What my home state of Georgia is now doing to CHRISTIANS is downright TERRIFYING

As you may know, I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, but there are some things happening in my birth state that have me deeply concerned. You see, when Thomas Jefferson wrote his letter to the Danbury (Connecticut) Baptist Convention on the subject of “separation of church and state” he did so not to restrict religious liberty and freedom.

His premise for America was not to have a head of state who was also a head of church, as was the case when King Henry VIII created the Church of England and made himself leader. That was a state-sponsored religion that sought to persecute anyone who embraced a different religious belief. That’s why our first freedom is the freedom of religion and the free exercise thereof.

However, as the secular humanists — allied with the progressive socialists — make their advances, the result is not a freedom of religion but a “freedom to worship” and the state determines the extent of that worship.definition-of-terms

We’ve seen Christians heavily persecuted and their businesses destroyed because their faith does not support same-CP 01sex marriages. And we have a SCOTUS that created a new right — based on sexual behavior — at the expense of the first right of our Constitution, in our Bill of Rights. What is happening in our America is that Christianity is being branded as hatred, discriminatory, and its parameters are being defined by the state — just ask the Little Sisters of the Poor. And now we have another case of this persecution from my own home state of Georgia.

From the First Liberty email notification and website, “In a stunning development, the State of Georgia has demanded that a lay pastor, Dr. Eric Walsh, hand over his sermons and related religious documents. Dr. Walsh flatly refused to surrender the material and vowed to fight the order in court. He appeared at a press conference in Atlanta on Wednesday, flanked by his attorneys from First Liberty Institute along with supporting pastors.

The demand from the Georgia Attorney General comes as part of a major religious discrimination lawsuit filed by Dr. Walsh in federal court against the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Dr. Walsh, one of the nation’s top public health officials, was fired by the Department after state officials watched some of his sermons on YouTube. The sermons dealt with common Christian themes such as compassion, spiritual growth, and families. Immediately afterward, he was terminated in a voicemail message in which officials were heard laughing.combined

Rev. Dave Welch, one of the “Houston Five”—five Texas pastors issued a subpoena demanding copies of their sermons in 2014—appeared at the press conference to support Walsh in Atlanta on Wednesday. “Georgia’s demand is even worse than the Houston Five outrage,” said Welch, head of the Texas Pastors Council (TPC). “This is coming from a whole state—the Georgia attorney general—not one city. And they are demanding more material: sermons, sermon notes, all documents. It’s almost as if they were ransacking the pastor’s study.”

First Liberty, on behalf of Dr. Walsh, sued the Georgia Department of Public Health. It is illegal to fire an employee for his or her religious beliefs. “Now the government wants a pastor to hand over copies of all of his sermons, including notes and transcripts, with absolutely zero limitations,” said Jeremy Dys said, First Liberty Senior Counsel. “The State of Georgia is flagrantly intruding upon the sanctity of the church,” Dys said. “They’ve made a terrible mistake and it cannot go unanswered.” He added, “If the government is allowed to bully their way into Dr. Walsh’s pulpit and demand his sermon notes, what part of the church can be considered safe from government intrusion?”leftist-determonation-to-destroy-freedom-of-religion

You may ask, who is Dr. Eric Walsh? “(He) is an expert in public health with multiple advanced degrees. He has served as the director of the City of Pasadena’s Public Health Department, was appointed to President Obama’s Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDs and also served as an associate pastor for his church. In May 2014, the State of Georgia’s Department of Public Health hired Dr. Walsh as a District Health Director. But soon after Dr. Walsh accepted the offer, state officials asked him to submit recordings of his sermons for their review. After inspecting his sermons, they fired him.”

Now, let me present the amazing hypocrisy. We shared here the story about the Muslim imam who was preaching hate and death to homosexuals in Sanford, Florida… just north of Orlando where the Pulse nightclub is located.

