Million-Dollar Bounty Placed on Vladimir Putin

A bounty has been put out for Russian President Vladimir Putin. Alex Konanykhin, a Russian businessman, has offered a $1 million bounty to Russian officers to arrest Putin as a war criminal, Business Insider reported.

“I promise to pay $1,000,000 to the officer(s) who, complying with their constitutional duty, arrest(s) Putin as a war criminal under Russian and international laws. Putin is not the Russian president as he came to power as the result of a special operation of blowing up apartment buildings in Russia, then violated the Constitution by eliminating free elections and murdering his opponents,” Konanykhin wrote in a Facebook post.

The explosion to which Konanykhin referred is part of a theory that the Russian Federal Security Service, of which Putin was head from 1998 to 1999, blew up apartments in 1999, then blamed it on Chechens. That explosion, was part of what sparked the Second Chechen War, an effort that made Putin very popular in Russia. In 1999, Putin became the Russian prime minister, before being named acting president on Dec. 31 of that year. He was elected to the presidency in March 2000, the Independent reported. With obvious animosity, Konanykhin also noted that he felt it was his duty to oppose Putin’s war and keep assisting Ukraine against the Russian president.

“As an ethnic Russian and a Russia citizen, I see it as my moral duty to facilitate the denazification of Russia. I will continue my assistance to Ukraine in its heroic efforts to withstand the onslaught of Putin’s Orda,” he added in his post.

Konanykhin’s original Facebook post included a photo of Putin, with the caption, “Wanted: Dead or alive. Vladimir Putin for mass murder,” the Independent reported.

Facebook then banned his post.

But Konanykhin then re-posted with just the text informing about his bounty offer.

“Facebook banned my post; do you think it was a correct decision? I omit the picture as it was a ‘dead or alive’ poster, but this is the text,” he wrote.

Konanykhin is one of the many Russian businessmen who rose to wealth and prominence after the collapse of the Soviet Union, according to Newsweek. Konanykhin said he has not visited Russia since 1992, Business Insider reported.

The Russian businessman has a complicated history with the Russian government. In 1996 he was in the U.S. but was arrested after Russian authorities claimed he has embezzled $8 million from the Russian Exchange Bank, the Independent reported. However, the U.S. gave him political asylum after several FBI agents testified that the Russian mafia had put a contract on Konanykhin. Several years later, his asylum was revoked, but he was not deported. A U.S. district judge cancelled his deportation, saying that returning Konanykhin to Moscow “stinks.”

After placing a bounty on Putin, Konanykhin was asked if he feared that Putin would come after him for putting a bounty on his head.

“Putin is known to murder his opponents,” he said, Business Insider reported. “He has millions of them now.”

Global Warming Dealt Death Blow as Sahara Desert Gets 16 Inches of Snow

Global warming fear-mongers made dire predictions just a few short years ago that mankind had witnessed the “end of snow” because of how much human activity had heated and altered the earth’s climate. Of course, as much of the United States was recently gripped by bitter cold temperatures and blanketed with snow — even as far south as northern Florida — climate change proponents like former Vice President Al Gore ludicrously argued that excessive cold and snowy weather were actually signs of a warming planet, or something nonsensical like that.

Their arguments about global warming make even less sense now that snow has fallen in one of the most unlikely locations ever — the Sahara desert of North Africa, according to the U.K. Daily Mail. Yes, you read that correctly. The Sahara desert in Algeria just received a significant amount of snow from an unusual winter storm, as much as 16 inches in some spots.

According to the U.K. Daily Mail, this is only the third time in nearly 40 years that snow has fallen in and around the Algerian town of Ain Sefra, a place known for hot weather and reddish-colored sand dunes — not blinding white snowscapes.

The last time this town, dubbed “The Gateway to the Desert,” received a a few inches of snow was in December of 2016 and again in January of 2017. Prior to that, the town last saw snow flurries for about a half hour in February of 1979.

“We were really surprised when we woke up to see snow again. It stayed all day on Sunday and began melting at around 5 p.m.,” stated photographer Karim Bouchetata, who snapped some incredible pictures of the snow-capped sand dunes, according to the Daily Mail.

A spokesman for the Met Office, the U.K. national weather service, stated, “Cold air was pulled down south into North Africa over the weekend as a result of high pressure over Europe. The high pressure meant the cold weather extended farther south than normal.”

According to The Washington Post, the area in question typically sees temperatures above 100 degrees during the summer, but is quite a bit cooler during the winter, with highs in the mid-50s and overnight lows in the 30s.

Incredibly, the mass of cold air that just dropped significant snowfall over North Africa is believed to be the same bitterly cold Arctic air that was freezing millions of Americans in late December. Due to prevailing wind patterns which flow from west to east, that cold air mass eventually crossed the Atlantic and ended up over southern Europe and North Africa.

So much for those dire predictions about the “end of snow” from climate fraudsters like Al Gore. Of course, the global warming nuts will simply spin like tops to explain that this freak snowstorm is evidence that a warmer planet causes more extreme weather. Meanwhile, we will simply wait for them to once again shift the narrative from global warming to climate change to global cooling, as they so ominously warned of back in the 1970s.

