they’d convinced the Black Left that a cackling madman was piloting the White House, twirling his mustache while plotting our demise.

Picture this: Orange-hued villain in the Oval Office, rubbing his tiny hands together, muttering, “Mwahahaha, time to starve the minorities!” You’d think my group chat would erupt like Vesuvius.

Texts flying faster than reparations promises: “Kevin, you got canned goods? Water? MREs?”

I expected calls from cousins I haven’t seen since the last family reunion, “Bro, stock up on jerky—it’s gonna be Mad Max out here!”

Crickets. Not a single ping. No welfare checks from well-meaning white liberals (you know the type: “I saw your tweet about equity—here’s a GoFundMe for your ‘shutdown survival fund’”). No emergency soul food drop-offs from the church ladies, armed with Tupperware full of collards and cornbread, whispering prayers over the mac ‘n’ cheese.

The president? Stone-cold unbothered.

But hey, Democrats have branded him “racist incarnate,” so why would he lift a finger? This shutdown was his golden ticket, right? The perfect storm to cull the herd—starting with us, the usual suspects. Bonus points if a few brown folks or the trans community caught stray bullets in the fiscal frenzy. Collateral damage in the war on wokeness.

I could almost hear the evil laughter echoing from Mar-a-Lago.

Fast-forward to the news ticker: “T-minus two hours till shutdown Armageddon.”

I’m pacing my living room like a death row inmate eyeing the gurney. Heart pounding, palms sweaty. CNN’s got the drama dialed to eleven, with Anderson Cooper in a turtleneck, counting down like it’s Y2K meets New Year’s Eve in Times Square. “Three… two… one… Happy freakin’ Shutdown, America! Ball drop… or should we say, budget drop?”

Exhaustion hit harder than the hysteria.

I conked out on the couch, visions of empty EBT cards dancing in my head. While I snoozed, the axe fell—silent as a ninja, slicker than a politician’s promise. It crept in like that uncle who shows up uninvited to Thanksgiving, eats all the turkey, and ghosts before dishes.

Morning light filters in. I stir, groggy, cursing under my breath because—plot twist—Salma Hayek’s villa next door is throwing another beach bash. Bikinis, bronzer, the works. Jealousy surges, but hey, priorities. I shuffle to the kitchen, brew some coffee strong enough to wake the dead (or at least me), and fire up my phone. No alerts. No “RIP Black America” headlines. No frantic voicemails from Joy Reid demanding I march on D.C. with a pitchfork and a protest sign.

As my grandma used to chide, “Black folks gon’ be late to they own damn funerals.”

Was I already six feet under? Had the reaper skipped my house? Because I’m alive!

We did it, y’all—Black America survived the Shutdown Passover. Did some unsung hero daub lamb’s blood on my doorframe overnight? Or was it the sheer audacity of our existence that warded off the plague? Buoyed by this miracle, I launch a reconnaissance mission. Time to poll the tribe. Starting low-stakes: the folks I wouldn’t mind the reaper harvesting.

Al Sharpton? Still preaching from his pulpit of perpetual grievance—check. Joy Reid? Tweeting up a storm about “white supremacy’s latest hit job”—alive and annoying. Whoopi Goldberg? Dropping hot takes on The View like confetti at a pity party—damn it, woman, even you made it? The undefeated trio of outrage intact.

Trump’s master plan had been foiled harder than a heist in a Scooby-Doo episode.

Hopeful, I scan my inner circle.

Beautiful white wife? Check. Mulatto 18-year-old spawn? Burrowed in his pigsty of a bedroom, headphones blasting drill beats, dreaming of TikTok fame—check. Zero disruptions.

My 401(k) isn’t hemorrhaging; the fridge is stocked with beyond Vienna sausages and pimento cheese. Hell, even the dog’s still getting fed on the regular.

But wait—weren’t we promised biblical fallout? The Left’s doomsayers swore 100,000 federal drones would quit en masse if the continuing resolution tanked. As Maury Povich would boom after strapping Democrats to a polygraph, “That was a lie!” The results are in!” Not a single resignation.

Imagine the glow-up: Bureaucrats vanishing like vampires at dawn, unleashing a productivity tsunami. No more red-tape wizards burying innovation under 500-page regs. We’d have bridges built, not just studied to death. Instead, these pension-padded zombies shamble on, a eternal threat to efficiency.

Pundits wailed that 750,000 bureaucrats in total would feel the squeeze. I chuckled into my coffee. “Let’s hope!”

Scrolling deeper, the patterns emerge like a bad tattoo. Every Chicken Little cluck from the blue brigade? Busted.

No mass exodus of civil servants. No breadlines snaking through Harlem. No viral videos of grandmas bartering dentures for diapers. Just… normalcy. Boring, blessed normalcy. The stock market yawned. Uber Eats delivered on time. Even my Amazon Prime subscription didn’t glitch—though, in retrospect, maybe Bezos had a secret bunker for the packages.