And there are countless instances of Islamic clerics preaching hate, sedition, and violence during their sermons – but how many have had their messages subpoenaed? Why of course not a single one – as a matter of fact, any language deemed offensive towards Muslims will draw the ire of Attorney General Loretta Lynch. And the Obama administration supports UN resolution 16/18 as advanced by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which attacks those speaking ill of Islam, as determined by groups linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and others…like CAIR.

As we draw closer to this Election Day of November the 8th, perhaps more Christians — and when I say that I shall leftist-determonation-to-destroy-freedom-of-religionbe specific: black pastors and ministers — realize they have targets on their backs. And your self-declared savior Barack Obama is not coming to your salvation.

By the way, this isn’t the first time this has happened in Georgia, namely Atlanta.

“Kelvin Cochrane was the Atlanta Fire Chief and even served as the U.S. Fire Administrator in the Obama administration. But in 2015, he was fired from his job as Atlanta Fire Chief—over a book on Christian beliefs that he authored in his private time. His legal battle is currently ongoing.”

And does anyone even believe this will change with Hillary Clinton as president? Look, only Donald Trump has brought up the Johnson Amendment which is “a change in the U.S. tax code made in 1954 which prohibited certain tax-exempt organizations from endorsing and opposing political candidates. The rule bars tax-exempt charitable groups, which the Internal Revenue Service calls “section 501(c)(3) organizations,” from endorsing candidates and getting involved in political campaigns. Because churches fall under section 501(c)(3) of the tax code, the ban applies to them as well.”

What I find hilarious and hypocritical as well, is the fact that it’s been Democrat candidates for president who go into black churches and speak from the pulpit on political matters. And in the case of Hillary Clinton, she somehow develops a certain black linguistic tone, and Obama has certainly perfected the “Sermon iambic pentameter” rhythm.reagan-on-tolerance-and-religion1

Now, of course that’s NEVER been considered a violation of the Johnson Amendment [then-Texas Senator Lyndon Johnson was the originator]. But, curses upon you if you’re the Christian pastor who goes against the true religion of the progressive socialists and secular humanists — then you’ll be punished, persecuted, and in this case, fired from your job position.

In other words, the left, i.e. the state, is determining the extent of your ability to have your Christian faith. Remember it’s Mikey Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) who believes anyone in uniform speaking of their faith, (“proselytizing”), is guilty of sedition and should be court-martialed…laugh you may, but he said this specifically in reference to Air Force Major General Craig Olson. What did MG Olson do? He spoke of his Christian faith while in uniform and how it sustained him as a combat pilot…pretty disturbing, right?cp 11

And just so you’re reminded, it was the Democrat Party at their convention in Charlotte, NC in 2012 that had to vote to put God back into their party platform – amidst boos. Just sayin’.

This is a very disconcerting trend, and a wake up call. Remember, some 30 million Christians did not vote in 2012 and 7 million of those were registered. Imagine the difference in the result of the 2012 presidential election…consider what has happened with Christians not just in America, but globally in these past four years.

Dr. Eric Walsh did nothing wrong at his place of work with his prescribed duties. It appears his transgression was “preaching while black”. Hey, will BLM take up this case? Nah, Dr. Walsh’s life doesn’t matter because he’s a Christian. But, let me offer this consolation to Dr. Eric Walsh from Isaiah 54:17 (NIV), “no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,”declares the Lord.”

We know about the issues of free speech on our colleges and universities. It appears there are those who define free speech as the speech they deem acceptable. If you attempt to speak on issues to which the liberal progressive socialist left does not consent, you should be censored. Or at a minimum, the little cupcakes ask for a “safe space” where they don’t have to hear opposing views — and here we were under the impression that institutions of higher learning were supposed to be places to encourage the free exchange of ideas. Many times we’ve seen on the news and elsewhere stories of conservative speakers being denied the right to speak on college campuses. I’ve watched this and just shaken my head. And then I would ask myself, when will it happen to me?Gaged by the Left

