Judge Who Jailed Kim Davis Also Ordered Opposition to Sodomites to be Re-Educated

Now, we’re getting somewhere. The judge that ordered Kim Davis to"No provision in our Constitution ought to be dearer to man than that which protects the rights of conscience against the enterprises of the civil authority." –Thomas Jefferson: be jailed for not breaking the law, but opposing his unlawful orders, is the same judge behind re-educating (indoctrinating) Kentucky student who opposed sodomy. That judge, a Bush appointee no less, was none other than US District Judge David Bunning.

In 2003, the communist American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) sued the Boyd County Board of Education. The suit was to bully the Boyd County High School into allowing a “gay-straight” alliance club to meet. Parents overwhelmingly spoke out against the club, but to no avail. (Hint: Parents who love your kids, get them out of these indoctrination centers now!) This same group, the ACLU, is also the same organization that filed suit against Kim Davis. Judge Bunning ordered the allowance of the sodomite-straight club on campus, despite the fact that he had no jurisdiction to do so.Picture2

He wrote in his ruling, “Absent a preliminary injunction, plaintiffs will be unable to meet at school, unable to benefit from a forum for discussion with other students who are suffering the effects of harassment based on sexual orientation, and unable to work with other students to foster tolerance among all students.”More Liberal Gibberish

Christian News reports:

But Bunning also required the school district to implement training as part of a settlement, which mandated school staff and students to undergo diversity education, “a significant portion of which would be devoted to issues of sexual orientation and gender harassment.”Picture6

Big Gay Hate MachineHowever, a number of students objected to being forced to watch a video that asserted that it is wrong to oppose homosexuality and that a person’s sexuality cannot be changed. They discovered that they could not opt-out of the training without being penalized, and contacted the legal organization Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) for assistance.

ADF then sued the Boyd County Board of Education over the matter on behalf of student Timothy Morrison and his parents, who said that the re-education requirement “effectively forces the students to speak in agreement with the school district’s view that homosexuality is a safe and healthy lifestyle that cannot be changed.”

But in 2006, Bunning again ruled that the students must watch the video and could not opt-out because of their Christian identity, stating that the education “rationally related to a legitimate educational goal, namely to maintain a safe environment.” He said that the training wouldn’t mean that students would have to change their religious beliefs, therefore, an opt-out was unnecessary.Hate Merchants

Bunning then denied the students request who were refusing the training. “Plaintiffs are not requesting that a student absent from the training be considered an ‘excused’ or that the Board offer an alternate assignment on the issue of diversity. Rather, they seek to opt-out of the training altogether,” Bunning wrote. “Given the requirements of the consent decree, the Board cannot meet this demand. Moreover, as there is no burden on plaintiffs’ freedom of speech, free exercise or other constitutional right, there is simply no basis for an opt-out,” he added.Free Speech Definition

He then appealed to a First Circuit ruling, in which he noted, “If all parents had a fundamental constitutional right to dictate individually what the schools teach their children, the schools would be forced to cater a curriculum for each student whose parents had genuine moral disagreements with the school’s choice of subject matter.”

That, my friends, is statism, plain and simple. But, of course, the schools can push any depravity, historical revisionism and even religion they want to, so long as the state agrees that it is so.Defend Free Speech. Defend Religious Liberty. Defend the Constitution.:

Parents, the state does not own your children. They are a gift to you from God (Psalm 127-28). You are to teach them diligently (Deuteronomy 6), not the state. The more you send your children to state indoctrination, the more they will think like statists, and, like the communist Chinese, they will turn your children against you. I have already provided sources and means for you to begin educating your precious children on your own for free… and you can do it!

This judge’s previous ruling and the ruling against Mrs. Davis demonstrates that he should be impeached, charged and justice be brought down upon him… and if those who took the oath to uphold the law, namely Sheriff Jack Carter won’t carry out the enforcement of the law, then it is up to the people to carry it out. What will you do people of Rowan County Kentucky?

The big flip: U.S.-backed fighters switch to ISIS

WASHINGTON – Before it even begins, the U.S. training and equipping of Syrian opposition forces to fight the Sunni army ISIS appears to have become more difficult with the decision by a U.S.-backed Syrian rebel group to join an Islamist coalition closely associated with ISIS and the al-Qaida-affiliated Jabhat al-Nusra Front. The Hazzm Movement, associated with the Free Syrian Army, is a secular Syrian insurgent group backed by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. It was one of the last of the non-jihadist opposition groups fighting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in northern Syria. Its leadership has decided to join the Islamist coalition of the Levant Front fighting around the key Syrian city of Aleppo, according to Arab news sources, including NOW Lebanon.Picture1

The turn of events comes even though Hazzm was viewed by one former Defense Department intelligence officer as a “model candidate for greater U.S. and allied support, including lethal military assistance.” The Hazzm Movement decided to switch sides after months of battling Nusra fighters and join the Levant Front, which was formed in late December. It reportedly is on good terms with Nusra.

