An illegal immigrant has been arrested in Geneseo, New York for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl, according to local news reports.

Fernando Alvarado-Perez, a 37-year-old male, allegedly had sex with the girl multiple times while she was between 12- and 13-years-old, Livingston County News reports.

Alvarado-Perez told officers that he came to the United States illegally about 10 years ago.

The Department of Homeland Security has reportedly issued an immigration detainer on Alvarado-Perez. He is being charged with, “rape, criminal sexual act, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child,” WHEC.com reports.

The Genessee Sun also reports that he had sex with the girl while in front of a baby.

This news comes as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under President Donald Trump has increased arrests of illegal immigrants by 43 percent, with ICE arresting 13,914 people in June alone. (RELATED: Texas AG: Trump Has Done More To Stop Illegal Immigration Than Anyone In World History)

Republican Lindsay Graham also recently made headlines for working on a news proposal to keep illegal immigrants in the country, saying that those who don’t support DREAMers shouldn’t vote for him.

Half of German Women Feel Unsafe in Their Own Neighbourhoods

waving flagAuthored by Donna Rachel Edmunds / 9 Jan 2017

Forty-eight per cent of the women surveyed said they have changed their habits to avoid certain areas in their neighbourhood, while 16 per cent said they carried pepper spray when venturing out after dark.

In response to the survey, Focus Online gathered anecdotal statements from women across Germany and found that some were asking male relatives to chaperone them at night, while others had taken to carrying their keys in closed fists in case of attack.

One woman, Kerstin, told the paper: “I no longer feel safe as a woman. Harassment, rapes, and raids are happening everywhere. I was particularly concerned by the case of the jogger Carolin [G.], who was killed. I run myself and I find it particularly disturbing that this happened during bright daylight.

“I feel very uncomfortable on my own and avoid travelling alone in the evening or at night. I always constantly carry pepper spray with me.” you-mean-rapefugees

Another, Natalie, said that she “narrowly” avoided being present in Cologne on the night of the attacks, but luckily opted not to go. “[S]ince then [I] have avoided groups in the dark,” she said.

She added: “Anyway, I’m not going anywhere in the dark alone. When I arrive by train at our small station, my father is always there to go with me through the solitary underpass. I dare not go alone!

“I ordered two canisters of pepper spray two months ago from Amazon. Two, so that I can be sure of having one in each of my winter jackets.

“It worries me very much that even the German state does not know who is here.” RAPE

The German media have been keen to stress that violent attacks are becoming less common, however, statistics show that they are actually on the rise. 214,600 crimes were committed by immigrants in Germany in 2016, “several thousand more than in 2015”, according to the German edition of the Huffington Post. The media outlet went on to claim that, as 213,000 asylum seekers registered in Germany during the same period, overall the de facto rise in crime constitutes a net fall.

However, in November the German Federal Police admitted that there had been a massive 31.6 per cent increase in crime in 2016 over the previous year’s figures, a jump which they said was down to Chancellor Merkel’s open door policy on migration.

‘COMMENTS ARE NOW CLOSED’: Illegal Alien Convicted of Murder After Stabbing Father of Two to Death, Ripping Out His Liver

waving flagby Katie McHugh

An illegal alien from El Salvador, Mauricio Morales-Caceres, faces life in prison without parole after being convicted of stabbing acquaintance Oscar Navarro, father of two, “at least” 89 times with a 15-inch butcher knife and tearing out his liver with his bare hands — but no comments on this shocking murder by a foreign national, who smiled cheerfully in his mugshot, are allowed, according to the Washington Post.

Illegal alien Morales-Caceres, 24, started by stabbing Navarro in the back before stabbing him in the face, then his head, and then his chest, according to prosecutors.

Standing before an image of the extremely gruesome murder scene, prosecutor Douglas Wink said Morales-Caceres sawed through his victim’s body to tear out his liver and place it on his chest.

“The defendant took the knife and sawed,” he said. “This man reached in with his bare hands and took out his liver. He probably thought it was his heart. He ripped out his liver and left it on his chest for the police to see.”

The Washington Post buried the fact that Morales-Caceresis is an illegal alien.

They also shut down the comments section, explaining: “We turn off the comments on stories dealing with personal loss, tragedies or other sensitive topics.”

The murder took place in December 2014.

“Should Morales-Caceres ever get out of prison, every indication is that he would be deported to his native El Salvador,” The Washington Post reports in an aside. “Prosecutors earlier said he entered the United States illegally. And since his stay at the Montgomery County jail, immigration officials have lodged a detainer on him, an indication they would move to have him deported at the end of a prison sentence.”

If El Salvador decides they won’t take Morales-Caceres back, should he ever be released, the U.S. would likely turn him loose onto American streets — thanks to the overreaching Supreme Court ruling, Zadvydas v. Davis (2001). As the Center for Immigration Studies writes:

In order to eliminate what it considered the “constitutional threat” of the potentially indefinite detention of deportable aliens, the Court held that “once removal is no longer reasonably foreseeable, continued detention is no longer authorized by statute.” The Court then arbitrarily decided that six months was all that was necessary for determining an alien’s deportability… Put simply, a reviewing court’s definition of “reasonably foreseeable” now determines the release of deportable aliens back onto the streets. What did you say 07.jpg

So, should Morales-Caceres be freed from prison before his life sentence concludes and El Salvador refuses to welcome him back, it’s only six months until he’s free to haunt American neighborhoods once more.

One-fifth of the entire population of El Salvador currently resides in America, according to the Migration Policy Institute.