Well, it has and I’m not happy about it at all. Earlier today, I did a radio interview with former Boston Red Sox baseball superstar pitcher Curt Schilling, and he informed me of something that’s happening at St. Louis University of which I wasn’t aware. I’m to speak on the campus of St. Louis University next week, September 29th, for the Young America’s Foundation (YAF), a student conservative organization. It appears there’s some administrator at St. Louis University who is attempting to limit the free speech of the YAF chapter on campus. I contacted my speakers bureau, Worldwide Speakers Group, who confirmed through YAF Headquarters in Virginia that a very disconcerting and disrespectful action was being taken.

As posted at the YAF website, This week an administrator at Saint Louis University (SLU) informed students organizing a YAF-sponosred lecture by Lt. Col. Allen West they were not allowed to use the words “radical Islam” on any advertisements for the event.

The administrator also claimed West, who is a veteran of both Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom, does not “have experience with radical Islam.”

These comments were made after students submitted event flyers for approval and campus officials rejected their design due to the inclusion of the words “radical Islam.”

SLU students confirmed these details to Young America’s Foundation this week.

The lecture, scheduled for September 29, is part of Young America’s Foundation’s Fred Allen Lecture Series that is bringing Lt. Col. West to campuses across the country this school year.

YAF activists will not back down in the face of challenges from politically correct campus speech def

Let me make myself very clear here, whomever this misguided soul is, he or she has picked the wrong fight. This reminds me of the statement by John Kerry that if the media just didn’t talk about Islamic terrorism, it would not be an issue. This “administrator” at St. Louis University represents the most deplorable embodiment of fascism. Here we are less than a week from a weekend of Islamic terrorist attacks and this individual does not want students to have an in-depth discussion about the most serious, savage, and barbaric threat this Nation has faced — well, at least since the Barbary Pirates.

And who is this person who believes they have any right to prescribe to a campus student group what can be advertised for their lecture series? Is this what our country is coming to, and is this what parents who send their kids to St. Louis University are willing to accept? I’m honored YAF has chosen me to be the main speaker of their Fred Allen Lecture Series, and I take this responsibility seriously to educate and inform our young people of the current geopolitical situation — after all, they are our future leaders.

Now, who is this “administrator” who claims I don’t “have the experience with radical Islam” — Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot! Having served 22 years active service in the United States Army, to include combat tours of duty in the First Persian Gulf conflagration and commanding a Battalion in Operation Iraqi Freedom. And after retiring, I spent two and a half years in Afghanistan as a civilian/military advisor to the Afghan Army, based in Kandahar — the place that was the capitol of the Taliban.Death of a nation

Perhaps having served two years in Congress and sitting on the House Armed Services Committee is just not enough experience to be considered capable of addressing radical Islam. Or maybe, this “administrator” should read the article I was asked to write by Military Review, the official professional journal of the US Army, for their January-February edition that addressed solutions to defeat ISIS — a radical Islamic organization. I wonder if this “administrator” has read, as I have several times, the Muslim Brotherhood’s Strategic Explanatory Memorandum for their engagement in North America — the United States. Many nations, except the United States, have declared the Muslim Brotherhood an Islamic terrorist group.

Bottom line, I want to know who this “administrator” is, and I demand he or she contact me directly. Sir or Ma’am, I’m calling you out, and you tell me what about my service and experiences, in and out of uniform, disqualify me from addressing the issue of radical Islam, or Islamo-fascism, Islamic jihadism, or Islamic terrorism? The better question is, what do you think makes you experienced or qualified to make any judgement on me?

Doggone right, I along with the YAF activists will not back down from this challenge. And if this is just a case of ill-conceived political correctness, we’ll rectify that. But, if this is a case of the influence of stealth jihad radical Islamic campus organizations such as the Muslim Student Association, an affiliate of the Muslim Brotherhood, then you will be exposed. And I recommend to the President of St. Louis University, you do not want it known that a radical Islamic organization is dictating speakers on your campus — that is not the type of PR you really want.

