The Continued and Brazen Lies of Black Lives Matter

waving flagPosted on August 24, 2015Rob Knowles

1014182_187274628110457_946782098_nBlack Lives Matter is a cultural infection. There’s really no other way to put it. This collective of organizations has latched onto ludicrous claims, blown them up, and perpetuated them. Hands up, don’t shoot. That four word phrase has been proven false, yet it continues to be used fervently by BLM protestors. Why? Because it sustains the movement. They don’t care if it’s a lie, they need an anthem.

I was perusing BlackLivesMatter.com, because I like to laugh, and I came across two things that were so ridiculous, I had to write about them. Ok, I actually came across more than two things worthy of examination, but I’m not writing a dissertation.

First, on the “Demands” page, they once again push the idea of “hands up, don’t shoot.”

“We will seek justice for Brown’s family by petitioning for the immediate arrest of Officer Darren Wilson and the dismissal of county prosecutor Robert McCullough. Groups that are part of the local Hands Up Don’t Shoot Coalition have already called for Wilson’s swift arrest, and some BLM riders also canvassed McCullough’s neighborhood as a way of raising the public’s awareness of the case.”core belief

Despite the evidence, including multiple autopsies, dozens of eye-witness testimonies, and forensic evidence showing that Michael Brown was not surrendering, and that he did not have his hands up, “hands up, don’t shoot” continues to be propagated.

The Washington Post reported in October 2014:

“Some of the physical evidence — including blood spatter analysis, shell casings and ballistics tests — also supports Wilson’s account of the shooting, The Post’s sources said, which casts Brown as an aggressor who threatened the officer’s life.”

In another WaPo report from October 2014:

“…one of the officer’s shots hit Brown’s forearm and traveled from the back of the arm to the inner arm, which means Brown’s palms could not have been facing Wilson, as some witnesses have said.”

blacklivesmatterDespite a grand jury choosing not to indict Darren Wilson because of insufficient evidence, and the Eric Holder Justice Department dropping its own investigation due to a lack of evidence that Officer Darren Wilson did anything wrong, “hands up, don’t shoot” is still chanted aggressively by the race-baiting liars at BLM.

In the face of all of this, BlackLivesMatter.com proudly repeats the “hands up, don’t shoot,” “arrest Darren Wilson” mantra. At this point, it’s just mob justice. We hate Darren Wilson because he’s white, and Michael Brown was black. Let’s put him in jail.

Christ himself could descend from the heavens and tell BLM protesters that Darren Wilson was not guilty of any wrongdoing, and the next day, BLM activists would appear on CNN and call Jesus a racist.

Second, on the Black Lives Matter website, they prominently feature a widely debunked statistic:

“Every 28 hours, a black man, woman, or child is murdered by police or vigilante law enforcement.”

black lives matter graphicblack-lives-matter-lolThis alleged statistic was debunked by PolitiFact. Yes, even PolitiFact, the extremely left-leaning “fact-checking” website, could not help but rate this claim false:

“[The stat comes from] a 2013 report by the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement called ‘Every 28 Hours,’ which examined killings of African-Americans in 2012 by law enforcement, security guards and ‘vigilantes’ who claimed self-defense… The report is not an academic, unbiased representation of these deaths. It was put together by one volunteer researcher and details 313 deaths based on news clips and police reports…

In nine cases, police said they shot at suspects because they were charging at them from behind the wheel of a vehicle…Another case to make the list is Rudy Eugene, the Miami man who attacked a homeless man and gnawed his face before police shot him to death…

The report, which is not an academic work, reaches its conclusion by including deaths that were not at the hands of police, deaths of blacks who were armed, car accidents, and deaths of blacks who were in aggressive or hostile situations…we rate the claim ‘False.’”Partyof Deceit Spin and Lies

black-lives-matter-lgbt-1024x532The statistic BLM appears to be referencing is absolutely false. Yet, BLM continues to blather on that black people are killed every 28 hours by police or “vigilantes” (whatever that means). Why? Because people don’t look into stuff like that—they just assume they’re being told the truth. So BLM gets away with telling an obvious lie.

Also, let’s examine the word “murdered.” Google defines “murder” as “the unlawful, premeditated killing of one human being by another.” In the case of BLM, the assumption is being made that every black person killed by a police officer is being “murdered.” That’s complete conjecture. They cannot know the machinations of every cop’s mind, so they cannotassume that every time a cop shoots and kills a black person, it was murder. But they do, because His Life Mattersonce again, no one cares enough to call them out on their blatant lies.

