Independence Week: An Homage To The Preachers

waving flagAuthored by Jake MacAulay

christianity

Known to the world was the great Christian revival, “The Great Awakening” of the 1740’s. Christianity roared through the colonies and their diverse Christian denominations. Men were reintroduced to the fervent commitment to their Creator, practiced by their puritan and pilgrim ancestors. As mankind has witnessed all through time, religious (that is, Christian) revival precedes the greatest moves of sustained liberty to man. Man’s allegiance to his God and Savior will always produce virtue, which is the essential strength that can overcome tyranny.

To use the words of John Adams in a letter to his wife Abigail in 1776;

“The only foundation of a free Constitution, is theBiblepure Virtue, and if this cannot be inspired into our People, in a greater Measure, than they have it now, They may change their Rulers, and the forms of Government, but they will not obtain a lasting Liberty. They will only exchange Tyrants and Tyrannies.”

Let us then speak of this cherished virtue and how it affected our country’s foundation.

Out of this virtue sprang many patriots, including the Sons of Liberty. The initial goal of the Sons of Liberty, and patriots of all classes and distinctions, was to ensure their God-given rights as Englishmen.

They relayed in print the major events of their struggle for Liberty and would hold meetings to decide which candidates to support—those that would bring about the desired political change. In return, the British authorities attempted to denigrate the Sons of Liberty by referring to them as the “Sons of Violence” or the “Sons of Iniquity.” moral people

Now working in unison with the Sons of Liberty for the cause of liberty, colonial preachers espoused resistance and civil disobedience to the unjust rules of despotic kings and the lawless acts of a foreign parliament. These were not anarchists, for they also taught the necessity of obeying legitimate government. Their own colonial legislatures, which had been constituted from the duly elected representatives of the people, instilled a reverence and honor of good government, as well as contempt for tyrants. More than any other element of society, King George feared the preachers. He called them the “Black Regiment,” because of the black clerical robes they wore when preaching. Were it not for the Black Regiment, it is most unlikely that there would have ever been a Declaration of Independence.JohnAdamsFaithQuote4

King George’s fears of the Black Regiment were well founded. In all of recorded history, there has never been a more capable and persuasive group of military recruiters. Many a preacher single-handedly raised multiple companies of men, and in most cases, those men then insisted he be their commander. Their power of persuasion was simply irresistible; their love for liberty, and of their men, equally irresistible. The impassioned preacher could enlist more men than George Washington himself. Those who could not go to war often wrote stirring pamphlets to be circulated amongst the troops, so as to keep morale high.

No segment of society deserves more credit for America’s founding and independence than do its preachers. They confronted the tyrant to his face and protested, “No king, but King Jesus!”

Rape on the Rise as Liberals Argue that It’s Not as Bad when Migrants Do It!

waving flagBy Onan Coca July 6, 2016

Dueling stories out of Sweden speak to the horrible rape crisis that is currently raging there (and the rest of Europe).

First, over the weekend some 35 different women (as young as 12) reported being sexually assaulted by “foreign youths” while attending a Swedish music festival. 17-year old Alexandra Larson recounted the terrifying events to the UK Daily Mail Online. The assaults took place during Sweden’s “Party in the Park” festival, and the one common thread is that the apparent perpetrators were “foreigners” who may have been from a nearby asylum center. The victims reported being kissed, groped, and verbally harassed by men who they believed to likely be immigrants.

“’Everything was okay at the beginning of the evening. But things got out of hand during the last concert… when I felt the first touch against my bottom.

‘Then someone took the liberty of grabbing my butt really hard. I turned away and said to the group of boys behind us that this was not okay, but I did not know who had done it. After a while, I felt someone running his fingers between my legs touching my genitals. Luckily, I had jeans on me.

‘It was creepy. Someone stood around me and groped me and I had no idea who it was. It was sick…

‘The groping was at first a bit innocent. Just a touch on the bottom. Something that you can do by mistake in a big crowd of people. But it became worse and worse after that. The one touching me was becoming more and more rough every time…

‘I have reported this to the police, but it feels like a drop in the ocean. I saw girls that came crying from the audience, including an old childhood friend who is two years younger. She cried so much that it broke my heart…”American women respond

Larson claims she saw “girls crying everywhere” as she left the festival, and police have corroborated her story, saying that they know of at least 35 separate sexual assaults that took place during and after the festival. Thus far they’ve only made two arrests.  Picture1

The second story out of Sweden puts the music festival assaults to shame because it uncovers the sheer idiocy of the lunatic left.

While all of these innocent young women were being assaulted and harassed, a liberal Swedish politician by the name of Barbro Sörman was making the argument that rape is “worse” when a Swedish man does it than when an immigrant does.

I kid you not.More Evidence

Here’s what Sörman tweeted: “The Swedish men who rape do it despite the growing gender equality. They make an active choice. It’s worse imo [in my opinion].” When people who were not leftist idiots noticed the insane commentary from the politician, Sörman attempted to backtrack before deciding to delete her Twitter account.

Sadly, what Sörman and other liberals apparently don’t understand is that rape, sexual aggression, and male domination are standard operating procedure in the Muslim world. No, it may not be legal everywhere and it may be frowned upon in certain polite Muslim circles… but it is also legally protected and culturally nurtured in the Muslim world. It is legally protected by religious courts, which punish the victim as well as the perpetrator. It is nurtured in Islamic society by families that shame their daughters for their victimhood and parents who do not protect their children from the advances of evil lust-filled men. As Islam continues to spread into the waiting arms of the naïve and liberal Western World, sexual assault, abuse, rape and violence will only become more problematic and commonplace.RAPE

We in the West must wake up before it is too late to stop their deadly march.

The New Arab Wars: Uprisings and Anarchy in the Middle East

By Mark Lynch

Less than two years after the hope-filled Arab uprisings, the popular movement had morphed into a dystopia of resurgent dictators, failed states and civil wars. Amidst the chaos, a virulently militant group declared an Islamic State, seizing vast territories and inspiring terrorism across the globe. What happened? The New Arab Wars is a profound illumination of the causes of this nightmare. It details the costs of the poor choices made by regional actors, delivers a scathing analysis of Western misreadings of the conflict and condemns international interference that has stoked the violence. Informed by commentators and analysts from the Arab world, Marc Lynch shows that the region’s upheavals have only just begun—and that the hopes of Arab regimes and Western policy makers to retreat to old habits of authoritarian stability are doomed to fail.

6 Claims Hillary Made About Her Emails are FACT CHECKED–And Guess What…

waving flagPosted on July 6, 2016

Screen Shot 2016-07-06 at 9.47.49 AM

Hillary’s main claims about the email scandal have been proven as lies. Read below and find out just exactly how she lied.

Key assertions by Hillary Clinton in defense of her email practices have collapsed under FBI scrutiny, as Associated Press fact check has found.

A look at Clinton’s claims since questions about her email practices as secretary of state surfaced and how they compare with facts established in the FBI probe:

CLASSIFIED MATERIAL ON EMAIL

CLINTON: ‘I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material.’ News conference, March 2015.

THE FACTS: Actually, the FBI identified at least 113 emails that passed through Clinton’s server and contained materials that were classified at the time they were sent, including some that were Top Secret and referred to a highly classified special access program, Comey said.

Most of those emails — 110 of them — were included among 30,000 emails that Clinton returned to the State Department around the time her use of a private email server was discovered. The three others were recovered from a forensic analysis of Clinton’s server. ‘Any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position or in the position of those with whom she was corresponding about the matters should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation,’ Comey said. Clinton and her aides ‘were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information,’ he said.

CLASSIFIED MARKINGS

CLINTON: ‘I never received nor sent any material that was marked classified.’ NBC interview, July 2016.

THE FACTS: Clinton has separately clung to her rationale that there were no classification markings on her emails that would have warned her and others not to transmit the sensitive material. But the private system did, in fact, handle emails that bore markings indicating they contained classified information, Comey said.

He said the marked emails were ‘a very small number.’ But that’s not the only standard for judging how officials handle sensitive material, he added. ‘Even if information is not marked classified in an email, participants who know, or should know, that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.’

‘I PROVIDED ALL MY EMAILS THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE WORK RELATED’

CLINTON: ‘I responded right away and provided all my emails that could possibly be work related’ to the State Department. News conference, March 2015.

THE FACTS: Not so, the FBI found.

Comey said that when his forensic team examined Clinton’s server it found there were ‘several thousand work-related emails that were not in the group of 30,000’ that had been returned by Clinton to the State Department.

‘I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE EASIER TO CARRY JUST ONE DEVICE’

CLINTON: ‘I thought it would be easier to carry just one device for my work and for personal emails instead of two.’ News conference, March 2015.

THE FACTS: This reasoning for using private email both for public business and private correspondence didn’t hold up in the investigation. Clinton ‘used numerous mobile devices to view and send email’ using her personal account, Comey said. He also said Clinton had used different servers.

‘THERE WERE NO SECURITY BREACHES’

CLINTON: ‘It was on property guarded by the Secret Service, and there were no security breaches. … The use of that server, which started with my husband, certainly proved to be effective and secure.’ News conference, March 2015.

CLINTON campaign website: ‘There is no evidence there was ever a breach.’

THE FACTS: The campaign website claimed ‘no evidence’ of a breach, a less categorical statement than Clinton herself made last year, when she said there was no breach. The FBI did not uncover a breach but made clear that that possibility cannot be ruled out.

‘We assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal email account,’ Comey said.

He said evidence would be hard to find because hackers are sophisticated and can cover their tracks. Comey said his investigators learned that Clinton’s security lapses included using ‘her personal email extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related emails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries.’ Comey also noted that hackers breached the email accounts of several outsiders who messaged with Clinton.