I’m coming to St. Louis University next week, Thursday, September 29th. I’ll be discussing radical Islam and its affects upon freedom in the United States and across the globe. I’ll use my intellect, experiences, and historical reading to share with students so they can be better educated and informed. If someone wants to protest a retired Army officer exercising First Amendment free speech on a university campus — feel free, but I’ll take pleasure in easily defeating you in an intellectual engagement — because I do have experiences and historical knowledge.

Again, I want this administrator to contact me. It’s not that hard — that is, unless you’re truly the coward I sense that you are!

BEFORE OBAMA LEAVES OFFICE: He is Going to Commit This Treasonous Act…

waving flagPosted on March 31, 2016

What say you? Are Allen West’s predictions correct?

By Allen West

I went back and checked out to whom President Obama granted his first interview back in January of 2009. Was it to the BBC, Reuters, Associated Press? Nah, it was to Al Arabiya. And this statement by the new president Barack Obama, reported by CBS News, January 28, 2009 says it all:

“In his first sit-down interview — which he symbolically granted to pan-Arab satellite network Al Arabiya — Mr. Obama said, “Iran has acted in ways that’s not conducive to peace and prosperity in the region… But I do think that it is important for us to be willing to talk to Iran, to express very clearly where our differences are, but where there are potential avenues for progress.”Picture4

“If countries like Iran are willing to unclench their fist, they will find an extended hand from us,” added the president. CBS News’ Leily Lankarani in Tehran reports Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman has turned that comment around on Washington. “If there is any clenched fist in the world, it is the fist of the U.S.A.,” Hasan Ghashghavi told a group of journalists Wednesday during a visit to Japan.”

I also went back and watched the two speeches Obama gave in Turkey before the general assembly and in Cairo, Egypt at the university where he requested members of the Muslim Brotherhood be front and center in the audience. Obama certainly did extend a hand, but no one unclenched their fist — certainly not Iran.

As reported by Reuters yesterday, “Iran’s top leader on Wednesday said missiles were key to the Islamic Republic’s future, offering support to the hardline Revolutionary Guards that have drawn criticism from the West for testing ballistic missiles.”

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei supported last year’s nuclear deal with world powers but has since called for Iran to avoid further rapprochement with the United States and its allies, and maintain its economic and military strength.

“Those who say the future is in negotiations, not in missiles, are either ignorant or traitors,” Khamenei, who has the final say on all matters of state, was quoted as saying by his website. “If the Islamic Republic seeks negotiations but has no defensive power, it would have to back down against threats from any weak country.”

The first thing I want to clarify with y’all is that Iran hasn’t signed anything. To the Ayatollah, there is no “agreement,” yet Barack Obama extended his hand and in it was billions of dollars for the number one state sponsor of Islamic terrorism.Picture5

Remember, during the 2008 Democrat presidential primary debate, Obama clearly stated he would talk with Iran without any preconditions — and no one challenged him on that. So what do we have today? A richer, militarily stronger and more belligerent Iran. We have Iranian hegemonic influence all across the Middle East, and its terrorist-listed forces, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps and the Quds Force, operating freely, along with the Islamic terrorist group Hezbollah — and Iranian-backed Shiite militias openly threatening U.S forces in Iraq. Consider this: in the reign of Obama, Iran now controls these capitols in the Middle East: Damascus, Beirut, Sanaa and Baghdad. Since the Obama administration has been so giddy to fall at the knees of Iran in complete and utter submission, we’ve witnessed countless ballistic missile tests, negotiations for weapons acquisition, opening of new markets with Europe, and of course ten US Sailors on their knees at gunpoint. And Iran will be building a monument to remember that feat – they’ll probably use some of the billions Obama sent their way.

