States Kamala Harris Won in 2024 Allow Voter Registration Without Photo ID

A startling fact has emerged following the 2024 presidential election: every state won by Kamala Harris, along with Washington, D.C., allows voter registration without requiring a photo ID. This discovery has amplified concerns about election integrity, particularly in a political climate already fraught with division and distrust.

Kamala Harris secured victories in 19 states plus Washington, D.C., all of which allow voters to register without presenting a photo ID. These states include:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Connecticut
  • Delaware
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Maine
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • Minnesota
  • New Jersey
  • New Mexico
  • New York
  • Oregon
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Virginia
  • Washington
  • Washington, D.C.

In these states, voters can register using alternative forms of identification, such as utility bills, bank statements, or the last four digits of a Social Security number. Even for first-time voters, a photo ID is not strictly necessary; they can use non-photo documentation. Critics argue that this lack of uniform ID requirements leaves the system vulnerable to manipulation.

The concern over election security isn’t theoretical. It has been highlighted by past voter registration scandals, such as the case involving GBI Strategies in 2020. This firm, contracted by several Democratic-aligned organizations, was found submitting fraudulent voter registrations in Michigan and other states. These included fake names, forged signatures, and false addresses.

Despite widespread alarm, the FBI’s investigation into GBI Strategies has been ongoing for over four years with few details released to the public. Questions about the extent of fraudulent registrations and their impact on elections remain unanswered. Critics contend that such incidents demonstrate how easily the system could be exploited, especially in states with minimal ID requirements.

Proponents of stricter voter ID laws argue that the lack of photo ID requirements in these states undermines the integrity of elections. They point to the possibility of fraudulent registrations and even votes slipping through the cracks, particularly in close races.

Bobbie Gross, a county clerk in Colorado, emphasized the importance of security measures, stating:

“We need secure, transparent elections to maintain public trust. When people question the integrity of the system, it’s our responsibility to show them that safeguards are in place.”

Opponents, however, argue that voter ID laws could disenfranchise voters, particularly those from marginalized communities. They maintain that the risks of voter fraud are minimal compared to the potential harm of preventing eligible voters from participating in elections.

The debate over voter ID laws and election security is emblematic of a broader division in U.S. politics. Many conservatives see stricter ID requirements as essential to safeguarding democracy, while liberals often view them as unnecessary barriers to voting.

The controversy is unlikely to dissipate soon. The National Voter Registration Act and state-specific laws ensure a degree of flexibility in how voters can prove their eligibility. However, critics of these laws argue that without standardized photo ID requirements, the system will remain vulnerable.

The 2024 election results have reignited the push for stricter election laws. Republican lawmakers in several states have already proposed legislation to tighten ID requirements and eliminate loopholes in voter registration processes. Whether these efforts will gain traction remains to be seen, especially in states controlled by Democrats, where such measures are unlikely to pass.

As the nation grapples with these issues, one thing is clear: public trust in the electoral process is crucial. Without it, confidence in democratic institutions could erode further. Transparent and secure elections are not just about preventing fraud; they are about ensuring that every American’s vote is counted fairly and accurately.

Advocates for tighter election laws argue that photo ID requirements are a simple, common-sense solution to potential vulnerabilities. Critics counter that these measures are unnecessary and could suppress voter turnout. The path forward will depend on finding a balance that secures elections while ensuring accessibility for all voters.

President Trump Slams ‘Comrade’ Kamala and ‘Low Life’ John Kelly’s Disgusting ‘Hitler’ Allegations as Desperate Election Ploy Just 2 Weeks Before Voting

By Jim Hoft – The Gateway Pundit – Oct 24, 2024

With just 12 days left before Election Day, the Democrats and their allies are pulling out all the stops, launching baseless attacks to smear President Trump.
On Wednesday, Kamala Harris pushed a tired, debunked hoax published by The Atlantic, being owned by a Kamala’s personal friend Laurene Powell Jobs.
Harris seized upon a claim from Trump’s former Chief of Staff, John Kelly, who conveniently “remembered” just in time for the election that Trump allegedly praised Adolf Hitler—an absurd and false claim.
This latest smear came as part of a coordinated effort by Harris and the Democrats, desperate to shift the narrative away from their failing policies and lackluster campaign.

