Trillions in Fraud: Media Silent on Government Scandal!

It is astounding that this issue remains largely underreported by the mainstream media. The recent investigation spearheaded by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and her subcommittee, lovingly dubbed DOGE, has unveiled a staggering $2.7 trillion in improper payments made by the US government since 2003. This number is both shocking and sobering, yet the liberal media has largely chosen not to highlight these findings which paint a concerning picture of government waste and ineptitude.

Earlier this week, Real America’s Voice’s Brian Glenn directly addressed White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt regarding the massive fraud unveiled by DOGE. Glenn put on record that this substantial mismanagement involved Medicare and Medicaid payments going overseas and payments being issued to ineligible recipients. Yet, his query echoes in rooms occupied by those more concerned with pushing political agendas than confronting harsh truths.

Brian Glenn questioned: “I want to go back to DOGE for just a second. Earlier the subcommittee headed by Chairman Marjorie Taylor Greene, her and her staff discovered $2.7 trillion in improper payments to Medicare, Medicaid, overseas, to people who should not have gotten it, some in this room might have missed that press conference. Can you elaborate on what the President is thinking at this point?”

In response, Leavitt underscored the systematic fraud, waste, and abuse that have occurred, mentioning: “Well, again, that’s another example, there is a very long list of the fraud, waste, and abuse that DOGE is identifying on a daily basis. Elon Musk also talked yesterday about Social Security payments that are going out the door for people who are no longer with us, unfortunately.”

She pointed out the millions of dollars potentially lost to fraudulent contracts, saying, “I would say that is certainly fraud. There is also a lot of contracts they’ve identified that, just as a hypothetical example, are a million bucks been only $500,000 went out the door, so where’s the rest of that cash? And so, that’s the thing — those are the things that DOGE is working on every single day.”

Leavitt also reminded the public of President Trump’s campaign promise to tackle such inefficiencies, adding, “I would just are mind everybody in this room, this is what President Trump campaigned on doing. He’s delivering on a promise that 77 million people elected him to do.”

This crucial issue remains sidelined by a liberal media that prefers to focus on narratives that support their biases and sensationalist stories, rather than the staggering bureaucratic failures exposed by a duly elected subcommittee.

Police confirm Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene was ‘swatted’ after fake 911 call reported shooting at her home

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) was “swatted” early Wednesday morning after an unknown person filed a fake shooting report that led police to respond at Greene’s home, authorities said.

“Last night, I was swatted just after 1 a.m. I can’t express enough gratitude to my local law enforcement here in Rome, Floyd County,” Greene tweeted Wednesday.

Police officers are investigating after someone placed a 911 call and reported that a subject was shot multiple times at an address within city limits, the Rome Police Department said in a statement. When officers responded to the location, they discovered it was the congresswoman’s home address. Greene informed police that there was no issue, and the call was determined to be a prank commonly known as “swatting,” police said.

The Rome Police Department said it received a second 911 call from an individual who used “a computer generated voice” and stated they were upset about Greene’s political views on transgender youth rights.

“The Rome Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is working in conjunction with the United States Capital Police on this investigation,” police said.

“This is an active investigation and no further information can be released at this time,” the department added.

Greene, a firebrand lawmaker known for making highly controversial comments, has agitated the left by forcefully opposing sex-change procedures or cross-sex hormone prescriptions for gender-dysphoric minors. Last week, Greene said she will introduce legislation that would criminalize puberty blockers and sex-change surgeries for children, decrying so-called “gender-affirming care” as “child abuse” and “genital mutilation.”

A spokesman for Greene said that safety was her office’s “number one concern” after the swatting attack.

“Late last night, she was a victim of a political attack on her family and home. Whoever committed this violent crime will face the full extent of the law,” Greene spokesman Nick Dyer told the Rome News-Tribune.

Several prominent left-wing figures cast doubt on Greene’s story after she reported what happened Wednesday. Others mocked her and said she deserved to be harassed or questioned whether she staged the incident to “smear trans rights activists.”

“If you’re wondering why I don’t believe that MTG was ‘swatted’ last night, it’s because she’s actively trying to fear monger people about the FBI,” lawyer Elie Mystal tweeted.

“Not doubting that MTG got swatted,” journalist Yashar Ali said. “What I am doubting is that the person who swatted her was an actual trans rights activist and not someone trying to smear trans rights activists.”