Comey did not mention names, but a Romanian hacker who called himself Guccifer accessed and later leaked emails from Sidney Blumenthal, an outside adviser to Clinton who regularly communicated with her.lying so long

Ex-Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson says she was fired by network boss Roger Ailes for refusing his sexual advances

waving flagBY NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Updated: Wednesday, July 6, 2016

The host of “The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson” left the network after 11 years when her contract expired on June 23.

But Carlson, 50, alleges that she was pushed out because she spurned Ailes’s sexual advances and complained about the treatment of women in the newsroom by their male co-workers.

“I think you and I should have had a sexual relationship a long time ago and then you’d be good and better and I’d be good and better,” the complaint accuses Ailes, 76, of telling the former Miss America last September.

“Sometimes problems are easier to solve (that way).”

The pervy powerhouse would also ogle her in his office and ask her to turn around so he could view her posterior, and would comment on “certain outfits (that) enhanced Carlson’s figure” and make comments about her legs, according to the lawsuit, which was filed in New Jersey Superior Court.

“I’m sure you can do sweet nothings when you want to,” Ailes allegedly told her.

Not Released (NR)

He also embarrassed her by allegedly telling people in front of her at an event that he’d “slept” with “three former Miss Americas but not with her.”

Carlson said she tried to clear the air with Ailes in meeting in his office in September of last year, but the retaliation got worse after she rebuffed his advances.

“It’s 2016, this has to stop,” Nancy Erika Smith, one of Carlson’s lawyers, told the Daily News. “Women should be allowed to in the work place without their male bosses saying, ‘You have to have sex with me’. She’s very brave as a media person standing up to someone as powerful as Roger Ailes — for herself and all women.”

The attorney added that while the termination has been “devastating” and “potentially career-ending” for her client, Carlson is not suing the network itself.

The lawsuit implies that other women in the newsroom “who did not complain about harassment or rebuff his sexual advances” enjoyed better promotion and support.

A rep for Fox News declined comment on the suit.

Carlson joined Fox News in 2005, and interviewed “numerous political leaders and celebrities” over the years, including President Obama, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The suit says her problems started in 2009 while she was a co-host on the popular “Fox & Friends” morning show, and complained to brass that one of her co-hosts, Steve Doocy, “had created a hostile work environment by regularly treating her in a sexist and condescending way.”

Doocy’s “severe and pervasive sexual harassment of Carlson” included “mocking her during commercial breaks, shunning her off air, refusing to engage with her on air, belittling her contributions to the show, and generally attempting to put her in her place by refusing to accept and treat her as an intelligent and insightful female journalist rather than a blond female prop,” the suit says.

After Ailes found out she’d complained, he called her a “man hater” and “killer” and that she needed to “get along with the boys.”

“Sexual innuendo was always part of the Ailes playbook,” says Smith.

Ailes then retaliated by decreasing her duties “and directing that she not be showcased at all,” the suit says.

Carlson once walked off an Aug. 2012 broadcast of “Fox & Friends” in Aug. 2012 when co-host Brian Kilmeade launched into a sexist diatribe about women joining a previously all-male Navy band.

Ailes fired her from the show in 2013 “for her refusal to accede to sexual harassment and retaliation,” the filing claims. At the time of her departure, insiders told the Daily News, that the move was made to replace Carlson with the younger Elisabeth Hasselbeck, fresh off her stint from “The View.”

Carlson was then given a 2-3 p.m. solo show for less pay, even though her workload increased. She “continued to work diligently” while achieving “solid and consistent ratings increases up until the day she was terminated” in June, the suit says.

In a statement Wednesday, Carlson said “Although this was a difficult step to take, I had to stand up for myself and speak out for all women and the next generation of women in the workplace.” The suit seeks unspecified money damages.

“We believe that Mr. Ailes’ behavior toward Gretchen, as described in the complaint, speaks volumes about what she had to endure,” said another one of her lawyers, Martin Hyman. “Opposing sexism and rejecting unwanted sexual come-ons should never cost a woman her job or subject her to disparagement and emotional anguish.”

YO, LIBERALS: If GUN Makers Are ‘RESPONSIBLE’ For ‘Gun Crimes,’ Shouldn’t Hillary Be Responsible for Her CRIMES?

Do you think that Hillary should be held responsible for her crimes the same way that gun makers are held responsible for gun crimes? Or do you think that Hillary is above the law?

Congressman Darell Issa says of Hillary:

We are in a crisis because Hillary Clinton, if the voters do not stop her, will be the next President of the United States. She will, in fact, on Day One say, “Pardon me,” and she’ll mean it. She’ll have pardoned herself. She will have, in fact, gone from being a criminal involved in a criminal enterprise — obviously, Clinton Cash depicted that — and somebody who flaunted the security laws, the privacy laws, the presidential and the Federal Records Act, and gotten away with it.

Bombshell! Fast and Furious Gun Used by Muslim Terrorist in Paris Attack!

waving flagBy Tim Brown July 5, 2016

There is no doubt that many will question the use of the term “complicit” in this article. However, following the attacks by Islamic jihadists in Paris last November, it is now being reported that one of the weapons that was used in those attacks was purchased at a Phoenix, Arizona gun store, which involved in the Obama administration’s illegal and unlawful Fast and Furious gunrunning operation.

Judicial Watch reports:

A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

The investigative follow up of the Paris weapon consisted of tracking a paper trail using a 4473 form, which documents a gun’s ownership history by, among other things, using serial numbers. The Phoenix gun owner that the weapon was traced back to was found to have at least two federal firearms violations—for selling one weapon illegally and possessing an unregistered automatic—but no enforcement or prosecutorial action was taken against the individual. Instead, ATF leaders went out of their way to keep the information under the radar and ensure that the gun owner’s identity was “kept quiet,” according to law enforcement sources involved with the case. “Agents were told, in the process of taking the fully auto, not to anger the seller to prevent him from going public,” a veteran law enforcement official told Judicial Watch.

It’s not clear if the agency, which is responsible for cracking down on the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, did this because the individual was involved in the Fast and Furious gun-running scheme. An ATF spokesman, Corey Ray, at the agency’s Washington D.C. headquarters told Judicial Watch that “no firearms used in the Paris attacks have been traced” by the agency. When asked about the ROI report linking the weapon used in Paris to Phoenix, Ray said “I’m not familiar with the report you’re referencing.” Judicial Watch also tried contacting the Phoenix ATF office, but multiple calls were not returned.

fast-and-furiousWhile the claim is that these weapons were sold illegally and there is no doubt this gun dealer will be in big trouble over this incident, what about the Obama administration? What about Eric Holder? What about the unconstitutional Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agency? Where is there any accountability for their gun running scheme that put guns in the hands of Mexican drug cartels? I don’t even see articles of impeachment over this fiasco.

It was reported that another weapon which was used at the Garland, Texas “Draw the Prophet Mohammed” event was also purchased at a Phoenix gun store that was associated with Fast and Furious.

If that were not enough, what about the hundreds of Mexicans that have been killed, including a Mexican beauty queen? What about some justice for Brian Terry or Jaime Zapata? How about this murdered police chief? What about these three crime scenes, or the attempted assassination of this police chief?

The same cartels that Eric Holder, Barack Obama and our ATF armed are the same ones that engage in the kind of violence that can only be paralleled to Islamic jihadists. These are the same monsters that mercilessly pursued, attempted to murder and finally did murder brave Ticquicheo mayor Maria Santos Gorrostieta because she was exposing them.

While I do not agree with George W. Bush’ Wide Receiver, there are huge differences between what his administration did and what the Obama administration did, and there are countless bodies to show for it.

For those Republicans who have led the investigation into Fast and Furious for years now, when are you going to act on the information already in your possession and bring the real criminals to justice?AMEN

Media Silence after a Concealed Carrier in a Nightclub Stops a Mass Shooting

waving flagBy Philip Hodges July 5, 2016

After the mass murder in Orlando, liberals called for more gun control, and conservatives pointed out that people should be allowed to protect themselves especially in those types of situations. Liberals would respond that “guns and alcohol don’t mix,” and that because of the chaos of the nightclub scene, having armed patrons would lead to a “Wild West” blood bath, with people shooting at each other at random.

Here’s a real life example of what could have happened in Orlando had there been just one person with a gun who shot back at Omar Mateen.

Just two weeks following the mass murder at the Orlando nightclub that resulted in 49 deaths and 53 injured victims, an attempted mass shooting occurred at a South Carolina nightclub.

It was a shooting that caused injuries to three people, but no deaths. That’s because a certain club-goer was concealing a firearm and shot back at the suspect in self-defense and in the defense of others.Hey Leftist

According to reports, 32-year-old Jody Ray Thompson had gotten into an argument with someone else and started shooting into a crowd of people who had gathered outside the club. He hit three people and was about to hit a fourth one, when that potential victim pulled out his own gun and shot the suspect in the leg.

Lt. Kevin Bobo with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said that the concealed carrier has a valid concealed weapons permit, is cooperating with investigators and won’t be facing any charges.

Thompson was charged with “four counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.”

Thankfully, none of the victims’ gunshot injuries were life-threatening.

Liberals would like to keep this a local story, because it highlights the importance and value of carrying a firearm. If no one had been armed except the criminal, and he had killed several people, it would have made national headlines in no time.

EXCLUSIVE: This Is Trump’s Foreign Policy, A Conversation With Top Trump Adviser Dr. Walid Phares

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump “will not ask Japan or South Korea to invest in building nuclear weapons but he will speak with their leaders about how to create a safer and more stable environment in the East Asia theater” to confront the realities of a nuclear North Korea, according to the candidate’s top foreign policy adviser, Dr. Walid Phares.

Dr. Walid Phares

Dr. Walid Phares

The Trump adviser sat down with The Daily Caller News Foundation in an exclusive interview to discuss the candidate’s world view and foreign policy proposals.