Well here I am. Black Lives Matter, you lie. You lie to advance your agenda, which serves only to undermine it. If your cause were true, and your aims righteous, it wouldn’t be necessary for you to continuously and brazenly lie. Given that, I can only conclude that you’re cause isn’t righteous. I have also concluded that you’re an infectious disease crippling our society.

I will grant you one thing, however. You do make me laugh, and that’s good for something.

Holder Admits ‘Hands Up, Don’t Shoot’ Claim Was Bogus

Thank you

The “hands up, don’t shoot” slogan used by Democratic activists since August 2013 is a complete falsehood, outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder admitted Wednesday. He acknowledge the faked story as he released the Justice Department’s investigation of the August 2014 shooting of Michael Brown, in Ferguson, Mo. “I recognize that the findings in our report may leave some to wonder how the department’s findings can differ so sharply from some of the initial, widely reported accounts of what transpired,” Holder said at the press conference.Race-House-590-CI

However, Holder declined to criticize the TV-media frenzy — and the claims by local African-American protesters — that spread the false claim that the dead youth, Michael Brown, had his hands up shortly before his was shot by police officer Darren Wilson. Instead, Holder suggested the media and Americans recognize the fakery. “It remains not only valid – but essential – to question how such a strong alternative version of events was able to take hold so swiftly, and be accepted so readily,” he said.Picture1

Also, Holder offered some consolation to the Democratic activists by saying abusive actions by local police helped spur subsequent riots. The town had a “highly toxic environment, defined by mistrust and resentment, stoked by years of bad feelings, and spurred by illegal and misguided [police] practices – [so] it is not difficult to imagine how a single tragic incident set off the city of Ferguson like a powder keg,” he said.more evidence

Those claims of police abuse are being used by Holder to promote President Barack Obama’s new effort to federalize police practices in states and localities. Holder’s claims of police abuse helped divert the media coverage about the report from his admission that the much-televised “hands up, don’t shoot!” slogan is based on false claims.

“Our investigation [of the shooting] has been both fair and rigorous from the start… [officials] independently canvassed more than 300 residences to locate and interview additional witnesses,” he said. According to the report, “there are several individuals who have stated that Brown held his hands up in an unambiguous sign of surrender prior to Wilson shooting him dead [but] their accounts do not support a prosecution of Wilson. … As detailed throughout this report, some of those accounts are inaccurate because they are inconsistent with the physical and forensic evidence; some of those accounts are materially inconsistent with that witness’s own prior statements with no explanation, credible for otherwise, as to why those accounts changed over time. Certain other witnesses who originally stated Brown had his hands up in surrender recanted their original accounts, admitting that they did not witness the shooting or parts of it, despite what they initially reported either to federal or local law enforcement or to the media. Prosecutors did not rely on those accounts when making a prosecutive decision,” said the report.Party of Deciet and lies

The report also admitted that the police officer’s description of the incident was confirmed by witnesses.

Missouri rock-oriented radio station KFNS-FM, 100.7 “The Viper,” released a news item Tuesday evening that, if true, will destroy the case against Darren Wilson, the officer who shot and killed Brown.

Under the banner headline, “”JUSTIFIED!,” the station reported on its Facebook page:

***BREAKING NEWS***
Remember, you saw it and heard it here first. We have heard (from a VERY connected national media source) that Ferguson officer Darren Wilson will be cleared in the shooting of Michael Brown. The key: Dorian Johnson has now admitted that Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson and attempted to take his gun. OFFICER WILSON WILL NOT BE CHARGED! This is scary. When this news is made official, we all have reason to be concerned about the reaction.

Johnson’s prior testimony that Wilson shot Brown in the back while running away from the officer was cast in doubt after autopsy reports indicated he was shot in the front.

Since the Ferguson, Mo., shooting, that area has become the scene of nightly looting, vandalism and racially-charged demonstrations. The vast majority of the demonstrators have called for the officer’s arrest.

In a video address released Tuesday, even Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon, a Democrat, has called for Wilson’s “vigorous prosecution.”

Readers should be cautioned that the radio station’s breaking news item has so far been uncorroborated.