Walz made the comment while addressing the crowd at the event, which also featured Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom, after reportedly making similar comments at a previous fundraising function in Seattle, according to Politico. Speaker Mike Johnson: Only Americans should decide our elections. Here’s how Congress can guarantee it

By Rep. Mike Johnson Fox News | Published August 12, 2024 5:00am EDT

There are few things more important to our country than ensuring the integrity of our elections. The people rightfully demand it, and Congress has a duty to act.  Yet, when given the opportunity to eliminate one of the most glaring threats to fair elections, 198 House Democrats voted instead to keep the door open to fraud.

The threat is very real. In nearly all 50 states today — including every major electoral battleground state — a noncitizen can walk into a DMV or welfare office, fill out a federal voter registration form, claim they are a U.S. citizen, and be registered to vote.  That noncitizen can then cast a ballot and help decide the direction of America.

REPUBLICANS SAY SCHUMER MUST ACT ON VOTER PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP BILL IF DEMOCRAT ‘REALLY CARES ABOUT DEMOCRACY’

This is not a hypothetical problem. I was recently in San Diego, CA to tour the new epicenter of the Biden-Harris border catastrophe where brave, overworked Customs and Border Protection agents have encountered millions of illegals. The agents told me the Biden-Harris Executive Order isn’t working the way the administration says it is. In some ways, it’s made the crisis worse.

Voting sign midterms

Instead of carrying out their mission of protecting our borders, they have become processing agents, forced by the administration to send illegals throughout the country with little paperwork or record of their location. Many of them end up at local DMVs.

While it is illegal and clearly wrong for a noncitizen to vote in a federal election, and thus engage in foreign election interference, a current loophole in the National Voter Registration Act actually prevents states from requesting proof of citizenship when the registration form is signed.   To close that dangerous loophole and help ensure that only Americans decide American elections, House Republicans drafted and passed the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act.  Our legislation makes several critically important reforms. It requires state election officials to request proof of citizenship for every person registering to vote and gives the state officials easy access to federal databases so they can confirm citizenship status.

Video

The SAVE Act also requires those state officials to clean up their voter rolls and directs the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to determine whether to conduct removal proceedings of any illegal alien who has registered unlawfully.

To ensure actual citizens can continue to easily register to vote, the bill allows state officials to accept a wide variety of documents for registrants to prove citizenship and requires states to establish an alternative process for Americans who have misplaced their documentation.

Finally, the SAVE Act requires DHS to notify a state chief election official whenever an individual has been naturalized to ensure our newest citizens can exercise their right to vote. These commonsense provisions are not only right, but they are also in high demand. Polling has shown that 89% of Americans believe only Americans should decide elections — including 82% of Democrats, 80% of Black voters, and 78% of Hispanic voters.

Video

In light of all this, one would expect overwhelmingly bipartisan support for the SAVE Act in Congress. But Democrat leaders put on a full-court press to discourage their members from supporting our bill, and the White House issued a veto threat.

The Democrats’ opposition to this simple election integrity bill is indefensible and exposes their intention to allow illegal aliens to vote.

Earlier this year, most of these same Democrats voted to count illegal aliens in the 2030 Census. They also voted to let noncitizens vote in local elections in Washington, D.C. Some may also remember, how, in 2019, then-presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris relied on a study that touted the “electoral implications” of widespread amnesty, including “sizable contributions to the margin of victory in swing states.” Perhaps that’s why Border Czar Harris has done such a pitiful job securing the border.

Those who have illegally entered our country have no regard for our laws and have no right to interfere in our lawful election processes. Virtually all Americans agree — except for the Biden-Harris administration and congressional Democrats, who are so desperate to hang on to power that they will sacrifice the integrity of our election system.

While it is illegal and clearly wrong for a noncitizen to vote in a federal election, and thus engage in foreign election interference, a current loophole in the National Voter Registration Act actually prevents states from requesting proof of citizenship when the registration form is signed.

In a study of the 2008 election, researchers estimated that 6.4% of noncitizens in the U.S. had voted in the general election. If a similar portion of the 7.2 million illegal aliens Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have welcomed into the country were to vote this year, those 460,800 votes would be more than enough to change the election outcome in a few key battleground states.

In an era of divided government where every single ballot matters immensely, we must have zero tolerance for fraud. One of our Republican colleagues won her first race in 2020 by only six votes. And for many weeks during this Congress, our majority in the House was held by just a one vote margin.