So here I am, alive and kicking, toasting to the farce. Grateful doesn’t cover it; I’m downright giddy. This anxiety rollercoaster? Last ride, hopefully.

No more midnight sweats over fiscal cliffs. No more doom-scrolling MSNBC marathons. Just the quiet thrill of being right—again—about the hype machine grinding its gears for nothing.

All this manufactured meltdown, mind you, because Democrats drew their line in the sand not for us, not for veterans or vets’ hospitals, but for extra perks for illegals. Billions in backdoor bailouts, disguised as “humanity.” While American families—Black, white, every shade—hold the bag. Priorities, am I right? In the end, the shutdown wasn’t a scythe; it was a snooze button on the outrage alarm. We survived not by divine intervention, but by the simple truth: Sometimes, the sky doesn’t fall. It just… hangs there, mocking the forecasters.

EPIC! White House Trolls Press and Hakeem Jeffries by Playing Sombrero Meme in Briefing Room (VIDEO)

By Jordan Conradson – The Gateway Pundit – Oct 1, 2025

The White House press office was savagely trolling the leftist media and the Democrats this afternoon, showcasing the Sombrero meme that President Trump posted of House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries in the White House Press Briefing Room.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump posted a couple of memes recently, which depict Jeffries in a cartoonized mustache and wearing a Sombrero hat after he and Schumer met with Trump at the White House.
Trump was mocking the Democratic Party’s obsession with illegal immigration as a voter-replacement scheme.
But Hakeem Jeffries and the leftwing media claimed it was racist, so the White House blasted the meme in the White House Briefing Room… READ MORE

Merchant Marine Academy restores historic ‘Christ on the Water’ painting removed under Biden

By Ryan Foley, Christian Post Reporter |Tuesday, September 30, 2025

Midshipmen at the United States Merchant Marine Academy stand in front of the ‘Christ on the Water’ painting, which was restored to a place of prominence at Wiley Hall in a Sept. 29, 2025 ceremony. | United States Department of Transportation

A painting of Jesus Christ has been restored to a place of prominence at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York, prompting celebration from the Trump administration and outcry from a secular advocacy group.

The U.S. Department of Transportation announced on Monday that the “Christ on the Water” painting, which hung at Wiley Hall at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy for nearly 80 years before being relocated to a flood-prone basement in 2023, has been restored to its former location.

An unveiling ceremony was held on Monday to celebrate the restoration of the painting.

“Burying this historic painting in the basement wasn’t just a mistake — it was an insult to the faith and legacy of service that built this Academy and our nation,” said U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy. “By restoring ‘Christ on the Water’ to its rightful place, we sent a clear message to our midshipmen: their Christian faith is a virtue to be proud of, not something to be censored.”

USMMA Acting Superintendent Tony Ceraolo, who took over after USMMA Superintendent Vice Admiral Joanna Nunan stepped down in June, thanked Duffy for “his continued support of our Academy and the midshipmen who call this place home.” He described the painting, which depicts Jesus Christ guiding sailors through stormy seas, as “a piece of the Academy’s cultural and historical legacy” that honors “the past and the resilience of those who came before us.”

“This painting is about history, remembrance, and hope ensuring that the story of our midshipmen and their wartime experiences remain part of our shared institutional memory,” he added. Duffy first called for the artwork to be returned to its former location at the institution’s annual Battle Standard Dinner in April.

The painting was moved from Wiley Hall during Nunan’s tenure as head of the institution in response to pressure from Mikey Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, which advocates for a strict separation of church and state.

Following Nunan’s resignation, the painting was brought up from the basement last month. Duffy continued efforts to restore the artwork to its former location, culminating in Monday’s ceremony. While the Trump administration and leadership of the USMMA cheered the relocation of the painting, Weinstein issued a scathing statement Monday condemning the development, alleging it is a mark of “Christian nationalism.”

“Transportation Secretary and lickspittle Christian nationalist tRump [sic] sycophant Sean Duffy’s effectuating of the illicit, unethical, and iniquitous return of the giant Jesus painting at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy to its original unconstitutional place of disgusting Christian supremacist exhibitionism in an ornate, mandatory Academy meeting room is completely cowardly, atrocious, and vindictive,” he proclaimed.

“Duffy is making sure to brand the Academy as conquered Christian nationalist territory. All others are not wanted and need not apply. He has disgracefully clothed the all-too-willing U.S. Merchant Marine Academy with his fundamentalist Christian extremist thuggery, stinking nonsecular creed, and unbridled sectarian fundamentalist Christian conceit.”

Weinstein indicated that the Military Religious Freedom Foundation is considering “aggressive federal litigation.”