Now the liberal progressive socialist leftists will claim Obama saved us from a war, a military confrontation. But that’s like the coward who gives up his lunch money to the bully saying he did it to avoid eating food he didn’t like. I’ll give President Obama credit; he’s done exactly what he said he would do, and it will be up to the next two to three presidents to right this ship.

If I were Secretary of Defense, here’s the FIRST position I’d eliminate

waving flagWritten by Allen West on August 10, 2015

ABW Straight on
I remember when the mantra of “every kid gets a trophy” began to take hold in our youth athletic programs. Well, now that philosophy of social utopianism has permeated throughout our culture and now in a place where it absolutely has no place. In life, there are standards and no one’s entitled to “have” anything — well, besides life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. However, that is not the societal vision of the liberal progressives; theirs is based upon egalitarianism. That, however, is not consistent with the duty and mission of our armed forces.

I was sent the following article from a distinguished retired Special Forces officer, Brigadier General Remo Butler, who was and continues to be a role model for me. As reported in USA Today:

Many of the Pentagon’s elite commando units — including the Navy SEALs — are overwhelmingly led and manned by white officers and enlisted troops, a concern at the highest levels of the military where officials have stressed the need to create more diverse forces to handle future threats.

Black officers and enlisted troops are scarce in some special operations units in highest demand, according to data provided by the Pentagon to USA TODAY. For instance, eight of 753 SEAL officers are black, or 1%.

An expert at the Pentagon on the diversity of commando forces said the lack of minorities robs the military of skills it needs to win.

“We don’t know where we will find ourselves in the future,” said Army Col. Michael Copenhaver, who has published a paper on diversity in special operating forces. “One thing is for sure: We will find ourselves around the globe. And around the globe you have different cultural backgrounds everywhere. Having that kind of a diverse force can only increase your operational capability.

Special Operations forces, including SEALs and the Army’s Green Berets, are often the face of the American military in foreign hot spots where they rescue hostages, raid terrorist camps and train local troops. SEAL Team 6 famously raided Osama bin Laden’s compound in Pakistan and killed him. As the military sheds conventional forces — the Army will pare 40,000 soldiers in the next few years — special operators’ ranks continue to be filled as demand for their unique capabilities remains high.

US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) based in Tampa, does not track that information on its nearly 70,000 civilian and military personnel, said Kenneth McGraw, a spokesman. Gen. Joseph Votel, SOCOM’s commander, declined to speak to USA TODAY for this story, said Col. Thomas Davis, another SOCOM spokesman.

Votel did address the issue last month at the Aspen Security Conference and stressed the need for diverse commando units, which operate in almost 90 countries. The average enlisted special operator is 29, married with two children and has deployed four to 10 times, Votel told the audience.

What he didn’t say is that most of them are white.

“SOCOM needs diversity, we need people of color, we need men, we need women to help us solve the problems that we deal with today,” Votel said. “So we need good people; men, women, people of all colors.”cause of death

What we need is a highly trained, well-resourced military focused on defeating our enemies. What these folks fail to understand is that in the community of warriors, no one cares about pigmentation. They care about honor, integrity, character and fierceness.

What I don’t want to see is all of a sudden the focus turn to having “black faces” instead of elite warriors. Diversity is not the goal of the U.S. military; it is to fight and win the nation’s wars. On the battlefield, bullets don’t seek out someone based on skin color. This design of social egalitarianism has no place in our military.

And spare me the diatribe about the integration of blacks into the U.S. military. From the days of Crispus Attucks, black men have shown they’re brave and willing to stand and fight for one single objective: liberty. The men of the 54th Massachusetts and the Buffalo Soldiers of the 9th and 10th Cavalry didn’t seek preferential treatment. As well, the 369th Harlem Hell Fighters, Tuskegee Airmen and Montford Point Marines achieved not because of their skin color, but because of their character.