As the sanctity of our elections now hangs in the balance, the SAVE Act is urgently needed. It is smart policy and overwhelmingly supported by the American people. Everyone who shares this common concern should insist that Senator Schumer bring this bill forward to pass in the Senate, and that President Biden then sign it into law. The stakes could not be any higher.

Billionaire donors plan to shower Trump with millions in April: ‘fundraising juggernaut’

Big-money donors are beginning to coalesce around former President Donald Trump after he has become the presumptive GOP nominee as he attempts to close the cash-on-hand gap with President Biden, who recently set a high-dollar fundraising record.

This weekend in Palm Beach, Florida, Trump will take part in what is being billed as an “Inaugural Leadership Dinner” that includes several Republican high-profile donors and signals the beginning of a major push to cut into Biden’s cash-on-hand lead.  The event will be led by hedge-fund billionaire John Paulson and will be co-chaired by hedge fund tycoon Robert Mercer and his daughter Rebekah, oil tycoon Harold Hamm, hotelier Robert Bigelow and casino mogul Steve Wynn.

Bigelow and Hamm had previously funneled money to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in his ill-fated presidential run against Trump in the primary. Hamm previously donated to former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign as well.

Scott Bessent, founder of the investment firm Key Square Group and former chief investment officer at George Soros’s Soros Fund Management, will also be co-hosting the event. Bessent has been rumored to be a potential cabinet nominee in a second Trump administration.

The event will also be attended by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Strategas Jason Trennert, one of Wall Street’s top thought leaders. Chicago Cubs co-owner Todd Ricketts and New York Jets co-owner Woody Johnson are also expected to be involved along with Wilbur Ross, Trump’s former secretary of commerce.

The event tops out at the “Chairman Level,” which costs $824,600 and includes seating at the former president’s table.

“Now that President Trump won the primaries, defeating all 10 contenders by a landslide, I think it’s time for Republicans to unite behind him,” Paulsen recently told Bloomberg. “For that reason, I’m hosting this inaugural event to galvanize the broad support there is for the president.”

The event comes after President Biden raised at least $26 million in a star-studded event with former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. Many expect Trump’s fundraising haul to eclipse that record-setting figure and possibly raise around $43 million.

On April 10, Trump will hold a fundraising luncheon in the swing state of Georgia with former Georgia Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler. Top GOP donors are expected to attend, including Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus, poultry industry executive Tommy Bagwell, beverage sector executive Don Leebern III and Buckhead advocate Bill White.

On that same day, Trump will be holding a fundraiser in Orlando, Florida, with attorney Dan Newlin.

President Donald J. Trump has again created a fundraising juggernaut among Republicans. While he has been the presumptive nominee for the Republican Party for less than a month, the RNC and Trump campaign are one unified operation and focused on victory,” Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley said in a statement this week.

We’re raising funds and making strategic investments to get out the vote and protect the ballot. We are going to win BIG in just 31 weeks,” Whatley predicted.

Fox News Digital confirmed Trump and the RNC brought in $65.6 million in March and ended the month with $93.1 million in cash on hand. The figures include money raised by a number of fundraising committees.

The Biden campaign reported raising $53 million in February, ending the month with $155 million on hand.

Fetterman tells James Carville to ‘shut the f— up’ on Biden poll numbers: ‘I’m not worried about that’

Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., criticized Democratic strategist James Carville and defended his position on Israel in an interview with Politico. When asked about former President Trump’s lead over President Biden in multiple polls, Fetterman said he wasn’t concerned, unlike some in his party.

“But that doesn’t really matter,” Fetterman said of the polls in an interview published Wednesday. “There’s a whole lifetime in politics between now and next November as well. I’m not worried about that. And I’m very vocal about this, too, while there are Democrats that are being very critical about the president… I’ll use this [as] another opportunity to tell James Carville to shut the f— up.”

FETTERMAN BLUNTLY ADMITS ‘I’M NOT A PROGRESSIVE’ AS HE ANGERS FAR-LEFT WITH STANCES ON ISRAEL, IMMIGRATION

“Like I said,” Fetterman continued, “my man hasn’t been relevant since grunge was a thing. And I don’t know why he believes it’s helpful to say these kinds of things about an incredibly difficult circumstance with an incredibly strong and decent and excellent president. I’ll never understand that.”