The development further complicates the process of selecting fighters for training. Pentagon spokesman Rear Adm. John Kirby told WND in January some 5,000 members of the Free Syrian Army would receive training in Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia – all Sunni countries – to battle the Sunni group ISIS. At the time, Kirby said the training could begin in spring, but he noted the process of identifying and then undertaking training by U.S. Special Forces of “moderate” Syrian rebels to fight ISIS was still being worked out.

“I think if we continue to make the progress that we’re making now, that we believe that we could start conducting some training of moderate opposition by early spring,” Kirby said. “What I can tell you is that we continue to coordinate and plan joint efforts for training and equipping for moderate Syrian opposition forces” even though “no training has started yet,” he said.Picture2

Kirby pointed out that Maj. Gen. Michael Nagata, commander of U.S. special operations forces in the Middle East, still was talking to officials of the three countries regarding how to implement the training program. Each training period is expected to be four to six months, with trainees to number about 5,000 over the course of a year.more evidence

While Kirby made it clear that the training of Syrian opposition forces will be aimed at engaging ISIS fighters, Rami Dalati, a member of the FSA Military Command’s Higher Council, called on Washington to amend the military plan and allow the FSA to target not just ISIS but also Assad military forces. “This is something we insisted on,” Dalati said. Like the Hazzm group, however, FSA fighters have been known to defect to Nusra and ISIS despite Western backing. The reason given is to protect themselves from being killed by the more radical fighting groups that welcomed the defection.Picture3

“We ask our brothers in all other factions to resolve their disagreements with the movement through the leadership of the Levant Front,” a spokesman for the front said.

The Levant Front has the strong backing of Turkey, a member of the Western North Atlantic Treaty Organization. To date, Ankara, which has allowed Islamist fighters to move through its country to join Nusra and ISIS to fight Assad, worked with Nusra to recruit the Hazzm Movement fighters, according to informed Middle East sources. The Wall Street Journal recently pointed out that the Hazzm group remains in a CIA training program. A request by WND to the CIA for comment went unanswered.Really with logo

Meanwhile, the U.N.’s World Food Program is investigating photos circulating on social media that indicate ISIS is distributing its food, the Associated Press reported.

‘Effective military force’

The Hazzm Movement, with ties to the FSA, represents a number of moderate rebel groups battling the Syrian military and, at one time, ISIS, in northern Syria. According to informed sources, the group has been seen operating U.S.-manufactured TOW anti-tank missiles which it received from Saudi Arabia with U.S. approval.

Jeffrey White of the Washington Institute and a former senior defense intelligence officer said the Hazzm Movement is a merger of some 22 separate rebel units.Last year, White said Hazzm has “very little Islamist content,” according to its founding documents and Internet postings.

“In general, the movement appears more interested in warfighting against the (Assad) regime than the infighting that has long plagued the political and military opposition.” He said the group was well organized militarily and “appears to be a model for the type of group the United States and its allies can support with meaningful, lethal military assistance.” Saying that it “appears effective as a military force,” White said the Hazzm Movement has an inventory of heavy weapons and combat experienced fighters. “Harakat Hazzm has many qualities that make it a good candidate for such assistance,” White said.Picture4

“It appears secular in orientation, is well organized from a military perspective, has a significant inventory of heavy weapons, operates across an important area of Syria and has an established combat record in fighting Bashar al-Assad’s regime,” he said. “In short, the group seems to provide at least a partial answer to longstanding questions about which rebel groups Washington should arm.”Picture5

3,000 “Moderate Rebels” Defect to ISIS – US Preparing 5,000 More

3,000 "Moderate Rebels" Defect to ISIS - US Preparing 5,000 More

Reported along the peripheries of the Western media, it was reported recently that some 3,000 so-called “moderate rebels” of the “Free Syrian Army” had defected to the “Islamic State” (ISIS).  While not the first time so-called “moderates” have crossed over openly to Al Qaeda or ISIS, it is one of the largest crossovers that has occurred.

With them, these 3,000 fighters will bring weapons, cash, equipment, and training provided to them by Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United States, the UK, and perhaps most ironic of all in the wake of the recent terror attack in Paris, France. Indeed, ISIS and Al Qaeda’s ranks continue to swell amid this insidious network of “terror laundering” that is only set to grow.Picture1

It was an open conspiracy exposed by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh in his 2007 article,  “The Redirection: Is the Administration’s new policy benefiting our enemies in the war on terrorism?“, that the US and its regional allies sought to use Al Qaeda and other extremist groups to wage a proxy war on Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah in Lebanon. This conspiracy has clearly manifested itself today in the form of ISIS. Despite a feigned military campaign waged against ISIS, targeting primarily Syria’s oil infrastructure, the true source of ISIS’ strength, emanating  from NATO territory in Turkey, remains unscathed and uninterrupted. Additionally, torrents of cash, weapons, and supplies are working their way across ISIS’ rank and file through the migration of so-called “moderates” under their banner.