Phares was the director of international relations and political science at BAU International University since 2013, and he has been the provost as of 2014; he is on leave now. The Trump foreign policy analyst also served as an adviser to former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign.

TheDCNF: First of all, I think readers would like to understand, how often does Mr. Trump rely on you and other foreign policy advisers for information while he is on the campaign trail?

Phares: Two points, first: I have a non-disclosure agreement with the campaign when it comes to specific campaign practices. Second: as an adviser, I answer to campaign leadership including Mr. Trump, and the team engages in a variety of typical research practices: briefing the candidate, providing immediate analysis to breaking news, and writing policy papers.

TheDCNF: How big is the Trump foreign policy team?

Phares: He has announced who his foreign policy and national security advisers are, I am one of them, and many others will join later. There are many people who call the campaign and give advice from time to time despite not being formally affiliated with the campaign. Ultimately, if Mr. Trump is hopefully elected, he will have at his disposal all the advisers and heads of agencies and departments that the U.S. government has.

TheDCNF: What attracted you to the Trump campaign?

Phares: Because of the dual challenges of ISIS and a legitimized Iran that still has nuclear ambitions, Donald Trump can and will shake up the foreign policy establishment. Hillary Clinton is part of the establishment and she has failed by giving poor advice to President Obama and partnered the State Department with radical groups, so there is no reason to promote her to commander-in-chief.

TheDCNF: What are the top foreign policy priorities of the campaign? Does the campaign even have foreign policy priorities given Mr. Trump’s admitted embrace of an unpredictable foreign policy?

Phares: Look, this is an America First foreign policy as laid out in his speech in April. We live in an unpredictable world, so yes, priorities do change. The campaign has a well-organized foreign policy in that it adapts to a disorganized world. At the moment, the top two priorities are how to deal with issues of nuclear proliferation and how to completely destroy Islamic jihadist organizations, including and especially ISIS.

On nuclear proliferation, Mr. Trump has made a clear statement about not having any further nuclear proliferation, especially in the hands of people who are problematic. He thinks about it as the greatest threat that we and the rest of the world will face. I would say that North Korea and Iran, and the nuclear threat would be number one.

He believes as I said that there needs to be a concerted, strategic effort to remove ISIS while also worrying about who and what could come next once they have been destroyed. It’s not just ISIS, there is still al-Qaeda as well as more covert actors like the Muslim Brotherhood that President Obama legitimized in Egypt before the Egyptians took their country back.

The homeland is facing a real, domestic, jihadi threat. We need to wage the battle of counter-terrorism, but we also need to prevent it through vetting potential jihadists coming into the U.S. and investing in border security.

TheDCNF: On the issue of nuclear weapons, how would Trump feel about Japan and South Korea pursuing the development of nuclear weapons in their own right?

Phares: When we as a campaign are in touch with South Korean leaders and politicians, they complain to us that Obama isn’t doing enough and they are concerned about his inaction. South Koreans have told us that their country has become less secure in the past eight years and they want a change, they want a Trump foreign policy.

To be clear though, Mr. Trump is not committed to any particular action. He is simply willing to have frank discussions with Asian partners about many options and has said so publicly. He will not ask Japan or South Korea to invest in building nuclear weapons but he will speak with their leaders about how to create a safer and more stable environment in the East Asia theater. Most importantly, Mr. Trump is an expert negotiator with a successful track record, which is a skill-set severely lacking in President Obama as well as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

TheDCNF: When it comes to the Iran Deal, will Mr. Trump get rid of it on day one given his disdain for the deal?

Phares: No, he’s not going to get rid of an agreement that has the institutional signature of the United States. He is a man of institutions. But he’s going to look back on it the institutional way. He’s said, so far that he doesn’t like this deal and that it was poorly negotiated. Once elected, he’s going to renegotiate it after talking through it with his advisers. One of the clear possibilities is he will send it back to Congress. The reaction of the Iranian leadership will be the next phase. So he is not going to implement it as is, he is going to revise it after negotiating one on one with Iran or with a series of allies.

TheDCNF: What can Israel expect of a Trump presidency?

Phares: Mr. Trump has made it clear to both the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC), and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), that he will be a strong ally of Israel, as he has always been.

TheDCNF: For many people there is great unease with Mr. Trump’s proposal of temporarily banning all Muslims from entering the U.S. Is such a ban in your opinion actually realistic and enforceable? Do you really think it will be effective in terrorism prevention?

Phares: This issue of the so-called “Muslim ban”

TheDCNF: Excuse me Dr. Phares, that’s what he himself called for, “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”

Phares: Well, let’s understand what he meant and where he is on this issue. What he meant was, after the repetitive attacks on Europe and the U.S., it is clear that the Obama administration, the Hillary campaign and unfortunately, many of our European partners, do not have the answer or correct methodology for vetting people coming in from abroad.

Mr. Trump has looked at what specialists and very renowned researchers have been raising in congressional testimony at hearings. The issue is, if you don’t have a measure for detecting who is who, and who is a jihadist and who is not, then we will keep having more bloodshed.

Mr. Trump’s reaction with this policy was genuine and symbolic for provoking that debate on a need for a foreign policy and counter-terrorism strategy shift. He is telling the American public that he is going to change that policy. So, he suggested that our current political leaders implement a shutdown. However, the important part of the proposal is, “until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.” It is clear they have yet to figure it out, and that’s what resonated with voters who want change.

TheDCNF: But why does this policy single out people based on their religious beliefs?

Phares: Look, Donald Trump is an inclusive businessman who has never looked at one community and said, “I’m going to demonize this community.” That’s why the charges of being a racist or an Islamophobe do not apply. He’s simply looking at the problem from a national security perspective. But lately, he has been adapting his position. The more he is informed of the subject, the more he is adapting. And he said, we are ready to discuss those issues which need to be discussed. Once he will start getting intelligence briefings, he will know more about what the problem is and how to handle it so that when he is elected, he will know how to use the vast resources of the federal government. Indeed over the past weeks Mr Trump made several statements announcing that he will be focusing on the radical Islamic terrorists and where they come from. Hence the shut down will narrow to Jihadists and radical Islamists as ways to identify them would be made available

TheDCNF: On the issue of intelligence briefings, once he gets the official nomination, many questions have been raised about Mr. Trump’s temperament. Are you confident that he will not divulge any information from those briefings at a campaign rally or an interview?

Dr. Phares: With regard to Mr. Trump receiving national security briefings and talking about them, this is impossible. He has reached a point where he has already received a huge amount of information from his own experts which he knows is sensitive despite not coming from U.S. intelligence.

Mr. Trump is extremely careful and he has always been responsible with what we have told him. He controls information perfectly, which is how he was able to build a company with a global footprint. In the time that I have advised him on sensitive geopolitical matters, I have never heard Mr. Trump mention things in public that he should not. From my own experience, Mr. Trump will act as a statesman.

TheDCNF: Just to clarify, when you have talked to sources in an unofficial basis and you have passed on that information to Mr. Trump, and you have informed him that the information is credible while being unofficial nevertheless, he has understood this and subsequently when discussing foreign policy in public, he has not divulged this?

Dr. Phares: He has acted impeccably as a statesman, as someone who understands nuance. He asks many informed questions. He wants to understand the issues in detail and recognizes that he is dealing with sensitive matters.

In Part 2 of TheDCNF exclusive interview with Dr. Phares, the adviser discusses Trump’s views on China, Mexico, and more.fight

WOW: Wikileaks Just Released Hillary’s Emails… World in SHOCK

waving flagPosted on July 5, 2016

Screen Shot 2016-07-05 at 9.32.40 AM

Guess the burning of documents and deleting of emails didn’t cover all her bases. Check out what the Wikileaks team discovered.

On June 16, Julian Assange said he would release emails captured from Hillary Clinton’s Secretary of State private email server that was not secure and he’s finally done it.

Wiki Leaks has her emails, and we are supposed to believe that the Russian’s, Chinese, Iranians, North Korean’s and ISIS never saw anything on her unsecured server. This is just too good. Hillary supporters will ignore it, but the undecided, independents won’t and believe or not, six percent of the populace determine the election.

So uhh…this looks like she wanted something sensitive sent as non-sensitive doesn’t it? You can search for more information, search here: https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/

Screen Shot 2016-07-04 at 6.39.38 PM

Classified, or not, if you read them, there are quite a bit of government conversations, which I wouldn’t think we’d want our enemies to view our stance or thoughts!

From The Blaze:

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange says his team’s upcoming leaks about Hillary Clinton could be enough to “proceed with an indictment,” but he’s not so confident that will actually happen.

“We have upcoming leaks in relation to Hillary Clinton,” he told Britain’s ITV. “We’ve accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton. We could proceed to an indictment.”

As the presidential campaigns turn toward the general election, Donald Trump and the Republican Party will use the fact that Clinton is currently under FBI investigation for her use of a private email server to their advantage. And, regardless of his political persuasion, Assange and WikiLeaks may aide the GOP in doing that.

Assange has been a long-time critic of Clinton, who he once said “has a long history of being a liberal war hawk.” However, he is not convinced any amount of information will actually lead to an indictment of the former secretary of state.

BREAKING: FBI Releases Their ‘Judgement’ On Clinton Case

waving flagPosted on July 5, 2016

Screen Shot 2016-07-05 at 10.34.10 AM

The FBI, despite Hillary sending and receiving top security emails on a server that was easily hacked, has decided not to pursue the case against her. Check out the details below.

FBI Director James Comey announced Tuesday that the FBI will not recommend federal prosecution of Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server to store what turned out to be thousands of classified documents in her emails.

The U.S. Justice Department has the final say, but Attorney General Loretta Lynch said last week that she ‘fully expects’ to act on whatever the FBI recommends. The FBI doesn’t expect any criminal charges to result, Comey said.