Students Stage Walkout After MN City Votes To Disband Local Police Department

Hundreds of well-behaved middle and high school students staged a peaceful protest Tuesday by walking out of their classes in Forest Lake, Minnesota, in response to the city’s presumably leftist-led council having voted a day earlier to literally disband the local police force.

As reported by local station KARE, the students marched out of their respective schools at 1:15 p.m. and made their way to City Hall, where they then proudly chanted “FLPD!” before eventually advancing into the council chambers. The best part about the whole event was that there was not a smidgen of violence or debauchery of any kind. It was peaceful and organized, in stark contrast with the depraved protests and riots preferred by leftist anti-cop hooligans.

Police Chief Richard Peterson was touched, to say the least.

“This is absolutely amazing,” he told KARE. “The students are fantastic. The community is fantastic. We are absolutely humbled by the support we’ve been given, really appreciate it.”

According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the council voted Monday evening to disband the local police force of 23 officers and outsource its policing to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office to save $385,000 per year.

Speaking Tuesday morning on Fox News, councilwoman Mara Bain, who reportedly voted against the measure, noted that the $385,000 amounted to just $36 a year per household, which she claimed was an amount her constituents were willing to bear.

“Our residents have said we will pay it,” she said. “We will pay more.”

Thankfully, the efforts of Forest Lake’s students seemingly worked, as the city council reportedly withdraw its deal with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office a day later.

“This has been only the result of this community banding together and showing its … undying support for the police department,” Bain told the Forest Lake Times after the decision was announced. “This is a great day for the Forest Lake community.”

It should also serve as a crucial reminder to liberal troublemakers and rioters of what a peaceful protest ought to actually look like.

Parents OUTRAGED After 8th-Graders Get This Shockingly Racist, Violent Math Quiz

An Alabama middle school teacher has been suspended for forcing her students to take a wildly racist 10-question quiz. The assessment referred to drive-by shootings, drugs, prostitutes and pimps — to eighth-graders at Burns Middle School in Mobile, according to WPMI in Mobile.

Fortunately, one of her students had the presence of mind to report the incident to his mother, the station reported.

This is the quiz Joanne Bolser distributed to her eighth-graders:

The LA Math Proficiency Test has been circulating - and getting teachers into trouble - since the early 1990s

What did you say 04.jpgThey make a list of basic math questions known as the “LA Math Proficiency Test.”

One of which goes as follows.

“Tyrone knocked up four girls in a gang. There are 20 girls in the gang. What is the exact percentage of girls Tyrone knocked up?”

Another one: “Desmond gets $200 for a BMW, $150 for a Corvette, $100 for a 4×4. If he steals one BMW, 2 Corvettes, and 3 4x4s, how many more Corvettes does he need to get to $900?”

Which doesn’t even make sense — the answer would be 2/3 of a Corvette.

The teacher was set to retire this year. If she’s lucky, she will see her retirement, instead of the severe repercussions she deserves.

According to WALA, the students were happy to laugh it off until Bolser told them that they had to finish it and turn it in.

The district was appalled.

“We regret this happened. We have 7,500 employees at Mobile Public Schools and we overwhelmingly have excellent teachers,” said the spokesman. “This is a shame that it’s taking away from their work.”

Middle schools are fertile ground for controversies, whether from the left or from the right, but this is one area where just about everyone should agree the questions were inappropriate. Bolser isn’t the first to give this test. Teachers in California, Texas, New Mexico, and Illinois have all handed out versions of the test, and they were all suspended.

As Donald Trump continues to be the man to beat in the Republican presidential primary race, the liberal media has been having a field day claiming that women hate Trump because of his allegedly sexist remarks. The assumption by many in the liberal world is that Hillary Clinton would easily win a hypothetical match-up with Trump because she will gain most of the women’s vote. The only problem with this thought is that reality is proving to be much different.

Women are supporting Trump, and in much greater numbers than most political analysts would have predicted. Trump has been quick to jump on this to show the world that he isn’t just running a campaign for white males.

Most recently, Trump tweeted a photo of a woman at one of his rallies wearing a special T-shirt:

Hillary fior Prison

The shirt displayed a “Hillary for Prison 2016” slogan that has become popular among conservatives who still remember how her actions led to the deaths of Americans during the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack.

Hillary Clinton — with her family’s baggage — is arguably one of the worst presidential candidates the Democrats have put forward in a long time, and that’s saying something, considering her closest rival is a self-proclaimed socialist who may or may not be certifiably insane.

Hillary has a long track record of breaking the law and getting away with it. It’s about time that someone put a stop to her lawbreaking and threw her in jail where she belongs.H-Cell-600-LI

Maybe Trump will be that person, maybe not — but one thing is certain: There is quite possibly nothing more dangerous than Hillary Clinton as president. We all know the havoc she wrought as secretary of state. Imagine what the world would look like with her in the Oval Office.