There’s no need for “diversity agents” to try and manipulate the composition of our armed forces, sacrificing our effectiveness in pursuit of fairness, under the guise of enhanced increased capability. And what’s most disconcerting is the infiltration into the military of this ill-conceived mindset — namely the Pentagon joining in on this folly. The statement from an “expert at the Pentagon on the diversity of commando forces” — since when did the U.S. military need an expert on diversity of commando forces? I can tell you right now, if I were Secretary of Defense, that’s the first position I’d eliminate! The deduction of this so-called expert — “the lack of minorities robs the military of skills it needs to win” — is utterly disrespectful to the men and women serving, sacrificing and committing themselves in fighting for this nation today.

The strength of our military is we do not see color; we only see the oath we take to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. And in doing so, each man and woman who takes up that oath serves in their best capacity — not one based on respective differences, but rather united in the commonality of being an American.

Our elite forces are elite because of their standards — and “monkeying” around with their composition based on some insidious research about diversity is stupidity. There are things that must be earned in life, and so it is with titles such as Green Beret, Ranger, Delta Force, Navy SEAL, Recon Marine and Air Force PJ. These are not just little plastic trophies to be handed out by the gods of diversity. They represent time-honored impeccable standards of excellence and elitism that only a few are called to seek, and even fewer attain.

On my chest I wear three sets of wings: Army Master Parachutist, Army Air Assault and the Navy/Marine Corps Parachutist. Those were not given because I was a minority. They were earned because I sought to “Be All I Could Be.” I didn’t get these through some diversity-approved course; rather, I entered as others and proved myself worthy.

At a time when we’re facing countless global enemies from Russia, China, Iran and Islamic jihadism, it’s not about the skin color of the person pulling the trigger to send our enemies to hell. It’s about the qualifications and their ability to do so. Diversity in our Special Operations forces means committed men and women who have diversified skills and talents enabling us to defeat the enemy. The policies of our Defense Department MUST not be about meeting quota goals, but rather in placing the MOST qualified, trained and ready force on the field of battle. No one cares about skin color, save those who only care about inane statistics they can show for their own elevation.

Once upon a time, the government said every American had a right to own a home and boasted of an increase in minority home ownership. Standards were lowered and what ensued 30 years later, in 2008, was a financial collapse. The folly here will result in an even greater collapse with ramifications on the national security of this republic.

For America, it’s never been about the skin color of the warrior. It has been, and must always be, about their oath of service and commitment to victory — not diversity.

Forget Jade Helm: Obama quietly implementing OUTRAGEOUS rule against gun owners

The Second Amendment to our U.S. Constitution states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

That statement is pretty clear to understand and comprehend, yet some folks just can’t seem to get over it. There are liberal progressive folks of the left who feel it is their mission in life to relegate the Second Amendment as meaningless. Now, what I am about to say will probably anger some people but so be it.

I’m often asked about FEMA camps along the interstate, Walmart stores closing, and the impending Operation Jade Helm. I continue to tell people that while you’re running around with your hair on fire concerning yourself about these stories, the Obama administration is doing the “Kansas City Shuffle” — you look right while they go left.

Get a load of THIS quiet assault going on – not just on our Second Amendment, but our First as well.

As reported by the Washington Examiner, “Commonly used and unregulated internet discussions and videos about guns and ammo could be closed down under rules proposed by the State Department, amounting to a “gag order on firearm-related speech,” the National Rifle Association is warning.

“In updating regulations governing international arms sales, State is demanding that anyone who puts technical details about arms and ammo on the web first get the OK from the federal government — or face a fine of up to $1 million and 20 years in jail. According to the NRA, that would include blogs and web forums discussing technical details of common guns and ammunition, the type of info gun owners and ammo reloaders trade all the time.”