‘We are expressing to the Department of Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case,’ he said. ‘In looking back into our investigations into the mishandling or the removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts.’believe you

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump fired back almost immediately on Twitter.

‘The system is rigged,’ he wrote. ‘General Petraeus got in trouble for far less. Very very unfair! As usual, bad judgment.’

‘FBI director said Crooked Hillary compromised our national security. No charges. Wow! #RiggedSystem,’ a second tweet read.

Comey’s conclusion, which he insisted no politician in the Obama administration was aware of in advance, amounted to a declaration that Clinton and her aides were ‘extremely careless’ with their handling of classified material, but their actions did not rise to the level of a prosecution.

‘None of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system,’ Comey said.

‘Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before deciding whether to bring charges.’Picture4

Comey said 110 emails in 52 email chains found on Clinton’s server contained information that was classified at the time they were sent or received. That contradicts Clinton’s early mantra that nothing was classified when it hit her server. He also said it was possible that hackers aligned with foreign governments gained access to her server – and that some did hack into email accounts owned by people she traded messages with.

‘We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial email accounts of people with whom secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account,’ Comey explained.Picture5

The negligence Comey outlined in his statement to reporters could have been enough to result in a criminal prosecution. But Clinton’s conduct amounted to mere sloppiness, he said.Bull

‘Although we did not find clear evidence that sec Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws,’ Comey said, ‘there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.’Picture6

Comey said the FBI determined that before Clinton deleted tens of thousands of her ‘personal’ emails, her attorneys deleted several work-related messages. The lawyers didn’t read them all but searched keywords to determine which of them might qualify as government records.

But despite her incomplete submission to the State Department, he said, ‘we found no evidence that any of the additional work related emails were intentionally deleted.’Bull

Comey acknowledged that rank-and-file government employees might not receive a clean legal bill of health in similar circumstances, and might also have their security clearances revoked.you think

Limbaugh Makes Beyond Chilling Prediction About The Left If Trump Wins: ‘We’re Gonna See…’

waving flagWritten by Russell Bartlett July 1, 2016

After several tumultuous years of destructive protests, the rise of activist groups like Black Lives Matter, and an increased intolerance of free speech in liberal bastions, at least one prominent pundit thinks America’s civil unrest could come to a head following the upcoming presidential election.

Speaking specifically about leftist efforts to reverse the United Kingdom’s recent vote to leave the European Union, Rush Limbaugh told his audience this week that he foresees a similar backlash — if not worse — to the election of presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump.

And the left’s planning has already started, he said.

“Now, you are not a stranger,” Limbaugh told his listeners. “You know full well how the left goes crazy today protesting things, like in Ferguson, in Baltimore, take your pick, any event. Something goes wrong on a college campus and the media is right there. You add to this the Democrats losing the presidency in November, and my sense is that there isn’t gonna be any peace. There’s gonna be anger. There is going to be rage. There are gonna be lawsuits.”mob rule tyranny

Limbaugh predicted that if Trump wins the general election in November, there will be a stream of legal challenges and demands for vote recounts “no matter how close” the final vote is.

“No matter if it’s a landslide loss for Hillary Clinton, they just don’t put up with it,” the host continued, “and they’re certainly not gonna be of the mind to put up with it in November.”Mob Rule

The fact that Clinton is set to run against an especially divisive candidate in Trump, Limbaugh noted, is not the only reason Democrats will protest.

“Trump will be the icing on the cake,” he said. “It could be anybody. If Hillary Clinton loses, if the left, if the Democrats lose, it won’t matter so much who wins. It’s the fact that they’ve lost, they’re not gonna tolerate it. And there won’t be any condemnation of it.”

After suggesting the media would be complicit in promoting the narrative of those protesting a Trump win, Limbaugh went on to suggest efforts — or at least threats thereof — to nullify the election would spill from courtrooms into the street.

“Even before the election in November,” he said, “I don’t care what the polling data is, I don’t care if the race is supposedly close or not, the Drive-Bys, you’re gonna see it starting maybe a month before, you’re gonna see stories about all the planned riots if Trump wins.”

Independence Day: Fox Business’s Stuart Varney Tells Why He’s Proud To Be An American

waving flagWritten by Steve Guest, Media Reporter, 07/03/2016

In light of Independence Day 2016, Fox Business Network’s Stuart Varney shared with The Daily Caller what it means to be an American by choice and how that shapes his view of the anti-Donald Trump protesters who wave the Mexican flag in America.

Stuart Varney, Screen Grab Fox Business Network

Stuart Varney, Screen Grab Fox Business Network

Varney was born in Britain and became an American citizen last November. He said, “It’s a very special day—this July the Fourth—because it will be the first July the Fourth that I have been a fully-fledged, bonafide American citizen.”

“I’ve been in America a long time, but just recently became a citizen. And I have to tell you that, when I, on the day that I swore allegiance to the Constitution to the United States of America it was a very special day.”

“In my swearing-in ceremony, there were 80 people from 33 different countries, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the place,” Varney recalled fondly. “Everybody wanted to be there. We all wanted to be Americans, and it was a fine feeling.”

“I realized at that point, I’m a member of the club. I am an American,” Varney said. Being an American “makes you feel different. It just does. I’ve loved America since day one, and now I’ve joined the club. I’m in, and I’m a very happy guy.”

Elaborating on his choice to become an American, Varney told TheDC, “I have pretty much a free choice as to where I want to live and work in the world. And I deliberately chose America because this is the place that I know and like and came to love.”

Varney said he chose America because “it offered opportunity—and nobody cared what my mom and dad did for a living. You know, that’s an astonishing thing to say when you’re a European because your birthright, your background means a lot. In America, I never got that impression. Can you do the job? Have you got any brains, drive, talent, and ability? And if you do well, you can climb the tree. And that’s what happened to me. I liked it immediately, fit right in, felt myself to be very American, and took it from there.”

“It’s a feeling of belonging, being part of it,” Varney said.

When asked about the anti-Trump protesters who have shown up in California and New Mexico at the presumptive Republican nominee’s rallies, Varney said, “That’s like a red rag to a bull. Outrageous. You do not fly any foreign flag when you’re demonstrating against an American presidential candidate… You just don’t do it. Period. And on American soil, in California, to wave the Mexican flag is extremely provocative. And, I think, wildly counter-productive for the demonstrators. Nothing will move voters toward Donald Trump quite like a Mexican flag…. That’s provocative and counterproductive and utterly wrong.”

For Varney, becoming an American has “solidified” his views on immigration. “This thing of choice is very important to me. All immigrants are making that choice. They’re all saying. ‘I want to be here’—for whatever reason. They’re saying. ‘I want to be here,’ and America is a place which opens its arms to foreigners,” Varney said. “I mean, after all, where else in the world could I go, with a very foreign accent, and tell you Americans, the locals, what’s going on in your society. And if you think that an American could go to Germany and, with a pronounced American accent, read the news in German and have them—I mean, would you be accepted? Course you wouldn’t! But in America you can. America offers a warm embrace to foreigners, and I’ve always felt that and always felt at home.”

The Fox host told TheDC that he plans to celebrate his first Fourth as an American citizen on Cape Cod with his family. They will spend time, Varney said, at the annual Fourth of July parade with “my fellow Americans, all of whom want to be there and are celebrating our independence.”

McCaul: When you vote, ask yourself if you feel safer

waving flagBy Cassi Pollock 7/3/16 The Washington Examiner

Rep. Michael McCaul, a Texas Republican who came to Washington in 2005 and rose to chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee in 2013, believes Americans will be asking a simple question before they vote this year.

“Do you feel safer than you did before?” McCaul told the Washington Examiner. “Most people would say, ‘No, I don’t.'”

America’s national security has fallen behind significantly since President Obama took office, said McCaul, who previously served as Texas’ deputy attorney general and as the U.S. attorney general’s chief of counterterrorism and national security.

Citing the attacks in San Bernardino, Calif., and Orlando, Fla., McCaul said the threat isn’t going away. “I wish it would, but it’s not going away in my lifetime. I just hope it goes away in my children’s lifetime.”

Though he said that prospect should deter Americans from voting for Hillary Clinton in the presidential election this fall, he also has yet to endorse Donald Trump, who McCaul said will need guidance on national security and foreign affairs. “I don’t think that’s his particular strength right now, but I think it can be with the right team around him,” McCaul said.

He also voiced frustration with Cuba, which in June denied visa applications from McCaul and several other lawmakers who were seeking to inspect suspected lackluster security at the country’s airports. The island nation, which sits 90 miles off the coast of Florida, is set to begin sending 110 daily flights into the U.S. this fall.

“This whole let’s open Cuba up to everybody — well, they just denied the chairman of the Homeland Security Committee access to Cuba,” McCaul said.

Washington Examiner: The president has been pushing for gun control in the wake of the Orlando shooting. If you were president, what would have been your response to Orlando?

McCaul: First, I would have acknowledged what it was, and that’s the impact of radical Islamist extremism in the United States and the threat that’s very real to Americans. The president did the right thing by going to Orlando personally and grieving with the victims. That was probably the deadliest attack since 9/11.

I think we have to tackle the root of the problem, this radicalization from within. The fact that it’s pervasive over the Internet and that it’s coming out of Iraq and Syria and northern Africa. It has expanded into that part of the world, and quite frankly, [we must] take it seriously. And have a military strategy, political, diplomatic and a counter-narrative that’s portent to the ideology that it’s spreading.

We don’t do an effective job countering this violent extremism or radicalization within the United States and overseas as well. We are losing this war of ideas and ideology that’s spreading across the globe on the Internet, which has provided a recruitment tool for the jihadists.