Carville has argued in recent months that Democrats should be concerned about Biden’s waning popularity with voters and especially with the president’s age. At 81 years old, Biden is the oldest serving president in American history.

“The idea that this should not be aired out and should be discussed in hushed tones is ludicrous,” Carville has said of Biden’s poll numbers. “This needs to be discussed.”

In his conversation with Politico, Fetterman also responded to criticism from the left over the Israel-Hamas war.

In light of increased criticism from Democrats, Fetterman has stated that he no longer considers himself a “progressive,” especially when considering his support for Israel and a secure border. (Ricky Carioti/The Washington Post via Getty Images)

“I grieve, and it’s awful, the incredible civilian deaths and the suffering,” the Pennsylvania senator said of the war, which began after the Hamas terror attacks of Oct. 7. “It’s awful. War is hell, as they say.”

“But only one side has used civilians as human shields,” Fetterman continued. “Only one side has broken the ceasefires. Only one side will systematically rape, torture and mutilate Israeli women and girls in the most unspeakable, awful ways… Without destroying Hamas, there will be no enduring peace and a stable, two-state solution.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is also calling for the destruction of Hamas as a prerequisite to peace. In an op-ed published Monday in The Wall Street Journal, Netanyahu declared that “Hamas must be destroyed, Gaza must be demilitarized, and Palestinian society must be deradicalized” in order for there to be a lasting peace in the region.

Fetterman’s office and Carville did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

Biden Age Issue
Cartoon by A.F. Branco ©2023

Today, as I’m drawing this cartoon (November 20th, 2023), Joe Biden is celebrating his 81st birthday, so obviously, many are bringing up the question, “How old is too old to be president? But is age really the issue? There are many his age and older, much more mentally fit to be President than he is.

Trump, 77, is still cognitively vibrant, shows no sign of letting up, and is a stark contrast to stumbling bumbling Joe. In my opinion, Joe Biden has never been mentally fit to be president. So, I don’t think age is the issue, but instead of judging by age, maybe a mental test of some sort that I’m sure Biden wouldn’t be able to pass today.

Kamala Harris reacts to rough Biden polls: ‘We’re going to have to earn our re-elect’

Vice President Harris reacted to a number of polls showing Donald Trump was ahead of President Biden in hypothetical election match-ups, as well as in battleground states during an interview with CNN and said that they were going to have to earn their re-election.

“We’re going to have to earn our re-elect, there’s no doubt about it,” she said to CNN in a phone interview Sunday, replying to a question about the recent surveys.

Multiple recent polls have shown Biden trailing Trump in hypothetical 2024 match-ups, including a new NBC News poll that showed Trump with a slight advantage, although within the margin of error.

“It is absolutely right in a democracy with free and fair elections that the candidates, the people who want to continue in leadership have to make their case, and have to make it effectively,” Harris told CNN. “And that means communicating in such a way that the message is received about the accomplishments and what we care about.”

“I have a great sense of duty and responsibility to do as much as I can, to be where the people are and to not only speak with them but listen to them and let them know what we’ve accomplished,” she added.

After noting Harris’ plans to engage with TikTok influencers and pick up the slack on the campaign trail, CNN reported that Harris has struggled with communication and messaging.

“This is a politician, after all, whose staff the night before a scheduled speech to the most core party members at the Democratic National Committee meeting last month in St. Louis replaced it with a ‘fireside chat’ moderated by her outside adviser and former DNC chair Donna Brazile, worried that otherwise she would struggle to come across,” the report said, citing people involved in the decision.

Harris, citing the campaign’s effort to reach Black voters, suggested their list of accomplishments was “too long.”

“Actually, probably there’s a hindrance, in that the list is really long, and we have to triage around what we repeat over and over again to make sure that it resonates, and it’s actually heard,” she said.

CNN also asked Harris why younger people should “see themselves in a president who is old enough to be older than many of their grandparents.”

“It is they,” Harris said, “who are going to either benefit from or pay the price.”

Ann Coulter Op-ed: Nikki Haley Offers Moral Instruction to U.S.

Nikki Haley Offers Moral Instruction to U.S.

Nikki Haley’s announcement that she was running for president reminded me of my lifelong dream to move to India, so I can boss around Indians and tell them to stop worshipping cows and rats. That was the main point of what I said on the Mark Simone radio show last week, which was promptly chopped up, fed into a computer, translated into German, then into Urdu, back to English and finally came out in endless headlines, to sound like a MAGA moron: Go back to your own country, lady!