Greene told “The Charlie Kirk Show” Wednesday that the swatting situation was “dangerous” because whoever placed the 911 call said there were children in danger in her home, which put police on high alert.

“Not only did they put my life and my family’s life in danger, they also put the police officers’ lives in danger,” she said. “So whoever this person is, they deserve to be locked up.”

Firebrand Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., called Twitter “an enemy to America” after her personal account on the social media platform was permanently suspended on Sunday for allegedly violating the company’s COVID-19 misleading information policy. She revealed Monday that she’s also been suspended by Facebook for 24 hours due to a similar violation.

“Facebook has joined Twitter in censoring me. This is beyond censorship of speech. I’m an elected Member of Congress representing over 700,000 US tax paying citizens and I represent their voices, values, defend their freedoms, and protect the Constitution. But apparently they too think the CDC managed #VAERS system on our own government websites are misinformation,” Greene noted on the social platform GETTR Monday.

“To date there has been ZERO investigation into reported Covid deaths from government mandated #covid vaccines. Who appointed Twitter and Facebook to be the authorities of information and misinformation? When Big Tech decides what political speech of elected members is accepted and what’s not then they are working against our government and against the interest of our people.”

Twitter permanently suspended Greene after she shared information on Saturday alleging “extremely high amounts of Covid vaccine deaths.” In her tweet, she included a chart from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, or VAERS, a government database that keeps track of claims of complications from vaccines submitted by members of the American public. 

Many have pointed to the VAERS database to voice concerns about the potential effects of the coronavirus vaccines. The project is jointly managed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to serve as an “early warning system to detect possible safety problems in U.S.-licensed vaccines.” Anyone can report to the database and healthcare professionals are required to report certain adverse events. Manufacturers are required to report adverse events that come to their attention. 

A disclosure on the website says that the database is not “designed to determine if a vaccine caused a health problem, but is especially useful for detecting unusual or unexpected patterns of adverse event reporting that might indicate a possible safety problem with a vaccine.”

A Twitter spokesperson told The New York Times that the tweet marked Greene’s fifth time violating its COVID-19 misinformation policies, thereby earning her the permanent suspension.

“We’ve been clear that, per our strike system for this policy, we will permanently suspend accounts for repeated violations of the policy,” Twitter spokesperson Katie Rosborough told the publication.

The ruling can be appealed if the post in question is later determined to be true.

The CDC maintains that COVID-19 vaccines “are safe and effective” and recommended for anyone ages 5 or older. Critics contend that opponents of vaccines misinterpret the VAERS data to make false claims about vaccines. 

Greene pushed back on the assertion that she had used all five strikes in a GETTR post Monday: “Twitter forgot about the two times they accidentally suspended my account this past year. That means I’ve only had 3 strikes in their 5 strike system. Twitter has to reinstate my account immediately.” 

In a Facebook post published Sunday after her suspension, Greene called the company “an enemy to America” that “can’t handle the truth.”

Additionally, Greene alleged a double standard in the enforcement of the Twitter rules:

“Maxine Waters can go to the streets and threaten violence on Twitter, Kamala and Ilhan can bail out Black Lives Matter terrorists on Twitter, CNN and the rest of the Democrat Propaganda Media can spread Russian collusion lies, and just yesterday, the Chief spokesman for terrorist IRGC can tweet mourning Soleimani, but I get suspended for tweeting VAERS statistics.”

She also claimed on GETTR that Twitter will be “irrelevant” by the end of 2022.

“By the end of this year, Twitter will be irrelevant and will lose it’s grip on American politics. The arrogant puppet masters should have learned over this last year that silly punishments like kicking me off committees and permanent Twitter bans don’t work on me, they only make me more determined, stronger, & effective,” she wrote. 

“I’m not here for the club, I’m only here for the People, which the elites in our government and all powerful media/big tech, and their Communist Global partners just want to abuse and control. They will fail and the People will win,” she continued. “When I’m pushed out, I’m able to see very clearly the problems, how to fix the broken system, and more importantly who are the ones to blame. Yesterday started very big things. The sun is setting on Twitter.”

Greene, who presents herself as a strong Christian in Congress, does not shy away from confrontational politics. In September, she got into a heated exchange with Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., over what it means to be a good Christian shortly after the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill that would codify the right to abortion into federal law.