Bin Laden was very primitive in his communications, sort of cage and courier. Now they have the Internet and a new generation of terrorists to exploit the Internet to its advantage. They are, in my judgment, winning, not on the run.

“I wish it would, but it’s not going away in my lifetime. I just hope it goes away in my children’s lifetime,” Rep. Michael McCaul said of recent attacks, including the one in Orlando, Fla. (AP Photo)

Examiner: The Democratic National Committee was hacked last week, possibly by the Russian government, but possibly by other parties as well. What are your observations on that?

McCaul: It shows that our defenses are weak in the United States, and that we are under attack. I would say this was espionage. We saw 20 million security clearances stolen from the federal government in addition to 80 million healthcare records from Anthem that were big data theft. They were put on top of each other and are exploited for espionage purposes.

Those particular attacks came out of China. The DNC attack came out of Russia. You have Russia, China, North Korea hits Sony and you have Iran that hits our financial sector every day.

We need to really harden our defenses in the United States from these sorts of attacks. The bill I passed last December was the landmark cyberbill that will help share threat information to protect our critical infrastructures.

Examiner: Is the U.S. falling behind on cyber? Why?

McCaul: To some extent it hasn’t been given proper attention. That’s a lack of information, both Congress and the executive branch, and I think it’s an ever-evolving threat that is moving so fast it’s hard to stay in front of it.

We’re very good at our offensive capability in terms of cyberoperations or Cyber Command to bring things down overseas, but we’re not very good at defending the nation from these attacks. Both with the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, I’ve been working very hard to make sure that our defenses here in the United States are improved.

Examiner: On a scale of one to 10, how secure is the average member of Congress from a nation-state trying to hack them?

McCaul: I don’t know if I can scale it. I think we’re vulnerable. I think we have pretty good protection and defensive measures in place.

The thing what worries me is the way that kind of OPM was inside credentials, or [Edward] Snowden with NSA. That’s always a vulnerability. The best technology, whether it’s screening at airports or screening email traffic and intrusions, if you have an insider who has access to the system, they can really get in and really compromise things.

The DNC hacking incident “shows that our defenses are weak in the United States, and that we are under attack,” said McCaul. (AP Photo)

Examiner: Wasn’t OPM phishing through a contractor?

McCaul: Yeah, they used old credentials and employee credentials at OPM and they got in. The Chinese were in our networks for about 14 months before we discovered them, which is crazy.

I’m trying to leverage the private sector a lot. I think there are some really good solutions out there, some software that can detect aberrant behavior on the networks. If someone is going into places they wouldn’t normally go into, it would automatically firewall it off and then have a kill switch for the user. That would have detected the OPM breach and stopped it and perhaps Snowden as well.

Examiner: Do you think Cyber Command should be broken off into its own unit apart from the NSA?

McCaul: It’s an interesting question. There have been discussions about that, or a sort of JSOC, joint special operations center [focused on] cyber. I think Cyber Command has the offensive capabilities, but again, standing up in the event there’s an act of cyberwarfare, are they capable of doing that is a question.

DHS has the protection of critical infrastructures in the United States. But in a time of warfare, the military obviously has to stand up, and the question is if Cyber Command is capable of doing that, or should we think about the idea of a joint special operation center that’s cyber?

Examiner: You launched a commission on digital security and encryption in February. Do you expect Congress to make any progress on that before the end of the year?

McCaul: I’m hopeful. I know it’s within the jurisdiction of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, and [Chairman] Ron Johnson is taking a hard look at it. It could potentially have a markup in the near future. I think it’s too important and big of an issue for just staffers on the Hill to solve, with all due respect.

I have a lot of respect for staff on the Hill and members, but this is such a complex issue and so important that experts and stakeholders in the subject matters need to be weighing in on a national dialogue and advising the Congress how to go forward. We can make mistakes if we don’t do it right.

Encryption is not a bad thing. It’s a good thing in some respects. It’s security. They have learned how to exploit encryption and turn it against us. For instance, in Paris and Brussels they learned to use apps like Telegram to communicate point to point.

They’re now evolving where they can not only hide their communications, but hide their ISP addresses. Now we wouldn’t know who’s talking to whom, when and where. That concerns federal law enforcement for a variety of reasons in the intelligence community.

It used to be we could capture those and stop and disrupt plots, but if you can’t see it, you can’t stop it. Say someone [overseas] is talking to someone in Washington. You can at least put resources around that individual in the United States to monitor them. If they mask the ISPs, we can’t even see that.

Then the Apple phone issue is very complicated. The government asking a private company to create a vulnerability in its own system and exploit that is very complex. I think the end result was appropriate, and the FBI got the tools necessary to open them rather than forcing a private company to do it themselves. That’s more evidentiary, but that’s a huge issue.

[The commission has] been endorsed by so many people because it is a good idea. [CIA Director] John Brennan came out last week endorsing it, saying this working group stuff on the Hill is all fine and well, but it’s not going to get the answers we need. This commission, like a 9/11-style commission, is the way we need to go forward.

“Encryption is not a bad thing. It’s a good thing in some respects. It’s security,” said McCaul. (iStock Photo)

Examiner: Let’s shift to the Supreme Court decision on executive amnesty. The court just upheld a lower court’s decision finding that executive amnesty was unconstitutional. How is that going to affect border security? Was it a big victory for Texas?

McCaul: I think it was a victory for the Constitution and the Congress because we, under the Constitution, determine the immigration laws. Some would say we need to reform them, and I think it’s a broken system that needs to be reformed, but I do think we need to secure the border. In terms of enforcement and security at the border: enforcement, yes, security, no.

I’ve had a bill out for a year to secure the border, and at some point Congress is going to have to pass this and get it done. We just haven’t had the political will to secure the border. And we can get it done through a variety of ways. It’s a multi-layered approach of not just fencing — fencing works, to some extent — but also technology, aviation assets and manpower, boots on the ground responding.

McCaul says the Supreme Court deciding to uphold a lower court’s decision finding that executive amnesty was unconstitutional “was a victory for the Constitution and the Congress because we, under the Constitution, determine the immigration laws.” (AP Photo)

Examiner: What else is on your legislative agenda between now and the next president taking office?

McCaul: We’re looking at some smaller border bills. This McCaul-Warner commission would be a huge step forward. We’re looking at [Transportation Security Administration] in terms of how can we reform it, possibly enabling airports to privatize if they want to.

We did this bipartisan task force on foreign fighters countering radical extremism, and we have a few more recommendations we can turn into legislation.

We’ve already passed some of these counterterrorism bills that we may put on the [Federal Aviation Administration] bill extension, which would be a must pass.

One thing that concerns me [is] we just came back from a trip to the Persian Gulf on an aircraft carrier. We saw the F/A-18s flying into Iraq and Syria. We went to Syene in Egypt — where ISIS is — and Camp North. It was so extreme that when we left they evacuated the camp the next day. We were in Tunisia and saw the museum that was shot by the terrorists.

We got briefed by the Libyan team that’s in exile right now — the Libyan ambassador — which they said is a failed state. We have 5,000 foreign fighters out of Tunisia, we have 6,000 ISIS in Libya, that’s actually growing, not contracting, so we’re worried about the last points in departure airports.

We went to Cairo, and they have flights into JFK and Dulles airport. It really concerns me some of these flights. I thought security was inadequate in Cairo. I don’t want to see what ISIS did, and that’s put a bomb on an airplane. It was a Russian jet, in that case, but it was supposed to be a British plane. But they have the external operation capability to do that stuff — the insider threat.

Examiner: On the issue of airport security, Cuba just rejected your visa applications to inspect their departure airports.

McCaul: Cuba, just 90 miles off the coast of the United States, they’re going to have [up to] 110 [daily] flights coming in now, and we wanted to look at their last point of departure airports.

We wanted to look at their security down there because TSA has been back-channeling to us that it’s not adequate, and I attempted to go down there to just look at it. There were five of us, and they denied our visas. This whole let’s open Cuba up to everybody — well, they just denied the chairman of the Homeland Security Committee access to Cuba and denied my visa application.

Examiner: Where do you go from here?

McCaul: They just did not want a guy like me going down there looking at their security because I may have seen problems, right? It’s hard to know where to go from here. We’re not going to let the issue die because it’s too important.

I don’t want inbound flights that could potentially be compromised with bombs on them. You get drugs coming in on these flights from Puerto Rico; you have drugs on flights in the United States. So, if you can get drugs on a plane, you can get a bomb on a plane. And I think that’s the point.

Examiner: Can you compare your experience as deputy attorney general of Texas to your current one as a congressman? Which group is easier to work with: people in D.C or people in Texas?

McCaul: I guess both. That’s kind of what I do in my current job. I work with people back home and up here. It’s a little more political back home. It’s a little more policy-based here.

My background as deputy attorney general — I had some creative initiatives to tackle child pornography and child predators to Project Exile, which is a gun prosecution idea that we did statewide.

I think this job allows some creativity to accomplish things for the good of the American people. I think being in the U.S. Attorney’s office as a counterterrorism guy was a great experience and great background for what I’m doing now, because I understand terrorists. I’ve been doing this and have had a passion for it for quite some time now. I think it prepared me well for the job I’m doing today.

Examiner: How would Hillary Clinton compare on national security to the presumptive nominee?

McCaul: I think our nominee is going to need advice. He needs to surround himself with good advisers on national security and foreign policy. I don’t think that’s his particular strength right now, but I think it can be with the right team around him. [Ronald] Reagan, that wasn’t his deal either, but he surrounded himself with good people and that made him very credible.

Clinton has a lot of experience on it, but it’s not exactly good experiences. She has some bad experiences. She’s been the architect for a lot of the problems we have today. The reset with Putin did not go too well. I was with Ambassador [Ryan] Crocker just yesterday talking about what happened in Iraq.