“Gunsmiths, manufacturers, reloaders, and do-it-yourselfers could all find themselves muzzled under the rule and unable to distribute or obtain the information they rely on to conduct these activities,” said the NRA in a blog posting. “This latest regulatory assault, published in the June 3 issue of the Federal Register, is as much an affront to the First Amendment as it is to the Second,” warned the NRA’s lobbying shop. “Your action is urgently needed to ensure that online blogs, videos, and web forums devoted to the technical aspects of firearms and ammunition do not become subject to prior review by State Department bureaucrats before they can be published,” it added.” who want unarmed citizens

The result is that the Obama administration is going to assault the First Amendment in order to undermine the Second. Once again the bureaucratic regulatory state has reared its ugly head, developed a rule and posted it to the Federal Registry without the consent and knowledge of the American people, nor their Representatives. This is yet another means by which the Obama administration — aka, the liberal progressive left, is seeking to infringe upon the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

Of course you’re asking, how can this be done and what does the State Department have to do with this?

As the Examiner writes, “At issue is the internet. State is updating International Traffic in Arms Criminals and DictatorsRegulations (ITAR), which implement the federal Arms Export Control Act (AECA). The rules govern everything from guns to strategic bombers. The NRA said that the rules predate the internet, and now the federal government wants to regulate technical arms discussions on on the internationally available web.”

As typical for the government gobbledegook, it took State Department 14-pages to explain but the NRA sought to encapsulate their overreach: “With the new proposal published on June 3, the State Department claims to be ‘clarifying’ the rules concerning ‘technical data’ posted online or otherwise ‘released’ into the ‘public domain.’ To the contrary, however, the proposal would institute a massive new prior restraint on free speech. This is because all such releases would require the ‘authorization’ of the government before they occurred. The cumbersome and time-consuming process of obtaining such authorizations, moreover, would make online communication about certain technical aspects of firearms and ammunition essentially impossible.”

Now of course the Obama defenders will say what does this have to do with infringing on the right to keep and bear arms — much ado about nothing. But here is the objective: the government is seeking to restrict the free speech of American gun owners and the gun industry in sharing information pertaining to their ability to keep arms. Furthermore, the government is using regulatory coercion and threat of imprisonment to create behavior modification — not exactly a positive reflection on our governing system.

In addition, the Obama administration is seeking to surrender U.S. Constitutional gun ownership rights to international code — aright violation of the sovereignty of our Republic. It’s just another attempt to chip away at our liberty by circumventing the legislative process and our rule of law. THAT is why this matters.

We’re entering that dangerous area of critical mass where America has an executive branch and a president who in their final eighteen months together will complete their fundamental transformation — by any means necessary. The Obama administration and the progressive socialist left have effectively become “da man.” And because they’ve gone down that path, we may be entering a time of warranted civil disobedience. To think, that if I, Allen West, a law-abiding American citizen, were to write technical details or make a video about my Bushmaster AR-15 on this website without prior approval of the State Department, I could face a $1 million fine or 20 years in jail is simply beyond belief and comprehension. Welcome to the new America, courtesy of your friendly neighborhood liberal progressives.

Message to State Department: first of all, teach John Kerry how to ride a bike, then leave us the heck alone and stop trying to undermine our individual rights.Second Amendment

Message to President Obama: get a strategy to defeat ISIS, because we are not going to allow you to disarm our citizenry so your Islamist pals can overtake us here in our homeland. And I say that fully aware that PSD-11 demonstrates the Obama administration’s collusion with the Muslim Brotherhood — and we know exactly what the Brotherhood has intended for America in their Explanatory Memorandum written in 1991 by Mohammed Akhram. In case you don’t know, a secret directive called Presidential Study Directive-11, or PSD-11 was produced in 2011 and outlines administration support for the Muslim Brotherhood. Of course, no one is allowed to actually read it.ban

So please folks, instead of FEMA camps, FEMA camps, study the ITAR and realize how the Obama administration is doing everything possible to slowly undermine your right to keep and bear arms. Then, flood State Department phone lines demanding they rescind the unconstitutional rule or face the wrath of American gun owners who will not comply.freedom combo 2

To all of you hypocrites on the left, spare me. Not a one of you said a thing when Nancy Pelosi was over in Syria hamming it up with Bashar Assad or when she ignorantly referred to Hamas as a “humanitarian organization” because the Qataris said so — as Hamas was raining down rockets and missiles on Israel.