Before this brigade-sized defection, several other “vetted moderate rebel” groups, armed by the US in particular, have openly pledged allegiance to Al Qaeda. The most notorious incident was when terror group Harakat Hazm, provided antitank TOW missiles by the US, openly pledged allegiance to Al Qaeda’s Syrian franchise, US State Department-listed foreign terrorist organization Al Nusra. Al Nusra would assume possession of the TOW missiles, using them allegedly in a successful campaign in Syria’s Idlib province. Obama Muslim collection

The Daily Beast would report in its  September 2014 article, “Al Qaeda Plotters in Syria ‘Went Dark,’ U.S. Spies Say,” that:

One Syrian rebel group supported in the past by the United States condemned the air strikes on Tuesday. Harakat Hazm, a rebel group that received a shipment of U.S. anti-tank weapons in the spring, called the airstrikes “an attack on national sovereignty” and charged that foreign led attacks only strengthen the Assad regime. The statement comes from a document, purportedly from the group, that has circulated online and was posted in English translation from a Twitter account called Syria Conflict Monitor. Several Syria experts, including the Brookings Doha Center’s Charles Lister, believe the document to be authentic.

Before the official statement, there were signs that Harakat Hazm was making alliances in Syria that could conflict with its role as a U.S. partner. In early September a Harakat Hazm official told a reporter for the L.A. Times: “Inside Syria, we became labeled as secularists and feared Nusra Front was going to battle us…But Nusra doesn’t fight us, we actually fight alongside them. We like Nusra.”

This group would later be reported by the Western press as having “surrendered” to Al Qaeda. The International Business Times would claim in its article, Syria: Al-Nusra Jihadists ‘Capture US TOW Anti-Tank Missiles’ from Moderate Rebels,” that:

Weaponry supplied by the US to moderate Syrian rebels was feared to have fallen into the hands of jihadist militants affiliated to al-Qaida after clashes between rival groups.

Islamist fighters with Jabhat al-Nusra seized control of large swathes of land in Jabal al-Zawiya, Idlib province, at the weekend, routing the US-backed groups the Syrian Revolutionaries Front (SFR) and Harakat Hazm, activists said.

Washington relied on SFR and Harakat Hazm to counter Isis (Islamic State) militants on the ground in Syria, complementing its air strikes.

Clearly however, Harakat Hazm’s “surrender” was merely the finalizing of its growing alliance with Al Nusra.

US Prepares Another Brigade for ISIS

When “moderates” appear inevitably destined for the ranks of ISIS, and with US weapons falling into Al Qaeda’s hands along with entire brigade-sized defections taking place, what the world would last expect is for the US to prepare another brigade-sized army to arm, fund, train, and turn loose inside of Syria. But that is precisely what the US is planning to do.

Stars and Stripes would report in its article, “Agreement reached for US to train Syrian rebels in Turkey,” that:

Officials say the initial round of training would produce of 5,000 trained Free Syrian Army members within about a year. Saudi Arabia in September agreed to host the training of moderate Syrian rebels to assist the U.S. strategy to combat Islamic State insurgents, who control territory in Syria and Iraq. U.S. support of the Free Syrian Army has been criticized as halting by supporters of greater U.S. involvement in Syria, and the group suffered setbacks when units were overrun and driven from their bases in recent weeks by members of another insurgent group, the al-Qaida-linked Nusra Front.

Only this “Free Syrian Army” wasn’t overrun and driven out by Al Nusra – as previously mentioned – instead many of these groups had been part of long-running alliances with the Al Qaeda franchise, and simply made it official, bringing their Western arms, cash, and training with them.

For the US already, plausible deniability is impossible with revelations as early as 2007 exposing America’s desire to use Al Qaeda as a proxy military force. With Harakat Hazm turning over US-supplied antitank TOW missiles to Al Qaeda, and now an entire brigade-sized defection by so-called “Free Syrian Army” fighters to ISIS – what besides “disaster” could befall America’s new brigade it plans to start training this spring?Send-In-The-Clowns

Inevitably, these fighters, their supplies and weapons will end up consolidated under ISIS and Al Nusra’s banner. Terrorism continues to grow in Syria not because of ISIS’ control over oilfields and revenue from hostage ransoms, but because the US and its partners continue to intentionally feed into its maw thousands of trained fighters, weapons, and billions in cash, equipment, and other supplies.Picture2

When these terrorists begin filtering into Europe and America, the same interests involved in intentionally creating this massive terrorist enterprise in Syria will wring their hands demanding what little is left of civilization at home be dismantled, after having insidiously and intentionally destroyed it abroad.Wake up America