The failure of the Status of Forces Agreement when they basically gave it to them. And the political malfeasance not to engage with Prime Minister [Nouri al-] Maliki.

I met with Condoleezza Rice, who said Hillary Clinton only went to Baghdad one day for three hours to talk to [Maliki]. They were totally disengaged and just wanted to pull out of Iraq at all costs. And we saw what happened. Say what you want about Bush, but they did leave it stabilized.

McCaul says that while presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton has a lot of experience on national security, “it’s not exactly good experiences. She has some bad experiences. She’s been the architect for a lot of the problems we have today.” (AP Photo)

It shows the point that you can’t completely withdraw. You need a presence to maintain the stability, so when we completely withdrew, the whole place imploded and now what’s happened? Al Qaeda in Iraq has morphed into ISIS. The Islamic State now is there. We’re relying on the Shia militias under the ayatollah to fight this war against ISIS. This is crazy.

Iran is now filling the vacuum. The Islamic State is filling the vacuum. Assad is still in power as a magnate for jihadists, and guess what? Now the Russians are in there, to really complicate things.

I think the optics are, from parts of the world, we’re embracing Iran so much with our deal at all costs with all other nations that we have this alliance with Russia and Iran, so the rest of that region — Turkey, the gulf states and Saudi [Arabia] — are confused as to what our foreign policy really is.

I think it’s been a failed foreign policy, and I think the architect of that foreign policy is Hillary Clinton. Given the right arguments, our nominee and his surrogates would have a very good opportunity to point that out to the American people. The question is, do you feel safer today than you did before? Reagan said do you feel better off. Well, do you feel safer? The answer is no. Most people would say, “No, I don’t.”

Boston, Chattanooga, San Bernardino, Orlando. When’s the next one? Paris, Brussels, bombs on airplanes. Like I mentioned in the very beginning, the Internet is expanding its threat globally. And it’s not going away anytime soon. I wish it would, but it’s not going away in my lifetime. I just hope it goes away in my children’s lifetime.

Examiner: Who would you like to see the party nominate for vice president when the [Republican National Convention] convenes?

McCaul: I think there are several candidates out there who would be very qualified. I guess the question is whether they would be interested.

Examiner: Whom would you pick if you were the presidential nominee?

McCaul: I think a good pick from a political map standpoint and political talent would be somebody like [Marco] Rubio in Florida. Obviously the presumptive nominee has to do a better job repairing his relationship with minorities. And I think somebody like Rubio would be a good pick in that regard.

It always comes down to Florida. Maybe [John] Kasich with Ohio would be another possible good choice. It’s always down to Ohio and Florida. I think, talent, pool standpoint at hand and the map, without those two states you can’t win them.

Examiner: What’s on your recommended reading list?

McCaul: My book, Failures of Imagination. I’ll give you a signed copy. People say what keeps you up at night, and I lay out what keeps me up at night in this book. It’s eight chapters, eight different scenarios, whether it’s Islam or space terror or cybersecurity or Iran or Putin and Russia. It’s fiction, but fact-based and educational.

Big Gay Hate Machine

ChristianMingle.com, an online dating service for Christian singles, must start allowing people to seek out same-sex relationships under a judge-approved settlement. ChristianMingle only required new users to specify whether they’re a man seeking a woman or a woman seeking a man. Two gay men filed class-actions claims against the site’s owner, California-based Spark Networks Inc., claiming that the site’s limited options violated California’s anti-discrimination law, The Wall Street Journal reported.

State law requires businesses to offer “full and equal” accommodations and services to people regardless of their sexual orientation.

For now, ChristianMingle will only ask a user whether he or she is a man or woman. Spark Networks agreed that within two years, it would adjust other features to give gay singles a more tailored experience, the Journal reported.

The terms approved by a state judge Monday also applied to other Spark-owned sites that had operated in the same fashion, including CatholicMingle.com, AdventistSinglesConnection.com and BlackSingles.com, the Journal reported.More forced

Spark agreed to pay both men $9,000 each and $450,000 in attorneys’ fees. The company didn’t admit any wrongdoing as part of the agreement, the Journal reported.

“I am gratified that we were able to work with Spark to help ensure that people can fully participate in all the diverse market places that make our country so special, regardless of their sexual orientation,” one of the lead plaintiffs’ attorneys, Vineet Dubey of Custodio & Dubey LLP, said in a statement.Leftist Propagandist

Three Americans HACKED TO DEATH By Terrorists Shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’

waving flagPosted on July 2, 2016

Screen Shot 2016-07-02 at 10.37.11 AMThe only people that were spared in this attack were those who could cite the Koran. 20 victims have been killed.

At least three American students have been identified among 20 people killed during an ISIS attack on a cafe in Bangladesh yesterday. Abinta Kabir, a student at Emory University who was from Miami, Florida, died when terrorists attacked the largely foreign crowd inside the Holey Artisan Bakery in Dhaka. Fellow Emory student Faraaz Hossain, who attended the college’s business school, was also identified as being among the dead by a spokesman today. Tarushi Jain, 19, who studied at University of California Berkeley campus was also killed. Kabir, a sophomore at Emory’s Oxford campus, was an American citizen, while Hossain was born in Bangladesh and Jain was of Indian origin.

A spokesman said: ‘Emory University has learned that two Emory students, Abinta Kabir and Faraaz Hossain, were among those taken hostage and murdered by terrorists yesterday in the attack in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

‘Abinta, who was from Miami, was a rising sophomore at Emory’s Oxford College.

‘Faraaz, who was from Dhaka, was a graduate of Oxford College and a student at the university’s Goizueta Business School.

‘The Emory community mourns this tragic and senseless loss of two members of our university family.

‘Our thoughts and prayers go out on behalf of Faraaz and Abinta and their families and friends for strength and peace at this unspeakably sad time.’

According to witnesses a group of six Islamist radicals stormed the cafe yesterday evening armed with assault weapons, pistols and ‘sharp objects’ before taking more than 30 people hostage.

The terrorists then hacked 20 people to death, sparing only those who could recite the Koran, before engaging police in a 12-hour standoff.Do you want

The cafe was eventually stormed by elite Bangladeshi commandos who killed the attackers and freed the remaining hostages.

Among those killed are nine Italians, as well as tourists from Japan, South Korea, and India. The Italian foreign ministry confirmed the dead as: Adele Puglisi, Marco Tondat, Claudia Maria D’Antona, Nadia Benedetti, Vincenzo D’Allestro, Maria Rivoli, Cristian Rossi, Claudio Cappelli, and Simona Monti.

Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wazed declared two days of mourning for the victims to take place on Sunday and Monday. She also thanked all those who had expressed their solidarity with Bangladesh, and vowed that terrorism would be exterminated at all costs.

Army Brigadier General Naim Asraf Chowdhury said: ‘Most of (the hostages) were killed mercilessly by sharp weapons last night.’

On Friday night, Hasnat Karim had brought his family to celebrate his daughter’s birthday. Hasnat was too traumatised to say more than a few words about his ordeal, saying only that the hostage-takers ‘did not misbehave with us’. But he detailed to his father Rezaul how the gunmen – who were armed with automatic weapons, bombs and makeshift machetes – had split the diners into two groups.

Rezaul said: ‘(The foreigners) were taken to the upper floor and the Bangladeshis were kept around a table.’

He said his son told him the terrorists ‘did not hit people who could recite verses from the Koran. The others were tortured’.

He added: ‘The gunmen asked everyone inside to recite from the Koran. Those who recited were spared. The gunmen even gave them meals last night.’Do you want

Elite Bangladeshi commandos stormed the building after siege of more than 12 hours, freeing some 13 hostages. Six of the terrorists were shot dead and one was arrested at the scene.

Sarah Palin has harsh new name for NeverTrump elites and she wallops them with it in fantastic speech

waving flagJuly 2, 2016 |

Sarah Palin channeled former President Bush after 9/11 at a speech at the Western Conservative Summit in Denver on Friday, except the former Alaska governor was talking about an entirely different problem than the fight against radical Islam when she said “you’re either with us or you’re against us.”

The problem? The refusal of certain Republicans to come around to the political reality that is Donald Trump.

Calling the #NeverTrump crowed “threatened,” Palin said, That gang, they call themselves Never hashtag, whatever, I just call ‘em Republicans Against Trump, or RAT for short.”

In answering the question of why Trump is winning, Palin quipped, “And you know it was really funny, to me, the ‘splodey heads keep ‘sploding over this movement because it seems so obvious. [Colorado Republican Senate candidate] Darryl [Glenn] wins, Trump wins, America will win because voters are so sick and tired of being betrayed. Politicians campaign one way and they govern another and that’s become the status quo.”

The #NeverTrump people “want to take their [Denver] Nuggets ball home and stay home instead of vote because their guy didn’t win this time around. Now, you know, I shouldn’t call them thumbsuckers because they’re not all bad … I’m kidding. They are. And Hillary thanks them because she cannot win without them.”

Referring to last-ditch efforts to try to change the rules and deny Trump the nomination at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Palin got serious, “This isn’t a game, nor some drama to be played out on the convention stage. No, they’re playing with dynamite and arming those opposed to the planks in the platform on which Lincoln and Reagan stood. We’re talking about the direction of our country, our children’s future, the direction of the Supreme Court, all of this hinging on the next election. And at such a time as this, you cannot be lukewarm. We’re going to take our country back, and you are either with us or against us.”

Palin also had a special word for the “silly” left-wing protesters at Trump rallies. “We’ve been telling him he should hold his rallies at construction sites. You know protesters aren’t going to show up at a job site! [applause] Did you know, some of those rabble rousers, they’re actually paid protesters? So there you go, not even President yet and our guy is already creating jobs!”

