Florida’s new law permitting the death penalty for pedophiles went into effect this week, the state’s governor announced Tuesday evening.

“Florida’s law allowing the death penalty for child rapists is now in effect,” Gov. Ron DeSantis said in a post on social media. “The minimum sentence is life in prison without parole. In Florida, anyone who harms children in such a horrific way will never walk free.”

DeSantis signed HB 1297 in May, and the statute took effect on Sunday. The law states that “a person who commits a sexual battery upon, or in an attempt to commit sexual battery injures the sexual organs of, a person less than 12 years of age carries a great risk of death and danger to vulnerable members of this state.”

“Such crimes destroy the innocence of a young child and violate all standards of decency held by civilized society,” the statute says, noting that the Florida Legislature determined that both Buford v. State of Florida and Kennedy v. Louisiana, cases in which the Florida Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court held that the death penalty for child rape was cruel and unusual, were “wrongly decided and an egregious infringement of the states’ power to punish the most heinous of crimes.”

DeSantis said in May that he thinks the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2008 ruling on capital punishment was “wrong,” suggesting that Florida’s new law may enable the justices to reconsider the ruling on the matter.

“This bill sets up a procedure to be able to challenge that precedent and to be able to say that, in Florida, we think that the worst of the worst crimes deserve the worst of the worst punishment,” he said at the time.

Islamic Society of North America Says “Homosexuality is a Moral Disorder”

waving flagBy Bethany Blankley June 15, 2016

“Homosexuality is a moral disorder. It is a moral disease, a sin and corruption… no person is born homosexual, just like no one is born a thief, a liar or murderer. People acquire these evil habits due to a lack of proper guidance and education.

“There are many reasons why it is forbidden in Islam. Homosexuality is dangerous for the health of the individuals and for the society. It is a main cause of one of the most harmful and fatal diseases… It is the most un-natural way of life. Homosexuality leads to the destruction of family life.”

— Dr. Muzammil Siddiqi of the Islamic Society of North America

Muslims kill homosexuals because the Qur’an instructs them to do so.

No trans-Jenners exist in Islamic countries. They’re dead.

Homosexuals, trans-anything have no “civil rights;” they can either submit to Islam or die.

The Qur’an identifies homosexuality as “the worst” sin, and is one among “great sins.”Islam is NOT

Homosexuality is identified as a sexual act different from (and worse than) adultery or other sexual sins. Qur’an 7:81 and 26:165-166 state:

“Will ye commit abomination such as no creature ever did before you?”

“Of all the creatures in the world, will ye approach males, And leave those whom Allah has created for you to be your mates? Nay, ye are a people transgressing.”

According to Islam, the punishment for homosexuality is generally death by stoning:

“…For ye practice your lusts on men in preference to women: ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds…. And we rained down on them a shower (of brimstone)”(The Qur’an rewrites the Biblical account in Genesis of Sodom and Gomorrah, as it does with every biblical passage.) The “rain of stones” is often interpreted as the punishment for homosexuality is death by stoning. (Qur’an 7:80-84; 27; 29).

Different Islamic caliphs determine legal punishment, but their rulings are based on text from the Qur’an. But it’s clear that transgressors have an opportunity to “repent” from their sinful ways. Qur’an 4:16 states, “If two from among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone.” (It is understood that this verse is referring to men, as verse 15 referred to women.)America are you really paying attention

Execution Questions and Arguments

#1) To all the Catholic Priest that are so adamant about the Death Penalty. GOD IS THE ORIGINATOR OF THE DEATH PENALTY. You’ve got a problem with God.

#2) I think I have a way to please most people on both sides of the discussion. No longer call it :Execution”. Call it, “Abortion”. Explanation? We are ABORTING them out of society.

#3) Any society that cares more about turtle eggs, whales and other species, yet cares nothing about the life of babies, and complains about aborting a killer is a society that cares more for animals than human beings. How far we have fallen.
