By Guest Contributor, John SmithATTENTION: ALL California homeowners. Our WONDERFUL Leftist/Marxist/Socialist/Extreme-Liberal/Tax-Thirsty/Democrat leaders have finally come up with a way to overturn Prop 13 so they can tax us out of our homes and destroy ALL California property values.
We need to vote NO on Prop 25 in November. Please understand there will be an abundance of lies in the advertising, which will be non-stop. There will be plenty of “Brain-dead” voters who will believe the lies and vote in favor of it.
Please read below and prepare!
Prop 13 has been the one thing standing between us and the politicians’ ability to raise taxes on us. If we lose Prop 13 then it’s open season on us taxpayers. The spend-crazy people in Sacramento will go crazy with new taxes and higher taxes.
Rest assured if Prop. 25 passes in the upcoming Nov. 4th election the subject headline above will follow just days later!
Prop. 25 reduces the required number of Sacramento politicians voting to make changes to California law from the two-thirds vote requirement currently in place to a simple-majority.
It is, and has been for years, a long standing fact that the liberal Democrats in Sacramento already have the simple-majority needed to overturn Prop. 13 should the voting requirement law change to passage by a simple majority and it is absolutely certain they will do it.
Given this GUARANTEED FACT we ALL need to warn ALL of our friends, neighbors, associates, and yes even our enemies,
VOTE “NO” ON PROP. 25 on NOVEMBER 4th.
As we all know there are few things in life that are “guaranteed.” One being death, and the other being taxes, and this fact: Prop. 13 will be overturned if Prop. 25 wins!!!
If the guaranteed protection against HUGE R.E. property tax increases $$$ assured by Prop. 13 is lost, there will be such an exodus of homeowners who will not be able to pay the monumental increase $$$ in their property tax, they will have to sell. The market will then be flooded with properties and the drop in property values seen in the past few years will look like chump change.