No, actually, I was making an obvious point I’ve been making for some time now. To wit: It’s bad enough when 11th-generation Americans disrespect our country, but enraging when recent arrivals do.

By “recent arrivals,” I mean anyone whose ancestors came to America after 1800.

At that point, America had already been around for two centuries. We had conquered a dangerous wilderness, battled savages, brought Christianity to the natives, divided ourselves into states, fought a revolution, drafted a constitution, built a capitol, established colleges and universities (including six of the seven Ivy Leagues), were about to fight a bloody Civil War to end slavery, and were well on our way to becoming the greatest nation on Earth.

Post-1800 immigrants just kind of showed up. True, many of them were better than the people who already lived here. (Especially the ones who arrived when our greeting was still, “Sink or swim!” instead of, “Here’s your welfare application.”)

Thus, a few years ago, I wrote:

“MSNBC’s smirking Chris Hayes can get weepy about some ancient Roman ruin, and Rachel Maddow about a building in Warsaw, but I care about my history. These savages are smashing and graffitiing my antiquities.”

No one minded that. That’s because only the most recent of recent arrivals, from the most dissonant cultures, are sacred beings to the left. (Sacred cows?) As Bill Clinton’s director of the census once said, maybe it’s about time the “Western majority” do “some assimilation of its own.”

One of those better-than-us recent arrivals was Louis Brandeis, born to Jewish immigrants from Central Europe. He went on to become a Supreme Court justice and have a university named after him.

This is what Brandeis said, in 1915, on “Americanization Day” [REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES] about the process of becoming an American:

“However great his outward conformity, the immigrant is not Americanized unless his interests and affections have become deeply rooted here. And we properly demand of the immigrant even more than this. He must be brought into complete harmony with our ideals and aspirations and cooperate with us for their attainment. Only when this has been done, will he possess the national consciousness of an American.”

A big part of that “harmony” is understanding the amazing way this country dealt with the losers of our two major national conflicts: the war(s) with the Indians and the Civil War. We should be on our knees thanking God both those wars came out the way they did or, today, America would be a backward, third world hellhole.

Both the Indians and Confederates were part of a bygone culture, mostly illiterate, and unable to manufacture anything, much less feed and clothe a transcontinental nation of more than 300 million people. Thanks to the superior culture and technology of Protestant New England and the Midwest, the Confederates and Indians never really stood a chance.

But they fought like banshees [REPORTED!], and we honor them for their breathtaking courage and nobility.

Every macho thing in America is — or was, until about five minutes ago — named after either American Indians or Confederates — e.g., the Apache and Comanche attack helicopters, the Braves, the Redskins, the Indians, Fort Benning, Fort Bragg, Fort Gordon, Fort A.P. Hill, Fort Hood, Fort Lee, Fort Pickett, Fort Polk, Fort Rucker and on and on and on.

Union Gen. William Tecumseh Sherman got his middle name from a Shawnee warrior chief admired by his father. Paratroopers who jumped into Normandy cut their hair to look like Mohawks and shouted “Geronimo!” as they leapt.

Sometimes, it seems like everybody in America is boasting about Indian heritage — like Elizabeth Warren — or displaying the rebel flag. See, e.g., OutKast, “The Dukes of Hazzard,” Lynyrd Skynyrd, and tiles in the Times Square subway station honoring former New York Times publisher Adolph S. Ochs — “a Southerner with strong ties to the Confederacy,” according to Civil War historian Dr. David Jackowe.

Sitting Bull became a celebrity, signing autographs and performing with Annie Oakley. (My direct ancestor was a stand-in for Oakley and may have performed with Sitting Bull.)

No other country’s internal wars have ever concluded this way. The usual method of ending a domestic conflict is with ceaseless guerrilla warfare and total humiliation of the defeated.

Yale professor David Blight sneers at the “Lost Cause” expression, calling it “an interpretation of the American Civil War viewed by most historians as a myth that attempts to preserve the honour of the South.”

Oh, how awful. We’d just ended a bloody Civil War with 600,000 dead … Job No. 1: Keep picking at the scab!

David Blight, marriage counselor: Every day, discuss what you hate about each other.