Sen. Cotton sent a letter to the Iranian ayatollahs and conveyed a simple message: your agreement with President Obama is only with President Obama.

If you want to talk about “treasonous,” explain to me why Obama wants a deal with a country holding American prisoners? Why would Obama threaten our U.S. Congress with vetoes if they pass legislation to restore sanctions, or even if the Congress votes for legislation to demand their approval of any “deal?”

And guess what? Sen. Cotton’s action forced U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry to admit in a hearing Wednesday before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that any unilateral agreement by President Obama with Iran is non-binding.

Ladies and gents, that was the crux of the message Cotton sent to the ayatollahs. I found comical former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tweeting out an attack against Sen. Cotton — perhaps she should be explaining 30,000 deleted emails sitting in a private server in her Chappaqua residence. Or maybe she’d like to remind us how well that “reset button” with Russia is working.

He further went on to add:

Even Greta Van Susteren tried to corner Sen. Cotton on her show Wednesday evening asking him why he didn’t just send his letter to the New York Times or Washington Post. Well Greta, that just ain’t how an American Airborne Ranger Infantrymen is wired. There’s no reason to be afraid of confronting the Ayatollahs, and they only respect and understand strength and might — not this Low T-style of leading from behind.muslim-obama

Senator Tom Cotton just did what someone should have done decades ago in the late 1930s when Sir Neville Chamberlain entered into negotiations with Adolf Hitler and waved a signed document. That same document was later defined by Hitler as nothing but a piece of paper. What if there had been someone in England’s Parliament who courageously sent a letter to Herr Hitler stating that the English knew him for who he was and wouldn’t be fooled?

So why is the left responding so vehemently? It’s simple; Tom Cotton displayed resolve — something lacking in this administration, unless you include attacks of political opposition — even if they are in your same party, i.e. Sen. Robert Menendez.

No one is supposed to challenge the policies of Barack Obama, regardless of how dangerous they are. Why is it that we have ISIS in Libya? Senator Cotton did nothing to undermine President Obama; he did everything to honor the oath that he took as a commissioned officer — and to protect the American people.

As I have stated before, every single U.S. Senator should have signed onto that letter. In not doing so, we now know who we the American people can count on to make the stand against the Iranian regime – which is now in the Iraqi city of Tikrit.

Can I ask a rhetorical question, why do we have U.S. troops in Iraq when Iran is calling the shots?

There is a saying among U.S. Army Rangers, “Rangers lead the way”, and so it is with Cotton. Even Politico recognizes that, “the youngest senator in the chamber at 37, Cotton has emerged as a leader of the next generation of GOP hawks. With his missive to Iran’s political leadership, ultimately co-signed with 46 of his GOP colleagues, and the fallout over his unusual attempt to circumvent the president’s foreign policy deal-making, Cotton has rocketed to the top of TV bookers’ lists, and fellow Republican senators are suddenly flocking to him for counsel on foreign policy. All before he’s even given his maiden speech on the Senate floor. Cotton has gained prominence with a disciplined adherence to talking points on television and the campaign trail. With support from the conservative wing of the party as well as leadership, Cotton has risen from the House to Senate in two years and is seen by some Republicans as an eventual White House contender.”

Much remains to be seen, but in less than three months Senator Tom Cotton has blazed a trail — a true pathfinder. Of course taking on President Obama and his failed foreign policy — actually embarrassing the President — has drawn attention. But something tells me the progressive socialist left doesn’t intimidate a combat veteran Airborne Ranger Infantryman.

And so I sit here writing this with a smile on my face, glad I took those trips to Arkansas to support a fellow Soldier. We need more combat veterans on Capitol Hill because the oath we take has no statute of limitations — and we are fearless. Wimpy politicians do not spook us.

Army Strong, Senator!