EXCLUSIVE: Hillary Clinton Scheduled To Meet With FBI On Saturday

waving flagAuthored by Chuck Ross, Reporter, 07/01/2016

Former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton is scheduled to meet Saturday with the FBI, a source close to the investigation into her private email server tells The Daily Caller. The source went on to suggest the interview may take place at her Washington, D.C. home.Happy Happy Joy Joy

The bureau’s interview with the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee is believed to be the final step in its investigation into the potential mishandling of classified information on Clinton’s private email server.

Hundreds of now-classified documents — some of them “Top Secret” — were sent and received through Clinton’s private server, which she housed at her New York residence during her tenure at the State Department.

FBI investigators have already interviewed several Clinton aides, including her former chief of staff Cheryl Mills and her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin. Investigators have also interviewed Bryan Pagliano, the former State Department information technology specialist who maintained Clinton’s server. The Justice Department gave Pagliano limited immunity in exchange for his cooperation in the probe.

Scheduling the meeting on a holiday weekend will likely help with logistical issues for both the FBI and the Clinton campaign.Clinton Democrat Party

Clinton has no campaign events listed on her schedule which means that she will not be tailed by the usual pack of campaign reporters. The FBI has sought to avoid drawing attention to its probe by bringing in witnesses in secret. That strategy has been successful, as reports of the meetings have only come out after they were held.

Past interviews with Clinton probe witnesses have reportedly been conducted by FBI agents, lawyers with the Justice Department’s National Security division and prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Alexandria, Va.

The politician has not been asked in several weeks whether she had scheduled an interview with the government. Her last comments on the matter came in late May. She said then that her legal team had been in contact with the Justice Department but that “we do not have an interview scheduled.”FOR PRISON

The meeting comes in the midst of a controversy involving another meeting — this one a secret conclave between Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton. The pair met on Lynch’s airplane on the tarmac of Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport on Monday.

Lynch claimed that Clinton initiated the meeting and that the pair talked for around a half hour. She has claimed that they discussed Clinton’s grandchildren, their travels, and former Attorney General Janet Reno, who served in Clinton’s administration. She disclosed the meeting only after reporters asked her about it on Wednesday. On Friday, Lynch expressed regret about meeting with Clinton but declined calls to recuse herself from the investigation. She said she will accept recommendations handed down by FBI officials and Justice Department attorneys.

“I certainly wouldn’t do it again because I think it has cast a shadow over how this case will be perceived,” Lynch said at an Aspen Ideas Festival event.

“Believe me, I completely get that question. I think it’s the question of the day,” she added.

She said she will be briefed on the investigation by FBI and Justice Department officials and that “I fully expect to accept their recommendations.”

Lynch was asked on Friday why she did not rebuff Clinton’s request to meet with her on her plane. She dodged the question.

FBI director James Comey is said to be closely watching the investigation. He has maintained that the probe will be free from political influence.

But many observers have said this week that Lynch’s meeting with Bill Clinton has tainted the integrity of the investigation.

On Thursday, Judicial Watch, the government watchdog group, asked the Justice Department’s inspector general to open an ethics investigation into Lynch’s conduct. The group pointed out that, in addition to the probe into Hillary Clinton’s activities, the FBI is reportedly conducting a public corruption investigation involving the Clinton Foundation.

The FBI did not respond to TheDC’s request for comment about Saturday’s planned meeting. The Clinton campaign also did not respond.

House Panel Set To Consider Law Protecting Religious Americans From Discrimination

waving flagAuthored by Randy DeSoto June 30, 2016

Over a year after it was introduced, the First Amendment Defense Act, designed to protect Americans from being discriminated against by the federal government based on their religious beliefs, will soon get a hearing in the House of Representatives. The Daily Signal reports that the hearing is set for July 12 in the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which is chaired by Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah.Happy Happy Joy Joy

The proposed legislation, H.R. 2802, prohibits;

“The federal government from taking discriminatory action against a person on the basis that such person believes or acts in accordance with a religious belief or moral conviction that:

(1) marriage is or should be recognized as the union of one man and one woman, or

(2) sexual relations are properly reserved to such a marriage.”

H.R. 2802 lists specific discriminatory acts the federal government may not take, including:

  • Altering the federal tax treatment of, cause any tax, penalty, or payment to be assessed against, or deny, delay or revoke certain tax exemptions of any such person.

  • Disallowing a deduction of any charitable contribution made to or by such person.

  • Withholding, reducing, excluding, terminating, or otherwise denying any federal grant, contract, subcontract, cooperative agreement, loan, license, certification, accreditation, employment or similar position or status from or to such person.

  • Withholding, reducing, excluding, terminating or otherwise denying any benefit under a federal benefit program.

The bill currently has 171 co-sponsors, all of whom are Republican, save Rep. Daniel Lipsinski, D-Ill.

Dan Holler, with the conservative advocacy group Heritage Action for America, is encouraged that the committee is finally moving forward with a hearing and hopes the legislation will now be expedited. “Given the bill’s broad support, both on the committee and within the Republican conference as a whole, there is no reason for delay,” he said.

Sarah Warbelow, legal director for the pro-LGBT Human Rights Campaign, said of the bill when it was introduced, “Once again, House Republicans are pursuing an extreme agenda that is designed to harm LGBT families under the guise of religious freedom. The right to believe is fundamental. The right to use taxpayer dollars to discriminate is not.” Leftist Propagandist

Clearly, the organization would not be willing to accept the federal government denying a businesses or individuals contracts or tax benefits because they believed in or advocated for LGBT issues; however, it is supportive of allowing the federal government to do just that to people of faith.

A related issue came up in the House of Representatives in May when Rep. Sean Maloney, D-N.Y., offered legislation seeking to codify an executive order by President Obama barring federal contractors from discriminating against LGBT workers, with no exception for those with sincerely held religious beliefs.

The amendment passed with 40 Republicans joining the Democrats in a 223-195 win for Obama; however, the overall bill it was attached to was soundly defeated, so the amendment did not become law.

H.R. 2802 may be able to garner broader support because it zeroes in on specific discriminatory acts by the federal government against religious Americans. Liberal objections to religious liberty measures passed in certain states in recent years have centered on concerns that business owners, based on their religious beliefs, would be allowed to discriminate against LGBT customers.

Transgenders in Military: Impeachable, Damaging, and Expensive

Transgenders in Military: Impeachable, Damaging, and Expensive

Will every military base be retooled to provide completely separate bathrooms and shower rooms and bunkhouses for men who think they are women…?”

– Bryan Fischer

President Obama and the Pentagon have violated the Constitution and committed an impeachable offense by unilaterally admitting transgenders, transvestites, and transexuals into the military. According to Article I, Section 8 only Congress has authority to change the rules which govern the military. Congress has never authorized the induction of those who engage in these behaviors into the armed forces. For the commander-in-chief to make and implement a decision of this magnitude is an impeachable offense on any number of levels, not the least of which is the plain fact that it defies the Constitution and trashes the entire concept of the separation of powers.

This decision will have a negative impact on recruitment, retention, and readiness. A diminishing number of vigorous young males will be interested in joining this kind of military, or signing up for another stretch.

The pragmatic challenges alone are enough to prove this is a terrible idea. Will every military base be retooled to provide completely separate bathrooms and shower rooms and bunkhouses for men who think they are women, and a whole different set for women who think they are men? What about accommodations aboard ships and submarines where space is at a premium? The mind reels at the logistical nightmare this will create for a military whose job is to protect us, not engage in radical and foolish social engineering.

President Obama is drastically downsizing the military, cashiering experienced soldiers, apparently so he can replace them with soldiers who have no idea what sex they are.

This decision will have serious implications for the military budget, which is strained as it is. According to the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association (not part of the vast, right-wing conspiracy) there are at least 10 significant health challenges that transgenders, transvestites, and transexuals face that sexually normal people do not.

According to the GLMA, transgenders are at elevated risks of

  • heart attacks,
  • strokes,
  • high blood pressure,
  • and diabetes.
  • They have an increased cancer risk due to hormone use.
  • They have an elevated chance of contracting sexually transmitted infections because of the risks they take in sexual matters.
  • They tend to have problems with substance abuse, including alcohol consumption that can damage their livers.
  • They have an elevated risk of obesity and depression,
  • and frequently put themselves at medical risk through silicone injections.

Transgenders will demand hormone injections and sex-change operations at taxpayer expense. In fact, the military will now become the destination of choice for people seeking sex-change operations since they’ll be able to get taxpayers to foot the $30,000 to $50,000 bill.

All of these health risks, of course, come at a cost to taxpayers for treatment, and every one of these health challenges will impact a transgender soldier’s fitness for combatengineering

If the purpose of changes in military policy is to improve the military and make it more able to face our national security challenges, this is exactly the wrong way to go.

But while this act on the president’s part is an impeachable offense, and represents an unquestioned weakening of military strength, morale, and cohesion, the GOP establishment will, as usual, do absolutely nothing. To my knowledge, we haven’t heard anyone in the GOP establishment complain about this, let alone try to do anything about it. Instead, they are busy sending $500 million to the U.N. to solve the non-existent problem of global warming and scheduling votes on gun control legislation.

Bonus Bytes

  • Federal judge Carlton Reeves blocked Mississippi’s religious liberty law (HB 1523) on grounds that it represents “state-sanctioned discrimination” against LGBTs. But the truth is it’s exactly the other way round. This ruling is judge-sanctioned discrimination against people of faith. For instance, county clerks will now be required to violate their consciences and their deeply held religious convictions or face termination or jail just as Kim Davis did. Reeves has also discriminated against churches, wedding vendors, therapists, schools, and adoption agencies who act on their deeply held convictions about marriage, family and sexuality. The radical homosexual agenda represents the greatest threat to religious liberty in our nation’s history, and this dismal ruling is just further evidence.
  • Japan monitors everyone who embraces an ideology which threatens its national security. Under Mayor Bloomberg, NYPD surveilled mosques, shops, restaurants, and the Muslim community in general, and kept New York safe. Safe that is, until Mayor DeBlasio came along and undid it all. There is no reason the entire United States cannot do what Bloomberg did in New York for a decade and what Japan is doing today. And the United States should. If our government monitors white supremacists, it certainly should monitor Muslim supremacists.