My ancestors were Union soldiers who fought the Confederates. My ancestors were killed by American Indians — and rescued by others! But I don’t go around whining that maybe I’d have more “generational wealth” or higher SAT scores if only we took down statues of Sitting Bull and Robert E. Lee.

Their history is my country’s history. And it’s a history to be proud of — precisely for how the losers were treated. If you don’t understand that, I don’t think you’re really trying to bring yourself into “complete harmony with our ideals and aspirations.”

Again, such ignorance is disgusting coming from Mayflower descendants. But it is beyond galling to have a second-generation immigrant like Haley sanctimoniously take down the Confederate flag, which she did as governor of South Carolina. How about going back and critiquing the Indian culture she’s constantly boasting of? You know, the country where a majority still revere cows, others worship rats, and which has more slaves today than any other nation on Earth.

Whatever else possessing “the national consciousness of an American” entails, it surely includes not being sublimely ignorant of the total awesomeness of the country you’re currently living in.

Megyn Kelly recently gave Dave Rubin her reasons as to why Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis won’t be the Republican presidential nominee in 2024 over former President Donald Trump.

In the most recent episode of “The Rubin Report,” Kelly declared that there are only two ways that DeSantis could replace Trump as the favorite candidate for the GOP’s presidential nominee in the 2024 election.

“Well, I just don’t think anybody else could win if Trump runs,” Kelly told BlazeTV personality Dave Rubin.

Rubin asked Kelly if DeSantis had a chance if he got on a debate stage with Trump.

“No. No. I don’t even think that a little,” Kelly replied. “I think Trump sucks up all the energy in every room – no matter what. And even someone who’s skilled as a politician and smart policy-wise as DeSantis can’t overcome that – he can’t.”

Kelly said that there are only two ways that DeSantis could become the Republican presidential nominee over Trump in 2024.

Kelly said, “The only way DeSantis is going to become the Republican nominee is if Trump chooses not to run and endorses him or dies.”

The former Fox News host said that if Trump declared that he wants to be the Republican nominee and he lost to DeSantis in the 2024 Republican primary that Make America Great Again supporters will not desert Trump – even for DeSantis. Kelly said that she talks to Trump supporters “all of the time,” and that they won’t abandon Trump for DeSantis. She said that Trump supporters “like” DeSantis, but they feel as though Trump was “screwed out of his first term” because of the Russiagate allegations. Kelly said Trump supporters believe that he “deserves” a second term.

Kelly declared, “And so unless Trump gracefully and graciously says, ‘Get behind DeSantis,’ I wouldn’t put any chips on DeSantis at all.”

Rubin added that DeSantis and Trump should get together to iron out any differences to empower the best candidate to beat the Democrats. Rubin conceded that there is a “certain portion” of Trump supporters who would rather “burn everything down” if Trump isn’t the nominee in 2024.

Kelly replied, “But it’s a huge portion, Dave. Like the hardcore Trump faithful is unshakable.”

Kelly said that Trump supporters “like” DeSantis, however, “they would never cross Trump for him.”

“And they think DeSantis owes his political career to Trump,” she added. “If forced to choose, they will choose Trump. So, DeSantis can’t take him down.”

Kelly proclaimed, “DeSantis has got to either be crowned by Trump or he shouldn’t run.”

“I was gonna say it’s not gonna be a kamikaze mission because he wouldn’t take down Trump,” she continued. “Only Trump can take down Trump. But he won’t win over Trump. I’ll stand by that. You can play it against me if I’m wrong, but I won’t be.”

Rubin – who moved to Florida this year – said that he selfishly wants DeSantis to remain governor of Florida because the governor “loves Florida so much.”

“Let’s let’s keep running with this thing and see how great we can make this state,” Rubin said.

Kelly suggested that “it wouldn’t be bad” if the executive branch was frozen because it has “gotten too big and too out of control.”

She added that before the potential presidential gridlock, “There’s a lot of stuff that Biden’s done that needs to be undone.”

Rubin asked Kelly about her opinion on President Joe Biden’s cognitive situation.

“Joe Biden is not okay,” she responded. “There’s no question in my mind.”

Kelly said, “All the signs of dementia are present and increasing. It’s getting worse by the day. The being lost all the time – that’s a sign.”

She pointed out that Biden’s slurring and forgetfulness about the death of Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-Ind.) are a “sign of dementia.”

“He’s not in control of what he says, of what he blurts out,” Kelly said.