A Perspective: DEAR HIPSTER CHRISTIANS: You Can Be A Christian OR A Liberal, But NOT Both

waving flagCommentary by Written by Doug Giles on July 1, 2016

Can a Christian be a liberal? Short answer: no. There is no way a Christian can buy into progressive/big government ideology and be faithful to the bigger-than-Dallas teachings of Scripture and expect to continue enjoying his hard-won religious liberties.

For the “Christian” to lean politically to the left means that he must blow off huge chunks of the Bible and replace Scripture with the make-believe notions of PC’s malleable “Christ.” Only after torturing Scripture can the Christian then fit current liberalism into his supposed relationship with God.

For the Christian who believes that unfeigned faith in Christ should correspond with Jesus’ high view of Scripture, it is impossible to believe in God and be an adherent to this schlock.

Liberalism has been hijacked by bizarre special-interest thugs who defy the Word of God and believe that the Bible has no place in public life (except maybe in a museum where people can look at it from time to time).Combined

The Christian skipping around the maypole wearing his rose-colored glasses who has a bent to the liberal left needs to understand something: If it were left up to the modern, secularized liberal establishment, Christians would be more restricted than Bill when Hillary’s in town. If the Christophobic thugs had it their way, Christians would be relegated to a marginalized spiritual ghetto on the sidelines of life.

For the naive Christian voter who thinks he can toss a ballot in the progressive direction, please know that a vote toward the secular left could leave you bereft of sacred liberties. Thanks to the aggressive and ludicrous liberal lug nuts’ anti-Christian agenda, your vote for a leftist is a vote for:

1. Christianity to be scrubbed from government and Bible-chainwhatever turf the government owns. Thanks to the liberals, the Ten Commandments have about as much acceptance in our government and their properties as Rush Limbaugh would at Sandra Fluke’s family reunion. The Judeo-Christian principles that formed the rock-solid foundation of this great American Experiment are now aggressively and consistently attacked by the lascivious left.

If . . . if . . . the secularists continue to stay behind the wheel of this American bus, you can kiss all semblance of Christianity good-bye in this heretofore God-graced government. Saint, you might as well say farewell to our government’s recognizing Christmas and adios to Good Friday if you’re going to vote the liberal ticket. If the secularists have it their way, Easter will be behind your keister, and you can kiss the Cross good-night as an acceptable public symbol that represents your faith and our nation’s recognition of Christ’s atoning work.

2. Secularism to be continually mainlined into our public school system. Thanks to rabid, vapid secularism, our public schools and universities would rather you be a Rocky Horror super freak than a Christian. If your beliefs run to the bizarre or the banal or if you want to smoke the same philosophical crack that Caligula, Nero, Castro or Lenin freebased, they’ll accommodate you.

Our schools are totally open to anyone and to anything, unless, of course, you’re a Christian. And if that’s the case, then you’re likely to get more sympathy from a badger with minimal sleep than you will from liberal educators who are hard at work making your life hard. Let me repeat: A vote for the secular left is a vote for Christianity to continue to be officially vilified on campus and for Christians to be ostracized in campus life.APPROVED SCHOOL READING MATERIAL DIFFERENCES

3. Public officials, employees and appointees to be pressured to hide their faith in the closet and suppress their public displays of belief in God lest they be grouped with Hitler, Osama, or Mussolini and then fired. Not only will the liberals aggressively work to prohibit the State from green lighting and recognizing Christianity as a legitimate and positive force in our land, they will also attempt to stifle Christians from influencing the path of government.christians-under-attack-in-america

4. Public attacks on churches and Christians and attempts to restrict them in the private sector. Consider this, Christian pastor and Christian lay person looking to vote for the ludicrous left: The secular Mafioso’s intent is to make your ministerial life difficult, your evangelistic work taxing and your voice minimized.cp 04

5. The continued media endorsement of the same putrid, hedonistic stuff that sunk ancient civilizations. With the liberals in place, expect more weird crap in movies and on television. Expect to see more paintings of Christian symbols and saints smeared with elephant dung. Expect Christianity to be bashed and vilified and Christians made out to be buckled-shoed morons with three teeth and an IQ of 50. Expect the culture to coarsen. Expect your kids to continue to be exposed to things that only rock stars see backstage with groupies. A vote for a liberal is a vote to see Christians continue to receive special ridicule and be flogged more than a piñata during a Cinco de Mayo festival.Leftist determonation to destroy freedom of religion

Modern liberalism tosses out Scripture on several different levels. How a true believer in the Christ defined by Scripture can buy into what Jesus, the prophets and apostles said and also give credence to what these secular goons say is beyond me. In addition to liberalism’s obvious and odious pro-Holocaust-like abortion stance, its anti-biblical view of marriage, its Scripture-slamming, aggressive secularism, and its feckless view of our nation’s defense, liberalism completely clashes with the Christian worldview. Progressivism’s aggressive desire to eradicate Christians’ rights should cause Christians to be concerned.

The Democratic Party’s liberalism has degenerated over the last 40-50 years in regard to its view of Christianity and Christian rights. This party, which formerly embraced and protected our nation’s great Christian heritage and teachings no longer does so. Thus, today the Christian is between a rock and a hard place: He can either be a Christian or a liberal—but he cannot be both.

Ann Coulter Letter: This Hidden Fact Predicts Terrorism

This Hidden Fact Predicts Terrorism

How’d you like to be running a presidential campaign dependent on Muslims not acting up again between now and Nov. 8? It’s getting awfully hard for the media to keep being indignant about Trump’s proposed Muslim ban, as long as Muslims keep blowing things up and shooting people.

I’m assuming here that The Washington Post has not already ruled the Muslims who blew up the Istanbul Airport to be self-hating gays infected by America’s culture of homophobia.

It turns out, Omar Mateen, the Orlando nightclub shooter, also wasn’t a self-hating gay, despite media excitement over that rumor. The FBI has now run down every alleged gay partner of Omar’s, searched his phone and computers, and the alleged gay lovers either had the wrong guy or were lying, and there’s no evidence he was on any gay websites or apps.

As a Muslim immigrant explained in a curbside interview videotaped by Tony Vera at the Los Angeles International Airport recently — before she was arrested — “that’s what we do, we bomb people.”

With impeccable timing, three days before the Istanbul bombing, the liberal Guardian (UK) ran an article sneering at Brexit supporters for wanting out of the European Union before Turkey became a member and the door was thrown open to unlimited migration from this Muslim country that shares a border with Syria, Iraq and Iran.

The article by Liz Cookman was titled, “Turkey, the Brexit bogeyman, is not so different from the UK.”

Liz had a lot of fun with the Brexit-supporting ninnies, so relieved that “the Turks are no longer coming.” She referred to Turkey as “the country whose people Britons are apparently petrified of,” despite the fact that “it turns out Britain and Turkey are not so different after all.”Do you want

One way they’re a little different is that Britain has fewer Muslims on hand to blow things up. The attack this Tuesday, which left dozens dead and more than 100 wounded, is the seventh major terrorist bombing in Turkey so far this year, with a total death count in the hundreds.

As with the British media, the American media keep telling us that all these Muslim terrorist attacks have nothing to do with Muslims, and Donald Trump’s suggestion that we impose a temporary moratorium on Muslim immigration is madness, bigoted, racist.

Thank God Hitler didn’t claim “Mein Kampf” was a holy book and the Fuhrerbunker a mosque.

Western governments have devoted incalculable resources to developing some diagnostic test other than “Muslim” to predict terrorism. As the New York Times reported earlier this year:

“What turns people toward violence — and whether they can be steered away from it — are questions that have bedeviled governments around the world for generations. Those questions have taken on fresh urgency with the rise of the Islamic State and the string of attacks in Europe and the United States. Despite millions of dollars of government-sponsored research, and a much-publicized White House pledge to find answers, there is still nothing close to a consensus on why someone becomes a terrorist.”

I have a possible indicator! M-U-S-L- …culture of deceit and lies

After the July 7, 2005, London subway bombing by Muslim terrorists that killed 52 people, the British MI5 undertook its own highly sophisticated study, examining hundreds of cases. But the UK’s security agency discovered that terrorists are a wildly diverse lot. They worshipped at a variety of different mosques, for example. Some terrorists were very religious Muslims and some barely practicing. Most were men, but some were women. There were young and old terrorists, highly educated as well as uneducated, some loners and some married with children. So, according to MI5, the predictive power of every factor is very low — other than: Is a Muslim.American women respond

The researchers claimed their work would “challenge the stereotypes” about who becomes a terrorist, but it pretty much confirmed mine.

Republicans who are furious with Trump for proposing that we hit the pause button on this one category of Third World mass immigration have nothing at all to say about the census report this week showing Teddy Kennedy’s 1965 immigration act has so transformed the country that a majority of babies born in the United States today are not white.

The only thing Republicans can do is denounce Obama for not using the words “radical Islamic terrorism.” (As long as they brought up Words Politicians Refuse to Use, when will the eunuchs work up the nerve to say “illegal alien,” “anchor baby” and “amnesty”?)no more rinos

Obama is a hapless fool, but what is so special about the words “radical Islam”? Maybe it’s not radical Islam. Maybe it’s just “Islam.”

The reason Republicans obsess over Obama’s language is that they can’t go on TV and say nothing, and no one but Trump will say anything useful. To wit: Let’s stop dumping a million Muslim immigrants on the country every year, some percentage of whom we know will commit mass murder.
